Time Text
Thank you.
In your opinion, did General Milley do the right thing?
I have great confidence in General Milley.
Great confidence to do what?
That's the question, isn't it?
Welcome dear friends, I'm Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Trump, and yes, sorry leftists, still member of the Pentagon's National Security Education Board.
Cry a little bit more, won't you?
That was the current incumbent of the White House, sadly the man who bears the title President of the United States, saying he has full confidence.
Thank you, Boris.
And I want to thank that fellow Down Under.
Thank you very much, pal.
It's a man who doesn't even remember the name of fellow presidents and heads of state.
The same Joe Biden.
Cut three.
Thank you, Boris.
I want to thank that fellow down under.
Thank you very much, pal.
I want to thank that fellow down under.
Any head of state in any country.
I don't know, Vanuatu, Mauritius.
Has anybody said of a fellow head of state, you, that guy over there.
What's his name?
How?
Yes, 80 million.
Right.
Yeah, sure.
Got it.
80 million. - Yeah.
Yes, so Millie's got your confidence.
Well, that must make him feel a lot better.
A lot better.
Maybe he knows your name.
Maybe tomorrow he won't.
Let's talk about this story.
Enough of being amusing.
This is deadly serious.
They charged the last president with being a Russian agent.
They accused his campaign and his administration Of colluding with Russia.
The man who kept us safe for four years.
In ways that we hadn't seen in decades.
Remember 9-11 happened under Bush.
The East Africa Embassy bombings happened under Clinton.
Not since Ronald Reagan did we have peace through strength like we did under my former boss Donald Trump.
Let's just remind the world When we came into office, we had been told that we have a crazy warmonger.
Either he's working for the Russians or he's a crazy warmonger.
I mean, you had to pick your insanity.
This is a man who didn't know what he was doing and would trigger war with various nations.
What did he do instead?
Let me share a little story here.
I was in the Oval Office with President Trump, just the two of us, which rarely happens.
The Oval Office has, well, it has an entranceway from the outer office.
And then it has a little narrow door that goes to a private eating area and little place for the president to just sit and read and be by himself.
And then it has the door to the West Wing where guests come through.
So, you're rarely in there alone.
I was in there with the most powerful man in the world, and it is a humbling feeling.
Truly, as an immigrant, To the United States.
Somebody wasn't born here who has an accent and who always will.
Who only became a citizen three years prior.
To be alone in the Oval Office is something you can't express.
And I was in there on other business.
If I remember well, I think it was Iran deal.
I was one of the two people in the building, in addition to the president, who wanted to kill the Iran deal.
God bless him for finally doing it in the face of people like H.R.
McMaster, Tillerson, Mnuchin, all the other fake America firsters.
And I was about to leave.
I was still talking about something to do with Iran.
And the president looked at something in his hand.
And he got this very serious expression.
You know, he's a very jovial person.
He's got a great, great sense of humour.
But suddenly his face froze.
He was reminded of something on that piece of paper or just something came to mind.
And he said, I really don't want Americans to die on the Korean peninsula.
I do not want to get us into another shooting war in Korea.
He understood the threat.
Remember the Hermit Kingdom, under Kim, launching ballistic missiles over the Sea of Japan, intimidating our friends and our allies.
But, despite never having served, he went to a military high school, but despite never having served, he really understood the weight The inordinate responsibility carried by the person who is our Commander-in-Chief.
And he exercised that duty so adroitly, with such skill for four years, that we were safer than we had ever been for more than a decade.
Russia was contained.
Iran was brought to its knees through economic sanctions.
A trade war was declared against China in the face of everything, everything the left and the right were telling us.
And despite what Obama had lectured Americans on, that, oh, well, when it wasn't the JV team, ISIS, after it established the caliphate, was just so powerful that it was, quote-unquote, a generational threat we just have to deal with.
Just learn to live with people being decapitated on YouTube.
Fighter pilots set alight.
Women, girls sold into sex slavery.
Just live with it, damn it!
No, we weren't.
He unleashed the might of our special forces and America crushed the physical caliphate of ISIS in five months.
Five months!
The warmonger didn't invade anywhere!
Unlike Obama, who in one weekend bombed eight countries.
Yes, eight countries in one weekend!
He secured the border.
He sent a message to Xi Jinping over chocolate cake in Mar-a-Lago.
Oh, by the way, Xi, I just dropped 53 cruise missiles on Assad, who's about to use chemical weapons.
He didn't invade Syria.
He sent a message to all tin-pot dictators.
America is back.
No dumb words.
No dumb wars.
No disrespect for our troops.
What's happened in the last nine months?
All of our enemies are laughing at us, are plotting against us, as our own senior military plot against this nation.
Whatever the final story is about Milley and the Chinese, he didn't deny it yesterday.
His spokesman said, yes, he kept in contact with his Chinese equivalents.
And if he warned them that he would be their canary in the coal mine, if Donald Trump wanted to use military force against them, then he is a traitor and should be clapped in irons.
Sadly, he's not the only one.
We have an amazing show today.
We will continue to discuss Mark Milley with Colonel Schlichter.
We'll talk about the political persecution of Trump voters with Julie Kelly in studio.
And we're going to give you the latest from the swamp, from the man who knows, from the most powerful conservative website on the planet, Washington Political Editor for Breitbart.com, Matt Boyle.
Don't touch that dial.
Don't touch that dial.
You just forget, you know, you got Obama, right, and it's a breath of fresh air when Trump comes in, and then you've got Biden now, and you're starting to say, oh, wow, you know, it's weird not having a leader that will actually stand up for American values again.
Well, and to have such an incredible turnaround in just a matter of weeks.
I just give up, you know, just, you know, kowtow to everybody else.
Obama did it for eight years.
He went around on his apology tour, and then all of a sudden, oh, we're back to doing this again?
We're back to...
I don't think the biggest problem is when, you know, so-called, uh, how should we say, conservative elites still think Trump was terrible on foreign policy.
I was talking with- I know!
And it blows my mind!
And you say, okay, shall we talk about foreign policy?
I was having a debate on Friday with an individual.
I'm not going to name names or affiliations.
Why not?
I'll tell you later.
Alleged fellow conservative, so-called foreign policy expert, young around my age, and he says Trump was a horrible foreign policy president.
Everything he did foreign policy-wise was a disaster, and I said, uh, negotiating with North Korea, he shook his head and said, disaster.
