The morning after the day before.
Greetings, dear friends.
Welcome to America First.
Yes, we are back in studio.
Yesterday we had to go to Florida.
We had to go to Mar-a-Lago to be with the president to watch the election returns come in.
And quite an evening it was.
What does it all mean?
Why are there so many doomsayers on our side?
Well, that's what we're going to answer for you today with some very special guests.
Somebody who lost their race is going to dissect what happened in his race and do so very, very honestly.
We're going to have Harmeet Dhillon explain to us why big states Can't seem to get that act together.
And whether we actually have election integrity.
We're going to talk about whether or not 2020 was replicated this year with Phil Kline, where Jennifer Horne will join us.
And then the third hour.
You don't want to miss a millisecond of today's show.
Former Chief Investigator for the House Intelligence Committee, former Deputy Director for National Intelligence and Chief of Staff of the Pentagon.
Kash Patel will be with us to dissect what it all means.
Now, I want to take your calls.
The number here is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
But first things first, I have a debt of gratitude.
I have to thank my wife.
I posted a picture of her earlier today on Twitter, on Truth Social, everywhere, with the following words.
I'm so very, very proud of my warrior queen, Katie.
Why?
Because yesterday, we can show the photograph.
This is what I posted.
She left our home at 3.30 in the morning.
Whilst I was in Mar-a-Lago with the President, I saw on our security system she arrived back home at 9.45.
at 9.45.
Where had she been from 3.30 in the morning till 9.45 at night?
She was a senior election officer.
She was doing her part to make sure that we had clean and fair elections.
And in her precinct, where she was the chief election officer, they did.
Now, we've only got three hours to discuss what happened yesterday.
First thing is, Rush Limbaugh.
Is it time to despair?
No, if you're an American, because it's never time to despair.
And those of the Republican Party out there who are telling you it is, well, they're not really Republicans.
Let's be very clear what the big take-home is.
This is no victory for the Democrats.
The fact that we, the good guys, the patriots, those who love America, will control the House, and if God willing things go right, in the next few hours, in the next month or so in Georgia, we will take the Senate.
That's a win.
The idea, and we'll play you some incredible video clips from the left-wing propagandists about how this is a win for the left and on the right it means DeSantis has been anointed and MAGA is dead in the form of Donald J. Trump.
Hang on a second, we took back the house.
So here are the two big take-homes.
Mark my words, everything else we discuss is ancillary to two things that I posted on social media today.
America fired Nancy Pelosi, number one.
And number two, the man in the White House, the alleged president, the pseudo-president, He's going to draw exactly the wrong conclusions and he will run in 2024.
If physically he can last that long without stumbling off a stage or getting into even worse dementia, although given that Fetterman won in Pennsylvania, anything is possible.
He will run, which is amazing, which is fabulous.
Because to have Donald Trump defeat Biden, it's gonna be so easy.
So number one, we fired Nancy.
Number two, Biden is so dumb, he will run in 2024.
Both of those are superb.
Now let's talk about the Ron DeSantis effect and why people who aren't really conservatives are saying, that's it!
DJT 45, it's over.
You lost.
DeSantis is the anointed.
Slow down, slow your roll.
Answer for me a very simple question.
Why is Ron DeSantis a successful governor of Florida?
Oh, and by the way, how did he win?
How did he win in Florida?
Because President Trump saved his campaign.
He wasn't going to win.
A drug addict who, you know, a person with very strange proclivities who beats his partner would have defeated Ron DeSantis.
But when he won, after President Trump campaigned for him and endorsed him, what style of governorship did he bring to the Sunshine State?
In what mold did he govern?
When it came to the economy, to the Second Amendment, to COVID, what was or what has been for the last four years the DeSantis gubernatorial style?
It's a very simple question to answer.
It's like Mini-Me from the Austin Powers movie.
He was a Mini-Trump.
He was MAGA for Florida.
So you're telling me the person who replicated his governance style on Donald Trump is now better for America than the man who created the model?
It doesn't compute.
It's absurd.
God bless Ron DeSantis and the first lady of Florida.
But he's not where he is today.
And he didn't get the result he got in Florida.
Because he copied Mitt Romney.
He didn't copy Evan McMuffin.
He copied President Trump!
That's the winning model!
It's not the establishment that should be patting itself on the back.
It should be everyone.
Who campaigned in the mold of Donald Trump.
And one thing I've got to say.
God bless Lee Zeldin.
Lee Zeldin may have lost to Kathy Hochul.
Looks like New Yorkers deserve more lockdowns because that's what they voted for.
But what he did, to get as close as he did, is absolutely stunning.
We salute you here at America First.
Not only that, But the people who rode in on the Lee-Zeldin wave, two seats in Long Island, districts that utterly, utterly written off as Democrat strongholds for all eternity, That happened because of that military veteran, that stand-up congressman from New York.
So draw the right conclusions, please, and understand what happened yesterday.
Number one, you, America, fired Nancy Pelosi.
Number two, Biden is so stupid he thinks this is a signal for him to run.
And number three, the model that worked in Florida and elsewhere, just look at his nominees, look at his endorsements, is the Trump model and the Trump effect.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.

