Okay, the war in Ukraine.
What is going on?
It's, um... Shocking.
Every day.
It gets worse.
Just when you think it can't get any worse, you hear about this.
Civilians being kidnapped by Russian forces.
This is Fox News Cut Three.
Go to Fox's own Greg Palcott.
Greg, what's the latest tonight?
Well, Sean, while President Biden talks with ally leaders in Brussels, the Ukrainian forces are putting up one heck of a fight.
Very dramatic today in Berdyansk, a port in the southern part of the city.
One Russian landing ship destroyed, another damaged.
These ships are crucial to bring troops, arms and supplies to the Russians.
Their destruction is an important gain for the Ukrainians.
Meanwhile, in the suburbs of Kiev, intense fighting going on.
Ukrainians claiming gains in what they call a counter-offensive.
It can't be independently verified, but at the very least, it is certainly keeping the Russian troops occupied.
Still, it's continuing, Sean, to look very grim in the devastated city of Mariupol.
100,000 trapped, 90% of the buildings destroyed.
We have new reports in the last couple hours of Russians actually entering the center of the city.
And reports that Russians are abducting thousands of civilians.
And Ukrainian President Zelensky got to have a word in via video linked to the summit of leaders of NATO.
He had one major pitch.
Give us weapons.
First he said, unrestricted, give us weapons.
And then he got a little bit more realistic.
He said, just give or we will buy 1% of your tanks, your planes, your missiles.
Very desperate indeed, John.
Back to you.
The amount of information that we have to process, and please don't think you can ignore this.
If you just look at the price of gas, if you look at the future of the Eurasian landmass, you can't have war in Europe.
Without it affecting all Americans eventually.
But it's hard, I understand, to sift the wheat from the chaff.
The disinformation on both sides.
That's why my buddy Greg Gutfeld has a certain level of frustration even with Fox News itself!
You can relate to that.
I think all Americans can.
But there are certain things that are indisputable.
- Generals, retired generals on Fox.
One goes, it was over already.
Like, Ukraine was already flattened.
And then there's another guy that I saw today going like, oh, Ukraine is winning.
Ukraine is winning, we have to back them.
And I'm like going, I don't know what's true. - You can relate to that.
I think all Americans can, but there are certain things that are indisputable.
Let's just map them out for a moment so that at least we can be informed and make the right decision.
Putin is a former KGB colonel.
He's corrupt.
When he was the deputy mayor in St.
Petersburg, he helped privatize a large chunk of the Russian local economy into the pocket of his boss and himself.
He's also a murderer.
He's a killer.
Whether it's orchestrating the Moscow apartment bombings to justify the Chechen war, or whether it's having dissidents or journalists murdered in Moscow or even outside of the country, including in the UK.
Second, the Ukraine, for all of its problems, including corruption, is an independent nation.
As such, it had a right to maintain its national sovereignty.
It was invaded by a nuclear power, the largest nation in the world, with 11 time zones.
The idea that the Ukraine could threaten Russia is insane.
Even if you buy into the conspiracy theories of bioweapons labs, Americans were going to use to attack Russia.
Russia is a nuclear power with thousands of nuclear warheads.
That's an absurdity to say that they could be attacked by the Ukraine that has a fraction of its economy.
And also Russia having one of the largest militaries in the world in addition to nuclear weapons.
On top of that, we know what?
This administration is weak.
There would have not been an invasion of Ukraine had President Trump been reelected or the last election been stolen.
Likewise, If Biden had shown a little, a little bit of courage, not surrendered Afghanistan with a disastrous exodus that left that nation with $83 billion worth of our equipment to fall into the hands of our enemies, the Taliban.
Likewise, the Ukraine would not have been invaded.
How do I know that?
There are confirmed reports from the Pentagon just in the last 48 hours That the Russian Ministry of Defense is refusing to return the calls of the Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs, Milley.
Think of that.
What is that message really saying?
We're not at war with Russia.
No American troops have deployed.
No American vessels have launched cruise missiles or planes dropped Ordinance onto Russian cities?
But this administration is so unrespected, disrespected, that Russia, at war in Europe, thinks it is OK not to return the calls of our Pentagon.
Beyond that, in the last four weeks we have witnessed Sites that we thought were for the history books.
Civilian centers shelled.
Hospitals bombed.
Children hiding out in a theater being bombarded.
In the name of what?
Stopping Nazis in a country With an elected president who is a Jew?
Whose family members died in the Holocaust?
None of this is in dispute.
So I call all of you to help me get our nation and those with perhaps the loudest voices to think twice when they don't use critical thought.
And they help those who are inhuman.
For all the weaknesses of Ukraine, I know Burisma.
I know the past regimes there.
It is a free nation.
And its leader has decided to reject offers to escape like a coward and is staying there to fight for his family and fight for his nation.
That, I think, is what any true man would do and is an example of leadership.
So keep them in your prayers, President Volodymyr Zelensky and all the Ukrainians who are right now fighting their 1776.
Be sure not to miss a moment.

Let's stand with IsraelTour.com, 855-565-5519.
So much we can discuss with the Baron.
Boris is with us.
Probably have to talk about what Biden did in Brussels.
We have to talk about the president's lawsuit against Hillary.
But first things first, as a trained lawyer from a very tony law school, let's discuss Ketanji Brown.
Boris, welcome.
Happy Friday.
Happy Friday, my friend.
Shabbat Shalom.
I'm so happy to be here.
So wonderful to be doing our Friday tradition.
It's something I look forward to every single week.
It's a pleasure and an honor to be with you.
All right.
Well, the sad thing is we have to discuss things like this.
Here is just a cut From the Senate confirmation hearing, this is Senator Kennedy asking a question which is reasonable given that Roe v. Wade may be on the precipice of being cancelled.
He asks a very simple question from Biden's nominee.
Play cut.
When does life begin, in your opinion?
Senator, I don't No.
Ma'am?
I don't know.
Do you have a belief?
I have personal religious and otherwise beliefs that have nothing to do with the law in terms of when life begins.
Do you have a personal belief though about when life begins?
I have a religious view.
Religious belief?
That I set aside when I am ruling on cases.
Okay.
When does When does equal protection of the laws attach to a human being?
Well, Senator, I believe that the Supreme Court... Actually, I actually don't know the answer to that question.
I'm sorry.
I don't.
Okay.
All right.
Well, Boris, I'm just a poor immigrant to America.
I never went to law school.
But if you live in a country whose constitutional order guarantees for you life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, wouldn't it be a requirement of a member of the highest court in the land to know when that life begins, Boris?
Here's what's helpful to know, Sebastian.
It's helpful to know when life begins.
It's helpful to know what a woman is.
It's helpful to know that sexual predators shouldn't be given light sentences.
It's helpful to know that the key tenets of America are important to hold up.
And it seems that Judge Jackson has no interest, no interest whatsoever, of serving anything but the rogue, radical agenda if she is confirmed to the Supreme Court.
And is that not a reason?
I mean, if I were hiring somebody to walk my dog and they couldn't tell me what a dog is unless they're a veterinarian, which was her stupid answer to what a woman is, because I don't know because I'm not a biologist, so you don't know whether it's raining if you're not a meteorologist.
Isn't this a reason alone to disqualify her and for every Republican not to vote to confirm her, Boris?
Absolutely no doubt about it.
No Republican should vote for Judge Jackson's confirmation.
Because let's be honest, do you think any Democrat will be voting for any Republican nominee for the Supreme Court for the coming 10 years?
And look at the nominees we've had, who are eminently qualified.
Judge Gorsuch, not Justice Gorsuch, who has been a proven Jewist, and who has been, let's be honest, somebody who upholds American values.
Judge Kavanaugh, the way they mistreated him and threw garbage and dirt at him.
And then we had, of course, Amy Coney Barrett.
And now, with Judge Jackson, we don't even have the documents from her time on the Sentencing Commission.
So the woke, liberal Dems are hiding information.
They're not being forthcoming.
And this Hawkins case stinks to high heaven.
There's too many sealed documents.
And we do not know.
We do not know.
But it does appear.
that Hawkins became a recidivist and the late sentence imposed on him by Judge Jackson ended hurting others.
So this is a major problem for her and it's been another quagmire and nuclear disaster for the pathetic, feckless Biden White House.
All right, let's go from a judicial confirmation hearing to a legal case Big news this week from our former boss, President Trump, that he is suing Hillary Clinton for the smear campaign that was the Russia hoax.
I'm a little surprised, Boris, by the amount he asked.
I thought it would be hundreds of millions of dollars, given the damage done to him and his family.
But tell us about this case and what you think the chances are.
Well, the $24 million in there are just the accounted numbers.
That's the baseline.
It has other compensatory, other punitive damages.
So this lawsuit overall is well north of that $100 million mark.
And the defendants are heavy duty.
You've got Perkins Coley, Mark Elias, Hillary Clinton, of course, the DNC.
This is a very serious lawsuit.
It's one to be taken seriously.
It's a powerhouse the way it's written.
It's strong.
And I will tell you that Perkins Cooley, who's now got to report to their insurance company, Mark Elias, Sussman, James Comey, I will bet you that they're not feeling very good today once they were named on that lawsuit.
It also signals something.
It signals that President Trump is fighting for the American people.
He's doing what Bill Barr was not willing to do.
He is getting to the bottom of the crooked, contrived, criminal attempt to steal the 2016 election from him by Hillary Clinton and her cohorts.
But talk to me about the prospects.
It's like my case that I brought against the January 6th committee illegally subpoenaing my telephone records and the telephone records of my whole family.
When you're talking about jurisdictions like D.C., When 94% of the population voted for Hillary or voted for Biden, isn't this just wasted money on behalf of the President?
It's actually a Florida lawsuit, my friend.
It was filed in Florida.
So it's a good jurisdiction.
It's a strong jurisdiction.
And I think this lawsuit has a ton of merit.
And it's going to be one where, of course, you'll have motions to dismiss.
There's going to be a lot of litigation.
But this is a suit which has not just political merit, It's got so much legal strength, so much legal merit, and again, it's the President doing what Bill Barr was supposed to do, which is Yeah.
I understand, you know, the difference between the two and I do understand that this has great political merit over everything else.
in 2016, and many of them did perpetrate a fraud on American people in 2020, and that's the whole election.
Yeah, I understand, you know, the difference between the two, and I do understand that this has great political merit over everything else, to say, as you did, that this is more evidence that the president is fighting and he is coming back in 2024.

