in the last two weeks we have developed hundreds of military we have deployed
i should say hundreds of military doctors and nurses to staff the hospitals in our states that are overrun and overworked because of unvaccinated covid 19 patients primarily It's the unvaccinated!
The story hasn't changed!
Welcome back!
Happy New Year to all of our millions of listeners across the nation!
It is so good to be back in the chair, in front of the mic, live in studio, coming to you from the reliefactor.com studio, just outside the insalubrious fetid swamp.
Looks a little bit cleaner today, because it's covered in snow, but it's still a stinking swamp.
And I'm your host, Sebastian Gorka, former strategist of President Trump, and currently, because I guess Biden's too much of a coward to kick me off that one.
Member of the National Security Education Board of the Pentagon, have to say thank you, thank you, thank you to the three guest hosts who filled in while I was away.
While I wasn't, I was listening to the show because...
I just couldn't miss it!
It was too much fun.
Of course, Chris Stegall, Morgan Zegers, first time ever hosting a national radio show, and our good buddy Uncle Jimbo Jim Hansen.
Have to ask Mr. G. Mr. G, what is the verdict on our guest... We debated who should guest host for a long time.
A long time, right?
Hours!
Hours!
What's the verdict from the professional?
I thought it was three very solid, good feeling shows.
I was very impressed.
Yeah, because you know my rule.
Gotta have people that the guests know.
People who've been on the show.
No strangers!
That's my rule.
People who you know and you trust and you did a great job.
Especially Morgan.
Wow, wow, wow.
First time ever.
And Chris.
I feel so bad.
I didn't realize.
Chris has taken the whole week off!
And there I was saying, hey, would you do this for me?
And he said, yes!
And I listened, because that's what I did.
I'm not a workaholic, but it was fun.
OK, guys, so much to discuss today.
The left is melting down because We've created a social media alternative and it's working and Joe Rogan is saying get off Twitter.
We're going to discuss.
I listened three hours long to the Dr. Malone interview with Joe Rogan.
Absolutely fascinating.
We've reached out to the good doctor.
He should be joining me, God willing, on my Newsmax show this Sunday.
We're going to talk about the latest Just announcements with regards to the White House policy on vaccinations and masks.
We're going to talk about my subpoena.
Yes, Verizon are giving up my phone data to Nancy's witch hunt commission.
The anniversary will be in just two days time of the events of January 6.
Jeff is going to tell us about his story, about his travels this weekend.
Fascinating, fascinating.
And I've got a story.
From, of course, the post office.
It's a good one.
It's a fun one.
Happened yesterday.
We'll share that with you.
And then the third hour of the show, guys, don't you dare go anywhere.
My old boss.
My White House colleague, Steve Bannon, for the whole hour one-on-one exclusive interview.

Bannon, third hour of the day.
We'll have Lord Black with us.
We're going to have Phil Kirpin on the latest updates on the COVID insanity as well.
And your calls on 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
But let's talk about Twitter for a second, if I may.
Let's talk about MTG.
Marjorie Taylor Greene, Fourteenth District, Georgia, who is an incumbent.
She is a member of Congress in our capital, representing her constituents.
And she posted on Twitter some figures from the VAERS database.
This is the adverse reaction data.
So it's just a neutral collection of information of people who have a bad reaction to vaccines or anything in particular that's related to a given disease.
She posted that data and was permanently deleted.
Her Twitter account Gone is a sitting member of Congress.
What does the left think about that?
Well, who better to represent the insanity of the left than a man who actually used to be funny many, many years ago before Donald Trump broke him.
It's Stephen Colbert.
Cut one.
Yesterday, Twitter permanently suspended Green's personal account.
I didn't see that coming.
I did not see that coming.
That's right.
She is out of there!
I need help here, Jeff.
I'm an immigrant.
I need my American born and bred team to assist me here.
Is there any show on our side, Conservatives, where somebody loses their civil rights, such as the First Amendment, and the audience Cheers?
Is there one?
Or how about the way this happens like once a week?
There's always something that he announces and the crowd goes nuts.
But is there any, I mean, you know me, I don't like Alex Jones.
I think he's, you know, just a media whore.
But is there anybody who does that where the audience shows how mindlessly indoctrinated seals they are?
None that I can think of.
Okay.
And that's Jeff.
That's Mr. G. So he should know.
Okay.
So, Marjorie Taylor Greene for Posting Data.
It's deleted.
How about this person?
Let's put this buffer up.
Let's put this account up.
It's from somebody called Eugene, official Eugene Collins.
Okay?
It says on his bio, he's got 89 followers, official Eugene 7-1.
Write that down on Twitter, please.
Official Eugene 7.
Thankful for my life.
My incredible lover.
My family.
Gratitude.
Compassion!
Empathy!
I mix records of the house music variety.
And one of his... Well, I'll share that later.
This individual DM'd me.
Sent a message on Twitter reacting to one of my tweets about the politicization of the General Corps.
And this was his response.
I'm going to have to edit it because it is disgusting.
It is foul.
You are such a gigantic piece of... excrement.
A dumb F fat loser.
A traitor to our country.
A cuckold that cannot get an erection anymore.
Parenthesis fact.
Weird.
That's just...
Creepy.
Why don't you get off Twitter, you worthless piece of... excrement, and go say that to any one of those generals' faces.
By the way, I have.
You never even served, you fat, effing... um, female cat.
Which is wrong, I have actually served in the British Army in five and a half years as a DoD civilian.
Seriously, go F yourself, and if we ever meet in person, this is the funniest part, you will never forget it.
Yeah, because I'm going to laugh my head off, Eugene.
Dot, dot, dot, coward!
Go watch your wife get F'd by real men.
Now, why are they always sexually just deranged?
And then, why do they post things?
Because three tweets down on his Twitter feed, he says this three days before Christmas.
I hope you have an amazing day.
You matter.
You are important to the world and those around you.
Hashtag love.
Hashtag compassion.
Hashtag empathy.
Put that man's account back up on the screen.
If you're on Twitter, maybe you want to tell him what you think.
He is, of course, the individual known as OfficialEugene7.
Compassion.
Empathy.
Psycho.
Official Eugene 7. Official Eugene
7. - And, and, and, But this sicko isn't, yeah.
Mic's on.
Yeah.
Okay.
All right, what is it you said?
Did you tell Kirpin what we want to talk to him about?
It was what he asked about.
Oh, he asked?
Okay, good.
It's about HHS didn't send it for Jenner on out for 10 days saying it didn't work and it does work and just that type of stuff.
Okay, and then we've got the Cuomo statements.
Just a moment here.
And you're going to do every hour of the Salem TV, right?
Yeah.
So both cases have been dropped.
The sexual assault and the old people.
That was just the investigation.
Can't say I'm surprised, unfortunately.
He probably thinks this will be his excuse to try to make a political comeback at some point.
I got a good one, too.
My, uh, my buddy's family, uh, one of their, one person in their family got COVID like last week.
And it was the only person who had had like all the boosters there.
Yeah.
It's, it's just, why would you even do it?
I like who said it?
Somebody said it.
I think a caller said it to Chris today.
He said, it's a great tagline.
If the boost, if the vaccines work, behave like they do.
Wouldn't that be interesting?
It's not even, it's that you get three shots and you still get it.
Right.
So why are you getting the shot?
Right.
It's like, well, you know, you don't, it's not, there's zero, you know, it's less hospitalization.
I said, well, you're talking about 20 year old.
Yeah.
There's zero chance of hospitalization as it is.
They never give the real numbers of it too.
Of like the people hospitalized, vaccinated, unvaccinated.
I don't, I don't think we can get real numbers today.
I mean, everything's so garbage.
It's Jeff with Sebastian Gorka.
It's just a wild... I just don't... Good.
Just remember the mics are live on Rumble during the commercial break.
Sorry.
Do you do Israel and C then?
Because... We didn't do Israel there.
Oh, yeah, yeah, yeah.
We'll do it in C, yeah.
Okay.
Will you put your headphones?
Because I want to ask you about your travel.
Sure.
Before we talk to Phil.
Can you give me Phil?
Mic's are on.
50 seconds.
Mr. Kirpin!
How are you, Dr. G?
Happy New Year!
How we doing in the Kirpin clan?
Well, I'm alright.
The kids have been home yesterday and today.
They're supposedly going to school tomorrow.
We'll hope that holds.
So, you know, better, I guess, than the million kids or whatever it is out of school this week because of the teachers' union.
Thank you.
Thank you.
by Stand With Israel Tour.
were.
We'd like to bring you additional stories, things you can't access anywhere else.
Mr. G was on vacation at the weekend.
He went traveling and he texted me something fascinating, I think yesterday or this morning.
You traveled by a thing that flies, right?
By plane?
Yes, airplane.
So you had to go through a, not a private airport, not a private plane, you went through commercial.
Yep.
And what did you do as you were in the airport?
I was walking around and I noticed, after I was there for a few minutes, about half the people that had their masks, they were below the nose.
So I'm thinking, what's the point?
And I started noticing some people not wearing them.
I took mine off, did this on the return, nobody said anything.
Not the plane, but in the airport.
Hang on, did you go through security without a mask?
On the way back, yes I did.
And what happened?
I don't know how I got lucky, nobody said a thing.
It's unbelievable.
Well, that is truly, truly fast.
I think the conclusion is what?
People have had enough?
People have had enough.
My wife's theory is all the lunatics that are so afraid of Omicron didn't travel, so it's only normal people traveling.
Stop it!

