Thank you.
American Airlines emergency line, please state your emergency.
Hey, this is Knitted American Airlines calling.
I am monitoring a call in which flight 11, the flight attendant is advising our reps that the pilot, everyone's been stabbed.
Nobody move.
Everything will be okay.
If he tries to make any move, he'll injure himself and the airplane.
Just stay quiet.
Nobody move, please.
We are going back to the airport.
Don't try to make any stupid noise.
Hey, can you look out your window right now?
Yeah.
Can you see a guy about 4,000 feet, about five east of your airport right now?
Looks like he's... Yeah, I see him.
You see a guy?
Look, is he descending for the building also?
He's descending really quick, too, yeah.
Well, that's... 2,500 feet now.
He just dropped 800 feet in, like, one sweep.
That's another situation.
What kind of airplane is that?
Can you guys tell?
I don't know.
I'll read it out in a minute.
Another one just hit the building.
Wow.
Another one just hit it hard.
Another one just hit the roadside.
United 1523, did you hear some interference on the frequency a couple of minutes ago?
Screaming?
Yes, I did, 797, and we couldn't tell what it was either.
I also want to give you a heads up, Washington.
Go ahead.
United 93, have you got information on that yet?
Yeah, he's down.
He's down?
I also want to give you a heads up, Washington.
Go ahead.
United 93, have you got information on that yet?
Yeah, he's down.
He's down?
Yes.
He's down.
He's not landed.
He did not land.
Oh, he's down?
Yeah, somewhere up northeast of Camp David.
The task that he's over by the White House is now near the Pentagon.
I don't know where the hell they're getting their rental.
I said Washington didn't even have a clue when I called Washington about it.
They didn't know what the hell was going on.
He's down.
He's not landed.
That plane is down.
That was air traffic control audio from 21 years ago yesterday.
Yesterday was Sunday, we didn't broadcast.
I spent the weekend with members of the FDNY, the Fire Department of New York.
Especially the incredible men of Engine 280, Ladder 132, the Eye of the Storm, as it is known in Brooklyn.
Thank you, Captain Tim Rail, and to all the firefighters who hosted us for the last two days.
I will share my experiences with you.
My life was changed by what I saw.
I have seen the brotherhood of the military for more than 20 years now.
I served in the British military prior to that, but what I witnessed amongst the firefighters Was a different world, was a very special world.
I'm very grateful to everyone involved, especially Battalion Chief John Plant for making last weekend or this weekend possible.
And I will be sharing with you an amazing clip from the oral history we took at the apartment of Mayor Rudy Giuliani in Manhattan.
Things I've never heard before about September the 11th and how he, as the Mayor of New York, responded To the most catastrophic, the largest terrorist attack of the modern age.
Before I share those things with you, and please stay with us for the whole three hours today, if you have things you would like to say about September 11th, if you have reminiscences, you know our number.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
8333 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
But I found this set of messages.
It's called a tweet thread.
Tweets are very small, and you can stitch numerous of them together for a longer message.
And I want to read it to you.
Because we look at 9-11 as a historic event, but rarely at the individual stories, the individual experiences, which in many cases are misrepresented.
I learned many things, many things about how Michael, Father Michael Judge, chaplain for the NYPD actually died, for the FDNY actually died on that day.
It's not as you have been told.
So I want to share with you this one individual's story of 9-11.
It's anonymous, he's a former police officer, and it was posted by Buck Graver on Twitter, a friend of this individual.
A good friend shared his personal account of 9-11 with me last year.
He wants no recognition, just that the story be remembered.
Thank you, brother.
Twenty years have come and gone, and I still can't verbally tell the story.
Like many, I watched it unfold on television.
I had a house full of people as everyone rallied to my home.
It was the safest place they knew.
The next day, on the night of the 12th, My old partner and myself decided to leave for New York City.
We were both working undercover at the time in Cleveland.
Our side hustle and cover for our police work was that we were scrappers.
Scrap metal merchants.
We chopped big stuff.
We loaded our torches and gear.
We hit the city.
And found that it was locked down.
Our police credentials and badges got us an escort in.
We spent the next two weeks on the pile.
That's ground zero.
The FDNY, the police, as I came to know, called it the pile, the rubble.
No one talks about the smell.
By day three, the bodies were starting to rot.
3,000 bodies condensed into a couple of blocks.
No one talks about the sirens pulling us off the pile because of building collapse danger.
People working trying to save people until they collapsed.
Half of the EMS's there, half of their job, was pulling us off the pile because we just dropped.
A good set of boots might last us a day.
Me and Dave cut clown shoes out of scrap so that we could walk on the pile.
End of the second day, we just had to take five.
A radio car, a police car, took us to a firehouse that lost both of its crews.
The engine and the truck.
No one talks about the faces of the families at the barricades holding pictures and begging with their eyes.
Did you find them?
No one talks about the dust and the bodies we breathed in for days.
I collapsed in the street when we got there.
The crowd picked me up and carried me in.
They all knew where we had been.
Families of the fallen inside cleaned us up, fed us, showered us, gave us fresh clothes, smokes, boots, a bed to sleep in.
Every day for three days that was our life.
Four hours, rest and then back at it.
Everybody would just stare at us, wanting to ask, did you find anyone?
Did you find my family?
Covered in grey crap, stinking of death.
The NYPD and FDNY were absolute heroes.
People have forgotten that.
To the best of my knowledge, not one turned away that day.
Not one.
After days, there was no difference.
we would watch them come back, shift after shift.
The pile of service vehicles mangled and destroyed.
What really hit me was when we would find a first responder.
Our last acts were to try to shield the ones they cared, shield their bodies from anyone who would see them.
No greater love
End of message. End of message.
End of message.
Guys?
Yes, it's ringing now.
Should be on now if you want to bring him up.
Yeah, you can bring him up.
Does it look like his video's enabled yet?
Loza!
Hiya!
How we doing?
We good, brother.
I am so impressed with that movie.
Are you?
I was worried because, you know, the comedy of The Absurd is not my style, but after the first 15 minutes, it is engrossing.
Your performance, that Serbian woman's performance, absolutely superb, mate.
Oh, thanks, bro.
I'm just trying to get it on so that it will work.
My internet's being a bit crappy.
We're getting feedback on his mic.
Also, from the video starting, Let me dial him back, I'm gonna dial him back.
Dial him back.
Dial him back.
Give me a second.
I'm trying to sort out.
I'm trying to sort out.
50 seconds.
Are we connecting?
Is it good or not?
I keep seeing videos starting.
John, why is he getting hung up on this?
I'm going to do Patriot Mobile here, so if you want, call him up on his phone if you can't fix it.
Alright, do you have video enabled or no?
All right, I'm turning mics off.
All right, I'm turning I'm turning mics off.
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Dear friends, if you'd like to know what the left's real plan for your children is, just look at their reaction to the work of Patriot Mobile in multiple school districts in Texas where they supported conservative candidates.
The left is losing their minds.

And they're winning!

It's a very different movie.
If you haven't seen it, you don't know what you're missing.
Here's a little clip from my son, Hunter.
China's not our enemy.
They're not bad folks, folks.
I love my dad, and I just want to make him proud.
I am the one who brings in all the deals.
I am the one.
The boy.
It's a different kind of movie.
It's not what we're used to from the likes of my colleague Dinesh D'Souza.
It's not a documentary.
It's not a cataloguing of everything the Biden criminal cartel has gotten up to.
And I mean cartel, from his brother on down, Frank, everybody else that's involved, not just Hunter Biden.
They've taken the things that we know from the two laptops from hell.
It's incredible.
It wasn't one Laptop, he left.
It was two laptops that he left and forgot at that Delaware repair store.
And according to the contract, after 90 days, what happens?
The ownership of the computers reverts to the store owner where they were left.
That's how it all began.
Eventually, the store owner managing to establish contact with Rudy Giuliani, the former mayor of New York, with my colleague from the White House, Steve Bannon, and then the New York Post.
We have After a year, confirmation the mainstream media suppressed it.
Twitter, Facebook, you heard the confessions from Mark Zuckerberg of the suppression of the story.
But finally, they couldn't do it any longer.
And we have the lamestream media admitting, yes, it was Hunter Biden's laptop.
What was on it?
Shady deals, voicemails, videos of him doing things that I can't really even discuss.
on public radio in the afternoon.
So what did they do with it?
They made a movie out of it.
And they did it a little bit differently because it's such an absurd story.
The son of the vice president, a drug addict, kicked out of the Navy on the first day because he's failing his drug test.
On that day, that individual Getting multi-million and then a billion dollar deal from Ukrainians from Communist China.
And what happens?
Nothing happens.
He keeps on doing it.
The crack pipes, the crashing the rental car with his dead brother Bo's attorney general badge and his crack pipe in the vehicle that he abandons.
That's the story of Hunter Biden.
So what do you do with the material?
You get a very brave man, that's why we had the Bond music when we came in.
To play Hunter Biden, he is an iconoclast, he's a troublemaker extraordinaire, and we're delighted to have him with us on America First.
Loser Lawrence Fox, welcome back!
Okay, I am here now.
Good!
You're looking good.
You're looking good.
Lawrence, congratulations.
We defeated technology.
We beat the NSA.
We got you on this show.
You're live to three million people right now.
But seeing the praises of the movie, we're going to have you for two segments.
We've got a couple of minutes left in this one.
First things first, I have to ask, as a human being, How trepidatious, how nervous were you when crazy people came to you?
You know, crazy Irishmen and, you know, Robert Darwin said, hey, do you want to play this drug addict, corrupt person who's the son of the president?
How hard a decision was that, Lawrence?
Well, it's really tough, Seb.
You know, it's really difficult when someone offers you the part of a drug addict.
But I do have to say that fake cocaine, from my experience, is less fun than real cocaine.
I actually asked somebody, I asked a buddy of mine in Hollywood last week, how do they do it in the movies?
What are they actually snorting?
And he said, oh, it's lactose powder or something.
That can't be nice.
No, man, it congeals in your lung as well, like cornflour.
And then you think, oh, I've dealt with that one.
And then you have to do the fake crack.
Which is... What were you smoking?
I don't give away any trade secrets, but what was in your flipping crack pipe?
I need to know, because it looked really convincing.
I do want to give away some trade secrets and know what was in the crack pipe, because I lost a stone in weight.
And it was really, really bad to the point where I couldn't eat or speak.
And even to this day, I've got a slight kind of... Now I know I smoke a bit, so it's unfair to blame it all... A tad.
A couple of cigarettes a day.
Just a couple.
Just a couple.
But politically, seriously, politically, was it a difficult decision for you to take on this role?
No.
It's such a story that needs to be told.
I really thought that Robert Darvey did such a good job in making it accessible to a sane Democrat, which I think is a really good thing.
There you go, there's my crack lung.
The important thing is that even the British press here in the UK are denying the existence and the veracity of this laptop.
And I think that should a sane Democrat see this, they would go, oh, wow, actually, you know, maybe the thing that we've been accused of by the other side for four years from 2016 is actually What they've been doing.
And I think that's what really bothered me about it.
So I'm very into injustice and rectifying injustice, along with BLM.
And I thought that, you know, it's a good story to tell.
The Bidens are a gangster family, as far as I'm concerned.
Yeah, I call them an organized crime cartel.
I think that's even better.
Far simpler.
It's a gangster family.
We're going to talk about the movie, but everybody needs to go see it right now.
Mysonhunter.com.
Download it.
Mysonhunter.com.
One of the best things about the movie, because it's a delicate line to walk, especially when you're injecting the humor.
One of the genius things, and I don't know who came up with it, whether it's Philem or whether it's Robert, is the injection of actual things that Hunter has said on the laptop or his dad has said and we have recordings of and just injecting them very kind of casually into the script was utter genius.
He's Lawrence Fox.

