  .
Thank you.
Well, they did it, dear friends.
They did it just moments ago.
The Senate of the United States passed their monster $1.7 trillion spending package omnibus bill with the backing of at least 18 Republicans.
They really, really don't care about you.
How do I know that?
It's more than just money.
So I have the best job in the world.
I get to tell you what I think for three hours a day and get paid to do it.
Don't tell my employers but I would pay to do this job.
But sometimes, sometimes I do something and it isn't just fun, isn't just helping people keep their spirits up.
It has weight and it resonates.
One thing I did recently is to talk about an individual who died as a result of the events of January the 6th.
No, not Ashley Babbitt, whose name we cannot say often enough, who was the only person killed that day by a gunshot fired by a police officer.
But a young man, a very nice young man called Matthew Perner, Who did nothing wrong that day, was charged with a misdemeanor, was threatened with six months in prison, copped a plea, and then was told after the fact that Biden's Department of Justice would enhance his charge to a terrorist charge, which could lead to six years in prison.
As a result, he took his own life.
And this is the segment from my Newsmax show that seemed to reverberate with so many of you.
Play cut.
Matt hung himself in his garage and our family was crushed and still is crushed.
They pushed him to this.
I want people to understand what she just said.
A young man, a good young man, was pushed to death to commit suicide because of this administration and this Department of Justice.
I want every viewer to be clear that that man died because of the Biden administration.
And I want everybody who's watching To remember this man and to never give up in the name of America because he is a martyr to this nation.
And it's not just a clip from a show, it's not just the website remembering Matt Perna.
No, there might be something good coming from Capitol Hill.
And as a result, I welcome back Jerry Perna, Matt's aunt, and the Congressman of Texas' 1st Congressional District who will be sorely missed after January, Congressman Louie Gohmert.
Welcome both of you to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
So, you've been working together.
You sent me some news last week.
Congressman Gohmert, will you tell us what you have planned?
Well, we filed a bill, and we know the Democrats will not bring it up, but it is the Matthew Perna bill.
Matthew was not getting fair treatment.
He was not being treated justly.
And so, We've got to make a change.
This bill would allow a defendant arrested for something in the D.C.
area to choose either to be tried in the District of Columbia or to be tried in his district, federal district, back in his home state.
Matthew was not being fairly treated.
This was a gentle soul.
He graduated at the top of his class at Penn State.
He loved going around different countries and teaching people.
He just had a giving heart.
He did nothing violent whatsoever.
And Seb, the most serious thing he did was obstruct an official session of Congress, which happens to, that was, Alleged to have occurred for five or six hours.
Matt wasn't in there that long, but the Democrats did that in June of 2016.
They obstructed an official session of Congress for between 25 and 26 hours.
They would not let us go into session.
And they want to see someone, a sweet, gentle soul like Matt Perna, sent through the ringer and put in prison like he had done something violent, horrendous.
He was a sweet guy.
He didn't deserve that.
Well, it's clear that if you're of a certain political flavor, you can't get justice in this city.
We just look at what's happened to Steve Bannon and to so many others.
Jerry, please share with our three million listeners across the country what it's been like to get... I mean, God bless Louis.
I'm not surprised, of course, Louis Gohmert is helping you with the Matthew Perna Act.
What was it like to get any political attention on your nephew's plight Even from people from Pennsylvania, from the state he was from.
What luck did you have getting any politician to pay attention to this tragic story?
Frankly, I had no luck at all.
None.
We had made countless phone calls to our representatives.
Mike Kelly, Matt had called, relatives had called countless times.
And after Matt's death, it was told to me by them that they hadn't received any messages or any phone calls, which was Absolutely ludicrous.
It wasn't until after Matt killed himself that the attention was brought to his case.
It was just far too late though.
He was gone.
Would you send a message right now to those new members of Congress who will be sworn in a few days time who maybe aren't familiar with Matt's plight and Matt's tragic story or also just those Republicans or maybe some decent Democrats who maybe might want to do the right thing.
What is your message to them and the Matthew Perna Act?
My message to them is you remained silent During this entire ordeal where the January 6th defendants are concerned.
You can't remain silent now.
And you just announced, Sebastian, that 18 Republicans voted with the Democrats on this package for Ukraine.
That scares me.
That scares the hell out of me.
Are these same Republicans going to vote against this bill in the name of my nephew?
Are they going to bury their heads in the sand like they have since January 6th?
I'm afraid of that.
Louie has been a godsend to my family and bringing attention to the ordeal that we've gone through and Matt's case.
But there are far too many Louie Gohmerts in our Congress.
Far too few.
Yeah, far too few.
Far too few, I'm sorry.
We're going to lose Louis soon.
He ran for the Attorney General of Texas.
He's leaving Congress.
Who should we turn to after you leave with regard to the Matthew Perna Act?
And can you share with our listeners, we've only got a few seconds left, what you will be doing in the future?
Well, I'm not sure.
We'll start with a podcast because I'm not going to be silent.
There's just too much injustice.
This country is in too great a danger, so we have got to keep bringing these things to light.
As far... Seb, I'll let you know as soon as we know who's going to refile this bill in the new Congress with the new majority.
God bless you, Louie Gohmert.
You will be missed, but I don't think you will be disappearing.
I'm wishing both of you as joyful a Christmas as is possible.
Please, everyone listening right now, go to rememberingmattperner.com.

All right, I'll tee it up.
She can't.
We have to talk about that before I leave.

I'm kind of running out of ideas at this point.
Thank you.
Thank you.
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first.
One of my favorite Christmas songs, Kelly Clarkson.
It's got a good, uh, energy to it.
And we have a good energy to our listeners!
Half a million dollars you guys have raised for the Angel Tree Prison Fellowship Program that gets Christmas gifts to the children of those who have lost a mother or father to the prison system this Yuletide.
Amazing job, guys.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
How big a difference do you make?
Let's just listen to two of the children.
Whose Christmas do you make that little bit better?
Spending time with my family and knowing that my dad cares.
He's sending me all these gifts thanks to you, and I really like to thank you for it.
I like the presents that my dad sent me.
I know that you guys care and he cares, so I just want to thank you for that, and I love presents.
Thank you, Angel Tree, for doing all that you do, because you don't have to do this, but you choose to do it, and I really appreciate it.
That's Quentin and Alana.
Thank you so much for what you've done.
If you meant to donate and haven't had time, or if you said, yes, I need to do one more thing this Christmas for somebody I'm never going to meet probably, but who is vulnerable and needs to be loved, then please make a donation right now.
It's $25 per child for a Christmas gift.
A message of love from their incarcerated parent and a children's gospel.
You can go to my website, donate right now, sebgorka.com, in the angel tree banner at the top, or call in your donation, 888-206-2794.

That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com, and the Angel Tree banner, or just call 888-2794.
We're going to go to your calls in a moment.
Sylvia, Sean, don't go anywhere.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
833-333-GORCA.
That's 833-334-6752.
But we have to listen to Steve Bannon.
He's kind of had enough.
He's ready for the President, President Trump, to get back on the war path.
And this is what he had to say on his show, War Room, with our good friend Steve Cortez, who was on our show.
Was it yesterday or the day before?
It all runs together.
This is Cut 5.
Play Cut!
Let me, hey, President Trump, how many of those 25 senators that voted for it last night were endorsed by President Trump?
Is President Trump whipping against this?
He's whipping for Kevin McCarthy.
He's kind of taking a neutral stance on the RNC.
And we love me some, we love us some Trump here in the war room.
We're the core of the Trump base.
Since he's never on Fox anymore, unless they're talking about his taxes, right?
Or they're talking about the criminal referrals, because that's all they talk about at Fox on Trump.
He never gets a fair shot.
He gets a fair shot on Warren.
But hey, guess what?
This ain't 2015, as I said at AmFest.
This is 10x harder.
Because they know what we stand for and they know that we're coming for them and they're coming for us.
So right now, and I don't need another Truth Social about this.
That's fine.
Love Truth Social.
Put the golf clubs up and work the phones this morning.
And tell these guys that you endorsed, Caputo and Moran, all these people, hey, guess what?
I'm going to burn these, I'm going to assault the earth around your political career with the deplorables if you don't sit there and get in the well in the Senate and start chop blocking us.
Yes, we're all ready.
It's time.
Get focused.
Mr. President, get on the phone and get serious.
Mr. G, what do you think?
Is it time to get the president to up his game?
Yes, we're all ready.
It's time to get focused and ready.
Can he do it without somebody like Bannon standing next to him as a hardcore chief of staff?
Why take the risk?
It's going to be tough to wait for everybody that he can.
All right.
I'm going to put pen to paper.
I'll be making some videos about that as well, because I think it's time.
I mean, two years is a long time in politics, but what we saw happen just a few moments ago in the Senate, it tells you everything you need to know.
Sylvia Louisville, line one.
Merry Christmas and God bless you, Dr. Gorka.
Merry Christmas.
I am angry and I feel very betrayed.
I am 73 years old on a single pension in Social Security.
I blew my budget for eight Senate candidates, only to find out that McConnell withdrew the money for some of them.
And then I get this nice email from Lindsey Graham thanking me for standing with Republicans, and he stabbed me in the back today.
That's the thanks I get.
Save Donald Trump?
I don't think any Republican is worth their salt.
I am so angry.
You should be.
You should be.
If you look at what that abortion of a bill has done, $1.7 trillion, $44.9 billion for Ukraine, more money for the ATF.
I didn't even get to mention it yesterday.
Hundreds of more staff for the ATF so they can come after law-abiding gun owners in America.
And of course we have what?
Money for Customs and Border Patrol, not to do their job securing the border.
So leverage that anger, Sylvia.
God bless you for supporting those candidates, but I think it's time for Sylvia to run for public office.
I think it's, you know, whether it's the local school board, whether it's what my wife did with the local community center, we have to do what the left did.
What the left did for the last 30 years is take back America, one local campaign, one local competition at a time.
So anyway, Sylvia stay on the line.
I want to say thank you to you.
It's our latest product.
Let's give her one of our MAGA returns hats.
We made it in celebration of the president's announcement.
Let's give Sylvia one of those to just say thank you for Being supportive of the people who betrayed her, now it's your turn because I trust you, Sylvia.
I trust you with America.
That's what we need to do.
Stay on the line, Sylvia, and Jeff will get your address.
Sean, New York City, line two.
Dr. Gorka, Merry Christmas.
Merry Christmas to you, Sean.
What is your question?
What is your comment?
First, I just wanted to say I hope you enjoyed Israel on your most recent trip.
It's an amazing place and it changes you and I'm sure it changed you as well.
Utterly, utterly.
Just yesterday after the show, I published a piece on our trip to Israel.
If you want to read it, it's exclusively at sebastiangorker.substack.com.
The significance of that nation and what it means for the future of our nation.
You can read it tonight after the show, listen to the show, then you can go to sebastiangorker.substack.com.
And the trip did change my life.
If you want to join us, we'll be back in two years time, 2024.
Next time, maybe even more than 350 listeners.
All right, Sean, what's your question?
What's your comment?
Well, sir, I was just calling in to comment on what Jesse Waters discussed this week.
He was talking about this professor out at Stanford, and this gentleman has a list of forbidden words, and one of them is American.
And, you know, just what came to mind is, wouldn't it be great if we could start a GoFundMe page for all the malcontent leftists and all those who want reparations?
And the GoFundMe page would basically finance their final expatriation out of the United States.
The only condition is that we ask them to submit their passport and surrender their U.S. citizenship and never come back.
I like it.
And where are we going to send them?
Somewhere nice like North Korea or Venezuela?
What's your first choice, Sean?
I was hoping that it would be a, you know, a socialist asshole of their choice.
That's how we could phrase it.
All right.
Well, we surrendered Afghanistan.
Maybe we can send them to Afghanistan.
I like that idea.
I would pony up some money as well for that excellent cause.
Merry Christmas, Sean.
We'll take more of your calls after our next guest here on America First.

