Thank you.
General Secretary Gorbachev, if you seek peace, if you seek prosperity for the Soviet Union and Eastern Europe, if you seek liberalization, come here to this gate.
Mr. Gorbachev, open this gate.
Mr. Gorbachev, Mr. Gorbachev, tear down this wall.
That's what true leadership looks like.
Telling the truth, even if it may be unpleasant for many people listening.
That line.
Welcome dear friends to America First with me, Sebastian Gawker.
That line.
which was removed six times from the president's speech until he had to you can see the original version that he had to amend as he was driving in the beast to the Brandenburg Gate where for the seventh time he had to re-insert the line Mr. Gorbachev tear down this wall you can see that at the Reagan library because the deep state existed way back then as well
1987.
History was made.
They tried to stop him.
And I mention it because, was it yesterday that we broke the news, Mr. G, that Gorbachev died?
It feels like days ago or last week.
Yeah, it was yesterday afternoon.
Oh my gosh.
So in the last 24 hours, The hagiographies, the boot-licking obits, obituaries to Mikhail Gorbachev, the last secretary, general secretary of the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, has been celebrated by the mainstream media as the man who helped bring the Berlin Wall down.
Oh no he didn't!
He wasn't there with a chisel and a jackhammer.
Like the East Berliners were.
This is the man who tried to suppress the Baltic states in their attempt in 1990 to break away from the Soviet Union into which they had been illegally incorporated by Stalin in 1941.
Just because he was weak, the left is thanking Gorbachev not for using tanks even more than he did elsewhere outside of the Baltic states.
They're thanking him for not doing a Do you remember the tank man on Tiananmen Square for not mowing down thousands of people in East Berlin on November 9th, 1989?
That's how much they love the left, because they see even a communist.
And he was a communist until his dying day.
Sorry Archie Brown, the man who wrote the biggest book on Gorbachev.
This is a man who used Perestroika and Glasnost not to get rid of communism, To give it a human face.
To bring communism into the 21st century.
He was trying to save a system that had killed a hundred million people since 1917.
Oh, but he's a man of the left.
So we must celebrate him.
No, the people we should celebrate are the people you hate.
Margaret Thatcher.
Ronald Reagan.
And St.
John Paul II.
Let's also mention Lech Wałęsa, the leader of Solidarność, the rebel trade union that helped bring down the Soviet regime in Poland.
The only one of the four who's still alive today.
All right, guys, let's talk about the latest breaking Deep State news here in the city.
DOJ, of course, using their lapdogs in the legacy media, have leaked this photograph from Mar-a-Lago.
I don't even know if he said it on air, but when we had a senior supervisory special agent Steve Ray on the Newsmax show with me on the Gawk reality check.
You know, he predicted, he said, it might have been on this show, I think it was on this show in the break, he said, why did the FBI take so many agents to Mar-a-Lago and so much equipment into the building?
Were they planting, listing devices?
And he said, I guarantee you those agents were taking trophy photographs with their phones, which is illegal.
They're there to serve a warrant on a specific issue, but they'll be taking photographs of everything and then leaking it.
Well, here's that trophy photograph already, Steve Gray.
You nailed it!
This is going the round of the legacy media.
They think this.
Ooh, they've got President Trump now!
Look what we found!
Cover pages that say, Top Secret SCI.
Yeah, they're cover pages.
When I worked in the White House, I had a stack of cover pages, in case I wrote something down that should be classified, that could be put on top of that document so you couldn't see it.
But there's nothing there, nothing there, that tells you what those documents are, or if there's anything between the cover sheets.
Oh, and more importantly, There's nothing to tell you whether any of the documents between those cover sheets, if there is anything, was declassified by the President.
We know, thanks to Kash Patel and Breitbart, that he had a standing declassification order for everything pertaining to the Russia collusion hoax.
The targeting by the FBI, the NSC, the NSA, And the CIA of the Trump campaign, which is now an established fact, and the Trump administration.
That's how desperate they are.
They think they can show you a blank cover sheet and somehow you'll say, oh no, it's true.
He had nuclear codes!
There are things that a president Can keep us a memento.
We know this.
Did you know what the file gate is?
Hillary Clinton's file gate.
Let me read to you a fascinating story that one of our listeners shared with me concerning what Hillary Clinton as the former first lady did and what has to be had to be investigated.
When she was in the White House, they had hundreds and hundreds of documents shipped from their classified facilities to the White House.
It's called Filegate.
Files to do with Republicans.
Files to do with the GOP.
There was an investigation of Filegate.
Of course it was covered up.
Of course the mainstream legacy media did what they're doing right now.
They wrote pieces about, oh, no evidence that classified information was misused.
But hang on a second.
And I'm not talking about the email survey in her bathroom in Chappaqua.
I'm talking about when she was the First Lady.
Hundreds and hundreds of pages.
of classified documents that were shipped from their agencies to the White House about Republicans, about the GOP.
Why?
Why?
Because unlike President Trump, the First Lady has zero, none, Zero authority to declassify documents, to strip people of their clearances or give people clearances.
How strange that that isn't a story, but blank classified cover pages?
Oh, got the smoking gun there because that piece of cardboard that has a thick red boundary to it.
Oh, open and shut case.
They lie to you.
They lie to you every single day.
And that's why we're here.

Killed Marine?
Several, yeah.
Give me a second here.
I still can't believe Gorbachev did that pizza commercial.
I know!
Share that with me, yeah.
And I think he did some whiskey commercials as well.
They said he did the money for research projects.
That's what he used the money for.
Yeah, right.
Here's one picture.
And then... Yeah, these are the two I found most commonly.
Good.
Back to him.
His rank was Staff Sergeant.
This isn't the Marine whose brother killed himself three weeks ago.
I don't think so, no.
Again, we had his father on before, back in the old studio, I remember.
Three minutes.

Want the mics off?
Off.
Off.
Yep.

Thank you.
Historic levels.
Now the fastest growing refugee crisis since World War II.
I just left my home to nowhere.
I have no plan.
I just wanted to save my child.
Protecting children is fueling the migration from the fighting in the east to safe havens in the west.
I can't believe it's the last day of August.
How did that happen?
It is the last day of our Help Ukraine campaign with the amazing people at Food for the Poor.
We have millions and millions of displaced children with their mothers as their fathers have gone to fight.
Please support as much as you can.
They've already shipped 12 million meals into the war zone.
They have the food, they just need to get it to the women and children.
A one-time donation of $50 is 200 meals.
If you can afford $100, that's 400 meals.
You're literally saving lives.
If you want to help, if you haven't so far, today is your last chance.
Please, please call them today.