I said, negotiating the original withdrawal from Afghanistan, shook his head, disaster.
I said, the peace deals with Israel, and he's like, okay, that's the one good thing he did, foreign policy-wise.
I'm just like, are you kidding me?
Like, that's, that's...
I just don't get it.
I mean, I don't know how you look at what he did.
I guess with the media... It's got nothing to do with reality.
It's class.
They're snobs.
They're either members of the GOP class or just snobs.
No, there's a lot to that.
Is that cut 11 to what?
No, the class thing.
The fact that he walked in there and everyone loves him more than everything they did in 30 years.
That's the thing I think they can't get over.
Is that real, cut 11?
Yeah, I had to cut it.
It was the best.
Do you want to hear it?
Yeah.
Boyle should be there.
Boyle should be on Comrex 2.
Boyle!
People talk about, well, I don't know what's in the shot, Chris.
I don't know what's in that shot.
I'll tell you what's not in it.
Hold on.
A tracking device.
Yeah, let me finish this.
You know what they get shots in nowadays?
In their rear ends.
They're getting shots to make it bigger.
They're getting shots in their face.
They don't know what's in Botox.
They don't know what's in this stuff.
Nothing wrong with Botox.
People don't know what they eat, what they drink, what they smoke.
Look, I tried it once.
My eyebrow went up.
I don't have it now.
As you can see, I got all these wrinkles.
Everybody asks me when I'm going to get Botox.
But listen, nothing wrong with Botox.
Could you not be more out of touch with the regular people of America?
No, hang on.
This is a really good clip because it speaks to all those Botox injecting Trump voters.
Yes, of course.
Also, I watched these two idiots talking like they're offline right now, like it's a commercial break.
They don't realize it.
Sorry, what did he say, Matt?
I was just gonna say, I don't think I know anybody, like, that fits that description in Trump-landia across America.
What?
You mean there aren't millions of Trump voters who inject Botox like Don Lemon?
The working class?
No.
Yeah, it's just, the whole thing is insane.
The working class getting Brazilian butt lifts?
Are you kidding me?
What?
I'm done.
35 seconds.
Oh my goodness.
Do you want to come in with that?
No, I've got to do this read.
Oh, okay.
Okay, yeah.
We're doing American financing here.
I'm coming in with the cry macho disclaimer.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Bada boom!
Bada boom!
25 seconds.
I'm letting it rip today.
America first.
What's your name?
All right.
Done.
Lemon.
I just can't.
Lemon head.
Hi, what's your name?
All right.
Muting the mic.
Mike, stand by.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Cry Macho.
That's the right music.
Just whack it up loud.
Yesterday, they were playing Dr.
No.
It was so... I mean just... That's a real movie.
What a dude.
It's America First.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is the Salem Radio Network.

Okay, we were having fun in the break.
We were playing a clip.
Let's just... Let's get some reaction from our first guest of the day.
This is CNN's Fredo Cuomo, and what's his name?
Don Citrone.
Play the cut.
Matt Boyle, I'm just trying to scratch my head.
I've met a lot of MAGA voters.
I've been with the president to rallies.
I don't think any of them look like people who inject Botox in their backside.
What about you, man?
I just don't know anybody that fits the description of what those two knuckleheads were talking about.
But this just goes to show you that the vast majority of people in the establishment media, the political class in Washington, D.C., are so far out of touch with what ordinary Americans are talking about and thinking about on a daily basis.
I highly suggest that Don Lemon and Fredo Cuomo go spend some time outside the Hamptons and not in Manhattan.
Go talk to real people in real America.
Go spend some time in Iowa or in South Carolina or Florida.
Go hear from real people and see what they're living their lives like and what their concerns are.
Look, here's the thing.
With regard to the vaccine, I mean, look, there are...
What we've seen is, first and foremost, the vaccine is actually effective, right?
We know that, based off the science, that it does work for the people who are taking it.
It does significantly decrease chances of hospitalization and death from the virus.
At the same time, there's also people out there who have real concerns about it.
And there's plenty of people who, because of the reported side effects with regard to blood clots and with regard to... Myocarditis.
Myocarditis.
And then also there's...
Guillain-Barre syndrome, which is a neurological condition.
But those are very, very minute, right?
So we know the science on this backs up that people should, if they make the choice, go get the vaccine.
But what's happened is politics has infected this thing.
Now, the latest news today, Dr. Gorka, and this is particularly sadistic, is that President Biden is now going to withhold, and they are withholding, significant percentages of life-saving medicine, the Regeneron, monoclonal antibody treatments, from Republican-led states, from states with Republican governors like Florida and other states around the country as part of President from states with Republican governors like Florida and other states around the country as part of President
ongoing feud with these Republican governors.
Now, this is directly contradictory to what President Biden said literally a week ago today.
Remember, we're talking about that speech he was going to give last time I was on?
Well, he gave that speech.
He said he was going to increase the amount, which is a good thing, by the way, that he was going to increase the amount of monoclonal antibody treatments that were distributed around the country.
One week later now, Joe Biden has now decided to start denying Life-saving medicine to sick Americans because he doesn't like Republican governors around America.
That's a bold strategy, Cotton.
Let's see how it pays off for you, right?
It's unbelievably sick and sadistic that Joe Biden would stoop to this level to hurt people so that he can achieve his agenda.
And this is why you saw In the Quinnipiac poll, the Q poll that came out earlier this week, President Biden's handling of coronavirus, which is the only issue he's been net positive on all year, has now gone net negative.
More Americans disapprove of Joe Biden's handling of the pandemic than approve of his handling of the pandemic.
This is breaking his presidency the way that he continues to engage in this behavior.
And the knuckleheads you just heard on CNN, you know, juking back and forth about these fictional Americans that they think are out there doing Botox is driving a lot of this.
It's driving a lot of that disconnect.
Okay, here's the question.
So it's clear that there is, I mean, from AOC at her $35,000 plate dinner with her tax the rich dress onto Biden onto Lemon.
But here's the big question for you.
At what point Do they pay a penalty for the disconnectedness?
We just saw the results in California.
You know, Nancy's nephew seems to have just skated through this recall.
So is there an inflection point where people say, I voted for Biden, but this is crazy?
Well, we'll have to see what the final results are and compare it up against.
Now, of course, Newsom was going to win.