Yo, what's up?
Hey, how you doing?
Doing well, how are you?
Couple of exclusives with the boss.
Yeah, so that was down there last week.
I've got a lot more coming for me too, but I'm waiting until after the news kind of dies down a little bit.
Good, excellent.
All right, got to talk Omnibus, got to talk Speakers Race, got to talk RNC Race.
What else are you working on?
Um, I mean this omnibus bill is trash, like complete trash, but it just passed the Senate, and it'll pass the House tonight, so.
Just absolutely disgusting, so.
Guys, can you play cut four and cut six for me?
This is a situation where the Senate Republicans have essentially said, we'd rather do a spending deal with Senate Democrats and House Democrats than do a spending deal with Senate Democrats and House Republicans.
They're choosing to completely sideline the newly elected majority in the House.
Their theory is that for whatever reason, they get a better outcome working with Democrats.
And I think that's deeply offensive to the voters who just elected a Republican House and expected that Republican House to have a seat at the table.
That's exactly correct.
Mr. McCarthy's public statements has been, he's been opposed to this omnibus.
He wanted to respect the voters' wishes and have the House Republicans have a shot at making this more fiscally responsible.
He didn't change that stance in our lunch.
I think it's arrogant on the part of Senate leadership, Republican leadership, as well as those voting for this, to think they know better than, hopefully, Speaker Future McCarthy.
All right.
Let's, let's come in with the kirpin cut, cut four.
This is a situation where the Senate Republicans have essentially said we'd rather do a spending deal with Senate Democrats and House Democrats than do a spending deal with Senate Democrats and House Republicans.
They're choosing to completely sideline the newly elected majority in the House.
Their theory is that for whatever reason, they get a better outcome working with Democrats.
And I think that's deeply offensive to the voters who just elected a Republican House and expected that Republican House to have a seat at the table.
Love seeing our buddies make it in the big time.
That's Phil Kirpin, one of our best guests on The Truth About COVID, who's doing a little bit of political commentating on Fox News.
Well done, Phil Kirpin.
You should follow him on Twitter.
I think it's just Kirpin, K-E-R-P-E-N.
And he's right.
The GOP in the Senate just did an in run around the midterms.
We'll analyze that with our We've got a special guest next, but first, if you enjoy the show, support those who make it possible and get some stocking stuffers!

He is the Washington Bureau Chief for the most influential conservative news site in the known universe.
It's Breitbart.com.
And he's Matt Boyle.
Matt, welcome back!
Dr. G, always a pleasure.
Known universe, wow.
I know.
All universes.
I'm going to change that to all known universes.
Hey, yeah, no, I mean, that's a lot of places out there.
It's an empirical statement of fact.
Okay, Phil Kirpin nailed it, didn't he, about the GOP swap reaches?
Absolutely.
100%.
And this is, look, the way that you move the ball on policy, the way that you move the ball in these congressional negotiations is on must pass vehicles.
So there are a handful of bills that every year Congress has to pass.
They are the National Defense Authorization Act, this government funding bill, there's the debt ceiling, and then there's a few other things that they got to pass, like a highway authorization, there's a few other things like that.
Like, so these must-pass vehicles are the way that you move the ball forward on policy.
The Republicans normally have gotten rolled on policy repeatedly over the course of the last several years.
But something interesting happened earlier this month on the NDAA, which is that the Republicans actually fought.
And it was McCarthy that was in the room, the House Republican leader who wants to be the Speaker of the House.
And we'll see what happens on January 3rd when that happens, who went in and fought really hard.
And they got all the liberal crap stripped out of it.
And then they got the vaccine mandate repeal into it.
That stuff was all in flux and the bill was very different than what actually made it into introduction and the lead up to that.
And the reason why I wind up with all of that is because, OK, so now the Senate Republicans saw the establishment swampy creatures, saw McCarthy in action and saw what the House Republicans are willing, capable and able to do when he's got the ball in these negotiations.
And so then they tried to end run around it because they don't want to have to have these fights repeatedly over the course of next year.
So they kicked the can down the road.
And try to take the easy swamp way out of passing this big omnibus spending bill that takes us out a year down the road.
So it's gonna be this time next year before the government funding comes up again because it just passed the Senate, it's gonna pass the Democrat lame-duck house tonight, and then Biden will sign it into law.
They will get this done.
It's going to make it.
But the fact is is that the reason why they did it is Is there any question that he's going to be speaker?
undercut the ability of this new House Republican majority, which, again, I don't know if McCarthy's going to get there.
I think that he's going to.
We'll see how that shakes out.
But the fact is, is that we've seen him in action now in at least one major must-pass fight this month.
And he won on the NDAA.
And I think they wanted to undercut that and blunt that going into this fight.
But is there any question that he's going to be Speaker?
I mean, isn't it a done deal at this point, Matt?
I don't think it's a done deal.
I mean, look, there's a handful of members that are still saying that they're not going to vote for him.
So it's still up in the air and it'll be decided on January 3rd.
Like, you need a majority of those voting present and voting for a person voting for you to win the speakership.
So normally, if all members were present voting for a person, that would be 218 votes.
But we know of at least one Democrat who's dead.
McEachin from Virginia.
There might be some other ones who aren't there, so the number may be lower than 218, but the fact is that I would much rather be Kevin McCarthy than not Kevin McCarthy going into January 3rd.
I much, much, much rather.
I think he's the odds-on favorite, very likely to get there.
But again, the point here is they completely cut him and the House Republicans out of these negotiations on the spending bill.
We'll talk about exactly the ramifications of that in run momentarily with the Washington Bureau Chief for Breitbart.
He is on Truth Social at real Matt Boyle.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Yeah?
Can you find me for 2E, the original Rush Limbaugh, uh, It's Not Time to, uh, Give Up?
Yeah.
As a video cut.
By the way, you know they're using that cut for his commercial to sell his book?
No!
Yeah, I've heard it on Fox.
His book?
What book?
There's a book, I think it's written by his brother, it's like all of his, like, greatest interviews and stuff or something.
Oh, well we should get David on.
If it is David, we should get him on.
Okay.
Of course they're using that cut.
Thank you.
.
Dr. G is ready for anything on America First.
Yes, indeed.
All patriots have to be.
And we also have to be in tip-top shape.
If you're worried a little bit about getting soft around the middle, especially with a Christmas turkey around the corner and all that lovely, lovely sweet goodness, the desserts, the pecan pies, you should consider doing what I did.
20 years I've been trying to lose the extra pounds.

He's rather outspoken especially when it comes to the Deep State and the Uniparty.
He's Senator Ron Johnson and he too agrees the Senate GOP just think they are an authority unto themselves.
Cut six!
Mr. McCarthy's public statements has been he's been opposed to this omnibus.
Isn't that interesting?
I can't remember the last time a GOP senator called his own leadership arrogant, Matt Boyle.
Yeah, well look, Senator Johnson has been very outspoken against Mitch McConnell in recent years, in particular with regard to questioning McConnell's mistakes and strategy on these must-pass bills that I was telling you about in the last segment, like the debt ceiling.
So remember the debt ceiling fight earlier this year, like way earlier?
But Ron Johnson was out there very aggressively criticizing McConnell for a big screw-up on that.
McConnell really did screw that one up, and he screwed this one up too.
So what you're starting to see is people starting to really willingly, openly, in the U.S.
Senate Republican Conference, question Mitch McConnell and his leadership.
You saw a vote for the first time since McConnell's been the Republican leader where somebody ran against him.
Now, they didn't win, but Rick Scott stood against him and got 10 votes.
That's a huge deal.
That means that there are 10 Republican senators out of 49 next year, because there will only be 49, that voted no on McConnell.
Now, look, there are 29 who stood with him.
Right, but or 39 stood with him.
But the fact is, is that the fact that there are 10 that's something to build on here, right?
Like so and and I think that that what you're starting to see now is more and more senators starting to question the guidance and the direction of Mitch McConnell.
And they want to see something better and stronger.
And hopefully, when we see the dynamic shift in those congressional negotiations on these must-pass bills, where the Republican House majority has a seat at the table, that will begin to help force, be a catalyst for change.
Now you've just had an exclusive interview with President Trump.
We have one of the articles that came out of it.
The President has been giving some very concrete recommendations.
He had his immigration video earlier this week.
And he said what many of us have said.
We have no choice as Republicans now when it comes to the next election.
We have to fight like the Democrats and outdo them on mail voting, ballot harvesting.
Did that surprise you that he was getting so concrete, Matt?
Well, no, look, it's something that a lot of people have been pushing for for a while, because here's the deal.
Look, we can complain about the way elections are done until the cows come home, and we do, and we should, right?
By the way, we should be calling out the moronic mail-voting stuff, the ballot-harvesting insanity, etc.
But here's the deal.
It's the law of the land until enough Republicans win and get into power and then can go change the laws and shift the system.
back towards what President Trump really wants, which he's right about, which is paper ballots, no mail, same day voting, paper ballots, in person, and voter ID.
So it's a very, very simple system.
But you can't change it unless you win.
So what we need to do is we need to recognize that this is the way the system is right now, and this is what President Trump was saying, and they go fight and actually implement it.
And use the rules as they are.
Fight like the Democrats do.
The Democrats use the mail, we should use the mail.
The Democrats use the ballot harvesting, we should use the ballot harvesting.
There should be a national Republican, this should be led by the RNC, it should also be led by as many groups and campaigns that can do it, a ballot chase program, right?
So something very similar to what Governor DeSantis did down here in Florida in this election, where they knocked on two million doors, and they actually knocked on those doors.
And one person who's been out there talking about this quite a bit is Ned Ryan from American Majority.
People need to listen to him.
He should probably be put in charge of this by the Republican Party, because he gets it and he knows what has to be done.
But the fact is that if Republicans actually go out there and engage on the rules as they are right now, then they will start winning these elections.
The public was with the Republicans in this election writ large nationally, even though Republicans didn't win all these key seats.
They won the popular vote by four million.
Right?
So how'd that happen?
The Republicans win the popular vote, but not these key Governor, Senate, and House elections.
What went wrong?
It's that the Republicans didn't execute at the campaign level on these mail ballots and ballot harvesting.
That's what they gotta do.
That's what President Trump's talking about.
We gotta fight dirty like they do.
We've got a couple of seconds left.
What kind of mood was President Trump in for your exclusive interview, Matt?
Very, very upbeat, and there's a lot more coming from it, so stay tuned to Breitbart in the coming days, because there's a lot coming from it about policy.
We talked a lot about that stuff.
I got the newsy bits out of it first, but And then we've been a little bit distracted with the news the past couple days on the Omnibus and whatnot, but there's a lot more coming on immigration, social security, war, etc.
And President Trump is very engaged, very with it, and I think he's very focused on winning back the White House.
All right.
He got the newsy stuff out, but the rest is yet to come.
And somebody convinced him to get back on social media.