Somebody who is a truth-teller extraordinaire when it comes to the question of COVID is, of course, our good friend Phil Kirpin.
He is the president of the Committee to Unleash Prosperity.
You can find him at Kirpin on Twitter, K-E-R-P-E-N.
Phil, Happy New Year!
Hey, Happy New Year.
Great to be with you.
So we have to talk about all kinds of things.
We have to... Hey, first things first.
Did you watch the three-hour interview between Dr. Maloney and Joe Rogan?
I've only seen clips.
I've not watched the whole thing yet.
Okay.
I watched it yesterday and today.
You have to watch it.
I'm going to analyze the whole thing on my show tomorrow.
Absolutely fascinating.
This guy who is the inventor of the mRNA vaccine He is so well connected.
He's talking about, oh, when COVID broke out, I was talking to my CIA contact in Wuhan.
He's had multiple contracts with DITRA, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency.
Joe Rogan, not a doctor, not a PhD, but the fact that he gets people like Malone who have been deleted from Twitter onto his show for three hours.
Let's put the link up right now, Eric.
Let's put the link up.
There's an account on Rumble that has the full three hours.
Watch it after my show.
Right now, let's talk to Phil.
Phil, you said to me in the break as we were coming on, there is a story that just broke that should be the story of the year.
Will you explain to us the significance of the HHS and Regeneron story?
Yeah, Regeneron is the monoclonal antibody drug.
You remember that President Trump had it?
Yes.
And he felt better within a day or two.
And then, of course, you know, liberals had to hate it after that, basically, because it worked so well for President Trump.
And Ron DeSantis deployed it very, very effectively over the summer in Florida.
They set up clinics all over the state to keep people out of the hospital.
They went in, they either got the... You can get it as an infusion, or they can give it as four subdermal shots in your arm.
There's two different ways to do it, but basically, It's about 70 or 80 percent effective against the Delta variant in reduction of hospitalization and death.
And I've had a lot of people who told me, I felt terrible.
I went and I got the Regeneron.
I felt better like right away.
I could feel a difference.
And so it's a very, very effective medicine.
But this isn't a vaccine.
This is a therapeutic.
Yes, yes, yes.
But because we now live in a quasi-Soviet state, the distribution of this medicine is entirely controlled by the federal government.
It is illegal to purchase outside of the federal government.
The federal government is the only purchaser of this medicine, and they are the only distributor of it.
Under Trump, it was privately distributed by a regular commercial distributor, AmerisourceBergen, Doctors, clinics, whoever could order it, not under Biden.
Under Biden, the way this works is HHS weekly decides how much of each therapeutic, including Regeneron, goes to each state, and they put out a list of the numbers, and that's it, and that's the only way to get it.
And Soviet-type distribution systems are prone to catastrophic error.
You won't be surprised to learn, and the geniuses at the CDC and the NIH advised HHS There's no more Delta variant.
It's all gone.
It's only Omicron now.
And we don't think Regeneron will work with Omicron, so block all shipments.
Zero shipments anywhere.
And they did it, I think, December 17th is when it started.
They finally started shipping again yesterday, so it was more than two weeks.
So hang on a second, let's just stop here.
We're not at war.
The government hasn't nationalized the medical industry or factories, but there is a crucial drug that is privately developed, privately manufactured, and HHS can shut down its use in America?
Yes, they are the monopoly purchasers and distributors of all of the antibody drugs.
There are four different manufacturers that make these, Regeneron being the most significant and the most successful of them, but Eli Lilly also has a product.
GlaxoSmithKline has a product that does work for Omicron, so that's the one that they were trying to stockpile earlier, and then there's one also from AstraZeneca now.
Think about this for a second.
If government stood back and said, we're going to do this the normal way, the four companies can compete, they'll sell the private insurance, they'll sell, it'll be ordered through regular distributors, they would be competing like crazy.
There would be no shortages of any of these, and doctors would be using the one that they think is most appropriate for the individual.
But instead we have this insane bureaucratic system, and because they falsely believed that there was no more Delta variant in the United States, when there was actually quite a lot, and it was hospitalizing and killing quite a lot of people, This medicine became completely unavailable anywhere in the country for two weeks.
And by the way, they admitted they were wrong.
They admitted it.
Guess how they admitted it?
They put out a press release, buried, on a website no one ever goes to, on New Year's, saying, uh, we made a mistake.
There's a lot of Delta.
We're going to start the regenerative long again.
Is there any, and I know you're also, you're always very circumspect Phil, you know I try and drag you into territories you're not comfortable with and you say no I'm gonna stick with just the day-dry no, but is it reasonable given that for 10 days this vital therapeutic was not available because the Biden administration said no don't give it to anybody, is it possible that people died because of that lack of availability?
Well, I think it's almost certain that people died.
I think that the main driver of the ICUs and deaths that we're seeing in the northern states is still the Delta variant, because we know from all of the international data that Omicron is much, much more mild.
And if you look at the very steep rise in deaths that we're seeing in the northern states, you would expect that was probably the Delta wave that they were already in before Omicron came, because unlike the South, they hadn't been through Delta yet.
And the idea that people were not able to get medicine that we have a lot of evidence is very effective, almost certainly means that people died as a result of that lack of availability.
And the other thing that's crazy about this that makes so little sense to me is almost every PCR test that's being used right now in this country that we're running by the millions can easily differentiate between Delta and Omicron because one of the target genes that they use on those tests, the S gene, It's different between those two viruses, and so it's not like you needed some genius in government to say, this region has Delta, this region doesn't.
You could be doing it on the individual patient basis, deciding which medicine's appropriate based on what that patient has.
So I do think, almost certainly, there were deaths.
It's hard to estimate how many.
Hundreds, thousands, I don't know.
But certainly some, and totally unnecessarily.
Giving you the facts and only the facts.
He is with the American Commitment Organization.
Follow him at Kirpin.
He'll be back with us after the break.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Stay on this channel.
Stay on this channel.
Can you play for me now cut to-- Cut 2.
Mic's back on.
Here's cut 2.
UK, they went from 10 to 7 days, but they are also requiring or recommending a negative test before considering yourself out of quarantine or isolation.
Are we going to do that here?
Because Dr. Fauci on CNN and ABC suggested that that's under consideration.
Is he talking out both sides of his mouth over there and you'd like to tell him just put a cork in it, Tony?
Is Colbert pissed at Fauci?
That's what I was wondering.
It's weird.
Why?
What's going on there?
Well, when you were gone, the whole left was mad when they went to five days to CDC.
Oh yeah.
They were really upset about that.
MSNBC was very upset.
They were upset that it went shorter.
Yeah.
Perfect.
All right.
And give me cut four.
If you look at the children who are hospitalized, many of them are hospitalized with COVID, as opposed to because of COVID.
And what we mean by that, if a child goes in the hospital, they automatically get tested for COVID.
And they get counted as a COVID hospitalized.
And then cut 10.
Google.
Quote COVID test near me.
Go there.
Google.
Excuse me.
COVID test near me on Google to find the nearest site where you can get a test most often and free.
Can you find a picture?
Can you do a buffer with the picture of AOC in Florida?
Let me see if I can find it.
All right.
Standby.
90 seconds, Phil.
All right.
Cut three.
No, no, no.
I'll probably tee up cut three.
Okay.
Coming in with Israel.
Israel, yeah.
Yep.
Okay.
Alright, one minute. one minute.
Alright.
Okay.
Alright.
Alright.
Alright, 20 seconds.
Stand by.
Hi, this is President Trump, and Sebastian is really a friend of mine.

We are back with the man who has really made a mission out of the last year and a half, talking the truth about COVID, getting you the real statistics.
He's Phil Kirpin.
Follow him on Twitter at Kirpin, K-E-R-P-E-N.
A little clip from the Surgeon General just to put everything in perspective.
Cut three, play cut.
It's why, you know, I think we have even more work to do here to get more children vaccinated.
We've got more than 200 million people vaccinated, fully vaccinated in our country, millions who are boosted.
But kids saying I had vaccines authorized later for them, you know, because the studies took longer to do and that was important to do thoroughly.
But now we've got to really push, put our foot on the accelerator, get our kids who are five and above vaccinated.
It's more critical than ever.
Phil, do you have any idea why he's saying that?
What is the motivation for getting five-year-olds vaccinated?
Do you have any idea?
I don't.
I think it's part of this... Yeah, I think they've sort of painted themselves into a corner by misrepresenting the risk, which is so steeply stratified.
I mean, I think the risk for someone under 18 is something like 8,200 times lower than for someone over 85.
Yeah, it's 0.05% mortality.
It's, you know, it's even difficult to calculate at that level because, you know, these tiny numbers that we have, they often have other conditions and you're splitting hairs whether COVID actually contributed or not.
And so, you know, if you take one or two of the deaths out, it drops out another whole bucket.
You're talking about such small numbers.
I mean, it's microscopic.
In fact, the way I think about it and the way I talk about it, it's not that it's harmless to children, but it's that the risk is no different than any other respiratory virus for children.
It's not a zero risk, but it is a normal risk, not something for which you should alter up in their lives in any way.
And I think the issue with these vaccines and the reason there's only about, you know, 20% of the 5 to 11 year olds in this country have had the vaccine, and that's much, much lower than all the other age groups, is I think parents look at the extremely low, functionally zero risk with COVID, and they say, We know that there are cardiac adverse events with the vaccine.
We know that there are reports of other types of adverse events.
And there's a lot of unknowns still with the brand new technology.
And so they say, we know that the COVID risk is infinitesimal.
There are a lot of unknowns with the vaccine and there are knowns.
And most parents are saying, no, I'm not going to do it.
And I think that it does a disservice to parents who I think are making a quite rational decision to just bombard them with demands that they do it and coercion in many cases.
I mean, in the city of Chicago right now, A child cannot go inside a restaurant or a gym or basically any other public place unless they're vaccinated.
The child.
That started yesterday, so it's, uh...
They're really ratcheting up the coercion pretty outrageously.
And now and again we get a peek behind the curtain when we realize just how flawed and misrepresented everything has been even on MSNBC.
This is what the vaunted Dr. Fauci had to say about children in hospital with COVID or quote-unquote with COVID.
Cut for.
If you look at the children who are hospitalized, many of them are hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID.
And what we mean by that, if a child goes in the hospital, they automatically get tested for COVID and they get counted as a COVID hospitalized individual.
When in fact they may go in for a broken leg or appendicitis or something like that.
So it's over counting the number of children who are quote hospitalized with COVID as opposed to because of COVID.
Phil, last question to you.
What is the danger after the last year and a half of the next time it's not just another respiratory condition for children, but it's something truly serious that Americans, given the way they've been treated, simply will not pay attention?
Well, you know, a lot of people talk about that as this big negative, that there's been a lot of confidence in public health, but I like to take a step back, which is I think that the fact that our CDC and other health authorities have unmasked themselves as useless and incompetent could actually be a positive, because it means that people are not going to mindlessly follow them.
And if there is a crisis of some kind that's real, I think people will seek out real information and hard data, and they'll make sensible decisions, even if Our government people missed the boat on it, and so I don't think it's the worst thing in the world that people are getting more skeptical of authority.
I like that.
I like that approach.
I think it does define most of your work.
They've been red-pilled, and you should stick to real information and the advice of your doctor.
You can get that information if you go to Twitter at Kirpin.
That's K-E-P-I-N.
P-K-E-R-P-E-N.
Happy New Year to you, Phil.

The End
- I suppose you're elsewhere.
Mic's on.
Has he been on Fox and stuff?
I think he may have been Tucker one time, but I haven't really seen him much.
Oh yeah, I think he's been on Tucker, yeah.
He was on somewhere recently, I saw, after the Rogan thing.
Title in mind for Kirpin.
Um.
The biggest COVID story yet.
Uh-huh.
Can you play Cup 5 for me?
Cut five right here.
I don't care.
I'm a grown-ass man.
Why did it come out like that?
I don't know why.
I am what I am.
I'm a grown, successful black man who a lot of people hate because then I get people seeing me and people like me in the position that I am.
To be able to share my point of view on television, it freaks people out.
And you know what?
You can kiss my behind.
I do not care.
Doesn't that happen every year?
Didn't Anderson Cooper do the same thing last year?
Clearly had a little too much money.
Cut six.
Cut six.
We've got to be aggressive in our defense of our allies.
And Ukraine, despite what you hear from Putin propagandists across the world, and yes, even here in America, despite what you hear, we have to defend our democratic allies.
That's in Poland, that's in Ukraine, that is across Eastern Europe.
The Soviet Union lost the Cold War.
They can get over it, or they can pay even more consequences.
It's that simple.
Did you see her face?
What was with her face?
I don't know.
I'm only left to remember when the left was anti-war.
Is he saying it because of her?
Because Brzezinski was Ukrainian?
Because he mentioned before he said something about back in 1980, like what Dr. Brzezinski did.
Want to come in with anything?
Uh, no, because I've got to do, um... Oh, yeah.

Oh, by the way, who was it?
Who's that sad case who wrote that letter about Fox News after he left?
Who's that sad git?
Jonah Goldberg.
Oh, Jonah Goldberg.
Did you see Jonah Goldberg on Twitter was blaming Junkin.
Was blaming Junkin for I-95.
Dude, he hasn't been sworn in yet, you sad little man.
OK.
Let's support those who actually fight the good fight.

