NEXUS was close enough when it comes to these healthcare facilities.
Also, it was notable, and this is what Chief Justice Roberts kept on referencing, that none of the medical facilities were contesting the rule.
They said, this isn't like what we usually have, where the regulated parties are in front of us saying, please don't do this.
So, it wasn't a surprise that the second mandate was allowed to go forward.
But the first loss is a significant one.
The Biden administration has really assembled quite... That's Jonathan Turley talking live on Fox News.
The breaking news just moments ago.
What is it?
Thursday today?
Four days late.
Four days late.
It was supposed to be Sunday.
The Supreme Court was supposed to announce their decision on the Biden vaccine mandates.
Well, finally it's arrived.
It's like Solomon and the baby.
The Gordian knot has been cut.
I'm not sure I'm happy about it.
Two decisions brought down.
The Biden mandate on businesses with over 100 employees is dead.
It is deemed to not be constitutional.
In a six to three vote, totally down party lines with the three crazy liberals saying, oh it's absolutely fine.
Then we had Kavanaugh, a Trump appointee, vote with the liberals and with the Chief Justice Roberts in a five to four split which keeps in place the vaccine mandates for health workers on a very
Strange logic whereby the majority or many of the hospitals concerned received some form of federal funding.
Therefore, government regulations from OSHA should apply to them.
I'm no lawyer, but surely where the money comes from for your institution is irrelevant as a point of constitutional rights.
Either the mandate is unconstitutional for small or big businesses and hospitals and schools and any other institution or it isn't.
I've tweeted out, as soon as I heard it, I said the following.
We were right not to trust the Supreme Court.
Hashtag no mandates for anyone.
That's my take.
But I want to hear from you.
I want to hear from my team.
The number here is 833-33 Gawker.
That's 833.
3, 3, 4, 6, 7, 5, 2.
Sound off on this four-day late decision that is of massive consequence to this nation.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's go.
833-334-6752.
Let's go to the man who is the producer of America First.
Mr. G, are you there?
Yes, I am.
Okay.
Your response to this historic decision from SCOTUS?
Good.
And I'm not a legal expert, but I don't think it's dead for the health care workers.
I remember a couple times in the Trump thing, they kind of said, if you do this, I think he kind of was setting it up.
Now, if they want to actually contest it, they might be able to get it blocked too.
Interesting, interesting.
So you reacted this positively overall?
Yeah.
Okay, good.
And that's a good point to make.
One of the justices made the observation, I do believe, that it's peculiar that the The case wasn't brought by the hospitals.
It's not the hospitals that wanted clarification.
It was the workers, which means what?
Leaves room for another challenge from workers themselves on another venue, maybe at the state level, on another specific argument that has nothing to do with the funding of the institution.
So, very good take.
That's why he's Mr. G. Let's go to Eric, who of course has my Six, as always.
Thank you, Eric.
You are the radical in the house.
You have the distinction.
I think you sleep in a MAGA hat, I have been told.
Your response to the Supreme Court decision?
I agree with Jeff's assessment.
I take this as a win, just based on the numbers alone, if nothing else.
I was reading coverage that said the healthcare mandate, specifically for those who receive government funding, Medicare, Medicaid, would affect anywhere between 18 to 20 million workers at maximum.
The OSHA mandate?
Which infringes on the private sector, goes after employers with 100 employees or more, would affect over 100 million employees nationwide, almost a third of the population.
So that one is by far the worst.
I'll take that as a win, as far as I'm concerned.
Wow!
I'm shocked!
Eric is happy with that decision.
So that's interesting.
Say those figures again.
So the healthcare workers, it's 18 million.
Between 18 and 20 million.
Interesting.
Let's go to the neophyte on the block.
John Jr., your reaction to the decisions?
I'm, you know, I'm right down the line here.
The vaccines are not effective.
They're not real vaccines.
Hang on.
Are you talking science?
How dare you?
How dare I?
But, you know, that's the real problem here is the problem is the vaccine.
And the mandate, you know?
Pairing them together, acting like the vaccine works, which we know it works to some extent, but not the way it is advertised.
Obviously, we've played the Matt Ow clip.
That was fantastic.
But I'm still pushing that point.
Why are you mandating this in the first place, if we know it's experimental and it doesn't work the way we should?
Alright, but that's being a truth teller, that's being the opposite of the science deniers that the left are.
When it comes to what I tweeted out, what do you think of the Supreme Court now?
That's tough, that's tough.
It's a political animal, right?
It's a political animal.
It's been turned into, you know, judicial... People trying to legislate from the bench is always becoming a bigger and bigger problem, and court packing and all that's becoming, you know, more in vogue for the Democrats, so we gotta watch out.
You have one job to do, ladies and gentlemen.
One.
To explain whether a law that came after the Constitution is in accordance with the Constitution.
Period.
End of story.
As Biden likes to say, period, period, period.
Because that's how he reads an ellipsis off a teleprompter.
That's it.
Nothing else.
It's not to make laws.
It's not to turn Obamacare from a punitive fine to a quote-unquote tax, as Chief Justice Roberts did in one of the most outrageous examples of legislation from the bench.
Nor is it for you to inject politics How on earth do we have a nomination by party line decision?
If you were a Democrat nominee, if you're a Republican nominee, you went down the line.
It should be simply whether or not it's constitutional.
And to have one federal agency in a republic of states that has to do whether or not you're wearing a helmet on a work site, insist that they have the power to control what foreign bodies are injected into your body.
There is no constitutional judge, no constitutional expert who should, for a second, think that that is okay, based upon the Constitution itself, number one, or secondly, simply on the principle of subsidiarity on which our Republic is built.
We are not.
A nation where there's one government.
We are a republic of states.
It's very, very simple.
Okay guys, the call board is lighting up.
Please tell us what you think.
I'm going to take your calls after our next guest, Matt Boyle.
I'm sure he has a reaction as well.
The number here is 833 Today we're going to discuss the continued attempts.
They are declaring war.
This is a loss for them.
I'll give you that.
This is a loss for the Democrats, for Biden.
But they're not giving up when it comes to election fraud, to stopping ID checks on people voting in America.
We're going to talk to Hans von Spakovsky, we're going to have that rabble rouser Jim Hansen with us in studio for the whole third hour, and of course you.

I think we have.
I think we have.
Funding.
Funding.
Was it funding the walls?
Something.
It was moving money around from inside government.
What was the Trump thing?
Remember, they turned it down.
It wasn't the travel ban.
It was another thing on the wall.
And they basically said, if you do this, that's what I thought.
Funding.
Funding.
Was it funding the wall?
It was something.
But that's immediately what I thought of when they said there was no health.
It was moving money around from inside government.
And then they got it through.
Right.
Immediately I thought of what the hell it was.
They took DOD money, remember?
Yeah, right.
Well, also the census.
They use similar arguments against the census.
Um, I need to hear... It looks like they're connected.
The DJT.
You won't call him Trump anymore, that's his new name.
It's Anderson Cooper, just play it.
In fact, in his phone interview with NPR's Steve Inskeep, the man from Mar-a-Lago said it's an advantage... The man from Mar-a-Lago?
Wow.
That's honestly kind of a cool moniker, though.
What a child he is.
Keep playing.
He continued spreading more lies about it.
That is, until he was confronted with one too many facts and hung up.
Why is it that you think that the vast majority of your allies in the United States Senate are not standing behind you?
We did have that statement by Mike Rounds.
Because Mitch McConnell is a loser.
And frankly, Mitch McConnell, if he were on the other side, and if Schumer were put in his position, he would have been fighting this like you've never seen before.
He would have been fighting this.
Because when you look at it, and this is a long way from over, people have no idea how big this issue is, and they don't want it to happen again.
It shouldn't be allowed to happen, and they don't want it to happen again.
And the only way it's not going to happen again is you have to solve the problem of the presidential rigged election of 2020.
No, that was the first question between that they cut.
It's seven minutes and three seconds.
Beyond that?
No, that whole thing was condensed from seven minutes and three seconds from that question.
There's a cut in there.
Oh, they took out seven?
Yeah, and he asked him about it nine different times or interrupted him.
Wow.
Is Matt on?
He should be.
Yep.
Can you hear me?
Hey, buddy.
We hear you, Matt.
What's going on?
How we doing?
Doing good.
Are you getting ready for Peter Schweitzer's book?
It's gonna be amazing.
Yeah, but it's not for a while, I thought.
It's later this month.
Another week or so.
Really?
I thought it said... It's January 25th.
Okay.
Oh, okay.
Oh, I'm forgetting, because it said 2022 and I'm thinking it was last year.
Alright, let's get him on for a one-on-one.
The title is super clever.
Yeah, you should definitely get him on.
You got a minute, Israel, and I'll try... I'll do one of the bump-ins that you approved.
Okay, good.
One of the new ones.
Alright, stand by.
Feeling good.
I don't understand Kavanaugh.
That one blows my mind.
Roberts, okay, fair.
But Kavanaugh, no excuse.
Yeah, I thought he liked beer.
Hey, I'll take the win.
I'll take the win on the opening day.
Yeah, no, I agree.
I agree.
Like, hey, that's a big win.
6-3, baby.
TMC in the chat asking a really good question.
What happens to all the workers now who got fired because they wouldn't get vaxxed?
Yeah.
Do they get sued?
Good question.
They should all get their jobs back.
Every single one.
Standing by. Standing

