Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Trump announces revolutionary social media platform
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
it's a tradition in radio you open the show with a monologue but not today uh We break traditions when it is important to do so.
I've just finished watching Biden's Attorney General get puffed piece questions from a Democrat on the Judiciary Committee.
We're going to talk to somebody who Actually believes in the mission of that committee and in this great nation, proudly representing Ohio's beautiful fourth congressional district, a fighter for the truth.
Congressman Jim Jordan, welcome to America First.
It is good to be with you.
And I got to tell you, that intro you had gave me gave me goosebumps.
It was It's just inspiring.
Right up to President Trump talking about Make America Great Again.
That's certainly what we need now in light of what Joe Biden's done to this country in 10 months.
Yeah, it's truly stunning.
Thank you kindly.
That was an intro we use every day to open this show that our former engineer made without any direction from us.
Leroy, you nailed it.
Congressman, we've got to talk about everything that's going on Capitol Hill.
For a layman, for somebody who's not a lawyer, not a member of the Registry Committee, what is this about criminal Criminal charges being potentially brought against my former colleague Steve Bannon.
How is Congress doing this and what is it based upon?
Well, step back a second.
Understand this select committee is completely partisan, I think, completely illegitimate.
I mean, you know, think about it.
There's not one Republican on there.
The people, for the first time in the history of the Congress, the minority leader, Kevin McCarthy, was not allowed to put on the individuals he selected for that committee.
So how can we expect a witness?
To participate in this committee, when Republicans weren't allowed to participate in this committee.
And there are truly good legal questions that need to be addressed in a court of law, but the Democrats say, no, no, no, no.
We're just going to go right to contempt.
We're going to hold Steve Bannon in contempt, instead of letting this play out in the courts like it should.
I mean, by comparison, when the IRS targeted, People like you and I, conservatives around this country, when they did that, we took almost a year to build the case, to do the research, before we held Lois Lerner in contempt.
These folks are doing it, the Democrats are doing it, in six days!
Six days!
So that's why this is so wrong.
But this is just one more attempt to go after President Trump, because they can't stand it that Joe Biden is so bad, the worst presidency in our lifetime.
Compared to the best presidency we've had with President Trump.
They can't stand that, so they're continuing to go after President Trump.
Congressman Jordan, what about 200 plus years of tradition whereby a president of either party should be allowed to enjoy confidentiality in his discussions with his team?
Yep.
The Democrats don't care about precedent.
They don't care about the Bill of Rights.
They don't care about the rule of law.
And we saw that today in the hearing, by the way.
Attorney General Garland, five days after the National School Board Association issues a letter to President Biden asking for the FBI to get involved in local school board matters, five days later, the Attorney General does exactly that.
And we asked him today, What was the evidence you used to talk about this, to cite the violence in your memo that's supposedly taking place at school board meetings?
And he said the only evidence he had, the only data he looked and used for the basis for that memo What's the school board memo?
So a left-wing political organization can send a memo to the president and the Attorney General takes action five days later?
That's scary!
Have you ever seen federal government move that quickly?
No.
Only when they're attacking conservatives.
Only when they're going after your fundamental liberty.
That's when they move quickly, when they're Democrats, when they're leftists.
I mean, this accelerated, I said this in the committee hearing today, in my opening statement, this accelerated march to communism is scaring the heck out of Americans.
And that's why you're seeing people stand up and push back against all the encroachments on their freedom.
And God bless parents, God bless people, God bless the Chicago Police Department who are pushing back, God bless Southwest Airlines pilots.
This is, I think, I said this to the Attorney General, I said, I think your letter, I think your memo, excuse me, was the catalyst.
I think it was the last straw.
Americans aren't going to tolerate that because we love freedom.
Well, let me ask you, I mean, I'm not trying to be Machiavellian, but this headlong dash into a police state where mothers are tarred as domestic terrorists because they don't want their children to be taught racist ideologies, is this not good for those who love this country?
Are we going to see an American awakening, Congressman Jordan?
I used those exact words.
We're going to see an awakening take place, a reawakening in this country, based on this deep down inside every American.
They truly value freedom.
The left doesn't.
They don't like it, but we're going to see it.
Here's how bad it was.
We had a video, three-minute, 48-second video, that Sebastian simply showed parents, moms and dads, speaking at school board meetings, and the Democrats wouldn't let us play it.
And we gave it to them ahead of time.
They couldn't do it.
They didn't even want the country to see Regular moms and dads who love their kids speaking at a school board, they wouldn't even allow that to be played.
That's how crazy how leftist these folks are, how they want to restrict our freedoms to the degree they do.
Well, as I was walking into the studio to open the show with Congressman Jordan, you've got to follow him right now, Jim underscore Jordan on Twitter, I had pressed into my hand exciting news that you have a book coming out.
It's not going to make it for my birthday tomorrow.
It'll be out next month.
Do what you said you would do fighting for freedom in the swamp.
Everybody can preorder it right now.
Tell us a little bit about what people can expect when they open this book.
No, you're right.
They can pre-order it now at Barnes & Noble or Amazon, and it's coming out next month.
Look, we take you behind the scenes.
We take you how the Freedom Caucus was formed.
We talk about when we decided to force John Boehner out of the Speaker of the House, how that all played out.
We go into all the investigations, the IRS, Benghazi, and, of course, impeachment.
When they tried to throw President Trump out of office, not once but twice, we go into that as well.
And some of the stories, like when When my colleague stormed the bunker and how Adam your ship reacted to that, what he asked me to do, and how I totally know that.
So we get into all that, and of course we talk a lot about the greatest president that we've had, and President Trump, throughout the book.
So I think your listeners will really enjoy the read.
Do what you said you would do, fighting for freedom in the swamp, order it right now.
Are you in danger, Congressman Jordan, with regards to this Jerry VI witch hunt?
Well, I mean, look, I don't think so.
I didn't do anything wrong, but you never know with these people.
Look what they're doing to people.
They've issued subpoenas to people whose names were simply on the application, simply on the application to have a rally, which, you know, your right to assemble, your right to put together a rally, and they're bringing them in.
Some of them were 20, 30-year-old staffers who were simply names on there working for the rally.
So it's kind of scary where it's going, but again, Americans are going to push back.
Let me ask you the question that comes up every single day on this national radio show.
It doesn't matter which hour of the show it is, people who believe in America, people who are horrified at the way COVID was exploited last November, they're worried that the GOP isn't doing enough to secure the next election.
Can you reassure us?
Is it going to happen?
Yeah, states are pushing back.
We saw what happened in Georgia, Texas, other states fixing their election law, making sure it's Can you imagine the number of eyes who are going to be on the process, the entire election process in 2022?
And the other thing that's going to help us, Joe Biden did a 37% approval rating.
People are coming out to vote.
Can you imagine the number of eyes who are going to be on the process, the entire election process in 2022?
And the other thing that's going to help us, Joe Biden did a 37 percent approval rating.
Our people are coming out to vote.
Our voters are coming out to vote.
Conservative voters.
People love freedom.
Moms and dads are being targeted by this administration.
They're going to come out and vote, and we're going to take back the House of Representatives.
Last question before we let you get back to the Judiciary Committee.
You mentioned Boehner.
What can you tell us about the Boehners, the Cantors, the Ryans?
Are the remaining RINOs a spent force?
Are they going to be pushed out by Freedom Caucus patriots?
Yeah, well, look, I think our party now is a conservative party, it's an America First party, it's a party that Donald Trump is the leader of, and that's the party that we need to be pushing for, America First policies.
Think about the successful presidency President Trump had with everyone against him, every Democrat, some Republicans, all the mainstream press, and all the bureaucracy, until he got all that done.
That's where the party is now, and those are the kind of candidates we're recruiting who are running and I think going to win in 13 months.
From your lips to God's ears, be like Jim Jordan.
Follow him.
Go to jordan.house.gov.
Ranking member on the Judiciary Committee.
Thank you so much for joining us today.
Follow him.
Jim underscore Jordan.

Thank you.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Job Creators Network.
Jim Jordan, who you just heard, he never steps down.
He never gives in.
He just keeps on fighting.
That should be the attitude of everyone who loves this nation.
One of the easiest ways you can do that is to show it simply by what you wear.
You can wear a MAGA hat, but if you're not into MAGA hats, check out America First.
America First are the products that we sell at ArtWearPage that send a message to everyone around you that you believe in this country, okay?
Whether it's the t-shirts that say America First, the mugs, The I'm a MAGA man, I'm a MAGA gal mug, the America first made in America Turvis tumblers, everything, everything on our site is made in America.
That's message number one.
Then message number two, you can get a little bit spicy.
Whether it's the My Body, My Choice t-shirts, whether it's the presidential one we made for when my old boss came on the show.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
Eric is keeping up with me nicely there.
Or whether it's the bestseller.
I didn't think it would be, but it is the bestseller flying off the shelves.

Everybody knows what Matt Boyle believes because he's one of the good guys.
He's the Washington political editor for the most influential news site out there.
It's BrightBar.com and he supports this show every week.
Matt, welcome back.
Dr. Gorka, always a pleasure.
By the way, I'm 99% sure, I was in Las Vegas last week, I took the week off with a couple friends, and I'm 99% sure I saw someone wearing one of your Let's Go Brandon t-shirts and walking down this trip.
That's exciting!
Reports from across the nation of spottings, sightings of our merch.
That's great.
Matt's our first.
Matt, we opened the show.
I don't know how we did it.
This is Mr. G's doing.
We got Jim Jordan from the Judiciary Committee, as AG Merrick Garland is lying his pants off to the Judiciary Committee to open the show for us.
I'm going to ask you what I asked him.
They're out of control.
They want to charge criminal content with Steve Bannon.
He won't be the last one.
Here's a political question because you know how the swamp operates.
They haven't apparently learnt anything from trying to impeach President Trump, not once but twice, once after he left office.
Is this a level of jumping the shark even now?
Isn't this just good for patriots come next year in the midterms?
Yeah, I think the Democrats have totally lost the plot.
Look, even Condi Rice, I don't know if you saw this, she's a former Secretary of State, no Trump supporter by the way, she's a bushy, is out there saying, ah, guys, maybe it's time to move on from this January 6th nonsense.
So, look, here's the thing, the Democrats are beating a dead horse times a thousand, right?
I mean, the horse has been dead for months and they just still keep kicking it.
The thing is that it's just proof that it's all they have because their entire agenda is stalled in Congress.
They've failed in every respect.
There are a series of crises from the U.S.
border with Mexico to gas prices.
I saw a story today that gas is $7.59 a gallon out in California.
$7.59!
That's coming to gas stations near you across America.
If you think $3 or $4 is a lot, wait till you're paying $7 a gallon.
But anyway, point is, you've got rising prices at the pump, at the food store, everything.
It's all Joe Biden's fault.
You've got all the insanity with all the supply chain backup.
You've got flights getting cancelled?
I mean, they can't make the trains and the planes run on time, right?
Like, I mean, that's Biden's fault that those flights were cancelled, and it's Secretary Mayor Pete Buttigieg's fault as well.
And by the way, he's off playing Snuggle Time with Chasten.
Rather than actually being the Secretary of Transportation.
Well, look, it's tiring to give birth if you're a guy.
Didn't you know that?
I guess.
Look, here's the thing.
All kidding aside, you know, family leave is a good thing.
We want to support families.
We want to support parents.
We want to support fathers.
But, you know, again, you signed up to be the Secretary of Transportation.
There are major crises facing the country.
You need to do your job or they need to find someone that will.
Right?
Like, if he won't do his job.
And so, look, you know, if he wants to adopt children, then good for him.
That's a good thing, right?
Like, we're supportive of families on the right, no doubt.
We're supportive of traditional families, because I tell you something, and media matters, you can go crazy right now.
It's a man and a woman.
That's what you have in a traditional family, and that's what's best for the child.
And please, conservatives, stop it!
It's not his husband.
I don't care what the law says.
A man cannot have a husband.
Yes, write it out.
What's his name?
What's a little sad guy's name?
You know.
Chaston, Chaston.
No, no, no, no.
Zakipu, the guy who always gets crazy about what I say on my show.
But Matt, to your previous point, there's a disaster everywhere you look.
From supply chain to everything else.
But here's the killer shot.
For this agenda, for the policy platform.
They haven't achieved anything!
They can't get the votes!
How is this possible?
What's happening to the Democrat Party?
Oh, and I need your take, because he denied it.
Is the Manchin thing crazy?
Was that a trial balloon that he's going to cross to the Republicans?
What's the latest?
No, so Manchin actually came out himself today and said that it's actually real, but only that he would leave and become an independent and still caucus with the Democrats if it would make it easier for them politically.
I don't foresee that happening, at least while Mitch McConnell is the Republican leader in the U.S.
Senate.
So I know for a fact that Joe Manchin does not like Mitch McConnell.
They have an intense hatred for each other.
So I can't see Joe Manchin ever joining the Republican conference while Mitch McConnell's the Republican leader.
I don't know what a situation would look like without that.