We're not just talking politics, we're talking the law, and we've got to talk about what life is like Under the crippling reality that is the Biden administration, just some shoppers being asked about what they get for their money today in America.
You used to get a lot more in there?
You used to get a lot more chips in there, absolutely.
Linda Knox can't believe how few chips she gets in a bag these days.
But snack foods are just the start when it comes to shrinkflation in 2022, according to Denise Brummett.
Household goods, paper towels, paper plates.
All getting smaller?
Yes.
It's all getting smaller under the Biden administration.
Boris, there is this tale that the Democrats are telling themselves that wartime presidents always get reelected.
You are an amateur historian as well as being a former strategic advisor to the Trump campaign, former special assistant to President Trump.
In this case, there might be an exception to that rule, don't you think?
Well, yes, absolutely.
He's not a wartime president.
A, Joe Biden is illegitimate.
We're not in war, right?
There's a regional conflict going on.
Absolutely, you know, what Putin is doing is wrong.
But Joe Biden is sending terrible messages.
His behavior in Brussels has been absolutely debilitating.
Let's stop there for a second.
Let's stop there.
Forget the lack of leadership and the cretinous things he says like, oh, yeah, if Putin uses chemical weapons, so will we, which is in fact illegal.
But when he attacks the president, With the Charleston lie in a foreign summit.
There's some things, I don't care who you are, you don't do at an international forum, Boris.
Of course not.
You know why?
Because Biden doesn't know where he is.
He doesn't know what's going on.
And he just has these quick trigger responses that he spits out.
He has no bearing, no hold over what is actually happening.
We do not have a functioning White House.
We've got Joe Biden, and then we've got Kamala Harris, who's been a complete disaster.
She was so bad, Biden had to go to Europe to clean up after her.
Kamala Harris is Biden's job security.
And she's lost 10 members of her own team in just a year, Boris.
And it's what we heard about her when she was in the Senate.
And it's also frankly why her campaign imploded.
Nobody wants to work for Kamala Harris.
No Democrats wanted her to be president.
She got out of the primary before the Iowa caucuses.
So how do Americans, how do America First Trump voters survive the next three years, Boris?
Give us a plan.
Here's the plan, and it's a beautiful plan.
Let's elect every single MAGA candidate possible in 2022, and then let's re-elect President Trump at 24.
And look at the numbers.
Emerson Poll came out.
President Trump is leading Joe Biden by 12 points on favorability, 59 to 47.
He's blowing him out.
Joe Biden, right track, wrong track, is upside down by 40 points.
I said this before, I'll say it again.
James Buchanan is Joe Biden's biggest fan.
Why?
Because Biden is now the worst president in the history of America.
Nobody comes close.
What about Jimmy Carter?
Jimmy Carter must be happy, Boris.
Jimmy Carter's over the moon!
Biden makes him look like FDR, okay?
Joe Biden has been so horrible on every single item.
And you know what the beauty is?
Sebastian, the beauty is that the American people see it.
And that's why his approval rating is now overall down in the 30s, with independents down in the 20s.
And that's where it's going overall.
And that is why she is absolutely not respected at home or abroad.
Sounds like a plan to me, but it's up to us, guys.
We've got to support all the great MAGA candidates.
We're going to have Robbie Starbuck on the show Monday for a whole hour.
It's up to us.
Run or support those who are running right down at the school board district and all the way up.
That's how we win and that's how we get President Trump back.

Amazing news.
We are so delighted, ecstatic that America's greatest judge, Justice Thomas, has been released from hospital Let us continue to discuss what is happening on Capitol Hill with the person who is meant to replace Justice Breyer, who is retiring after this session.
Who better to discuss it with than my former Trump administration colleague, former DOJ lawyer and expert on constitutional law, Ken Kuklowski.
Welcome back to America First.
Great to be with you, Seb.
Thanks for having me.
All right.
So this is an evergreen clip.
I'm probably going to play it every day for the next few years, at least every week.
This is Judge Katanji Brown being asked a very simple question by the only senator I allow on this show, and that's Marsha Blackburn.
Play cut.
Can you provide a definition for the word woman?
Can I provide a definition?
Yeah.
I can't.
You can't?
Not in this context.
I'm not a biologist.
So you believe the meaning of the word woman is so unclear and controversial that you can't give me a definition?
So not only is it, I think, reason to be struck from that nomination, if you can't say what a woman is, for many reasons, for example, equal opportunity cases, the indignance in her face and then the laughter in her voice.
Ken, can you explain how this happens in the American legal system in the year 2022?
Well, Seb, I'm going to explain it in terms that are appropriate for a lawyer who is in a law firm that has an active Supreme Court practice with cases and briefs going before them.
Oh, come on!
You're a former Trump employee!
There's only three million people listening, Ken!
Yes, I hear you.
There are certain ethical... What?
Hang on, hang on.
We found a lawyer, we found a lawyer who believes in ethics and the truth.
Stop the presses, stop the presses.
So, within, within, within the guardrails, within the bumpers of your bowling alley can... Help me understand.
Yeah, it's Title VII of the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination because of sex.
Title IX of the Civil Rights Act prohibits discrimination in programs at universities, such as college sports, because of sex.
Sex comes up throughout federal law.
Republican senators are asking, if you don't know what a woman is, how can you litigate any of the countless federal statutes in federal cases that will come before you that deal with discrimination because someone is a woman or some other aspect related to sex.
It seems like I think for a lot of Senate Republicans, it seems like kind of a basic foundation block without which it would be hard to see how you decide certain types of cases.
But I'm thinking just from the pure pragmatic angle, if you're a person bringing a case on equal opportunity to the Supreme Court and this woman's on the bench, you're going to say, excuse me, I want her recused because she doesn't know what I am.
It could make for an awkward exchange.
But there's something deeper here, isn't there?
I mean, Ken, given your knowledge of the law, and constitutional law, you served in government, could you imagine 20 or 10 years ago the same exchange?
I don't care political parties, a Republican, an Independent, or somebody who hadn't volunteered on the Obama campaign like a Kenji Brown did, saying that they don't know Basic things in a hearing on the Senate floor.
You're raising a great point, and it's this.
It looks like the White House and Senate Democrats are proceeding on a strategy of, OK, we've got the votes.
Just don't say anything.
Don't answer anything.
I thought it was a fascinating exchange when she was asked to explain her judicial philosophy, and she said, well, I don't have a philosophy.
I have a methodology.
Well, a methodology is how you implement your philosophy.
I mean, judicial philosophy just says, what do you think the job of a judge is under the U.S.
Constitution?
What role do you think Article 3 of the Constitution assigns to you?
As a judge or a Supreme Court justice, in terms of the role you are to play in our constitutional republic.
And so saying you don't have a philosophy, you can't define what woman is, kind of having a real testy exchange with Senator Hawley, where he's asking her questions and she expressed irritation that she was being asked so many questions by the senators on the cases she had decided.
We've reached a new point in confirmation hearings where nominees are being told, just don't answer anything.
Say you don't have an answer to anything.
Say you don't know anything.
Of course, for a job like Supreme Court Justice, we want someone who knows an awful lot.
We want people who can give big, long, academic answers that leave your head spinning because they're so brilliant.
And they're so complex in terms of their mastery of the law and how it intersects American life and all the complex issues that come before the Supreme Court.
I think we're seeing here the strategy of the Biden White House.
Just say nothing.
Good news is Breyer's a lib as well.
However, this one's going to be more dangerous.
We've been talking to former White House and DOJ lawyer Ken Kuklowski.
This is America First.
The End
Thank you.
Dr. G is in the house on America First.
You've heard of the Klitschko brothers, haven't you?
Vitaly, the boxers, Vitaly is the mayor of Kiev.
Yes, it's Kiev.
And his brother, Vladimir Klitschko.
You said, John, they ruined heavyweight boxing for years because what?
Because they were the two best heavyweights and they wouldn't fight each other.
Well, they're brothers!
You leave that for when you're six-year-olds, not when you're grown heavyweight boxers.
They must be real dudes.
But seriously, his brother, who I guess is in the Ukraine as well, wants to share with you the reality on the ground.
The fights are going on all around the country, in this case from the east and the south side.
More activity of the Russian forces trying to get closer and closer and further to the capital as well.
Around the capital, all those cities, satellite cities, there's Buche, Gostomel, Ivankiv, Makarov.
They've been destroyed, civilians killed.
It's pretty much the same images, disturbing images of people killed.
And it really doesn't matter to Russians, the Russian army, how much destruction and how much pain they do to the Ukrainians.
It just reminds me of a war that was second world war after which international law was put in place and in the 90s where Ukraine gave up the nukes for serenity of the borders where Russia signed this as well.
So we totally understand that everything that is happening in Russia and brainwashing propaganda works for the past years and people really believe that Russian army believes and people in Russia believe that this is denationalization of Ukraine.
Yeah, the Russians believe this is how you denazify Ukraine by dropping bombs on hospitals.
I'm looking at the footage.
Imagine how hard it is to be a regular firefighter and now to be a firefighter in a country where they're dropping bombs on residential areas.
Please make a difference.
Please support the Ukrainians.
You can help those who are refugees, who are inside their own country, hiding from the bombardment.

