Sebastian Gorka FULL SHOW: Dennis Prager's anti-woke COVID strategy
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
All right, let's get the breaking news out of the way.
Greetings, dear friends.
A coroner has been deployed to a potential site where Landry's body may be.
That's Gabby Petito's alleged killer.
We have Senator Manchin rumoured to be crossing the aisle to the Republican Party.
And then we've got at least one burger company in California that's standing up to the mandates and to the fascists.
But first, Let's talk about my colleague.
I call him my rabbi.
He's Dennis Prager, the founder of Prager University.
And he's having the left.
He's causing them to have a meltdown, especially poor old Fredo!
Play cuts.
Look, what he really wanted is what I'm giving him right now, which is attention.
The 73-year-old conservative radio show host, Dennis Prager, he says that that's what he did to intentionally get it.
He says he tested positive for COVID last week.
At no point, he says, was he in danger of being hospitalized.
That's the way the overwhelming majority of cases go.
But why take the risk?
Why do that?
What message do you want to send to people?
Get sick, it's great.
I know what message he wants to send them.
He's right here with us, Dennis Prager!
Are you surprised that CNN thinks that you want attention, given the fact that you have 15 times the audience of poor Chris Cuomo?
It's hard for me to react completely coherently to the charge.
I I have never done anything in my life... First things first, Dennis.
How are you and your darling wife doing?
All right, we both got COVID at the exact same time about 10 days ago, and we both registered negative yesterday, so we're fine.
And we are a living example of the power of therapeutics as prophylactic and as therapeutics.
Whether it was ivermectin, hydroxychloroquine, zinc, erythromycin, the Regeneron process.
We had it all.
It worked fantastically well, as I believed it would.
So you took prophylactically some of these therapeutics, then when you tested positive you did the full therapeutic package.
That's right.
You feel fine now.
And you said, yeah, this is what the left is just insane about.
It's actually my producer Jeff's policy.
He's been telling me for a year and a half now, I wish I could catch COVID just to get over it and have the antibodies.
That's all you said, correct Dennis?
That's all I said.
First, let me deal with that charge that what I said was for attention.
I have never, I can truly say before God and before man, I have never done anything for attention.
You know me pretty well.
I do.
I have a very strong moral sense.
And aside from everything else, I don't need it.
I have so much attention.
I have a billion views a year at PragerU.
A billion.
I have a large, as you do, radio audience.
I have a large audience for my columns.
My books are number one bestsellers on Amazon.
Hang on.
Don't leave out the fireside chats with Otto, please, Dennis.
That's right.
No, you're right.
That's exactly correct.
That's about a million views every single week from my home with Otto, my bulldog.
Who is the most famous dog in America?
He is!
Yes, there's no question about it.
So this notion that I would have said something about COVID for attention, first of all, if that's true, why did he give me that attention?
It's a little absurd, but here's the thing.
Why didn't he invite me on?
They are so afraid of every conservative.
They never have us on.
I would have Chris Cuomo on my show in a nanosecond.
He would never come on.
He's afraid to come on and I don't blame him.
He should be afraid to come on because I will treat him decently.
He will be shown to be the fraud that he is.
They're all frauds.
The whole CNN world is a fraud.
It's frightening!
I went on his show when I was in the White House and I can guarantee you that I will never be invited back on his show because we showed the world who he is.
Dennis, let's get serious.
Let's talk about the issue that you broached originally, way back in the beginning.
You called the shutdown, the COVID shutdown, the biggest mistake our civilization has made.
And you stand by that, do you not?
Oh, completely.
The only country that did not make that mistake is Sweden.
Yeah.
And the people thrived.
Kids went to school every single day.
We deprive children of school.
The harm, the suicide rate among young people in this country is the highest recorded.
Yeah.
What is happening in the various countries that have really hurt children With masks on two-year-olds?
Are we sick?
We're sick!
We're morally, intellectually, and medically sick to put masks on two-year-olds.
I think I find that the most abhorrent and the most amoral of all, what we are doing developmentally to our children.
Let me ask you this.
Let me tie it into your latest work.
Everybody has to listen to Dennis Prager's show.
SupportPragerU.com.
His latest series of biblical exegesis works is the Rational Bible.
Let me take that adjective.
Dennis, we now know the latest figures are transparent.
Florida is thriving.
It's not in lockdown.
It has less cases of COVID than New York, which is like a ghost town.
The rational response to that should be that, well, we've been doing it wrong.
But Dennis, rationality and logic simply does not apply to these people, does it?
It has been a phenomenon of the last couple of years that the religious community is so much more rational than the secular community.
This is one of the reasons that I am a religious person.
When I look at the consequences of secularism and the consequences of religiosity, And I realize how different they think, and how much more rational thinking, non-fear-based thinking takes place in the religious world.
And not all religious folks have passed the test, I want to make that clear.
Not all secular folks have failed.
But as a general rule, there has been no comparison.
I have spoken at church after church after church.
I conducted Jewish High Holy Day services for 400 people.
No masks.
Nobody was asked if they were inoculated.
If you didn't want to come, don't come.
But we had the service.
And it violated, presumably, every one of Gavin Newsom's laws, which only we're supposed to observe anyway.
Yeah.
I think we've found the nub of the issue here, that those who believe in the Creator, those who believe in objective, transcendental truth, they are the rational ones, Dennis.
That's exactly right.
I mean, this is a proof.
Where are you going to find more rational thinking?
At First Things, that terrific Catholic monthly, or in the New York Times?
Yeah, no, it is the sad reality that those who killed God or thought they did created a reality in which there is no objective truth.
Arm yourself with the truth, the rational Bible, Deuteronomy, God blessings and curses.
Check out everything to do with this man, all of his books, especially the great, what is it, the great, not the great good thing, the last best hope, is that, is that, am I remembering?
Yes, still the best hope.
Still the best hope.
It explains the left, I believe, and America in the clearest way I know, and it has turned a lot of young people from leftism to conservatism.
Still the best hope.
Prager University on the forefront of pushing back on the propagandists.
More than three billion views already.
Please support it today.
PragerU.com.
God bless you, Dennis.
Keep doing what you do.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First.
And that's a wrap.
That's a wrap.
That was great.
Super.
Super.
All right.
Love from Shu.
Likewise.
Safe travels.
Best to Otto as well.
Thanks.
Bye-bye.
Bye.
Lights on.
All right.
Dokes.
That's how you open a show.
That was great.
Oh, Glenn Youngkin's video.
Play me, cut 12.
Cut 12.
Get it.
And here we go.
And critical race theory is a political agenda that as absolutely in our schools...
It teaches everyone to view everything through a lens of race.
Good.
And you have the audio from yesterday, right?
The black woman on Chris Plumb?
Yeah.
I want to play that after her.
After him.
Yes.
Yes.
That one.
Excellent.
Okay.
Let's have a look.
Oh, yeah.
Cut 10.
McConnell.
Voter fraud does, in fact, exist.
The Democrats argue that this doesn't happen.
Well, it doesn't happen very often because states do have things like photo ID.
purging dead people for the role.
These are normal administrative provisions that our Democratic friends would like to get rid of.
All right, that's great.
We'll use that with Jenna.
Yeah, he's scared of Trump, I think.
Oh, that's interesting.
All right, play cut three, Kennedy.
Cut three.
Whether it's $600 or $10,000, under this proposal, the intimate financial details of everyone in this room, at a minimum of the intimate financial details of everyone in this room, at a minimum of every American who has a job, will be turned over on Okay, that's good.
Kensinger, four.
Four.
Do you ultimately think you'll be subpoenaing Donald Trump?
I don't know.
Uh, you know, I think we can get to all the information we need without him.
Um, but I think we're certainly willing to do it.
That's, that's something I want to make clear.
He's not off limits.
All right.
That's fine.
Just remember the mics are live on Rumble.
Mics are live, 90 seconds.
Hang on.
Jeff, can you get, uh, Casio to post Kinzinger?
Rhino's ready to subpoena President Trump.
Fredo does Fredo at Chris Cuomo know his audience is 1 15th of Dennis Prager's of at Dennis Prager's and then what else is important Oh, McConnell!
McConnell!
So now McConnell believes in voter fraud?
So now, capitalize, Mitch believes in election fraud.
Stop.
Sounds like he's afraid of DJT.
25 seconds.
Oh, Jenna?
Yes, I'm here.
All right, we're gonna talk, we're gonna play a Mitch McConnell cut, and then I'm, if we have time, I might get to Kinzinger as well.
Anything that's on your front burner?
Sounds good.
That's all good, and then January 6th, that's an executive privilege.
Alright, great.
Are you coming in with that or not?
No, I'll tee it up.
Okay.
Making sense out of today's news.
Here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
And what a news day it is.
Today what a show it is as well.
Trish Reagan, Jennifer Horne, Tron Sampson, the show host that Dan Bongino is standing up for and we are defending as well.
The man who Cumulus have fired as a radio host because he doesn't want to get the vaccine and in studio Telling us the truth about the disaster that is the border.
President Trump's former Director of ICE, Tom Homan.
Don't miss a second of it.
If you like what we do here on America First, support those that make it possible.
Especially Mike Lindell, the inventor of my pillow.
The pillow that never gets hot, never loses shape.
Guaranteed for 10 years.

Our whole team uses them.