What does that mean?
The latest, designed by you, is our I'm American No Apologies sweatshirts and t-shirts, the challenge coin you called for with President Trump, with my Stay Frosty America First motto, and then the most popular, it's Biden's Gestapo, the FBI t-shirt and mug.
Get yours at SebGorkerStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A store.com. . . . . . . . .
. . . . . . . . .
. . Thank you.
57 seats.
Easy.
Four or five Senate seats.
And the reason is really Donald Trump.
I mean, he bought people out to vote against this.
You know, it just had a suppressive effect.
He out-Trumped inflation.
He out-Trumped crime.
He out-Trumped the normal cycle of the first off-year election with an incumbent president.
I mean, I think when political historians unearth this, They're going to find so much more that we missed this morning.
John Fetterman kind of oozed authenticity.
He was who he was.
He dressed how he dressed.
He was comfortable in his own skin.
Meanwhile, we had crudités.
All right, 10, 11.
This idea that somehow, you know, Donald Trump is gonna drive a whole bunch of people out of the race if he announces next week is just silliness.
In my view, because anybody who wants to be president, if you're gonna not get in because someone else announced, then you probably don't have what it takes to be president to begin with.
Next.
And what happened today in Maricopa County, where some huge percentage of voting machines, electronic voting machines, according to the Arizona Republic, 30%.
They claim these are Dominion voting machines, but it almost doesn't matter.
Another election run by a bunch of clowns, and we're not going to take it anymore.
We will restore faith to our elections.
Maricopa County has screwed us over once again, and they can call me whatever they want.
Incompetency?
I hope there's been no malice involved.
I know there's been incompetency.
All right, come in with that.
Earlier, Seb, and that is definitely concerning to me, if those numbers are true.
Well, no, it's not.
I mean, it means we've got our work cut out for us.
It's a very simple, you know, summation.
It's good.
It's good that we know that.
Yeah, no, exactly.
It's good to know that, but yeah.
I was gonna say, once the Boomer generation moves on, Gen X is so small in terms of numbers, Millennials and Gen Z would just swamp them.
F, G, F, G. Oh yeah, there it is.
Okay, coming in with cut 12, no liner.
And then once I've started with Hung, you can... Fielding callers.
Yeah, fielding calls.
Will do.
Are you going to use this tweet in this segment?
Yes.
Okay.
That's 7th district, right?
No, 10th.
10th district, yes.
10th district, yes.
Another election run by a bunch of clowns, and we're not going to take it anymore.
We will restore faith to our elections.
Maricopa County has screwed us over once again and they can call me whatever they want.
Incompetency?
I hope there's been no malice involved.
I know there's been incompetency.
What is going on in Maricopa County?
I was in Florida last night.
They announced everything.
All their offices.
All the results by what?
I think it was like 10 o'clock at night.
The same as they did in 2020.
And Arizona's got a fraction, literally a fraction of the population Oh, Florida.
Something stinks.
We're going to talk about that momentarily.
But first, I was in Mar-a-Lago and so many people came up to me and said, hey, you look great, Dr. G. Well, of course!
It's Dr. G Mark II!
Thanks to Dr. Ashley Lucas and her amazing team at MyPhD Weight Loss lost 42 pounds!
After 20 years of trying, this one really works.
Katie, my wife, lost 36 pounds.
She's ecstatic.
My colleague, Mike Gallagher, lost 50 pounds.
No stupid calorie counting, no starvation.
Five times a day you get to eat.
Call them today.
This system really works.
If I can do it, anyone can.
864-644-1900 or just go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900.
MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
The call board is lit up.
There's only one line left open.
We're going to take all of your calls, but the number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
We've got a very important guest on the line, but I want to show this visual first.
This is exit poll data.
Allegedly collected by CNN.
This is the rate of voting, the increase of voting, the R plus 4, the D plus 4, for various demographics.
Just these two things.
For the 65 and up, there was an increase of 13 points voting for Republicans.
For 45 to 65, 11 point increase.
Okay?
Now how about this demographic?
30 to 44 years old, plus 2D.
Two point increase for Democrat candidates.
And here's the shocker.
This is where we have our work cut out for us.
In the 18-year-old to 29-year-old demo, 18 to 29, it is a plus 28-point increase for Democrat candidates.
Plus 28. eight.
you That's indoctrination.
That's the youth that have bought into the lies.
I think that's going to be one of the big take-homes for this election.
Let's talk to somebody who's brave enough not only to serve this nation in uniform, to run for the 10th district in Virginia as a candidate, but to not win and come on my show to talk about what happened yesterday in the Commonwealth.
We are honored to have him on deck!
Hongkow!
Welcome to America First!
Hey Dr. Corrigan, thank you so much for having me.
So we tried, I think, three times or four times to get you on the show before the election yesterday.
You were very busy.
You were out campaigning.
Often your campaign team took your phone from you and was fielding requests.
We tried to squeeze you in yesterday.
We missed you.
But as I was texting you from the airport today, you said, yeah, I'll come on.
I don't think many candidates would do that.
We have a request in with Lee Zeldin because I know he's a brave veteran as well.
So tell us about about your race in the 10th district and what you think happened because you're on the ground and you know best.
Well, I mean, it's just it's a very diverse district and we thought we had it.
I mean, all the all the indications were there.
I mean, I know Joe Biden won this by 19 points, but then Governor Youngkin lost it by only 1.9.
So we thought it was within reach, and we were working very hard to reach all the demographics.
The large Hispanic community here, the 18% Hispanic, the 17% Asian, the very large Muslim community.
And, you know, most of these guys here are the 45% minorities here.
25% of them are immigrants like myself.
So, we thought we had it.
It's just the numbers didn't come out because the largest county here, which is Loudoun County, takes up half of our electorate.
That's where they were attacking parents.
The school boards were attacking parents and just did a lot of things to them.
So, they just came out in large numbers.
Numbers that we did not understand.
So, is your big take home that it was a question of mobilization?
Yes, they were.
I mean, she pulled the Joe Biden card where she stayed in her house most of the time.
She didn't leave her home.
And so we were out there doing things.
But, you know, again, they were able to just send texts and just do Zoom calls.
And they called it a day.
And a lot of people came out from just a lot of these angry, angry people that just wanted abortion and gun control.
So it's their choice of Of murder, right?
They want to kill babies, but then keep the guns away.
What are your plans now?
Well, sir, I've got five kids, so I've got to get back to work and make a living, because I am a middle-class American, and this inflation has really hurt our family, as well as the large debt that our nation has incurred.
And explain to our listeners across the nation where your family came from before they arrived to America.
Oh, yes, sir.
I was a Vietnamese refugee.
I came to this country as a refugee at the age of four.
I spent my youth in West Africa.
So I spent seven years there.
That's where my dad had work.
And then my parents had to bring me back here because I went to French schools over there.
And so my dad had to remain over there and keep working while I came back here.
I got an American education at the age of 12.
And then you decided to do what with yourself?
Where did you end up serving?
Oh, well, I grabbed on to the American dream.
I went to Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
That's the number one high school in the country, or was until they destroyed it with their equity and then... Let's be specific.
They destroyed it with their anti-Asian quotas.
Yes, sir.
No, yes.
Because of the way they destroyed the meritocracy part of the entrance requirement, they reduced the amount of Asians from 73% to 53%.
And then where did you end up serving?
I went to the United States Naval Academy, and then I graduated.
I was commissioned as Special Operations Officer.
Back in those days, that's deep-sea diving, where I recovered John F. Kennedy Jr., his wife, his sister-in-law.
I recovered the USS Monitor and a whole bunch of aircrafts.
And then I also did explosive ordnance disposal, where I diffused bombs in Iraq, Afghanistan, and Somalia.
Well, God bless you.
You're not just a brave man defusing bombs, you are the kind of man who can go up to serve America, run a campaign as a civilian out of uniform, not achieve your objective and come on a national show in front of three million people the day before to dissect it.
I don't think we've seen the last of Hung Kau.
Thank you for serving us.
No, thank you so much.
the military and thank you for what you did yesterday i'm sebastian gorker the call board is full don't forget that if you are on social media you can follow us on all platforms except the fascistic youtube we are on true social on twitter on facebook on instagram on rumble on cloud hub on parlor on getter everywhere at seb gorker and most importantly the most recent one is our sub stack channel go to sebastian gorker
that's one word sebastian gorker dot substack dot com and you'll never ever miss anything if you want to call us 833-333-GORKER that's 833-334-6752 later this hour harmeet dylan election lawyer extraordinaire the number here 833-33-GORKER Call us.
Sound off.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Talk to him.
Back on.
Mike's alive.
Titles.
President Trump and the midterm election result.
1A, The midterm election results.
Cal?
Hunk Cal on the midterm election.
Thank you.
On the midterm elections?
And, um, Cash?
Um... President Trump after the midterm election result.
Lots of discussions going on in the Rumble chat.
We have over 2,000 people watching, by the way.
Is that, is that a, that's a lot, isn't it?
That's, that's more than usual, yeah.
Gimme, gimme some samples.
I'm sorry?
Gimme some examples.
Some numbers?
No, no.
Some examples of what they're saying.
It's a lot of discussion back and forth on the DeSantis question.
Like, some people are saying, oh, he won because he's a good governor, not because of Trump.
Others are agreeing, saying that, like, DeSantis is, you know, the pick of the establishment.
Let's see, what else?
Give me four.
Line four.
Mic's on or off?
On.
On.
Line four.
What's your question, Klaus?
Hey, I just want to find out why you blocked me on Twitter.
What did I say?
There's usually three reasons.
I block people because they're asses.
I block people because they use foul language.
And I block people because they're conspiracy theorists.
I have no idea why I blocked you, but those are the three main categories.
Okay, well, I never tested you on Twitter.
I said there's three reasons.
All right.
Well, it's a shame we didn't have a dialogue about it.
Twitter's not about dialogue.
If you make a mistake, if you're an ass, if you swear, or if you propagate conspiracy theories, you're blocked.
It's that simple.
But I have no idea.
I've blocked, like, 20,000 people.
But thank you.
Bye-bye.
All good with the editing, Alex?
Nice.
All right.
Yeah, there's...
Lots of mixed packs, and the worst part is that it's not done yet.
We're still waiting on a few.
I know.
I think Nevada looks good, which is encouraging.
What is the latest on Carrie Lake?
She's behind by like 0.6 with like 70% in, so... How is it 70%?
The trend is that she probably closes the gap and takes the lead at the rate it's been going.
Like Cash said, she and the other, like, Hamaday and Fincham will win, but Masters probably loses.
Really?
Probably.
That's what Cash said.
What are you going to do?
Are you going to commit suicide?
I'm going to be very upset.
Although, Fincham winning, he is solid if he's Secretary of State.
He and Lake together will fix Arizona.
That's enough of a win in my book, but it is going to suck.
20 seconds. 20 seconds.
20 seconds.
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Was James Carville a Marine?
Why is he going on television with a Marine Corps hat on?
Very, very strange.
I don't want to ruin your day, but I've got to respond to this clip.
This is cut five and then we'll take your calls.
Play... No, hang on.
Cut six.
Play cut.
You put everything in a computer, we should have lost 57 seats.
Easy.
Four or five Senate seats.
And the reason is really Donald Trump.
I mean, he bought people out to vote against this.
You know, it just had a suppressive effect.
He out-Trumped inflation, he out-Trumped crime, he out-Trumped the normal cycle of the first off-year election with an incumbent president.
I mean, I think when political historians unearth this, They're going to find so much more than we missed this morning.
It's incredible.
Literally saying the reverse, the reverse of reality.
What would have happened, just think about this for a second, what would have happened if President Trump hadn't campaigned for candidates across the nation for two years?
That's when the Democrats would have had 57 seats.
That would have been the horror story.
But no, no, we'll just flip it.
And by the way, Nancy Pelosi is still fired.
Let's go through your calls that start at the top.
Alex in Brooklyn, line one.
Hey, Sebastian.
Thanks for taking the call.
So I'm not despairing about what happened last night.
I'm really disappointed.
And I like Trump, but I feel like we lost a lot of the Congressional and Senate seats because Not because Trump endorsed the wrong candidates, but because the Democrats hate him, and they refused to vote for the Trump-endorsed candidates in this election.
So now, you know, Trump could have endorsed the candidates without making the whole MAGA thing, and these candidates didn't have to be so tied to Donald Trump, but at least now we know where Trump stands with the country and whether he could win in 2024.
I think there's too much hate out against him and the Democratic Party.
Let's stop this for a second.
Let's stop this, because what you're saying is counterfactual.
It is utterly counterfactual.
So, how many votes did President Trump get two years ago?
Do you know, Alex?
He got, like, 70 million?
He got a lot of votes, alright.
No, no, no, not a lot.
No, no, no, Alex.
It's not a lot.
President Trump got 74 million votes, which is more votes than any other incumbent president in history.
Do you understand what that means, Alex?
No president since Washington to Obama got more votes than President Trump, and you're telling me he's the problem?
Um, and there's so much made out against him.
He, they stole his election.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Again.
How does he get more votes than any other incumbent president if people hate him so much?
Explain that to me.
Because since January 6th, the Democrats have incited so much hate against President Trump and the Democratic Party.
Oh, so people hate him now.
They didn't hate him then.
They hated him then, but it just got worse and worse.
So you think January 6th is why people voted the way they voted yesterday?
Not just January 6th, it was how they I have no conviction that people went to vote yesterday based on January 6th.
You really think the average American voted because of January 6th?
They voted for Fetterman?
Fetterman?
Because of January 6th?
Are you serious, Alex?
Hello, Fetterman is a different story.
The reason why Fetterman won, it also had to do with Trump, but also we ran on the wrong issue.
There was too much talk about his health and not about the issues that he was standing on.
That's not fair.
That's not fair to Oz.
Oz deliberately stayed away from his health.
You can't come on here and say stuff that is constantly counterfactual, but we will agree to disagree.
Let's go to Bruce, Colorado Springs, line two.
Hey, brother.
Hey.
Hey, brother.
Carry on.
I love your show.
Love what you do.
I'm frustrated.
I'm a 20 year Air Force fact tanker pilot just for some background.
But when I read on Fox News app that they're puzzled by what happened, it just frustrates me because what a lot of our TV and talking radio talking hosts don't understand is the military precept You, to beat your enemy, you need to know your enemy.
And the issue here really is half our country are true believers.
They believe in the utopian concepts and they're willing to pay the price.
They're willing to pay high prices.
They're willing to suffer at the grocery store.
It's all worth it because they have a goal, and the goal is utopia, and they're true believers.
You nailed it, Bruce.
You utterly, utterly nailed it.
These people have been indoctrinated.
They believe the lie.
The big lie is what the Democrats believe.
Thank you for your service.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Bruce a signed copy of Defeating Jihad, the book that propelled me to the White House.

And what happened today in Maricopa County, where some huge percentage of voting machines, electronic voting machines, according to the Arizona Republic, 30%, they claim these are Dominion voting machines, but it almost doesn't matter, electronic voting machines didn't allow people to vote, apparently.
And that, whatever you think of it, the cause of it, it shakes people's faith in the system.
That is an actual threat to democracy, and it points up the core problem, which is, we're not really very serious about democracy if we're using electronic voting machines.
Or if we're not requiring photo ID to vote.
We could have secure elections.
We don't because a small number of people don't want them.
But until we do, you're going to have these moments where everybody in the country fears volatility.
Because one side doesn't believe the result is real.
Such a good question.
Why is it that Mexico, that India with over a billion voters can have voter ID and get results faster than Arizona?
We'll ask somebody who's on the ground right now in a moment.
But if you enjoy America First, please support those who make it possible.
Great patriots like Mike Lindell.
He is under the gun.
He's in the crosshairs of the council culture leftists.

