Editorial decisions.
Pre-show meetings.
It's when we decide what we're going to talk about, or we just do it on the fly.
Welcome, dear friends.
This is American First on the Salem Radio Network.
Mr. G, do I waste time on this putz?
Why not?
OK, because this is an example of fake news.
It's a huge example.
Beautiful.
All right.
That's all the reason I need from the best producer in radio.
So just before the show, somebody called Well, I'll just call him Zacky Poo.
He works for, I don't know, Daily Beast Salon, one of those piles of putrid excrement, whatever the title is.
His name is Zachary Patrizzo.
Is that right?
Is that right, Eric?
Have I got that right?
I think that's about right, give or take.
He's called Zacky Poo.
And he watches the show every day, trying to Generate quote-unquote news.
And he calls me out from a shielded number, and we have fun over the phone, and dude, you can quote everything I said to you, including about your squeaky voice.
And he wants me to comment on a tweet from that crazy, crazy QAnon conspiracy theorist Bill Mitchell about me accusing him of doxing me, uh, over a year ago.
Now I looked at Zaki's Twitter account, and he's got a... I gotta talk about this.
I'm sorry I'm in the weeds, because this is where we are today in America.
This is the state of the media.
And he's got a screenshot of this tweet from Bill Mitchell, who is a loony.
And it's interesting.
He's cropped it so you can't see the date.
So you think, oh, this is new.
Gawk is arguing with a crazy QAnon conspiracy theorist.
This must be breaking news.
Well, there's a reason he's cropped it.
It's because it's from over a year ago.
And then he wants me to comment on this accusation from crazy QAnon boy.
This is the gutter press.
Oh, by the way, I just thought I'd go and check if Bill Mitchell's still on Twitter.
This account he's quoting doesn't exist.
Hey, Salon, your employee is quoting a Twitter account that has been deleted for all I know over a year ago when this post was posted.
Zack, you gotta try harder!
Because we will crush you, you and your squeaky voice.
Hey, do we have that squeaky voice cut of him?
Where is it?
Oh yeah, cut 15.
Just so you know who we're talking about, this is when he accosted me in public at a MAGA rally.
15, play cut.
Like I said, I don't know who you guys are.
It doesn't matter, you don't have a response to the question.
I don't know who you guys are, so I can't- Can you not answer a question?
Zachary, literally, you're just- you work for Salon, we're asking the Salon reporter an important question.
What do you think about the 2020 violent uprisings around the country?
Are you the guy that was in the Capitol building on January 6th?
I was, yeah.
Capitol building?
What's wrong?
Has he not passed puberty?
What's wrong with him?
There's a better one when he came up to me at a MAGA rally and I just said, dude, give your mom her phone back, really.
OK, that's enough on him.
Zaki, can you write some transcript of this monologue?
Because it's going to be really good.
It's going to be really good.
And we don't have money to pay for transcripts.
So whoever it is, you know, who's ever on the squirrel board just typing away, get busy.
Let's get serious.
Deep State.
Deep State is real.
Let me show you the lack of morality in this city.
Just how deeply, not immoral, amoral, the people who work here are.
By amoral, I mean they have no sense.
Zach's just pathetic.
He's just a little oxygen thief.
I'm talking about bad people.
There is an individual who sadly, for a short time, was a Marine.
Then he rose through the ranks of the FBI, which is when I got to know him.
Senior, senior position in the FBI.
Then he got a acting whatever deputies blah blah blah position at DHS in the Trump administration.
His name is Brian Murphy, and I knew Brian Murphy.
And Brian Murphy painted himself as a Trump supporter, as a believer in America, and America first.
And this is what he said on ABC this weekend.
Cut to.
President Trump is making moves to run again perhaps in 2024.
In your view, what would that mean for the intelligence community and the country?
I think it would be a disaster.
I think he has denigrated, he's put out the intelligence community.
He puts out disinformation and that's an existential threat to democracy and he is one of the best at putting it out and hurting this country.
As I was saying before to you, I have the opportunity to go work for a company called Logically.
That's my next step in life.
I'm very appreciative of it, where we are going to go combat disinformation at scale across the globe.
We're not the thought police, but disinformation is a deliberative campaign to put out false information, often for nefarious reasons.
How do you explain the relative success of the strategy?
The strategy...
Spreading disinformation.
So disinformation is a slow-moving threat that is in front of us.
It's on social media.
It's not readily understood by a lot of people.
I think it's conflated with a lot of political talk.
But in reality, disinformation is the type of threat that if we do not do something about it, if we don't build resiliency within this country so people know and take the scrutiny and the time to evaluate the sources of information, it polarizes us.
Political polarization in this country is at the worst it's ever been.
And the Director of National Intelligence put out a report a few weeks ago You know what's weird about that interview?
I've given, oh I don't know, probably thousands of interviews by now, and I've never had to say anywhere, we're not the thought police.
threats they articulate and we are no stranger to that in the United States.
You know what's weird about that interview?
I've given, oh I don't know, probably thousands of interviews by now and I've never had to say anywhere, we're not the thought police.
Who has to say we're not the thought police?
Is it somebody who is the thought police and doesn't want to be seen as such?
It never occurred to me to say we are not the thought police.
That tells you firstly a problem.
And then he accuses my old boss of denigrating the intelligence community.
What like the 50 former intelligence officers Who signed a public letter, including Jim Clapper, saying that the Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation?
Is that the kind of denigration you're talking about, Brian Murphy?
And you're saying that President Trump is an existential threat to democracy?
The man we were told would execute some military coup if he lost the election?
But whose Chief of Staff of the Army, the Chief of Staff of the Joint Chiefs, is having conversations with his communist counterparts in Red China to tell them, I'll give you a heads up if my president uses military force against you.
That's not a threat to democracy, is it?
But the man who peacefully steps down from office, he's the one you have a problem with?
And then we have your closing thoughts on political polarization.
Interesting, Brian Murphy.
Brian Murphy, the man who came to my office in the White House to tell me, I don't know if this guy's schizophrenic or something, he told me, Sebastian, the three FBI and one CIA official you've requested to be transferred to the White House to work for you will never be sent here.
Quote, this is from Brian Murphy.
Because the seventh floor of the Hoover building, the executives of the FBI look at the Trump White House as quote-unquote the enemy?
So whose side are you on, Brian?
Were you representing yourself?
As a Trump supporter, America first, will of the American people?
Or are you saying now that President Trump is the threat and the cause of polarization?
Because it's funny, Brian, I don't remember you saying that about Hillary Clinton's basket of deplorables.
I don't remember you saying that as the border was opened wide.
With two million illegal aliens coming into our country this calendar year, Brian Murphy is the exact example you need to keep filed away in your memory banks as proof that the Deep State is real.
And we're going to get rid of every single one of you when we win the next election and fire you.
All right.
Good.
Alright, good stuff.
Mute the mics real quick.
Uh, yeah.
Mics are on.
When it's other networks.
That's fine.
Mics are back on.
Okay.
Alright.
I think it should be this chip.
So this is, uh, with the revised... It's Jenna Ellis and MyPillow here.
Okay, Jenna Ellis, MyPillow, okay.
Good, I'll probably come in with that.
Did you send those to print?
Yeah, they should be all printed.
Okay, great.
You gotta do those before I leave today.
Alright.
Oh, and a title for that monologue if you got one.
How bad is Salon.com?
Ha ha ha ha.
Thank you.
Thank you.
What is the reason for that?
I just saw what he put on there.
It's so stupid.
But it's a desperation.
I guess they might be about to fire him, right?
Because he's crap.
So he has to generate some story.
So he goes back a year on a dead account to try and prove that he's found something on Gawker.
It's just sad.
Bill Mitchell.
That name's a blast from the past.
Yeah, Bill Mitchell.
I thought, you know, he was dead and buried.
Gone.
Forgotten about, but... I remember in, like, 2016, he seemed fine, but then... Oh, he went nutso.
He went... His big thing was that he was the one breaking down all the BS polls, saying, Hillary could win Texas!
Like, he would break down how... Oh, and he said, you know, President... I know that President Trump is gonna win.
All this kind of stuff.
Yeah, yeah, but... Oh, man.
Okay, what are the important cuts?
Let's send this couple to Cassio.
The first Trump one is really good.
Cut 12.
Okay, can you send that, tell Cassio to do that?
The AOC's great.
Cut 7.
Where's that?
Cut 7.
But she did that before, when she became a congresswoman.
She did?
Yeah, she said, oh, I don't know about geopolitics.
Do you remember that interview?
No, but she just used the term.
Palestinian occupation, that's what.
Okay, cool.
All right, um... All right, I'll do my pillow and then I'll tee up AOC.
Tee up AOC.
And then we'll talk to Jenna.
All right.
Oh, AOC.
I still really want to know what went on that made her change her vote at the last second on the Iron Dome thing.
And then she started crying.
She changed it.
Yeah, she changed it from no to present, and then me never.
She was seen crying on somebody's shoulder.
Like, literally crying on the hospital bed.
But you won by, like, 400 votes anyway.
Yeah, no, there were, like, eight, yeah, votes.
Yeah, but I just want to know, and why her?
Why didn't they go after Omar or Talib or whoever it is that swung that vote?
Alright, 55 seconds.
Is she out?
Not yet, nope.
Yeah, unless she does something funny, it's kind of just a waste of breath to talk about AOC.
Well, they got the big showdown this Thursday over the infrastructure bill that she's spearheading that we'll vote against it, so we'll see how that goes.
I think Pelosi's gonna win that.
She always wins these scaring contests with the squad.
As much as I hate to say it, I would love to see them torpedo that bill, but that's probably not gonna happen.
Okay, 25 seconds.
Let's see if we can get her in.
Probably not.
Okay, we're gonna go without it.
Alright.
15 seconds, stand by.
Standing by.
Making sense.
Out of today's news, Here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
How much sleep do you need, John Jr.? ?
You know, I've at least got to get six to eight hours to operate effectively.
And if you go like five hours for three days on end and then you get a good eight hours, what does that feel like?
It feels like I just woke up off a cloud.
Yeah, it feels like heaven.
Woke up off a cloud.
That's how you can feel.
We didn't even rehearse that.
Nicely done.
He's operating the board and he's giving me nice little liners there.
Why?
Because that's how you feel if you change out your cheesy, old, squishy pillow for one of Mike Lindell's.
It adjusts to just the right amount of support you need, cuddles your cranium through the night, never gets hot, supports your head, which means you get a fabulous night's sleep.
Now seriously, you've got to try it out.
I love my pillow.
Jeff, if he doesn't have his pillow with him when he's traveling, you better not talk to him.
That's how serious it is.

Mike's going to give you up to 66% off if you use my name.

We have an incredible show for you today.
Bill Gertz on China.
John Solomon, latest from JustTheNews.com.
The woman, the brave parent from Fairfax County, who stopped that pornographic book being held in the libraries of our schools.
Stacey Langton will be with us, but first guest of the day.
Former attorney to President Trump, she is the chair of the National Integrity Alliance.
Jenna Ellis, welcome to America First.
Great to be back with you, Seb, especially after such a great weekend with the Arizona audit results finally coming out.
Fantastic.
OK, so let's do a real public service.
She is, of course, the host of the Jenna Ellis podcast with us here at Salem.
Also follow her at JennaEllisESQ on Twitter.
Jenna, with so much I would have to say a lack of a requisite efficient representation by several conservative commentators.
What is it that our three million listeners have to know is the truth about the Friday results, Jenna?
Yeah, absolutely.
Well, first, that the mainstream media and the left tried to get ahead of the narrative and undercut this by saying that somehow the audit simply proved that Biden won.
That's not true.
What it actually showed is that even though the margin of difference between President Trump and Joe Biden was about 10,400 ballots, there were over 50,000 ballots or around 50,000 ballots, so about five times that margin of difference that had significant so about five times that margin of difference that had significant
And so when we look at the margin of difference and we look at 50,000 ballots, we have to make sure that every ballot that is actually counted toward the Electoral College has to be cast legally.