Do you know why it was easy to say yes when some crazy people said, hey, do you want a national radio show?
Because the people concerned, Salem Media Group, they're not just businessmen and canny businessmen, they're mission oriented.
They're about the values that made America great, about the values of our Western civilization, the Judeo-Christian values of the greatest civilization on earth.
And that's why working here every single day is a pleasure.
not just to have fun, not just to inform you on the news, but to do good things like our annual Food for the Poor campaign.
It's been tough for a couple of weeks, talking about the misery and suffering in our hemisphere, but then we managed to turn it around and address what's happening in Europe.
Let's just listen to the reality from that war zone right now.
Come, come, come, come!
That's not a movie soundtrack, that's reality.
And right now Food for the Poor is helping those Ukrainian refugees We'll talk about how you can help them, but I want to talk to the guy who made it all possible.
If I have any bosses in the world, it starts with this man, and we are delighted to have him with us today.
Tom Tradup of Salem, Vice President for News and Talk Programming.
Welcome to America First!
Thank you, Seb.
It's a pleasure to be here.
It still gives me the creeps when I hear that audio you played because when we came across that the other day I was thinking, you know, you have children.
I've had children.
Most of mine are grown now.
But you imagine being a five or six year old sleeping in your bed in Ukraine and you wake up to something like that.
How terrifying that would be.
How awful this Russian assault on Ukraine has been.
And so we just are so blessed to be able to help in our own small way.
And it's not small, thanks to you and our other hosts.
We've already passed the $300,000 mark in terms of what we've raised to help food for the poor, so it's great.
So it hit me straight, you know, bolt out of the blue when my 23-year-old son started texting me from California saying, Dad, this stuff in Ukraine is really shaking me up.
Why?
And he said, he reminded me that he grew up in Hungary, which is next to the Ukraine.
He said, I could be one of those 18-year-old boys who's been given three days training and a uniform and an AK trying to protect his nation as my little sister is hiding in a basement from Russian shelling and bombs.
So, Tom, talk to us about how you made this possible.
We love Food for the Poor, the amazing work they've done in Okay, I will.
countries in our hemisphere, but you managed to help turn around on a dime this campaign and to get them to engage with a foundation working in Ukraine.
So tell us about what's happened in the last couple of weeks.
Okay, I will.
You gave me a quick flashback to my last trip to Hungary, where in Budapest, you can walk around and see all these bullet holes from the revolution that they had still there as a reminder.
And this thing is going to go on forever.
As we started our campaign, we do it every spring.
Food for the poor has a footprint that does not include Europe.
They serve 17 Latin American and Caribbean countries.
They serve Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, and many others.
And there's so much need there, and we understand that.
But once the war started, we just had to find a way to make this happen.
So behind the scenes, I talked with quite a number of the people, executives at Food for the Poor, and they said, we're working to find a strategic partner who can help us, and they came up with Feed My Starving Children.
It's another Christian nonprofit agency, and they've been on the ground in Ukraine for over eight years.
And the key to this, the fact that we know that the huge integrity of Food for the Poor, the integrity of Feed My Starving Children is unquestioned.
They're the gold standard of charities.
And Feed My Starving Children has a network of 3,500 pastors.
throughout Ukraine.
And they are the ones who are helping with this distribution.
You can't imagine how hard it is to get something into Ukraine and then to be able to know that it's not just sitting in a box in a warehouse.
Right.
Or that, you know, gangs have run off with the food.
This is a very professional, tightly knit organization.
And this 3,500 person network of pastors is leading the way.
And Food for the Poor It wasn't dragging its feet.
They wanted me to do this the minute the war broke out, but it just... These things take some time and we sped it up masterfully.
I want to thank you on behalf of everybody who's donated and the people who we are helping in Ukraine and elsewhere that you made this happen.
Tom, you've been, you've actually traveled to these countries where food for the poor is on the ground.
When I say on air that You know, $88 is going to feed a child for a year.
It's hard to believe that, but you've been there.
So will you talk about the impact that any donation makes when we help Food for the Poor and now their new partners in Ukraine?
Sure, I'd be happy to.
I've been to Haiti, I've been to Guatemala more times than I can count.
And food for the poor has established a network again of pastors down there.
And they also have feeding centers, one in Port-au-Prince.
They feed, on average, 15,000 people a day.
Folks line up, like outside of the Batman, you know, on opening night.
You see them with their little pails, and they walk by very patiently, very orderly.
And the volunteers for Food for the Poor, we got to do it when we were there.
You ladle in some meat and some rice and other things, and they take that off to their homes.
And it's such a blessing to see this and to see the kinds of happy faces that these people have.
They have literally nothing.
And when you're that poor, I mean, a candy bar would last probably a year just because of the nibble off part of it.
But these are folks who have no food, no water.
And one of the things Food for the Poor does is also help build water systems, water operations in these remote villages way up in the mountains, so they can draw water from rivers and not have children stay out of school, but walk with heavy jugs on their heads two hours each way to get some water every day.
So they do marvelous work.
And it's such a thrill to go with them.
And I can assure you that if your listeners had an opportunity to go, they'd find it would truly change their lives.
Well, you can change lives.
You can save lives.
Listen to one 16-year-old caller who left a message for one of our hosts when she heard about the Food for the Poor campaign.
Hello, this is Sarah from El Dorado County.
I just wanted to say I really admire your work with Food for the Poor each year.
And I'm 16 years old, I live at home, so I don't really make a whole lot of money.
But I have an envelope that I keep on my nightstand, and each time I do get some money, I put a little bit away throughout the year.
Maybe like a dollar or two.
And it's for Food for the Poor.
And so this year I saved up $80 to give, and I'm not saying any of this to brag, I just wanted to encourage your listeners who probably make more money than I do, So, if you can just spare a little bit, that would be good.
Talk to you later.
Bye!
Wow!
She saved $80!
Could you be like Sarah?

You are there seeing the whole market.
Talk to us about the future of this industry we love.
The future is bright and unbelievably promising, Seb.
And one of the things that I always like to say when I talk to you is I can't wait till tomorrow because your show gets better every day.
It's literally true.
But there's so many new shows.
Not all of them are going to survive.
You know, a new show when Rush Limbaugh passed away, God bless him.
There were about seven or eight or nine shows that all rushed to fill in that time space that he was on.
Dennis Prager on our network and Charlie Kirk are both in that same time period.
They run on different channels.
But there's Clay and Buck and there's Dan Bongino and there's Dana Lash.
They aren't all going to last forever, and the good ones will, and I believe it's going to be people like you, Seb, who, your unquestioned national security background, the brilliance you have, but pair that with your humanitarian attachment to causes like food for the poor, and you are a big winner.
Too kind, too kind.