We are back with our first guest of the day.
We're going to take your calls.
The two lines open left on the board.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Want your reaction to the SCOTUS decision?
But let's get Breitbart.com's Washington Bureau Chief with his reaction.
Matt Boyle, welcome back to America First.
Dr. Gorka, always a pleasure to be here and what a great day it is that the Supreme Court just ruled 6-3 to completely throw out Joe Biden's unconstitutional vaccine mandate from OSHA.
Translate this for us into the politics of the swamp.
What does this mean now for the Biden administration?
This is such a massive rebuke of President Biden's unconstitutional behavior and illegal behavior.
And it's an affirmation that the Republicans and the average American worker out there is right.
Look, here's the thing.
We do know that the vaccine works.
The science shows that it's been good.
It's a massive accomplishment.
For President Trump.
But the point here is that, and by the way, all Biden did was just implement the Trump rollout plan, and he did it worse than Trump would have, right?
But Trump is the one reason why we have the vaccines.
So the fact of the matter, though, is that it should be the average American's decision.
Every American should get to make their own decision with their doctor, whether or not they want to take it.
And that's the effective way to do it.
And here's the other thing.
We know that the vaccine doesn't stop the spread of the virus.
People are still spreading the virus even if they have it.
They can still get the virus even if they had it.
The way that the vaccines work is that for people that choose to take it, it helps if they do get the infection, make it less severe.
And so, the fact of the matter is that At the end of the day, the Biden plan for fighting COVID has been an utter and complete failure.
We see that now, a year into the Biden administration, that in less time, more people died under Biden than under Trump.
And Biden had three vaccines.
So that Trump left behind for him.
In addition to that, we now see the case numbers are higher each day as compared with a year ago at the end of the Trump administration.
Joe Biden's been a total and utter failure.
Every policy that he's attempted or implemented has been an utter failure.
He has completely failed the American people on the pandemic.
And by the way, Biden even said during the campaign in 2020 That if you had the numbers like what he's faced or worse in his administration, that that person should no longer be president.
So if Joe Biden was a man of his word and he's not, he's a dishonest puke of a president.
If he was a man of his word, he would step down from the Oval Office.
He would resign the presidency today.
But he's not a man of his word.
And Joe Biden's going to do everything he can to cling to power because his family members in the Chinese Communist Party and their pals over there depend on Joe Biden being in the White House.
That's why Joe Biden will not hold to his word and step down from the presidency over the failures that he's overseen with the pandemic.
Matt's a little spicy today.
A puke of a president.
I think we're going to have to save that one and maybe use it with credit to Matt Boyle, the Washington Bureau Chief of Breitbart.com.
But here's the question I have for you.
They've built, they've really locked themselves into a corner, Matt, because they're at the roulette wheel.
And they've pushed all their chips onto one message.
Everybody must be vaccinated.
The vaccine is the way out and I'm going to crush the virus.
That narrative is now dead.
It's gone.
You can't force Americans to do that.
So could this have massive Campaign ramifications, messaging ramifications, this is a midterm, so this, yeah, I'm unhappy with the second half of this, because I think there should be mandates for nobody, irrespective of who you are, my body, my choice, but doesn't this, this is the death of their core message, Matt.
Right, and by the way, your point about how they went all in, they put all their chips in on the vaccine, that's evident in no place more clear than the fact that there are still shortages in rationing of the life-saving monoclonal antibody medication.
The Biden administration deliberately didn't make enough medicine, and now they're rationing its distribution across America.
All they have to do is go to any number of millions of Americans who have safely recovered from COVID infections and then take their plasma and then turn it into this stuff.
And the government failed in this regard.
The Biden administration failed in this regard.
So regardless of all the political implications, and I think there are very serious ones, For the Democrats going into the midterm elections and for Biden, you'd see his approval rating now is at 33%.
33%!
That is, I mean, we're talking George W. Bush territory here, right?
So the point is that regardless of the political implications, I think there are serious public health implications.
And frankly, I think at a certain point here, anybody who doesn't get monoclonal antibodies, who ends up dying from the virus, that death is Personally, attributable to Joe Biden's decision to not make enough medicine and then to ration what they had.
In addition to that, you saw them not be prepared on this testing question, right?
Like, so again, this is something that we've been dealing with since for two years now, since the beginning of the pandemic, they thought By betting it all on the vaccines, that that was going to be the golden ticket out of this thing.
It's not the golden ticket out of this thing.
You need to have a fully comprehensive strategy.
That's what President Trump had.
That's not what Joe Biden has.
And you can now see, a year into this experiment of complete Democrat control, In Washington, D.C., that the Democrats have failed.
It's not just Joe Biden, but Nancy Pelosi is to blame.
Chuck Schumer is to blame.
Every single Democrat in office is to blame for this failure because they're the reason why this pandemic continues to this day.
You mentioned Kamala the Cackler got it getting angry with a friendly outlet.
NBC's Craig Melvin asked her about the failure in the testing protocols.
Cut four.
Play cut.
The 500 million tests that have been ordered that are going to be sent to every American.
Do we know when those are going out?
Shortly.
They're going to go out shortly.
Next week?
They've been ordered.
I have to look at the current information.
I think it's going to be by next week.
But soon.
Absolutely soon.
And it is a matter of urgency for us.
Should we have done that sooner?
We are doing it.
But should we have done it sooner?
We are doing it.
Matt, I haven't been to Europe either.
When NBC does that to Kamala, the whole thing's falling down, isn't it?
Well, yeah, it really is.
And by the way, we know that they're sitting in a warehouse because that's what the public health officials testified to the Senate last week, right?
Like, earlier this week.
It was either earlier this week or late last week.
We saw a testimony, remember, when Fauci went in before the Senate committee?
The point is that the tests are sitting in a warehouse.
Yeah.
Yeah, it's the same thing as the supply chain.
Hundreds of thousands of containers off the coast of California.
It's the same with the tests.
We're going to discuss the latest news about Hillary.
You don't want to miss it.
next with Matt Boyle here on America First.
First.
Yeah, it would just be so amazing.
But no, you know what?
Dr. G, I want Biden to run again because I want Trump to go crush him.
But he's not gonna.
I know he's not, but I want Trump to go crush him.
I want Trump to go crush him.
No, it's not going to be him.
These tests are ridiculous.
I spent hours last night trying to find tests to be able to, because I'm going to Jamaica, just to get a stupid test.
So I was in Croatia, remember, in the summer, right?
We have this test, which you do online with a proctor.
Shove it up your nose, wait 10 minutes, and show them online the result.
And that's all you need.
Well, thank God where I'm going they accept your rapid test because nobody's even guaranteeing that you'll get a PCR in 72 hours.
I had to find a different CVS 20 miles away that had appointments on Monday for us.
It was the only place.
I got one of those at-home ones.
I actually had the virus.
I got it on New Year's.
I got better last week.
By the way, it wasn't that bad.
I had a fever for three days.
That was it.
Did you take anything?
Uh, ibuprofen.
Are you serious?
Why do you take anything serious?
Why do you take any therapeutics, dude?
Zinc.
Well, I mean, I took zinc, too, but like, honestly, it wasn't that bad.
It's Omicron, it's nothing.
I guess, yeah.
That must have been what it was.
I don't know.
But, I mean, look, if it was getting worse, I would have went and got the antibodies or something.
But, like, I was fine in two days.
We don't want to lose Matt.
We gotta have Matt.
I was fine in three days.
I was fine in three days.
I just looked this up, by the way.
I was curious with the Biden approval rating at 33 for Quinnipiac.
That is, of course, it's his lowest approval rating yet.
That's lower than even Trump's lowest approval rating.
Really?
And Quinnipiac is always friendly to Dems anyway.
Yeah.
Trump's lowest was 34, like, a week after January 6th.
So, this is confirmed?
They're doing a concrete barrier around the White House?
Yeah.
Well, it's National Polls.
I mean, it's got pictures.
They're not gonna photoshop the pictures.
Right, right, right, right, right.
That's interesting.
Why are they doing that?
Wow.
Oh, it's Natalie.
Let's get her back.
Alright.
Yeah.
Get her on for an hour.
We'll do China and other stuff.
Got a title in mind for that monologue?
Oh yeah.
What?
So there's no silver alerts at the White House from Biden.
I've fallen, I can't get up!
He doesn't know how to push the life alert button.
How to respond to the Supreme Court... Vax ruling?
Vax decision.
Vaccine decision.
Just like a sputtering sink with water pressure.
Just like all the words start, they come out really fast, and they stop, and they come, and they... Oh, man.
Forty seconds.
Standby.
All right.
We are doing merch and relief here, and the episode's scheduled to go up tomorrow morning.
Excellent.
Good to go.
Let's record a few extra ones.
Let's do it.
Thirty seconds.
Right.
30 seconds. Not coming. Not coming.
Not coming.

We're back with the Washington bureau treat for the most influential conservative website on the planet.
It's called Breitbart.com.
And he's Matt Boyle.
Matt, Matt, I've got to talk to you about the news.
I just don't want to believe it.
Hillary is thinking of running.
We've got Matt Schoen writing articles in the Wall Street Journal saying, yeah, she's a great choice.
And the cherry on top of the sundae is that somebody suggested Liz Cheney could be a running partner.
Matt, could we get so lucky?
Gosh, I wish it to be true.
There would be nothing better for the bottom line business of Breitbart than Hillary Clinton running for president again.
But for America!
Because President Trump would crush her for a second time!
Oh my gosh, yeah, it'd be a blowout.
By the way, did you see that NBC interview that you played the Kamala Club from?
She was also asked if the current president, Joe Biden, and her, the vice president, are going to be on the ticket again in 2024.
You're very cautious when you come on the show because you've got connections everywhere.
So this is the question to you.
You know, you have you're very cautious when you come on the show because you've got connections everywhere.
So this is the question to you is the are these news items?
Are they most likely a function of her raging ego and her inability to deal with being trounced by President Trump in 16 or?
Or is it... Because there's so many in the DNC, you know, the Bernie bros, the squad who detest Hillary.
Could this even be possibly contemplated by the establishment on the left, Matt?
She's still not over the fact that she lost the election.
I know that, but could this happen?
I think anything's possible.
Look, the Democrats are desperately looking for somebody.
Joe Biden missed a 33% and seems to be going further down.
I don't know if he's going to run again.
Maybe he does, maybe he doesn't.
Kamala is not the answer for them.
They know that.
And frankly, they need somebody.
They need somebody to at least hold their crew together.
I mean, if you go beyond Biden and Kamala, who is there?
So, this is my next question.
If Hillary isn't the default, you know, vacuum-filling choice, which is what Biden was.
Biden was only chosen to stop Bernie.
Who else is that?
Are they seriously thinking, I've read this as well, Matt, are they seriously thinking of running Mayor Pete?
Because that would be just as funny.
I don't think Mayor Pete is the fakest person in Washington.
We know that.
The dude is literally responsible for all these flight cancellations.
Anybody out there in America that's had a flight that's been cancelled in the last two months, just understand that it's Pete Buttigieg's fault.
He's personally responsible for it.
He's also responsible for the supply chain problems and so on and so forth.
No, I don't think they can run Buttigieg.
They think they can run Buttigieg.
They do, yes!
But like, no, so that's what, why would the door be open to something like that?
Like Hillary coming back is because they don't have anybody else.
There is no bench on the Democrat side.
There are no talented, young, exciting people coming up.
The Republican side is teeming with talent.
My wife, because she knew the moderator, she made me watch the GOP debate for Pennsylvania governor last week.
I thought, really?
Japan?
Pennsylvania?
There were 13 candidates!
It was America!
I mean, 13 candidates on our side for a governorship!
It was beautiful!
That's just that.
Never mind.
Like, look, here's the deal.
I'm firmly convinced Donald Trump is running for president again and that he will be the Republican nominee in 2024.
After that, beyond that, when we get to 2028, 2032, you know, 2036, I mean, look at all these young, exciting governors, senators, congressmen right now.
Like, they're going to be governors and senators later, business leaders.
I mean, like, the Republican side is teeming with life.
The Democrat side is turning to old has-beens like Hillary Clinton.
Radicals or has-beens, it's beautiful and we want to keep you reporting on it for us.
I need to know if Hillary's going to run.
Follow this man, he writes Superbly at Breitbart.com.