But here's the bigger picture, is that you've got massive infighting inside the Democrat Party.
They can't agree on anything.
At the beginning of the year, remember, Joe Biden and the Democrats in Congress were telling us that they were going to engage in this New Deal, Great Society, FDR, LBJ level transformation of the American economy and expansion of the social safety net from the cradle to the grave.
That's gone.
They've surrendered on that.
They've taken a knee.
They've quit.
Joe Biden went to the Democrats earlier this week on Capitol Hill.
And he personally cut his agenda in half from 3.5 trillion down to 1.8 or 1.9 trillion dollars.
Now here's the thing.
That doesn't mean that it's any better.
It's still a crap bill.
Don't get me wrong.
Everything in there is going to be a radical leftist spending priority and so on and so forth.
But the idea that they are going to be able to fundamentally transform this society In this, you know, cradle-to-the-grave expansion of the social safety net, they've surrendered on that, they've failed, and they're the ones to blame.
The Democrats are incompetent.
Voting for Democrats, what you're seeing play out right now is that if you vote for a Democrat, you're voting to hurt yourself, you're voting to hurt your family, economically, public safety-wise, so on and so forth.
If nothing else, the past year here has been extremely informative and instructive, I think, for the average American citizen out there, that Democrats are a failure as an institution, as a political party, and as leaders.
They cannot lead this nation reasonably.
So the good news is there's an opportunity to fix it.
You know, there's a governor's races in Virginia and New Jersey coming up in just a couple of weeks.
And then there's also the midterm elections right around the corner after that in one year.
So that you need to get engaged now.
You need to go out there and vet candidates that are running in your states and around the country.
Find good ones.
Get them the nomination and then beat the Democrats in November.
We can turn the ship around.
we can save this country again.
It's simply up to us.
He's the Washington political editor for brightbutt.com.
Matt Boyle returns after this break.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is American First and the Salem Radio Network coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
Stay on this channel.
Hey, Matt.
Yeah?
Explain this logic, or if you can, what on earth is Manchin's logic that becoming an independent would help the Democrats?
It would make it easier on them because he's not their problem anymore, right?
So he's not a part of their party.
So, by the way, I'm getting a huge echo.
Oh, what happened?
Is it Sky?
Not when we were on the air, just since we- It's our speaker back here, I imagine.
Yeah, okay.
Is that better?
Yeah, much better.
So I think that it would alleviate pressure on the Democrats because then they could say, look, he's not one of us.
He's an independent.
But how stupid is that?
It's total nonsense.
I'm not disagreeing with you.
It's total nonsense.
But it's all about them trying to get to a place where they can get to a yes.
Look, at the end of the day, Dr. Gorka, they may get something across the finish line, and I would think they probably will, because they do have the majorities, but, like, it is underwhelming at best, and it's going to be an embarrassment for them.
I mean, again, they were talking about their goal they set was they were going to do the Great Society or the New Deal.
Whatever, if anything, they get.
We'll be no better than the 1.9 trillion dollar bill they passed earlier this year that screwed up the entire economy all year, right?
Like, do you want to talk about inflation and the employment crisis and so on and so forth?
They did it with that bill.
They'll just exacerbate that, but they're not doing some big restructuring of this society.
But how embarrassing that he actually goes to Congress And he still can't fix it.
He gets in the motorcade.
You know, Biden has that thing two Fridays ago, and it still fails!
And it's his party!
That's the thing, right?
It's not like he's trying to work the Republicans here.
Dude, Build Back Better?
That's such a joke.
It's Build Back Smaller now.
Yes.
It's Build Back Smaller.
Build Back Empty Shelves is what it is.
Or Build Back Maybe.
Build Back Maybe.
Yeah.
So what are you working on now?
What's the next big piece?
Uh, all sorts of different things.
So, I've got a lot of fish in the, uh, or, you know, sticks in the fire or whatever, I don't know.
So, like, we'll see what happens next.
So, um, yeah.
So, I'm just kind of getting back in the swing of things.
I took a week off last week.
Nice!
I needed a break.
Needed the break.
Did you go anywhere?
Yeah, I went to Vegas, so.
Oh, of course.
Yeah, yeah.
That's where I saw, that's where I saw the Let's Go Brandon shirt, right?
I'm pretty sure it was one of yours.
I don't, I don't know, but I definitely saw a Let's Go Brandon shirt.
Did you have a flutter?
Oh yeah, no, it was great.
By the way, so many people there, dude.
They're so fired up.
I think Nevada's gonna flip next year.
I think New Hampshire's gonna flip next year.
I think there's some big things coming for the right.
I got a good buddy of mine running in New Hampshire.
I really hope.
Cousins?
Yeah, Jeff Cousins.
One minute?
So excited.
He's a very successful businessman.
I think a lot of these states are gonna flip.
And the Senate, and the Governor's races, and like, it's gonna be, it's gonna be a big year.
What do you think of Virginia?
And Youngkid?
I think he's kinda... He's closing.
He's closing.
I think he might pull it off, man.
Terry's worried.
Look, I will say this.
I think that Junkin listened to people on the right who were critical of him.
And he's gotten out there and he's taken control of the debate.
He's reframed the conversation.
He's talking about CRT, which is great.
And he's made the whole conversation about this and he's got McAuliffe on defense.
I think he can do it.
I think he can do it.
Stand by.
Eric, will you check for me, was it two Fridays ago or last Friday that he went?
The Biden motorcade thing?
It wasn't last Friday, I know that.
All right, stand by.
All right.
Here's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
Oh, there he is.
Here's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard good.
Yes, thank you, Mr. President.
So nice of you to ask.
We're back.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, presidential appointee to the National Security Education Board.
Yes, still!
What is Biden afraid of me?
We'll see.
And we're back with Washington political editor for Breitbart.com, Matt Boyle.
What?
Oh yeah, thank you.
But before we get to Matt, first things first.
We've been discussing the agenda of the last year and a half.
Lockdowns, closings, mandates, and now a crazy, crazy quote-unquote infrastructure bill.
All it means really is more taxes for small businesses, more burdens For 30% that are still functioning and struggling.
There are calls for changes to labour laws.
Everything DC is doing is an attack, is a war on small businesses.
But there is an organisation finding back.
It is the Job Creators Network and they're looking for a few good men and women to build an army of small business advocates with their advocacy programme that will train you to become a voice for positive change in your community, state and county.
Find out by going to JobCreatorsNetwork.com.
That's JobCreatorsNetwork.com.
Matt, I've got to ask you because, you know, you work for the company created by social media.
I mean, he was a savant.
I mean, Andrew Breitbart was a genius when it came to social media.
How pumped should we be with regards to President Trump's announcement last night about the Truth Platform?
Well, look, it's early stages, right?
So we'll have to see how it comes together.
We'll have to see how the product comes out, like, and what it looks like, and so on and so forth.
But if the reports are true, and they have the money that they say they have behind it, and that they have the vision that they're laying out, then it should be an interesting thing.
So we're watching it very closely.
We have ours, our lead story last night.
Obviously, it's huge news.
So we'll see how it comes together and what comes out of it.
I honestly don't know at this stage.
Look, I will say this.
I don't believe how cautious he is!
I thought Matt Boyle would be super excited!
Taking on the big tech guys.
I mean, if you're gonna take a shot at the king, you best not miss, right?
And, you know, I mean, Facebook, Twitter, Google, YouTube, Instagram, all these people, they got enormous amount of power.
True.
You know, it's going to be tough to beat them.
And so we'll see if they're able to do it.
I'm hopeful that they are.
I'll tell you one thing.
I don't think Mark Zuckerberg or that weirdo, what's his name, Dorsey ever had, you know, 80, 90 million followers on their own platform.
So I think there's a lot of power on both sides of that equation.
Matt, let's share with our radio listeners the discussion we had during the break on our Rumble platform.
Three Fridays ago.
I can't believe it's three Fridays ago.
It's almost three weeks ago.
The President, the senile old man who sadly bears the title President, got in his motorcade to go to Capitol Hill to close the deal on his incredible bill.
That was three weeks ago.
He failed.
How much of an embarrassment is that for all Democrats?
Yeah, and there's still no closer.
And by the way, he himself went up there again this week and cut the size down in half, right?
And there's no end in sight.
There's no reason to believe that there's a deal coming anytime soon.
At this point, I think you have to take Joe Manchin and Kyrsten Sinema at their word.
And they're very clear that they don't like the size and scope and the policy underlaying that the left is putting forward on this.
And again, it's the Democrats who are responsible here.
The Republicans, it's a beautiful mess just watching the whole thing play out.
I'm enjoying it.
Like, you have no idea.
But look, here's the deal.
At the end of the day, maybe they do get something, maybe they don't.
I don't know.
But they've got the majorities in Congress.
But whatever they do get in the end after Joe Biden just went and surrendered half of his agenda in a desperate attempt to get it revived, AOC's gonna be angry, Matt.
Right?
Whatever it is, it will not be a cradle-to-the-grave massive expansion of the social safety net on par with the New Deal or the Great Society.
Joe Biden has failed in that respect.
Right?
AOC is going to be angry.
Correct.
Joe Biden has failed in every respect as president, including on the core of his agenda.
No matter what they pass, even if they get a little bit of this stuff through, which there's every reason to believe they will.
The Republicans can't stop them.
They can do it with only Democrat votes.
So even if they do get a little bit of that stuff through, it's still a failure.
Joe Biden has failed as president.
FJB, it's the movement that saved the world.
And you know what?
I'm enjoying the stadiums across America.
Even my boys up in Boston, the Red Sox, last night were chanting it outside Fenway Park.
So hopefully the FJ movement continues and expands and accelerates because it's just amazing watching the whole thing.
And you don't even need to chant it.
You can just wear the Let's Go Brandon t-shirt.
Exactly.
It's the easiest way.
24-7 just have that message.
Let's Go Brandon.
Get it at the SebGorkerStore.com.
I think we have the title for this segment.
It's a beautiful mess.
Thank you, Matt Boyle.

God bless you, Matt.

If I forget something.
So tell me in the break what we're coming in with.
If I forget something, don't tell me, because it really throws me.
Just put up a thing and wave it.
Okay, I don't have any of those for... Just make one.
So that title you said, it's a beautiful mess.
Yes, it's a beautiful, quote, I'll put it in quotes, it's a beautiful mess.
By the way, did you see President Trump's statement on January 6th?
I think I did.
When was it?
Last night?
Today.
It's a very short statement.
Liz Harrington tweeted it.
It just says, quote, the insurrection took place on November 3rd, Election Day.
January 6th was the protest.
That was great.
It's on Liz's thing?
Yeah, Liz's Twitter.
I cannot wait for that guy to come back and start tweeting stuff again.
Here he is dipping his webbed flippers into the pool of climate change.
I'm sorry, hang on a second.
America's first called Twitch.
I also love the lower your expectations thing, like that at the post.
Oh yeah, the Washington Post headline, yeah.
You know, it's not his fault.
Mediaocrity is all they suck about.
Alright, a minute and a half.
Printed out a new flipper for the JCM.
80 seconds.
Okay.
We have Patriot Mobile here, and we're coming in with my pillow.
We are.
Maybe, Lord.
One minute.
It's funny to see Jim Jordan back on the podium.
Did you see him?
He's doing what he's supposed to do.
God, that Nadler.
He kind of disappeared for a while after he came out in support of packing the Supreme Court.
I was wondering what happened to him.
He's having some lap band surgery again.
Seeing Raskin again, too.
Like, doing his part from home.
He wasn't there at the committee.
He was just... 30 seconds.
Coming in with anything?
Uh, no, I gotta do, uh... Oh, yep, we're doing my pillow here.
Yep.
Be lol.
Uh, be lol.
Alright, 10 seconds, 10 minutes.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G.
Hey, where's Mr. G?
Is Mr. G there?
Is he in the command center?
I'm here.
I don't know if this is boastful, but isn't it super cool to open this show with somebody like Jim Jordan, and then you see him 30 seconds later after he gets on our show at the Judiciary Committee meeting talking to the witness?
And you saw him 10 minutes before on TV, before he came on the show.
Isn't that cool?
No, I love it.
I love it.
See because he's dedicated to you guys not about me it's to you three million people because nobody's watching that especially not on CNN but they're watching and listening to this if you don't watch us why don't you watch us of course the podcast is cool especially our third hour one-on-one but the video channel is Streams every day.
And then we post all the monologues, the amazing guests.
Rumble.com slash SebGawker.
That's Rumble.com slash SebGawker.
And none of it would be possible without those that sponsor our show.
Patriots like Mike Lindell.
Seriously, support him just because he's a great American, but support him also if you want a good night's sleep.
I can't live without my MyPillow.
Ask Mr. G. He's crushed when he travels and he forgets it.
President Trump loves them.
Why?
Because it supports your head through the night.
It never heats up, never loses that support.
It's amazing.
That's what 51 million people bought them.
Get up to 66% off from Mikey if you use my name.
Go to MyPillow.com or call 800-829-8468.
That's 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
Promo code Gawker and Michael.
829-8468. That's 800-829-8468.
