The End
The End Here's the thing.
Who doesn't love a yellow school bus, right?
Can you raise your hand if you love a yellow school bus, right?
Just, there's something about the, and most of us, many of us went to school on the yellow school bus, right?
And it's part of, it's part of our experience growing up.
I think she was on the short yellow school bus, don't you?
That is the Vice President of the United States I'm sure our enemies are very, very impressed, and our friends...
are probably worried.
Welcome dear friends, this is America First on the Sailor Moon News Channel.
Across the nation, over 300 stations, 3 million listeners also streaming on SNC as well.
I'm your host, Sebastian Gawker.
Lots of news for Thursday, lots of news.
The New York Post's website and Twitter feed were hacked with some Rather naughty messages.
We will share some of that as much as we can with you as we go through the show today.
The GOP, the state house in Pennsylvania, is preparing to impeach Larry Krasner, the man who said, as the Philadelphia DA, oh, those people talking about crime in Philadelphia, That's just racists!
Weird.
Either there is crime or there isn't.
Mark Zuckerberg is in big trouble.
He's going to have to slash 20% of his workforce at Facebook.
Isn't it funny?
Nobody calls it meta.
Nobody calls it meta.
He's obsessed with meta, but it is crashing and burning and it's like, oh my gosh.
How do you even?
He's lost $65 billion in company valuation.
$65 billion!
How much is Elon paying for Twitter?
It's like $44 billion.
He's lost more than the cost of Twitter inside Facebook!
Oh, and by the way, Less than 24 hours to go.
That deal better go through.
Oh, you've got to find that b-roll for me, Eric.
I want to show everybody later in the day.
Find the video of Elon walking into Twitter headquarters yesterday.
That is just too, too funny for those of you who haven't seen it.
He was carrying something.
Symbolic, something metaphorical that we will share with you.
Wuhan, remember that place with the wet markets?
Don't talk about the level four biodefense lab that belongs to the Chinese Communist military.
No, Wuhan with its wet markets is back in lockdown three years after That COVID-19 incident that killed millions across the globe.
Wuhan, the city, is in lockdown.
And Senator Bob Menendez, you know, he of the sex with underage prostitutes.
By the way, do you know what happened to that case?
Do you remember?
Let's see if our political whiz kid, whiz kid, I bet he likes that.
Mr. Jia, are you there?
I thought you were going to Eric.
He's more of a kid than me.
Well, I just, I wanted to compliment you.
Do you have a problem with that?
I know you're an old man, but you know... No, I'll take it.
I'll take it.
Alright, so do you remember what happened to the original trial about Menendez and having sex with the underage prostitutes?
Yeah, he got off, basically.
Yeah, there was a hung jury.
Yes.
Hung jury!
Right?
That man is being investigated again under federal investigations.
I hope they get him this time, because he is a louse.
He's a disgusting, disgusting man.
But let's talk about Let's talk about something that's a little personal for me.
Do you think they like that?
Do you think, Jeff, do you think that the listeners like the stuff that's a little bit more personal?
Yes, they love that.
All right, let's do that.
Let's give them a bit of that.
Let's give them a bit of that.
Oh, by the way, I see calls are already coming in.
The number is 833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
12 days, right, Eric?
12 days to the election?
How much have we got left?
12 days remain.
All right, guys, I hope you are mobilized.
There is a rag out there called Newsweek.
Newsweek used to be, used to be a news magazine.
It's garbage.
It's filth right now.
And I'll tell you why it's important to me that everyone understand what Newsweek is.
Newsweek wrote a fact check on Ted Cruz because Ted Cruz went on The View And he dared to say that there had been violence by Antifa across America.
Let me read to you what Tom Norton, a propagandist for Newsweek, wrote.
Texas Senator Ted Cruz has frequently described left-leaning activists and protesters as violent and dangerous.
Oh no!
How dare he call Antifa violent and dangerous, claiming that his Democratic opponents have embraced this mob violence.
Well, yeah, if you're Kamala Harris, if you're actually garnering donations for the bail of rioters, I would say that's embracing them.
A frequent critic of anti-fascist Antifa activists.
Oh, really?
Because that's what Antifa is?
It's like, you know, the Democratic Republic of North Korea's Democrat.
Is it Tom Norton?
The senator spoke out on The View this week, deflecting arguments about January 6th violence to claim It was actually the left that carried out a year of fiery destructive protests across America.
Yeah, because they did.
On an episode of The View, posted online October 24th, Ted Cruz claimed that Antifa riots caused cities to burn across the country for a year.
Cruz argued how Hillary Clinton had called Donald Trump an illegitimate president, but did not receive the same degree of scrutiny as those claiming the 2020 election was stolen.
Yeah, both of those things are factual statements.
Host Whoopi Goldberg then countered, we may not like when Republicans win, but we don't go and we don't storm.
Oh really?
Ask that to the parishioners of the church one block away from the White House, St.
John's Episcopal, which was firebombed by Antifa and BLM.
Cruz responded, did I miss an entire year of Antifa riots where cities across the country were burning and police cars were being burnt?
Your position is the left doesn't engage with violence.
And here goes Newsweek.
Here's their heading.
The Facts.
Ooh, I'm so impressed.
You can write a heading that says The Facts?
While Cruz did not go into further detail about Antifa, the left, and arson, the context suggests he was referring to the protests that followed the death of George Floyd.
Why are you deciding on the context?
Were there riots?
Were there cities burning or not, you hack?
Marches took place across the U.S.
in May and June.
So what?
We're not just talking about May and June.
In Minneapolis, where Floyd was killed, more than 1,500 businesses were damaged in the days that followed.
In Portland, protests continued for 100 days.
The majority of the protests, however, took place between May and June.
Oh!
Oh, I see.
Therefore what?
They didn't happen?
Now, let me be clear here.
Tom Norton is a propagandist shill pile of excrement.
You're not a journalist.
And I have a message to everyone, and some of these people are friends of mine.
And this is why this is personal.
I have friends who are good conservatives.
Who frequent... One of them just did it two days ago.
Who frequently write opinion pieces for Newsweek.
Yeah, they put their name to this crap.
This gutter press crap.
Don't do it!
Stop it now!
I get it, Josh Hammer is the opinion page editor and he's a conservative.
I don't care.
He's the token conservative.
He's just there to make them look as if they're a little bit balanced.
Every time one of you writes a piece for this slime fake news non-journalist that is The Collective of Newsweek.
You're giving credibility, your name, to scumbags like Tom Norton.
So here's my request.
All conservatives out there, number one, don't read this garbage.
Number two, if you're a conservative, publish elsewhere.
Go to Breitbart, go to The Federalist, go to some good news sites, okay?
Not this crap, because that's what it is.
We have a war to win politically.
Don't help your enemies, including Tom Norton.

Facebook. - Yeah.
And at the top of my feed is a picture of Josh Hammer, who I'm not even friends with.
What?
I'm just talking about him.
That's freaky!
Yeah, I do not trust him.
Right, I'm sending you a couple of pictures.
Alright.
I have that Musk footage.
Oh good, we'll use that.
Yeah, that's gonna be B-roll, so yeah.
Oh, send me the Morgan pictures.
I did already.
Thank you.
Um...
Conservatives, colon.
Stop helping Newsweek.
And Morgan?
Biden and Mayorkas have blood on their hands.
Yeah.
I've got the... Alex is boil there.
Hear me?
Yes.
Yes.
Long time no talk to Boyle.
I know.
Duh to G. It's been like all of like two hours.
Have you still got your jacket and tie on?
Nope.
I ditched it as soon as I got off TV.
I'm wearing a t-shirt now.
Where are you?
I'm at my house in Florida.
Nice.
Well thanks for the double duty today.
Not a problem.
Happy to do it.
All right, so we shall continue.
We'll do two segments and we shall continue talking about the midterms.
But this is live, so don't get nervous on me, Matt.
I'm not nervous.
Don't get nervous.
I know.
Was I nervous on TV?
No, you're never nervous.
You're never nervous.
You're very chill.
You're a chill dude.
Oh, did you email those pictures, Seb?
Oh, sorry.
I'm completely phased.
These are the pieces of the downed helicopter.
I want to talk about them.
Let me just find them.
Here we go.
Boom.
Nice scent.
70 seconds.
Are you going to use them in this segment, or are you saving them for later?
Um... I'll save him for D. Alright.
Save him for D. I'm gonna do Ph.D.
here.
Use, uh, don't forget the new photograph as well for Ph.D., alright?
The shirt?
Yeah, yeah, the blue shirt.
- Yeah. - Alrighty, 45 seconds.
Not coming in with anything?
No.
Alrighty.
PhD at the top.
Have we had Maya Flores on, Geoff?
I thought we did.
We had her on either the Newsmax or this.
Will you reach out to her to talk about this?
She's being blackballed from the Hispanic caucus.
Yeah.
Yeah.
20 seconds. 20 seconds.
Here's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard.
The End Always so kind.
He's always inquiring about how the show is going.
Can you do a wide shot of the studio, please?
My able team of cameramen.
Okay, can you see it?
Maybe.
Do that.
Move camera four, because I have a challenge for our viewers.
I've added something to the background.
What is it?
If you work it out, If you can... What's the best way to get in touch?
Should they DM me on Twitter?
Jeff, what do you think the best way to get in touch with us is?
Through the website?
They should go to the website, right?
Yes.
Alright.
If you can work out what is new in my studio...
We will gift you one of our brand new America No Apology sweatshirts.
Do we have that visual?
Let's put it up there so they don't see my studio so it makes it harder for them to work out what it is.
It's a beautiful sweatshirt.
It's designed by you, our listeners, who called in.
It's America.
It's the stars and stripes with two words, or as Biden would say, three.
No apologies.
You will get one of those gratis.
That's Latin for free of charge.
If you work out, go back to camera four.
What is new about my studio?
Send us a message, move that camera, slide it, because then they'll see it.
Contact us at sebgorka.com in the message box.
Tell us what you think is different.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorka.com, and then we'll find out who is an eagle eye.

