Now, a very important thing I told my daughter and granddaughters, no serious guys are 30. a very important thing I told my daughter and granddaughters, Okay.
A what?
No serious guys until you're 30.
What a creep!
He just can't stop doing it!
That is the man who sadly bears the title Commander-in-Chief of the United States, and he goes up from behind to little girls, 12-year-old, 10-year-old girls, and holds their shoulder and then whispers into their hair.
No serious boyfriends until you're 30.
What normal man does that?
And his girl's mother just said, what did you say?
Welcome, dear friends.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First coming to you I'm from sunny Florida.
It's a bit too hot for me.
I'm a winter guy.
But it is our Battleground Talkers Tour.
Salem is on the road with my colleagues Dennis Prager, Mike Gallagher, Eric Metaxas, Brandon Tatum, and the rest of the Salem crew.
We are traveling the nation.
Today, it's Florida.
Tomorrow, it's going to be Georgia.
The day after, we're going to be in Philadelphia.
Come join us.
We're going to be in packed town hall meetings.
Yesterday, I was on the stage with none other than Senator Ted Cruz.
And we had a lot of fun.
I'm even more impressed with Senator Cruz now.
He's kind of a little bit, you know...
Not sure about him, but yesterday he brought it, he brought the fire.
We'll share some details about that, but we have incredible big breaking news.
We're going to talk about what's happened in the Federman race, Tim Ryan in Ohio, Bill Maher, we've got Kanye wanting to buy Parler, Chris Christie making a clown of himself, a rather portly clown, and then Fauci declaring, shutting down schools, I had nothing to do with it.
But the biggest news of all, I have to text Steve Bannon in the break.
There is an individual called U.S.
Attorney Matthew Graves who has just filed in court for the District of Columbia a statement on behalf of the Department of Justice demanding that Steve Bannon go to prison for at least six months.
What are the details?
What is this crime?
What did he do?
In front of Nancy and Eric Swalwell.
United States of America versus Stephen K. Bannon.
Sentencing Memorandum.
This is stunning.
If I hadn't received this from Julie Kelly, I would have said this was the onion, this was the Babylon Bee.
From the moment that the defendant, Stephen K. Bannon, accepted service of a subpoena from the House Select Committee to investigate the January 6th attack on the United States Capitol, the committee, we call it the show trial here on America First, he has pursued a bad faith strategy of defiance and contempt.
What?
Defiance and contempt in front of a show trial?
How dare he do that?
The committee sought documents and testimony from Bannon relevant to a matter of national importance.
The circumstances that led to a violent attack on the Capitol and disruption of the peaceful transfer of power.
You mean the way that the Democrats have tried to disrupt the peaceful transfer of power for decades and decades?
Hanging chads and Russian collusion allegations?
That kind of disruption of the transfer of power?
U.S.
Attorney Graves?
In response, the defendant flouted the committee's authority and ignored the subpoena's demands.
How dare he?
How dare he ignore an illegal committee that wasn't constituted as per the requirements of the House of Representatives, with members nominated by the Republican Party.
You didn't do that, Nancy.
So it's a sham committee.
It is illegal.
The defendant's a private citizen.
Oh no, he's a private citizen.
You mean he's not a member of the swamp?
He doesn't have buddies in the DOJ?
Claimed that executive privilege and freed the defendant.
Oh, sorry.
The defendant, a private citizen, claimed that executive privilege, which did not apply to him, and would not have exempted his total non-compliance even if it had justified his actions.
Then, on the eve of the trial, he attempted an about-face, representing to the committee that former President Donald Trump had waived executive privilege and freed the defendant to cooperate.
Oh, no, he actually said he was going to help you guys?
How disgusting of him.
But this proved a hollow gesture.
Is this actually a court document?
Or is this some snowflake's attempt at haiku?
It's very, very disturbing in its amateurishness.
For his sustained bad faith contempt of Congress, the defendant should be sentenced to six months imprisonment and fined $200,000 based on his insistence on paying the maximum fine rather than cooperate with the probation office's routine pre-sentencing final investigation.
Ladies and gentlemen, Whether it's a pro-life Catholic father of seven, whose house is raided by more than two dozen armed FBI agents.
Pointing loaded F4 rifles at his wife as his children are screaming from the top of the stairs, don't take our daddy away.
Whether it's my former colleague, my superior in the White House, because let's remember who Steve Bannon is.
He's not the former CEO or president of Breitbart News.
He's being attacked right now because he's the man who in 2015 took President Trump's campaign.
From 16 points behind Hillary Clinton, the ultimate swamp candidate, one of the most corrupt politicians, if not the most corrupt politician in American history, to actually defeating her.
Not only that, he raised, he rose to the position of chief strategist to the man whose campaign he salvaged in the White House.
That's why they're going after him.
They're going after Steve because his podcast, War Room, is essential to the MAGA movement.
It is where, as he calls it, the Hobbits, the good Americans of the Shire, tune in to hear him and his guests, including me, every Thursday, Tell them the truth about the threat to this nation from what Steve calls the Uniparty.
It's not just the Democrats.
It's not just the swamp creatures, the corrupt individuals in the DOJ, in the FBI, in the intelligence services.
It's the Republican Party as well.
It's those people who believe that they're above you and me.
That irrespective of who you vote for, they get to decide.
Steve Bannon is effective with his wall-room platform.
And they know that he's a threat to the future of their rice bowls, their power.
I'm not going to read the rest of the sentencing guidelines from the Department of Justice.
But they talk about making fun of Nancy's committee, making fun of Eric Swalwell.
Eric Swalwell, the only man in Congress that I know of who can't say these words, I have never had sex with a Chinese spy.
For some strange reason, Eric Swalwell is incapable of just saying that sentence.
Why is that?
Why does he still sit on committees that permit him to access top-secret information as a man who cannot, simply cannot deny that he didn't have sexual relations with a female officer of the Chinese Communist regime?
We're just getting started.
This is America First.