Let's go to Judy in Brooklyn!
3-3-4-6-7-5-2.
Let's go to Judy in Brooklyn.
Happy New Year, Judy.
Hey, Happy New Year to you and everyone.
And happy anniversary because as of January 7th, three years back, that's when you started.
Do you know that?
It wasn't the 7th.
It wasn't the 7th.
It was on the 7th.
It was New Year's Day.
It was New Year's Day.
I don't know.
You started January... No, we started January the 1st.
January the 1st, my dear.
Judy, you are no longer the best listener.
Oh, that's not true.
You've been demoted.
I think Brent or Antoinette or John or Dave may have just beaten you.
You put your foot right in it.
First day back in the studio, Judy.
What are you doing?
Are you in Australian time?
Are you still on Australia?
I know you come from Australia.
Yes.
Yes.
Could I please tell you what I called you about?
And I still stand by January 7th.
I'm telling you it was January 7th.
Wrong.
There's wrong and there's Judy wrong.
Carry on!
You know what?
I always tell my kids, when I'm right, I'm right.
When I'm wrong, I'm right.
Okay?
As a good mother does.
Carry on.
Yes.
All right.
I heard you on Joe Piscopo the other day.
Uh-huh.
And I heard about the subpoena, which I know about when you said it, but when you spoke to Joe, I got emotional.
And here are my thoughts.
So she gets emotional when she's listening to Joe Piscopo, but not on my show.
I get it, Judy.
You got your favorites.
I know he's a smoothie.
I get it.
I get it.
Stop.
Stop.
I got emotional listening to you.
Listen.
Oh, you're so mean.
You're so mean.
Listen.
So here's what I want to tell you.
I thought to myself.
Sometimes, in order to achieve peace, we must fight.
And I have a prayer for you, and it goes like this, and I mean it from the bottom of my heart.
As you prepare for battle, with sword and shield, as you legally slay all the evildoers, may God be your shield and protect you as you triumph.
And this is for the honor of your parents, you, your family, and all of us good guys.
And we all love you.
Got it.
Hello?
Now I'm speechless.
Thank you, Judy.
God bless you.
You're still the best, along with many others.
Antoinette, live too!
California!
Hey!
Hey, Dr. G. Happy New Year's, and it was the 1st of January, because I was there.
Anyway, I have something for you, and this is something I used to do, so this is a combination prayer.

Another one!

What happened to... Solomon, yesterday he was having something big come out this afternoon.
Okay.
Need titles, by the way, for the prerecord and also for Bannon.
Well, I don't remember what we talked about with Bannon.
It's gotta be this, what he just put out.
Georgia opened an investigation into possible legal ballot harvesting in the 2020 election.
Okay, good.
Georgia, you said?
Yeah, Georgia.
You remember what the main topic was?
You discussed sort of how MAGA's winning a lot of that segment, and then some stories... From second term, what it's gonna be like.
You gotta know a lot.
Oh, that's right, that's right.
Steve Bannon, colon, the plan for Trump's second term.
Got it.
All right.
30 seconds.
Thank you.
Okay.
All right, 20 seconds.

Dr. G is in the house on America First.
I try to keep my pulse on everything that's going on as we're live on air.
It's not always possible.
That's why we have Mr. G texting me stuff.
But I just saw this from James Lindsay, the author of Cynical Theories.
Great, great expert on CRT.
You gotta follow him on Twitter.
His account is Conceptual James.
Conceptual James.
And he had this to say about COVID.
If the last two years have proved anything, it's that you cannot do anything helpful regarding a respiratory transmitted virus by being afraid of it and acting in accordance with that fear.
People will die, so be it.
Let us turn our wrath upon the people who unleashed it on us.
Yeah, we have a committee to investigate January 6th, the insurrection, but Nancy doesn't think we need a committee to investigate the Wuhan virus.
Tells you what their priorities are.

Spoke to some people over the Christmas break and I decided I'm going to fight legally as well as politically against Nancy.
I have hired counsel and we have filed an injunction to quash the attempt to subpoena my phone records by Nancy and her committee.
I'm going to be posting all the documents from the subpoena, my lawyer's response, because, you know, we can't let them get away with it.
That's why I did it.
So Nancy, bring it.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Stan, L.A., line 3.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Hi.
I was thinking about the insurrection, you know, January 6th.
I think what Twitter is doing is a real insurrection to shut down actual political leaders like our president and Marjorie Green, not letting them speak.
I think that's a real insurrection in the country.
Yeah, well, you know, it's definitely not good.
I don't think it equates to an armed takeover of the government, which is what an insurrection is.
But it is unconstitutional.
I completely agree.
The idea that, you know, Marjorie Taylor Greene, elected by the residents of the 14th District of Georgia, the President of the United States with 74 million votes, suddenly Loses his rights to express his opinion on a platform that is meant to be not publishing.
They are immune from that because they said they're a social media platform.
I think it's time to change that.
Next up here on America First, Lord Black, John Solomon and a whole hour with Steve Bannon.
You know you don't want to miss that.
Stay with us here on the Salem Radio Network.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Okay, mic's back on.
Oh, that's that's great.
Oh, that's great.
That's great.
Yeah.
That's great.
Okay.
Okay.
Good day.
Thank you.
Okay, cut seven.
That is, uh, this one.
We've done our work in the House, Chris.
John, he needs to be able to hear it.
Oh, sorry.
Gotcha.
There we go.
We've done our work in the House, Chris, the For the People Act, the John Lewis Voting Rights Act, and now we have to create the public sentiment that moves the senators to do their job because, Chris, as I said, This is it.
If we don't get this right, we know what we're up against.
We're up against a party that prefers violence over voting.
Okay, I might use that with a little black.
Oh, you see that?
I'm dialing.
I'm dialing him up.
five seconds hey it's Jeff with Sebastian Gorka Good, you two.
I'm going to put you on hold now.
Just remember, if he talks you into breaks, the mics are live on the rumble.
Alright?
Hang on.
Conrad, Happy New Year.
Happy New Year.
The End America First is now available on your TV and I urge you to check us out now at salemnewschannel.com or you can download the app.
You can also watch us on Roku and Fire Stick, Salem News Channel, the antidote to the lying mainstream media.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Happy New Year.
Welcome to the second hour of America First here on the Salem Radio Network with me, your host, Sebastian Gorka.
We will be joined for the whole hour in the third hour by Stephen K. Bannon.
You don't want to miss that later this hour, John Solomon.
But we open the second hour with none other than Lord Conrad Black, historian, columnist, financier, Happy New Year to you, Sebastian, and to all of your listeners.
I have so many, I have a whole sheaf of articles I would like you to comment on and then I'm going to get your reaction to my decision with regards to Nancy's Committee subpoenaing my telephone records.
I'd love to get your reaction but let's start with somebody who has suffered the injustice, the vicissitudes of the American legal system.
Your reaction to the latest news from New York that the Attorney General Letitia James ...has now demanded that Ivanka and Donald Trump Jr.
comply with subpoenas for her phishing expedition concerning the Trump Organization.
The latest news is that Ivanka and Don Jr.
have refused to comply and will be resisting those subpoenas through their attorneys.
How long can this witch hunt continue with anybody associated or related to my former boss, President Trump?
Well, I think it is an indication that the Democrats are becoming increasingly desperately aware.
That by sandbagging the former president, setting up that phony idea of a Russian collusion with him to win the 2016 election, when in fact the Clinton campaign's colluding with the Russians to some degree, and then throwing two spurious impeachments at him, holding hands, locking arms to
to completely defame him in the national political media, outspend him two to one in the campaign, alter the voting and vote counting rules in six key states to rig the election, encourage the judiciary to abdicate its role as a encourage the judiciary to abdicate its role as a co-equal branch of government and not judge the merits of any of those lawsuits on the integrity of the election itself.
Having done all of that and then attempting to present the action of a few hooligans unconnected with the Trump campaign as an attempt by Trump to conduct an insurrection They have put in place the most incompetent government in the history of the country.
Its moral, executive, and legislative authority is crumbling every day because of its own incompetence and geniality.
And all they have left is Trump hate and the Trump hate myth.
And so we fall back on the Attorney General of the State of New York, an office held by such luminaries as Eliot Spitzer.
Andrew Cuomo, in recent memory, and try to find some way of demobilizing Trump legally so that he cannot, as failing successive of such a tactic, he will do, return as President of the United States on a wave of support.
not by a hairspray that's in 2016, but a mandate to get all of those people out, get them all out.
Yeah.
You mentioned the former disgraced governor, Andrew Cuomo.
I just, I kind of predicted it, but when I see it printed in front of me on the news reports, on the very same day, both the investigation into the alleged sexual improprieties with his staff and now the both the investigation into the alleged sexual improprieties with his staff and now the Manhattan DA has closed the probe into the 15,000 nursing home I mean, At what point does, do actions like that, Lord Black,
create a constituency inside a nation whereby far too many people lose trust in the legal system?
Well, I think that's coming, but frankly I think it's necessary to come because it's a legal system that requires drastic reform.
The federal, we've discussed this on previous programs, Sebastian, but the United States is a magnificent country, let me be clear about that, but not in its justice system.
I mean, you have a 98% conviction rate in the federal system, 95% without a trial.
That is not a justice system.
It's something like what you'd get in North Korea or something like that, you know?
I mean, Cuba, a totalitarian country.
And it won't fly.
And no one's familiar with it really does have confidence in it.
But in the meantime, it is being politically abused.
We saw the political penetration of the FBI and the National and Central Intelligence Agencies in the Russia-Trump collusion fraud.
You shouldn't doubt that it's pretty easy for prosecutors armed legally, or at least ostensibly legally, with the near totalitarian powers they have to extort and suborn perjured evidence while giving an immunity from a charge of perjury to the person with the near totalitarian powers they have to extort and suborn perjured evidence That's a system that's going to be abused, and it is abused, terribly abused.
And the Democrats are in control of the prosecutorial apparatus.
A number of the majority of the country's big cities, and in Trump's home city of New York, and they're using it in a political way.
And look, to be fair, quite reputable people at times in the past have done that.
So it hasn't just started, but it's just getting worse and worse.
And in this case, it appears to be the entire program for survival in office incumbent, of the Democratic Party.
It's just to abuse the justice system and persecute their chief enemy.
It's not just an abuse of the judicial system.
It is also the abuse of the political system to be used as a quasi-judicial tool.
We are less than 48 hours away from the anniversary of the events of January the 6th and the narrative continues.
a member of Congress who to this day cannot deny he had sexual relations with a Chinese intelligence officer, had this characterization to say about the Republican Party.
This is Congressman Eric Swalwell on MSNBC.
Cut seven.
We've done our work in the House, Chris.
The For the People Act, the John Lewis Voting Rights Act.
And now we have to create the public sentiment that moves the Senators to do their job.
Because, Chris, as I said, this is it.
If we don't get this right, we know what we're up against.
We're up against a party that prefers violence over voting.
The Republican Party, according to Congressman Swalwell, is a party that prefers violence over politics.
And here is a person who shagged the socks off a Chinese female spy, nothing wrong with that in itself, but continues to be, by the intervention of Speaker Pelosi, on the House Intelligence Committee.
Yes.
I mean, a person who's a prime suspect for possible indiscretion.
Now, we don't know that.
We've got to give him the benefit of the doubt that he didn't give this Chinese agent top-secret material.
But, you know, the danger of it is evident.
And he's clearly an inappropriate person to be on that committee, just as the chairman of it, Schiff, Who simply couldn't lie straight in bed.
I don't think he's capable of uttering a truthful statement, even when asked at the correct time.
He's the chairman of it.
It's a mockery.
It's perverse.
The President, President Trump, will be speaking on the anniversary.
What would you like to hear him talk about on Thursday?
Give a rational statement of why
There was a very large gathering of his supporters who were upset by what they believed to be, with reason, with substantial reason, an improper alteration of the voting and counting system, and there was a group of hooligans who, as he warned could happen, as he advised was a potential danger, could, under cover of his legitimate
a popular political movement supported by 75 million people, come undercover of those people and then attack public property, or in this case, in fact, invade, trespass, and to some degree vandalize the U.S. Capitol. and to some degree vandalize the U.S. Capitol.
He warned about it.
The Capitol police chief, who was fired for his trouble, warned about it, asked both Mayor Bowser and Speaker Pelosi for reinforcements.
Didn't get them.
It's their fault that the damage occurred.
And what actually happened was peaceful protest, which he urged remain peaceful and lawful, Against a genuine concern about a misfunctioning of the electoral system is being construed by his opponents as his attempt at an insurrection, something for which there is no evidence, something he would not in a thousand years consider or approve of.
And the whole thing is a fraud and a pack of lies.
We shall continue with none other than Lord Conrad Black here on America First.
The End
Forget, I mean, this person, I know the mic's on, this person, I mean, everything Eric Swalwell does, you know, demonstrates he's got a double-digit IQ, but think of this, when you've got the... Single-digit.
Single-digit.
But when you've got the senior Californian senator, for 20 years has a Russian agent as her chauffeur.
The FBI knows about it, and there are zero repercussions.
I mean, that's the real story.
And this guy is listening to every cell phone call, or she has to.
Every discussion.
There's got to be thousands of them every day.
Yeah.
Stunning.
Was it Russian or Chinese?
What?
It was a chauffeur.
The chauffeur was Chinese.
Chinese, okay.
Yeah, Chinese, yeah.
What, historically, what happens when a sizable part of the population just no longer has any faith in the judicial system, Conrad? - What's that?
Well, then you get proper agitation from reform, and you get the reform.
I mean, in the end, the reassuring thing is, you know, the people do prevail in the end.
You know, I have this podcast, if you kindly refer to it.
Bill Bennett and Victor Hanson.
The other day, Victor made the point, look, the Democrats, who we all regard as effectively a lawless organization right now, not every single Democrat, but the central direction of that party, Federally.
And, you know, they have Wall Street, Silicon Valley, Hollywood, big sport, the academy from kindergarten to graduate school, almost all the media, the political media.
They have all of that, but they don't have the people.
And what's really frightening them now is they're stuck with this hopeless regime that they unlawfully riveted on the back of the country.
And Trump is sitting there reaping the benefits of every day, the collapse of its popularity.
And all I have left now is a desperation shot, I think, by sports metaphors of Hail Mary past to try and, you know, stop Trump by an abuse of the legal system, as they've done before.
Yeah.
Yeah.
I really do think it's a sign of desperation.
It's a big stakes game.
It's terrible how the whole picture has been contorted.
We're paying for it.
It's one thing to steal an election.
You know, on behalf of a person who ends up being a good president, like Rutherford Hayes or even, you know, arguably John F. Kennedy.
I'm not saying it was a staff, but get on that really long, you know.
Right, right.
Or, you know, that's one thing.
But to do it, to inflict upon the country and the world.
I agree.
Thank you.
Thank you.