MyPillow.com.
Promo code Gawker and Michael.
Michael, look after you.
Guys, if you're calling in, I know, I know you're working.
I know you got stuff to do.
Pick up the kids, do the groceries, whatever it is, you know, fight Nazis, whatever it is.
Or Democrats, it's the same thing.
But, but, you know, stay on the line.
Stay on the line.
We lost a caller who had a really good question, criticising Jim Jordan, saying, well, it's not enough to volunteer, you know, to be a poll watcher because they stole the last election.
Really?
I wanted to talk to you, madam.
Do you know how few of the poll watching positions were actually filled on our side?
A fraction of the ones available.
So don't moan at me that he's giving you bad advice.
We didn't take the advice last time.
We should be overflowing those positions to make it nigh impossible.
Right now in Virginia, early voting has started today for the gubernatorial race.
I had a precinct captain come to my house this morning who said she doesn't have the requisite number of people to fill the posts.
Well, where are they?
You want to win without fighting?
You can't win the game if you're not on the field.
So, talk is cheap, so is criticism.
Let's go to your calls.
Line one, Matthew, our buddy in Ohio.
Welcome back, Matthew.
Well, thank you, thank you, thank you, Doctor.
My reason for calling is back in August, you probably remember this too, I'm sure.
Thirteen marines died for nothing.
Yep.
Well, no, it was eleven marines, one corpsman, and a staff sergeant from the army.
Alright, well that's it.
But have you ever been to a military burial?
See, I'm an old World War II veteran.
I know.
I remember you, Matthew.
Okay.
Thank you, Doctor.
And so, right after I came home from discharge, we formed a VFW post in Cleveland on the west side.
It was called All Fronts Post 7490.
Uh-huh.
At that time, it was in the late 40s, they were shipping bodies back, I believe from the European campaign, and a lady and a man, their mom and dad, their son, came to the post and they asked if we would give their son a military burial.
Of course, naturally, we all were enthused about doing it for these people.
And so we got out our uniforms and I even had my cousin on the other side.
He was hit real bad at Normandy.
He lost his shoulder completely right at the blade, right at the, there was no, you couldn't hook on any prosthesis.
And he lost his left leg down below the knee.
But we were all dressed in our uniforms and we went to, it was in North Olmstead.
There was a cemetery out there, and we were, like I said, we were all in our uniforms.
We gave them the full dress.
And after, when you look into the people's eyes, the mothers and the fathers, they're about, Doctor, I'm not kidding when I say this, they are about ready to burst out in tears.
And they never, ever, ever will ever get over that.
No, and the fact that you've reminded us of something that happened two months ago that seems to have just disappeared into the mists of time in the space of just a few weeks is an outrage.
It's an utter outrage.
As is the fact that the one person Who was killed on January the 6th, Ashley Babbitt, Air Force veteran of 14 years, shot in the neck by a police officer who had no reason to use deadly force.
Do you know, Matthew, that that woman, after 14 years serving her nation, by this administration, by this coward of a Secretary of Defense, Lloyd Austin, her family was denied a military burial?
You're kidding.
No, the Pentagon under Biden's administration.
How rotten can you be?
No, it is a disgrace and that's who everybody in this administration is.
Matthew, we are so delighted to have you call into our show.
God bless you for sharing your stories of Giving the dead from World War Two the honor they deserve, as you were already back here at your VFW.
Stay on the line, Matthew.
Let's give Matthew an America First t-shirt.
Let's get the size for him and ship it to him.
This is what makes it worth it.
This is why we come to work every day.
Because that is the spirit.
That dedication to your fellow American, your fallen comrade in arms.
That's America.
God bless you, Matthew.
We need more Matthews.
And yes, it's true.
They denied Ashley Babbitt a military burial.
More of your calls here on America First 833.
Three.
Gawker.
That's 833-334-6752.
But please guarantee for me that when you call us you're not calling on a cell phone that's connected to one of the big cell phone providers.
Why?
Because they're all leftists!
At the end of the month when you pay your bill they make massive donations to left-wing causes like the culture of death at Planned Parenthood and gun control organisations.
There's only one Christian conservative cell phone company that's donated hundreds of thousands of dollars to causes you believe in.
like the culture of life the first amendment the second amendment and it's patriot mobile switch today don't fund your enemies they have an amazing us-based team you can keep your old number they have plans to fit every budget and they have the same cell phone tower coverage as the big boys So you don't miss a thing.
And they especially support our veterans and first responders.
Make the switch today.
Call 972-PATRIOT or just go to patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
And then you know that you're with a company that shares the values that you have, that supports the things you love.
Don't fund those that hate you and hate America.
972-PATRIOT.
That's 972-728-7468. patriotmobile.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
That's patriotmobile.com slash Gorka.
That's patriotmobile.com slash Gorka.
Mic's on.
America First, what's your name?
Rumblers!
900 of you guys thanks for tuning in Ashley Babbitt denied a military funeral that's right Meanwhile, her killer still gets his pension or whatever it is.
Well, he gets a bloody medal.
The killer got a medal.
Alright, what about it?
70 seconds.
All right, hang on.
Cuts you want to use?
Uh... Kennedy cut, Jeff recommended.
You also wanted to do Rudy here?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
America first, hold please.
Or the Biden voter.
Yeah, what he's doing to kids is disgusting.
Yeah, come in with Kennedy.
Kennedy, 7.
Copy that.
- Yeah. - Okay.
Actually, no.
I'm gonna go straight to Kool's.
Straight to Kool's?
Okay.
Kool's!
Alrighty.
Alright, 20 seconds.
Standby.
Stand by.
Standing by.
Thank you.
Thank you.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Something today to make you feel good?
How about supporting one of the greatest patriots in American history who's still alive today?
Yes, the mayor of New York who brought it back from the brink twice, Rudy Giuliani.
He's under attack by the left.
Please support him today.
Go to RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
Make a donation.
They're trying to strip him of his law licenses, bankrupt him.
Let's support a man who not only got New York back on its feet twice, but also who's fighting for the truth about last November's elections.
That's Rudy Giuliani, Freedom Fund dot com.
Make a donation of any amount to support this great American patriot.
Let's go to your calls.
Jonathan, line one.
Yeah.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
I was just listening to you and I want to know what what reason could the federal government give to deny a veteran who served the country for 14 years deny her military burial?
She's a Trump supporter.
What else do they need?
That's who they are.
They don't need reasons.
What reason do they need to talk about sex change operations in the military?
You're being logical, Jonathan.
Stop being logical.
That's your problem.
Well, The thing is, like, she did commit a federal offense as a civilian, so wouldn't that disqualify her?
Oh, so you're a liberal?
No, that's just the fact of the matter.
It's not.
It's not the fact of the matter.
She crawled through a window, so she gets shot in the neck.
Is that the law, Jonathan?
Hey, Jonathan, is the law that you get shot in the neck if you crawl?
Hey, Jonathan, stop talking.
Jonathan!
Jonathan, you are a bloody snowflake.
Goodbye.
Let's go to Judy line two.
Hey, Dr. G I want you to know I'm cracking up but like I'm cracking up laughing hysterically.
I don't even know why it's like so overwhelming.
I called Jeff and I said I want to talk about this racism that all of a sudden this week saying that it's becoming a health problem.
Okay.
Oh, it's a public health.
Yes.
Yeah.
Dr. Gorka, what racism are they bloody talking about?
Hello?
Well, Judy, they're the racists.
Can I finish?
Listen, listen.
We elected Obama twice.
We have a VP, Kamala Harris, there's Dr. Ben Carson, Colin Powell, everything.
What kind of racism?
Listen, we have affirmative action.
Slavery got over 250 years ago, okay?
You know, they are creating the racism with their teaching wokeism and CRT in the schools and dividing everyone.
And let me tell you about Garland, him and his racism.
He's the one with his daughter and son-in-law.
They have a curriculum, which is books called panoramic books, which teaches CRT America's racist country.
they claim 2,300 schools, 1,500 school districts in 15 states.
It's a multi-million dollar business, and that's what he's protecting.
You nailed it, Judy.
The only racists institutionally, systemically in America today are on the left, which shouldn't surprise anybody because, hey, the Democrats are the party of segregation and the KKK.

From the ReliefFactor.com studios, this is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
What are your pronouns, dear friends?
I'm just curious.
I'll ask you or I'll tell you why in a moment.
But we haven't even discussed it in depth.
It's the biggest news on the MAGA front.
We're going to talk to Donald Trump Jr.
this weekend on my show, The Gawker Reality Check.
I think we're going to open the show with Don Jr.
Why, so much to discuss, especially His father's announcement yesterday of a new social media platform that is, well, it could revolutionize the way we connect as conservatives.
So check out this Sunday, 7 p.m., 10 p.m.
Eastern on Newsmax, the Gawker Reality Check.
Here is Donald Trump Jr.
talking about this new venture.
Cut 12.
Our news has been so biased for so long.
Our social media platforms have been so biased for so long.
As long as they're able to further their narrative, they will talk about it.
The second the truth gets in the way of their narrative, all of a sudden it magically disappears.
It's blacklisted.
You won't see it anywhere.
That was a big Part of why we wanted to create Truth Social.
We want to make sure that these things get out there.
You see it with big tech, you see it in the search engines, you look up a major topic and all you see is the CNN, MSNBC, yadda yadda yadda, the leftist narrative all the way down.
You can never get to the other side of the story and so we want to make sure that the other side of the story is finally heard.
Truth social.
The announcement was yesterday.
I did a little bit of research prepping for my Newsmax show.
They have already a valuation of $900 million for the holding company.
And this venture has cash in hand, almost $300 million.
And when I came into work today, Mr. G showed me something else.
Mr. G, what did you find out about President Trump's new venture?
It went up a little bit today.
So people are excited?
Trading was halted because there's so much interest in it.
Trading was halted?
Yes.
Let me see what it ended up at.
It ended up at $49 a share.
I don't know what the... The open was $12 a share.
$12 to $49?
Yeah, that's the company they announced that they're gonna merge with.
But I thought that President Trump is like a spent force and he's irrelevant.
I know.
He's very toxic, isn't he?
He's so toxic.
The values of this new company trebled, trebled in one day so fast they had to stop it.
That's exciting.
I think we might have to buy shares in that.
If you're a patriot, it could get very exciting.
Look, I know, I know Matt Boyle was like super uber cautious.
Big tech is going to come after him and they're going to hammer him.
Okay.
Okay, but who's got... Does anybody have more than 90 million followers?
Did anyone on Twitter?
I'm curious.
Eric, look into it.
Get back to me.
90 million followers when they kill his account.
That's just Twitter.
That's how powerful my old boss is.
It's going to get spicy.
So the soft launch is next month and the full launch of Truth Social will be first quarter of next year.
Hey, I think that's in time for an election, don't you?
That's handy.
Alright, let's get back to pronouns.
My pronoun is Lord and Master.
No, Galactic Master.
I think that's my pronoun.
This is from the Department of State yesterday.
Biden's Department of State.
Today, on International Pronouns Day, This is from the official State Department website, from that beta male, Tony Blinken.
Today on International Pronouns Day, we share why many people list pronouns on their email and social media profiles.
Read more here.
I'll tell you why they share them, because they're lunatics.
Because they live in an alternate universe.
So, somebody paid for by you at the State Department, at Foggy Bottom, not far from this studio, was paid to tweet that tweet on International Pronouns Day.
If you have XX chromosomes, your pronoun is she and her.
Don't be a science denier.
If your chromosomes, you know, the unchangeable genetic material of every cell in your body with a nucleus, yes, every cell in your body with a nucleus has the same genetic XX or XY makeup.
If you are XY, You're a man from birth till death.
Whatever you call yourself, whatever you care your pronouns to be, it doesn't matter because that's how science works.
Don't be a science denier.
So this is the post, this is the article from the loonies that the State Department posted.
Why do so many Americans list pronouns on their social media profiles?
In the United States, it's becoming increasingly common for people to, quote, share their pronouns.
Third-person personal pronouns are used to describe a person or people in American English grammar as the subject, as the object, or in the possessive.
Oh, a little grammar.
101, before they destroy it all.
These pronouns include the gender-neutral, they, them, theirs.
Words that traditionally refer to a plural number, but that today are used by some individuals who identify as gender non-binary.
First denial of science.
There is no such thing as gender non-binary.
Reminder, XXXY.
Or who prefer not to share gender information.
You know, it's pretty obvious.
Just the way you sit down, pretty obvious.
The way you stand, pretty obvious.
The shape of your body, pretty obvious.
Oh, and the other thing is, Adam's apple.
Again, don't be a science denier.
Other pronouns include the feminine she, her, hers, and the masculine he, him, his.
Other people are pioneering gender-neutral pronouns such as, I can't read past this, ze, zer, and zers.
That, when you write that, that's when you need to go to the funny farm.
Get the jacket that has straps at the ends of the arms that go in the buckles on your back.
If you believe this stuff, you are mental.
You're a psycho.
Do not ever give in to the crazies.
Never censor yourself.