Okay.
How confident are you that this historic visit from President Zelensky will help secure the votes in Congress needed?
We're not too worried about the... Okay, next.

Morning, Joe.
Thank you.
We'll be right back.
America first.
But I like the snow.
I don't like snowflakes in the political sense.
Jeff, do you deliberately pick the creepiest cuts of Pelosi possible?
Well, at least she's not eating this time.
But it's even worse!
She's got no excuse for those facial expressions.
She can't talk normal anymore.
No!
She really can't.
All right, we're going to save that for the next hour because we've got so many calls to get to.
But thanks, Jeff.
Thanks a lot.
Chad, California, line one.
Dr. Gorka, pleasure to speak with you again and honor.
Welcome back.
What's the question?
What's a comment?
Yeah, you know, I'm just really irritated with what the Senate just did, especially after what happened during the election that just passed and how they withheld.
Well, I put it all on Mitch McConnell.
He pulled money from candidates and now they do this stunt and it's like a real slap in the face to the American people.
The only thing that's redeeming about it is what Ron Johnson just did.
And, you know, he just Johnson slapped Mitch McConnell on the Senate floor.
I love that.
Yeah, no, we're trying to get him on the show because, yeah, there's very few people out there who are prepared to call him out for what he is.
And what the GOP and what Mitch just did in the Senate was basically negate the midterm elections.
You're absolutely right.
Thank you, Chad.
Let's go to Chris Pittsburgh, line two.
Hi, Dr. Gorko.
One of the most troubling things about this on-the-bus bill was obviously a lot of details no one's even read, but they gave tens of millions of dollars to youth trans programs across the school.
Here in Pittsburgh, they funded close to a million dollars of it, and it doesn't have any language precluding procedures and the like.
It's unbelievable.
Tom Cotton and those type of guys would vote for something like this.
Yeah, it's horrific what they've smuggled into this and somebody has to pay a price for it.
But are they going to?
We'll see in January.
But they really, really don't care.
18 GOP senators voted for this omnibus.
Alex Brooklyn, Line 3.
Hey Sebastian, thanks for taking the call.
I actually have a disagreement with you about ballot harvesting.
Am I going to have an off-the-ear with you?
Sure, we'll keep you on the line in the break.
What do you want to raise now?
Okay, about this crazy bill that despicable Mitch helped pass.
You know, Republicans ran on fighting inflation, not increasing inflation, and now this bill, $1.7 trillion, it's not going to help us fight inflation.
There's nothing in it that's here that's going to help us fight inflation.
Spending money is what causes this inflation problem, and we're just going to have an increase of inflation, and now we're giving $45 billion to Ukraine.
I have no problem with Zelensky asking for that money.
I have a problem with us just handing it over like it's a lollipop.
It's our money.
It's our taxpayer dollars.
We have to, you know, his neighboring country should be giving him more money than we are.
Yeah.
How about that?
How about the people in the neighborhood who are closer to Russia who might step up to the plate?
Thank you, Alex.
Stay on the line.
We'll talk about ballot harvesting on our Rumble channel.
In the meantime, if you're looking for stalking stuffers, if you just want to celebrate America first, You gotta have an America First Challenge coin.
You designed it, guys.
We stood up to the plate and we made it.

Go right now.
SebGorkaStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A store.com.
All right, give me line three again.
Okay, so Sebastian.
Yeah, tell me about Ballard Harvitz thing.
Right, before I just get to that, I wanted to continue about this Alinsky thing.
Yeah.
Because I had this thought, I didn't hear anybody else say it.
I don't know if you believe that if Zelensky, if Russia wins this war with Ukraine that they're going to go after another country, but if you do believe that then I would think that the countries that are neighbors with Russia would be giving a lot of money to Ukraine to help fight the war, because they don't want Russia coming after them afterwards.
And I think the reason why they're not giving all that money is because we're funding the war.
If we would stop giving all this money to Ukraine, these neighboring countries would start shelling out cash way faster than we are, because they're desperate.
They don't want Russia coming after them after they win the war in Ukraine.
But I wanted to say about ballot harvesting, especially in terms of Georgia.
I hear a lot of Trump supporters in New York, you're blaming it on ballot harvesting or Hershel Walker laws.
But here's the thing, if it's ballot harvesting that's stealing elections from Republicans, how did Brian Kemp win by 8% on November 8th?
He had the same ballot harvesting and early voting shenanigans going on before November 8th as there was in this runoff election.
So why did Brian Kemp win with 8% and Herschel Walker lost the race?
That's the question.
That's the question.
And I think you know the answer to that question.
Thank you, buddy.
And thanks for staying on the line.
Merry Christmas.
You too.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
Yes.
Yes.