Okay, 12 days to go.
Who do we have to talk to?
Who must we talk to?
The man who knows politics better than anyone else, the one, the only, the Washington Bureau Chief for brightbar.com, Matt Boyle, welcome back.
Dr. G, always a pleasure, glad to be here.
All right, so things, I don't want to, you know, tempt fate, but every day, even if we look at, my gosh, New York and the governor's race and Lee Selding, it's better than decent people and patriots even expected, isn't it, Matt?
Yeah, no, it definitely isn't.
Look, I'm loathe to make, like, specific predictions in the lead up to elections, but here's what I'll say.
Right now, and by the way, I wrote this in a piece back in August on Breitbart, right, where I laid out the simple, easy, four-tier path for Republicans to retake the Senate majority.
Everyone thought I was crazy, but it's all happening right now, right?
Like, so, look, the Republicans need to hold their core together, they need to lock in the really tough battleground states of Wisconsin and Pennsylvania, and it looks like we're there, and then they gotta flip the battleground states from Democrats from Arizona, Nevada, and Georgia.
And they do that, they're gonna get to 53.
That's tiers 1, 2, and 3, and then if you go beyond tiers 1, 2, and 3, there are other states out there, like New Hampshire is closing very tight right now, Washington State is competitive, you've got Connecticut is in play, you've got Colorado in play, so any one of those could get Republicans beyond 53.
But if Republicans hold those tiers 1, 2, and 3, and I lay it all out in the article, Then they can get to 53 seats in a majority in the Senate.
But the thing is, is that this was never surprising.
I think it's shocking the establishment media, but I do think that the left is in a really bad way going into this election.
The Democrats are in disarray everywhere.
Joe Biden just announced that he has added a campaign trip this weekend.
He will be headed to New Mexico, of all places.
The deep, deep, deep red state... No, I'm kidding, but New Mexico is a blue state, right?
So the fact that they're spending precious time for the president going to New Mexico, and they've had him in California and Oregon and other... I mean, they're freaking out.
They're in a total meltdown now.
But also, how significant is it that you have people who are Democrat candidates on camera saying, no, I don't want Biden coming to campaign for me?
Yeah, I think that's a big deal that shows you that Joe Biden is an albatross.
He's an anchor around their necks, not a supporting factor.
Whereas with Republicans, every Republican wants Donald Trump to campaign with them.
If they aren't campaigning with them, they're complaining that he's not coming or not inviting them to a rally that he's doing in their state.
Donald Trump is a rocket fuel for Republicans, whereas Joe Biden is an anchor around their neck.
But the fact is, okay, so the Senate's looking really good.
It's looking like Republicans are going to get to, you know, a majority and maybe as high as 53, 54, maybe even 55 or more.
I don't know.
We'll see what happens there.
And then the House is looking really strong for the Republicans too.
If you look at the RealClearPolitics analysis, and I think this is probably right of where the various analysts are out there, they say that there are 225 districts that at least lean Republican, and then there's another 35 toss-up districts beyond that.
The House majority is very much likely to go Republican, no matter what Nancy Pelosi says.
Nancy Pelosi says, take it to the bank, the Democrats are going to keep the House.
Well, she said in 2016, here's the tell, that phrase, take it to the bank.
That's how you know she's lying.
She said it in 2016, that take it to the bank, Hillary Clinton was going to beat Donald Trump.
Right?
So when Nancy Pelosi says that, they know they're lying.
So it's all a game and it's a sham.
But how significant is it, not just to talk about the House and the Senate, and Nancy is clearly, clearly very worried, but the number of gubernatorial seats that the GOP is going to take.
I mean, that's really a factor, isn't it?
Yes, and look, Republicans are looking real strong in Arizona, Nevada, Oregon, New York State, Michigan, Ohio, Florida, Georgia.
I mean, like, you go around the whole country, I mean, Republicans are looking real, they're gonna flip a whole bunch of governor's races, and they're gonna lock in battleground ones that were previously expected to be competitive.
I mean, look, Stacey Abrams is totally missing in action in Georgia.
You've got in Michigan, Tudor Dixon.
What a campaign she's running.
Like, really incredible.
And frankly, Gretchen Whitmer was caught lying real bad in that debate the other night, their last debate.
She said that schools were only cold.
closed for three months.
Tudor Dixon just dropped the new ad.
People should go look at it.
It's on her Twitter account.
She just put it out where she proves that that's not true.
They had schools closed for more than two years in Michigan under Gretchen Whitmer, the tyrant Democrat lockdown governor.
So the fact is, is that I think Republicans are in and obviously Lee Zeldin in New York.
I mean, he's really crushing it on crime.
So exciting.
We have an amazing video clip of Stacey Abrams.
We'll play that in the next segment.
In the meantime, make sure you're following this man.
He's at Truth Social.
He's back on social media, in some part because of me, completely, every time he came on the show, pestering him to do so.
It's Truth Social at Real Matt Boyle.

We'll be back with Matt Boyle after these messages.
wherever you are, whatever you're doing, do not touch that dial.
Continue with the what happens after a win.
Yeah, definitely.
So... Um, did any... How did we get the messages from the website?
Who do those go to?
Don't tell me it's Rob.
No, they go to me.
Okay, good.
Um, you wanna see... Put that Stacey Abrams clip through the thing.
Yeah, can you play it again?
It's too hot to hear.
- I've been going to let us outside.
So what we're gonna do is you're gonna let me and our team and our folks, we're gonna go out first and then they're gonna direct you outside and I promise them to take a picture of every single one of you.
That's so cool.
If you're over 18, you gotta socially distance for social media.
If you're under 18, you're probably too cute for that, so I'm gonna let you stand right next to me. - That's too hard to hear.
What did she say at the end? - I don't know what she said at the end, but she said you have to social distance for the media.
Here's a rule.
You have to social distance for the media.
In the beginning, she says the news outlets are here.
Yeah, social distance.
But they're all in a group there, not even shoulder to shoulder.
At the very end, she said if you're under 18, then you're too cute for that.
So stand close to me.
Like, that's kind of a Biden-esque thing to say, but... Play it again.
I kill a Chiron.
We got a big old mess outside, so what we're gonna do is you're gonna let me And our folks, we're going to go out first, and then they're going to direct you outside, and I promise I'm going to take a picture of every single one of you.
That's cool.
If you're over 18, you've got to socially distance from social media.
If you're under 18, you're probably too cute for that, so I'm going to let you stand right next to me.
Wow, that is creepy.
That is creepy.
That is creepy.
Yeah.
So you want to tee that up?
Yeah, I'll tee it up.
It'll be right at the top.
I'll tee it up.
Did you see she paid that woman $10 million?
Her old campaign chair, right?
What?
In legal fees.
It was her friend that's also the campaign chair.
It's in the rundown.
10 million?
Yes.
It was through the organization she created for, like, voter- Yeah.
Protecting voters.
How does she have 10 million to give away?
Do you know how much money they raised on that voting- How much?
2018?
A ton.
Yeah.
Wow.
She basically created it as her platform to whine about how she got the election stolen from her.
She was also in a ton of debt when she ran for governor first time.
She's not anymore, which is weird.
Oh, that's strange.
She didn't get the job, but she's financially better off.
She is the governor, don't you know?
Can you reach out to Ronnie Jackson?
He just followed me on Twitter.
Let's get him on.
Okay.
Okay.
Let's see.
Let's see.
90 seconds.
All right, 70 seconds.
Stand by, Matt.
Yep.
What are you going to be doing the night of the election, Matt?
Las Vegas.
Lombardo and Laxalt headquarters.
Nice.
Yep.
50 seconds.
Not coming in with anything?
No, just teeing that thing up.
Alrighty.
40. 40.
40.
The antidote to fake news.
America first.
Our guest mentioned the governor of Georgia, Stacey Abrams, and there is a piece of video that sometimes you just get to see behind the curtain of who these people really are.
She's inside a bar, she's talking to her cult members, and she says, the media is outside.
I'll take a picture with all of you.
But remember to social distance because the media is watching.
They're all packed in cheek-by-jowl, but then she... Oh, and she says something else creepy.
If you're under 18, you don't have to social distance because you're too cute.
I guess COVID doesn't affect those who are a certain age.
Play the cut.
We got a big one outside, so what we're going to do is you're going to let me and our folks, we're going to go out first, and then they're going to direct you outside, and I promise I'm going to take a picture of every single one of you.
Cool.
If you're over 18, you've got to socially distance from social media.
If you're under 18, you're probably too cute for that, so I'm gonna let you stand right next to me.
There are two rules.
The media are outside.
Rule number one, social distance when you're taking a photograph with me because the media is watching.
Don't have to do it in here.
But if you're under 18, you're too cute, so get close to me.
That's creepy.
That's kind of Biden-level creep, but it tells you who they are.
We are back with the Washington bureau chief of Breitbart.com, Matt Boyle.
You can follow him on Truth Social at Real Matt Boyle.
I want to talk about the GOP after the midterms, Matt, but Do these kind of clips matter or does everybody know the Democrats are hypocrites?
Oh yeah, no.
I think they're very important because it shows you rather than just tells you that they're hypocrites, right?
Remember the picture that came out, what was it, last year or so, where she was sitting there with all the kids wearing masks?
Yeah.
And she's sitting there without one.
Like she's better than them.
And they were all these forced masks on kids.
And I think those are very instrumental in that they show you the effect of the Democrat radical left policies and how they're meant for you but not for them.
I think that's a good point.
I think that's a good point.
We're going to go to your calls momentarily.
833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
But do not call us on a cell phone that's connected to one of the big cell phone providers.

PATRIOTMOBILE.COM SLASH GORKA.
That's 972-728-7468.
PATRIOTMOBILE.COM SLASH G-O-R-K-A.
Matt, it looks good.
It looks good.
Even New York could become A Republican state, thanks to Lee Seldin.
However, here's the big question.
What happens afterwards?
What happens to the GOP, especially in the House?
Mitch McConnell's going to be Mitch McConnell.
He's going to be a swamp creature.
What happens to the position of Whip?
What happens to Jordan?
What happens to McCarthy?
Will it be a more America-first GOP in the House, at least?
Absolutely.
And in the Senate, by the way.
So, like, look at these Senators that are coming in.
They're much better Senators than the ones that are leaving, right?
So, Richard Burr's leaving North Carolina.
Ted Bund's coming in.
Rob Portman's leaving in Ohio.
J.D.
Vance is coming in.
Dick Shelby's leaving in Alabama.
Incoming, Katie Bridge, so super solid on the issues.
In Oklahoma, I mean, while he's a good guy, Jim Inhofe's leaving, incoming, Mark Wayne Mullen, right?
Like, so, like, what I'm getting at here is that we're gonna have much better, and the same thing's happening in the House, it just happens faster because elections are every two years in the House, whereas the Senate's every six years, but we're gonna have a monumentally different Republican Party in both chambers of Congress, no matter what happens with the majorities, and I think that you could be looking at, like I said, before is possibly as high as or maybe even more than a 240 seat house majority and possibly as high as or more than a 53 or 54 seat Senate majority for Republicans.
Then it's up to us.
We need to go hold these guys accountable.
They need to do what they said they were going to do.
Yes.
They came out with a pretty good document, right, called The Commitment to America, which is their version of the contract with America.
This year, Kevin McCarthy rolled it out.
I was there in Pittsburgh when he did it.
I interviewed him the night before they rolled it out.
We did a bunch of stories on it.
But now they've got to deliver on that.
They got to use the spending bill fights, the debt ceiling, other must pass legislation like the defense bill, the NDAA, et cetera, to force this agenda through and roll Biden.
And then they need to hold him accountable and they need to engage in aggressive oversight.
Every committee is an oversight committee.
They need to really hold these people accountable.
And then we need to set the stage for the White House in 2024 with the return of President Trump.
I think President Trump is running again.
I think that a big night on election night for Republicans is going to be big for his chances.
And given the Senate map in 2024 that's around the corner, especially if Republicans get to 53 or 54, this election, they could very well have, with President Trump coming back in 2024, a 60-seat filibuster-proof Republican majority in the Senate in the next election.
But it's up to us to hold these guys accountable and make them do it because if they do what they said they were going to do, then only good things can happen.
It's always up to us.
Always has been since 1776.
Thank you, Matt.