God bless every single one of you that does that.
It has been...
Just over a year since the disgraceful withdrawal from Bagram, from Afghanistan.
It's been a year and a week since 13 of our servicemen and women were murdered by ISIS.
And this administration that is responsible for those deaths had this to say about that anniversary.
Play cut.
Let me start with this.
Many of us here at the Department and across the government, and millions of Americans and Afghans alike, are mindful of today's meaning as the 20-year-long U.S.
military mission in Afghanistan ended nearly one year ago.
Ending the longest war in American history was never going to be easy.
But one year later, we are in a stronger position as a country because of the President's decision.
Better able to focus on the threats and challenges, but also the opportunities of today.
Opportunities, challenges, better positioned, it's all fabulous.
I know 13 families that would beg to differ and we are honored to have with us the father of one of those who was lost, Staff Sergeant Taylor Hoover.
Welcome Mr. Darren Hoover to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
I appreciate it.
So, I know you can't easily share in words what the last year has been like, but will you just talk to us?
Have the 13 families come together or have you mourned separately?
Is there a community of the 13 lost servicemen and women in the last year?
Yeah, we've got a Facebook Messenger group.
That is just the parents.
Um we're able to connect that way.
Um we do keep in touch.
For the most part with everybody.
Um You know, it's.
It's been a rough year and we've had to lean on each other and lean on.
on other Gold Star families and having the support and love from literally across this world.
Has been nothing short of amazing, and it's just.
It's been very difficult and.
Luckily we're making it through so far.
It's just, you know, day to day hour by hour, sometimes even minute to minute.
that things come up, you know, thoughts or, you know, even for me, it's something as simple as a song or, You know, just talking to people and all of a sudden the label hit and.
You feel that grief all over again, but.
Like I said, everybody's been so supportive and understanding and helpful.
I mean, we've gotten cards and letters and gifts literally from across the world.
And so it's not just here in the country.
It's worldwide.
Um, The public has only seen the bland, empty statements like that one from Ned Price at the State Department, and then of course the shocking images of Joe Biden looking at his watch four or five times during the solemn transfer of the caskets when they arrived back home.
Has the White House been supportive?
What has the administration done for the families?
They have done absolutely nothing.
Not one single thing.
To call that a great, the greatest evacuation and it was perfect.
I'm sorry.
It was anything but.
It was chaotic.
It was discombobulated.
It was just... But you must have received a phone call from Biden or a letter or something, no?
There was a letter sent.
Six months after it happened.
And it was a canned letter, meaning that everybody got the same exact one and it just looks like a, you know, a photocopy or Xerox or whatever.
But no phone call from the Commander-in-Chief to you, to his mother?
No, nothing.
We've gotten nothing.
Wow.
All right, well, let's put that to one side.
I'm sad to say I am not surprised.
Will you say something about your son, Staff Sergeant Taylor Hoover?
Share with us some of the things that our listeners should know about your son, that brave Marine.
Taylor is, he is a humongous, humongous man and a warrior.
When he was little, He always used to play with with, uh, you know the toy plastic soldiers.
But they weren't soldiers.
Those were Marines.
So from from he from he knew as a child that he was going to go into the call.
Oh, absolutely.
And the one thing that You know, he was all about family, all about loving his mom and sisters is his aunt's uncle's cousins.
I mean, he was very focused on He was 11 years old when 9 11 happened.
And you know, he watched that.
Watched the first plane go into the second one.
Excuse me.
The second plane go into the second tower.
And right then and there, he said, I am joining the Marines.
You know, and his parents were thinking, Well, okay, you know, we've got some time.
And maybe that time will Well, helping one way or the other.
And it came down to it when he got in high school, that the recruiters were coming around the school and all branches of the military were there.
But again, he was he was focused on the Marine Corps and joined them.
Mr. Hoover, we're up against a hard break.
Is there any website that you'd like to mention before we we have to say goodbye?
Yes, we've got a foundation.
It's Staff Sergeant Darren Taylor Hoover Memorial and Staff Sergeant is with the acronym the SSGT Darren Taylor Hoover Memorial.
All right, guys, please write this down.
It's the Darren Taylor Hoover Memorial Foundation, with his rank at the beginning, Staff Sergeant, which is SSGT.
SSGT, Darren Taylor Hoover Memorial Foundation.
God bless you, sir.
Semper Fidelis.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Stay with us here on this channel.
Mr. Hoover?
Yes, sir.
I'd like to keep as much as possible.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Biden did nothing for the dead marines.
For our dead marine.
For our dead marine.
Uh-huh.
Uh.
Billboard.
And...
Gender.
Gender.
The homophobia of the transgender movement.
The Mar-a-Lago, colon.
The DOJ are truly desperate.
What's his foundation?
What does it say?
The Article 3 Project.
Can you put a chyron up of the foundation that he mentioned?
Staff Sergeant Darren Taylor Hoover Foundation.
That's what he just said, literally two minutes ago.
Let's continue the discussion of the desperation of the deep state, especially the DOJ after that illegal state-sanctioned burglary of the presidential residence at Ismar-Lago.
I saw this chap.
He's been on the show before, but he was very, very good after the raid.
I saw him on Newsmax, and he's back on America First with all of you patriots across the nation.
Mike Davis of the Article 3 Project.
Welcome back to the Salem Media Network.
Thank you for having me.
So, I know you're a legal expert, but I don't know what background you have.
Have you worked on national security issues?
Well, I've worked at the I was in the Justice Department in the criminal division for a short time when the criminal division oversaw the counter espionage section and the counterintelligence, counterterrorism sections at the Department of Justice.
So I have, you know, I'll take I'll take that as a very solid yes.
So I did my analysis of the leaks from the DOJ.
I'm going to ask you to respond.
Let's put up the image again.
This is the unbelievable trophy photograph we were predicted would We've come out of that illegal raid.
This is covers, just covers of alleged secret documents found at Mar-a-Lago that the DOJ has passed out to its lapdogs in the mainstream media.
Mike Davis, as a legal professional, as a man who understands national security, formerly having worked at the DOJ, your reaction to that image being out in the mainstream legacy media?
It just shows that the Biden Justice Department is trying to politicize this case and try the case in the media instead of in the court.
It's very clear that the president, any president of the United States, has the absolute constitutional power to declassify anything he wants.
Any president has the sole statutory authority to make personal any copy of these declassified materials.
The Presidential Records Act even contemplates that former presidents have They have classified materials.
The Presidential Records Act doesn't distinguish between classified and non-classified.
Congress gives former presidents, federally funded staff with security clearances, office space, secure office space, including SCIF, secret service protection, to guard paper records.
This is not a case like Hillary Clinton, where our most highly classified secrets were on her illegal home server that was hacked by foreign governments.
These were Declassified personal records at Mar-a-Lago in the office of former president as contemplated by the Presidential Records Act and protected by the Secret Service and people with security clearances.
This was a phishing expedition by the Biden Justice Department.
They went to a biased judge, Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhart, who just recused From President Trump's civil lawsuit against Hillary Clinton on June 22nd because of his judicial bias under 28 U.S.C.
455A and Canon 2 and 2A of the judicial canons.
He has a clear bias.
He bashed Trump personally in 2017 on Facebook.
There's no reason he should have been issuing this unwarranted, unprecedented, unnecessary, unlawful home raid of a former President somehow his bias went away when he when he did this, and he ordered a general warrant, eight years of presidential records.
This is unconstitutional, unlawful, banana republic style tactics.
And it's because Trump had the declassified personal copy of the crossfire hurricane records that are so damning to Obama, Biden, Hillary, Susan Rice, Clapper, FBI, intel community.
That's probably the most succinct explanation I've heard in the last three and a half weeks on the issue.
Clearly, you know what you're talking about.
The name is Mike Davis.
It is the Article 3 Project.
You can follow him on Twitter, M-R-D-D-M-I-A.
We'll be back with Mike momentarily.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First, coming to you live from the ReliefFactor.com studios.

Pain relief that's real.
Pain relief that is liberating half a million Americans right now across the country, including Alicia from California.
No, it's not just Dr. G. This is her story.
I'm a grocery store worker and have been working doubles during the coronavirus shutdown.
At 52 years old, my two bad knees were not getting a rest.
I literally limped to and from bed.
Two days into relief factor and the pain has decreased substantially.
So thankful for this amazing product.
That.
Should.
Be.
You.
That.
Could.

Or go to relieffactor.com.
That's 800-583-84, relieffactor.com.
And then we'll let you go, Mike.
Yeah.
What else is important from your perspective to hit?
Why did they wait 18 months to get these records?
So damaging.
Why did Garland deliberate for weeks?
The deliberation for weeks shows that he was judge shopping.
Why did they wait three days after this biased judge issued the warrant to execute it?
These were such damning records.
Why didn't they get them sooner?
These are copy of records.
And so what was the need to go bust down their door to get them off their copies from the Intel agencies?
It's clearly a political hit.
Wonderful.
Excellent.
Good.
All right.
I'm going to do PhD here, Eric.
Hang on.
I'm taking my IFP off for a second.
So don't try and talk to me.
Hang on.
I said I'm taking my IFB off.
I said I'm taking my IFB off.
Do I want to what, Eric?
Yeah, just use like you did yesterday.
Doesn't matter.
I don't know.
Yeah, the suit, the car, whatever.
Is there a good cut we can come in with?
Is there a good cut?
Come in with cut three.
Uh-huh.
My deceased son, Beau, he was the Attorney General of the state of Delaware.
And what he used to do is go down in the east side, what's called the bucket, highest crime rate in the country.
There's a place where I used to, I was the only white guy that worked as a lifeguard down in that area, in the east side.
And you know where the, you can always tell where the best basketball in the state is, or the best basketball in the city is.
It's where everybody shows up.
Help me out, Jeff.
What does it mean when he says, I was the only white guy, but they had the best basketball and the highest crime?
What does that mean?
Oh, I think, yes, you're right.
You're right.
It means that he's a racist.
He's a bigot.
Well, we knew that.
If you look at the Clarence Thomas hearings, you understand the man in the White House has been a racist all along.
Dear friends, I am within striking distance of my target.
I lost 40 pounds with the amazing Dr. Ashley Lucas's PhD weight loss program.
A new lease on life.
Every diet I've tried for 20 years, I couldn't stick with it.
This one actually worked.
Got a brand new suit this week.
I've been posing in my new XL t-shirts.
Why?
Because I don't need double X anymore.
If you've got weight you need to lose, you don't do the stupid calorie counting, then just join me.

We're back with Mike Davis of the Article 3 Project, talking about the, what I call, state-sanctioned burglary of Mar-a-Lago, never before happened to any president.
All presidents have the highest level security clearance after they leave office as well.
So here are some questions for you.
Number one, Mike, we've had this.
Help me explain why we have this constantly shifting narrative.
First, it was the archivists that you had to archive the documents, get them out of Mar-a-Lago, although there's 300 million pages of documents.
That Obama still has in his quote-unquote presidential library that still hasn't been built in Chicago, and I think he left office a good few years ago.
Then we were told it was nuclear weapon secrets, and when everybody laughed at that, including the former acting director of national intelligence, Rick Grenell, they said, oh no, espionage act.
Well, if it's espionage, here's the issue I have.
They waited 18 months, Then they waited three weeks to actually send the team in and then they waited three days to have a press conference where the Attorney General didn't answer any questions.
What is the possible reasoning if there were espionage act related crimes being committed?
Help me explain this to our three million listeners.
Yeah, so if Trump had such damning, dangerous, classified records and Trump was going to launch the nukes from Mar-a-Lago and they had to stop him, they waited 18 months to go get these.
And then Merrick Garland deliberated.
Four weeks he leaked out thinking he was helping his cause.
It actually hurt him because it showed he was judge shopping for this biased judge.
Down in West Palm Beach, Magistrate Judge Bruce Reinhardt, and if he deliberated for weeks, what was the urgency to get him?
And then they waited three days after Bruce Reinhardt issued this warrant to execute him.
If you look at what they've done with this investigation, they leaked out that Merrick Garland, to Newsweek, they leaked out that Merrick Garland didn't personally approve this raid.
That was a lie.
They leaked out that he had nuclear documents.
That was a lie.
And then they leaked out that President Trump and the, or excuse me, President Biden and the Biden White House was not involved with this rate.
That was a lie.
President Biden and Deputy White House Counsel Jonathan Hsu had to work with the Justice Department and the archives to waive President Trump's claim of executive privilege, which paved the way for this home rate.
So this is leaks and lies.
They say that they can't produce the affidavit, this complete, almost completely redacted affidavit, but they're selectively leaking it, leaking from it.
They are illegally leaking from the grand jury.
We saw that in Newsweek.
There was an illegal grand jury week.
They're also highly inappropriately leaking from the investigation.
We saw those pictures that you put up.
They're trying to convict Trump.
Let's stop there for a second, sir.
of a public opinion because they know as a matter of law it is impossible for Trump to have violated the Espionage Act for how he handled classified material as president.
They know it is.
Let's stop there for a second.
So this is a crucial point.
Given that he's a former president who goes to his grave with the highest TSSCIQ clearances you can imagine, the fact that he can declassify whatever document he wants to and he had a standing order for any document related to the Russia hoax and that he's living in a secured the fact that he can declassify whatever document he wants to and he had a standing order for any document related to the The fact is, Mike, and I want to hammer this home.
He cannot be prosecuted.
He cannot legally be prosecuted for any of the things they've spuriously charged him with.
That's exactly right, because when he was president, he had the inherent constitutional power to classify anything he wants, for any reason he wants, in any manner he wants, and he didn't have to get permission from any bureaucrat at the National Archives who worked for him.
And we saw that with the 1988 Department of Navy versus Egan case with the Russian collusion documents.
He actually specifically declassified them with his January 19th, 2021 declassification memo the day before he left office.
It was the Biden Justice Department and the National Archives that dragged their feet and never made them public.
But these were absolutely declassified records.
And these are the records that terrify the Biden, Obama, Hillary, Susan Rice, Clapper, FBI, Intel regimes because they're so damning.
It shows that they cooked up the Russian collusion hoax to influence the 2016 election.
So I have to ask you the $64,000 question.
What happens now?
I was convinced that there would be a criminal referral coming out of the January 6th trial, and now I'm doubly convinced that there'll be one coming out of there and one coming out of Mar-a-Lago.
What is your prediction?
Is a DOJ criminal referral or an indictment against President Trump imminent, Mike Davis?
I think they absolutely want to indict President Trump.
Let's ask this.
If Merrick Garland had weeks to deliberate, why didn't he walk down the hall at the Justice Department to the Office of Legal Counsel, or OLC, and get an opinion from OLC on whether Trump could have violated the Espionage Act or some paperwork act by the way he handled these declassified personal materials?
I think that Merrick Garland didn't do that, presumably because he knows that there is the Supreme Court case we discussed, Navy v. Egan in 1988, and the Presidential Records Act that make it clear that Trump violated no laws whatsoever.
Yeah, and of course, thanks to John Solomon, we're reminded of the sock-draw case with President Clinton, where it was deemed by a federal judge a decision that has not been even appealed, that a president gets to keep as personal documentation whatever he deems to be personal documentation.
That's his decision.
If it's good enough for Baba, It's good enough for my old boss, President Trump.
Thank you, Mike, for continuing to tell the truth.
Please check out the Article 3 project and follow Mike Davis on Twitter.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