So you can't have ballots that are duplicates, that are people who are voting out of county, that are people who are voting twice.
That are people who are not registered to vote, aren't eligible to vote.
All of these different things.
If your signature doesn't match, if it doesn't, if your ballot is not cast according to the law of that state, it doesn't count.
That's what matters.
And speaking of the Jenna Ellis show, on my podcast today, you absolutely have to listen to it because I had on Senator Wendy Rogers from Arizona, and we break down all of this and talk about the importance of decertification and why that is Arizona's next step.
Yeah, we had her on the show briefly.
We're going to get her on my Newsmax show this Sunday.
So talk to us about the fact that if, say, half of those, say some kind of audit committee says half of these are okay, the other half are not, that means that the Biden victory is at least questionable.
If it's overridden numerically, what does that mean constitutionally?
What does that mean legally?
People are saying decertify, decertify, decertify.
But then what, Jenna?
Yes.
So what needs to happen and why it's important for the state legislatures to decertify?
When Arizona does, according to Article 2, Section 1.2, the plenary or absolute authority under the Constitution is given to the state legislatures over their delegates.
So what decertification means is that the state legislature tells Congress for a resolution this certification that was provided on January 6th was false.
It was incorrect.
It was not in accordance with state law.
So we are reclaiming our delegates and we are telling you, Congress, this was counted unconstitutionally, not according to state law.
And what that can do is that if Arizona and the other two states decertify and reclaim their delegates, Congress will have to reconcile the fact that now the Electoral College has been certified for a president that is now sitting Congress will have to reconcile the fact that now the Electoral College has been certified for a president that is now sitting
Then Congress will be in a constitutional crisis and they will have to determine by state delegation how to remedy this.
And I absolutely believe that it would be constitutionally appropriate for them to then call for a new election.
Because the decertifications will show that this election was so irredeemably compromised that we have an imposter now in the White House.
But who makes the decision?
So you can have the states decertified, but who makes the decision, for example, because we've never been in this situation, that we need a new election?
It looks like the Supreme Court completely punted their responsibility, refused to hear the Texas case last year.
Is there even a mechanism in America for doing what you're talking about?
Yes, because the Constitution provides that when neither candidate reaches 270, which when there's decertification, Biden will go below 270, then it goes to the U.S.
House of Representatives.
It is Congress, the U.S.
House of Representatives, and they vote by state delegation.
Yes, we discussed this at length.
Then the House decides by state delegation where we actually outnumber the Democrats.
But we're at a point where the president of the Senate, of the Congress, Vice President Pence, already made the decision.
The electoral college vote was arrived at and a man was sworn in as the president.
It sounds as if we'd have to go back in time to before that all of that happened, Jenna.
Well, so that's where then in Article 2, Section 1.6, it actually gives Congress that Congress may by law provide for a case of removal, etc., of both the president and vice president.
And then it goes on to say, declaring what officer shall then act as president and such officer shall act accordingly until the disability is removed or a president shall be elected.
They can, in this case, Congress can vote by delegation for a new election, and they can do that before 2024.
And this has never happened in the history of the United States.
This is not reinstatement, by the way.
This is something totally separate.
But Congress can, per Article 2, Section 1.2 and Section 1.6, they have the ability to vote by state delegation and call for a new election.
Oh my gosh.
I think we're opening up a whole can of worms.
We need you in studio.
We need to unpack that even further for a whole hour.
In the meantime, support this lady's work to get election integrity in America.
AmericanGreatnessFund.com.
Follow her, Jenna Ellis ESQ, on all platforms.
We have a way.
It's not going to be easy.
But with people like Jenna, we can make it happen.
This is America First.
Wow, we need to unpack that at length.
Go on.
Alright, yeah, that was... That was... Uh, title for that one.
Time to De-Certify, or something like that.
Uh, yes.
Time to De-Certify.
Yep.
Okay, and then this segment's free, and then next we have Miss Langton.
Wow, that's fascinating.
And she does have a Twitter account, so that is... Oh, good!
So how's it spelled?
L-A-N-G-T-O-N.
Would you tell Cassio, Jeff?
I did, I already told her in the email that that's her Twitter handle, but yeah.
And yeah, I found the... let me see.
This picture of her?
Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, perfect.
Unbelievable.
I mean, it's, no, it is believable at this point.
That's the sad thing.
Let's just...
Alright, alright.
One, two, three, okay.
Oh yeah, I guess the German elections happened the other day, and Merkel's party lost.
Saw that, yeah.
That is astounding.
The washerwoman of East Germany.
She's been there for like, ever.
Goodness gracious.
This one's going to be, yeah, this is no read, so it's going to be.
Amen.
A six minute segment.
Six, okay.
And we've got two minutes.
Close that out.
Oh, a friend lent me her copy of Vance's book the other day, so I've started reading it.
A Hillbilly Elegy?
Yeah, I never read it before.
I figured I would like to read the book first.
It's a great read.
Before watching that movie eventually, because my mom saw the movie and she said she liked the movie.
But yeah, no, I read just the intro and the intro alone is fantastic.
No, it's a very good book.
A man who gets it.
One minute.
Thank you.
Yep.
Alright, now I will be using the cuts.
Which cut?
AOC and the other one.
AOC.
Yeah, cut seven.
Oh yeah, the Trump cut.
Twelve.
Yeah.
Oh, come in with twelve.
Come in with cut twelve, President Trump.
That is 51 seconds long.
All right.
Where was that rally?
Oh, Georgia.
Georgia.
20 seconds, and then we're coming in with that cut.
Coming in with the Trump cut, yep.
All right, stand by.
Standing by.
And Eric, I made a car disclaimer beforehand.
just later Portions of America First are brought to you by Carr Firearms Thank you.
The Democrats are after me with prosecutors and everything else they can think of.
Like, they want to make sure that I just be quiet.
But you know what?
They want to silence me just like they've silenced so many others.
It's one of the reasons we don't get the support we should from a lot of very good Republicans, but they're not as brave as they have to be.
And others are in agreement with us, but they're afraid.
The people we're dealing with are evil and angry and destroying our country.
They're destroying our country.
And they want to go after me because I have, they think, a big mouth.
I don't have a big mouth.
You know what I have?
I have a mouth that tells the truth.
I have a mouth that wants to save our country.
Isn't that the truth?
From the president's rally this weekend in Georgia.
It's not that he's got a big mouth.
It's because he tells the truth and the other side is trying to destroy America.
It's not just the other side.
It's the fake conservatives on our side like Liz Cheney.
This is her priority.
The person who voted as a Republican to impeach President Trump.
This is her interview on 60 Minutes.
What really is her priority as a quote-unquote conservative?
Cut eight.
We have to recognize You know, as human beings, that we need to work against discrimination of all kinds in our country, in our state.
We were at an event a few nights ago and there was a young woman who said she doesn't feel safe sometimes because she's transgender and nobody should feel unsafe.
Freedom means freedom for everybody.
Okay, okay, I've had enough of this.
This is just such garbage.
This is such gaslighting.
Okay, everybody, I'm going to ask you.
You're young, you just got out of college, John Jr.
What instances of abuse of transgender individuals are you aware of?
Like abuse, something that would actually qualify as abuse.
Yeah, like violence.
Like their life is in threat, like this chain has said.
I've never – Have you read about it?
Have you heard about it?
I've never encountered that.
Okay, Eric, have you ever heard – you're a little bit older.
Are there any instances of transgender people living in fear for their lives that you've heard of?
Because you read a lot.
You're on top of things.
You write.
Eric, can you tell me?
The most I've heard that they're afraid of is being called by the wrong pronoun.
Okay, Jeff, am I missing – I mean, am I missing something here?
Not only that, I'm trying to think if I've ever really met a transgender person.
I'm serious.
There's not very many.
Right, but can you think of an instance?
No, you would see it all over the news every day when they do this.
They would talk about that person.
Right, exactly!
That person would be a celebrity.
You would know their name.
Yeah.
So what are we talking about?
Liz Cheney, what on earth are you talking about?
This is your priority?
We've got 19,000 illegal immigrants under a bridge, the Taliban have taken over Afghanistan, and transgender's in danger?
When?
When did that happen?
If it had happened once, We know about it.
Juicy Smollett lies about the shoestring about his neck when it's minus 20 and he gets assaulted in MAGA land, right?
What do we hear?
Incessantly, out of the faucet, for months, Juicy Smollett, oh, the racism of MAGA.
Total hoax, total garbage, but we heard about it for months and months and months.
So where's the story, the true story?
We don't even have a fake story.
Where's the true story of the threat, the existential threat to American transgender population?
Who are they?
Where are they?
That's gaslighting.
That's the definition of gaslighting.
Trying to convince you that you're the crazy one.
Because you know what the truth is.
But they tell you the opposite.
It's not just the left, but it's the fake conservatives on our side.
Don't let them do it to us.
Don't let them do it to you.
Don't let them do it to America.
It's lies with one goal.
To destroy everything you hold sacred.
To make you question objective truth and make you genuflect in front of an altar of lies.
Never, ever give up.
Never apologize.
And most of all, right now... Never, ever censor yourself.
Reject their propaganda.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Coreboard is full!
That's exciting!
833-33-Gorka.
833-33-GORCA, 833-334-6752.
With the transgender thing, it's all just redefinition of terms.
Because being, you know, assaulted or harassed.
Oh, you mean like, words are violence.
That's the thing.
It's like, you get these situations where it's like, oh, someone was harassed.
It's like, what is your definition of harassment?
Is not, you know... Not calling a 6'8", 300 pound guy, ma'am.
Right?
That's harassment.
It's ma'am to you!
It's those things where you sit down and you say, you know, some of the best things you can get in life is a reality check, right?
I think everyone's had that at some point where they just, you know, they really get their sense knocked back into them and say, wow, I was out of line there for a while.
And that's exactly what these people are trying to avoid.
They're just going to extreme lengths.
It's an alternate reality.
You want to take two?
They won't hold.
Mike's on or off?
What?
You want to take two?
During the break, they probably won't.
Yeah, sure.
Let's go to two.
Line two.
Who's this?
Hi, it's Mike.
Hey, Mike.
Are you people sitting around smoking crack?
No, no, no.
That's what Hunter Biden does, Mike.
That's what the President's son does.
Arizona's going to decertify the election?
Are you kidding me?
The audit, your vaunted audit came on Facebook!
What do you read, Mike?
What publications do you read?
What channels do you watch?
Is it the same ones that told us that the president was a Russian agent?
Are those the channels, Mike?
No, they're the same one in which I saw Trump say he wanted to drop a nuclear bomb in a hurricane.
Mike, Mike, if anybody's on crack, it's you, dude.
Oh, yeah.
I'm sitting to see your show.
It's like... But you know what, Mike?
I love the fact that you're watching, because it bumps up our figures.
Thanks, Mike.
Goodbye.
Goodbye.
Sounds like Zack's father.
Zack, did you get your dad to call in?
A little squeaky there.
Is that where you got it from?
Sacky-poo, was that your daddy-poo?
He walked right into that crack joke.
That was low-hanging fruit.
But back to the trans thing.
I've been so conditioned now that every time I hear someone say, like, Chaney, trans woman, I immediately think, okay, so that's a guy.
I don't know.
I just don't.
I don't even make the assumption.
What is a trans woman?
I like what Chris Plant says.
Innie or outie?
It's a boy!
Conker's plan is so great.
Oh my goodness.
Yeah, there you go.
That's the long and short of it.
I just know if you got too much makeup on and you say the word transgender, I'm like, okay.
Probably be a little worried here.
When I was in college, there was straight up a bunch of history.
Did you give me the right number?
Because she hasn't responded to any of my stuff.
Yeah, the cell number.
Which is muted.
Mic's back on.
