	Well, let's jump into it.
	I wish there were better news on a Friday.
	I can remember back a few years ago when President Trump was called a tyrant.
	He was called a dictator.
	When the Attorney General Bill Barr was called President Trump's, using air quotes here, wingman.
	Well, isn't it interesting that we find ourselves here today on a Friday?
	That the left calls you the names, and more importantly, the identities that they are.
	And they try to label that on you, but it's really revealing the identity of them.
	Comply or be punished.
	That is the new theme of the left.
	It's the new theme from the Biden administration.
	Freedom of speech is slipping, if not gone, because of cancel culture.
	Freedom is dwindling.
	And all the while, the left in this country gathers more power and money and are truly transforming the country that we all love, that we want to stand up and fight for.
	I guess I'm a little extra.
	Riled up about this day.
	I live in California, as I mentioned, in Los Angeles, and in LA City this week, the LA City Council passed new vaccine mandates.
	It's one of the most restrictive mandate laws in the country.
	LA City joined San Francisco and New York Now, in asking for vaccine cards, proof of vaccination for people to use all indoor facilities, and it will start on November the 4th, that means if you want to go to a restaurant, you want to go to a shopping mall, you want to go to a museum, maybe you want to go to a movie theater, you will now be forced to show the workers at these establishments your vaccine card.
	It does a lot of things here.
	First of all, it limits our freedom of choice.
	It creates segregation.
	Many people of color in Southern California, all throughout California for that matter, have not yet gotten the vaccine.
	And it creates problems for businesses that have already been shut down for a year and a half because of the COVID pandemic.
	We have the highest vaccination rate in the country and cases are dropping, yet the response from our government in California is to punish those people who might ask questions about the vaccines.
	That's going on in LA City.
	LA County, yesterday, is requiring proof of vaccination.
	For anyone who's going to sporting events.
	You know you want to go to the USC football game on Saturday.
	Maybe you want to go see the Chargers play at SoFi Stadium on Sunday.
	Maybe you want to go see the Dodgers play the Giants in the National League Division on Monday.
	You have to show proof of vaccination to do that outdoors.
	The governor of California also in the last week said that students in schools must show proof of vaccination before they can use public schools Or private schools.
	There's the kicker.
	Any school, the governor says that kids 12 and older must show proof of vaccination.
	So if you don't comply, if you ask questions, they will take your livelihood.
	It is not about health.
	We don't get any talk about immunity.
	We don't get talk about therapeutics.
	Just a newly self-created war of the vaxxed versus the unvaxxed.
	Another way for them to separate us from the left.
	And now when you go to schools and parents will speak out against these mandates, maybe they want to talk against critical race theory, that's been a big topic, they're going to be investigated by the FBI.
	That was the news this week and considered a domestic terrorist.
	The Attorney General Merrick Garland came out this week and said that those who speak too loudly or question authority too much in school board meetings throughout the country, they will be met With a visit from the FBI.
	If you question the election, if you question voter integrity, the vaccine, a mandate, you're no longer encouraged to engage in dialogue.
	Now you're a domestic terrorist.
	This is what the left is trying to do to identify you if you are still a free thinker.
	But if you want to harass a Republican in a restaurant, if you want to follow a moderate Democrat into a bathroom stall, follow her into the toilet, that's okay.
	If you want to take an egg and throw it at the head of a black conservative, That's fine.
	You just cannot talk about challenging the authority of the left.
	The left can be passionate activists.
	The right are labeled domestic terrorists.
	I don't know if you heard this audio yet, but Asrin Omani is a Muslim woman, an immigrant to this country.
	She came in the right way.
	She is legally here.
	And she said that never before has she felt so held back, so taken away from her freedom.
	She's now being called a domestic terrorist simply for speaking out against critical race theory in her child's school.
	Take a listen.
	My name is Astra Nomani.
	I'm a mom.
	Last year, I was very concerned about changes that were happening at my son's high school in Northern Virginia, Thomas Jefferson High School for Science and Technology.
	So I came together with other parents concerned about changes to the admissions process.
	We spoke before the school board.
	They ignored us.
	We wrote letters to the school board.
	They ignored us.
	And I've been continuing to go to school board meetings.
	And guess what?
	The National School Board Association says that this is what a domestic terrorist looks like.
	That's a problem.
	That's a serious problem.
	Because I am a Muslim woman.
	I'm a single mom.
	I'm an immigrant to this country.
	I have chased terrorists around the world.
	Actual terrorists.
	And for you to dare to try to smear parents as domestic terrorists just reflects just how tone-deaf school boards and school administrators have become about the pleas of parents on behalf of their children.
	Instead of doubling down with your hubris and arrogance, you should actually become the caring cultures that you profess We are not the enemy.
	We are parents who brought children into the world and we take serious responsibility for all that happens to our children.
	hell in America today.
	We are not the enemy.
	We are parents who brought children into the world and we take serious responsibility for all that happens to our children.
	So I encourage all those in any kind of leadership and policy position to think deeply about what it means if you're going to declare a war on parents because the Association of School Boards has it declared a war on parents and And we are our children.
	We live and breathe for them.
	And so when you declare a war on parents, you declare a war on children.
	Very hard about whether that's what you want your legacy to be.
	That's Azra Nomani, an immigrant to this country, speaking out now saying that she's being called a domestic terrorist for her stance against critical race theory in her kids' school.
	Because of her investigation, we now know that the Attorney General, and yes, I'm going to call him the wingman of Joe Biden in the left, He is making money off of peddling critical race theory and trying to punish those parents who speak out against it.
	That's right.
	Merrick Garland's son-in-law is shopping critical race theory curriculum and enriching himself.
	Should Merrick Garland resign?
	Should he recuse himself from this position?