Can you play me 16?
16?
Oh, that's an audio cut, right?
Oh yeah, sorry, Alex.
Can you play me 16?
By the way, I could well imagine that this is just the beginning.
I don't think there's a debate on Mar-a-Lago near the end of this kind of thing.
I can well imagine they're going to keep going, because what's going to stop them?
Who's going to stop them from going around to all kinds of other Republicans' conservative houses and saying, oh my God, here we discovered another one that's stamped secret?
F*** you!
They can stamp secret on anything they want!
Alright, I'm gonna use the Bongino Cut, and I'll probably use that with Jim Jordan.
Alrighty.
Oh my gosh, why is the Wi-Fi so cruddy?
Are you on, Salem?
Yep.
Salem, which one are you on?
Whatever you guys told me to be on.
No, I guarantee you you're not on Salem Wi-Fi.
I can't.
I can't.
Just that one question is so utterly, utterly remarkable. level.
Really?
You can't tell us why you raided the President's home?
It's like almost a month later.
How can you not tell us?
Have you not justified in sort of leaking photographs of cover pages of documents that you won't even say what's between the cover pages because there's nothing?
Let's listen to Dan Bongino first.
If you like the show, please support it.
Help those who make it possible every day to broadcast to you.
Just say a thank you to great Americans like Mike Lindell, a friend of President Trump.
He's under attack every single day.

So he served in the NYPD as a LEO, a law enforcement officer.
He is a former Secret Service agent.
He is a rock star of conservative radio.
And as a former Fed, this is what Dan Bongino had to say about the FBI.
But why would you trust the FBI when it comes to Trump?
Can you give me a reason?
None.
Anyone?
Where have they shown?
Okay, thank you.
Zero.
Where have they shown any documented history of unbiased, nonpartisan, law enforcement type activity?
The answer is in no Trump case ever.
So your default defense of the FBI is outrageous.
Let me just give you a few.
Let's go through the list of people.
And let me give you another argument.
So, first of all, we've got to trust the FBI.
No, no, no, we don't have to trust the FBI.
No, I don't.
You want to trust the FBI?
Good luck.
You have no record to back that up, but you trust the FBI.
Then you say, well, it's just a few bad apples.
Is it?
Let's just go to the list of names of people who've been involved in either alleged corruption or documented corruption at the FBI.
We've got Jim Comey, Andy McCabe, Bill Priestep.
I had to write this down so I didn't forget them all.
Jim Baker, Lisa Page, Peter Stroke.
Stephen Soma, Joe Bianca, Kevin Clinesmith, Brian Orton, Tim Tebow, and those are just the people you know about.
Amazing summation, but the first thing Dan said is that the real, the real gut check, it's the kill shot.
He said, name one instance, one instance in the last six years when the FBI was demonstrably fair In a case concerning Donald Trump.
Just once.
Any of them.
Manafort, Flynn, Bannon, Navarro.
Just once.
You can't!
Because they're a Gestapo.
That's why we have the t-shirts, the mugs, the FBI.
Biden's new Gestapo.

Jim Jordan.
There was an illusion being created using the most awesome tools and the greatest tricks that the American intelligence community had learned to use against our enemies.
Now it was being deployed against the American people and our president.
This is the biggest political scandal in modern history, which makes Watergate look like a tiff.
The FBI director has no credibility.
The left used to not trust the FBI, and now they love them.
This can happen to General Michael T. Flynn.
Imagine what they do to anybody who has a single strike against them.
35 Russian diplomats in the U.S.
expelled.
The prosecution of General Flynn wasn't a pursuit of criminal activity.
It was a setup.
Flynn actually had details.
So he was talking about going after people's budgets.
They were terrified.
Media didn't start as neutral.
Media hasn't been neutral all its life.
The two faces of Hillary Clinton are coming out.
In fact, through WikiLeaks, that she says one thing and...
Oh, no.
They worked hand in glove with Comey to try to delegitimize Trump.
They were not there to tell the truth.
A political dirty trick is being carried out by our intelligence community.
Honestly, none of us really know, sort of holistically, what to think about this dossier.
They went into Congress.
They said, there's nothing here.
Doesn't matter.
We'll keep going with FISA.
We'll keep going with the investigation.
And more importantly, we will go on TV, day in and day out, and lie to the American people to their face.
And nothing's going to happen to us.
The nation and all of our freedoms hang by a thread.
And the military apparatus of this country is about to be handed over to scum who are beholden to scum!
Russian scum!
We had not one person claim that they had or had seen evidence of Trump colluding with the Russians.
Devin Nunes was the hero in the forest.
He was alone.
He was mocked.
He was attacked.
Devin Nunes was subject to such scorn for saying the conclusions that we brought forth in that report, which all proved to be true.
Russiagate was a false story.
To target their political opposition.
To carry out their insurance policies.
I believe that this is a conspiracy.
These guys have perpetrated the greatest crime against the American people ever seen.
It was a coup d'etat.
This is how sick and twisted these people are.
I recently confirmed that on numerous occasions the intelligence community incidentally collected information about U.S.
citizens involved in the Trump transition.
It was shocking to see some of the over-classification that was done to hide either corruption or abuse of authority and just to make sure certain agencies didn't look bad.
We have a peaceful transition of power process.
That's not what happened.
There were more meetings.
There were more leaks.
There were more attacks.
The thing that they were investigating the Trump campaign for is what they themselves were doing.
Not just the Democratic Party and their operatives, but also the FBI.
If I were writing about the time frame that we lived in, and that we're living in now, I would say it wasn't supposed to happen.
They weren't supposed to know.
The entire time this was going on, they thought this was going to be what sunk the Donald Trump presidency.
and they were just looking for the golden goose and they still haven't found it because it doesn't exist.