title for boil um um how many seats will the republicans win - Mm-hmm.
And then just start playing through the cuts again so I can see all of them.
Rasmussen has Herschel Walker up five now, they just released him.
Up five?!
Yeah, the hip pieces are really working.
Can you just send me that so I can mention it?
Yeah.
Alright, go ahead guy.
Uh, Ron DeSantis is in Donald Trump's way, and so Donald Trump will be a child and a bully, uh, and move him out of the way.
If anyone thinks anything different than they haven't been watching Donald Trump for the past six years, it's the way it goes.
He is very, very, very scared of Ron DeSantis, in that Ron DeSantis might actually do better than him in a 2024 presidential election, and that just scares Donald Trump.
She does not look good.
No, not at all.
Republican leaders in Congress have said that if they get control of the Congress, they're going to repeal the Inflation Reduction Act, cut taxes for corporations, raise the deficit.
That'll make inflation worse.
Get rid of the cap on prescription drug costs that takes effect on January 1st.
Get rid of Medicare's ability to negotiate prescription drug costs.
That's going to make inflation and everyday costs worse.
I think we go to the record of what we've actually done to lower costs for consumers and point out that fuel costs, drug costs, and fair taxation are all Democratic priorities and that the Republicans are not going to do a thing about it.
A Republican party that is funded by the fossil fuel industry is never going to take on fuel costs in a serious way.
I admire his courage to go on that debate last night.
He had to know that he was facing basically a fast-talking TV doctor who at times seemed to be talking almost intentionally faster in the face of Mr. Fetterman's difficulty speaking.
Sometimes it appeared almost cruelly faster.
Cruelly, cruelly faster.
Cruelly faster.
Want to use any of those?
I want to use the... ...the...
...the... ...the... ...the... ...the...
America first!
Well, he did it!
I think he does nothing else.
I think he just sits there, and I think our buddy Dave in Arizona just lives for this show.
I think within nanoseconds of me making that challenge as to what is new in the studio, he texted me, because the sneaky bugger has my cell phone number, and he identified what it is.
But I told you to email through the website.
So what I'm going to do, because we are magnanimous here, We're going to give you a No Apologies sweatshirt to the first person who emailed it correctly to the website and also to David as well, our buddy from Arizona.
I'm not going to reveal yet what it is.
We'll do one more camera pan.
The sweatshirt is America No Apologies.
You can get one.
If you can't work out what it is, you need a sweatshirt anyway.
SebGorgenStore.com.
Let's do one more pan.
It's right there.
You can see it right now.
What is the new item?
Can you see it?
Can you see it?
SebGorka.com to send a message.
If you can identify the new item, S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A.com.
Davey's already locked his in, but I want to give one to the first person who contacted us through the website.
Okay, let's have some good news.
This is from the Daryl Brooks trial, Waukesha, Wisconsin.
He is toast.
Play cut.
And count two of the information.
Did the defendant commit first-degree intentional homicide while using a dangerous weapon?
Answer, yes.
Burn in hell, you piece of... Hey, you are to be removed right now.
He will not do that.
Burn in hell, you piece of...
It's one of the jurors.
Good for you.
Daryl Brooks, I hope you burn in eternity for what you did at that Christmas parade.
He was convicted on all 76 counts, included guilty on six counts of first-degree murder.
Do they have the death penalty in Wisconsin?
I dearly, dearly hope they do.
All right.
They are worried.
They are worried on the left.
And the Rhinos have come up with a new solution.
They're praising, of course, DeSantis.
Why would somebody like Mika Brzezinski, along with Paul Ryan, Paul Ryan.
Just let that sink in for a minute.
All of you out there who say you're conservatives and say, oh, can't be President Trump.
Got to be somebody else who runs like Ron DeSantis.
You do realize you are in full agreement with the likes of a swamp slime creature like Paul Ryan and Mika Brzezinski.
Because here is the proof.
Just listen to that mental midget.
Mika, cut four.
Uh, Ron DeSantis is in Donald Trump's way, and so Donald Trump will be a child and a bully, uh, and move him out of the way.
If anyone thinks anything different than they haven't been watching Donald Trump for the past six years, it's the way it goes.
He is very, very, very scared of Ron DeSantis in that Ron DeSantis might actually do better than him in a 2024 presidential election, and that just scares Donald Trump.
She doesn't look good.
I don't know what she's done to herself.
Hey, Mr. G, why would Mika Brzezinski be pumping up the governor of Florida?
I'm so curious.
Isn't he a Republican?
Yeah, you know what this reminds me exactly of?
What?
Is after the 2012 election, right after Obama was re-elected, the media went non-stop on, if the GOP ever wants to have a chance again to win a presidential election, they have to do amnesty.
They have to do amnesty.
As if they're trying to help us out.
And now they're doing the same thing with DeSantis.
Do you really think if they thought DeSantis was going to be a much better candidate than Trump they would be telling us that?
And not only that, pumping up any republic- I thought we were all semi- aren't we all semi-fascists?
Oh yeah, ultra-mega, extremist, threat to democracy.
But isn't he the worst governor in Amer- I thought he was the worst governor in America?
Yeah, he's Donald Trump on steroids.
That'll be the next thing they'll say.
But now he's okay.
Guys, do not be on the side of Mika Brzezinski or Paul Ryan.
You know what this means.
You know it's only got to be DJT.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to New York City.
Sean, welcome to America First.
Dr. Seb, you're looking great.
Mazel Tov.
Thank you kindly, sir.
What is your comment?
What is your question?
Just wanted to say, the other day you were mentioning, you know, maybe somebody could come up with A crystallization of what the Democrat Party has become.
Yeah.
And it just dawned on me that scene from Silence of the Lambs where, you know, he's dancing around and he's got the scalp of some victim, the serial killer, and he's singing and, you know, he's screaming down into the well and he's saying... Oh, you mean when Buffalo Bill is dancing with his... Buffalo Bill!
With his genitals squeezed behind his thighs.
You mean that moment?
Yes!
Because that's a nice transgender moment there visually, right?
You know, you could just say, if you don't want barbarism, if you don't want sexual, you know, sexual mutilation, if you don't want sexual deviance, then don't vote Democrat!
Dude, dude, that is so good.
Oh my gosh.
If the GOP had balls, they would use Buffalo Bill.
If they had balls, they would use Buffalo Bill in their campaign ads.
We might have to send that to Mar-a-Lago.
Stay on the line.
Sean has to get one of our No Apologies America t-shirts.
Let's just give it to him because that is priceless.
That is what political communication is.
Buffalo Bill with his Testicle squeeze between his thighs.
That is a perfect embodiment of the radical left today.
God bless you, my friend.
If you want your no-apology sweatshirt, go to SebGorkerStore.com.
I do believe it's Thursday, which means we go to California and to Antoinette.
Hello, Dr. G!
Wow, that was hysterical.
What a great idea.
Wasn't that good?
Buffalo Bill is the Democrat Party.
Yeah, totally!
Listen, I do have three things quick.
Number one, after we speak, can you give me back to Jeff?
I need to share something with him, please.
Yes, of course we can do that for Antoinette.
Of course we can.
Thank you, Dr. G. So, I have a t-shirt for you guys.
So here we go, for the t-shirt.
We must put America first.
We must never give up.
We must never, ever forget 2020.
I love that.
We must put America first.
We must never give up.
We must never, ever forget 2020.
It's a bit long, but I like the sentiment.
Let me work on that.
Third thing, Antoinette, quickly.
Okay, at Planned Parenthood this morning, a woman, she just pressed her brakes on in front of us there in Santa Ana.
She flipped her car around, so we thought she was either going to throw something at us or yell at us.
She pulls her car right at the driveway, right in front of us, gets out, says, I'm praying for you guys!
I've never seen this before.
I took the wrong road.
Please, Proposition 1.
We need to get rid of it.
And those were all the signs we had this morning.
So we're doing good.
We're making an impact.
Proposition 1 in California?
No!
Beautiful, beautiful, beautiful.
We love those stories.
She's Antoinette.
She's a voice for the voiceless with her friends.
Keep her on the line because she's got some secret message for Mr. G. I'll find out later.
This is America First taking your calls.
833-333-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Coming to you live from the relieffactor.com studios.
If you're in daily pain, if you've tried everything else and failed to find relief, you need to find out if you could be the next success story.
It's so easy.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening like I do.
And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me and 500,000 of your fellow Americans.
You've waited long enough.
You deserve to know.
What have you got to lose?
Well, nothing except the pain.
Call now.
Now, 800-500-8384, reliefactor.com.
The End What, they haven't?
No, they haven't.
It's by hour three.
What, they haven't?
No.
Because Dave got it straight away.
I think I know what it is, but I'm not 100% certain.
I think I know what it is, but I don't know what it is, to say it.
What did Antoinette want?
How many people worked here.
That's what it is.
I saw it, I didn't know what it was.
Well, that's something I've actually seen.
I saw the remake.
Which is crap!
The remake was hilarious.
Oh my gosh, are you kidding me?
No, it was funny.
With Owen Wilson.
Absolute garbage.
Spoiler.
I watched that not too long ago.
It takes the hormone blockers or else it gets the hose again.
That is such a great idea.
Of course, again, I love, like, years later, retroactively, they're like, oh, this is transphobic!
This story's transphobic!
Like, yeah.
A transgender person portrayed as mentally ill.
Imagine my shock.
I guess trans people can't be murderers, I guess.
45 seconds.
That's a movie you've seen, right, Jeff?
Signs of the Lambs?
Yes.
Okay.
It was made after he was born, you know that, right?
Of course I know that.
Can you block the lines?
30 seconds.
Yeah.
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
We will never have tote bags that is a promise.
All right has anybody got it right yet Jeff on the website have they worked out what's new amongst my knickknacks behind me?
Not yet.
All right one more wide shot we'll give them one more chance otherwise Dave's gonna get two t-shirts or sweatshirts.
All right guys look have pay attention if you're watching us on a rumble on Salem News Channel there's something you can just see it somewhere behind me What is it?
It's iconic!
Go to SebGawker.com and send a message to Mr. G. All right.
What else have we got to do?
I want to share with you... Oh yes.
Here we go.
Darren Beattie.
He needs to come on our show, on our Newsmax show this weekend.
Do you have that B-roll of Elon Musk walking into Twitter headquarters, Eric?
I want to show this to everybody.
This happened yesterday.
This is absolutely hilarious.
Play cut.
He's walking into the headquarters.
You can see the giant blue bird there.
And he's carrying a sink.
A ceramic sink.
Why?
Because he says, let this sink in!
I think he's going to go through with the deal.
Will they sabotage it in the Biden administration?
This is Darren Beatty on the Twitter deal.
Cut eight with our buddy, Tucker.
The question of whether we have free speech on what he calls a global public square is indeed of civilizational importance, and it's an existential threat to the crooks that control our regime.
And, in fact, it's such a threat that I predict, if he goes through with this and it does implement free speech on Twitter, Elon Musk and Twitter will be designated, in effect, the number one national security threat to the crooks in control of our regime.
Can they do that?
We'll find out.
We will discuss.
Stay with us here on America First.
Let's go to your calls quickly.
David Orlando, line four.
Dr. Gorka, how are you?
Good.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
Mitch McConnell must be crying at night now that all the Republican senatorial candidates are kicking the loser Democrat ass.
But I do want to make one comment that you've talked about a while back.
We discussed The former Attorney General Bill Barr.
Yes.
He acts as if he was consulted and aware of the Mar-a-Lago raid prior to it transpiring.
He's just too defensive.
Do you feel he was consulted and aware of that raid?
Look, he's a complete scumbag, swamp creature, and he could have been.
I just don't know why.
Why would they have consulted him, David?
Well, he's just too invested in it being successful.
He's too defensive about it.
While every real legal analyst talks about how illegal it is and in violation of the law.
Stay on the line.
Talk to Mr. G. I want to know if there's anything else apart from his Fox appearances that makes you think that.
But I will go back and review because that's an interesting accusation.