I mean, come on, it's California, right?
Like the idea that Republicans are going to win statewide and come So he can drive it into the ground and still get 70% of the vote, Matt?
Well, that's the question.
Did he get 70% of the vote or was it more like 60, 62?
If it's a few points worse than 2018 or 2020 for Democrats, then that's a bad sign for them going into the midterm elections because there are places around America like Key battleground congressional districts.
And those districts are being written right now.
And everybody needs to wake up and watch what's happening in Iowa.
Iowa State Legislative Commission, I forget the exact name of it, just today released a map that is a total Democrat map.
Eric Holder and the Democrats are going around America trying to claim they're doing nonpartisan maps.
The conservatives need to go pressure the Iowa State Legislature to go crush this thing right now.
Because they're going to try to keep the majority in Nancy Pelosi's hands.
But if we have a fair election with the key congressional districts out there in the states where we have the ability to do this, and in many red states like Florida, Texas, etc., we're going to have fair congressional districts drawn, and the redistricting process is clear, then the Republicans can retake the House majority.
They can retake the U.S.
Senate next year, too.
There's a bunch of different battleground states out there where they can do that.
And if they do that, then they can put another check on Biden from Congress.
Meanwhile, keep electing Republican governors and getting better ones in states like Arizona can do better than Governor Ducey.
He's termed out.
So there's there's a primary happening there right now.
So people should be looking into that, but also making sure that a better Republican gets elected than Governor Ducey in November 2022 and that the Republican wins and not the Democrat.
But also reelecting people like DeSantis, Abbott, et cetera, in key battleground states.
As ever, it's up to us guys.
Get engaged, get involved, run for local office or support those who are.
We'll be back with Matt Boyle after these messages.
I'm Sebastian Walker, former strategist to President Trump, and this is the Salem Radio Network.
Hey, let me take line one.
You can leave the mics on.
Hey, Matt.
Yeah, sir.
Go ahead.
What's the question?
Well, I had a good question for you, Dr. Gorka, because you have the answer and you agree with me, and I want to make sure all your listeners hear this.
Leaving $83 billion of high-tech weaponry to the enemy, is that the definition of treason, in your opinion?
It is, but you know what they say about Afghanistan, you know what the get out clause is, Matt?
Yes.
You do?
Let me explain it to you.
You had to do it before, you had to do it, I think, now you can correct me, I think you had to do it before September 11th or something.
No, no, no.
So what they're saying is, which is technically true, it wasn't Biden shipping $83 billion worth of arms to the Taliban.
It was $83 billion worth of weapons and training that we had provided to the Afghan government that we were supporting.
And when we pulled our presence out, when we surrendered Kabul, the Afghan government collapsed and that weaponry was taken over by the Taliban.
That's the way they're spinning it.
Well, thank you for your correction, Dr. Gorka, but I still think he's guilty of treason.
Yeah, I'm not correcting you.
I'm telling you how they're packaging it.
But at the end of the day, the functional difference is nugatory.
$83 billion worth of weaponry is now in the hands of our enemies.
So yes, you're absolutely right.
Thank you, Matt.
Is not the result the same, Dr. Gawker?
That's what I just said.
The functional difference is zero.
Exactly.
Thank you, Matt.
Great question.
All right.
All right.
I want to talk Millie.
I want to talk AOC.
And first, I want to show you something that Jeff found on the Internet a few moments ago and get your response.
Which one is that?
The image you have.
Oh, yeah.
OK.
Oh, yes.
All right.
Good.
All right, well, uh, we've got American Financing disclaimer.
You're doing cry macho and relief here.
I am?
And that's, that's what I've got.
No, no, no, no.
Hang on, this is C. Yes, yes, this is C. Yeah, cry macho is D. Oh!
Yeah, cry macho is D. I'm gonna, I'm gonna open with the store.
Yes.
I'll move the disclaimer down then.
Yeah, well then that's good.
Glad I mentioned that then.
By the way, I updated the store buffer.
Yeah, oh nice!
Oh, that's a little small.
I want to use the big MAGA mug image.
MAGA gal, MAGA guy.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Okay, we got about one minute.
Okay.
I have to mention I love this From Russia With Love poster being right in my eyeline.
It's one of my favorite movies.
I have every single James Bond movie.
It's hard as to whether that or Goldfinger.
Those were the two I used to watch all the time.
Those were the two.
Which one's better?
What's that, Geoff?
I can never decide which one's better.
You're such a cynical bastard, you really are.
Well, you know the story that From Russia With Love was one of President Kennedy's top ten favorite books?
Well, that's why James Bond became huge, because he gave an interview to Playboy where he said it.
And then that's why they decided to make From Russia With Love, even though it was chronologically out of order, they decided to make it for Kennedy, and he got to see it in the White House, I think like a few days before he went to Dallas.
What a fun movie, too.
And the Turkish guy, he's actually Mexican, from Russia With Love, is amazing.
You know the guy, Karim Bey, he had serious cancer.
Really?
And he didn't tell anybody, after the film finished, he shot himself.
Oh my goodness, that is insane.
All right, meeting mics.
Thank you.
Screw you, Freedom.
No, Arnie.
Screw you.
We're back.
I'm Sebastian Gorka and we are so excited.
We have a brand new store for everything America First.
The latest product.
We designed it a few days ago.
It's already up there.
You can order it now.
Do you believe in MAGA?
Are you a MAGA gal?
Are you a MAGA guy?
If so, you need one of our Made in America mugs.
They've got an amazing, amazing design with my old boss, Donald Trump.
It says on the front, I'm a MAGA man.
On the bottom, it's got an American eagle.
Why?
Because it's made in America.
And if you're a lady, it says, I'm a MAGA gal!
Go to SebGawkerStore.com.
That's SebGawkerStore.com.
You can get the t-shirts from the President's Rally we made for when he came on the show three weeks ago.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
Those are selling crazily.
Check them out at SebGawkerStore.com and so, so much more.
We're back with Matt Boyle.
Matt Boyle needs one of those mugs.
We're gonna send him one of those MAGA man mugs.
Alright, Matt?
That sounds like a plan, Dr. Gorka.
I'll use it every day.
Okay, now I need your investigative skills to tell me what is going on in the Twitterverse because Jeff just found a post, a URL, from Donald Trump Jr.
Right, Jeff?
Is that right?
