Thank you.
Thank you.
What is a breakfast taco?
I mean, I know I'm an immigrant and I got white skin, but I've heard of breakfast burritos.
What is a breakfast taco?
Maybe you guys can help me.
And what is a bogota?
Welcome, dear friends.
This is America First with me, your host, Sebastian Gawker.
That is the wife.
No, she's not a PhD.
I have a PhD.
If you've got an Ed, a Doctorate of Education, that's not... Put Sam the Lib... Just give me line one.
Give me line one.
Hey!
Line one.
Sam the Liberal.
What do you want?
Hey, I was wondering what your thoughts were about the Missouri State Representative that wants to I have no idea what you're babbling about.
Do you know that Jill Biden is a racist?
What do you think of Jill Biden saying that Mexican-Americans are tacos?
You answer me that question first, Sam the Liberal.
So she is a racist.
You believe Jill Biden is a racist like I do.
You're agreeing with me, Sam the Liberal.
No, I can't.
Ah, then goodbye.
Goodbye.
Goodbye, Sam.
Goodbye.
That was fun, because he never... Jeff, he never stays on the line, does he?
You talk to him, I see him pop up on the screen caller, and it's like he has a problem with sustaining his energy levels.
That's why you only hear him on Rumble.
It's not because we won't put him on the radio show.
He won't listen.
We won't even hold him for the entire break of three or four minutes.
What does that mean?
He just doesn't have the stamina?
Oh, there's definitely a lot of that, I think.
Yeah, it's probably his testosterone levels.
Okay, let's get back to opening the show.
Thank you, Sam, for being a complete putz.
It just illustrates everything that we do here and why we have to push back on your lies.
So, Jill Biden enjoys breakfast tacos and goes shopping in the Bogadas of Brooklyn.
Let's just stop for a second.
I know it's already become a factory of memes.
Even my team came up, John, with a superb one.
If you haven't seen it, it's everywhere.
It's on Twitter.
It's on Instagram.
It's on Facebook.
It's on Truth Social.
A little musical rendition of that clip.
But that is so much deeper than the initial response.
Why?
Because it's a glimpse behind the curtain of who these people really are.
First things first.
That wasn't off the cuff.
That was a script.
She was reading from a teleprompter.
Which means the system, the team in the White House, in the First Lady's office, in the press section, had multiple people Design the speech, vet the speech, type the speech up for review, and then put it into the teleprompter.
So, dozens of people were fine with calling Hispanic Americans tacos.
You're as lovely and diverse as a piece of corn flour fried with meat in it.
What would have happened if a Republican had said that?
Forget Donald Trump.
Forget somebody who is president or the first lady like Melania.
Anyone, a state rep, had said that about Hispanic Americans.
You're like tacos.
You know what the response would have been?
That person's career would have been ended before they left the stage.
Before they exited the building where they were holding the speech.
But what it tells you is that everything they preach about fighting for the little guy, fighting for minorities, is an errant lie.
It's propaganda.
If you can't say the word bodega, if you don't even know the word bodega, but your husband is prepared to condescend, to look down on a large percentage of this nation by using the word Latinx, which, by the way, he pronounced latinx.
Yeah, not a joke, as Joe would say.
You are prepared to condescend and insult Latin American citizens with words that are about political correctness and identity politics, but you don't know enough of their culture That you can't familiarize yourself with a word that I, as someone not born in America, know.
It's bodega.
A real Spanish word.
It shows your innate arrogance.
Your utter aloofness.
The idea that you look down your nose at these people.
They are just voting machines.
They are just meat puppets of a certain ethnicity that must vote Democrat because I use the word Latinx.
That's the truth of who these people are.
On top of that, how do they describe them?
As a piece of meat?
As a type of breakfast food?
So you're prepared to lump people together in categories that are even more insulting than calling them Latinx?
You know, you call in here.
If you're an immigrant to America from the hemisphere, if you're a Latin American born in America, I want your reaction.
We have a reaction from a professional association.
It is the National Association of Hispanic Journalists that sent their statement across the legacy media.
This is their response.
This is American Hispanic journalists telling Jill Biden what they think.
Here is the ABC News report.
Play cut.
The National Association of Hispanic Journalists is responding in a tweet, encouraging, quote, Dr. Biden and her speechwriting team to take the time in the future to better understand the complexities of our people and communities.
The group adding, we are not tacos.
We are not tacos.
Seems like an SNL skit.
Is this the America we live in?
No, this is the America that the left is trying to create.
People like Jill Biden, like our caller Sam the Liberal, who just want to divide us.
But something's happening.
We've had enough.
You look at the figures for GOP candidates of Hispanic extraction who are winning across the nation in Texas for the first time in a hundred and thirty years.
That's incredible.
Myra Flores is victory.
And of course, what happens when she's sworn in?
You've seen the video.
Nancy Pelosi actually elbows her young daughter out of the way because that's what Nancy Pelosi and Joe Biden wants to do with all Hispanic Americans.
Elbow you out of the way if you dare to disagree.
If you dare to not be a taco, then you are of no utility.
If you're a mindless drone, like most Democrat voters, and only pull the lever for the Democrats because of your skin color, because that's what the bigots think of you, then you have some utility.
Otherwise, none at all.
All right, we have an amazing show for you today.
Secretary Wilkie will be with us.
Lord Black, Ken Kuklowski, a lawyer from the Trump administration.
Mark Morano on the truth about the lies that is the climate agenda.
The phone number here is 833-33-GORKA.
833-333-Gorker.
That's 833-334-6752.
The End What is this?
Mic's on.
Keep connecting and blowing off.
What is this?
Mic's on.
Why does Sam keep blowing off?
Yeah.
Oh, I told him.
He kept coming back, so I told him to hold you.
You're going to take him next break, and then I just dropped him.
Yeah, I wanna talk to him in the breaks.
He's such a loser, I wanna have fun with him.
Isn't Sam not even his real name?
I'm sure it's not.
Oh, actually, I know it's not.
Yeah, obviously, if we know it's not, yeah, he keeps using an alias.
Different Sam on the line.
Um, should we let him on again if he uses his real name?
Yeah, no, I don't care.
Give it to him now.
Come on, come on.
That's not him.
No, that's not him.
That's not him.
Hey, buddy.
Welcome.
Yeah, give me two.
Mic's on.
Mic's are on.
He's on.
Excuse me?
I couldn't care less.
I'm really not interested.
Can you not try harder?
Can you not try harder?
You're a sad little person in your mama's basement and you're pathetic.
You want me to comment on somebody I've never heard of?
I'm not interested.
I'm not interested.
I couldn't care less.
So what?
Talk to me about Alejandro Mayorkas who caused the death of 53 illegal immigrants.
Talk to me about that.
Are you fine with illegal immigrants being roasted to death?
That's a little bit more serious than my voting.
Why aren't the police doing their jobs?
You're a sad little punk.
Why is it that these things happen after the fact?
Why can't these cops do their actual jobs?
What are you talking about?
When the border is open by the Biden administration?
What's that got to do with the cops in Texas?
You are a cultist.
You're a sad little cultist.
Give your mother her phone back.
Go away.
Bye bye.
I hear his voice getting more worked up as he goes along.
He's just like, they're just like these Mindless cultists.
Yeah.
John, can you kill that box?
It's blocking my call screener.
How are you?
Good.
Good, good, good.
So much to discuss.
Yes.
So much.
So Russia, drones, Iran, trip to Saudi Arabia.
Let's talk about Boris first.
What else is there?
I wanted to bring up something I said on Newsmax today, Jerusalem Post poll.
71% of Israelis despise Joe Biden.
Oh, that's perfect.
I've got a tweet.
I have no confidence in him.
Okay, perfect.
No, not 71%.
71% trusted Donald Trump.
More than 60% despise Joe Biden.
My Jewish Orthodox friend just sent me this.
It's a tweet of his.
So this is a massive banner that's gone up in Tel Aviv.
It reads, President Biden, welcome to a country that loves Donald Trump.
So that's what the Jerusalem Post is saying.
I'll ask you to tell us.
That's perfect.
I'm sending this to you, Eric.
All right.
It's as a text.
Okay.
Too good.
All right.
We'll talk about that.
We'll talk about Iran, Russia, Boris, and Saudi Arabia.
Two segments.
Good.
You're looking good.
Have you been out sunning yourself?
You got a bit of color?
I was down at Fort Bragg playing Air Force.
I was down at Fort Bragg.
I was down at Fort Bragg.
Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard.
Good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
So Sam the Liberal called back in the break.
It didn't last very long.
They just don't have the endurance.
They don't have the stamina.
That's why if there were a civil war, God forbid, I know which side's gonna win.
It's not the side that's afraid of guns and has no stamina.
Sam, try again.
If you can get your phone back from your mother, then do try again.
The number here is 833-33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.
833-333-GORKER.
That's 833-334-6752.
Can you tell there's a new Dr. G?
It's thanks to Dr. Ashley Lucas.
God bless her and the amazing team at PHD Nutrition and Weight Loss.
In two months I lost 34 pounds.
Katie, my muse, lost 25.
Mike Gallagher, my colleague, he's beat us all.
50 pounds with a system.
No calorie counting, no starvation, no cravings.
Just a system that realigns your body chemistry and it works.
20 years I've been trying to lose weight and I'm now within 15 pounds of my target and I feel great.