Thank you.
Thank you. - Thank you.
Oh, do we have lots of Ukraine b-roll we can use with our guest?
Uh, no.
Not at the moment.
We don't keep it on file for big stories like that?
I... Let me get this story real quick.
I gotta... Hang on.
Two minutes.
I'll grab some.
Okay.
I have the call screen thing on my small screen here, not Skype.
Thank you.
Can we change that?

That's good.
Thank you.
Hey, John.

My pleasure.
How'd you do it?
I'm your pleasure.
Magnificent!
Alright guys, no monologue in the second hour.
Too many important things are going on.
I've just tweeted out Putin has given another speech lambasting the West.
You need to listen or you need to understand what he said on my Twitter feed.
There is a translation from our buddy Konstantin Kisin, Russian linguist, who's been to the Ukraine recently.
You need after the show not now just remember write it down after the show go to my Twitter feed Seb Gorka and Look at that post or also breaking news.
Thanks to mr. G. This is from Rasmussen Republicans Kemp Walker lead in key, Georgia races.
I guess the attack pieces against Herschel Walker didn't work.
He is now five points ahead Up.
When you play that dirty, it usually has a boomerang effect.
Two things we had to share with you.
And now something I received early this morning.
Whenever I get a text from the man who is the editor-in-chief, the founder of JustinNews.com, I pay attention and I immediately post it.
He is, of course, John Solomon.
Follow him at JSolomonReports.
The headline from Justin News' Democrat blows whistle on alleged ballot harvesting scheme.
Florida opens criminal probe.
I thought this didn't happen.
I thought we were told this kind of thing never happens.
John, please tell us who Cynthia Harris is and the gist of your piece.
Yes, she's a lifelong Democrat in Florida who just ran for the Orange County County Supervisor's position.
That's the county in Orlando near Disney World.
She lost by a handful of votes and she described in the interview I did with her yesterday with Amanda Head and I on our TV show That she was leading the night she went, or she was in second place, meaning she was advancing to the runoff the night before, or the night of the election.
Two days later, she had had votes removed from her count, and she suddenly fell to third place.
And she said, you know what?
I've seen this system for a while.
I'm blowing the whistle.
What she's done is put together a remarkably detailed complaint.
Of how Democrats for two decades have run a ballot harvesting operation mostly in the black communities around Orlando, Kissimmee, in that area there.
At $10 a ballot, it's illegal by the way in Florida to pick someone else's ballot up, she says sometimes they steam open the ballots, change the ballots, sometimes they throw out the ballots if they think it's not the candidate they want to vote for.
Uh, and, uh, she's filmed some of it going on at her home where people came to her home.
She also has the script that the ballot brokers, the ballot harvesters use.
It's a very detailed complaint, so detailed that Ron DeSantis' new election police force that he created earlier this year did a preliminary investigation, determined that the allegations have significant merit, and it's now led to a full-scale criminal probe by the state police.
Right, so this is huge because this isn't, you know, Rudy Giuliani, this isn't a Republican candidate who lost, this isn't President Trump, this is a Democrat who's been in office for many, many years.
I want everybody to go to my Twitter feed, to go to JustinNews.com, read your article, it's on my feed, it's on your webpage, you need to bookmark the webpage.
First, you know, you had her on your show with Amanda.
For those who missed it, and please check out John's show every night, 6 o'clock Eastern, correct?
That's right.
So, first talk about, you know, as a professional journalist, a true investigative journalist, your impression.
Let's take politics and take the accusations out of the picture for a second.
What was your impression of this woman in terms of being a credible witness?
She, listen, she doesn't seem to be seeking the limelight.
She just, as she said, listen, I've worked as an election poll worker before.
What good are elections if we don't play by the rules?
And, you know, one time it might hurt a Republican, next time it could hurt a Democrat.
We ought to play by the rules.
That was her motivation when you ask her why did she come forward.
And she said after what happened to her, she goes to bed one night thinking she's moving to the runoff election, and the next night her vote totals drop.
She said, how do I lose votes?
I mean, how do we lose ballots?
And that's what kind of motivates her to come forward.
The level of specificity that she has.
She names names.
She names funders.
She follows the money.
She films one of the ballot brokers at her home.
She gets the script from the ballot broker.
And all of that is attached in this very detailed complaint.
Her evidence is very strong.
When we started to nose around in the black community in Orlando, we heard lots of people saying, oh yeah, everybody knows it goes on here.
Even the Republicans knew it was going on here.
They were turning a blind eye to it for many years.
And then every so often you'll see a story in the Orlando press saying, oh, this went on, there was a big allegations of ballot harvesting, ballot fraud, and then it just fades from the news media.
So there's a history of it in the media.
People on the communities told us, yeah, this really does happen.
And then Cynthia herself provides very detailed information to us.
And by the way, the election police look at it for several days.
I think they look at it for about a week or two.
They decide it has real merit.
They forward it for a full criminal investigation.
I think there's a lot of credible information here.
And let's keep in mind that what Cynthia Harris is describing matches what the Racine County Sheriff found in nursing homes.
In Wisconsin.
It matches what a Democratic mayor in Yuma, Arizona just pled guilty to two weeks ago.
Ballot harvesting.
We're seeing in multiple battleground states now, Democrats pleading out, sheriffs and law enforcement saying, yes, these things do go on in elections.
They do prey on nursing home residents.
One of the things that Cynthia Harris talks about, the nursing home operation and the rehabilitation home operation that Democrats ran to harvest ballots From vulnerable people in tough medical conditions.
Let's be very clear here because state by state things change.
Some states like California permit ballot harvesting.
Florida doesn't.
Georgia doesn't.
It is a crime to ballot harvest.
That's why Dinesh's movie is so crucial because you have video of people ballot harvesting in states like Georgia.
But the second thing, paying for a vote is illegal in every state.
It doesn't matter where you are.
To pay somebody for their vote is a crime whether you're in Florida or anywhere else.
Now, here's one issue, and again, I'm relying upon your journalistic marrow, your nous, your expertise.
The level of specificity in this article comes from the fact that she's known about this for years.
I mean, this isn't a woman who suddenly lost a race and then started to investigate.
She was part of the problem, clearly.
So this is a woman spurned.
Was there any kind of flavor of she's trying to get revenge?
Or were you convinced that she's seen all this, but now her consciousness Interesting.
She actually tries to raise it in the past.
In 2017, when she filmed the ballot harvester coming to her home and gets the ballot box, she tells a very dramatic story when the ballot harvesters realized that Cynthia had had some of the goods, the evidence, the receipts of what was going on.
They sent a couple people to threaten her and get the ballot back or get the information back, and she fooled them.
She kept the original copy, gave them a copy so they could rip it up, and they thought, oh, she doesn't have it.
She goes to the media anonymously and tries to get it at the press there, and we can see those stories.
I think she's been trying to get this out multiple times.
The creation of the new election police force that Ron DeSantis created earlier this year, created a new entity that didn't exist in Florida.
Full-time law enforcement people, dedicated, experienced in it.
I think that's part of the motivation.
And here's the important thing.
She has sworn out an affidavit under penalty perjury, saying these things are true and I'm swearing it out under oath.
That's a very important step for someone to take.
This is a blockbuster piece, guys.
You've got to watch the interview.
You've got to read the piece.
Please follow this man, Jay Solomon Reports.
It's justthenews.com, and the book is Fallout.
I have to ask you, last two minutes we have with you, John, given that you told this truth about the Russia hoax for three years, you were lambasted, you were targeted as a conspiracy theorist, your reaction to Jon Stewart, one of the propagators of fake news, finally saying on his podcast yesterday, uh, yeah, Hunter Biden getting $80,000 a month for a no-show job.
That's corruption.
You've got to have a reaction, John.
Well, listen, it's just too bad it wasn't 2020.
The elitist powers in this country suffocated.
The greatest fraud in the 2020 election was that story being kept from the American people.
People like myself in the New York Post being called conspiracy theorists or Russian disinformation.
It was always true because the facts were there.
I'm glad Jon Stewart's come around to it belatedly.
It's probably a bad sign.
For Joe Biden that Democrats as famous as Jon Stewart have given up on the all the fake excuses and they realize of course this was a pay-to-play scheme.
The real question now is will there be any accountability?
It's one thing for a comedian to say hey it's real.
It's another thing for prosecutors to actually create a punishment for the behavior we now know was widespread.
Yeah.
On the story you broke on Florida Florida has, well, it seems to have relatively secure elections.
Do you think this story will be big outside of Florida?
Well, listen, it matches the pattern of what the Wisconsin investigators found, what the Arizona investigators found, what True the Vote alleges, and Georgia's trying to corroborate in Georgia.
Those are four battleground states with almost identical descriptions.
The whistleblower that True the Vote brings to Georgia is $10 a ballot.
It describes the nonprofit network and how you do it.
All of these descriptions are the same, and this is the bigger question.
Is there a larger hand organizing this in multiple states or are these four separate organic operations that all have the same rules of operation?
That's a very big question.
I think the key is follow the money.
We got to follow the money.
That's going to lead to who runs these sort of things.
It's always the same, follow the money and follow this guy!