She's the chairperson of the Republican National Lawyers Association, and she is somewhere very, very relevant now.
Hamid, Dylan, where have you just stepped out of?
I've just stepped out of the Republican National Committee and Republican War Room in Arizona, in Scottsdale, where, you know, lawyers for We've been here all day, you know, for a few days now, the whole team and.
a couple other campaigns, and a team of RNC lawyers and data people are here working very hard to monitor the vote counting and keep it honest.
And so, you know, we've been here all day, you know, for a few days now, the whole team, and we feel pretty good about the fact that we have eyes and ears everywhere necessary to, you know, keep this honest.
But even so, as Tucker mentioned, there's human error and there's, frankly, a lack of concern on the part of judges and election officials about the right to vote.
And they make it unnecessarily difficult.
And by errors, they undermine public confidence in the outcome of elections, which itself is a threat to democracy.
And so I think it's a big problem and we have to attack it.
Now, you choose your words very precisely.
You are a lawyer.
Please, everybody, follow this lady at, on Twitter, at P-N-J-A-B-A-N.
That's P-N-J-A-B-A-N.
You use the word problems.
You talked about, you know, failures of the system.
Are you saying that there is no signs of skullduggery?
Is this just, you know, mechanical or technical issues?
What are you seeing?
Because the idea that we don't know now whether Carrie Lake won and there's, what, 70 or roughly 70% of the votes counted, is this just really down to incompetence?
Well, until I see evidence otherwise, which I don't have in front of me, I really do thank the Maricopa County election officials who, by the way, are largely Republicans, are incompetent.
It is incompetent that, for example, we had to press them in advance to make sure that they had the correct amount of printer cartridges on hand so that when they print ballots on blank ballot forms, they print them with enough ink that they are dark enough that they can be read by the tabulation machines.
And yet, It appears to be one of the major issues that interrupted voting for thousands of voters yesterday, that the machines could not read the ballots, and it was not a problem of the machines most likely, but a problem of the printers that inaccurately printed the ballots.
I have to interrupt you here.
Is this the first election these people have run?
That's what I'm saying.
Continuing incompetence.
There were similar problems with the same county in the prior election cycle.
That's why Republicans pressed them to assure us, and they assured us, that they had this part under control.
There was testing.
And yet when it came to Election Day, there was not only this problem, but also, you know, there's an alternative way to vote when the tabulator doesn't count your ballot.
You're supposed to be able to use the machine for disabled people.
Yes, there's supposed to be a backup machine.
There is a backup machine, which the election officials in the precinct in question were not trained properly on how to use, or they gave false information that it's a felony to use it, you know, if you're not disabled, stuff like that.
And so then people were pressed to leave their ballots in what's called, you know, door three, which means that they get transported to a central facility later.
and they get counted later.
Now, there's nothing nefarious about that per se.
In every election, in every voting place, there's usually one or two ballots or a handful of ballots that don't get counted.
But when it's all the ballots, and then the boxes are overflowing, and people are going to vote, it makes them feel like there's some third world shenanigans happening here, and it undermines confidence.
And so, you know, we have trackers on all of those ballots.
The ballots were accompanied with Republican and Democrat witnesses to the destination where they are, you know, accounted for, locked up, and then there are witnesses, including lawyers, who are observing the counting.
And so that part, we feel, is going correctly.
But the fact that we don't have a result yet is because of incompetence.
Because had the tabulators worked, had the printers worked, those ballots could have been tabulated already.
And so now they're going through this tedious process, and people are afraid that there are shenanigans.
The other issue that just generally undermines confidence is waves of ballots coming in at different times.
This is a function of mail-in voting, and frankly, a lot of people don't like it.
And so, you know, there's no standards.
And the constitutions of All of our states and the United States Constitution don't have election month.
They have an election day.
Right.
But people are effectively voting.
In California, where I live, it's a 60-day period.
They open up voting 30 days before and they keep counting until 30 days after.
It's a 60-day period.
We've only got 30 seconds left.
If this level of incompetence happened in the private sector, Hamid, it would be a Twitter scenario.
50% of the people would be fired.
When is this going to get fixed?
If Kerry Lake gets elected, it's going to get fixed.
I promise you that.
All right.
God bless you.
I know you have some very serious work to do.
And then I don't know how you find the time.
Are you going to knit some more cardigans?
After this is done, I'm going to sleep and then I'm going to get back to my knitting.
I'm not joking, guys.
She is an amazing knitter, if that's the right word or the right noun.
God bless you.
I'll meet Dylan.
She's the chair of the National Republican Lawyers Association.
Follow her right now at P-N-J-A-B-A-N.
She's in the war room in Arizona.
She's going to get stuff fixed.

Arizona's a pretty big deal, so I would say... Yeah.
What's happening with the vote count in Arizona?
Question mark exclamation.
All right, cool.
All right.
This is E. Gotta use Shapiro somewhere.
What?
Is it here?
Is what here?
Do you want to use Shapiro here?
Oh, no, no, no, no, no.
I need time, so I gotta remind me.
I'm gonna do it in C. Okay.
Or no, maybe you should do it with Jen, because she's from California, but probably not.
No, no, no, no.
Okay, fair enough.
Okay, so, anything you want to use here?
Um...
No, I want to take calls.
Okay.
I'll do merch and then take calls.
Merchant and Calls, got it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Do you have that photograph, that selfie we took with the President yesterday after he addressed us at Mar-a-Lago?
I went up and I said hi, and I said, sir, you got time for a quick selfie?
I don't think I ever had a selfie with the President, even though I worked for him.
Thank you, Mr. President.
Great to see you yesterday.