Congressman Jordan.
Hello, Congressman Jordan?
Are you there?
Hey, I'm so glad you're coming on.
We've been trying for ages.
We're going to talk FBI Mar-a-Lago.
What else is important for you?
No, that's fine.
Let's talk that.
Good.
All right, stand by 15 seconds and we're live.
Okay.
Yes, come in with that video.
And then I'm going to tee up the Ben Stein video.
Audio.
Audio.
The audio.
This is America First, and here's your host, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Bueller?
You remember that opening from the classic movie Ferris Bueller's Day Off?
The teacher who was saying Beulah, Beulah, Beulah, is a rather famous comedian called Ben Stein who started his career as a speechwriter for none other than President Nixon.
Yes.
And he was on a podcast recently talking about the Mar-a-Lago raid.
He's a conservative.
He's a comedian who's a conservative.
Listen what he had to say that is relevant to all three million of you out there.
Cut sixteen.
By the way, I could well imagine that this is just the beginning.
I don't think there's a bit of a break on Mar-a-Lago near the end of this kind of thing.
I could well imagine that they're going to keep going, because what's going to stop them?
Who's going to stop them from going around to all kinds of other Republicans' conservative houses and saying, oh my God, here we discovered another one that's stamped secret?
Well, f*** you.
They can stamp secret on anything they want.
They can stamp secret on anything they want.
Is that what's happening after the Mar-a-Lago raid?
Should it make every conservative fear the excesses of the FBI?
Let's talk to somebody who's been talking to some whistleblowers.
We've been desperate to get him on the show for quite some time.
Proudly representing the beautiful 4th District of Ohio, Congressman Jim Jordan.
Welcome back to America First.
Well, great to be with you, Sebastian.
Appreciate all you do.
So Congressman, you're the ranking member on Judiciary.
We're hearing a lot of things occurring with Senator Grassley, Tim Tebow, Special Agent Timothy Tebow being escorted out of the FBI building on Friday.
But you too have some FBI whistleblowers under your protective wing.
Tell us about where we are, when we're going to hear more, and your reaction to the latest developments in what I concern to be the illegal state-sanctioned raid of the President's residence.
Well, yeah.
I mean, unwarranted, unnecessary, unprecedented, wrong, what they did to President Trump.
But just give it a little context.
So think about three weeks ago, in a matter of five days, what the Democrats did, what the Biden administration and the Democrats did.
They raid the home of the former president of the United States, the likely Republican candidate for president in two years.
They raid his home.
The very next day, they take the phone of a sitting member of Congress.
And three days after that, they passed legislation to unleash 87,000 IRS agents on we the people, the American citizen.
I mean, that all happened in a five-day time span.
So when Ben Stein says that, oh, look, that's what's the frightening aspect of all this.
And it's so bad.
We know the political nature of the Justice Department because, as you pointed out, we have had now over 14 whistleblowers, FBI agents come to the House Republican Judiciary Committee staff to talk to us about the political environment there at the Justice Department on a host of issues.
On the school board issue on January 6, And on this pressuring they're getting from the likes of Timothy Tebalt, as you mentioned, to catalog and categorize every case as a domestic violent extremism case when in fact they're not.
So, yeah, this is serious stuff.
And the fact that you have that many agents coming to us under whistleblower status when we're in the minority.
So all we can really do is begin to tell their story.
We can't subpoena the people that need to be subpoenaed and do the depositions that need to happen.
We can't do any of that, but they're still willing to come to us, which just underscores how serious and how bad it really is.
So, I haven't mentioned this to our listeners, but why is it that the Attorney General, Merrick Garland, has just issued an open memorandum to everybody at the Department of Justice to, quote, remind them at this time To reaffirm all department personnel of our policies regarding communications between the DOJ and Congress.
That's chilling.
I mean, the whistleblower statute exists for a reason.
Why is the Attorney General saying, I'm watching you?
Because, you know, you're exactly right.
It's designed to chill the speech that is happening, where they're coming to us under the whistleblower statute.
And because there have now been, when you look at the fact that we've had 14, Senator Grassley, Senator Johnson have had a number come to them as well.
Because, again, this is how serious it is.
This is how bad it is at the Department of Justice.
And because that news has now gotten out there, you see that within days, you see the Attorney General Issue that memo, that internal document to FBI agents spelling out their internal rules.
I think, as you pointed out, it's exactly to try to chill the speech and stop this from happening.
But I don't think it's going to, because there are good agents.
The problem is at the top, there are good agents who understand what's going on is wrong, and that's why they're coming forward.
Follow this man, Jim underscore Jordan, on Twitter, Jordan.House.Gov.
And let me say here in front of all of our listeners, Every single day I get tweets sent to me from your team, congressmen on the Judiciary Committee, and they have a rather good Twitter game, so I always retweet those, so congratulations.
Thank you.
I don't want you to endanger these individuals or give out clues to their identity, but can you give a sense to our listeners how significant the things are, the accusations being made by these FBI whistleblowers to you and your team?
Well, what I can do is I can tell you this.
It's a number, it's over 14, and the first one happened about 10 months ago with the whole school board issue.
If you remember what happened last fall.
And frankly, I think the key to why Glenn Youngkin was able to win the governor's race in a blue state of Virginia.
So it started with that, and that is a real case study in how the Justice Department has been so politicized, because they went after moms and dads who were showing up at school board meetings, and we have the memorandum, we have the letter that came in initially from the School Board Association, and then the Attorney General's memo, and then the subsequent email that went out to FBI agents around the country.
So that was the first issue.
We've had more than one whistleblower come to us on that, but they've also then come just in this general sense that they are being pressured.
To characterize every case.
As a domestic violent extremism case.
And this fits in line with what Joe Biden said just a few days ago when he called us all fascists.
What they're trying to do is label any Trump Republican, any conservative as somehow a fascist, a terrorist or whatever.
And it's just flat out wrong as we all know.
So that's been a focus.
And then, of course, we've had a couple agents talk to us about concerns regarding January 6th.
So we're checking them all out.
Our lawyers talk with these folks.
We pledge to keep them confidential because that's how the whistleblower statute works.
If they at some point want to go public and tell their story in a more public way, we'll obviously work with them.
But it's serious as evidence – Look, I've been in Congress a few years and I've been involved.
I'm on the Oversight Committee, I'm on the Judiciary Committee.
I've probably been involved in all the big investigations from the IRS targeting conservatives to the Benghazi Select Committee.
I've been involved in all these.
I have never.
Never seen this kind of number of whistleblowers come to us, Senator Grassley, Senator Johnson, as I said.
So it is truly unprecedented.
And I think, again, it just demonstrates how bad the political environment is over there and the political focus of our Biden Justice Department.
Right, so what do we do about it?
What is to be done, as Lenin once said, to use a left-wing aphorism.
If there's a real victory in the midterms, a 50-60 seat victory, can we strangle, because you have the purse-string powers in the House, can we strangle the agency's budgets to make them stop deeming innocent parents terrorists or hiding Hunter Biden's laptop?
Do we have options before we have President Trump back in the White House?
Yeah, I think they're threefold.
One is to continue to do the oversight and investigative work that we're required to do under the Constitution so that the American people, so that we the people, get the facts, get the truth.
Second, propose actual legislation to change and reform and replace and different aspects of what's going on in the Justice Department so that you make it much more difficult for there to be the politics that's involved there.
And then third, you focus on the appropriation process and the power of the purse, as you indicated, that we have in the legislative branch.
I think you do all three of those.
And then, of course, some of that stuff may not get passed, may not get done, because there's still Joe Biden in the White House, but that begins to frame up.
and provide context to the 2024 presidential race.
When I think President Trump is going to be running, I hope he certainly does.
And I think he's going to win.
And then if he then becomes president in 2025, you can put in place the kind of attorney general you need to clean up the place.
And the future for Christopher Wray, Congressman?
Well, I think it's the same.
I mean, if President Trump runs and wins, I think there'll be a move to make a change there and a push to make a change.
But we'll be looking at the entire Justice Department.
That obviously includes the FBI.
And frankly, Sebastian, this is real important.
And I just talked about this a couple days ago.
We now know the Inspector General.
Every agency has an Inspector General.
By statute, these were created by the Congress.
They're supposed to provide independent oversight.
We now know the Inspector General was involved in the taking of the phone of a sitting member of Congress.
And think about how this happened.
The FBI came to the Inspector General and said, hey, we're going to take the phone of a sitting member of Congress.
We're going to do it one day after we've raided the home of the former president, and we're going to do it while he's on vacation with his family.
The Inspector General should have said, are you out of your mind?
Incredible.
There were all kinds of constitutional concerns, but he didn't say that.
He said, go ahead, and we'll image the phone.
That is frightening, too.
Keep fighting the good fight, Congressman Jim Jordan, Ranking Member of the Judiciary Committee.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
stay on this channel.
Okay.
Okay. .
title for that one said okay went to test test test test your hair is kind of all right let's try one more thing I can move it forward

Hello, Jen.
Can you hear us?
Hi.
Can you hear me?
Yes, we can hear you.
You're going to be doing Skype for us today.
Yeah.
How does it sound?
Because we're trying a new lab mic today.
No.
I texted you, Jack.
I'm sorry, what was that, Jen?
I wonder if it does.
Does it sound okay because we're using a new mic today?
I'm sorry, Jen.
Can you turn that up?
I can barely hear her.
Oh, sorry.
Does it sound okay because we're using a new mic today?
Okay.
What about Skype?
Yeah, are you gonna?
Oh yeah, Skype's coming.
Here we go.
Okay, there we go.
Thank you.
80 seconds.
Oh, I think that's Wilco, isn't it?
I think you'll post this gentleman.
I hope you're a person who's in the chat.
I don't think that's sad, is it?
This is the last one we used, I think.
I know, but we used it for Wilco yesterday.
Which one do you want me to use?
Salem Media Studios.
Alright, it says you hung up.
Oh, it says we hung up.
Okay, good.
Okay.
Call us.
There we go.

Yeah.
Alright, there we go.