Stay on this channel.
Yes, I could. I could.
All right.
All right, mics on.
There we go.
All right, guys, we'll have Devin in here momentarily.
Thank you.
Awesome.
You want the mics on or off for this though, Seb?
Once he's on.
You can leave them on, I'll tell him.
Leave them on, alrighty.
title for that one.
DOJ wants Bannon imprisoned.
Uh-huh.
In prison or imprisoned?
Imprisoned.
Imprisoned.
Alright.
Six months.
Didn't Eric Holder do the same thing?
He did.
Yeah, he did.
And they voted him in all of Congress, and yeah, nothing happened.
When is Bannon's show?
When does it air?
Is it airing in our second hour?
I think third hour.
Yeah, five.
So in this second hour, he'd be free, right?
Yes.
But we could squeeze him into D, all right.
All right.
Alright.
This document is incredible.
Two minutes and we have him on the line, Seb.
CBass, can you hear me?
I can!
Mic's are hot on Rumble.
How you doing?
Good, man.
How's it going?
Everything good in the...
The little beltway there.
I'm not in the beltway.
I'm actually in Florida.
We're spending the whole week on a battleground tour.
We're in Florida today, tomorrow Atlanta, Philly Wednesday.
It's midterms.
We're having events across the... It looks like you have a green screen.
It looks like your office.
I know it does.
They did a good job, didn't they?
Oh, wow.
Yeah, I thought you were in the... So where are you at in Florida?
Where am I?
Where am I?
I was in Tampa yesterday.
I'm in Orlando now.
Oh, you were close to us.
I'm sitting in True Social headquarters.
You could have come down and did your show from here.
That would have been great.
All right, I've got to ask you about the sentencing memorandum against Bannon.
Let's get your response.
We'll talk about, you're on Google, right?
The Play Store.
Yeah, we've been in the Play Store, been number one for about four days now.
That's insane.
And then what is the other thing we should talk about?
Oh, I want to talk about FBI whistleblowers, OK?
OK.
In just one segment.
I got you down for two, is that all right?
Oh yeah, sure.
Good.
45 seconds, you wanna come in with anything?
What's a short one?
The Tim Ryan cut, I guess, is the shortest one.
No, do Fetterman cut 4.
Fetterman cut 4, alrighty.
30 seconds.
Do you want the phones open yet or do you want me to wait?
Wait.
Send me to Washington, D.C.
to take on to make sure I can push back against work to work.
It's important to push back on that work to work.
That's Federman of Pennsylvania.
We have a stunning audio cut from his wife, Giselle, who wants to punish that reporter for that interview that she did with her husband, admitting that he couldn't hear the questions.
His brain doesn't work.
You'll have to stay with us for that.
But first, maybe Federman could, I don't know, Get healthy!
He could do what I did!
I haven't had problems with... What does he have?
Strokes?
Multiple strokes?
But I've lost 40 pounds thanks to the amazing offices of Dr. Ashley Lucas and her PhD program.
The first diet in 20 years that's worked for me.
Just look at these photographs if you're watching us.
That was a tailor-made three-piece suit.
Doesn't quite fit me anymore after this amazing program.
No pills, no starvation, no counting calories, just a system that lets you burn the fat.
Find out for yourself.
If I can do it, so can you.
Call PhD on 864-644-1900 or go to myphdweightloss.com.
864-644-1900 or go to myphdweightloss.com.
That's 864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com.
Everybody's in on the act.
Now, Kanye West wants to buy Parler, but he was beaten to creating a true free speech platform by my former boss, President Trump.
Truth Social, which is being run by a great American patriot, and we are delighted to have him back here on America First.
Davin Nunes, welcome back to the Salem Network.
CVS, it's great to be with you.
It's great to be finally open in the Google Play Store.
So now anyone from any device, anywhere in the U.S.
can get the phone.
Hang on, hang on.
We were told, we were told three weeks ago, that's not going to happen.
Well, how did the news media get it wrong again, Devin?
Well, they were projecting to tell Google to not approve us.
You know exactly what they were doing.
You know, continuing to attack our users, demonize the platform, and I think put pressure on Google so that they wouldn't approve us.
But look, the good news here, Seabass, is that we are finally approved.
It's been a long time coming, but now you can access from any device, true social, from anywhere in the United States and the United Kingdom.
So that's the good news.
I can actually say for the first time, we are now a fully launched platform.
It's taken us six months to get here, but as you know, we're building, we're working with Rumble, uh riding on their infrastructure their rails to reopen the internet and give the american people their voice back but we have to work with both apple and the google play store because people have that you know they basically have monopolies on on those devices whether you're using an android almost everyone uses uses the google play store And obviously, if you're on an iPhone, you have to use the Apple App Store.
So look, we're up.
We're going.
It's great.
How popular is the app right now on Google Play Store?
How popular is it?
Since we've since we launched, I think we're like on day number four now or five.
We might be going into day five as at number one, top of the top of the Google Play Store.
That's super exciting.
Amazing.
And that shows you the buildup and people that were out there, Americans who wanted to join this platform.
And so You know, and still a lot of Americans that want to be on the platform still don't know.
Yeah, I'm very excited that you're actually now an international platform.
I'm going to tell my buddies in the UK that want to follow the conservative America First movement and freedom of speech promotion that they can now also download it.
Are there other plans?
I know there are people in Canada who want to join up.
How hard is it for you to get those other nations accessible to this platform?
So we're actually a very good, very good question.
I guess I'm going to disclose some, some information here on your show.
Because I don't think it's a big, a big secret, but, but actually, so we are testing in a number of different countries.
So I believe that if you're in Canada, for example, you can actually, and you have an Android, we are open in the Google play store.
So, but we're not yet open on Apple.
We are testing in, in Brazil right now.
So if you have a desktop, We actually do have people who have already joined from Brazil.
And we'll continue that testing, you know, and we'll open up slowly as we can to make sure that we can, you know, the main thing that we want to do is we want to make sure we build this block by block so that we cannot be attacked and taken down by big tech.
And so everybody says, why can't you just get this done right now?
Well, you know, Facebook and Meta or whatever the hell they call themselves these days, you know, they've been in business for 15 years.
So, you know, and we've been going now for, it took us six months just to get fully open because we were waiting on the Google Play Store to approve us.
So, you know, we'll go slowly and we'll make sure we get it right.
But something's working right because, you know, I don't go on there.
I go on Truth maybe half a dozen times a day.
We put the segments of the show up there.
I put some fun posts and it has exploded.
I'm exceeding half a million followers already in just a few months on Truth.
So you're definitely doing something right.
Little request to you.
Can you give us a timeline?
I would love that messaging service to be up and running.
Is that one of the priorities?
Yeah, exactly.
And you have to remember too, Seabass, when you have 500,000 followers, that's without bots.
And we know the other platforms have bots.
So you have 500,000 real followers.
Look, the next big, we are in testing right now and direct messaging.
So that is coming.
But, you know, we'll release it, like I said, when we're ready to release it, right?
When it's when we know that it works and we know we can get it approved.
So our team is I was just actually just stepped away from a meeting guy was walking me through.
One of our top guys is walking me through how the direct messaging system works.
And if people, you know, if you haven't been on the platform in a while, we've got this great carousel at the top.
Remember, what I've always said is that we're really trying to keep it simple.
But take the best of Facebook and Twitter and TikTok, Instagram, and put it into one platform.
That's really our goal, is to be that very reliable, where people can come to the platform, it will protect your political free speech, but it'll also be simple to use.
And I think that's one of the advantages that we have over time, that we will be that kind of simple platform where people will go to social network and communicate with one another.
And the fascinating thing that I've noticed in just the last month, I'm sure you've seen it because you are the head of Trump Media and the technology group, that the left are joining.
Mostly they're just trolling, but when you see the governor of California open a true social account, it means that everybody's coming your way, Devin.
Yeah, look, I think the left just can't help it.
They just they just have to come.
But I will say, you know, we do have a lot of people who are not conservative, maybe they're maybe their center or slightly center left, who were banned off of the Tech Tyrant platforms, because maybe they said something about the vaccine, maybe they disagreed with it, and they got banned.
So we're really that home for people who have been banned from all the other platforms.
And I think that's why, look, I mean, obviously, number one, CBS, you and I, you and I know this, you know, President Trump has a big following.
So a lot of people who want to find out what President Trump is saying, they have to come to True Social.
Why?
Because he was banned from all the other platforms.
And then there's millions of other Americans who have been banned from the platforms, too.
So, look, we tend to be right now, I mean, we're going to be center-right because that's kind of the people that need a place to go.
But over time, We will see more and more people that are center to center left join our platform because we're not playing algorithm games.
You know, we're not building.
I mean, if you go to Instagram, I like Instagram.
I used to use Instagram a lot.
I kind of enjoyed it and I know you were on there a lot too.
But I just got sick and tired of them mapping out my whole life and popping in people that I don't want to see.
It's a shell game.
It's an utter, utter shell game.
We're going to continue the discussion and get your take on what's happening to Steve Bannon, the Danchenko trial.
He is Devin Nunes on Truth Social.
We'll be back after these messages.
All right, Mike's are hot on Rumble, Devin. Mike's are hot on Rumble, Devin. - Mm-hmm.
Yeah, can you see me?
How do you like my truthies?
I want that hat!
That hat is so cool!
Where do I get one of those hats?
I'll send you one.
Or you know what?
Next time I come to your office, I'll bring you one.
I love it.
I love it.
And that was a good time to be there in person.
I have to say, I never enjoyed going back to the swamp, but it was enjoyable to come to your office and your new studio.
It's quite nice.
Whenever you're in town, please make a stop and we'll have you in studio.
It's always great to have you in studio.
Isn't Florida so much better?
Don't you like being down here in freedom?
No, I hate that.
I was born in October.
I'm a winter kid.
I want snow.
I want no humidity.
I got off the plane and I felt like I was in a sauna.
I've frozen.
You froze a little bit.
I could hear you though.
Yeah, no, no.
Look, when it comes to freedom, absolutely.
You got to turn down the thermostat on the weather.
Just a little bit.
Just turn it up.
Really?
So you prefer that cold weather?
I love cold weather.
I love snow.
That's my kind of thing.
All right.
All right.
I'll have to tell you, you'll have to be amazed though at how, I mean, obviously they have the storms down here in Florida, but so you see a lot of debris, but You know, it's just amazing, just the difference between, you know, what you see in Washington, D.C.
or California, for that matter.
Just the freedom, just how people are just living it free.
You can feel it.
Oh, yeah.
It's like, where was I recently?
Oh, I had to fly to Seattle and I knew I was in Seattle.
I got off the plane and 50, 60 percent of everybody was wearing a stinking mask.
It was like a cult.
It's like a cult.
How many of them had blue hair?
Lots of blue hair.
Lots of blue hair.
I actually, we call them, when we're down here, we call them COVIDian.
So if we see a COVIDian, someone who's all, you know, double masked up and And I always think to myself, like this morning, I went to get a cup of coffee.
Why are you wearing a double mask in your car?
I watched the guy, he was wearing it in his car.
He got out of his car, went into the coffee shop to get coffee.
Like, dude, you're that scared?
Like, just go through the drive-thru.
But what about when they go into the coffee shop or they go into the store and to talk to the help, they pull the mask down.
I mean, how stupid are you?
So the COVID doesn't affect you when you're ordering, I guess.
Well, the other thing is, is all of those crazy windows, you know, I have to, I'm traveling a lot.
So they put those, those, those windows up the protection plexiglass and like say the airport counter.
When you're sitting there trying to work on your flight or something, you can't even hear what the hell they're saying.
So you have to end up reaching around and like, you're actually like breathing right on the person.
But the best is when both of you go around the edge, you know, the attendant goes around, you go around and you're talking to each other.
It's the best.
Right, right.
Yeah, typically, if they just would have left it alone, you would have been about, you know, four to five feet apart.
But instead, you have to get to like where you're almost about to kiss.
It's insane.
I want to talk to Devin, there's so much to discuss.
How long is that other Biden cut?
Oh, yeah, just come in with one, because that's nuts.
Just come in with one.
We're going to have Biden on the economy.
How about ice cream?
Ice cream, that's it.
It's coming.
It's coming.
Oh, that's the one.
That's the one.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Does that make sense?
Yeah.
Our economy's as fine as hell with the optics!
Does nobody tell him he shouldn't be standing there in a suit eating a massive ice cream as people are losing their 401Ks to the tune of 30-40%?
Just eating and saying everything's fine.
Sheer insanity.
Guys, if you enjoy this show, support those who make it possible.
Great Americans, great patriots like the President's buddy Mike Lindell.
He's under the gun.
The big box stores are after him.
They want to cancel him.
Now Walmart won't carry Mike's stuff.
Get a good night's sleep.
Order yourself a MyPillow at MyPillow.com.
He's got some amazing BOGO offers.
He's used my name for up to 66% off as well.
Have Mike's back and have a good night's sleep as well.
The number is 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
800-829-8468-MY-PILLOW.COM.
That's 800-829-8468-MY-PILLOW.COM.
With the legend, who is Devin Nunes, former chairman of the Intelligence Committee of the House, and now he is the CEO of Trump Media and the Technology Group.
Devin, that is a very natty hat.
He's wearing a MAGA hat, but it's got one word on it.
It just says truth.
I need me one of those hats.
Let's talk about the enemies of truth.
I've been texting back and forth in the break with Steve Bannon, and the sentencing document from the DOJ that dropped today says the following.
He should be given six months in prison for the following crime, Devon, okay?
As a man who knows about criminal referrals and working with the justice system, the... Wow.
A total disregard.
His podcast displayed a total disregard for the government's processes and the law.
With his public platforms, he attacked the January 6th committee members and ridiculed the criminal justice system.
So now I guess it's a crime to ridicule the DOJ, Devin.
Yeah, look, this is just government run amok, and Americans are now paying the price.
I was in Washington nearly 20 years, served in Congress.
I watched Democrat after Democrat who just completely just didn't pay any attention to the subpoenas, probably most notably Eric Holder, who we held in contempt.
Not a damn thing happened to him.
Let's also talk about The FBI and the Department of Justice, who we subpoenaed back in 17 and 18, all the information that you're now seeing in the Durham trial as he's prosecuting Danchenko, how is it that we were never told about the million-dollar potential payment to Christopher Steele or the $200,000 that went to Danchenko as an informant?
This was clearly lying and misleading Congress, not fulfilling a subpoena.
We're dealing with a two-tiered justice system.
You and I know it.
All the listeners know it.
What I said yesterday on Maria Bartiromo's Sunday show is that Democratic republics don't survive when you have weaponized intelligence and the Department of Justice And where you politicize it, you pick one party over the other.
In the long run, it doesn't work.
And look, I don't know all the details, but as I recall, whenever they went after Bannon or Peter Navarro, I thought that Steve was saying things like, look, I will testify, I will, I will come in, I will produce it, I want to do it, you know, in a, you know, I want to work with you guys to do it.
Well, first he said, first he said, they didn't ever exhaust him.
Well, well, the exact timeline is first he said, presidential executive privilege, then President Trump said, I waive it.
And then, then Steve said, okay, the president's waived it, I'm going to testify.
But they didn't care, Devin, they didn't care.
Yeah, that's exactly right.
I forgot about that first point.
And that's what I mean.
Typically, you would exhaust all alternatives, all other alternatives, before you go nuts and you bring somebody in, you whack them, you go 27 minutes before a jury finds it guilty.
I mean, look, what Republican, and I don't even know how the DOJ or the justice system, even the judges that sit in Washington, D.C., if you're a Republican, And it's known if you're in some kind of political case at any level where 95% of the people vote for one party, you're nuts to go into Washington, D.C.
I mean, it's it's totally nuts to think that somebody like you or me or Steve Bannon is going to get any type of fair trial in the Washington, D.C.
Or look, I would even say as you get to northern Virginia also, I think it's going to be a problem.
I totally agree.
We've got literally 20 seconds left of the Danchenko trial.
We're awaiting the verdict right now.
The first of five charges was dismissed on this absolute absurd argument by the judge that Danchenko, he was accused of lying to the FBI verbally, but he only lied in an email, so we're throwing out that charge.
Is this going to be a whitewash again?
What's your gut?
Look, I think the real thing here is Durham has DOJ and FBI on trial right now.
This is both Sussman and Danchenko.
These are slam-dunk cases.
I think he brought these cases.
I think what you're seeing Durham have to do, though, there's more to this story.
Why hasn't he brought a RICO charge or conspiracy charge?
My guess is that he's being stopped by the Biden administration.
Yep, yep.
He knows.
He knows what would happen in the current Biden administration under Merrick Garland.
Far too short.
Please follow this man, Devin Nunes.
It's on the Google Play Store.
Download it right now if you haven't.
It's Truth Social.
God bless you, Devin.