Stand out for the truth.
Because the only purpose of any of this, whether it's the State Department or Lenore T. Adkins, the only purpose is chaos.
It's confusion and chaos and denial of truth.
You die a man.
You die a woman.
You are born a girl.
You are born a man.
Anything else is insanity, with a purpose, of course, to deny the truth, the truth that you are made in God's image.
Let's go to your calls.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
833-33-GORCA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's go to Rick, Los Angeles, line two.
Hey, Galactic Gorka the Great.
It's wonderful to talk to you.
By the way, I would prefer if you would refer to me by my preferred pronouns.
Yeah, which are your pronouns, Rick?
Sexy.
I want to be referred to as sexy.
I like that.
Hey, sexy, what's your question?
What's your comment?
Yeah, my friends would disagree with that.
My comment is this, I'm a firearms instructor, and if you analyze the tape, you add a man, you know, what's one of the first things... Wait, what are we talking about?
What are we talking about?
Oh, well, we're talking about the galley, the, you know, they're calling it the riot, which it wasn't.
Oh, Ashley Babbitt, yes, yes, the officer who shot Ashley Babbitt, yes.
Okay, you had a Capitol Guard walking around with his finger on the trigger.
What's the first safety rule?
Don't put your finger on the trigger.
He takes a step, I think it's with his right foot, and the gun goes off.
I actually think it was reckless homicide.
Second-degree murder, unintentional shooting.
I don't think he actually feared her and shot, but he also, in his interview, said he couldn't identify if it was a man or woman, didn't know whether that person had a firearm, but his training said, uh, shoot.
But hang on, hang on, hang on, Sexy Rick.
He did know that he was a hero.
You saw the rest of the interview, right?
That's correct.
He said he was a hero, which is ridiculous because I was untrained.
He saved lives, did you know that?
He couldn't tell whether it was a man or a woman, or whether they were armed, but he said in the interview with Lester Holt, he saved lives that day, Rick.
You know by his own interview the guy should be indicted.
Yes!
He broke every safety rule there possibly is.
So number one, rule number one, and you know it as an instructor, you never ever place your finger on the trigger unless you are prepared to destroy what you are aiming at and you have to be sure of what you are aiming at and there's lots of footage of this guy.
They kept his identity hidden for six months but there's footage of him on the floor of the chamber walking around with Some big wadge of papers or something under one arm and with his gun drawn in his other hand walking around when there's no threat in the building and he's doing that.
I think you're right.
He had his finger on the trigger.
He's slashing!
He's slashing everybody around him.
His muzzle slashed all kinds of people.
Yeah, he's passing his muzzle over people who he knew were not a threat to him.
His colleagues, the members.
So yeah, this guy, Rick, stay on the line.
You get a choice of let's go Brandon or the presidents.
Don't be a loser t-shirt because you're right.
You're right.
This guy should be on reckless endangerment or homicide.
You nailed it.
Back with Sean Davis.
Let's post that. - The whole segment?
Yeah.
How dare you try and assume the gender of the person you're about to shoot and kill.
I know.
What an outrage.
My pronouns.
My, what does it say?
Chosen pronouns?
No, my... Preferred pronouns.
My preferred pronoun is SEXY.
Put SEXY all in capitals.
All caps.
No, no, all caps.
All caps.
My preferred pronouns are toxic and masculinity.
That's good.
That's good.
Oh my gosh, give me that, give me that.
Mic's on, mic's on.
Hey Sandra, welcome.
Yes, hello sir.
Good, welcome.
Yes, thank you.
I just wanted to say that there is a Christian DVD called In His Image, and maybe you're referring to that.
I don't know if you've watched it yourself.
Never heard of it.
Well, it's called In His Image, and it's inhisimage.movie.
You can purchase it for $15.
However, if you did know about it and you did watch it, I don't think you'd be laughing about the state of many of these people.
Now, I know it goes into getting into the absurd with all these things and people are making fun of that.
But there are people who are the majority of the young people or even people in their adult years who have become I'm not talking about that.
You're not paying attention, Sandra.
I'm talking about the transgender lunacy of preferred pronouns.
Nobody's confused.
You look in your underpants and you know what you are, Sandra.
Come on, live in the real world, please.
Oh, you do?
Because if you've got an outie, you're a boy.
If you've got an innie, you're a girl.
Okay?
Don't be a science denier.
Don't be a science denier, Sandra.
You're denying truth.
I'm not!
You are.
These people know that.
They just think that they have to live... Then that's a psychological condition.
Then that is a psychological condition.
I'll do exactly what I want to on my radio show.
If you don't like it, get your own radio show.
Goodbye.
God.
I missed that last part.
What did she say?
She asked her preferred pronouns.
Sean Davis is coming up.
Yes, give me Sean.
Mics are still on?
Yes, mic's on.
He knows.
Okay.
Mr. Davis!
Mr. Davis.
Hello, hello.
Put him on hold.
Let me see.
Okay.
Can you hear me?
Nope, nope.
There he is.
That's better.
There you go.
How are you guys?
Good.
It's been too long, buddy.
I know.
Glad to be back on.
Yeah.
Mic's are hot.
Welcome back.
Everything good?
Everything is great.
Good, good, good.
So, uh, I wanted to talk about your tweet.
What was the other topic we agreed?
The hearings.
Oh, the hearings.
Maybe Garland?
Garland, yes.
Garland, January 6th.
Perfect.
And I'm going to just read the tweet you, uh, I found earlier today and retweeted because it is epic.
Okay, Garland, Jan 6th.
Oh, and we had a good cut here for this.
Where's the Bannon thing?
You mean yesterday?
Oh no, Steel!
We're going to play Steel.
Which one?
We'll try and squeeze in 11.
Okay.
Do we have anything at the top here?
Oh, come in with 11.
Come in with 11.
I'm going to play Disclaimer beforehand.
Good to go.
11. I'm going to play a disclaimer beforehand.
Good to go.
Stand by. Bye.
Give me a declarative sentence.
Christopher Steele is.
A patriot, somebody who has professional integrity and expertise, and somebody who is a true friend and ally of the United States.
But when you bring the information to the FBI in 2016, were you acting as a patriot or a paid private intelligence officer?
As a patriot.
And do those who say otherwise?
I'd like to see what proof they've got.
Rule of thumb in life, just a little, just write this one down.
Anyone who says I have great personal integrity, they're a scumbag.
Because if you need to say it, you don't have it.
That was Christopher Steele, the author of the P dossier, the Russian propaganda that was used in an effort to take down President President Trump.
I know our next guest, it's been far too long since he's been on the show, has something to say about Christopher Steele in that interview.
He's the co-founder of one of our favorite websites, Sean Davis.
Follow him at SeanMDAV.
Sean, welcome back to America First.
Thanks for having me back.
Hey, we have so much to discuss in the next seven minutes.
But first, I've got to get your take on that interview with Christopher Steele, intelligence officer.
My goodness.
Apparently, if you talk with an upper class British accent, you can be a liar, a fabulous, a Russian bag man, a repatriate.
Recall that Steele worked for Russian oligarch Oleg Deripaska, a guy who has been suspected of laundering money for Putin.
Steele's a hack, he's a liar, he's a fabulist, he's a fraudster, and in any just nation he'd be sitting in prison, not on television doing sit-downs with Bill Clinton's former spokesman.
Yeah, no, perfectly put, yes indeed, a man who's not a journalist but another Democrat hack.
Sean, you've always had a good Twitter game, but you've been on fire lately, and I just retweeted something of yours this morning.
I'm just going to read it, it's so good.
Boys, can't be goes.
The COVID shot doesn't prevent you from getting or spreading COVID.
Even Mectin works.
I can attest to that.
Natural immunity is real.
Antifa is a terrorist group.
Critical race theory is racist.
The next one's my favorite.
Joe Biden is a vegetable.
And nobody gives a crap about January the 6th.
Let's go, Brandon.
Sean, Why do we even need to state these things that are so patently obvious?
Sometimes you just gotta say things that are true, although I'll tell you, I've gotten some criticism about that, and I want to own up to an error I made in there.
What?
A lot of people pointed out that it was wrong for me to say Joe Biden is a vegetable, and I acknowledge they're correct, because vegetables can feed a family.
Oh, he's also starting stand-up.
He's good.
Listen, follow this man right now, Sean M. Dav.
Check out The Federalist every single day.
Let's get serious.
This hack who wants to label parents who don't want their children masked domestic terrorists is on Capitol Hill today.
Talk to us about what you're witnessing in the Merrick Garland testimony.
And also, how worried should conservatives be with the star chamber that is Nancy's January the 6th committee?
Yeah, let's start with Garland.
So this is a guy who runs DOJ, which basically said a couple weeks ago that parents are domestic terrorists for getting involved in their children's education by protesting the bad actions of school boards they elected.
And this was foisted on DOJ by the National Association of School Boards, saying, oh, these parents are making us scared.
And they give an example, and they're this awful parent.
Who they had to call the police on because this parent was so awful.
Turns out that parent's daughter had been raped in a Loudoun County school bathroom, and the school and the district and the board tried to cover it up.
When Merrick Garland today was asked about that, he said, no, I don't know anything about that case.
I don't know anything about it at all.
First thing I've heard of it.
When in fact, that guy, what the cops and the school board did to that guy was the sole reason that letter got sent and the sole basis for DOJ even intimating That parents involved in their kids' education might be domestic terrorists.
So that's a long way of saying, thank goodness Merrick Garland never made it to the Supreme Court because he's a hack and a clown.
Correct, correct.
But let's project this forward.
If you look at January the 6th, if you look at that letter, the fact that it took only six days to unleash the FBI across the nation based upon this letter from those who do not want any form of accountability in our public schools.
Should we be more worried than we are encouraged that more people will wake up?
You're a very sober observer of these trends.
Which side do you fall upon?
Oh, I think we should be very concerned.
We're watching our government turn into the Stasi, in which it wants to police everything we say and do and eat and drive and think and drink.
It's a huge problem and this dumb Pelosi-Cheney January 6th Committee is just another vehicle for driving that persecution against Americans.
Look, they're up there trying to subpoena private citizens just for the purpose of harassing them and persecuting them.
They have no authority to do that.
They have no right to do that.
They're out there trying to say that if you were even at the Capitol, you might be a domestic terrorist who needs to be in prison.
I mean, it is terrifying what's happening.
And I'm glad that while people are waking up, not nearly enough understanding the gravity and the grave nature of what's happening in our country, where people who just want to have a say in how their nation's affairs are run are being labeled terrorists and being persecuted by their own so-called Department of Justice.
How does all of this shake out?
What is your prognosis for the power relationship between the Democrats, the GOP, and the GOP establishment, given that we have midterms around the corner?
We have very interesting things happening in Virginia, where an outsider, a businessman, is now neck and neck with one of the most hardcore Democrat establishment figures for the governorship.
Is there a positive scenario whereby people say, OK, enough is enough and I'm going to be one of those parents, I'm going to be one of those activists?
I think so, and you can see it in these poll numbers that are coming out where the numbers for Biden are terrible.
Even Terry McAuliffe, who should be up by double digits in Virginia.
I mean, Virginia is a blue state.
Biden won it by 10 points or 11 points.
There's no reason on earth Terry McAuliffe shouldn't have a similar lead.
He's got the same views as Biden, but he can actually complete a sentence and seems conscious most of the time.
And the fact that it's even close I think says a lot about what's happening in the country now, where people are just ticked off at what's happening.
They were promised a whole bunch of stuff by Biden and the Democrats, that they weren't going to raise their taxes, that the economy would get back to normal, that they would shut down COVID and shut down the virus.
And it turns out it was all lies.
And instead of being a moderate administration that was going to do moderate things, we have the most left-wing administration in American history.
And I think if you look at the numbers and how they're playing out, 2022 is going to be a bloodbath for Democrats.
And the only question is whether Republicans who are in charge from that point on actually understand what we're facing and have the stones and the courage to do what needs to be done to save our country.
Yeah, that is the question, as is the question of Election integrity.
Sean Davis, last question.
Do you have a Let's Go Brandon t-shirt?
I don't yet.
I need to get one.
Well, I think I can help you with that.
It is the most popular t-shirt on our store.
It's even eclipsing the one we did for when the President came on the show that says, don't be woke because that means you're a loser.
The Let's Go Brandon shirts are flying off the shelves.
Stay on the line, Sean, or we're going to have one wending its way to you in the right size.
If you want one like Sean, go to SebGorkaStore.com.
That's SebGorka, S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, Store.com.
And, Sean, don't be so mean to vegetables in the future.
Back off of these messages.
All right.
Hey, Sean.
Hey.
Hey, I'm going to text you.
Send me your mailing address.
Just tell me now what size you are.
OK.
XL.
XL.
All right.
Texting you now.
That was great, buddy.
Awesome.
Thank you, guys.
Thanks.
Mic's on.
Three and a half minutes.
I think I have his cell, don't I?
Yes, I do have his cell.
I got it.
Okay, we're doing JCN and Relief here.
All right, JCN and Relief.