Yes.
This hour of America First starts right now on Salem News Channel.
They produced it less than 48 hours ago.
They're voting on it today.
More than 4,000 pages.
What on earth is in the omnibus in addition to the $44.9 billion for Ukraine?
Well, one congressman has had his staff reading it for the last two days.
Dan Bishop will join us next here on America First for the second hour, plus the latest attempt to force wokeness on the United States Marine Corps.
Stay with us.
Salem News Channel.
The doctor is in America First with Dr. Sebastian Gorka on Salem News Channel, the antidote to the mainstream media. the antidote to the mainstream media.
How confident are you that this historic visit from President Zelensky will help secure the votes in Congress needed?
We're not too worried about the votes for that omnibus bill and for that $45 billion embedded in that bill to get passed through both houses and fairly soon.
At one point when the group was sort of falling apart in August 2020, the FBI handler congratulated Big Dan He said, quote, look at you, bringing people together.
He congratulated him for breathing new life into the plot.
Not as well known, the same FBI agent, Jason Chambers, coached Big Dan in a parallel scheme to recruit folks into a contrived plot against former Virginia Governor Northam.
Guess what?
You're going to need guys with baseball bats to hit them back.
And it's brutal, but if you get enough of them and they realize that nothing that they do is going to occur without some metaphorical pain to their own personal lives, they'll keep doing it.
But if you convince them of that, they will stop doing it.
But until, you know, until the Democrats stop rolling over for this and saying, well, we're not going to dirty our hands when they go high, we go low.
So when they go low, We get baseball bats.
That should be the next, you know, big, let's get Obama out there saying when they go low, we get baseball bats.
I think that would solve this completely.
Do you see this as a hair-on-fire emergency that's more important than anything they would have done in Afghanistan or Ukraine or any other country around the world?
Do you think this is the most important thing those guys should be doing?
Tucker, I have made that point to the United States Congress, asking for more resources so that we can better defend our border.
Knowing that the federal government is not defending our border, the only people capable of doing it would be Texas.
And what is Texas getting?
Nothing from the federal government.
People would send you money if you started up a voluntary fund.
Send Greg Abbott money.
People would put you in their wills.
I mean, you'd probably be president of the United States if you did that.
I'm serious.
If you took control and closed the border, which you can do, you would be a folk hero sung about by future generations around the campfire.
I just think it's that simple.
Texas, once again, takes a stand against an invasion.
It's not the first time you've done it.
So Tucker, let me tell you we've done exactly that.
Can I talk to the congressman?
Hey!
Hey, hi there!
Thanks for joining us.
Thanks for joining us.
Thanks for joining us.
Thanks for joining us.
Chris, Fred, Matt, Tom, don't go anywhere.
We will get to you momentarily.
It's a very special guest.
No monologue in the second hour.
Too important to have this guest on.
I was just looking on social media in the break, and somebody said, and here's a message of... It's from some friends in the UK from their TV show.
They said, and here's a message of hope for the Christmas period.
And I thought, We need a little bit of that here, don't we?
I don't know how much hope I've been giving you in this Christmas season.
Later in the hour I'll get out the good book as usual every day and I'll read you a little passage on the birth of our Lord and Savior.
Hopefully that will inject a little bit of hope back into the proceedings.
When we've got the most powerful law enforcement agency in the world colluding not only with big tech but also entrapping Americans into fake kidnap plots, yeah, gotta look hard for some hope.
Here's a reminder of one person who does actually give us a little bit of hope because he is a patriot, not a politician, and he's on Capitol Hill.
This was North Carolina's Congressman Dan Bishop just roasting the FBI for their fake kidnap plots.
Play cut.
FBI assets congratulating other FBI assets for breathing life into an artificially generated gubernatorial kidnap plot.
What is going on in America?
We've got to discuss all that and more with the man himself from North Carolina, Congressman Dan Bishop.
It's good to have you back on the show.
Thank you, Dr. Corker.
I'm glad to be with you.
Thanks for the trip down memory lane with that little... Alright, we'll talk about the FBI latest revelations in a few minutes, but first things first, I have had far too much fun in a kind of dark, dark, dank way following your team on Twitter because you just, you know, you just launched your team onto the task of reading the 4,100 page abortion of this spending bill that has passed in the Senate moments ago, then it's going to go to the House.
Can you just share with those who don't follow you on social media some of the truly, utterly outrageous things you and your team have found in this 1.7 trillion dollar bill?
Yeah, I'd be glad to, Dr. Gorka.
You know, you started off by saying you're offering people some hope, and I'm afraid this segment's not going to do it.
But my folks really worked hard.
We all worked hard to get through that monstrosity.
Bill clocks in at really $1.85 trillion, including the $15 billion plus of earmarks.
4800 plus pages to read and people ask if you read it all.
And we sort of go through it in the lightning speed to try.
And that's it.
It's a big stack of paper.
We've got a staff really five.
I guess I said earlier for it off offline too, but the so it's really five folks and me and you know, You mentioned the FBI and what they've been doing.
We've got big hopes to undertake serious investigation of the FBI and DOJ.
The FBI just got an $11 billion budget appropriation in this mass bill, a half-billion-dollar increase Which the Biden administration didn't even request.
Let's just stop there, because when I heard this I was shocked.
So the FBI, with 18 GOP senators, was given more money than they even asked for from the Democrats.
Massively more, plus funding for a $376 million new headquarters.
It boggles the mind.
It boggles the mind.
Okay, so let's cut to the chase.
Let's talk about the FBI.
I've had veterans of the Bureau.
So first things first, if you don't know my background, I worked with the FBI for many years before I joined the administration.
I trained them on things like Al-Qaeda and ISIS.
Thousands of officers, you know, Intelligence analysts and special agents.
This is hard for me to say, but if the FBI knocked on my door today, I would tell them to pound sand and talk to my attorneys.
Me too!
Oh wow.
I've had 23-year FBI veterans on my show say it has to be disbanded.
Can this nation, when we know that they're colluding with big tech to undermine the free flow of information prior to an election, can that entity be allowed to stand, Congressman?
Well, Dr. Gorka, people said abolish the FBI.
You need an institution that can effectively enforce federal law and punish wrongdoers, but something's got to change.
And I think, really, you have to begin to look at The appropriation.
I'm not sure that entity needs $11 billion.
The FBI, leave aside the DOJ, which is bigger.
The one consequential thing that we certainly can do in the House with a small Republican majority is to conduct serious investigations, to pursue them doggedly, to lay bare all of the things that they're doing in great detail But that implies that you're doing that for a reason and that you're going to follow through and you're going to reform the agency.
I think, you know, there are a lot of different ideas.
I've articulated a few of them.
I think we've got to see where it leads.
But we've also got to change the status quo in Washington, because if the Senate, Mitch McConnell and 18 Republicans are going to jam us concluding, you know, closing the debate before it's ever been opened, where are we going to go?
Americans got to be dismayed about that.
Is it lonely to be Dan Bishop, and is it going to be very lonely after January and Kevin McCarthy becomes the Speaker?
What's it like to actually care about these things on Capitol Hill?
I will tell you, Dr. Gorka, candidly, that I am disheartened about how many of the Republicans are inclined to continue along with the status quo exactly as it is.
I know folks hearing that are desperate because they've all been trying to pay attention, trying to come out and vote for people.
They listen to a lot of people talk a lot of conservative rhetoric, but man, it's just not playing out up here.
I will tell you that I weigh very carefully.
You said when Kevin McCarthy becomes Speaker on the 3rd of January, I haven't decided what I'm going to do.
It's a small majority, and he's going to have to get the votes if he's going to be Speaker.
There's going to have to be a change in which we say we're not going to just let the status quo continue.
And the status quo is very resilient.
Listen to this man.
His hesitance in his voice is very interesting because that means he's not slick.
He's not pat.
He's not lying to you.
And he's serious about, he's still thinking about what he's going to do on January 6th.
He's Rep Dan Bishop on Twitter.
He's also J Dan Bishop on Twitter.
The website is danbishop.house.gov.
To the point you just made, I had a retired lady just call in who say in the last election she gave as much as she could to eight GOP candidates and after today's vote she feels betrayed.
What do you say to those people?
Wow.
Somebody asked me earlier, Dr. Gorka, what is in the mind of the senators, and I don't talk to senators a lot.
They're sort of the House of Lords.
I mean, I have occasion to once in a while.
There are people who do more of it.
Chip Roy talks to Mike Lee a lot.
I actually asked Jim Jordan this on the floor just a little bit ago.
What are these guys thinking?
What is in their head that they think this is acceptable?
The only thing—he didn't give this direct answer.
Somebody else suggested that they think, well, the House has got these rambunctious folks, and it's a small majority, and they think it's going to be hard to do business over here, so they're just doing this because they're not sure they don't want to have the government shut down.
Wow.
That would be also a betrayal, because the people Elected this majority in the House, it's very precious.
They ought to make sure that it, let's get to the task and make things work out.
But to take the easy way out of jamming a trillion aid on the people and blowing up more federal spending, drive more inflation, do damage.
They've got DEI provisions all over this 4,800 page document.
You know, every Democrat priority has been acceded to And so that lady who's given her precious hard-earned money, all the American people, as hard as they've worked, they're going to have to double down and they're going to have to throw out Republican elected officials who betrayed them.
It's really that simple.
They're going to have to follow it and they're going to have to follow through.
All right.
You have given me hope that there are at least people like you on Capitol Hill after you've made your decision on January the 3rd.
Can we have a longer discussion here on America First with you, Congressman?
It's always a pleasure, Dr. Gorka.
You're one of the best fighters and you've pointed the way.
And there are more.
And courage begets courage.
I'm counting on that.
We're going to make it happen.
And I'd love to talk to you about whatever the outcome is when we get to that.
Courage does beget courage.
You are leading the way.
And thank you to your team for having them slog through that monstrosity.
They're great young people.

I think I've seen everything, right?

All right, let's do a little Christmas reading and go to the calls.
Oh, Antoinette!
Fabulous.
Okay, good.
All right, so I did Luke.
Matthew.
Thank you.
Thank you.
What were you going to say to get Dan back for a longer one?
Yeah, a longer one after January 3rd, after the vote on Speaker.
And then, we'll post all the segments as usual, but the last two minutes has to be a separate Twitter post and Instagram post.
Alright.
What are you doing?
That's fine.
He's in a hurry.
He's ready to get this show over with.
He's ready to go out on Chris' vacation.
Clearly.
He was pretty good.
What?
He was pretty good.

He was.
It's not like we've got eight good people in Congress.
Yeah, well, I know.
Great.
Out of 400.
I thought it was 20 seconds.
Sorry.
Do you have a title for that one?
Hang on a second.
Is there a clip that you were getting?
Yeah, I haven't got it yet.
I don't know if I can vote for McCarthy.
No, I don't know.
I don't understand what the GOP senators just did.
Didn't he say something about don't vote for the ones that betrayed you too or something like that?
Yeah, no, he did say something.
Yes.
Yes, those senators betrayed you.
I'm going to come in with a...
Good luck.
Nice.
Yep.
Yeah.
We'll get to that.
We'll get to that.
Thank you.
I'm going to continue where I left off.
Let's keep playing the music softly.
This is Luke.
The Word of the Lord.
Chapter 2, verse 15.
When the angels went away from them into heaven, the shepherds said to one another, Let us go over to Bethlehem and see this thing that has happened which the Lord has made known to us.
And they went with haste.
and found Mary and Joseph and the babe lying in a manger.
And when they saw it, they made known the saying which had been told them concerning this child.
And all who heard wondered at what the shepherds told them.
But Mary kept all these things, pondering them in her heart.
And the shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had heard and seen as it had been told them.
And at the end of eight days, when he was circumcised, he was called Jesus, the name given by the angel before he was conceived in the womb.
I know it's hard, friends, to keep that in front of you.
But it's really all that matters.
Because whatever they do to us here on Earth, on this mortal coil, which is the realm of the Dark One, it matters not one whit.
Why?
Because thanks to him, Thanks to our Lord and Savior, we've already won.
So take heart.
We have been through far worse.
Others, our forefathers, have been through far worse.
And we will prevail because we have already prevailed.
In that vein, let us help those less fortunate than ourselves.
You have already donated over half a million dollars to the children who have a mother or father incarcerated this Christmas.
If you can give again, or if you haven't yet and you wish to, please take a moment.
It's one of the most beautiful things you can do at Christmas.
is to share love with those who you'll likely never meet.
Those who are so vulnerable.
Children who feel guilty for no apparent reason because they're not responsible for the crimes of their parents.
$25 gets them a Christmas gift chosen by their incarcerated mother or father, a note of love from that parent, and a children's gospel.
Please donate today.