Well, it looks like Mitch McConnell has had a change of heart.
Or is he afraid of President Trump?
Now he believes in voter fraud and stolen elections.
Cut 10.
Voter fraud does, in fact, exist.
The Democrats argue that this doesn't happen.
Well, it doesn't happen very often because states do have things like photo ID, purging dead people from the rolls.
These are normal administrative provisions that our Democratic friends would like to get rid of.
Well, he's singing a very different tune.
Let's find out why.
Let's ask the chair of the National Election Integrity Alliance, of which I am a member, full disclosure, former tenant of President Trump, Jenna Ellis.
Welcome back to America First.
Always great to join you, my friend.
So is this a red-letter day?
Mitch McConnell finally changes his tune and says, oh yes, the Democrats like to steal elections, Jenna.
You know, this is just Mitch McConnell being Mitch McConnell.
I mean, he equivocated even in that scenario.
Yes, yes, yes, you know, fraud happens, but it's very minimal.
You know, so he's giving himself wiggle room, of course, so that when people come back and say, oh, hey, you said that actually fraud does exist.
He can say, well, yeah, but it was so minimal that I'm not actually buying into it.
Classic RINO.
Classic RINO move, right?
Of course.
Of course.
So, you know, this is just, Classic Mitch McConnell being stupid Mitch McConnell and a stupid rhino.
And this is why every American needs to support America First candidates, not the rhinos and not the RNC.
Let's talk about the worst of the worst rhinos.
Here's Adam Kinzinger on MSNBC saying he's prepared to subpoena your old boss and my boss.
Cut 4.
Do you ultimately think you'll be subpoenaing Donald Trump?
I don't know.
You know, I think we can get to all the information we need without him.
But I think we're certainly willing to do it.
That's something I want to make clear, is he's not off limits.
He's not off limits, Jenna.
Your reaction to the whole January the 6th charade?
Well, you know, I'm surprised that Adam Kinzinger isn't crying and having tears running down his face while he's on MSNBC.
So, you know, good to know that he's okay.
But this is just so absurd that Congress doesn't respect the separation of powers and is actually trying not only to potentially, you know, keep Donald Trump's subpoena on the table, but even calling in former advisors and thinking that they can hold them in contempt of Congress.
for refusing to testify against their former boss.
I put up a thread on Twitter yesterday saying that Donald Trump is right to sue and assert executive privilege.
And this is very important, Seb, because a president must be able to rely, any president, on candor with his advisors without concern that a future officeholder could compel his advisors to testify against him or break privilege.
It's similar to the attorney-client privilege.
You have to be able to speak freely and candidly.
And so executive privilege should enjoy the same protections as the attorney-client relationship.
And if this were President Trump two years ago saying, you know what, I'm going to waive executive privilege for everybody in the Obama administration.
And, hey, Congress, why don't you subpoena all of them to come and testify against him?
The left would be having a fit over it.
And so they don't care, though, about precedent because they're going to try to just flip-flop and do their hypocritical same song and dance whenever it's against them.
But conservatives need to say, no, there's a reason that the Supreme Court has found and recognized the valid need for protection for communication between high government officials and those who advise and assist them in performance of their duties.
And the Supreme Court also said that public dissemination may well temper candor to the detriment of the decision making process.
This is bigger than Donald Trump.
It's bigger than, you know, stupid little Adam Kinzinger.
This is about making sure that we are protecting executive privilege.
Let's go from Adam, I've got something in my eye, Kinzinger, to perhaps somebody who's even more reprehensible, Liz Cheney.
Cut five.
Mr. Bannon's and Mr. Trump's privilege arguments do, however, appear to reveal one thing.
They suggest that President Trump was personally involved in the planning and execution of January 6th.
So Jenna, on that logic, if somebody accused of a crime actually says, I want to maintain my attorney-client privilege, that means they're guilty, Jenna.
Apparently she has no idea how due process works, but I think that Liz Cheney isn't actually that stupid.
She's just hoping to benefit in the court of public opinion and making those types of frivolous and slanted allegations instead of recognizing the truth of the matter and how attorney-client privilege works and how, of course, executive privilege works.
And she's hoping that the American people are stupid enough to buy it.
But sorry, Liz Cheney, we're not.
Yeah, we're not buying it.
Follow this lady, Jenna Ellis, ESQ, on all the usual platforms.
Listen to her show!
She's a member of the Salem faculty, the Jenna Ellis Show.
Jenna, any latest updates?
Anything new in the audits, in the investigations of last November's election?
Well, you know, I think that we are continuing to push hard in the states that are looking for audits, and of course, Don Huffines in Texas actually had a great statement yesterday calling on Greg Abbott to audit Texas.
I think every state needs to conduct a very thorough audit.
And the fact that the left is even against it.
I mean, auditing is just a routine process to make sure that you have checks and balances.
And for the left, he says, oh, you know, a lot of counties were audited and, you know, this is fine.
Well, no, no, no.
A recount is different than an audit.
And also, Auditing on a very, very minor level in the standard routine is not what we're talking about here.
So I think that we're continuing to see public pressure on the state legislators to make sure that we get to not only the truth of what happened in 2020, but also a way forward to make sure that there is common sense legislation in place.
And hey, Mitch McConnell's on board now, right?
And make sure that we as Americans can be confident Yeah.
in the safety and the security of our elections.
And that should be a nonpartisan issue.
Even Democrats, unless they want to cheat, they should be on board with that.
Yeah.
Is there any legal avenue for those municipalities that are not maintaining the records as they should and that are actually shredding them, Jenna?
Well, I mean, actually shredding documents like that can be a state or federal offense.
I mean, and so some of these attorneys general who are looking into this, like the state of Arizona, for example, who are saying, hey, we are requesting these documents from the Secretary of State, and they're looking into this.
And I think that that's going to be really important to make sure that we have accountability in our elected officials in every state, that when you have an intentional destruction of It's a very simple question.
and these public records that have to be maintained, that there is accountability, whether it's through the criminal justice system or the attorney general's office or wherever.
I mean, the public needs that, and we deserve it.
It's a very simple question.
If you're shredding evidence, if you don't want audits, what have you got to hide?
Follow this lady, Jenna Ellis, ESQ.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Your call's next, 833-33-GORKA.
All right.
That's crazy.
200,000 shipping containers.
Did you see that?
That's just California.
200,000.
I can't even comprehend that.
I mean... Somebody's calling.
Line 1.
How do you even deal with that backlog?
I don't even... I don't have a reference frame for that.
That's just such a large number.
What does 200,000 shipping containers look like?
200,000 trucks, that's all.
What?
200,000 tractor-trailers, that's what that is.
Yeah, yeah.
Oh my gosh, right.
But I've never seen 200,000 tractor-trailers, and I find it hard to... It's still ringing, Geoff.
It's a lunatic.
Oh, it's the same one?
It's a new one.
Are you crazy?
Is this a crazy person?
Hello, crazy.
Crazy.
I think that would come out to about 6 million metric tons of goods overall.
Like, what does that mean?
Why is Obama's transportation secretary on Fox?
He's trying to give Buttigieg pointers.
Because he's not on maternity leave.
if he wants to. - Oh my. - It's unreal.
How are Rumblers doing?
Are they rumbling away?
They're rumbling, all 770 of them.
Hello!
I want to know why no one's interviewing the people on the ships.
Why is nobody interviewing?
Yeah.
They gotta be so pissed.
Yeah.
Or the dock workers.
Oh, that's a cruise liner.
Well the dock workers don't care because they're a union, so they're just sitting there getting paid.
Right.
They have to go home.
200,000 shipping containers.
So when we moved here, I rented a shipping container because I couldn't afford a shipping company.
So I got an empty shipping container.
They couldn't get it to my house.
It parked like two miles away.
I had to get a flatbed and I had to go down to the shipping container like 50 times with our beds, our books.
One of those suckers is big.
They're massive!
That's what I'm saying!
Huge!
Just one of them!
What's $200,000?
I mean, we fit everything, right?
Four people, household, furniture, books, you name it.
And then waved it goodbye and hoped we'd see it in about six weeks.
It's so large.
And meanwhile, I'm still waiting on my damn couch for Memorial Day weekend.
Yeah, that's a bit ridiculous.
We've been talking about it for months.
Once there was five there, you knew there was an issue.
That's the thing.
Yeah, right.
Cause literally the average daily average for that port is one to zero ships off the coast.
Like you would never see a single ship.
No, really?
Yeah.
Oh yeah.
America first.
What's your name?
I can't even.
Insanity!
It's crazy.
All right, we've got relief here.
Oh, and if you have any titles in mind for Prager and or Jenna.
Jenna.
Like Kinzinger and Cheney, maybe?
Fun little punching bags.
Kinzinger and Cheney want to subpoena President Trump.
Uh-huh.
Should we get a little counter behind you?
Days since last Biden crisis.
I mean, there's like... Or last cabinet meeting.
He hasn't had one since June.
You know that.
Oh my goodness.
Seriously?
He hasn't had a cabinet meeting since, I think, June 18th.
Has he answered open questions sooner than he's had a cabinet meeting?
Well, you mean ones where he's told who to ask?
Well, you're not on the list.
Mom said not to answer your question.
Alright, let's get this going.
30 seconds.
Does 9 need a tee up or not?
Jeff?
No.
Alright, come in with 9 and I'm gonna ask you about it.
Coming in with 9.
Alright, 20 seconds.
Stand by.
Coming in with 9. Coming in with
9.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G. - Me.
Washington state recently instituted a vaccine mandate for most state employees, but despite that, Rolovich said he wouldn't get vaccinated, so Washington state fired him.
And he nods in gratitude to the clapping seals in the audience. - Yes.
I may be getting rather addicted to a TV show called Friday Night Lights, but it does not qualify me yet to comment on American Sports News.
So we will go.
We have two people now on the team.
Let's go to Mr. G, the producer of our show.
They did that on Colbert, what was it, two days ago when they said they're going to impeach or they're going to subpoena Bannon and everybody cheered.
Tell us, what's the significance of this, coach?
It's not that he's a big-time coach, but I mean, he is a head coach.
You haven't seen that yet.
And he made a lot of money, too.
I think he made, like, over $3 million.
Wow.
So it's a big deal.
So what do you think is going to happen in the league?
I mean, has there really been an uproar at all?
No.
I think they'll just keep doing it.
This was actually from the mandate from the governor in Washington.
And the response from Colbert's audience?
They're idiots.
The same thing.
I mean, why would you be so happy that a guy got fired?
Yeah.
So this clip that we just played kind of emphasizes something that came to me as I was driving to the studio today.
I think it's going to be my mantra from now on, my rule of thumb.
I think about the other side.
You can call them Democrats.
Dennis, who we opened the show with, calls them leftists.
Whatever the collective noun you wish to use.
There is no negotiating with them.
None.
If you're dealing with people who cheer, who are happy at another suffering.
Look, I don't like Biden.
I don't like Obama.
I don't like any of these people who hate America.
But I'd never cheer for their suffering.
I'd never wish ill on somebody simply because they vote differently from the way I vote.
But that's the difference between us and them.
As a result, it must shape how we approach them.
It must affect the strategies we deploy to save the liberties that we cherish and upon which this Republic was founded.
With people who cheer uproariously For somebody losing their income, being incapable to buy food for their children, to pay their bills.
There is no reasoning!
Who was it on our show yesterday?
It was Tom Holman.
Why is anyone going amongst the Republicans on Capitol Hill to vote yes on any bill until this nation is safe, until the borders are closed?
Why would you sit down in good faith with a party that hates everything that you stand for and believe in?
I doubt I'm going to change my mind.
I think I've arrived at some kind of Damascene moment.
There is no negotiating with the other side.
Because they hate us.
We love this country.
We aren't energized by hate.
Everybody in that audience Is fueled by hate.
How perverse is it?
How sick?
How demented?
How mentally deranged is it?
What person celebrates another person losing their job?
You're sick!
You're psycho!
So how do we proceed?
It's very simple.
There is only one option.
We have to utterly and completely destroy them in every election at the school boards, at the municipalities, sheriff's elections, state elections and national elections.
Utterly and completely crush them because there is no working with them.
Are you with me?
Give me your reactions.
I want to hear your voice, because you're the most important part of America First.

No, all it is is that they very meticulously have gone out of their way, like, you know, Biden and the government in general, to portray the anti- the unvaccinated people as the problem.
Oh, we want to give everything back.
We want to give you back your Christmas.
But, oh, until these people get vaccinated, you can't have nice things.
I know.

Yes, beautiful.
Perfect, perfect, perfect, perfect.

Perfect.
Good.
How's life?
Very good, very good.

No.
Alright, after the intro, come in with cut one.
Alright, what's your name?
Alright, sounds good.
30 seconds.
What'd you want to say?
All right, 15 seconds to then bye.
All right, 15 seconds 15 seconds to then bye.
All right.
The number one issue facing the ministry investors is inflation.
And it's pretty clear to me that inflation is not transitory.
It's here to stay.
And it's probably the single biggest threat To certainly financial markets and again probably I think to society just in general.
So this 5.4% CPI is a real eye opener.
It's a high CPI we've had in 30 years and of course it's going to go higher here in the next few months as energy feeds through it.
That's Paul Tudor Jones.
He is the founder of the Robin Hood Foundation on CNBC.
I have only one comment.
I think he's been listening to Trish Regan.
Trish, welcome back to America First.
Hello, it's always good to talk to you.
So, finally, are people waking up to what you have been warning America of every single week here now for months?
Yeah, I think they are waking up to that.
We saw a Rasmussen poll just the other day showing that more than 80% of Americans are worried about inflation, as they should be.
It's here, it's not going away, and it's like, well, you've got to get used to it, because the prices for literally everything are going up, up, up, and away, as they say, and that's not going to change.
Are you a fan of Jim Cramer, Trish?
I like Jim a lot.
We used to work together.
So I know him well.
Alright, let's get Jim's take on all of this insanity cut to.
Inflation is much worse than we thought.
I keep hoping that capacity will come on and make it so that it's not as bad, but it just can't seem to come on as fast enough.
For instance, I was going over with my friend Frank Mitch, who's got his own firm about chemicals, and it's just unbelievable.
Fermium's using numbers that are just astounding and makes you feel like that Procter is not going to be able to get out.
So we've got hyperinflation knocking on the door.
We've got 200,000 shipping containers solely off the coast of California.
Supply chain problems across the whole nation.
Trish, just predict for us.
How does this end?
It ends in higher prices for everything, a reduced standard of living, and hopefully, at some point, the Fed interfering in a way that is manageable.
Let me stress that, because they're going to have to vocal-style raise rates in order to combat the inflation.
Now, that can be pretty darn unpleasant, because it has sort of a restrictive quality, right?
On the amount of credit that's available, the amount of money in circulation, but sometimes you have to take that medicine in order to deal with things.
Look, I mean, I would love to believe that this will all work out.
You've heard me say Jerome Powell is a heck of a tap dancer and this is like a Fred Astaire moment and he's doing like ballet twirls as we speak with all this innovative policy but fundamentally at the end of the day it's going to come down to prices keep going higher and that's not going to change especially gosh you know if they were ever to get through that three and a half trillion dollar plan
at that point i'm sorry it's just game over and prices go higher and higher progressively People need access to their money in their bank accounts.
But they won't be safe when they try and take that money out, will they, Trish?
Oh my goodness.
I mean, this is one that I just I'm baffled by because the idea that they think they can sell this to the American people.
I'm sorry.
You know what?
People really are very particular and very private about their money.
Right now, the Biden administration's plan, they've just upped the amount of money.
Originally, they wanted to be able to go in and look at any bank account, Seb, that had more than $600 worth of transactions in a given year.
Well, that's like everybody.
So now they said, okay, okay, we get that that's kind of, you know, intrusive, and we say we're going after billionaires, so now we're going to make it $10,000.
So anybody who has had $10,000 worth of transactions In a bank account in a year is now going to be subject to the IRS in there crawling around looking at what you're doing.
What American doesn't have, I mean, unless they're, you know, sending everything via Western Union, etc., and they're operating in a cash economy, who doesn't have $10,000 in a given year in transactions in a bank account?
The average American has $61,000 in transactions in a bank account in a given year.
Now, I know not everybody's going to have that, but believe me, most people have more than $10,000.
So this is the Democrats' way of having the ability to really intervene in a way that I find so disturbing.
I have called this the Chinification of the United States.
They want to know exactly where you're spending your money, where you're spending your money, when you're spending your money.
And I don't know about you, but that just doesn't sit right.
Who's behind this?
Can you tell who's driving this kind of Xi Jinping Chinese policy here in America, Trish?
Well, they say it's all about preventing tax fraud, and believe me, I understand that, I empathize with that, and you do not want tax fraud of any kind.
They say they are trying to target billionaires.
I'm sorry, I said, give me a break.
If they really wanted to target billionaires, they'd make billionaires pay the same tax right now.
Investors in private equity, the whole private equity industry, that by the way, bankroll of the Democrats in Congress and in the White House, guess what?
They don't have to actually pay income taxes on their income.
They get away with paying 20%.
So they get a total tax break as it is.
Do you hear Biden talking about that?
No, you don't.
Because, you know, they call it the fat cat carried interest loophole.
They don't actually go after the billionaires in the way that they should.
Instead, they're casting this massive net that's designed to catch anyone and everyone.
And my fear, and I'm sorry, but we saw this during the Obama administration, where they weaponized the IRS.
My fear, Seb, is that they will try to weaponize the IRS again, and they will have algorithms that will catch people that may be registered as Republicans.
I mean, that's the danger.
And you know what?
If the Republicans were trying to do this, I'd say the same thing.
And, you know, it could possibly be weaponized and go after Democrats.
So this is just wrong.
They've done it before under the Obama administration.
And Lois Lerner, who actually, we have the evidence, did this to target Tea Party groups and Patriot groups, retired on her full pension.