There we go.
Yeah, no.
It's such a strange world we live in now, where people can just think that these things are okay, and then they all... Everyone's so entitled.
Everyone's so entitled to their status.
Unless they're white.
Which is not a culture.
Remember in Arizona, not a culture.
Do we want to call it a culture?
Does white need to be a culture?
Does every race need to be a culture?
No, cultures are cultures.
No, it objectively is a culture.
That's the thing.
But they don't want to act like that.
Fifteen seconds.
Stay there, Mo.
Stay there.
Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard.
Good.
Thank you.
Please.
Oh, there he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well.
I heard good.
Thank you.
Yes, indeed.
Yes, indeed.
Thank you, Mr. President.
So nice of him to ask how the show is going.
If you don't know about it, check out the new podcast.
It's one-on-one.
It's our long-form interviews, including the President.
Deep dives on the big issues of the day.
That's one-on-one.

Second guest of the day is a lady, so I don't know how to talk about this subject because I don't want to get fined by the FCC.
I got an email, my wife got an email from an amazing woman, Rosie, God bless you for everything you do for our county, about a book.
About a book in our libraries, in our children's school libraries.
And it's a comic book.
It's a graphic novel.
And it included photographs of certain pages in which the book told a story about teenage boys, young men, having oral sex with each other.
That's a school book.
In a school library.
One woman decided to do something about it.
And she's with us now.
Stacey Langton, God bless you and welcome to America First.
Thanks for having me, Sebastian.
So for those who don't believe what I'm saying and are just shocked, will you tell us your story and what you did?
Sure.
I just wanted to also let you know that it's not just one book, it was actually two books.
Two books, right.
Right.
And I became aware of it just a little under two weeks ago because of one of these other school board meeting stories that have been going viral recently of another mom.
And this one was in Leander, Texas.
And these were the two titles that she mentioned in her school board meeting appearance.
And the book had come home, she said, in her fourth grader's backpack.
OK.
And that was the second of those types of stories I had heard and I thought, well, this is crazy, so maybe I better check my kids' school.
And we did.
They have school-issued laptops and we plugged in the author's name of each of the books.
And lo and behold, they were in stock, and they were there, and I thought, well, okay, I'm not going to take somebody's word for it off the Internet.
Let's go check them out, because we really need to see it and, you know, examine this to see if this is true.
We went and checked the books out, and it's actually worse than you could imagine, the things that are in these books.
And I wanted to clarify, too, yes, one of them isn't a graphic novel, if you will.
It's a comic book, right?
But it's an extremely X-rated comic book.
Um, in terms of the imagery.
But the other book is just a regular, traditional novel, which is, you know, just all adult novels.
But what I said was correct.
Can you please confirm?
Because I saw the pictures.
So this is homosexual drawings of the characters having homosexual sex.
Now, yes, that's true.
However, let's be extremely factually correct here, okay?
For my part, this is not about homosexuality, and this is not about gender identity, okay?
I want to be really, really clear, and it's not about the gender of the people depicted in the acts, or the orientation of the people depicted in the acts.
It is that the acts are straight-up pornography, and worse than that, they're actually pedophilia, because in the book are images of A man in sexual acts with boys, you see, and there's also child and child sexual interaction.
So this is pedophilia, if we want to be precise.
And the other book, the novel, what's in that?
Oh, it's the same type of material.
It's very graphic, sexually explicit.
You know, I read this aloud during the meeting, you know, oral sex, and it's between a man and a boy and between a boy and a boy.
So here's the In all reality, Stacey Langton, you are at a public meeting talking about books your children have access to in the public schools and we can't, I can't even show the images on this show.
On the video stream, I legally cannot broadcast those images.
That's the situation we're in.
Tell us what happened when you spoke at that meeting and what has happened since then.
Well, immediately when I spoke, they cut my feed.
They, you know, were given two minutes.
They cut me off with 30 seconds to go.
They interrupted it.
They muted my mic.
And they cut the feed on the camera so that none of the images would be broadcast.
And so I never got to say some of the things I wanted to say, which is to point out that, hey, by the way, this is actually illegal.
We have laws on the books against this in the state of Virginia.
You cannot exhibit or publish or print or show this kind of material to minor children.
It's against the law, right?
Let's be clear.
It's against the law.
And I want some accountability.
I want some answers.
And I didn't get that.
I went to the school the very next morning at 10 a.m.
I went to see the principal and she refused to see me.
She said she was too busy.
She said, "Can you come back on Monday?" And then I got in my car and I drove to the superintendent's office and I wanted to see Dr. Brabrand.
And they said, "Well, he's not in today." So I didn't get anything in terms of a response.
Now, I will tell you, I drove back over to the school today 'cause they said, "Come back on Monday." So I did.
And I spoke to the principal just a very short time ago.
She had not seen the images.
So I showed them to her, okay?
And the principal's reaction to being shown the material, I held it out to her and showed it to her, and she said, okay, that's enough.
You can take it away now.
So I made her very viscerally uncomfortable.
She was uncomfortable.
But is she going to do anything about it, Stacey?
Well, she handed me a form, and she said, here you go, here's the review form.
You know, this is how we do the process to review a book.
And I said, well, OK, that's nice.
I'll fill out your silly little form.
Because at this point, this is so much further beyond that right now, OK?
Yes, the books need to be reviewed.
Like, no doubt about it.
Actually, they should just be burned and completely... I mean, like, that's sort of a hyperbolic thing to say, but it's true.
There's no place for this material in the form of minors.
Well, they're illegal.
They are illegal.
It's illegal.
It shouldn't be accessible.
But I said to her, there's a bigger issue here, which nobody seems to be willing to answer for me.
This is what I want to know.
I want to know, how did this happen in the first place?
How did this material get into our school library?
Who's making these decisions?
And she said, you know, I said, You know, I said, is it the librarian?
And she said, well, yes, the librarian has some power to make these decisions about books.
Okay.
But she said, the librarian follows regulations.
And I said, oh, okay, so there are regulations.
Well, I didn't even know that.
I didn't know there was regulations.
So where did this come from?
And she said, from the school board.
Okay.
Oh, okay.
That's why what you're doing is so important.
We have to discuss this at greater length.
We're out of time.
Follow this lady right now at Stacey Langton on Twitter.
That's S-T-A-C-Y, Stacey Langton, L-A-N-G-T-O-N.

Hey, Stacey?
Yeah, hi.
Thank you for making time for us.
We need to do this more justice.
I know you're super busy.
You got to look after the kids.
Is there any time in the next week or two weeks where you could come into studio here in Virginia and talk to us at length?
Oh yeah, absolutely.
Where are you guys located?
Are you downtown?
We'll discuss.
Jeff will send you the details, okay?
Yeah, just give me some logistics.
But hey, there's something I want you to know.
This is still broadcasting publicly, okay?
So be careful what you say, okay?
I got sent this last night.
Apparently, Governor McAuliffe in 2016, when he was governor, he vetoed a bill that would have prevented sexually explicit materials in our schools.
He's part of the problem.
He is partly responsible for how we got to this problem today, right now.
And that needs to be made known.
Do you have a source for that?
Can I get something you can give me?
Oh yeah, it's a Washington Post article.
Somebody email me and I'll email it to you.
Okay, good.
I'll send you my email right now.
God bless you Stacey.
Thank you.
God bless.
Bye bye.
That one hits home for me.
That was a great interview.
I have had so much problems with my senior year with the school board.
Oh my goodness.
And it's a nightmare and everyone just points you in other directions and doesn't accept responsibility for issues going on.
But that's what it is.
You can hear her voice.
You can hear how angry she is.
It's desperation, yeah.
It's desperation and anger.
It's like, how do I do this?
There's like weird rules.
It's terrible.
Okay, we've got about 20 seconds.
Yep.
Stand by.
We got a Ruby here.
Yep.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G.
Wow.
What a story.
What a story.
She's coming in studio.
We're going to give you all the details, as much as you can stand.
Waiting very patiently in California.
Tiffany, thank you for staying on the Line, Line 3.
Oh, hey, Dr. Gorka!
You know, I wanted to tell you, I took your advice, I went local, and I just had my swearing in of a city commission in my town of Vallejo, California.
God bless you!
So you decided to get involved, Tiffany?
Yeah, I have no idea what I'm doing.
But yes, I got involved and we'll just see where it goes.
We love it.
Stay on the line.
What should we give her?
Let's give her the hoodie with the stars and stripes.
Tiffany, stay on the line.
We're going to reward you.
That's what everybody has to do.
Michael, line one, Orlando.
Hey, good afternoon.
Good afternoon.
What an honor.
Thank you for taking my call.
Previous caller said something about smoking crack.
It's got to be Liz Cheney.
25 years ago, I worked with a person going through the transgender issue.
Somebody who was transitioning from being a man to staying a man.
Exactly.
Right.
We bent over backwards to make sure that this individual was comfortable.
This individual had a restroom so there wouldn't be any issues.
Everybody knew what was going on.
We were being as decent as we could.
There was not one iota of impriority.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Yes.
Yeah.
Everything was above board.
So Liz Cheney, she's, like I said, she's smoking crack.
Yeah, it's fake.
It's not real.
It's just gaslighting.
It's just pandering.
I think you've nailed it.
It's pandering to the other side because she wants to be loved by the crazy lefties.
Thank you, Michael.
Let's go to Judy Brooklyn, line 4.
Call us 833-33 Gorka.
Welcome, Judy.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Thanks for welcoming me.
Listen, I was listening to Jenna Ellis when you opened up, and I have to say my reaction is this.
We live in unusual times.
I don't care if we shake things up.
We need to show how we will not go along to get along.
And, you know, with their corrupt line-stealing agenda, and we've got to push back with our legal constitutional rights, Dr. Garka, and where it may lead, I don't care.
We've got to shake things up.
And if we can take things back and prove whatever constitutionally, even before 2024...
That's fine with me.
I think you've nailed it.
I think, you know, no more Mr. Nice inside the lines.
They break the law.
We're not going to break the law.
But it's time to shake Things up.
Take the swamp by the neck and just shake it until the swamp understands who they're dealing with.
I love it.
Stay on the line.
Let's give Judy one of our amazing America first hoodies with the stars and stripes in the hood.
Check out the My body, my choice t-shirt!
And with the president's face, we have also... Don't be woke, don't be a loser, sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
Back with so much more.
Stay with us.

Let me just say we're going to pass the bill this week.
I think, I promised that we would bring the bill to the floor.
That was according to the language that those who wanted this brought to the floor tomorrow wrote into the rule.
We will bring the bill to the floor tomorrow for consideration.
But you know, I'm never bringing a bill to the floor that doesn't have the vote.
So what's the big lie?
The big lie is that we actually have a southern border.
We don't.
There's no border.
There is no border.
Got me?
There's no border.
The border is completely open.
Alright, what'd you want to say?
It's true.
Anything from Trump?
Give me Michael Moore.
That is... Oh yes, cut six.
Defense bill, when we think defense, we should be thinking defending ourselves against the climate catastrophe that's creating an extinction event on this planet.
That's what defense should mean.
It should be defense against white supremacists and people who would tear down and destroy our democracy.
That would be real defense.
COVID still, not just in our country, but around the world, people are not vaccinated.
If we want to defend This country?
Defend the world?
Let's do that.
Something about him seems like he's just not all over there.
America first, what's your name?
Oh, give me AOC, cut seven.
Yes.
We used the term the occupation of Palestine.
What did you mean by that?
Oh, I think what I meant is like the settlements that are increasing in some of these areas and things.
This is old.
Hang on a second.
It's like over a year old.
It is?
We used this a year ago.
Why was it just on today?
I saw it on some news site.
Are you serious?
Yeah.
Yeah.
This is ancient.
Notice how close together they're sitting.
Maybe they put it out because of the vote last week.
Give me Biden cut four.
Biden cut four.