	The Biden administration headed to Mexico to try to repair our relationship when it comes to immigration and border safety.
	Joining us right now is a friend of mine and someone that you all know, a former commissioner of U.S.
	Customs and Border Protection.
	Mark Morgan is here.
	Mark, thanks for joining us on America First.
	Well, thanks, Jennifer, for having me.
	We were talking.
	It's kind of nice to talk to you alone without Grant Stinchfield in the room.
	That's right.
	So normally we spend time on the morning show, on the morning answer on Salem Radio in Los Angeles with my partner, Grant Stinchfield, but I snuck you away today.
	I told you, I told Grant, I'm stealing your friend because we're going to America first together.
	So, Mark, you have so much experience at the border and with the Border Patrol.
	I want to ask you about a couple of stories today.
	Let's start first with the one about the administration going to Mexico.
	They're trying to figure out just what to do to get things under control.
	Already, you would think that the president of Mexico, who is very liberal, would find more in common with President Biden than with President Trump, but that has not been the case.
	He keeps, in fact, he's kind of lost faith, it seems, confidence in President Biden because he removed the Remain in Mexico policy and he's really let everything that was working at the border under President Trump go.
	This is pretty ridiculous.
	That's right.
	And he sees, you know, the President of Mexico, Jennifer, sees the same thing that the rest of the world, and I believe most, you know, Americans that are paying attention, is that it's these policies by the administration that has caused this catastrophic crisis for this, you know, unprecedented flow of illegal aliens.
	Look, it's not good for America, and it's not good for Mexico, and the President of Mexico understands that.
	But hey, look, let's make no mistake.
	So Biden sent down three Cabinet-level officials to a single country to address a single issue.
	Those actions, those actions, Jennifer, to me, acknowledges that this is a catastrophic crisis.
	Now, we know that they're going to continue to spin, misdirect, and lie to the American people about it, but we need to pay more attention to their actions and their words.
	And obviously these three did such a great job in Afghanistan that clearly you want to send them down to Mexico to try to screw things up there.
	So we're waiting to hear what comes out of that meeting.
	Again, the three blind mice in Mexico today.
	Jake Sullivan is there.
	The Secretary of State Tony Blinken is there.
	Merrick Garland is there, Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas is there.
	We'll see what comes from that meeting.
	Meanwhile, drug seizures of fentanyl, meth, they're all on the uptick along the southwest border.
	The DEA speaking out today saying that the surge is redirecting resources away from stopping drug trafficking because they're having to deal with the onslaught of people.
	Yeah, Jennifer, so first of all, thank you, because this is something that you and Grant, and not every host does, is look, we get so distracted with the only issue with respect to illegal immigration.
	But we've said for a very long time, the issue is border security, of which illegal immigration is a subset.
	But when you open your border up to one crisis or one threat, right now illegal immigration, You're opening your border up to the vast, complex set of threats facing this country from outside our border.
	Drugs being one of those.
	And this is why we say, look, what happens on the Southwest border doesn't stay at the Southwest border.
	It makes its way to every town, city, and state.
	We know 100,000 overdose deaths last year in America.
	Where does the majority of the drugs come from Southwest border?
	Fentanyl.
	Caesars are through the roof.
	Meth, through the roof.
	I was just watching a TV just a few minutes ago, Well, I was hearing a mother talk about how her teenage son lost his life.
	He took one fentanyl pill.
	One.
	That was it.
	One fentanyl pill and he died.
	We've got to wake up and understand the importance of securing our border.
	It is.
	It is really disheartening because there are so many people here who are addicted, who look to these cheaper sources to find their drugs, right?
	They're coming across the border.
	Fentanyl is so dangerous.
	Just a small amount can kill you.
	Some people are buying marijuana thinking that there's no problem and it's laced with fentanyl.
	And they are dying.
	And all of this is coming across the border.
	It's coming into not just the border states.
	It's not just Arizona and Texas and California.
	It's going across the whole country.
	How does this administration justify that, Mark Morgan?
	And how in the world can they justify what they're doing to children and women who are being trafficked here into this country?
	The story about the rapes and just the vile things that are happening as people are crossing over into our country.
	It's stunning.
	Well, they can't justify it.
	But, Jennifer, that's why they ignore it.
	That's why they absolutely spin and misdirect and lie to the American people about it.
	What you just said, if your listeners can take anything away, what happens at the border does not stay at the border.
	That's what I've said for a very long time.
	Every town, city, and state is a border town, city, and state.
	And look, it's not just about drug addicts.
	Again, that story that I just told is a teen's boy.
	My understanding was that was the first drug that he ever took.
	He wasn't a drug addict.
	He wasn't addicted, right?
	He was doing what a lot of young youth do.
	They were experimenting.
	One fentanyl pill and he died.
	That's the reality right now.
	But that's exactly what this administration is keeping from you.
	Let's talk about human trafficking.
	Jennifer, another great point.
	Look, independent agencies say 30% of women and young children are abused on their way up.
	It's not uncommon for a Border Patrol agent to interview someone that's 10, 12 years old that had been raped multiple times.
	And then a lot of these immigrants that are being smuggled, they're also being trafficked at the same time.
	They just don't know it until they've already been released in the United States, and now they're asked for more money and they're put into servitude and other worse types of trafficking.
	It's horrendous.
	That's what open borders expand, and that's what this administration is doing, and that's exactly what they're hiding from the American people.
	You know, we have a really big homeless crisis.
	It's a huge problem.
	It's even more than a crisis in California.
	And I look at it every single day and I say, how can people, how can all of these people, and really, truly most of them are on the left that are elected in California.
	We are a very blue state.
	How can you drive by and see people living and dying on the streets and live with yourself every single day?
	And it's the same question that I would ask the Border Patrol.
	Mark, in our short time knowing each other, I know, I've seen your heart and I see how you realize that this is an issue that is presented to us like we have to be empathetic and open borders is somehow kind.
	But what we're doing is we're incentivizing all of this bad behavior, this criminal behavior, the abuse.
	All because we want to have the doors open.
	Why do they want to do that, Mark?
	What's the reason, do you think, in your gut?
	Look, I tell you what, I was very hesitant early on to really weigh in and speculate on that.
	But after 35 years, I've served six administrations, both Republican and Democrat.
	I was a chief of the Border Patrol under Obama.
	I led Customs and Border Protection under President Trump.
	And I can draw no other conclusion than that they're doing this because they see a perceived political benefit.
	One of them being is they believe every illegal alien they find a pathway to citizenship is going to equate to a democratic vote.
	There's nothing else, Jennifer Jones, nothing else makes sense.
	Everything that we've talked about is insane that they're allowing to happen.
	And this is about political power, and that's the most disgusting thing at all.
	It is really, it is really something.
	In our last 30 seconds here with you, Mark, if you were back in charge today, what would your advice be to the Biden administration?
	What should they be doing to fix this?
	And how can they lift up the Border Patrol?
	Reinstate everything we were doing in the Trump administration.
	Reinstate the Remain in Mexico program.
	Reinstate the Asylum and Cooperative Agreements.
	Reinstate Title 42 and build the wall and get out there and show through Action Networks that you actually support the men and women risking their lives.
	I doubt that will happen, but if I were running things, Mark, I would have you back in charge doing just that because it was working.
	We weren't seeing hundreds of thousands of people coming to the border.
	We found out this week as well, the Biden administration knew those Haitian migrants were coming here as well.
	They were not taken by surprise.
	They knew it all along.
	They did not prepare for it.

	Hi Jen, good to be with you.
	Thanks for having me on, and boy, what a wild and crazy week this is.
	It's, you know, these numbers just came in on the jobs and, you know, disappointed again, just falling below the trend that people are dropping out of the workforce.
	And as you and I have been talking about week after week, you know, we're incentivizing people not to work.
	That's why we have so many, you know, restaurants and stores and construction companies and factories and truck driving jobs open.
	And we lost.
	It's amazing.
	We lost another 100, almost 200,000 people from the labor force, which is unusually in a recovery.
	You get more people entering the workforce.
	We're getting less.
	Stephen, this is actual audio of the jobs report when it was released today.
	This was a big miss for the Biden administration.
	Well, I was right.
	I was out with Maria Bartiromo this morning and our jaws just dropped when we heard that number.
	194,000 jobs created, but they expected 500,000.
	So what is going on with the jobs?
	Because there are a lot, the unemployment numbers aren't overwhelmingly high, but yet there are a lot of people who can't fill jobs.
	So what is going on with all of this?
	Well, look, we've been paying people not to work.
	That's the bottom line here.
	Even though these extra unemployment benefits have gone away, they're providing extra food stamps, they're giving rental assistance.
	We've expanded the health care benefits.
	All of these things.
	We're paying people $300 per child per month.
	So that's for a family with three kids, that's another $900 a month.
	So it's getting really hard for small businesses to compete with Uncle Sam.
	And incidentally, if we pass this grotesque, obscene $3, $4, $5 trillion spending bill that Biden wants, that's basically a big social welfare bill.
	It so expands the welfare state with no job or work requirements that we estimate 9 million fewer Americans will be working.
	So in other words, do you see when Biden went to Michigan?
	And got that applause by dozens and dozens of people.
	It was very underwhelming, actually.
	You know, we do have audio of that, and I think we'll keep talking.
	It's pretty great, yeah.
	Yeah, the media, by the way, didn't even cover the fact that there were thousands of people outside the venue with Trump signs.
	But, you know, my point is... This was Biden in Michigan, Stephen.
	Listen to this.
	This is how excited they were.
	Hello, Michigan.
	Good to be back.
	I mean, I've heard more.
	I think I heard a couple people clapping there.
	I've heard more excited people waiting for their colonoscopy.
	I mean, it was bad.
	You're going to have to play it again.
	I couldn't quite hear it.
	You know, I want to hear the clapping.
	It's good to be back.
	Whee!
	It's like four people out there.
	Michigan just loves this.
	They love Biden.
	I mean, Trump had a few screams and yells, but Biden had this.
	I mean, my goodness.
	Yeah, Trump's going to be back.
	That's the Michigan Stadium.
	And I've got some people there.
	But, you know, Biden was out today trying to explain a way.
	Go ahead.
	One of the reasons I think we're going to defeat his obscene spending plan is because his approval rating is now as best in the high 30s, the low 40s.
	And the more the American people learn about this 2,500-page bill, you know, You know, you and I talked about tree equity.
	You remember that one?
	I do.
	They've got all sorts of hundreds of programs like that in this bill.
	The more people actually find out what's in the bill, the more they hate it.
	And the one thing I find, I don't know if you found this, that the thing that people are really angry about, you know what people are really angry about?
	What is it?
	The $600, you know, thing where everything has to be reported to the IRS every time you make a bill.
	Yeah, nobody wants that.
	Because that's Venmo.
	That's everybody getting any transaction done.
	Everybody is going to get the IRS digging around in their bank account.
	I don't think anybody wants that.
	The IRS is going to be just hanging out with you.
	How many people do you think, and we're going to talk, because Stephen, you're going to hang with us here, we're going to talk about what happened with the debt ceiling, Mitch McConnell, why that's important, but I do want to ask you, just 30 seconds here, do you anticipate that these job numbers get better or have we created a new habit with people to just accept mediocrity and stay home?
	Gosh, that's a tough one.
	I mean, I think the economy is just, we've got too much inflation, too many people sitting on the sidelines, and then we're also, We're doing what we're doing on our energy policies, just crushing our energy industry.
	Here's a prediction.
	I know we're going to break.
	In about four to six weeks, we're going to see $5 a gallon gasoline.
	I know you've already got that in California, but most of the country doesn't have that yet.
	All right.