All right.
I think I already know an ideal title for that one.
Preferences?
Jack?
Maybe... Go on, Eric.
The Chinification of America.
That's good, let me ask her.
Yeah.
One, two, or three?
Oh, did you reach out to Lawrence Fox?
He's not bugging me.
Yeah, his, uh, person got back.
He's going away for a month, but she said he'll know his schedule when he's there next month.
I mean, next week.
Next week.
But he's not available for a month?
No, no, he will be, but she said he won't know his schedule until next week.
What'd she say exactly?
Oh.
That's right.
Jen is opening our next hour.
One minute.
Standing by.
30 seconds.
Alright, coming in with a Trump liner.
Great.
And then we're doing merch here.
Mhm.
Alright, stand by 20 seconds.
Thank you.
Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard.
Good.
Thank you, Mr President.
Yes, indeed.
So good, so well, that our merch store is out of control.
The t-shirts, people can't get enough of them.
Why?
We're coming up to Christmas and what's better than celebrating the President and his recent rallies and his coming on the show with a t-shirt that says, with his face on it, if you're woke, you're a loser.
and even selling better than that one it's the let's go brandon america first t-shirt get that and all the other a made in america everything is made in america the mugs the turvis tumblers the incredible incredible sweatshirts the hoodies the i'm a mega man i'm a mega gal Mugs, check them out.

Waiting very patiently.
We've got a full call board.
Let's go to JJ in Orlando.
Welcome, JJ.
Oh, thank you, Dr. Gorka.
Yeah, I was just calling about the audience reaction to Colbert laughing.
Oh, celebrating somebody getting fired for not taking the vaccine, right?
Yes, yes.
Well, I just think that they have themselves convinced that they're virtuous and better than others because they're doing their part.
They feel noble.
By celebrating somebody getting fired, J.J.?
Well... It's pretty sick, isn't it?
Yes, well, it's a lot of loss of fear of the Lord, a lot of people that don't know God.
If God's out of the picture, there's nobody keeping score, and every man thinks he's right in his own eyes.
They feel virtuous and noble that they're doing the right thing.
I think that's the bigger picture.
That's exactly what Dennis told us at the top of the show.
You're absolutely right.
Thank you, JJ.
Let's go to David on this topic.
Phoenix, welcome aboard, David.
Thanks for taking the call, Dr. Gorka.
Well, I'm basically disgusted with both people on the right, on the left.
Their sheer arrogance in Washington that we don't know what's good for It's disgusting.
We don't know what's good for what.
We lost you there for a second.
We don't know what's good for what.
We don't know what's good for ourselves.
Yeah, I know.
I know.
It's outrageous.
Yeah.
It's disgusting.
And, you know, maybe it's time for torches and pitchforks.
I don't know.
The other thing real quick.
The company I work for is one of the sheep.
I mean, Congress didn't pass a law.
OSHA has no regulations.
The president didn't sign an executive order.
This is decreed by press release that if you got more than 100 employees, you need to go and make sure they're all vaccinated.
And they basically told me that come November 1st, if I'm not vaccinated and if I don't have a letter from the doctor and if I don't have a religious objection, Which is ridiculous.
I suppose I can come up with one.
I'm fired, which is ridiculous.
So what are you going to do about it, David?
Basically, I'm going to tell them to stuff it.
I'm not going for a vaccine.
I've been healthy for 18 months.
Matter of fact, the last flu, everybody's all after me to get a flu vaccine.
David, David, we're out of time.
Stay on the line.
Let's get David one of the My Body, My Choice t-shirts that he can wear to work.
Get yours at sedgawkerstore.com.