He does have a good Twitter game.
Old Sean.
All right, we've got to do the Surgeon General.
We've got to do Rice.
Is that cut eight good, the Biden voter?
It's pretty good.
All right, play me that.
Let me hear eight.
Eight.
When I consider what he has done to America's children, or rather not done, it is heartbreaking.
I think we're about 274 days into his presidency, and we are still masking, restricting, and just curtailing every single freedom our schoolchildren have.
He promised us schools open and children restored within 100 days, and we are way past that deadline.
That's good.
Did you see they're interviewing sailors like you said yesterday?
What's that?
You said they should interview sailors.
Did you see that?
No, they did.
They just did it.
Oh, they did?
Yeah.
Looked like a Filipino.
By the way, that email you sent me that has the attachment, it doesn't have the attachment on the email.
Seriously?
Yeah.
Okay, I'm sending you the address.
Who do I send it to, Eric?
It's a store offer.
Store, yeah.
You can send it to either one of us, I guess.
Because at the end it goes to Randy, and Randy's gonna make that request, so you can just send it to me and I can forward it to Randy.
Okay, so Sean Davis, and it's an XL.
XL.
Let's go, Brandon.
Yeah, send him a red one.
Red, I was gonna say, yeah.
Red should be the default at this point.
Let's go, Brandon.
Yeah.
I actually got sent a clip of your Newsmax show.
Somebody's like, oh, this is your boss saying that, you know, marriage is between, you know, it's only between a man and a woman.
And I said, yeah.
Tell me something I don't know.
Is this supposed to be... Is that a friend of yours?
Yeah, no, it's... I go... Traditionally, that is what marriage is for.
Like, I don't understand.
There's no controversy here.
It's not a controversial statement.
Here, man, woman.
Look it up.
Check out the Bible.
I don't know.
It surprises me.
Check out 20,000 years of history.
You can't back down to people who say that stuff, too.
It pisses me off!
I hear radio hosts, conservatives every day say, What the hell are you talking about?
We have to use the right language.
But then they've captured the language.
The second you do that, you have surrendered the language.
Exactly.
And I think that's such a big part of the fight.
It's how they get the wedge in.
Especially with the transgender stuff.
That's something I noticed with Dave Chappelle's special, too.
Another thing is, of course... Oh, I started watching the special this morning.
You did?
Oh, yeah?
Yeah, yeah.
Did you see the end?
No, no, I only saw the first 20 minutes when he was... the pants thing.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, shit.
Alright, 20 seconds.
Yeah, I'll watch that.
I thought his joke about DaBaby was the funniest one.
Oh, really?
I gotta watch that.
Is that a rapper or something?
Yeah, it's a rapper.
Alright, 10 seconds.
Coming in with JCN and then Relief.
Alright, stand by.
making sense out of today's news here's dr sebastian gorka it's It's been a tough two years.
Lockdowns, masks, school closings, the rising price of everything.
Now a shortage of supply.
And the small business owners out there are hurting so badly and they employ 60 million Americans and now they're going to face even new burdens created by the Biden administration.
A tax increase of nearly 30% on already struggling businesses.
Let's help them out.

Okay, we have so many calls to get through, but we've got important cuts as well.
Let's share one from Fox.
It's not that it's Fox.
It's the person and what they're saying.
This is a Biden voter.
Her name is Natalia Murakver.
Probably from the former Soviet Union.
Zero accent.
And she voted for Joe Biden.
Listen to what she thinks now.
Play cut.
She's right.
It's a tragedy.
How many others are waking up?
That's the question.
If you're like Natalia, why don't you call us?
I'd like to hear from you.
The number is 833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
Let's go to your calls.
Gorka, that's 833-334-6752.
Let's go to your calls.
Line one, Steve in New Jersey.
Hey, Dr. Gorka, how you doing?
We've talked before.
I'm a retired Lieutenant Colonel from the Army Reserve Combat Zone veteran and a retired police officer.
And I'm also, uh, work for immigration.
I'm a naturalization adjuster.
So you, you, you visited me or something like that.
So anyways, and bottom line is, uh, I'm a use of force expert.
And when I saw what I saw against Ashley Babbitt, I recognized it immediately as homicide.
Also, I want to point out to everybody listening, there is no statute of limitations for homicide.
So if this guy goes and hides somewhere in the Cayman Islands, wherever he goes, after the fact, when Trump gets re-elected, we're coming for him.
Alright, explain.
You are a former combat vet.
You're a LEO.
You're a use of force expert.
Walk us through, Steve, why that was homicide.
Because what happened was, okay, first of all, when you're entering a structure with the intent to commit offense, at most that's a burglary, okay?
Right.
You're not allowed to kill a burglar that's not armed.
If you do, you could be charged with a homicide, even if it's your own house.
This is a public structure.
He had no reason, no rationale, no objective evidence to prove that she had any type of weapon that threatened him.
So anything, it's not recklessness, it's homicide.
It's above recklessness.
His actions were so great, it's second-degree homicide.
There is no statute of limitations.
It doesn't matter what Nancy Pelosi and her idiot friends said and investigated.
This guy's still going to be dealing with us when the next regime comes into play, and he's going to be held accountable.
And you know what, Sebastian?
You're an expert on this, because I know you used to do investigations yourself in the military.
You know when he was talking to that knucklehead on TV how scared he looked?
He knows he's guilty.
Oh yeah.
He knows he's guilty.
And you can tell he's just making it up on the fly, Steve.
Just making it up on the fly.
He absolutely is, and guess what?
It ain't gonna go away.
So it doesn't matter how much he wants to hide, we're gonna come after him when we can, when we're running the show, and he's gonna get arrested for that.
So he should start planning his exit now, because we're coming after him.
Just a little correction.
I didn't do investigations in the military.
My MOS was interrogator.
It's a little bit different, but it's even more relevant.
It's even more relevant.
Interrogator means that you're an expert on looking at somebody's face and saying how they are looking and whether they're scared, whether they're nervous.
Whether they know that they're lying, and you're able to do that, and they teach you that when you do those interrogations.
Oh, yes.
Hey, Steve, great call.
Stay on the line.
You get to choose what you want.
Either a Let's Go Brandon t-shirt, or the President.
Don't be woke, because that means you're a loser.
He gets to choose.
We just need your size and your address.
If you want one of those t-shirts, go to sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
Back to your calls momentarily.
We are coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
Reliefactor.

One Sunday morning I sat on my couch in so much pain I was in tears.
That's the day I ordered Relief Factor.
Following directions in eight days I found relief only to get better and better.
I'm a believer 100 percent.
Shouldn't that be your story?
I think it should.
There's only one way to find out.
It's super easy, though.
Go to reliefactor.com, order the three-week quick starter pack right now.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.

And I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for me, Leah, and thousands of your fellow Americans.

Do it now!
800-500-8384, relieffactor.com.
Forget about that caller's pronoun being sexy.
How about my voice today?
I mean, is that not Barry White?
Hey, my pronoun is sexy.
Is that good?
Come on.
Give Deep Voice Dave a run for his money.
We should do some liners now.
Mr. G, he doesn't do hugs.
Oh, I have that, too, by the way.
Oh, yes!
I need it on my sound box.
What can we push off?
The Arnold stuff, because you don't like Arnold anymore.
I just...
I just flipped the end, yeah.
I never understood hugging.
I need that.
We're gonna make Mr. G famous.
I never understood hugging.
That's Mr. G. Alright, what can we replace?
He tasks me and I shall have him.
I'll chase him round the moons of Nibia and round the Antares maelstrom and round Perdition's flames before I give him up.
No, that can go.
No!
Not touching that!
No, let's get rid of Obama.
I don't need this crap.
But if you want to walk around saying you're a woman with a penis, then good for you.
I'm a woman with a penis, guys.
That's the wrong one.
If that's what you feel, then... This is Barry Obama.
So, would you date me?
You've got to change this one.
It's penis.
That's a tough question.
What about the dread-a-thon?
No, I don't roll that way.
Hang on, hang on.
What do you mean?
I'm a woman.
How dare you?
That's really important.
So we've got a... Very interesting.
I love that one.
I know, I never use any of these.
I've got to try harder.
What can we get rid of?
Probably one of us should have it and just drop it in when it's... That's usually what people will do.
There's another person.
Well, unless it's Don Crow.
He runs everything.
He's incredible.
It's too hard to remember when you're...
Yeah, it is.
And you're in the zone, yeah.
Yeah, but you guys do so much already.
Oh, excellent, um, footage yesterday.
Well, the B-roll you had on, what was it?
What's going on?
Of, um... What was it?
Immigration or something was really good.
Oh, yeah, during, uh, Holman?
Oh, yeah, yeah.
Really good.
Thank you.
Yeah.
You got plenty of the good immigration b-roll. 40 seconds.
Yeah, I heard that too, John.
What was that?
This is me getting too close to the mic with my headphones.
That would be it.
It's feedback, definitely.
That would make sense.
Screw your freedom.
The other Arma one, like the Conan one, since you said you don't want to play that anymore.
I didn't say that.
Well, usually, like, you have Amanda Milius.
Oh, I have it for Amanda, yeah, that's true.
You've got 20 seconds, and... Oh, I'm getting rid of the poor kids, the just as talented white kids.
Aww.
So put it in here.
Alright, alright, we'll do that.
10 seconds. 10 seconds.
39.
Isn't it time to treat yourself?
It's almost my birthday.
Use that as an excuse.
It's almost Dr. G's birthday.
I'm going to treat myself.

Okay, Matt Gaetz.
When was that, Jeff?
Was that yesterday?
Was that today, Matt Gaetz?
That was yesterday.
That was yesterday.
Okay, I think it was after the show aired.
This is amazing.
Do you want to know how bad the Department of Justice is?
You'd think that a congressman from any party being threatened for his life should matter to the Department of Justice.
Not if you're Matt Gaetz.
Not if you're a Republican.
And he spilled the beans.
Cut nine.
I thank the gentleman for yielding because I think someone may be trying to kill me.
And if they are successful, I would like my constituents and my family to know who stopped their arrest.
Madam Speaker, on October 8th, 2021, a Twitter handle styled CIA Bob is at your door tweeted to at Rep Matt Gates.
Looky here, pal.
I lived in Portland.
Portland has ordered a hit on you.
I accepted the contract.
Have a good day.
Following this tweet, this individual traveled to Washington, D.C., and the Capitol Police recommended his arrest.
That's information that was just shared with me by the Investigations and Threat Assessment Section of the Protective Services Bureau, and specifically, George DeCesso.
And George shared with me that the Capitol Police recommended the arrest of this individual, and that the Department of Justice Refused to do so.
Declined to do so.
And on the eve of the Attorney General testifying before the Judiciary Committee tomorrow, it is just yet another example of the Department of Justice having a double standard.
If my name weren't Gates, if it were Omar or Tlaib, you bet this person would have been arrested because that's what the Capitol Police recommended.
But the Department of Justice doesn't seem to care so much when it's Republicans.
Yeah, imagine if that had been AOC or Tlaib.
The DOJ would have launched an FBI task force!
There would have been a dawn raid on the hotel!
Because it's Matt Gaetz.
It doesn't matter.
That's how deep the rot is.
But here's some good news.
There is a man.
Oh, we're going to get Matt Gaetz on the show.
I think he's traveling today.
He couldn't come on today.
We're texting with him.
But this is somebody else I want to get on the show.
This is the Surgeon General.
I think he went to Harvard.
We'll forgive him for that.
The Surgeon General of Florida, his name is Joseph Ladapo.
He believes in science.
And he believes that we shouldn't punish our children.
By denying science, this is what we need across the nation, in every state, and in federal government.
Cut sex.
There's a substantial gap between the quality of the data out there supporting masking kids, yielding any benefit for kids whatsoever, factual, and what we're hearing from some of our public health leadership in other states and nationally.
In Florida, we're going to stay close to the data, and we're going to let you know how we feel about the data.
And the data do not support any clinical benefit for children in schools with mask mandates.
The highest quality data find no evidence of benefit.
Let me just repeat that.
A Harvard-trained doctor, who's the Surgeon General for one of the biggest states in the nation, but is seeing record low COVID infection rates, said there is no, no reliable data that masks serve any purpose in protecting children.
The Surgeon General of the United States, Vivek Murthy, on CNN.
I guess he doesn't like Science Cut 10.
If you have a vaccinated classroom of school children in third grade, how will that impact the need for them wearing masks in the classroom?
Well, it's a really good question.
You know, the CDC has guidance currently that says that even if you are vaccinated, you do need to wear a mask and that will likely be the case for children until the CDC changes it.
Do you know what that means?
If you're vaccinated, you still need to mask, which means what?
You deny herd immunity, which means what?
You'll always have to wear a mask.
Did you understand what this man is saying?
If herd immunity, if you can't discuss the fact that a virus has to burn out, it has to have people it can't infect anymore, if you're vaccinated and the child has to wear a mask on top of the vaccination, your logic is they've always got to be masked.
It's bloody insanity!
That guy should be on charges of child abuse and medical malpractice.