I need to get you back for a full hour like we did a while ago, Lord Black.
I have so many questions to ask you.
I got two I want to try and squeeze into this segment.
First things first, and we haven't rehearsed any of this, but as somebody who's suffered the way you have, as you detail in your memoirs, I took a decision After advice from counsel over the Christmas break, first I thought, no point trying to hire a lawyer and fight Nancy with her subpoena of my phone records via Verizon.
And then somebody said to me, you know, you can't let the bastards get away with it.
Even if you can't stop the motion, you've got to file a motion.
So I have hired a not inexpensive lawyer in D.C.
We have filed a motion.
There is no other kind yet, exactly.
God bless Salem for supporting me by stomping up 50% of the cost, so thank you.
You are a good guy, Salem.
Your reaction to my decision, I hope it's not quixotic, but I think you've got to send a broadside over the bow, don't you?
Yeah, look, it is a legal question that requires, for an authoritative answer, a greater knowledge of the legal points involved than I possess.
It seems to me, it has often seemed to me, that the Congress in this kind of thing is effectively trying to arrogate unto itself the functions of the executive, effectively the administration of the law.
And I mean, I understand that in general the Congress has a right to make sure it's properly informed, and there is clearly a gray zone legally about where propriety ends, and they are Invading the realm of the executive branch's administration of justice.
But I would have thought you're in the company of Congressman Meadows, your guest for later today, Steve Bannon, and others who are challenging both the right and the motives of this completely spurious, partisan, hack job committee.
Unconstitutionally constituted, because Pelosi kicked out two of the Republicans who were put up for it by the Republican leader, who's only a few congressmen short of her in support in that chamber.
And a third of her support is basically open revolt anyway.
In all of those circumstances, I would have thought you had a very good argument.
And as long as you can, or whoever can bear the costs of it, and it's all very well for the Congress to throw money out of the windows, because it's not the money of any of the individuals pitching out the money.
But those who try and resist the government always have that problem.
But as long as you can handle it financially, then give them a run for it, because I think you'll win eventually.
Well, that was my conclusion.
At any rate, Sebastian, as you know, you can take dilatory exceptions for the next 10 months, at which point this gang will have left.
If there's any justice, they will not leave, as people ordinarily do, a legislature, but leave the way the estates did when evicted at St. Cloud by Napoleon through the windows.
Lord Black, I have to transition because I'm very curious, given the fact that with the Hollinger Group, you were a publisher of some of the biggest, most prestigious newspapers on both sides of the Atlantic.
And I'd like to discuss this maybe for an hour with you on our one on one specials.
So something Something very special has happened in the last seven days in America.
The left is going insane with the president's announcement of Truth Social, the quadrupling of the shares in his new media company.
Then we have Marjorie Taylor Greene deleted on Twitter.
We have Joe Rogan, who is the most popular podcaster in the world, telling everybody following him, 7.8 million people on Twitter, I've had enough of the censorious You know, Silicon Valley crowd, I'm going to get a follow me there.
His three hour interview with the inventor of the mRNA vaccine, Dr. Robert Malone, is deleted from YouTube.
Is this the right way to go?
Are we creating a conservative media ghetto?
Or are we potentially breaking a monopoly with these alternative platforms?
As a publisher of such repute as you were, what do you think of all of these developments?
Well, I think they're healthy and necessary.
And, of course, there was no more stentorian advocate of that kind of thing, not those particular challenges, but that kind of reduction of this cartel that exists in the social media platforms than Senator Sanders and Senator Warren until that but that kind of reduction of this cartel that exists in the social media platforms than Senator Sanders and Senator Warren until that same cartel did a very substantial part of the Herculean
And whereupon they fell as silent as Zacharias struck dumb in the temple.
And I can't say a word of criticism of that cartel, but the fact is, it is a situation that is simply not compatible with a flourishing democracy, when a few individuals, and frankly pretty un-prepossessing individuals in terms of their civic-mindedness, can simply eliminate, repress, bloodlessly repress in Stalinist manners, cause to cease
to be able to register with the world the fact of their continued existence at a whim, including the former president of the United States.
I mean, and I'd say that if they'd done this to Jimmy Carter.
Yes, it would have been wrong.
It's an outrage.
And the level of vituperation from the left, the making fun of Dr. Malone and Rogan and Goethe, isn't this indicative of perhaps how worried they may be, Lord Black?
No, they know the blowtorches on their backs now, and they're all crowding towards the lifeboats, but basically they've trapped themselves.
They threw everything they could, and they deserve full marks for ingenuity.
They did a professional job of evicting the political force they didn't like and putting in one of their own choosing.
But as is so often the case, you know, he who wins loses, and the person they chose, the people they chose, the president and vice president, are obviously completely incompetent to carry out the mission entrusted to them and will drag them all into this, and they'll all go down are obviously completely incompetent to carry out the mission entrusted to They all go down together.
They won, but it was a Pyrrhic victory.

First. - Okay.
And this month, you know, like everybody else, I'm not as busy in January as I was in December, so yeah, sure.
Because I think this whole, your perspective on this, I think something's changing in the media, and I'd love to delve into that a little bit deeper.
Well, do you see any sign that the old guard, you know, the three networks, the Post and the Times, and the two, you know, the two hostile cable networks, MS, what is it?
MSNBC.
MSNBC. Rupert Murdoch used to call it the Cuban News Network.
But they're softening it all?
No, on the contrary.
I mean, think of this.
Well, I don't see it.
Think of this.
Chris Wallace, the most detested figure on Fox.
But CNN thinks they're going to save themselves by having a pay-per-view CNN plus with Chris Wallace.
I mean, what business acumen do they have?
I would not say not to listen to that guy.
If that was what it took, I would do it.
But think about this.
Did you see I took a real shot at him?
Yes!
Yes, absolutely.
But think of this, this is a cable network, which I remember back in the 90s when you went to the Chief of Staff, when you went to the Pentagon, The only thing on the TV screens in the bowels of the Pentagon was CNN because it was real news.
It was, you know, correspondents in the Middle East covering stuff.
You know, the rockets flying over Saddam's palace.
Real stuff.
Today, Conrad, on a good night, they have 500,000 viewers.
500,000!
Which is less than a Canadian network is.
Well, I have 3 million on my radio show!
Yeah, no, I know.
I know.
And Rush Limbaugh, what did he get?
23 million.
Yeah, well, there you are.
Look, I lived in England during the first Gulf War.
All you watched was CNN.
BBC wasn't too bad, but CNN was better.
Right.
Because it was with the American forces.
Uh, you have to give it to Turner.
I mean, he's a mental case in some ways, but it was a brilliant concept.
No, it was.
No, but now...
Well, it was always liberally, at least it was a network of integrity.
And now they want people to pay extra to see Chris Wallace?
It's hilarious.
They're smoking something.
Well, look, they've got the complacency and arrogance of an outfit where all the founders checked out with their pockets full of money and just owned by a big company that doesn't monitor.
Yeah, they become vanity projects, really.
All right, gotta jump.
God bless.
Talk to you soon.
Yep.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
Yeah, it appears he might not be in studio, so we have to jump over the phone.
Okay.
And the story was... Oh, Georgia.
Georgia, Georgia, Georgia.
Yes.
30 seconds.
We're doing Stand With Israel here.
Okay.