This is America First, and here's your host, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Crack it up.
I wonder if they're going to have to change Wonder Woman next, because she's just too American.
Is she going to turn out to be a lesbian and pro, I don't know, fascism like the Democrats?
Probably.
Let's talk to somebody who is fighting for freedom every single day.
She is our West Coast warrior princess.
She gives us the updates from a state that Used to be paradise.
Not so much lately, but she's fighting every single day and I was there!
Last weekend we had a lot of fun.
Host of the Morning Answer, AM 590, AM 870, The Answer.
All round good egg.
Jennifer Horne, welcome back to America First!
Hi, how are you?
Gosh, I forgot you were going to Sacramento this week.
How was it?
It was superb.
We had 700 Californians in one room.
See, this is what they say, when all hope is gone in California.
No, it is not.
There are still many of them.
Now, did you happen to be in town on the big protest day?
Yes, I heard reports of the big protest.
Give us the details.
So on Monday, and I'm not sure exactly if that, I forgot to ask if that was correlated with your trip, but on Monday there was a statewide, well actually a national, I think on some levels, walkout of schools.
So we have in California a vaccine mandate.
If you want to use public or private schools, you must have your kids vaccinated with the COVID vaccine if they're over the age of 12.
And so this has been really unpopular with parents.
They've been getting more involved, showing up at school board meetings, Well now, here we go.
Parents decided to keep their kids home.
On Monday they did a sit-out.
It was fantastic.
Super successful.
Administrators, teachers, you name it.
A lot of kids stayed home from school and it was really successful.
And it all kind of culminated.
So it happened all around the state.
You had parents who just kept their kids home.
You had parents who showed up with signs at schools all around the state.
But in Sacramento, there were about 5,000 parents plus who showed up at City Hall and spilled out all over the streets in Sacramento.
It's huge.
And that's a pretty low count.
They say 5,000 plus showed up at the state capitol to protest Gavin Newsom and his vaccine mandates for kids.
It's powerful.
These are the things.
Look, we were not successful with our recall, but I believe these are the issues that incrementally make our case as we go into 2022, as we try to claw back the state of California.
I didn't mention this, and God bless you for reminding me.
So much happens at these events and you're trying to remember it and you want to share it.
So just two things from Sacramento.
So we were at John Jessup University that was open all through COVID, super impressive, 700 patrons there.
One Hungarian lady, she was fabulous, she said to me, I have no idea who you are, but my friend dragged me along and she said, are you Hungarian?
And we started talking.
And she said, I really like you.
Can I have your email?
So I gave her my email.
She bought a book.
She had no idea who I am, but she bought a book.
So edit, God bless you.
And then Jeff with a J came up to me.
He loves our one-on-ones, our long hour, long discussions.
We're doing the third hour.
We've got to have Jen for one of those.
And he gave me a patch, a military patch of the St.
Michael the Archangel that he brought back from Iraq.
So Jeff, Edit.
All of you, God bless.
OK, let's get down to business.
Having too much fun here.
What kind of a press secretary would you be?
A better one than the one we have.
Yeah, I know that.
We're going to play a clip.
But I just want to know, because you're such a pro, what style of press secretary would you be?
Would you be a...
Would you be a Sean Spicer?
Would you be a Kayleigh McEnany?
Would you be a... Who is the guy that comes on the show a lot who did it for Bush?
Ari Fleischer.
Ari Fleischer.
Give us a category.
What style would you?
When you get to the podium, would you be smiley, or no?
I'd be in between Ari Fleischer and Kayleigh McEnany, I think.
I like that.
Because you have to have fun.
You have to be human.
You have to be empathetic.
But you also have to deliver information.
And Jen Psaki has so rubbed me the wrong way throughout her entire tenure as press secretary, but particularly over the last couple of weeks.
It seems that- Do you own a treadmill?
Yeah, exactly.
Oh, I'm sorry, we can't get to your treadmill.
Let's play this.
This is exactly what Jani is talking about.
This is, um, Ms.
Snark.
Cut seven.
It was crystal clear that things were not improving on supply chain.
People couldn't get dishwashers and furniture and treadmills delivered on time, not to mention all sorts of other things.
So why is it- The tragedy of the short- the treadmill that's delayed.
There are 200,000 containers off the shore of California, and that's from the podium in the White House press briefing.
She says, oh, the tragedy of the treadmill shortage, Jen.
Well, see, this is what, just in whole, and we talk about this a lot on my program on The Morning Answer.
I talk about it with Grant a lot.
That this administration is the definition of gaslighting.
They will never admit that there is a problem, a crisis, or a tragedy.
They didn't admit there was a problem in Afghanistan.
They don't admit that there's a problem at the border.
They do not admit that there's a problem with the economy.
All the American people want to hear is you saying, yes, China is a problem and we're handling it.
We are on this.
Your security is our top priority.
But instead, you get them saying, no, there's no problem.
What's wrong with you?
That's a right wing conspiracy.
There's no problem here.
And Jen Psaki is the epitome of that.
And she started out early on as we called her Circle Back Psaki.
Remember that was kind of a funny thing that we said because she never had an answer.
She'd always have to circle back.
Well, she got enough criticism, so she's lost that as her tick when she didn't know an answer.
But now, if you notice, the only thing she does is either says she'll have to get back to you or she is snarky and makes fun of people.
Right now, look, getting a treadmill might not be the most important thing on the top of the list for the administration, but certainly people's real fear about not getting goods and services, that matters.
People are hoarding food.
They're starting to have limitations on paper goods in Costco and Walmart again.
These are real quality of life issues and people are concerned.
And to just laugh it off or to be snarky and make us feel like we're wrong for wanting to see our shelves stocked?
How dare you?
That is not the messaging.
That is not the way to successfully message this.
And while you can have a little fun and you can make a joke, that wasn't the appropriate way and certainly it was not the appropriate tone to take.
But she's doing it every single day.
Every single day.
And that's the thing.
It's chronic with her.
She either doesn't have the answer or she's snarky and tries to make the reporter feel stupid for asking the question.
And this is not the way to deliver information or, by the way, to make people feel confident.
It's the same thing with Mayor Pete and the broken supply chain.
Oh yes, we'll save Mayor Pete for the next segment, but let's have some good news.
I was in San Francisco before I was in Sacramento, and as has been reported, I'm sure you discussed this on your show this morning with Grant, In-N-Out Burger are taking a stand.
Now Jen, let's start with the serious stuff.
Before this, in terms of gourmand, where do you rate In-N-Out?
What's your favourite burger first?
Um, it announced right up there.
Really?
In California, yeah.
I think of fast food burgers, I think it would probably be, I don't know, maybe Burger King.
No, Carl's Jr.
probably.
Carl's Jr.
or... Carl's Jr.?
Interesting.
Yeah, it's a sleeper.
It's a charbroiled.
So I'm a Wendy's Burger King.
It's a good burger.
So I'm a Wendy's Burger King.
Mickey D's and then Five Guys.
And In-N-Out, it's kind of like, it never really impressed me until today.
I've never had Five Guys, by the way.
Next time you're in town.
The fries are cooked in peanut oil and they're delicious.
Alright, so San Francisco, there's only one In-N-Out.
It's been closed down because they refuse to adhere to the vaccine mandates of customers.
This is from the chief legal officer.
I love this.
We refuse to become the vaccination police for any government.
It is unreasonable.
It is invasive and unsafe to force our restaurant associates to segregate customers.
How cool is that, Jen?
It's cool, and it's right.
We talked about this on the program this morning, and for those of your listeners who haven't heard yet, so this one In-N-Out in San Francisco was closed down last week because in San Francisco, like they do now in Los Angeles, there are mandates that have kicked in That require restaurants to check vaccine status of customers if they want to be let inside to the inside dining room.
So In-N-Out is closed down in San Francisco.
Well, all across the board, the entire corporation responds to that one location being shut down and they said, we're not going to discriminate.
We have the sign on the door.
We're asking people to just on the honor system be vaccinated, but we're not going to have a $15 an hour paid teenager who is standing there trying to be people's doctor.
We're not going to do it.
And so yesterday on social media, this huge campaign kicked up organically and people started going to In-N-Out.
So I encouraged everybody today.
We had a listener who called in and he's like, birthday gifts, Christmas gifts, go and buy gift cards right now.
Support In-N-Out where you can.
This is a company who is probably the first that I've heard that is standing up in the face of being shut down.
We've got 60 seconds left in this segment, but we have so many callers in California and listeners.
Say that again.
What are you calling for, Jennifer, across California?
Don't just go and buy your food there right now.
That's great.
But go and buy gift cards.
Go and support these guys.
Make this your place to go buy some Christmas gifts.
So, when you are at our merch store, getting one of our hoodies, getting one of our Made in America Turvis Stay Frosty Tumblers, be sure after you go to SebGawkerStore.com, go to In-N-Out Burger and get some of their vouchers that you can put in a Turvis tumbler.
You could put it in an I'm a MAGA man or I'm a MAGA gal mug made in America.
That's how we have fun at Christmas time.
Support those who have a spine like Jennifer Horne.
Follow her at Jennifer Horne.
She'll be back after these messages.
What a great idea of yours to promote them.
Isn't that fun?
I love it.
Yeah, a listener called in today.
He's like, I just went and bought a bunch of gift cards.
I think everybody else should do the same thing.
All right, I'm going to tweet that out.
Perfect idea.
I'm going to tweet that out.
Jennifer Horn says, buy gift cards.
Yes.
Do it.
I assume In-N-Out's on Twitter, but I wouldn't know.
I don't know.
By the way, Five Guys is in another class of burger, I think, than anything else.
Really?
Is it that good?
It's more expensive, but it's just a burger's place.
Well, the nice thing is, it's totally custom made.
You've got the 28 toppings, and you just pick whatever you want.
Oh, that's cool.
Yeah, but it's not fast food.
It takes forever.
I think it tastes the best.
I like that one the best.
I think it's nice and messy.
Well, the marketing they do is they give you different sized fry cups too, which is one of the best marketing things that I've seen in a long time.
They give you different sizes of fries, but they always put an extra scoop of fries in the bag.
Yes, in the bag.
It's just busting.
Yeah, it doesn't matter what size cup you actually ordered, but you always feel like you got a good deal.
But they do throw a lot of fries in there, so it usually is a pretty good deal, but it's more expensive than the others.
And also...
Well, I don't know if they do it anymore.
I know before COVID.
The peanuts?
The peanuts.
Because you're waiting in line and they just have massive bags of peanuts in the shell that you can eat and you just leave the shells on the floor.
It's so cool.
Yeah.
And it was started in Alexandria in Virginia, I believe.
Correct.
Correct.
They've got wicked merch.
I can't mention it on my show because it's competitive apparel.
But they have backpacks.
We need some kind of backpack.
Yeah, I would use that.
Absolutely.
They've got shoes!
They've got shoes?
They've got shoes!
They've got surfboards!
No, that's very California.
That's so California.
That's so funny.
Oh, they've got babies onesies.
That's so funny.
Sweat shorts.
Do we need sweat shorts?
Sweat shorts?
Sweat shorts.
Well, maybe John does.
You should get sweat bands.
Sweat pants.
I'm not a sweat pant kind of guy.
No, sweat bands.
Sweat bands.
Remember from the 80s?
Yeah, there you go.
You cannot be serious!
Man, that was such a part of my childhood.
McEnroe and Bjorn Borg.
Such a part of my childhood.
Alright, we've got about a minute and a half, so we've got a little bit of time.
Did you watch the documentary about them, Jen?
No, I didn't.
Was it good?
It's good.
It's just depressing, because, you know, he never recovered from, you know, losing to Bjorn Borg.
They meet up again 40 years later, and he's still kind of like, you beat me, kind of thing.
That's the one that sticks with you, though.
Right.
But if that's your whole life, right?
Yeah, that's your whole, I mean, your whole life.
We've got JC in here, by the way.
Oh, OK.
Actually, I'll do that in... I got too much to talk to Jen.
I'll do that in C. Somebody quit over DC Comics and Superman.
Yes, one of their artists.
I don't know how people work for companies like that in the first place.
It's got to be so difficult.
I know.
How was Dennis?
Did he sound great today?
Great!
They just tested negative, so... Oh, they did?
I'm so happy!
Good.
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay.
20 seconds.
Coming in with the JCN disclaimer now, then.
Okay, good.
And we've got 15 seconds.
Stand by.
Let's roll into this.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Job Creators Network.
She is the stunning, stellar, sparkly co-host.
I mean, you know, she has to control that Grant Chappie every morning of the morning answer.
Listen, AM 590, AM 870 the answer.
Also syndicated on the at JDJV show and CRNtalk.com.
Just follow her on Twitter right now.
You know, it makes sense.
Jennifer Horne, who mentioned Pete boot edge edge who I guess is on some kind of vacation or something because he didn't have those babies let me tell you that I don't do nice sides and um he's gonna explain the economy to us cut six The President's Build Back Better agenda as a whole will ease some of that inflationary pressure.
One of the reasons why we sometimes struggle to keep up with demand when demand is good is that you've got a lot of forces that keep Americans out of the workforce, not least the struggle to get good child care, or the struggle to get good affordable child care, I should say.
So when you talk about some of the pro-family policies in the Build Back Better agenda, those stand to actually ease inflationary pressure.
And again, these immediate issues around the pandemic, which is why, honestly, the best way to smooth all of this out remains getting everybody vaccinated and putting that pandemic in the rearview mirror.
Jen, how did I not work this out?
The 200,000 shipping containers off the coast of California, it's about childcare.
I mean, I'm just a PhD.
I just didn't, I missed that.
It is so infuriating.
Remember how I said gaslighting in this administration?
Yes.
There it is.
There's the gaslighting.
If you get vaccinated, Seb, if I get vaccinated, forget the fact that we have natural immunity.
The economy will repair itself.
Those ships will unload themselves.
I mean, it's going to be magic.
As soon as that needle hits your arm, that is all going to happen magically.
How ridiculous and how stupid do they think we are?
I heard him a few days ago say the reason that we're having this bottleneck of ships is because the economy is so good and Joe Biden ended the recession.
Yeah, people want to buy too much stuff.
That's why they can't unload the ships, Jennifer.
Because people want to buy stuff.
Look, I'm here.
I'm in Los Angeles, the port of Los Angeles and the port of Long Beach, where 40% of the goods coming into this country from overseas are here.
First of all, we have a huge dependence on China, which is absolutely appalling, ridiculous.
It should make everybody sick to their stomach that China owns our pharmaceutical industry, that it owns our food supply.
That it owns all the goods that we're waiting for desperately to get off those ships.
That it owns our movie industry and the media, the news media, having conglomerates that are controlled by China owning them.
Every single one of them but Fox News and Newsmax.
Give me a break.
This is disturbing.
It is time that we need to claw this back.
This is a real problem.
It is also a problem that we don't have truck drivers that are available to drive trucks because people are rather sit at home living a life of mediocrity than going out and doing hard work.
There's also environmental emissions in California that don't allow some trucks to drive in the state of California to get stuff in and out.
The docks have no place for things to go because businesses went out in the last year and a half of shutdowns, and so there are containers that are just chocked full of stuff that have been abandoned because the companies that ordered it no longer exist.
There are all sorts of reasons that we have this problem, but Joe Biden solving a recession It's not it.
Mayor Pete needs to thank President Trump, first of all, for the fact that he got paid paternity leave because that was a Trump era program.
Right.
And he needs to start being serious about taking his job responsibilities more seriously than he has in the past.
He left his job when he was mayor to go out on the road to run for president.
He left his job as mayor to go serve in the military, which a lot of people give him credit for.
I will as well.
I won't be a hypocrite, but he left behind these constituents.
Come on, for the record, in a very strange, direct commission.
A kind of political sinecure.
He didn't go OCS.
He didn't come up through the ranks.
A very strange, political, dodgy handshake of a commission, by the way.
But this guy wants to be president so badly that he can't just focus on the job and do a good job that he's supposed to be doing.
He wants to go and take care of his kids.
Fine.
I understand.
He had sick kids.
You want to go and handle that family first.
But let us know who's taking over for you.
That's what happens.
You don't just leave.
You bring someone in.
You bring me to fill in for you.
You bring in Kurt Schlichter.
You bring in somebody to come in and fill in for you.
Oh, that would be fun.
You can't just have an empty chair, right?
To get boot-edge-edge replaced by Colonel K. I'd hate to see that happen, absolutely.
Me too, actually.
What is it like in the shops in LA?
Are you seeing empty shelves?
There are some empty shelves.
What I did think is kind of interesting, and we sort of unpacked this, and I think we mentioned it to you when you were on The Morning Answer yesterday, Grant got tipped off about how China's interest in the Port of Los Angeles is still so great.
And I think this is the most interesting thing that I have learned so far this week.
And again, it adds to this.
I mean, you've got to feel this in the pit of your stomach.
Well, they're loving it.
We're totally eating our lunch here.
Oh, they're loving it.
They're loving it.
Not only did Bill Clinton give them plans so that they can now develop this hypersonic missile that we can't do anything about, but President Obama is the one who signed over the port of Long Beach and Los Angeles for the Chinese to have operating interest.
So they couldn't buy it.
Obviously, that would be a huge problem.
The government would never get that pass through to have China buy the port.
But they have operating interest.
In 2019, this is something I had totally forgotten about.
But President Trump, your old boss, in 2019 took back the port of Long Beach and said, we can't have Chinese influence here.
We've got to get them out.
They're still, from everything I can tell, involved in the port of Los Angeles, not in the port of Long Beach, thankfully, because President Trump is the only president in my lifetime who has taken the Chinese as seriously as they should be taken.
And he didn't even get a chance to do enough to try to control them.
I'm curious, you know, the Democrats that voted to keep gruesome use them in office, if they can't buy stuff, if they can't get their Christmas presents, is there going to be any kind of wake-up, or are they going to blame my old boss?
I'm sure that they're already going to start to—they'll blame somebody, right?
I mean, Mayor Pete has said these problems were existing because of President Trump and Biden made them better.
Because we had lots of cargo ships off, you know, the beaches, right?
You know how many are normally out there?
I was told.
17.
Wow.
There are currently a hundred out there.
And if you've been listening to the spin about just who's to blame for all this, they know that this is going to be, the Democrats know this is going to be a problem for them in the midterms.
They know that Republicans are poised to win in 2022.
Do you know what I heard on MSNBC yesterday?
What?
There was, I can't even remember who it was, but a talking head who was up there saying, well, Republicans will probably win in 2022 because they've already started to cheat.
So the narrative is set, right?
This is what they're going to do.
They know they're going to get shellacked.
They can see the writing on the wall because of all of this, including empty store shelves.
And so now they're putting out the big extract that we're going to cheat.
But hang on, hang on, hang on.
I'm confused, Jennifer Horn.
Weren't we told for the last 10 months That the elections were the most secure elections in the history of mankind?
Totally ironclad, right?
When Trump's on the ballot, it's totally ironclad.
When the Democrats have a lot to lose, oh, there's cheating because those nasty Republicans are out there doing all kinds of snaky stuff.
I'm so confused.
Follow this lady, at Jennifer Horne, host of The Morning Answer, AM 590, AM 870.
How is that Stinchfield chappie doing?
Is he behaving himself?
Most of the time, yes.
We're having a lot of fun, actually.
His perspective on this issue is so good because he was a truck driver.
He ran a trucking company, and so he's really been able to shed a lot of light as to some of the problems and challenges as to why we're seeing empty shelves all around the country.
Yeah, he knows of what he speaks.
He's almost Almost as hard-working as this lady, but not quite.
You can follow her at djvshow on Twitter.
Also, utilityplayer at crntalk.com.
I'm on her show every Tuesday.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network, coming to you from the insalubrious fetid swamp that is Washington, D.C.
Your call is next.
I wanted to talk about Chappelle.
We ran out of time!
I know.
Are you in a different studio?
Because your picture is much more stable.
Same exact studio.
What?
Same inter- isn't that funny?
Is it a different camera?
No, same everything.
Weird, the picture's totally stable.
Yeah, it looks really good.
How weird is that?
Yeah, nothing has changed.
Although, we did have Spectrum out.
They were sweeping our... They were checking our internet, so maybe they did something to... Interesting.
Well, it works.
Take out the bugs.
It works.
Cool.
Good.
Well, we won't touch anything.
Thanks, my dear.
Hey, you guys.
Hey.
Yes.
Happy birthday!
Thank you!
Ah, there it is.
Sneaky.
So sneaky.
I know.
Did you figure out what you're doing?
No, I don't want to know.
My wife asked me.
She said, can I tell you?
No!
You planned a surprise?
I want it to be a surprise.
She hates surprises.
No, I love them.
Good ones.
That's fun.
She's going to take you on the road with Dog the Bounty Hunter.
Oh man, I blew it.
All right, guys.
Have a good one.
All right, you too.
Bye.
Bye.
All right.
My, uh, my mother was talking and said, why don't we just start saying we've reached herd immunity and just ask them to try and correct it?
Oh, that's good.
And I thought, you know, that's not a bad idea.
All right, I've tweeted it out.
Everybody, buy your gift cards at In-N-Out right now.
Follow my Twitter.
Do it, do it, do it.
There we go.
We have Chasey in here now.
Yep.
So that's a family-owned company, Eric?
I believe so.
I'm pretty sure.
Interesting.
Interesting.
He did it.
All right, I'm going to put it on Facebook.
Facebook.
In and out.
Okay.
In and out.
Oh, my gosh.
Facebook, they've got 2.8 million followers. - This is, On In-N-Out?
Yeah.
That's impressive.
Yeah, that is.
That's impressive.
Most impressive.
- Let's see. - Title for that one. - Um.
Support In-N-Out Burger now!
- Wow! - All right. - So how did you know he was dead, Jeff?
It's impossible.
Some kid to be able to disappear nowadays.
Really?
Especially when he's on every TV.
Where would you go?
Right.
Other than the woods.
He didn't look like a survivor to me.
No.
No, he does not.
And the kind of guy, he definitely, you know, just like her, unfortunately, looks like he also lives off social media and probably... Oh, really?
...wouldn't need it.
So, yeah, like... I mean, everyone knows what he looks like.
He couldn't even go to a store to get food or anything.
Right.
Oh, yeah.
Yeah, you either need to set something up before you get back and really have good people around you or else... I just want to know if they're gonna call it another, uh, COVID unvaccinated death.
Especially, it's Florida too, so... It appears to have died of COVID.
The, uh, two gunshot wounds to the back of the head had COVID.
Oh my goodness.
Can't even.
That is, it is funny though, that like, you know, we always talk about like, oh, COVID cases, deaths, misdiagnosis, COVID deaths.
They're all rushing to say, oh, Colin Powell.
20 seconds.
So it definitely wasn't COVID.
20 seconds.
Um, we're doing JCN here.
Yes.
Correct.
Okay.
Okay, stand by.
Thank you.
Constitution, America first.
More than a year and a half of lockdowns, mandates have crippled our economy and D.C.
still doesn't get the message.
Even more mandates, vaccine mandates.
Quote-unquote infrastructure bills that are just going to be tax increases on small businesses.
It's going to drive us to depths even beyond what Jimmy Carter did to this nation.
But there is one organization that's fighting back on behalf of small businesses.
It is the Job Creators Network.

Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Matt, North Carolina.
Welcome, Matt.
Hello.
Hey.
Commander of Conservative Radio.
Happy birthday.
It's not quite... It'll be Friday, but I appreciate it.
Very kind of you, sir.
Very kind.
Oh, sorry.
I heard Jenna Ellis say it.
No, Jennifer Horne was just getting it in there because she's not going to talk to me on Friday.
Right.
Jennifer Horne.
Right.
OK.
An excellent segment with Trish Regan.
And I want to expound on that, if you will.
Go ahead.
I talked on two shows yesterday about the Joe Biden with his midnight flights with COVID-infected illegal aliens all across our great nation.
With everybody around here, not in my area, but you know, I heard about your show, the whole show today, losing their jobs because they don't want to take a jab of some poison.
I'm not taking it, Dr. G.
Look, that should be your choice.
That should be absolutely your choice.
Let's listen to what Jen Psaki said about these migrant flights when she was challenged by the decent reporter, the only guy in the press briefing room, Pete Doocy.
Cut 11.
Why is the administration flying thousands of migrants from the border to Florida and New York in the middle of the night?
Well, I'm not sure that it's in the middle of the night, but let me tell you what's happening here.
It is our... 2.30 a.m., 4.29 a.m., very early in the morning.
Here we are talking about early flights, earlier than you might like to take a flight.
Did you hear that, Matt?
She has to admit you're sarcastic.
Earlier than you would like to take a flight.
That's what she thinks about having these illegal aliens float across the country in the middle of the night, Matt.
Yes, sir.
I heard her on Fox News yesterday.
Oh God, she's really snarky and sarcastic.
I think that's a sign of weakness, don't you?
Yes, sir.
Yeah, I think she hasn't got anything else, so she has to get snarky.
Thank you, Matt.
Let's go to J.R.
Nashville, line 2.
Welcome, J.R.
Hey, Dr. G. I'm wearing my America First ball cap, which I love.
What color did you get?
It's blue.
Nice.
And thank you.
And by the way, you're going to make me broke, but I'll take it out of the kids' college fund because I want everything on your website.
But don't worry, they'll live.
They're strong.
But I'm not kidding.
So what I'm calling about is, first of all, you have the best guest I've ever heard in my life.
Ever.
And Trish, Is a gem.
Yes.
And that's what, that's what, and you'll get this sarcasm, that's what triggered me to call today.
You've got 30 seconds.
Tell us what triggered you about Trish.
Okay, quick, quick, quick.
When one of my JP Morgan buddies, high up, called me about the $600 thing, he goes, the next question is going to be, PayPal?
PayPal?
Yeah.
And then we're beyond toast.
But I think there's a lot of pushback here, Dr. G. Well, there better be.
Come on, guys.
How much longer are we going to wait?
Listen.
John, do we reward JR because he wants to rob his kids of their college funds?
I think, you know, he got one of those Gorka pistols.
One of those 1911s.
No, no, no!
I already confirmed it on the second time!
You're getting a little bit too excited there, John Jr.
I'm thinking hoodies.
What do you think?
I'm thinking hoodies.
Stay on the line, JR, to go along with your custom 1911 America First 45.
Mr. G, let's give him and his better half an America First hoodie.
Because he's such a supporter of the show and we don't want his kids to lose their college fund!
One hoodie for JR and one for his better half.
This is America First coming to you from just outside the swamp.
If you're calling us, please tell me that you're not calling on one of the cell phones that's connected to one of the big cell phone providers because they're not on your side!
They don't support the values you believe in, like the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, the culture of life.
Go with the only Christian conservative cell phone company out there.
It's patreonmobile.com.
They've got the same cell phone tower coverage across the nation.
They've got plans to fit every budget.
You can switch your phone today, keep your old number, and guess what?
They've given hundreds of thousands of dollars to things you believe in.
Veterans, first responders, charitable organizations supporting the First and Second Amendment, call today.

Now, 972-728-7468, patriotmobile.com, slash Gorka.
Let's come in with that sometime soon.
I like that.
That's how they introduce me on host show.
Oh, excellent, excellent.
Yeah, well, we had merch next, but I don't think we need to do merch next.
After that, and I think we missed a MyPillow in A, so I think we do MyPillow.
We do MyPillow in B now.
Let's do MyPillow here, yeah.
Alright, thanks.
Oh, does Tron not have Comrex?
I don't know, I didn't even think.
Probably not now.
Alright, Trish said yes to Chinification of America.
Chinification.
Which she said is also the title of her podcast tomorrow.
That's a good one.
Who was it who said that China is basically about to take us over without even firing a shot?
- That's... - Somebody said that.
Oh, yeah, you gave me the title for "Horn." Alright.
Hey, how are you?
Good, I'm going to put you on hold.
If he talks to you in the breaks, we're live on Rumble during the commercial break.
Yep, hang on.
Okay.
Is that Brother Tron?
Brother Tron, president accounted for.
How are you doing, Brother Seb?
No.
How are you doing?
I'm doing pretty good.
I admit, I'm a little jealous that somebody has a microphone in their face and somebody doesn't.
I don't think that will last very long, my friend.
I don't think you will be mic-less for long.
Well, you know, God has his plans and sometimes he puts you on pause, right?
Well, you know, I think you are a warrior so the rest of us can bloody well wake up.
Well, I'll tell you something.
You as well.
And I really appreciate the support from you and so many others.
And, I mean, listening to your show all day and yesterday, you were a stalwart, my friend.
And again, so many other people appreciate it.
The doctors, the nurses, the truck drivers.
I mean, there's some craziness out there.
And, you know, I had the decree come down for all the employees at the company I previously worked for to be injected, vaccinated, whatever term's preferable, you know.
And, you know, Seb, as you and I have talked before, I had no plans of getting the shot because... Well, we'll talk about it in stand-by.
Stand-by, 15 seconds.
Stand-by, buddy.
Stand-by, it looks like... Oh, sorry.
Looks like Mr. G was correct.
Human remains found.
Stand by.
With more journalism in his little finger than CNN has on its entire network, Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you, kindly, deep voice, Dave.
If you like this show, support those that make it possible.
Great Americans like Mike Lindell, the inventor of the MyPillow.
President Trump uses them.
My whole show team loves them.
Get up to 66% off if you use my name.
They want to cancel him.
They want to crush him.
But we are going to buy Even more of his product.
Why?
Because that's what we do to the fascists on the left.