The End Merrick, first, what's your name?
Just realized, you mentioning the Pennsylvania Governor's thing again.
What'd you want to say?
We talked about this briefly when Stegall was guest hosting.
You know Mastriano announced his candidacy, right?
I do, I do.
Probably may want to get him back on the show.
Definitely.
Definitely.
All right, what have we got?
Oh, we've got lots of calls, so... And lots of cuts.
Lots of cuts.
Oh, can you play me cut 11?
What was that?
Pelosi again?
Oh, that was the eyebrows.
So we'll do that with Spakovsky.
Oh, cut 10.
10.
And to help lead our federal testing program, I've talked, I've talked, I've, excuse me, I've tapped Dr. Tom, I hope I pronounce it, Engelvey, correct?
Oh my gosh.
Come in with that.
Just come in with that.
It's just painful.
I get when names are hard to pronounce, but my goodness.
And cut five.
At their dry cleaning businesses in Maryland, Ishmael and Rochelle Wilson feel like they're the ones being taken to the cleaners.
Plastic bags, shoulder protectors, receipt paper, all costing way more.
This time last year, we paid $24.50 for a box of hangers.
Now?
Now we pay $52.95.
That's crazy.
Okay.
Okay.
Okay!
Um... Six?
Six.
Okay, fine.
their aggressive actions that they have taken through proxy wars around the world would be happening if the former president had not recklessly pulled out of the nuclear deal with no thought as to what might come next.
And if you look at that step and the impact of that, the fact that the former president ripped at the nuclear deal meant that Iran's nuclear program was no longer in a box, no longer had the most robust inspection.
And then give me eight.
conspiracy world, this notion of motivated reasoning is so powerful, right?
We all have motivated reasoning.
Something happens and we want to take this new piece of information and use it to confirm our own priors, our own beliefs and make us, you know, what we already think seem true and make the other side seem bad.
So if you're, if you, if you want a conspiracy about January 6th.
Okay.
Okay.
Come in with sleepy.
Okay.
Yep, 10 seconds.
Yep.
Stay by.
America First.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
And to help lead our federal testing program, I've tapped, but I don't know how to say Englesby.
I mean, I've tapped Dr. Tom, I hope I pronounce it, Inglesby, correct?
Is that right, Jeff?
I've tapped, but I don't know how to say Inglesby.
I've chosen him, and his name is Fengelengte Gashost.
Now that would be difficult.
Guided missile in German.
But Engelsby?
Not so hard.
That man, allegedly, is the President of the United States.

Let's go to Sam in Orlando.
My dear friend, Mr. Sebastian.
So, I was listening to Dan.
I've been all over Florida for the last few days, including Sean Henley, too, as far as I had Eric Trump on the line with him.
I think it was Wednesday or Tuesday.
So he says his dad was always the perfect man for the job because, you know, everybody else would have crumbled within two days, what he went through with the other side.
But as far as what I heard today with Dan was that They're so hurting right now.
They're trying to figure out something to offer Kamala.
And Hillary's involved as coming in as the VP replacement.
I don't even think that's legal, is it?
Hang on.
You heard on Dan Bongino's show that Hillary Clinton is... Dan said that?
Yeah, him and the gentleman he had on the air with him.
They were saying they're so bad that they're even at the table right now because like the gentleman you just had on, they don't have know which way to turn.
And I'm listening.
I'm listening to see where they're going.
And they're bringing Hillary up saying that they're trying to offer camellia like a supreme Yeah, we've been talking about that, Supreme Court.
You can get rid of a vice president in the middle of a term, but it has to be the Congress.
The Congress is going to do that.
No, I don't buy that.
I don't buy that for a second, but I do buy that she would try to run.
But we shall see.
Stranger things have happened.
Thank you, Sam.
Let's go to our good friend Antoinette.
It is Thursday.
Welcome, Antoinette.
Hey, Dr. G. It's a happy, happy day.
It's a blessed day.
At least a big one.
And also the filibuster, too.
I hear that's put the kibosh on that as well.
Hang on, hang on.
We haven't heard that.
I need confirmation.
What have you heard, Antoinette, about the filibuster?
Do you trust her, Antoinette?
Let me give you a word of advice, Antoinette.
She wants the filibuster and she has put the kibosh on that.
Okay.
Do you trust her, Antoinette?
I'm in the middle.
I'm in the middle.
But, you know, more good news is...
Let me give you a word of advice, Antoinette.
Yes, sir.
Never, never trust a Democrat.
Well, okay.
The truth doesn't matter to them, okay?
The truth is fungible.
You're right, you're right.
All right, give us an update.
More important, I need an update from you and your warriors for truth.
Hey listen, all of you as American First listeners, thanks you guys.
We raised a little over $100,000.
Our goal was $60,000.
We went over a little over $100,000, so we got the 15-passenger new van.
Not a used one, a beautiful new one.
Have you bought it already?
No, but that's in the works.
And then also a minivan for the smaller trips.
So his nesting place in Long Beach, it's amazing.
And we, from the bottom of our hearts, Voice for the Voiceless, we want to thank you guys.
Plus on Sunday, we had a really good turnout.
We want to continue to build our Sundays at 700 North Tustin Avenue.
10 to noon at that gigantic Planned Parenthood.
But also, Dr. G, you guys, thank you.
Once again, from the bottom of our hearts, America First listeners.
Thank you.
Thank you for always being there, whether it's The Voice with The Voiceless, whether it's Outside Planned Parenthood, or just, you know, being there for America.
700 North Teston Avenue, 10 to 12.
God bless you, Antoinette.
That news is amazing!
Amazing!
His nesting place.
God bless.
Thank you so much for the update.
Let's go to Line 3, Colombia.
Is it Veralin?
Hello?
Hello, this is Veralin.
Pleased to meet you, Mr. Borka.
What kind of name is that?
Well, I come from a family where all the names were V's, and my uncle was named Verl, so they just added the YN.
It's just kind of my mom thought she was making it up, but apparently Southeast Asia has a lot of females with my name.
Yeah, I'm surprised.
How was that for you growing up to have that name?
Very, very, very, very difficult.
Well, you survived.
Why are you calling us today, Verlin?
Well, first of all, I'm ecstatic that they went ahead and blocked that in the Supreme Court.
And actually, I haven't mentioned it, but I was curious what your take is on all these mayors and governors that are trying to do, like, passports and stuff.
Do you think that impacts that?
What do you mean?
You mean for, like, local vaccination cards?
Yeah, that kind of stuff where they won't let you into restaurants and stuff.
I figured if they could block the mandate for people to have to be vaccinated to work.
They shouldn't allow that either.
Well, look, this is the tough line.
I mean, it's a private business that can decide if they want to have you come in in that condition, vaccinated or not.
But the trouble is, you're absolutely right, it's not the private businesses that are making that decision, which I think is health discrimination.
As we are here in the swamp, it's the Mayor Muriel Bowser, who as of what, is it tomorrow or the 15th?
Right, the 15th.
Every business, every restaurant, every museum must, must abide by her decision to check vaccine statuses, which means I'm not going to a restaurant in DC, I'm not going to a museum, but I'm not sure if a local business owner I mean, could you imagine, you're making, what is it, the 20-year-old bus boy or the person, the maitre d' at the door, become some kind of officer of the state?
I'm not sure that's constitutional either, but we shall see what the American people decide.
Thank you for your call, Verlin.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

get in again because of Miro Bowser.
And then it set up on the screen when we were leaving.
Next time you come, you're going to have to have a proof of vaccination.
I said, well-- And they aren't checked very well.
No, I bet you not.
What was that story of the guy who tested positive for-- was it on Chris's show?
There were two lines.
There was the unvaccinated, no, what was it?
He, he, he, he, he screwed up in one line.
Either had a temperature or something.
So he just went to the other line and then they let him in because he was, oh, the vaccinated line.
Right, right, right.
The vaccinated line.
It's that easy.
Yeah.
Again, I was the last in DC for the movie theater in Chinatown and they didn't, I mean, most people wearing masks, but there were plenty of people walking around without masks on.
I was one of them and no one said anything to me.
Interesting.
Yeah, public transit also, with the metro, the buses.
I saw a decent amount of people with no masks yesterday in the station, for some weird reason.
Well, again, coming back from the hockey game, nobody was wearing masks.
It's so inconvenient!
It's such a loser.
You really think it's going to fall apart?
Outside of the big cities, yeah.
How many people do you think really care about that?
I mean, that's a loser at the ballot box.
You know what I mean?
The stupid vaccine mandates, I feel like... I just think if you're a business owner, I mean, making some inexperienced employee a police officer?
Yep, that's ridiculous.
That's what you're doing.
All right, my pillow here.
From the ReliefFactor.com studios, this is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Not far from here in Maryland, there's a dry cleaner.
They were interviewed on NBC and they tell the truth about Biden's America Cut 5.
Now?
Now we pay $52.95 for a box of hangers.
More than double.
More than double.
And it's cutting into everything that we need to do to grow and to sustain, quite frankly.
That's in 11 months, a more than 100% increase for a staple of their business, sharing sanity.
Let's go to Mary in Denver.
Mary, happy Thursday to you.
Thank you for taking my call, Dr. G. I just wondered if you, first of all, I wanted to say first time caller and I am a huge President Trump supporter.
I campaigned for him up in Colorado in 2016 and also in 2020 and I will do it again in 2024 if he runs again.
Just wanted to see if you saw the video on the National Pulse about them putting a concrete wall up around the White House.
Yes, Natalie Winters, incredible reporting.
Let's post the story right now on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
For some unbeknownst reason, after the anniversary of January 6th, now they're putting up a concrete wall.
It looks a little bit like Checkpoint Charlie.
Looks like the Berlin Wall around the White House.
I have no more information.
Congratulations to Natalie Winters.
Thank you for breaking that story.
Let's post that story.
Raheem Kassam's National Pulse website.
Thank you for your kind words.
Stay on the line.
Thank you for working for President Trump.
Let's also give Mary an America First hat.
You can get all the gear you could wish for at SebGorkerStore.com.
Let's go to Brent, who's been waiting patiently in Los Angeles.
Brent, happy Thursday!
Great hope-giving gorka!
I like that!
That's what we try and do every day.
What brings you to our shores, Brent?
Well, I still can't get over America's desecration of our Christmas and Hanukkah past.
And I think the communist cancer of our evil elites has sinfully been embraced by way too many in our ecclesiastical world who shamefully cancelled Christmas and Hanukkah Under their progressive pretext of COVID.
And I think this year, God-loving and God-fearing Americans must seriously consider expelling from their pulpits all of our compromised theologians who shamefully haven't the guts to stand for God in the face of demonically Marxist government, schools, and media.
Beautifully put.
He is our poet laureate from Los Angeles.
It's time for especially, you're right, community leaders to show backbone.
Show backbone like that great American Mike Lindell.
Thank you, Brent.
He stood up.
He talked about reading the Bible, getting back to God from the rose garden.
He was pilloried by the left and by the establishment.

I On the side of the U.S.