He's Biden's Surgeon General.
Let's stay on the issue of COVID.
Let's go to Memphis, line three.
Is it Janie?
It's Janie.
Hi Janie.
Hi.
I just wanna know, they're so concerned about Bannon and all these other people.
What are they gonna do about Fauci now?
How can we allow this stuff to continue to go on and no one do anything about it?
Well, we can't unless we win the midterms.
The Democrats have the House, so they can subpoena, they can hold in contempt, they have the Senate, they have the White House, so it's up to us!
Don't ask the question, can we do anything about it?
It's up to you!
You've got to volunteer!
Okay, so we can't do anything about it until the Exactly!
But you, you, you, you have got to make sure that we win!
Everybody listen to this show!
No, you can't.
What, you're going to do a citizen's arrest on Fauci?
Then who's going to prosecute him?
Not this DOJ.
It's up to us.
We have to turn the tides.
You have to get involved.
Everybody has to volunteer.
Everybody has to make sure that we win the next elections.
And then when we have the House, we have the Senate, we have the White House, then we deploy the tools of the judiciary.
The way they have, for false reasons.
Great question.
The answer is, hey, you know what?
Look in the mirror.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First, coming to you live from the reliefactor.com studios.
Are you in pain?
I don't care whether it's your shoulder, your back, your knee, your ankle.
Have you tried everything else and only failed to find relief?
I was in that situation for nine years, almost a decade.
I had a lower back pain, responded to nothing I did.
I took Relief Factor two weeks later I was pain-free.
Two weeks later!
And more than two and a half years later I'm still pain-free.
That's the story for tens of thousands of Americans across the country.
People like Yvonne from California.
Both my husband and I are in our 70s and are so grateful to have found Relief Factor.
We tried so many other solutions but none of them have given us the freedom of being pain-free like Relief Factor.
Those words, pain-free, are you listening?
If you are still in pain, you've got to order the three-week quick starter pack right now.
It'll be at your door in three days or less.
Take it morning and evening just like I do, and I promise you, Dr. G's guarantee, by the end of those three weeks, you will know whether it works for you like it works for Von, me, and thousands of others.
Call 800-500-8384.
Be one of those Americans.
800-800-883-84.
Be one of those Americans. ReliefFactor.com. ReliefFactor.com. ReliefFactor.com.
I have to record something Okay.
Ready? Ready?
Ready? Ready? Ready? Ready? Ready? Ready? Ready? Ready? Ready? Ready? Ready?
Ready? Ready? Ready?
Thank you.
With the deepest voice in talk radio, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Alright guys, where did that hour go?
That's just insanity!
I'm not a big fan of Condoleezza Rice.
Can you say establishment?
But even some of the establishment can have a good day.
She, as a black woman, is prepared to talk out.
When it comes to the bigotry that is critical race theory.
Let me be very clear.
I grew up in segregated Birmingham, Alabama.
I couldn't go to a movie theater or to a restaurant with my parents.
I went to segregated schools till we moved to Denver.
My parents never thought I was going to grow up in a world without prejudice, but they also told me, that's somebody else's problem, not yours.
You're going to overcome it, and you are going to be anything you want to be.
And that's the message that I think we ought to be sending to kids.
One of the worries that I have About the way that we're talking about race, is that it either seems so big that somehow white people now have to feel guilty for everything that happened in the past.
I don't think that's very productive.
Or, black people have to feel disempowered by race.
I would like black kids to be completely empowered, to know that they are beautiful in their blackness, but in order to do that, I don't have to make white kids feel bad for being white.
So somehow this is a conversation that has gone in the wrong direction.
White people shouldn't feel bad about being white and black people should feel like they can achieve the American dream.
Why is that controversial?
Hey Jeff, do I need to do this on my show with my guests like they do in the future?
Do I need to go, uh-huh, uh-huh, when somebody's talking?
Except Joy didn't do that afterwards.
She has to repeat that statement.
She was upset with it.
Who's white?
Oh dear.
All right, I'm not going to do this.
That's just too weird.
Guys, third hour, amazing in-studio guest, Gunnery Sergeant Jesse Jane Duff.
Don't forget, don't forget to subscribe to the podcast.
You're not going to miss any of our one-on-ones.
People are going crazy with the subscriptions.
Why?
Because they love it.
In-depth talk about the issues that really matter.
Look for America First, my name, wherever you get your podcasts.
Let's squeeze in one more call before the gunnery sergeant is on deck.
Let's go to Los Angeles.
Brent.
Hello, great anti-fascist firefighter Gorka.
I like that.
I like that.
That's a keeper.
What brings you to our shores today, Brent?
Well, yesterday I went to a rally at Los Angeles City Hall to support our courageous firefighters and paramedics who are now being threatened with firing for refusing to be poisoned with Biden's Fauci jabs.
And I told them that they were fighting the largest and most dangerous fire of their lives, the mandate fire.
But I told them that their tactics of proclaiming constitutional rights and freedoms against illegal mandates were inadequate to gain support from an ignorant and a panicked public who have been terrorized by Democrat lies.
And so I said, tactically, we need to re-terrorize this panicked public, but with medical truth about the genocide jabs, and then promote their health, safety, and welfare with safe, effective, and cheap ivermectin and hydroxychloroquine.
You're so right.
And on that topic exactly, we're going to have Dr. Jeff Barkey on The Reality Check this weekend, Sunday on Newsmax.
God bless you, Brent.
Back with Gunnery Sergeant Jesse Jane Duff.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
She's none other than Gunnery Sergeant, United States Marine Corps, Jessie Jane Duff.
She worked on the Trump campaign, co-chair of Veterans for Trump, and also a contributor, a fellow colleague of mine on Newsmax.
Gunny, welcome to One on One.
Thank you so much.
I love your introductions.
I get real big headed.
Can't get me out of the studio after that.
We will always stick to the truth.
You are a Gunny, always a Gunny.
We've got to talk about what is happening in the last 10 months to our services.
As you know, the Marine Corps is especially close to my heart.
I've worked with all the armed services, but I spent two and a half years in Quantico.
The latest breaking news item is we finally, I'm sure the Chinese are most impressed, I'm sure Vladimir Putin is quaking in his boots, we have a transgender admiral!
Now thank the good Lord it's not in a real armed service, it's not in the Coast Guard or the Navy.
It's in the Health Corps, but put the footage up.
This is, uh, what's his name?
Richard Levine, HHS, who has been made a quote-unquote Admiral in the Health Corps by the man who sadly bears the title Commander-in-Chief and President Sleepy Creepy Joe Biden.
Jesse, Jane, this disturbing turn of events, they're not going to keep this just to the Health Corps, are they?
Oh, absolutely not.
For example, the National Defense Authorization Act right now in Congress got passed.
It has to go up to the Senate still.
It got passed, though, that taxpayers would pay for transgender surgery.
For military members?
Military members.
So you could join the military.
Now, here's something that a lot of people are not aware.
The Trump administration did a year's study on this under General Mattis, who was very open-minded, maybe a little more so than many of us would have liked, for other issues, such as women in ground combat.
But getting back on this, General Mattis had this study conducted and they came to find out that transgenders could join the military, but it would be after they've had the hormone treatment, the surgeries, and they were psychologically fit.
They were actually capable of doing the military jobs.
And there would be a five, I believe it'd be five years within the time of their surgery so that you knew that they had fully adjusted.
We know that there are record-breaking medical concerns among the transgender community for psychological issues, the transphobia, what is it, what is it called, gender dysphoria.
Things to that effect.
And I'm no expert on the topic.
And I have no issue with a transgender being in the military, but I have a huge issue with a transgender who is using the military to be non-deployable.
And you are essentially allowing people now, so what they came out and said, we're going to allow them to join, as if the Trump administration had not.
That's not true.
That's a falsehood, number one.
Number two, what they're doing now is allowing somebody, a perfectly capable 18, 19, 20-year-old to join, 25-year-old to join, say they're transgender, get into the military, and now they go transition.
This now allows a... I'm not even sure how they're going to dress.
Is the male who identifies as female going to go to the female boot camp with the testosterone and all the capabilities?
How are they going to handle promotions now?
How are they going to handle physical fitness tests?
And when a male is transitioning, guess what?
They get to wear the women's uniform and they will birth and shower with women to see that they are actually capable of being a woman because there's a process.
You just don't go in and get surgery.
There's a psychological profile that has to be done.
You're given hormonal treatment.
Guess what else now?
They're non-deployable.
The whole purpose of the military is not about a civil rights organization, not about an equal opportunity organization.
Well, they've thought about free medical procedures either.
No, no.
And there's thousands of other issues that people can have resolved with a surgery that are not allowed to join.
So now where does that line move to?
Where does it shift to?
Just like vaccine mandates, what is it going to be the next one?
Do you have your card that you don't have HIV?
Do you have a card that you don't have the flu?
Where does it end?
So those who have gastric bypass surgery, why can't they join?
Why can't those with high blood pressure who can take medication?
Right, if you don't have to deploy, why can't a 400-pound guy with, you know, blood pressure off the scale join?
So how is this appropriate that I was listening to, say her last name for me, Lauren, Congresswoman Lauren Bobbert, to speak today.
She said 33 Republicans voted for this NDAA, and in it was transgender allowed in the military, number one.
Number two, authorizing the funding, mind you.
They don't make the rules.
They're allowing the funding.
And for the draft our daughters.
So now they're trying to call it a civil rights issue.
I'm sorry, an equal opportunity issue.
These knuckleheads on the Republican side are doing this.
Oh, it's about equality.
You don't understand that.
The military has never been equal.
It has always had weight regulations, height regulations, physical fitness standards.
It's about overwhelming and killing the enemy.
That is our job.
Hang on.
You're such a hater.
What?
It's about killing the enemy?
So here you are.
You sound like a Marine.
I know.
Sorry about that.
Everybody beware.
Now you know I don't have a date every Friday night.
They think I'm going to break out a K-Bar, but hey.
That's a big knife.
Yeah, that is a big knife, yes.
And it's bigger than theirs, I'm sure.
Anyway, so with that said, you now are looking at it as an equality issue.
What is the purpose of the draft?
What was the last time we had the draft?
The Vietnam War.
Well, we'll talk about the draft.
We'll talk about the NDAA.
We'll talk about women fighting.
This is a mockery!
I know, and I'm going to give my tuppence here.
I don't want transgenders in the army.
Period.
Why?
Not because I hate them.
You want to live that life?
Go and live that life.
But if you look at the stats, the science.
Don't deny the science!
Those who go through transition Have a suicide attempt rate of over 40%.
Being in the military is one of the highest stress jobs out there.
Why?
Because it's about life and death.
It's about performance under duress.
And you're going to suddenly inject people into this environment who are handling machinery?
Handling weapons, have to deploy for months on end in submarines, in the desert, wherever, and they have a higher than 40% suicide rate.
It is wrong.
In fact, it's inhuman to those people who are having gender dysphoria.
Don't be a science denier.
Before we get to all of these issues, because this is one-on-one, because we have the luxury of time, and because I don't think we've done it before, and people love to get the background, will you tell us a little bit about the Duffs, where you come from, your background, and how you ended up as a gunnery?
I know.
That's the biggest question.
How did they let me become a gunnery sergeant?
No, no, no.
You are a fine gunner.
So talk to us about how you got to where you are.
So quickly.
I was a 17-year-old that was not getting along with her parents.
How unique is that?
Whereabouts?
Sacramento, California.
Now keep in mind, for the Marines that were killed in Afghanistan, we're from California.
I hear everybody bash California.
We have a lot of conservatives and patriots.
A lot of Californians in the 13 that died.
Absolutely.
So I joined at 17 to get away and show my parents that I could do it.
But why does a 17-year-old girl pick the Marines?
Because it would be the hardest and make them realize I was serious.
Was that family history?
No, no.
My father had served during World War II in the Army but only a year.
He was a very young lieutenant and he was in the first integrated officer candidate school during World War II.
He's still alive today.
He'll be turning, let's see, he'll turn 97 next year.
But I did have to go out to California because my father, tragically, has been diagnosed with Alzheimer's.
I think he just simply has outlived his brain.
I mean, really, he's a brilliant man.
I'm very blessed this didn't happen when he was 50, 60, or 70.
And I'm very blessed that I had so many great years.
But I did move out kind of in a huff because my father was so strict, being that they're old enough to be my grandparents.
I was born very late.
I'm the youngest of five children.
My parents were married late 30s.
So there was a huge generation gap.
I wasn't allowed to date.
I wasn't allowed to drive.
I mean, people are like, were they religious?
So you rebelled by becoming a Marine?
Exactly.
It was really rebellion.
And my mother said, years later, I know what you were doing.
You're going to show us.
I didn't pick the Coast Guard, the Navy, the Air Force.
No disrespect to any of them.
It's just I knew the Marines would be the most shocking.
And here I joined, didn't have a driver's license, didn't cuss like I do now today.
I was actually very sweet back then.
But I figured if anybody could do it, I could.
I'd studied ballet.
She's inferring she's not sweet now.