Let's go to California.
Dina!
Line 2.
Oh, hi, Dr. Gorka.
I just want to mention, not to minimize Governor DeSantis or Marco Rubio, but President Trump was in Miami, Florida, Dade County on Sunday, and it was his largest rally.
I just wanted to mention that.
That's all I have to say.
Thank you kindly, yes, for all those people who think, oh no, we've got to move on from President Trump.
Show me anyone, I don't care who it is, the saddest included, who can fill a stadium anywhere in America with 30, 40, 50,000 people in 48 hours.
No one except him.
That's a presidential candidate.
Let's go to Frank in Cleveland, line one.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
There's a false narrative being pushed around that President Trump wasn't responsible for J.D.
Vance winning in Ohio, that somehow Mike DeWine was, which is the most ridiculous thing.
Mike DeWine barely won the Republican nomination.
He didn't get 50% of the vote in the primary.
There were three candidates.
He's highly unpopular with the pure Republican Party in Ohio.
He lost to Sherrod Brown when he was a Senator.
Sherrod Brown's a Democrat.
If DeWine had been against Tim Ryan, who was a good candidate, he would have lost.
The only reason JD Vance won was because of Donald Trump.
It's the same with Hochul and Zeldin.
How does Zeldin get where he got unless he's a supporter of President Trump and in the mold?
Frank, you're a genius.
Stay on the line.
Give Frank a signed copy of The War for America.
So let's squeeze in Vincent, Atlanta.
Vincent, you've got a minute.
Be quick.
Okay, sir.
Thank you for coming to Atlanta, Dr. G. It was nice meeting you.
Real quick, I hope this is a wake-up call for us.
I'm glad we win in Congress, but we need to take these election issues seriously as a citizen.
Nothing is more important than our vote.
No, you're absolutely right.
This should be a wake-up call.
Strip away the politics for a second, or the party affiliation.
We've got to take this stuff seriously.
When we see this demographic, the 20-somethings, obsessed with abortion.
When we see people re-elect.
Well, she wasn't elected.
She was selected.
When they see Hochul elected, who's going to shut down New York again.
You go, guys, this stuff matters.
Not just politics or talk radio, this stuff matters.
Stay on the line, Vincent.
Great to see you in Atlanta.
Let's get him one of our new America First challenge coins with the president.
Stay frosty.
Get yours at SebGorkaStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A-Store.com.
All right, where did that hour go?
Stay with us here on America First.
America First.
America First. America First.
We're connected.
They're connected?
Okay, awesome.
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
Everyone's bringing us food for today.
I, I, I, well, they won't.
They did bring us food last night from, uh, Poplar.
It's not better, like, five months.
It was all gone.
They have, like, one small box.
It was all you got there?
I didn't.
I got stuff.
What do you think?
I got stuff.
Hello, hello.
Hi, Jen.
Hi, how are you doing?
Doing well.
How are you doing?
Good.
Dr. G is talking with Eric right now.
Inexcusable.
Just kidding.
He's talking about one of his movie posters.
Well, at least it's about something important.
Do we have chair massage today on this part of the show?
It's been a long 24 hours.
Hey Jen, how's it going?
I need a massage, stat!
My mom finally convinced me to get one of those rice things you heat up and put on your neck.
I need a body version of that.
Yeah, I use it.
It does work magic.
How'd you guys do the last two hours?
Well, okay, so get this.
So they only did one hour because the results weren't so good.
So we only did one hour.
I think everybody was up late, but it was good, except my microphone didn't work in the new studio.
But other than that, when they got that fixed, it was perfect.
It was fine.
But the good news is, so they got all the gremlins out on that coverage so that Monday, when I'm in for Seb on the show, everything should work nicely now.
Okay, because they had taken down Larry's set and they had to, yeah, so they rebuilt it and so now it's, yeah, so that's what we used.
Yeah, no, that was, um, no changes of plans.
Seb was supposed to be here for the election night coverage in the studio, but then last minute Yeah, so what happened there?
He was in Mar-a-Lago, right?
He got an invitation, and Jeff flew off to Mar-a-Lago.
Fancy pants.
So did he do late-night coverage or no?
On the Reuters feed, we were taking the live feed after Trump finished.
We could see Seb in the crowd in the very front, and we could see the moment when Trump went up to him and shook his hand, whispered something in his ear, and then shook Jeff's hand, and we were like, hey, there's Jeff, there's Seb.
That's so cool.
It was great.
So he didn't do any of the coverage then?
He did come on once in like a He called in from Mar-a-Lago via Skype and just talked about Trump getting ready to speak.
What say you, Jen, about everything going on with California thus far?
I'm not suicidal today.
I was very punchy last night.
I actually lost it on the air laughing when I saw John Fetterman come up and accept his new position as senator wearing his hoodie sweatshirt.
This is great.
I couldn't help it.
It made me laugh, unfortunately.
But, you know, California's not as bad as you would think.
We held almost every congressional race.
Ken Calvert, if you can believe it, is the one that's behind.
But Scott Baugh and Katie Porter are separated by 938 votes right now.
And Valadao's ahead, it seems.
Valadao's got it, I think.
Garcia already declared victory, which I'm super excited about.
Young Kim's ahead by 30,000 votes.
Michelle Steele looks good.
Jay Obernolte is good.
Kevin Kiley, I think, might actually come out on top.
That one's still pretty tight.
And then Mayer's race, Rick Caruso is ahead.
Is he?
Yeah, super.
I mean, he spent $100 million.
He should.
I'm sad because Villanueva, the sheriff, looks pretty bad.
I mean, he's like 130,000 votes behind.
They railed him out of town.
Bowman said he's really a Democrat.
They all are Democrats.
Rick Caruso and Villanueva.
He's the less awful Democrat.
Correct.
This is what we do when we're in California.
Hello, fancy pants!
How was Mar-a-Lago?
It was weird.
It was weird?
Yeah.
Why?
Because it should have been more people.
I expected more people.
And President Trump just looked so tired.
Oh.
Well, that's not good.
But I guess after all the campaigning he did.
Alright, we're gonna have some fun.
I might play some of the Scarborough cuts.
What else have we got?
We've only played a few.
We've got Scarborough.
We've got Stacy.
What's weird is one of my shoulders is missing.
How is that happening?
20 seconds, by the way.
Scarborough Cut 5, just what you want to...
Hang on a second.
You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka.
former strategist to President Donald J. Trump.
Welcome back, dear friends.
That first hour just flew by.
You don't want to miss a nanosecond of today's show.
The whole third hour is going to be Kash Patel, Chief Investigator for the Intelligence Committee, former Chief of Staff of the Pentagon, and then rising in the Trump administration to Deputy Director for National Intelligence.
He was out there fighting the good fight yesterday during the elections, making sure that they were as fair and free as possible, at least where he was.
We have so much to cover for you.
I'm really angry at my whole team here because they should have given her a day off today.
I thought I told them to cancel Jennifer Horne so she can stay in bed eating bonbons.
Sorry, I completely forgot it's not their fault.
But we're delighted to have her on the show.
Our good buddy helping us out yesterday with our coverage.
Jennifer Horne, what are you doing on my show?
Well, I don't want to be cancelled by Seb Gorka.
I mean, please, how can I live with myself?
I wanted to give you a day off because you're such a trooper back on the show today after all of yesterday's coverage.
So thank you for doing that.
Oh my gosh, of course.
And you know what?
I know there are a lot of sad faces out there.
I don't feel so sad.
I think that there's a lot that we can work with as a result of the midterm elections.
I think there's still more to be decided.
And look, a few bags under your eyes.
It's worth it if we can save our republic, right?
All right, so let's cut straight to the chase.
So I was having fun yesterday with the president.
He looked a little bit tired when he came to speak to us, which isn't surprising given the amount of campaigning he's doing.
First things first, I see you as a quasi-mentor of mine when it comes to radio, because you are the hardest working person literally in radio.
And you gave me a lot of amazing tips before I started my show with Salem.
So first things first, before I play these, What is your attitude to really just disgusting people in the media?
Because I got a couple of cuts about the election from Joe Scarborough, and whenever we have these cuts, whether it's, you know, Abilio Acosta or Scarborough or whatever, I'm always, always conflicted.
Do I give these people more oxygen by, you know, because CNN has half a million viewers on a good night.
We've got three million listeners on this show without the video feed.
Do I help them by playing cuts of them?
Or is it good enough that we dissect and ridicule them?
What is your attitude on your show with Grant?
Well, I think that we use them because, look, Spongebob has more viewers than CNN does.
And so I think it is important, though, that we arm people.
One of the things that I think it's conservatives, there is a social conditioning that happens to conservatives, especially in blue states.
So conservatives that are in my state of California, they are afraid to speak out.
They're afraid to wear a Make America Great Again hat.
They think their car is going to get keyed.
How many times have you been told that people are afraid to say what they think?
I think one of our jobs in conservative media is to arm people with facts and information to make them comfortable and confident to have real important conversations with people because it's not Donald Trump.
It is not any Republican candidate that's going to save this country.
It is each and every one of us who stand up and say enough is enough.
And so they can't do it.
They can't do the saving unless we are on board to help them.
So I think it's important to figure out how we answer ridiculous people in the news media saying ridiculous things because you know they're going to get spit back at you when you're out to dinner with friends.
Alright, so then I will play them, but not yet, because first I need your take from, you know, one of those states where far too many Republicans have been conditioned.
It is mind-numbing to me, this is how I open the show, that in an election where Nancy Pelosi is fired, we take the House and likely take the Senate.
Somehow that is being spun as a victory for the Democrats.
So, what is Jennifer Horne's take of the last 16 hours?
Look, Jennifer Horne's take at the beginning of this was that this whole nonsense about red waves and all of this polling, it was setting Republicans up for failure.
And my realistic take on this- You mean that because if that happened, I'm guilty.
You mean we disincentivized people to go and vote because we thought it was in the bag?
Yeah, I think there are a lot of Republicans who just thought that it was going to be a gimme that they didn't need to show up.
And look, there were some appalling surprises of the night.
Probably the most appalling is the new Senator John Fetterman, who showed up in his hoodie sweatshirt at the podium to become a member of the United States Senate.
I mean, talk about the advice, dress for the job you want.
I mean, he's not even dressing for being a bag boy at Costco.
I mean, it's ridiculous.
But that that aside, We set ourselves up with all of this red wave nonsense.
Look, I thought a good night would be if Republicans could take control of the House.
I always thought that the Senate was eh.
I think it's a squeaker.
I think it's always going to be closely divided now for the next couple of years until 2024.
The map Realistically was set up favoring Democrats this election cycle.
So the reason that, I mean, Republicans actually did so well that we put the Senate in play.
That was the win.
The win is that we made Democrats spend money.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
That is incredibly important.
I'm going to write that down because that's why we have Jennifer on the show.
The really important thing is that we, that Republicans put the Senate in play.
We did.
The House of Representatives should be ours, and it should have been ours probably in larger margin.
That is a bit of a disappointment.
But the Senate wasn't even part of the conversation until recently because Republicans started driving momentum.
If you look at the governor's race in New York, instead of sad faces about Lee Zeldin losing, who would have thought that Lee Zeldin would have come within five points of Kathy Hochul?
In California, my friend, Congressman Mike Garcia, who has been on your show, who is what we need to see in candidates right now, who is like Donald Trump, he is not, and I don't mean that in a way for the media to go and attack him, I mean it in the way that he doesn't apologize for his politics or who he is.
He is true to himself, he has backbone, and he defends his constituents in Washington, D.C., in a district that went to Joe Biden by 12 points just two years ago.
Mike Garcia beat his opponent by over 10,000 votes.
These are huge numbers now.
He's already declared victory.
And what happened in his race is that he did so well, Democrats had to pull money out of the race for Mike Garcia to his opponent, Christy Smith, and give it to other places because people like Katie Porter, who's a darling of the left, actually had to run for re-election this time around.
It may not look like incredible victories on paper, but the fact that you made the Democrats actually have to run for governor in New York and for some congressional races that should have easily been yours, that tells you that there are incremental changes and shifts happening.
And it's something that we need to celebrate.
There is no sadness today.
All of the nonsense that somehow President Trump brought this down, this ticket, No way!
We had some incredible victories here that we have to take and we have to not throw everything out, throw the baby out with the bathwater.
We need to take these victories and keep building on them.
All right, let's see how the insane propagandists are crowing on the left.
This is cut five.
Joe Scarborough on DeSantis.
Never good when, you know, you're a Republican and you're being praised by Joe Scarborough.
Cut five.
There was a coronation last night.
Probably as grand as King Charles III's coronation is going to be this spring.
And it was Rhonda Sanders in Florida.
Massive victory down there, right?
Unfortunately, Donald Trump lost the rest of America.
Now, I'm not going to say this is the end of Donald Trump, but there are a lot of Republicans this morning waking up going, wait a second, Ron DeSantis is winning Miami-Dade outright and winning 20 percentage points in this state historically?
Well, Donald Trump is tweeting, cheering against Republicans.
So my point is, Ron DeSantis modeled his whole governorship on President Trump.
So what is that ass talking about?
Yeah, I think that he is going to be very sad in the next couple of years.
And here's the thing, I think what they're trying to do, you're familiar, you love Star Wars, you know the Jedi mind trick, right?
Oh yeah.
Not the droids you're looking for.
That's right.
I think what they're doing is Jedi mind tricking Ron DeSantis.
I don't think that Ron DeSantis has plans to run in 2024.
I really don't.
Really?
I don't think that he wants to be Trump's VP.
I think what the news media is trying to do today is pump up Ron DeSantis, which he had an incredible night, right?
I mean, he's done incredible things in Florida.
Let's not take that away from him.
He's done great stuff.
He is the future of the Republican Party.
I believe that.
But I think there is room for Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis.
I think it is clear to me that Donald Trump is going to announce his run for the presidency next week.
It is also clear to me that the mainstream media wants to create this divide, pump up the ego of Ron DeSantis to say no.
You need to get in this race, too, because what happens, Seb, if DeSantis and Trump get in the race together?
We shred our party apart and no one wins anything.
We will lose focus of Joe Biden and the Democrats, and we will start creating factions within the Republican Party, and that's a loser situation.
So if I were working for President Trump and if I were working for Ron DeSantis, I'd say, You guys are both the future here.
This is the near future in Donald Trump.
I would say to go to Ron DeSantis, say, let's make a deal.
You serve in Florida for the next four years.
Do what you need to do in this state where you have done an incredible job.
And after you're out of office, my last two years of a four year term, I'll give you an appointment that's going to line you up to run for president the next time.

Oh, the DeSantis one?
Mm-hmm.
Yeah.
It's got to happen.
We'll tear each other apart.
And by the way, there is no DeSantis without Trump supporters, and there is no Trump without DeSantis supporters at this point.
We need everybody on the same page.
It's too bad.
Elon needs to freaking figure out.
I know!
Well, we have a record-breaking viewership right now on our video feed.
And the show announcing tweet with 1.2 million followers has got 10 retweets.
What is that?
And you go, excuse me, 1.2 million followers, 10 retweets, and our biggest video audience at the same time.
Dude, what are you doing?
Elon.
Come on, Elon.
Sort it out.
Come on.
Sort it out.
You had one job.
Fix this.
Your wife heated things up this morning on The Morning Answer.
Tell me, tell me, tell me.
She was great.
I had people tweeting me saying that she was right on the money.
Just talking about how archaic our election system is compared with everyone else.
And you had a great chat.
Grant says he's going to switch out Gorka's on Tuesday.
He's going to switch out Gorka's?
On Tuesday.
He likes her.
And I said, oh, you better watch out.
She got up at 3 a.m.
and then she worked till 10 o'clock at night.
And then now she's gone again, right?
And now she left me alone.
She left me alone again till Friday.
Man.
I know.
This is a tough life you lead here.
I know.
All by yourself after you left her all by herself.
I know!
And there's no dogs at home.
I have to go and get the dogs as well.
So who's the dog in your Relief Factor commercial?
Shh!
Shh!
It's classified.
That's Wyatt, the stunt dog.
We need your dogs.
They're so cute.
I want to do a petition.
I told them, because I had to fly to Seattle to record that ad, and they said, oh, what kind of dogs do you have?
We'll try and find some.
And I said, well, Belgian Shepherds.
I guess there are no Belgian Shepherds in the whole state.
And so up rolls this Roly-Poly Golden Lab.
I swear, I was there for the afternoons filming that 60-second ad.
I must have fed him two pounds of treats.
Oh my god.
No, because his trainer was right there.
And he always wanted to run over to the trainer.
And there's me trying to, hey, look, my pocket's full of salami sticks.
Look, I have a steak.
Pay attention.
She actually cut up cubed ham and cheese.
That's what this dog gets.
Like charcuterie for the dog?
For the dog.
Real ham, real cheese.
And I had that in my pocket.
And it's a, stay, stay, stay, stay.
Now we know the secrets of those actor dogs.
They live a good life, apparently.
Oh, yeah.
Pretty good.
I'm going to...
What are we doing here?
I'm going to do my pillow.
Yeah, come in with the Scarborough, the second Scarborough, because it's so funny.
And then I'll do my pillow.
and then I might tee up cut eight for Jen.
Thank you.
I don't want to overstate this fact.
It's just a reality.
And Republicans, if you're watching, and Trumpists, if you're watching and you're angry, too bad.
Because this is a reality.
When Joe Biden walks into that room, Putin, Xi, MBS, they're going to be looking at a guy, they're going to be going, Okay, we're gonna have to deal with this guy for a couple more years because he just kicked Donald Trump's ass.
I thought you'd appreciate some comedy.
Yeah, Joe Scarborough thinks that Putin is afraid of Biden.
I guess that's why he invaded Ukraine.