	See, he hung up because he's like, you haven't paid me to be your chief economist lady.

	We'll see if we can get Stephen back on the line.

	We have all these crazy connections to deal with.
	But here's the news from last night.
	Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer announced that Democrats and Republicans Yes, with a B, which is what Janet Yellen, the Treasury Secretary, says is needed to get to December 3rd.
	The agreement is to raise the debt limit $480 billion.

	Now, this just essentially kicks the can down the road.
	But what you had going on, and you guys let me know when Stephen Moore is back on the line.
	What is going on right now is that Mitch McConnell had set up the strategy for Republicans.
	Since Democrats have the House, they have the Senate, they have the White House, well, he was saying, we'll hold on with this debt ceiling.
	We'll force Democrats to use their shot at reconciliation so they don't pass this terrible Build Back Better deal, which is going to cost taxpayers probably $5 trillion.
	Stephen, welcome back.
	You this somehow Mitch McConnell blinked.
	He agreed to raise the debt ceiling.
	Some people say he was worried about protecting the filibuster because Chuck Schumer threatened to blow it up.
	But what do you think of this move today strategically?
	Is this just a path to the Build Back Better plan?
	Well, you know, I'm going to give Mitch McConnell the benefit of the doubt on this one.
	I was confused by it, too, and I was concerned about it, and it wouldn't have been my first choice, but I don't think people should call him a sellout so long.
	I mean, his goal is to do two things, to kill this bill, which is God love him for that, and the second goal is to protect the filibuster, and God love him for that.
	I mean, the filibuster is extraordinarily important to protect the rights of the minority party, in this case, the Republicans.
	It still sets up, I mean, basically what this sets up is you and I are going to be spending a lot of time around Christmas together because guess what?
	This is going to go right up until Christmas Eve, just like it always does.
	And it's going to be a big train wreck, and Americans are going to be angry.
	They're going to have to vote for this, you know, I don't know how big the PACs would be, $2, $3, $4, $5 trillion.
	Plus they're going to have to extend the debt ceiling on the same bill by multi-trillions of dollars.
	And I just don't see how the Democrats get to vote for that.
	I mean, so at the end of the day, that's going to be an excruciating vote for any Democrat in the swing district.
	And there are probably 30 in the House, and there are about five or six Senate Democrats who are in tough states.
	So I'm not sure.
	I'm trying to figure out what their road to victory is on this, because I don't see one.
	And Kristen Sinema, by the way, I've got to say, that lady is pretty impressive.
	I mean, she's not buckling down, even when they follow her into the bathroom.
	They're going to the bathroom with her, and she's still standing strong.
	You know what I think is interesting?
	Two things I want to ask you about, because I know you've got the greatest answers.
	The reason that it's so important to raise the debt ceiling is what?
	Because the Biden administration, Joe Biden himself, is lying to us.
	Kamala Harris is lying to us when they say it's only about the spending in the past.
	It's only about covering our debts.
	But that's not really true, right?
	That's just nonsense.
	That's just a lie.
	I mean, I'm sorry, I get so furious when I hear Biden say that.
	Oh, this is to pay for a past spending.
	No, it's not.
	This is to pay for for their multi-trillion dollar spending bill.
	If they're so concerned about the debt, which, of course, they're not, why are they proposing?
	You know, they already passed one point nine trillion dollars of debt earlier this year, plus the one trillion on infrastructure bill.
	Even my dog is angry about it.
	And the and the now they got four or five trillion.
	I mean, that's like $7 or $8 trillion of debt in one year.
	That is just the most fiscally unconscionable thing I've ever seen in my life.
	By the way, if we didn't reach the debt ceiling, in other words, if they didn't pass it and we were right up against the edge of the debt ceiling, you know what that would mean?
	It would not mean a default.
	It would not mean we would default on the debt because the creditors are the first people in line.
	It means that the revenue that comes in The government can only spend at that point what it brings in.
	Gee, what a concept!
	Imagine that!
	That's what you do, that's what I do, that's what most businesses do.
	So it would actually force them to operate under a de facto balanced budget.
	And the idea that somehow there's going to be a default and we're going to have a financial collapse, it is the histrionics of the left and most people don't believe that.
	But the most important thing is My God, this bill is so atrocious.
	I'm on page 1200 of it.
	You've been reading it.
	Tell us what's the most atrocious thing that you found.
	Other than tree equity.
	I mean, I do like the $3 billion tree equity program.
	Like, you know, we have to spend $3 billion to plant trees because, you know, trees can't plant themselves.
	And then they've got the special tax break for the journalists.
	You know, if you qualify as a journalist, you don't have to pay payroll tax.
	They want to give the IRS $70 billion so they can snoop on every one of us.
	And we're wondering, well, why do they want to give so much to the IRS?
	Why do they want to hire so many new IRS agents?
	That's so they can monitor every financial transaction you make, folks, every single one.
	You know, I could go on and on.
	I mean, the fact that they're going to have a paid parental leave for employees.
	That's going to kill our small businesses.
	People won't show up for work.
	I could go on and on.
	Oh, what it's doing to our energy industry is a killer.
	We've got, you know, Europe is now, as I said earlier, Europe's got $7 a gallon gasoline.
	We're going to get that in the United States if we don't start producing our own oil and gas.
	It is.
	It is so insane.
	And this bill is filled with thank yous to the people that Biden think got him elected.
	You heard Stephen say that they're not going to give payroll taxes to people who are local journalists.
	They think that those people, that's a payback to the fake news media to coin a term from President Trump.
	There's that one, right?
	Of course, there's the deductions of the union fees.
	They're paying back the unions.
	This is unbelievable.
	There's a $10 million study.
	I'm not making this up.
	to study how climate change affects pregnant women.
	It's all right.
	It's what we need, right?
	Just more spending, higher prices.
	Let's just come up with everything crazy.
	Let me tell you how climate change affects your people and how climate change affects African Americans.