Well, I think, look, I think we get the vast majority of what is going on in some of these, some industries and some schools, 97, 98 percent.
I think we're getting awful close.
And I'm not the scientist.
I think, but one thing for sure.
A quarter of the country can't go unvaccinated.
And that's not to continue to have trouble.
You can barely hear him with that mask on.
Uh, cut nine.
Nine.
I stress, we will not be ever having to go back to pre-COVID levels.
We're always going to have to be mindful that COVID exists.
We're going to have to engage with booster shots.
We're going to have to engage with advice from time to time.
When we see outbreaks, we're going to have to respond.
So it's not going to go back to normal.
That's crazy.
Crikey.
14.
Remember I used to say, We will not become Venezuela.
This is what's happening.
No, this is what's happening.
You take a look at Venezuela.
They can't get water.
They can't get anything.
They're living in hell.
We will not be a socialist country.
How many times have I said it?
This will not be Venezuela.
This is going to be Venezuela very soon.
If they keep going the way they're going, and this is all done in a period of less than nine months.
Think of it.
This destruction of our border, all of the destruction, our military in retreat.
We've never had a military retreat.
I mean, with that cut, 14.
Yep.
Okie dokes.
70 seconds.
I sent you a 2-way guest for not this Friday, next Friday.
Okay, because I'm gonna listen to the end.
It's gonna be Ian Harrison.
Oh, I thought you were... Are you taking off?
Oh, that's right, that's right.
We gotta figure that out.
Yeah, I'm gonna be off... Thursday and Friday, right?
Yeah, Thursday and Friday.
This week?
Yeah.
So push Ian to next Friday and this guy two weeks ago.
Okay.
So you're broadcasting remotely or is it a guest host?
No, I'm gonna ask Jim.
Okay, nice.
Who are you asking?
Jennifer Moore.
For both?
I haven't decided.
Oh.
America First, what's your name?
Okay, 35 seconds.
Yep, coming in with cut 14.
Any disclaimers or anything, John?
Alright, what do you want to say?
Yeah, I don't think so.
We don't have any embeds.
So, I don't need to play names first?
Just a liner.
Yeah, I'll just play liner.
Yep, copy that.
You're listening to us.
America First.
That means something.
Yep.
Hang on one second.
America First, hold my gun.
All right.
All right.
First with Sebastian Gorka.
Remember, I used to say we will not become Venezuela.
This is what's happening.
Now, this is what's happening.
You take a look at Venezuela.
They can't get water.
They can't get anything.
They're living in hell.
We will not be a socialist country.
How many times have I said it?
This will not be Venezuela.
This is going to be Venezuela very soon.
They keep going the way they're going.
And this is all done in a period of less than nine months.
Think of it.
This destruction of our border, all of the destruction, our military in retreat.
We've never had a military retreated before.
The president from his rally this weekend in Georgia.
That is what's happening with an open border, the disintegration of this nation.
Why?
You don't need a grand conspiracy.
You don't need a puppet master.
You just need a whole administration, a Senate and a House controlled by people who hate this country.
Yes.
That is the glue that binds them.
They detest this nation.
And they think that we who love it are the problem.
Just like Michael Moore.
China is on the rise.
Russia has had its election, strengthening Putin.
Iran on the cusp of another JCPOA Iran deal.
Two million illegal aliens crossing into our country.
But what's the problem?
Well, it's you.
Cut sex, Michael Moore.
The defense bill, when we think defense, we should be thinking defending ourselves against the climate catastrophe that's creating an extinction event on this planet.
That's what defense should mean.
Okay, go back.
Stop this.
Stop this.
And watch his eyeline.
It's really interesting.
For those who are watching us on Rumble, watch Michael Moore's eyeline.
Because he's talking about the biggest threats to America.
And he has to read them off a list.
Wouldn't you think if you wanted to talk about the biggest threat to America, whether you believed it was, you know, aliens from Mars or something else, wouldn't you have known that by heart if it's the biggest threat?
He's reading a script.
That's how fake he is.
So play it again from the top.
And for those of you who are rumbling with us on Rumble, watch where Michael Moore Watch where Michael Moore is looking with his eyeline.
Play that cut again, cut six.
A defense bill, when we think defense, we should be thinking defending ourselves against the climate catastrophe that's creating an extinction event on this planet.
That's what defense should mean.
It should be defense against white supremacists and people who would tear down and destroy our democracy.
That would be real defense.
That, you know, COVID still, not just in our country, but around the world, people are not vaccinated.
If we want to defend this country, defend the world, let's do that.
We need to save that.
We need to post that video, Jeff, and just ask everybody.
We've got a million plus followers on Twitter.
Why does Michael Moore have to read the list of the greatest threats to America?
If it's really white supremacy, if it's really COVID, You wouldn't have to read it.
Why?
Because he's acting.
Again, it's gaslighting.
It's a lie.
Let's go to your calls.
The call board is absolutely full.
Thank you for all of your patience.
Let's go to our good buddy.
I heard him this morning on another radio show.
The man who says blind lives matter.
Victor Springfield, Maryland.
Welcome.
Hey, Sebastian.
Yeah, boy, did I have fun Saturday night.
I know you were hanging with my buddies, Chris Plon and everybody else at that Freedom Forum.
Yeah, and a lot of people came up to me and said, I love your T-shirt.
And then I stole the show when I asked another person up on the stage, I said, Does your Prius make any noise?
Because, as a blind person, I need to have a car that makes noise so I can cross the street safely.
Victor!
Victor!
It's not just blind people.
These things are dangerous.
You can't flipping hear them!
You can't hear them!
That's the problem!
Creepy!
It's just creepy!
Anyway, we're going to have Marjorie Taylor Greene on the show in the not-too-distant future, and she's got a wonderful video where she takes a .50 caliber Barrett and she blows up her Prius.
It is very, very enjoyable.
Oh, that's good!
Victor, what brings you to our show today?
We've got a full call board.
Share your comments, your questions.
Okay, well, my comment was I may have met your last guest.
And all I wanted to say is I'm sick and tired of this homosexual agenda being pushed down everybody's throat.
It's not just homosexual, it's nature.
It is denial of nature.
Chromosomes, Victor, are non-negotiable.
XX and XY, you can't change those.
You can put on a dress, you can mutilate yourself, but you cannot change your genes.
Why do they think they can do that?
They don't have any brains as far as I'm concerned.
Yeah, they've been indoctrinated, Victor.
Wonderful to hear from you.
Let's go to Jeff Richmond, line one.
Good day.
You sound well, Dr. G, and I'm sure glad that.
Sir, I've tried to figure out why you struck a chord with me.
I think I may have figured it out.
You know, Rush transformed me back in the 90s, and there'll only be one Rush, but there are few people who can keep a conversation for an hour and keep our attention at the same time, you know?
You do that, and I believe you're right 90% of the time, and the other 10%, you can convince 90% of us that you are right.
Thank you, Jeff.
Tell us what Rush did for you.
So, were you a Democrat or were you apolitical?
Where were you when you started listening to Rush?
I graduated back in the 70s in high school, and actually in government class, I started a political party called the Apoliticals.
Interesting.
I really was.
I was very apolitical.
And then what happened?
You started to listen to Rush, and what happened to you, Jeff?
He made sense.
These are the building blocks of society.
It's what it is.
You're very kind.
Rush was unique.
Those of us with national radio shows today owe everything to Rush Limbaugh.
May he rest in peace.
Stay on the line, Jeff.
We'll send you a copy of The War for America's Soul to say thank you for your kind comments.
If you want any of my books, Defeating Jihad, Why We Fight, or The War for America's Soul, just go to our website, sebgorkastore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A, sebgorkastore.com.
Let's go to Bob Jacksonville.
Hello, Sebastian.
Hey!
I was curious in regards to the child pornography, why they're just Playing around at the low level.
You have publishers that are publishing it and transporting it across state lines.
You have school board members that are distributing pornography to children.
Get a hold of the FBI Pornography Task Force and let them arrest some of these people and have some perp walks of the school board.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob, Bob.
For the last nine months, the FBI have been, you know, hounding people who were at Congress on January 6th.
Did you trust the FBI anymore, Bob?
Well, the thing is, is child pornography is a high-level thing, and they can get a lot of brownie points for it.
Yeah, I don't know.
After the brownie points they got for pushing Russia collusion hoaxes for four years, I'm not too sure.
It's tough.
I mean, look, you heard the story I said at the top of the show.
Highest levels of the FBI.
Look at those who love this country as the enemy.
So I wish it were that simple.
But thank you for your suggestion.
Jacqueline, Denver, line 5.
Wow, Dr. Gorka, thank you so much.
Yeah, I just wanted to comment with what he was just talking about.
The FBI is toast.
They're over.
They're not going to do anything.
Here's the question, Jacqueline.
Let me just jump in for a second.
I've asked this again and again and again, and I've had it.
I've had it with conservative show hosts who say, well, it's just the leadership.
If that were true, Jacqueline, where are the whistleblowers?
Where are the whistleblowers?
If there are hundreds, if there are just ten decent people at the FBI, why haven't you stood up and spoken about the corruption?
Where are they, Jacqueline?
They're not there.
These people are non-existent.
I was just at a conference, or a tour, I should say.
It's Clay Clark's Thrive Time Tour.
It's going around the country.
And, like, General Flynn spoke, and Mike Lindell, and a whole bunch of people.
We've learned the truth.
And we're trying to wake people up, going city to city, about, you know, what's really going on in this country.
And to think that the FBI, the CIA, or anybody like that is going to come to your rescue.
It is over.
And that's why our documents say, we the people.
That's why Trump always says that to us.
We need to get involved.
Everybody has a role.
You can influence one person a day with the truth.
And that's the problem with this whole country, with the whole world, is that everybody lies.
And I've had people say to me, how could you have a conspiracy that big?
And I'm like, hey, you know what?
Look at Santa Claus.
The whole world lies about Santa Claus, a man in a flashy coat.
Jacqueline, are you going to say Santa Claus doesn't exist and isn't real?
Because I'm going to have to ban you.
I'm going to have to ban you from America First.
That's naughty, naughty.
You're going to get a cut.
A sack of coal if you carry on like that.

Attacking Santa?
Excuse me?
It's not a winner.
It's not a winner.
Not on this show!
Not permitted!
Not a platform of these radical ideologies.
I will not have them.
Honestly.
Christmas is ruined.
Honestly.
What's your first name?
Alright, want me to call him up now?
No, wait a minute.
Just wait two minutes.
Alright, what do you want to say?
I'm probably going to use that Pelosi cut with John, but I'll tee it up.
Yeah.
Oh, and title for Langton, if he can make it one.
Hang on a second.
Oh, did you find the Solomon audio? - Yeah.
Uh, no.
I don't know where that is.
Trev, can you show him?
Yeah.
Solomon pillow.
Delivery in the chat says, Does the Easter Bunny get communion, I wonder?
That's just a little weird.
Little weird.
It's a rabbit.
It's a rabbit.
It's playing God.
Doesn't have a soul.
It's a rabbit.
Oh, so you and Shad would agree.
Oh, that's right.
Yeah.
Animals don't have souls.
It's okay.
Oh, I remember when Shad and I had a huge argument about whether aliens have souls.
Like, not illegals, like extraterrestrial aliens.
You had an argument about that?
Yeah, no, seriously, and I was like, what if it's like a Day the Earth Stood Still, where like, clearly, like, Klaatu, Varan, and Nykto, like, they implied- Klaatu!
Take me to your leader.
They hinted that there's a belief in God in their civilization, wherever it is, like, some sort of semblance of religion, so I'm like, well, what- who are you to say alien extraterrestrials might not have souls of their own interpretations of religion?
He's like, no, I would literally- he said he would want full genocide against any extraterrestrials that came to this planet, because they don't have souls.
Oh my gosh.
Agree to disagree on that one, Shad, wherever you are.
Shaaad.