Why am I always squeezed into the left-hand side of the screen when we go to the two-shot?
Are you centered right now?
Well, I was sitting where John told me to, but I think we might have to adjust that.
So go to what you're going to do for Solomon.
You're not centered right now, so that's...
Tell me where to sit.
So first things first, all right?
Go to the two-shot.
Okay.
Go to Solomon.
Go to Solomon.
All right.
Well, okay.
And then I need to be where?
Slightly to your left.
So right there.
I'm gonna sit here.
If you go to the solo shot, go to the solo.
You're centered.
Oh, I am?
Yeah.
Alright, looks like... Oh, I see.
Alright, I'll stay here then.
Okay, good.

Good.
Yeah, of course.
True social, colon, social media with no bots.
True social, social media with no bots.
And then, um... Oh, and what is the piece Solomon wrote?
Uh, the process is the punishment.
Is it in the stack?
It should be, yeah.
I think Jeff included it.
Oh, one minute.
All right.
Oh yeah, we're getting him.
And the second one... Yeah.
Had to do with the subpoenas in Bannon.
Um, is John Durham faking it?
That Danchenko colon, is John Durham faking it?
Faking it.
I didn't realize they were reading the verdicts already, that was quick.
Yeah, I know, of course, because it's, you know...
Unreal.
Alright, 30 seconds.
We don't have him yet, but Jeff's still dialing it.
Okay.
All right, Mike's off.
All right, Mike's Mike's off.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
You heard what Sleepy Creepy Biden said as he was tucking into that.
What is it he loves?
Chocolate double, chocolate chip, whatever it is.
The economy's fine!
Well, do you think the economy's fine?
I guarantee you this, it's gonna get even worse.
And I don't mean your 401k with these clowns in charge.
Next time it won't just be baby formula you can't buy.
It'll be the staples of life.
Do you have a plan B?
I do.

The FBI whistleblower stories continue apace.
We have a story from the Washington Examiner that there is, quote, voluminous evidence of Hunter Biden's criminal conduct.
Is anything going to happen?
Let's talk to a man who's been on the case for years now.
A true investigative journalist.
The man who created his own media empire.
It's justthenews.com.
Do we have John Solomon with us?
Hey there, Sam.
Hey, hey.
John.
How are you?
You have this amazing piece.
The title speaks for itself.
FBI whistleblower says bureau using excessive tactics to quote ensure that the process is the punishment.
And you have talked to suspended FBI special agent Steve Friend.
Could you unpack this story for us and tell us what do you mean the process is the punishment?
Yeah, such a provocative thing he said.
So he's a career FBI agent, well decorated until this summer when he got suspended for objecting to the way the Bureau's been behaving in the January 6th investigation.
What does he mean by that?
He means that there are instances where they have no evidence that somebody did anything wrong.
He told me a story.
There's a guy down in Florida.
There's an anonymous tip that's called in saying he was there on January 6th.
They can't find any proof of it.
His phone records, his financial records.
They nonetheless send this FBI agent out to go interview him, interview his neighbors, which by the way, spreads the word that maybe he's in trouble.
And he says, that's what we're doing.
We're actually ruining people's reputation because we're investigating people without a basis, without a predicate, without a merit.
In addition, we're using SWAT teams to go arrest people on misdemeanor or minor cases When the manual says, the FBI manual says, that's not what we should be doing.
He said the Sixth and Eighth Amendment rights of many of the J6 defendants are being violated.
And when he tried to raise concerns about it, they told him that he was extreme, that he should be suspended.
They even told him, hey, don't you care about the five officers who were killed on January 5th?
As you know, there were five of them.
Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
Can you just repeat that?
What did they say to him?
His supervisor said, I can't believe you're not concerned about the five police officers who died on January 5th.
They actually believe these false stories out there.
The FBI doesn't even know there was no officers killed at the site on January 6th.
I mean, some died later by suicide, by stroke and other things.
But that's different than saying you were killed on the riots on January 6th.
The FBI has bought into the rhetoric of the left when they're talking to this guy.
So that's why he's speaking up.
He said, listen, we've structured these investigations so that even if you're innocent, you're going to pay a price for having supported Donald Trump, being a MAGA person, having something, being in Washington on January 6th.
Very powerful words from this whistleblower.
Well, this is, you know, so obvious when you just take a moment to look at what has happened to the January 6th defendants.
We have in our Constitution a right to rapid justice, meaning you can't be held for long periods.
When you are in a prison cell for over a year before you are arraigned on a charge, that is exactly what this title of your piece refers to.
The process becomes the punishment.
I have to ask you, as the guy who's been doggedly on all of these issues, the author of the amazing book, Fallout, please, if you're not familiar with it, order it right now.
Fallout, nuclear bribes, Russian spies, and the Washington lies that enriched the Clinton and Biden dynasties.
John, what are you seeing?
I'd like your professional take.
On the last, I would say, maybe two months, I know there's 35,000 FBI analysts, special agents and SOS staff, but don't you think there's a slow trickle, a small but slow trickle of whistleblowers, and the amplitude of the allegations, the qualitative meat to them, is getting stronger and more disturbing every single day.
Am I reading into it or do you think that there is something building to a crescendo?
Yeah, and also there's a consistency.
Almost all of the allegations that have come forward from whistleblowers are the same thing.
The FBI has become politicized.
It's carrying out politics, not investigations.
It's biased.
It's reacting to liberal complaints or liberal rumor and turning them into criminal investigations when that's not a predicate For justifying someone's investigation.
And where did that all begin?
Well, we know where it began.
It began in the summer of 2016, when they started the Russia collusion case.
In the absence of any real proof, all they had was a Hillary Clinton-funded dossier, injected with, as we learned this week, with Russian disinformation.
There were agents and analysts inside the FBI saying, hey, this stuff is Russian disinformation.
You know what the agents said?
We don't want to hear it.
Let us go.
We're going to keep going.
That is where the flashpoint began.
And now you're hearing We have at least 20 FBI whistleblowers that have gone to Congress in the last six months.
20.
In my entire career, I can count the total number of whistleblowers I've covered.
It's not 20.
That many coming out is like an avalanche.
And what Steve Friend said to me in the interview on Saturday, for every person that comes out, there are 25 of us who are just as concerned, but we might not be willing to risk our career because we're near retirement.
But he said, to a person, The agents he talks to are deeply concerned about the future of their agency and what it has become in the last few years.
Give us your impression of this individual you spoke to.
Could you sense his motivation?
Was it deep concern for the agency whose badge he carried until he was suspended?
What kind of an individual is this special agent friend?
He's a very thoughtful, soft-spoken person.
He's not fiery.
He's not a media celebrity sort of guy.
He basically is somebody that says, listen, if you ask me to follow the rules, I got to follow the rules.
And this is the best line, the line I'm going to remember.
We're supposed to be people of integrity.
What we're doing right now is not what people with integrity do.
He only is concerned that the FBI is not following its rules and that one day it may have a tragic consequence.
He said to me, listen, when we deploy a tactical team for an instance where it's not used, needed, or it's not required, you're putting the public at safety.
You're putting our agents at safety.
He seems only to care about the rule of law, about safety, about his own colleague's safety, and the safety of defendants.
Not a guy that seems to be seeking celebrity.
All right, I'm reposting the story right now.
It'll be on my Twitter feed, my Facebook feed.

Because otherwise, when you crank it up, when I'm done, it's like... You know, it's like a sudden burst, especially with one like that.
You know what I mean?
Okay, yeah.
So like, you know, not too loud, not too intrusive, but like 30 before the end, you can start winding, potting it up a little bit, and then it's a fun little, you know, tune in the background.
Right.
Title for Solomon?
Something about the reputational process or what have you.
How the FBI persecutes Trump supporters.
Uh-huh. - Yeah.
Trump supporters.
All right.
Did you read the article about Salem, Jeff?
Yes.
What did you think?
I was surprised that it was not that bad.
Yeah, I know.
They kind of held back in some ways.
It was crappily written.
It was like a bad high school article, but it definitely wasn't a classic hit piece.
And what happened to me being a right-wing extremist?
I'm now a conservative radio host.
That'll probably be in the follow-up piece.
They're bringing it up to now.
They're gonna do like one hit piece on like every Salem host.
Oh dear.
Not coming in with anything?
I don't think so.
I want to take a couple of calls.
Okay.
20 seconds. 20 seconds.
is in the house on America First.
Amen.
And it's good to be back, even if I'm not actually technically in the swamp.
We are in the studios of AM 950, The Answer, FM 94.9.
We are so grateful to our Floridian hosts.
We are on the Battleground Talkers tour with my colleagues Dennis Prager, Mike Gallagher, Eric Metaxas, and we're having a lot of fun.
Thanks to Tim and everyone here at the station for being such gracious, gracious hosts.
And Eric, Eric, are you back in the swamp?
I am back indeed, Seb, after a little trek to the People's Republic of California.
And is it, what's worse, California or the swamp?
Ooh, I mean, if you're talking politics, California, because it's a whole state full of them, but in terms of the, uh...
The swampiness.
I mean, D.C.
is a literal swamp, whereas California has some pretty nice weather in most places.
Yeah, Florida's a little bit humid for my liking.
I was on the stage yesterday with none other than Ted Cruz.
My opinion of him has changed.
We're going to share that with you.
But let's see if there are any calls.
Jeff, do we have any calls?
Who do we have?
Yes!
Oh my gosh, let's go to... It's not even Thursday!
But it's Antoinette!
Welcome, Antoinette!
Are you there, Antoinette?
Can you connect the phone from Washington to Florida?
Let's go to Brent in Los Angeles!
Oh, who's that?
Antoinette?
Yes, Dr. G?
Hey!
Yeah, can you hear me?
I can now!
Okay, hi!
Hey!
So, this is what happened Friday.
I'm in shock.
I'm saddened.
Here we were, you know, Biden came in to the Irvine Valley College there in Irvine.
Quite a few Iranian people were there.
Focusing on this, the murder of the young girl.
But what I found out, they were angry with me with my flag, Let's Go Brandon, America First, because they're voting Democrat.
I said, what is wrong with you guys?
You want to ruin our country?
You cannot vote for this idiot, nor the rest of them that are Democrats.
California is screwed up and it's saddening.
So did they tell you why they're voting for the guy who thinks the economy is great as he's eating his massive chocolate chip ice cream?
No, they said, all they would say is, you're crazy lady.
I said, I'm not crazy!
Why do you want to bring communism, socialism?
Look at your country!
When the Shah around was there, everything was good.
Now you think it's good?
Are you guys nuts?
So these two businessmen yelling at me... Hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
I missed it.
Are you saying Iranian Americans are supporting Biden?
Yes!
Yes!
They're supporting the guy who wants to give nuclear weapons to the murderous mullahs that are killing young women right now?
Yes, Dr. G. And the women were arguing with me too.
It broke my heart.
But here we were also supporting Scott Bowe.
He's running against that idiot Katie Porter in Orange County.
Talk about changing the deregularization.
They changed our guide, our map It's out of control.
We are out of time, sadly, Antoinette.
We've already got one hour down.
How did that happen?
The next hour is going to be just as good.
We're going to have Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, Greg Jarrett of Fox News, and you, our dear listeners, here on America First.
Do you guys remember this? - Yes.
Oh.
Oh my God, yes, that's my childhood.
I was gonna drink some of this Sunny D and I looked at the back of it.
This little, little, little, little bottle.
It's like, what is it?
It's like, it's not even a Coke can, it's 11 fluid ounces.
fluid ounces has 34% of your daily sugar.
I say it's worth every drop.
Yeah, because you're a skinny bastard.
That's okay.
Look at this thing.
That must be like sugar up to here.
Between that and Hawaiian Punch, man.
Oh, no!
Ew.
Ew.
That's my childhood right there.
Sunny D's and Lunchables.
Sunny D's.
What do you mean your childhood?
You still eat Lunchables.
What are you talking about?
I know.
I can't help it.
Oh, yeah.
We got the teaser in a couple of minutes here.
He's a child at heart, Geoff, don't you know?