40 seconds.
Constitution, America first!
We're shaking things up a bit here.
Yes we are.
Usually she's the A block and the B block.
That's radio terminology.
Although that's actually TV.
Because it should be segments.
I'm still a newbie.
Only three and a half years into this thing.
Let's talk to a real pro.
But first things first.
Last day!
Last day of our Food for the Poor campaign for the starving children and mothers.
Who've been evacuated from their homes, in many cases because they've been shelled into the ground.
Please, if you haven't donated, would you give them a call right now?
Food for the Poor is on 800- Sorry, 855-330-HOPE or the easiest is just to go to my website SebGorka.com and click on the Food for the Poor Help Ukraine banner at the top.
A donation just once for $100 is 400 meals.
How do they do that?
They have the food already, they just have to get it into the war zone.
Last day today, if you were intending to, And you haven't yet, please do it.
It is a godly, godly thing to help these children.
The number again, it's 855-330-4673 or just go to S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A.
Seb Gorka.
Lots of stories to discuss coming out of California, but may I, will you indulge me?
I want to talk a little bit about the senile old man in the White House first.
Can we do that?
We can absolutely do it.
And I will always let Jim Jordan come in as long as he says he will fight to be Speaker of the House.
Can we lay that one down for him?
Guys, back me up.
Have I not raised that before with him on air?
I would like it.
Yes, I have.
And he said, I got, I got, thank you sir, but I got important stuff to do at judiciary.
So yeah, we'll see.
We'll see.
All right.
First things first, you're a gun gal, aren't you?
I know you live in California, but you're a gun gal.
I am a gun gal.
Did you know that an AR-15 is four times as more dangerous as any other weapon known to man?
Isn't that amazing?
It's incredible.
I had none of that stat.
I know.
I have many, many AR-15s.
Now I can sell the rest of my firearms because clearly I've got some, I don't know, Thor's hammer or Poseidon's trident in my hand.
Because the master weapon expert, Joe Biden, had this to say in Pennsylvania yesterday.
Cut five, play cut.
Did you realize the bullet out of an AR-15 travels five times as rapidly as a bullet shot out of any other gun?
Sorry, I was wrong.
I mean, I know nothing about guns.
Not four times, five times!
It's five times more dangerous.
Can we just do a sanity check here for those of you who tune out on Fridays for my Second Amendment hour here?
Let's just put the image up.
These are the most common calibers in use in America and in three cases in the world.
So Eric, let's put the images of the cartridges.
They're not bullets, by the way.
Come back.
A bullet is the thing that comes out of the barrel.
The thing that goes into the gun's magazine or chamber is a cartridge.
So here we have a 5.56 right in the middle there.
This is the caliber that an AR-15 is calibered for.
I don't like it.
It's tiny.
It's a kind of pipsqueak round.
And then you have next to it a real man's caliber at the end, 308.
I love the 308.
That's a battle rifle.
And then on the other end, the weenie little 22, the long rifle, the most popular caliber in the world.
Let's have some stats here.
So the 223 travels at what speed?
Just under 3,000 feet per second.
OK, so 3,000 feet per second, which means everything else has to be traveling under, significantly under 1,000 feet per second for Biden to have told the truth.
Well, let's have a look.
The .308, a much heavier bullet, the 7.62 NATO, travels at 2,800 feet per second.
Practically the same.
The same as an AR-15!
Let's look at the 9mm, the handgun cartridge.
What did he say, Jan?
It blows a hole the size of Nebraska in your... That's right.
Right, something like that.
A couple of weeks ago.
The 9mm is a supersonic round that travels at 1,100 feet per second.
So just, you know, less than three times slower than a rifle.
And then, shockingly of all, the little pipsqueak, the squirrel round, the .22LR, is likewise a supersonic round at 1,100 feet per second.
So here's a question for you.
He is a cretin.
He's a moron.
But do the speechwriters Think that in a nation that has 300 million guns, that anybody's going to say, oh yeah, AR-15, that's like a nuclear cannon in your hand.
Well, because most of the people in the United States who are not supporters of the Second Amendment or who don't have a basic knowledge of firearms think that AR-15 stands for assault rifle.
And, you know, it's it's just it's very unnerving when you have the President of the United States making policy, I like to call him, The chairman of the United States making policy about our rights to have and bear arms when he doesn't even understand what he's talking about.
And clearly, neither do the people around him.
But it's symbolic of what happens on the left.
Instagram, you'll come out at least a couple of points less smart.
You'll be a little stupider on your IQ test.
If you read what social media and the left know about firearms and about ammunition, they don't even get it.
I have to ask, do you do TikTok, Jennifer?
No, are you kidding?
No, I can't.
I can't.
I've gone through TikTok.
I don't have the app because it's, you know, made by Communist China.
China!
But I've gone via, you know, the webpage when somebody sends me a TikTok, like, you know, libs of TikTok or whatever.
And I swear to you, I know you were being funny, but with regards to Instagram, you get into TikTok.
And you are down the rabbit hole in Alice in Wonderland, and even if it's just five, ten minutes, I swear it fries brain cells as you're watching it.
It is a truly demonic, demonic platform.
And that's what they're banking on.
And these kids sit there for hours.
I learned something because I see a way—I mean, I've been on TikTok, as you have, just looking at it on a computer, basically.
But my mom gets into TikTok.
It's so weird.
She was a high school teacher.
So right before she retired, TikTok started to become a thing.
So she was on for some of her kids.
But, I mean, she tells me that if you've been on it too long, there's actually a thing that comes up and says, you've been on this more than an hour.
Because that's what it does.
It takes you down these slippery slopes.
The worst thing is that people who go through either Instagram or TikTok think that they're somehow experts in a field like weapons, firearms, ammunition.
They come off and they think they're an expert.
And basically what it does is sucks your IQ down to your shoe size.
I mean, it's, it's bad.
There's so much misinformation on there, but these kids are sucking it up.
Hours at a time.
Hours at a time.
It's truly, truly a weapon of informational warfare against us and it needs to be understood as that.
Bring back President Trump and ban the stinking thing.

Shall we do those?
Definitely.
And my favorite thing from the speech yesterday was when Biden propositioned that child with a, hey baby, how old are you?
Did you happen to hear that?
No.
There's no way.
You've got to find, you've got to find the audio.
I know Jeff's a master.
I'll find it.
I'll find it on the Twitter machine.
Hey baby.
Are you able to hear me from here?
Yeah.
Yeah, we hear you.
My office does work though.
Oh my gosh, really?
Are you in your office?
Yes, I'll bring the... Okay, here we go, here we go, here we go.
Kind of cuts in and out, but we can hear you.
What a creepy boss.
He is so creepy.
That's like you were talking to someone in a bar.
Hey baby, not a nine-year-old.
You're almost double figures.
Arrest the guy!
Arrest him!
We had fun on the air today.
That was our Biden basement briefing today.
It's just disgusting.
I'm pretty sure Biden lives by the mantra of age ain't nothing but a number.
I guess so.
Grant's like, that's what I say in the bar.
I ask those fillies how they're doing when they sit next to me.
Cut 12, please.
Go ahead.
I'm just wondering, what do you think is behind the rise in threats that politicians are facing?
We've been through a lot as a country, as a world over these past years.
Obviously the pandemic, increasing anxiety because of climate change.
I almost didn't recognize him since he got a haircut.
Give me 13.
Oh, no, no, no. 11, 11, 11, 11.
I got it.
My fellow Americans, can we all speak truths so we can see the lie that was brought upon our President Trump and the ones who once were on his side are now finding wrong with the documents.
Can we see this lie?
Did they ever attack Obama's home or Clinton's?
And why not?
Because President Trump knows that the swamp are all lies and he once drowned them.
And they're all afraid you will see the truths.
Wake up America.
See this lie.
Now 13.
Oftentimes in American politics, we think melodramatically.
And what I mean by that is we have these clear examples of good and evil.
This is the evil character.
If we only could banish that evil character, then we will all be good.
We will be absolved of our sins.
We just need to see the back of Donald Trump's head.
And everything will be fine.
Nice glasses.
You all know what he really means, of course.
Banish?
How do you banish an evil character?
What do you do with an evil character?
He knows what he's saying.
Eric.
He's the one saying it.
Eric.
They're saying the quiet part out loud at this point.
30 seconds.

But you've got to use promo code G-O-R-K-A.
So why do we invite her on the show?
Because she's the pro!
She's the radio maven, and she tells us what to talk about.
So we've got all kinds of clips from Pennsylvania and Sleepy Creepy Beijing Biden, but we didn't get this one.
So what kind of person calls a nine-year-old child Hey, babe.
Oh my gosh, it's true.
Here we go.
We're gonna use high tech here.
This is Sleepy Creepy Beijing yesterday from the campaign platform.
How are you, baby?
How old are you?
How old are you?
Almost double figures!
Hey, baby, how old are you?
Nine, she squeals, and he says, ooh, almost double figures.
Jen, I don't know, I gotta share this story.
If I haven't told you, if I've told you before, I apologize, but for those who are new to the show, I was on Nantucket because a member of my wife's family is a chef there.
He runs the best restaurant on the island.
Not my scene.
It'll frou-frou.
But every couple years when I go, they used to have a kind of fisherman's store where I used to buy my blue jeans.
They had the style of Levi's.
I went in there twice.
Once every two years, I'd buy my jeans.
After he left the White House, I bumped into him, Biden, in this Outfitters.
And two young girls, maybe 10 and 12, with their grandpappy, you know, fangirled out on him, and wanted a photograph with the vice president.
And he's holding, he's got his arms around them, and the grandfather's there taking the photograph.
And afterwards, Biden says, cute girls, I hope you've got a high wall around your house.
And that's in front of me and the clerk of the store.
This guy's a pervert, Jen.
It is so bad.
I mean, if that were my kid sitting in the crowd at that event, I would have her out of there faster than you can say, scratch and sniff.
I mean, this guy has no idea what he sounds like.
He has no sense of self.
Hey, baby.
I mean, that's what you do when you're picking somebody up in a bar, not talking to a nine-year-old.
It's unbelievable.
He either is so out of it, he doesn't know, or he's a predator.
At the end when he says almost double digits, you go, arrest the guy now!
Put him in penal prison or something.
Okay.
I've told you about my mom, and she's a liberal, and so I called her.
I said, I need an honest liberal.
I go to you.
I said, please tell me that if this were you, and you brought me to this event, and I'm nine years old, and he says that, you would feel uncomfortable.
And she said, absolutely.
I mean, you probably are taking it out of context, but it's creepy.
I'm like, I'm not taking it out of context.
It's creepy.
Just give it to me.
She goes, OK, fine.
It's creepy.
But my goodness, how can anybody say anything but?
And how do you defend this guy's actions?
He's done this over and over and over again.
Yeah, I'm going to play an amazing cut from Lisa Booth in a moment that talks about who this person really is.
But let's get to a couple of stories from California.
I thought this was Babylon Bee, but it's not the Babylon Bee.
It's our buddy Joel Pollock from Breitbart.
So, they're going to ban gasoline vehicles.
But also they're going to ban you from charging your electric car whenever you want to, right?
I'm not making this up, correct Jen?
You can't make this up and it's funny because actually after we spoke last week the news came out that California was going to be the first in the nation to ban gas-powered vehicles and that we would be only allowed to sell electric vehicles starting in the year 2035 and incrementally up from now until then they're going to move in this direction.
It's a horrific idea for a number of reasons.
You know, one, you're going to enrich China and some of the nations that are our adversaries because you have to rely on them to get the batteries for these things.
The batteries go out every eight years, so you've got the landfills now that are going to be filling up.
But most basic is that if anybody's watched the news about California, when it gets hot, we can't keep the power on because our power grid is not up to par and it's not able to handle all of the people just turning their air conditioning on Much less charging their electric vehicles, so it's perfect.
This weekend, well, it's hot.
It's hot today and throughout the weekend there's supposed to be a heat wave, so we just got a major flex alert, which is what they call it.
And no, we're not talking about the muscles at the gym.
But the major flex alert says you can't even use power between 4 p.m.
and 9 p.m.
So just so people know, let me reiterate.
The state that says it's the most green wants to ban your petrol-powered, gasoline-powered vehicle, has banned the leaf blowers already.
They are saying you can't charge your vehicles between 4 p.m.
and 9 p.m.
Absolutely.
God bless California.
God bless you.