It's Friday, he always joins us for two segments, Vice President of the Conservative Mothership, the Heritage Foundation.
Jim, thank you for joining us, as always, on a Friday.
I've got to just play a short little cut from Biden at the NATO summit.
Play cut.
And to clarify on chemical weapons, if chemical weapons were used in Ukraine, would that trigger a military response from NATO?
It would trigger a response in kind.
Which means we would use chemical weapons against them, which is illegal since 1972.
He probably doesn't know what in kind means.
Give us your take overall in terms of the American performance in Brussels.
Well, this won't take long.
Look, I've started calling him the bystander-in-chief because I actually think that is very accurate.
I like that.
What you get from Biden in areas of a crisis is literally he will go along with the lowest common denominator.
Look at energy, for example, where he said, oh, we're going to help out with LNG, which is about the equivalent of what he said in the State of the Union Address, which I'll release three days of oil supply to solve the gas crisis, which is meaningless.
OK, so you help out with LNG, it gets them through.
Well, the winter's already over.
So what does that do by next year?
But he says the real answer is renewables.
Okay, well that statement literally means he's not serious because if you think that the answer is renewables, that means you're in for infinite government subsidies because this energy does not... Explain why renewables as a response to a crisis is asinine.
Because it can't make Europe energy independent.
They can't afford all the subsidies.
They're going to buy all this stuff from China and the stuff you buy from China is crap.
Yeah.
At the moment, we have less than 3% of America's energy come from renewables.
You cannot have a reliable, sustainable – you know, renewable energy is the only energy on the planet where when you sign the contract, it says if you need more during peak demand, we don't have to supply it, because they can't.
They cannot deliver energy on demand.
They can deliver energy on when the wind blows.
From an environmental perspective, they're not clean.
They're not clean at all.
The mining and construction and manufacturing that goes into that are mind-boggling.
I watched a documentary by Michael Moore, of all people.
Just the smelting of aluminum to make the windmills is one of the most energy intensive activities in America.
So, you know, so for example, an electric car over the course of its life has a much higher carbon footprint than a – so it doesn't even make sense from an environmental standpoint.
But it's an – for people who understand the energy business, saying we're going to solve this with renewables, that is an unserious response.
But that's pretty much anything.
So where we see initiatives from – we're going to be talking, I know, about the Iran deal.
We'll do that next time.
Where we see initiatives from the president, it actually just makes more disasters.
But when you're in a disaster, his impulse is to go to the lowest common denominator.
Now you and I, we've been doing transatlantic stuff since the 90s.
I cut my teeth working NATO issues in Hungary in the Ministry of Defense in 1993.
You may be a little bit longer.
Give us the rating for the performance of the alliance because this is a summit Four weeks into a war.
It's not the Supreme Headquarters of Europe.
It's not Mons.
It's not the Atlantic Council meeting an ambassador straight away.
It's a month in, Jim!
Yeah, well, it's kind of a look.
It is literally like the nothing burger meal with a nothing shake.
I mean, the reality is, is what's keeping Ukraine in the war at this point is the flow of arms and medical supplies.
That's not going to stop.
Okay, they've already agreed to that.
So what else did they put on the table?
That's gonna make a difference?
The answer's nothing.
And then the real question is, what about the future?
How about the next threat?
Because the Russian military may not be the most efficient in the world, but they've proven that they're very effective at killing innocent people and blowing up their homes and livelihoods in cities.
And so as long as this military isn't being, because it can always be rebuilt and retrofit, and as long as Putin is their leader, it is a danger to the West.
So we talked about energy, but where's the military commitment to make sure they're not a threat long-term?
So we're going to deploy – we're deploying these NATO battle groups.
Well, there's a couple of hundred people in a NATO battle group.
Biden – I mean Biden.
Putin deployed 80 times that in the first wave of the – So these are really called tripwires.
It's like if you cross the line and kill our people, we will be at war with you.
It's not a fighting force.
That's not what we need here.
What we need is the forward defense of NATO, which basically the message we should be is if you cross the line, everybody that crosses that line with a gun in their hand is going to die.
Yeah.
And we're going to kill them.
That's called forward defense.
And they didn't commit to that.
And that's a problem.
And you are at a conservative think tank, the most important one in America, but you don't do party politics.
But I have to ask you from the point of view of statecraft, the idea that he uses a sizable segment of that pressure presser to bash another president from another party.
Don't we have protocols that when you leave U.S.
territory, you leave domestic politics behind?
Well, you know, I'll give you, like, there were 30 heads of state.
How many of them wasted most of their comments trashing their domestic political opponents?
And the answer is one.
One.
The one who should be setting the example for everybody else was the one who basically divulged into domestic politics.
And he lied.
I mean, the other thing is, look, the whole world knows that this Charlottesville line, that that's a lie.
Everybody on the planet Earth knows that.
The Russians know.
Everybody knows that.
Even the people on the Five.
Even Bette Midler.
Everybody knows it's a lie.
Does Biden?
That's the question.
Of course he does.
And so when the president stands up and says a lie in front of the entire world that the entire world knows it's a lie, and then he doesn't understand why his credibility is damaged.
I mean, look at his poll numbers.
Remember, we still have every mainstream public media that wants to protect this guy.
YouTube just canceled CPAC.
All these things, everything going on.
He's putting a Supreme Court, all this stuff going on.
And you look at what the American people think about his performance as commander-in-chief in the middle of a war, whether it's on energy or the environment or the economy, and his numbers are horrible.
And there's a reason for that because he's not doing a good job.
And when he lies about not doing a good job, it just hurt its credibility.
You know, he is so far from Harry Truman.
Harry Truman was at the bottom of his presidency with the outbreak of the Korean War.
He was under tremendous assault.
He couldn't even run for president.
And what did Harry Truman do?
He stood up.
He spoke truth to people.
He did the business of the American people.
He did.
It was right for the country, not his politics.
That's leadership.

We are back with the Vice President of the Heritage Foundation, Dr. Colonel Jim Carafano.
Before we went on air, you said something in the break that your sources tell you what about the resurrected Iran deal, Jim?
That we're probably about 10 to 14 days away from having a deal.
that's announced and this deal will be infinitely weaker than the original Iran deal.
And the strategy is to sell this as, no, this is just an extension of the original deal.
So we don't have to go back to Congress and get congressional approval for anything.
Okay, so I have to ask you the other question.
Why the hell are they doing this?
We've got a war in Europe.
We've got Russians mediating this deal with Iran.
What possible justification could any administration have for this?
Can you try and just red-sell this for me?
Red-team it?
No.
But there must be some justification for them.
I know there must be.
Look, I guess just because they They think this is going to buy the Iranians off, but look, it just can't work.
First of all, it'll be a backdoor for the Russians to bypass all the Russian sanctions.
But look, here's what's going to happen the day they sign an Iran deal.
One of two things are going to happen.
One is there's a war between Iran and Israel, because Israel will not tolerate this, and they will attack Iran and take out its infrastructure.
And all those little tiny countries in between, they will all become part of the battle space.
So there will be a big regional war with Israel.
That's one.
And here's the thing.
Who would have stopped the Israelis?
Maybe the Russians.
But the Russians are a little busy at the moment.
And so the Russians can't really warn off the Israelis because the Russians are tied down.
So let's say there's not a war with Israel for whatever reason.
Well then what's going to happen is Turkey's going to get a nuclear weapon.
Egypt's going to get a nuclear weapon.
Saudi Arabia's going to get a nuclear weapon.
And we're going to have a highly perforated region.
It's going to be very unstable and there'll be a war.
You know that, Jim.
How do they, how does the administration not know that?
Well, let me give you some data, because we hate facts, because they still get in the way here in Washington.
For six consecutive quarters up to the outbreak of the Ukrainian war, the world was consuming more oil and gas than it was producing.
So for six consecutive quarters, we were cutting into global reserves.
That meant, of course, that there was a war and it was going to involve a major supplier like Russia, that there was going to be an immediate energy problem.
The administration triggered that and then turned around and said, oh my God, we can't believe it's all Russia's fault.
We didn't know this was coming, which is nonsense.
If you thought that the Russian invasion of Ukraine triggered an energy problem, what do you think is going to happen when the threat of war breaks out in the Middle East, and the Straits of Hormuz are closed, and the Yemenis start lobbing missile after missile after missile at Saudi oil, and all the production goes offline?
What do you think is going to happen to the price of oil then, my friend?
Yeah, it's going to be astronomical.
So one last time, I'm not going to give it up.
What possible justification?
Is it legacy?
Is it back under Obama there was this kooky idea that we're balancing the extremist Sunnis by strengthening the extremist Shia?
Insanity!
But is there a possible scenario?
I think they think that they can buy the Iranians off.
And even though...
It has never worked.
And look, the reason why the Saudis and UAE and all these guys are being grumpy, it's not because of Russia and the war in Ukraine.
It's because of the Iran deal.
They're going to be left holding the bag on the Iran deal, and they're really angry.
So, look, I mean, this is just – I will predict, which you should never do because you're supposed to be an analyst, right?
If there's an Iran deal, things will get so bad that we will look back at Ukraine war and we will look back at Afghanistan and we will say, oh, those weren't so bad.
I think it could be worse.
This will eclipse the catastrophe between the economic and the oil crisis and the people shooting – This will eclipse the catastrophe of Ukraine.
Understand what should be done.
Read this man.