	How do, how do you get 190,000 new jobs in September instead of 500,000 the same damn way by firing the, the, the unvaccinated.
	Then, When you, how do you get from 5.2% unemployment to 4.8% unemployment with 190,000 jobs by pretending a million people are no longer unemployed when they are?
	Yeah.
	That's because they've been unemployed so long.
	Everything the guy says is a lie.
	John, you are so right on the money.
	And I know that everybody across the country is Starting to see examples of this.
	We're starting to hear about the airlines, American Airlines, Southwest, Delta.
	They're all talking about starting to get rid of their employees or suspending them for not getting the vaccine.
	A lot of governmental agencies, the federal government, of course, with vaccine mandates here.
	I told you about in my state of California, anybody who works for our government in California, if they don't get vaccinated, they will be placed on suspension and ultimately fired.
	That includes Firefighters, it includes police department workers, it includes the sheriff's deputies.
	These are the people that we call on to be first responders that served us for the year and a half that we were shut down because of the pandemic.
	And now they go from hero literally to zero.
	They lose their job if they dare question the vaccine.
	The little bit of encouragement I can give you from California is that Sheriff Alex Villanueva, he's doing a really good job.
	He's a Democrat in California.
	He is the L.A.
	County Sheriff.
	Doing a really good job.
	He came out yesterday saying that he was not going to fire his officers or his deputies for not getting the vaccine.
	Are you forcing your officers who set the vaccine to get the vaccine?
	As I said, no, I'm not forcing anyone.
	The issue has become so politicized, there are entire groups of employees that are willing to be fired and laid off rather than get vaccinated.
	I don't want to be in a position to lose five, ten percent of my worth.
	Can we afford to lose five or ten percent of police in Los Angeles where crime is on the rise?
	I don't think so.

	We've been talking about Mitch McConnell blinking.
	And helping Democrats raise the debt ceiling.
	Got some big spending bills coming along.
	One guy keeping an eye on all of this is Congressman Mike Garcia.
	He serves California's 25th congressional district and he joins us right now.

	Hey, Jennifer.
	Thanks for having me.
	Love hearing you go national.
	This is fantastic.
	It's a lot of fun, isn't it?
	I know.
	It's like three extra hours.
	It's great.
	Keep on talking.
	So, Congressman, we've been talking a lot, actually, off-air about the spending bill, about the cost of goods and services.
	Everybody is feeling it.
	You are feeling the cost of food at the grocery store, of Gasoline, of the stuff that you need to keep your household running, everything is going up.
	This is really problematic.
	It is essentially a tax for voters.
	What is it about all of this spending, all of these stories on inflation, Mike, that kind of keep you up at night?
	What is worrying you about all this?
	Yeah, well, and especially bad in California, obviously.
	We get impacted a little bit harder than the average family.
	The nationwide, it's about a $175 a month bump in cost of living, food, fuel, housing, et cetera, all the things that we buy at the grocery store.
	So this adds up to a couple of grand a year, and it's accelerating, and that actually is getting worse.
	So this idea that there's too many dollars chasing too few goods when the federal government is just basically left free to cut checks without actually having the money, and we keep looking for the money It's not there.
	There's not a magical, you know, trillion dollar coin somewhere that's just showing up that we didn't know about.
	When they keep printing money and incurring this debt in the midst of a pandemic where we actually have a major supply chain and logistical nightmare, not enough goods in the system, this is what you get.
	This is not transitory like many of the Biden administration are claiming.
	This is going to stick around for a while.
	It's going to get worse.
	And these $3.5 trillion reconciliation spending packages that they're talking about are going to aggravate this even further.
	So to say this isn't a tax on all Americans is a flat-out lie, among many others.
	And again, our nation's debt is one of the largest threats to our nation's security.
	Besides this push for socialism and having an incompetent president over the next three and a half years, Our nation's debt is truly an existential fight, and all elected officials need to take this seriously, regardless of what side of the aisle they're in.
	We're all guilty.
	We need to control spending immediately, and that's not happening right now under this administration, unfortunately.
	I don't think they have any intention of controlling spending.
	And I've got to be honest, I question Republicans, too.
	Obviously, we had to spend money because we were in the middle of a pandemic.
	But we can't keep using the excuse of the pandemic, Mike, to continue to pour more money into this economy that really we have No way backing it up.
	I mean, they're just turning on the printer, they're printing up the money, and there it goes.
	And now you've got these supply chain issues.
	I mean, the quality of life stuff that is on the rise is insane.
	If you need to buy a car, good luck.
	If you want to buy a used car, good luck.
	And I can tell you, if you want to convert a liberal, you tell them this.
	Do not support the spending bill because it is impacting how much you will pay for bacon.
	I mean, Mike, Americans love bacon, and it seems that even the price of that It's up to $7.09 a pound in August.
	That's an increase of 50% over 10 years.
	The price before was $4.77.
	You're seeing beef prices up 14%, pork prices up 12%, poultry prices up 6%.
	Over 10 years, the price before was $4.77.
	So you're seeing beef prices up 14%, pork prices up 12%, poultry prices up 6%.
	This is hitting you at the grocery store everywhere.
	What is it that this government needs to do right now to try to shore this up?
	Because we are going to be feeling this for the next few years.
	We have to force the conversation, and this was what was heartbreaking about the decision to effectively give in to the debt ceiling conversations and extend that through December.
	We need a forcing function, and we need to look at ourselves in the mirror and realize that this $29 trillion debt that we have now is truly going to be the bane of this country if we don't address it.
	And force those tough conversations.
	To your point, we have spent enough money over the course of the last 18 months.
	We have a budget that we need to execute an annual operating budget.
	But these bills that are adding up to 55 and a half trillion dollars are absolutely not necessarily.
	We have jobs looking for people right now rather than people looking for jobs.
	And this is because of the fact that we have incentivized Americans to stay home.
	And right now we need to be incentivizing people to get back to work so that these businesses can get back online, create goods, create jobs, create wealth, which in turn creates the tax revenue to fund our government.
	And at the same time, we need to be looking at the cost side of this equation and actually balancing our budget.
	This is why I supported the balanced budget amendment.
	We need an amendment in our constitution that actually requires Congress not to spend more than it takes in a previous tax revenue fiscal year.
	And until we do that and start actually chipping away at this problem, even in its current condition, this is a 20-year problem at best.
	If we start balancing the budget now and actually getting in the black and paying down the debt, it's going to take us 20 years.
	If we do nothing for the foreseeable future, this will be the reason our country becomes insolvent.
	And what's keeping me up at night is we are becoming effectively slaves to China.
	We have a president over the next three years who has put us in a very vulnerable vulnerable position.
	He's incompetent, but he's also lying.
	And he has demonstrated the world, and especially China, that we are not the threat that we used to be.
	And we are not the superpower that we used to be.
	And our fiscal policies are going to aggravate this to a whole new level.
	Let's talk about that a little bit more, Congressman Mike Garcia is here.