What about sane people rescuing the state of New York?
We're going to talk to Congresswoman Claudia Tenney and Greg Jarrett on the latest FBI revelations from the handful of brave whistleblowers from the Bureau.
Don't miss it.
America First, the second hour, Salem News Channel.
The End
The End The
End Although I will say this, there have been candidates who have been effective in convincing him that if you come here, you will be a distraction.
And don't distract me, I'm doing well.
And I've heard of a couple of candidates, both gubernatorial and senate candidates, who have quietly sent entreaties to Bedminster and Mar-a-Lago.
Yeah, right, because if you're a conservative candidate, you don't want President Trump campaigning for you.
Where's our political whiz?
Eric, are you there?
I'm right here, as always.
What's the number now, the president's track record in the last year?
What is it, 190 for 7 or something insane?
Oh, it's like over 200 victories and like 15 losses, I think.
I guess Christie's not very good at math, is he, Eric?
Definitely not.
Otherwise, he would have gone on PhD weight loss by now.
Oh, nicely done.
I saw what you did there, you sneaky man.
I only lost 40 pounds.
I was on stage with Mike Gallagher yesterday.
He beat me 50 pounds.
Unbelievable.
It really works.
We'll talk about that later.
We are in Florida.
Yes, indeed.
We're at the home of AM 950, the answer, FM 94.9.
Thanks to Tim and the whole team, especially Gallagher's right-hand man, Eric, not my Eric, his Eric, who set up our roving studio, which is working seamlessly.
And no monologue.
Sorry, guys.
Too busy.
I've got to have amazing guests on the show who are going to tell us how we can defeat the Democrats.
She knows how to do it.
She's a champion for election integrity.
And she's a Marine mom, most important of all.
From New York's 22nd congressional district, Claudia Tenney.
Welcome back to America First.
Well, thank you.
It's so great to be on.
All this energy got me all excited.
I'm sitting here in the pouring rain up in New York State.
All right.
So I'm so excited.
For the great people of the state of New York, for your district, for my buddy who I've campaigned for on the campaign trail, Lee Zeldin.
It looks to me, it looks to me like we've got a shot of getting rid of Kathy Hochul and getting crime out of New York.
Tell me I'm not dreaming, Congresswoman.
You're not dreaming.
Right now, my great colleague, Congressman Lee Zeldin, is in the margin of error and some polls show him tied.
Probably going to start surging ahead as we continue to face the worst crime crisis that I have seen in my lifetime in New York, and I'm a lifelong New Yorker.
People are really feeling it.
This is on top of the fact that we have rising costs of everything.
Inflation continues to surge, and we have high prices.
We have huge crime problems.
And we have Kathy Hochul, who has done everything she can to make us less safe and has taken away our Second Amendment rights.
After we won a huge victory in the U.S.
Supreme Court in the Brewing case where we finally got our full concealed carry rights restored after almost over 100 years of not having those rights.
Okay, you've taken me down a rabbit hole already, but we're seeing New York, and you know me, I'm a big gun guy.
I've got my concealed carry for Virginia, D.C., Maryland, and New Hampshire.
But they're already trying to regulate that right away.
They're trying to say, you can't go to Times Square.
They're putting up signs.
So it's a constant battle, isn't it, for the rights of New Yorkers?
Absolutely.
We shouldn't even have to face these.
This is a fundamental constitutional right under the Second Amendment.
And the minute the Bruin case passed, of course they passed into law.
Worse laws than were passed under Governor Cuomo in 2013.
And I think this could get us back out of the rabbit hole.
I'll tell you, this is why I think Lee Zeldin is going to defeat Kathy Hochul.
Because New Yorkers realize that there is something worse than Governor Cuomo, and that is a Governor Hochul.
And I just got to give you a quick anecdote.
I was talking to a young woman who started her own business, small business owner, retail operation.
She posed this question to me because I don't think we often think of it this way.
She said, what happens if Kathy Hochul actually wins?
What do we do?
She goes, I'm going to lose my business.
I've already had a burglary here.
I'm not allowed to protect myself.
I don't get the right to bear arms here in my own business.
She said, the supply chain is so high.
The cost of doing everything is high.
The cost of gas.
Before you know it, I won't even be able to have any kind of fossil fuels give me the power I need to run my business and heat my home.
What's going to happen?
And that is the question everyone should be asking because just around the corner, we're going to see this catastrophe happen.
That is going to be the continued policies of Kathy Hochul, who is an authoritarian.
She is anti everything that we stand for as New Yorkers and Americans.
And everyone thinks this is all New York City.
We have a huge crime problem in upstate New York.
You're stealing my next question.
So I need a sanity check, because I don't go to New York anymore.
When I worked for Fox and not Newsmax and not Salem, I'd be there quite regularly.
I'd do Fox and Friends in the morning, or I'd do Hannity in the evening, and I'd take the train to New York.
And I want to know, these Incredible videos that we're seeing every single day.
A guy run over by a truck and then pickpocketed by a woman who's being cheered on.
The random violence against Asians.
Is this cherry-picked or is there... Is somebody exaggerating this or is New York really in a crime epidemic?
No, this is reality.
We are in a crime epidemic.
And what they're not telling you is it's a direct result of Albany policies, this cashless bail system that was started, this whole issue with clean slate, meaning all prisoners get to be out, any criminal, we get to wipe away their criminal record.
We have taken away all the tools for the police, everything they could do to restrain people.
And so when you see these crimes that you're seeing over and over on the news media, Typically, it's done by someone who already has a rap sheet, has already committed crime.
Some cases committed violent crimes, but because of this new bail reform law, the police have nothing they can do except hand them a ticket, put them back on the street, and you've seen this.
This is not an occasional thing.
This is every single day.
These people continue to go out, and the more emboldened they get, the more dangerous crime they commit.
We're seeing people dying.
We're seeing people maimed.
It is a disaster, and it's not just New York City.
It is everywhere in upstate New York.
My district surrounds the city of Rochester, which right now used to have Kodak, Bausch & Lomb, Xerox.
These great companies were started there.
Rochester now has among the highest murder rate of any upstate New York or any northeast city.
This is looking, it's like Philadelphia, except it's Rochester, New York.
Sleepy little nice city on Lake Ontario has become a crime zone.
And this is what's happening.
And this is because of the policies in Albany.
It's all happened since all these laws were passed and shoved through by the far left when they took over the state legislature They've put these policies through, and it just gets worse every day.
And that's why I see Lee Zeldin campaigning everywhere, surging in the polls.
And another great indicator is we also have our Attorney General candidate, a guy named Michael Henry.
He's actually leading in the polls over our horribly corrupt, malicious prosecutor.
Letitia James, who is out there weaponizing this office, attacking people for no reason, including the Trump family.
She's going after Nikki Haley's nonprofit, putting out information that are—and some of the stuff that Letitia James has done herself are felonies under our law.
So we have got a real chance to take back New York.
We've just got to get voters out in upstate New York to recognize how dangerous and serious this is.
And you will see, hopefully, a clean sweep.
But I know those two statewide candidates are really strong.
We also have Joe Pinion, who's running against Chuck Schumer.
It's a little bit more challenging race.
He needs the money.
Schumer's got an incredible amount of money.
He's the majority leader in the Senate.
And we also have a guy named Paul Rodriguez, who's running to take back the controller seat.
So we have a real shot.
We've got a few weeks to go.
The Republicans are started in jail.
I've seen them everywhere.
They're just campaigning all over the state.
We also have an opportunity to take back eight and maybe even 10 seats in the House of Representatives after the gerrymandering by Kathy Hochul was done and overturned by a court.
So we have a lot of opportunities in New York that we haven't had before.
But again, the scariest thing that's happening now is if Kathy Hochul gets reelected, you are going to see a New York that none of us have ever known.
The Empire State will truly be gone.
You will see a crime wave that we've never seen before.
You will see high taxes, out migration, higher than we even have now.
And we're number one in just about all those categories.
It's really sad to see what's happened to this once great state, once an original colony, critically important in our nation's history.
All right.
You've spoken enough about other people.
You are a very gracious guest, and we're talking to Congresswoman Claudia Tenney, New York 22nd Congressional District.
Let's talk about you and this mission you have to secure our elections.
We are 22 days away.
You are the co-chair of the Election Integrity Caucus.
You won your battle to become representative by, what was it, 12 votes, and it took 100 days for your district to come up with that result, which is an absolute travesty.
How are you feeling about the integrity of the election in 22 days?
Come on, Seb.
I won by 109, not 12.
Jeez.
Oh, that's my... Okay.
Eric, who told me that?
You're fired!
You're fired.
Bad intelligence.
Sorry.
Can I just blame my staff?
Okay, it took you 100 days.
A hundred days, 109 votes, but I was winning by 28,422 votes on election day.
And we were actually registering voters in the state of New York in January of 2021.
And those votes were counted for the 2020 race.
And we still pulled it out.
We were able to win.
That's why I started the Election Integrity Caucus.
We're out of time.
How would you grade the security of our elections in New York and nationally?
Give us a grade.
I'd say a D minus.
Oh my gosh.
Some states are better than others.
We have to get her back on the show because we have to fix that.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
She's Claudia Tenney.
Follow her at Rep Tenney.
This is America First.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
They're on.
She said it was 109.
I know.
You go... It's with the recounts and stuff.
Depends which side you say.
The Democrats... Are you saying that she was not honest?
They still start saying 12 at certain spots, too.
It doesn't make a difference, but... I just saw your text.
My phone was plugging in the wall.
Was the warning good?
Well, I couldn't hear it because I was in the middle of trying to talk over her, but I kind of suspected that, and then I heard the 30, so it worked out.
Alright.
It worked out.
I just don't have my timer with me.
That's the trouble.
Okay, so what are we on?
We're on B. This is B, yeah.
Okay, and then we've got what here?
Oh, we've got battle.
Oh, and a title for Tenny.
Either Zelda or Election Integrity are probably the big ones.
New York, yes, yes.
Comma, New York is in play.
That's such a good feeling.
Even if you served only one term, can you imagine what he could do with just one term?
But also, not only that, the thing she said that I had no idea about Letitia James' challenger, that is even bigger.
Oh, yeah.
Well, because she ran for governor for like a hot second, then she chose to drop out kind of suddenly.
Right.
Yeah.
And it'll be because of crime.
Crime is the winning issue, clearly, in that state.
Just every time she takes the podium, the sheer arrogance is just unreal.
I mean, she really is.
She's like a New York version of Pelosi.
You want the mics off for Jared, or on?
You can keep them on.
Alright, we will keep them on.
80 seconds, and we're patching him through now.
Alright, he's up.
Alright.
My buddy, how we doing?
Hey, good.
How are you, Seb?
Good, good.
Always send me your stuff as soon as it's fresh, because we post it, and then it's great to discuss it on the show.
That's superb.
Yeah, always happy to do it.
All right, so the verdict is being decided now, right?
Yeah, well, they're deliberating, you know, whether they'll reach a verdict or not, you know.
Who knows?
You could always have a home jury, but You know, split verdict, you know, you just don't know.
I can't believe what he does.
We'll discuss it when we're on the radio waves.
But what the judge did with the first charge was unbelievable.
30.
Unbelievable.
All right, what have we got here?
Okay, border battle, and then we'll go to Greg.
All righty.
What was I supposed to post?
Oh, Solomon.
On the side of the U.S. Constitutional Constitution, America first!
What is that music Alex is playing?
I think he wants me to tease a certain new addition to our lineup.
Yes, we are going to be starting the Make Movies Great Again Hour.
What are we doing, Jeff?
Every Monday, right?
Every Monday, third hour of the show, we're going to have our culture expert par excellence.
We're going to have Chris Coles, the man behind the Mr. Reagan YouTube channel.
He's an actor.
He's an author.
He's a script writer.
And we'll be delving in.
To the movies you love.
Join us every Monday 5pm, Making Movies Great Again.
I've got a movie or a series for you to watch right now.
It's from my buddy Charlie Koch.
Did you see the article about me and Charlie in Salem in today's New York Times?
It's rather good.
For a hit It's not too bad at all.
He has a new six-piece documentary.
It is absolutely incredible.
It's about the true war happening on the southern border.
Nothing like you've ever seen before.
The details on the fentanyl smuggling, the human trafficking, the...
Militarization of the cartels.
Six-part series.