MyPhDWeightLoss.com.
Hey, Sam, why aren't you calling back?
Did you forget the number?
Is it in your mummy's phone?
The number here.
If you're a Hispanic American, if you're pissed at Jill Biden, call us 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's get to national security.
Big issues of the day.
So much to discuss with a former member of the Trump cabinet, former Secretary of Veterans Affairs, now Distinguished Fellow for National Security at the America First Policy Institute.
Welcome, Secretary Wilkie.
Good to see you.
Good to see you.
So much going on.
So much.
Where do we begin?
We can talk UK, KSA, we can talk Israel, latest news, Russian drones.
It all ties in, but let's start with... It does all tie in, but where should we start?
Let's start with the lowest recruiting numbers for the armed forces since Richard Nixon created the all-volunteer force.
And this isn't an accident.
This is a result of policy.
It's a result of policy because you saw the same phenomenon with Donald Trump that you saw with Ronald Reagan.
As soon as these two men came to office, recruitment skyrocketed.
People were meeting their numbers.
I think all, in my time at the Pentagon, all the services met their numbers except one.
But now we are hemorrhaging.
Because of the woke leadership of the White House and by extension the Pentagon, they're sowing disunity.
People don't want to join a service that promotes tribalism.
As opposed to cohesiveness.
But it's not just that they're promoting disunity.
They're not doing anything with those in the service.
Absolutely.
We have this army medic, the sergeant, who said that she doesn't want to protect America because of a Supreme Court decision.
In a normal situation, what happens to a sergeant that posts that video?
At the least, it would be an Article 15 non-judicial punishment.
At the worst, it would be a general discharge.
And you see what they have done to the retired general.
Yes.
Will you please mention the story?
So, Valesky, three-star general, one of the most decorated combat leaders in the last 25 years, simply acted as a mentor for the United States Army.
His contract, I think, is up in a couple of weeks anyway.
He tweeted out a couple of lines about... A joke about Joe Biden.
About Biden and the Mrs., whom you've been talking about already today.
And the Army tried to make an example of him.
This won't stand.
We're going to get rid of him.
Well, he was on his way out anyway and was acting in his private capacity.
He was not under orders.
And yet, The sergeant who tweets what the Biden administration proposes or promotes will get off scot-free.
Correct.
Yeah, the juxtaposition is shocking.
It is shocking.
Morale is shot.
Our sailors are now being subjected to a three-hour video on the proper use of pronouns.
I would just say that they are laughing in Beijing, Tehran, and Moscow.
Let's talk about what people think of this new president.
You mentioned an article from the Middle East.
Give us this latest.
Jerusalem Post, the English language edition, let off this morning reminding Israelis that 71% of them had complete faith in Donald Trump's ability to not only promote but defend Israel.
Almost the same numbers have absolutely no faith, no confidence in Joe Biden, in fact, despise him.
It's funny that you walked into the studio with that poll from the Jerusalem Post as a good friend of mine.
Joel, you know who you are, an Orthodox Jewish American friend of mine, sent me this tweet.
I'm going to read it to you.
It's a photograph of a massive billboard in Israel that says in Hebrew, President Biden, welcome to a country that loves Donald Trump.
Now, if that's happening on the streets of an ally, what does it mean in the headquarters of our enemies?
Well, what it means in the headquarters of our enemies is that this is an administration that's ripe for the taking.
It has no strategic purpose.
It flounders from issue to issue.
It's staffed by amateurs.
Which is how you get Afghanistan.
How you get this bizarre dance with the Saudi crown prince where you have the spectacle of the American president going hat in hand like a cheap mendicant.
One of my listeners sent me this message.
If drilling for oil is okay in Saudi Arabia, why is it not okay here?
Right.
I mean, don't they believe in the environment being connected?
No.
No.
Am I being too logical, Secretary?
You're being too logical.
Look, they're devoted to three things.
They're devoted to, as religion, abortion on demand, climate, and the denigration of this nation.
They all tie in together.
The interesting thing about what's happened with Saudi Arabia And it goes to our former administration, and you were part of the original movement.
The Trump administration looked at the Middle East as a whole.
You took the history of American involvement post-World War II, which was centered on two things.
The first was to drive the Russians out, which Nixon and Kissinger accomplished.
The second was to come up with some way to bring Arab and Jew together.
So you not only had that side, you had the military side.
We're united against the Iranians.
But for you on the National Security Council and your friend Bob Lighthizer, you also saw the opportunity to create an economic cooperative arrangement amongst the peoples of the Middle East that would spread prosperity throughout the region.
That's gone.
You and I have discussed the Saudis entering into cooperative agreements with the Russians.
We have 20 seconds left in this segment.
What is your expectation?
Will Saudi Arabia give Biden a break?
Probably not.
I don't think they can because the 2 million extra barrels are now being siphoned off to China and India.
Why would you?
Absolutely.
We're talking to Secretary Robert Wilkie, former Secretary of Veterans Affairs in the Trump administration now.
He is the Distinguished National Security Fellow at the American Foreign Policy, the America First Policy Institute.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
wherever you are, whatever you're doing, don't touch that dial.
I invite you to the country of pariah and then you go hat-in.
I know.
When I spoke in Israel two years ago and I sent the president a note.
You know, your picture's on the side of every building in Jerusalem in Tel Aviv.
It was stunning to see it.
Jeff, let's get Ambassador Friedman back to talk Iran for a couple of segments by Skype if you can.
He's a good man.
Great man.
I saw him a lot in the White House.
I spoke at their September 11th memorial.
I used to go there every year for the great September 11th conference they used to have in Herzliya.
Boaz Ganor.
And if we're lucky, Netanyahu will come back.
Oh, I think so.
He's almost there.
But what a mess.
An absolute mess.
And it's only going to get worse.
It's only going to get worse.
For the monologue, why Jill Biden called them tacos.
And for Turley, What do you think?
We've covered so many things.
Something about like the tradition versus modernity kind of thing?
Conservatives as traditionalists?
Yeah.
I think that's the important thesis right there.
Yeah.
Let's say the future of the conservative movement.
The future of the conservative movement.
Yep.
Thank you.
No, the future of Trump and the conservative movement.
Trump and the conservative movement.
All right.
Well, Boris.
Two minutes.
We'll start with Boris, and then we'll move to Iran and Russia.
Sad thing was the only issue he was good on was national security.
Yeah.
He governed like a leftist.
Totally.
And when it came to, you know, constitutional freedoms and freedom of speech, it was a disaster.
He was farther left than Tony Blair, Gordon Brown.
Yeah.
Which is a strange juxtaposition.
To be good on national security but not the other stuff?
No.
And squandering his greatest talent, which was to be able to break down traditional class barriers in Britain.
To win in places Tories had not won since the 1920s.
Which is weird for a guy that can debate in ancient Greek.
I had that.
The first time I met him I was working on the Olympics.
I went in to see him when he was a mayor of London.
He looked at me and he said, Mr. Wilkie, I understand you're an educated man.
Because I'd gone to school in Britain.
And he started speaking in Latin.
I remembered enough to respond to it.
So how come you were working on the Olympics?
What was that?
My private sector company.
I was working with the Olympic Development Authority, which was an arm of the Prime Minister's office.
Interesting.
So.
Stand by.
Stand by.
America First Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America first.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
A viral video clip of Josh Hawley challenging a complete pro-abortion Berkeley professor is going the rounds.
We're going to share that with you next.
We're going to take your calls.
David, Tito, don't go anywhere.
The number is 833 33 Gorka, that's 833-334-6752.
I will need your input on what Jill Biden said about Hispanic Americans.
But first, have you booked your tickets?

The number is 855-565-5519 or just go to StandWithIsraelTour.com.
That's StandWithIsraelTour.com.
Secretary Wilkie, you spent a large chunk of your childhood in the UK.
You grew up there when your father was serving there.
He's not out yet.
He has announced his resignation.
He's going to be there.
The system's a bit different until at least September.
What does the resignation of Boris Johnson mean and how will he go down in history?
Well, let's talk about the second part.
I think he will go down in history as the ultimate what-if.
I mean, here's a man who, like Donald Trump, smashed all of the shibboleths of the left electorally.
He broke into and through towns with names like Sunderland, Huddersfield, Leicester.
Perennial labour left-wing towns.
Decayed, industrial-era mill towns.
Because he spoke to the heart of the people that you should be proud to be British.
And the Labour Party is not proud to be British.
And you need to stand with your country.
And he had the biggest majority that the Conservative Party had had since, I think, Lord Salisbury in 1901.
But he squandered it because he then came to office and ruled like Keir Starmer or to some extent Jeremy Corbyn on environmental issues, on surveillance issues, on COVID issues.
There was no difference between what he was doing domestically and what the others advocated.
Where the problem comes for us Boris is probably the finest historian in politics in the Western world.
He understands Britain's unique place in history.
He understands power and the projection of power.
He understands the threat that Russia and China pose.
He was the one who rallied the West around Ukraine because of his rhetorical power.
That's gone.
And there are better conservatives waiting in the wings, but there don't have conservatives who have that kind of charisma and power.
And that's a sad thing.
It is a sad thing.
It is a wasted, wasted opportunity.
And he's just going to ride off into the sunset, I think.
And there isn't somebody with the charisma or skills to replace him.
We shall see what happens with the fight for the leadership of the Conservative Party.
One more topic we have to cover.
That's the Iran deal, the news of How is this going to affect efforts by the U.S.
the UAVs to Russia, which impinges, of course, upon the Ukraine issue.
Here is the disgraced Admiral Kirby on CNN being asked about that deal.
Cut three.
How is this going to affect efforts by the U.S. to potentially revive a nuclear deal with Iran?
Well, I don't know that this necessarily has any effect on our efforts to try to get a nuclear deal with Iran.
It certainly is going to affect our efforts to continue to support Ukraine.
We have to see exactly how the Russians move forward here with the Iranians on these UAVs and what they get, how many, and how they use them.
So we'll be watching that closely.
So the Admiral just said that the Iranians selling UAVs to Russia will have no impact on a deal with Iran with Washington.
Well, that would be typical for this administration.
You've declared that you can't let Ukraine lose.
And you would look askance to anyone who helped Putin out of the mess he's gotten himself into.
And yet here we have the Iranians not only giving the Russians what they sorely need, which is a drone capacity, but here they are propping up Putin.
I feel like I'm living in an absurd time.
It's a dystopian universe.
At the same time, you're going to ask the Saudis for oil, which you refuse to produce in your own country.
And give the Chinese your strategic reserve and try and buy oil for Venezuela.
And you're telling the Saudis, by the way, we're going to cut a deal with your mortal enemy, no matter what the cost.
Okay, the absurdity has to stop.
We will return to sanity.
Follow this man.
Watch him on Newsmax.
Senior National Security Distinguished Fellow at the America First Policy Institute.
Your call is next 833.
33 Gorka.
That's 833-334-6752.