Oh, there's some cools coming in.
Yep.

America First, please hold.
Alright, I will dial him up now.
Mr. Solomon.
We have...
Hey guys, how are you?
Loud and clear.
Awesome, we hear you.
Mic's alive on rumble as per usual.
Good.
Alright, we're ready for you.
Shot look okay?
Yes, shot looks great.
And audio sounds good as always.
How you doing, John?
Good, Seb.
Happy Monday.
Yeah, happy Monday.
Where do you want to go today?
I want to just talk about the phenomena of the state of the media.
I just want to see the similarities in the coverage, the mainstream coverage of the audit, the laptops, and the horse whipping, quote unquote.
I think it just indicates, you know?
There's a problem.
There's a problem.
Is there something you're working on or we should tease?
I can lean in on something on Georgia.
I can hint at tomorrow morning.
I have a good scoop in the morning on Georgia election.
We've been talking about Fulton County.
There's another county, large Democratic county, that has a problem.
Fabulous.
Okay.
20 seconds.
20 seconds.
We don't have that intro.
Oh, don't worry about it.
All right.
Standby.
Standing by. Standing by.

He is the founder of JustTheNews.com, investigative journalist par excellence, John Solomon.
Welcome back to America First.
Good to be with you.
Busy Monday.
Yeah, better than the average Monday in terms of news.
Let me rub this by you.
I find it so weird.
Every morning I walk my dogs and there's a really old, fragile lady who lives across the road and she gets the Washington Post every morning.
It takes her about 20 minutes to walk down her little 20-foot driveway, so I always pick up up the newspaper that's been thrown down her driveway and I put it on her doorstep to save Mona, you know, using the walker.
Every Monday I pick it up and it's like one piece of paper.
Are they so late?
Does the Washington Post think there's no news on Saturdays or Sundays?
I mean, how old school, how 18th century is the Post?
It's just weird, John, isn't it?
It is.
And even when there is news in there, it may not necessarily be news.
That's one of the other problems, right?
Let's talk about exactly that.
Okay, you got it.
So here's three things.
I was waiting in the break thinking, what do we talk about with John?
He's always got stuff he can tease for us, and I think you will.
But I'm looking at the last weeks of stories, and I look at Friday's legacy media coverage.
of the audit.
I look at Politico after a year declaring last week, "Oh, the Hunter Biden laptops are real." Finally, after we've known about it for a year.
And then I look at the Customs and Border Patrol story of the quote unquote, "whipping" of illegal immigrants.
Talk to us about just the lack of journalistic probity in the coverage of those stories.
It even goes beyond lack of probity.
It goes out to outright falsehoods and really expressed bias.
I'll give you one example that caught my attention.
I could never imagine a time earlier in my career where the Arizona audit would be called a so-called audit.
But I saw that in several stories, just outright impugning something that was an official act of the Arizona Senate.
It's just every day the media is dripping with bias, is dripping with disdain.
And I think most Americans would like to read their news without the opinion dripped all over it.
And I think that the more the media does this, the more they're beginning to lose that readership and that trust of that readership, which is very important.
The whipping thing, right?
The photographer who took the picture says there was no whipping.
In fact, he didn't see any abuse.
The president then gets up, repeats it and says that they were being the immigrants were being stomped by horses, by the way.
Evidence not in the court record.
It didn't happen.
There wasn't stomping of people.
There wasn't whipping of people.
Yet the media goes with it.
They don't challenge this president after handing out 5,000 Pinocchios to the last president.
This disparate treatment, the bias, the home team phenomenon that they're showing to the Biden administration, it's really skewing people's trust in the products that they read and watch and listen to.
And when somebody, when it is disproven, when you have, as you said, the photographer who took the footage say, no, that didn't happen.
And then that evening, and the next day, you have the legacy media still use that phraseology.
John, that doesn't happen by accident.
That is an editorial decision.
It can't happen by accident, can it?
No, it can't.
Listen, a real good example of some other real twisting of the news.
How many times did real problems of the Mike Flynn indictment come out in court records?
The Justice Department, the judge, they released all these records and the media stuck by Mike Flynn should still be convicted.
They chaired on the conviction.
They chaired on the judge.
This past weekend, they were doing the opposite thing.
When Sussman gets indicted, they're trying to explain to everybody why it's an unfair indictment, it's a cheap indictment, it probably won't pass mustard.
The incredible bias, the incredible rooting and picking of winners and losers in the media is really just harming not only the entire profession, But trust in the flow of information in America.
It's as though you can't trust the sources that you grew up with anymore.
And I think that is a very troubling thing for democracy.
Our founding fathers intended the media.
Ben Franklin was a newspaper publisher.
They intended the media and the free press to be part of a healthy democracy.
But democracy can't be healthy if the media is so biased.
Talk to us about the Friday news.
What else are you hearing?
What could be the next phase of the audit story in Arizona or elsewhere?
Well, listen, it's all in Mark Brnovich's hands now, right?
He's the Attorney General.
They've made a referral to him.
And it'll come down to him to determine how many of those 49, 50, 57,000 ballots that were flagged in the audit will be determined to have been improperly counted.
You heard Senate President Karen Fan say she believes some laws were broken by some of these election administrators.
Let's see now if there are prosecutions, declarations, identification of ballots that should not have been counted that were counted.
Right now the ballots in question are five times the size of the final lead.
That ought to trouble all of us that ten months out there are still questions about that large a pot of ballots.
Let's hope that the Attorney General of Arizona brings resolution and clarity to how many of those ballots really were bad or unlawful or should not have been counted.
Returning to the story last week where Politico realized a year late that the Hunter Biden laptops are actually Hunter Bidens and the emails are real.
You're the expert.
You've been doing this for decades.
I'm curious.
Do you have any theory why they did that?
Why would they do that a year later?
Is there any logical motivation for that?
Because as this story backs up into the truth, something that they had tried to deny for a year, they want to have someplace they can say, oh, we corrected the record.
They didn't do a retraction of their older stories.
They just throw an extra story in there so they can point to that and say, oh, we corrected.
New York Times famously did that, right?
It never retracted a famous February 2017 article that said that Trump officials met with senior Russian officials, intelligence.
They never retracted it, but later they covered the criticism said, oh, that's all we needed to do.
Journalism used to retract and correct things.
Now they just write additional stories changing their mind, and they don't call attention to their bad reporting.
Some people have posited that they're doing that because they think that Biden's star is falling, and therefore they want to have a little bit of political coverage.
Could that also be a motivation?
Well, listen, there's some evidence that there are witnesses in the grand jury and people being interviewed by the FBI right now, which means the Hunter Biden case is heating up, and they don't want to be on the wrong side of that so that there isn't an I told you so moment later.
So I think that's driving it more than anything.
Remember Tony Blinken at the hearing last week?
Yeah, that was quite a moment.
to say whether he had been interviewed by the FBI.
My sources say he was interviewed by the FBI about 10 weeks ago.
That's a sign that the Hunter Biden investigation is alive and the news media is trying to hurriedly catch up to their bad reporting.
Yeah, that was quite a moment.
We played the video when he was asked repeatedly and he dodged the question, not very elegantly.
He's the founder, he's the editor-in-chief of a superb website.

Back to your calls.
We have a full call board.
This is America First.
Don't touch that dial.
Thank you, John. - Um.
Pleasure.
Anytime, guys.
Thanks, buddy.
I'll have a good one tomorrow morning.
Good.
Can't wait.
See you, buddy.
There we go.
Okay.
Just one segment today.
Mic's on.
Titles for Langton and or Solomon?
Oh, I wanted to post C as well.
What did I rant off?
I went off on C. Oh, the Liz Cheney thing?
Was that C?
Liz Cheney transgender.
Yeah, transgender.
Yeah, that was one C. I want to post that.
Yeah, when I went around you guys.
Yeah, I want to post that.
So let's post that.
Let's call that The Big Transgender Lie.
What do you need?
You need Langton?
Langdon and Solomon.
School sanctioned pornography.
School-sanctioned pornography.
Solomon, um... The Hunter by an Investigation is Alive, or something like that?
Yeah, that's good.
That's good.
By an Investigation is Alive.
Can you come in with Bongino Cut 5?
Coming in with Bongino Cut 5.
Preferences, Jeff?
Kind of wherever you want to go.
Okay.
Alright, we've got just over two minutes.
Thank you.
Yep.
Alright, coming up we've got relief factor.
Relief Factor.
That will be it for the C segment.
90 seconds.
Yes.
What did you think of the person we interviewed at 2, Geoff?
I didn't hear it.
Oh, okay.
But in general?
Decent.
Entertaining.
Yeah, that's for sure.
Yes, very much so.
Okay.
One minute.
Yep, coming in with Boncino Cut 5.
You got a liner, I assume, or a disclaimer shot?
Yeah, I'll play a liner.
And that one's quick, too.
That's like a 12-second cut, right?
Yeah, it's 12 seconds long.
Yeah.
Did you ask Langton for Wednesday?
No.
No.
Not yet.
Okay.
I've got a... Have you asked any of them?
I'm just doing that right now.
Let's talk about the Arizona panel before you do that.
Okay.
All right.
20 seconds standby.
Yeah.
Coming in.
Cut five.
With the deepest voice in talk radio, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
So what's the big lie?
The big lie is that we actually have a southern border.
We don't.
There's no border.
There is no border.
Got me?
There's no border.
The border is completely open.
Kind of neat to state the obvious now and again, and he's right.
Dan Bongino, there is no border.
It's been open since that senile old man took the reins of this country, or seemingly did.
Let's take your calls.
833-333-Gorker, 833-334-6752, Rocco, California.
Hello, Dr. Gorker.
Hi.
First time calling you.
Pleasure to be on.
Thank you very much for calling on me.
You're welcome.
What I wanted to talk about was, I get really frustrated.
I scream back at the TV every night.
My wife says, quiet, Rock.
Stop screaming at the TV.
I want to listen to it.
I scream at everyone because, and you know, I watch Hannity and I watch the normal people on Fox.
I watch Bungino.
I mean... Why are you watching Newsmax?
Then you wouldn't be shouting at the TV.
No, I shout at the TV on Newsmax, too.
Why?
The problem is... Okay, here's the problem.
Everybody is letting them, the other side, get the upper hand by answering their game.
We've got to start playing the game on our side as bad as they play it.
What I told your screener was, we've got to use their tactics against them, basically.
We've got to... They lie, and they push the lie so long that by the time we prove that it's a lie, it's insignificant.
Look at the border crisis.
They said, oh, the numbers, we don't know what the numbers are.
We don't know what they are.
By the time they come out with the numbers, The numbers, oh, they don't matter.
We just took them and got rid of the people.
All right, so what are you saying we should do, Rocco?
We have got to develop our own talking points, and they've got to be halfway correct, because theirs are 100% incorrect.
We've got to be at least halfway sure we're correct, and put them out there and splat them all the time.
Hang on, are you saying we should be putting propaganda out there that's only half true?
No, they're putting out propaganda.
We have to put our stuff out so big and so swamping the world.
We've got to put out stuff that we haven't 100% No, absolutely.
I completely disagree with you.
Then we've become them.
Then we've become them, Rocco.
You've become them.
If you aren't dedicated to the truth, Rocco, you're not on the side of this country.
I'm sorry.
You don't just put garbage out there.
You don't just throw stuff out there because they're bad, Rocco.
I did not say garbage.
No.
You said stuff that you're not sure of.
You said stuff you're not sure of, Rocco.
We were sure of the Hunter Biden thing, which you just went over.
And we should have put it out there.
We did, Rocco!
The New York Post put it out there.
What are you talking about?
I know people that never even heard of it.
Rocco, you're kind of like denying the reality of the battlefield, okay?
When 90% of the media is owned by the left, what are you talking about?
Of course they don't know about it because they're watching CNN.
Really?
That might be it.
I don't know how to get them to watch the good, the reasonable being at that.