Use my name.
Go to www.salemnow.com and plug yourself into the Border Battle documentary.
That's www.salemnow.com Border Battle and use my name G-O-R-K-A for 20% off.
You need to see that movie today.
And there's a whole slew of other things available at www.salemnow.com.
It is quite stunning from 2,000 mules to Uncle Tom to the sequel, which is even better than the first one, SalemNow.com.
It's still the FBI we have to discuss.
The Department of Justice and the Danchenko trial, they are in deliberation as we speak.
None better to discuss it with than the legal and political analysts for Fox News on Goodbody.
Greg Jarrett, welcome back to America First.
Hey, Sebastian, good to be back with you.
So what are we expecting if they're in deliberation right now?
It's been a surprisingly swift trial.
I'm a little bit suspicious of that.
Do you think we could actually get a decision today?
Well, I think more likely tomorrow could be today.
They'll probably knock off at five o'clock unless the jurors want to go beyond that.
Yeah, it was a swift trial only because Denchenko didn't put on any defense.
Their defense was essentially through cross-examination.
And some of it was fairly effective.
You know, Danchenko is accused of lying to the FBI about where he obtained all of the phony information that he secretly fed ex-British spy Christopher Steele for Steele's fabricated dossier that smeared Trump as a Russian asset.
But I gotta tell you, and it may sound strange, but I think the verdict is largely irrelevant.
It's a minor footnote.
Let's stop.
I want you to unpack that for us.
But first, will you detail what the five charges are?
So basically, it's five different versions of lying to the FBI and then the judge throwing out the first one on an absurd technicality, correct?
Yeah, the ones that remain are Danchenko telling the FBI, well, I got some of my, you know, phony information, my lies, from a businessman, Sergey Millian, for the charges.
So those remain.
But he also allegedly lied when he was asked, well, didn't you get some of your lies from Hillary Clinton crony Charles Dolan?
He said, no.
I never talked to Dolan.
You sure you didn't talk to Dolan?
Never talked to Dolan.
So the judge tosses it out, literally on the meaning of the word talk.
It's true that Danchenko had numerous communications via email with Dolan, again, a Hillary Clinton operative, who fed him a lot of bogus information that found its way into the dossier.
But they did it through email.
And so the defense attorney said, well, he's technically correct.
He didn't talk with Dolan.
He only emailed him.
But what does that tell you about the judge?
I'm sorry, Greg.
What does that tell you about the judge?
Everybody knows it's shorthand.
You didn't talk to.
It covers communication in general.
Does that mean that this thing is dead in the water to begin with if the judge throws it out on such an absurd technicality?
Well, I think the judge made a mistake, but what it really tells me is how stupid, how incredibly dumb so many of these FBI agents are.
I mean, it's standard practice when you're interrogating somebody and you say, did you talk to John Smith?
And the guy says, no.
Then you automatically say, did you communicate in any other way?
Yes.
Even electronically.
With John Smith.
I mean, that's just common sense.
It's standard practice.
But, you know, apparently the FBI has hired not just corrupt agents, but dumb agents.
And so on that basis, you know, he gets to skate on one of the charges.
So when you say, let's return to your first fascinating statement that you said, you think the actual verdict doesn't matter.
Expand on that, please, Greg.
I think it's irrelevant, and Durham probably agrees with that.
You know, Danchenko and the trial is a minor footnote in the sordid story of the greatest mass delusion in American political history, the subtitle of my book, Witch Hunt.
This trial was never about Danchenko.
Sure, he's the named defendant, and he served as a conduit for John Durham's Damning indictment of the FBI, and the special counsel in closing arguments admitted it.
He said the elephant in the room is the FBI and their corruption.
And he's right.
The crooked FBI was in the dock throughout this week-long trial, each and every day, exposed for its years of disgraceful lies and shocking corruption and devious cover-ups.
They're misfeasance, malfeasance, and malevolence toward Donald Trump.
And, you know, to that extent, I think John Durham's trial has been a tremendous success.
I look forward to his final report, which is required by law to submit to the Attorney General, in which I think we will be shocked even more at some of the corruption within the FBI when it came to the Russia hoax.
So you believe this is a man who's still acting in good faith as a special counsel?
Yeah, I think he is.
I think he was always fighting an uphill battle because the FBI is very good at hiding their documentary evidence, lying on top of their original lies.
And so, you know, it's very difficult.
Telling a lie is easy and covering the truth is hard.
And that was really the difficulty for John Durham.
The books are The Russia Hooks and Witch Hunt.

I presume you've read the sentencing guidance on Bannon, Greg?
Yeah, I've seen it.
You know, what are they, recommending six months or something?
Yeah, six months for making fun of the committee.
No, seriously.
Making fun.
Well, the committee deserves to be mocked and ridiculed and demeaned.
Mercilessly.
Mercilessly.
I'm going to ask you what we can do about the FBI.
Tear it apart.
That's what I say.
When you when I have a 23 year FBI veteran on the show, and he says it's got to be dismantled, then.
Yeah, we have a problem, Houston.
Yeah, I agree.
You know, and I in my most recent column, I stated as much, you know, I hate to say it, because there are so many Find an honorable and honest people in the FBI to rank and file.
But, you know, it's the people at the top.
And when the rot starts at the top, it works its way down.
Well, it changes the culture of the entity.
Yeah, it totally does.
And it sets a pattern of abuse and misconduct.
And Christopher Wray has done nothing to fix it.
He doesn't want to.
He just wants to continue to cover up.
That latest report of how many times he just hops off on the Gulf Stream is incredible.
Oh yes.
All that white supremacy, right?
How does he have so much money?
Oh, yes.
Oh, yes.
All that white supremacy, right?
Down at his palatial home in Atlanta, so that's where most of the flights...
How does he have so much money?
I'm just curious.
I believe his wife is well-to-do.
Comes from a prominent Georgia family.
Just seeing him testify, he's just not an impressive individual.
I mean, forget about his mendacity, he's just not an impressive individual.
No, I wouldn't rank him as up there intellectually.
No.
And surprisingly, given what Democrats said about Merrick Garland, what a genius he was, Yeah, I remember in the operation hearings his AG came across as a complete dope.
He comes over as a noodle.
Just a noodle.
Yeah, you know, some of these guys that, you know, sort of fancy themselves bookworms are missing one important element of the human brain, and that's common sense.
Yeah, I think it's more than that.
I think they actually miss the brain.
I've never been impressed with Garland.
One minute.
Well, I mean, he's absolutely brilliant compared to Joe Biden.
Just the optics, the optics.
Your 401k tanked 35%, but the president's going to stand there with a massive ice cream cone and say the economy is great.
I mean, it's mind-numbing.
Somebody had a great line.
Why didn't the media ask him, is your son having a rocky road?
Oh, bada-boom.
All right, 30 seconds.
30 seconds. Stand by.
Stand by.

Nothing but the truth.

All right, Greg, I gotta ask you about what we can do with the FBI.
But first, As a legal professional, your response to this and the sentencing guidance from the US Attorney Graves against Steve Bannon that's saying he should get six months in prison.
These are some of the reasons and I'm going to read them literally from the sentencing memorandum from DOJ.
The defendant teased committee member Adam Schiff as quote, shifty Schiff and Eric Swalwell as, quote, Fang Fang Swalwell.
I'm not sure these are crimes in America.
Help me out, Greg.
Yeah, apparently the DOJ thinks those are crimes.
Look, I've referred to Adam Schiff as Shifty Schiff a thousand times.
He's a prolific liar.
And Chris Swalwell was not far behind.
And, of course, he was having an affair with a Russian spy since... Chinese.
Chinese.
A Chinese spy.
And so, you know, you get to do extra time because you mock, ridicule, and demean the committee.
I mean, seriously, that's the basis for it?
I mock, ridicule, and demean the committee all the time.
There are regimes where that is bad and you get punished for it, but I think they're communist or fascist regimes, Greg.
Yeah, of course they are.
But are we becoming that?
You know, a lot of people think so.
Well, you know, the FBI has led us to believe that.
Well, this is the thing.
In both my books, I eviscerated the FBI as corrupt and crooked at the top, and the rot, you know, works its way down.
And so, in the latest column, I reiterated that, you know, current FBI Christopher Wray done nothing to clean up the cesspool of his agency.
The FBI needs to be torn apart, dismantled, deconstructed, top to bottom.
And reconstituted into a new agency that actually adheres to the principles of a neutral, apolitical law enforcement agency that's dedicated to upholding the law.
When the law enforcers become the law breakers, Seb, it breeds contempt for the law and threatens democracy.
Well, let's put this up on the screen.
This is, sadly, the most popular item right now on our website.
And it is a mug.
It's a t-shirt that I designed.
It is strong.
It is, you know, forward-leaning.
It says, Joe Biden's Gestapo, the FBI, from Nazi Germany to the USA in 80 years.
That is the number one selling item at SebGorkerStore.com.
And I think it's because it resonates.
So, clearly, it sounds to me as if You want to dismantle it and create a new agency.
Others have said that the three big baskets of their missions counter-intelligence, counter-terrorism and criminal organized crime investigation should be farmed off to other agencies or departments.
You prefer the former solution?
Just recreate it?
Look, anything that tears apart the FBI and reconstitutes it so that it's lawful I'm in favor of.
And, you know, this is an agency that was once highly respected, and it did great work.
9-11 sort of changed it.
And, you know, the FBI decided they were going to get into the spying business, and they decided they were going to spy on Americans.
And, you know, they have undermined many of our constitutional rights, and they lie about it all the time.
And, you know, when you've got people like James Comey, Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, a whole gang of Comey confederates at the FBI that ruined it, you know, it's hard to come back from that.
No, it is.
Something has to be done.
Something drastic has to be done to the FBI because they have become a political police arm of the DNC.
The article is in Danchenko trial.
Durham exposes how corrupt FBI framed Trump.