	Mike, when we talk about China, everybody says, yeah, we need to be on the lookout.
	Maybe some people think they might have launched the COVID virus on us either intentionally or accidentally, but they weren't forthcoming with the information that would protect global citizens.
	They let us all kind of suffer with it as they did.
	This president, To answer that is creating all of this inflation.
	He is increasing spending.
	He's got a dismal jobs report.
	Part of his spending package will increase the corporate tax and make it higher than the corporate tax in China.
	Instead of incentivizing businesses so that we can get away from our dependence on China and Chinese made products, instead of Incentivizing businesses to come back.
	He is making it easier for them to go away and have their businesses outside of the country because he's making it so unfavorable for companies here.
	That's right.
	What ultimately is this going to do?
	We hear that the president's going to be meeting with Xi Jinping, but we haven't even gotten results from his big investigation into COVID.
	It seems like Biden has no intention of holding the Chinese Communist Party accountable for any of the problems that we're facing right now.
	That's right, Jennifer.
	And it scares the hell out of me to see this president go into any negotiations with Xi.
	Xi is an intelligent communist.
	He's a fascist.
	And he knows what he's doing.
	He's going to take advantage.
	Joe Biden walking into this meeting is like a 14-year-old going into a car dealership and buying a car.
	He's going to buy a car, but he's going to get screwed on the terms.
	He's going to get screwed on the price.
	And he represents 330 million Americans.
	This is the problem we face right now.
	Of all the lies that he's told in the last six months, the biggest one that I think will be the most costly to our nation is the one he made a couple of days ago, where he said that China will abide by the agreement.
	China will not abide by the agreements.
	China will continue to do what China does, which is steal our IP, steal our technology, build up their forces, build up their nuclear weapons, and ultimately have a desire to not only take Taiwan, but end the United States as we know it.
	That is their mission.
	That is their goal.
	And that is what they are going to continue to do.
	So abiding by agreements, especially when there's no enforcement or teeth behind them, with a weak leader like Biden, is absolutely not in the cards, and we shouldn't expect that.
	The president saying that actually makes me more worried than I was even last week, and I've been terrified as a result of his actions over the course of the last nine months already.
	In our last minute here together, Congressman Mike Garcia is here from California's 25th Congressional District.
	I have to ask you about Mitch McConnell making a big move.
	There was strategy going on the Republican side to force Democrats away from this reconciliation bill, to use that to raise the debt ceiling.
	But in order to protect the filibuster, McConnell blinked, was laughed at by Chuck Schumer publicly.
	Do you agree with what McConnell did?
	Or a lot of the economists seem to.
	Stephen Moore, Grover Norquist, they said that it's worth it to protect the filibuster.
	What do you think?
	I think it's business as usual.
	And this is why the American people hate Congress.
	This is why we have some of the lowest approval ratings in the nation in our nation's history.
	This is a time where we should not be doing things as usual, especially when you have your rational actors across the aisle who are defunding police, defunding the military, and coming up with $5 trillion spending bills after we've already allocated about $6 to $7 trillion for COVID.
	It's not business as usual.
	He should have done his job.
	He should have held the line.
	And when your opponents are committing political suicide, you don't give them a hand and give them a way out of the situation.
	We need a forcing function to solve our debt, and that was the way.
	So I will not be voting for the election.

	Well, it seems that President Biden's son, Hunter, remember where's Hunter?
	Well, he's in trouble again this week for a couple of reasons.
	It seems that the trouble is never ending for Hunter Biden.
	It's been revealed that the husband of Joe Biden's sister, Valerie, his name is John Owens, they call him Jack, and Hunter Biden's uncle reached out to Hunter in 2014 asking for help with something a little bit strange.
	She was asking him for help.
	To get a Chinese business license.
	That's right.
	An email from Uncle Jack to Hunter Biden read in part.
	It's always the emails that get this Hunter in trouble.
	You notice that?
	This guy should probably just get rid of his email system.
	Strictly go with like courier pigeons because the emails do not serve this guy very well.
	But in an email from Uncle Jack to Hunter Biden, it said, and I'm quoting here, Time pressures are very tight, plus the fact that we do not yet have one has caused a slight credibility bump in the company's mind.
	This all translates into a need for a business license and one secured very quickly.
	While this might seem to be a mundane task, I've come to understand that matters such as a business license can end up taking an inordinate amount of time.
	Time we just do not have.
	Hunter forwarded his email to James Bulger, the chairman of the Thornton Group and nephew of a known member of the mafia.
	It only gets better.
	He said, see email below.
	It's from my Uncle Jack.
	Is there any way we can help him expedite this time is of the essence here.
	He allegedly forwarded the same email to Michael Lin, who is based in New York and works for a group that has ties to the Chinese Communist Party.
	Boulder replied, give us until Monday to review a few more laws and regulations in Beijing.
	I may have you an answer and a few questions on Monday so we can get specific with the appropriate authorities in China.
	Hunter has been, of course, connected to China over and over again.
	He had a connection to a Chinese firm which was officially sanctioned by the U.S.
	government in 2019 for human rights violations.
	And questions are still in existence about whether or not he divested himself from this And other Chinese deals of this nature.
	Guys, does this bother you?
	I feel like if you inserted Donald Trump Jr.' 's name into this story, that it would be front page news.
	Meanwhile, the mainstream news media full on crickets about this.
	They are not letting on that they even have an inkling of information about it.
	Yet I guarantee you, if this were a Trump kid, oh boy.
	I mean, how many times did we hear about Ivanka's shoes being made in China?
	I mean, were you not—the shoes were adorable.
	But she was getting it on all sides because she got a patent and she was making shoes in China and that was a big problem.
	Here is more evidence that Hunter Biden has been helping his family members, enriching his family members all along because of his connections to China, indirectly through the mafia or not.
	And he's only gotten better at it over time.
	This was back in 2014.
	Now we know That he's got lots of interest in China, that people were coming to him for help, and that he was making deals with the Chinese, peddling influence around the country, or excuse me, around the world, to give access not only to his dad, but to his best friend's dad, who happens to be John Kerry.
	Does this bother anybody?
	Am I alone in feeling like this would have been handled completely differently if the last name was Trump instead of Biden?

	This week, Jen Psaki in the White House Press Briefing Room was asked about whether or not Hunter Biden had divested himself from these interests.
	Take a listen.
	The president has said during the campaign that none of his family will have any business relationship with anyone that relates to a foreign corporation or a foreign country.
	Wouldn't it be assuring to the American people as we head into this if they just let the American people know if Hunter has divulged himself from that?
	Well, again, I conveyed to you, and then I think I'm going to have to move on, that you should talk to his representatives.
	I'm There's no reason to yell.
	I'm certainly not yelling.
	You should talk to his representatives.
	That remains his policy.
	He's been working to wind that down.
	Beyond that, I say we talk to his representatives.

	And I'm going to tell you right now, you start going back in time a little bit, a little back to the future style, you are going to see some tweets calling into question the ethics and morality of the Trump children.
	And the Trump organization, for that matter.
	They are there.
	Yet she continues to refuse to answer the questions, the very good questions, about the ethics and morality of Hunter Biden and the family in which she is enriching.
	How can this not be a problem for people?

	Oh no, because you see, Hunter is not only a wheeler and dealer in the business world.
	Oh no, he's also an artiste.

	He does his weird finger paints or the Blow straw paintings, whatever it might be.
	He was in Los Angeles, actually, this past weekend and had a gallery visit in which he was selling paintings valued at up to like $500,000.
	Well, now we're finding out that Hunter Biden sold five art prints, forget this, $75,000 each.
	Now, I would love to meet these people that bought those paintings.
	I've seen them.
	I'm pretty sure that I could do those same kind of paintings.
	You just throw a little paint on there with the straw.
	You're blowing the stuff around.
	Voila!
	And this guy's handed $75,000.
	I'm telling you, it's not for his talent.
	But whoever spent $75,000 on these paintings, I'd love, truly, if it is for his talent, to sell them like oceanfront property, like somewhere in maybe Arizona, because there probably should be questioned.