Yes, I did.
Donald Trump Jr.
And it's just an image in a URL.
Eric, would you put it up on the screen?
And the URL is do you miss me yet?
That's all it is.
It's just do you miss me yet?
And you click on it and it's a photograph of the president in front of an American flag.
Do you have any exclusive intel for us?
Well look, I think obviously a few weeks ago Dr. Gorka spent a couple hours with President Trump.
I very much think that he didn't say it explicitly that he's going to run again.
But I very much expect that he will in 2024.
And the latest is today there's a McLaughlin poll that just came out.
That shows President Trump leading President Biden in the polling in a national poll.
This is a big deal because technically speaking, oftentimes Republicans don't lead in the national popular polls.
They lead in the key states.
But when you do a national poll and you have a Republican leading a Democrat, especially an incumbent president like Biden, you have in this case Trump leading him.
I mean, that's a big bad news for Biden because that means that Trump is probably leading in places like Florida, Iowa, North Carolina, Ohio State to all that Trump won in 2016 and 2020 by significantly higher numbers than than that.
So he's already up by three points going into 2020 or 2024.
In all of that, in that precipitous loss of confidence in Joe Biden, including amongst those who voted for him, how big a story is the Mark Milley talking to the Chinese outside the chain of command?
How much could that hurt Biden's administration?
Yes.
Well, look, here's the thing.
The thing about Milley is particularly dangerous to him.
Look, I think that Milley is a liability to Biden.
So he's already demonstrated that he's willing to undermine the United States of America for whatever twisted political goal that he's invented or whatever.
But the other thing is that, let's say Biden pushes Milley out for whatever reason.
Who's to say then Milley doesn't go turn around and screw Biden over, and then give to the Republicans in Congress all of the evidence that we need to really hold Biden accountable on Afghanistan?
Milley knows things.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
When do Democrats do that?
When do Democrats help Republicans, Matt?
They don't, but they know they don't.
There's nothing Millie can do to win them over, right?
Like, they'd never have trusted him.
So this whole critical race theory where, remember earlier this year, white rage and all this stuff from Millie?
So I think that that was an effort by Millie to try to appease and suck up to the new boss, right?
Which is General Austin at the Pentagon and as the Secretary and then President Biden.
But, you know, last year he was sucking up to Trump, right?
Like, when he was out there, remember when he was marching through the streets of D.C.? ?
Well, and then apologizing.
Right.
Yeah, but it's super easy.

I just did a video download. - Yeah. - What's it called?
What?
Yeah.
Really?
It's a year before, May of 2019.
All right.
Hey, there's a new Fauci video from May of 2019 where he said during a pandemic wearing masks is a paranoid tool.
What?
Yeah.
Really?
It's a year before May of 2019.
All right.
I need to see that.
Let me get it real quick.
Call him up.
Just wait a minute or two.
Okay.
Okay.
Here's the video.
Yeah.
And the best way for me to prevent getting an infectious disease and having to have you as my doctor is what?
Wearing a mask?
No, no, no.
Somebody, I can see they're getting ready to sneeze or cough, walk away?
You avoid all the paranoid aspects and do something positive.
Good diet.
B, you don't smoke, I know.
I know you don't drink, at least not very much, so that's pretty good.
Get some exercise.
I know that you don't get as much exercise as you should.
That's correct.
Get good sleep.
I think that the normal, low-tech, healthy things are the best thing that you can do, David, is stay healthy.
Cassio.
Get Cassio on the phone.
Fafsi says you don't need masks.
Oh, and getting to post Lemon as well.
All those Botox-injecting Magavodas.
That just confirms it.
Everyone talks about you.
We're living in a bubble.
You're living in a bubble.
All the people who you're in circles with, you're just living in your own bubble.
Are you kidding me?
And the Tucker thing.
Why is Cotton at Tom Cotton protecting Millie?
He said it was far-fetched three times, Cotton.
Swamp!
One minute.
That's what I'm saying.
One minute warning.
What?
How else does someone with that charisma become a senator?
Unless people are pulling you off.
Oh yeah.
Yeah.
I mean, he's a cardboard cutout.
Carboard Cutout.
For the guests, both of his two verified Twitters are inactive, so should I just put... Former Pennsylvania State Senator.
Okay, we've got American Financing Disclaimer, Crime Macho Embed, and Relief Factor.
Alright.
We'll come in with that in 20 seconds.
And I have some cold coffee that I didn't realize was in my mug.
Your America First mug.
And I'm going to drink it.
Made in America.
Eagle on the bottom.
Those do look very cool.
All right.
Oh, that's good actually.
Stand by.
Ice coffee.
Portions of America First are brought to you in part by American Financing.
Warner Brothers Pictures presents Cry Macho from the legendary director, he's actually an actor as well by the way, Clint Eastwood.
It's the story of being lost and found.
Clint Eastwood returns as a one-time rodeo star and washed-up horse breeder who takes a job to bring back his ex-boss's young son from Mexico.
The unlikely pair face an unexpectedly challenging journey home, where the only road home is through redemption.
In theatres and on HBO Max for 31 days tomorrow, rated PG-13, may be inappropriate for children under 13.
That's the latest Clint Eastwood must-watch cry-macho on HBO and in theatres now.
Okay, where are we?
Yes, we have an amazing story.
Thanks to my...
Am I gonna say live on radio?
My brother-in-law reached out to me this morning and he said, have you seen this story in Fox News?
I know the guy who did it!
And I said, really?
Um, well then connect us.
And he did!
So thank you, unnamed brother-in-law, for connecting us to a man who understands communications, strategic communications, former Pennsylvania State Senator.
Delighted to have him on the show.
Scott Wagner, welcome to America First.
Sebastian, how are you this afternoon?
I am much better for seeing the 15 billboards you put up around Pennsylvania.
Oh, there it is.
Thank you, Eric.
So it's a photograph.
I'm not sure.
I'll have to ask Brian Stelter if it's doctored or not.
It is Joe Biden in a Taliban outfit holding an RPG grenade launcher with the sign making the Taliban great again.
I dread to think how much those 15 billboards cost you.
God bless you for doing it.
Tell us why you did it, Scott.
Well, Sebastian, I have a political background.
I'm going to be 66 years old next week.
I've been in business my whole life.
This country has been great to me.
We live in the greatest country.