How's your mom doing?
She's doing okay.
The pain's still pretty bad, but we made it back from Colorado and she's got an appointment next week for the hip doctor, so that's where we're headed next.
And hopefully they'll be able to either get her some shots or surgery or something.
Who gets the old Colt reproduction?
Well I gave it to my cousin once you told me it was a reproduction because I figured it was easier for her to get it back.
She lives in Denver so she just was able to drive it back and she was so excited.
But we also found, did I tell you we found a box of money?
No.
We found old coins.
Was it gold bars?
It was.
I wish they were gold bars.
No, but it was.
I mean, he had Susan B. Anthony's half dollar pieces, dollar pieces.
He had dollar bills with red ink on them and blue ink from like the 30s.
Wow.
Was he a numismatist?
Did he collect coins?
He collected some.
I mean, it wasn't a fancy collection, but we took it to a guy that I found in town and just some of this stuff was worth about $880.
Oh my gosh!
I know!
It was like winning the lottery unexpectedly.
Very cool.
Yeah, so it was a tough week, but it was a good way to say goodbye to him.
We'll give your mom our best.
I sure will, and you guys have a good week.
Rest of the week.
Thanks, Jen.
You too.
Bye.
Bye.
Alrighty.
Title for that one?
Hang on a second.
Can you quickly play me six?
Six.
Let me say this to my MAGA Republican friends in Congress.
Don't tell me you support law enforcement if you won't condemn what happened on the 6th.
Don't tell me.
Can't do it.
Oh, my God.
For God's sake, whose side are you on?
It should be, I think it's on the sheet at the end, right?
Whose side are you on?
I just realized he has the... Okay, good.
Did we test it?
Test what?
Will, wait, have we, is it work?
Have we tested everything?
Wait.
Cut 15.
Oh, cut 15?
Oh yeah, let's play real quick.
Play what little we can.
Go.
Good evening, my name is Will Witt, and I'm here to really ask, what is wrong with Hillsborough County Public Schools that they would allow such a book, like this is a book that's gay, in their schools?
I'm gonna tee it up.
Alright.
But let's come in with the Biden episode.
No violence.
No hate speech.
Just happy warriors on America First.
And for those brave right wing Americans who say it's all about keeping America, keeping America's independent and safe.
If you want to fight against the country, you need a F-15.
You need something a little more than a gun.
No, I'm not joking.
Think about this.
Think about the rationale we use, that's used to provide this.
And who are they shooting at?
Shooting at these guys behind me.
So, I don't get that.
We heard this line, I think, the last time it was a Democrat member of Congress.
Now we have the man who is sadly the Commander-in-Chief say, if there is a dictatorship, if you want to use the Second Amendment to take down a dictatorial regime, you're going to have to have F-15s.
Excuse me?
So does that mean you're planning to use F-15s against American citizens?
He actually said that.
He said that yesterday.
I hope you understand the enormity of the situation.
All right, guys.
If you want to understand how I got to be the new Dr. G, Mark II, 40 pounds later, it's super easy.
First diet in 20 years that's worked for me, thanks to the amazing, amazing offices of Dr. Ashley Lucas and her PhD weight loss program.

Okay, I got to know our next guest through my Salem colleague, his association with Prager University and all the amazing interviews he does of the man on the street demonstrating the inculcation, the indoctrination of the youth.
Now he's upped his game.
He's getting a little bit political.
This is Will Witt in front of a school board telling the truth.
Play cut.
Good evening, my name is Will Witt, and I'm here to really ask what is wrong with Hillsborough County Public Schools that they would allow such a book, like this is a book that's gay, in their schools?
I mean, if you look at what's happening in this book, it is pornographic.
If kids go online, they are not allowed to watch porn.
It is illegal for them to do so.
These kids at these schools are 11 to 13 years old, and it is encouraging them to go on the dating site Grindr.
You guys, the world that you live in, you know what Grindr is.
It is not just a place where you go and meet other people.
It is a gay sex app.
And you are encouraging children to go onto that app and engage in these sexual activities.
You are opening them up to sexual predators and you are opening them up to grooming.
And so what I'm here to say is that there are no excuses for having a book like this in classrooms at schools here in Florida.
It is evil.
It truly is evil.
He's the editor-in-chief of the Florida Standard.
Will Witt, welcome back to America First.
Hey, glad to be here, man.
Always good to see you.
So you texted me that video earlier today, and I immediately said, come on the show, and you graciously agreed to do so.
What's happened?
This isn't one of your regular asking, you know, average young Americans who was the first Republican president or who ended slavery.
It's a little bit different.
You're getting to be a little bit more political.
So why are you doing this?
Well, I love it, but tell our millions of listeners why you took this step.
Well, it's funny, you know, all these people are commenting and saying, Will, you don't even have children.
Why are you showing up at this school board meeting coming?
But I am a concerned citizen of Hillsborough County here in the state of Florida, as well as I'm someone who's concerned about the truth and I'm concerned about protecting children.
And I think that even if you don't have children or you're someone who might just be expecting children, it doesn't really matter.
You are an American citizen.
You should be showing up at these school board meetings on social media, wherever it is where you can make your voice heard and say, listen, This is wrong.
This is disgusting.
This is vile.
This is porn that you are showing to children, ruining the youth of this country.
The next generation is going to be completely screwed if people stand back and say, we're going to let this leftist Marxist sexual agenda run our children's lives.
And so myself, as a concerned citizen, I said, I'm going to show up here.
I got tipped off on it by someone on my Instagram, who is a parent who goes to every single school board meeting.
And comes and says the truth about what's going on.
And I said, listen, if there's something I can do to get my voice out there and make sure that people know about this, I'm going to do it.
So I showed up and I brought some fire to these people.
All right.
So I have to ask, how did the Hillsborough School Board react to your statement about the promotion of pornography and the perverse things in those books?
Well, a lot of the people, I was the 22nd speaker.
So there are 20 speakers ahead of me.
And most of the people, you know, they have notes, not shaming anyone, but they have notes and they're kind of looking down while they read it.
For me, I was talking to them.
I was on fire and I had these people as deers in the headlights coming and seeing someone actually come and put the fire on their butt and say, listen, this is wrong.
This is evil.
You know, I'm not coming to just make political statements or or little moral statements.
No, this is evil.
What you are doing is evil.
And so at the end of the meeting, they went and discussed it a little bit, but they didn't actually really do much about it.
But I think what's so clear here in them not doing anything about it and letting it pass, even though it's obviously destructive to children, shows a very clear narcissism with these people where They don't actually care about the kids.
They don't care about the schools.
They don't care about their position that they've been elected to do.
They only care about their own agenda and fulfilling their own religion of leftism, I guess you could say.
And this religion of leftism goes down into this gender sexual identity for kids and they're willing to sacrifice kids' lives for their own well-being and for their own moral good because these people obviously have no other things going on in their lives that give them any meaning except for sexualizing kids.
Yeah, we're going to have billboard Chris, Chris Elston, a very brave man who's talking out against the insane transgender ideology for a whole hour on the show tomorrow.
You guys, you don't want to miss it.
But you are the author, Will, and please follow him, The Will Witt, on Twitter of how to win friends and influence enemies, taking on liberal arguments with logic and humor.
In the last minute we have with you, What have you found most efficacious?
You know, you don't call the other side idiots, but when you're engaging with the average person who doesn't have a demonic agenda, what approach has been most fruitful?
Well, there's a lot that goes into this, but I'll try and be as quick as possible.
I'm running out of time.
But the most important thing you can do is ask people questions.
Instead of going up to someone and saying, listen, here's why the world isn't ending in 12 years, why don't you go to them and say, why do you think the world is ending in 12 years?
And then they have to explain the facts that they know back to you.
That's the most important thing you can do.
It's not telling them what to think, it's having them explain what they think back to you so that they actually question the things that are going on inside their head.
And what I always say is that you have compassion in the micro, as like Dennis says, but then you have strong force in the macro.
And so what that means when we're talking about values, we're talking about ideas on a societal level.
You are a person that is unflinching.
You do not cut any corners for the truth.
You are strong as ever.
But when it comes to having individual conversations with people, you want to be working to change that individual's mind so that we can have chain reactions and grassroots movements to actually make people conservative in this country.
But on the societal level, ideological level, never give in to what these people want you to think.
It worked through 3,000 years ago for Socrates and it still works today.
Ask questions, compassion, and then strength in the truth.
God bless you.
Keep doing what you do.