I will.
I'll send her your resume.
Excellent.
We'll get you in for a longer chat.
Did you get rid of him again?
No, he dropped off.
What are you talking about?
What is it with this guy?
He holds the line for like two minutes.
I'm not sure if you mean it as a meme, but the idea that they have no stamina, I think that is true and connected to maybe other aspects of their lives as well.
I know, clearly.
Alright, what is this?
This is D. Okay, good.
I'm going to do the abortion, the Hawley.
Thanks, I sent you the car info too.
Oh, yeah, nine super short.
And just – okay, and then I'll do math at the top.
Thanks.
I sent you the car info, too.
Okay.
All right.
Thanks.
Yes, that's good.
a title for that um maybe either Boris or Oran like how will Boris Johnson be remembered or something like that yes that's good how Boris Johnson will be remembered alright
that really is so depressing what if I remember seeing that video of Johnson, like a lecture or something where he just started like reciting ancient Greek. like a lecture or something where he just started like Like a whole passage of Homer or something.
Bad man.
He could have been so good.
Yep.
So you'll tee up cuts eight and nine.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
All right, kill them, Lex.
All right, kill them, kill them, Lex. Lex.
All right, kill them, Lex.
With more journalism in his little finger than CNN has on its entire network, Sebastian Gorka.
Mr. G, what is it with that crazy liberal?
He calls in, I see his number flashing on the board, and he holds for what, 90 seconds?
Are you cutting him off, or does he just have zero stamina?
What's going on?
You just said it, he's a crazy liberal.
Why are you trying to figure him out with rational thinking?
My mistake.
Sorry.
Sam, or whatever your name is, just call back 833-33-GORKA and just tell Jeff why you have no stamina.
Why you can only hold the line for 120 seconds.
Because I know you don't have a job, so it's not that.
So what is it?
Just tell us.
I'm curious.
The battle for the unborn has only just begun.
Yes, we've got that incredible historic decision from the Supreme Court, but it's only the beginning.
Now it goes back to the states.
What is it going to take to win?
What is the evidence we need to win?
You need to know.
There's an amazing new movie.
It's been called the best pro-life film out there.
It's called The Matter of Life.
I recommend it to you right now.
You can watch it.
You can stream it.
You can order it at SalemNow.com.
Help us win this fight.
The movie is The Matter of Life and it is available at SalemNow.com.
Before we get to your calls, this is the cut I promised.
This is Senator Josh Hawley who's talking to This is incredible.
This is a teacher, an actual professor at Berkeley called Kiara Bridges, who, well, I guess she thinks men can get pregnant.
Play cut.
Professor Bridges, you said several times, you've used a phrase, I want to make sure I understand what you mean by it.
You've referred to people with a capacity for pregnancy.
Would that be women?
Many women, cis women, have the capacity for pregnancy.
Many cis women do not have the capacity for pregnancy.
There are also trans men who are capable of pregnancy as well as non-binary people who are capable of pregnancy.
So this isn't really a women's rights issue?
We can recognize that this impacts women while also recognizing that it impacts other groups.
Those things are not mutually exclusive, Senator Hawley.
So your view is that the core of this right then is about what?
So I want to recognize that your line of questioning is transphobic and it opens up trans people to violence by not recognizing that.
Wow, you're saying that I'm opening up people to violence by asking whether or not women are the folks who can have pregnancies?
So I want to note that one out of five transgender persons have attempted suicide.
Because of my line of questioning?
So we can't talk about it?
Because denying that trans people exist and pretending not to know that they exist I'm denying that trans people exist by asking you if you're talking about women having pregnancies.
Do you believe that men can get pregnant?
No, I don't think men can get pregnant.
So you're denying that trans people exist?
Thank you!
And that leads to violence.
Is this how you run your classroom?
Are students allowed to question you?
Absolutely!
Or are they also treated like this?
No, no, no.
They're allowed to question me.
They're told that they're opening up people to violence by questioning.
Oh, we have a good time in my class.
You should join.
I bet.
You might learn a lot.
Wow.
I would learn a lot.
I've learned a lot just through this exchange.
I know.
Absolutely.
Extraordinary.
Are you?
You could learn a lot.
I mean the dripping arrogance, the condescension.
Why don't they actually... There's a very important thing he could have said and God bless him for saying what he did because you just saw behind the curtain of the insanity a professor at Berkeley saying men can have babies.
There's one statement in the history of humankind since Adam and Eve.
Every single person who has been born has come from a woman.
Period.
End of story.
Give me the proof that that isn't the case.
Just one instance.
One instance of a birth from somebody that wasn't a woman.
It's a cult.
Liberate yourself.
Emancipate yourself.
Never vote Democrat again.
They're insane.
Let's go to your calls.
Tito, where did Tito go?
Tito, call back 833-33 Gorka.
Let's go to David, Arizona, line 1.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
How are you today?
Good.
Thank you for your patience.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
Well, first of all, I just wanted to say that you're doing an amazing job.
You did an amazing job in the White House.
And I'm honored to talk to you.
I'm honored that you are still fighting the good fight.
I'm very patriotic.
I'm a Navy veteran.
And I'm just, I'm amazed that the left are going so far with their ridiculous ideas and just taking away our freedoms.
I live about a few hours from the border and I see what's happening with the border crisis.
First hand.
And it's not good.
I've seen it for years.
It's gotten worse.
I'm hoping that the senator that's running right now for governor makes it.
She's going to try to stop what's going on at our border, but it's going to be a tough battle.
David, what did you do in the Navy?
I was an aviation boatswain's mate fuels.
I worked on the flight deck.
God bless you.
Thank you for your service and your kind words.
Stay on the line.
Let's get David a signed copy of The War for America's Soul.
Don't go anywhere.
We're going to get Jeff to get your address and then we will send you that book.
Let's go to Lawrence, Ohio.
Line three.
Good afternoon.
I want to say I'm a black man and I'm happy.
Oh, what happened there?
We got you?
Did we lose you?
Call back 833-33-GORKA.
I want to hear your story.
What a mellifluous voice.
That's Lawrence.
Get him back.
Lawrence, tell us your story.
I apologize.
I don't know what that's about.
Don't worry.
Tell us your story.
I'm a black man.
I left the Democrat plantation a couple of decades ago, not looking back, not interested in returning.
This thing with Jill Biden is helping to take the mask off the Democrat party about their identity politics, first of all, and the fact that they just take people, as they call them, POCs, people of color, The first!
Yeah.
And they think they look at us as stereotypes.
I've known this about the Democrat Party for years, and we've and we've seen it in spades and not use it as a racial term from from from Joe Biden with some of the comments he made, even on the campaign trail.
Even the comment he made about Obama being clean and articulate.
The first, the first Lawrence, the first clean and articulate black politician.
I want to hear your story.
I want to know what made you flip and come over to the side of reason a couple of decades ago.
So stay on the line, Lawrence.
Let's make sure the NSA doesn't break that connection again.
Stay on the line.
We're going to continue the discussion.
Jon, Ezio, don't go anywhere.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