NPR!
We're not NPR.
We don't get $500 million of taxpayer funding every year.
What an absolute atrocity.
To run a propaganda machine across the nation, hundreds, hundreds of stations and really powerful sticks, transmission antennas, so the, you know, the base stations funded by you.
Well, President Trump went on NPR.
How long did he speak for?
Jeff, what was the length of the interview with Inskeep, that Valium-voiced individual?
I know it was at least this, because what they do is, it was pre-recorded and they're posting it in segments.
The part that I saw, it was already in mid-interview, and this was all about the election.
It was seven minutes long.
Okay, so there's at least seven minutes.
Yes.
They played one segment, okay.
Yes.
And then, you've got to explain what Anderson Cooper did, because it was They ask him about election fraud allegations and why the GOP senators don't have his back.
And then Anderson Cooper, well CNN because they're liars, gets out their scissors and tape and they do a little bit of editing.
Oh, this is America First, I'm Sebastian Gawker and this is Cut 2.
In fact, in his phone interview with NPR's Steve Inskeep, the man from Mar-a-Lago said it's an advantage to keep talking about 2020 even as he continued spreading more lies about it.
That is, until he was confronted with one too many facts and hung up.
Why is it that you think that the vast majority of your allies in the United States Senate are not standing behind you?
We did have that statement by Mike Rouse.
And the only way it's not going to happen again Hang on, he said thank you very much and I appreciate it.
He didn't walk off the interview.
It's not one of those classics stood up there ripped off the microphone.
If you weren't watching on video, on video you saw the subtle CNN jump cut, where there was a jump in that little clip there.
Why was there a jump there, Jeff?
Yeah, well what the activist from CNN was trying to do is he was trying to act like as soon as Trump was confronted he hung up.
I found the part that is about that and it's when they start asking with that question until Trump hangs up.
It's seven minutes and three seconds long and the NPR guy asked nine questions about it and they're trying to make it think that it looks bad.
I watched it.
It's one of the best interviews Trump has done in a long time.
It took me back to when he's arguing with the press.
He should actually do more of this stuff.
Unedited, it was awesome.
Well, isn't this why people, when they see me, one of the first things they say, if they haven't read my books, they say, I love it when you went on CNN.
Oh, all the time.
The Don Lemon.
What is this guy's name?
That's how I found out who you were.
Oh, really?
From the hits?
OK, so let's just understand what CNN did.
First, he's like a little child.
What is this guy's name?
The guy who's the host?
The activist from CNN.
If he's going to call Trump, then...
The guy from Mar-a-Lago.
He's the activist from CNN.
The activist from CNN.
I like that.
The activist.
He looks like a grandmother.
Those glasses.
Mr. Activist, change the glasses.
You look like an old spinster, okay?
So, Anderson Cooper, who we will refer to as the activist.
First, he says, the man from Mar-a-Lago.
To which, Eric, what did you say when you heard that phrase earlier?
I honestly don't even remember what I said, but I remember that.
Oh, was it John?
Was it you?
Yes, I just had a better idea.
We should make merch of that.
That would be... Oh, the man from Mar-a-Lago!
Bing!
Shh!
Don't tell anybody!
Shh!
Tell Randy now.
We want t-shirts with the... Oh, we gotta have with the shades.
It's gotta be the gangster shades, okay?
President Trump.
Oh no, what about that photograph?
Do you remember that famous photograph on the South Lawn?
It's dark, blue suit, red tie.
Red tie is pulled down and he's holding a MAGA hat and he's striding.
How about that?
The man from Mar-a-Lago.
You remember that photograph?
And then 2024 below it.
Okay, bingo.
Shh, don't tell anybody.
Get on the phone now with Rami!
That's our next new project.
The man, what a child he is.
Anderson Cooper, you're a pathetic little high school clicker.
I can't say President Trump.
I can't say Donald Trump.
I can't even say Mr. Trump.
I'm going to say a man from Mar-a-Lago.
You're pathetic.
You're risible.
Look it up, because you don't know what it means, do you, Mr. Vanderbilt?
He's a Vanderbilt, isn't he?
Yes.
He's a Vanderbilt.
I'm going to call you the man from the Vanderbilt clan.
How's that for you, you petulant, churlish little twit?
Okay.
And let's post the whole interview.
Can you find the whole interview?
Let's do the whole seven minutes.
Let's post it on all our platforms.
Twitter, Getter, Instagram, Facebook.
Because it's the good old days.
It's President Trump taking on the lying media.
You know?
You gotta do it.
I only did it, why?
Because it's so easy to crush.
That moment on live TV where I kept looking at my watch just to embarrass Chris Cuomo.
He kept asking me about a tweet, about a tweet.
And I said, Chris, we've been doing this interview.
It was supposed to be a three minute hit.
We've been doing this interview for 14 minutes and you're still asking me about a tweet?
And when he said, I'm sorry, I'm just reliving this because it's so much fun.
Presume I know nothing.
And my response?
Yes, Chris.
We will presume that you know nothing.
But where is he now?
Where are the Cuomo brothers, by the way?
They've disappeared, haven't they?
Goodbye.
At least for now.
Okay, let's continue our discussion.

Now let's continue the discussion of the insanity that's happening out there.
Let's go to somebody who's from, well, a place where she knows What shortages are really like and how they are the function of... Oh my gosh, the call board just exploded.
Guys, let's pick up those phones.
Let's listen to this cut from a York, Pennsylvania local TV news station and just a local resident reacting to empty shelves.
Play cut.
Cut nine.
Sherry Bay, the York resident, says she's noticed everyday necessities like milk, bread, and canned soups have been missing from stores.
At Carnes, cat food is no longer in stock.
How does that make you feel?
Like I live in a foreign country.
Like I, you know, live in the Soviet Union and we are having everything rationed out.
It's remarkable.
I mean, truly, it took years.
It took years for the Malays, the Cartarian Malays to be created.
Lack of statesmanship.
It is incredible that it took years.
In this case, months.
But there is no responsibility taken.
Perhaps the most striking thing of this administration, from Afghanistan, To inflation, to the price of gas, to empty shelves.
Who's been fired?
Has anybody been fired?
I know people have left.
I mean, people are running for the exits, especially people who are on Kamala's team.
I mean, every day it seems like another person has resigned.
But who's been fired for Afghanistan?
Who's been fired for 300,000 shipping containers off the coast of LA?
Who's been fired for gas prices in California spiking at almost $7 a gallon?
Who's been fired for 2 million illegal aliens in one calendar year crossing the border?
Who's been fired for the 13 warfighters murdered in Kabul needlessly?
Who's been fired because, again, Little Kim in North Korea is launching ballistic missiles over the Sea of Japan?
Nobody.
Nobody's even had the decency to resign.
That's who they are.
They have no honor.
Filth.
With no honor.
But we're here, and we're gonna win.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is American First on the Salem Radio Network, coming to you from the ReliefFactor.com studios.

I've got that audio cut, by the way.
Which audio cut?
This one.
I shouldn't be out right now.
Oh, good, good, good.
So that's... I'll just call that cut 12.
What's his name?
It's written there, John.
It's Luther Trent.
Luther Trent.
It's Baltimore.
Luther.
All right, will you ask Cassio to post...
Cut nine.
Yep.
Cut ten.
And then... Oh, cut five!
My gosh, yeah.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
So good.
Can you find the link to the whole NPR thing?
All I have is what they put up so far.
They're doing it in segments.
The seven minutes?
Yeah, I got it.
Can you send that to me?
Yeah.
Thanks.
I've got a title in mind for Boyle.
Um...
Something about the Hillary Cheney thing?
Will Hillary run with Liz Cheney as VP?
Yeah.
Right.
45 seconds.
You're on Twitter, right?
I am.
H Von Spakovsky.
Correct.
Okay.
Sinema won by about 2.4% by the way.
I got some excitement, so yeah.
Alright.
We've got Israel here and that's it.
Okay.
Okay, and you're referring to that as cut 12?
Yeah.
Okay, sounds good.
Luther what?
What was it?
Luther... Luther Trent.