That is somehow what we've got to do, I guess.
We have to demonstrate the utter illegitimacy of everything they say, but we do not do it by diluting the truth, because then there's no difference between us and them.
Thank you, Rocco, for a rather provocative call, but we love those too.
Let's go to John, South Carolina, line one.
I'm picking up straight after Rocco and John Solomon.
I saw.
I saw the topic.
That's why I went to you, John.
Absolutely.
Listen, I have both a graduate and undergraduate degree in journalism.
News editorial journalism.
You poor, poor, poor, poor man.
Well, no.
I was the sole conservative against maybe 20 against me, and I held them all off in a firefight on a daily basis.
I bet you did, John.
So what's your suggestion?
Listen, here's the key point.
Listen, we have got to hold these people.
For one thing, you've got to stop calling them the legacy media.
But that's what they are!
I'm not saying legitimate.
Legacy!
Legacy implies honor.
It implies something that you pass along.
What's a better name, John?
Corrupt, lying media, distorting media.
I call them the lying legacy media.
But they are essentially a dishonored legacy media.
How about this one, John?
I'm going to give full credit to the guy who had the office next to me in the White House.
You know who you are, Andy.
And he didn't want to do media.
When I went out on media, he said, use this phrase, Seb, use this phrase.
That's excellent.
That's superb.
Let me take you really quick before I go.
I'm out of time.
Stay on the line.
Stay on the line and we'll have a chat in the break.
John is always high value.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

800-500-8384. ReliefFactor.com. ReliefFactor.com.
Give me, give me, John.
Mic's on.
Hey, John.
Yeah, I'm still here.
All right, carry on, carry on.
Yeah, listen, let me, let me take you to... So hang on, so you, you did, you did media studies and then you ended up doing what?
I'm on disability right now, trying to get off of it.
But when you graduated, what was your first job?
First job was in marketing, actually.
I graduated with an undergraduate degree in news editorial journalism, then I worked for the Sumter, South Carolina daily item newspaper for a couple of years.
I moved into working for Multimedia, which used to own the Phil Donahue Show.
I don't know if they do those guys or not.
So I had to try to make Phil Donahue look good.
That was just something that just ground my gizzard on a daily basis.
So I wound up going back into newspaper work, and then I got my Master's in Mass Communication.
But yeah, I didn't even know what a conservative was, but I was one, and I was battling these people on just a daily basis.
So I want to take you back to what Jim Rutenberg did on August 6, 2016, on the front page He was the one who basically said that Trump was such a threat that we have to discredit him at every turn.
I mean, it was an open declaration of war on objectivity.
And basically what I want to do is take you to the Society of Professional Journalists, it's spj.org, and look up their Code of Ethics.
And basically, it starts out by saying, seek truth and report it.
Ethical journalism should be accurate and fair.
Journalists should be honest and courageous in gathering, reporting, and interpreting information.
Journalists should take responsibility for the accuracy of their work.
Verify information before releasing it.
Use original sources whenever possible.
And so it goes in that vein for pages.
And they have just completely deserted this, and I'm the last generation of John Solomons before John Solomon came along.
I could have taught John Solomon and a couple of others, Sheryl Atkinson and some of the others.
You don't sound old enough.
How old are you, John?
65.
No, you're not.
64.
Yeah, I am.
Oh my gosh.
I'm an aggressive individual.
And I stand up for what is right, and I just, as I said, I battled like 20 of these people at one time.
Well, we're going back on air, but you always have great calls, and I've got the website in front of me, and I'm going to check it out.
Thanks, buddy.
All right.
Thanks.
Bye-bye.
All right.
Standing by.
Yep.
Stand by.
Got picture of a little here.
With more journalism in his little finger than CNN has on its entire network, Sebastian Gorka.
Let's go back to the rally with my old boss President Trump this weekend in Georgia.
Cut 13.
Play cut.
With your help we're going to take back the house and send Nancy Pelosi back to San Francisco.
Where she can work very hard to bring back a city which she has helped to very much destroy, just like they're destroying our nation.
They're destroying our nation.
We're going to fire your ultra left-wing senator, Ralph Warnock, and elect the great Hershel Walker to the United States Senate.
And we're going to take back our country from these lunatics.
And they are lunatics, and if we don't, we will end up like Australia.
This delightful lady is the Chief Health Officer for Australia, a country out of control, who just says, you know, Covid, you're just going to have to live with all the shutdowns, all the mandates.
Cut nine.
I stress we will not be ever having to go back to pre-COVID levels.
We're always going to have to be mindful that COVID exists.
We're going to have to engage with booster shots.
We're going to have to engage with advice from time to time when we see outbreaks.
We're going to have to respond.
So it's not going to go back to normal.
Yeah, it's just on going back.
We like fascism.
Well, we're in control, so just get used to it.
And I'm not, this isn't hyperbole for Australia.
It's hard to hear what he's saying because he's babbling through a mask despite the fact that he's already vaccinated.
He's getting his second vaccine shot as he is speaking.
This is the man who bears the title of president, who thinks he's the president.
And he says, Vaccinations?
Everyone's getting vaccinated!
98% of Americans.
The senile old man Joe Biden cut for.
Well I think, look, I think we get the vast majority, like it's going on in some of these Why not?
Why not?
Why can't we?
98%?
That's fascism.
My body, my choice.
Send that message to everyone around you.
They've been using that to justify genocide since Roe v. Wade for 50 years.
Tens of millions of Americans murdered in the womb.
Millions of black Americans, babies, slaughtered.
Why?
Well, Margaret Sanger said, that's family planning.
Send a message.
Go to our website.
It's our latest design.
Thanks to Randy.
It's the My Body, My Choice, a great, great design.
He aped the Planned Parenthood logo, but put a syringe with a red line through it.
And then it says, My Body, My Choice.
No mandates.
Be free.
SebGorkaStore.com.
That's S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A.
SebGorkaStore.com.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to John in Virginia, line 4.
Dr. G. Yeah, you're up.
This is John Sr.
calling from the Bastion of Individualism in Hume, Virginia.
What brings you to our sunny shores today, John Sr.? ?
I know your friend Glenn Youngkin's afraid to come on your radio show.
Why is that, John?
Is he just the Mitt Romney of Virginia, John?
It's scary.
But I think you've really uncovered a really interesting point that could be used as a club to batter him around a little bit.
Not Youngkin, but Terence R. McAuliffe.
Yeah, we just heard that very interesting thing.
So what's your plan, John?
Well, I just read the bill.
It was put before him in March of 2016.
Are you listening to this show regularly, John Sr.? ?
Pardon me?
Are you listening to this show regularly, John Sr.?
Yes, sir.
We like that.
Just checking up on your son, right?
Making sure he hasn't, you know, started playing some liberal talk show by accident, correct?
I want to get a little more relief factor.
I think it works.
Oh, that can be arranged.
I know somebody who can help you with that.
Sorry I interrupted.
So you read the bill that was mentioned earlier.
So I saw instantly an opportunity to bash McAuliffe.
Give us your plan, John.
Well, you take the picture you have, the cartoon or whatever, the coloring book, and you say exactly what McAuliffe said in his response to his VTEL.
Which was?
We have long entrusted curriculum management to our local school boards.
School boards are best positioned to ensure that our students are exposed to those appropriate literary and artistic works that will expand students' horizons and enrich their learning experiences.
So the pornographic images of pedophilia and homosexuality and oral sex, that's accessed, what is it, art?
Art and literature?
Is that what McAuliffe said?
Expanding our students' horizons.
Wow.
Will you do me a favor?
Whilst you're also finding me the name for that guy who's going to paint my Mustang a very cool black, I want you to take a photograph of that sentence from the legislation.
Text it to me.
You have my number.
And we're going to find a way.
We're going to find it.
We've got the images from the books.
They are absolutely disgusting.
We're going to blur them somehow.
And I'm going to quote McAuliffe.
And we're going to post them.
What about this, John?
Should we ask, should we ask Youngkin whether he has any comment?
I would.
I would give it right to him on a silver platter and see if he takes it.
And if he doesn't, then we know what we're dealing with.
We'll tag him and we'll see whether he's got the stones to come on the biggest MAGA radio show in his district, in his commonwealth.
If you want to be governor, act like one, Glenn Youngkin.
Are you listening?
Are you listening to John Senior?
I think it's time to go shooting again.
It's time to have a shooting party at your house again.
Don't you think, John?
You got it.
Anytime.
50 cows ready.
God bless you, John.
Love the idea.
Thanks for checking the bill out.
See?
It's a team effort.
I was thinking, just as I heard that, that Terry McAuliffe vetoed the bill that would stop these pornographic things ending up in our schools.
Oh, really?
Well, what's in that bill?
As we're on air, we have somebody listening.
Somebody who's close to the team, who checks it and reads it in front of three million people.
I wonder if Junkin has anybody in his team who's actually doing the work that private citizens are doing to try and take back this Commonwealth.
Come on, be a mensch, Glenn.
Show yourself for who you really are, if you are a man.
I'm Sebastian Gawker, this is America First.

So with this new policy, I did the wrong thing, didn't I?
We shouldn't be promoting the podcast, we should just be promoting the podcast.
The original one?
Yeah, yeah.
Original one.
Okay.
So what was that all waving?
Was that your dad?
Yeah, that was my dad.
I could understand that.
Are you having a fit?
I was sitting there.
He sent me that in a text message not too long ago.
Okay.
It took me a moment to realize what he was talking to you about.
No, I didn't know when I put him up.
I was really confused.
There's a John in South Carolina.
That we had on, right?
But there was also a Josh in South Carolina in one of the slots.
And then another John calls and I'm like, wow, weird that somebody... And then I pull it up and I'm like, uh-uh, I know that voice.
But interesting enough, yeah.
Yeah, no, I was just thinking, what on earth did McAuliffe say?
It's a very powerful thing for Yankin if he has the balls to use it.
We'll see.
We'll see.
Could use some better leadership.
It's like a stamp agent hitting other high notes going after CRT and stuff like that, but then for him to turn around.
What I'm seeing also, like grassroots conservatives in Virginia are really not happy with what he said about abortion in the debate.
I'm sure you heard about that.
What did he say?
He was against Texas' new pro-life bill and he says he wouldn't sign that bill if he was on it.
Such an ass.
Rock the boat, everything's going in our favor.
Yeah, it's just like we were talking about.
Play it safe!
Play it safe!
My strategist says plate safe.
Abortion is not even like a top issue right now compared to immigration or big tech.
Have you seen the video of him at an event where somebody asked him about it and he doesn't know that she's filming him?
Have you seen that?
He says, I can't talk about it now, but after I become governor.
Such a cut.
You never want to hear that.
Never want to hear that from anybody.
Terrible.
Come in with a crazy Maxine.
15 seconds.
Which cut is that, Geoff?
Eleven.
Eleven, okay.
Do you not have these lists in front of you?
Sorry, I don't.
Stick them on the wall.
Stand back.
This is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
And I expected our administration to know better than to have horses chasing down black people.
Now, what were they doing crazy, Maxine?
But hey, you live in an alternate universe.
Let's go to your calls.
Let's go to Elena in Michigan, line three.
Well, thank you so much for taking my call.
Yeah, you've got some interesting information about James Craig, the chief of police.
Tell us about the Detroit chief of police.
Well, you know, the day of the election there, what, on November 3rd, we all, the Republican people got a big announcement on your phone, like it was an emergency, that we need more Republicans down here at the TCF center, where they blocked all those windows.
Well, the police, We're not letting... When the people left to go to lunch, the Republican watchers, the police weren't letting them back in.
What?
That's how they ended up with nobody there.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
And what justification did the police give?
They just ignored people.
They just ignored people.
No, but what did they say?
Why can't you come back in?
What did they say?
They said that there was enough people in the building because of COVID, they couldn't let any more people back in.
Wow.
So what are you saying, Ilana?