You can block the lines.
Thanks.
That's right, yeah.
For the rest of this hour.
Next hour that is 80 seconds
What?
One minute.
minute.
45.
Do we have information on Call of Five?
Line five?
You gotta turn your mic on.
It's about the wit- I can't really type it now.
The topic?
It's about the abortion witness.
Oh, okay.
And man and woman.
Okay, good.
I wanted to...
A legend.
A legal immigrant.
Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Rest in peace, Monty Norman.
That is the original James Bond theme, the iconic theme.
He passed yesterday, age 94.
Rest in peace.
We're going to go back to Lawrence, then Ezio.
But first, a five-second clip from the same hearing in the Senate.
This is from Dr. Colleen P. McNicholas with her definition of what an abortion is.
I have to share this with you.
Cut nine.
Abortion is normal.
It is an act of love, and it is fundamentally healthcare.
So killing an unborn child is love.
And she says that, as Eric pointed out, while a woman is seated behind her rocking a baby in her arms.
It's a cult!
But that's okay, because Lawrence has escaped the cult.
Lawrence from Ohio, please continue your story.
I need to know what made you leave the Democrat political plantation Okay, I'm going to say it started under Clinton when he started to do his second campaign, if I'm not mistaken.
I'll try to think about it, but it's kind of like a... It blurred into it.
I didn't just automatically become conservative.
But was there an issue or a set of issues that made you say, okay, I've had enough?
When Clinton started talking about the burning of the black churches that happened when he was a child, and I used to listen to Rush.
I had a store, and I used to listen to Rush on the radio in the store, and Rush brought this out about the black churches.
They could find no records of black churches being burned in Arkansas when Clinton was a young person.
And then there were a couple of newspaper articles that came about it, and saying that he was manipulating black people.
Yes.
And I started thinking this through.
And as I would start to talk to other friends about it, they didn't see that this was manipulation.
They didn't see that he was lying and that the reason he was lying was to try to make us think that he was one of us.
And when they called him the first black president, remember when he went on Arsenio Hall?
Yes, yes.
And this type of stuff started to really rankle me.
And so as I started to think about it, I started to change my mindset.
I really wasn't political at all.
I devoted and didn't think too much about it.
But you saw that you were being used by the Democrats.
That's exactly correct.
And now the Hispanics, I think they noticed this already, but this stuff with Jill Biden, who's the Dr. Jill Biden, as they insisted that we call her when he was on the campaign trail.
She is not much more mentally or politically savvy than he is.
If she could not pronounce the... I put this on my... Because of you, I put it on my Facebook page, but the pronunciation of the word bodega as bodega, that thing... You know, if the wife of Donald... of President Donald Trump ever said that, they would have been over her like white on rice in a snowstorm on a paper plate.
You know this, right?
I'm going to use that.
I love that.
White on rice on a snowstorm in a paper plate.
Stay on the line.
What a fabulous story, Lawrence.
Ezio, I'm going to talk to you in the break, but stay on the line.
Lawrence, I want to get you a signed copy of The War for America.
So listen to this man.
If you're a Hispanic American, don't be used the same way the Democrats have used black America for decades.
This is America First.
Stay on this channel.
Uh, no.
Well, I want to talk to Line 5, and Lawrence, we have to send him a book, so whatever that means for you guys, you can play ads.
Yeah.
Hey, is that Ezio?
Yes, it is.
Hi, what's your comment?
What's your question?
Uh, first comment, if I may insert, if abortion is love, then apparently a lot of men out of love beat and kill their wives.
Wow.
My other comment, uh, if this, if this professor from UCLA, I looked her up, she's, I think, an anthropologist, which deals with ancient cultures.
Uh-huh.
And this is not my, I didn't coin this phrase, but someone pointed out a while back, I recall, anthropologists deal with, in many cases, skeletons.
They go into a sarcophagus, look at your skeleton.
Now, nowadays, you can title someone or title yourself as you wish.
Cis, trans, whatever.
But thousands of years from now, if someone looks at your skeleton, a anthropologist has only two choices.
Male or female.
Yes!
And only the female can give birth.
It doesn't matter what they call themselves hundreds or thousands of years in the past.
Right.
Exactly.
Bingo.
You got it, Ezio.
Perfectly, perfectly summarized.
Thank you for your call.
Good.
Good.
Obama tore this country down!
No one stood up to him!
Nobody!
Because he was black!
You need to wake up!
My parents didn't teach me that I was a victim.
They can turn back voting rights.
Didn't nobody donate to us the right to vote.
He's a house nigger.
I didn't call you a nigger.
Oh, okay.
That's a big difference.
I'm Uncle Tom.
And Uncle Tom is somebody who has sold out by embracing the white man.
Uncle Tom.
Bedwench.
Bootlicker.
Black white supremacist.
Chucking and jiving.
House negro.
Coon.
Uncle Tom.
Coon.
Coon.
I have a Coon award over there.
Racist.
Racist.
of the year war.
Most black people don't believe that other blacks can be independent, free thinkers.
I believe the legacy and the ancestry of black Americans is being insulted every single day.
I will not pretend to be a victim in this country.
I know that that makes many people on the left uncomfortable.
Racist.
Racism.
A thousand cuts of racism.
The liberal will try to control a black person through the concept of racism because they know that we are very proud emotional people.
I I never felt that because I was black or I was poor or a woman that I couldn't do something.
I grew up being told of my disadvantages, that this country is unfair to black people.
The ideology is implanted into you subconsciously to believe these things.
It's like a cancerous plague in the mind of black Americans.
We're brainwashed to think, well, is it because I'm black?
America's not ours, so we got shipped here.
No, our blood is on this soil.
We own this, too.
There should be a pride that we have in the fact that this country was built by many great black men and women.
Are you trying to say that this country does not specialize in racism and bigotry?
So long as black people continue to have their psyche filled by that nonsense, we won't have an awakening.
You have the right to remain silent.
Ain't no way.
Anything you say will be used against you.
You are not listening!
I want your job to be taken from you.
A protest has turned violent at California, Berkeley.
This is why we're fighting for the soul of America.
You should be able to share ideas without fear of being fired from your job or shouted down.
You are not to be heard.
This is one of the few things one could say we have no precedent for in the United States.
You have the right to remain silent.
The only way we separate the good ideas from the bad ideas is to be free to say whatever we want about them.
Anything you say will be used against you.
There's no free speech for a fascist.
Your posts on Facebook, Twitter, and social media will be safe to shame you.
Kevin Hart has stepped down from hosting this year's Oscars.
Anything you say that we don't like will be used to shut you up.
Don't worry, you don't have a right to make decisions.
You can't be funny.
It's creating an atmosphere of fear and repression and it's gonna bust.
You cannot think differently.
It makes it difficult for you to learn from other people.
Isn't it spooky that we're having this discussion?
You can't challenge us.
Kids grew up dipped in Purell, playing soccer games where they never kept score.
There is no debate.
The type of diversity that they hate is diversity of thought.
We reserve the right to be offended by everything.
No university should ever create a safe space.
You're not going to protect people, and so the best you can do is to make them strong.
It bothers me for the young people who are being deprived of anything that could open their minds.
You have the right to remain silent.
Thank you.
Conrad.
Yes, sir.
Good travels.
Splendid.
Splendid.
It's a tragedy what happened to Boris, but... I know.
We will discuss.
We'll discuss that.
We'll discuss the little bit of news that landed on my doorstep this morning that I think you will have a unique perspective on.
Stand by.
Bye. 30 seconds.
Go ahead.
Is reality just too much?
There's always NPR.
I hear they have tote bags.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
I'm sorry, that line always makes me laugh, the idea of our show having tote bags like NPR.
Over my dead body, not happening, no tote bags here.
Maybe, maybe, I don't know, some kind of weapons retention system, maybe some gun slings, fanny packs for your concealed carry weapon.
Maybe that, but no tote bags.
Welcome back, dear friends.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
We have an amazing lineup.
One of our regulars, one of your favorites.
Next and then, former White House lawyer, former Trump administration DOJ employee Ken Kuklowski will be with us to talk about the Farago, the clown show that is happening right now on Capitol Hill and the recent decisions out of the Supreme Court.
But first, We're going to go north and we're going to connect with historian, erstwhile media mogul, columnist, financier, and justice reform advocate, Lord Conrad Black.
Conrad, welcome back to America First.
Thank you very much.
Glad to be back with you.
Great to have you back.
I know you have been globetrotting.
We will talk about what happened in the UK with the 10 Downing Street, perhaps in our next segment.
But first, given your experience with the justice system in America, Given what I was a recipient of around Christmas time and what landed on my doorstep today, I would love to dissect the following with you.
As you know, or hopefully I shared with you, just around Christmas I received a letter from my cell phone provider, Verizon, one of the biggest.
That they had been subpoenaed by the January 6th Inquisition, Nancy's star chamber, for the telephone information, the text information, the phone call logs of my phone and the phone of my wife and my children.
Despite the fact that I was nowhere near Congress on January the 6th and that I wasn't involved or charged with anything.
Verizon caved.
I hired lawyers but they decided to comply and that was back in December.
Today, I receive a letter from a lawyer representing a certain Officer Sullivan, sorry, Officer Smith, who along with other colleagues from the Capitol Police has brought a case in federal court against Donald Trump.
And I have been ordered by his lawyers not to destroy, but to keep any information I have on January the 6th, which is strange because I have none.
I was a guest of the President sitting in the front row.
But let me share with you the details of the case that has been brought against my erstwhile employer, We have it here.
It is a very long suit.
The United States District Court of the District of Columbia.
Officer Conrad Smith and his colleagues.
With the contact details, I'm holding out for the camera, blacked out of the people that they are suing, including my boss Donald Trump.
And then I counted the names.
37 other people.
I have a sense of humor about this, Conrad.
I maintain a wry smile.
But given what you've experienced, it's safe to say things are out of control, are they not?
Yeah, well, I think so, yeah.
And, I mean, I assume any proceeding against you in respect of January 6th is just absolute nonsense.
The odd thing is somebody has to pay these lawyers, and anyone with any familiarity of the American system knows that American lawyers are extremely well paid, and especially trial lawyers in federal courts.
And you wonder how long this sort of vast apparatus of Trump hate Translating itself into the attempted criminalization of policy differences and political rivalries matters that in other sophisticated jurisdictions like Britain and Canada would be thrown out as frivolous and vexatious.
How long it can go on?
But obviously it still seems to have a bit of a life of its own.
Well, for full disclosure, I think I know why I was caught up in the political dragnet of persecution.
I was meant to give a speech on January the 6th.
On the steps of the Supreme Court in the afternoon after the President spoke.
That never happened.
Certain events ensued.
I was in the front row in the Ellipse listening to President Trump and then I went and left home.
But because my name popped up in text messages with other people organizing that speech, I guess they thought that I could be a potential target.
But here's the question for you, with everything you've experienced, Conrad.
And to your point, the one letter, the one letter I had to write to the court and to Verizon in December cost me $10,000.
That's just one letter.
So your point about how much these lawyers cost is well taken.
But the idea That not only my phone records, and I'm fine, I'll fight it all the way, I have nothing to hide, but that this subpoena affects the phone records of my wife and my children?
Isn't there just something fundamentally wrong with that?
Yes.
And I would have thought, now, I'm not after, as you mentioned, what I've been through myself in that system, a howling and constant optimist That all judgments are just and kind, but I would have thought that the people harassing you would not be able to meet a test of relevancy in claiming the phone records of your family.
I would have thought that the court would not uphold that, but perhaps some residual optimism that should have expired long ago is still It's still motivating me to think that a reasonable decision had come and a thing like that.
I mean, it's nonsense, and anyone can see that it's nonsense.
I mean, what on earth would your family have had to do with the things that are matters of controversy in that country by January 6th now?
Nothing.
Well, especially since my children were in California at the time, which of course is irrelevant to these people because they are simply on a witch hunt.
Let's talk about the committee.
It's meeting right now, today.
Last week, or two weeks ago, time flies.
They had their star witness, Cassidy Hutchinson, who said that President Trump reached for the steering wheel and grabbed the steering wheel of the Beast with his 20-foot-long arms.
Today, they played clips as if they had more star witnesses on video from people as outré as Alex Jones, the conspiracy theorist, who thinks that Chemicals in the water are turning reptiles across America homosexual.
They had people that have nothing that anybody knows have any connection with January the 6th.
At the end of the day, what is your prognosis?
You've written the book, President Trump, a president like no other.
You've followed presidential politics for decades.
Do they really think is your prognosis that they will try to actually forward criminal referrals to the Department of Justice with regards to President Trump to prevent him from running, Conrad?
Look, I'm afraid these people are so extreme, so fanatical, and so obsessed with Trump hate, which is really the only message the Democratic Party has had for the last five years, apart from the Sanders-Aid socialist message, that they might actually try a public grandstand play of urging the attorney general to prefer criminal that they might actually try a public grandstand play of urging the attorney general to
To prefer charges, criminal charges, against the former president.
But my guess, for what it's worth, since you're kind enough to ask me, is that we have now seen the sort of bumper guards on the American political arena.
On the one side, the Supreme Court was not prepared to entertain the Texas Attorney General's action, If heard seriously, might well have led to overturning the result of a presidential election.
They were simply not prepared to entertain the possibility that such a thing might happen.
On the other side, I think we've seen in the Southern District of New York, and we'll probably see in this matter, that the system, for all its failings, for all its
Vulnerability to being manipulated and abused and turned into non-legal or even illegal activities to promote partisan advantage is not going to entertain a completely spurious indictment of the former president, which would have no possible effect
except possibly to preoccupy him getting rid of it when he might otherwise be running for president again.
I don't think they're going to do it.
I think it would just be too disgraceful even for that awful system.
Well, I am not sure if there are limits left, as you say.
I think the bumpers have been removed.
Time will tell.
He is the co-host of the podcast along with Victor Davis Hanson and Bill Bennett, scholars and sense.
His website is ConradMBlack.
You can follow him on Twitter at ConradMBlack.
Any book with his name on the spine is worth your time.
We will be back with Lord Black after these messages.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, former strategist to President Trump, currently member of the National Security Education Board.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, Stay on this channel.
Sorry I ambushed you with that, but I couldn't think of a better person to share that with, Conrad.
I just don't think they're going to do it.
I mean, I agree that this This ludicrous mockery of a committee is going to urge action on the achievement.
I mean, am I missing something?
I think they will submit criminal referrals for sedition and the obstruction of an official proceedings.
I think they'll do exactly what they've done with more than 400 people that were charged already for January the 6th.
Really, that is my expectation.
But did you think Garland is actually going to indict the president?
Now, that's another question.
That's a completely different question.
I mean, Garland himself is a very weak man.
You can see from the way he reads his scripts when he's on Capitol Hill.
Whether the people beneath him, like Lisa Monaco, who was Obama's architect of his disastrous kind of terrorism policy, who's really the acting AG, whether they push him to do it, I have no way of predicting that.
But I have to know that if they do it, they have no chance.
Even in D.C., they have no chance of getting a conviction.
And the result of taking a spurious action like that would be an absolute disaster for the Democrats.
But you're being logical.
Look at the last year and a half.
What has not been an absolute disaster for them in the last year and a half, from Afghanistan to the open border?
Well, that's true.
Where did you go?
So you went to the UK?
Anywhere else fun?
No.
No, I didn't leave London, but I had a front row seat and all that.
Good!
Well, that is what we will discuss next.
That we will discuss next.
Eric, will you come in with Sheila Jackson Lee cut eight?
Coming in with cut eight.
No liner.
yep wait cut eight sorry cut seven yep yep yep 90 seconds when did you get back All right.
On Sunday.
Oh my gosh, so you did get a front row seat.
Absolutely.
It was quite something.
Yeah, I thought he was going to survive.
Well, he should have.
I mean, there's no excuse for what's going on here.
I mean, we can talk about this if we want to, but the British have got to be careful.
They have a well-earned, long-held reputation as a politically stable country, and this is not how you change governments.
No, we'll discuss exactly that.
Stand by 50 seconds.
So I really look at those numbers, yes, as dissatisfaction, as the frustration of the summer, the heat.
But I'm ready for the fall when we really turn that election around after Labor Day and all the groups that have been supporting Joe Biden get ready, get busy to really make a difference in the 2022 election. - How could I have been so foolish?
I didn't realize why Biden's in the 20s in terms of approval ratings.
I should have just listened to Sheila Jackson Lee.
It's the heat.
Once the summer heat is over, then the Biden supporters will rush back.
No, we didn't doctor that.
That is actually what she said.
I'm Sebastian Corker.
This is America First.
It beggars belief.