It made her eyebrows a topic of international comment for at least 24 hours, but it's not the cosmetic surgery or the makeup that was important.
It was what she was saying.
Here's a reminder of what the Speaker of the House had to say about elections in America and who the really bad guys are.
Cut 11.
What is important right now is how we protect and defend the Constitution and the voting rights.
What they are doing, and you pointed out very clearly, and I thank you for that, that they are not only suppressing the vote, suppressing the vote, they are nullifying elections.
Saying, well, it doesn't matter who gets more votes, it matters who the three people we appoint to analyze that, what they decide.
Let's ask somebody who is actually a professional in the field, who served as a commissioner on the FEC, Senior Legal Fellow at the Conservative Mothership, the Heritage Foundation.
Welcome back to America First, Hans von Spakovsky.
Thanks for having me back.
Let me ask just a neutral, naive question.
Is there Wide-scale, by anybody, wide-scale voter suppression in America.
There's not even a little bit of voter suppression.
Nancy Pelosi was just talking nonsense.
And people don't have to rely on my opinion.
Take a look at the census report on the last presidential election.
We had the highest turnout in a presidential election since 1992.
And we had the highest voter registration rate beating the last four or five presidential elections.
So what are the rough numbers?
We had a putative 80 million for Biden.
We had 74 million for the incumbent.
That's not a lot of suppressed votes.
No, it's not.
Like I said, it was the highest turnout in this century.
So the highest mass number.
Yeah.
When you ask them, they keep using that expression, vote suppression.
If you ask them, well give us some examples of people who were kept from registering to vote, kept from voting, that they can't give you any.
A record of those who have suppressed votes in the last century.
I'm going to talk about this on my Newsmax show.
There is one party that wanted to prevent the Civil Rights Act.
There was one party that wanted to prevent the additional amendments for citizenship for black Americans.
There was a party that wanted to prevent voting rights for black Americans.
There was a party that filibustered for 70 days.
70 days to prevent the Civil Rights Act in 1964.
I think you know the answer to that question.
Hans, which party was that?
That was the Democratic Party.
Okay.
So let's talk about the suppression of fair elections.
How about that?
Will you explain the severity, the significance of the threat of the Democrat proposals under the HR1, is it?
SR1?
Well, there are three bills, although there's two that they've been fighting about today.
The Freedom to Vote Act, that's the Klobuchar, Senator Klobuchar bill.
And HR4, that's the John Lewis, that's the John Lewis bill.
How significant are these bills?
Uh... they would lead to a complete federal takeover and uh... micromanagement of the election system in this country and the rules governing elections and uh... the rules that they want to put in place
And the state rules they want to get rid of would make it, frankly, that the bill ought to be called the Freedom of Cheat Act because they would do things like gut voter ID laws, require states to allow same-day voter registration.
When election officials have no opportunity to actually check the accuracy.
It's got all kinds of other provisions.
It severely restricts the ability of states to clean up their voter rolls, take off people who've died or moved away.
I mean, it's just one bad rule after another.
If I went into a bank and I said, I don't want you to check my identity when I cash a check or whether I have money in your account, What's the point of that?
It's fraud, correct?
Yeah, yeah.
It makes fraud easy.
So is there any, in any of these acts, is there any justification?
I know this sounds naive, you know, the dumb question.
Is there any justification given why we don't want to clean voter rolls?
Why we don't want to check IDs?
Why we don't want to make sure that you're actually allowed to vote when you register on the day of the election?
Is there anything actually listed?
They make claims that are untrue.
I mean, for example, they claim that voter ID laws prevent people from voting, particularly minority voters.
That is a lie.
I don't know what else to call it.
We've had record minority voting, have we not?
Yes, and the states that have ID laws They've had them for years, and not only has turnout not gone down, it's gone up.
Georgia is a good example.
Georgia's ID law was first in place in 2008.
Black turnout went up in the state.
They've had record registration, record turnout, and by the way, Georgia in the last three elections, they've had a higher percentage of their voters turn out to vote than New York, which has no ID requirements.
I'm gonna ask the cynical question now, hopefully not the naive one.
How politicized is the Running a fair elections, is it, you know, we have to have our guys in charge to make sure everything is minimized in terms of fraud?
Because if they put their commissioners in place, if they have their county officials, then we just lose the fight.
Are we really, in America today, is it really a question of who's running the elections?
Is it that sad?
Well, it is in some places, but the way to avoid that is to have, for example, have poll watchers from both parties in all the polling places, and to have rules in place, like some states do, that say that you have to have at least two officials who are running the polling places, one from each political party.
That's the way to do that.
Very necessary to have good rules in place that, yeah, make sure everybody who's eligible is able to vote, but ensure that we don't get illegitimate votes.
And these bills...
Are trying to get rid of any and all rules that would prevent folks who shouldn't be voting to prevent fraud from being able to detect or deter it.
Maximalizing the possibility of fraud, basically.
Yes, that's exactly it.
I have to say, on your point of, you know, you've got to have a full court press, speaking to those who ran campaigns in Virginia in the last election, We managed to win, I think, in large part because of the anti-CRT backlash, but also because we had literally thousands of people volunteer who had never volunteered before, especially from the Asian community who said, I've never done politics.
Can I help?
Guys, that's what we need everywhere.
Are you listening?
You have to make it as hard as possible for them to cheat.
We'll be back with Hans von Spakovsky after these messages.
this is America First.
America First
I'm told that he's the wrong skin color to get medical.
Oh, I mean, we have the video cut of that.
We do?
I mean, I think we do.
Let me make sure.
Oh, yeah.
This?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
This thing.
Yes.
How long is that?
It's just 20 seconds.
Good.
I'm going to tee that up.
Okay.
Yep.
What is that?
That's the... The rationing.
The Tucker thing.
Yeah.
Do we have the B-roll of McDonald's?
Oh, shoot.
No.
Do you need it for... Not this for when we're done with hands.
How long of it do you want?
So I can just talk through it.
Alright, let me grab it.
Can you play again the cut 8?
Conspiracy world, this notion of motivated reasoning is so powerful, right?
We all have motivated reasoning.
Something happens and we want to take this new piece of information and use it to confirm our own priors, our own beliefs, and make us, you know, what we already think seem true and make the other side seem bad.
So if you want a conspiracy about January 6th, and you don't want to think, my team, the MAGA guys, we were the ones who stormed the Capitol.
We killed cops.
We're domestic terrorists.
We're the bad guy.
I cut three.
At what point does the administration say, you know what, this strategy isn't working.
We're going to change strategies.
Six former administration officials last week wrote that open letter urging the administration to change course, to change strategy.
Is it time?
It is time for us to do what we have been doing and that time is every day.
What did she even say?
It is time for us to do what we've been doing, and that time is every day.
That's good.
That's tautology times itself.
Wow.
That's a doozy.
I'm going to save that one.
Oh, can you get the image of Hans' can you get the image of Hans' book?
Hang on.
It should be there.
Who's counting?
No, no, no.
Our broken elections.
Oh, whoops.
I think so?
Question mark?
Hang on.
Because I don't have mine here to wave.
Five stars!
There it is.
Well done.
Okay, one minute.
Alright, I'm going to tee up the Texas thing, but I'm going to mention the book first.
Okay, we'll tee up the Texas.
Yeah, and I'm going to mention Locals at the top.
Locals at the top, alright.
Yep, Locals and Relief here.
Yeah, I edited two of the flubs out of the... Great.
I think there were three, I think.
Yes, I'll go... I'll listen to it some other time.
Thanks.
Not that long, so... Alright, standing by.
Oh!
Where's... Oh, it's Jeff.
Okay.

We are back with the Heritage Foundation's Hans von Scof...
Spakovsky, former FEC Commissioner, author, most recently, it's a brand new book, it is co-authored with John Fahnd, Our Broken Elections, How the Left Changed the Way You Vote.
You've got to check it out right now.
However, you have been branching out into other fields, To do with the Constitution in America, and to tee up my next topic, it's from something you've written for the Heritage Foundation, just a shocking video from Texas from an individual who was trying to get, I think it was monoclonal antibody treatment, and he was told a specific reason for why he couldn't get it.
So I'm not going to be able to get it today?
Because I don't qualify?
What if I, like, smoke and vape?
I heard that was a... No, negative.
No?
Okay.
What if I were black and Hispanic?
What?
Then I'd be able to qualify?
Yeah.
Okay.
I'm being denied medical service because of my race?
Is that...?
That's the criteria.
The nurse says, yes, that's the criteria.
How is that possible in America, Hans?
Well, it's occurring, but it's highly illegal.
It violates federal law.
The Civil Rights Act specifically prohibits discrimination on the basis of race.
And one of the titles of the Civil Rights Act applies to any state program that is receiving federal funds.
And as you know, Billions and billions of dollars have gone to the states for these COVID treatments.
So this is highly illegal besides being highly immoral.
But the problem is that the Biden administration is approving this.
The Civil Rights Division of the Justice Department.
That's where I worked.
They should immediately be filing lawsuits against the states that are doing this.
States like New York, if this is happening in Texas.
They need to sue to prevent this, and of course, they're not doing it.
But hang on, are they doing it because this is what the Biden administration approves of?
Yes, the FDA actually issued guidelines saying they should be doing this.
You know, what is so... I mean, look, it's not just illegal and immoral, but it has no basis In medicine or science, as you know, the things that are going to make you suffer more than other folks are everything from age to immune system deficiencies, race, It has absolutely nothing to do on how much you're going to suffer.
Now, look, any kind of discrimination is bad, Sebastian.
I certainly agree.
But look, if I'm discriminated against in college admissions, well, yeah, I may not get into an Ivy League school.
If I'm discriminated against in employment, I may not get hired.
Those are bad, and that needs to stop.
But this is discrimination that may kill people.
It's truly shocking, but what choice do people have?
Is somebody who wants treatment not going to suddenly hire a lawyer in Sioux, Texas?
Well, no, but what ought to happen is, for example, Republican members of Congress need to go after the head of the Civil Rights Division, Kristen Clark, for approving this kind of behavior and not fulfilling her oath to enforce the Civil Rights Act.
And I think state attorney generals, if this is happening in Texas, Ken Paxton, the state attorney general, needs to go after anyone that's engaging in this kind of behavior.
He's been a guest on our show.
Ken, are you listening?
Attorney General Paxton, Of all places where it should not be happening, it should not be happening in Texas.
We're talking to Hans von Spakovsky.
We've got a minute left.
Let's go back to your primary concern, and that's these new bills, the attempt to federalize elections in America.
Isn't this unconstitutional?
I mean, don't the state's own constitutions say that they have the right, the state houses should be running the elections?
Look, the problem is these bills, like the Freedom of Vote Act, it's huge.
It's 600 pages.
And there are many provisions in it that I think are unconstitutional.
There are others that may not be unconstitutional, even though they're really bad policies.
So if these bills were to pass, I have no doubt lawsuits would get filed, and I have no doubt that the Supreme Court would end up throwing out Parts of the bill, but others unfortunately would survive because remember what Justice Scalia once said, there are lots of things done by Congress that may be constitutional even though they're stupid.
The great, great Justice Scalia, you are sorely missed.
The book is Our Broken Elections, How the Left Changed the Way You Vote.

If I'm a naughty boy, if I'm late to work, Eric, what do I sometimes ask for you to grab for me if I'm hungry?
A big mac and a filet of fish from McDonald's.
Or a quarter pounder with cheese, right?
And in all cases, no pickles.
No pickles, yes.
I'll leave the pickles for Jeff.
He loves his pickles.
But I might have to change my purveyor of fast food because of this story out of Canada.
I thought it was America first, but it is Canada.
And it is absolutely shocking.
The Ronald McDonald houses, these are, I think these are what?
These are temporary accommodations for low-income families.
And up north, Our northerly neighbours are being rather fascistic about poor people if they're not vaccinated or if their children aren't vaccinated.
So this is the video.
Do we have the sound or is the sound too hard to hear here?
No.
Just play the video.
We can see it online.
But this is a father.
Who has been told by the administrator at a Ronald McDonald house that if his children, he has a five-year-old child who's standing behind him, having fun, just playing, not understanding what's going on, they will be evicted.
Yeah.
They'll be kicked out of that charity home for those in need, for those in trouble.
It's quite shocking really.
I'm so glad somebody filmed it.
Please, there comes the little child.
It's playing like a little frog.
And the child is not vaccinated.
The father doesn't want to vaccinate the child because he knows the science.
He knows the morbidity for children, the mortality rate is 0.05 from COVID.
Let's post the whole thing.
It's hard to hear, so we can't use it on radio, but we'll post the whole video on our Twitter and Facebook feeds and maybe I mean, McDonald's isn't a Canadian company.
It's an international one.
Maybe they should feel what you think about it.
Maybe you should send a message to them.
I've tweeted at them.
I've sent them the video.
And maybe we should consider boycotting this company because of its associated charity.
It's not the McDonald's charity, but it is the Ronald McDonald Homes.
Because if you're doing apartheid, this is health segregation.
This is apartheid.
For the poorest in society, those most in need, it's a bloody outrage.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Joe, Illinois.
Welcome to America First.
Mr. Sebb, Dr. G. Hey.
Yeah.
Thank God for our former boss who brought forth to this country Yeah.
you know, Project Warp Speed, and whether you're, you know, for the shot or not, which I happen to take one, the mandates are gone.
Yeah.
You know, I mean, where does this stop?
They're going to mandate this.
They're going to start to mandate other things.
That's not what Trump was about, you know.
No, and he's made it clear, you know, I'm so glad you raised this issue because a lot of people are, oh my gosh, Ann Coulter, just, I mean, she has just, somebody needs to put her in a straitjacket because she's gone totally loopy, her recent posts.
President Trump in his recent interviews, he was explicit.
He is pro-vaccine as a choice, like you made a choice, and he is anti-the-mandate.
He's 75 years old.
He's a little overweight.
He has taken a decision to take the vaccine.
As is his right to do so, but not to mandate it for all Americans.
So yes, we have to be grateful for those he put on the Supreme Court, not Kavanaugh, but Gorsuch and Amy Coney Barrett, who sided with the good guys in that six to three vote today.
Joe, so I don't want to know personal details about your health, but you know, you've taken the vaccine.
Was that a hard decision?
Was that something you took?
It was a very hard decision for me.
I'm an airline worker and I spoke with you before and I love Big Macs.
Pickles or no pickles?
He likes the pickles.
Yeah, anyways, you know, he was the best boss this country ever had.
Yeah, he was something else, guys, and the economy he created.
Well, thank you for serving this nation, keeping us safe in the air.
Stay on the line, Joe.
Let's give Joe and America first hand, and our buddies have dialed in.
Let's go to Ray in Livermore, and then in the next segment, we'll talk to Aaron.
We've got two minutes for you, Ray.
Welcome!
Happy New Year!
Happy New Year, Dr. G. The communist Chinese virus has found me as an unvaxxed person of 58 years old.
What?
Did they ambush you?
Was it in the tall grass?
What happened, Ray?
It must have been.
I was out on long range patrol, but they managed to find me anyway.
Deep behind enemy lines.
But I just want to say this.
A person who's assuming the seat of the presidency, it's not a dark winter.
I'm not overrunning hospitals.
It's not a pandemic of the unvaxxed.
In fact, I didn't even think I had it until my wife insisted I take a test.
And so my symptoms do not align with what they've been telling everyone.
I never lost my taste.
So you didn't have massive boils?
The plague didn't come and attack you everywhere?
No, sir.
A little swimmy head, some sore eyes, some body aches.
What did you take?
Did you take any therapeutics?
No, because I didn't know I had it.
I was about four or five days into this before I tested.
And I've just been zinc, vitamin D, some aspirin.
And then just doubling up on my balance of nature.
So I'm doing good, Dr. G. Good for you.
Guys, I learned this from Mr. G. Zinc every single day, not just under COVID.
And I was like you.
I don't know what variant I had.
It was Christmas before last.
So it must have been, you know, the OG variant.
And I had I had a runny nose, a runny nose at first, and then a little bit of fatigue.
So Ray, you can't keep a good man.
They ambushed him in the tall grass.
They got him.
But he didn't even know they got him, because that's who Ray is.
God bless you, Ray!
Happy New Year!
This is America First, coming to you from the reliefactor.com studio.