He's gone.
Title for that one.
What should it be?
Should it be Bannon?
Should it be FBI?
Danchenko?
Let's do Bannon.
Bannon, colon, six-month prison for ridiculing Schiff and Swalwell.
Ready?
It's funny, on the TV it looks like I'm in front of a green screen, but I'm not.
But then the actual return is the image.
No, no, no.
If you look at the hair around my head, on the TV screen it looks like I'm in front of a green screen when I'm in front of a television image.
Can you see that?
Like the outline?
Yeah, the outline.
It doesn't seem to be showing up on my end, which is probably the good thing.
It is or it isn't?
I don't see it.
No, I don't see any outline issues.
Normally, like a regular green screen, if... It depends on how close you're seeing to it, too.
Like, if you're right in front of the green screen, then the green, like, kinda hazy outline around you is easier to see.
Right.
If you're further away from it, then yeah.
It's not as much of an issue.
Alright, so what cuts are important?
Let's see, that we haven't played already, because we've played Fetterman, Christie, Biden with the little girl.
Oh, Fauci.
Gotta play Fauci.
Fauci.
And then maybe the audio cut.
But I need to talk about the Salem article.
And Cruz!
Is Jeff there?
He's right here, yeah.
Alright.
Get ready, Jeff.
We're gonna say some nice things about Ted Cruz.
Why?
Because I'm in a good mood.
You'll appreciate that then, because his latest book got shipped to the studio.
I know, so we're supposed to book him next week.
I think the media guy, don't go through Regnery, go through, I think it's Jack something, do you know who that is?
I think so, I'll look, yeah.
40 seconds.
And you'll tee up this Fauci cut?
Yeah, if I have time, I'm going to talk about Ted and the Salem piece first.
Got it.
Alright, I have the shot of the NYT article.
Alright, and I'm gonna do PhD first.
PhD first, all righty.
PhD first, all righty.
PhD first, all righty.
America first.
I love that one.
I don't know why I love that.
I just love Snowflake and Cupcake for addressing the other side, the insane side.
Thanks to everyone.
A meeting here in Florida.
Tomorrow, we're going to be in Atlanta.
The day after, we're going to be in Philly.

864-644-1900, myphdweightloss.com, myphdweightloss.com.
1-9-0-0 myphdweightloss.com myphdweightloss.com all right so um jeff is it bad if the new york times calls me a conservative personality uh I think it is.
Isn't it?
Because I always used to be, what do they call me, like ultra right-wing or something?
Extremist, right?
Far-right.
Far-right!
Alt-right.
No, alt-right adjacent, Eric, I think is the... Okay, this piece shocked me.
I received it from my buddies at Salem today.
Massive piece on Salem, the company that I work for, that broadcasts America First, by a woman who DM'd me a week ago.
And she said the following.
She said, I'm doing a story about Salem and your radio show is disturbing.
And this is what I replied to.
And strangely, Cecilia Kang, K-A-N-G, didn't use all of my quotes.
She said the following to me.
She said, would you comment on the accusations of your show being a purveyor of misinformation?
And my comments were in the DM on Twitter.
Then New York is investigating misinformation, and I put a little icon of a woman laughing hilariously.
I said, if you want to investigate misinformation, look in the mirror, you hack!
Did you investigate the Hunter Biden laptop story yet, you fake news fraud?
Funny she didn't quote a lot of that, but this is what they did write.
And I want to share it with you, because it's a sign of something.
When the New York Times is writing a piece that's not all trashing you, I'm a little bit worried.
The rise of a conservative radio juggernaut.
Salem Media, which counts the conservative personalities Charlie Kirk and Sebastian Gorka among its radio hosts, has taken a pointed stance ahead of the midterm elections.
Oh, you think?
Oh, you think?
Because America's being destroyed by the Democrats, you think we're going to take a pointed stance?
Cecilia Kang and Tiffany In recent months, the conservative personalities Eric Metaxas, Sebastian Gawke, and Charlie Kirk have used their nationally syndicated radio shows to discuss baseless claims of rigged voting machines, accuse election officials of corruption, and expose... Ooh, did you have to look that one up in the thesaurus?
Expose ballot fraud conspiracy theories.
Now, the three men are joining a live speaking tour that will take them across Arizona, Georgia, Pennsylvania, and other battleground states to promote those views and Republican candidates ahead of the November 8 midterm elections.
Well, thanks for the free advertising!
Yes, we are on our battleground talkers tour and it's a lot of fun.
They go on to write, Salem stands out.
For its blend of right-leaning politics and Christian content, how dare we stand out for having Christian content, and its vast network of a hundred radio stations of more than 3,000 affiliates, many of them reaching deep into parts of America that don't engage with most mainstream media outlets.
Oh no.
You mean in real America, they're not reading the New York Times?
Or watching CNN?
How awful!
Salem also operates dozens of religious and conservative websites, as well as podcasts.
television news, book publishing and a social media influencer network.
The company which describes its news content as quote, I love this, well done Phil Boyce, the antidote to the mainstream media has an audience of 11 million radio listeners.
This year, it expanded into film by financing 2,000 mules.
A widely debunked but popular movie.
I wonder why it is widely debunked but popular.
Because nobody's debunked it, not even you.
All right, I need a sanity check.
Mr. G, are you there?
I'm here.
What on earth could it mean that I'm no longer a right-wing extremist but I'm just a conservative personality on radio and they're writing long articles about how Salem penetrates into parts of America where the quote mainstream legacy lying media doesn't.
I'm feeling a little bit queasy.
What's going on?
I thought it was weird too.
When you said it today I was surprised because I thought for sure it was going to be a hit piece.
I'm I almost don't even know what to say about this.
It's a little bit peculiar.
I'm waiting for a follow-up piece.
Yeah, the next piece, where they unearth something they've made up.
Yeah, exactly.
Eric, what's your political marrow bone telling you?
I agree, certainly, with what Geoff said, that it's, uh, they're treating Salem as more, like, effective, rather than something that's to be dismissed, and that could be because they're getting ready, knowing the Dems are gonna get crushed in a month from now.
They're looking for people to blame.
It's like, oh, this radio network is spreading conspiracy theories.
So they don't want to be our friends, but they need somebody to point at when the Democrats are destroyed in 23 days.
Which means we are obviously doing our jobs right.
We are.
We are.
I'm always worried when the mainstream media... They didn't exactly say nice things about us, but it wasn't the usual hit piece.
Let's ask Alex.
Alex, do you have a view on this?
How does this fit in with industrial rap?
I think they went a little light.
It could have been a lot worse.
And I think they're scared of the red wave that's coming in November.
I need to know why the only thing she quoted of me is that the New York Times is fake news.
Why didn't she mention the other things about Hunter Biden, Jeff?
I recommended that she look in the mirror if she's looking for misinformation.
Why does she not want to be a journalist, Jeff?
Because the New York Times does not print Russian disinformation.
Should I talk in a Russian accent?
Should I rename myself Boris?
Alright guys, enough, enough far too much fun.
Let's talk about a man who probably should be prosecuted for his actual lies.
This is St.
Anthony Fauci on ABC.
Well, I think he's annoyed that somebody said he had something to do with the closing of schools in America, Cap'n.
If you go back, and I ask anybody to go back over the number of times that I've said we've got to do everything we can to keep the schools open, no one plays that clip.
They always come back and say Fauci was responsible for closing schools.
I had nothing to do.
I mean, let's get down to the fact.
So who closed the schools?
Which individual who'd been in his job for 47 years at the National Institute for Infectious Diseases, which one shut it down?
Was there another Fauci?
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
I think you know the answer.
We're coming to you from the MobileReliefFactor.com studios at AM 590 FM 94.9.
The answer!
And if you're in pain and you've tried everything else and you've failed to find relief, you know what to do.