And so to think that our government, our president, left 25, excuse me, 75,000 vehicles, 500 aircraft, all the weapons, all the ammunition, explosives, night vision equipment, that kind of stuff.
We left it for the Taliban.
And now I was actually just on the Internet looking at images of over the last several weeks, the Taliban soldiers, fighters, driving and riding in U.S.
armored personnel carriers.
I mean, it's just amazing that this is going on.
And somebody has to step up and say something.
It's madness what we've done.
So we have given the Taliban an early Christmas, quite frankly.
And they're going to use this equipment on us and other countries.
But somebody's got to stand up.
And that's why I did what I did.
You know, we hear the stories, the news stories, the Taliban is going through neighborhoods right now.
You know, looking for young girls, teenage girls to marry their fighters.
You know, they have, uh, they, they don't believe in women's rights.
And Sebastian, when you think about the last 18 years of people that were born in Afghanistan, zero to 18 years old that have had a taste of freedom, democracy, um, you know, good things in the world.
And all of a sudden that world they've known has been yanked out from under them.
I think it's, I think it's a tragedy.
And, uh, You know, we pulled out in the wrong way.
And I personally, this is my personal opinion, I think we're the laughing stock of the world.
And, you know, but I also, I traveled around the state of Pennsylvania a lot when I was in the Pennsylvania Senate.
And when I was running for governor of Pennsylvania in 18, I met a lot of veterans that had wounds, had lost arms and legs, you know, families who lost loved ones over In Afghanistan and Iraq, what do we say to those people?
So that's really my message and why I ran, you know, the billboards.
My phone is just lighting up.
This is my question to you.
I mean, God bless you for doing this.
This is what the GOP should be doing every day, but they're asleep or I don't know what.
What's the reaction been to these amazing billboards of Biden making the Taliban great again?
Share a few of those responses.
Well, it's interesting you say that.
I just had a gentleman call me from Las Vegas and he asked if I would be willing to forward his name to my billboard company and would they send artwork?
Well, I did that and I got an email a couple minutes ago back from the owner and he said, no problem.
He said, I've had probably at least a dozen requests to send artwork out to other states.
So these boards are popping up in other states.
Listen, I haven't heard a lot of negativity.
But listen, if there's people that think that I'm a nutjob or, you know, you don't like me because of what I did, well, maybe you should go live in Afghanistan and I'd be, quite frankly, willing to buy you a one-way first-class ticket.
You ought to go there and live and just see what it's like over there.
I've been there.
I've been there in 2006 and I do not want to live there.
I'm very happy to be an American living in America.
Share with me, help me if you will, I know the part of the world where you come from.
I spent a lot of time in Pennsylvania because of my wife's family.
Why do so many Pennsylvanians vote Democrat, Scott?
I think, Sebastian, the reason in Pennsylvania is the public sector unions are so strong in Pennsylvania.
They have automatic dues deduction.
They take dues money right out of their worker paychecks.
And they have so much money at their disposal, and they fund candidates.
That's when I ran for governor of Pennsylvania in 2018.
I think Governor Wolf received somewhere between $15 million and $20 million from public sector unions.
And the big one is the PSEA, which is the teachers' union.
So I think there's just so much money in Pennsylvania that comes from the public sector unions that it's just tough for us to really prevail against that kind of money.
Well, God bless you for what you have done.
I hope to see those billboards across the country.
I want the graphics file for that poster so we could print one up here for our studio, which is actually lined with movie posters.
I think we need one of those.
We have been talking to Scott Wagner, former Pennsylvania State Senator and candidate for governor.
Thank you, Scott, for doing what you do.
We need more like you.
And thank you to my brother-in-law.
You know who you are.
Thanks for making that interview possible.
God bless you, Scott.
Thank you.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Nothing I did worked.
I took Relief Factor and two weeks later I was pain free and I'm still pain free more than two and a half years later.
John Jr.
Yes.
Relief Factor.
Relief Factor.
Is it real?
It is real.
I'm swearing by it now.
I just started taking it a couple weeks ago.
How old are you?
I am 22 years old.
Why are you taking it?
Why am I taking it?
Because I broke my leg and I was off all the opioids, all the pain medication, less than a week out of surgery.
I was taking my Relief Factor and I just went in for an appointment today.
Everything looks Stellar in there.
Oh my goodness.
I swear by it.
Seven screws and a rod, but he is dancing the light fantastic down the hallways here.
Why?
Because of relief factors.

No nerves there.
I like that.
Nicely done.
This is a good day today, man.
Flash flooding, though.
I just got an alert.
Oh, yeah.
We haven't had one of those in a while.
I want to send that to the Relief Factor guys.
Will you get me the audio of that read with you?
And can you make the video of that as well, Eric?
Just as a private... You can't do private, can you?
Not on Rumble, no.
So, like, the video of, uh, just... Oh, just put it, just put it, you know, what, you know, relief factor works.
Just make a short clip and just put it on Rumble and send me the link.
But you mean, like, the video footage of that, of you talking over B-roll, or...?
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, and talking to Jon.
That whole thing, that last minute.
Okay, yeah.
Honestly, I've got, my mom started taking it too.
She, so I had, you got me some of the packets, so she's like, oh, well, you know, I've got some, you know, joint pain, yada, yada, yada.
And she comes in yesterday into my room and says, can I have some more of that?
That's actually really helping.
You become a dealer for your family.
It's crazy.
But, you have to take it continuously.
Yes.
That's the key.
She has to know.
You can't like, oh, I hurt today, I take it.
It's got to be the anti-inflammatory effect.
Okay, got a couple of calls.
Got to do my pillow.
Oh, and the Fauci thing, how long is that?
That's like 20 seconds?
30 seconds.
I'll use that in the next app.
Okay.
Let's get a Trump in here.
I want to do that.
We haven't done that today.
We've got to keep it going.
Okay, we've got 15 seconds here.
Let's get into it.
- Just do it. - Just do it. - Yep. - I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
You know somebody else President Trump knows very well.
I'm so excited.
What is that website about?
Do you miss me yet?
Can't wait.

And guess who's on the line?
And guess who I got to meet when I was in California at the weekend?
It is the one and only Antoinette!
Hello, Dr. G. It was a pleasure.
We got to meet.
I was... You are a delightful lady and a very beautiful lady.
Did you know that?
Oh, thank you so much.
That's so sweet of you.