They have found, so here's the latest reports, in North Port, Florida, human remains have been found in the laundry case.
So, Gabby Petito, Petito?
Is that the right pronunciation?
Her fiancé may have killed himself.
Looks like they found remains.
The FBI is going to hold a press conference imminently thanks to Mr. G. I have the news that Senator Manchin has reacted to the reports of him crossing the aisle, leaving the Democrat Party and joining the Republicans.
He said, quote unquote, it's BS.
It's not happening.
That's the gut feeling we had here.
Now it has been confirmed.
Let's get to the penultimate guest of the show.
Tom Holman in studio for the next hour.
But a friend is going to join me now.
He's been very good to me over the years because I've been on his show.
I don't even recall how long ago it started.
We call him Brother Tron.
He calls me Brother Gawker.
He is Tron Simpson.
Brother Tron, welcome to America First.
Brother Seb, Brother Gorka, it's great to be here.
I'm honored, sir.
And yes, love having you on my old show.
One day soon, a new show that I will have Brother Gorka on.
I think it'll be sooner than you think.
So the reason I reached out, I was not aware of it.
Listening to Dan Bongino's show yesterday, he went to war for you because Dan has the rush slot on cumulus radio stations across the country.
And he heard that one of his fellow Show hosts had lost his job with Cumulus because he failed to surrender to the vaccine Nazis.
You are that man.
Tron Simpson, tell us your story.
Well, yeah, it's exactly right.
And I sure appreciate Dan doing that.
And you too, Seb.
Well, what happened was the company, they put out the decree.
It came down for all the employees to be injected or vaccinated, whatever term applies here.
And as I told you before, off the air, Seb, I had no plans of getting the shot or shots or whatever it is, because my research concerning my situation, the potential peril that my body could be in if I were to receive the shots.
And I'll get to that in a second, but I went through the proper channels in asking the company for a medical exemption.
That's what they asked for, whether it be religious or medical.
Mine was definitely medical.
I talked to my doctor.
He agreed because of previous blood clots in my leg.
Now, I had had this and it would be high risk Yes.
to take these shots, my doctor said.
Now, there have been lots of cases, as I know you've seen, they're documented with people getting clots from these injections, right?
So, excuse me, my doctor signed off saying deep vein thrombosis could just rear its ugly head again if I were to take this experimental, non-FDA approved stuff.
Now, to be very clear, I'm not anti-vax, I'm not.
I'm anti-blood clot, I'm not anti-shots, I think it's helping people.
I think it's great.
But you do you.
We've been saying this for months and months.
You're your own boss of your own body.
And short story long, I got emailed that I was being turned down after I filled out the proper paperwork.
I was denied.
So you were given an option for an exemption by Cumulus.
Then you had your doctor tell you this is a danger to you.
You filed the paperwork.
And then they retroactively, they said, no, sorry, you're just canned, Tron.
Your last day will be October 11th because you are not getting the shot at the jab.
And it read like a prepared stock email, Sebastian.
It was very impersonal.
And by the way, they never reached out for a single conversation.
The company, you know, one-on-one.
It was just email.
Then I appealed to them, to the company's HR person who was in charge of denying this exemption.
And I received a very terse email saying, and I quote, We maintain our decision that your request for exemption is denied.
So, my drop-dead termination date was to be October 11th, but there's more!
That Sunday, before I was to be terminated, I told everybody, my listeners, that I won't be on the show anymore because I was going to be terminated due to my decision, my health decision, my doctor's decision, and I put it out there.
No, you fast forward to Friday, October 9th, Seb, before my assumed last Sunday show.
I got a call from management, local management.
I was at Walmart, of all places, getting needful items, you understand.
Anyway, the management told me that people were calling the station And they were angry, and they were calling in droves emails about my dismissal.
So, right there I was told I would not have my last Sunday show due to the overwhelming adversity that the station was having, because they were getting all these calls really ticked off.
They were losing one of their faves, and I appreciated that, of course.
As a talk show host, I was honored to hear that.
So my last date, my actual date of termination, turned out to be the finalized on that Friday before what should have been my last Sunday show.
Now remember, I'm doing a rock show too for the company at the time, and so I had other rock shows I had to go to, although that was all closed off, and they also shut down my email.
So I had to call all my guests, Peter Navarro, all these wonderful people, and say, look, I won't have a show anymore.
So, again, they shut me down that Friday and they actually, listen to this, they closed the office the rest of the day because they just couldn't handle the calls anymore.
So we are up against a hard break.
I understand.
We want everyone to follow you at Tron Show on Twitter.
The station is KVOR AM 740.
Tell us in 30 seconds, Tron, what are you going to do now?
Well, my brother is an attorney, and he's a damn good one, and he has been in New York law for years.
He's now in Colorado, and he and I are going to go to bat for the situation.
Let's put it that way.
We will not back down.
We will not stand still.
We will not go quietly.
And, uh, look.
Good.
when they absolutely tell you that you have to do something that you know constitutionally that you don't have to do.
And by the way, this is something that a lot of other people are doing.
The last thing I want to say is those of you who are being told to get a shot, do not quit your job.
Let them fire you.
Let them fire you.
This is very important.
Good.
Okay.
So listen, guys, we've got 3 million listeners.
I want you to write these things down right now.

Because guess what?
They're not Americans!
It's very simple math.
That's real math.
One-on-one is our newest dedicated long-form interview for the third hour of each show.
You want to hear it.
Don't miss it.

You heard!
You heard our caller!
The best guests in radio!
It's just a statement of fact.
It's empirical.
Something else, it's a statement of fact.
The Dems are worried, especially in the Commonwealth.
Why?
Because Glenn Youngkin may win the election.
Yes, he has come out on shows like this one, Breitbart on XM Serious, interviews on Fox and elsewhere.
He's come out swinging and he's not pulling any punches.
This is from an event that was just held and he's telling the truth about the racism that is critical race theory.
Cut 12.
Those are fighting words, Jeff.
Aren't those fighting words?
We will ban CRT on day one.
and it teaches everyone to view everything through a lens of race and then pits our children against one another so friends on day one we will teach history but i will ban critical race theory those are fighting words jeff on those fighting words we will ban crt on day one sounds like he wants to win i think that's right i I think Glenn Youngkin wants to win and if you keep that up and if you mean it, you got my support.
If you mean it, Glenn.
I think he does.
He's coming out there a little bit trumpy in there and that's a very good sign.
On my friend's show, Chris Plant's show, I think it was Monday?
Was it Monday?
Or was it last week?
He had a lady caller, a regular listener call in and she was superb.
I think she's black and she had this to say.
About what critical race theory really is.
And it's perfect.
Wasn't Terry McAuliffe, uh, governor, whenever they came out with this, uh, restroom law, a restroom bill or something like that?
Didn't that happen on his watch?
Now, I hope that Loudoun County parents, the voters in Loudoun County have learned their lesson about voting for Democrats because they're not Democrats anymore.
They're leftists.
And I hope they understand that now.
And also, The whole critical race theory is just Marxism wrapped in black skin so they can't attack it.
So we should not use their language.
It's not about critical race theory.
It's about Marxism and they're just using black skin to get it into the school.
What a perfect expression.
Critical race theory.
It's just a statement of fact.
It's Marxism wrapped in black skin.
That's what it is.
It's Marxism in a cloak of ethnic protection.
But it's Marxism.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Stay with us.
Tom Holman in studio for the whole hour.
The End
One and all is that the U.S.
has no limits to whom can come because the administration will not enforce any of its immigration laws.
Is that the message this country will not enforce its immigration laws?
And I will let you respond, sir.
No, it is not.
And the president Could not have been clearer in his articulation of this administration's position, nor could I have been clearer and continue to be so, which is the border is closed.
The border is closed, according to the man who runs the Department of Homeland Security for the senile old geezer in the White House, who sadly bears the title President of the United States.
I think I have somebody in studio who begs to differ.
We are one-on-one with none other.
Than that truth-teller extraordinaire, former Director of ICE, Tom Homan.
Welcome here on America First.
Thanks for having me, Seth.
Appreciate it.
So you were there for how many years?
Thirty-what?
Thirty-four and a half, almost thirty-five.
Thirty-four and a half years serving this nation in numerous facilities, securing the border.
Is the border closed, like Secretary Mayorkas just said in front of Congress?
Absolutely not.
And they need to take action.
Look, he's under oath.
I don't know how he's going to say the border's closed.
We've all seen the videotape.
Look, 600,000 illegal aliens have been released into the country by CBP.
600,000 releases.
And that's not counting who ISIS released at the order of political appointees from the DHS.
So, at least 600,000 releases that came across that border were released.
Many with COVID, many with criminal histories.
Add to that the 400,000, just short of 400,000 gotaways.
Right there, that's a million.
Gotaways are the ones who aren't processed or touched by DHS.
First of all, Gotaways are people that didn't get arrested by Border Patrol.
They came across the border illegally and weren't apprehended.
Why?
Because you're tied up with these big groups.
We talk about this many times.
The cartels in Mexico are some big groups in one area.
They oppose all the Border Patrol resources in that area.
Then that's when they move their fentanyl on bad people and people that don't want to get caught.
Almost 400,000 people, Gotaways, how can they count them?
It's based on sensor traffic, camera traffic, foot traffic that they can't respond to, so they add those numbers up.
So 600,000 releases, 400,000 gotaways.
You tell me how that's a secure border.
And we all seen the videotape of the Haitians, right?
At the same time.
We're playing it right now.
Del Rio, the Haitians, the ID cards, Dublin.
And the Secretary stood on stage and Dario says, don't come, you won't succeed, you'll be returned.
The very same time he's saying that, they're releasing 12,000 out the back door.
And he knew they were releasing them.
So time and time again the Secretary of Homeland Security lies to the American people.
Lies to the American people and lies under oath, Tom, on the floor of Congress when he's testifying.
Yeah, and that's why I've talked to hundreds of border patrol agents.
I've been down there five times.
That's five times more than the President's been down there.
Five times more than... Since January.
Yeah.
Five times more than the Vice President's been down there.
She went to El Paso, nowhere near the crisis.
It's irrelevant.
I've talked to hundreds of border patrol agents.
Hundreds.
They have no respect in Commander-in-Chief.
They have no respect in Secretary of Homeland Security.
And I ask them why.
They say, because he gets on TV every day and says, we're not dealing with what we're dealing with.
And Tom, this guy isn't some, you know, it's not like Mayor Boot-Edge-Edge from a little town in Indiana who becomes, you know, the Secretary of Transportation.
Mayorkas has been in the building before, right?
This isn't some guy who's been outside of government.
He's been in DHS under Obama, correct?
He ran CIS for a while, then became the Deputy Secretary under Jay Jones.
So he knows what's really happening.
This isn't some guy who's just kind of missed the plot.
He knows what causes surges.
He knows how to stop them.
We stopped it in FY15.
How did we stop it?
We built detention centers.
We detained people.
We made them see a judge.
90% lost their cases.
We put them on airplanes and sent them home.
Numbers went down.
All right.
We have so much to discuss.
We've got a long list already.
We're only five minutes into this one-on-one discussion.
First things first, you've been a great supporter of America First, coming in studio, telling the truth.
You've written a book everybody needs to check out.
It's Defend the Border and Save Our Lives.
First things first, I don't think we've done this before.
Say a little bit about yourself, because we've got the time.
So where do you come from?
Tell us about your family background.
And how did you get into the business of securing the United States, Tom?
Well, I grew up in a small town in upstate New York, farming country, and my dad was a cop, my grandfather was a cop, and my whole family, there's seven kids, either were cop, fireman, or nurses.
We all chose to serve some way, our community.
So I was a police officer in New York.
I became a border patrol agent in 1984.
Wow.
I worked in border patrol for years and then I became a special agent.
And I was the first ICE director that actually came up through the ranks.
President Trump nominated me as ICE director.
I was the first one to sit in that chair that actually came up through the ranks.
I wasn't a political, it wasn't a political favor to give me a job.
You weren't some lawyer from the swamp who's just parachuted in.
20,000 men and women that I was responsible for, I never asked them to do anything that I didn't do myself as an agent over the three decades.
So I came up through the ranks, and the proudest achievement I have is I hit every rung of that ladder.
I climbed the ladder one rung at a time.
And I was the first office director that actually was, came up through the agency.
So I knew the agency very well and how to operate.
Which helps to get the respect, right?
Right.
And I've worked for six presidents, starting with Ronald Reagan.
I respect all my presidents.
And I respect all the presidents I've ever worked for.
Even Obama and Clinton, who I didn't agree a lot on immigration.
But I respect them because they're president of the United States.
I got to tell you, I never thought I would retire after serving six presidents and actively sue a president of the United States.
We'll talk about that with Texas, right?
We'll talk about Texas a little bit later.
But given the fact that you've served so many commanders-in-chief, from Reagan on down, would you give us a little snapshot of the last 30 years?
So what has the trend line been in terms of illegal immigration and securing the border?
How good was it under President Trump?
Tell us your experience over the years.
Every president I've worked for wanted a secure border.
They just had a different opinion on how to get there.
Some were more forward leaning than others.
Reagan, great border guy, but he believed it should be some sort of amnesty, right?
Clinton, he was actually a strong border guy.
He made plenty of speeches during the State of the Union address about the border needs to be controlled.
Well, there's that photograph of the Cuban kid, right?
Being pulled up by armed officers and being shipped off to Cuba, right?
Exactly.
And President Trump, though, when President Trump came into the office, he was a game changer.
Because he wanted to secure the border, too.
And he did it.
Every president wanted to, and they did okay.
They were getting there, but no one did more to secure that board than President Trump.
He got it done.
And like I say, out of my 34 years, the illegal immigration was the highest level it's ever has been in my career.
The board was more secure than it ever has been.
What I said, I just filed a new affidavit with State Texas.
What I said in that affidavit is, now we have a president, first time I think in the history of this nation, that came into office and unsecured the border.
As a direct policy decision.
Yeah.
He came in and says, okay, we hand in the most secure border, worked very hard at it.
And he systematically, within two weeks, dismantled the most secure border this country has ever had.
I don't understand why any president would want to do that, knowing that it decreased illegal immigration.
It took billions of dollars worth of criminal cartels.
It saved a lot of women from being sexually assaulted to make that journey.
It saved children from dying.
It saved 90,000 overdose deaths from fentanyl that come across that border.
What he did was unsecure the border.
And the Secretary of Homeland Security, Adam Mayorkas, as the Secretary of Homeland Security, Talk to us in the last couple of minutes we have before I jump to my next question.
this border is more vulnerable than it ever has been.
All you got to do is look at the numbers.
Talk to us in the last couple of minutes we have before I jump to my next question.
What was it that worked so well in the prior four years?
What was it that you advised President Trump Talk to us.
Was it the war?
Was it the Title 42?
Was it the return to Mexico?
Or was it just all this combination?
It was a combination because President Trump, like no other president has ever done, talked to the men and women of the Border Patrol, talked to men, guys like me that spent three decades doing this.
What do we need to secure the border?
And he just checked them off one box at a time.
Ball, done.
Because walls work, right?
Remain in Mexico?
Done.
Because what he realized, which this president is ignoring, is that 90% of Central Americans who come to our border and claim asylum, 90% of them will never get relief from U.S.
courts because they either don't qualify or don't show up in court.
The other data point is, out of that hundreds of thousands, out of that 90% that lose their case, how many leave?
3%.
President Trump said, what the hell are we doing?
If 90% are committing fraud and only 3% leave, then keep them in Mexico.
They'll have to wait for their hearing.
What's great about President Trump is he listens to the men and women who are experts on the border.
By administration, they're not talking to any experts.
As a matter of fact, they stopped building the wall.
If they were to talk to any border patrol agent amongst the 20,000 there, they would say, walls work.
Walls save lives.
Illegal immigration went down.
Illegal drug fraud went down.
Why would you stop building the wall?
Again, purposely unsecuring the border.
It's hard to believe a President United States would want to unsecure our border.
There's no downside to a secure border.
None.
But this is open borders advocacy.
President Biden voted for border barriers when he was a senator.
He sold our country out, our security, our sovereignty to become president because he knew he needed progressive less votes to become president.
So he gave them what they wanted.
Yeah, we're going to talk about the possible motivations for everything we've witnessed in the last nine months.
I think it's pretty obvious that we have somebody in the studio better qualified than anybody to discuss what's really going on.
He's Tom Holman.
He's the author of Defend the Border and Save Lives.
You're listening to One on One.