And I'm going to use the Cut 12, the audio of Trent.
And then we're going to go to Aaron.
How long is that cut, John?
That cut, I think, is like 33 seconds.
Let me check real quick.
You gotta set it up.
Oh yeah, I know.
I don't know what he played, because his podcast isn't up yet, so I had to find it somewhere else.
Oh, where did you find it?
Fox 45, it was the local TV.
Was it a video cut?
cut it's such a story It's unbelievable.
It's so insane.
So insane.
Alright, 30 seconds.
Love ya, baby.
Okay.
Oh, baby. baby.
Oh, baby.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G.
Who doesn't love a good law and order cop procedural?
You know, like from your childhood.
Who loves you, baby?
Kojak.
What a classic.
A little bit of Columbo or maybe a little bit of Hawaiian law enforcement.
Book him, Danno.
How about a...
A perpetrator, a bad guy, who says, don't let me out of prison!
This isn't a crime drama.
This is real.
This is from Baltimore.
I heard this today.
An individual called Luther Trent tried to burn his girlfriend to death with two other people.
He was charged with a triple attempted homicide.
He failed and he got a 10 year sentence.
Hang on!
Calm down!
I haven't finished setting it up.
Ten year sentence.
Luther Trent served five months and they just let him out and this is his response.
I shouldn't be out right now.
That tells anybody that, oh, I can go shoot somebody, or I can go attempt to shoot somebody, and I'll be completely fine.
I was just charged with 18 different counts.
I was dropped the 10, and then I was dropped the 1, when I shouldn't be out right now.
Do you think that you deserve to be out of jail?
Personally, yes.
But on a principal note, no.
I disrupted somebody's life.
I traumatized somebody.
For real, for real.
I was expecting a good time.
Marilyn Mosby in Baltimore said, AAAH!
Triple homicide or attempted homicide.
Off you go, five months.
Sheer insanity.
That's why you've got to save this nation.
Let's go to Aaron Merriland, our good friend.
Happy New Year, Aaron.
Happy New Year to you too, Dr. G. Unexpected segue.
And Marilyn Mosby and the police force and the verdicts and the plea deals like that are why we have just laid to rest on a Baltimore's finest as of about Monday of this week.
That homicide where a Baltimore County or Baltimore City cop was murdered two days before Christmas.
This is insanity and it's not why I called in, but it's repugnant and disgusting.
Unfortunately, it's a cycle of violence that is one of the best murder capitals in the United States.
Murder more.
Yeah, Murdermore.
And it's because of politicians making decisions like that one.
We've got 30 seconds left.
Tell us why you wanted to call in.
So Donald Trump is in a rockin' hard place, a strategic hard place.
If he comes out and talks about the efficacy or the lack thereof of these vaccines, he is going to be torched by the media.
And he'll be torched by every side of it.
Unfortunately, his best option is Captain Kirk.
I'm not going to play your game option at the moment.
The three-dimensional Vulcan chest.
You're absolutely right.
He's going to be pilloried from either side.
The best thing he can do, and I think he's doing it a little bit more vociferously, is it's a personal choice.
It is up to you.
That's the American way.
In consultation with your doctor, your family, and nobody else.
God bless you Aaron.
Next for a whole hour, that crazy guy, Green Beret weapons expert extraordinaire, Jim Hansen, here, one-on-one.
The End
The End The End
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.

Welcome dear friends to AmericaFest one on one.
There are certain individuals, not many in the swamp, who you wouldn't mind being in a foxhole with shoulder to shoulder in the same trench.
One of those individuals, you can tell because we invited him to be a guest host here on America First, is, of course, Jim Hansen.
And now we're putting him on the other side of the table because he is our long-form guest for this episode of One-on-One.
Uncle Jim, welcome back.
Always a pleasure, Sam.
All right.
If you're not familiar with this man, why?
What is your excuse?
He is the founder of the Security Studies Group.
Follow him on Twitter, at Jim Hanson, D.C.
His latest book is Winning the Second Civil War.
Calm down, Media Matters.
The subtitle is Without Firing a Shot, OK?
But write up the show anyway, because I love those transcripts you do for free when you get your knickers in a twist.
So get busy, get typing, OK?
Without Firing a Shot, unless you really make me mad.
Because I read the second amendment.
Ooh, that's a... It's in there.
Hang on, that's not about hunting?
No, man.
It's about overthrowing a tyrannical government.
Isn't that where America came from?
I thought that's how we did it.
Or they did it.
Right.
And if it needs to happen again, it's... That's why they put it in there.
Isn't that great?
We should send them, like, a constitution or something.
The pocket one.
You should have those.
You need one of these.
We'll send you some.
We'll sign them.
Jim and I will sign them.
Underline the important parts.
We need to do that.
Let's do that.
Let's have fun.
Okay, for those who didn't catch you last week, thank you, thank you for filling in for me.
Super, super job.
The guys enjoyed it as did our listeners.
But let's start at the beginning because this is what we do with all our long form guests.
So tell them, who is Jim Hansen?
What has he done?
And how did he get to be the head of this organization?
Wow.
The real way I got to be it was I went to the University of Wisconsin-Madison as a young 18-year-old back when UW-Mad City was the number one party school in America as rated.
Are you serious?
Number one?
This is number one by Playboy magazine.
They rated UW-Mad City number one.
I took a bunch of classes.
I took Hebrew because I was thinking about joining the IDF.
I took Astronomy and Calculus.
Okay, stop.
Can you just explain that?
Why were you going to join the Israeli Defense Forces?
Because of Entebbe.
It's the greatest commando raid in history.
Are you circumcised?
Yeah, and I could learn how to speak the alphabet.
So I had a buddy, my unit in the British intelligence reserves, went to serve with the, what do they call them, multinational, MFO, the MFO in the Sinai.
And he fell in love with an Israeli.
I wanted to.
Age 32, he had to get circumcised.
I don't know!
Please don't go there.
So I'm taking Hebrew, I'm taking Calc, I'm thinking about all those things.
Top party school in the country.
I got five incompletes.
That's impressive.
My dad was not impressed.
Who is a Vietnam vet and West Point grad?
No way!
Yeah, two tours in Vietnam.
So he got the envelope and he opens it up and he looks at it and looks at me and looks at it again and looks at me, crumples it up, throws it in the fireplace and says, you need to find a place to live and a job because I'm not paying for school anymore.
So you were out!
He kicked me out and said, you might want to consider joining the army because they can't fire your lazy butt.
You're joking.
That's how it happens.
Five incompletes, dad kicks you out, join the army.
That is a good story.
It's a great one.
It should be a recruiting commercial because, I mean, after that, things got better.
All right, so let's start with what did your dad do?
Who did he serve with?
He was with 11th ACR and he was on the incursion into Cambodia.
And he was with First ID, Big Red 1.
Big Red 1, I've been there.
Two full tours.
Very cool.
Yeah, it was bad times for our team, but he served his and set an example.
All right, so you go in.
Where did you end up?
Explain that to everybody.
Well, I thought maybe, you know, you take the test to come in.
I literally maxed it.
I got the top score.
I'm a wicked smart.
But I go back to the recruiter and the recruiter says to me, hey, you know, you maxed the score.
You could have any MOS, any job you want in the Army.
Any specialty, right.
And he looks at me and says, how tall are you?
I said, I'm 6'2".
He says, you want to be an MP?
I can polish my helmet!
How does that work?
You know?
I'm like, no.
So I got this station tech controller.
It was a tech job.
It was like troubleshooting global circuits to make sure everything was up, right?
And I did that for a little while and I was like, this isn't really cool.
And so I was like, I should be, you know, a ramp-jumping, door-kicking, slim-waisted, barrel-chested freedom fighter.
And so I went to the Q course and joined the first special forces.
Meaning the special forces qualification course.
Yep.
And that was fun.
We fought a lot of the drug war.
We fought some insurgencies in the Pacific Rim.
And after that got to the point where we'd done all I was seen doing.
I took early retirement and I've been playing in the civilian world since.
What was your specialty?
I mean, everybody cross trains, but what did you do?
I was a weapons guy.
I wrote a great piece, actually.
It was funny.
I wrote it in the back of a C-130 on the way to the Philippines in a Stenopad.
Remember those?
Government issued Stenopads.
And I wrote a piece called, The A-Team in Support of the Special Forces Weapons Sergeant.
Because all the other specialties are literally just support.
To make sure the weapons guy, you know, the captain's there to blame in case you break an international treaty.
The warrant officer's there to do crossword puzzles.
The medic.
The medic takes care of STDs or potentially things like that.
Engineers to carry heavy things.
Right?
And it's hilarious.
And it went viral via fax machine.
Are you kidding?
Because think about it.
There was nothing no other way.
Was it one of the ones with the curly paper?
Yeah, all that.
And literally went around to all the groups and you'd ask a lot of SF guys and they'll remember that thing because it was pretty hilarious.
Was it Mr. X?
Was it pseudonymous?
No, it was me.
I was dumb enough to put my name out there.
Oh, funny.
Did you get any grief?
Only from people who I don't like.
Who didn't have a sense of humor?
Yeah!
And aggravating them was part of the point.
So, early retirement.
Then what happens to Jim?
Then Jim decides he should do some civilian stuff.
And my dad, at that point, ran an executive search firm.
And so I went and worked with him for a while.
And then I moved into that on my own.
And did a lot of stuff there.
So you were doing your own executive search?
Yeah, yeah.
We did it for some pretty big defense contractors and other places.
And I actually did diversity search back in the day.
What?
And it showed me... You're part of the problem!
Are you woke?
I'm totally de-woke.
I made a lot of money doing it.
De-woke.
I like that.
Or anti-woke.
Or based.
I mean, the real thing's based.
It's red-pilled.
But, exactly.
But yeah, I made a bunch of money doing it and then I got just disgusted with the idea of finding the top 25 people for the job and then eliminating them because they were bald white guys.
Right.
And then going down and dropping the standards.
So that was already happening back when?
Back in, gosh, 90s.
Late 90s.
Wow.
Yeah, probably right around, yeah, late 90s.
Then what?
Then I got into, came back to DC and did some things.
Pete Hegseth, before he became a Fox News talking mass of hair gel.
Yeah, I said that.
Hegseth, I said that.
We've got it on tape, Pete, we're gonna send it to you, okay?
Him and David Bellavia, who eventually was awarded the Medal of Honor, at that point had vets for freedom, so I did some stuff with them for a while, and that brought me back to the swamp, and then I was like, you know, I'm smarter than the rest of the people I see doing this think tank stuff.
I should write some wicked stuff and do that, and been playing that game for pretty much since then.
So for those who aren't familiar with my prior existence, so I've done the think tank circuit.
I actually worked at RAND for a year back in 1999.
And you know what blows me away?
90%, 95% of the think tanks in this city aren't worth spit, Jim.
Oh, I know.
And the tens, the hundreds of millions of dollars.
Yeah.
And it's just lazy, safe thinking.
Even at RAND, which isn't a classic think tank, it's an FFRDC, so it's Federally Funded Research and Development Corporation.
Even there, It was just, on Friday afternoon, you had to have the right project code to fill in your timesheets, you had to, oh this is the Air Force project, this is the Army Chief of Staff, and it was just, everything we did was safe.
Anybody who came up with an idea, it was like, Huh.
Oh no.
Oh, oh, that's, we, no, we don't do that.
That could cause some heartburn for someone.
Right.
We kind of, I took the, in, in kind of, you know, matching my personality, I took the provocateur end of things.
And so we started working information operations and things like that.
So what we would do is try to find a position that A, publicly could disrupt and move the, the Overton window of that conversation toward the direction we wanted.
Right.
So that the eventual policy would be closer to what we wanted by staking out a position that people are like, holy crap!
Maybe we won't do that, we'll do this.
You push it wider out so you create an AOR in which you can actually plant something.
And yeah, we had to figure out how to do that in a way that made sense and still it was a viable alternative.
It was just the most extreme viable alternative.
That was kind of where we staked it out.
And then we did a lot of stuff that people wouldn't know about because it was info ops and they weren't supposed to.
So we were moving things on the Iran deal and Muslim Brotherhood.
The Abraham Accords.
We were working with some of the Arab states to try and socialize the idea of peace.
Maybe Israel isn't so bad since Iran is.
And a lot of that was privately funded, but it was coordinated with people who were working that in the Trump administration.
Mentioning Israel, guys, if you haven't done so already, please join us.
Dinesh, D'Souza and myself.
It's the Stand With Israel tour later this year.
Ten days, November 30th, December 9th.
If you've never been to Israel, you've got to come.
If you've been before, it doesn't matter, you haven't been with me and Dinesh.
It's gonna be the trip of a lifetime.