Gotta talk a little bit about California but I gotta play this cut because I thought he was dead but apparently Jonah Goldberg is alive and if Jonah Goldberg is saying the following please everybody listening right now you know it's crap okay if Jonah Goldberg says this you know the opposite is true because he's not a conservative.
Cut it!
The red wave happened, it just happened that Guam and Florida broke it, and the rest of the country went the other way, and as a conservative who doesn't like populism, doesn't like the Trump-y term, doesn't like the new right nationalism stuff, I'm fairly ecstatic about all of this.
This could not have worked out better for taking the air out of Donald Trump's balloon.
I think Ron DeSantis, who has his flaws, but is now the titular head of the Republican Party, and that's good news.
You know how dumb he is?
He's saying, I don't like Trumpism, but I'm happy that the man who is the governor of Florida on a Trump ticket, Trump endorsement and Trump model, that makes you happy?
How stupid are these people, Jen?
They are really stupid and they really want to see this fight.
See what they want.
They hate Ron DeSantis.
They hate Donald Trump.
Yes!
Yes!
They want to see the two of them go at each other and they want to break apart the Republican Party.
Bingo.
And that is why they are doing this.
And they're, I mean, I can't tell you.
People call the morning answer today saying, oh, we don't know if President Trump should run.
This might slow down.
No!
President Trump should be out there.
He should run.
Move ahead with his announcement.
His candidates did just fine.
Look, what happened in Pennsylvania, what no one is talking about... Okay, stop.
Stop, stop, stop.
What happened in Pennsylvania?
Help me.
OK, first of all, I don't know.
I don't know how anybody could make that choice.
But Pennsylvania is a strange state.
It goes back and forth.
Look, Pennsylvania, I actually thought that this was going to end up in a lawsuit.
The only thing I was surprised about is that they actually called the election for John Fetterman last night.
But no one is reminding you in regular media, in the mainstream news media, that half the votes were submitted before Fetterman even spoke in front of the state.
Yes.
This is a result of early voting.
Look, there are so many problems to deconstruct and fix, but one of them is the danger of early voting, the danger of the mail-in ballot scheme.
You know, I have so many people in California go, you know, Jen, I remember the good old days when we used to have election results on election night.
What switched?
And the question is, why do we get results in Florida and Texas?
Hang on, not just election results on election night.
We voted on election day.
Correct.
And we used to be able to get real results like in a relatively small amount of time.
So now you have Florida and Texas who can come out, you know, a half an hour after their polling place is closed and they know who's won.
In Arizona and California, you don't.
And that is because we have mail-in ballots and we have early voting.
And we have to wait for seven days after election day to check to see which ballots were postmarked.
This is corrupting our election system.
I think the very minimum that we can do as citizens in this country is go out and vote on election day.
And it's appalling that we have to give people a national holiday in order to do this.
But if that's what it takes, make it a national holiday.
Let people go out and vote on election day.
Enough with the mail-in ballots.
You're going to end up with John Fettermans across the board if we don't fix this.
Unbelievable.
All right, tell us what's happening with the mayor's race in LA.
This one's an interesting one.
So Rick Caruso, who is a big real estate developer, a registered Democrat, running against Karen Bass, who served in the United States Congress, a Democrat, on Biden's shortlist for VP.
He spent $100 million on this race, Seb.
Lots of money.
Hang on, hang on.
A mayoral race?
How much?
A $100 million.
Hillary Clinton presidential money is what he spent just to become mayor of Los Angeles.
He outspent her, I think, for every dollar he spent for Karen Bass.
So it may be even more than that.
And it looks good right now.
I can't believe I'm saying this.
It's still early, but he has a lead over Karen Bass.
I think it's 52 to 48 right about now.
So, it's still a long ways away.
You know, there are votes to count and all kinds of crazy things happen in California, but the fact that he's managed to keep it this close and that he's actually ahead, that's a really good sign.
And there's great congressional races, as I mentioned, in California, too.
A huge pickup would be to knock Katie Porter out of her seat, which is California's 47th congressional district.
Scott Baugh is a businessman.
They redistricted her.
But hasn't she won?
She has not won.
There's 938 votes separating them.
And you want a shot across the ballot, Democrats.
This one will sting them more than anything else because they love Katie Porter.
She's like the Karl Rove of the Democrat Party.
She's the one who did that thing when she testified or when they had a hearing about her daughter telling her, her little, you know, eight-year-old daughter, that the earth is on fire, mommy.
Of course.
That's Katie Porter.
They love her on the Democrat side.
And if Scott Ball can knock her out, it'd be a huge win.
That's worth—that's a red wave in and of itself, actually, to happen in California.
And also, say, statewide office, I know we were hopeful that Lonnie Chen would win controller.
That didn't happen.
But what did happen all across the board is that those margins are tightening.
Typically, even when Larry Elder was involved with the recall, it was like a 70-30 split Democrat-Republican.
Now you're looking more at like 40s and 50s in that race.
And so if we can close that gap over time, maybe we can make some shifts in California.
Wow.
Exciting stuff.
900 votes.
That's a big deal.

Don't go anywhere.
Got an unbelievable, mind-blowingly stupid clip from Ben Shapiro that will play for you.
We've got to talk about election integrity for a moment with one of the best of the best.
But first things first, key issue that wasn't communicated adequately was clearly the border.
The border issue affects everyone, not just those living along the border.
We need to understand it and we need to communicate it.
What's really happening?
What has Biden done?
What has Alejandro Mayorkas done?

All right, from the American Voters Alliance, a man who's done probably more than anybody else in terms of voter integrity and getting the truth out there.
We are delighted to have him back on the show.
Phil Kline, welcome to America First!
Thank you, Sebastian.
Great to be with you.
So, I asked you in the break, there are two ways to answer the question about yesterday.
What is the take-home politically for the good guys?
And then what is the situation when it comes to voter integrity?
Let's take, let's take, let's reverse them.
You're the expert on voter integrity.
Talk to us about what is fixed, what isn't fixed, how bad is it?
Well, we had a little bit better transparency this time around, but we haven't fixed the problems.
American elections are not understood by the electorate.
And in fact, the way elections are run are not fully understood by those who run the elections.
And so American faith in the electoral process continues to diminish.
Machines are not transparent.
They have glitches every time.
Procedures and processes are not open to both political parties.
They've started to create interim counting centers with the management of absentee ballots.
And what that does, Sebastian, is it sidesteps common common sense provisions in law that members of both parties need to be present in the room as ballots are being handled.
So millions of ballots are being handled away from Poll watchers.
And poll watchers are a legitimate part of the process.
You're a former Attorney General for the great state of Kansas.
How is it that about an hour ago we have Harmeet Dhillon on the show from the war room in Arizona who tells us the GOP officials running the election in Arizona Didn't order enough printer cartridges for the ballots.
How the heck does that happen, Phil Klein?
We have, in an unprecedented way, radically altered elections based on COVID in 2020.
And now they're trying to bake that into the law so that all elections are run with Um, all of these absentee ballots being sent to, uh, without legitimate poll books, without managing the poll books properly with allowing private access to enter voter registration data and do registrations.
Um, there are radical changes in the election process that aren't understood.
So I understand why Maricopa County officials might not have anticipated the paper that they need.
The problem is, those who believe that these changes can be made without a full understanding of the impact of the changes.
And Sebastian, we've done it across the board, from how we register people, to how we encourage people how to vote.
So we're almost out of time, but we need a ground-up review of how we run elections under these new conditions, correct?
Yes.
Go to theamericanvotersalliance.org.
We've got model legislation.
All right.
So follow this gentleman, Phil D. Klein, on Twitter.
That's Phil with two L's. Phil D. Klein.
And then you've got to go to AmericanVotersAlliance.org.
Last 30 seconds, politically, what's the big lesson learned in the last 24 hours?
The Republican Party needs to be a local party, and it's not right now.
It has bought into the left's aim to nationalize all issues, to make everything relevant to D.C. and the swamp and what's inside the beltway when we can win at the local level.
Republicans win at the local level and we don't have a process of developing the foundation of the party there.
Hugely important.
Can you join me for my Newsmax show this week?
We need to discuss this in more depth.
You bet.
All right.
Wow.
Two incredible conclusions and just so true.
The conditions of elections have changed.
We don't understand it.
The officials don't understand the ramifications and we need to localize elections because that's how we win.
God bless Phil Kline, former Attorney General of the great state of Kansas.