Seriously, it was a lot of fun.
And also, it's true.
Lawrence Fox, welcome back to America First.
We're going to talk about the project that you've launched to fight the really fascistic tendencies, especially amongst the British police that you have so incredibly shone a light on with a recent viral video of a British vet Being harassed because of something he put on social media.
But I have to ask, what's the response been like on the other side of the pond to my son Hunter?
Are they still, is it still the Twitterati and the chattering class is saying, oh lovely, that Biden chap, he's such a nice fellow.
I think it's so interesting that we're not informed about politics over here, of American politics.
So to us, Joe Biden is still that sort of Wonderful sidekick to Barack Obama.
And actually, you know, it's so much more sinister than that.
So anyone who digs, we've obviously, we're in national mourning for Her Majesty.
So, you know, we're not really talking about the film particularly over here, but The response has been very, very positive, which I've been very grateful for.
All right, so I have to ask, because we played the video, I don't know, three, four weeks ago of this British Army veteran being harassed by the police.
You posted it, it went absolutely meteoric.
Is it true that he's okay now and they've apologized?
What's happened to that police officer, to that veteran, and how does it connect to the badlawproject.com?
Yeah, so we have this very Orwellian thing in England, compelled speech laws now, called non-crime hate incidents, which are as mad as you would think.
Hang on, I've got to stop there.
Non-crime hate incident.
That's straight out of Orwell.
100%.
So it's the most terrible thing in the world for anyone who's sane.
So this man was, actually I posted the meme originally of the four pride flags arranged to look like swastika in the intent of going, I wonder what Twitter will think about this?
So Twitter obviously did exactly what you would think, which is you cannot criticise the pride flag, the most holy flag of the most holy movement in the history of civilisation.
And he posted it himself.
And rather than coming to me and intimidate me, the police went to him and intimidated him.
So when he, because he's a smart guy, Darren Brady, when he said, can we rebook a visit for you to come and see us?
They then came and I was waiting for them.
And I said, why are you harassing a military veteran ahead of me?
You should be harassing me.
And I took our co-founder of the Bad Lord Project, Harry Miller, down with me.
And I just sat there and said, we're about to make you very famous.
And since that incident of harassing a member of the public for sharing a perfectly interesting conversation and starting a meme, the chief constable, who is the chief of police, the British equivalent of the chief of police, has been removed from her post.
So we've got one less bad apple in the barrel.
And what's so great about the law approach in England is we don't have a First Amendment, so we don't have a right to free speech in the UK.
So what we have to do is we have to attack bad practice and misconstruence of the law, which is we have a very long common law history.
So, you know, where you guys fight with the First Amendment, we fight with from the Magna Carta onwards.
So I wasn't aware that you were the original poster of that ingenious meme and that's why you were there to film that absolutely Orwellian interchange with the police.
It's badlawproject.com.
From your perspective, where you are in the UK, is it looking good?
Is there starting to be a push back against these little fascists?
No.
There's worryingly a sense that people are waking up to the problem.
But they're also going, I want to ignore the problem.
And that's a great concern.
Tucci, babe, I'm on the phone.
I'm sorry, it's my song.
It's a question of the fact that people know the truth, they can see the truth, but they will ignore the truth.
And we need to, together, all of us keep going because it's not a good time.
You know, the police, today I was sent probably 30 videos.
30 interactions with the police where the police were interacting with the public in an inappropriate and totally unlawful way.
So, you know, it's just the beginning.
The police are a political police force in the UK.
They have become one and they are a travesty in comparison to the police force I knew when I grew up there.
Please, if you're looking for ideas to how to push back on the insanity on this side of the Atlantic, check out badlawproject.com.
And tonight, after...

Um... A full picture of him from 9-11, from ground zero.
Can we find one?
Can you find that, John?
Oh, you want me to find one?
Skype to Solomon.
Alright.
Hey, guys.
Hey, hey.
Hey, hey!
Alright, what do I need to know that you're gonna surprise me with?
What can you tease?
I'm going to have a fun story tomorrow just on the real facts about the IRS.
There's a lot of political football about it.
We're going to give people who really gets audited, what are the most likely places to be audited, what happens if the $80 billion goes in.
We actually got all the data pulled together in a nice cheat sheet.
So I think that'll be a fun one.
Excellent.
And then what else do you want to talk about?
I want to talk about the strange reaction to the special master.
It's just... How does this fit into the, you know, the five-year-long Russia collusion hoax?
Yeah, it's bizarre where the Justice Department finds itself as Bill Barr.
Yeah.
Good.
Excellent.
Yes, we'll do that.
All right.
Forty seconds.
Stand by.
Thank you.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.

He's one of the few real journalists out there.
I asked him in the break, so what are you going to tease?
What are you going to surprise me with?
What's the big story you're going to say?
Hang on, tonight or tomorrow, it's coming to you at JustTheNews.com.
And he's got another one, of course, because he's John Solomon.
He is the author of the essential read, Fallout, Nuclear Bribes, Russian Spies and the Washington Lies that Enriched the Clinton and Biden dynasties.
John Solomon, welcome back to America First.
Good to be with you, Seb.
So, as a person who's been, you know, doggedly telling the truth at personal cost with the vituperative lambasting that your fake journalist colleagues have aimed against you in the last five years, as you've been uncovering the Russia hoax so diligently, you must have a certain take on the peculiar gyrations
of the Department of Justice in the last few weeks when it comes to the, what I call, the state-sanctioned burglar of Mar-a-Lago.
If the DOJ has a strong case, and I'm just, let's just put, you know, apolitically, if the DOJ has a strong case against the man who was president, you know, 21 months ago, why would they try to block an independent special master to review the documents, John?
Can you help me explain that?
Especially when we now know that they, the Justice Department, collected 500 pages of attorney-client privilege materials.
That's a lot.
We were originally told it was a very small number of attorney-client, 500 pages of attorney-client privilege materials.
His medical records, President Trump's medical records, his passports, And oh, by the way, that filter team, remember they said, you can trust us, we have a filter team, we're going through it.
Well, that filter team allowed at least two sets of privileged documents to get down to the frontline investigators.
That's a clear breach of privilege protocol.
And according to the judge, the Justice Department didn't even try to kick the two investigators off the case because they had seen fruit of the poisonous tree.
With that record, it is shocking that the Justice Department would have any problem letting a special master referee this, but they do.
And even odder is the man who told us time and time again in 2020 that the Justice Department cheated on the Russia collusion case, Bill Barr, seems to suddenly have a newfound trust in the Justice Department, doesn't think there should be a special master.
I'm shaking my head on On both accounts, if there was a case that cried for a special master under the rules, it's a case where privileged materials have already been seized, where privileged materials accidentally or intentionally were given downstream to the investigators, where medical records were taken.
No FBI agent coming out of Quantico Training Academy would even dare think of taking medical records.
So there's clear over-collection, clear violations of the privileged doctrines, and a failure of the Taint teams, the filter teams, and still the Justice Department wants to keep a special master up.
I don't know how they make that argument.
I don't think they're going to win with the judge either.
We shall see, hopefully you are right.
We have to talk about something you're going to break, a big review piece you're going to break imminently at justthenews.com.
Please bookmark that site and follow John at J Solman Reports.
But first, and I apologize I didn't ask you in advance, but I have to get your take on, so an elected Democrat official,
from Vegas called Robert Tellis apparently murdered a Journalist who wrote some negative factual pieces about him about his having an affair and so forth and at the press conference held by the local sheriff's department a journalist asks the chief of police or the sheriff to separate and and and disassociate himself from President Trump's
Rhetoric of violence against journalists.
How does that happen when a Democrat politician is accused of murdering a journalist?
Again, can you help me understand, John?
Listen, someone slipped the talking points to that reporter most likely, right?
You see these coordinated things.
You'll see Democrats start talking about them, Democratic-aligned reporters start asking the questions about it.
It is a complete system.
There's a thing over the weekend where one of the Capitol Police officers who was, you know, made a hero by the January 6th committee, is criticizing state troopers in Pennsylvania for taking a picture with President Trump.
When did getting a picture of the former president become something we should be ashamed of?
We live in an era where every piece of information is being weaponized, and the media is a big part of that weaponization.
They have lost all sense of neutrality, and as a result, they don't even realize a lot of times how they look to the American people when they ask a question to that police chief or that sheriff down in Nevada.
Yeah, just for the record, in case people want to fact-check me.
You can fact-check me.
Don't take my word for it.
You can trust John.
But hey, I'm a former political appointee.
I'm not a journalist.
Don't you ever dare call me a journalist out there.
This is Dana Resnick Gentry, was the journalist who tried to blame Donald Trump for a Democrat murdering a journalist, as she writes for the Nevada Current.
Looking at her Twitter profile, she still doesn't understand why her question was a problem.
That's Dana Resnick Gentry.
Okay, this is the time.
Every day you come on the show we have this.
Tease us with what is imminently going to drop at justinews.com, John.
Listen, I want to dig in on the IRS and give people real facts.
Do they buy ammunition?
Do they really carry guns?
Do they audit poor people or rich people?
What are the trend lines?
And so my team and I dug in for about 10 days straight.
We've been digging in, getting facts, going through CBO, GAO reports, all neutral Fact-based reporting.
And tomorrow, we're going to put it all out there.
We're going to try to answer all the questions about what the IRS does and doesn't do, what it's done mistakenly, where its trend lines have been going in auditing, so people can make up their own mind on this $80 billion, $87,000 agent hiring binge that the Democrats approved in Congress.
So it's going to be a fun piece.
It's literally about two full weeks of reporting that we've pulled together for a single story.
I hope everyone enjoys it.
Every link to every document will be there for people to see.
I don't take this the wrong way, John.
But everybody should be doing this.
It tells you something that it is justthenews.com.
I want to know.
I want the answers to these questions.
Every quote-unquote media outlet should be doing it.
But of course, it's johnsolomonsjustthenews.com.
Can't wait for that read.
I will be reading it cover to cover.