Jim Hansen, DC.
The latest book is Winning the Second Civil War, with or without firing a shot.
That's the third edition.
I like that.
But let's talk about the state of the U.S.
military.
You know, you've served, you've served with BRAG.
I spent five years as a DoD civilian, still associated with the Q course of BRAG.
Let's just remind the world who is the most senior military official in the most powerful nation in the world.
Play cuts.
First of all, on the issue of critical race theory, et cetera, I'll obviously have to get much smarter on whatever the theory is.
But I do think it's important, actually, for those of us in uniform to be open-minded and be widely read.
And the United States Military Academy is a university.
And it is important that we train and we understand.
And I want to understand white rage.
And I'm white.
And I want to understand it.
So you could just call him a fat moron, but we don't need to go quite there.
But just that one sentence.
This is Mark Milley, the chairman of the Joint Chiefs, the most senior military officer in America, who actually said there, I don't know what critical race theory is, but it's important and I'm happy West Point teaches it.
You know, if West Point was teaching it as commie propaganda you need to understand, good!
But he's too stupid to know that.
But that's not how they're teaching it.
No, they're teaching it as something that should be taken seriously because there is white rage and white supremacy and white privilege and all these other things that they now are agreeing in the military are reducing the ability of black and other Troops of color.
Talk.
Troops of color.
From achieving what they should.
And that's garbage.
There is no more meritocratic institution in our country.
By definition.
It always has been.
And the idea that somehow we need to ruin it like they're trying to ruin the rest of the country is the most dangerous thing I see going on from a national security perspective right now.
So I've been a guest lecturer on the 18 Alpha Q course for, I don't know, maybe a decade now.
Also the Senior Warrant 180 Alpha course.
I tell you guys, I love the young officers, but I tell you, the Senior Warrants and the NCOs, when a guy said eight tours in the sandbox, I'm not going there to teach him anything.
I'm going there to listen to these guys because they're like fonts of common sense.
So I stay in touch with the guys there.
I'm hearing really bad stuff.
Last time I went, the young captain who was running the course, who was the head of the cadre, he had to, and he's a good guy, I know he's a good guy, but he had to officially screen me, okay?
There had to be a paper trail in the emails that the former deputy assistant to the president wasn't going to be political.
I'm not sure the Harvard professors who are invited down there are politically screened, but I was politically screened.
And I'm hearing offline that the wokeness is even affecting Bragg's capacity to do his job.
What are you hearing?
Oh, the same thing.
And the problem is Millie's being political.
You know, CRT and the rest of that, our political agendas are an ideology to push socialism on this country under cover of academic nonsense.
Hey, before we go though, you talked about the young officers and how they should listen to the NCOs.
The first Special Forces team room I walked into as a brand new cherry from the Q course, junior weapons guy, had a plaque on the wall, right?
And it perfectly embodied that.
It said, shut up, sir.
We'll throw you a pen when we need you to sign something.
That was on the wall behind the captain's desk.
Oh, that's good.
Because the captain comes to the team, you know, and he may have commanded an infantry company before that, but he hasn't done anything in special forces.
So the idea is shut up, let the people who know what they're doing do that.
And then what happened when the captain on that team earned the trust of the team, they'd take the sign down.
Oh, really?
Yeah, he went from being the detachment commander, which is the official title, to the team leader, which is what his title is in the T.O.E., in the actual thing.
So you had to earn that.
That's fascinating.
I know, isn't it great?
I thought that was the coolest thing in the world.
And who makes the decision?
The most senior enlisted?
Team Sergeant.
Team Sergeant.
Yeah, Team Sergeant was there.
I mean, because the warrant officer was doing crossword puzzles.
He's not about to get bothered with anything like that.
They are very serious.
That is too funny.
Okay, so where does this end?
Because, you know, we've had Kurt Schlichter, you know, you and Kurt are of a mind on most things, and he just has, the next president has to fire all the GOs, all the general officers.
At least a third of them.
You gotta take a swath out of that.
And what you gotta do is in the defense bill, the NDAA, the first year of a new Republican president needs to have diversity, equity, and inclusion budget cut by half.
And just say, we're not going to do that, because that's not the focus of this.
We're going to put that money back into training.
And what about, we've seen it with the Marines, for a while they had a commandant who pushed back, but we've seen it now with Rangers and other specialized qualification courses, the issue of standards.
I mean, how do we fix that?
Well, you can fix it because it's a regulation.
It's a question of saying, okay, this is right.
And it does now say, we will not drop the standards to push more black people or women or whatever through that.
But they do.
And so since they're doing it, you don't have to actually change the regulation.
You have to hold people accountable for gaming it.
And you can do that.
There is oversight.
There's congressional oversight.
There's executive oversight.
There's oversight at the Pentagon.
And if you put somebody at the Pentagon who's willing to do that and have an IG who says, if I catch you, Dropping standards to push somebody through a course that is not qualified to do that job, you're gone.
And you can do it.
None of that requires anything but will.
And then the long term consequences, if we red team this a little bit, if they look at the last 10 months, 12 months from Beijing, from Moscow, from Tehran, from Pyongyang, what are they thinking about America right now, Jim?
Easy target.
And it's not even that we're an easy target, it's everything else.
All of the things they've wanted to do.
Hey, that was good.
Right, because we're not going to protect or help.
No, we're not going to do anything.
We're going to send a memo.
You know what I mean?
With Trump, you always knew one thing.
You didn't know what he was going to do.
And consequently, they had to worry because he had the full might and power of the United States military behind him.
And he might just blow you up.
That needs to be in the back of every tyrant's mind.
I had a great idea, because those are what I do.
That's why I ran a think tank, is that every year at the State of the Union speech, the president should present the Wheel of Woe, and it should be a pie chart of the biggest tyrants in the world.
Oh, I like that.
People who have already earned some sort of a whoopin', right?
And then you'd give them a piece of the pie based on how big a loser they are.
Right.
And then at the end of the State of the Union, the president spins the wheel, and whoever it lands on, he pushes the button and tomahawks fly.
You are a troublemaker.
I have really, really great ideas.
Who do we get to spin it?
Should it be Nancy?
Should we get Nancy to spin it?
Oh, wouldn't she hate that?
Wouldn't that be fun?
Madam Speaker!
I wanted Melania to put it, just because.
Yes, I like that.
Not to diminish her as a person in any way, I just wanted to watch her.
Baron!
Dude, he could stand down on the floor of Congress and reach up.
What is he, like, nine feet tall now?
He's getting to be pretty tall.
How did that happen?
I know, I know.
He's massive.
He is.
I love it.