John, Happy New Year!
Good to be with you, Sevan.
Happy New Year to you and your family and your great listeners.
Thank you kindly, John.
You always, whenever you come on the show, you've got breaking news.
Let's talk about what you've just sent me on my phone.
You've posted it on your Twitter feed.
We're reposting it right now.
Tell us what has finally occurred in the great state of Georgia, John.
Yeah, you and I have been talking for some time now.
I thought that harvesting would be the big issue in 2022, that we would go back and find out that there may have been illegal operations to use third parties to gather people's votes and deliver them to those famous ballot boxes that were put out, those mobile ballot boxes, drop boxes as we call them now.
Today, Secretary of State Brad Rauschenberger from Georgia, the man who a year ago this month said he thought Georgia had a fair and secure election.
He confirmed to me that he has opened a full scale investigation into allegations that the liberal activists, nonprofits working together with voting activists on the ground, may have gathered thousands of ballots and delivered them into those drop boxes in the November 2020 election and in may have gathered thousands of ballots and delivered them into those drop boxes in the November 2020 election and in the January 5th runoff and, of course, the Senate in January of last year.
A major revelation, amazingly, that comes out a year later.
It is based on video footage, which I've seen, cell phone geospatial data showing these activists going to the boxes, and the testimonial statements of one participant who admits he participated in a large-scale effort in Georgia to deliver ballots illegally. and the testimonial statements of one participant who admits he So you are not allowed under Georgia law or Pennsylvania law, Wisconsin law, Arizona law, to take another person's ballot and drop it into a box or gather lots of people's ballots and offer to deliver them.
That is unlawful to do.
The allegations that True the Vote, a group run by Kathryn Engelbrecht, have put together are pretty compelling.
I've seen some of the video footage.
You see people at one o'clock in the morning, Seb, Walking with stacks of ballots this high, trying to stuff them into a box at 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning.
What are they doing there at 1 or 2 o'clock in the morning?
Probably something nefarious.
Isn't Georgia also the state where we have the footage of the poll workers after the GOP observers are hushed, you know, pushed out of the building, pulling suitcases of ballots from under a table?
Isn't that the same state?
We do.
We know what those ballots were, though.
Well, they shouldn't have been stored under a table.
That's bad security practices.
Those ballots were regular absentee ballots.
We've confirmed that.
There was an investigation into that.
But listen, Georgia had a lot of problems.
As Brad Rassenberger now says, Fulton County, Atlanta, had all sorts of mismanagement so bad that he's now seeking state control of Fulton County.
He's gonna remove Fulton County's election administrators and the state's gonna run the next couple of elections.
So this builds on that very ugly picture of elections in Georgia.
If there were a widespread harvesting campaign, the data that True the Vote puts out there, they believe that there were 242 people who engaged in ballot harvesting that made more than 5,000 deliveries of ballots You're talking 50, 60, 70,000 ballots potentially that could have clearly changed the election When the spread between Joe Biden and Donald Trump was less than 12,000 votes.
But, given his behavior in the last year, couldn't this just be a CYA move from Ratzenberger, John?
I don't think so.
You know, when you look at the history of Brad Rauschenberg, he doesn't get a lot of credit because a lot of the Trump people are mad at him, but in 2019 he went to the legislature saying, I think Democrats want to do illegal harvesting.
Our laws are a little mushy.
I believe we should strengthen the law.
And he got that law strengthened to make it explicit.
There's no interpretation that could be made.
Fascinating.
harvesting is not illegal in the state.
He then got sued by Mark Elias and Stacey Abrams and others.
He won that lawsuit to say that the ban on harvesting belongs.
Now, one of the things he did is he required the counties, when they put these ballot boxes out there, to put cameras.
He and his team never went out and looked at those cameras.
I think that's a legitimate criticism of him.
But the fact that he's now looking at the evidence now, I think he's taking it seriously.
Fascinating.
This is an issue.
Stay with us for more from John Solomon.
The End
The End Sorry, mics are back on.
What video is that for?
Black.
Oh, oh, okay.
What president of J6.
Okay, mic's back on.
So you, uh, mics are back on.
So you spoke to Rastenberger?
Hang on, I need his mic.
There we go, there we go.
Yes, sorry.
Sorry, go ahead.
I did.
I interviewed him for 30 minutes on the record, on my podcast, so everybody can hear it.
And how did he sound?
Uh, you know, he's serious about this.
This is something that he has always worried was going to happen in Georgia.
And now that the evidence is there and there, you know, I think the most compelling piece of this is true of the vote beyond the data, the phone data and the video footage, they actually got a guy said, yeah, I did it.
This is how we did it.
This is who we worked with.
20, 30, 40, 50, a hundred of us.
That's very compelling.
If you're an investigator like my sense is he's taking this very seriously.
I can, in the next segment, ask me about other states where I'm pretty certain now that there's enough data to show it happened in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Arizona.
Have you interviewed Catherine?
Well, she doesn't want to talk about things right now, but I'm very familiar with her complaint.
I obtained a copy of her complaint, so I know the details of it, and all that's in the story.
It's a very detailed, careful piece of work by her group.
Eric, I sent you something urgent to print.
Can you bring it in to me?
Yeah, I'm working on it now.
Yeah, literally, it broke just before I got on your show, so timing was great.
I'm just filing right now, before 5 o'clock, my move to quash the Nancy subpoena on my phone records, so we're having fun.
Unreal.
Yep.
It's interesting.
Breaking news.
Manchin says he's not talking to the White House.
Yeah, and also thinks it's a big lift to get rid of the filibuster.
I think he's going to hold the line like he did on BBB.
Interesting.
Yeah.
If there's a movie made like Ghostbusters, it'll be called Biden Busters, and he'll be Bill Murray.
All right, 90 seconds.
Standby.
All right, what are we doing here?
Locals and relief.
Locals and Relief Thanks One minute.
And it's done.
Thank you.
Eric?
Yes?
I'm not doing any media tonight, right?
Um, let me check today's... Oh no, you said... Well, am I?
It's Tuesday, let me see.
If the calendar loads... No, nothing tonight.
Okay, great.

I've got a question to ask you on another topic but let's just finish the discussion on this breaking news from Georgia by the investigation of ballot harvesting.
What other states do you expect to see similar imminent developments in?
Arizona, there's already been a half dozen people very quietly indicted for it, and there are now signs in the court documents that maybe they're looking at a much larger conspiracy, like the one that Kathleen Engelbrecht and Drew the Vote are mentioning in Georgia.
And I believe Wisconsin will be the next one where we'll hear evidence in the next few weeks that there may have been some harvesting there.
And then I think the last thing to watch, Pennsylvania.
A lot of the reporting I've done talking to liberal activists told me they believe they ran a harvesting operation in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh as well.
Well, which would have been illegal, right?
It would have been.
In fact, I think the governor recently admitted his wife illegally delivered his vote.
Had to apologize for that in the last election.
Yes, it's well known to be illegal in Pennsylvania.
Perfect, perfect.
Jay Solomon reports.
This is Twitter handle.
Okay, let's shift gears.
You are a media maven.
You have written work for anybody who is anybody in the legacy media.
You had enough with the distortion into a kind of political activism instead of journalism.
You created your own setup, justinews.com.
With that perspective, I want to continue the discussion I had with Lord Black moments ago, who was the head of the most successful newspaper group in the world, Hollinger, with the Daily Telegraph, the national post in Canada.
And I asked him to react to this question.
The last few days, John, in America, especially Silicon Valley and the legacy media, people have gone nuts.
I mean, just absolutely crazy, with the quadrupling of the share asset valuation of the holding company where President Trump is building his truth social, with the complete deletion of Robert Malone, Dr Malone's account on Twitter, Marjorie Taylor Greene, the deletion on YouTube of Dr Malone, the inventor of the MNRA vaccines interview with Joe Rogan deleted, and then Joe Rogan
With 7.8 million followers on Twitter saying yesterday, yeah, Twitter's garbage.
Leave it.
They're a bunch of censors.
Follow me over to get her.
How tectonic is all of this for media?
I see a desperation amongst the legacy.
I see Democrat lawgivers going insane.
Could this be the watershed?
John, you know this area so very well.
Tell us what you're seeing.
You know, I think there was a period of time when Donald Trump first got in the office with Russia collusion and Ukraine and all the bogus stories that were sustained for a long period of time that the media and the big tech thought, they're going to get away with this.
It works.
Look, we pinned down a president for two years on Russia.
But increasingly the facts are coming out faster and we're learning and debunking stories quicker because we've learned the tactics of the media, the democratic activists and the bureaucrats have been working together.
I think we're, I've said this for a few months now, 2022 will be a watershed year for free speech.
There will be an equal and opposite universe created to compete against Twitter and Facebook and I believe tens of millions of people are going to walk off those platforms.
Just this morning reported Facebook was banning a comic book, a children's book, about Ronald Reagan.
That was completely innocuous.
Now, they reversed that decision, apparently, but I mean, how silly does this censorship have to get before Americans wake up?
I think the wake-up moment has begun, and I think Donald Trump's truth project could be that tipping point, where just a million, two million, five million, ten million people just get up and say, we're done, Twitter.
Goodbye.
Yeah, I said I wrote I wrote a policy memo to some big, big media names when President Trump was deleted on Twitter and I said, guys, if you're looking for a business opportunity, there's at least 74 million Americans who might be interested.
So I think it's finally happening.
So you're not I was concerned for a while.
That what we're doing with Ghetto Parlor Rumble etc.
is creating not an alternative but a little ghetto for conservatives.
Do you think we're finally evolving beyond that given everybody, I hear stories, last 48 hours everybody I know says hey are you on ghetto because I've gone to ghetto.
Do you think you think we're going to avoid that ghettoization of information?
Yeah, I do.
I mean, listen, the tech companies will probably try to stop and block some of these apps or find technical violations of their terms of use policy.
But I think we're at a point now, and I think, you know, people like President Trump are betting on Tim Cook is not going to block the Truth app.
He's just not.
And I think over time, you know, the market will choose which of these technologies are best, but that the idea that there ought to be a 20, 30, 40, 50 million Uh, person, social media platform that's censorship free.
That is now emblazoned in the minds and hearts of Americans.
And now it's just a competition to see who's going to create the best product and which one's going to rise to the top and be that Twitter alternative.
You've already seen it happen with YouTube, right?
There's no doubt about it.
That rumble has become a direct threat to YouTube and has grown so big so quickly.
And I think the Twitter, Facebook alternatives, you've got cloud hub getter.
Parler and Truth, they're going to, you know, the Americans will put their money down on one or two of those, and they will become substantial platforms in the not so distant future.
As a seasoned journalist, one of the few investigative journalists left, are you excited, John Solomon?
I am.
Listen, I'm excited every morning I get up because I know there's truth to be had and we just got to go down and do it.
So whether I'm banned from Twitter like I was last week or not, I'm excited.
I forgot to ask you.
Are you back on Twitter?
You're back on Twitter.
It was a mistake.
They said it was an error.
They're really sorry.
It's strange.
It's strange.
A mistake that never happens to, oh, I don't know, Anderson Cooper or Don.
They've never been accidentally banned.
God bless you, John.
Did you hear what he said?
He's excited every day because he gets up to tell the truth, whether people like it or not, people in the legacy media especially.
He has been vindicated.

That would be like we all like Jim Acosta.
Yes!
Yes!
Yeah, we'd like Jim Acosta because he's white.
Right, Don, you cretin?
All right, let's record this thing.
Oh, yeah.
Okay.
All right.
One with Conrad at some time.
Okay.
Sounds good.
It was good.
Yeah.
Did you... I didn't get the GRC thing.
Did you send it?
That you sent to Dave before the call?
Oh, really?
Yeah.
The rundown?
Yeah, I didn't get it.
Wow.
Alright.
Okay.
On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first!
I don't care.
I'm a grown-ass man.
I don't care what you think about me.
I don't lie.
I am who I am.
I'm a grown, successful black man who a lot of people hate because they're not used to people seeing me and people like me in the position that I am.
To be able to share my point of view on television, it freaks people out.
And you know what?
You can kiss my behind.
I do not care.
Don't go on television drunk.
It's never a good look.
Don Lemon, the sequin-y jacket, grown-ass man.
Yeah, the sequins.
Yeah, no.
And there's one fatal flaw with that concept that you say, it's because I'm black and successful that people don't like me.
What's the one logical problem with that argument, Jeff?
That would mean that we should all love... Jim Acosta.
Because he's not...
Black.
Exactly.
But we don't, because he's a moron as well!
Like you are!
Gosh, these people are stupid.
I don't know who's dumber.
It really is a tough question, is it?
Oh, it doesn't work there anymore.
Bye bye, Chris Cuomo.