information we have to date, what our assessment is as of the present is in fact what it began spontaneously in Benghazi as a reaction to what had transpired some hours earlier in Cairo, where, of course, as you know, where of course as you know there was a violent protest outside of our embassy sparked by this hateful video.
An explosive email from the State Department that reveals that extra security requested by American diplomats in Libya before last month's deadly attack were denied.
The email informs diplomats and their security team in Benghazi and Tripoli, including Ambassador Stevens who was just killed, that their extra security for help in flying personnel and equipment around that country was rejected.
All right.

Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Ivan in Utah.
Ivan, welcome to America First.
Seb, good to talk to you.
I just wanted to mention the government's implication in 9-11 is astounding.
Oh, go to hell.
You're a moron.
You're a stupid person.
I spoke to firefighters who worked on the pile for months.
Months!
And every time I raised the conspiracy theories of kooks like you, they were insulted.
How dare you call my show!
Get off my show now!
Judy, line one, Brooklyn.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
Hey!
How much time do I have?
You've got two minutes and six seconds.
Okay, go for it.
I'm going to go for it.
Listen to me.
9-11, we were attacked from without.
Well now, we are under attack from within, Dr. Gorka.
This compromise commander-in-chief, okay?
The nerve of him saying that MAGA supporters are a threat to democracy.
He is a threat to democracy, okay?
Besides the big man, Biden, that got 31 million from China with the Hunter laptop reveal and everything.
Dr. Gorka, do you know That in 2017, when he finished being vice president, Biden formed this Biden Center for Diplomacy and Global Engagement Institute at the University of Pennsylvania.
Pennsylvania, I know.
And he got, listen, he got $22 million from Chinese money, which is this state, and announced up to $100 million.
Guess what?
The chief managing director at that university was none other than Tony Blinken.
Hello, Secretary of State right now.
The president of this university was Amy Gutmann, and now she's United States ambassador to Germany.
On and on.
He got a million dollars as a professor, never taught one lesson, okay?
And now it's like a hundred million.
They do not know where this money's coming from.
This millions of dollars are being funneled by, to this Biden Center by these Chinese, communist Chinese people.
He's on their payroll since 2017 and earlier.
I want to tell you something else.
I just listened to John Solomon, and there's something else.
Do you know that President... This guy, I can't call his name.
Okay, Biden.
He has a new bill.
It's the tax bill.
The death tax bill, or the inheritance tax, where they call capital gains tax.
Now I know why they have 87,000 IRS people.
They want to condemn me.
We'll find out.
We'll find out in John Solomon's report.
Thank you.
I love that.
Commander in thief.
You're right, Judy.

Dear friends, as promised in the first hour, here is a sneak preview of the oral history we recorded with Mayor Rudy Giuliani yesterday in Manhattan on what actually happened that day.
By the time you were mayor, you would have You shared something very interesting about the threat assessment as to targets for terrorist attack in New York.
When it comes to Washington, it was clear.
The Pentagon, military power.
You're thinking of Congress for Flight 93.
But the World Trade Center wasn't the top-ranked target, was it, Mr. Mayor?
No, it was actually the Stock Exchange.
And if you think about it, the World Trade Center The World Trade Center was not the center of trade.
I think they thought it was.
We don't really do a lot of trading in the World Trade Center.
If you wanted to hit the center of trade, you would hit the New York Stock Exchange.
It's an office building, and a big office building, and an important office building with very critical functions, but it's not much different than another office building in New York.
Where it was a, from their point of view, a good target is it was a transportation hub So it really, really, for a long period of time, made a major dent in transportation.
Also, any place down there would be a tough place to hit.
But because of what was across the street, which I don't even think they knew, the major electric lines to all of lower Manhattan, because AT&T was there.
And the AT&T building was collaterally hit.
With a big hole in the center of it.
So it put out electricity in all of lower Manhattan.
And finally the part of the city that they hit, now they may have known this, is literally underwater.
So there was a danger there that never happened, thank God, that that whole area could have been flooded.
Because the slurry walls that keep out the Hudson River were damaged.
So let's say we had had even a mild hurricane.
We could have flooded out all of Manhattan.
So the first thing we did was furiously put those story walls back together and just pray for no rain.
Where were you at the time of the first impact and when did you realize that this wasn't an accident, a lost plane that had accidentally hit the tower?
I was at the Peninsula Hotel on 55th Street right off 5th Avenue having breakfast with Denison Young and Bill Simon.
Denison Young was my chief assistant and my partner 35, 38 years until the day he died earlier this year.
And Bill Simon was a former Assistant U.S.
Attorney, the son of Secretary of the Treasury Simon, who worked for me, and was thinking of running for Governor of California.
And I thought this was a wonderful day to just talk about politics, which I like to do for relaxation, because it was primary day.
They were voting for the Republican and Democratic nominees for Mayor of New York and all of the other Citywide positions.
So I didn't think it would be that busy a day in the early morning.
So I thought it would be a good time to have breakfast rather than my 8 o'clock meeting, which I had scheduled for 4 o'clock.
So it was a nice time to have breakfast.
We had a terrific talk about His chances of winning the Republican primary against Dick Riordan, who was the mayor of Los Angeles.
It was a race almost like you'd have now, although not with that, where Dick was the more, I'd say, moderate Republican and Bill was pretty much mainstream conservative Republican.
So the discussion was about could he win the primary in a place like California?
What would happen in the general election?
And all of a sudden, Patty Verone, who was one of the four police officers with me that day, who was a permanent part of my detail, walks in, says something to Denny Young.
He sort of motions to her to tell me.
She comes over and she says, Mayor, there's a terrible, terrible fire at the World Trade Center.
It's really, seems like it's getting out of control, and I think you're going to want to go down there." I said, yeah, yeah, we do.
What do you know about it?
It looks like a twin engine plane hit the North Tower, she said.
And I said, oh my God, okay.
So I told Bill, and we immediately got up, walked out of the restaurant.
And very ominously, Bill, who normally would shake my hand or maybe give me a little hug, just kind of put his arms around me and said, I'll pray for you.
And from what he heard, it couldn't have sounded much worse than a fire.
But maybe the way she said it, I don't know.
But it was a very, very, it was a very emotional hug.
And as we were getting into the car, I told them to please get the police commissioner and the White House on the phone.
So I wanted to find out, is this attack connected to anything else?
And when we turned the block onto 5th, I could see the top of the World Trade Center.
And what I saw, and what Denny saw, was a lot more fire than you would expect from a twin-engine plane.
And I think the first two things we said was, It's not an accident.
The sky was too blue, and this is not a twin-engine plane.
And immediately, I'd say, if you asked me then, I was 80% sure it was a terrorist attack.
And if it was a terrorist attack, I knew it was bin Laden, because he had threatened us before.
I was briefed every week on terrorist attacks because we had terrorist trials going on in New York.
We had the whole area around the courthouse cordoned off.
We had the whole area around the city all cordoned off because of their threats.
We had almost canceled the 2000 New Year's celebration because of their threats.
Louis Freeh, who was the head of the FBI at the time, was one of my assistant U.S.
attorneys and a very close friend, so I probably got a few more briefings than you normally would get.
I knew the city was under threat from bin Laden, no doubt about that, and we had done exercises and plans for how to deal with it, and even the differences between his people And the people we normally dealt with, which were the Islamic extremists in New Jersey, who had brought about the first World Trade Center attack.
And then when the second impact occurred, where were you and what did you do?
When the second impact occurred, I was less than a mile away, less than a minute away.
I had just been on the phone with my Deputy Mayor, Joe Loda.
Who told me how bad it was, and I told him, and with the police commissioner, and I told them when I got there I wanted us to have secured a building where we had hard lines, telephone lines, because the cell phones were erratic.
Some were working, some weren't working.
I said, Bernie, we've got to get hard lines.
Just grab a building and let's set up right there.
And with Joe, I said, we've got to get Rudy Washington and make sure Rudy's there because we've got to get the transportation lanes open right away.
Because I realized there was going to be an incredible amount of equipment going in and out of there, and that could block the ambulances.
And Rudy was an expert on transportation.
And there were a lot of other conversations, but I can't remember.
And I said, has anybody been able to get through to the White House?
And the answer was no.
I said, well, I've tried three times and I haven't gotten through.
Do we have air cover?
We've already been hit by two planes.
Could have been three.
Could have been four.
Could have been eight.
And they said, no, we haven't been able to.
Just at about that time, I hung up the phone.
I heard a tremendous explosion.
We look up.
There's this tremendous explosion in the sky.
Jenny and I and the police were not sure whether it was a secondary explosion from the first one or a new something.
Look more like a new something.
And almost as we're thinking that, Bernie Kerrick called and said, boss, it's a second plane.
This is a terrorist attack.
This is Bin Laden.
I said, OK, well, we're already doing it.
Let's just keep executing our plan.
And let's start bringing them all in, because we're going to have to cover all our priority targets.
So the first thing I want to do when I get there, Bernie, is I want to go see Gansey.
I'm going to give him whatever part of the police department he wants.
Gansey is?
Gansey, I'm sorry.
Gansey was the chief of the, he was the chief uniformed fire, fire, the commissioners in New York City, which is interesting.
Uh, which goes back to Teddy Roosevelt.
The commissioners in New York City are like, uh, the defense secretary.
They're civilians.
Even though they may have been police officers, they're civilians.
Same thing with the fire department.
So, like, Tom Van Essen was a firefighter.
But when he became a commissioner, had to wear a suit.
Uh, but then, each department has a chief of patrol, or a chief of command.
Yancey was the chief firefighter.
And...
Superb at what he did.
I can't say enough about him.
And I had had numerous fires and had worked with him for eight years.
And I had 100% confidence in him.
And he could have told me I need 8,000 police, I'd give them to him.
I don't know where I got the other ones I needed.
I probably would have called Nassau County or something.
But I would have given him whatever he needed.
That is a portion of the oral history we recorded yesterday in the apartment of Mayor Rudy Giuliani in Manhattan.
Every day this week, we will share more and more of the real events that occurred 21 years ago yesterday.
And I'm going to want to ask you something, Jeff, after we play that cut.
Alright.
Certain dates echo throughout history, including dates that instantly remind all who have lived through them where they were and what they were doing when our democracy came under assault.
Dates that occupy not only a place on our calendars, but a place in our collective memory.
December 7th, 1941.
September 11th.
She is not fit to be part of the royal family.
We saw her there, you know, consoling her husband with a hand and a small of his back, holding him.
Fifty seconds.
She's just charming and looking decorous and delightful.
I mean, why would you describe her as unfit for work?
Well, she's not, because she doesn't want to behave as if she's... ...and she's not, because she doesn't want to behave as if she's... ...and she's not, ...and
...and she's not, because because she's not.
We need to check our clips, because that's a doozy.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Hey, Jeff, do you like that chap Chris Stegall who does the morning show out of Philly?
Yes, I like him.
I used to listen to him in Philly all the time.
He's good, right?
Yes, he's very good.
He just posted this tweet.
I think it's just so good.
Sometimes he just comes out and boom!