So delighted to welcome to the show a man who shares with me a penchant for British DPM camouflage, and especially the desert variety and the smocks the British wear.
Am I correct, Tim Harmson of the Military Arms Channel?
You're absolutely correct.
I've been a fanatic of that pattern for many, many years.
And the quality, the British smocks are just the best.
They are.
The fabric is soft and it's so much nicer than the stuff that we had.
And it's also the other thing that makes me think we are brothers from different mothers is the greatest handgun caliber in the world is Tim Harmson.
10mm.
10mm!
There you go!
The great 10mm 357 Magnum in an auto.
Gotta ask you, I love my Brenton, I love my Glock 29, that's the one I love to carry if I'm not carrying my car.
It's a little heavy in comparison, but I need to know, what is your favorite 10 carry gun?
Well, probably the one I have on right now, which is a Dan Wesson Bowler in 10mm.
It's a 1911.
A regular 5-inch barrel or extended?
A man of great taste.
You've got to follow his channel on YouTube, the Military Arms Channel.
Lots of crazy things on there.
I'm looking at this video he posted a couple of days ago.
You've got a bullpup Mossberg pump-action shotgun, this thing that was used in all the sci-fi movies in the 80s, and you decided to shoot clays with it.
Are you just crazy, Tim Harmsen?
I don't think so.
It's fun to take those out every once in a while.
What gave us the idea is we went to a local clay shoot with some folks, and they all had their Satori's and, you know, their shooting jackets, and we show up wearing desert camo smock DPMs and, you know, auto-loading shotguns.
And they laughed at us at first until we started busting the clays with the Benelli Super 90 and then the Origin 12.
How did the Fastech do?
How did the Fastech Origin do?
Because that is a cool kind of quasi-AK patent American autoloader.
They did surprisingly well.
So much so, everybody went from laughing to clapping.
They couldn't believe it.
And I was doing it with a 20-round drum.
So I would say, pull, they would throw one or two clays, and I would just saturate the sky with lead.
And I'd always get the clays.
And they thought it was absolutely hysterical.
All right.
One more thing, and then we'll get serious.
The other, I think, genetic link that proves we are related.
Best battle rifle known to man, Tim?
I'm just joking.
F-A-L.
He almost got me there!
He almost got me there for a second.
I was like, what?
What did he?
No, the F-A-L, the FAL 7.62, the right arm of the free world.
I, you know, it's natural for me because I served in the British Territorial Army and that's what we use.
We use that, the Sterling submachine gun and the high power, the Browning high power, which is still one of my favorite handguns.
Why did you fall in love with the FAL?
Well, it goes way back to when I was a kid looking at shotgun news.
I always wanted to buy one, but back in the 80s they were $999 a dealer, and that might as well have been $20,000 to a high school kid.
And I just so desperately wanted one, and then when I was old enough to start buying them after I got a job, I collected them.
And I firmly believe we should have kept our promise to our NATO allies and had adopted that rifle.
I actually have a video series that's exploring that.
What would have happened if we hadn't adopted the M16 and kept our promise and adopted the FAL?
And even has gone so far as to have used the original .280 caliber that the Brits were proposing.
The .280 from the British bullpup that was created just after World War II.
You got another reason to follow this man on YouTube, the Military Arms Channel, also on Twitter, Mac underscore Arms.
Okay, let's get serious.
A lot of stuff, skullduggery at the ATF, the reclassification retroactively of forced reset triggers as machine guns, sheer insanity.
Talk to us also about what is happening with FFLs, with federally licensed firearms dealers across the country.
So two things are happening.
So let's talk about the FRT triggers, the forced reset triggers.
I know from conversations long past that such triggers viewed by the ATF, their position was, although they wouldn't put it in writing, was that they did not break the law.
They were within the compliance of the NFA of 1934.
But nobody at ATF would sign off on it.
So the trigger company I knew eight years ago plus that was, you know, working with that idea then just dropped the project while somebody else picked up the pieces and went forward with it.
It became known as the FRT.
ATF is now going around Collecting them, they issued a public letter to FFLs, we got the email, and it just said, if you're in possession of this, it's an illegal machine gun, and you're instructed to turn it in.
They said that it's not like fire-on-release triggers, so like the FOSTECH echo trigger, which fires when you pull, fires when it releases.
They said, Those may not violate.
They didn't say they didn't.
Those may not violate the NFA, but FRTs definitely do.
And you have a 10-year prison sentence for being in possession of one now.
And so that's obviously sending ripples through the industry once again, because the ATF does this stuff in secrecy.
We found out about this because GOA got some Freedom of Information Act internal emails and leaked stuff and news broke that the ATF was going to start doing this.
And then, with regards to FFLs, the Biden administration has instructed the ATF to go after FFLs and yank their licenses for what has historically been very minor infractions, paperwork infractions.
We're all human, we all make mistakes, and if, you know, typically when you get interviewed by the ATF, they'll call out the mistakes, you'll have to sit down to explain how you can better avoid those mistakes in the future, and you move on with life.
Now they're literally yanking FFL licenses for minor paperwork infractions, among other things.
And so this is an effort for, of course, backdoor gun control, because the way the laws are set up, and they know this, without gun dealers, you can no longer buy guns.
So if they can't outlaw the guns, they'll outlaw the dealers, you can get none of the firearms.
We are sadly out of time, Tim.
What is the most important thing that our listeners and viewers across the country can do?
Is it to join organizations like Gun Owners of America?
I would say so, yes.

Sebastian, well, let's go.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
So kind of him.
We recorded that in the Oval.
Yeah, it was me and Jeff.
I just did an interview with the President for my book, Why We Fight, and I said, Mr. President, would you like to send a message?
To my millions of listeners.
And he had one person in the room with me and Jeff.
It was Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
And he looked at her and he said, I'm not supposed to do this, right?
Well let's do it anyway!
Put the recorder on the table on the resolute desk and that's how we recorded that line.
Wow, is that different from the senile old moron who's sad?
I don't even want to say president now.
Did you see him yesterday at the end of the press conference?
You know when you had that substitute teacher who just couldn't cope with anything?
This is sleepy, creepy Beijing Biden.
Thank you very much.
Yeah, one final question, right.
Hey, wait, hold on a second, please.
I was supposed to be an hour ago at the European Union meeting and to speak.
No, I'm thanking you.
Someone I haven't called on before.
You.
Who are you?

I need ammunition.