All right, 12 days to go and they are worried.
Fetterman's performance was kind of emblematic of the Democrat Party.
This is Tucker on Fetterman's performance.
Cut nine!
Some people, mostly Republicans, thought John Fetterman might not be mentally fit to work in the Senate.
Others, mostly Democrats, agreed with Clifford Chen, his doctor, that Fetterman was absolutely fine.
So was a neat partisan split.
Then Fetterman appeared on stage for his first and only debate and settled this question for all time.
John Fetterman, it turns out, is not capable of driving a car.
He should not be allowed to operate a microwave oven.
There is no chance that under any imaginable circumstances John Fetterman could, quote, serve in the U.S.
Senate.
John Fetterman shouldn't be allowed to operate a microwave oven.
So should we vote for Democrats?
Are they going to vote for Democrats?
Let's ask the man who goes by The People's Pundit, a rather reliable data journalist, although he might resent the phrase journalist.
We are very delighted to have him back on the show.
Rich Barris, welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me back, Dr. Corker.
How's everybody doing today?
Good, good, good, good.
All three million of our listeners are tuning in, ready to get the prognostications from you 12 days out.
So we played Nancy's clip yesterday.
Nancy says, don't believe the polls.
I don't trust the polls.
I guess she must be a little bit worried.
What are you seeing?
We're seeing amazing trend lines, even in New York for Lee Zeldin.
Talk to us about trend lines.
You are the data guy, so what are you seeing, Rich?
You know, before the summer, which polling is always screwy.
I tell people this all the time.
Polling is always screwy in the summer.
Before the summer, we saw historic leads for the Republicans on the generic ballot, and I would argue that we had the Dobbs decision that was distortion.
The inflation, the economy, even Hang on, hang on.
Stop there, stop there.
That's really fascinating.
So the Dobbs, the leaked decision out of the Supreme Court that, you know, strikes down Roe v. Wade.
Explain why that is a distortion for pollsters.
Basically, you're going to have a lot of high-interest voters when you try to poll Dr. Gorka.
That always happens.
So you're going to get those people who care about issues like that on the Democratic side.
They have postgraduate degrees.
The pro-choice voter is not the way it was when some of us grew up in the 80s, the 90s.
They're not the young youth voters that the Democrats need to get out.
They've aged.
Now they're my age.
And many of them have postgrad degrees.
They're going to vote anyway.
The overwhelming, persuadable element of this electorate was always concerned about economic issues.
Now what we're seeing is that these voters have just returned, and they've returned to the Republican Party.
We're not the only ones seeing this.
Independence with college degrees came back to Republicans.
That is what swung All right, so let's stop here for a second because I've always said it's maybe because I'm, you know, I'm 52 and I just write them off and I'm cynical.
The house is gone.
It's gone.
All right.
So let's stop here for a second because I've always said it's maybe because I'm 52 and I just write them off and I'm cynical.
I say kids don't vote.
So the 20-somethings are irrelevant.
Even if they go to the steps of the Supreme Court and scream and shout and claw at the door – They're kind of irrelevant.
Am I wrong there?
What do we know about the youngest demographic, the new voters for example?
They don't vote in midterms at very high rates.
They don't vote in special elections at very high rates.
You know, we heard this before the gubernatorial elections in 2021 in New Jersey and Virginia.
They made up a whopping 8% of the electorate in the state of Virginia.
In presidential elections, they can be a lot more, 16.
But what we're seeing here is what we would expect to be natural.
They are the least likely Uh, to be certain to vote or say they've already voted.
So even when we look at who has cast all this early vote that, you know, uh, media is making such a big deal about, they're not young, Dr. Borger.
They're not young.
These are not people, uh, you know, who, who represent an influx of new democratic vote.
In fact, the new midterm voter favors Republicans this year, and that's been the case for months.
So a bigger turnout would actually be a good thing for the Republican party.
We read the breaking news about 20 minutes ago from Rasmussen that they now have Hershel Walker up five points.
Do you buy that?
Do you buy that, Rich?
We are doing Georgia.
This would be our third poll in Georgia.
We've had them up as high as seven at one point, but that was very early.
It was, you know, it hovers between two and four.
I do buy it.
I think that it tightened.
It did when the Daily Beast hit them with all those scandals.
But at the end of the day, the generic ballot in Georgia was Republican plus 10.
And Kemp is overwhelmingly, Stacey Abrams, her career is almost over.
She's going to get a beating this year.
Really?
A beating.
Kemp is going to beat her and it's going to be pretty badly.
So that'll effectively be the end of Stacey Abrams and they stole the election from me.
She still, you know, refuses to basically concede that race.
It'll be over for her and that's going to work to lift Walker up.
He's also doing really well in the Atlanta metro area.
Those burbs that have trended Democratic, We have him up in those burbs about two points, which is astonishing.
So overall, I think that if Warnock doesn't hit 50, he's done anyway, because he'll never make it in a runoff.
But we also had him up, but not by that much.
But how significant is it that Lee Zeldin is neck and neck in New York?
How big is that, Rich?
It's huge.
It's huge.
And, you know, his performance in the five boroughs is nothing to sneeze at.
Republicans get killed in Kings and Queens.
And Zeldin is running very well there, considering he's going to run it up in Suffolk and in Nassau.
That's his backyard.
And, of course, upstate.
It really comes down to how well he does in those five boroughs.
The fact that New York is close.
And that there are other races that around the country that are close should tell you everything you need to know about how these battleground states are going to break in the end here.
All right.
He's the director of Big Data Poll.

Some questions about generics.
Bye.
You can leave the mics hot, that's fine.
I'm going to ask you about generics.
Oh, and I'm going to ask you about polling in general.
How the science of polling works if you've got submerged voters who don't trust pollsters.
Okay, and we are polling Pennsylvania right now.
I do have some stuff we can talk about as far as what the impact the debate may have.
It's up to you though.
You mean specifically on Pennsylvania?
We do.
And we asked, did you watch the debate?
What did you think about the debate?
Who do you think won?
It's astonishing.
All right, we'll do that.
We'll talk about Pennsylvania.
I got a question.
No, you're not allowed to have a question.
You're busy.
You're busy.
You're my producer.
Be quiet.
Isn't it rare that this close you see a lot of polls with registered voters instead of likely voters?
Yes.
What's the difference?
What's a likely voter?
How do they determine that?
It's your job as a pollster to determine who is going to come out to vote.
You do that.
It's a little bit different depending on the pollster.
Ours is self-reported likelihood but also vote history, and some people throw enthusiasm in there.
That's like 80 percent of the job.
So for them to put out these adult and registered voter polls, it's a scam.
They're doing it because they're trying to give Democrats an inflated edge.
That's the one where the Democrats are doing better always.
It looks like registered voters.
Absolutely.
I need the Paul Ryan cut, Eric, from yesterday.
All right.
Which one?
We had two.
Tell me the difference.
17, I think, is where he lists all the candidates he would like to see.
And then 16 is where he just says, oh, like Republicans lost under Trump.
Trump should have won.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
The second one.
The one where he names all the candidates.
Yeah.
And then I flip the reeds here.
So now I'm going to do border battle.
Then I'll tee up Ryan and then I'll go to our guest.
All righty.
Yeah, if that's true that Walker's doing that well in the suburbs, he should run away with it, honestly.
Well, he needs to get to 50, so we need one more hit piece.
He needs to get to 50.
Libertarian is taking some vote here, so he is a factor, you know, a few points.
Is he a damn plant?
What do you think?
You know, I actually saw him in Dallas, Texas.
He came up to me and, you know, I asked me if I was going to include him when I publicly polled in Georgia.
You know, his entire, his, you know what struck me as funny?
It seems his entire platform is on election integrity, which for a libertarian doesn't.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Struck me odd a little bit.
Right.
Yeah.
That is weird.
What, where do you do most of your media?
Who do you, who do you appear on?
War room, uh, yeah, a lot of war room.
Uh, yeah, that's, uh, Bannon, you know, is a couple, typically a couple times a week if we're, you know, coming up on an election.
Um, but, you know, pretty much wherever.
We do Epoch too.
You know, I've been on Fox.
I did Tucker once, um, which was cool, you know, but generally, um, that's, that's it.
Rav, you know.
All right.
Standby.

40 seconds.
Let's do it.

One of the big, big issues, not just the economy, it's crime and it's the border.
And those two things are inextricably linked.
The truth about the border is something you will not hear on the mainstream lying legacy media.
You will hear, though, And especially thanks to my buddy Charlie Kirk's brand new six-part documentary at SalemNow.com.
It's called Border Battle.
It tells the truth of the human cost of open borders under the Biden regime and the militarization of the cartels.

The rhinos are like the undead, like zombies, especially Paul Ryan, who had this to say about the upcoming elections.
Play cut.
Are you a DeSantis guy?
I like all of them.
Look, I'm not one of these things.
I like Ron, I like Glenn Youngkin, I like Mike Pompeo, Nikki Haley, Mike Pence, you name it.
Any one of these candidates would make a fine president, and most importantly, will win the White House.
And why would we want to risk giving the nomination to somebody that we know?
We haven't lost, my party hasn't lost this much this fast than we have with Trump.
We lost the House, the Senate, and the White House in the span of two years.
He hates President Trump and he says, anybody but Trump!
Anybody!
Hang on a second, Rich.
Doesn't President Trump have a historic endorsement record?
What is it?
210 to 12 now?
I mean, he touches something and it turns into 24 karat gold.
This loser lost his own home state when he was the vice presidential nominee with somebody that he argued would be the most electable person up against others who had a working class message in Rick Santorum, even Mike Huckabee.
They were all talking that working class message that resonates in the Rust Belt, states that his party, his wing of the party, were unable to win for almost four decades, Dr. Gorka.
It is Almost impossible to overstate the feat that Donald Trump pulled off when he carried those blue wall Rust Belt states.
Look, I think Governor Ron DeSantis and others are doing great jobs as governor.
But there is no evidence to suggest that they can carry those Rust Belt states.
I'm sorry, there just isn't.
There isn't.
Paul Ryan, you're a loser and you will remain a loser.
All right, we opened with Federman.
You've got some fascinating polling from people who watched the debate.
Tell us what the people of Pennsylvania shared with you, Rich.
More than 60% tell us that they actually did see the debate.
It grew over days, so people digest it when they see it on social media.
About 70% say that Mehmet Oz won that debate.
a less than 20 now, say that John Fetterman won.
It's those partisans in there, really, Dr. Gorka, that's what it is.
And the rest are just saying, you know, I'm unsure.
But it's one of the biggest debate victories The margin is one of the biggest we've ever measured.
We're actually going to go back and look over the years of polling to see if we ever measured somebody having that much of an advantage when asked, who do you think won?
It is having an impact because This poll will be out very soon, probably about two days, if that, maybe less, because we're collecting quite a bit.
And I'm telling you, Mehmet Oz is doing much better with people who have four-year degrees, whites who have four-year degrees, than he was doing a month ago, the last time we polled Pennsylvania.
Which means that events like... This is going to be a good poll for Mehmet.
But which means events like that debate are really important and can give you that edge, correct?
Yeah, there's some debates we'll look back and we'll say, that time, that did it, right?
Here you go again in 1980 with Reagan and Carter.
And I've long argued, often they're overblown.
But you can have these moments where it matters.
And by the way, I think Lee Zeldin, that very same night, had an incredible night.
He got to the heart of why that race is close.
And Hochul just looked confused and, you know, just It optically looked very bad and her facial expressions and her answers were just lacking.
And Warnock also, I believe, sitting there like a deer in the headlights.
Walker, you know, I thought he ran him through the, you know, through the ringer.
Well, and when Hopeful was asked about the shutdowns and she said, oh, I'd do it all again.
All right.
We're out of time.
I got to ask you out of time right now, as it stands, how many seats in the House and the Senate?
In the Senate, we're looking at right now 53.
The question for us is whether New Hampshire falls as well.
That's really the question.
I do think Blake Masters is about to take the lead in Arizona.
And the House, I think we're looking at 250 if this generic ballot is 5 or above.
Yeah, it would be historic.
It would hit that ceiling of 247.
All right, he's the man.
I think the levee's about to break.
The levee's about to break.
He's the man behind Big Data Poll.
If he calls you up or texts you, answer the question because he's the People's Pundit.