So you have been active, Jim, in an area that, to some, is scary.
Gives them the heebie-jeebies.
So you have been active, Jim, in an area that to some is scary.
Gives them the heebie-jeebies.
And it's an area that our domestic enemy, and I will use that phrase because if you hate America, you are our enemy, has become really good at.
Not because they're experts, but because the capacity and the ecosystem they've built over decades.
And, of course, that's information warfare.
So let's talk about that a little bit.
Why is it that conservatives...
I think it's a very good thing.
They're not even in the beta stage.
I mean, they're in the cradle sucking their thumb.
They got their binky.
Toddlers throwing a tantrum.
Right.
And they don't do IO.
I mean, if you think of, just let's think of January 6th for a second.
Okay.
If, no, let's go back.
A call I had.
After January 6th, we had, what, 14,000 National Guard deploy, 12-foot high fences, it looked like Checkpoint Charlie, DC was Berlin in 1970, razor wire, razor wire, okay guys, not barbed, razor wire atop the 12-foot fences, and the caller rang in and said, as we were seeing these images of the, you know, the convoys, the caravans coming from the south, with the Let Me In Biden t-shirts, the caller calls in to this show and says,
Why doesn't the GOP just buy a thousand Let Me In Nancy t-shirts?
And we stand at the 12-foot fence in front of the National Guard and have people take photographs.
I thought, dude, you should be doing I.O.
in the bowels of, you know, the CIA.
Fort Pelosi tour guide.
Right.
Seriously.
But what did the GOP do about that?
Nothing.
Zilch.
None.
So can you first diagnose, is it the old sort of, well we're too busy being individuals and making money.
Why do conservatives not do IO?
I think that is... Or just PR!
Yeah, well, because the creative class is mostly on the left, and that grew out of... But why?
Because in 1945, in 1950, it was ours.
And it was all, you know, Hungarian Jews in Hollywood.
I mean, it was all emigres who loved America and made those amazing films.
So what?
We just kind of surrendered the territory?
Basically.
You know, if you look at what happened, it was the universities and the leftist intelligentsia, you know, invaded those places and used them because they understood the value of the culture war.
And we were more, you know, if you're if you're wicked smart on the conservative side, you generally go into business.
You know, and that's just a thing.
So I think we've now recognized that we've been losing that war so badly that we have to do something about it.
And so, you know, we have to get over the whole thing that people always say on the right, eagles don't flock, right?
Yeah, but lions hunt in a pride, right?
So let's start ripping those hyenas and jackals of the left, the woke left, into shreds when they come in our people.
So if they come at anybody, the whole pride has to come.
Because you've seen that, everybody's seen the video, the one lion and a pack of hyenas getting the crap kicked out of it.
Right.
Until the rest of the Pride show's on.
Right.
And then they go, squallering off.
Well, that has to be our thing, and information's one piece of that.
Tell me if I'm wrong, because the only thing, I mean, there's these odd little, you know, snippets and lone actors, but right now, the only nascent thing I see, and right now they've got, I think, one and a half movies under their belt, they had the run, hide, fight, And now Gina Carano's Western, which I'm still waiting to see, come on Gina, tell him to get it out, is the Daily Wire.
I'm not seeing any serious concerted, concerted effort to create good fiction content.
Right, and one of the things I talk about in Winning the Second Civil War is making our culture popular.
Let's not worry about it.
Because our culture is cooler than the left.
The left is all touchy-feely emotional.
Okay, for rom-coms and stuff like that, good.
But do you really want your hero in the action movie crying?
I don't!
And neither do most of the people who want action movies.
So run, hide, fight!
My wife is a paratrooper.
I'm an SF guy.
We watched that movie.
I haven't seen it.
Dude, watch it.
I'm just going to tell you.
Quality.
It's not a good conservative movie.
It's a damn good movie.
That's the issue.
Period.
We don't want to bang them over the head.
No.
We want it to be a good story that has the values.
And that's what it is?
They are 100% there.
And again, it's not like a religious movie where she's stopping to pray.
Before I shoot and kill you because you're bad guys, I must pray for you.
And not to knock that.
Because religious people are at least doing it.
But this was entertaining from the sitting-on-the-edge-of-your-seat action flick.
And that's what we need more of.
But yeah, that's my question.
Is one company enough?
Oh, absolutely not.
And there's more people trying.
Nick Searcy.
Great guy.
100% awesome human being.
I actually hate you as one of the guests when I guest hosted for you.
Has Capital Punishment out, which is entertaining propaganda.
It's a documentary, but it's superbly done.
And he even injects humor.
I mean, it's a bloody serious topic, but he also injects humor.
Yeah, I mean, we met with him, Sam and I met with him out in Hollywood when he was still cutting the final cut.
And it was funny!
I just, I kept stopping.
I'm going, dude, you really are going to do that.
And it works.
Because entertaining the people will get them to listen to your message.
Oh, that's good.
And so you got to do both.
That's good, that's good.

Let's talk about January 6th.
So, let's talk about Scaffold Commander.
Let's talk about Ray Epps.
Here's a little cut from January 6th that really needs some explication.
Play cut.
We gotta fill up the Capitol!
Come on!
Come here!
Come here!
We need help!
We're gonna fill up the Capitol!
They got in!
Come on!
Move forward!
Come on!
Move forward!
Climb up over the wall!
Get into those bleachers!
So we've got a guy who's taking operational command at the top of a scaffolding outside the Capitol, with a megaphone shouting, we're in, we're in, move forward, get over the fence, over the bleachers, and then we've got re-eps.
Do we have the re-eps cut?
I'm gonna put it out there, I'm probably gonna go to jail for it, okay?
Tomorrow, we need to go into the Capitol!
Into the Capitol!
Peaceful!
Fed!
Fed On the FBI's most wanted list, and then suddenly disappeared.
And then Nancy, day before yesterday, says he's not an asset of the FBI.
Oh, so after four years of Russia, Russia, Russia, Nancy's the person we're going to listen to, Jim, right?
She's not credible.
But I mean, you got to understand, both those guys are in solitary confinement in the Gulag, right?
Deep, deep, deep labor camp.
Wait, they're not?
No.
Ray Epps is walking free.
And the other guy, do we even know his name?
Scaffold commander.
That's absurd.
Now, here's the thing.
When the January 6th committee came out with their statement, they said something very particular.
And specific.
Go ahead.
They interviewed him and he told us.
They didn't say he testified under oath.
Correct.
Which is a very massive distinction.
That is under penalty of perjury.
What he did was, hey Ray, you a fed?
No.
Hey, Seb, you a commie?
No.
Hey, Seb, you don't do that.
Hey, kid, did you take that cookie?
No.
What, me?
Oh, that's debunked.
And now every news outlet on the left is running with this Ted Cruz conspiracy theory debunked.
Come on.
All right, so talk to us, you know, as a national security professional, somebody who served this nation in and out of uniform.
What's your gut?
Let's not go with, you know, this happened.
What's your gut with January 6th?
Because I was there listening to the president.
I didn't go to Congress.
They've subpoenaed my phone records anyway.
Interesting.
I haven't been accused of any crime, but I guess that's Nancy's America.
So what do you think happened on January 6th?
Well, first of all, your crime was being a conservative.
As was everybody else there, and that's kind of the game.
I think there was some organic anger that spilled over into some violence and then a lot of people trespassing while wearing Trump gear.
I also think there was some federal informants and other people in there because there's no other explanation that fits the facts.
Right.
You know, with all the effort they put into finding everyone, every grandmother who took a selfie in the capital rotunda, Literally.
You've got a SWAT raid at her house, but they can't find Scaffold Commander, and all of a sudden Ray Epps is pleading himself out of being any involvement in this.
It doesn't make sense.
Occam's Razor says that that is most likely they were affiliated somewhere, and so let's find out.
Do you think there's a possibility?
Yeah, and we're not going to, not with this committee.
We've got to win the midterms.
Then we'll see about the GOP doing anything serious.
Do you think, it's pretty clear if you look at the governor of Minnesota case, Michigan, Whitmer, you look at the Whitmer case it is just totally imploded because everything that was instigated was instigated by a CI or a Fed so the whole case is collapsed, the quote-unquote kidnapping case.
Do you think It's just a lot of C.I.s, a lot of assets were there, or do you have a suspicion that there was active provocateur, agent provocateurs?
Well, I think in some cases that was the same thing.
I think some of those C.I.s, you're getting paid.
All right.
Those guys, let's not forget that they pay C.I.s handsomely.
And a lot of these people are losers who don't have any other way to make a living.
So if you don't have something worth telling the agents about who are running you, Yeah!
And that's what happened in the Whitmer case.
We ended up with a couple dozen feds looking around at a couple mouth-breathing idiots and saying, why don't we kidnap Whitmer?
Hell yeah, let's get her!
Drinking beer and talking smack.
So I think there was an element of that where they had to create it.
And I don't think overall that the feds had a plan where they thought they could get the Capitol stormed and this whole thing.
But I think in the end, the deep state got lucky.
Right, and then now they're just exploiting it.
Now, and look at what they're doing.
Now they're forming new task forces to fight domestic extremism.
All they wanted was an excuse to crack down on their political enemies, and now they got it.
And with, you know, I'm gonna have fun.
I really hope they subpoena me personally, but now they're going after Andy Sarabian, who wasn't even there on January the 6th.
Do you think the J6 committee, and what Nancy and Adam Schiff and everybody else is doing, do you think this is going to be an own goal this year in the midterm?
I saw one of those focus groups they do, and it was leftists and Democrats, right?
And they brought in a bunch of moderates.
So what do you think about January 6th?
And they're like, what?
Really?
Oh, yeah.
Because NSNBC, that's all they play every morning.
But who watches MSNBC?
You know, the several hundred left-wing buttheads who watch that don't consider, you know, they're already out in their own swamp.
The latest figures for CNN, guys, got to mention, 80% drop in viewing.
It's got to be, you know, the relatives of the staff or something that are watching it.
That's about it.
All right.

The End
What do we do?
Because, you know, that is... When Zuckerberg is dropping half a bill on privatizing the elections, this is perhaps the biggest threat to our democracy.
And that was... We need to outlaw that.
The Federal Election Commission needs to do a couple things.
Number one, outlaw that.
You can't have private money being used by actual election officials to do Democrat outreach.
That's absurd.
The other thing they need to do is when...
That's a very good way of phrasing it.
It's hard sometimes to get a grip on what happened.
We have private funds, hundreds of millions, that are funding official election officers to do outreach to Democrat voters, from putting Democrat ballot drop boxes in predominantly Democrat districts, to doing the curing of Democrat ballots, which means fixing them if they weren't quite legible and going to that Democrat voter to fix the ballot after they voted, privately funded.
So I just wanted to, you know, that's a nice way of phrasing it.
Carry on. - The second piece is the FEC needs to declare and make a ruling that when Twitter or Facebook or somebody attacks and bans or suspends a Republican politician, that we need to examine whether the same standards were applied to Democrats.
Like, take Marjorie Taylor Greene.
She got banned for garbage.
Twitter didn't even follow its own terms of service.
The nice thing was, at your event last night for Freedom Square, my wife, Samantha Narove, had a chance to talk with Marjorie Taylor Greene.
and is going to Twitter to personally intervene based on the fact that, number one, they didn't follow their terms of service, and number two, do you really want the FEC looking at whether your biased application of your terms of service is an in-kind contribution to Democrats?
Because if you're only doing it to one side, if all your mistakes fall on one side, mistakes of banning people fall on one side, or if all of your bans fall on one side, is that not a contribution in kind to their opponent?
But the idea that you're going to, you know, ask the question, are you doing this equally to Democrats?
Does that get you the remediation you're looking for, given the 230 immunity and everything else?
Doesn't there have to be a more radical solution, either public utilities or breaking them up?
What's the Jim Hansen ideal scenario?
Yes, to all of them.
Yes, declare them a commodity and say that you cannot bar people for political ideas.
Yes, pull 230 because it's just been abused.
Yes, go ahead and break up Facebook and some of these other places because they control much too much of Facebook.
It controls way too much online advertising.
Twitter is a place where all the thought leaders are.
But they use algorithms to control what ideas trend, and that's in some ways a monopoly or a commodity in a way that stops the free flow of ideas.
And they don't have a right to do that.
They have a right to operate.
Once they get to that level of control, I think it's time to use all the tools of state power in a way that's very unconservative to stop something that could actually damage the whole republic.
I like that argument.
Is it a contribution in kind?
That could be very, very fruitful.