Antoinette, Merry Christmas!
Merry Christmas, Dr. G. It's an odd day today, that's for sure for all of us here in America.
But as you say, we have been saved already and we are blessed.
And I have to say, the fight is starting to come back inside of me and outwardly.
How are you feeling?
Are you fully recovered, my friend?
No, sir.
But what I want to say is thank you all for the wonderful prayers.
I'm still going to physical therapy, but at least I can walk and stand on my own again, thank God.
Dr. G, the people that I met at town hall, October the 30th, there was a number of them that came to me and wants to help us with our I am for the voiceless.
So please out there, you guys, I'm going to get back to you.
But also, there's a number of other things I've been kind of working on as I've been laying and healing and being here.
For us, for Christmas, but primarily for our country, for the United States of America.
So, with your permission, and you can put me on hold as long as you want, I need to talk to you about it, because it's something actually, hopefully, very special for our country.
All right.
Well, I want to hear that.
Stay on the line.
In the meantime, in front of all of our listeners, I want to wish you a very blessed and Merry Christmas.
Keep Antoinette on the line, and we will get to her.
Let's go to Chris in Sacramento.
Chris, welcome to America First.
Chris, you're up.
All right, maybe he'll dial back in.
Fred, San Francisco, line three.
Yeah, Merry Christmas, Dr. Gorka.
My comment, I know you're big on history, and I am too.
Tell me if I'm wrong, but as a question, isn't we just witness taxation without representation?
And instead of a 1% stamp act, like in 1774, We're talking about in California, about 50%.
You know, obviously, Senator Cotton and Senator McConnell would be loyalists in that time.
Yeah.
And I don't see a solution here.
I wish I did.
I'm older.
I'm peaceful in case the FBI is listening.
But observer of history, it seems so much like the rise and fall by Gibbons of the Roman Empire.
And I, you know, This is a broken system now.
All the elections, I don't even see how good candidates can ever, whatever they are, if DeSantis was as pristine as Mother Teresa, we're in a situation he'll never can be elected now.
It's a rigged system.
Yeah, so I don't buy that.
So if it were a rigged system, then Glenn Youngkin would not be the governor and it would be Terry McAuliffe as the governor for the Commonwealth of Virginia.
So yes, they're stealing elections, especially in those large metropolitan areas where they have an ecosystem they've built over decades in which the GOP have just ignored.
But we can win elections.
We have won elections.
We have to win all of the elections.
We have to out-organize them, where we can't stop them from ballot harvesting.
And in the meantime, we have to primary all the scumbag rhinos out of existence.
Those are the only options left to us.
If we are to remain peaceful, those are the options that we must, must use.
Thank you for your call.
Let's go to Tom in Atlanta, Line 5.
Welcome, Tom.
Merry Christmas to One of the most forthright, unapologetic Americans.
I don't know, but I'd love to meet you someday.
And when we think about the expression, what would Jesus do?
I would like to perhaps suggest that we also add on to that, what would Mary and Joseph do, considering the assault on the children of this nation?
And I would ask, would Mary and Joseph take Jesus to drag queen story hour?
No, they wouldn't.
No, they wouldn't.
And just remember, just remember one of the most shocking images in the Bible when Jesus said, better that a millstone be hung around his neck and he be thrown into the sea than he harm one hair on the head of these children.
That tells you everything you need to know.
And that's why these transgender extremists will burn in hell.
Unless they repent, they will burn in hell.
Because it is our duty to protect the most vulnerable in society, starting with the unborn, and with children, and with the aged.
Thank you, my friend.

Super spreader here.
Ah, yes.
Yes.
And I'm going to play Tucker here.
Are you all teed up?
Yep.
Copy that.
Cut 11. Cut 11.
Cut 11.
Cut 11.
You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Welcome back.
What is one of the first things that they target in a dictatorship?
Yeah, they've got to take control of the media, the radio station, the newspapers.
They've got to deal with the opposition, slice them up like a stick of salami.
But then, the really important targets are the families.
That's why this transgender drag queen thing is so important.
You've got to attack the integrity of the family.
And also, the church.
Faith has to be targeted.
And it's not just communists or fascists.
It's here in America.
Do you remember what they did under Covid?
Do you remember what they did especially in states like California?
Where they said you can't worship.
You can't even sing hymns of praise to the Lord.
That was in America just recently!
Are we going to stop them next time?
Well we will if we have the earnest forthright fortitude of people like Sean Foyt who started or helped to start the Let Us Worship movement.
In California they said no.
You're not separating us from God.
You're not banning us from singing in church.
And they resisted.
They're accused of being super spreaders!
But they wouldn't bow down to the government.
And right now you can see...
An amazing story.
The documentary of their resistance to the state and it is a lesson for what we must all do next time.
It is exclusively available on our platform along with 2,000 Mules and so many other things.
It is super spreader the movie at SalemNow.com.
Watch it this Christmas weekend to feel energized about how there's resistance to oppression even in California.
That's the movie Super Spreader at SalemNow.com.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Salem Now and the movie Super Spreader.
All right, bit of fun here.
Oh, I didn't show you guys the Pelosi.
Let's horrify you all with this thing that Jeff found.
This is Nancy Pelosi's crypt master message to Joe Scarborough.
Oh, gives me the heebie-jeebies.
Cut eight.
I extend warm thanks for your 15 years of invaluable work on the air.
When your team speaks, America listens.
Because every morning, your viewers know they can count on a smart, honest conversation about the issues that matter.
Best wishes for a lovely celebration and for many more years of well-deserved success.
And by the way, congratulations on having a great title.
Morning, Joe.
Thank you.
Sunday morning!
Good morning!
Oh my gosh, he just gets creepier and creepier.
All right, let's have something fun.
This is Tucker Carlson making Governor Abbott of Texas squirm in his seat.
Cut 11.
Do you see this as a hair-on-fire emergency that's more important than anything they would have done in Afghanistan or Ukraine or any other country around the world?
Do you think this is the most important thing those guys could be doing?
I think you should do it again.
Tucker, let me tell you we've done exactly that.
I'll give you an example.
I want you and your audience to know that today we begin putting up even more border wall.
Texas is the only state to build our own border wall.
My point is this.
We started a fund called borderwall.tx.
I can't remember the rest of it.
We'll get it up for you.
Unimpressive.
Tucker bought the heat.
You're the governor of Texas.
You've got more assets than most nations in the world.
And you really, you could physically shut down the border if you wanted to.
Don't you want to?
Hmm.
Very, very strange.
All right, I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.
If you're in daily pain, if you've tried everything else, if you've failed to find relief, do what I did more than three and a half years ago.
I had a lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
Nothing I did worked.
I just kind of Got used to it.
Then I ordered Relief Factor.
Two weeks later, I was pain free.
And I'm still pain free.
More than three and a half years later.
But it's not just me.
It's people all across the nation.
Like Debrin from Massachusetts.
This is Debrin's story.
I just started taking Relief Factor four days ago.
My hip pain is gone.
I had a horrible time sleeping because of the pain.
I absolutely love how I am feeling.
Thank you Relief Factor.
Just those words, my hip pain is gone, should be reason enough.
Whether it's your hip, your back, your shoulders, your knee, whatever it is!
If you've tried everything else and failed, why don't you order the 3-week quick starter pack that costs just $19.95?
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Debra, and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
You know it makes sense.
Don't wait any longer.
What, truly, have you got to lose?
Well, except for the pain.
Do it now.
Call 800-500-8384-ReliefFactor.com.
800-583-84-Relieffactor.com.
That's 800-583-84-Relieffactor.com.
Now the jingle hop has begun.
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock.
Jingle bell night, jingle bell night.
Can you give me two mics on?
Two's up.
So, Cynthia?
Yes, hi, how are you?
Good, what's your question, what's your comment?
Uh, I hear you've been talking about the FBI, and this morning in Sherman Oak, A friend of mine, acquaintance from patriotic rallies and things like that, the FBI showed up at his house at 6 a.m.
to bang down the door.
He stayed inside and he was hiding.
They didn't get in.
Eventually he came out after two hours.
The reason they were there was he was at January 6th.
He was not inside the Capitol.
And I just think it's horrific how They took him away in handcuffs and they're embarrassing him and yet we're not investigating Hunter Biden.
Well, of course, par for the course.
He's one of 800 others.
Right.
And that's why he was inside.
He knows, you know, he has other friends that had been there and they're in that jail still in D.C.
and he's afraid.
You know, he's afraid.
So I am glad that you let me come on just so people know.
What's happening out there because most people don't know that this is going on that innocent Americans are being persecuted for being patriots Yeah, we talk about it all the time.
Thank you Cynthia.
Thank you for calling Merry Christmas Hey, buddy How you doing?
Hey, I am well all right so that video you did was on Twitter and Elon right and Yes.
Okay, good.
We'll use that as the apropos.
Good, good, good, good.
All right.
I'm just going to post something that will give me something to hang it on and we will have fun.
You staying home for Christmas?
Um, I am leaving for Virginia Beach tomorrow.
Nice.
Yeah, we did First Christmas with my parents in St.
Pete.
And then everybody's descending on my sisters in Virginia Beach, saw my daughter.
So everything's good.
We got everybody.
Good.
Yeah.
All right.
I just posted this.
We will use this as our peg.
20 seconds.
Standby.
One segment.
we're going to have
uh you
the antidote to fake news America First.
Good choice there, Alex, after all that depressing talk with Louie Gohmert, Congressman Dan Bishop, cheering me up with a little of the wonderful soundtrack from the Lord of the Rings.
I was going to say Lord of the Flies.
I am in a dark mood today.
Lord of the Rings is much better than Lord of the Flies.
And I should be in a good mood.
Why?
Because I'm wearing the same pant size I wore when I was 26.
I've gone down to size 36.
I haven't been at 36 in more than 30 years.
Why?
Because of the amazing offices of Dr. Ashley Lucas at my PhD, weight loss.
You can be successful too.
First diet that worked for me.
Look at those photographs.
That's how effective it is.
If I can do it, anyone can!
Call today for your first consultation, 864-644-1900 or myphdweightloss.com.
Get svelte and sexy!
864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
Someone who's never had a problem being svelte and sexy, because once a Green Beret, always a Green Beret, is our good buddy Jim Hansen.
Uncle Jimbo, the founder, the president of American Matters.
Merry Christmas, Uncle Jimbo!
Merry Christmas to you, Seb, and the audience.
All right, so you posted a cool video on Elon Musk and Twitter.
I just wanted, if you think that we're just going to obsess about Elon Musk and Twitter forever, I literally seconds ago posted a piece from the Daily Mail with, you know, they've got the receipts, they've got the photographs, the faces and the names of all the CIA guys, former quote-unquote CIA guys, at Facebook.
Which is far more influential when it comes to politics and demos that are going to actually vote.
Jim, give us your thumbnail on the last three weeks, Twitter files 1 to 8, and if you think anything's going to change.
Well, whether it's going to change is kind of up to people outside of Twitter.
What changed inside of Twitter is it went from being an arm of the woke deep state to a bastion of free speech in Silicon Valley, which is a tremendous win for our team.
With 75% fewer employees.
None of whom were doing anything but propaganda and thought policing.
So I think it showed a couple of things.
Number one, they're bloated.
Number two, they're activist organizations, not true corporations.
And number three, they were working directly at the behest of the deep state permanent bureaucracy security apparatus.
And that is, number one, unconstitutional.
The government can't outsource censorship, which it's forbidden to do, to people who aren't forbidden to do it.
That's just cheating.
So I think they got caught at that.
We're going to see if the Republicans can do anything with it.
But the fact that the people now know that was happening is going to make it that much harder for them to do it.
And then your reaction, I've got to ask you, let me just read the seminal passage from yesterday's statement from the FBI.
I just have to share this because it's at the level of Ceausescu or Enver Hoxha in Albania during the Cold War.
It is unfortunate that conspiracy theorists and others are feeding the American public misinformation with the sole purpose of attempting to discredit the agency.
What misinformation?
We've got the emails, we've got the Slack channel communications, FBI do this, Twitter, yes, yes, master.
Yeah, I think it's unfortunate that the agency is using disinformation and censorship against the American people, and they got caught.
And the, I mean, the absolute unmitigated gall to try and pretend, oh no, it's not us, it's you, that projection, yeah, I think we got a little bit going on.
Yeah, that is the definition of gaslighting.
Okay, so what happens, we just saw moments ago the 1.7 trillion dollar abortion passed by 18, 18 GOP senators who said, yeah, yeah, yeah, let's do that, let's keep defunding the border, let's keep giving money to Ukraine.
I feel like I'm in Groundhog Day, you know, there's a chronic hysteresis and nothing's going to change January 3rd.
How are you feeling about next year?
Well, Mitch McConnell just paid off all the people he promised pork to in order to get himself re-elected majority leader.
And in doing so, he took away the only power Republicans had next year, which was the purse.
If they can't defund the woke state, they can't do anything more than flap their gums.
So we've got basically nine months ahead of us where they'll do hearings and they'll do investigations, they'll do things like that, but they can't change a single thing.
And that's because the turtle sold us out to save his own sorry butt.
Yeah.
He's the author most recently of Get Based.
You can get it on Amazon right now.
And before that, Winning the Second Civil War Without Firing a Shot.
Do you think that dynamic?
Well, we've even got people like Senator Johnson calling out Mitch McConnell for what he did.
Do you think the new House is going to take revenge with the GOP Senate?
Is this a temporary glitch in the system?
How significant is it, Jim?
I think this might be the last straw for the sellout RINO Republican, you know, heritage.
I think they're done.
I think people are sick of it.
We've seen what happens.
And nobody in America believes we have $1.7 trillion to burn.
So, some of them are happy about the pork they're getting and the free stuff they're getting, but nobody really believes it's a good idea.
And I think we've got about a year and a half to convince enough Americans that we can't bring those people back to power because they sold all of us out to satisfy their constituencies as opposed to do their jobs, which is serve the people.
And the FBI, is it redeemable?
They just gave them 11 billion dollars more than the Biden administration asked for.
Is this an agency on life support or is it just going to shrug off the Twitter, Facebook revelations?
Well, we can't do anything to it.
That's the problem.
If we had refused to pass that garbage bill, then we could have defunded the parts of that organization that we caught violating the Constitution.
Now, all we can do is call them names until we have another election or until we get to the next budget cycle.
So, like I said, we've got nine months of talking before we can do anything.
And we, all of us, you, me, and the rest of the people here, need to convince our representatives that it's time to hold their feet to the fire and shut down the agencies that are using their power in a way that's not allowed.
All right.
I wish you a very, very Merry Christmas, Jim.
You might be hearing his voice over the Christmas break.
Ooh, ooh, maybe.
Did I give something away there?
In the meantime, follow him on Twitter, Jim Hansen, D.C., the founder of America Matters, and the latest book with a rather natty cover.
You've got to check out the cover.
Look at that.
It would be cooler with a Mustang, but a Jag's okay.
It's Get Based.
Talk to you soon, my buddy.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Your call is next here on America First coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studio.
It's the next hour.
It's RazörFist.
You don't want to miss a millisecond.
What does RazörFist think of what happened today in the Senate and the Twitter files?
ReliefFactor.
Pain relief that works.
Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating.
Half a million Americans right now.
Me included.
But it's not just me.
It's people like Yvonne from California.
This is Yvonne's story.
Pain-free!
Both my husband and I are in our 70s and are so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Pain-free!
Oh my gosh!
That should be reason enough for you to order the three-week quicksutter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less, take it morning and evening like I do, and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Yvonne, and half a million of your fellow Americans.