Oh, it's true.
It's absolutely true.
And if you believe that, I've got a bridge to sell you.
Dear friends, you know they hate him.
The swamp detests him.
The FBI just ambushed him at a Hardee's in three unmarked vehicles to take his phone.
Why?
Because he's a conservative and friend of President Trump's.
He's Mike Lindell.
He's a great supporter of the show.
Let's show the cancel culture fascists that we have his back.

All right, very excited about this guy.
We've invited him on the show because we saw him give an interview.
on TV.
He is known, he has been described as the most dangerous drone operator in the world.
He goes by The Drone Warrior.
He has a very interesting military career that he can tell us about should he so wish to.
He is Brett Velikovich.
Brett, welcome to America First!
Sebastian, thank you very much for having me on your show.
Happy to be here.
All right.
I'm going to steal a minute of your time first to talk about a gift I received a week ago that the purveyor of the gift refused to let me link to him for obvious reasons because he has found in Ukraine.
Beautifully made little souvenir.
It's from the Ukrainian army.
It's a little device.
You open it up.
It says on the outside, it's got a picture of a Russian helicopter and it says the following.
Thank you for supporting the Ukrainian army.
It's got a grid coordinate and it says original piece of attack helicopter shot down by Ukraine May 9th, The 2022.
And inside the box is actually a piece of the aluminum fuselage of the MI-28N Night Hunter.
On the back it says limited edition number 018.
Let's start with that.
We'll talk about drones in a second.
But dude, the Ukrainians, their information operations are pretty bloody good, aren't they, Brett?
It's pretty impressive, I do have to say.
And what an incredible gift.
You know, what a lot of people don't realize is when you go out to the front lines of this war, I just came back from Ukraine, you'll see, you know, these helicopters and tanks still left on the battlefield.
They're not cleaned up.
I mean, you see right in front of you the destruction of war.
And their morale right now is at an all-time high, you know, even with all this partial mobilization coming in from Russia, you know, when you talk to Ukrainian soldiers on the ground, they're striking Russians almost 10 to 1, killing them 10 to 1, and they just continue to have this pride about them that's just incredible because they're truly defending their homes.
All right, you need to follow this guy right now.
It's TheDroneWarrior on Twitter.
TheDroneWarrior.
The website is Brett Velikovich.
That's V-E-L-I-C-O-V-I-C-H.
First question, obvious question for you, and we need to get you back for a longer chat.
A lot of emphasis at the beginning of the war that drones have changed, the way drones were used in the beginning, it has changed the mode of warfare.
Would you concur?
Absolutely.
I mean, I keep talking about that Ukraine is almost the Super Bowl of drones.
That's why I'm out there.
It's the innovation taking place on the front lines.
The amount of drone technology that is being used is unlike anything I've ever seen.
You have almost this David versus Goliath mechanism of drone technology.
On one hand, you have the Ukrainians who are literally taking the same type of drones you could buy off Amazon and figuring out ways to modify them and turn them into war machines.
Whether that's Oh.
creating 3D printed parts that can drop 120 millimeter mortars or grenades and send them over into Russian territory.
And then you've got the other side of the fence where the Russians are flying larger state owned type of drones, the type of drones that I'm used to in the military, and then also even bringing in these new Iranian Shahid large scale.
We have to talk about that.
You are stealing my thunder.
Stand by.
So one thing I've just retweeted on your post from the Ukrainian Territorial Defense Forces.
Fascinating.
I don't want anybody to give away TTPs, but you've got to look at this photo.
Sorry.
The techniques, the tactics, the procedures.
You've got a photograph from Ukrainian forces.
It's a fascinating wording in the tweet.
It says, They have forced two Russian UAVs to land with their anti-drone rifles.
And if you look at this photograph, these ain't rifles.
These are special pieces of equipment that allow the UAV to be forced down largely undamaged and then repurposed by the Ukrainians.
It looks like something out of Star Wars.
It looks like something the Master Chief is using in one of his video games.
So we're not going to give away anything that weakens the Ukraine, but first things first.
Can you explain the significance of Iranian drones flying over Ukraine?
Well, from a strategic standpoint, it tells me that Russia's a little bit low on their arsenal.
That's without a doubt where they're going to other countries to bring in this military arsenal.
But Iranian Shahid drones...
They're very unique.
Quite frankly, from a technological standpoint, they're pretty impressive as well because of the way they fly.
When they're launched out of these containers, they basically don't have a remote behind them.
You don't have a remote control or a person physically controlling that drone.
You just put a GPS point, a latitude, longitude in it, and it gets sent into its target.
So it's very difficult for you know to be able to defeat that from electronic warfare and so one of your one of the photos the photos that you just mentioned that was taken down you've got these sort of electronic warfare jamming guns that are actually dropping these drones out of the sky and so you know the significance of these Iranian drones I mean they packed such a huge punch when I was in Kiev last week
We were under constant air alarm, constant sirens, because there was this worry that more Iranian drones were going to slam into the middle of the city.
I visited some of the sites where the Shahids had actually struck.
You've got 100 pounds of explosives on the warheads of these drones.
So, um, you can imagine sort of the, you know, the, the terror that brings and not, not only that, the psychological effect of it, right?
These things fly very slow.
They're very loud, like a lawnmower in the air.
And so the civilians can almost follow and hear these things as they, as they move across the tops of these, uh, these buildings and almost just wondering where it's going to strike.
So it is causing, um, uh, a lot of damage and the Ukrainians trying to figure out a solution to it.
Well, it's possible.
They're doing something right and unlike, and this is unclassified, unlike the Russian anti-UAV technology that basically fries them out of the sky with inordinate amounts of microwave energy, this looks to be a far more sophisticated piece of equipment.
We are talking to the man who knows everything you need to know about drones.
Follow him at The Drone Warrior.
We'll be back with Brett Velikovich in a moment.

Your mics are still hot on our video feed, okay?
Okay.
Alright, I'm going to ask you... It's a very short segment, just three minutes.
I'm going to ask you about the morale of the Ukrainians.
Okay.
Yeah, that, that, that, their PR is so good.
I know.
That one, you remember that one about what was it like four months ago where they had a Ukrainian peasant girl in traditional dress with a dying Russian soldier at her feet and they made this video about you don't want to be the next Russian private who dies.
Yeah, I mean, they have to use this social media as force multipliers, don't they?
Well, yeah, and especially when, you know, Putin has no idea how to do it, which is great.
I mean, he sits there, you know, with photographs being taken as he's sitting next to his fax machine.
It's just hilarious.
I mean, what are they going to show?
Like, their war crimes?
I mean, there's not much, like, positivity they can show on their end.
All right, what have I got here, guys?
My Patriot Supply.
I'll do my Patriot Supply.
All right.
Oh, and then you can show some pictures from Karafana if you have.
Yes, I do have some.
A few from Kiev.
Kiev!
Do not.
Do not.
America first.