I'm Sebastian Gorka.
We haven't taken a fraction of the calls we should have.
It's been a crazy day.
Not your average Monday.
Let's go to the lines.
Line one, Knoxville.
Randy, welcome to America First.
Hey, Dr. Gorka.
Great show as always.
You know, I've always wondered, I wanted to ask your opinion.
It's weird to me that, and I remember way back, Dr. Gorka, the mainstream news media.
They actually said, we're not going to be showing this film footage that you saw initially on the 9-11 attacks.
The planes hitting the building, the dust storms, the people trying to get out of it.
They said, oh, we don't want to upset people.
We're not going to show those films.
You know, I grew up, I'm 58.
I grew up as a kid, you know, born in 64, watching film, the World War II, those heroic film guys that took all those pictures, Pearl Harbor, everything.
I just figure it's a, is it the wussification of the country?
Or I tend to think, and this is what I want your opinion on, Dr. Gorka, is, you know, they don't want to show this because they don't want us, we Americans, to think that anybody's bad.
And let's just cover it up, you know, we're not going to show the actual true horror of what these wretched people did to us.
Yeah, it's a good question.
I think that's partially the case.
I think you can't compare, you know, World War II movies to the self-imposed censorship of 9-11.
We didn't really.
I mean, in the war news, the reels, the news reels of World War II, Very rarely do we show the full carnage of what happened at Guadalcanal, at the Battle of the Bulge.
What we did show eventually, and God bless the people who made the editorial decision to do so, is we showed the absolute depravity and the carnage of the death camps of the The Holocaust, Birkenau, Auschwitz, Treblinka and so forth.
On 9-11, yeah, I think some places showed the footage, some decided not to, but it goes to a broader point.
The godless quote-unquote elite, the editors, they don't want to exist.
They don't want to admit that evil exists and this is how they think they can filter the reality that evil exists out of their coverage.
It's a good point.
Thank you.
Thank you very much for your call.
Let's go to William in Georgia, line two.
Welcome, William.
Well, thanks for taking my call.
I told your screener that I think I might have saved Mayor Giuliani's life.
In 1974, I was at a fire department class called a skyscraper fires, another high rise emergencies.
And the preface to it was given by the training officer, said this class will be determined to be confidential.
That's confidential secret or top secret.
Well, this was confidential.
Said that the Mossad, El Al, FBI, CIA, got together and said that eventually the Muslims will get smart, learn how to fly aircraft and use them as guided missiles.
And this was 1974 at my fire academy.
And it this cooperation between El Al, Mossad, FBI, CIA started during the Johnson administration.
Anyway, we were tasked to find out what would happen if the Empire State Building or the World Trade Center were hit by a fully loaded, fully fueled 747.
And our analysis was that both buildings would survive the initial impact.
But because the World Trade Center was much, much less robust It would collapse within four hours or less of impact.
Anyway, the morning of 2001, I was watching CNN, and they said there was a fire caused by a general aircraft, general aviation aircraft.
And I looked at the size of the hole.
William, this is taking a very long time.
We have lots of callers on the line.
So can you explain how you saved Rudy Giuliani's life in the next minute?
Oh, okay.
I told, I called FEMA Atlanta, because they have sat phones and said, call FEMA New York, tell them that the The second building hit is going to collapse first because of the placement of the aircraft collision with the tower.
Okay.
And that they need to evacuate to within a mile.
And the lady left, but she said she would call FEMA New York.
And I am told that about 10 or 15 minutes after my call to FEMA Atlanta, that they started evacuating Giuliani and his crew.
And I talked with a firefighter who was there two years later when I went up to New York City.
And he said when they got back to their fire station, they were they were met by the FBI and Port Authority, the mayor's office, the union reps and said that don't talk to the news media, don't talk to anybody or you'll lose your pension, you'll lose your job.
That's about the size of it.
Well, thank you.
I'm afraid I've got the evidence that Gaines says what you just told us because we recorded the Mayor for almost two hours yesterday and you'll find out exactly where he was and why he was there and it has nothing to do with FEMA.
But thank you for your service.
Thank you for an interesting input as to your interpretation of the events.
We have the mayor telling us everything that happened on that day and we'll be sharing it with all the three million of you listening right now every single day this week and we'll be talking to some of the survivors and I'll be recounting to you what I did this weekend with the incredible members.
of the FDNY and, for example, one firefighter, an amazing individual, Kenny Haskell, who lost two brothers, two brothers on that day.
I want to say thank you right now to everybody who hosted us and everybody we spoke to from Monsignor John Delendic, Danny Price, Steve Orr, Captain Tim Rail, Battalion Commander John Plant, Kenny Haskell, Mike Ciorulli, And everybody else who made our visit such an incredible, incredible one.

All right, so we didn't check all these cuts before the show?
Yeah, sorry about that.
It looked fine.
I didn't check it.
I didn't have time.
Sorry.
Can you play 11, 12, and 14, please?
Have you watched any of the January 6 hearings?
I've watched all of the January 6 hearings and I'm really proud of that committee.
Liz Cheney and her only other Republican colleague, the only two of them on the committee, are doing a great service to our country and to our democracy.
And the other Democrats who I've watched question the witnesses.
There's three things I would quickly say about it.
I mean, one, it had to happen.
I mean, the committee had to happen.
You had to pull this out into the light of day.
Secondly, they have performed extraordinarily well.
Just indict the man!
Yes, I'm sorry, my voice is loud and my blood pressure is up.
I don't really want them to stop investigating all of Donald Trump's new crimes.
I want them to hold him accountable for just one of the flippin' crimes we all know He committed that we can prove beyond a reasonable doubt.
You know, there's a point of diminishing returns.
You can only confine a man for but one lifetime.
We can confine Trump for a thousand years, but we won't unless we start with one indictment.
- And you said cut 14? - Please, yeah. - I think the president is trying to alert the American people that we have a threat.
And that threat is the extremism.
And the MAGA movement is an extremist movement that embrace conspiracy theories.
Let's discuss this.
The idea that there were people... We just had a historian say that there are many people who are queenists.
They're not monarchists.
They liked her.
They're either bored with the institution or think that it needs to change or aren't going to be that into the next king.
Give us your evaluation of that.
I think that's wildly overstated, Frankie.
I think when you look at all the opinion polls, we're about 80 to 85% in favour of having a constitutional monarchy, whoever's on the throne.
So I think this is extremely overdone, Frankie.
Rather, I'm afraid to say, as your introduction was, if we've given so much pain to people throughout history, Why was Charles chosen by every single Commonwealth country, many of which are former imperial countries, as the head of the Commonwealth?
We abolish slavery.
Hold on a second.
Andrew, are you really denying what I just said about British colonialism?
Are you really doing that, Andrew?
Are you really doing that?
We abolish slavery.
Andrew, this is not a propaganda show.
Andrew, I need you to stop.
I need you to stop for a second.
I need you to stop for a second.
Are you really taking issue with the horrors of colonialism, Andrew?
I'm certainly taking issue with your remarks about slavery, which we abolished 32 years before you did.
And we didn't have to kill 600,000 people in a civil war over it.
Do you want to come in with anything?
Three.
Um.
Two.
Thank you.
Let's discuss this.