My psychologist that went down there, he's a pastor, he ran down there with a couple friends, he said they never even made it in the building.
So what are you saying?
This is James Craig's police.
Right, so you're blaming him, you're saying that he shouldn't have the support of conservatives.
Exactly.
All right.
Thank you for that tidbit.
Fascinating.
We love hearing from on the ground sources.
Let's go to Josh, South Carolina, line five.
How's it going, Mr. G?
Good.
I just wanted to make a quick point.
I used to be a diehard leftist until, you know, President Trump ran And won the election, and that was actually the first time I voted.
And I actually ended up voting for him because, you know, he's a businessman.
And he ran the country like a business and didn't take any bullcrap from anybody.
Okay.
So my point is that I'm starting to see now, especially in the diehard left people or that side of the swamp per se, that everybody, it's all coming to You know, they want to go to socialism and stuff like that.
Well, you've woken up.
You've woken up, my friend.
Well done.
Stay on the line.
You'll get a signed copy of The War for America's Soul.
Let's squeeze in Leonardo, line two.
Leo.
Switch from Josh to Leo.
Let's hear from Leo.
We've got 40 seconds.
He's on hold.
We've got to get Josh off the hold and Leo.
We lost them!
That's okay.
He can call back.
He knows our number.
833-33 Gorka.
833-334-6752.
We're going to concentrate on the big topics of the day.
What is the reaction from our enemies to the weakness in the White House?
What do they think of a chairman of the Joint Chiefs who decides to give a heads up to the Chinese Communist military out of the chain of command?

The End
China is not an enemy.
And I think that's important for people to clearly understand.
China is a rising power.
China has been a rising power since Deng Xiaoping in 1979.
Quite remarkable words from the man who is now the most senior military officer in the United States, who calls up his equivalent in the Communist Chinese Liberation Army to tell them, don't worry, if President Trump wants to attack you, I'll give you a heads up.
That was him talking back in 2015, in uniform, as Chief of Staff of the Army then, saying, China, Not an enemy.
I know somebody who's got a very different opinion, who's been educating the swamp and educating those who want to know the truth about China for decades now.
He is the national security correspondent for The Washington Times, a good friend of the show, author of Deceiving the Sky, Inside Communist China's Drive for Global Supremacy.
Bill Gertz, welcome to One on One.
Hi, Sebastian.
Great to be on the show.
Thank you for joining us, Bill.
Follow this gentleman, Bill Gertz, G-E-R-T-Z, on Twitter.
First question, to quote, was it Trotsky who said it or Lenin?
I think it was Trotsky who said, you may not be interested in war, but war is interested in you.
Milley may think that China is not our enemy.
What does China think of America, Bill?
This is an amazing disclosure by the chairman.
The Chinese view the United States as their main enemy to be vanquished.
In fact, within the Chinese strategy, which is encapsulated in something called Xi Jinping's China Dream, China will achieve global supremacy at the expense of the United States.
In other words, China's dream can't be reached until the United States is diminished and ultimately vanquished.
What we're seeing from General Milley is a reversion to the appeasement policies of the past 30 or 40 years.
It reminds me of my meeting with the head of the Defense Intelligence Agency back in 1999, where he told me that China was not a threat.
I thought we had excised that demon during the Trump administration when we began to recognize the threat posed by communist China.
But apparently under Biden, the pro-China appeasement policies have returned.
Explain to us.
I mean, it's truly shocking.
I think his actions under the Trump administration, which have been revealed in a soon-to-be-published book, were treasonous.
A man who is not legally in the chain of command, giving our sworn enemy a promise that he will warn them if the president takes military action.
That's who Milley is.
He is a traitor.
Tell us, is this How universal is this in terms of the establishment understanding of China, the private sector's understanding of China, and where did it begin?
Was it really Kissinger and Nixon saying, we have to open towards China?
Can you give us the genesis?
You've been following this for decades.
Where did the rot begin?
Yes, this process has been ongoing.
It's the reflection of the internal debate within the U.S.
government, specifically involving the climate change fanatics led by former Secretary of State John Kerry, And the more realist policymakers led by the China czar at the White House, Kurt Campbell.
In the beginning of the Biden administration, the policy was very close to some of the Trump administration's policies.
As I wrote in my column recently at the United Nations, Joe Biden made clear that he's reverting back to the appeasement policies.
They call it diplomacy-oriented, but diplomacy in the name of appeasement is still appeasement, and that's what we're beginning to see.
There's some welcome of this new policy on Wall Street, which again has been seeking to do business in China for many years under the idea that if we just trade and do business with this communist state, that it would have a modifying influence.
It's been another failure.
A lot of the Wall Street executives want to go to that.
The banks, however, many of the U.S.
and international banks are recognizing that it's time to pull back from China, that the things are going south very quickly there.
Explain to us the truth, Bill, of what China is today.
As you rightly point out, for decades there was this fallacious narrative that if we liberalize economically, if we trade, if we give China Zero.
Actually, one, it's not really a vote.
It's the Communist Party of China.
must lead to political liberalization and democratization.
Is China democratic today?
How many political parties can you vote for in China, Bill?
Zero.
Actually, one.
It's not really a vote.
It's the Communist Party of China.
I think they have a couple of fake parties in there.
This policy of the United States is not news.
Since the communist regime took over in 1949, there have been decades of American policies that have bailed out the Communist Party of China when it was on the brink of collapse or disaster.
Just a few examples.
The Cultural Revolution from 69 to 79 was a Really the end of the Communist Party.
They basically cannibalized themselves, destroyed the economy of the country and brought it to the brink of disaster.
Then there was the Tiananmen massacre in 1989.
In 1989, we had the Bush 41 administration sending General Scowcroft to China to say, oh, look, even though you crushed independent Democratic protesters under the treads of tanks, we're not going to hold you accountable even though you crushed independent Democratic protesters under the treads of tanks, And then the World Trade Organization, like liberalization, granting most favored nation status, again, bailing out the Communist Party.
And once again, we're seeing that under the Biden administration, they refused to hold the Communist Party of China accountable for the devastating pandemic that began in Wuhan, China in December of 2019.
In fact, the...
Current Secretary Lincoln has said dealing with a pandemic is not about holding China accountable.
It's about ending the pandemic.
So again, the Communist Party, which is despised by the Chinese people, has been getting a pass from successive ruling class administrations in the United States.
And when you hear the climate czar, John Kerry, who jets around the world in his private plane as he's pontificating about others' carbon footprint, two days ago, three days ago, when asked about the Uyghur slave labor camps, the inhumanity that is meted out to the Muslims in China, and he says, well, it's complicated because
Yes.
John Kerry has made clear in speeches and in a couple of visits to China in which he was openly insulted by Chinese leaders that Nothing the Chinese do or say is going to disrupt his drive to reach some kind of a climate arrangement, some kind of a climate agreement with communist China.
I think it's important to note just recently the dictator of China, Xi Jinping, announced that China was going to halt the construction of coal-fired energy plants around the world.
This is another scandal that has never really been exposed.
But the United States has given China billions of dollars over the last 20 to 30 years for the specific purpose of getting them not to build coal-fired plants that have emissions.
And what have the Chinese done?
They pocketed that money and they continue to build these coal-fired polluting plants around the world.
It's worse than appeasement.
It's really contributing to whatever emissions problems there are in the world.
And how does Beijing look at John Kerry when he says these things?
What is their reaction to Biden when he doesn't even mention China by name in last week's speech at the UN?
This must make Xi and his cronies feel good, Bill.
The Chinese Communist Party has read correctly the approach of the Biden administration is one of seeking to have conciliatory relations.
Recently, the President of the United States had a 90-minute phone call with Xi Jinping.
Very little came out about that, but it's clear that in that phone call, the president must have made a number of concessions, because we're starting to see some extremely troubling signs that we're back to appeasement again.
Just recently, the Justice Department settled its case against the Huawei executive, Meng Wanzhou, who was indicted for illegal ...funding of entities in Iran that are violations of US law.
She'd been fighting extradition from Canada for three years.
In response to her indictment, the Chinese arrested and imprisoned two Canadians, one a former diplomat.
They've been imprisoned on trumped-up spy charges.
They're probably going to be released, but this is the worst signal to send.
Huawei Technologies is the company that is seeking to dominate the global telecommunications industry, specifically through the 5G advanced technology.
The United States has...
We'll discuss Huawei momentarily.
Huawei momentarily.
Thank you.
We're talking to Bill Gertz, national security correspondent for the Washington Times and most importantly the author of Deceiving the Sky Inside Communist China's Drive for Global Supremacy.
He is a truth teller just like our good friend Rudy Giuliani.
He is in the crosshairs of the cancel culture left.
Please support him today.
They're trying to strip him of his law licenses, bankrupt him and get him in the docked Let's start at the top, Bill.
Let's talk about who now runs the world's largest communist dictatorship.
Who is Xi Jinping?
What do we need to know about him?
last year's elections.
That's Rudy Giuliani, FreedomFund.com.
Let's start at the top, Bill.
Let's talk about who now runs the world's largest communist dictatorship.
Who is Xi Jinping?
What do we need to know about him?
And what changes has he made recently to the constitutional order of that communist state?
Yeah, Xi Jinping is the ruling dictator of communist China.
He assumed that position in 2012 and immediately began to undo many of the reforms that had been taking place under Deng Xiaoping that began after Mao's demise.
1976.
Basically, these policies have been taken in an attempt to re-communize China.
I would describe Xi Jinping as a Neo-Maoist.
As I reported in my book, Deceiving the Sky, his favorite leaders are Hitler, Stalin, and Mao.
And he is working very aggressively to return China to its communist roots, almost in the style of North Korea totalitarianism.
We've seen him go after the business leaders in China who wielded enormous power by becoming billionaires.
Many of them have been imprisoned, some have been killed, some others have been driven into exile.
And this is all part of Xi Jinping's plan to once again make China a dominant world communist power.
When it comes to the system domestically, what is it that they're most afraid of?
Some people say, you look at the events in Hong Kong, that democracy or some kind of burgeoning democracy is what they're most afraid of.
Are they afraid of America, democracy or something else, Bill?
Yes, they're afraid of American democracy.
They have an idea of so-called color revolutions.
Those are the revolutions that traveled throughout North Africa and the Middle East and South Asia a number of years ago.
They believe that Communist China and the Communist Party of China are locked in a death struggle with world capitalism led by the United States.
It's amazing to me, I hear a lot of China experts tell me that China is not really communist, they're just going through the motions, when in fact everything they do is according to these Marxist-Leninist principles.
This idea that China must defeat the world leader of capitalism in order to maintain its dominance as the world power.
And none of this is secret.
I mean, you know, when I came to the White House, Bill, I really thought my job would be counterterrorism.
But once I started reading the classified analyses that were prepared for the president, I realized, we'll deal with the jihadis, we'll deal with Russia, North Korea and Iran.
The real threat is communist China.
You know, you don't need a clearance.
to understand what they want.
If you look at Unrestricted Warfare, the publication, if you look at One Belt, One Road, talk to us about these products that are out there in the public domain that tell you what China wishes to achieve by the 100th anniversary of the Chinese Revolution.
Yes, and that would be 2049.
It reminds me of a guy named Michael Pillsbury, China expert, who the Pentagon sent to China many years ago in the early 2000s, and he was able to get a number of Chinese military writings.
And he translated these into English.
And it had a huge impact on the national security community, including the military, because what he disclosed was that these kind words and smiles and glad handshakes from the Chinese Communist Party were hidden by military writings that said China is going because what he disclosed was that these kind words and smiles and glad handshakes from It views the United States as its main enemy.
It's building weapons of war to defeat the United States in a future war.
All of these things are the reality of China today.
And they're now coming to fruition with the advanced weaponry we're seeing deployed by the Chinese military, things like anti-satellite weapons that could destroy our communications, navigation and precision guided targeting elements. navigation and precision guided targeting elements.