What have you got to lose except the pain?
800-500-8384 reliefactor.com Yeah, I know, I know.
800-8384-RELIEFFACTOR.COM Yeah, I know.
I know.
No, I just keep forgetting to press it.
I did?
Oh, I thought the music was going to guide me.
Oh, okay.
Okay.
Okay, then I was following the wrong beat.
Alright.
Oh, am I insane?
Why is that?
That's so weird.
Is three still on the line?
Is he our usual guy, number three?
And that's a serious question.
All right.
Okay, otherwise it's blocked, right?
Yes, please.
Yeah, yeah.
What else do we have?
I did.
Which is more important, that or Tim Ryan?
Yes, Tim Ryan.
That's it, Tim Ryan.
Thank you.
You know, you do need a strong border.
You need to know who's coming in and out of your country.
You got to be tough on China where the fentanyl arises and comes through Mexico in this process.
Jeff, is that JD Vance talking about closing the border and being tough on China?
No, that's the guy running against them.
Hang on, that's a Democrat?
Yes, it is.
I'm confused.
That's Tim Ryan?
Yep.
What's going on?
Closed borders?
He's going to get kicked out of the Democrat party.
He's also the same guy last week.
Do you remember?
He said he did not want Biden to come campaign for him.
Oh, now that's an interesting sign.
He wants closed borders and get tough on China.
They are running scared.
Let's go to your calls.
John, South Carolina.
Welcome, John.
Dr. G, where in Florida are you, by the way?
Are you near Tampa?
I was yesterday.
Today I'm in Orlando.
Tomorrow I'll be in Atlanta, and Wednesday I'll be in Philly, because we got a republic to save, John!
Well, no, that was you that flew right over my house the other day, and you didn't stop in, had the kettle on the boil for a cuppa, And we have bangers and mash set up, now that you've reached your diet.
Now you're getting nasty.
Now you're getting nasty.
And listen...
I mean, come on now.
Listen, we're pressed for time right now, aren't we?
So I'll be quicker than usual.
Did you see where cheating has invaded the chess world?
Did you see that?
No, I saw a very cool clip of Lee Zelding having a speed game somewhere in New York with a guy in a park.
But no, cheating in chess?
That's just wrong, John!
No, this is a grandmaster.
I didn't think it was really possible, but it was.
It was a guy named Hans Moak Niemann and he was 19 years old and he supposedly played a guy named Magnus Carlsen and he was using a chess logarithm, what they call a chess engine To, uh, to play online on chess.com.
It's outrageous.
Oh, he's cheating online?
He's cheating online.
Oh, that doesn't count.
We had a previous conversation about me playing chess online, and I was up for a big game.
I beat the computer, Dr. G, and I had seven queens, two knights, and two rooks at the end of the game.
It was as close to a perfect game as you could get, but I messed up and I lost one of my queens.
How can you lose with nine queens?
That's incredible.
I've never heard of that.
It was seven queens.
I lost one of them.
Oh, that's not bad.
No, I didn't lose.
No.
Oh, you just lost a queen?
No, I just lost a queen.
I had the perfect game.
I beat the computer at expert level.
We're out of time, but I've got to ask you.
It's not fun.
It's not like playing against a human being, is it?
Yeah, this one was.
This one beat the garbanzo beans out of me on a regular basis until I changed my tactics.
And then I did something completely unorthodox and it just folded.
How about this?
You're giving me an idea.
We're out of time, but we may have to have an America First chess set.
Well, you need a chess set and you also need a Brit hour for us Anglophiles out there.
Fish and chips will be served the next hour.
An amazing woman, Dr. Miriam Grossman, on the insanity, the perversion that is the transgender agenda.
She's a doctor speaking the truth.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, you don't want to miss one-on-one with Dr. Miriam Grossman.
This is America First.
Hey, Brent.
Yes?
Sorry I kept you waiting, but I've got a guest for the whole next hour.
Can you call us back tomorrow?
Absolutely.
I've been listening to you.
You're a good man.
See you later.
See you, buddy.
Bye-bye. Bye-bye.
Bye-bye.
Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Bye-bye. Bye-bye.
And I'll see you next time.
And that's exactly what happened with our next one-on-one guest.
I saw her in a movie by Matt Walsh, What Is A Woman?, and I immediately thought, this is a courageous American.
An individual who is committed to the truth inside her area of specialty and we are honored to have with us Dr. Miriam Grossman one-on-one.
Thanks Dr. Gorka.
Great to be back with you.
Alright, well you came on previously and I felt a real connection there because you cut to the chase and you are prepared in a field which increasingly seems to be suffering from censorship to not give in to the censorious attitude of those above you or around you.
So, before we talk about the state of medicine today, Would you just be so kind for those who missed the prior discussion we had just to give us your bio, your credentials, what is it that you do today?
Okay, sure.
Well, I'm a board certified child, adolescent and adult psychiatrist.
I've been working in psychiatry for almost 40 years.
And I became very interested about 15 years ago in Sex education and gender education, and I ended up writing a few books about how politics has really permeated my profession, the mental health profession and also the medical profession, and how that is dangerous for my patients and really for everyone out there.
I'm focused right now on the gender issue, because that is the latest iteration of politics permeating my profession.
The two books we will be discussing today we will start with your teaching of my child what a physician exposes the lies of sex education and how they harm your child and then one that is all the more relevant sadly to the situation today and especially to the extremist transgender movement unprotected a campus psychiatrist reveals how political correctness In her profession endangers every student.
I request, I suggest every single one of you please right now write down this brave woman's website, her Twitter.
It is Miriam underscore Grossman is the Twitter handle.
And the website is miriamgrossmanmd.com.
And I'll just start by being very impressed.
As someone who listened to this lady, oh my gosh, 23 years ago when I lived in DC for one year as a fellow, the endorsements on the back of your book, Dr. Laura Schlesinger, a very, very impressive lady.
And then Robbie George.
I don't think I've seen Professor Robbie George from Princeton do many book endorsements, so you had me already when I saw those two names.
All right, let's begin with the first bullet point that is used to promote your book.
The following discussion of an individual who's been dead for more than 50 years, the founder of, quote, sexology, And his influence on today's teaching in high schools.
Who is this individual?
What is sexology?
And why should we consider him to be discredited today, Doctor?
Well, you're talking about Alfred Kinsey.
And Alfred Kinsey really was the father, founding father of modern sex education, the whole way that we look at human sexuality.
He is the founding father.
Even though he died in the 50s and his work was done in the 40s and 50s, his influence has been so huge and so far-reaching that it really does
lie at the bottom of a lot of the outrageously horrible things that we're seeing now that are being taught to children, that are being shown to children, culminating in a lot of anguish and suffering by children and their families, which I see daily in my office.
So, Alfred Kinsey was an extremely disturbed individual.
He was a, I'm gonna say a degenerate in the sense that his behavior was, it's hard to imagine someone who was more immoral than Alfred Kinsey.
And it's all laid out very well in the biography that was written about him by James Jones.
I would just caution anybody before they read it It is highly disturbing and you will be exposed there to material that you may wish you had never seen.
I feel a little bit about, I feel that we are potentially on that territory for the next hour given that your area of specialty and what the Sex education has devolved into that we're walking a tight, very tight, tight rope.
But however, we have to recognize this man was a pervert.
He had very, I'll put it mildly, outré sexual proclivities.
Let's look at what his influence was after his death and what the ideas are that are being perpetuated that he seeded into the medical profession.
So, what kind of theories did this perverted individual sell to the medical world and the psychiatric world?
Well, you see, because he himself was so disturbed and he practiced, I would say, deviant sexuality, he was quite a miserable person.
And he blamed it on the world.
He blamed his misery on the world, and so he became a crusader to change the world.
And he felt that if we could rid the world of all Judeo-Christian morality and restrictions on sexual behavior and the judgments that we have about sexual behavior, including things like incest and pedophilia, he felt that the world would be a much more healthy and open and accepting place.
And so he was a social crusader and he dedicated his life, aside from the work that he did as a collector of insects, he was an expert.
He wasn't a psychologist.
He wasn't a medical doctor.
He specialized in studying wasps, actually.
But then he got into the human sexuality field and he was able to, he published two books, Human Sexuality in the female and human sexuality in the male, and they became instant bestsellers.
And the bottom line with those two books is that he gathered data and did interviews about people's private lives.
And he concluded from those interviews that most Americans were practicing some sort of Prohibited sexual behavior.
This was in the 50s.
So he projected his perversions onto everybody else?
He did.
And he also, his research, his so-called research, was done not on everyday mothers and fathers and college students.
He did his research on felons.
People who had been, you know, arrested for assaulting kids.
People who were in jails.
Prostitutes.
So he really went, like, to the seedy parts of town.
He went into jails.
And those were the people that he interviewed and used that data and extrapolated from that data as if they were just your, you know, regular, everyday American.
But this did not come out until decades later.
So his research was a hoax.
It was a fraud.
But unfortunately, when it came out, he was hugely successful in promoting his theory and his conclusions, and he was able to reach far into The academic world and into all sorts of, you know, the educational world.
He got a lot of attention from the media.
His books, I think, were considered, it was said that there hadn't been a bestseller like those books since Gone with the Wind.
And of course, even recently, they made laudatory miniseries and movies about Kinsey, whitewashing, of course, all of his perversion.
The book is You're Teaching My Children What.
A physician exposes the lies of sex education and how they harm your child.
That physician is Miriam Grossman.

Dr. Grossman, another sentence I've pulled out from the book and from the website.
The fact that sex educators in schools, it isn't about providing information to protect and to inform, it's Trying to normalize deviant behavior, deviant behavior, fringe behavior that actually endangers the children they are teaching.
Could you talk about this one line of normalizing fringe behavior?
And how did we get here?
Do you know what the source of this was?
Was it acolytes of Kinsey?
Was it teacher training colleges?
Give us a little breakdown of what you witnessed evolve over the years.
Yes, well I'll start with the second part of your question.
Yes, what happened is that the disciples of Kinsey, after he passed away in the 60s and 70s, they went out and they established, for example, modern sexuality education was established by the disciples of Kinsey so that they You know, they adhered to his agenda.
They were also social crusaders.
The founder of Modern Sexuality Education, whose name was Mary Calderon, she established an organization called Seekus.
And I know that a lot of people in your audience haven't heard of these organizations and people, but they really need to know about them.
Because we're all like scratching our heads, like, what is this?
Like, what's going on?
Why are these Why are people taking their kids to drag shows?
Why are we telling kids that they can choose whether to be a boy or a girl and they need to get hormones and surgery?
Where did all this come from?
It's all a social movement.
It's about changing society.
And what's going on now with transgenderism is just the latest iteration of that.
So in the 60s, What they wanted to promote at that time was the idea that in order to have a sexually healthy child, parents had to be aware of the The sexuality of their little child, even their newborn, even their infant.
When I read this, that there were people who allegedly were scientists who said that infants have a sexual identity and a sexual life.
I mean, why weren't these people taken into a rubber room and a straight jacket?
How did people with a straight face in the 50s and 60s say, yes, a newborn has a sexual life?
I'm with you.
It really is mind-blowing.
I can only say that, you know, it happened on such a large scale, and they were so successful in bringing in, you know, these various institutions and sort of taking over the institutions and making a revolution.
I mean, look, there was a sexual revolution at that time, and people were convinced that they need to discard all the old morality.
All the Judeo-Christian morality was harmful for you.
was harmful for your kids because it was all about restrictions, and it was all about no, and it was all about having a sense of shame.
So this was a time when people were convinced, not everyone, but generally a lot of youth and a lot of people, others as well, that it's time to break out of it.
And I just want to tell you how extreme this was, Dr. Gorka, because it's not only about You know, sex outside of marriage, multiple partners.
We're talking about not only that infants are sexual creatures, but these people endorsed, publicly, they endorsed incest.
And they actually, they were called by Time Magazine, the incest lobby.
They went on the record as saying that a sexual experience between Uh, an age discordant, uh, couple.
So that would, well, that would be pedophilia, but also a sexual experience with, with, within the family is not necessarily a negative thing.
And, you know, they went on the record, they wrote about it.
I have books and pamphlets that came out at that time in which the people on the board of directors of Sikhists, which again, that organization right now, In 2022, gets hundreds of millions of our tax dollars.
What is the full name of that organization, Dr. Grossman?
Sexuality Information and Education Council of the U.S.
SEACUS.
I just did an hour-long a documentary and I wrote the script of the Weather Underground Movement, the terrorist underground movement of the 60s and 70s.
And it's stunning to me because I see a convergence.
This organization that grew out of the Students for a Democratic Society, Bill Ayers and Bernadine Dorn and others, they, as a pillar of their Marxist terrorist organization, they had the catchphrase, the mantra, "Smash monogamy." They actually encouraged orgies inside their organization to break down the traditional relationships and roles of men and women and families.
It sounds as if the Weather Underground wasn't just an underground terrorist organization in America.
It sounds like it was inveigling itself into education and science!
Dr. Gorka, it's baked into our education.
It's baked into our institutions of mental health, child health, Pediatrics, it's just baked in and this is a big problem, but the first step is to be aware of it and to understand where it came from.
People are so shocked that they're finding pornographic material in their school libraries.
They should not be shocked because sex education, modern sex education, One of the basic beliefs is that there should be no judgment.
We should only be providing material to kids about all sorts of behaviors and activities, and we should not be judging.
With one exception, as we see in the recent bill that was proposed in Virginia, Judgment of parents who want to stop it.
The bill that has been proposed that if you as a parent object to teachers in school transitioning your son or daughter that you can have Child Protective Services actually initiate proceedings against you as the person stopping your child from being mutilated.
That discrimination is permitted.
If you believe that men are men, and women are women, and chromosomes matter, then that will not be countenance.
The books that you have to order right now, whether you're a parent, a grandparent, or just a concerned American, is Your Teaching My Child What?, and also Unprotected.
A campus psychiatrist reveals how political correctness in her profession endangers every student.
My significant challenge, Dr. Grossman, is... I have such a significant challenge with this interview because I would like to explore it for the whole day.
I would like to have a graduate seminar with you on this issue.
And let's continue the discussion, and I look forward to your next book.
But if you'll indulge me, I'd like to share a story from my family.
So my daughter changed schools.
She went from a parochial Catholic school that wasn't working out for whatever reason to a school that is, I would say, probably the second most prestigious in Washington, D.C.
It is co-located with the National Cathedral.
It is literally part of the National Cathedral complex.
And instead of having church services, because why would you have church services if you are part of the cathedral?
They have a lecture by a guest lecturer in the cathedral every week for the girls.
This is a single-sex girls school and the girls age from, you know, eight years old to 18.
And my daughter is sitting there, 16 years old, in the cathedral with one of her teachers who happens to be lesbian or bi or whatever and they're in the National Cathedral of the nation's capital as this quote-unquote teacher is telling ten-year-old girls it is good to explore your sexuality.
You should explore different types of sexuality.
She's standing there under the pulpit of the National Cathedral.
Now, they record all of these lectures, perhaps because they're idiots or because they're just that arrogant, and I listened to the lecture when I heard my daughter tell me, what?
What were you told to do by your teachers in the cathedral?
And I immediately requested an audience, an appointment with the head of the school, with the principal.
And my wife warned me, behave yourself Sebastian, and I did.
I took my blood pressure medicine and I went in.
And with my daughter's classroom teacher and the headmaster of the school, the principal, I had a discussion.
And I said, I heard about this recent lecture about girls exploring their sexuality, pre-pubescent girls.
Would you be open to me or any other parent recommending another guest lecturer to talk about, and I said, more traditional ways of living?
Other alternative conceptualizations of marriage, family, and sex?
Without dropping a heartbeat, the principal said no.
And then I said, but what about viewpoints Judeo-Christian based upon objective truth about man and woman?
I know I was pushing my luck.
To which the principal of the National Cathedral School said the following words, No, thank you.
We are not here to teach objective truth.
I realized then that I'd hit pay dirt.
And I said, excuse me?
Could you repeat that sentence?
At which point the temperature in the room dropped about 20 degrees and the principal said, I think this discussion is over.
I think that experience of my family fits into everything we've discussed so far because This is an ideological project.
This has nothing to do with science or protecting children from STDs or helping them understand how to build meaningful relationships or avoid sexual, you know, diseases.
This is an ideological infiltration of not only schools, but the medical profession.
Am I exaggerating the matter?
Oh, not at all.
You're not at all exaggerating it.
And I would add this.
It's not only that they are refusing to bring in more traditional views.
Let's talk about the real science.
A young girl in adolescence or pre-adolescence who begins to explore her sexuality is automatically at high risk for sexually transmitted infections, emotional distress and, you know, if she's already in puberty, pregnancy.
I would just say general psychological exploitation.
Correct.
And so these people, it's not only an issue of Values.
It's health.
It's actually what they claim to be putting first, what they claim to be all about, the health and welfare of our children.
That's not on the list at all.
The number one thing is recruiting the child into a certain worldview.
Yeah.
That's what it's about.
All right.
Well, I have to ask you about the whole transgender agenda, which is the apotheosis, or I would say rather the nadir of everything we are discussing.
And I have some clips and shocking images to share with our viewers.
We're talking to Dr. Miriam Grossman.