Ouch!
Whoa, that must have hurt.
That is Ali Velshi of NBC with an individual who is a storied British historian, Andrew Roberts.
Many is the long-form interview I've heard from Andrew Roberts on my friend John Batchelor's show.
You know the funniest thing about that cut?
Jeff, did you realize what the funniest thing about that cut is?
What's that?
When Ali Valchi says, this is not a propaganda show.
Yeah, exactly.
When you can get a mild-mannered man of letters, a historian, a scholar, to so rip you apart, Ali Valchi.
That's a good clip.
Thank you, Mr. G. If you enjoy this show as much as we love providing it to you, please support those who make it possible.
Great Americans like Mike Lindell, a friend of the president's, a very good friend of the president.
They want to destroy him.
The left hates him!
They even banned his products at Walmart.

That's 833-334-6752.
Let's go to Laila.
What a lovely name.
Line 3, California.
Welcome, Laila.
Hello.
Bonjour, Monsieur Gorka.
Bonjour.
How are you doing?
I'm doing very well.
Well, I'm calling you for the second time.
Perhaps you don't remember that.
I do.
How can I forget that beautiful accent, Laila?
Thank you so much.
Thank you so much.
I'm giving, you know, from 2001, from 2021, I was praying each day of my life for everybody who was in this situation.
I was in Italy this moment.
I remember myself and it was really, I can't, I can't imagine what, what some, all the people can pass.
I know what means war and know what means death.
And, and, and I just, It's up to us.
We need brave people to fight the evil men out there.
What's your question?
We're all gone for this.
And I hope no more this can happen to anybody in the world.
It's up to us.
We need brave people to fight the evil men out there.
What's your question?
What's your comment, Leila?
Well, my comment...
Look, I have mobile on Patriot.
I have all from Mike Lindell.
I'm giving money, whatever they ask, what I can, what I can not reach.
But in EveroCan I have food, I have from 4Patriots, I have everything.
And as you know, I'm still without documents, but anyway, that will solve, that will come, that doesn't matter.
And we're fine.
I go to the conference here in San Diego when I can, but it seems to me I can do more.
And I don't know what I share all your podcasts.
All right, so you want to do more.
So it's a wonderful question.
All right, so two answers to what you can do.
More for MAGA and for America First.
Number one, it's just a rule for being a good person, being a great patriot, which you are Leila.
Stay on the line.
I want to give Leila one of our Ultra MAGA t-shirts.
I want to get her address and she'll tell you what size she wants and we'll send her one of our Ultra MAGA t-shirts.
Every day, speak the truth.
Wherever you are, don't be afraid.
Whoever you're in front of, whether you're at work, whether you're at the grocery store, speak the truth.
Never censor yourself.
Ever, ever, ever.
And secondly, run for local office.
If you physically can't run, then help somebody who is.
And I don't mean write a check or, you know, More than that, you've got to be part of a team that is taking back America, one school district, one library board at a time.
So run for local office, actively support somebody who is, and most important of all, just speak the truth every single day.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First, coming to you live from TheReliefFactor.com studios.
If you're in daily pain, if you've tried everything else and failed to find relief, do what I and half a million other Americans have done.
We take Relief Factor every single day because it's liberated us from that pain.
Find out for yourself.
There's only one way.
Order the three-week quick starter pack at relieffactor.com.

I think that's the way the system is supposed to work, even if you are, you know, not sure why you're being with the spotlight on you.
And therefore, I really believe that at the end of the day, no one is above the law and no one should be escaping accountability if indeed the facts and the evidence point to them having done something that anyone else in our country would be investigated for and maybe even charged.
Wow, that's incredible.
All righty-tighty.
I know.
That guy, have you ever heard him?
He's just this incredibly, you know, erudite, quiet scholar.
John Batchelor has him on for hours because he's written huge books on Napoleon.
And to just have this guy who's just this quiet academic just blast Velshi is just delicious.
Delicious.
How does the average American defend themselves against someone like Velshi?
Well, and not only that, you know he's not American, right?
You don't want any more 9-11 conspiracy calls, do you?
Give it to me now.
Hey, Becky, what's your conspiracy?
It's not a conspiracy.
I've just done a lot of reading on this and read so many books on it.
And it's amazing to me that all the firefighters that talk about the explosions with whips So you dare call my show to call the bravest people in New York liars?
Is that what you're doing, Becky?
You dare to do that?
You dare to do that?
Men who run into burning buildings, go to hell, Becky.
You and your crackpot ideas.
You're a lunatic.
You disgust me.
Goodbye.
Bye.
Do we have him on the line?
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
There are some really, really sick people out there, aren't there Jeff?
I mean, really, really sick people.
There's a lot, too, that don't even get to you.
No, I know!
You're the gatekeeper, and I, you know, I need that sanity check or that insanity check every now and again when you say, hey, do you want to talk to one of these people?
I just spoke to one called Becky, who said the firefighters, the firefighters from 9-11 are lying.
How dare, how...
How dare you, Becky!
How dare you call my show!
Especially after I spent the last two days with the firefighters of Brooklyn in their firehouse.
Men who, when that dispatch call came, they stopped talking to me.
We're having a great time.
They got in that engine, they got in that truck, and they went to a house on fire.
They ran into it.
And you dare call them liars?
9-11 didn't happen?
You disgust me.
You should get psychiatric treatment somewhere.
All right.
We're going to talk about 9-11 every day this week.
If you want to watch something else, if you want a change of topic, Larry Elder's new movie, incredible, Uncle Tom 2, the sequel, watched it with my wife last week.
If you want to see the dastardly things they've done to 12% of this nation, the black American community, what the left has done to them, with amazing interviews with Voddy Borkum, with Brandon Tatum, with Larry Elder himself, You've got to go right now.
It's out.
It's even better than the first movie, Uncle Tom.
Go to SalemNow.com.
Download it.
Order the DVD.
That's SalemNow.com.
You won't regret it.
It's amazing.
That is Uncle Tom 2, the sequel.
Go right now to SalemNow.com.
Now, I don't say I take orders from anyone except my wife.
But when the former commander of a certain part of the U.S.
military that is associated with a certain type of headgear that is the color green, when the former commanding general says, hey, I'd like you to get somebody on the show because he's a patriot and he's running for office in Arizona.
And when that individual says he's my brother, I get him on this show.
He's Jim Cleveland.
He's running for the Arizona Senate.
We are delighted to have him on America First.
Jim, welcome to the Salem Network.
Hey, thank you, Dr. Gorka.
It's a pleasure to be on here.
I appreciate it.
Well, I know your brother, Charlie.
He's a man amongst men.
He's a legend in the community at Fort Bragg.
I'm looking at your bio.
We've never met, but your family, the Cleveland family, in Arizona since 1880, they've been ranchers, cowboys, miners, lawmen.
Which is enough service to this nation.
You are, you know, the American paradigm.
Why are you doing this crazy thing, Jim, of running for the Arizona Senate?
Well, Dr. Gorka, when we got redistricted in the little town that we're in, I went online to look and see who I could vote for, who I could support.
And much to my disappointment, there was no one there.
There was no candidate running for the office.
And the first thing that came to my mind was a motto, Concede Nothing.
And that was with my brother and his unit.
And I'm like, the issues are too important to just concede to the left.
The issues that just so affect the family in such a drastic way, the crime, the education, inflation, the border issues, human trafficking, all of which we're dealing here as a border area, but also people are dealing with it around the country.
So I couldn't just let my opponent, who's a very left-wing individual, just walk in without a fight.
So I've got to ask you, because, you know, Arizona is a great state.
We're very excited about Carrie Lake.
Can you tell us why it is, Jim?
Why would nobody be running in your district?
I'm curious.
Well, honestly, I think it's because they were just, in the redistricting process, this was a district that was designed to be a safe Democrat district.
We have pretty much a do-nothing Raul Grijalva and my opponent, Gabaldon.
They've been in there a long time.
They haven't done anything.
It was designed to be safe.
They really Insulted the Hispanic community by thinking they all vote in one way.
And so people, I think, got intimidated.
But I think that's going to change this cycle.
People are really tired of what's going on.
There is a clear path, I think, to victory.
And it's just a matter of getting the word out, which you're helping us to do greatly, and I appreciate it.
Alright, so tell us right now, tell the people in Arizona why Jim Cleveland?
What is your message?
What are you going to do differently if you're in the Arizona Senate?
Well, the first thing is, my rubric for any legislation would be, how does it affect the family?
I'm very pro-family.
I've got a lovely wife of 33 years, six kids, three wonderful grandkids, and I want a good future for them, and I want a good future.
I teach school, I love my kids, and I want a good future for them.
And so being in the Arizona State Senate, I'm going to look at, you know, does any legislation, does it fight crime or does it enable crime?
Does it open the border or close the border to this flood of fentanyl and opioids that are coming across?
The sex trafficking, which is just a heartbreaking situation with children just disappearing.
They call them ghost children.
The inflation, it's hard for people that are living paycheck to paycheck, and so this We have the solutions to these problems.
The Democrats and my opponent, they're paralyzed by their ideology.
They've created the situation, but because of who they're beholden to and their ideology, they cannot come up with the solutions.
They can only make the problems worse.
That's a perfect way of putting it.
I say that they are hostages to their own ideology.
You say they are paralyzed by it.
The website is cleveland4azsenate.com, correct Jim?
Yes, sir.
And are you looking for volunteers as well as donations?
How's your team doing?
Absolutely.
We can always use more volunteers to get the word out.
Volunteers in Santa Cruz County, Nogales, Cochise County, and Southern Pima County.
Absolutely, volunteers.
Just get the word out.
We need a battalion of Paul Reveres to be out there spreading the word.
If you're 10% of the man I know to be Charlie Cleveland, you've got my vote, Jim Cleveland, and I know you're more than that, so please support this man if you are in those counties.
It is Jim Cleveland.
The website is cleveland4azsenate.com.
Will you keep us updated, Jim?
Yes, sir.
I sure will, and thank you again.
God bless and please say hello to your brother.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Okay, all right.
All right.
All right.
I'm gonna do some merch at the top.