The End
The End
This is where we go long form, deep dive with the actual newsmakers and the real experts.
It's been far too long since he's been in studio.
We are delighted to have former ICE director in the Trump administration, Tom Homan.
Welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me.
So, your story, your basket of responsibilities when it came to securing the border under DHS has kind of fallen by the wayside in the last four weeks as we look at the events in Ukraine.
First serious war since 1945.
However, let's tie the two together.
Thursday's news, yesterday's news was the Biden administration giving a special clearance to at least 100,000 refugees from the Ukraine.
Can you walk us through first the system?
We have billions of people potentially who want to come to America, not just because they're being persecuted like the Ukrainians, but for economic reasons.
How does any administration choose which country gets special treatment?
Can you unpack that for us?
Well, first of all, people need to understand what's happening on the southwest border right now.
The vast majority are Central Americans.
People need to understand that nine out of ten Central Americans that claim asylum at our border never get relief from U.S.
courts because they either don't qualify or they don't show up in court.
So hundreds of thousands coming across claiming asylum.
It's plugging the system up, backing the system up for people that really need it.
They may be nationals of Ukraine.
But when you enter the country... So let me just, for lay people, let me unpack that.
The majority, 90% say, hey, I want asylum, which should apply in international law to those who would face violence or persecution if they stayed home.
Not for people who just want a better job.
No, to claim asylum you must be escaping fear, persecution from your home government, from the government, because your race, religion, political affiliation, membership in a specific social group, but it has to be fear from your government.
So, again, 95% of everything on the southwest border is Central Americans.
And based on immigration court data, this isn't Tom Holman's data, this is immigration court data, 88.7% never get relief.
They simply don't qualify.
And that's why we've asked Congress to change that law, because the first asylum interview that's conducted on the border has a very low threshold.
Because when it's written that way, they don't want to accidentally send people home and be persecuted.
But when you get in front of an immigration judge, that threshold's much higher.
So we're asking Congress to fix that.
Raise that first threshold interview closer to the legal threshold in the immigration court.
Meaning, again, you're using terms that may not be familiar to those outside of the government system.
The first interview has to really demonstrate that these people will be in danger if they stay back home.
With a really low threshold.
So, right now the cartels teach them what to say.
They'll give them three or four key sentences, they'll say it, and they get let in and get released.
And like I said, half don't show up in immigration court, the other half that show up, they don't qualify, because the bar is much higher in front of an immigration judge.
You gotta prove in front of an immigration judge, burden of proofs on the asylee, that you're escaping fear and persecution from your home government.
And what makes it even more damaging is if you're from, say, Honduras.
If you're really escaping fear and persecution from Honduras and you walk through Mexico, well guess what?
You escaped that fear and persecution because you're not in Honduras anymore.
You shouldn't be claiming asylum in the first country you come to.
So let me just be very specific here.
That's actually international law.
Asylum seekers, if they are in danger in their home country, whatever it is, as soon as they step on the territory of the first nation, Where they're not in danger, that's where they should be applying for asylum.
Not walking through three other countries until they get to America, correct?
Yeah, exactly.
And that's what President Trump did.
He thought out of the box.
He had what they call safe third country agreements with El Salvador, Guatemala, Honduras, and Mexico.
That if you get to another free country, and you escape that fear and persecution from your own government, that's where you should claim asylum.
And the three Central Americans of Mexico agreed to that.
That was one of the great things President Trump implemented.
Of course, Joe Biden killed it first week in office.
Yeah.
Talk to us about the numbers.
So we're more than a year in right now.
Can you just give us the shocking figures for the state of illegal immigration and the southern border alone?
Approximately two million people entered the country illegally last year.
Two million.
Which we know of.
Exactly.
Which we know, because there's another half a million, 500,000 gotaways, people that got by the Border Patrol.
And people say, where do you come up with that number?
It's based on camera traffic, drone traffic, and central traffic they couldn't respond to.
They count them.
So half a million we couldn't catch.
The terrible thing is not only is that the historic illegal immigration, the highest we've ever seen in this nation, on the heels of the most secure border we've ever had that Joe Biden inherited from President Trump, illegal immigration is down 83%, 35-year low.
In months, Joe Biden took the most secure border I've seen in my career and turned it into an historic illegal immigration crisis.
And on the back foot of that, ICE report just got released two weeks ago.
The lowest number of removals by ICE in the history of the agency.
And the same year you got record illegal immigration on the border.
Again, does it make sense?
No.
But it's by design.
This is about open borders.
They have hamstrung ICE so ICE can no longer do their job.
Reminds me of another paradoxical set of figures.
The most people ever voted in the election in 2020, but we had the least record for problematic ballots.
Which is really strange.
You have the most votes in history, allegedly 81 million for Joe Biden, but the least number of spoiled and rejected ballots.
So you have the highest influx of illegal immigrants, with the least number actually sent back.
Yes, absolutely.
And not only just sent back, because the Biden administration came and said, we're going to redo what ICE does.
We want to concentrate more on the worst of the worst criminals.
The numbers came out.
They arrested about half the criminals we did under the Trump administration.
They removed half the criminals we did.
So if we're concentrating on criminals, they failed miserably because they removed half the criminals we did under the last year of Trump.
And if you look at the 59,000 removals ICE did last year, 59,000 total removals, the lowest in the history of the agency.
28,000 of those removals were by the Trump administration in the last three months in power.
So the Trump administration removed more people in three months than the Biden administration did in nine.
He's the author of Defend the Border and Save Lives, Solving Our Most Important Humanitarian and Security Crisis.
Can you confirm for me that people who get into illegal aliens who get into the system, they're not given court dates anymore.
They are told to present themselves later to get a court date.
Very few, very few get court dates because the Border Patrol, they're so overwhelmed, it takes extra paperwork to process somebody under what we call Title VIII proceedings.
So they're sending them an NTR, Donors to Report.
What I just saw, a sneak email a few hours ago, is that now, they know the surge is coming right now?
Because they're going to end Title 42.
Now they're going to choose to parole everybody in, which is illegal.
Parole statute says you must determine by a case-by-case basis if the person be paroled in the United States for a significant public reason or a law enforcement reason.
And they're just going to blanket it.
And they've already been warned by the courts about this once, but this administration don't care about breaking the law.
But you're right, a lot of people have released a notice to report, show up at an ICE office when you get a chance, when you get to your final destination.
Which means what?
If you tell an illegal alien, hey, will you just sometime report yourself?
It just doesn't happen, does it?
Well, half the time it happens.
But here's the most important.
Everybody says, well, have them show up.
Yeah, but how many leave after they get ordered to remove?
If you look at Homeland Security lifecycle report, Three to six percent leave.
Who are told to leave?
Who are told to leave by a judge.
Three to six percent of families... So hang on, hang on.
So I am not an immigration lawyer.
I'm an immigrant who did it legally.
I took my time.
I paid my money.
I took my citizen test.
I took my oath.
So this is where I have to... So you are told to leave after court hearing?
You are ordered to leave by immigration.
And you're not putting cuffs and removed?
No.
What?
You're released.
You're told to leave America, and then you walk out of the courtroom?
It's a bad joke!
It's a terrible joke.
And that's why, again, the Trump administration... I was in the Oval Office.
I remember this conversation.
He said, OK, explain this to me, Tom.
So 90% will pass their first interview and get released for the court date.
Most of them will lose their court date, but only 3-6% leave.
He goes, why the hell do we do that?
He goes, remain in Mexico.
We're going to keep them in Mexico until their hearing, and when they have a hearing, if they win, congratulations!
Alright, we need to discuss this because I think, and again I'm not the expert, you are a former director of ICE.
We need to explain why the Remain in Mexico policy worked so well and what it means and the other things to do with Covid and the other measures that work to protect the border when you were in charge and the president was in the White House.
We're talking to Tom Homan.