We're seeing cyber warfare campaigns that could also turn out the lights.
We're seeing missiles.
And just recently, it's been disclosed that China is engaged in a massive nuclear expansion program.
And this has been discovered in commercial satellite imagery Showing up to 350 silos are being built for the new DF-41 intercontinental ballistic missile that's going to have 10 warheads each.
So you can do the math there and you can see we're looking at an enormous nuclear and strategic breakout on the part of the Chinese Communist Party.
But Bill, it's not just about kinetic warfare or conventional warfare in the spirit of the ancient strategist Sun Tzu.
The Communist Chinese regime is using indirect forms of warfare, non-kinetic, financial, informational, propaganda and espionage based.
And if you look at the last few decades, whether it's the senior senator from California, Dianne Feinstein, having a Chinese intelligence operative as her chauffeur for 20 years, or whether it's Eric Swalwell, who clearly cannot deny the fact that he slept with a Chinese intelligence officer called Fang Fang.
The Chinese have more than one way to defeat us, do they not?
Yes, and their influence operations are one of the big secret warfare programs of China.
I note that an academic from New Zealand named Anne-Marie Brady, several years ago, did an incredible study on Chinese influence operations in Australia.
It had a huge impact.
In fact, the Australian government was able to uncover at least one member of parliament that was covertly connected to the Chinese military.
The Australian government then restricted Chinese investment.
This is the kind of thing that is urgently needed in the United States.
There hasn't been a single think tank in the United States that has done a similar study of Chinese influence operations.
And it just shows you the scope and breadth of Chinese power in the influence sphere that they have literally bought up officials using officials like former Secretary of State Henry Kissinger, former officials like former Defense Secretary Bill Cohen.
All of these people have set up consultancies and have made tens of millions of dollars doing business in China.
And they have been very influential in preventing our country from defending itself from this information warfare threat.
Thank you.
Why is that completely the wrong way to think about Huawei, Bill?
Yes.
First off, the Chinese are engaged in something called civil-military fusion.
This is a Communist Party program directed at the highest levels of both the government and the party, which requires all commercial technology to be used for the military.
And likewise, any military-developed or stolen technology then goes to the civilian sector.
Huawei Technologies bills itself as a, quote, private company.
It is anything but.
It is one of the national champions that gets funding and support.
It also provides intelligence-gathering tools.
We learned from the Snowden documents that the Chinese stole our router technology and then used that technology to spy on others.
And we were able to spy on Huawei and learn all of its intelligence-gathering capabilities.
This has come out again because of that compromise.
The NSA lost the ability, the National Security Agency lost the ability to spy on Huawei, but we've never had the US government really come out and explain why this company is so dangerous.
And the reason it's so dangerous is because we're on the verge of a revolution in telecommunications with 5G, which is going to speed up the communications that are used for everything, And it's more than just telecommunications.
and televisions to the most precision guided munitions that the U.S. military has.
It's going to affect that to be able to communicate so rapidly and over many long distances.
And this is more than just one company and it's more than just telecommunications.
Can you explain the breadth, the pervasive nature of this pseudo market encapsulation of the world, whether it's the companies, the Ancestry.com, whether it's the companies, the Ancestry.com, what is it, the 21 and me kind of companies that in many cases are linked directly to Chinese state interests that you can't.
that get that genetic information because you're curious about your ancestors, or the massive, huge social media platforms like TikTok that are Chinese endeavors,
which when you make little films of yourself, whether you're a which when you make little films of yourself, whether you're a 17-year-old girl or whether you're a politician, capture your bio data, the facial data, and can then be used for whatever nefarious purpose that Chinese state So Bill, give us a glimpse of just how all-pervasive the Chinese strategy is.
Yeah, we can get a little peek of that from what the Chinese call the social credit system.
It's a system within China that's actually modeled after the U.S.
financial credit, so if you have a credit score or something.
In China, it's been politicized and applied to what could only be described as a totalitarian surveillance system, whereby people are monitored from everything They're walking to their purchases, and all of this, again, is designed for political control and to maintain the grip on power by the Chinese Communist Party.
That's the kind of thing that China wants to export to the world.
Ultimately, Xi Jinping wants to see that kind of a totalitarian system.
built all over the world that China can control.
Again, it's all about control and power.
And we've got to recognize, you know, I used to say that the Chinese Communist Party is a nuclear armed communist dictatorship.
We can add to that, as you mentioned about the Uyghurs, a nuclear armed genocidal communist dictatorship.
This is the most important thing that people need to know.
We need to be educated about the nature of this threat.
We understood the Soviet Union, and we ultimately defeated it.
This is the same type of threat.
It's couched in other democratic language.
It's couched in lies and deception.
But we need to break through that and really get a good, clear understanding of the nature of this threat.
It is an existential threat to our democratic system.
Let me ask you a very simple question.
Of the people who should know, the decision makers in DC, how many of them, what's the percentage, how many of them actually treat China as a communist nuclear power that's genocidal with slave labor camps?
Are they ignorant of it, or do they know it and deny it, Bill?
My belief is that the people that are behind the pro-China policy have a Marxist or neo-Marxist view, and they actually look at communist China as a model for the future, a model of control, a model of the ability to have state control over the economy, over information, over people's lives.
And I think that this is really kind of an undercurrent.
It's not there completely.
But again, in Washington, the political dynamic has really shifted.
It's no longer liberals and conservatives or Democrats and Republicans.
It's liberal Democrats versus radical Democrats.
And it's in that radical Democrat camp where you have the pro-China, where we're beginning to see political groupings like Code Pink come out and literally mouth Chinese communist policies about arms sales to Taiwan and other areas.
And I think that this is really the situation that we're facing today.
Thank you.
The End
MUSIC PLAYS
but Before we were allowed to talk about it, before our masters permitted us, you were the person who, months and months ago, almost right at the beginning said, hang on a second, Virus, Wuhan, there's a level four military biodefense lab there, and it's probably part of all this.
Talk to us, Bill, about how you have been proven correct, the fact that nobody has apologized to you for calling that a conspiracy theory for more than a year, and what people should know about Wuhan and the Wuhan lab of virology.
Yeah, I recently wrote a piece for the Washington Times that was based on a report that was done by two State Department arms control leaders, Thomas DiNano and Paula DeSutter.
And it was basically the most concrete, clear example of why we need to continue to investigate the origin of the coronavirus.
Again, the State Department, its Arms Control Bureau was looking at, did China violate its commitment to the Biological Weapons Convention by developing deadly viruses in the Wuhan Institute of Virology?
That investigation was shut down by the Biden administration earlier this year.
It's a clear sign that they don't want to know the answers.
Even the most honest scientists now admit that you have to find out how this virus began in order to find the solution.
But what's being done in China in a covert manner through its biological weapons program And there's intelligence on this that hasn't been released.
It's been talked about in the margins in the State Department's annual arms compliance report.
China is actually working on biological weapons that can target ethnic groups.
This is really a chilling idea, the idea that they're working to develop weapons that can target specific groups, whether that be Caucasians, whether that be Uyghurs or other dissident groups that China is opposed to.
And we're also beginning to see more information about the Chinese secret biological weapons program and where it fits into their strategy.
Chinese military writings, which I've said, have often been a a tip-off to what's coming, have talked about that the next realm of warfare will be in the biological warfare realm.
So the Chinese are gearing up for it, and we've got to really come to grips with this threat, or we're going to be facing pandemic after pandemic, and it's going to be a biological war in the near future if we don't come to grips with it and force the Chinese to disclose what they know and halt this dangerous research.
And your reaction to Biden's speech in the UN last week, where he didn't mention China by name, he just embedded the Wuhan human rights atrocities in a long list of other things, and then said that getting to the bottom of the Wuhan virus has to be a joint investigation with China.
Your reaction?
Yeah, this speech at the UN was really, again, the trigger for the return to the appeasement of China policies.
No mention of the greatest threat facing the world today, which is the Chinese Communist Party.
Also, he avoided mentioning the Chinese nuclear buildup.
This is, again, it boggles the mind that here we've had four years under Trump where we've educated people to the real dangers that we're facing, and these dangers are existential threats to our way of life.
And yet the president, again, after having a 90-minute conversation with a dictator of China, makes no mention of China and begins to back away from those policies.
As I said, the climate fanatics in the Biden administration are on the ascendancy, and those who recognize the China threat are being pushed downward.
And at the end of the day, if we look at it realistically, Bill, what should be done when it comes to Wuhan?
They're not going to allow, quote-unquote, independent investigators in there.
Pompeo's been very, very vocal.
President Trump's been very, very vocal in concerning punitive measures.
What is a realistic response to the millions who have been killed because China allowed their citizens to travel the globe after the infection left the lab?
I think we need to cut off all normal relations with Communist China, not just the United States, but all the free nations of the world.
They need to basically say, this cannot stand.
We cannot allow the Chinese to get away with killing so many millions of people around the world, including over 600,000 Americans.
Let's talk about that.
That only, you know, as the late Defense Secretary Don Rumsfeld said, weakness is provocative.
This is going to provoke communist China to do even more dangerous things, such as taking over Taiwan, which a number of experts really believe could happen in the very near future.
Let's talk about that.
How worried is Taiwan right now under the Biden administration?
Well, again, the signals coming from the Biden administration have all been signals of weakness.
The Chinese have not been told in uncertain terms.
Not to take over Taiwan.
They've instead stepped up provocative aerial incursions.
Just the other day, a total of 19 different aircraft violated the airspace of Taiwan.
Taiwan is stepping up its economic pressure, its diplomatic pressure.
I could foresee a situation where they could literally take the outer islands, Matsu and Quy Moi, take them over.
And wait for the reaction to see what the Biden administration would do.
And if nothing is done, which is the anticipation by Beijing, they would then go against the island, which is, again, the most strategically located place in the Western Pacific.
It's kind of an aircraft carrier 100 miles off the Chinese coast.
And the actions that they've taken in recent years, building these quote-unquote search-and-rescue atolls with, you know, two-mile long runways, they have nothing to do with search-and-rescue, do they, Bill?
No.
In fact, there's even been reports about China building tunnels to these outer islands and ultimately a hundred-mile-wide tunnel to Taiwan.
You wonder what the military value of that would be, obviously.
So these are all preparations when they see weakness in the White House.
Very, very different from the prior four years under President Trump.

The End
- You had Miles Yu and Pompeo at the State Department who initiated, again, these revolutionary policies that really were designed to prevent China's march around the world from succeeding.
And so those policies, we really need to get back to them as soon as possible, hopefully within the next presidential election.
Well, let's end with that thought in mind.
My former boss, President Trump, will be announcing imminently his decision, and as far as I'm concerned, everybody knows what that decision is going to be, and it's up to us who believe in America First values to make sure he's given a second term in the White House.
Given what he did the first time around, Given that it will only be four more years that he can have constitutionally in the White House, what else does he need to do with regards to China that will reset the Sino-U.S.
relations properly and put that threat back in the box, Bill Gertz?
Yeah, two things.
The first is, we need to be clear about the nature of the threat from Communist China.
There was a compromise in identifying China as a, quote, strategic competitor.
That was done for the business community, which was heavily overextended into China.
And Wanted to back off.
So we need to go beyond competition.
It's not the Olympics.
This is a war, and it's an information war, and we need to identify China as the enemy, the number one enemy of the free world.
And whether you want to make that into another Cold War, the Chinese view it as a Cold War already.
We need to get in and to play on that.
The second thing we need to do is this idea of decoupling.
We need to pull back.
We need to get our businesses—and again, I mentioned the international banking community is beginning to do that.
Wall Street and other businesses are not.
We need to decouple our economy from China and make it clear to China that their behavior as a nuclear-armed communist, genocidal dictatorship is not going to last.
I think it's the least that we can do, given the fact that we've spent 40 years defeating another existential communist threat, and this is the new one.