	And the question has been, are the, well, is the administration being transparent?
	According to reports, these are supposed to be anonymous buyers for the paintings.
	But we don't quite know if that's the truth, because if they're anonymous, well, They showed up at an event and Hunter Biden was there taking pictures with them.
	It's pretty hard to believe that they wouldn't say, hey, I just dropped 75 grand on one of your paintings.
	And are they being paid back for that?
	Are there kickbacks?
	This is the question.

	But this time, Mr. Moon, Justin, it's not just the usual Democrat demagoguery.
	Isn't this assault against our first freedoms more serious than the ones we've witnessed in the past?
	I think this is one of the most serious assaults Americans have ever faced.
	I mean, if they can stick the needle in you and force you to take a vaccine against your will, they can take your guns, they can throw you in a concentration camp, they can murder you.
	So this is very terrifying.
	And I think a lot of Americans get it.
	That's why they are buying, going out there, buying guns, and buying America First guns, because they understand that if we're going to have liberty in this world, America must be, has been, and must be again the first nation to stand for liberty.

	When you were at college and you just saw this classic concealed carry weapon, the Walther, it was too heavy, it wasn't powerful enough.
	What was your vision?
	Can you explain the vision that birthed CAR and how you started?
	Yeah.
	I've always loved the Walther PPK.
	Great gun.
	James Bond movies.
	But, you know, it was a little bit underpowered.
	380 back then.
	They didn't have the modern tips and all the new fans, fancy ammo you have today.
	And basically, if you wanted to have a serious self-defense, you needed to be in a nine.
	But all the nine millimeters were huge.
	And so I thought that, you Which was, you know, the size of the Wofford PPK, but chambered in 9mm, that there would be a market for it.
	And so I spent a couple of summers working on some ideas and developing prototypes.
	And how old were you when you said you were going to make the new, modern PPK?
	That was junior year in college.
	And then what was the result?

	Yeah, I mean, the attacks against law enforcement officers is very unfortunate.
	It's very saddening.
	The talk about defunding the police.
	I mean, it hasn't worked out well in the cities which have actually done it.
	Uh, all of this social chaos, I think, is really, you know, really the reason why Americans today really feel the need that they have to exercise their Second Amendment rights and go out and buy firearms.
	And I can really understand that.
	And I think it's a smart thing to do, because, you know, we are seeing a very crazy world all around us, and there isn't any area where you can actually feel safe.
	I think the message is for the American people, we have to be responsible for our own safety and our own peace.
	And we can never surrender that responsibility.
	And one of the first and most important parts about being safe and being free and that peace is, you know, learning how to shoot a firearm, understanding how to shoot it safely, and learning how to be responsible for your own self-protection.

	Yes, sir.
	I would like to find out your opinion and See what you think of what the forensic has turned up in Maricopa County, Arizona.
	I think it's what we know, that the mail-in ballots are a scheme, and that they leave open plenty of opportunity for fraud.
	And I think that we have seen fraud in every single election where mail-in ballots have happened.
	And by the way, every other election, anybody who tells you that there is no fraud in elections is lying to you, because there is fraud in every single election.
	Whether or not it changes the outcome of the election is the problem.
	I believe that it could have in Arizona, and I'm glad that they're working to audit the system.
	But here's the problem.
	I think that we are starting to spend and by me or we I mean the MAGA movement.
	I think we're spending a little bit too much time looking backwards on 2020 and we need to spend a little more time looking ahead to 2022 and 2024 because we are going to sit around on the day after election day in 2022 And scratch our heads about what happened if we don't start thinking about what we can do to change things, particularly in the states that matter, that are determining elections.
	So James, I think that it's important.
	I think it's always important to look at what went right, what went wrong.
	And there was a lot that went wrong in 2020, no doubt in my mind.
	But I think we need to get really serious.
	And the Republican National Committee needs to do this.
	And the state Republican parties need to make sure that we are changing laws.
	And they're already starting to do that.
	Pennsylvania, Georgia, Idaho, I believe, is one.
	There are some states that are trying to tamp down this mail-in ballot scheme.
	But we need to do that so that we can win elections moving forward.
	What do you think about the audit, James?
	Well, I think it was a fraud.
	I think Trump got more than 81 million votes if it was all factual.
	And if there was that much in Maricopa County, what is there in the other 6,000 counties in the United States?
	This doesn't put any faith in the American people of a free and honest election.
	Well, and that's my point.
	So James, we all doubt the outcome of 2020.
	I think most of us listening to this program doubt the outcome of 2020.
	I do.
	And it sounds like you do as well.
	So what do we do to fix that?
	Because here in my state of California, there were a lot of conservatives that didn't show up to vote on the recall because they thought their vote didn't matter.
	And then ultimately we couldn't pull off a victory.
	So we're going to have to get serious state by state, county by county, shoring up the rules so that we don't see this happen again.