Oh, he must have missed it.
No.
Sorry?
Is that a newspaper?
What is it, Alex?
Okay.
Have you been giving me the warnings for the reads, Alex?
All right.
Maybe a little bit louder because I lose them when I'm in discussion.
Why I decided to stand up.
Horn.
Joe Biden's epic gun expertise.
Wow, George Pataki has a Twitter.
Hmm.
Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
But one of the biggest lies that Americans were told is that Joe Biden is a good guy.
If you think about it, this is a guy who led two of the most terrible confirmation hearings in American history, where he smeared and slandered Robert Bork and Clarence Thomas when he was the Senate Judiciary Chairman.
Mary Ellen Bork, the late Robert Bork's wife, even wrote to the Wall Street Journal heading into the 2020 election, warning us that Joe Biden is a man without a compass, Who viciously smeared and led a character assassination against her late husband.
This guy is a prolific liar.
He is a plagiarist, had a dropout of a previous presidential race because of that.
And the only reason anyone thinks Joe Biden is a good man is because he has suffered so much loss and he uses that loss.
He uses that grief for political purposes as both a shield and a sword, as we saw when he got 13 service members killed and then tried to invoke the death of his late son, He's always been a nasty, nasty person.
That's Lisa Booth.
God bless Lisa Booth.
All right, I want to give you the details one of our listeners handed to me.
Very important that we remember this because it's kind of been thrown into the memory hole.
In the time of the Clinton administration, 93-94,
The FBI security documents, the clearance documents, for hundreds of former White House officials who were Republicans, were illegally requested by the Clinton White House, including by First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, who accessed them to read for political purposes.
Let me repeat that again.
The Clinton White House, Hillary Clinton, in 93 and 94, it's called Filegate if you want to look it up, Clinton, look up, Clinton Filegate, requested the FBI send over the background clearance investigation documents for hundreds of individuals who'd served in prior Republican administrations.
Why?
Well, I think you know why.
They've been doing this for a very, very long time.
But no scandal there!
No one raiding Chappaqua!
No people drawing their guns out and saying, Open the door, Hillary!
Put down the bottle of wine!
Why?
Well, because she's got a D behind her name.
Next up, the truth about COVID and the vaccines.
One of the few doctors speaking up openly.
It's Dr. Peter McCullough.

Eric, will you add that real conspiracy to the list and write up Filegate for me as well as you can?
And they, yeah, they have done a lot to bury it.
Robert Novak wrote a big piece that's referenced in the Wikipedia entry.
You can't even find it now online, so you're gonna have to work hard on this one.
Yeah, I think it was in the Chicago Times or something.
You'll see it in the references, but write it up as much as you can.
Oh, and then no Spicer, right?
Okay.
We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
Okay.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
Can we meet?
I've been working with Greg Phillips.
He has a deep background in election intelligence.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
This is organized crime.
In no way, in no time, is that legal.
- This is organized crime.
- Do you have video evidence?
- Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country. - What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is one o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at one o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.

No, I developed the ancestry.
I created it.
That's right.
You let it loose.
I was in my kitchen.
You let it loose.
Okay.
Gain of function.
Here we come.
You were here making arancia and Italian meatballs, and that's a gain of function.
How very, very strange, given the fact that COVID-19 has killed millions across the planet, over a million here in the United States, yet the man who recently announced his retirement from federal service after 38 years, 38 years as director of the National Institute for Allergies and Infectious Diseases, that individual joked, yes,
Anthony Fauci joked about making the disease in his kitchen.
Let's be serious about the topic.
Let's talk about what we can know two plus years later with somebody who has been a stellar truth teller on the issue, a medical professional, the author of COVID-19.
You've got to get the book The Courage to Face COVID-19, Preventing Hospitalization and Death While Battling the Bio pharmaceutical complex.
That man is Dr. Peter McCullough.
Dr. McCullough, welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me.
So, let's start with the state.
I have very numerous specific questions I want to ask you with regards to the change in the CDC guidelines, then the latest news from the Pfizer studies and so forth.
But first, let's have an overall snapshot, this state of science today.
We have another cut from Dr. Fauci, where he has a peculiar interpretation of the scientific method and his role inside the scientific establishment.
Play cut.
And what I symbolize in an era of the normalization of untruths and lies and all the things you're seeing going on in society from January 6th to everything else that goes on, people, the craving for consistency, for integrity, for truth, and for people caring about people.
Now, I'm sure there are large egos in the medical profession, but when you...

A one-time donation of $100, a $100 gift, Let's go back to the question of vaccines and how they are generally applied, how they are processed into the system and how they are used for medical purposes.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, Seb Gorka.com.
Dr. McCullough, let's go back to the question of vaccines and how they are generally applied, how they are processed into the system and how they are used for medical purposes.
This idea that you mentioned six-month-olds.
You mentioned toddlers being vaccinated before a foreign substance.
that is a pharmaceutical, is permitted to be sold and used in this fashion.
What is the standard for testing if it is safe?
What is the protocol?
How long does it usually take to make sure that a new medicine is safe to inject into adults, let alone children?
The regulatory guidance for a vaccine is two years of observation on safety data.
and then if it's a genetic product, it's five years.
You know, in cardiology, I can use some genetic products.
One's called MIPO-Mersen.
We use that for a while now.
Paterosan.
These are small interfering RNA products.
So we can use them, but they have many years of safety data to make sure they don't, you know, integrate with the human genome or reverse transcribe.
Make sure they don't cause cancer or birth defects.
All of that was skipped with the COVID-19 vaccines, even though they were developed long before COVID-19, the crisis emerged.
We know that the Moderna CEO, Stéphane Bainzel, he was the billionaire CEO of BioMérieux.
They built the biosecurity annex lab for the Wuhan Dr. McCullough?
Yeah, by the CCP.
So Stefan Benzel was working with the Chinese back before 2015, and then he changed to Moderna.
And then Moderna started working with the Chinese and the U.S. government on the Moderna vaccine.
So this was years in advance of.
Dr. McCullough.
Hello.
Hang on. - Well, you know, You froze up where you said this was years in advance.
Can you continue from that point?
Yeah, it was years in advance that Stéphane Bainzel, the billionaire CEO of BioMérieux, a French company, they built the biosecurity annex for the Wuhan Chinese lab.
He worked with the CCP.
He changed companies from BioMiru to Moderna.
And then Moderna started working with the Chinese and the U.S. government in creating the Moderna vaccine.
In fact, the NIH co-owns the patent with Moderna.
And within three days of the U.S. announcing this was an emergency, Moderna already announced they had a vaccine within three days.
The only way that could have been done is having the vaccine prepared in advance.
And the idea that the FDA that clears these products for use in humans is to a large part funded by the pharmaceutical industry.
I think...
I'm not an expert in the licensing of drugs, but that would seem problematic to me, Dr. McCullough.
It's true.
Conflict of interest, I think, is driving The FDA and its malfeasance at this point in time.
It's not only direct payments from Big Pharma, but it's the jobs the FDA officials get after their tenure at the FDA.
FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb, when he left the FDA, he's on the board of Pfizer, and he's advising Americans to take vaccines.
The FDA Commissioner after him, Stephen Hahn, he joined the venture capital firm funding Moderna.
So I can tell you the great concern here is that our FDA officials are really working for their next job, their big pharmaceutical or venture capital job after they leave the government.
And then the bivalent vaccine data.
Talk to us about the problems with the data on the latest vaccines or therapeutics.
In an unprecedented move, the FDA now only has antibody data on the BA1 subvariant, which is extinct, so the companies aren't going with that.
They have simply the BA5 and BA4 subvariant data, and it's going to be coming from rodents.
Without any human data, just to see if antibodies can be induced in rodents, antibodies are an unreliable surrogate of clinical benefit.
The anticipated vaccines that are going to be discussed this week that Americans may be faced or forced to take We'll have no clinical safety or efficacy data.
It's unprecedented.
What is the realistic expectation as somebody who works in the field who has to administer drugs, has to administer vaccines?
What is the likelihood that after the pandemic, after the new CDC guidelines, seem to reset everything to zero, that any of this can return to normalcy, that we don't have conflict of interest, and perhaps most important of all, that the person,
the lay people like me, actually respect the authorities the lay people like me, actually respect the authorities who stand up at a podium and say, "You must do this in the interest of your health." Is it possible?
Is it going to take 10 years?
100 years?
How badly have we dented or damaged the system of public health, Dr. McCullough?
Credibility in public health has been, I think, irreversibly damaged.
We're going to have to completely clean house.
We're going to have to install trusted people from the very beginning who said that we could treat the illness, that we have to be cautious.
On vaccine safety and efficacy.
No one's against vaccines, but they should have had a safety report once a month.
It should have been only offered in the highest risk and then adjusted when we found safety problems.
But to ignore safety, to be willfully blind, and then mandate this on the entire population, including children down to age six months, people losing their jobs.
This has been a public health debacle.
Yeah.