We're back with the drone warrior on Twitter, Brett Velikovich.
He is just back from Ukraine.
Gotta ask you, what is the mood of the people?
I know they, you know, The Holomodor, the massacre of 8 million Ukrainians by Stalin is always going to be in the forefront of their minds.
These people are going to fight forever for their liberty, correct?
You're absolutely right.
I mean, it's encouraging to see, you know, under this barrage of attacks and this Russian occupation that they still have such pride and morale.
And that's what's really driving the war.
I mean, you've got on one hand the Russians who are being mobilized and they don't want to join the military.
But on the other side, the Ukrainians, they don't have enough weapons for all the Ukrainians that want to join the military at this point.
What do they think of us?
males away from joining the military.
They've beaten off the Russians from Kiev.
They have strong pride about that.
You know, they're being helped by Western intelligence, finance, artillery.
What do they think of us?
What do they think of this White House and America in general, Brett?
They're so happy about how America has supported them.
They wear American patches.
You see American flags on their helmets.
They know that there was a good possibility that the country would have fallen without American supply.
And that's just the truth.
And the guys on the ground, they couldn't love Americans more than ever because of what the country has done for them.
And that's, I think, going to continue as long as we continue to provide weapons to them.
And, you know, it's just it's really encouraging to sit with these fighters on the front lines.
And, you know, every single day for them could be their last.
And yet they just have this pride because they know that they're fighting for every one of their countrymen.
Is there a charity?
Is there a foundation you would recommend if our listeners want to support the Ukrainian people?
Yes.
Please go to ukrainefriends.org.
This is one of the charities that supports a lot of my efforts on the inside.
We deliver IFACs.
These are tactical medical kits that provide tourniquets and chest seals to soldiers that are on the front lines.
I mean, you'd be surprised.
They're treating gunshot wounds out there with Advil, and I'm not exaggerating it.
Guys, they need their individual first aid kits.
Please help ukrainefriends.org.
This guy is the real deal.
A former tier one operator.
ukrainefriends.org.
Thank you, Brett Velikovich.
That was far too short.
We have to get you back.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
How insane did COVID make America and especially the power elite stay with us for a very special one-on-one here.
On the Salem News Channel, wherever you are, whatever you're doing, do not touch that dial!
Hey, that was fascinating.
Absolutely fascinating.
Yeah, I'd love to come back on.
Thank you.
You can't keep up with them, man.
You gotta go on with your life.
It's a tricky mother.
I mean, Fauci, he's like, ah, you know, first he's like, you get your two vaccines and you dance in the street, you walk about with your life.
Recently he said, OK, we missed it by a little bit, all right?
You can get two vaccines, two boosters, you still get COVID.
Three boosters, two more vaccines, you're getting COVID.
You get another vaccine, you're still getting COVID.
Buys you seven minutes of immunity.
That's all you got.
So now we're coming up for the daily COVID shot.
Every day you go in like a B vitamin, you get your shot.
By the time you get to your car, you've lost your immunity.
But that's a hell of a 39 seconds.
The superb Dana Carvey, when comedy was still comedy, and when people had the courage to actually make fun of the powers that be.
He's actually a conservative, by the way.
I'm sure you realized.
Welcome to America First One-on-One with me, your host, Sebastian Gawker.
And we're going to talk about Fauci.
We're going to talk about COVID.
It may not be as funny as Dana Carvey, but we have a perfect, perfect apropos.
Why?
A new book with a rather amusing cover.
It's called Gone Viral, How COVID Drove the World Insane, which it has.
And it's by Justin Hart.
Justin, welcome to America First One-on-One.
Dr. Kirk, great to be with you.
Thanks for having me on.
All right, well, you've got some great, great little blurbs on the back.
A good friend of the show, Mark Morano.
Scott Atlas, Dr. Atlas, who worked for President Trump and his COVID team.
And also Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, amazing names.
Let's talk about who you are.
Why are you qualified to write this book?
Talk to us about why you are not insane.
Well, as I say in the outset, I'm not a healthcare expert.
I'm a data guy by trade.
And normally I wouldn't insert myself into someone else's domain, Dr. G, but they seem to have no problem inserting themselves into my life, my kids' education, my gym, my coffee shop.
And so I took it upon myself.
I had a little time on my hands to check the data.
And by time on my hands, my main client as a consultant at the time of the pandemic was a high-end excursion for baby boomers.
And you can imagine that business went straight out the door.
So I took it upon myself.
I said, something is just amiss here.
I know how this data works.
And when Dr. Fauci got in front of Congress and said that one out of 100 people who got the disease would die, I said, that's not the numbers I see.
And so I formed a ragtag bunch of activists, analysts, experts, moms and dads, who really were kind of miffed at these policies, which were keeping them from pursuing happiness, that sort of general pillar of our founding documents.
And we took to the streets trying to understand what is happening here.
We became the key backbone arm of Scott Atlas when he was at the White House, pro bono, completely providing him with charts and data.
He had nothing that the White House or that the government gave him to really work on this thing.
He was fighting everyone just solo.
And we worked with him on those efforts.
And in the end, we decided this is what we need to do.
We need to basically arm people.
And that's what this book is about.
It's basically a myth-busting set of chapters where we take everything from masks, It's a plexiglass to asymptomatic transmission.
And we give you all the data and all the stories so that people can relate this to, you know, that that one neighbor that you still have that's double masked in the car alone.
Right.
I love my favorite is the plexiglass, especially when you're at the counter.
And then both of you, because you can't hear anything, both of you, the attendant and the customer.
Put your heads around the plexiglass and close in to within a foot to say, yes, I'd like the ticket to Boston, please, as you're pulling your masks off.
The book, you've got to check it out by Justin Hart, is Gone Viral, How COVID Drove the World Insane.
The website is goneviral.com.
And lest you think he's slightly hyperbolic in They're taking away from your pursuit of happiness.
Just a little reminder of the kinds of things Fauci did.
So this is just before Christmas.
Dr. Fauci, the highest paid bureaucrat in America, paid more than the president by a factor of two, saying, you know, you got a relative, your grandma, who may die next year because she's 93.
Don't invite her to Christmas dinner if she's not vaccinated.
Play Cut, Cut 3.
If someone in your family isn't vaccinated, should you ask them not to show up?
Yes, I would do that.
I mean, I think we're dealing with a serious enough situation right now that if there's an unvaccinated person, I would say, I'm very sorry, but not this time.
Maybe another time when this is all over.
So, um, getting involved in your private life and who you invite to the Christmas table.
Let's work backwards, because you mentioned a name.
He's one of the people who's blurbed your book.
I think we've had him on the show.
Scott Atlas, an outspoken doctor who wants to share the truth with Americans, worked for President Trump.
And when he came on the show, yes, he did, I remember him telling us that I guess it's you now.
I didn't realize it was you or your team.
He'd arrive to the COVID task force meetings in the West Wing with stacks of papers of the latest findings, the latest studies out of Japan or Holland or wherever that he'd read the night before that he wanted to share with his colleagues and say, hey, did you know this study about the ineffective nature of masks in Sweden has blah, blah, blah, blah, blah.
And he told us that not only did Fauci know nothing about most of the things he mentioned, he arrived at these meetings, Justin, and please back me up if you can, with no preparation, no stacks of papers, no reports.
It seems as if the bureaucrats were like just coming to a meeting and making it up.
Yeah, you know, I asked Dr. Atlas this one time.
I said, why aren't they changing course?
You've completely demolished their interventions and talked about the huge, horrendous cost that on society and our children has.
Why aren't they changing course?
And he put to me, I said, maybe, maybe they're just having a problem saving face.
He said, no, Justin, These people are dumb.
And I'm like, oh gosh, I think there's something nefarious, but I think there's also a big, big wad of ineptitude up there.
Can I like qualify this?
Because this is the theme of our show on America First, that these aren't just stupid people.
You know, who say everybody should have a Tesla and when you have an open border, it's just fine and dandy.
They're also arrogant.
So when you have... What is it Fauci said?
He said, you know, don't question me because I am the science.
They're not just stupid, Justin.
They are woefully arrogant.
It's true, and they have this deep hubris, right?
And you can see it in the writings of Dr. Fauci, even over the last four decades, as he gets really frustrated that he can't control nature, right?
And this ended up in an article that he wrote in 2020, as the pandemic was nine months in.
And he talked about how he'd love to go back to ancient times, right?
He's just, can't we return to ancient times?
Can we at least use the lessons of those times, he said, to bend modernity in a safer direction?
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
So he wants to go back to when we used leeches and we bled people because modernity and facts and data are problematic.
Justin, help me out.
I think he's an agoraphobe at heart, or at least that's what I take from this message.
Meaning he doesn't like being outside.
He doesn't like wide open spaces.
That's why he wants to lock everybody else down.
Yeah, we've turned our entire infrastructure over to people that haven't seen a patient in 30 years.
You know, a lot of people gave Dr. Atlas, you know, a lot of flack because he wasn't, he was a radiologist.
But no, the main reason he was there is he had 25 years of experience applying policy to science.
I'll give you one stat that we have from the book that cuts across political boundaries.
It shocks people and it's undeniable, which is we think in the spring of 2020 we probably missed about 250,000 cases of potential child abuse because it's typically sharp-eyed teachers and administrators who catch those things and kids weren't in school.
It's devastating.
Well, not to mention all the people who Weren't screened for things like cancer.
I think it may be impossible to quantify the amount of damage done simply because hospitals weren't seeing patients.
It's absolutely shocking.
We're talking to the author from my publisher, the best in the business, Regnery.
It's just come out.
It is gone viral how COVID drove the world insane.
And I want to share a little story about literally how It has made people psychotic, and I've witnessed it.
It's justinhartgoneviral.com.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Two more years of the insanity!
How are we gonna survive?
Well, guess what?
I've got a plan for when it's not just baby formula, when it's the necessities of life that aren't available.
I'm gonna have three months worth of food for my family, Stored away.
Food that stays fresh for 25 years.
Thanks to the best in the business.
It's My Patriot Supply.
Their food is delicious.
2,000 calories a day.

All right, let's do...
Cut 2. Coming with Cut 2.
Thank you.
Do you regret, particularly the last one, the shutdown, the sweeping shutdown that some said made things worse?
No, I don't, Neil.
And in fact, I think we need to make sure that your listeners understand, I didn't shut down anything.
There was a lot of consideration among the White House task force that we were reaching a point where the hospitals, such as in New York City and other places, were being strained to the point of practically being overwhelmed.
And the record will show, Neil, that we didn't recommend shutting everything down.
He didn't do anything.
I guess the person at the podium for two years on end was a very, very good facsimile, or it was a deep fake.
The world has gone insane.
It has now been documented and gone viral.
Justin, let's talk about Well, let's talk about the title for a second.
So, you said that the world has gone insane.
Here's a story I've shared on the show, maybe once or twice, but it bears repeating because it goes to the matter of your book, and I'm sure you've got hundreds of similar stories.
I was at the 7-Eleven coming to work one day, and I stopped to get a slushie, as I am wont to do sometimes before I went on my diet.
And I'm paying for my Coca-Cola slushie, and there's a gentleman about 10 feet away.
There's only two of us in the store.
Double mask, face shield.
And I'm talking through the plexiglass to the lovely Nepalese woman.
It's a nice Nepalese couple that I've known for years.
I don't wear a mask.
I'm not vaccinated.
She's cool with it.
And I'm paying for my slushie, and the guy says, 10 feet away, put a mask on!
I ignore him.
I keep paying.
And then he says, put a mask on before you kill me!
And I say, you'll be fine, sir.
I'm just paying.
And then he does the following.
He says to me, I'm going to kill you with my Glock before you kill me.
That's interesting.
Puts his stuff on the counter and rushes out to his car, ostensibly, to get a handgun.
Now, he doesn't know that I'm permitted to carry in three states.
In DC, in Virginia, in Maryland, and elsewhere.
And I'm not gonna let him kill me or the nice Nepalese lady.
So I follow him out to the car park, and then I remember what Andrew Breitbart told me.
We are all journalists now.
So instead of pulling out my gun, which I could do at any point, I pull out my phone, switch on the camera, and start filming him as he goes to his Jaguar.
The second he sees me film the vehicle and the tag plate, he hightails it out of the car park.
So, I have to say, and of course I filed a report with the police, I gave them the video, but your title, you know, of gone viral, how COVID drove the world insane, it's not an exaggeration.
People have gone insane, Justin.
Yeah, you know, it really has affected and devastated society where neighbors and friends view each other as potential fatal transmissions of the disease.
You know, it took the climate change activists four decades to convince the world that what we exhale will kill the planet.
It basically took him like four weeks to convince us that what we exhale will kill grandma.
And this just degraded the trust in each other, in institutions, and it became kind of a, you know, a virtue signal too that you could have for the price of a face diaper.
I think it really scared people into a lot of submission.
And this is really nothing new.
In the book, I go back 400 years and document some interesting stories from the 17th century in Milan, where they had a real plague, the plague, that killed one out of three people.
And they talked about how they feared people coming to the town to whitewash the walls and benches with the disease to further the plague upon the city.
And they see a gentleman at the top of the, or at the front of the church, They see him brushing off his pew.
He goes to sit down and someone accuses him of anointing the bench with this plagued water.
They take him outside and the journal entry ends.
I do not think he could have survived moments longer.
That sort of craziness has ensued the human race for 400 years and it's a plague of the mind when this stuff comes about.
Wow.
All right, so the first thing we have to address is this concept of follow the science.
These people did not function in any traditional understanding of the term science, if you look at the data, did they, Justin?
No, there really was nothing they had to back it up.
In fact, they had very little to really stand on.
The own studies the CDC puts out, these what they call MMWR weekly studies, are not peer-reviewed and they're full of nonsense.
But also, just their whole premise, it's like butterflies and hurricanes, right?
One really strange assumption that they had would lead to a panoply of all these interventions One of those great words that we've all added to our Scrabble vocabulary, asymptomatic, right?
They considered that the primary driver of the disease were people that were infected but didn't know it and were spreading it everywhere, right?
And because of that assumption, it led to plexiglass Social distancing, quarantining of people who had minor exposures, right?
All the masking and the vax options, everything stemmed from that one assumption.
We now know that asymptomatic spread of the disease accounts for maybe 1% of all the infections.
The rest came because they stuck us at home for months on end with other people who might be infected, and you share a space that long with someone who's sick?
Yeah, you're gonna get the disease instead of letting us outside.
It was nonsensical, it was unsupported data, and it led to, you know, just a simple assumption.
A hurricane, you know, just stems from a butterfly flapping its wings on this side of Dr. Fauci.
And you're right, the fatality rate of anyone to COVID pales in comparison of someone who gets between Fauci and a video camera.
And also, isn't there this obvious thing, you know, I'm a PhD in political science, not an MD, but the immune system, if you have a healthy immune system, functions not when you are isolated at home hiding, it functions when your body is challenged and develops immunity.
So if you're locked away For two years, you're actually weakening the immune system, if you look at it from a common sense perspective, no?
Oh, absolutely.
And we know that the two key comorbidities, another scrabble word, of COVID for a bad outcome would be obesity and lack of vitamin D. So whose idea was it to stick us outside of the sun, weld us inside our houses, eating takeout for a year, Putting on, you know, everyone put on their, you know, COVID-19.
I know I did.
And it really does impact you.
We have the stats now.
We think that the average person put on about 17 pounds.
Some people, their weight gained about plus 30 percent.
We know childhood obesity was up significantly from what it was.
And so those devastating outcomes we're now seeing, as children were not in school, getting that regular sort of immunity they get, we have a very serious disease for children which is called RSV, which is coming out in big numbers now.
And that's because we didn't think of the consequences of keeping people from interacting.
That immune system needs it.
And perhaps the most serious is what we did to our children.