The next hour, the whole hour is with Stephen Bannon, but we've had somebody waiting on the line for about an hour.
George from Columbus, Ohio.
Welcome to America First.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
I didn't think I was going to get through.
I didn't get through last summer.
I got asked the same question.
But I have two questions for you.
Well, you've got 90 seconds.
You've got to be quick, George.
First one is, how come we're not talking about herd immunity anymore?
I mean, surely we can reach herd immunity.
Because it doesn't make anybody any money, George.
Next question.
Next question is, I'm not sure exactly how the legal thing worked with Roe versus Wade.
I'm pretty sure it had to do with something to do with privacy.
Yes.
Medical privacy.
Yes.
Why does that not pertain to a vaccine mandate or a passport?
Beautifully put.
It was bad law, garbage law about the penumbra of the right to privacy in the Constitution that was literally manufactured by the liberal justices on the court back in the early 1970s.
There is no Justification for killing the unborn based upon the right to privacy between a patient and her doctor that can never be used to justify murder.
But you're right, if the right to privacy can be used to justify abortion, then what about the right to privacy of my vaccination status?
As I say to anybody who challenges me on the street as to where I'm not wearing a mask, I always say, My body, my choice.
Try it.
It's great to be back.
The next hour, for the whole hour, none other than the Darth Vader of the America First movement, Steve Bannon.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, don't you dare touch that dial.
Thank you.
Thank you. .
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you. . . . .
There are certain guests that you have to prepare for, especially when you're doing a one-on-one.
Greetings, my friends.
This is America First.
This is our long-form third hour of the show, and we'd like to be gracious hosts.
We have a lovely green room.
We feed and water our guests, but sometimes we make special arrangements.
We have been waiting for months.
It's been in our fridge.
We've got loads of Red Bull.
But the man who needs to drink them didn't even come in studio, but it doesn't matter.
We are delighted.
He is my former boss, my colleague from Breitbart, from the White House, and he is the host of War Room Pandemic.
Steve Bannon on deck.
Welcome to One on One.
Thanks, Seb.
I would be everywhere, but of course the mayor of D.C.
is thrown down.
If you're un-vaxxed, you can't move around the city.
We'll do it.
We'll do it some future time.
One-on-one in some future time.
I just realized that I'm never going to a museum again in the nation's capital.
As of January 15th, you've got to have a vaccination passport.
I'm not getting vaccinated.
So there goes my historical input and education in the nation's capital.
No, no, no restaurants, no health clubs.
No, I think eventually office buildings.
This is, you know, people that warned us about vaccine passports and we all laughed at them.
You saw what happened in Europe and you've seen what's happening in Austria and Germany and I tell you, this is as draconian as it can get.
Yeah, yeah.
Okay, so we could spend hours talking because you and I, our real passion is grand strategy.
You know, I remember that moment when I brought Ed Luttwak, one of the few living strategic minds into the White House, finally managed to get him in and I said, hey Steve, would you like to meet Ed?
I bring Ed into your office and like three hours later you're still talking about the Byzantine Empire.
So we can have a lot of fun.
We've got to stay on message though.
We've got to discuss January 6th.
We've got to discuss the future of the Shire and the Hobbits, as you've named America's heart and soul.
But first for those who, I don't know, have been under a rock for 20 years, Who don't know who you are or how you got to be where you are today.
I'd like to take this opportunity because we've got millions of listeners across the country.
Then we've got the video feed and everything else.
And I think most people you like to play at the Darth Vader of conservative politics.
But I think people need to know The real backstory.
So your roots in Virginia, your seven years in the Navy, your stellar record in the private sector, and then how you ended up in the White House as Chief Strategist to the President.
So imagine a Venusian has just tuned in to America First one-on-one.
Tell them a little bit about whence Steve Bannon came from.
Look, it's pretty simple.
You know, blue collar Irish family, Irish Catholic family from Virginia, you know, Kennedy Democrats.
You know, the family really started to leave the Democratic Party during the Vietnam War and really with President Reagan became full-time, although still registered Democrats, full-time, you know, conservatives.
I was blessed enough to go into the Navy after I went to a Catholic military school as a prep school and then went in the Navy, Pacific Fleet, Surface Warfare Officer, Operations Class Destroyer, a couple of deployments.
Western Pacific, China, and then did the South China Sea and then did a extended deployment second time during the Iranian hostage crisis to the North Arabian Sea, Camel Station, Gonzo Station with the battle groups up there and then the Persian Gulf.
Back to the Pentagon, Special Assistant to the Chief of Naval Operations, got a Master's at Georgetown.
LUTVAC was one of my I'm sure that he definitely didn't remember me when he brought me into the White House that day because I think it was, let's say this, I was not an A student under Luttwak.
I don't think he gave A's, right?
He thought Americans were not, he thought Americans, I doubt it.
I doubt he gave any Americans A's.
No, he just thought you guys are just not ready for A's.
So then Harvard, Goldman Sachs, my own firm, met Andrew Breitbart, helped finance Andrew Breitbart's And then when Andrew Dye took over as the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Chairman, I think it was, and then Trump campaign, as you know, Seb.
Seb brought you in from Breitbart Radio.
You were one of the great columnists and analysts.
You were on Breitbart Radio all the time.
You kind of built a core group from Breitbart London and Breitbart Jerusalem, Breitbart Rome, and of course here.
And then, you know, to the White House, and the kind of rest is pretty well known, the CEO, the campaign strategist, and then back out, get the war room.
Really, as you know, Seb, kind of focused on this populist, nationalist, traditionalist movement over the last decade or so, kind of pre-Tea Party all the way through.
And look, we just had the greatest year, MAGA just had its greatest year in history, was 2021.
We're about, it's what, 2022 is what I call the Valley of Decision.
And it's going to be an epic inflection point in American, but world history.
And so, That's why I can't think of anything better than starting off the new year by talking to you and your audience.
Well, we're delighted to have you aboard.
And Happy New Year to you and the whole War Room pandemic crew.
And I have to say, just for those who aren't familiar, my personal history.
So you pulled me in to be a kind of QC guy for the national security coverage at Brightbutt.
And then I'm sitting in Quantico teaching the Marine Corps as the chair of military theory.
And I get a phone call from somebody called Corey Lewandowski in the summer of 2015 saying, Mr. Trump needs somebody to help him prep for the national security debate.
Would you come to Trump Tower?
And I was like, OK.
I had no idea who Corey was.
And thanks to you, I get roped in as an advisor to the campaign and then the White House.
Hold it.
Two individuals.
I made sure I got sent up to brief then-candidate Trump, because there's only two people I really trusted that I thought had both the geostrategic knowledge and actually kind of, because you're both, Seb, you really know the operations side, was General Mike Flynn and Seb Gorka.
And I would say you guys did a pretty good job.
It was pretty well prepped.
Thank you.
And then I started working with Mike, was pulled into the transition team, and we were doping out how to build the NSC.
And I was expecting to continue my CT work, my counterterrorism work for Mike in the National Security Council.
And then eight days before the inauguration, somebody called Bannon says, no, you're not going to the National Security Council.
You're coming to work in this superb idea, which has to be reinstated for all conservative administrations.
is this long-range think tank that sits next to the president or the strategic initiatives groups.
So you're not killed by the tactical and the operational, but you can actually do long-term thinking.
I also want to say this, and this is one of the reasons I pulled you out of NSC, and we're going to do that in 24.
In fact, we're going to do a mini one of that in 22, Seb, when we went.
But the reason I picked Seb Gorka out, and part of this, Seb, is your European heritage and really Lutfok, When I talk about the Europeans and the European schools have a deeper understanding of history and strategy and particularly geopolitics and geostrategic thinking, since almost all of that's come from Europe, you know, really, was to pull you out.
And the big deal was at that time you were so focused on the Jihad movement.
And of course the Middle East and the Gulf, one of the things we wanted to do immediately was to get rid of the CENTCOM mentality.
That we understood that the greatest threat was the criminal junta in Beijing, which is the Chinese Communist Party.
And I remember you and I sitting in the West Wing.
I said, Seb, here's brother, I'm pulling you out because you're really going to head the kind of interior, the internal think tank that's going to really get us out of CENTCOM.
NSC's got their own thing they got to do every day, but we're going to pull out, we're going to really focus on the war that the Chinese Communist Party's got against the United States right now.
The cyber war, the information war and the economic war.
And Seb, I think your greatest accomplishment of all the great things you did in the White House was really head up that transition and that key pivot.
Well, look, you know, I owe you a debt of gratitude.
You're one of the few strategic thinkers in American politics.
I mean, there's you and Newt Gingrich.
And then outside of the political world, we have greats like Victor Davis Hanson, but it's a handful.
I mean, because I came in fully expectant, you know.
Oh, full disclosure, to do counter-terrorism, counter-jihadi.
And once you get the clearances, once you sit down with Steve for half an hour, you realize, uh-uh, we're going to deal with them, we're going to deal with Iran, we're going to deal with Russia, you know, North Korea, just a bunch of pikers.
The only strategic threat we face with China is with China.
And you have been banging that drum in the White House, outside of the White House.
I have so many things to ask you, but just let's start with that very quickly.
Do you think Finally, the tide is turning in terms of American population's understanding of the threat that China poses to all decent people.
The Chinese Communist Party, the population's way ahead of the political class here, in the financial class and the cultural class.
The reason is they're at the receiving end of all the negative aspects of this partnership that the Party of Davos, our elites, the financial elites, the corporations, the NBA, all of it, Hollywood has with the Chinese Communist Party.
Remember, the whole world system works on the slave labor allowed by Xing, the slave labor of the Chinese people.
We're in the financial systems in partnership with them to the detriment of working class people in the United States.
And so, I remember in 16, that's how we pierced the blue wall.
Remember, up at the blue wall, it wasn't so much the border and immigration, it was important, but it's the manufacturing jobs went to China, and she represents the status quo that did that.
The people that believe in the Thucydides trap, the people that believe that we're the declining power and they're the rising power.
Hillary Clinton was the epitome of that.
I mean, that's what really I talked to then-candidate Trump immediately coming onto the campaign, that we're going to hammer in Wisconsin and Michigan and Pennsylvania, Ohio and Iowa.
We're going to hammer, really, the manufacturing jobs all being shipped over by Wall Street.
And if you go back and look at those speeches, and Stephen Miller did such a great job.
That was the power of it.
The American people are 100 percent awakened to this.
They have a question.
It's the globalist corporations.
Remember, Seb, in basically a month from today, you're going to essentially see the opening ceremonies of the 1936 Berlin Games.
History, you know, first it repeats itself as, you know, was a farce.
This is a farce.
We are allowing NBC, which is the parent company of MSNBC, which every night talks about the xenophobia, the nativism, the racism, the misogyny of the Trump movement, the deplorables, and President Donald J. Trump.
They are underwriting of $2 billion the 1936 Berlin Games.
There's only one flaw with that analogy.
In 36 they didn't have the death camps.
Now China has the labor camps.
It's even worse.
The End
To continue our discussion on, you know, the factions, which is completely typical for any administration inside the building, outside of the beautiful sunny day, and there's a photograph in my second book why we fight, I was standing at the back of the Rose Garden, apart from the day when the president said, I'm pulling us out of the Paris Climate Accord because I was elected by the citizens of Pittsburgh and not Paris.
Second to that moment, one of my proudest moments, and I'm sure you remember this, although you're probably too busy to, there's so many moments for you, is when the cabinet members were in the Oval.
It was HR, Mnuchin, Tillerson, and a couple of others, and it was the day where you had to decide whether or not to renew the Iran deal.
President Trump says, all right, get my two heavies in here.
And you and I stroll in.
And we had to do the pitch about getting us out of the Iran deal in the face of those who wanted to stay.
And that was, we knew, when he called us in there in front of the cabinet members, we knew the clock was ticking.
And when it came to Iran, he was going to kill it.
So that's a little story from my time working these issues in the White House.
Steve, I want to...
So much to ask you.
Yes, go ahead.
We were, and I'm very proud of this, the hardest core of the hardcore.
Because think about it, you and I had an idea, it's the Eurasian landmass, Mackinder 101.
Mackinder, Mahan, yep.
You had the Chinese Communist Party, you had Pakistan, you had Iran, the mullahs in Iran, you had Turkey, you had Russia.
They're all trying to work together with their junior partner, North Korea, to basically control the Eurasian landmass.
The basic thesis of American geopolitics since 1914, we will never allow one power or a group of powers to control the Eurasian landmass.
If you look at President Trump's consistency and constancy As a strategist, as president, it's basically to confront that consistently.
That's one of the problems with the Democrats and the progressive left.
They're all over the map, but particularly because of climate change and other things, they're prepared to make deals with everybody and not worry about the centrality of the geostrategic concerns of this.
Well, look, you mentioned earlier the Thucydides trap.
It saddens my heart.
I was a fellow at the Kennedy School at Harvard.
I studied under Graham Allison, the last course he taught on the Cuban Missile Crisis.
And these are the people who should know better, who should understand, who should read, as you told me to read one Thanksgiving weekend, J.D.
Vance's Hillbilly Elegy, the idea that, you know, Managed decline is un-American, but they don't get it.
OK, I'm going to ask you one question.
You file it away, because it's usually the question I ask halfway through when we have MTG or Matt Gaetz or others on.
I ask them, who's winning, to use a Cold War phrase, the correlation of forces competition between MAGA and GOP establishments?
So let me file that away.
But let's start with the other side.
It's out of control, whether it's the subpoenas for you, me, whether it's the open border, whether it's inflation, gas prices, on and on and on.
Newt Gingrich said it three months ago.
The reason the Democrats are doing what they're doing is because they know they're going to get shellacked in the midterms.
Do you agree with that?
Or do they really think they've got a shoe in?
It's going to be not 80 million mail-in ballots, it's going to be 160 mail-in ballots.
Or do you think they have, let me put it thusly, do you think they have become hostages to their own ideology and have completely lost touch?
Or are they actually rational actors?
So I think until very recently, and that started with the inflection point around Afghanistan, but also when all their economic policies, the logistics, when it all started to crater in the summer, they thought they were going to be here for a hundred years.
They thought we were going to go away.
Wow.
Right?
That they would take out President Trump, that he would lose legitimacy, and they would get the controlled opposition of the traditional Republican Party that wanted to argue about tax cuts and deregulation and would fight on the margins, and they'd throw him a crumb every now and again.
But they would essentially be in power.
They considered the removal of Trump in 2020 to be like 1932.
This would be a 40- or 50-year run.
And because, quite frankly, Sub, the War Room, you, the people that stayed here in Washington, D.C., when everybody else ran, right, I don't want to name names, but sat there and said, hey, well, hang on for a second.
If we sit here and hammer this every day, We know we have a lot of grit and determination in the Deplorables movement, and they don't want to quit.
And when everybody's saying, hey, there's going to be, you know, 10 new Supreme Court judges, five new states, they're going to dominate everything.
Remember, this city was an armed camp until April.
Yeah.
They had hundreds of troops everywhere, as you remember.
And we said, no, that's not going to happen.
We're going to stand in the breach.
And you said, if all we have to do is hammer this every day, start speaking the truth and point out, and people are going to start questioning its legitimacy, and then it'll start bleeding out political capital again.
I think it's totally caught them by surprise.
They're kind of overwhelmed.
Because remember, they control every organ of power.
They taught you at the Kennedy School, it's about power and influence, right?
At Harvard Business School, it's about money and power.
You were taught about power and influence.
They had every aspect from high culture to low culture.
All of it.
Well, all of it, all of it.
In every house, they have not just the administrative state, which is much bigger and more powerful today, Then, actually, the three branches of government, they owned the administrative state.
They had the House, the Senate, and the White House, so they had everything.
And now they're in a situation right now in the valley of decision for us to have 100 seats in 100 years.
But you were saying until recently, until Afghanistan.
So what do you think happened?
Do you think they lost it and they're now out of touch?
I think what's happened is that, no, they're so arrogant, so out of touch.
The first thing is that they passed a $1.9 trillion, which even Larry Summers, those guys said that the last stimulus package they passed in spring with Republican support.
That is what threw the gasoline on the fire of the demand side of pull of the inflation.
The supply push was that they didn't focus on the structural problems with the Chinese Communist Party and bringing manufacturing jobs in the supply chain back to the United States that Donald J. Trump was doing.
That's the second part.
They threw gasoline on.
Also, you have raging furnace of inflation.
You have the economy going off track.
Afghanistan exposed how phony they are.
Remember, they were supposed to bring stability.
Afghanistan and their handling of the COVID crisis is the arrogance of the administrative state.
Also, the Bail Back Better, all three of them show that it's their arrogance and humor.
But let me, let me, let me- For the American people and show you the information, they just react and what they are is totally and completely incompetent.
They're reckless, they're radical, and they're incompetent.
So this is what I believe.
I think it is a lethal, incredibly dangerous, unstable admixture of arrogance and incompetence.
So let me just run this by you.
I look at the crew and I see third, fourth rate Obama holdovers.
And, you know, Ron Klein, are you kidding me?
The guy couldn't organize a piss up in a brewery, as we say in the UK.
There's no I mean, you don't have to like Axelrod, but Axelrod actually had a couple of brain cells.
Do you concur with me, Steve, that there's no there's no brain in the building?
Here's the you hit a great point.
It's one, the White House staff, but let's take a look at the cabinet, which you just talked about, our cabinet versus theirs.
Remember, at the superficial level, at the cabinet secretary level, they try to be, they're so bland and unimportant.
That's what they try to, that's what they needed to get past for confirmation.
It's the beta boys.
It's the beta boys.
The radical nature of the, you look at the undersecretaries and the assistant secretaries, that is radical, hardcore left.
They try to put in, whether it's CRT into the military, CRT to all the schools, across the board.
Terrible financial decisions, terrible economic decisions, terrible military and national security decisions, because they're radical and they're competent.
They thought we had gone away.
They thought they'd beaten us.
It got written to Trump, and that, hey, Seb Gork and Steve Bannon, they're a couple of crazy guys in the far right, but the rest of the American people are going to leave them.
And the exact opposite has happened.
Look at the polling.
These are historic, and for your audience, please understand that these numbers, and the 29% approval by the independents, which is the proxy for the American people, These are numbers that are significantly lower than Richard Nixon when he walked across the lawn in 1974 and took the helicopter out.
Nixon was at about 33 to 35 percent, still a third of the nation supported Nixon.
Biden is in competition right now with Millard Fillmore and James Buchanan to be literally the worst president of the United States.
He makes Jimmy Carter look like Goliath, right?
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.
We'll be right back.