Thank you.
Thank you.
Music by Ben Thede Tom, let's talk about the concrete things, the measures...
You said day one, Biden has started to unsecure the border is the phrase that you've used.
Talk to us about the concrete policy measures he's taken, whether it's with regards with stay in Mexico, whether it's regards to shipping people across the country in the dead of night.
So tell us what switches were flicked.
In the last 10 months.
Well, in the first two weeks, he ended the Remain in Mexico program, which was most successful.
Explain that, the whole program.
Remain in Mexico was, like I just said, President Trump got it.
He says, OK, 90% don't qualify.
So we release them into the country.
And they disappear.
Yeah, and they disappear.
And only 3% leave as ordered by a federal judge.
So he says, why are we doing this?
He goes, let's stop this.
We'll keep them in Mexico until the hearing day.
And they apply from Mexico.
And then everything's under control.
And if they lose their case, guess what?
We don't have to go find them.
Right.
They're not here.
So the president got that.
So that was a game changer.
Remaining in Mexico was the biggest game changer ever.
Let's talk about those hearings for a second.
We'll talk about the other measures that he took in the last nine months.
So you know my story.
My parents escaped a communist dictatorship.
My father was actually liberated by the revolutionaries from the communist prison that he had been put in for political purposes.
He'd been given a life sentence at the age of 20 for being an anti-communist.
So when he is, for six weeks, interrogated by national security professionals in a refugee camp, he gets asylum status.
He becomes an official refugee because he convinces them, it's not hard to do if you're escaped from a communist prison, that if he goes back, that's it.
He's shot on sight or he goes back to prison.
Isn't that what a refugee or an asylum seeker is?
It's not just somebody who wants to make more money, right?
Because this word refugee is thrown around the whole time.
Great question, because what asylum means, our asylum law says you must be escaping fear and persecution from your home government.
Because your race, religion, political affiliation, membership in a specific group, that's what it is.
So your life is on the line where you live.
And also, isn't there an international requirement that the first country you escape to, which is safe, is where you should apply for asylum.
You don't get to say, I'm going to go to Switzerland when you're in Bogota.
Exactly, and that's why President Trump created the Safe Third Country Agreements with his three Central American countries.
If you're escaping fear and persecution from Honduras and you get to Mexico, well claim asylum there, because guess what?
You've escaped that fear and persecution.
You don't get to go somewhere else.
But the truth is, it isn't about escaping fear and persecution.
It's about coming to the United States to have a better life.
So, you know, that's why 90% failed their court cases.
Because they don't meet the qualifications.
They don't meet the qualifications.
Or they don't show up in court, one or the other.
So President Trump put a stop to it.
He said, no, we're going to keep them out, and we'll let them have their hearings.
If they can win, congratulations, welcome to the United States.
If they lose, they're not here.
So that's the first thing, the stay in Mexico game changer.
What else has been reversed, or what other policy decisions have you witnessed in the last 10 months?
Well, we just talked about it.
He ended all the agreements with Central American countries and that saved third countries.
Are they happy about that?
No, no.
What are the other countries?
What does Guatemala think about all this?
Look, it's a mixed bag, right?
I think, speaking of those presidents, I've spoken to them, they don't want to see people leaving their countries.
It's embarrassing to them, and they have a sense of pride in their country.
They want things to be better in their country.
But President Trump called them out and says, look, if you really care about this, then let's make some agreements here that will keep these people in the region.
What President Biden did is ended all these agreements And look, remember when Kamala Harris went to go look at the root causes, the President of Honduras said, this is your fault.
It's your policy.
Yes, he did.
The President of Guatemala said the same thing.
The President of Mexico said the same thing.
The root causes are in the White House.
Exactly.
And I've said it many times.
If she's looking for the root causes, walk down the hallway to the Biden office, there you go.
Right there.
Remain-to-Maxwell killed.
Greenwich Central Americans killed.
Stop the wall.
Immediately stop the wall.
So, you know, and now we have reports, Tom, last week of tens of millions, if not hundreds of millions of dollars worth of equipment, of building materials that the Trump administration that we taxpayers had paid for, which has been stored in the border, which now is being got rid of by the Biden administration.
And not only that, when they entered the contracts, the end of the warranties.
Which means... Because they've rescinded, unilaterally, the building contracts.
Exactly.
So if there's any issues with these walls, if there's any erosion, if there's any issues, the taxpayers are going to be up for another trillion or two trillion to take care of these problems.
So look, again, the Biden administration didn't ask one board of trustees to do the walls' work.
And what really upset me, when I saw Jen Psaki on TV, and she was doing that press briefing, this was months ago, and Steve Duziaster, I mean...
Peter, yeah.
That's a stone cold lie.
If you go to the CBP website, the data is clear.
Every place they built a wall, illegal immigration went down.
Illegal drug flow went down.
That's not even questionable.
I mean, it's there in black and white.
So she lied.
The walls work.
They stopped building a wall because it's Trump's idea.
And they were shutting down everything Trump.
Whether it made sense or not, shut down everything Trump.
The only thing they didn't shut down is Title 42.
Talk about Title 42 and how important that is.
Explain it.
Actually, the president called me up one day.
I'll tell you the story.
President Trump.
President Trump called me up one time, and I was getting ready to go do a Fox interview, and we're talking about the numbers.
This one, he was having his own surge.
I said, Tom, what more can we do?
What more can we do?
He said, you need to talk to CDC.
I think we're in the middle of COVID here.
I think it's a great opportunity for Title 42.
And he took note of it.
At the same time, had Mark Morgan.
So it's thanks to you?
Well, me and Mark Morgan.
Mark Morgan, you know, he helped too.
And he talked to Mark Morgan.
Mark Morgan echoed that.
Then they got their people together and said, look, if this is truly a pandemic, this is something we should do for the safety and health of Americans.
So he put it in place.
So in Biden, he would say, the secretary says, and Jen Psaki says, we're still using Title 42.
No, they're not.
So explain what Title 42 is and what they're doing now.
For public health reasons, we're not allowing people to enter the United States.
During a pandemic.
And you can deport far more easily.
Right.
So we're kicking everybody south.
No, because the border was closed under Title 42.
When Biden comes in, they say, what enforcement have you actually taken?
We're still using Title 42.
No, you're not.
You're using like 30% of it.
Because they're releasing 85% of family units based on data easily seen on the CBP website.
They're releasing all the UACs.
Unaccompanied children.
Unaccompanied children.
So what they're doing is, they're using Title 42 A little.
So that's why they just lost their lawsuit.
They want to keep Title 42 in place.
And Judge Sullivan here in D.C., who I'm not a fan of, basically said, wait a minute, you're violating Title 42 every day and you want to come in here and fight for it?
It's not happening.
So look, the only thing that's saving their butts right now is they are using Title 42 in its small piece.
If it wasn't for that, the numbers would even be worse than they are right now.
So they can thank President Trump for the Title 42.
Well, you, you, they can thank Tom Holman and Mark Morgan, great, great... Well, we had a lot to do with it.
And it really, you look at the figures... But, you know, we give the advice to the President, the President wants to make the tough decision.
He makes the decision.
And, of course, you know, again, that's what happened.
He was hated for it, right?
Everybody said, ah, xenophobic, it's racist.
Racist, right, right, right.
At the same time, we're going to lose about 1,000 Border Patrol agents, according to People I talked to just yesterday, because they have to get the vaccine, meanwhile they're arresting thousands of illegal aliens every day who aren't vaccinated, who don't even have to get a test.
We'll talk about that.
The book is Defend the Border and Save Lives by Tom Homan.
get it right now.
The End
So you mentioned Title 42's efficacy under President Trump.
You talked about how it is barely being used by the Biden administration.
But surely it's all a smokescreen, it's all a joke if we see the reports coming out of the state of New York that after curfew hours, after the airports are supposed to be shut down under state curfew, federal shipments of illegal aliens are being dropped in New York.
Then, I'm sorry, Title 42 doesn't apply.
These people are being stripped across America.
These are illegals.
Absolutely.
And then I tested.
We know how many are COVID.
And they keep, they use me to keep saying children, children, children.
Let's be clear.
70% of the unaccompanied alien children Are the ages of 17 and 18.
I mean, excuse me, 16 and 17.
Right.
If you can work it out.
Yeah, so they're not toddlers, mostly.
Right.
Right?
So, and another thing, UACs aren't always who they claim to be.
Yeah.
Because when I did Operation, when I was the Director of Vice, we did Operation Matador in New York, we rested just short of 500 gang members, most of them MS-13 members.
42% of those gang members came into the country after UAC.
Because they had no ID, and they just said, I'm 16, right?
A lot of gang members can find themselves in these groups.
Talk to us about how many countries people are coming from.
We saw the 12,000 Haitians who just magically disappeared from one day to the next.
This isn't just the southern cone.
This isn't just Mexico, Guatemala, and Ecuador.
Where are people coming from into America?
They come from 150 different countries.
Which throws their theory of, well, they're escaping fear and persecution in Central America.
Okay, how about the Asians?
How about the South Africans?
How about the Europeans?
So this isn't about, you know, hurricanes and climate change.
This is, you have sent a message to the rest of the world.
The door is open.
The door is open.
Come in, you won't be detained, you'll be released, and we're going to have amnesty.
Congress, despite this catastrophe on the board, they're still talking about amnesty.
They don't think that's going to draw more people than the other day the Secretary put out policies saying ICE could no longer do worksite enforcement operations, knowing damn well most people come here to get a job.
So he just told the rest of the world, come here and get a job illegally and you'll never be arrested because ICE can't do it anymore.
So it's just this constant, constant You know, enticement to bring people from all over the world.
And look, I can't blame anybody who wants to be part of the greatest country on earth.
They won't come if you open that door.
But here's what I'll say.
You can't be part of the greatest country on earth and not respect our laws.
You can't have it both ways.
But the Biden administration has given it to you both ways.
So, I don't know if it was you, or whether it was Mark Morgan, or whether it was somebody else, last few days, maybe last week, somebody made the comment that your former colleagues, your subordinates at CBP, HSI, DHS in general, you're not securing the border, you have, because of this administration, you have become a processing facility, is that correct?
Absolutely.
So you're just a funnel?
I'd like to be on the Hill and ask the Secretary a few questions.
I wish I was a Senator sometimes.
Give us some examples.
What would you ask Mayorkas on the oath on Capitol Hill?
I'd ask him a simple question.
You had over 600,000 aliens released in the United States by your administration on purpose, many with COVID.
Do you classify that as the close border?
And when you say there's a close border, I won't tell you his name, but I had a chief patrol agent tell me it's Broken Arrow.
His word to me is, Tom, we're at Broken Arrow.
He goes, we're being overrun.
We've lost operational control of the sector.
How can your chief, the guy who spent 30 years in that uniform, can say, we lost operational control of the sector, and you go in front of Congress and say the border is secure and closed?
You can't have it both ways.
The experts are doing the job saying, broken arrow, but the secretary gets in front of Congress and says it's closed.
It's just ridiculous.
I'd also ask him, you say recent border entrants remain a priority.
How many recent border entrants has ICE arrested and removed?
Pretty close to zero.
Zero.
Absolutely.
And criminals, he says the reason they had to get these priorities way to really narrow focus is because of lack of resources.
So I would ask them this.
In FY12, ISIS arrested and removed 409,000 people.
409,000 people, a record for the agency.
Now we have more agents and more judges than we ever had.
ICE is on record to remove less than 25% of that.
Where's the lack of resources?
In one year, almost half a million were physically arrested and removed.
Four hundred and nine thousand.
That's incredible.
This year, they won't hit a hundred.
So where's the lack of resources?
You're doing one quarter of the work you did ten years ago with more agents.
Explain the lack of resources concept to me.
Because according to my numbers, you got four times as many resources that you need.
So again, it's that typical bureaucratic response.
Oh, it's limited resources.
No, there's not.
I've talked to hundreds of ICE agents who tell me I have nothing to do.
The latest stats I saw, they're averaging one arrest every six weeks, every officer, where they used to arrest.
You put one officer in a county jail in L.A., he's processing 20 a day.
Now they're doing one every six weeks.
Believe me, they want to do the job.
Morale has never been lower, but they're doing nothing.
Incredible.