So let's talk about not just shutting down businesses, shutting down restaurants, well, unless you're of course Amazon or Walmart, then you get to stay open.
Let's talk about the most shocking of all, shutting down the schools.
This is again Anthony Fauci lying straight into the face of America.
Cut one, play cut.
If you go back, and I ask anybody to go back over the number of times that I've said we've got to do everything we can to keep the schools open, no one plays that clip.
They always come back and say Fauci was responsible for closing schools.
I had nothing to do.
I mean, let's get down to the fact.
The fact that he said he had nothing to do with... I mean, I know politicians lie, but that's pretty good, isn't it?
Yeah, it's like he doesn't think the internet exists.
It's a classic form of narcissism.
You know, there's an old rabbinical story that was passed down about the people who didn't make it on the ark with Noah, the evil folks of Sodom and Gomorrah.
And it said that as the waters rose, they held their children to their chest.
As the waters rose to their necks, they put their children on their heads.
But as the waters rose higher, they put their children under their feet so they could survive.
That's what our health officials did.
That's a very ominous tale, but it's very real as to the impact that our children have experienced.
Now, I would say again, you know, you're the data guy.
You're the guy who's written a book about COVID.
I think it's Millions of people who probably died because they didn't receive treatment for cancer or anything else.
But beyond that shocking number of excess deaths, I think, and again you are the data guy, tell me if you agree or if the data just isn't there, I think the longest term largest damage done to all of our countries that locked down that didn't do what scandinavian nations did is the effect on our children when i see children today two day justin still being masked by their parents in the playground and i think
You've got to see another's face as a child.
You've got to see their expressions.
This is how you learn to communicate.
This is how you learn to read people.
Not only the psychosis of the fear that is engendered by the adults who do this, but the long-term developmental damage.
I think 10, 15, 20 years from now, we will see a massive, massive detrimental effect on young adults who are simply treated like herd animals.
Am I potentially exaggerating it?
Not at all.
I have eight kids, from 27 down to one year old.
And I had two kids who were in preschool during this time, and it was devastating.
The preschool teacher came to us and said, I am so sorry for your kid going into kindergarten.
She is not prepared.
It is so difficult.
Try teaching your kid how to pronounce the letter H through a mask.
It's devastating to these people.
Yeah.
Is there any country, when you look at the last two years and you've done your studies, who really got it right?
Who said, hang on a second, decide with your doctor what you're going to do.
Ivermectin is great.
Hydroxy is great.
Masks don't work.
Who impressed you the most as you look at the globe?
Well, I think Sweden, as far as their policies go, because they kept the schools open.
They, you know, banded against masks for any children.
There's just no evidence that masks provide any sort of protection against an aerosolized vaccine, aerosolized pathogen.
But also, we have to look to India.
One of the big problems that the entire world had was not providing anything to people who tested positive.
If you got a positive test for COVID here in the U.S., it was like, well, Go home.
If you don't go better, you better go to the hospital, right?
That's a terrible process.
There was no sort of process, no sort of protocol that we developed.
You look at India, and they would give out Ivermectin.
They give out this sort of what we call a blister kit, right?
If you're sick, here's what you do to sort of ramp against it.
And that's where a lot of these fatalities in the United States came from, where people, you know, like, I don't want to go to the hospital and get sicker, so I'm just going to bear it out.
And then they get there, and they're in septic shock, especially if you're elderly.
That's exactly, that's fascinating.
That's exactly what happened to me.
Now, you know, my doctor had me on hydroxy, you know, prophylactically.
I was ready with the Z-Pak, but just before Christmas, for the sake of safety, my wife said, let's get everybody tested because we're going to go and see my 78 year old mother.
I said, okay, me, me, I tested positive for COVID and I had, you know, the sniffles for three days, but the doctor, not the nurse, not the PA, the doctor who did the test said, Sorry, Mr. Gawker, you've got COVID.
And I said, uh, OK.
I've been told it's the Black Death.
What do I do now?
And the doctor says, go home!
But I thought this was, you know, I thought this was the bubonic plague.
And if India was giving out blister packs of ivermectin, it's pathetic.
Utterly pathetic.
The book has gone viral.

So, uh, we've just had a debate between the God-willing incoming governor of New York, my buddy Lee Zeldin, and the current anointed non-elected governor, Kathy Hochul, who was asked about COVID lockdowns.
Her answer?
Shocking.
Play cut.
You've been an election denier, a climate change denier.
You and Donald Trump were the masterful COVID deniers.
We are dealing with a real crisis.
And the more people get vaccinated, get those shots in arms, and I would do it all over again what I did last year, that mandate for health care workers.
So just as New York loses a case and they're told, everybody who's fired, back to work, back pay because it was illegal.
Hochul is asked, would you do it again?
And Hochul, lying about my buddy Lee Zod and said, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'd shut down New York again.
When you look at government, I know the book deals with government lockdowns and power grabs.
Isn't the most frightening thing, Justin, that they're probably going to do it again.
Absolutely.
And that's why we're kind of using this book as a defense against these.
We know that they're going to use these same tactics, whether it's for the next wave of COVID, the next pandemic or, you know, what other boogeyman they have in store, probably climate change activism.
And look, they're very, very pleased with the majority of the populace.
The World Economic Forum just the other week was I don't think I'm as conspiratorial as to say they unleashed this on the world.
with all these measures and interventions.
And they would love to see us all sharing one bike among three households, eating insects, and getting away from meat, right?
This is their dream.
And to know that they could gladly weld us inside of our apartments and we might not complain is exactly what they're trying to do.
I don't think I'm as conspiratorial as to say they unleashed this on the world.
I think that was more ineptitude between our government, the Wuhan lab, and everything else.
But they absolutely leapt at the gap and opportunity to enact what becomes a strategy and tactic they will perform again.
And so we included in the appendix a bunch of very, very easy templates that you can send to your school board, get in front of your Uh, county board get in front of anyone to stop these things again because we unleashed 3200 county health officials and 13,000 school districts who all have their own policies and it's Pandora's box.
We have to quell these one at a time before the WF sweeps them all up and tries it again.
I would push back on something, or maybe it's just the way you phrased it.
You said you don't think they unleashed it on the world.
I would definitely say the following, given the evidence that we have, that this came from the Level 4 Virology Lab at Wuhan.
I don't know if there is evidence available, I don't think there ever will be, given that it's a communist state, that it was released on purpose, but I'm sure it came from there and was probably an accidental breach of the system.
But I will say this, it is clear that it was seeded across the globe as a conscious decision.
when China shuts down its cities for internal travel, but then says if you're a Chinese national and you want to travel abroad to Italy, for example, where the first massive outbreak was, they did nothing to stop that spread.
So I just say that the release may not have been a policy decision, but the seeding of Chinese nationals across the globe who were likely infected was absolutely a conscious decision of Beijing.
Now, here's a second aspect, Justin.
Look, COVID is not dangerous, okay?
If you don't have pre-existing conditions, if you don't have, you know, comorbidities, you're probably going to be fine.
And if you're a child, really, you're probably just totally immune to it.
You just look at the statistics.
A couple of, you know, statistical analyses will tell you that.
Here's the second danger.
What if something really bad is discovered and i mean something that that has rapid incubation and creates you know systemic shutdown attacks the nervous system like ebola or something like that one of the most damaging things that has been done by cdc world health forum uh fauci and the like is that nobody's going to listen to You're the kid that cried wolf.
And they're going to say, lock everybody down!
Put your masks on!
And maybe this time it's actually real.
So isn't this also a hidden consequence of their behavior that is actually on the doorstep of people like Fauci?
You know, you and I would be having a very different conversation if the fatality rate of COVID was anything like the Spanish flu, where the average age of death was 29 years old.
If tens of thousands of millennials and young children were dying, yeah, there would be consequences.
But you're absolutely right.
They are chicken little crying at the sky every time a variant comes up.
And now, if a real pandemic comes up with a very high end mortality rate across the board, I think a lot of us will question it.
But I would say, ground yourself in those founding documents of our founding fathers, who knew that if you go towards rights, right?
I have the right to assemble.
I have the right to free speech.
I have the right to practice my religion.
The basic pursuit of happiness which they took from us, You can never go wrong.
Even in perhaps the worst pandemics, your choices are your own.
You are not a disease vector for the world.
You need to live your life.
You are not a disease vector for the world.
I asked you about other countries that impressed you, like Sweden.
Outside of the obvious ones like Texas and Florida, which states impressed you in their common-sense approach to COVID?
There were very few, and that's unfortunate.
Even our great governors of the GOP across the board, very few of them stepped forward to put their necks in the air.
In fact, you think up to Governor DeWine in Ohio had a terrible record on his interventions.
And again, it was because Mike Pence, for example, shepherded Dr. Birx across the country on her rainbow tour early in the spring of 2020, where she tried to convince governors that her way was the right way.
And I think it had huge consequences.
We need to elect people, senators, congressmen.
There were very few across the board, Republican or Democrat, who ever stood up to face these things in consequential ways until it became prescient to do so.
The same Dr. Birx who has admitted in a recent publication that she lied to the American people.

Justin, neither of us are medical doctors, but I'm sure you did what I did.
I didn't talk about COVID or give advice for the first few months.
I did my homework.
I boned up on things.
I looked at the map of world infections and I found out about four months in, huh, that's weird.
Africa seems COVID-free.
Isn't that fascinating?
I dug a little deeper and I found out hydroxychloroquine has been an over-the-counter non-prescription drug since the 1960s as an anti-malarial.
So every man jacked in Africa has taken it, which probably had something to do with their lack of COVID infections.
I want to close our discussion by, you're a data guy, so give us some advice in addition to talking to your doctor to make your best health decisions.
What do you rely upon to get information that you make your health decisions about?
Well, I think you have to go to sources that may be beyond the pale that you consider along these lines.
I wasn't, for example, a big anti-vaxxer when this thing came about.
I dutifully vaxxed all my kids.
But now that I know how the sausage is made, Seth, I have to tell you, I'm a little bit concerned over this whole panoply.
You need to do this stuff so that you can, you know, enact health in your family.
The best prospects for you are to go online, have these discussions, and to let this free operation of discussion happen.
I was censored by the government, kicked off of Twitter, kicked off of Facebook.
I had to sue them to get back on there.
Finally, we're going to get able to depose Dr. Fauci, it looks like.
But I think in the end, when the numbers come from the government, the best course of action You need to question those.
Trust but verify.
I don't think even cuts it.
Question.
Verify again.
Question it again.
These things are really difficult to have.
Distrust and verify I think is the new post-Reagan moniker.
Did I hear you say you might get to depose St.
Fauci?
That's right.
The Attorneys General out of Missouri, who's I think running for Senate there or otherwise, we have some great opportunities.
They just came down a court case saying that we could in fact depose Dr. Fauci, Dr. Birx, especially Jen Psaki and others who have indicated that they were indeed using Twitter and Facebook as their proxy to censor people across the board.
And so we're excited about that prospect.
All right, we need you back on the show once you've got Fauci in the dock.