All right.
Play nine again for me, please.
One of the symbolic significances of President Zelensky is he's a man who has defied not only Putin, but also Donald Trump.
That if it had been up to Donald Trump, he would have squeezed Zelensky, broken him, and used him to corrupt the American political system.
That's what the first Donald Trump impeachment was about.
It was about Trump's attack on Zelensky.
And I think a big part of the rage that the pro-Trump forces and the remains of the Trump family expressed toward Zelensky on social media, everywhere there can, is their awareness that he stood up to Trump and that he foiled Trump's scheme.
He stood up to Trump.
He came to D.C.
and said that he never extorted him before Trump even released a transcript.
See, that's the one thing about Zelensky.
If he was a snake, he could have really screwed them, because that was before Trump made the transcript.
Yes!
Yes!
Wow.
Yeah, so true.
These people, they just live in an alternate universe.
Well, instead of rewriting history from 20 years ago, now they do it from last year.
When you thought the world couldn't get any crazier, the FBI now claims that the words of its own agents in tons of emails revealed by Twitter files are conspiracy theories and information.
Yeah, pretty much.
You know, the actual emails aren't emails of proof of what they did.
Just trust us, it's... Yeah, these are not the droids you're looking for.
If you have a cell phone, please, friends, tell me it's connected to Patriot Mobile, the only Christian concerted cell phone company in America.
Not the big cell phone companies that are woke, that fund things like Planned Parenthood.
Why would you fund organizations like Planned Parenthood?
Every time you make a call, because that's who they make donations to.
Switch to the good guys.

We lost him!
Chris Sacramento, line one.
Good afternoon, Dr. Gorka.
Merry Christmas.
Thank you for all you do.
I just wanted to make you aware of something I heard on Dennis Prager this morning.
WeAreGoodMen.com.
WeAreGoodMen.com is a website created by one of the J6ers' wives.
And it has just tons of instances of how they're being mistreated, how you can help, and things that you could do.
I'd never heard of it.
I was astonished, so I figured you'd want to hear about it as well.
Good, I appreciate it.
We know the Patriot Freedom Project, where you can give donations, but wearegoodmen.com, I'll check it out.
And if it was on Dennis' show, it's the real deal.
Merry Christmas, Chris.
Let's go to Mike in Detroit, line two.
Oh yeah, Dr. Gorka.
I can't believe they passed this.
This is the worst bill that could possibly have been debated.
And, you know, they rewarded all the wrong people for all the wrong things.
You know, President Trump, to his great credit, exposed all these organizations, the Democratic Party, the Deep State, the mainstream media, for who they were, which is mind-blowing to me.
I didn't even know they existed.
You know, and the Democrats are politically corrupt.
Uh, you know, uh, politically, they're criminally corrupt, they're seditious, they're treasonous, and they're personally corrupt.
I mean, please don't mutilate our children, you know?
This isn't the World War II Democratic Party.
You know, they played by the rules for radicals.
You hold your enemy up to their highest standards, get him to bend over backwards to be fair to you, if you can do that, and then lie, cheat, and steal.
This is just, uh, you know, I'm dumbfounded by this.
You should be.
You should be.
But don't be just downfounded.
Take action.
Get engaged.
Get politically involved.
It's the most important thing.
Don't get angry.
Channel it.
Run for local office.
That's what we do to take back our country.
Thank you, Mike.
Next up, raise a fist.

No, I've got to...
got him down here for 5:15.

Yeah, okay, say yes.
Say yes.
That's right.
Okay, all right.
All right, let's do this.
Are you ready to record?
Oh, can somebody text me the link for the live stream so I can send it to RazörFist?
Okay.

Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
What do you do if you want to mix it up a bit?
You've got to have the liner from the president.
I mean, you know, President Trump and a little bit of Kelly Clarkson, if your next guest is into heavy metal, because we do things a little bit differently here.
We have congressmen, we have special guests, we have experts on social media, and then we have a guy who's kind of sui generis.
There is no taxonomy for the man behind the YouTube channel, Rageaholic.
I think you can tell from his name, he's just known as Razor Fist.
Razor, welcome back to America First.
You know, it's more apropos than you might think.
I hear Kelly Clarkson actually a bit of a metalhead.
Believe it or not, I've heard that.
Ooh, interesting.
Well, I knew that, of course.
I knew that.
I prepared that diligently.
My intel sources gave me the code word briefing on that.
You know, I'm not surprised.
There's a little bit, you know, racy lady there.
I'm not surprised.
Welcome back to the show.
I couldn't think of anyone better to help me dissect, to vivisect the live organ, the monster that is Washington, D.C.
as we see Chuck Schumer do an end run around everything that is decent to spend $1.7 trillion of Our money, not just giving it to the Ukrainians, but to his back pocket and to his buddies across the nation.
Raise a fist.
We'll get to the swamp.
We'll get to what's happening in Arizona.
Very, very interesting things happening in your state.
But first, we haven't spoken since, what, the last 48 Twitter files dumps.
Here's a little reminder that it's not just Twitter that we should be concerned with.
Here's that guy, Joe Rogan, talking to that android, Mark Zuckerberg.
Play cut!
How do you guys handle things when they're a big news item that's controversial?
Like, there was a lot of attention on Twitter during the election because of the Hunter Biden laptop story.
Yeah, we have that too.
Yeah, so you guys censored that as well?
So we took a different path than Twitter.
I mean, basically the background here is the FBI, I think, basically came to us, some folks on our team, and was like, hey, just so you know, you should be on high alert.
We thought that there was a lot of Russian propaganda in the 2016 election.
We have it on notice that basically there's about to be some kind of dump that's similar to that.
So just be vigilant.
So first things first here, we're focusing on Twitter because Elon Musk bought it and because he's letting these two left-wing journalists dump what I think is a fraction of the actual evidence of how corrupt the relationship between the state, the DNC, and Palo Alto was, but it's just a drop in the bucket because Facebook is far more influential in terms of influencing other demographics.
Then we've got Instagram, then we've got TikTok, so I'm sure you've been following it incredibly closely.
Your reaction to the last, what is it, three and a half weeks of what Elon's been doing?
What's your take initially?
I've seen criticism for the sort of drip-fed nature of it, but I actually think he's kind of working it like a pommel horse.
I think it's interesting.
It's actually kind of been building to a crescendo.
The last couple of drops were much more damaging than the first couple.
And this particular one was just, I mean, look, for you and I, this is kind of just confirming what we already knew, had heard little bits about, had seen evidence of.
But it is, I think people in our own quarters kind of, because we've known about it for so long and saw no action on it and saw no consequences of it, there is kind of a reflex, I notice, on our own side among whatever you want to call them, the black pill sphere.
to immediately leap to the assumption that absolutely nothing's going to happen and it's like you don't understand there is a formality ultimately the regular rank and file of american citizens have to know about this and need the confirmation of it that's a good point that's a good point that however cynical you or i might be those who aren't you know vested in the political discourse 25 hours a day they need to see the receipts as well that's what you're saying
Absolutely, and I think honestly that's what's occurring here.
We actually have corroboration, private messages, they're posting screenshots of emails.
I mean, It's absolutely absurd some of the stuff that's come out just about how intertwined the FBI were.
Did you catch the bit about the FBI paying them?
Just straight up paying Twitter?
Millions, millions of dollars.
That's not the FBI's money.
That's my money.
That's everyone's money.
And then what do we have?
I have the official statement here from the FBI yesterday in reaction to all of this.
It is unfortunate that conspiracy theorists and others are feeding the American public misinformation with the sole purpose of attempting to discredit the agency.
I mean, that is Enver Hoxha levels of communist, you know, war is peace, peace is war disinformation, is it not?
And that's right out of the Hoover building, Reza!
Indeed, and then you mentioned at the very outset, actually he mentioned in that clip, that Facebook had been reached out to.
Hey, we caught wind that there might be Russian disinformation.
Where'd they get that information from?
Probably the Biden campaign.
So essentially, the FBI were acting as an arm of the Biden campaign before he was even installed, shall we say?
Careful, you've got a YouTube channel.
Be careful there, my friend.
Like a really bad version of Windows, shall we say.
But yes, he before that happened, they already knew about it.
So that to me tell that says that functionally speaking, the FBI were functioning as a part of a active political campaign.
Which is, look, when you know about everything that happened with the Steele dossier and all of that ridiculous disinformation, that was essentially fed directly from Clinton.
Actually, didn't it head to McCain first and then he shot it up the flagpole?
Yes.
I mean, for crying out loud.
So yeah, that all kind of tracks, frankly.
The FBI are now an arm of not, I don't want to say one political party, because it really is two, but it's really the establishment wing of both.
So for those who didn't hear it yesterday, for me there was a moment of clarity.
I was on a Twitter spaces with somebody who was head of cyber in the State Department called Mike Benz, whose one mission today is to have a transparent Internet that doesn't have political censorship.
And he said you need to appreciate it goes beyond just the uniparty.
What we're talking about occurring in the last five years in America is the foreign policy establishment, which developed tools on the Internet for so-called color revolutions in other countries to get domestically involved in the elections in Ukraine and Georgia and elsewhere.
They turned those tools on the United States.
Why?
Because the boogeyman, the threat of populism a la Orban in other countries was now a threat internally in the visage of Donald Trump.
And so they had to use their I see tools there, social media tools to undermine the populist candidate.
And it helps put everything in place.
You've got to watch that.
It was yesterday's one-on-one with Mike Benz.
But here's, whatever the eventual consequences are, here's my take.
And tell me what you think.
Raise a fist.
Nobody reads newspapers anymore.
Very few people watch television.
Biggest TV show gets 5 million viewers.
That's Tucker.
That's nothing.
Most people, in most demographics, whether it's 18-year-olds or 68-year-olds, get their politically relevant information from social media.
Mostly Facebook, then a little bit of Twitter for the elite, quote-unquote, and then the other platforms.
You can't have a fair and free election if there's political censorship of social media.
That's the buried lead.
What do you think of that?
Absolutely.
And it's political warfare.
I mean, I've been working on a video on Lincoln.
Lincoln was, during the Civil War famously, he actually entered, this is something a lot of people don't talk about, he famously shut down a bunch of newspapers that were critical of him.
And actually, he took control of all the telegraph lines, censored all messages coming in and out, even from other countries.
It's political warfare.
That was because it was a time of war.
This is essentially political warfare.
They recognize an existential threat.
And again, we talked about this in our first conversation, I believe, that The Trump movement isn't really the Trump movement.
It's a populist movement.
That he inherited.
It's had several incarnations.
It has been the Tea Party, it has been the Buchanan Brigade, the Goldwater movement, and on and on and on.
And Trump sort of seized on it and became its figurehead.
And for a variety of reasons.
I mean, gosh, he's When you look at Trump, he has just a panoply of qualifications that uniquely qualify him to be that figurehead.
First and foremost, he has a name recognition that you cannot buy.
His Q rating is astronomical, which is one of the reasons he's such a focal point for their hire.
At the end of the day.
But that's really what it is.
They were able to, when the Tea Party happened, they were able to defang it.
They actually infiltrated it, funded it, and took it down that way, right?
They just yanked the carpet out from under it, and they thought, oh, the ghost has been exorcised.
Not so much.
Trump was an eerie reminder that, no, it's not.
Absolutely not.
And I also think, a lot of people don't talk about this, may he rest in peace, Herman Cain a little bit in 2012 started to embody some of those qualities.
All right.
We're going to continue the conversation right there.

Christmas is almost upon us.
I've got one last thing to do to thank you for what you've done for the Children of the Prison Fellowship Program.
You've blown past our targets.
I was only trying to get Christmas presents to a thousand children.
We're pushing two thousand already across Salem.
You've raised half a million dollars.
Thank you, thank you, thank you.
These are the children who have a mother or father incarcerated this Christmas.
They get a Yuletide gift chosen by their mother or father, a message of love and a children's gospel.
If you wanted to donate, there's still time.
Give $25 per child by going to sebgawker.com and clicking on the angel tree banner at the top.
It's one of the most beautiful things you can do this Christmas.
You can call in your donation as well.

His political analyses are really You've got to have a tough stomach.
You've got to be maimed of stern stuff for some of the language he uses and the speed.
He's like a masculine version of that little guy.
What's his name?
Shapiro.
He's as fast as Shapiro, but he's actually got some testosterone.
Sorry, Ben.
And the analysis is just good.
It is just on the money.
You were talking about how A very important point you've made again and again and again, that America First and MAGA is not for all the left would wish it to be a cult of personality.
It's actually a global, a figure with a global brand picking up the leftover debris of the Tea Party, the Buchanan movement, the original Goldwater, and then you mentioned somebody else.
Who else would you put into that category?
I think Herman Cain seized some of that in 2012.
I really do.
And I know, from what I understand, Trump was kind of a fan of Herman Cain as well.
Herman Cain was well on track to being the frontrunner in 2012.
And then they threw a bunch of those astroturfed allegations, the same kind that they tried to fire Trump's way.
But he stood and fought.
He got on his hind legs and he fought.
I think Herman Cain, by the way, was inclined to fight those.
But he was thinking more of his family and his wife at the time, as I understand it.
And he was like, OK, my family doesn't need this nonsense.
And so he ended his campaign.
But contrary to what people think, he did actually oppose and ultimately disprove those allegations years later.
Talking of families, it's one of the most interesting and surprising things for me.
When we were there at Mar-a-Lago, what was it, five weeks ago, President Trump gives that campaign launching speech, great speech, and at the end, standing ovation because he calls Melania on stage, and she was beaming after what they put that woman through.
It was clear she wasn't resentful, she wasn't trying to stop him from running, she wasn't hiding in some You know, bedroom, some upper part of my life.
She was there with him and excited to be in the arena again.
Let's talk about what's happened in the last five weeks.
I'm cautious with what I say about my former president because I do have a debt of gratitude to him and I was a politically commissioned officer of the president.
For me that means something.
But the launch of the NFT on the same day as that actually substantive policy video, that was his first substantive statement on policy since the announcement, speaks to me of a lack of serious individuals around him like a chief of staff who we'd recognize, the next Bannon if you will.
Are you concerned, I know two years is a lifetime in politics, raise a fist, but are you concerned about the first fumblings of this campaign?
I share your concerns and have shared them since the very beginning on the people he allows around him.
That was a problem, and it was a problem over the course of his presidency, through no fault of his own many times, and sometimes just issues of judgment.
You just have to be honest about these things.
I know you and many others were critical of the NFT announcement, but I think it's an awful lot of sizzle for so little stink.
They're pictures, people.
Some people claiming Trump is out of touch.
It's all the substance.
For me, it was the timing.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Well, yeah.
And I can see that.
And by the way, the policy videos have been really good.
The last one I watched was really, really good about the border.
Yeah.
But it's the people who are feigning indignation at the idea.
First off, like.
I don't even know what NFTs are.
Join the club.
Hundreds of dollars for glorified clip art.
Like most NFTs, I wouldn't pay hundreds of dollars for the actual object in the photo, much less the photo itself.
But seeing as I'm clueless on the subject, I err on the side of let the people own and trade whatever the hell they want.
You know what I mean?
Like, I don't, I don't care.
Well, and look, they were popular.
I mean, they sold out in less than 36 hours and somebody wanted them.
Exactly.
And I think it was maybe It was maybe a meeting of the Trump who is a marketing genius, right?
He knows how to launch something for crying out loud.
He knows how to look at how he launched when he held Trump helped hold WrestleMania in Atlantic City in the 80s.
And he was a promoting genius with regard in conjunction with Vince McMahon, right?
But look at all that.
I think it was kind of those two worlds colliding and it was just bad timing at the end of the day.
I agree.
The timing was bad, but I don't see the big hubbub about the NFTs themselves.
Here's the pointed question, you know, Bannon maybe could come back.
He's burned some bridges.
But who do you see?
You know, we need a James Baker level.
We need a, you know, Gingrich of 30 years ago level person to be the chief of staff.
Who out there could you imagine in that position?
I know Kash Batali is helping the president out, but it's really hard.
It's really slim pickings, isn't it, Razor?
Not least of which, because the moment you hitch yourself to that wagon, you know what's coming down on you.
Exactly.
They will leave no stone unturned.
They'll be rifling through your garbage.
They'll be coming after your kids and family.
You know, that was a big problem during his presidency.
And I don't even, I don't have any inside information on this at all.
I could see it from afar that Trump was having difficulty filling key positions because people were really good People who could be in those positions were just saying, nah, I don't need that.
Right.
I don't need that drama.
I'm sure that was happening.
Is there anybody out there who you would say, yeah, that would be a good idea?
I like Bannon.
I do think he's got a lot of baggage attached at this point.
Yeah.
That's the only name out there that I could see could practically do it.
I was really bummed when he departed the administration.
I thought he was a great figure to be in there at the moment, right?
He was good in the later stages of the campaign, rather, and the very beginning of the Trump presidency.
Well, let's give him full credit.
This is the guy who came in and after Billy Bush, he brought up a campaign that was 16 points behind Hillary to actually defeat her.
So, you know, back then he was the right man.
Could he come back?