Okay, play cut.
you Kids as young as three and four are actually aware of their gender identity, even if they don't have the language for it.
So very aware of who they like and who they don't like.
Heterosexuality is pushed on our kids on a daily basis at a very young age.
Media, through books.
The first Disney movie that you saw.
To say that pre-K through 3rd grade are not ready for such topics is actually internalized homophobia and transphobia.
They're very much ready for these topics and are way more accepting than adults when it comes to discussing these topics.
We can talk about gender, gender assumptions, pronouns, all the things.
And it is child development appropriate and age appropriate.
It was literally created as just another means to other queer people.
Basically say that us existing is not normal.
Alfred Kinsey is alive and well.
That is an educator with blue hair who is saying, yes, infants, young children, three-year-olds, they have a sexual identity and you can experiment and the transgender experimentation is a good thing.
It leads to this.
It leads to images that Well, most of you are probably glad you're watching on radio.
This is an image from social media of somebody who used to be a girl.
And the girl is...
No longer a girl, according to her, because she has had a double mastectomy.
And she is smiling.
She is grinning with a huge scar across her thorax.
That is called top surgery to remove her breasts.
Doesn't change her chromosomes.
She still has only the chromosomes of a woman and will do until she dies.
But that is what we are witnessing today.
Dr. Grossman, help us understand if it's not Just hypnosis.
If this isn't Jonestown, an occult of people being hypnotized, there is an underlying psychiatric or psychological phenomena.
And you look at the least recent statistics in one county alone, where there was a 500-fold increase in students registering in that New calendar year in school as transgender.
A 500% increase.
That is not natural.
You can't go in a natural, you know, a natural dispersion from 10%, 20% to 500%.
Last time we spoke I mentioned that this smacks to me a little bit of what I saw as a child and a young man in school.
The psychologically infectious Bulimia and anorexia amongst young women when I was a young man that seemed to be a group phenomena.
Can you explain or help us understand how this is growing like topsy, what is causing this explosion of people saying, young children saying, I identify as a man, a woman, transgender, whatever it is?
Sure.
I want to make one comment about the video that you just showed.
I mean, there's a lot that I could say about it.
I just want to say one thing.
Your viewers should take note of how confident and certain this person is.
She's a teacher, I guess.
Yes.
How confident she is and how certain she is that she knows it all, and knows better than you, the parent.
This is very, very important, because parents are being undermined by this movement, this transgenderism movement, and a central part of it is the undermining of parents.
And you have to understand, you better know who the teachers are of your kids, because Some of them may believe that they know what's good for your kids much better than you do.
Well, and we see this even in the political sphere, and I think this is why Glenn Youngkin won in Virginia.
It was that seminal moment, what was it, nine days before the election, where the former governor, who wanted to be the governor again, Terry McAuliffe, said, no, I don't think parents should be involved in the education of their children.
I mean, it is expressis verbis.
The quiet part was said out loud.
Okay, and this has been, just to get back to all the history that we were just talking about, this has been a foundation of this whole, you know, cultural, social movement, this crusade, which is to, that parents don't know what's best and the experts do.
Yes.
But let me just get to answering what you asked me about the social contagion.
Well, maybe it'll be helpful for people to understand this.
You know, adolescents, everyone remembers their adolescence and their childhood, and there are many moments of discomfort, insecurity, sadness, anxiety, feeling like you don't fit in, so on and so forth.
Now, what these kids are being fed is a steady diet of If you have anything whatsoever that's bothering you and you don't feel like you fit in, you don't like yourself, you don't like getting your periods, you're not comfortable with the way your body's changing, you don't fit into masculine or feminine stereotypes, well, you might have been born in the wrong body.
You might be transgender.
And you need to explore that and see what that's like.
Maybe change your name, change your pronouns, see how you feel when you do that.
And they're put down this path, this dangerous path toward a new identity that often ends in those horrific photographs that you just showed.
And the kids are led to believe that this process of Changing their identity will bring them relief from all the emotional angst that they're going through.
Which is, for so many children, part and parcel of puberty.
Yes.
Which is a normal state.
I mean, you know, the hormonal angst and everything else.
And then what happens?
The promised answer, the answer to it all that will give them happiness doesn't actually occur.
And then we have what?
Inordinate attempts at suicide by those who've gone through the process of attempting to quote-unquote change their gender.
Well, many of these kids, on top of having just typical teenage angst, They do have real psychiatric disorders.
Many of them are on the autistic spectrum.
They have actual anxiety disorders, depressive disorders.
They may be injuring themselves, cutting themselves.
And they are really, really suffering and they need help.
But when they are pulled into this way of thinking that is really, they're being bombarded with it, like from every direction.
And when they're pulled into it and they see that the That the kids that are identifying as non, you know, they're not identifying with their biology.
They're rejecting their biology.
Those kids have a certain status.
Yes.
At school and they are celebrated and they are considered very brave and they're considered now to be in a marginalized, you know, community instead of being You know, an oppressor, a white middle-class privileged oppressor, they now can be considered part of the oppressed group.
That's also a big part of this, Dr. Gorka.
It's the fashionable, it's the trend.
I am part of the quote-unquote victim group that is celebrated, and therefore I fit in now automatically in a way that I never did if I were just a tomboy.
The website is MiriamGrossmanMD.com.
The Twitter handle is at Miriam underscore Grossman.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
You're listening to America First One-on-One, coming to you from the ReliefFactor.com studios.
If you're in regular pain and you've tried everything else and failed to find relief, do what I did more than three years ago.

Lower back pain issue that plagued me for nine years, almost a decade.
I took Relief Factor two weeks later.

So, sadly we are almost out of time.
I'm going to ask you to share with us a couple of websites you recommend for those whose children are exploring this insanity that has trickled down or trickled out of the gutter from Kinsey.
You mentioned some last time and I'd like to share those with our three million listeners today who may need that help.
But first, I want to salute you for what you do.
God bless you.
May you long fight for the truth.
Are you very much alone amongst your peers in the medical sciences?
I would say yes.
You know, if you're looking like from a 30,000 feet up and you're looking at the large, you know, scope of all the professional organizations, I would say Yes, there are many, many people that agree with me, but they're afraid to come out and say it.
I get a lot of emails from colleagues in medicine and in mental health that just love what I'm doing.
They're totally behind me, but they're afraid.
And people need to know that.
So when the American Academy of Pediatrics, for example, stands up and And just regurgitates the party line about gender affirming treatment and the only way to to help a child whose gender confused is to put them on, you know, to change their name and their pronouns and put them on blockers.
They say they speak as if there's a consensus.
There is no consensus whatsoever.
I just wanted to throw in, thank you very much for telling your audience about my books, but there is one chapter that's available for free that I want to point out.
On my website, merimgrossmanmd.com, they can read a chapter called Genderland that I wrote in 2009.
Warning parents about the oncoming onslaught of gender ideology and how it can harm their kids.
Wonderful.
I'm going to repost that link right now to the Genderland chapter at miriamgrossmanmd.com.
Are there other websites you recommend that talk honestly about the transgender issues today?
What would you recommend as helpful resources?
Absolutely.
Well, there's one that has all of the wonderful science that we now have that's contrary to what the gender affirmation people are claiming.
Basically, we have evidence that there's only very, very poor evidence for all these treatments that they are claiming is the only path to go.
They're saying that there is no other choice for these kids.
This is how, you know, that's what Dr. Levine from the Health and Human Services and President Biden some months ago stood up, you know, and told American parents that these gender-affirming treatments are crucial.
But actually, if you go to a website such as the Society of Evidence-Based Gender Medicine, which is S-E-G-M dot org.
You can find there all the information that you need to understand why those individuals are wrong.
And you can understand that there is currently a debate that is raging, an international debate.
And you can read about how in Sweden and Finland and various other countries, Australia, New Zealand, Belgium, how they're making a U-turn.
We in this country are greasing the tracks and putting kids on an assembly line for irreversible treatments that can leave kids disfigured and sterile.
Whereas in those other countries, progressive countries, LGBT-friendly countries, they are putting a stop to it.
And they're saying, hold on a minute, we don't have enough information.
This could be dangerous.
Look at all the people that are regretting These treatments, we're going to stop doing this now.
So I'm going to, you know, I'll direct people, there are other websites as well, but I'm going to direct people primarily to my website and to the website of SEGM, Society for Evidence-Based Gender Medicine.
I also love Advocates Protecting Children.
That's a fantastic site.
There's many others.
That I have resources on my website that people can find out about.
All right, so the first website you write down is MiriamGrossmanMD.com.
You read the free chapter, Genderland, that she wrote over a decade ago to warn us all.
Then we have the Advocates for Protecting Children and the SEGM.org site, the Society of Evidence-Based Gender Medicine.
Wow.
Well, warriors come in all shapes and sizes.
Some warriors wear uniforms and carry a gun or a sword and a shield.
We have been talking to a true modern warrior and I salute you, Dr. Miriam Grossman.
Keep doing what you do because you are an inspiration to so many others.
You've been listening to America First one-on-one wherever you are, whatever you're doing.
Keep your head on a swivel.
Watch your six.
Hold the line.
Never give up.
Never give in.