	I mean, I've been lobbying school boards, you know, long before it was cool to do it.
	We've watched now, right, for decades and decades as the radical left, Marxists really in America, have been putting the infrastructure in place for a hostile takeover of the United States.
	Now they own the media, they own the schools, they own our universities, they own the hospitals, they own Big Pharma, and they've been waiting for the moment, and this is their moment, right?
	this virus with a 99.9% survival rate.
	They're using this emergency, this so-called emergency, and these so-called emergency orders to implement this Marxist agenda, this Marxist takeover of the United States.
	And really the Department of Justice calling ordinary people exercising their First Amendment rights in front of a school board, domestic terrorists, is just one more step in implementing this, right?
	Because they've turned the DOJ into the KGB.
	And we're watching now as Joe Biden, who is really not in charge of anything, I mean, if we're honest, he's not, he's not, He's standing back and he is letting the most radical people in his party determine the trajectory of this nation.
	It's a very frightening time in the history of our country.
	I think you're absolutely right.
	It has been, I think, a particularly heavy week for me personally, and I'm sure many of you are feeling it.
	Vaccine mandates and it seems that Only certain people are being protected.
	You know, it's really interesting as a conservative woman, Heidi St.
	John is here and is a conservative woman running for Congress.
	Have you noticed that we're being diminished?
	This is a tactic of the left all along, right?
	They bully people, they call you a sexist, they call you a racist.
	This is why President Trump was so fantastic, because he didn't really have that shame bone, so he didn't back away like many conservatives would when they'd be called a name.
	Now they're at it again, except they've accelerated it, and it seems that the party who's supposed to be about protecting women Is now not protecting those who are being bullied like Kirsten Sinema, not even that she's a Republican.
	She's just a moderate woman with a dissenting opinion.
	Those kind of people can be bullied.
	But yet we have the FBI coming in to protect school district officials.
	from having to have an adult conversation with real moms about real issues facing our children.
	Why do you think the left prioritizes conservative women?
	Are they scared of us?
	Or excuse me, liberal women over conservative women.
	Are they scared of us, Heidi?
	Well, they better be.
	That's a good answer.
	If they're not scared of us, they don't know who they're messing with.
	I mean, the reason why cancel culture even exists is because the left knows that they can't win an argument when we use reason and logic and facts to defend our position.
	They use emotion and made-up statistics to defend their positions.
	This is how they come to climate change.
	This is how they're handling the vaccine mandates.
	This is how they're handling...
	What's happening in our schools right now with comprehensive sex education and these made-up terms that they use to label and shame people.
	And remember, it was just Joe Biden a couple days ago.
	I mean, he was talking about, you know, Kristen Sinema, this brave woman.
	And I completely disagree with her on policy.
	But dude, this woman was BA.
	They followed her into the bathroom.
	And the president said, well, it's just part of the process.
	Oh, okay.
	So is it also part of the process when just across the river from me in Portland, Oregon, Antifa burns down our cities?
	Why don't you stick the DOJ on those people?
	What they're doing is trying to silence dissent.
	This is a communist, Marxist tactic.
	And we've been watching this, right?
	And a lot of us have been on the sidelines going, oh, my goodness.
	This is why when you saw when President Trump was in office and all those memes that were coming out saying they're not really after him.
	He's just in the way.
	They were after and they still are after ordinary Americans, moms and dads who are raising their children to be good citizens, to make their bed, to get a job, to get off of public assistance and into the workforce.
	And the Biden administration comes in, hijacks the economy.
	Now we're seeing inflation like we've never seen before.
	And we're watching our young people be disenfranchised to go back to work.
	And it's shameful.
	And so of course they don't want to have a conversation with a conservative woman.
	They're going to lose and they know it.
	Well, I have never seen something so disturbing in all my life.
	As someone who was raised to love this country and love it because it affords us freedom and because it affords us liberty, it is very frustrating to see so quickly.
	And this is, I believe, the plan of the left all along.
	I think it's just accelerated.
	To cause so much chaos and so so much destruction that they have to really transform the whole country, to take it down as we know it and rebuild it.
	And it can be extremely frustrating, not just for conservative women, but for people who just value freedom and liberty.
	So what is your best advice?
	You know, I often get asked, what do we do about this?
	This is how it is right now.
	The Democrats are in charge.
	of Washington D.C.
	You're living in a mostly blue state.
	I live in California, mostly blue state.
	What do we do to fight back and do it within the parameters that we can actually get some success?
	Yeah, that's a great question.
	This has been the theme of my life for the past 15 years as I've been traveling this amazing nation and trying to get the public to engage in the process.
	We've got to engage and it starts at the local level.
	All politics is local and it flows up from there.
	And so for years and years and years, we've kind of been, you know, we give all of this attention to federal races like mine and to the national races for presidents and all those kinds of things.
	And meanwhile, our cities are literally being ruined because they've been infiltrated by radicals and Marxists who want to do exactly what you just said.
	And that is to, quote, build back better.
	We don't build back better until you tear something down.
	And that's what they're in the process of doing right now.
	They are trying to cause chaos and upheaval in our country.
	They're doing it with their political correctness agenda.
	They're doing it through the vaccine mandate.
	And people are losing their jobs.
	And so I'm always telling people, do what you can where you can.
	So start showing up to these school board meetings.
	And by the way, you don't need to talk to the school boards.
	They're not listening to you.
	Turn around and face the audience and say, listen, this is our country.
	And the only way that we're going to fix what's wrong with the schools, the schools don't speak English, by the way, they speak money.
	And the only thing they're going to understand is when parents say, I've had enough and we're pulling our kids out of these Marxist indoctrination centers that are turning our children against their parents.
	against the nuclear family, against this country, and frankly, against our future.
	And so we've got to – it's going to hurt a little bit.
	And we don't want it to hurt, but it's going to.
	These people are not going to stop until they get what they want.
	I'm almost finished reading a book right now called Socialists Don't Sleep.
	And boy, I'll tell you what.
	They don't sleep.
	They don't.
	We need to take that same tactic.
	And we need to stop sleeping at the wheel and say America is worth fighting for.
	And that is a large part of the reason why I'm running for Congress – I've been working for the people of this district for 17 years.
	I've raised seven children here.
	My oldest daughter's 30 now.
	I have grandkids that are in this district.
	It's time for regular Americans to get involved in the process and not just assume that we can vote and leave it there.
	Boy, that was a painful lesson in 2020, wasn't it?
	Sure was.
	And so my encouragement is get off the bench, get onto the battlefield.
	We are not descended from weak men.
	We come from the most amazing history in the face of the earth.
	We've been given the most amazing governing documents in our constitution and we are free and we need to live like free people before these radicals Get to the end of their agenda, and when they do, we will no longer be free.
	That's a really, really great statement, because we are free.
	We're all ready to enjoy our weekend, but how many more weekends do we have if we don't stand up and start to fight back?

	And oh boy, the warning alarms have been triggered by our friends over at CNN.
	Well, I guess we can't really call them our friends, but certainly They are a little worried today.
	John Berman, who hosts The Morning Show on CNN, sounded the alarm and said that it has been a very bad sign to watch Joe Biden's approval ratings.
	Now, you think?
	How could Joe Biden's approval ratings be going up?
	There's new polling out, according to John Berman, that says things aren't looking so good.
	His direct quote, not good.
	Joe is clearly underwater at this point.
	And for Democrats, even more troubling numbers underneath the surface of these ratings.
	They're telling a pretty clear story.
	However, they are saying that Joe Biden is no longer looked at as good old Uncle Joe.
	In fact, his approval rating has dropped in one poll from eight points positive in August To five points negative in October.
	Now, my only question is how it took so long.
	You have a president who is clearly unable.
	I don't know if he's leading the country.
	You know, there are a lot of people who like to say something's wrong with Joe Biden.
	Other people are around him.
	I do believe he's being led by other people like Susan Rice.
	But I also think that Joe Biden has had a long 40 year history of bad leadership.
	If you ask people what Joe Biden has done.
	They can't tell you one thing.
	And he has served this country for 40 years.
	He's made racist decisions.
	He's put a large number of African Americans in prison with his crime bills.
	He's never made a good foreign policy decision like ever.
	He made Obama look like a champ when he served him as vice president.
	This is a guy who doesn't have a great career history, so it's no surprise as president that he's not doing great things because he always gets it wrong, whether he's leading or not.
	It doesn't seem to be a huge surprise.
	He's failing on the economy.
	He's failing on foreign policy with Afghanistan.
	He's failing with China.
	Back in talks with Iran, we are in a much worse place than we were just a year ago under President Trump.
	The border is wide open.
	God only knows who is walking into this country.
	And we're all being divided, turning on each other.
	The vaxed versus the unvaxed.
	There is a war on.
	We're divided on skin color, on politics, on religion, on vaccine status.
	This is the presidency of Joe Biden.
	So it's not a surprise that his approval rating is going down, that people are losing confidence.
	But what is really disturbing to Democrats right now is that Not just Republicans are losing confidence.

	They need independent voters to win again in 2022 and to eventually win in 2024.
	But how can you be surprised when this week alone, some of the hits and misses of the Biden administration, you had John Kerry, who's now the climate czar.
	You know, one day when you grow up, don't you want to be a czar?
	I think it sounds very powerful.
	So the climate czar, the climate envoy, John Kerry, had this to say.
	About the president of the United States.
	Take a listen.
	And President Biden asked me about it, and I told him and expressed.
	You told Joe Biden that it was not the right.
	He asked me, he said, what's the situation?
	And I explained exactly he was that he had not been aware of that.
	He literally had not been aware of what had transpired.
	And I don't want to go into the details of it, but suffice it to say that that the president My president is very committed to... John Kerry saying right there he was very clearly unaware of what transpired.
	The French pulled their ambassador to the United States and the sitting president of the most powerful country, or at least we used to be the most powerful country in the world, doesn't know.
	He doesn't know.
	He's clearly confused.
	Either he's being insulated, isolated.
	He's out to lunch.
	He doesn't care.
	In any case, he should know.
	He doesn't know.
	This week, he was in Michigan trying to sell his Build Back Better plan.
	And this was the president.
	And of course, it's great to be here with my friend.
	We've become friends.
	An outstanding governor, one of the best governors in the United States of America.
	And her lieutenant governor who covers her in every way.
	Both in terms of physically and mentally and every other way.
	Okay.
	Creeping people out with weird comments.
	And then, selling the mandates for vaccines in companies over 100, we get this.
	This I always get a kick out of.
	Fox News.
	Fox News requires vaccination for all employees.
	This is who's sitting right now in the White House and John Berman at CNN is scratching his head wondering, gosh, what happened to these ratings, these approval ratings?
	This was a guy who was over 60% just a few months ago and now he is just spiraling down, down, down.
	Well, it's no wonder because every single day we add a failure to the list.
	Question for you.
	Should President Trump capitalize on this?
	There's new polling that indicates more Republicans want to see President Trump run.
	In 2024, he has been out on the circuit.
	He's been talking to Sean Hannity.
	He's been talking about, well, to everybody about what he would want to do if he were in the White House and how Biden's policies differ from his.
	So is it the right time for President Trump to jump in this race?