Lord Black, you were in the perfect or maybe the worst place to be to have a front row seat for the events in 10 Downing Street over the last few weeks.
In the break you said something, I said to you, it shouldn't have happened.
No, I was surprised that Boris Johnson resigned and you reacted by saying it shouldn't have happened.
Would you expand for our millions of listeners?
You know, he has in fact, in my opinion, been a good Prime Minister.
He came into the position as party leader with the country in a complete impasse.
It was the greatest constitutional crisis Britain has had since the American Revolution, if not the English Civil War.
Because of the Brexit vote and the lack of implementation, correct?
Exactly.
And the entire system was paralyzed.
There was a referendum vote, as you know, to leave Europe, but Parliament was unable to agree any formula to do it, and the British government was unable to agree any formula with Europe.
So this was the position that Boris took over.
He sliced the Gordian knot.
He got Brexit done.
The greatest public health crisis in over a century there is elsewhere.
He managed well.
He managed Britain out of it.
And he has played, in my opinion, a very distinguished role in this military crisis in Europe since World War II, in Ukraine.
And now, you know, he does have a somewhat clownish personality.
He used to work for us.
He was our editor of The Spectator, and before that I had him as our correspondent in The Daily Telegraph in Brussels, where he first became famous.
And he does have this comic genius that sometimes makes him seem really quite unserious.
And he paid a price for that, and he made tactical errors in debt of that.
But in the British system, if you don't have confidence, I mean, if the House of Commons or the governing party don't have confidence in the prime minister, there are ways of changing them, and you do it with a certain amount of dignity.
I mean, the last time, just your listeners for the most part would have no knowledge of this, the last time the leader of the British Conservative Party retired in perfectly good political and physical health voluntarily was Stanley Baldwin in 1937.
That was 85 years ago.
Even Mr. Churchill was pushed out.
Now, he was 80 years old.
He'd had a stroke, but he was Mr. Churchill.
Mrs. Thatcher, a great leader whom we all remember, was pushed out for holding views that the British nation have now ratified on the subject of Europe.
Well, it's...
It won't do to have the governing party, particularly with such a group of nondescript cabinet members, suddenly rise up and all of them say, we won't serve with this man.
So this is my question.
It's a disgraceful business and it hurts that country and that party more than it hurts Johnson, in my opinion.
Lord Black, after months and months of spurious, less serious, more serious scandals, Covid, lockdowns, partygate parties in Downing Street and so forth, why was it this later scandal of a male member of the administration being sexually inappropriate with other men, why was it this scandal or was it the pretext For the scores of backbenchers and secretaries of the administration say, okay, this is the one where we get rid of him.
Can you give us your sense of why this scandal?
Yeah, well, I think the explanation you just gave is substantially right.
You see, what happened was when this so-called scandal, I mean, one deputy way up in the in the parliamentary party becoming drink taken and groping a couple of people of the same sex, gay people it may be said, which makes it slightly less offensive perhaps.
But the prime minister was asked about this and he said that he was unaware of a history of this person having done such things.
And that was the issue.
Then it came to light that someone who was a fanatical Euro-Remainer and militant opponent of Johnson within his party said, that's not true.
I warned him that there had been an incident involving this person.
Now, the Prime Minister said, Oh, he did.
I forgot.
I forgot about it.
That's right.
Now, is that a scandal?
Have we reached the point where that is a scandal?
Of course we haven't.
It was a pretext.
It was just nonsense.
It was just a bunch of panicky and cynical careerists trying to make a change in government, hoping that they might gain from it somehow.
They're going to pay a price for it.
Now, one of the potential runners is Colonel Tom Tugendhat, and as a member of the same regiment I served in, in the British Reserves, I wish the Member of Parliament Tom Tugendhat a great fortune in the race.
But I think the broader point you made is the correct one.
There doesn't seem to be a lot of, how do I put this politely, the bench is rather thin when it comes to candidates to become Prime Minister.
Exactly right.
Normally when you have a government in office, The senior cabinet ministers are all prominent people, and the chancellor and the foreign secretary and the home secretary are generally people who are thought to be capable of being prime minister.
That is not the case now.
No one knows the names of these people.
And there's a reason they don't know their names, because they're not very distinguished.
And by the way, I agree with what you say about Tom Tugendhat.
I think he may be the best of them, and that might be the person to do it.
You know, he's not held a cabinet position, but he's chairman of the Armed Forces Committee of Parliament, and he has a good solid military background.
A straight shooter of clear integrity, and that might be the best they can do at this point.
They certainly don't have someone, obviously, as a candidate to fill that office.
And not only that, we played the cut again and again and again.
He's the individual who spoke incredibly powerfully.
about the disgrace of Biden's surrender of Afghanistan and the withdrawal from Kabul.
So at least he's proven himself, as you say, as a straight shooter more than once.
He's Lord Conrad Black, Conrad M. Black on Twitter, ConradMBlack.com.

Yeah, look, you're right.
That was a terrific speech he gave.
It was.
You know, it was clearly very sincere and very hard hitting.
Yeah, yeah.
We'll see.
As I said in a piece I wrote in Britain, In the Revolutionary War, General George Washington was referred to as committing treason, but no one said he was contemptible.
I mean, that's the first time the British Parliament has ever described an American leader as contemptible.
Very well put.
Very well put.
Well, great to have you back on the show.
Welcome back, Conrad.
Thanks, Sebastian.
All the best.

And the woke t-shirts.
Oh the woke!
See I knew that's why you're the producer.
The don't be woke t-shirts we had made for when President Trump was on the show.
Get yours today.
Why?
Because if you're woke you're a loser and it's got the president's face on it.
Somebody who's definitely not woke Anybody who writes for Breitbart is the antithesis of woke, is our in-studio guest, former White House lawyer in the Trump administration, former DOJ lawyer as well.
Ken Kuklowski, welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you, Seb.
Thanks for having me and I like those mugs.
I'm going to have to get one of those mugs.
You're going to get it for free.
Alright, since I've got you alive in front of millions of people, chained to that guest's chair, I want some free legal advice.
I'm going to exploit you mercilessly.
By all means.
Alright, we're going to talk about J6, we're going to talk about the Supreme Court, but first, this morning, somebody left a FedEx envelope on my front door, I was telling Lord Black, and then rang the doorbell and ran away.
And when they run away, you know what it is.
Delivered legal documents by a very expensive law firm in DC saying you must keep all your records and not destroy anything with regards to January the 6th.
Which is strange because I have nothing to do with the events of January 6th.
I listened to the president and then I went home.
But I am now cited in a lawsuit by nine Capitol Police officers who are suing 37 people including my old boss in this document.
And they're charging him.
I got to read this to you because I just got to have your comment as a sanity check.
They are charging that the president was responsible for the attack on the U.S.
Capitol.
And the last item I cite, I thought you'd be amused.
The defendants, President Trump included, violated the Ku Klux Klan Act as well on January 6th.
Um, sense of humor required, I presume, Ken.
Well, that would be the Ku Klux Klan Act is conspiracy to violate civil rights.
It's a provision of Title 42 in the US Code.
These people are nuts!
This has gone beyond the pale.
Right.
What else do these people have to run on?
Are they just throwing stuff out there on the wall to see that if we know we have nothing to run on, then maybe we could... I mean, here's the big question.
Let's cut straight to the chase.
Lord Black, who's been through the ringer in the American judicial system, Pardoned by President Trump, God bless him.
He doesn't believe that the January 6th committee is going to end in criminal referrals.
I think he's being optimistic.
I think they will drop criminal referrals against President Trump.
Yes or no?
I'm going to keep you for the next segment.
What's your expectation?
Yes or no?
My expectation is, as someone who has been tangling with the January 6th committee myself, that is one of the few questions I should not answer right now.
See?
I pushed him to the limit, but he's smiling.
That's why we love Ken.
All right, follow this man, Ken Kuklowski, on Twitter.

He's such a pro.
He definitely weaved his way around my last question because he had to because he's in the crosshairs as well because he's a patriot.
He's a good guy.
Former DOJ and White House lawyer, Ken Kuklowski, former contributor.
No, current contributor to the Breitbart.com.
So let's go from January 6th to the Supreme Court.
I have to start with this.
Did you ever think, as a person who studies the Constitution, who's a practicing lawyer, that we would get so many historic decisions in the space of one week, Ken?
Oh my goodness, no.
It's hard to believe.
It is.
The overturning of Roe by itself.
By itself!
A day that I never knew I would see.
I hoped for it.
I prayed for it.
I worked towards it.
I worked on cases supporting it.
I worked on Supreme Court confirmations to try and build a majority that would do it.
But I didn't know what was going to come.
So to have that and two more cases all in the space of a week, it's just mind-blowing.
And also, I have to ask you, because I'm just curious, after I read the leak decision, which I thought was, as a non-lawyer, just a tour de force of the history of Western civilization's attitude to abortion, were you worried that the leak would have the desired effect the left wanted it to have, or were you solid that the justices would stand behind the draft?
I was hopeful that that would be the case because this was so unprecedented and because I know several of the justices, but not all of them.
You don't know how a person stands under fire until they've been under fire.
There's something to be said in politics or in law for someone who's taken the heat and is a battle-tested veteran, and they came through it.
I don't think it's your area of expertise, but I'm a huge gun guy.
We devote Fridays to the Second Amendment.
My understanding is somebody who has a permit in D.C.
and several other states to carry a weapon This decision on New York isn't just about New York.
This could have a cascading effect, because what was written by Clarence Thomas is that the Second Amendment isn't about having guns at home.
It's about what the Constitution, the Bill of Rights says, to have and bear arms.
Am I reading into it, or is this just about New York?
No, you're not reading into it at all.
The Second Amendment is one of the areas I specialize in.
Okay so so this is bigger than New York oh yes this is this case in terms of its practical application probably bigger than Heller itself in 2008 the DC case exactly because because Heller itself was just about whether you have some sort of individual right to bear arms
This, in a much more conservative Supreme Court, went so much further to restore, I won't say expand because it's restoring Second Amendment rights, to make it clear that the phrase to keep and bear arms, to bear is to carry, you don't carry a gun From the kitchen to the bedroom.
That's exactly right.
The reasonable connotation in 1791 when the Second Amendment was adopted is the same as today.
To carry something carries the connotation that you're walking somewhere with it.
So it's to have it on you and ready for use in case of confrontation as you go about your daily life.
Stan corrected.
He is an expert also on the Second Amendment.
We're going to get him back on Fridays as well.
Let's talk about the one with perhaps the greatest concern for all of us.
Is it true, you mentioned the poll in the break, that we've heard threats of packing the courts?
Sadly, there is no constitutional limit on how many associate justices have served.
Not yet.
Not yet.
Now, you're saying, based upon a recent poll, that the Democrats may be going beyond packing the court to doing something even more drastic, Ken?
A poll I saw this week was that a majority of Democrats, especially younger Democrats, supported the idea of abolishing the Supreme Court and replacing it with justices that are elected Their names are on the ballot and you vote for these people.
Now what's so stunning about that is there's all sorts of different models of government in terms of a free society, but one hallmark of a free society is an independent judiciary, a court system that is not run by politicians, a court system that does not have to answer to whatever the whims of the majority might be at the moment.
Because politics should not infect the law.
That's exactly right.
The court is, to use a big academic term, the Supreme Court and all federal courts are a counter-majoritarian institution.
They are the bulwark for freedom when the polls surge in response to a crisis or a panic.
So let me throw your academic big words back at you.
This is the charge that in a strict democracy you can have the rule of the majority.
And so this is some kind of defense against that.
It's not the transitory whims of the majority in time of crisis that determine law.
The law is above that and should be determined in ways that stand above daily politics.
That's why We have the Supreme Court.
Exactly right.
That instead of a pure democracy, we are a constitutional democratic republic.
It all ultimately comes to the voters.
But it's the voters in multiple ways.
Some things we elect people for two years.
Others for four.
Others for six.
And still other positions are appointed by those who we ultimately voted for.
And it's the layering and staggering of that that's the genius of our Constitution to maximize the protection of our individual liberties.
And it's one of the beautiful repeating phrases of the Rowan-Casey decision, which was penned by Alito, right?
Alito penned the Dobbs decision.
So if you read it, and I actually read it onto video and audio, you can listen to it if you don't have the time to read the 70 plus pages.
So again and again and again Alito uses this phrase that we are, because it's not in the Constitution, because there's no right to privacy or abortion in the Constitution, we return this issue to the states where the citizens of America can debate it amongst themselves, where the representatives at the state level will have to convince each other or their constituents of the verity of their stance, which is exactly why our founding fathers We're geniuses.