Music by Ben Thede Oh my.
What?
- Mic's up.
Oh my.
- What? - Just thinking about all of it. - We've completely changed the height of camera four.
It's like a foot higher.
Probably a result of last night, if I were to take a wild guess.
Is that the panning camera?
Yeah.
Yeah, that's probably why.
Can you switch it on?
Camera 4?
Oh yeah, much higher.
To face the desk, yeah, because that desk is so much taller.
Alright, good.
Alright, I'm going to take calls after I do the Shapiro cut.
Shapiro.
And I'm going to want to post this.
Yep.
I'll let Casio know.
Because we've got to skewer this cretin.
He's been waiting for this for so long.
- Oh, of course he has. - I keep telling my friends this.
The moment DeSantis runs for president and wins the nomination, They either dig something up, or they make something up about him.
Of course.
I mean, again, Romney... Say Romney!
They accuse him of abusing dogs and killing women.
There's nothing they won't do.
Thank you.
Dr. G is in the house on America First.
The only people more excited than the Democrats with yesterday's results are the Never Trumpers.
One of whom, really for a guy who thinks he's very smart, gets things so very, very wrong.
This is Ben Shapiro.
Play cut.
Okay, so now I'm just going to take a brief detour here and just mention a quick fact.
Ron DeSantis won his 2008 gubernatorial race by 30,000 votes over Andrew Gillum, who turned out to be a meth addict with particularly interesting sexual proclivities for a married man, and who now will probably end up in jail.
He won by 30,000 votes.
The state of Florida is now entirely red.
Ron DeSantis is going to win this race, it looks like, by not only double digits, by significant double digits.
So, for Republicans who are thinking about the future, perhaps you might want to consider a person who took a small, a very small victory, and turned it into a whopping victory for his entire party across an entirely purple state, turning the state entirely red.
You might want to consider that in determining who you choose to run for president in 2024, guys.
It might be a factor.
Just putting it out there.
Do you hear in the back?
There you go!
There you go!
All the Never Trumpers cheering on!
There's only one problem with that analysis.
Everything.
Because he's right, but not the way he thinks he is.
How did he win his election in 2018?
Did he run as a Evan McMuffin or a Mitt Romney?
No.
No.
He was a congressman who begged for Donald Trump's endorsement.
And that's how he won.
And then how did he become a very successful governor?
Did he act like a rhino?
Did he shut down the schools?
Did he obey Fauci?
Or did he run an America First version of Florida?
He was a mini version of Trump.
And that's how he got the results he got yesterday, by being a mini-Trump!
But you think it's because he's unlike Trump?
Eric, how does he get it so wrong?
Help me!
I like to say that is an example of a man who very well may be intelligent, but not smart.
Perfectly put.
I think we should give Eric a signed copy of The War for America's Soul.
I think he might have one.
Let's go to your calls!
Victor!
Chicago!
Welcome to America First!
Line two.
Are we up?
Victor.
Yeah, hello Mr. Gorka.
Hey!
I just wanted to say, um, the number one, your two, your last two guests hit it right on the head.
The number one problem Is the voter integrity.
And I mean, the whole election process is fraudulent from the paper ballots to the electronic machines that are still ran by Dominion to the mail-in ballots.
And until we could get rid of the mail-in ballots and go back to how we did our election, we're going to lose every election.
Because I can tell you right now, I've been a poll watcher in Illinois since 2016, and Illinois won in 2020, went to Trump overwhelmingly, and somehow he lost.
And then these local elections, Darren Bailey should have easily beat Pritzker.
I've seen the voter turnout in four counties firsthand.
And somehow they're able to manipulate the numbers, and it goes to the Democrats.
So in all these Democratic states or cities, The vote, they got it all rigged.
And they had it rigged.
Victor, you're a genius.
I'm going to tweet this out later.
Let me just give you some recognition.
We know what would have happened if it were not mailing ballots.
If it were day of, we know what the results would be.
There would be an absolute destruction of the Democrats.
It is what they've done to the election process.
It isn't really even the issues, except for the demographic of the youth and abortion.
It is what they're doing to the elections.
Victor, superbly done.
Where did he go?
I wanted to give him a signed copy of my book!
Victor, unlock the phones.
Let Victor call back.
We've got to give him a signed copy of the first book, Defeating Jihad.
Let's go to Mike in Detroit.
Mike, line one.
Oh yeah, Dr. Gorka, you have to be right, because this is mind-boggling to me.
I don't even know how this could be close.
You know, President Trump and conservative media, to their great credit, exposed the Democratic Party for who and what they've become, and it blew my mind.
It really did, because I was raised by the World War II generation, you know?
And, you know, this is an organization that's criminally corrupt, it's politically corrupt, it's personally corrupt, from the computer crack baby to, you know, to Biden, you know, and a treasonous and seditious.
The evidence is overwhelming.
I just don't understand You know, how anybody that could vote for this is like, let's find the designated driver who's the most drunk and the most high and they can drive us right over a cliff.
They're driving us over a cliff.
Yeah, I love the way you said that.
The, what did you call it?
The crack baby.
Absolutely.
Nicely put, Mike.
Let's go down the line.
Let's go to John in Pennsylvania, line three.
Yes, Dr. Gorga.
Thank you.
It is a privilege to speak with you.
Your guest, Jennifer.
I'm a poll worker.
I've worked the polls since the 90s, when it was the old machine with a crank and a curtain and all paper ballots.
Where were you working the polls since the 90s?
Right here in Wayne, Pennsylvania.
I'm an appointed member of the Election Commission in my township.
And what have you witnessed?
Well, up until it changed to computers, I witnessed virtually nothing that went wrong.
But what I see with all of the computers, there's three machines that have to talk to each other, and in that the votes aren't counted, all of them, at the polls anymore, and they go through two or three people before they get to the county seat, there's plenty of room for mischief.
And it seems, I couldn't point to anything specifically, and in my township it's covered pretty well, but the confusion that is associated with the computers, it doesn't make it easier, it makes it more difficult.
And there's just so much room for mischief.
In the process, I just came off of this election cycle, which was 30 hours of non-stop sleep of getting prepped for it on Monday and then being there Tuesday.
I now have to take a seminar at the county seat.
I have to take an online course and then an online test to then be Involved in the voting.
And the booklet for the instructions has gone from a small booklet of an eighth of an inch to a large eight and a half by eleven inch booklet.
The greater the complexity, the greater the opportunity for perverting the process.
Stay on the line, John.
I want to thank you for your service to this nation and the people of the Keystone State.
Let's give John a signed copy of Defeating Jihad.
We'll try and squeeze in as many of your calls before our special guest, Kash Patel.

We had just slightly broken 3,000 during a client segment.
Yeah, it's the people who want to know what's up.
There's a lot of discussions to be had for sure out of all of this.
That's the thing.
If it was a total red wave, there'd be less to talk about.
But the Santas question, the fraud.
How did you know how John accesses our cuts for when he does the posts?
I think he uses Grabian.
So he goes into Grabian?
I think so.
I'm not 100% sure.
I could ask Jeff.
Jeff should still be available.

Otherwise, I'll let him know about the Shapiro cut.

Line 5.
Hello.
Yes.
Yes, I just admire your show.
I've been watching it for a while now, and the more I watch it, the more I love it.
And I just gotta say, you have a set of balls on you like other people should have.
You tell people like they should be told.
You call people out when it should be called out.
I wish more people would start calling out the Republican rhinos that we have in our office.
It's plum become a uniparty.
I don't believe the line's very different between the Democrat and Republicans right now.
You are a very kind man.
I was at the bar in the club in Mar-a-Lago last night and this buddy of the President's, who I'd never met before, started bloviating and showing off and after about 30 seconds he realized who he was talking to and he said, You don't like small talk, do you?
I said you're absolutely right.
I ain't got no time for small talk.
Stay on the line, Rick.
You deserve some of our Challenge Coins, our America First Challenge Coins.
God bless you for your kindness.
Yeah, people need to grow a pair.
Anita, California, line four.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
I absolutely love your show.
Thank you.
My comment has to do with what do you think is going to happen next in Pennsylvania with Fetterman, since we know he's not going to be the one who becomes the senator after I saw a, but I saw that it was a YouTube video.
He was campaigning in Pennsylvania and, or he, Trump, excuse me.
I'm very nervous.
Sorry.
That's all right.
Relax.
It's only three million people listening.
Relax.
Joe Biden was campaigning and thanking John Fetterman, you know, for running for the Senate and everything.
And then he made a comment to the side to his wife.
I don't remember what her name was.
And he said, thank you.
Thank you for being here.
You're going to be a good senator.
Yeah, look, here's my prediction, Anita.
He may get sworn in.
He probably won't be able to say the words correctly.
He'll maybe last a month or two.
And, you know, life is going to catch up to him.
His ailments are going to catch up to him.
And I don't know what the constitutionality is in pennsylvania whether the governor chooses or whatever but his wife or somebody else will replace him and and the democrats will have kind of done an end around end run around an election yet again but but don't be nervous anita stay on the line let's give anita a signed copy of the war for america's soul next up you don't want to miss it we're going to sit down With one of the toughest.
Talk about having a pair.
Kash Patel.
He's got a very large testicular fortitude apportionment.