The End
All right.
Will you talk to us in your 30 years, based upon your 30 years, what is the true human cost of what we're witnessing?
All right.
Will you talk to us in your 30 years, based upon your 30 years, what is the true human cost of what we're witnessing?
Can you just give an example or examples of how bad it is?
Well, look, if they really care about the safety and security of migrants, the worst thing you can do is open the border and send a message.
And you can make that trip.
Because the most vulnerable people in the world are going to put themselves in the hands of criminal organizations.
And you and I have talked about this many times.
Doctors Without Borders did their own study.
This isn't a Fed number, this isn't my number.
31% of women that make their journey get sexually assaulted.
We've heard the case of how many children die.
Already, and I talked to one sheriff on the southwest border in Texas who's already found over 50 dead migrants in his county that were left stranded by the cartels.
The cartels mistreat these people.
They torture these people.
They can't pay the smuggling fees.
They've killed these people that can't pay smuggling fees.
We already know that enough opioids came across this border under Biden that over 90,000 fentanyl overdose deaths of our children.
So it's the flip side of this illegal immigration is people are dying.
Cartels are making millions of dollars a day, and that has a real cost to it.
And this isn't, I mean, this isn't just a hypothesis.
Literally flicking a switch, what this White House has done, has exploded the profits for the cartels, correct?
Absolutely.
No one celebrated this election more than the cartels, because the promises Joe Biden made during the campaign, they knew they were back in business.
And because you have an open border, it's very, very easy for them to game it.
To say, okay, you in that caravan of 3,000 people, you cross over there, while 10 miles down the way, you're going to be flooding in the fentanyl and we'll be running, right?
Exactly.
This is great for them.
And this isn't time.
Listen to what the DEA is saying.
Listen to what the U.S.
Marshals... I mean, every law enforcement agency out there will tell you open borders creates more crime in our communities.
People, you know, I get asked all the time, you know, or I get comments all the time that President Trump's policies are inhumane.
First of all, no, they weren't not compared to Joe Biden's policies.
Because yeah, we, you know, they keep taking zero tolerance.
We separated 2500 families where the parents are being prosecuted.
And as a cop in New York, I separated US citizen families every day when parents got prosecuted.
So they want a different set of rules for illegal immigrants.
But let me say this.
120,000 children have been released by the Biden administration.
So Biden's open border policies have cost 120,000 families to put their kids in the hands of criminal cartels who smoke in the United States.
And now they don't know where a third of them are?
Give me a break.
And I've said this many times, when illegal immigration was down 83% under Trump, how many millions of dollars did the cartels not make every day?
How many fentanyl overdoses didn't happen?
How many women didn't get raped?
How many children didn't die?
So President Trump saved lives.
You can call it unihumanity all you want, but the numbers speak for themselves.
These numbers, like, you know, 25,000 here, 25,000 there, it's hard for the average American to kind of grasp.
One thing I just heard a week ago in Del Rio, when the Haitians from Chile just said, ah, doors open, here we come, and we find out 300 pregnant women are under that bridge.
And you think, that's just wrong.
It's squalor.
It's third world conditions.
And that is a direct result of Biden.
It's not President Trump.
It's not you.
It's not me.
That squalor, pregnant women sitting in filth and dirt under a bridge, is because of the people who care so much for women and minorities.
I have to ask you this.
I do this always when Mark Morgan's on the show.
Will you talk to us?
Because nobody asks this.
I don't see this being asked anywhere.
What is this doing to your colleagues?
These are people who carry a badge and a gun.
Morale is nonexistent.
Has it ever been as bad as it is now?
No.
I've been around 34, over 34 years, I've never seen like this in my life.
And I've talked to hundreds of border patrol agents who, many are retiring, they're quitting, they hate their job, they're no longer performing a national security function.
Well, they're not allowed to do that.
They're a welcoming center.
They've turned them into welcoming centers.
Border Patrol agents, the stations, they ought to just put a big sign up, welcoming center.
They're not enforcing the law.
Say the greeter at Walmart, come on down.
And at the same time, they're looking at losing their jobs because they don't want to get the Pope.
Will you talk about this?
Because I'm talking to regular law enforcement a lot, sheriff's departments and elsewhere as I travel, and I'm seeing these figures, 30-40% of them refuse because they're fit, they don't want it, they've had COVID, they've recovered.
How is the mandatory vaccination for feds going to shake out at DHS and CBP?
I think, you know, I've talked to a Border Patrol command the other day who thinks they're going to lose probably a thousand if they get some sort of relief by the courts.
And look, and that adds to the morale, too.
The agents look at them and say, wait a minute.
So I got to be vaccinated, but I'm arresting thousands of people a day that have COVID, and I'm releasing them into the United States.
But I got a different set of rules?
It's shameful.
And the ICE officers, like I said, ICE officers tell me they got nothing to do.
They're watching criminal aliens walk out of county jails across this country, and they can't do anything about it.
Because remember, the prophecy he just bought for ICE says, first of all, being in the country illegally is no longer enough reason to arrest and move someone.
So this blew my mind.
So I went to Arizona, and I traveled in Sheriff Mark Lamb's patrol car, and he took us to all the smuggling sites.
And we went on some fast patrol car pursuits, and he told me, When they stop a car with 15, 20 people jammed in the back that are illegals, and they try and phone it in to anybody who's federal, if they don't find, if they don't have proof that somebody in the vehicle has a criminal record, they can't do anything with them!
They have to release them, Tom!
This is insane!
Look at the policy, the written memorandum Secretary Mayorkas sent out.
It says, basically, Being in the country illegally is no longer enough reason to be arrested.
Okay, so I've got to ask you this.
Isn't what this administration is doing, Tom, isn't it illegal?
Yes.
By U.S.
statute?
This is why we're suing them.
This is why we're winning.
We're 3-0 in Texas.
Okay.
Almost 35 years doing this job and we're at a point where it's no longer illegal To be in this country illegally.
Yeah.
No action will be taken.
What do you think that's going to do to the members on the border?
If they know, if I get by the Border Patrol, I'm home free and no one's looking for me.
Right.
And it also says that only aliens convicted of serious aggravated felonies can be targeted or be prioritized.
So let me give you an example.
I'm an MS-13 member.
I get arrested for raping an 8-year-old child.
I post bond.
Even though I'm in the country illegally.
Even though I've been arrested for raping a child, even though I'm an MS-13 member, ICE isn't even going to talk to me, ICE isn't going to put a detainer on me, ICE isn't going to do anything, because I'm not a priority.
That is absolutely... If you walk out of the studio tonight and get beat up by somebody in the country illegally, get assaulted, no longer a priority.
If your daughter gets in a car accident tonight by somebody who's had 10 DUI convictions, no longer a priority.
President Biden has It basically took all criminal aliens off the table unless it's a significant, significant crime like rape, murder, you know, it has to be an aggravated felony.
Incredible.
Simple crimes, most public safety crimes are now off the table.
This is why this isn't just a border state issue, this is an American issue.
Guys, educate yourselves.
Check out the book by our friend, truth teller, former director of ICE, Defend the Border and Save Lives, Solving Our Most Important Humanitarian and Security Crisis by Tom Homan.
What would it take You know, I know he's going to run.
President Trump's going to declare soon.
God willing, we clean up the election fraud.
He gets re-elected.
Do we just flick the switches back?
I mean, first things first, let's start with this.
We hear these estimates, $11 million.
It's way past $11 million, right?
It's probably closer to $30 million.
We've been using $11-12 million for over a decade.
I know, it's got to be closer to $20-30 million in eagles.
It's over $20 million.
Okay. Okay.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay.
Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Okay. Thank
you. Thank
you. .
Do it.
So now they're doing it slower.
But look, I've said many times, is it going to work?
No.
Because their heart is not in it.
They still want to end it.
It's not going to be successful because they don't want to be successful.
Right.
But I won't do my part and keep suing.
What the average listener, your listener, can do, you can call your Republican congressman and senator and say, why are you sitting down talking about the infrastructure bill?
Why are you sitting down talking about the budget?
You guys should be boycotting every meeting with Democrats and still they fix this national security crisis on the border.
17 U.S.
Republican senators voted for the infrastructure bill.
They got their heads in their butts.
If they really care about the safety and security of this nation, they'll say, you know what?
We'll talk about the infrastructure bill when you show me.
Show me two things that you're doing to slow the flow.
Right now, they can't show you one thing this administration has done to slow the flow.
I like that.
Slow the flow.
That might have to be a new product on our merch store.
Eric, get me one of our America First hats from your office, one of the camo ones, to say thanks to our very special guest.
What is your message?
Last thing I want to ask you because I know they listen to the show because we get calls.
What is your message to your former colleagues at ICE and CBP and DHS?
Hang in there.
That pencil is going back.
I think American people are beginning to open their eyes to what's going on here.
Look, I don't care what position is on immigration.
This is more than an immigration issue.
This is a public safety issue.
Correct.
Because Border Patrol has already arrested 10,000 convicted criminals, including 54 convicted murderers.
If they arrested 10,000, how many of that 400,000 were criminals that got away, right?
They've already arrested 11 people on the terrorist watch list.
How many of that 400,000 are on the watch list?
So the immigration crisis turned into a humanitarian crisis, which in turn turned into a public safety crisis, which in turn turned into a public health crisis because of COVID being released and because of fentanyl killing 92,000 young Americans.
Immigration crisis, humanitarian crisis, public safety crisis, public health crisis, and most importantly, a national security crisis.
So the men and women of ICE and Borko, I love each and every one of them.
They're the finest 1% this country has.
That pencil will swing back and forth.
And I'll tell you this.
President Trump comes back.
He wins.
Tom Holman comes back.
And we'll fix it.
I can't wait.
You heard it here first.
I actually met with the president two weeks ago.
I told him, you come back, I come back.
Well, uh, I'm about to see the president to make my own personnel recommendations for the personnel system for the second Trump administration.
And there's no question who's going to be in charge.
Mark and Tom are going to get the call and we're going to secure the border.
In the meantime, just a small token of our thanks to you.
He always comes in studio.
He's a great American.
He's going to get one of our America first hats.
Thank you, buddy.
And God bless you.
God bless you.
We're busting our butts to fight back on this, but I appreciate shows like yours who are telling the American people the truth.
We need more people like you.
We need more shows like this.
I'm a one-guy show, right?
I can talk on a network and talk about it, but you're reaching a whole different population.
We got to keep this up.
You got to keep the pressure on.
Tell the American people the truth.
So I appreciate what you're doing for the men and women of ICE and the Border Patrol.
God bless you Tom, keep doing it and let's roll on 2024.
Wherever you are, dear friends, keep your head on a swivel, watch your six, hold the line, never give up, never give in and stay frosty.