That's outrageous.
I'm not.
I'm really horrible.
Well, I'm abrupt and sometimes shock people, but I had been a ballet dancer, piano player, tap dancer.
I was very disciplined and physically fit, so I wasn't an athlete, but I was an athlete.
I had studied ballet since I was three, performed in the Nutcracker Ballet, and I was Actually, perfect marine material.
Right, because you were used to a hard life, getting up early, training.
Absolutely.
Always training and having strict parents.
So anyway, I joined and then I would not go with an admin.
Back then it was called open contract and I told the counselor I don't want admin.
I didn't want to be a stereotype of what a woman in the Marine Corps would do.
You don't want to be a Marine with a typewriter.
So I turned around and at open contract they picked motor transport for me and my first thought was, but damn, I don't have a license.
And next thing you know, it was the best thing for me because I had to get out of my skin.
I had to learn how to, and it was primarily when I was on active duty, less than 6% was female and is only up to 8% now.
But back then, in the Corps, and as it should be, I don't want to hear about diversity in the Marine Corps.
I want to hear the Marines go out and kill people.
That's it.
But I turned, well, the enemy, I should be clear.
So, I get into motor transport school and then I was sent to a commercial motor pool where I learned how to drive commercial rigs.
No way!
Max, Freightliner, Kenworth, 48 foot trailers and I hauled for the infantry and the wing units.
Okay, okay.
I want to get deeper into your career.
But first, I wanna say, guys, if you love these one-on-ones as much as I do, you've got to make sure you don't miss any of them.
The best way to do that, you can listen to the podcast, that's cool, but just go to our Rumble account, okay, and subscribe today.
It's rumble.com slash SebGorka, and you'll never miss one.
This is long form, we love it here.
That's rumble.com slash S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A.
The End
Thank you.
Thank you.
All right, so you joined the Marine Corps, Jesse Dean.
You don't have a driver's license.
They won't give you MOS transport.
They're going to be driving stuff.
Big rigs.
I've got to ask you first, because I'm just curious.
What was your favorite thing to drive of all the rigs?
Oh, probably the Mack.
Oh, the Mack truck?
At least when we had leased a Mack truck at my commercial motor pool at Camp Pendleton, base motor transport.
They had leased a Mac at one time, and let me tell you, there was nothing like it.
It was like the Cadillac, you know, 20 feet up in the air.
But I can tell you two of my favorite experiences.
One was when I was driving, it was probably a flat-nose white, I don't recall the tractor that it was in, and I was hauling heavy equipment to an Air Force base outside of Riverside, California to get offloaded onto an aircraft.
I have to drive through commercial streets, civilian streets, and I didn't have a concept of how I looked.
I mean, I didn't realize I was pretty.
I didn't.
I really didn't.
I wasn't even allowed to date, for goodness sake, so I was a wallflower.
Well, you had a 17-year-old protective family straight into the Marine Corps.
I mean, I knew I wasn't ugly, but I just didn't... So what happened?
I'm intrigued.
Well, so two things.
Well, one, I turned up... And what are you wearing?
Are you in combat?
Yeah, I was always in camouflage.
Oh my gosh.
So two experiences.
Being naive like that was very good for me because I was never arrogant or big-headed and I never thought I could manipulate people.
No, I was always like, I gotta prove myself.
I gotta work harder.
Always.
I was always like a maniac.
So I'm driving this tractor trailer and I remember looking at the roads and having to navigate the turn.
This is a long trailer.
And I look down and there's a civilian lady.
She looks up at me.
her eyes pop out of her head her jaw drops and then she gives me the biggest thumbs up you would ever see like she just thought that was so cool because the side of the truck said united states marine corps and i'm in camouflage the second experience was offloading heavy equipment in oh no to pick up equipment from an infantry unit in 29 palms So I get out there, that's the desert.
I have to back up into, and I'm backing up into the dock to load up their Hummers, their Humvees.
And I jump out of the truck, and the look on their faces was an absolute shock.
Now, I'm a sergeant at this point.
Marines are professionals.
You hear all these horror stories from, I'm sorry, in the Marine Corps, they see your rank, you don't hear a peep of disrespect.
And I'm out of that truck, and the look on their faces was, seriously?
She's gonna haul this out of here?
You could just see it!
And I said, all right, double dogs, I need to get you to drive up the Hummer onto the trailer.
And they're waiting for me to ask for help to chain it down.
But we don't do that.
When you're trained in the motor pool, you're taught how to chain down your gear.
And again, I'm not thinking I'm a lady, open the door for me or help me.
It was a different mindset.
And then they stood there and watched me.
Get underneath those axles, pull the chains, and then take the breaker bar, pull it in, and clamp them all down, all two or three hummers.
And then I said, anybody want to ride back to Camp Pendleton?
And one of them had the balls to get on that truck.
And I rolled back to Camp Pendleton.
I said, I'll see you there.
And then they offloaded.
But I would say those stood out to me because that's when I realized I was different.
Like, you know you're different, but you're not.
I'm so glad I wasn't fully aware of that.
And I was very fortunate because I never had issues.
The one time I had one little itty bitty problem, I embarrassed the Marines so bad about it.
I never had a problem again.
You mean you never had anybody do anything?
Yeah, I never had sexual harassment.
I didn't have... And a lot of it had to do with... I picked up corporal... But hang on.
I mean, you know, we're told every day by the left... How bad it is.
...toxic masculinity.
It's got to be the worst in the Marine Corps.
Oh, yeah.
Senator Gillibrand wants you to think that everybody's victimized.
And the fact is, is that the Marine Corps taught us how to be such great professionals.
One of my friends, who retired a lieutenant colonel, picked up gunnery sergeant the same time I did.
Went on and got a commission.
She said, you know, Jesse, why we never had a problem?
Because we didn't hang out drinking with these guys.
Like 90% and I'm not blaming the victim but I want men that are tough and rough and you can't take that away because that's what they do in combat to succeed.
I don't bemoan any of them but I never put myself in a situation where I Helped enable it.
Again, it's not supposed to happen.
I shouldn't be penalizing anybody, but I was just very professional and I was very blessed to get off base early because they had no room at the barracks and I had to get housing allowance and I think that was the biggest thing that saved me.
Mind you, I could never get my, I could, I was living payday to payday broke all the time, but it kept me out of those barracks, kept me out of a situation where I could have thought, well, I got to fit in.
Let me hang out.
But I picked up rank quickly because I was smart.
I paid attention.
I got meritoriously promoted as corporal and sergeant.
And my parents, needless to say, my father who was so upset at me at 17 didn't speak to me for almost 10 years, maybe 9 years.
I didn't go home again till late 20s and he now hangs the Marine Corps flag in front of the house.
And it's as if none of that nonsense ever happened when I was 17.
I mean, I have to say, look, I love them all and I've worked with them all as close as the longest time is with the guys, the Brotherhood at Bragg.
But the Marines are special and different.
And I knew it day one.
So I rolled up in Quantico, crossroads of the Marine Corps.
I'm on the faculty of the university as the chair of military theory and it's day one and I'm in a classroom teaching 04s, 05s, 06s and I'm teaching counter-terrorism and irregular warfare and I do my shtick and I do my spiel to start the conversation going.
And instantly, and I mean instantly, there's no kind of sitting there quietly in deferential.
It is pushback.
Substantive.
I mean, it's all respectful.
Oh, they push back.
But it is instant.
Well, what about this, Professor?
What about that?
And I tell you what, it was one of the funnest first opening sessions of any course I've ever taught.
So God bless the Devil Dogs, the Leathernecks.
Tell us a little bit more about your career.
So where all did you serve and what were you doing?
So I'm often asked, and I just want people to be sensitive to this, I'm often asked, oh so did you do overseas?
And which is always code for did you go to Iraq or Afghanistan?
And I want civilians to appreciate that not all of us do go.
I did not go to Iraq or Afghanistan.
My commands did.
I had been in a position where I didn't deploy there.
However, I moved nine times in 20 years.
I did four tours to Okinawa.
I'm sorry, I did a lot of field time and I trained like I was gonna go to combat.
But you have to be aware that when you're asking somebody that question, there's a lot of survivor's guilt, so to speak, and non-deployed guilt.
We all have that feeling.
At the end of the day, also remember this, just because somebody did go to Iraq or Afghanistan doesn't mean they were even in a combatant role.
The majority of them are behind the wire in a secure setting.
The bulk of them.
But they get the props of now being the Iraq or Afghanistan vet.
I tip my hat to those infantrymen every single day and I think God bless them if they can do 20 years because I get the same retirement check that they do yet they had to probably suffer and really endure far more than I ever will see.
So when they say that the military, this is all about equal opportunity, I would say that sometimes maybe that has gone a bridge too far because the reality is is that the men and women who literally put their lives on the line for this country has sacrificed far more.
I am blessed to have been a Marine but God knows, I wasn't the greatest.
I wasn't the most exceptional.
I probably was given a talent to be able to survive it, and many never saw 20 years.
Some only can do four.
But just to understand, no, I did not deploy there, but I had moved around considerably.
Nine times in 20 years is nothing to sneeze at.
And I loved being stationed.
I did go up on a tour up to South Korea.
I was like, North Korea, oh my God.
I would have never gotten out of there.
A little special mission there, right?
Yeah, special mission.
And I admire those the most that have sacrificed so much for this country.
And I went to a wedding this past weekend and saw a Marine.
And I didn't know he was a Marine, but he was a bartender.
Everybody said, oh, you've got to meet this guy.
He's hysterical.
So there's two things about Marines.
They're loud and they're funny.
They're loud and they're funny.
Never forget that because they're unfiltered.
They're gonna say what you were thinking and you're gonna die laughing.
So this guy's a bartender doing the craziest things and his haircut and his body build and I said, you know you look a lot like a Marine.
He goes, I was.
He's a Sergeant Marine Corps.
And he had done, uh, he was in Force Recon and had done six tours over to Afghanistan.
And here he was, this badass bartender, just rolling in tips, ten years on active duty, but he never lost his swag.
He had that swag.
You can tell.
He had that swag.
And what I really liked about him, he didn't do the rebellion like a lot of Marines do and grow up long beard and hair, trying to show, I'm not going to conform.
There's something about that uniformity that makes you pop, because most civilians can't even get a haircut but once a month.
These guys look good, stay in shape, they're funny, they say what you're thinking and too embarrassed to say it.
I like that.
The End We discussed it at the beginning of the show.
Let's open it up a little bit further.
The NDAA, the National Defense Authorization Act, the Republicans who are bending over backwards to facilitate the crazies in the Democrat Party.
Well, not the crazies, the crazy Democrat Party.
Talk to us about this idea of the draft for women and who's behind this insanity and give us your take.
Well you know it's there's so much disarray with this current administration that I couldn't tell you the logic behind any of it other than they have been enabled by our enemies.
I mean I look at this as just watering down the capabilities of our United States military one drip at a time and people I get on Twitter and I get these guys that want to say, well, you all wanted equality.
And I'm like, stop it.
Stop it.
Don't sit here and argue with someone like me.
I wasn't one of those lieutenants that tried to go through the courts and protest and sue so I could become a general one day.
The odds of you becoming a general in the infantry are slim to almost zero, number one.
Number two, what is your motivation for this?
It's not going to impact combat readiness on one level.
So first of all, There was a study done by the United States Marine Corps when Obama had lifted the combat exemption for women in, I believe it was 2015, April 15th.
I remember it was tax day.
And it went without, nobody cried.
Nobody cried.
Civilian women didn't even care.
And I'm sorry civilian ladies, you never care until it impacts you.
And the fact is, is they've taken it for granted that their daughters wouldn't get drafted.
But I told many radio shows and TV shows, as soon as you put women in ground combat, how are you going to be able to say you can justifiably stop having them in the draft?
So here's the thing, the bulk of the women don't want to go in the infantry for a multitude of reasons.
We have 45% less muscle mass, 20% less lung capacity.
And I hear women in the army particularly want to get mad at me and say, oh, you're against women's rights.
Say, you are not thinking this out.
Even if a woman can get through the training, what are her odds of surviving hand-to-hand combat with the enemy?
Because that's what Fallujah was.
This is equivalent to putting a woman in a mixed martial arts cage with a man.
You cannot equally defend yourself.
And 60 pounds or 80 pounds of equipment.
And not only that, the enemy tends to fight on methamphetamines and other drugs.
So that right there, too.
Even if you pass the training, your odds are you're going to be at the lower percentile of the men.
Unless they've done so many accommodations they've lowered the standard, you now have weaker men.
Which goes to combat effectiveness.
Exactly.
The Marine Corps did a study and basically they, it was General Dunford, God bless him, he stood up to this and he requested a waiver against it.
He was like, look, I'm not... He was the last one.
He was the only one.
He was the last general officer who had balls.
He actually got in and did over a 30 million dollar study that showed that it would be a lethal mistake.
Now, the left tried to say, the Secretary of the Navy, as I recall, I think it was Ash Carter, I could be wrong on this, said flat out, well, you didn't pick the most qualified women to do to study.