Dr. G is ready for anything on America First. - I'm just...
Most days I am.
I'm still recovering from this morning's results, but as the great Rush Limbaugh told us, it is never time to despair because we're Americans.
We were at Mar-a-Lago last night with the president, with Mr. G, who's had his plane cancelled, so he's wending his way back to the swamp, but we have so much to discuss because I may have been there with my, what is this, special guest Mar-a-Lago election party badge.
I didn't wear it.
I never wear badges.
Seriously?
But one guy was missing who should have been there.
In fact, he was on a special mission.
Former Deputy for National Intelligence.
Former Chief of Staff for the Pentagon.
Former Chief Investigator on the House Intelligence Committee.
How many more things has he got in his bio?
It doesn't matter, because his coolest one now, which he will never be allowed to resign from, is MAGA Senior Advisor.
He's Kash Patel.
What a perfect guest.
Welcome back to America First, my friend.
Seb, it's so great to be with you, and I couldn't think of a better show to be doing right now on this Wednesday morning.
Well, I have pre... Wednesday morning?
Is it Wednesday morning?
It's afternoon.
It may feel like morning to you.
Oh, no, you're out west!
I'm in the west!
You're out west.
So this is a perfect, perfect segue.
My gosh, we rehearse this so much.
Can you tell... Why weren't you with us at Mar-a-Lago eating the coconut shrimp and the little dogs in blankets with President Trump?
Because you were a man on a mission.
Where were you last night, Cash?
That was the plan.
I was supposed to be there and I was with the president in Ohio for the last rally.
And then, you know, being in Nevada and being, having hammered out west out here for Arizona, Nevada, I got sent out here to be with Adam Laxalt to bring this thing home on the frontier.
And it looks like we're going to do that because I have campaigned for Adam.
As of so many of you guys, and I've said from the beginning, Adam will be the 51st senator for the United States Senate this campaign cycle.
And Adam is on the verge of victory.
And there was no way we were going to let that one slip through our hands.
So we're helping him.
We're helping Kerry next door.
Abe Hamada's looking great.
Pinchum's looking great.
Lombardo's going to win the gubernatorial race.
We're going to flip Nevada red.
People need to understand how important that is.
It was a blue state.
It is about to become a red state again.
Alright, so I'm really excited and God bless you for actually being out in the fight instead of hanging out with us losers who are just celebrating.
I felt so guilty this morning because I posted a tweet of my wife and I, a picture of us, and I said, This is my warrior queen, because yesterday morning she got up at 3 a.m.
and came home at 9.45 p.m.
because she was a senior election official doing her part to try and make sure that we have clean and fair and transparent elections.
And I was, you know, having cigars at Mar-a-Lago.
All right, so thank you for what you did yesterday.
Thank you for what you've been doing for the last, you know, 20, 25 years, because you are one of the true fighters.
I'm going to ask you right now, because we've been discussing it for two hours now, not just what you did in the West, that we're going to take Arizona, what is your big political take-home?
I'll give you mine, that kind of came to me after a chat with the guys I was traveling Back home with two big things for me, and of course we can embroider on this, you can disagree with me.
Number one, that Nancy Pelosi has been fired.
Big, big take home.
And number two, because he's so stupid and he's going to draw the wrong conclusions, Biden's going to run in 2024, which is great.
So for me, the two big muscle movements right now are that, but you give us yours, Cash.
So that's politically astute.
You know, I didn't even think of how this would impact Joe Biden, but maybe this is the best way for us.
Because if he runs again in 24, that's the best possible scenario.
My big takeaway is, look, I always look at the mainstream media and their disinformation campaigns.
And what they are now saying is, oh, Donald Trump led the GOP to defeat.
And I look at them and I read these headlines.
I'm like, and then I see my GOP friends repeating them.
I'm like, what are you guys talking about?
Remove Donald Trump from the campaign trail these last two years, we would be looking at 40-some GOP Senate seats.
We would be looking at staying in the House minority.
The fact that the media blew up this sort of quote, red wave, so we would get to 54, 55, and 230, 240.
I said, I don't know where these numbers are coming from, but when we get to 51 in the Senate, that is a monumental victory in an off-cycle year.
And that victory is because Donald Trump went out there and got after it.
And he had an impact, a sweeping impact in races like my friend Lee Zeldin, who did a magnificent job.
Let's just stop there for a second because I've been texting with Lee all day and I just absolutely incredible and what what you know in Long Island the people who have ridden in on his coattails are stunning so we just stop there for a second and talk about why Lee Zeldin still is very important.
Lee Zeldin and also Lee Stefanik.
You know, look, they were out there trying to win New York back writ large, and Lee gave up his congressional seat for the bigger mission.
But here's what America doesn't realize, and it's also the Donald Trump effect there.
We stole three congressional seats from the state of New York from Democrats.
We retired Maloney, the Democratic chair of campaign chief, the guy who controls their money.
That is not an effect that happens unless you follow the America First agenda of Donald Trump, and Lee Zeldin championed that.
And to lose New York, my home state, And I'm a Strong Island kid, just like Lee Zeldin originally.
To lose by 5.7, that is a margin of victory for the Democrats that hasn't been that close in decades.
To bring New York on that sort of precipice is a tremendous, tremendous compliment to the campaign that Lee Zeldin ran.
And the three that we picked up, the three seats, that's a straight flip that wouldn't have happened in any other cycle.
All right, we're talking to Cash Patel.
You've got to follow him.
Cash on Truth Social.
FightWithCash.com.
We're going to talk about his new book.
But first, we've got to address this whole, you've got to dump Trump thing that Republicans, Republicans are saying right now.
And we've got to go with DeSantis.
And this is, again, my comment, your reaction.
I'm so frustrated because it's a very simple question.
Why is Ron DeSantis the successful governor he is?
It's not a difficult question to answer.
Ron DeSantis is a very successful governor of one state.
Because he copied President Trump!
And you're telling me that the man who created the model now has to be jettisoned in the favor of what?
Ron DeSantis didn't copy Mitt Romney to become one of the most successful governors in American history.
So can you please address these putative Republicans who are saying, OK, that's it.
It's now Ron and we've got to ditch 45.
No, and you know, look, let me rewind the tape a little bit.
Remember, Ron DeSantis was about on the verge of losing his first gubernatorial race five years ago.
And he was about to lose to a guy who's now under federal indictment for fraud and drugs and whatever else.
Remember this Gillum guy?
And the guy that saved Ron DeSantis in the last weeks of the election that year, President Trump came in and endorsed him.
And what happened?
Ron won by 10 or some thousand votes, right?
And then he's had this success.
And he's been tremendously successful.
I don't want to take that away from Ron down in Florida.
No, but the question is how and why was he successful?
It's because he was MAGA on Florida level.
Exactly.
He was a sunshine MAGA guy, right?
He's running out there on closing the border, securing the drug trade, defeating China, protecting America, and putting Floridians first.
And these are simple policies that were nationally put out there by Donald Trump.
And so I just think that the Romneys and Cheneys of the world are edging us closer to Ron DeSantis because they are smart enough to know that if Donald Trump runs in 2024, which is likely, he will win.
And so they want to do anything they can to put out other candidates and fracture the Republican Party to somehow create this fiction that we need to jettison Donald Trump.
And I just ask people around the country in media, I say, OK, if Donald Trump didn't campaign these two years, what happens to Mike Lee in Utah?
What happens to us in Georgia?
Is there even a runoff?
What happens to Ron Johnson in Wisconsin?
What about Ted Budd in North Carolina?
Remember, President Trump went down there twice for him.
These are races that would not have been won.
And we wouldn't be talking about the 51st seat for GOP.
We'd be talking about the 44th seat for the GOP.
And so removing Donald Trump is a fiction that the radical left agenda wants to perpetrate.
And they will with their disinformation campaign.
And the idea that this is being spun as some great failure for the Republicans, despite the fact that we're going to take the House and most likely the Senate.
I mean, what alternate universe do we have to live in where that's a loss for the Republicans, Cash?
Well, it wasn't a grand slam, Sam.
So obviously it was a loss for us.
I mean, no, this is ridiculous.
Like we're going to stop.
The mission for 2022 was stop the Joe Biden agenda.
And we are on the verge of doing that.
Congress controls the money.
The Senate controls the appointments and the budgeting process.
And we are on the verge of capturing that.
And the Dems know that.
And I think if we get, so Laxalt's gonna win, that gets us to 50 or 51, and then we're gonna have the Georgia runoff.
So, that's it.
We did it.
In an off-cycle year.
People who aren't in politics, and I know most of your audience is so hip to this, but this was a terrible year in terms of the senatorial map.
And by the way, by the way, the next Senate election, oh my, you look at the Democrat seats that are up, it is going to be, even if we do nothing, it's going to be potentially devastating for the Democrats and for people who probably will not run again.
We're talking to Kash Patel.

One of the nice things about being in Mar-a-Lago, I hadn't been there for, I don't know, maybe four or five months, is all these people came up to me and they said, wow, you look great.

He is fighting for America.
He looks like he's in some very cool subterranean catacomb.
It's very, very cool.
I don't know if he's in some secret Templar Knights' catacombs, but he looks very, very in a place to be if you're plotting to save America.
We've got to ask, how did we get here?
We expected more of a result.
And here's my response.
Here's my little Tweet I sent out earlier today that maybe helps us to understand.
I'm going to get a response from Cash Mattel.
So, they want to blame President Trump, your former boss, current boss, my former boss.
And here's the tweet I wrote three hours ago.
Very popular, got a lot of love.
So it's election month, not election day, mail-in ballots, social media censorship, indoctrinated young voters, a feckless Mitch McConnell, and an AWOL RNC, but you want to blame President Trump.
What do you think, Cash?
I think that's spot on.
I think you need to put that and blast it on Truth Social so I can copy it.
I did!
I'll text it to you.
I know you're a busy guy.
I'll text it to you.
No, no.
I'm going to retruth it from my lion's den lair out west here.
So let's use Pennsylvania as a way to react to that list.
What on... I mean...
Federman, I mean, just watching him get sworn in as senator is going to be a world embarrassment.
Not an embarrassment to Pennsylvania and the Democrats, it will be a world embarrassment to America.
So in the break you said something fascinating about the strategic communications of this campaign and kitchen table politics.
Will you unpack that for our three million listeners now, Cash?
Yes.
Oh, absolutely.
So look, I agree with you.
President Trump went out there and rallied hard for all the America First candidates on the border, on the drug trade, on Chinese fentanyl, on healthcare, on the economy, on Russia, China, Iran.
And those translate well generally across the nation.
But what the candidates themselves have to do under that is connect those issues to their constituency and have to translate it for them and say, look, Your lives are going to be and have been impacted for the worst by these larger scale issues.
But every night when you sit down at the kitchen table with your family for dinner, how am I, the candidate, going to improve your life on a daily basis?
And the candidates fail to carry that message that President Trump set up globally to the micro level, to the county level, to the town level.
And Pennsylvania is a perfect example.
I mean, to lose to a guy like Federman, And I'm not here to mock his health or anything like that.
That's a serious issue.
But we're going to have a United States senator who literally can't read from a teleprompter.
We already have a president that can't do that.
That's bad enough.
But now we have a United States senator representing one of the most populous and crucial states in America because our candidates across the board in Pennsylvania failed to tell them Their constituency.
This is how we're going to get 50,000 more jobs in La Trobe, PA.
This is how we're going to get health care better for your family in eastern Pennsylvania.
Western Pennsylvania doesn't care about what's going on large scale around the world.
They care about the guys and gals they send to Washington, DC to say, how is my child's education going to be better?
How's my healthcare going to be affordable?
And where on earth am I going to go to unleash this free energy or this massive energy we have in Western Pennsylvania?
I don't want the national government to do it.
I want you to do it.
And our constituents, our candidates, excuse me, failed to make that connectivity.
And the mainstream media is jumping that.
tap that gap and saying it's President Trump's fault for not doing it.
That's not his job.
He put the candidates out there.
And all they had to do was simply champion the America First values at a local level, and so many of them failed.
Yeah, this is getting a little bit wonkish, but I think it's really important given that, you know, we've got in another election in two months time and two years time, then we've got the runoffs in Georgia and everything else.
This is very, very perceptive and crucial, and nobody's talking about this in the media.
It's not President Trump's job, or any leader of the Republican Party, to run the campaigns of individual candidates.
He can give the overarching talking points on big issues from a national perspective, he can endorse people, he can go and rally for them, but at the end of the day, they need to run their own campaign.
So, with that in mind, Cash, How do we fix this disconnect that they're not translating the big picture moving parts of the jigsaw puzzle down to the county level, down to the localities?
Because the RNC, you know, they seem to be AWOL.
What's the mechanism?
Is it going to take us cloning Kash Patel and then sending him out across the country?
How do we fix this?
Well, one, more people.
I mean, millions of people watch your show.
I want to double that number because then they'll get the actual facts versus watching the Clinton News Network.
But the way we fix it, Seth, is simple.
And I haven't even talked to President Trump about this.
I'll float this idea with him later.
But I don't think he'll disagree.
If you want on the Trump train, if you want to go to the rallies and have all the fun and have all the America first values and the thousands, tens of thousands of people surround you, and I mean you as a candidate, then you have to agree to sign on to your candidacy As a team.
With the MAGA movement at the rallies.
Not as a coattail rider.
You gotta go in and say, I'm doing this for the 15 days before the rally, and I'm doing this for the 100 days after the rally.
That's my commitment to you, President Trump.
Every single candidate has to do that.
These candidates have gotten lazy because they're saying, I'm gonna let President Trump ride me to victory.
Sorry, that's not how you win statewide elections.
It's like, you know, they've got a nice fancy car and they want to polish it with, you know, the Trump wax.
And then once they've won the concourse, you know, whatever competition, they're done with it.
I mean, that's a fact.
So how do you lock that commitment in to the team, as it were?
Is that a mechanical question?
Yeah, I think it's a combination of things.
One, as you know, politics is run by money.
And there's no more prolific fundraiser on planet Earth than Donald J. Trump.
If you connect the money mechanisms to the teams that communicate with you, because some of these campaigns that were run across the country, I'm not going to get into names, they were poorly run on the Republican side.
They had no connectivity to HQ.
And when they were showing up at Mega Maga rallies, they were just showing up to show up and say, OK, we're going to do our thing and then we're going to disappear.
I mean, some of these candidates, if you can believe that, Seb, you've been to so many rallies as have I. Some of these candidates would show up for about seven minutes, do their speech and then leave.
That is so appallingly offensive.
to not just President Trump, but the people that showed up there and took their time and money to listen to these rallies.
And then they go and it showed in Pennsylvania.
They were like, oh, you came for a rally and then you left and you didn't bother to talk to us.
We've got enough of that in the swamp.
You know, you've done all the hearings.
I've testified before Congress.
And you know, you're there for two hours to talk about ISIS or whatever.
And some putz comes in for seven minutes to mug for the camera, ask a stupid question, then goes back to his fundraising lunch or whatever.
Typical.
That's not what we want from new candidates.
We want citizen politicians.