	But the reason I went in the military in the first place, honestly, was for money for college.
	And I was a hippie.
	You've heard the old saying, if you're not a Democrat at 21, you have no If you're still a Democrat at 41, you have no brain.

	So I guess I fit into that fairly perfectly, but I was only fiscally conservative, really.
	I mean, I don't care what people do in the privacy of their own homes, all that stuff.
	I believe in states' rights.
	But I never thought it would get like this.
	Like, I was only fiscally conservative.
	Now, like, I never, I never carried a firearm before.
	Not, you know, as a civilian, but on my last deployment, which was recently, we had some of our own guys actually murdered by our, our allies locally.
	So I had to carry uh concealed they gave some of us uh guns to carry concealed in case we had to defend ourselves against against uh our allies the soldiers we were training anyway when i got back you know i kind of carried here and there but now it's like it's crazy i I mean, I never, deep on the police, it was, I don't, I can't even imagine that.
	Well, these are things, and free speech used to be what liberals stood for.
	And Mark, thank you so much for the phone call, and I hope you get that gun, because it's cool.
	But this is what liberals used to stand for.
	They used to stand for freedom of speech.
	They used to be appalled at the idea of banning books.

	Having a little bit of fun on Friday, even though there's so much going on.
	Boy, on our morning show, I host The Morning Answer, Jennifer Horne Grant Stinchfield on Salem Radio in Los Angeles.
	And we have been talking about mandates a lot because California has just issued, the governor has issued a mandate that all kids 12 and over must have a vaccine in order to go to school, both public and private school.
	In LA city, you must show proof of vaccine.
	If you want to go to restaurants, if you want to go to a shopping mall, to a movie, to a museum, and in LA County, you have to show proof of vaccination or a negative COVID test.
	If you want to go to a sporting event, we have some of the most restrictive vaccine mandates in the country.
	And New York, San Francisco following suit.
	My theory is that these blue states like New York, California, they're doing this so that the rest of the country follow suit.
	Because ultimately, this is what the Biden administration and the left want.
	They want control.
	They don't want dissent.
	They don't want people to even consider therapeutics.
	They don't want people to consider natural immunity.
	It is either what they want or you're vilified, essentially.
	You are going to be written off from society.

	So, calling from the City of the Fallen Angels, you know, what about the 100,000 L.A.
	street gangs, motorcycle clubs, outlaw clubs that live in the city and county of Los Angeles?
	Are they going to go home and play Scrabble with their families when they can't go to the mall, when they can't go to the bars or the restaurants they enjoy?
	These guys are heavy-duty people, and when they realize they can't live life normally, I don't think they're just going to take it lightly.
	I think the City Council and the Board of Supervisors opened a can of worms they will not be able to contain.
	There's going to be a lot of upheaval here, and you know what they say, the enemy of my enemy is my friend, so if the L.A.
	Street Gangs decide to take action, What are we going to do?
	We're just going to have to, you know, say, well, what can people do when they can't live life normally without taking an experimental vaccine?
	See, I think in Los Angeles, I think all throughout California, by the way, any state or city municipality that's going to bring in these mandates, I think you're going to see a big problem.
	I think they're not considering the fact that there is a racial divide as well between people who are vaccinated and unvaccinated.
	And for a long time, There was, right, it was all about the left to make sure that there was no racism.
	Well, how racist is it for people of color to be sitting outdoors at a restaurant?
	And how racist is it for the white people, the elitist, the people who have the vaccine to be sitting indoors?
	How long is that going to last?
	It's not good optics, that's for sure.
	And in California, you've got only 30% of black Americans that have the vaccine.
	70% are unvaccinated.
	And this is, that's a big number because most of the state of California now is vaccinated.
	I think I read it's close to about 80%.
	So you have a lot of people in the state of California who are vaccinated, but a lot of people of color are not.
	And what kind of optics- To your point, Bob, is that how many businesses are going to feel comfortable with that?
	And you're right.
	When you have streakings, when you have people who go to certain establishments, are those establishments really going to be sitting out there with the checker to look at your vaccine card and your driver's license?
	I don't think so.

	I'd love to talk to you, Jennifer.
	I just want to respectfully disagree about the Arizona audit.
	I think about half the country, unfortunately, still trusts the mainstream media.
	And with their big lie, big lie, big lie narrative, if we can prove in just one state that Donald Trump actually won, then that would be like the little dam break.
	That causes the whole dam to collapse in the trust in the mainstream media.
	And it's almost like that old movie, I don't know if you ever saw it, with Paul Newman, where he, I think it was called The Verdict, and he was going against a Catholic hospital, and his friend was saying, oh, you can't win this case, you can't win this case, and he kept saying over and over again.
	This is the case.
	There is no other case.
	I'm terrible at movies.
	I'll give you this warning, Jack.
	I have terrible taste in music and movies, but I do hear what you're saying.
	And look, this is where I come from with my perspective.
	I believe we already have the information out of Arizona.
	That proves that this was not, that the results are not on the up and up.
	And the media, after this audit was announced, before even the results were announced, came out earlier in the day.
	This was only a few weeks ago.
	You probably remember.
	They came out earlier in the day and said, ah, Trump's audit only resulted in Biden getting more votes.
	That's not what was in the audit at all, but it's what the mainstream news media presented to the American people.
	So you had everybody who just tunes to CNN and to MSNBC.
	See, Trump's an idiot.
	This is the big lie, and Joe Biden just got more votes.
	That's what they believe.
	But if you look at the audit, you see that there was like 70,000 duplicate votes, and the state was only lost by about 11,000.
	So it is very clear to me that this was the evidence, the smoking gum that we would need, but the media won't pick up the messaging on it.
	And that's a problem.
	I don't trust them anymore to do the right thing.
	Unfortunately, we are closer to China than we are To Walter Cronkite's time in American journalism.
	We are getting ready for Tokyo Rose to come out and start singing propaganda from the Biden administration because they don't care and they will hide headlines that are damaging to their cause.
	And so, yes, if we had an honest news media, I think you're right, one story would switch the tide.
	I just don't believe we have that right now.
	Find a judge who has the guts enough guts to look at the evidence.
	They've never looked at the evidence.
	There is a Supreme Court clerk who overheard Robert say they were afraid to look at the evidence because of the rioting, the left-wing rioting.
	So what do we have?
	We have rule by mob or rule by law.
	We have to find a judge who has enough guts To actually look at the evidence, and that I think is crucial.
	I don't think we should give up on 2020.
	Yes, it was so many months ago, but if we can destroy the credibility of the media, then the whole dam will break, in my opinion.

	They're destroying the fundamental principles of this country.
	And the next election needs to be about stopping that trend and putting a conservative back in office.
	And if Trump runs, it's going to be about Trump, not about conservatism versus socialism.
	You're going to reignite the whole media hate machine, and we need the next election to be about restoring the fundamental principles that made this country great.
	Is there any conservative that can do this?
	Because Trump brings a special set of skills.
	Who is that person?
	I think the Republicans have a deep bench.
	You've got DeSantis, you've got Cotton, you've got Pompeo, you've got Cruz.
	The Democrats don't have anybody.
	The Republicans got a bunch of people who are who have the policies of Trump without the rough edges.
	And we need to save the country.