We'll be right back.
We are talking
to Steve Banner, former chief strategist to President Trump, He is the host, the creator of War Room Pandemic.
I'm a little jealous that you've got that title, a superb title.
The man who, if you haven't seen it, it's in my book, Why We Fight, who created...
And the whiteboard of MAGA in his office, where one of our colleagues, Tom, in his tiny little writing, had to write down every single promise President Trump made.
And then Monday morning, we'd cross off the promises we'd achieved.
It was stunning.
Go and check it out.
The photograph is in my book.
OK, Steve, let's cut to the chase here.
How many things, just tell everybody, total disclosure, hand on heart, how many talking points did we clear with you before this interview?
What did we rehearse?
None.
Yeah, I don't do that with anybody.
I don't do that with my old boss.
I don't do it with President Trump.
I don't do it with anybody.
So we don't have talking points.
This isn't the mainstream media.
So this isn't rehearsed, and if you don't want to answer it, you don't want to answer it.
I've seen President Trump.
I've been to New York since the election, and I have a serious concern.
President Trump is still surrounded, in many cases, by bad people or people who are not good for MAGA.
Those are different categories.
There's bad people, you know, the grifters, and then there are people who are not good for MAGA because they don't understand MAGA or they're incompetent.
Maybe we should have gone through these questions before.
Too late now, too late.
How concerned are you?
How concerned are you?
Because look, I'll be totally clear with you.
Ron DeSantis is great, but he's not going to save America.
There is nobody out there.
I need a berserker.
I need somebody with a political flamethrower who comes back to D.C.
and says, Department of Education, you are moved to South Dakota.
State Department, you are moved to Anchorage.
If we've got four years to save it, and President Trump can do it given his character, but he's got to be surrounded by hardcore political killers, people who get it and people who understand the depth of the deep state and only have America's interests at heart.
Are you satisfied or are you concerned that he is not yet, not yet surrounded by the right people or enough of the right people?
Here's, I think that, I think that the way that I think about it, and it's obviously always an issue to make sure, because this is about saving the country, remember?
Yeah.
President Trump, as you know more than anybody, is providential in that we were so out of money, disorganized in 16, it was providential days there.
It's also providential that they stole 2020.
Because they flipped over the cards.
We understand there's a gulf between the two sides that's not bridgeable.
There's nothing hiding.
There's no question anymore.
There's no question.
And that is what's so providential about the big steal.
Because I tell people God works in mysterious ways.
You can't question how God works.
You just got to get on with it.
Yeah.
Now we are where we are.
But here's what I think is important.
It's about partisanship and ideology.
It is, and obviously the failures of the first term and all the successes we had, the failure of the first term came with the cacophony of not just voices, because I always like voices, but differences in approach from particularly the Wall Street faction, other factions.
That cannot happen again.
President Trump is going to be the nominee.
And if President Trump sticks to his core values, he will win a sweeping landslide.
Correct.
But you're right.
We have four years, four years of which could be 50.
If we do it right this time, by that I mean there's full alignment from day one.
No screw-ups, no rhinos in the cabinet, no rhinos in the White House.
Even rhinos.
I think it's really simple now.
We are an inclusive nationalism.
And that's what 2020 showed you in the voting in the Rio Grande Valley, now with 50% of Hispanics voting, supporting the populist thing.
The economists just had that huge article on populism, the Trump's populism attraction to Hispanics.
African American men, which I think we're going to get 50% of.
The Asian American vote, particularly Chinese Americans are now the dominant.
In the Commonwealth, where I live, Steve.
My district captain, who really kind of won it for Youngkin, she said after five years of doing this, she's never seen as many new faces, mostly Asians, who said, how can we help, Steve, to save the Commonwealth?
In New York City, the dominant focus of Republican politics is Chinese-Americans that are anti-CCPs.
My point is, we're an expansionist populism.
And an inclusive nationalism, and obviously traditionalist.
I don't even know if we fall under the traditional label of conservatives or Republicans.
But this movement has a certain internal logic to it, right?
About the sovereignty of this country, and about the self-reliance and independence of its people.
It is quite obvious what has to happen in the second term, and we don't have a moment to lose.
And you know better than anybody, Seb, because in the second term, your position I think is going to be vitally important, is the fact that The one thing we have to do internally, and I'm not a deep state guy, the reason is it's in your face.
What we've allowed is this administrative state.
The permanent state who don't care who the president is.
And if people think that when we went in 22, with a sweeping 100 seat blowout, And in 2024, once again, I tell you, they're just not going to sit there and toss you the keys and say, yeah, okay, this is amazing.
You know, the American people really do want you back.
They're not going to sit there and say, it's great.
It's going to be, it's going to be a Stalingrad every day.
It's going to be a knife fight.
It's going to be a knife fight.
And I'm going to ask you.
This time you have nothing but killers in there.
Right.
I'm going to ask you about how we do that in a second.
The End
We are talking one-on-one with the man who has the coolest title for a podcast.
It is Pandemic War Room, former chief strategist to the president, former naval officer, former CEO of brightbar.com.
Okay, Steve.
Here's the big question.
I won't give his name because I don't have authority to do so, but the person has one of my top podcasts in America.
I had cigars with him a few days ago.
And he loves this country and he wants to win.
But he said to me, we can't do it with Trump.
And I said, why?
Because in order to save the republic, you need somebody who can compromise with Capitol Hill.
My argument was the things we need to do to stop the permanent state Cannot be done with compromise.
His response was, but then we engage with the Republic.
I said no.
I said no.
What we need is a chief executive who uses every legal power in his mandate to the nth degree, 100%, which means he can move departments to Timbuktu if he wants to.
He can change the way federal government is run because he's the chief executive and my argument is we cannot, I'm not talking about having a civil war, God forfend, I'm talking about we cannot compromise with the swamp to fix the swamp.
Is this just too obvious, Steve?
First off, this is what a lot of these, and particularly the public intellectuals, a lot of guys on the right, they're so wrapped up in things.
These guys are talking about, you know, we ought to have states get out of the union because we can't get along with California.
Are you kidding me?
First off, we're two-thirds of the country.
Look at the Hispanic vote is coming our way.
We're on the cusp.
That's why this 22, I call it the Valley of Decision.
We are two-thirds of the country.
Why would you let the country break up?
We are in charge of this nation, and we need to start acting like it.
So when you talk about, there's no need to compromise.
The American people don't want compromise.
People go back and say, oh, he's got to be a uniter.
Stop.
Even General Washington.
When you look at Andrew Jackson, we look at Abraham Lincoln.
When you look at FDR, you look at Ronald Reagan.
These are disruptors.
At the time that they're in office, they completely divided the country.
It's only later that the country comes back together, seeing that they took them to the next level.
That's what Donald Trump is.
I hear, but I hear this every day.
We need a uniter.
Are you kidding me?
We don't need a uniter.
This is what, we unite We unite by taking the country to the next level, and taking that next level, we take the constitutional republic that's been bequeathed to us for 13 generations, and we make sure it survives, and we bequeath it to other people.
There is no compromise.
I will never compromise, not one second.
Whether it's on the January 6th Commission, whether it's about what we broadcast every day, what we stand for, what we fight for, you cannot compromise.
And anybody that says compromise, get them out of the way.
Like Jesus Christ said, it's the tepid water, spit it out of your mouth, right?
People that are preaching compromise are preaching defeat.
As Napoleon told his marshals, when you set out to take Vienna, take Vienna.
Our focus is to save this republic.
And our focus in saving this republic is once we're in charge after 2022, the sweeping, and people got to work every day to get there.
We need to be uncompromising.
There's no need for a civil war.
We're two thirds of the nation.
What we're going to do is implement policies, implement policies predicated upon the rule of law, implement policies that literally get this country back on track and get its sovereignty back, whether it's on the southern border of this nation or in Beijing or on Wall Street.
We're going to do it.
We're going to do it.
And by the way, we're going to be relentless.
And I got to tell you, Seb, I know from our audience, I know from your audience, this is what the American people demand.
Anybody that says compromise with Capitol Hill, we're going to throw these bums out.
This is the biggest problem up here.
You're right.
And just to get you on the record, let me be clear, I want to ask a very simple question to what you're saying.
You know, Clausewitz said war, it may be difficult, but it's simple.
It's not easy, but it's simple.
And it's about winning and we need to win.
But to get you on the record, the Republic is salvageable.
Correct, Steve Bannon?
Of course it's salvageable, of course it's salvageable.
Bill Parcells says you are what your record says you are, and General Sherman always said, a simple plan, aggressively executed, and we have a simple plan.
The plan is to take back the House in 2022, to take the White House with a sweeping mandate, a massive mandate in 2024, and then to set things right, and as sure as the turning of the earth, We're going to do this.
And that's, listen, the compromisers will always quit because it gets too hard for them.
The compromisers are always going to fade because all of a sudden the spotlights are going to come and say, look, these are bad guys.
These are tough guys.
These are crazy guys.
These are radical guys.
We're going to cut you off of all your sponsorships and cut you off of your annotator.
Hey, FJB, I could care less.
And here's the thing.
There's enough people in America, particularly hardworking folks in the Rio Grande Valley that are Hispanic.
African-American men in inner cities, Chinese-Americans in Queens, New York, that are prepared to support us.
And that is the sweeping expansionist, inclusive nationalism that's going to take on these globalists.
It's all the Uniparty, whether Republicans or Democrats, they're going to get rid of all of them.
I mean, you said what has to happen in 24 with the cabinet and the team in the White House.
What about until then?
How concerned are you that President Trump doesn't have the right people around him advising him?
I think, listen, I think on the key things, I think he does, directionally.
Look, you're always going to have guys in the margin.
I think that also becomes clearer and clearer every day to him.
And I think he'll stay up and get the right guys.
It'll be a self-fulfilling prophecy.
President Trump's very savvy.
Look, my plan from the beginning is this 100 seats for 100 years.
Donald J. Trump, as not being a member of Congress, is nominated and takes over as Speaker of the House.
For 100 days in 2023, just 100 days, he takes a gavel from Nancy Pelosi, which will melt the internet, right?
He takes the gavel from Nancy Pelosi, takes the gavel, gavels in, and we start immediately the impeachment process for Joe Biden.
We clean out all this we have to clean up.
We put him on notice.
I'm not saying we can remove Joe Biden from office.
The Senate controls that.
But we impeach him.
We get everything on the table of everything they've done to destroy this country.
And then in 100 days, President Trump turns the gavel back.
He then announces the next day his presidential campaign for 2024.
We win 45 states and Bob's your uncle.
Yeah, there's only one issue with that.
Once you've been president, I'm not sure you can lower yourself to Speaker of the House, especially knowing President Trump.
Hold it, John Quincy Adams.
No, I know, but I'm talking about his character.
I'm talking about his character.
You know the man.
He's only there for 100 days, and it's only to impeach Joe Biden.
Listen, they use the impeachment as a weapon to try to destroy him, his place in history, himself as a man, and his presidency.
We're going to fight fire with fire.
Joe Biden has done absolutely with the Chinese Communist Party, the invasion on the southern border, Afghanistan.
What he's done already is impeachable offenses.
He's had to be accountable or we don't have a constitutional republic.
It would be fun to watch.
It would be fun to watch.
Okay, Steve, I've got to ask you, this is one-on-one with me, Sebastian Gorka, member of the National Security Education Board.
For some reason, Biden is too afraid to kick me off that one.
I bet you are.
Bring it.
And with former Chief Strategist to President Trump.
Steve, you're a proud Virginian.
I'm a resident of the Commonwealth.
Talk to us about what happened in the Commonwealth.
After three months of trying to get him on the show, his rhino lackeys blocking him, we finally got Glenn on before the election.
He wouldn't go MAGA.
I couldn't get him to say MAGA.
He said, make Virginia great again.
He walked a tightrope.
Is it dangerous for us to read too much into that victory?
Or should we say that, you know, Terry McAuliffe, you know, one of the sleaziest guys in politics, Clinton bag man, we're going to chalk this up as a big win.
But it is a win because he embraced the culture war in the last three weeks, correct?
It's a huge MAGA win.
Look, MAGA turned out, most importantly, as poll watchers and election officials, we had 95% participation of election officials in the room watching the count.
95%.
In 2016, the presidential election, excuse me, 2020, we had 33%.
In the last gubernatorial race, we had 27%.
MAGA turned out in droves to work the election, to ring doorbells.
That was a massive MAGA win.