Mm-mm. Mm-mm.
Mm-mm.

Let's stay on the topic of Arizona with Sandy from Arizona, Line 3.
Hi, Seb.
Thank you for everything you're doing, buddy.
Thank you so much.
You're welcome.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
I'm sitting here fuming, fuming because of Becky and the comments she made.
First of all, I'm born to immigrant parents in Chicago, Illinois.
My parents came from Iraq as persecuted Christians.
They started with nothing.
My father became a doctor, my mother became a teacher, and all their children became successful.
I went to theater school in New York City.
before I got my criminology degree in New York on 9/11.
I was there, I lost friends.
So how dare she say that these brave men, these men, police officers, firemen, I saw with my eyes what these men did.
And let me tell you something, She wants to change places with some of my relatives back home.
She can she can do that.
I will give her permission.
You can pack your stuff, Becky.
I can have my one of my family members take your spot here in America.
So you can appreciate what this country has to give and offer to you because you are clueless, girlfriend.
You're as clueless as that Becky from Sir Mix-a-Lot video, Baby Got Back.
God bless you.
343 first responders from the FDNY and EMS died that day, but Becky says They're lying about it.
Stay on the line.
Let's give our friend our challenge coins.
Let's go to Don in LA.
We've only got 60 seconds, but we've got to talk to Don.
Hey, Don.
Dr. G, I'll make it quick.
Mr. Rolling Thunder, I love your style, by the way.
You sent them off with the ringing in their ear.
But if I could just say, you know, in the aftermath of the anniversary of this horrible occasion, Remember, the Democrats were saying that the riot on January 6th was the worst thing to happen to America since 9-11.
Yes.
To even mention something like that in the same breath, it's pretty close to blasphemous, Dr. G. No, it is an insult.
It is a travesty to every sacrifice made on that day.
That Kamala Harris, that other Democrats have done that.
It means that they have no values, Don.
Well, it's so true.
You know, it's worse than that, Dr. G. They are scoundrels without honor.
Yeah, it's absolutely true.
You are the antithesis of what they are, Don.
God bless you.
Next up, a whole hour with that heroine, Julie Kelly, on the truth about Mar-a-Lago and January 6th.
Stay with us here on America First.

Alright.
Anything else to record?
- I'm right. - There was an illusion being created using the most awesome tools and the greatest tricks that the American intelligence community had learned to use against our enemies.
Now it was being deployed against the American people and our president.
This is the biggest political scandal in modern history, which makes Watergate look like a tiff.
The FBI director has no credibility.
The left used to not trust the FBI, and now they love them.
This can happen to General Michael T. Flynn.
Imagine what they do to anybody who has a single strike against them.
35 Russian diplomats in the U.S.
expelled.
The prosecution of General Flynn wasn't a pursuit of criminal activity.
It was a setup.
Flynn actually had details.
So he was talking about going after people's budgets.
They were terrified.
Media didn't start as neutral.
Media hasn't been neutral all its life.
The two faces of Hillary Clinton are coming out.
In fact, through WikiLeaks, that she says one thing and...
Oh, no.
They worked hand-in-glove with Comey to try to delegitimize Trump.
They were not there to tell the truth.
A political dirty trick is being carried out by our intelligence community.
Honestly, none of us really know, sort of holistically, what to think about this dossier.
They went into Congress.
They said, nothing here.
Doesn't matter.
We'll keep going with FISA.
We'll keep going with the investigation.
And more importantly, we will go on TV, day in and day out, and lie to the American people to their face.
And nothing's going to happen to us.
The nation and all of our freedoms hang by a thread, and the military apparatus of this country is about to be handed over to scum who are beholden to scum!
Russian scum!
We had not one person claim that they had or had seen evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians.
Devin Nunes was the hero in the forest.
He was alone, he was mocked, he was attacked.
Devin Nunes was subject to such scorn for saying the conclusions that we brought forth in that report, which all proved to be true.
Russiagate was a false story.
To target their political opposition.
And to carry out their insurance policies.
I believe that this is a conspiracy.
These guys have perpetrated the greatest crime against the American people ever seen.
It was a coup d'etat.
This is how sick and twisted these people are.
I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S.
citizens involved in the Trump transition.
It was shocking to see some of the over-classification that was done to hide either corruption or abuse of authority and just to make sure certain agencies didn't look bad.
We have a peaceful transition of power process.
That's not what happened.
There were more meetings, there were more leaks, there were more attacks.
The thing that they were investigating the Trump campaign for is what they themselves were doing.
Not just the Democratic Party and their operatives, but also the FBI.
I was writing about the time frame that we lived in.
...that we're living in now, I would say it wasn't supposed to happen.
They weren't supposed to know.
The entire time this was going on, they thought this was going to be what sunk the Donald Trump presidency.
and they were just looking for the golden goose and they still haven't found it because it doesn't exist.
Too much of what's happening in our country today is not normal.
you Donald Trump and the MAGA Republicans represent an extremism that threatens the very foundations of our republic.
It's indeed much that is not normal in America today, but it is that man's party, that speech from outside Independence Hall that is emblematic of that which is not normal with this country.
One person who's been doing so much to uncover the level of the depth, the breadth of what has happened is senior contributor at one of our favorite websites, American Greatness, she's Julie Kelly, and this is One on One with Julie Kelly.
Kelly.
Okay, so much to discuss.
I want to talk about your special area of focus at the moment, which is the special master.
We'll get to that in a second, especially Bill Barr's comments.
But first, let's just put this into a broader context because it's difficult for me to talk about these things because I've worked so closely with the FBI for years before I joined the White House.
But you You're there.
You're inside the courtrooms.
You've been dissecting the FBI engendered, spun-up, quote-unquote, kidnapping case against Governor Whitmer.
Let me ask you, what has it been like for you in the last couple of years?
As somebody who came into this, not as a journalist, but as a concerned citizen, to see what you have seen with regards to those who are supposed to be the agents of impartial justice in America.
What impact has that had on Julie Kelly, American citizen?
To say it's been eye-opening would be an understatement.
It has been horrifying.
To see what this government, this Justice Department, this FBI, these line prosecutors, and these federal judges will do to destroy the lives of Trump supporters, to inflict punishment.
It's really been, in many cases, also really heartbreaking to see the lack of compassion.
And I know you and I have talked about this.
I describe some of these people as sadists.
They are gratified.
Inflicting pain and punishment on Americans who did nothing wrong, but in their eyes, the left's eyes, the regime's eyes, made the criminal mistake of supporting Donald Trump and protesting Joe Biden's election on January 6th.
So to that end, it has been heartbreaking.
It has been gut-wrenching, infuriating, terrifying, but also in a way satisfying because I feel like this work is important, not for me personally or professionally, but to get these stories and share them with the American people and Republican leaders to give these people a voice when there is none.
And in some cases, you know, give them sympathy and compassion that is so lacking for all of these January 6th defendants.
So that's really I know I've said this to you before, I feel fortunate that I've been covering this really since day one and continue to do so.
Let me start, let me just jump in right there, because you have such a breadth of knowledge now, given all the cases you've covered, and I'd like to just do away with this narrative that it's just a couple of bad apples, or it's just the leadership.
I mean, if you look at the Whitmer case, this isn't just You know, a couple of bad people at the top who are political appointees.
We're talking about agents.
We're talking about field office supervisory special agents.
We're talking about judges, are we not?
Is the corruption you're witnessing and have detailed in your numerous pieces, it's every level of the system, is it not, Julie?
It absolutely is.
And that's why my coverage of the Whitmer Fednapping hoax, as I call it,
Um, has been so revealing in terms of January 6th and what this FBI is capable and willing to do, Seb, to take down, they view Donald Trump supporters, uh, to bolster this phony narrative that white supremacist militiamen pose a dire threat to the country and also to produce negative headlines about Donald Trump during the 2020 election, which is exactly what this did.
The Whitmer case has been more eye-opening to me in terms of FBI corruption than January 6th.
That is because, to your point, what you just said, this was not just something that was concocted out of Christopher Wray's office.
This involved numerous FBI field offices, numerous FBI handlers working out of those offices.
At least a dozen, maybe up to 20 undercover agents and informants, including real low-lifes, Seb.
Informants that we pay, who you would not want to cross on the street.
One man in particular convicted felons several times over, including convictions for sex with a minor.
He has been a longtime FBI informant, who committed at least two other crimes while he was Stitching this random group of sort of outliers and outcasts together to create this fed napping hoax.
The FBI pays these informants in cash.
The main informant was paid and compensated almost $60,000 for seven months work.
He got cash payments.
He got a new tires for his car.
He got a new laptop.
He got a smartwatch.
When the caper was over in December of 2020, The FBI handed this man named Dan Chappell an envelope with $23,000 in it.
Now he was done being a so-called informant.
The hoax was over.
The men were all arrested and charged in October of 2020.
So what's the FBI giving this informant $23,000 for?
So this has been, and I do urge people to read my work on this, and also Darren Beatty at revolver.news has also covered this from the beginning.
This will give people a real window Into the corruption, pervasive corruption of the FBI.
You had FBI investigators and handlers.
One of the main investigators was fired after he assaulted his wife in a drunken rage after a swingers party in the summer of 2021.
Another FBI handler was taken off the case because he was running a side gig as a security firm.
And he was using his FBI position to do that.
Another one of the main FBI handlers was also removed from the government's witness list after he was accused of committing perjury in another case.
I mean, I could go on and on about these FBI assets from the top down to the lowliest degenerate informant.
And the fact that Republican leadership, for the most part, ignores this, this case, more than anything else, Will convince the American people and is proof of the FBI's irredeemable corruption and the need to dismantle this agency from top to bottom.
That's such a good way of putting it.
Irredeemably corrupt.
Tell us just very quickly, what is the status of the Fed napping case regarding Whitmer?
I know two people were still in legal jeopardy.
The rest were acquitted.
What is the status today?
So the status today, so in April, two men were outright acquitted amid the argument that they were trapped by the FBI.
No verdict on the other two men.
Government immediately announced they would retry those two men, Adam Fox and Barry Croft Jr.
They went back on trial.
Last month, jury came back and convicted both men.
But right now, Sab, there are accusations, and there was at the time in the second trial of jury misconduct A juror who apparently told co-workers he hoped he would be placed on this jury so he could find these men guilty.
The judge did not dismiss that juror, investigated the juror, said that the juror was fine.
Kept this jury, a juror, on even though there were six alternates in the case.
Defense immediately and has been conducting an investigation into jury misconduct influence.
They are filing a report related to that probably later this week.
And so we'll see where that goes.
They're asking for a special, very rare hearing into jury misconduct.
Sorry, finish your sentence.
After these two men are sentenced in December, the defense counsel undoubtedly will file an immediate appeal on the verdict for a number of reasons.
Irredeemably corrupt.