And it was fabulous to meet you in person at our town hall.
Listen, the most important things are we've moved one of our locations.
Okay.
Planned Parenthood, normally there's two locations.
Mission Viejo on Mondays morning, 9 to 11.
Right.
The one on Thursday morning, 9 to 11, we were at Tuscan Orange.
There's such a huge crowd.
We're going to let that continue, but all of us gals and guys, We moved to the Santa Ana location on Thursdays now, which is on 17th Street.
In Santa Ana, Thursday now.
That's going to be our new focus.
What time?
What time?
9 in the morning till 11.
Okay, so it's the Mission Viejo Mondays at the 17th Street Santa Ana Planned Parenthood on Thursdays 9 to 11.
Fabulous.
Appreciate the update.
Godspeed to you.
Keep being a voice for the voiceless, Antoinette.
And it was fabulous to see you.
Let's squeeze in one more call.
It's ladies' night.
Missy, West Virginia.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
How are you?
Very well.
I have two questions for you.
You're intelligent, so help me out with it.
Why is it first question?
Why is it that the only ID that's racist in the world is a voter ID?
Because it makes it harder to steal elections.
But I just found that so curious.
My second question is, if Biden was so worried about saving lives, the vaccine is not the cure.
I'm just curious why 330 million people didn't die without a vaccine over the last 18 months just here in the United States.
Oh, hang on, hang on.
That's fabulous.
Just say that question again.
That is gold.
Say that again.
Why did what?
Why did what?
Why did 332, I believe it's 332 million people in the United States over the past 18 months not die of COVID if this is our greatest fear and the reason why he's trying to mandate that we take the vaccine?
Missy, Missy.
What?
How dare you be logical?
How dare you?
Use your mind, your God-given reason that you have because you are made in the Lord's image.
That is superb.
Stay on the line, Missy.
I want her to get one of our America First hoodies, the one with the stars and stripes in the hood, because she deserves it.
What a great question.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Stay with us here on America First.

Thank you.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Welcome back.
Oh, Eric, you gotta hit the lights.
We've got a lighting issue here.
I look like I'm under an interrogation light bulb.
We've got these fancy new... There you go, video.
Much better.
Thank you, Erica.
Well, how did that happen?
Did they get switched on by themselves?
Spooky!
Oh, no.
That's okay.
We have the...
News that imminently, perhaps today, perhaps Friday, which makes more sense because when the swamp wants to hide something then they do it on a Friday, that John Durham is going to indict a lawyer from Hillary Clinton's law firm for misrepresenting himself to the FBI.
Is this a big deal?
I don't think so.
When you've got the corruption, the likes of which we haven't seen in America, to undermine just not a political campaign, but a newly elected president, some lawyer misrepresenting themselves.
If he were indicting Hillary Clinton or James Comey, Or John Brennan?
Or James Clapper?
Then I'd be impressed.
But we shall see what we shall see.
In the meantime, let's deal with the scandals that have broken in just the last 48 hours.
Mark Milley.
Is he a traitor?
If he spoke to China to create some secret hotline between himself, an individual outside of the military chain of command, and the communist military in China, then that is textbook treason.
As such, why would somebody who has presented himself as a hardcore conservative combat veteran who will run for president.
All senators think they get to be president except, you know, decent ones like Marshall Blackburn who actually care about their states that they represent.
Why would somebody like Tom Cotton defend Mark Milley?
Not once.
Not twice.
Not three times.
And I give full credit to Tucker Carlson, one of the few truth tellers left on that network, for calling out Tom Cotton.
Let's listen to what Tucker has to say.
Cut 9, please.
No one in Congress seems to care.
At all.
People with oversight seem to be on his side.
This morning, Tom Cotton, the Republican senator from Arkansas, came on Fox & Friends to talk about Mark Milley.
Here's part of that conversation.
This book raises some serious concerns.
I have to say, some of the allegations seem somewhat far-fetched to me.
But General Milley and Secretary Austin are going to be testifying in front of Congress in just a few days, and we'll address these concerns.
We don't want to jump to conclusions yet.
I know he will address it, and we'll ensure that he addresses it.
But this is one of those claims, obviously.
That seems a little far-fetched, the idea that an American military general is going to warn an adversary if an attack is coming.
As you say, when Donald Trump was never even thinking about a military attack against China, the whole thing is pretty far-fetched.
Oh, we don't want to jump to conclusions yet.
Really?
What conclusions?
At the time that interview took place, this morning, it had already been conclusively established that Mark Milley was pushing open racism on the United States military, that he had bragged to fellow officers about resisting the American president, quote, with guns, and that he had told military officials that he, not the president, controlled our country's nuclear arsenal.
So how much more evidence do you need exactly?
And why does no one in Washington consider this a crisis?
The leadership of the Pentagon, some of them anyway, constitute a threat to the United States.
Senator Cotton.
What's going on with him?
Let's consult with a man who I have described to others as perhaps the individual I have worked with Who has the best political instincts outside of a former real estate developer from Queens.
You know him as Mr. G. Jeff, how do you react to that?
Give us your... What does the marrow in your bones say about Tom Cotton?
A man with that charisma that becomes a senator is brought up by other people.
You mean a guy who has no charisma?
Exactly.
Okay, so he's just a front man.
Yeah, he didn't start off small, working rooms, coming up with new ideas.
People didn't buy into him.
Somebody brought him in with a lot of power, a lot of money.
And now, based upon the fact that he defended Millie three times in those clips, it means he's swamped, right?
Yeah, and the biggest part, too, is he defends it after Millie came out with that statement that was a non-answer.
Well, a non-denial.
A non-denial, I mean.
Non-denial.
Yeah.
It's so disheartening.
Let's ask somebody whose, I think, heart may be broken today.
Eric, are you there?
I've got your six, as always.
What do you react to that Tom Cotton piece from Tucker?
As you suggested, Tom Cotton was originally one of my favorites.
He was very good on immigration.
He tried to use the RAISE Act and others to limit legal and illegal immigration in the United States.
But yeah, I think what Jeff said is definitely true.
He definitely has backers from the swamp.
And above all else, he is, I think, foreign policy is his main thing.
He kind of threw out this red meat on immigration to get the Trump base.
Showing his true colors here, unfortunately, that, you know, again, like Josh Hawley, someone I also used to like, but now I realize, people will do anything to compete for the Trump mantle after, you know, in the, quote, post-Trump era.