And a Marine Corps sergeant, I wish I had found her and thanked her, spoke out and said, what are you talking about, the most qualified?
We are the Marines.
We are the ones that graduated boot camp.
We graduated infantry training school.
Now, mind you, infantry training school was always men, and there were a few women that graduated.
But it was 25% female that could graduate compared to 98% male.
So then when they did the study for $30 million, they saw that women were injured 3 to 10 times the rate of men.
Muscle atrophy, you're talking hip displacement, you're talking carrying heavy loads and having to shoot, your heart rates are going up, you're having difficulty breathing, our accuracy in shooting was dropping.
Now, mind you, don't get mad at me, folks.
I'm a shooter.
I'm an incredible shooter.
I've been an expert all my years in the Marine Corps, but I also was shooting on a rifle range without somebody waving a K-bar at me, right?
Shooting at you.
and running with all my gear so there's a difference and the women were less effective because again with less lung capacity and muscle mass now if you are injured at three to ten times the rate of men for a variety of things that means you got to be replaced in a combatant environment there was no logical outcome of this infantry experiment because at the end most women were The Marine Corps ended up having over 20 women try to get through infantry officers course and they finally got one through.
I appreciate that they did not advertise her and put her out there like Miss America the way the Army did with their Rangers and exploited those women to show their equality.
What the Army never admitted to was in that Rangers training, which was not Rangers battalion, it was training that anybody from any field could go through, The women had to be recycled every single phase of the training.
They cost ten times probably more than the men because they were pulled out of their jobs that had to be replaced.
Long story short, no male would have been recycled that often.
So when the Marine Corps presented their study, all logical, all well thought out, six-month, nine-month study out in 29 Palms, it basically went to the circular file, which is called your garbage can, because they ignored it.
Yeah, the special circular file.
And here we are talking about putting women in ground combat.
Now, the purpose of the draft is to replace combatant forces.
And these Republicans, you want to know what they're saying on the field?
Well, they can fill admin jobs.
Number one, we don't do the draft to replace admin jobs.
You have enough volunteers to do that.
Two, you can put the male who's not qualified for the infantry in that admin job.
Because in the Marine Corps, everybody is a rifleman.
I'm a rifleman.
All Marines are going to be riflemen.
And do you want an admin in a combatant zone who's male, who has probably a fighting chance, versus a female?
This is obscure.
It's ridiculous.
It's just politics.
Do you believe that America is the greatest nation on God's earth?
Are you a part of the Make America Great Again movement?
I'm Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump, and I want to give you the opportunity to share your values.
and blast them around the world in what you wear.
Yes, take the America First message whether it is about the president's anti-woke agenda, whether it is about stopping the vaccine mandates, my body my choice, or just telling everyone how you feel about this shining city on a hill.

The End
The End
The End The End
So we've discussed the draft.
We've discussed what's happening with the NDAA and the Republicans lying over supine.
Let's talk about the bigger problem of political correctness infecting the military en masse, whether it's Milley on down, whether it's the decisions with Kabul in Afghanistan.
I'm sure you're still in touch with colleagues in the Corps.
What are you hearing?
How bad is it?
And let's talk about vaccine mandates as well, Jessie James.
They're so disgusted and you know many of them have opted to continue to their retirement because they're too close to the retirement and many are opting to get out now with the vaccine mandates and I'm just disgusted because we don't have one FDA approved vaccine in the United States.
The one that's FDA approved apparently is overseas and it's apparently in Germany.
If I'm wrong on that please forgive me but I've done my homework on this and apparently Senator Ron Johnson has been speaking out about this.
So why are we giving a vaccine to young men overall in the Marine Corps, let alone Army, Navy, Air Force, who are overall physically fit, do not have secondary health conditions, and the odds of recovering from COVID are quite high?
Why aren't we talking about just treating it versus putting this vaccine in?
There is a lot of information.
I don't know what is or is not true, but I do know that even on the CDC website they talk about blood clots that have been a higher rate of blood clotting.
I do know they have talked about congestive heart failure.
This is actually on their website.
The other things about adjusting your DNA, your mRNA, I don't understand that.
I'm not a scientist.
It's a new experimental form of vaccine.
It's brand new.
And they're saying that it's modifying your DNA.
Now, I am vaccinated.
I was vaccinated long before the controversy even started.
I was caring for my mother.
I was in line.
She was getting hers.
And at the time, back in January, February, I didn't hear a lot of this.
But fast forward, these mandates now, you're looking at young men who have a little to no risk of dying of COVID that actually with many of the medications now can recover very easily.
Very quickly.
So why aren't we just taking that?
These people have already been living together.
They're all over each other.
You get no space in the military, particularly Marines who deploy, and now you're concerned about them getting COVID, yet for the past, what, year and a half, they are okay overall?
So you're looking at children.
Same thing.
Less than 500 have died in the United States from COVID and primarily had secondary health conditions.
Correct.
In fact, I saw a posting of some 12-year-old little girl died.
They're suing because she had to take the students to and from the nurse's office.
That's how she got it.
I saw the photo of the 12-year-old.
She was morbidly obese, and I was stunned.
I thought, the flu could have killed this child.
So, you know, you're taking the military and telling them to put something that's not even FDA approved in their body, and people use this excuse.
Well, when you go in the military, you get all those vaccinations.
You know what?
The fact is, is the bulk of them, if not 99% of them, have all been approved by the FDA.
one that was not used for decades absolutely the only one that wasn't briefly when i was on active duty was oh i can't remember the name of the i know one of your listeners has it at the tip of their tongue but it was one that was not approved but then got approved and i took that when i was in my early 20s but here we are now looking at something that could potentially cause more harm than good because the reactions to this have been severe because
They have a higher rate, and I've read various data like 15,000 reactions per week compared to 1,000 with other vaccines, a higher rate of reaction.
How many of our friends have been sick who've had the vaccine?
End of the day, you're talking about a population that is at low risk.
So you're forcing them now to take a questionable vaccine, not FDA approved.
I'm against this.
I'm against what they're doing with this woke culture.
This critical race theory.
I was actually taught white guilt when I was an equal opportunity advisor, a brief.
Yes.
Down at Diome, Defense Equal Opportunity Management Institute down at Cocoa Beach, Florida.
When I went to become an equal opportunity advisor, I had to understand race relations, maltreatment.
And you were told the white people are bad.
We just learned what white guilt is.
We understood.
We had to learn what affirmative action was and why it was in place.
Those that had been disadvantaged.
And I'm not going to lie.
A lot of the training helped me understand things that I did not necessarily understand before.
However, I did not agree with the mindset that I was going to be categorically at an advantage because of my skin color.
Based upon past indiscretions and that's more or less why they're saying we still have to promote things that to give people a leg up.
Well I would fall for that except that we've had affirmative action policies and the 1964 Civil Rights Act passed in 1964.
Most of the people who were severely discriminated against have long since either retired or passed away.
You know at this era African Americans who do well in college have a higher rate of getting a scholarship than I ever will so don't tell me that There's a lot of disadvantages.
Well, and also, how long do you do it?
Do you do it for centuries?
Exactly.
At what point... And as a white guy who wasn't even born here, are you going to punish a Polish-Hungarian-Lithuanian for being born in the UK?
Well, we definitely got to keep you down.
I mean, clearly.
It's dangerous.
All right.
Are you hearing anything from your colleagues that are still in?
What's the mood like?
What I've seen is that a lot of the younger ones are going to opt to get out.
They're going to get a discharge.
And they are going to be pushing for honorable discharge.
People, the civilians out there, give them dishonorable.
You have to have committed a serious felony offense.
They deserve honorable discharges, period.
And they still should have their VA benefits.
There should be nothing taken away.
But Ashley Babbitt, as I found out, wasn't even allowed to get a funeral by a military presence, by the Air Force.
By the Biden administration.
I don't know what their logic was behind that, but what a discredit.
What a shame.
What a black eye.
And look how they treated Lieutenant Colonel Schiller.
Thank God that that judge said, I am not buying what you're saying.
You're trying to suggest that this guy is going to be a violent man.
When I watch this tape, I see a man who is just seriously distressed over what has happened.
Not going to go out and... They made him a threat.
What is your response to the Schiller video, given that he did it in combat?
And he did it in camouflage uniform.
You know, I admire him because I think he already knew that he was, what he was up against.
Oh, he knew?
He had no, it wasn't a guy that made a, you know, I feel more for the enlisted who was thrown in jail for taking photos of an old submarine and had to go into the brig.
However, putting him in the brig was unnecessary and the judge called out the Marine Corps for overreaching, seeing him as a threat, releasing his medical records.
I felt that some of those prosecutors started taking this personally and they treated it personally.
And I understand when you're upset at your Marine.
I've been there.
But you have to always check your leadership and say, am I making this a personal issue?
Treat the man professionally.
Allow him to resign.
Why did he even have to go through this whole charade that could have all been handled behind the scenes?
You can go now and get a—in fact, why are you denying him his benefits when he's had how many combatant tours and a Bronze Star?
He has done more for this country than 99.99% of Americans out there, and the Marine Corps should be ashamed of itself on how it treated it, and thank God that judge kept it from becoming a circus.
But it still has to get signed off by guess who?
Secretary Lloyd Austin, and I believe the Secretary of the Navy, and who knows?
Oh, no, no, no, Merrick Garland.
Isn't he involved in this too?
Regardless.
You know these people got sore egos over it, and I'm sorry, Secretary Lloyd Austin, you sold your soul a long time ago when you didn't cash in your investments when you became Secretary of Defense.
Well not only that, he's a disgrace.
He is a disgrace.
On his confirmation hearing saying that his priority is going to Be hunting down the enemy in the US military?
Within the military, exactly.
I mean, that's just a disgrace.
Well, he's the guy that made the comment that ISIS was the JV team.
He was the CENTCOM commander.
That should have tarnished him indefinitely.
He should have never been confirmed.
And it's unfortunate that he's sitting up there in his high palace now, leading the military.
Yeah, it is a disgrace.
One thing we haven't discussed, Jessie Jane, at all, and we've only got a few minutes left, is what you've done for the 45th president, for the commander-in-chief that I worked for.
Before we talk about you and President Trump, I want to say thank you by giving you a t-shirt we made for when he came on the show.
It's our second best-selling one right now.
It has been overtaken by Let's Go Brandon, but I thought you'd appreciate it.
It's his phrase.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
So that's for you to wear when you're next on Newsmax.
Oh yeah, when I'm on Newsmax.
Just put it on as you're on camera live.
I appreciate that.
I appreciate that.
I appreciate that.
I appreciate that.
I appreciate that.
I appreciate that.
I appreciate that.
Tell us why you were such a full-throated supporter, co-chair of Veterans for Trump.
Tell us about what he represents to you, what the message does.
You know, President Trump represented freedom that we had long forgotten.
Many people have becoming, basically when they take a freedom away, you'll never get it back.
And many Americans haven't recognized how these simple freedoms and the processes that we have fought so for, fought so long for, are no longer existing.
I mean, just to open up a business, just to build a runway.
Everything, the bureaucracy of our government bubble has overtaken and consumed where people now think that the government is actually that that's in charge.
And it's no, we the people.
And it was the president that made us aware of that because he said, they're not after me, they're after you.
And he spoke in such logical terms that it offended the elites in this city because he was cutting off their fund.
He said in his inauguration, which was so admirable, how many people have left this office that made profit off the backs of this position.
I'm paraphrasing.
And all of those former presidents are sitting behind him with their jaws clenching.
How is it you can walk away richer than when you walked in?
How is it that you could?
Because politics has now become a business.
When you look at this $3.5 trillion pork spending bill, there is things in Nancy Pelosi's district.
Are we surprised?
No.
Everybody is getting to shave off.
You look at Maxine Waters paying her own daughter out of the campaign.
How much money?
Donors money.
They are They're taking advantage of us, and they're fleecing us, and they're robbing us.
And we pay them.
When you've got school board meetings telling people, no, we're not going to listen to you, they forget that we elect them.
We pay them.
You are public schools.
You are not a private school that can control us.
And this president pushed back in such a way that they had to literally Not figuratively.
Manipulate this election on so many levels because he was the greatest threat to their piggy banks.
He was the greatest threat to the Clintons and the Obamas getting exposed.
That's why they got Puppet O'Biden in because he can sit there now and hide all their dirt and bury it deeper and deeper and deeper because he was enabled by China when his own son profited off of it.
Arch, our president stood for truth and it's amazing that we now recognize what we lost and I dare to say he'll be back in 2024 on a rampage.
Oh he is going to declare imminently if we can make sure that we don't have uh stolen elections he'll be back in the White House and then I have an idea Because I'll be advising on certain aspects of personnel policy in a few weeks' time to the President.
I think we might have a Defense Department spokesperson sitting here with me.
I think that's a good idea.
Oh, you don't like Admiral Kirby?
You don't like Admiral Kirby?
No, Kabul Kirby.
He's a disgrace.
A disgrace to the Navy uniform.
In the meantime, follow this lady, Jessie, with an i.e.