We are back with Ken Kuchlowski.
We have been celebrating the incredible three decisions for the Supreme Court, but the wheels of justice keep on turning.
It's not over yet.
Big, big decisions.
Big cases in the fall.
Talk to us about election law.
That's right.
There's a case out of North Carolina, the Moore case, and what the Supreme Court will be deciding there, which was central to several of the most serious election challenges in court in 2020, many of which never received a final decision on the legal merits.
In fact, just this last week, the Wisconsin Supreme Court Finally affirmed that the ballot boxes, the absentee drop boxes used in Wisconsin, were indeed illegal under Wisconsin law.
It would have been great if they had rendered that decision in 2020, which by a 4-3 vote they decided not to.
Now they're affirming that's unconstitutional.
Illegal under state law.
For North Carolina, the question is this.
In Article 1, the Elections Clause of the Constitution, and Article 2, the Presidential Electors Clause, when it says the legislature thereof, in terms of deciding how elections are taken and how presidential electors are appointed, does the legislature mean the legislative branch of government?
That's not the governor.
appoint or does it just mean the legislature passes state laws the governor and secretary of state administers laws and then courts get involved as a layman to me when it says the legislature it means that's not the governor that's not the secretary of state this why do we need a decision it's in
If it were the government of the state I'd say okay well maybe the governor can unilaterally decide not to verify signatures like Northam did in Virginia but when you say the state house or the state legislature isn't that as plain as the nose on your face Kent?
Many authorities take the position that no, no, they're just referring to the legislature passing state laws and then just starting the whole state machinery.
What you're describing is exactly what the justices will hear arguments on both sides about.
This could be huge.
This could be huge.
This is a huge election law issue.
As far as I'm concerned, it's very clear.
We are in a republic of states.
It is the state houses that run the elections.
It's not the unilateral fiat of secretaries of state or governors, because that's how you undermine the constitution of the republic.
We've been talking to Ken Kuklowski.
Next up, we're going to talk about the Green New Deal, the environmentalist cult with the real expert Mark Marano.
Green New Deal
Green New Deal
We have put together, I think, the most extensive and inclusive voter fraud organization in the history of American politics.
Let me say it again.
The 2020 election was the most secure election in American history.
Let me begin by asking a very simple question.
Do we know the truth about what really happened in the 2020 election?
I think millions of Americans know something went wrong, and they have little pieces, and no one's really put it together.
I'm agnostic on this question, and I am awaiting more information.
If I believed the president were a Nazi, I might steal an election.
Bold accusations require bold evidence, and they haven't seen it.
We have been working on something big.
Show me the money.
True The Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
in election intelligence.
True the Vote has the largest store of election intelligence for the 2020 elections in the world.
No one has more data than we do.
We identified in Atlanta 242 mules that went to an average of 24 drop boxes.
But Philadelphia alone, we've identified more than 1,100 mules.
What is a mule?
A person picking up ballots and running them to the drop boxes.
This is not grandma out walking her dog.
Bad backgrounds, bad reputations.
They are interested in one thing, that's money.
And in no shape, in no way, in no time is that legal.
This is organized crime.
Do you have video evidence?
Four million minutes of surveillance video around the country.
What you're about to see is disturbing.
So this is 1 o'clock in the morning.
Don't we all vote at 1 o'clock in the morning?
One night, this person, this mule, went across six counties to 27 different drop boxes.
I call it the Mexican Mafia, seriously.
Because they work like that.
This is jaw-dropping.
What you showed is frightening.
It's just sickening to me.
Now we come to the most important question of all.
Was the magnitude of vote trafficking enough to tip the balance in the 2020 presidential election?
It's not a leap to say this would have made a difference.
They have ruined election day in the United States of America.
That's provable.
And that's enough for me to fight the left with every fiber in my body.
Without free and fair elections, we are not a democracy.
We are a criminal cartel masquerading as a democracy.

This phrase of influencers.
Who are the people with the narrative power?
Well, for a while it was a diminutive Scandinavian young girl who Had a certain way with words.
Let's remind ourselves.
Play cut.
This is all we hear from our so-called leaders.
Words.
Words that sound great, but so far has led to no action.

Net zero by 2050.
Bla bla bla.
Blah, blah, blah.
Is she making fun of the blah, blah, blah?
Is she making fun of the net zero and the Great Reset?
Or is she still one of these dangerous propagandists?
Let's talk to a man who pushes back every single day at theclimatedepot.com.
He's a man who's taught me so much about the fraud that is modern environmentalism.
Mark Murano, author of The Great Reset.
Welcome back to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Happy to be here.
All right, we have so much to discuss, especially with regards to a certain article from the United Nations you sent me last week that very rapidly, soon after you discovered it, was memory hold like something out of George Orwell's 1984.
But let me start at the beginning.
What's happened to little Greta Thunberg?
She was such the darling of the Western elites, even when she What was that thing she did with a yacht?
She crossed the Atlantic and then flew back, or her team flew back on carbon-emitting jets.
Has she kind of disappeared, or is she still out there wagging her finger at us?
Well, she's still around.
And yeah, just as a reminder, she said she was in, I guess, America, and she said, I have to get over to Europe.
How am I going to do this?
And someone said, oh, you know, there's an invention about the Wright brothers came up with an airplane.
You might try that.
But of course, she said she couldn't.
So she came up with a fossil fuel made yacht with a whole crew that ended up flying back and forth to man the yacht.
So it was a massive virtue signal of nonsense, but there she was on the yacht trying to avoid the airplane to send her statement to the world that she wasn't going to embrace a modern airplane because it was too evil to the planet.
The clips you showed were actually from the summit I attended last fall in Scotland.
It was at the United Nations Climate Summit and she actually, we support, I supported Greta's comments.
She was calling the United Nations process blah blah blah.
In other words, If we did face a climate catastrophe and we had to rely on the UN to save us, we'd all be doomed!
Because all they would do is impose socialism and authoritarianism on us.
Of course, her critique of the UN and the EU and the World Economic Forum is that they don't go far enough.
So, she's out there, but we do support her message that these are illegitimate and fraudulent institutions who don't appear to be what they say they are.
And that's what she was criticizing.
So, she actually got quite disillusioned at that summit and just basically thought it was a lot of hot air talk from politicians.
And with that, we welcomed her because she finally realizes that's what the UN is all about.
Yeah, well, yes, but I'm not sure she's become one of us.
We'll talk more about the latest permutations in the narrative.
But first, gotta discuss this article.
So let's put the image up on the screen.
This is what you sent me last week, which we thought was something out of the Babylon Bee.
This is from the United Nations, the UN Chronicle.
Just the headline from George Kent, the benefits Yes, the benefits of world hunger.
This isn't the Babylon Bee, it is the United Nations.
Tell us a little bit about who George Kent is and whether or not this is Parody Mark!
Okay, this first appeared in the United Nations flagship journal, the UN Chronicle, in 2008.
It was republished in 2009.
And this pretty much lied dormant for the last 13 years or 14 years until last week when social media caught a hold of it.
This then became an internet sensation.
Now, this spread all over the place and the United Nations became very embarrassed.
I actually interviewed the author, George Kent, University of Hawaii political professor.
He's now emeritus since he last wrote this.
And he was dead serious in this article.
He said he wrote it to be provocative because in his dealings around the world, talking to the wealthy, talking to the elite, he said that every single one of them essentially wanted to see the world's poor destabilized and hungry because that kept them motivated to work hard and essentially for dirtball low wages.
So this was his modus operandi of writing this article.
And he was laying out a vision of the world's elite and even possibly a critique of the UN.
But the UN, seeing how much bad publicity this was last week, especially after I published an interview with Professor Ken himself, and I'm aware I'm the only person who interviewed him, They ended up pulling the article, and it was literally pulled from their site within 24 hours of my interview with them, and then it just became a page not found 404.
Let's put that image up there.
We have that as well.
So within a few hours of you sending me the original article, this is what happened to that URL.
404 page not found.
And then, what are the contradictory stories from both Professor Kent and the United Nations after you did that interview with him?
Well then the UN released a statement.
Now this is, it's incredible to get the United Nations to blame.
They issued a statement saying this article was pulled, it was intended as satire, but apparently it didn't go over well, so we've now deleted it from our archives.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
You're the guy that follows all this stuff.
In the last, what, since the San Francisco conference of 1946 or 45, how many satirical articles has the United Nations published?
Just a rough number, is it hundreds or thousands?
I'm not aware of any.
I would say zero.
Because one thing you know about the UN, besides the fact they know how to throw a party at these annual conferences, they have no sense of humor.
They have no sense of satire.
In fact, when they talk, even though it may sound like satire, it's typically the real deal.
They mean it.
You know, the same with the World Economic Forum and a lot of these other big institutions.
They take themselves very seriously.
So this was never, this was a false, I mean, outright blatant lie by the United Nations, and they knew it.
This was not satire.
So I then reached out to George Kent again, and he reiterated to me that he said it was a shame they didn't consult him before pulling the article.
He reiterated that it was not satire, and he was disappointed in the United Nations.
Now, what's interesting about this is, if you actually go through the article, and the original article, again, 14 years ago, 2008, he talks about it being a positive value, hunger, and hungry people are the most productive.
It reads as though it was a Southern slave owner talking about how to get, you know, your African slaves to give you more work and pick more cotton.
That's how outrageous it is.
It reads like a feudal lord from the Middle Ages Telling how we get the serfs, how we can squeeze more work out of them.
And I think this accurately reflects, as the author intended, he said this was in his dealings with wealthy elites around the world, how they treat the poor and they want them destabilized.
They want them hungry, literally and metaphorically, because the hungrier they are, the harder their work and the cheaper their work.
But isn't, I mean, this is the real point of this whole little incident.
That it so beautifully illustrates the worldview of the quote-unquote elite, the Greta Thunbergs, the John Kerrys, as they jet around the world, as they use their petroleum-made yachts or whatever, that they get to do whatever they want,
But they want to cripple everybody else, especially the developing world, by saying, you, you live in your little feudal ways, because that's better for the planet, while I get on my private jet and fly off to Gestad or to Geneva.
I mean, this, whether it was satirical or not, this is exactly what they've been preaching for decades, is it not, Mark?
It's exactly.
Of course, they said the quiet parts out loud.
Very rare that they get into the motivation and the intent and how they're doing it.
But this is what's happening all over.
I mean, if you look at the World Economic Forum, their stated goal is you will owe nothing under the Great Receipt.
You will owe nothing.
You'll be happy.
All your food will be delivered by drone.
You will not be eating meat.
If you do, it'll be a, quote, rare and expensive treat.
You will have no privacy, but you won't mind.
This is their vision of how they do it.
You will not eat meat, but you will be forced to eat lab-grown fake meat.
You'll be forced to eat insects.
And of course, I don't know what they serve at these World Economic Forum meetings that they have in Davos.
I don't know if they're serving up fried crickets or they have nice meat.
I'm not sure, but hard to believe.
It's like the old Politburo.
They're going to have one set of rules for them and one set for what they consider the masses.
We have seen this all before.
It's just being repackaged.