What J.R.R.
Tolkien wrote, the Hobbits for him, as an officer, were the NCOs, were the privates in the trenches with him in World War I. And he was paying tribute to them.
He made the people who built the United Kingdom and that empire, the heroes, the modest heroes of this massive epic that was really a Christian epic that changed modern fantasy writing forever.
What is your message to the Hobbits out there right now?
Because we get these calls, less and less nowadays, because I've read the riot act to them, but we still get them now and again that, oh, that's it.
They stole the last one.
I'm never voting again.
We're never going to get America back again.
As Rush told us, despair is un-American.
We don't do it.
So as former chief strategist for President Trump, what is your message to the Shire?
It's very simple.
The Shire has always gotten us through.
If you look at this, this is the great fourth turning in American history, whether it's the Revolution, the Civil War, the Great Depression, World War II.
Every about 80 to 100 years, we come to this major inflection point.
And if you look back in history, it's always the Shire.
It's the little guy.
It's the American Lao Bajing, old hunter names.
It's the basic common citizen.
It's the deplorables.
The deplorables have always gotten us through.
Remember, the first thing in psychological warfare, is to break you mentally, to have despair.
This is the first thing you have to be, spit in their eye and say, how about this, FJB, right?
We need the cussedness, the grit, the determination that from 14 generations on every Patriots battlefield, right, has garnered.
has gotten us to this place today to save this great republic.
Remember, 100 years from now, 200 years from now, 300 years from now, they're going to talk about this time in American history.
This country went one way or the other.
And guess what?
I'm long the deplorables.
We've got this.
We have to act like we've been here before.
We have to be steely-eyed.
We have to be determined.
And anybody mentions compromise, say, "Get out of here." I don't want to hear your compromise, okay?
We're determined, we're relentless, we're indefatigable, and we are not going to be beaten.
And the last thing I will say, just like Napoleon told his marshals, when you set out to take Vienna, take Vienna.
It's not complicated, guys.
It's tautologous, but it came to me at a conservative event when a woman wanted desperately ran up to me in her ballgown and said, Dr. G, can I get a selfie?
I said, sure.
And then I said, don't forget to tag me on Facebook when you post it.
And she said, oh, I can't post it.
I mean, Virginia is very Democrat.
Then I made the speech later that day and I said, if you're not prepared to fight, you're not deserving of a victory.
Get engaged, get politically active.
That's what this man has been doing his whole life.
In the meantime, I'm going to put this back in the fridge.
We're going to keep your Red Bull for you.
We're going to ship off to you a late Christmas present, our America First hat.
And this, the most popular t-shirt before the Let's Go Brandon stuff arrived.
This was especially for when the president came on the show.
I'm going to save this for Steve.
This is the If You're Woke, You're a Loser from his rally.
We're going to get that to Steve.
Check it all out.
SebGorkastore.com.
God bless you, Steve.
Check out War Room Pandemic every single day.
Guys, we can do it.
We must do it.
We will do it.
Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, keep your head on a swivel, watch your six, hold the line, never give up, never give in.