Now I know it may take a very long time to calculate this, but perhaps we can talk about orders of magnitude, Dr. McCullough, this idea of excess deaths.
The world saw what happened in China.
President Trump almost immediately in January shut down travel from China, was accused of being a xenophobe, a hysterical racist, probably saved hundreds of thousands of lives.
But then we saw this overreaction.
We saw the medical profession or at least the public health policy, quote unquote, experts such as Niall Ferguson in the UK and elsewhere say, shut it all down.
The Chinese have the model.
Shut it all down.
The schools, the places of employ, the big ones that have the lobbyist interests in DC, they can stay open like Walmart and Amazon, but everybody else, just shut them down.
And then we saw what?
I saw it with Access to Healthcare, the local hospital.
You couldn't get in there unless you were having some kind of serious surgery booked weeks and months in advance.
So if it was a regular checkup, if it was a colonoscopy or some kind of cancer screening, do we have a sense of not only The psychological impact, especially on the youth, of shutting everything down, of making social interaction forbidden.
And then, purely from the medical perspective, how many people died as a result of missed cancer screenings and so forth?
Is it possible to say that those excess deaths are comparable in terms of magnitude to those who died as a result of COVID or who have been registered as COVID deaths, Dr. McCullough?
Let's take COVID first.
A recent survey, 18,000 individuals published in the peer-reviewed literature by Verderk and colleagues, demonstrated that those who are hospitalized, they were hospitalized because they did not receive early treatment at home.
And so it was actually the suppression of early treatment, which we clearly note in our book, that was responsible for the hospitalizations and deaths that occurred.
in the United States.
And that could be upwards to, with the learning curve on how we learned how to treat the illness, two thirds of those deaths could have been spared, two thirds of the hospitalizations.
That means two thirds of a million hospitalizations and 10 million deaths were avoidable.
Now we look at this penumbra of casualties from the lockdown measures and other things that were done.
You know, I published the first paper treating doctors on how to treat the illness in August of 2020, and right after that was the Great Barrington Declaration that was signed by By hundreds of thousands of doctors and scientists, put forward by Jay Bhattacharya from Stanford, one of my frequent fellow contributors to Fox News, Martin Kaldor from Harvard, and Sunitra Gupta from Oxford.
The Great Barrington Declaration said, just protect the seniors, just apply high risk protection measures to those at risk, and leave the economy going, leave everyone else alone.
That wasn't followed, and it was catastrophic.
Locking down the economy and having people shelter in place who had no fundamental risk from the infection.
Now you're right!
We see mortality up across the board.
Every single category.
Cardiovascular disease, cancer, other conditions, neuropsychiatric conditions.
It's a disaster.
Now help me, if you will, doctor, with this clear trend in the suppression of early treatment.
So I have a very good doctor.
Before I caught COVID in the December of the outbreak, I was on prophylactic hydroxychloroquine.
As soon as I caught it, my doctor was looking after me.
But the doctor, not the PA, the doctor who did my COVID test, Two days before Christmas and said, Dr. Gorka, I'm sorry, you're positive you've got COVID.
And I wasn't phased by it.
I ended up having, you know, three days off work.
I asked him, just I was curious because I was sitting there and he was looking at me with a positive test result.
And I said, OK, what do I do now?
I was just curious.
What is he?
Because I know what my doctor was going to have me do.
But what was this doctor going to have me do?
And he said, oh, just go home.
Where did that come from?
Where did the idea that I'm not going to give you something that's safe like hydroxy or ivermectin, but you're just going to go home and maybe, you know, three weeks from now when you're on a ventilator, maybe we'll give you something.
Have you discovered a genesis for that suppression of early treatment?
You know, it was in the minds of doctors early, some doctors, to not treat patients.
But I recently testified in the Texas Senate, the Committee on Health and Human Services, on June 27, 2022.
And I told them there's always been a duty to treat or duty to refer in high-risk patients.
And there's always been a community standard of care.
And that's what the very first doctor and doctors did, as they did in your case and my case, to provide some form of early treatment.
And then the medications and the combinations evolved over time.
But that community standard of care is very important.
We've seen recently President Biden, Fauci, Biden's None of them received community standard of care.
They actually received Paxlovid, the new Pfizer drug, but against the CDC warning.
The CDC has a warning, May 24, 2022, says don't use it in the fully vaccinated.
It prolongs the illness and causes rebound.
They should have gotten community standard of care, hydroxychloroquine, ivermectin, plus the other drugs in combination, and they would have been through the illness in a few days.
Utterly, utterly shocking.

Dr. McCullough, let's let's look at what I did.
Thanks to my doctor who understood what was efficacious, was doing lots of research from the beginning.
Why?
I dread to just have the knee-jerk, cynical reaction, it's all about money.
But why was there suppression of tried and tested, off-label drugs like ivermectin, like hydroxy, that we have been using for our soldiers since the 1960s, that is an over-the-counter medicine in Africa, which fascinatingly had a minimal, minimal COVID outbreak by comparison to other continents.
Given the fact that I believe, what is it, 60% of all prescriptions in America are off-label use, so a patient is given a drug, for something that it wasn't designed to treat originally but has been demonstrably effective in treating that other condition.
Why was there a war waged by the CDC, Fauci, state governance bodies, and even local pharmacists?
I mean, the horror stories I heard of friends with legal scripts for hydroxy who had to go to four, five, six different pharmacists because they all denied that legal script.
What was it just We want you to spend more money on expensive, experimental, non-vaccines.
Have you identified with your colleagues what the genesis of that prejudice was?
In our book, we identify the biopharmaceutical complex, this very well-organized syndicate.
It goes all the way up to the World Economic Forum, World Health Organization, CEPI, the Center for Epidemic Preparedness and Innovation, the Vaccine Development House, the Gates Foundation, Rockefeller Foundation, Wellcome Trust, Gavi, the EcoHealth Alliance, NIH, CDC, FDA, White House Task Force.
This syndicate had a plan, and the plan was mass vaccination.
Anything that got in the way of mass vaccination, like early treatment, was going to be squashed.
And it was very early on.
You know, in France, they took hydroxychloroquine off the over-the-counter market Months before COVID-19 was even announced.
Months before.
In Australia, they put on the books in April of 2020 that a physician would go to jail if the physician used hydroxychloroquine.
I tell you, the syndicate knew hydroxychloroquine worked.
Hydroxychloroquine is supported by over 300 studies.
It's in two dozen guidelines, as you pointed out, widely used across Central America, Equatorial Africa.
Ivermectin, once we found the right dose and the right duration, a very dynamic drug, works early and late.
The steroids had a huge impact.
Inhaled as well as oral steroids, oral aspirin, anti-inflammatories.
There were protocols all over the world Sadly, the only people who were hospitalized and died, they did so because they didn't receive treatment in the first three days.
Explain to me that decision from France and Australia.
Are you saying that they knew in advance that new vaccines were coming for something called COVID and that's why they banned the over-the-counter sale of hydroxychloroquine?
Explain to me how that came about.
You know, no one knows what triggered the French government to do that, but I can tell you in 2015 there were papers published, first author Menacherie, senior author Barrick from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, funded by the National Institutes of Health.
But these were U.S.
projects.
And the title of the papers in Nature and Proceedings of the New York Academy of Sciences was The Emergence of SARS-CoV-2 in Human Populations.
They were working on the virus, getting it to invade a humanized respiratory epithelial tract in rodents.
The work was done in Wuhan, China, but this was a U.S.
government operation.
And as Peter Bragan points out in his book, COVID-19 and the Global Predators, there were 36 pandemic preparedness planning events since 2012.
25 of which generated documents, six of which were filmed.
This was planned, Dr. Gorka.
This was planned.
Hydroxychloroquine was going to be a wrench in the works of mass vaccination.
So what was the objective of the plan?
Was it to make money?
Was it to kill a lot of people?
If you're saying all of this was premeditated, then with what objective?
You know, we've identified in our book that the crimes are fraud.
The public's been defrauded by these agencies in this complex.
And then mass negligent homicide, we think largely from the denial of early treatment.
The motive appears to be the vaccines.
And you know, our government response has been on the vaccines from the very beginning.
It was about a needle in every arm in every person down to six months.
What's being accomplished with these vaccines and why there is such a commitment to it?
No one knows at this point in time.
It's never been stated.
Our agencies can't state why there is such a motivation to have these vaccines which have lost their effectiveness and have never had a safety review of why there is such an impetus to have a needle in every arm.
No one's actually ever explained it.
And if you had to guess, given that you've authored a book on this and you've been an outspoken critic of the public health decisions made in the last two years, what is your supposition?
Is it just money?
Is it an obsession with universal vaccinations writ large?
What would your guess be?
I think we should take public utterances seriously.
You know, a big prominent player in the biopharmaceutical complex is Bill Gates and the Gates Foundation.
And Gates has said overtly in 2010 that it's going to be the decade of the vaccines.
He's also said overtly the vaccines could be used to reduce the world's population.
And I can tell you CEPI, the Center for Epidemic Preparedness and Innovation, formed by the Gates Foundation and World Economic Forum, they said there will be a series of biological crises and the answer will be vaccines.
And CEPI has lofty, lofty financial goals.
in setting out mass vaccination for the world.
One crisis after another.
By the way, we have two official crises declared by WHO and the U.S.
government, and that's SARS-CoV-2, but as well as monkeypox.
So you can see this plan put into action.
It is draining treasuries of funds with no congressional oversight, no accounting reconciliation.
They found a plan to drain us dry.
I'm talking to Dr. Peter McCullough.

The title of the book is The Courage to Face COVID-19, Preventing Hospitalization and Death While Battling the Biopharmaceutical Complex.
The accusation is a very serious one, that there was a planned aspect to all of this, even removing effective drugs from easy access prior to the outbreak of the pandemic.
We need to see evidence of that premeditation and why it was beyond just Bill Gates's obsession with vaccination in general, which is well documented.
But Peter McCullough, Dr. McCullough, last question I have for you is...
I came to the realization, sadly, that the biggest problem we have during the pandemic is courage.
And you have named your book The Courage to Fight.
Will you explain to our listeners, our viewers across the nation, what it takes, what the toll has been on you, personally, professionally, to buck the trend and to say, no, I'm not interested in narratives.
I'm interested in the truth.
You know, former President John F. Kennedy said courage is the rarest of all qualities, particularly in the setting of a crisis when everyone is in a groupthink, everyone is insecure and they're following one another.
And it does take courage to look at a fact pattern and use one's skill and intuition and common sense and arrive at one's own conclusions, even if they are a counter to a narrative.
You know, we've seen that with Novak Djokovic, with Aaron Rodgers, and with Kyrie Irving, notable athletes that said, "You know what?
"This doesn't sound good.
I'm not going to take the vaccine.
I've already had COVID or I'll get through it.
And, you know, they've paid a price with discrimination and a financial price.
So many individuals in Hollywood, professional athletes and public figures have not had the courage to speak out and say that they don't like what's going on.
I think that's a big, big problem.
It's the lack of courage that's enabling this false narrative that's ruining America.
And what would your advice be to young doctors in your profession who are feeling that pressure and are tempted to just keep their heads down, Dr. McCullough?
It's not going to go away on its own.
The doctors are key in bringing America out of this crisis.
The doctors must come forward now and recognize the vaccines are causing large numbers of injuries, disabilities, and deaths, and no doctor can stand by and let this happen on their watch.