He's the author of numerous works busting the bubble of the green propagandists.
My Bible on the issue is The Politically Incorrect Guide to Climate Change.
After that, he wrote Green Fraud, why the Green New Deal is even worse than you think.
And the latest one is The Great Reset, Global Elites and the Permanent Lockdown.
We'll talk about The Great Reset, but before we get to that, Marc Morano, can you just remind us, let's have a little bit of talk d'horizon, a little bit of a winding back of the clock.
What have we been told for the last 60 or 70 years.
What are the hysterical pronouncements?
What was the first one?
Was it the new ice age?
Can you walk us through a quick review of what the experts have told us?
Yeah, well, the very first big one that caught on was the overpopulation scare.
That was in late 1960s by Paul Ehrlich.
Now, interestingly enough, he came out and he made a bunch of predictions that were three, five-year deadlines.
Things like resource scarcity, famines, running out of fossil fuels, massive, you know, essentially depopulation of people because the world won't be able to feed them because there's growing so many He was proven wrong spectacularly on every single one.
He even did a bet with a free market economist and lost that bet.
He was on Johnny Carson, Paul Ehrlich, as late as 1980, predicting the end of oil within 10 years because we were going to run out.
You could not be, as an academic, more spectacularly wrong than Paul Ehrlich.
And what did they do?
He's still alive and he's still winning environmental awards and academic awards.
They love this guy.
And you know what his answer is?
He wasn't wrong.
A lot of his predictions just didn't come true yet.
So if I predict that you're going to die and I'm going to die, if we're not dead in 40 years or 80 years, whatever, we'll just say, well, it hasn't happened yet.
But my prediction was true.
So he's predicting endless catastrophes when they don't come.
He says, well, they're still coming, so I'm not wrong.
I love it.
Alright, so that's the first one.
Overpopulation, we're not going to have enough food.
What was next, Mark?
Well, next you go right into the 1970s global cooling scare.
And here's what's interesting about that.
Before fossil fuels caused global warming, fossil fuels caused global cooling.
They believe that the aerosols from our fossil fuel burning were creating essentially soot in the atmosphere and blocking out the sun, which was creating global dimming, which was then going to put us, plunge us into a very cold period.
We had authors, scientists write Richard Nixon as president, warning of a global cooling.
We had CIA reports in great detail warning of man-made global cooling and a coming ice age.
You had pop culture getting involved.
You had people like Leonard Nimoy doing a whole show on it with scientists who later—interviews with scientists who later became global warming alarmists.
Well, in the 70s, they were global warming—global cooling alarmists.
And they blamed the same thing, Sebastian.
Heat, flood, droughts, tornadoes, whatever it was, that was based on man-made global cooling.
And they had a tipping point, unless we act quickly, it'll get too bad.
They said all scientists agree.
They had all the same rhetoric then.
And then of course, going into the '80s, you had the Amazon rainforest scares, you had Sting's rainforest concerts.
Into the 90s, you had all the documentaries, and it turned out for every acre of rainforest being cleared, 50 were being regenerated.
The danger was slash-and-burn agriculture, but guess what?
All those poor slash-and-burn farmers, agrarian farmers, ended up moving to urban areas.
The New York Times admitted this in 2006, I believe it was.
That the jungle, that it wasn't such an urgent cause after all.
It was regenerating and as people moved to urban areas, the jungle was returning back to nature and it also regenerated unbelievably.
So that was another big scare.
You had a bunch of other little ones thrown in there like acid rain and of course species extinction which they're still trying to promote.
We've had a radical reduction in species loss since the industrial revolution began.
We know how to protect species.
We know how to protect habitats.
We know how to do forestry now where you can do what you can even call it sustainable forestry where you don't clear out entire areas.
You do little swaths where it can grow back within Five to seven years, you can't distinguish a logged forest from one that was never logged.
So we've come so far with technology and innovation and scientific understanding, and environmentalists just want to strip it all away and make us live primitive and take away our economic and private property rights because they claim that's the only way the earth can be saved.
It's bonkers, it's dangerous, and it goes back decades.
And it goes back all the same solutions that Paul Ehrlich proposed for population control.
We've heard over and over the same with global cooling in the 70s.
They want central planning, wealth redistribution, sovereignty-limiting treaties.
Paul Ehrlich, in his case, wanted to put sterilization agents in drinking water, both in the U.S.
and Africa, in order to limit our population growth.
Shocking.
All right.
And then where, how many of these fear tactics have we seen?
Have you listed all of them for us, Mark?
There's too many to list.
Of course, then I didn't even, I mean, I was just getting warmed up here.
Then after all that comes global warming.
Global warming doesn't really come, become front and center as the number one environmental scare until early 2000s and certainly coalescing by the time Al Gore's first film comes out, 2006.
And the key here is they got all the previous environmental scares and they've just now dumped them and thrown them all into the climate scare.
They're all in on global warming.
At least they were until COVID came along and they realized that a virus cut across ideological party lines.
It was just as easy to scare a conservative as it was a liberal early on with a virus.
So now climate change, I'm predicting, has been officially demoted and is now a subset of future viral fares that will be led by both the UN and the World Economic Forum and of course the World Health Organization.
And they're already looking for a global authority to do instant lockdowns, Globally, they don't want outliers like DeSantis's Florida or Sweden or any country that defies it.
They want to sign countries up and they want Bill Gates funded experts at the World Health Organization, he's the largest single donor outside of the US government, to then be able to declare any kind of health emergency and then they will be able to control transportation, economies, your personal movement, lockdowns.
This is their stated goal.
And the way climate works now, and there's been multiple studies, Harvard University's in on this, peer-reviewed journals, if climate goes unchecked, we end up with more COVID-like viruses.
So if you don't support the Green New Deal or the UN-Paris Climate Pact, you are a grandma killer, because it's going to bring more deadly viruses to the planet.
This is how it's all come together now in 2022.
It's nuts!
We've heard this before.
Pushing grandma off the cliff.
Now they're using COVID as cover.
We're talking to Mark Morano.

Now, there are not many like you, Mark, but there are some out there who are prepared to speak honestly about what is going on.
I have to share a cut.
You may not have seen this.
This is something I found on Twitter at the weekend.
It's from an Australian, by the sounds of it, on some kind of news show.
And he asks a member of the government a very simple question.
Play cut, cut three.
When I asked... Just a moment, Alice, you've been speaking for most of the night.
When I asked Tanya Plibersek... We'll fact check that one for you.
When I asked Tanya Plibersek, the Deputy Leader of the Labor Party and the potential Deputy Prime Minister, was carbon dioxide the big issue in relation to climate change?
And she said yes.
I then said, well that being the case, what percentage of the atmosphere is made up of carbon dioxide?
And she said, I don't know.
And I said, hang on, you don't know what percentage of the atmosphere is carbon dioxide, and yet you're prepared to stand the economy on its head to address a problem, the detail of which you don't know.
So when I then explained that the percentage of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere, Alice, is how much?
Alice, how much of carbon dioxide in the atmosphere?
To answer the question, Scott Morrison has said he believes in climate change and that he wants to do something about it.
Alice, how much carbon dioxide is the problem?
How much carbon dioxide is there in the atmosphere?
I'm not a scientist, I don't know.
Hang on, if you're going to argue the case, you ought to know.
It's 0.04 of a percent.
And of that 0.04%, human beings around the world create 3%.
And of that 3%, Australia creates 1.3%.
So for the 1.3% of 3% of 0.04%, we then decide to have a national economic suicide.
Alan, Alan, Alan, I'm happy for you to have made that point.
Now that's the Q&A show out of Australia.
Somebody asking the Shadow Environment Secretary something that she should know, right?
I mean, if CO2 is the boogeyman, shouldn't you know how much of it is crushing down on us right now, Mark?
We had the same thing here in the US.
They asked, I believe it was Obama's EPA administrator, what our current level of CO2 was in the atmosphere.
It's about 410 parts per million.
She had no clue.
And I believe that was Alan Jones.
He's a talk show host from Australia.
I just met his voice.
I had not seen that clip.
But what's fascinating about this whole thing is he got to the crux of it, not just scientifically, but from a cost-benefit analysis.
In other words, if you look at the chart, If you look at what India's emitting and what China's emitting in terms of carbon dioxide emissions, John Kerry has actually admitted if the United States and Europe zeroed out all of our emissions, it wouldn't even make a dent in global emissions, let alone global storminess or temperature if you start getting into the climate change claims.
So, what he's getting to the heart of is they are committing.
We are committing economic suicide.
The Netherlands is committing agricultural suicide right now by shutting down their farms for climate goals.
Even if the West shuts down everything, it ain't going to make a difference because of what China and the developing world, South America, Asia, all these countries are doing.
They are boom times in CO2.
China's building a coal plant a week.
All we're doing is essentially Redistributing the wealth of our nations over to these poorer countries who are gonna pass us by like we're turtles on the side of the road.
So that was a very valid point both scientifically and cost-benefit analysis.
Let me just remind everybody what that individual just said.
So, CO2, this scary thing, how much of the atmosphere is carbon dioxide?
0.4%.
How much of that is generated by human beings of the 0.4%?
3%.
So, you know, if we stopped exhaling, if we went back to the Stone Age, we have no effect at all, practically.
That's the point, correct?
Yes.
In fact, humans, we inhale oxygen, we exhale carbon dioxide.
What was so shocking about the Supreme Court, you have to overturn it, but the original Supreme Court case and then the Obama administration trying to regulate carbon dioxide as a pollutant, they were regulating human breath as a pollutant.
And there was a big academic government-funded report in the UK, I believe 2019 or 20, that wants to regulate carbon dioxide as asbestos, as we regulate asbestos.
So this is how absurd we're becoming.
This trace essential gas in the atmosphere that's critical for photosynthesis, that literally NASA says is responsible for greening of the planet Earth, Increasing our flora and fauna while at the same time shrinking deserts in the last 40 years.
They want to regulate that as asbestos, as a pollutant, and thank God the Supreme Court came out and literally, at least in the United States, stripped that regulatory power under them.
In other words, if they want to do insane unscientific things with carbon dioxide, They're going to have to get Congress to pass it.
And remember, they're not very good at that.
President Obama had a supermajority in 2009.
They barely passed a climate bill in the House.
It dies in the Senate because a whole coalition of Democratic senators, including Al Franken of Minnesota, said they weren't going to support the climate bill.
That's how unpopular these are when brought to a vote.
That's why Obama and that's why the EPA wanted to do this through the regulatory state because they knew that democracy doesn't work for climate regulations.
Right.
Bingo.
He is the author of numerous works.
All of them should be on your bookshelf on your nightstand.
The one that opened my eyes is The Politically Incorrect Guide to Climate Change.