Yeah, but defending Millie's not how you get the Trump mantle, is it, Eric?
No, that's his true colors showing through, that, you know, he'll defer to a senior military official rather than, you know, believe that said person may or may not have committed treason.
Incredible.
The swamp is so broad, so deep.
Let's go to somebody who actually served this nation with honour in uniform, former airborne trooper, Ray from Livermore, Line 2.
Dr. G, thank you for taking my call.
Yeah, thanks.
This whole thing, you know, people are talking about, you know, what do our enemies think of us?
What are our allies losing confidence in us, you know?
But I'm looking at it from a different place, from the bottom of the chain of command, the enlisted man, the NCO who's a lifer, who's dedicated his life as a career in the military and looking up his chain of command and seeing these scoundrels, the Vindmans, the Millies, the Austins, the Kellys who You lose complete confidence in the men who are commanding you.
How can this be good for the man at the bottom?
We're an all-volunteer force.
These are people who are there because they want to be there.
They love their country.
And then they look at these lifers above them, selling them out to the communist Chinese.
I mean, Dr. G, this does not have a good ending.
Yeah, I think this is the most dangerous aspect of all.
If a president with strength, with conviction, comes back into the White House, we can replace the generals, we can fire or cashier them.
But the effect, Ray, on just the esprit de corps of those who are actually the backbone of our fighting forces.
What good guy is going to stay in the military, Ray, if they have to be politically correct?
Yeah, and if your commanders, the men above you in the chain of command are questioning you and your sensibilities, oh, are you the enemy of our country?
The rank and file of our military being looked at if they have some sort of white rage or some strange made-up vision of the left.
You know, Dr. Gorka, I've been working on this thought for a while.
There used to be this app called "Pokeman Go" and you could look through your phone and you can see things that didn't exist.
Little cartoon characters and the left is looking at our country through a "Pokeman Go" app and seeing things that nobody else sees that aren't real and then projecting them onto the rest of us.
Ray, you mean the white supremacists aren't everywhere?
Well, you had General Boynton on and he talked about this, you know, 40 years career in the military.
He's He said, I've never seen anything like this.
I don't know what they're talking about.
And Dr. G, neither have I. I've worked next to and below men of color.
I don't even like that term.
Black men who were great soldiers and great leaders.
And to put this kind of garbage in people's head and make you question the man next to you in the foxhole and then furthermore question your chain of command.
There's no confidence anywhere in the ranks, Dr. G.
No, we've got to rebuild the military.
Again, we did it for four years and we're going to have to do it again.
God willing, when my old boss announces and then we get him back into the White House.
Thank you, Ray.
Let's go to Champa in Maryland, line one.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Hi.
Hello.
I just met you at the National Catholic Prayer Break.
Yes, I remember, I remember.
And you wanted to make an announcement.
God bless you.
You're like Antoinette.
Tell all our millions of listeners what you're doing, Champa.
Yes.
As you may have heard, we have the 40 Days for Life campaign starting again for the fall.
This Wednesday, the 22nd, between 8 and 9 a.m., is the kick-off event where we would pray and bear witness to what's going on at the Carhartt Clinic in Bethesda.
And the next day, at 7.30 p.m., we're going to have an outdoor mass and Eucharistic procession.
Right by the clinic, in the parking lot between the Carhartt Clinic and Balducci's, the gourmet supermarket.
Okay, so let me make sure everybody knows.
So this is in Bethesda, Maryland, the Carhartt Abortion Clinic.
Wednesday the 22nd, 8 to 9 a.m., and then the next day there'll be a mass and a solemn procession at 7 p.m.
at the same location, correct?
Yes, 7.30 p.m.
7.30 p.m.
God bless you, Champa.
Wonderful to see you in person at the Catholic Parade Breakfast.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First.
Stay with us.
Stay with us.
But I want to... Yeah, it's a longer cut.
Who controls the sound on that?
Is that you?
The Millicut?
If it's video... If it's video, I... Well, I... They both can.
Yeah, I can... Can you put it down after about 30 seconds?
Yeah, I can put it down whenever you give me the signal.
I'll give you the signal.
So Eric can just play it, and then I can mess around with it.
Okay, good.
All right.
There's one thing that all these people just don't do, and it's the simplest thing, right?
So when I was on Tucker, the one thing that I said that I think I can really just... I think I wasn't thinking as forward as I really should have been, but it was, oh, if you see something, you say something, right?
So that whole school thing was just because, you know, I saw something, didn't look right, so I spoke up and said, well, You can't be doing stuff in school.
And people just won't do that.
No.
People just won't say when they say something wrong.
It takes courage.
Colonel K, are you there?
Did you see line three, by the way?
Almost there.
I want to try and get him on.
Yeah, we should do that.
Can you send a story in?
You've got some echoing here.
John, I know we've dealt with this before.
Okay, yeah, yeah.
It was because that was Comrex before.
Okay, sorry.
So try now, Colonel K. How are you?
10-9-8?
That's good.
Yeah.
Okay.
All right.
Perfect.
Good.
Mike's alive as usual.
Okay.
What do we have here?
A little closer.
A little more looming.
How's the book doing?
Book's doing very well.
Good.
I'm very excited about it.
I still have to chat to you about that whole self publishing business.
Ah, it's true.
Yeah.
It's been very successful.
I saw your publisher the day you broke that news on my show.
We had dinner together.
Oh, really?
And I said, he broke that news on my show.
And he said, oh, well, I hadn't heard from him yet.
Well, what happened is we signed the contract electronically.
It got screwed up, so I had to re-sign it the next morning.
Technology.
It's a lovely world of law.
Technology.
Alright, so we're gonna talk Millie Millie Millie.
Oh good.
Millie mouth.
Um, come in, what do I have to do?
I'm going to do a car 15, and then I'm going to very quickly tee up the Pompeo cut, okay?
And I'll do the Millie one later.
Okay.
You let me know when you want me to... Pompeo 6.
Do the Millie one, yeah.
Uh, yes.
Oh yeah, I have it.
Every time I look at the thumbnail image with Pompeo, I have to do a double take because he does not look the same.
No, he's lost, like, he's lost about 50 pounds, and he's gone grey, and he looks good.
Yeah.
By the way.
What?
Those shirts were on Amazon, but now you click on it, it's a dead link.