We are back with the legend, the patriot extraordinaire himself, Kash Patel.
Follow him on True Social at Kash with a K. We'll talk about his new book in a moment, but we've got to talk election integrity.
Florida, Millions of mailed-in ballots, lots of aged voters who vote early, and they get to declare their results, you know, almost before the polling stations close.
Other states, not so much.
So we are two years down the road from 2020.
Where are we right now?
What did the last 24 hours tell you about cheating in America and election integrity cash?
Because I know you're on the front lines.
So the Florida setup is a perfect juxtaposition.
Look, I live in Nevada.
We have three and a half million people in this entire state.
Florida has 15 million people.
They were the earliest to call all statewide races.
And there's no issue over there with Democrats saying, you miscounted, you rigged it, you stole it.
They did it because they put election integrity up front.
Nevada needs to do that and the rest of the country needs to do that.
But what the civics lesson they learned, Seb, was It's not the federal government that's going to fix that.
It's your state secretaries of state, your state AGs.
That's why people like Abe Hamada in Arizona and folks like Sigal Chad are so important because they are going to change the election laws so they are fair.
They are going to change the mail-in voting requirements.
They are going to pass the voter ID requirements.
That's what needs to happen over the next two years in every single state where we carry statewide officers in those positions.
And then, is that enough?
Because we know the federal constitution states this explicitly, we know state constitutions, like the constitution of Pennsylvania also expresses verbis that, you know, it is the state houses that run elections, even presidential ones.
What does it take To have those office holders do their job because in Arizona you've got a woman running against Carrie Lake who's actually in charge of the flipping election as she is one of the two candidates.
So do we scare the local GOP and say you're not getting re-elected unless you do your duty?
Do we play hardball?
Is it local activists?
How do we do it, Cash?
Ground level.
I keep telling people everywhere I go in all of the states I've been in, I can't remember how many, it doesn't matter who you send to Washington as your senator or congressman or congresswoman if you fail at this town level.
If you don't get the town council right, if you don't get the school board right, if you don't get the sheriffs right, if you don't get the mayors right, it doesn't matter because those people at that level control the voting bloc and the rules that come out of those counties.
And then, yes, you can lean on and supplement with the guys and gals we send to Washington, but it cannot work in the reverse order.
And I've been saying that at every campaign stop that I possibly can.
Local elections matter more than the federal ones because election security can only be solved by you at the local and state level.
It's so crucial, guys.
It's really up to us.
If my wife can do it, who absolutely, utterly detests politics, if she can become certified as a senior election officer and spend, what is that, three?
I'm really crap at math, but 3 a.m.
till 10 o'clock at night, that's a lot of hours.
That's a lot.
That's a lot of work.
She did it.
I was at Mar-a-Lago.

Things are about to get MAGA-nificent.
America first with Dr. G. As I was flying back from Florida today, I saw this tweet and I thought, oh wow, that is too good.
So I retweeted it.
It's from somebody called Rothmus.
He's got a rather good account and it says, okay, Here's what we know so far in the election, and it's just a map of America with lots of crayons squiggled all over it.
We're trying to dissect it all and tell you what it means for America with our very good buddy, former Chief of Staff in the Pentagon, former Deputy Director of National Intelligence, and so many other things.
But now the only thing that matters is he is MAGA Senior Advisor for President Trump.
Follow him on Truth Social at Cash, with a K, Cash.
Okay, two big questions that we have to broach.
Number one, you were right.
You know, at the end of the day, these things are won locally, and election abuse and fraud is beaten locally.
However, we do have a thing called the RNC.
We do have a national party called the GOP.
Give us your take on what they did and didn't do yesterday.
Look, at the national level, we have a local, we have a GOP party that is fractured.
Half of them don't like Donald Trump, except he's the head of the new GOP that he established six years ago.
So the fact that they weren't willing to accept it, and the fact that they are raking in millions and millions and millions of dollars And not spending it on the America First candidates that we want them to spend it on.
Forget what we want.
That what Americans are giving them money for, they, unlike the Democrats, who have always been able to better put aside their differences and coalesce around each other, it's because they have a unified objective in front of them, defeat the Republicans.
If we had that same willpower at the RNC level, we wouldn't be having the conversation about 51 senators and 225 House people.
We'd be talking in a much greater capacity.
So I think there needs to be a unification at the RNC level that we haven't seen.
And honestly, Seb, I don't know who or how we do that.
Is it more, I mean you know The Swamp, you advise President Trump, you've been a political appointee, presidential appointee in more than one position.
Is it simply a personality issue or is it cultural?
Let me put it like this, if we get rid of Rona McDaniel and Mitch McConnell, does it magically get fixed or is it more ingrained and more genetic?
Is it going to be tougher?
It's more ingrained and more genetic because there's so many people that have been around the RNC that that's their lives.
That's what they literally do, fly around from conference to conference and say, oh, I'm the RNC member or delegate or this or that, and I'll see you next week in Chicago and the month after that in LA.
No, this whole theme, this whole system has to change with people, yes, at the, again, it's like to steal from our earlier conversation, at the root level.
Forget the people who are running the RNC, but we have 168 delegates who are out there championing for the quote-unquote Republican Party, but half of them are out there quietly recruiting candidates to run against America First candidates.
That is not how we run a successful cohesive party.
All right.
The other question that we've discussed a little bit in the break and it's the one that gives me the most heartburn because I don't see it being solved and you know better than anyone that it is the potential downfall or is the recipe for massive success for a next Trump presidency and that's personnel.
So are we going to get this right?
We had people who were subverting the President at the highest level, even his Chief of Staff, General Kelly.
How concerned are you that we can get, you know, because it doesn't matter what your favorite issue is, whether it's national security, the economy, the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, whatever it is, if you don't have the right people who are executing the President's agenda as empowered by the mandate given to him by the electorate, it's all for naught.
So is there any movement here?
Do you have a plan?
How do you feel about this for 24?
Look, Seb, you were in there and you know it better than anyone else, you and Bannon and company.
We have the bench.
That's what I keep telling people.
The lesson that we learned the first time, and not us collectively, because we knew who should have been in those positions in the first place, but the administration learned was they relied too heavily on the quote-unquote rhinos and the outside classes and groups and whatever you call them, advisory boards and committees.
This time around, there can't be any of that.
And if I'm in a position to have any say in that, there won't be any of that.
We have the bench.
We know the names.
I don't need outside people telling me who's going to be good at the FBI or DOJ or CIA or DOD or whatever issue we're talking about.
You've got the list.
Bannon's got the list.
I've got the list.
We know it.
And we're going to fight like heck to make sure that if Donald Trump runs, he has the personnel around him that will fight for his mission as the duly elected president of the United States.
What is your prediction, so if this cavalcade comes to some kind of close by Friday or early next week, and we have the House and we have the Senate, is the GOP even going to pretend to try and rein in a bit of Biden?
Are they going to try and rein in the crazies?
Will they use the power of the purse in the House?
Do you have high expectations, low expectations for the next two years?
I've got moderate expectations, which is a long way from what low used to be.
The three investigations that Congress collectively needs to implement on day one is FBI, DOJ, and defeating the two-tier system of justice.
Fauci, get him on the witness stand, put him up there for a month, and explain to why he lied to the world for years and made millions off of it.
And the third thing they got to do is get the border.
Those are three massive investigations that we haven't even talked about.
The church commission that I wrote an op-ed about last week, or church style commission that needs to occur to fix the IC, which is a mega long-term project.
So he wants to fix the intelligence community, the IC.
Now the original church committee went a little bit off the rails eventually.
Do you think we can keep this one on the right track?
If we put the right people on it, yeah.
You know, I've talked to many congressional leaders as of you, and they said they want to do it.
And now we need to get them the right investigators to do it.
And look, and remind these people every day, the unselect committee abused its subpoena power, abused its witness power, abused its power of the purse, and we can show them what a righteous investigation is, like we did during Russiagate, and we can do the same thing for FBI, DOJ, for Fauci, and for the border.
It's a word that isn't used often enough, and it's one of my favorite words.
Righteous!
He is a righteous dude.
He also knows how to play ice hockey, which is part and parcel being righteous, I think.

All right, let's have some fun.
Let's enjoy ourselves a little bit by talking about the truth but with a fun book.
A book for all ages.
It's the plot against the king.
The sequel and it's driving the left insane and it's got It's got the wizard Cash Patel on the cover.
And the king!
The king is Donald Trump.
How is the book doing?
And what is the mission of this picture book, Cash?
I think it's maybe a tad political?
You know, that's what they say, but I try to not say Republican or Democrat.
Look, I wrote it at a level that even Watermelon and Schiff could comprehend.
And the mission of the book is simple.
We talk about truth, faith, service, and mission.
Plot Against the King, which you can all get at plotagainsttheking.com, plotagainsttheking.com.
President Trump launched, went number one.
It became so popular, we're doing a trilogy.
So I partnered with Dinesh D'Souza to do Plot Against the King 2000 Mules.
And the purpose of this book is the same as the first.
We told Russiagate to kids and young adults.
And in this one, we teach election integrity.
We talk about if there's 100,000 people in land and 200,000 people vote, something went wrong.
And Donald Trump launched Plot Against the King 2000 Mules for us, and it's skyrocketing up the charts.
And here's just what happened last week, Seth.
I haven't been able to talk about this yet.
Google banned the entire ad campaign for PlotAgainstTheKing.com.
The entire book series and the Brave Books publishing house in Texas.
All of it because they said we're putting out disinformation.
Which leads me to believe we are putting out the truth.
I don't tell people to be Republican or Democrat.
I just tell them what's wrong with teaching our kids Russiagate?
What's wrong with teaching them history?
What's wrong with teaching them about a rigged election with Hunter Biden's laptop?
I'm just waiting.
I'm just waiting for when Google bans Little Red Riding Hood because wolves can't dress up as somebody's grandma and talk to them in English.
Absolute sheer insanity.
All right, put the cover up back.
Everybody, you need to get this book right now.
The Plot Against the King 2000 Mules.
Wow.
I think we need more of this because this is how we take back the culture.
Stay on the line.
I've got a quick... Seth, real quick.
I've got a quick announcement.
We've got the holiday package releasing today.
PlotAgainstTheKing.com.
You get both books, a mug that says communism, tears, and a Christmas ornament.