Tom, talk to us about this stay in Mexico policy.
So, in comes a businessman.
He's not, you know, part of the swamp.
He's a practical individual.
He realizes the border is broken.
It's one of the key issues that actually got him elected.
Talk to us about the things that changed when the Trump administration was in power.
Well, first of all, the remain in Mexico.
It was brilliant.
Again, he listened to me saying, okay, So 90% pass the first interview on the border.
When they get to court, 90% lose.
He goes, and only 3 to 6% leave.
He goes, why the hell are we doing that?
Why are we releasing them?
So we're going to stop catching leaves.
Matter of fact, we're going to keep them in Mexico.
And when their immigration hearing is due, they'll come up, they'll have their hearing.
If they win, congratulations, you're in.
So walk me through it.
So they've crossed the border once, illegally, they request asylum, and you guys say, okay, but you have to go back to Mexico and wait.
Is that how it worked?
Yes, until your hearing date.
Okay, and then they're allowed for the hearing date to come back.
Why was it so genius to keep them in Mexico?
What did that result in?
Because it stopped the catch and release.
It stopped the 90%.
Look, 700,000 people in this country right now got an order of removal and haven't left.
It stopped that.
It stopped the insanity.
So Trump said, look, they can still have their asylum hearing, but they're going to wait in Mexico.
Now, they've already escaped Central America, so they're not in danger of their home government anymore, so wait in Mexico.
It made perfect sense.
And he got Mexico to agree to do it.
That and top of the agreements for the three Central American countries that you can be called safe havens from a national from another country once it costs you land.
And, you know, building the wall was a huge issue.
And Title 42.
Explain Title 42, because this was perhaps one of your most powerful tools, correct?
Absolutely.
Again, it was a phone conversation.
We're in the middle of massive COVID, and President Trump was trying to do what he could to, you know, a lot of flights were stopping and coming in.
And he called me and said, what more can I do, Tom, on the border?
I said, you need to talk to CDC.
I told him there's a reg, Title 42, that you may be able to, you know, implement.
And he talked to me a few minutes.
He wrote it down.
Then he called Mark Morgan.
who are still working for him as the CBP commissioner.
Then they started having a series of meetings.
A couple weeks later, Title 42.
And what Title 42 simply says, we're in the middle of pandemic.
So we shouldn't let people enter our country while we're in the middle of pandemic.
So it allowed immigration to be strengthened by the public health tools you have in a global pandemic.
Say, hang on guys, this isn't just about, you know, economic migrants or asylum.
We've got the COVID threat, so we can just shut things down.
Right, especially considering the fact that Border Patrol was not testing, they were not vaccinating, They still don't test or vaccinate.
You know who's being tested and vaccinated right now on the border?
Who?
Those who return to Mexico on the Remain in Mexico program.
We vaccinate those we send back to Mexico, but not the ones they release to the United States.
That's not a joke.
I wake up every day thinking about that.
That's not vast knowledge.
I know it's happening though.
We care more about the safety and health of the country than we do our own country, apparently.
Tell us about Title 42.
Is it still in place?
What is the danger that this administration is going to pull the plug on that?
Well, as soon as Joe Biden got into office, he cut people off.
First, all family units?
No, we're not going to send them back.
So about 85% of family units were still let in, even though we had Title 42 from the CDC, they ignored it and let 85% of family units come in.
Unaccompanied children, all of them came in.
Single adults that didn't speak Spanish, they came in.
So Joe Biden took Title 42.
He already cut it up real bad.
And when it comes to family units, I saw a study where they actually tested some of them, and they were serious, serious.
NGOs tested them.
The U.S.
government didn't.
The Border Patrol didn't.
Cities took it upon themselves to test them.
And the results were shocking, meaning that a lot of these quote-unquote family units weren't actually related to each other.
Oh, we found that out, absolutely, yes.
A lot of these kids are being trafficked by these organizations.
Rented out as props.
When I was the ICE director, we had several investigations on children being rented by the cartels to single males to act like a father and son or father and daughter.
Once they get here, they send the child back to be re-rented.
So, you know, that absolutely did happen.
And what, now the Biden administration, they're going to stop Title 42.
Rumor is April 20th.
If they stop it, then every single adult is going to come to the border.
They'll have to be processed.
We're going to go back to overcrowded conditions.
But what the administration will do, they'll parole them, which is quicker.
They'll send more border patrol agents down.
Explain what that means, to parole them, as opposed to what happened before.
What does that mean?
You're released in the United States for a significant benefit parole, which means we're not going to deal with you right now.
We're going to let you in the United States because it's an emergency, but we're going to deal with you later.
It's really just meant for a very small portion.
When I was the ICE director, I think we paroled, in a year and a half, 20.
They're prone 200 an hour down on board.
And once you say you're paroled into America, how do you ever find those people again, Tom?
Well, if they're in the wind, they're in the wind.
Most are in the wind.
So that's why we don't like to use it.
Public benefits, significant law enforcement.
Like, when I was out of the district, I allowed parole somebody in that's going to be a witness in a huge criminal trial.
And we keep track of them, because of the purpose.
But when the Secretary of Minorities allows thousands of illegal aliens just to be paroled in, because they don't have time to process them, nine out of ten of them are going to be in the wind, absolutely.
But when they stop Title 42, the numbers are going to get worse.
And it's going to be overcrowded again, which means more border agents get pulled off the border, which means more fentanyl gets in, which means more bad guys get in, which means more guideways.
It's just going to exacerbate the situation on the border.
And we know this for a fact, because there's been no effort in the last 14 months to even slightly improve the situation.
Everything they do when it comes to border integrity makes it worse, correct?
Right.
You got the Secretary of Homeland Security making a statement.
Being in the country illegally is not enough to be arrested by ICE.
He told the rest of the world, if you enter the country illegally, Even if a judge orders you removed, you're just in the country illegally.
I'm not going to let ICE come and find you.
On top of that, two weeks later, he says ICE can no longer conduct worksite enforcement operations.
The number one reason people come to this country is to get a job.
Now he's saying, Being in a country illegally is not enough to be arrested.
You can get a job here illegally, we can't arrest you there either.
Who the hell wouldn't come?
So the secretary himself just keeps throwing gas on the fire.
It's turning us into a magnet and it's being done consciously.

Educate yourself on the threat to our sovereignty.
Tom, can you give us a little peek behind the curtain of what it was like in the Trump administration when in comes this guy, he sees the swamp, he's elected to build the wall, never done politics before, and then he has to deal with the governments of other nations.
When He's talking to Guatemala, to Mexico, to Honduras.
How do they behave?
How do you get them not to just open the sluice gates in their countries?
Talk about the reality of the other nations who really aren't that vested in helping us.
You know, President Trump, that's why, you know, in my opinion, he's the greatest president I've worked for, and I've worked for six down around Reagan.
I respect them all, but no one did more to secure our board than President Trump.
Look, he's a badass, right?
He went down to Central America, you know, he told Central America, we give you millions of dollars, add it up to billions of dollars every year to help your country, so you're going to help me?
You're going to let this third country agreement go through?
You're going to sign it?
So no stupid nice flowery diplomatic stuff.
It was just straight talking.
Do this so I cut off the purse strings.
Mexico is the same reason.
Mexico remained a Mexico program.
They put military in the southern northern border because it says you're going to do this so I'm going to tariff you.
So, you know, he came in.
His number one concern is the safety and security of this nation.
He didn't give a shit.
Excuse me.
He didn't care.
He didn't care.
You want to break that out?
We'll deal with that.
Don't worry.
Don't worry.
He didn't care who he upset.
Because his goal was to protect his country.
And is that what he had to do with everybody?
Or were some governments better than others?
What's your experience?
Was it hardball with everybody?
No.
With Central America, they didn't push back at all.
Mexico didn't push back at all.
So on the countries I'm concerned with, where mass migrations come to them, they didn't give much pushback at all.
Mexico gave a little pushback, but Trump called the bluff.
And he got almost there, and they said, OK, we get it.
So in President Biden now, he's not holding these countries accountable.
So when President Trump came in, like I said many times, I worked for six presidents.
No one did more.
He came in, he was a game changer.
He got illegal immigration down to a 35-year low.
He got illegal immigration down 83%.
So I did a show this morning, and I said, you know, people, I don't care what your opinion is of Donald Trump.
Bottom line is, people say his policies, immigration policies, inhumane.
Wrong.
When illegal immigration is down 83%, we're at a 35-year low, how many women aren't getting sexually assaulted by cartels?
How many children aren't dying?
How many pounds of fentanyl are not getting into a country that killed 100,000 overdose deaths already under Joe Biden.
And record number of migrant deaths this year under Joe Biden.
More migrants have died making this journey this year than any time in my 35 year career I remember.
Because when you open a border like this and make promises you can't be arrested, we're not going to remove you, the most vulnerable people in the world are going to put themselves in the hands of criminal cartels.
So Joe Biden's policies are not humane at all.
People are dying.
Yeah.
Haley, we've seen footage from Todd Bensman, Del Rio and elsewhere of tens of thousands of Haitians.
How's that happening?
That's not that's not a country that borders America.
This is just the exploitation of the situation under the Biden administration.
Absolutely.
They're all coming down through Central America.
Many are coming through South America and Brazil.
Brazil is a huge trafficking country because they have very little immigration requirements there.
They work their way up to the Darien Gap in Panama.
Again, thousands of immigrants have died in the Darien Gap jungle.
And that brings up another good point.
When I was life director, we had a contingency in Panama working with the Panamanian officials because we arrested hundreds Of known and suspected terrorists coming out of the Darien Gap.
Terrorists?
Suspected terrorists?
Yes, known and suspected terrorists coming through the Darien Gap.
Working with Panama, we deported them right from Panama, so our relationship with Panama is important.
But in the recent ICE report, they talked about they deported last year 30 known and suspected possible terrorists.
So for those that say terrorists don't come across the border, ICE deported 30 of them last year, so you tell me.
It's a lie.

And Tom Holman!
We love it!
I've been on relief factor for six months.
Oh my gosh!