So, Julie, it's one of the biggest mea culpers of my career.
I had information I gleaned from friends who had worked with him in the Justice Department way back when, who said, yeah, he's a good guy, Bill Barr.
He's going to clean out the swamp.
He should be the Attorney General for President Trump.
How wrong we were.
And now we have the evidence from the horse's mouth.
This was Bill Barr last week, who actually was a member of the Trump administration.
Lambasting the judge's decision to have an external, unbiased arbiter, a special master, look at what was taken from the president's private home.
Play cut.
The opinion, I think, was wrong, and I think the government should appeal it.
It's deeply flawed in a number of ways.
I don't think the appointment of a special master is going to hold up, but even if it does, I don't see it fundamentally changing the trajectory.
In other words, I don't think it changes the ballgame so much as maybe we'll have a rain delay for a couple of innings.
On Thursday, you tweeted this out on your Twitter page, Julie.
Bill Barr, 2019.
A Praetorian Guard can take down the country.
Bill Barr, 2022.
A Praetorian Guard is fine and should not be thwarted by a federal judge.
Barr is now what he once condemned.
Why would a former Attorney General twice over Have a problem, Julie, with an independent third party ombudsman looking at what was taken from the private residence of the president and deciding whether there's anything of import there.
Why would anybody have an issue with that?
I don't know.
I mean, it's really astonishing to see people, especially someone, say, like Andrew Weissman, who was the lead prosecutor in the special counsel probe two years into nothingness about Russia collusion.
Now these people are completely psychotic over Judge Cannon's ruling, appointing a special master.
It should be a no-brainer.
It's something that actually the Justice Department, if they want to at all give the American people confidence that this is a legitimate investigation and not a partisan political witch hunt, which of course it is, they should have come and said, we want a special master.
But it wasn't.
It was Donald Trump who had to file this motion.
Judge Cannon signed off on this on Monday.
Just Bill Barr, really shame on him.
The Praetorian Guard comment that he made in 2019 was related to the Justice Department and FBI taking the unprecedented step of investigating Donald Trump's surveilling and investigating Donald Trump and his campaign in 2016.
And so now for him to turn around, and defend this Praetorian Guard on steroids, right?
Because no one has been held accountable for Crossfire Hurricane, perpetrating the biggest fraud on the American people in history up until January 6th.
So now he's defending this Praetorian Guard.
And you'll notice that he doesn't say what's deeply flawed about Judge Cannon's ruling.
He doesn't say why it was wrong.
She pointed out numerous contradictions that we have been told by DOJ and the media, not the least of which was her getting a prosecutor to admit in court that there are leaks coming out of this investigation, and that that prosecutor couldn't really identify wasn't anyone he knew of, but he admitted that there are leaks coming out of that investigation.
That is a crime.
She also got the DOJ To admit that on at least two occasions, the special filter team, and this is basically who the special master would replace.
But let's be clear here.
The filter team is DOJ.
The special master is independent.
So it's a very different team of people.
Carry on.
So you're exactly right.
So this filter team is supposed to be sort of a team.
They go through the 12,000 plus documents that were seized at Mar-a-Lago.
99% of which had nothing to do with the subpoena or the search warrant.
So they're supposed to go through, separate out personal items, privileged, either attorney-client privilege or executive privilege material, turn everything else over to the investigators.
Well, that didn't happen on at least two occasions.
DOJ told Judge Cannon, oh, that's because we have such a broad definition of privileged material.
That's how it got in the hands of the investigative team.
Judge Cannon called BS on that and said, well, the court is not really sure that that's the excuse.
And to the point that on two occasions, it violated its own procedures.
That in and of itself justifies the appointment of this third party impartial, if we could find one anywhere in the country, impartial judge with security clearance.
Who can really go through?
What are they afraid of, Seb?
Well, this is the question.
What have you got to hide?
How does Bill Barr, who I presume is not part of the DOJ today, how does he know what the documents are?
How does he know that it's unnecessary?
I would love to know how he knows that.
It just reminds me, Julie, I'm sure it reminds you of another incredible blistering flip-flop.
If you recall before the 2020 election, Bill Barr gave an interview where he said, mail out ballots.
That's playing with fire.
That is incredibly dangerous.
And then afterwards, we've seen his videotaped testimony from the January 6 witch hunt show trial where he's laughing.
A corrupt election, really?
Well, how does his viewpoint change in the space of less than 18 months that either it's super dangerous and can be stolen or No, the most secure election in history.
We've seen this before, haven't we, Julie?
We've seen this, and you know this better than I do, this cottage industry of former Trump associates and officials who are then paid well, either by nice, handsome book deal advances or gigs on CNN or a new spot on The View.
As soon as they turn, become turncoats against Donald Trump, Then they're embraced by the same media who in Bill Barr's case wanted him impeached right after shutting down the Robert Mueller probe.
So now he's yucking it up on not necessarily Fox but the same sets with the same reporters.
And it's really, Bill Barr, okay, if you think Judge Cannon, and if you're gonna go out as a former Attorney General and condemn a court ruling like this, you better come up with something better than a rain delay in baseball analogy.
Give us your point-by-point legal analysis of what was wrong.
He didn't do that.
He doesn't care.
And so it's really, to your point, a lot of us had so much confidence in Bill Barr when he was appointed.
He was saying all the right things, especially related to DOJ and FBI corruption.
He did nothing.
Nothing.
He waited until October of 2020 to appoint John Durham special counsel.
He obviously did not conduct any investigation into election fraud.
How could you in less than 30 days?
He also tried to talk Donald Trump successfully out of using the Insurrection Act to deploy the military to protect people in cities that were being looted and torched and destroyed by BLM and Antifa.
Get a long list that last year of real malfeasance.
And now for him to come out so arrogantly, I wish some reporters would actually ask him some tougher questions than, gee, what do you think of the latest blah, blah, blah against Donald Trump?
Yeah, it's absolutely shocking and she's not making it up.
He actually used that rain delay baseball analogy in a context of the raid on a president's home.
Dear friends, we've got two more years of this insanity of these people running the country.
Next time it may not be baby formula that we run out of.
It may be the staples of life.
Do you have a plan?
I have a plan B from the best, the biggest company in the business.
It is My Patriot Supply.