Razorfist, we saw the images last night.
of Kevin McCarthy prancing around Congress with his Ukrainian flag pocket square and his Ukrainian flag pin on his jacket.
What's going to happen in January?
I love Matt Gaetz, but it looks like this is all done and dusted.
The poll has been greased, and Kevin McCarthy is going to be the speaker.
Do we expect any change?
Is the GOP even slightly more MAGA in January than it was in December?
Well, I think thanks to the best efforts of McConnell and McCarthy themselves, probably not much.
Although a little bit.
A little bit in some key races.
Let's not sell some of those victories short during midterms.
I mean, I think one glance at that you could see Kevin McCarthy is just John Boehner with a lower Kleenex bill.
Like, that's literally all he... And speaking of blubbering Boehner, did you see him ugly crying over Pelosi?
We played it!
We played the clip where he is basically, I don't even want to use the right language here because it would be the wrong language given the regulators, but this man who was just blubbering over the saint who is Nancy Pelosi.
It was the one of the most undignified thing I've ever seen a putative man do.
Yeah, not with all the roll aids at CVS could you quell my nausea watching that.
It was awful, and I have too keen a memory of the Boehner regime, right?
I remember when he backed down to Obama, and all Obama did was literally just refuse to meet with him.
And he capitulated!
What was it Dennis Miller said?
Come on, John, there's no crying in capitulation.
You know what I mean?
Like that.
That pretty much sums up the entire Boehner regime.
So what does that mean?
Does that mean we've got two more years of, you know, rhino central until maybe President Trump can win?
I think so, but I also think you can clearly see that the establishment GOP are feeling the heat a little bit.
I don't think you need to take some of the extraordinary measures that they've taken.
Uh, if you're not a little bit worried and looking over your shoulder.
Give me an example of that indices.
A really good one is McConnell's statement.
What was it earlier this week?
Where he's like, well, these last midterms, we couldn't quite get over the hump because of the previous president being involved.
But boy, next time we'll We'll bring it right around.
Now, mind you, he pulled all money out of the Arizona race.
All money.
Dumped it into Alaska and Florida.
Governor's race that DeSantis was ahead by 20 points since, what, March of that year?
Like, he was never in danger of that race even almost accidentally being competitive.
And Mitch McConnell fired $200 million at him.
Well, and then gave money from Arizona and New Hampshire to Murkowski in Alaska just because they're bosom buddies.
And look, Blake Masters made that race competitive through sheer force of will.
Like, it shouldn't have been that close at all.
Mark Kelly had a war chest of something like $41 million.
Yeah.
And Blake Masters had a war chest of something like $7 million.
He, through sheer force of personality, will, and campaigning, brought that race within, you know, five points or whatever.
I mean, he was polling even closer than that ahead of the election.
That was totally down to Blake Masters.
He got no help from that.

RazörFist, you live in Arizona.
This is in the news again.
Fascinating little cut from a court case that Carrie Lake is involved with.
This is a forensic expert who is being challenged by the state and the state is badly burnt.
Play cut.
How do you guys handle things when they're... No, wrong cut.
Go back.
Guys.
Arizona court case.
Play cut.
You're not an attorney, correct?
Okay.
So I'm going to ask you a legal question, but you only have to answer if you have an understanding about it.
If you don't have an understanding, it's perfectly fine to say, I don't know.
Are you aware that under Arizona law, a ballot is not actually unlawful if it is, the term that's used sometimes is harvested or ballot collection.
But if somebody who is not authorized to handle it, Deposits it, or like what happened at Runback, if somebody brings it and inserts it into the stream, but not into a designated authorized drop box.
Are you aware that under Arizona law, that is not actually an unlawful ballot?
I think the term in the law is an invalid ballot.
Okay.
Just one minute, Your Honor.
No more questions.
Thank you very much, Miss Honey.
So the man who is challenging Heather Honey, who's the investigator, supply chain expert with 30 years of experience, he says, well, you know, there's no such thing as an illegal ballot, even if somebody harvests it.
And she says, no, no, no, no, no, it's not illegal.
It's invalid.
And then he goes, and for those who are listening, he shuffles through his papers, realize he's been owned, and he says, thank you, Your Honor.
Now that's lovely, that's amusing.
Does it mean anything?
I asked a very, you know, important conservative from your state who said, it's done, Carrie's lost.
Is Arizona ever going to be a normal political state?
What are the future of elections in your state, Razorfist?
Tell me about it.
Oh God, at this point I call it the absolute state of Arizona.
The fact that it even got to the point where it's an actual court case, frankly, is already exceeding my expectations.
I expected it to be thrown out by some activist judge.
The fact that they're even hearing it.
Now granted, they did throw out the signature match provision or that portion of the lawsuit for absolutely absurd reasons.
over latches, essentially.
This is the catch-22 that they get you in.
If you file your lawsuit too far ahead of time or the election hasn't taken place yet, you have no standing.
If you file it after the fact, oh, well, there was too much of a delay, so that's latches.
So we have to throw it out on that basis.
Yeah.
So you're damned if you do, damned if you don't.
Trump ran into that problem in 2020 after that election, incidentally.
They were throwing things out based on latches and standing.
Same old thing, right?
But we are clearly seeing that there is some meat on the bone here.
And every single day that this is actually out in public is definitely not a good day.
Of course, they have the local rag, the Arizona Republic Which at this point may as well rename itself the People's Republic.
They're downplaying every documented instance of electoral fraud we were all assured does not exist at mock speed.
I mean, these guys are like the Iraqi information minister at this point.
In day one of the trial that the Republic assured us all would not be granted in the first place, we learned that Maricopa County hired a third-party entity called Runback to count ballots off-site In an explicit violation of Arizona election law, our votes have had more hands on them than Kim Kardashian in an NBA locker room, for crying out loud.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
And according to a whistleblower from Runback, in or around 300,000 votes were counted absent a corresponding physical ballot, meaning they were effectively conjured From thin air!
Like, what do they think they are?
A U.S.
dollar for crying out loud?
That is apparently the most secure election ever.
Hang on a second.
I mean, I get it in places like Chicago and Philly that have been doing this since, you know, Joe Kennedy just, you know, used the zombies from the cemetery to get his son elected.
But Arizona?
How long has it been like this in Arizona?
Is this a new phenomenon or is it as bad as Philly and Chicago?
It didn't need to happen before because the Mono Party had their tendrils all over the state for some years.
The McCain establishment wing of Arizona ran the state.
And then Trump happened.
Got it.
And that wasn't supposed to happen.
So 2018, I would say, I mean, one of the reasons I warned ahead of the 2020 election, I actually did a video called Mail-in Ballots are BS.
And in that video, which actually predates the 2020 election by something like six months, I warned of the capacity for irregularities and fortification as a result of mail-in ballot fraud, and the reason why I pointed that out was because the 2018 midterms in Arizona looked just like this, and looked just like 2020.
Martha McSally was in a Senate race against Kyrsten Sinema on election night with 99% of precincts reporting in a state that has handled mail-in ballots for decades and generally has all mail-in ballots counted on election night.
McSally was leading by two points.
Over the course of the next two weeks, they found 150,000 extra ballots and the lead was not only reversed, Kyrsten Sinema wound up winning.
Explain this neologism, fortification of election.
Well, this is a reference to the Time Magazine article that basically owned up to exactly what happened.
They called it fortification, where Facebook and the political pressure packs—by the way, Mark Zuckerberg's political pack is paying pro bono for the legal representation of any Maricopa County election official in this lawsuit, sight unseen, in case you don't consider that to be election.
Fortification.
But yeah, they referred to it as fortification in the Time Magazine article where they basically said, hey, we essentially defrauded the 2020 election and we're bragging about it.
Yeah, we're fortifying it by making it easier to cheat.
So no signature verification equals fortification.
Drop boxes in Democrat districts, fortification.
Having Facebook drop $400 million to local authorities to quote unquote help is also fortification.

I don't talk about much on my show, because it would be horrific.
But my friend who has the morning show on WMAL talks about it all the time, so I'm going to use him as my peg.
And that's Chris Plant.
We are closer than ever to civil war, because the Uni Party doesn't give a crap about us.
And when you look at 107,000 million people, 107,000 million, I'm doing a Karine Jean-Pierre, when you see 107,000 people killed in the last 12 months because of open borders, that is a direct policy, you know, consequence of this administration, you have to say, yeah, they don't care.
Are you Are you ebullient?
Are you confident that we can fix the problems politically?
Or is there a danger of something worse?
I always err on the side of the white pill, personally.
But I do recognize, I mean, look, I live in Arizona.
The border issue has been near and dear to my heart.
I was born and raised in South Phoenix, the part of Phoenix where you probably see the most effect of illegal immigration.
You know, it appears the only supply chain Biden won't interrupt is the one on our southern border at this point.
Just this week, in fact, the DOJ demanded that the wall of shipping containers that's been in the news, the thing that's standing in for the incomplete border wall, that whole thing had to be dismantled.
And of course, Governor Doug Ducey, being Governor Doug Ducey, he capitulated before he finished reading the form letter, I'm sure.
If tapioca pudding ever attains sentience, Doug Ducey is the form it will take, folks.
So I could totally see that.
And honestly, Beyond that, the thing that galls me is that it isn't particularly concerned with people on the other side of the border either, because decades of open borders has caused more misery, suffering, and death in Mexico than you could possibly imagine.
Because what's their problem?
A corrupt regime.
Is that regime going to stay in power if the border is open and they get to ship their underclass over here?
Or, if we shut the border, or managed it effectively, we'd actually have to deal with their problems.
So this gives the light to it all.
The GOP are the heartless ones and the Democrats care about the small people.
No, if you care about girls being raped by coyotes and people being killed by drug overdoses and you seal the border, that's the most compassionate thing to do.
All right, well now we know we have the news.
The Senate has passed the monster bill with 18, 18 Republicans voting for it in the Senate.
The Uniparty is real.
Something must be done about it.
The first thing we do is we diagnose the situation accurately and we listen to people like Razorfist.
I'm wishing you A very, very Merry Christmas next year.
We have to double down on our efforts to take back the Republic, which means every single one of you, all three million of you listening, everyone who watches us on video, everyone who watches RazörFist, you are part of the solution.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, this is America First, wherever you are, whatever you're doing, keep your head on a swivel, watch your six, hold the line, never give up, never give in, and stay frosty.