ReliefFactor.com.
Okay, I'm gonna ask the tough question now from Tom Homan.
can trust him.
800-500-8384.
ReliefFactor.com.
ReliefFactor.com.
Okay, I'm going to ask the tough question now from Tom Homan.
You are out of office.
You don't wear a uniform.
You don't carry a badge.
Why is this happening?
What's the real reason?
Why is this administration?
Why did we go from securing the border, record drop in illegal immigrants, building walls, making sure that COVID isn't exploited, dropping the drug smuggling?
Why is this all literally reversed day one?
What's the real reason?
Well, first of all, I'm not out of the fight.
I've written more affidavits suing the Biden administration than I did as an agent.
We're 4-0 with the state of Texas.
You said, before we turned the mics on, he said, you know what?
I'm working harder than I did when I was director of ICE.
Good!
Because we need you, and then we need you in the second Trump administration.
So you are fighting the good fight.
He comes back, I come back.
But look, what do I think?
Look, I've said this many times.
Again, I've worked for six presidents.
Every president, including Obama and Clinton, came into office and had some idea.
Okay, we need to secure the border.
Some took it more seriously than others.
Further than others.
But they all wanted a secure border and you heard them say it during the campaign.
You hear them say it from the White House.
Joe Biden is the first president that came into office and unsecured the border.
Unsecured the most secure border I've ever had.
There's no downside to a secure border.
There's no downside in less women being assaulted, less children dying, less billions cartels make, less overdose deaths in this country, less criminal aliens entering this country.
So what's the reason?
The only reason I can think of is for perpetual power.
Because also Joe Biden, the first two weeks in office, he overturned the Trump census rule.
So now all these millions coming in will be counted in the next census in sanctuary cities.
What does that mean?
More seats in house for the Dems, which leads to electoral college, which leads to perpetual power.
So it's not just more seats based upon the census.
If you amnesty 10, 20 million illegals, the expectation is they believe, I think it's racist, but they think that they'll all be automatically Democrat voters.
There's no other reason in this world you'd want to open the border up to more death and chaos other than perpetual power.
We know it's not a coincidence he overturned the Trump census rule within the same two weeks he opened the border up.
Okay.
I want to help those who maybe, you know, just accidentally arrived on this channel or somebody sent them the video link from our Rumble feed.
If you're not a Trump supporter, if you think building the wall is evil, is nasty, And, you know, this is, you know, radio, so there are limits, but will you explain, because you've seen it, you've been there for six presidents, the tragedy of open borders.
Just walk us through some of the things that you, Tom Homan, have seen in terms of lives destroyed and lives lost.
Well, first of all, that's why I titled the book, Defend the Border, Save Lives.
A secure border saves lives, because the most vulnerable won't take that risk.
And that's what President Trump did, by everything he did.
So look, in my 35-year career, the reason I wrote the book, Defend the Border, Save Lives, because I wanted people to understand, it will leave them a grace that isn't just about people saying, well, he's just coming to the country, make money, send back to his family.
You know, the guy's just trying to make a better life for himself.
But they need to understand this whole ugly underbelly.
of the criminal cartels.
Doctors Without Borders, it was their study, multi-year study, 31% of women, 1 out of 3 women that make that journey get raped by the cartels.
And that's not a conservative organization.
Doctors Without Borders cannot be accused of being a pro-Trump organization.
So you've got the assault on women, I've seen my share of children dying, that's why I lost my temper in one hearing when a congressman claimed I didn't care about dying children unless they were white, which enraged me because I held dying children.
I've held dead children.
I stood in back of a tractor trailer with 19 dead migrants at my feet.
And for a kid that grew up in a small farming town, you know, just standing in the back of the trailer, 19 people who suffocated to death in a steel box, temperature was 177.
I'll never forget that.
And I've interviewed a 12-year-old little girl who was raped numerous times by the cartels, has over 22 Different DNA samples in her after the exam.
I've talked to parents who lost their child during the trip.
I had one old man approach me.
I was a Border Patrol agent many years ago.
He was coming up with a whole group with a cartel and his daughter fell into a snake pit.
You know, that's how she died.
Can you imagine the horror about falling into a rattlesnake snake pit?
No one's helping him.
No one's gonna call 9-1-1 because now she's not worth money because he can't get her to the destination to get paid.
The smuggler kept moving on.
The father broke off the group looking for someone to help and he ran across us.
Look, I've seen a lot of tragedy.
I've seen a lot of death and that's why I'm so emotional about what I do.
And people say, why do you get angry when you're doing a Fox interview?
Why do you get angry when you testify in front of Congress?
Because they haven't seen what I've seen.
I've seen a lot of death.
I've seen cartels make billions, the same cartels that murdered border patrol agents.
So I get upset.
And if people wore my shoes for 34 years, if by my book, I talk about these stories in my book, you'd understand why Tom Holman is emotional and take this seriously.
And that's why I committed to President Trump.
He comes back, I come back.
We've got to fix this.
The book is Defend the Border and Save Lives.
That is the literal truth.
And for those who don't die, who raped and survive and are handed off and their family pays off the five, ten, fifteen grand or whatever it is, will you explain When an illegal immigrant comes here, disappears, and then gets paid cash for whatever it is, bussing tables or whatever, who gets hurt the worst?
It's not you and me.
No, it's American employees get hurt.
But not only that, it's the recent legal immigrants, right?
But it drives wages down.
Let me explain one true story.
I put a new roof on my house.
I put a new roof on my house two years ago.
First of all, I had to call six companies before I got one to guarantee me a legal workforce.
I don't want anybody illegally on my roof.
So I finally got a company to do it.
So anyways, One of the guys came to my house.
He couldn't do a whole roof replacement.
He just offered to fix the little bit of damage.
It was a father and son.
They had their own roofing company.
They had 20 U.S.
citizen employees.
He had to lay off every one of them because he couldn't compete with the companies that had all illegal aliens on the roof.
And he goes, they're on the roof, Don, for $5 an hour.
I'm paying you a citizen at least $15 in the winter, $20 in the summer.
And he goes, and I just couldn't win any bids.
So now me and my son are just running around doing small repairs.
And he told me that story and it stuck.
And that's why E-Verify is necessary.
I don't know why when we had the House and Senate and the White House under Trump, we didn't push E-Verify.
E-Verify is a necessary tool.
And to this day, you can go to the E-Verify website and check and see if the company you're hiring is a member of E-Verify.
If they're not a member of E-Verify, I won't hire them.
Don't use them.
And sadly, the Chamber of Commerce is now on the wrong side.
We're talking to former Director of ICE for the Trump Administration, Tom Holman.
The book is Defend the Border and Save Lives.

relieffactor.com that number again 800-583-84 relieffactor.com relieffactor.com um there are a handful of people after my time in in the swamp in the white house there are a handful of people who reinstill in me my faith in humanity and you are one of them you You, Mark Morgan, you know, the real fighters, telling the truth every single day.
Let's go beyond your 34 years of service to this nation.
Let me ask you something personal.
Why?
And if you don't want to answer, I get it.
Why do we need my old boss, your old boss, back in the White House?
Because he knows how to fix it.
He's a proven leader.
Again, it was a historic change he did.
Historic levels of immigration were decreased, right?
A lot of lives were changed.
We had the most secure border in my entire career, which spans 35 years.
So if he can do another four years, he can finish the wall.
He can put these policies back in place, save a lot of lives, and secure the nation.
Look, this is just not an immigration crisis.
I don't care what people think about immigration.
It's a humanitarian crisis.
People are dying.
People are getting sick.
COVID's coming across.
It's a public safety crisis because of COVID.
I mean, a public health crisis because of COVID and TB and other diseases coming across.
Measles.
It's a public safety crisis because Borbato's arrested over 12,000 convicted criminals.
Criminals don't want to get arrested.
So how many of that 500,000 were gang members convicted criminals?
So it's a public safety crisis.
And finally, it's a national security crisis.
Borbatto's arrested 16 people on the FBI screening database.
How many of that half a million were known as suspected terrorists?
The 16 that got arrested obviously were morons because they got arrested.
They don't want to get arrested.
So my fear is how many of that half a million were known suspected terrorists that came here to do harm to this country?
We don't know, but someday I sadly think we're gonna find out.
And we haven't even mentioned the fentanyl, and we haven't mentioned the other thing, which kind of, I don't understand why conservatives aren't better at communicating this.
The money, the billions that are being made for the cartels, when the borders are open, One organization profits the most, and it is the traffickers who smuggle children, who rape children, who smuggle drugs, who smuggle guns.
That should be just the simplest reason.
Beyond everything else, it's a humanitarian disaster, public health disaster, but just let's not make money for the cartels.
God bless you.
Can't wait to see you.
It's up to us, guys.
If we do our part, President Trump's going to be back in the White House 2024, and I know he's going to be calling Tom the day he wins that election.
So the book is Defend the Border and Save Lives, Solving Our Most Important Humanitarian Security Crisis.
God bless you, Tom, for fighting the good fight, wherever you are, whatever you're doing.
Let's end, as we do, every Friday with The Boss.
We will not bend.
We will not break.
We will not yield.
We will never give in.
We will never give up.
We will never back down.
We will never, ever surrender.
My fellow Americans, our movement is far from over.