That's preparewithgorka.com.
All right, I just need to go down your Twitter feed, Julie, for things to talk about.
Will you tell all of our listeners and viewers who is Beryl Howell and why should this person be impeached?
You know, it's amazing to watch for all the condemnation about Judge Cannon because she was appointed by Donald Trump, completely ignoring what's happening on this D.C.
District Court.
populated with judges who were appointed when Joe Biden was vice president.
This includes Beryl Howell, who was appointed by Barack Obama, I believe, in 2012.
She is a hyper-partisan—I'll save some of my more incendiary adjectives for her after listening to her and watching her the past two years.
But she also handled the grand jury for the Robert Mueller investigation.
She's handling the grand jury related to January 6th.
She is hyper partisan.
She shows open contempt for Donald Trump and his supporters in these court hearings for January 6th prosecutions.
So now, but no one has asked for her to step down or recuse herself.
As the main judge handling this widespread criminal investigation, now it comes out today that there's a grand jury investigation subpoenas related to the Save America PAC, the PAC that was created, of course, after the election.
What does this have to do with January 6th?
She is signing.
She is the one overseeing all of this.
You saw her.
She was the one who signed up on the subpoena related to the raid of Mar-a-Lago.
So no one is calling into question Judge Beryl Howell's integrity or whether she should recuse herself because she was appointed by the president, the vice president, Joe Biden, his last political rival and potential political rival.
It's just another double standard.
And you have seen no criticism in the media of Beryl Howell's conduct.
Seb, here's one quick example of Beryl Howell.
The damage to the Capitol has been estimated at $1.4 million.
That's all.
On January 6th?
On January 6th.
Most of it, by the way, the damage was done by police that day with the chemicals that they were using and what they were doing.
It's hard to wash out that CS gas out of the curtains.
Well, it certainly is.
You know, and when it's doused, when there's puddles of it laying on the floor because you're attacking people with it, I mean, yeah, it causes some damage.
She berated federal prosecutors and wanted to know why they didn't set damages at half a billion dollars that would then force much higher restitution fines being paid by January 6th defendants, even those convicted or pleading guilty to low level petty offenses like parading.
That's just one example of her conduct in her own courtroom.
And the fact that she is also in charge of grand jury procedures, specifically targeting Donald Trump.
This is nothing.
I mean, Judge Cannon has nothing on Beryl Howell's long track record against Donald Trump.
And now here she is authorizing, basically authorizing, another investigation into Donald Trump's past.
So, and why is it with this unique system we have in American grand juries?
It seems to me that there's two kinds of grand juries.
There are ones that leak all the time, and there are ones that never leak.
And it seems to be a function of whether or not the person being indicted is a Democrat or a Republican.
The grand jury in Hunter Biden, zero leaks.
Any grand jury related to President Trump or his allies leaks every single day.
Have you noticed the same thing, Julie?
I have, yes.
It's quite another example of just really dangerous hypocrisy.
Because it's not just we are noticing this, the American people recognize this too.
They know everyone from Hillary Clinton to James Comey, Andrew McCabe, everyone has gotten away with certain crimes.
No one has questioned what sort of records Barack Obama, or we really expected to believe, Barack Obama doesn't have stashed away at one of his many mansions, classified top secret records that Technically belong to the government, we're told, under the Presidential Records Act, which was, of course, in force when he left the White House.
We really believe the Clintons don't have any such documents that they're not supposed to have.
I mean, this has never even been an issue.
And so this regime and these judges are intentionally escalating the political divide and tension in this country.
And they don't care.
They are willing participants.
They want this to happen.
Because they want some other eruption, right?
They want more protests.
They want the second insurrection.
So they can show again, what Joe Biden has said, that we're dangerous, the MAGA people are dangerous, that they're a threat to democracy.
But this is being instigated by him and his regime and these federal judges like Beryl Howell.
Yeah, it's an old, old tactic of authoritarian regimes when you've got real problems, when you can't get re-elected fairly.
What do you do?
You paint the devil on the wall.
You create an enemy.
Hitler did it.
Stalin did it.
Now we have our own homegrown fascists with Biden labeling 74 million Americans as the clear and present danger to the United States.
The book is January 6.
You've got to get it.
Get it right now if you haven't.
January 6, How Democrats Use the Capitol Protest to Launch a War on Terror Against the Political Right.
And you've got to follow this lady at Julie Kelly.
So let's turn to the topic of your book.
on Twitter and at the great site American Greatness.
That's ammgreatness.com, amgreatness.com.
So let's turn to the topic of your book.
Let's turn to January the 6th.
Of all the things you've witnessed from the Whitmer trial to the continual hounding of President Trump, and I don't want to put words in your mouth, Julie, but I suspect this is the case.
Tell me if I'm wrong.
Is the treatment of those who were arrested after September the 11th, has that been the most disturbing thing you've witnessed in the last few years?
Yes, there's no doubt about it.
As I explain in my book, And of course, a lot has happened since that book was published, is the fact that we have political prisoners in the United States.
And this is something, my very first article about it was written in February of 2021, when I saw that these judges were denying bail to Coie Griffin.
That was my first article, the Cowboys for Trump leader.
who was charged for misdemeanors.
He never went inside the building.
He was outside.
He, I believe, had a permit.
He's an activist.
But nonetheless, a judge denied his release, calling him a threat because he had participated in this so-called insurrection.
And so he spent, I think, several days in jail before another judge authorized his release.
But I thought, this is crazy, especially on the heels of what had happened throughout 2020.
And not only criminals getting off scot-free, but being bailed out by politicians like Kamala Harris.
But what was really disturbing and continues to be to me is the holding of political prisoners, men charged with no violent crime, stupid offenses like obstruction of an official proceeding or conspiracy, who nonetheless And how long for?
Let's just put, you know, concrete numbers here.
We're talking about misdemeanor offenses, trespassing, parading, what have you.
How long have some of these people been kept in this gulag not far from this studio?
Well, I want to make one thing clear.
It's not just people on misdemeanor charges.
What DOJ has done is add nonviolent felonies like obstruction of an official proceeding or conspiracy to create felony cases.
And then that convinces the judge then to deny them bail and hold them under something called pre-trial detention.
So that's the gimmick.
Now, of course, there are men accused of assaulting police, vandalizing property who also have been denied release.
But there are dozens who have these nonviolent felonies who are being held now in some cases now 18 months.
But let's just compare, you know, there are people who you shoot at cops in New York and walk eight hours later on a no cash bail.
That's right.
That's exactly the next day.
Right.
Yes.
The next day.
And I mean, what the DOJ is asking for January 6th defendants, for example, Thomas Webster, A New York City police officer who confronted and assaulted a DC Metro cop who was attacking protesters on the grounds.
He got in a physical confrontation, struggle with this guy, lasted a minute and a half.
This DOJ asked for 17 years in prison for Thomas Webster.
Compare that to what happened to anybody who attacked police, federal or not, in 2020 or to this day.
All the Lafayette Square rioters, for example, have gotten off.
They attacked federal police.
They were on federal property.
Lafayette Square is a public, is a federal park.
Prompted the shutdown of the White House.
Forced Trump and his family into a secure bunker, which the media made fun of.
Not only were those rioters not charged and sentenced to 17, or asked for 17 years in prison, Thomas Webster had 10 years in prison for that.
Not only that, Seb, this DOJ entered into a settlement agreement With a group of rioters from Lafayette Square who wanted to sue the police for violating their civil rights.
The same DOJ asking for two decades in prison for one man for attacking police officers, then condemned Federal Police, Park Police, Secret Service Police for what they did to rioters right outside the White House as fires were burning, as they were trying to jump fences, as they were torching parts of our nation's capital.
Those people didn't just get off, now they're sort of martyrs versus what's happening to anyone charged with far less violent crimes on January 6th.
So that's just one example, Thomas Webster and what is happening to him.
But the dichotomy is stark, it is harsh, and it is not lost I'm any American.
But it's not just the dichotomy of the sentencing or the calls for these draconian penalties.
It's also the treatment being meted out in prison and also these public defenders saying that it's okay, my client is going to publicly profess that Joe Biden is the real president in front of the court.
I mean, this is Stalinist, Julie.
It really is.
And I do talk about that in my book, and it's happened a few more times.
And you just had this week a man who pleaded guilty to the low-level parading offense.
DOJ wanted four months in prison.
Judge Thomas Hogan, a Reagan appointee, this guy should have retired years ago, blasted this man in court this week, sentenced him to 45 days, and questioned his apology and his remorse.
And saying in open court, well, I really don't think these people are really sorry.
They're just saying that because they want a lighter sentence.
Well, okay, when does that not happen?
Plus, they're being forced to repent for protesting Joe Biden's election.
That's just one little tidbit of just what happened this week.
And so this is what I'm talking about what these judges are doing in court, not only forcing them to apologize for something they're not sorry for, condemning them and sentencing them to prison for something that any other political protester, whether it was Kavanaugh, climate activists, whatever, never has faced anything like it.
Yeah, it just convinces me of one thing, that Lady Justice is no longer wearing a blindfolded, Justice isn't being done.
Justice has to be done.
Justice has to be seen to be done.
It has to be seen to be done impartially.
And if you're in a city like this one, where 92% of the population voted for Hillary, 93% voted for Biden, then you know what are the chances if you are a Republican or a known conservative figure of you getting a fair trial if your jury of your peers is not a jury of your peers.
It is in people, in fact, people who hate you for political reasons.
The book is January 6.
Please get it right now.

One actor you mentioned just once in the last hour, Julie, is an organization that should be fighting the good fight to have justice be seen to be impartial and fight for those who are being politically persecuted, and that's the GOP.
Where is the GOP in the last two years?
We are seeing the Philadelphia speech is just the icing on the cake of the criminalization of conservatives.
It seems as if the GOP is asleep.
Is it not?
Well, not really asleep.
I mean, you can see once in a while glimmers of life on Twitter when they post some tweet, you know, what they're going to do when they take power.
Oh, you mean the old Lindsey Graham.
I will subpoena somebody sometime.
I don't know when, but I promise you I'll do it.
I'll get really tough sometime.
Get to the bottom.
They're going to get to the bottom of it all.
I'll get to the bottom of it.
The old Lindsey Graham.
I'll get to the bottom of it.
Yeah, Lindsey, get to the bottom of the gram.
Yes, so we see an occasional strongly worded tweet.
Of course, there's more letters flying that go unanswered by this DOJ and FBI.
No solid definitive plan, Seb, of what they plan to do if they take the reins of power.
And they have plenty of mechanisms, including the power of the purse, shutting off funding.
to D.C.
U.S.
Attorney's Office, the poison pill in this entire prosecution, calling these judges, let's get Beryl Howell in front of an investigative committee.
Let's turn the tables on her.
Let's subpoena her and talk to her about how all these grand jury subpoenas and grand jury proceedings that she's been handling and the comments that she has made in open court.
Do we see any of this?
No.
Seb, you know, because you talk to people all the time and you have your show and you're out there meeting with people, you know this is a huge issue with the base and the Mar-a-Lago raid just made it more significant to our base.
The fact that the GOP continues to ignore this, not put forward a plan on what they're going to do, this could be the biggest election suppressant among Republican voters than What, a plan to lower gas prices?
I mean, yes, that's important.
But this is even more so important.
People recognize what's happening in these institutions.
They see the danger ahead.
Joe Biden encapsulated it.
He warned last week that this is how this regime is going to move forward and how it has been handling Trump supporters ever since January 20th of 2021.
So Where are our voices?
And you know what, Seb?
If it's not going to come from Republican leaders in Washington, then we need to hear from our governors.
We need to hear from Republican attorney generals.
You can see some success now with some of the Republican, one of the state's attorney generals who is going after documents related to Anthony Fauci and the Wuhan lab and collaboration there.
If we're not going to get leadership in Washington, then state Republican leaders need to take that reign and run with it.
They have things that they can do as well.
It's one of the things we discuss the least, that for all our dissatisfaction with what's happening in this fetid, rank swamp that is Washington, D.C., there are many things that can be done at the state and local level.
But that's up to us, guys.
In the meantime, armor yourself with the information this brave lady supplies every single day.