Mark, let's – oh, first things first.
Before I get to the next question, of all the people who want us to not travel, not get on a plane, ride a bicycle, and eat vegetables or fake beef, how many people who are preaching us, like the John Kerrys and the movie how many people who are preaching us, like the John Kerrys and the movie stars and whatever else, how many of those people are living that lifestyle, eating tofu Any of them?
The only person I've ever been aware of who's actually tried was Ed Begley Jr.
I believe he actually had his house, he was off the grid, he took a bike everywhere.
I haven't followed with him in years, but he was always the one guy.
And I remember praising Ed Begley Jr., the actor, for basically walking the walk.
And the environmentalists and the media got mad at the time saying, we can't allow this because then he'll become the standard which none of us can speak out unless we live this lifestyle like him.
I don't know that he actually lived that perfectly, but all the reports were that he was actually trying and that he actually deprived himself of stuff.
So he's the only person I can think of that actually follows this lifestyle or attempts to.
Only one.
Okay, let's talk about your latest thesis.
This is, you know, the scary phrase, the Great Reset.
Will you map for us where does the Great Reset come from as a concept, who's propagating it, and how does it overlap with and how does it meld with COVID, Wuhan, and the lockdown restrictions?
Can you make that connection for us, Mark?
Well, yes.
Well, first of all, if you go back to Tsarist Russia, you had Vladimir Lenin, who, according to reports, popularized the phrase, worse is better, the worse the better.
One of those, one of those, those are the key phrases.
And that was your original concept of a Great Reset.
In other words, you want as much turmoil and disruption and calamity in a society in order to collapse it so you can rebuild it in your image.
So, fast forward to modern times, the climate movement was chugging along, getting nothing done, essentially.
I mean, they tried to get U.N.-Paris agreements, and then Donald Trump pulls us out, and then the U.S.
ends up leading the world in reducing CO2, which they couldn't get anywhere in polling.
They didn't get anything through Congress.
They were stuck with a regulatory state.
So, they were struggling.
COVID comes along and they realize that the COVID lockdowns were exactly what they've wanted for climate for decades.
It was exactly what they wanted.
Stay at home, limited travel, planned recessions to fight climate change.
Well, this was a government planned recession to attempt to crush a virus, even though it didn't work.
So what happened was the World Economic Forum out of Davos, which has been around since the early 1970s, founded by Klaus Schwab, which is, you know, people call him, some people try to claim he's a capitalist.
He's a corporatist, globalist, elitist who wants a collusion between government and corporate.
He actually wants the corporate world to control government.
And he's done a pretty good job of trying to make that happen, especially what we're seeing in the Netherlands right now with their leader, who's a stooge of the World Economic Forum.
But essentially, when COVID lockdowns hit by June of 2020, just two months after, They came out, World Economic Forum, and announced, now is the time for a great reset.
We have a very rare and narrow window of opportunity to reset capitalism as we know it.
And they wanted to use that moment where everyone was essentially crushed, vulnerable, and the whole world was at a standstill to then, quote, build us back better under a great reset.
And that became the mantra from Yeah, from the UK Prime Minister to Joe Biden to Macron and France, all over, Build Back Better, all based on the Great Reset.
John Kerry endorsed the Great Reset by name.
Al Gore endorsed the Great Reset by name.
Time Magazine endorsed the Great Reset by name.
Multiple world leaders endorsed it.
And so the idea here is to get rid of the old normal and replace it with this new normal.
And what is that new normal?
It's, again, you'll owe nothing.
You'll be happy.
You'll be not eating meat.
You'll have no privacy.
You're going to be controlled by an expert bureaucratic class who are credentialed and know better than you.
In other words, if you're a parent of a small kid and you don't want your kid to be masked, it's not your choice because you didn't go to epidemiology, you don't have an epidemiology degree, you're not an expert doctor, you haven't looked at all the studies, you have no say in how your children are done because the experts know better than you.
And this is the mindset they want ruled by a very few elite.
And that's how this is coming about.
Just to bring it to issue today, in the Netherlands, this is coming from the World Economic Forum, from the UN Sustainable Development Agenda.
The idea is we have to get nitrogen out.
They say it's the worst greenhouse gas and carbon dioxide.
And who are they targeting?
Family run traditional farms that are going to go bankrupt and under with these regulations.
They'll either be replaced by corporate farms, equity asset firms, big investors like Bill Gates, or they'll end up being converted into some other use.
And they're the biggest exporter So what does that mean when all these farms start going under in the Netherlands, the biggest exporter of meat?
It means meat shortages, higher prices.
This is all part of the agenda of the Great Reset.
Pushing the fake lab-grown meat, pushing insect eating, changing every aspect of your life.
They're going after private car ownership.
The UK transport minister under Boris Johnson announced that owning a car was outdated 20th century thinking.
Andrew Yang, the Democratic nominee, wanted to have—under the guise of the Great Reset—wanted people to have only roving fleets of rental electric cars available when you need them.
There's a whole movement afoot to make airline travel under declared climate emergencies rare, and you have to justify it to a government official.
You know, it's got to be for a funeral.
You get a certain allowance for a vacation, and you can't take too many because the emissions are so bad.
This is the Great Reset.
It's coming at us from wealth transfers, the lockdowns, greatest transfer of wealth from poor and middle class to the wealthy, the destruction of small business so you can have woke corporations taking over every aspect and essentially ruling society.
The less small businesses you have, the more control for the elites, and this is why they love big tech and Amazon, and this is why Walmart was open during the lockdowns, but your local gym and or, you know, you couldn't go to church during the lockdown.
Your local family restaurant was closed.
Is the great reset in action and they're going to keep the viral scares coming.
They're pushing all these we're seeing right now in Washington DC, New York, shutting down highways trying to pressure Joe Biden to declare a national court emergency once he does.
Potentially, depending on how it plays out in courts, you could have governors and mayors banning cars from driving in cities, odd, even days, shutting of gas stations during heat waves because of climate emergency statutes.
You could have a similar situation we had in COVID, where people are going to be restricted on their movement due to this alleged climate emergency, all part of the Great Reset.
Well, something's happening, whether it's on the streets of Sri Lanka or whether it's the farmers in Europe.
There is a pushback, and it is in part thanks to the great work of people like our guest Mark Morano, the founder of ClimateDepot.com and the author, most recently, of The Great Reset.

One of the most reprehensible aspects of all of this is the fear-mongering mark.
We've been told now for, what, three years that we've got 12 years till the end of the world.
I wonder what happened to that.
But for some people, they fall for it, or they are willing propagators.
This is a Democrat politician called Congresswoman Katie Porter during a hearing in the House, talking about her nine-year-old child.
Cut to.
Ms.
Thunberg, I just wanted to ask you one question.
I have a nine-year-old daughter.
I have three kids.
And I told my nine-year-old daughter that I was going to be speaking with you, and I said, what do you think about the climate change?
And she said, the Earth is on fire, and we're all going to die soon.
And I asked her how that made her feel, and she said it made her feel angry.
The earth is on fire.
Isn't this the most disgusting aspect of everything that you reveal for us?
That adults are doing this to young children, telling them the world is about to end?
Yeah, in my book, Green Front, I have a whole chapter on child indoctrination.
And not only are they scaring kids witless, and there's reports of psychological anxiety and psychologists seeing a lot more kids.
These kids are being indoctrinated from kindergarten through college.
And they're being indoctrinated not just by a school system and not just by the media, But by elected officials, bureaucrats, and law firms, these kids are being recruited, and I detail this in 60 Minutes profile, they're being recruited by law firms and environmental groups to sue the U.S.
government for failing to stop climate change and thus endangering their future.
So 60 Minutes profiled a girl who claimed she woke up and put her ankle in climate change because her house was flooded.
I believe it was Louisiana.
Which is low-lying, prone to flooding.
She put her ankle in climate change.
And that's why she got in the lawsuit.
Because climate change affected her.
Because her house was flooded in Louisiana.
And this is what passes for news and actual relevant facts on 60 Minutes.
But they're being recruited by a former NASA scientist who was an activist.
He was arrested at least half a dozen times protesting climate.
They're being recruited to show up in court to testify.
They're being used as little propagandists.
And it's horrendous that parents are allowing this.
But they're also called the Capitol Hill.
They say things in front of the U.S.
Capitol building when they testified when Greta was there in 2019.
Mom and dad inherited the planet.
Mom and dad messed up the planet.
It's up to our generation to fix it.
So it's turning children against their parents.
They're mad at their parents if they leave their phone plugged in overnight, or they leave the lights on, or they drive an SUV, and they feel like all this burden is on them to save the planet from the evil ways of their parents.
The world is gonna end.
Before it ends, you're gonna eat tofu, ride a bicycle, and we're going to eat sirloin steak and fly on our private jets.