Oh, the Taliban greeting card shirts?
Yeah.
Now, sorry we couldn't find that page, but they come up in Google Results.
Can you go back a link?
Can you show me the actual thing?
Oh, that's fitting.
Oh my gosh.
All right, send the Fox story to Randy.
All right, 35 seconds.
Okay, good.
All right, everybody, get into it.
Another day rolling by.
I know, rolling by, rolling by.
Exciting.
All right, so we're gonna come with the car and we'll go into a cut right after.
Yep.
All right, 15 seconds.
Standby.
Hey honey, keep the dog under control for me.

Thanks to Robert Darvey, yes, THE Robert Darvey, actor and singer, who is listening to the show and wanted a little bit of extra information.
We're talking about Clint Eastwood's latest movie, Cry Macho, and he told me, I didn't know this and I appreciate that, Robert, that Cry Macho is also produced by Al Ruddy, legendary producer of The Godfather, Million Dollar Baby, The Longest Yard, And one of the most famous old-timers in the film business.
Thank you, Robert, for that additional information.
We are back, and we're talking Millie, we're talking treason, sedition, and somebody has an opinion, and he's the former director of the CIA and Secretary of State, Mike Pompeo.
Cut six.
We should make sure that we as quickly as we can figure out if General Milley spoke to Woodward himself.
We should find out if General Milley is prepared to testify.
We can do it tomorrow or the next day to get clarity about what General Milley said.
I don't know the DOD's policy, Sean, exactly on whether there would be a transcript of this phone call, but I promise you there were note takers in the room.
I am very confident that that conversation could be reconstructed if If you had a senior military leader who was simply an advisor tell the Chinese Communist Party that they would get notice of an attack, that this rivals anything we've seen in our nation's history.
Only the President of the United States has the capacity to make those decisions and I'd be shocked if the then acting Secretary of Defense gave him any authority to even contemplate that very conversation.
It would only be those two people that could have told General Milley to have that conversation if in fact it took place.
Let's ask a man who has worn the cloth of the Republic for decades.
I call him Colonel K. Kurt Schlichter, the author most recently of The Split.
Kurt, thank you for jumping in today.
Follow this man at Kurt Schlichter.
Read his articles at Town Hall.
This is my take.
We haven't rehearsed any of this.
I'm going to give you Dr. G's analysis.
I'm risking everything here because I'm going to ask you whether you disagree or don't agree.
But free fire zone, free fire zone.
Here's my take.
This is what I told the guys on Breitbart this morning.
Robert Woodward is a putz and a liar.
He's a pathetic little gnome of a man who just makes crap up.
It's what he does.
He's been doing it for 40 years.
So there's that problem with the source.
Did this happen because the guy's an inveterate liar?
Yet you have, oh my god, I'm using the phrase fact pattern with a lawyer.
How, okay, there is a pattern of behavior from Millie which is politically correct.
From the video undermining his boss after the Lafayette Square quelling of the firebombers To his praising critical race theory, saying he's white and we have to investigate white rage, on and on and on.
So it is not outside the bounds of feasible scenarios that he did this with his Chinese counterparts.
I want to ask you, as somebody who's served in the US military, where do you stand?
What's your gut reaction to this horrible story?
Well, Dr. Gorka, I mean, considering that Woodward and Millie are both terrible, terrible people with a proven track record of failure, perhaps they cancel out each other and then you have to assume it's true.
I look at it.
Millie has not come out and denied it.
Suddenly he's shy again, you know, after taking 250 years of American civil military tradition and flushing it down the toilet.
He's decided now he has to be quiet?
Well, I mean, I guess we gotta take it when we get it.
It's him running his full mouth that's been causing all these problems, from announcing that America's greatest strategic threat is the weather, to his insane white rage nonsense, to undercutting the president.
And look, I like I like Donald Trump as much as anybody, but after that Lafayette thing, I'd have had him handing out snow cones at Elmendorf Airport Space.
I mean, holy cow!
You mean when Millie started lecturing us on video about 200 years of racial injustice after President Trump stopped the firebombers?
Oh yeah, yeah.
That's exactly what I would have done.
I look at that, it's almost the equivalent of Harry Truman calling up MacArthur and asking him to come mow his lawn.
Look, I like the president, but the president likes generals and he likes them too much.
You need to look at them with a jaundiced eye and understand that our generals are now part of the establishment.
They are of the establishment.
The War College curriculum is largely designed to integrate them into the establishment and get rid of all the kind of stuff that makes good generals good generals.
And have them buy into all the presumptions of our failed elite.
Millie has done that and more.
Millie has gone in 110% for the establishment.
And it's paying off.
He will not be held accountable.
He's not going to get fired.
He's not going to get court-martialed.
He's going to retire as a four-star.
Though he should probably retire as a major.
And that is the problem with our institutions.
The utter lack of accountability.
Dr. Gorka, as you know, from your working with the American military, the civil-military relationship used to be sacred.
And the fact is, we were in the passenger seat as military officers, never the driver's seat.
And this guy had no fear to completely toss that out the window.
What does that tell you about our elite?
It tells you there's no such thing as accountability.
And the fact that you have all these people You know, from buffoons like Tom Nichols, the expert on experts, to some generals, to the bozos and clowns of MSNBC, making excuses for this and actually saying it's a good thing.
And I look at this and it's remarkable that we have an elite that wants to For the sake of short-term expedience, undermine and undercut everything that gave them their power and prestige.
And you know what?
For once, they may succeed.
Yeah.
I want to keep you on for one more segment because there's not just the issue of The ideology, the insertion of political correctness, and the idea that... I'm going to say this now, no names.
I had dinner with a former faculty member of West Point.
He said to me, and he's a former cavalry officer, however bad you think it is in terms of political correctness at West Point, Multiply it by five.
It is much, much worse.
And I think of one thing.
This doesn't start with Millie.
This doesn't start with Austin.
When you have that punk Lieutenant Cadet Rapone Yes.
Yeah, communists in his West Point uniform flip his cover over.
Inside his cover, it says communism will win.
And he pulls back his dress uniform.
And underneath, he has his Che Guevara T-shirt.
That means the whole system is corrupt.
And the question I want to discuss next with you, his insertion of himself into the chain of command when Milley had no authority by statute to be anywhere near the chain of command of the United States of America.
We're talking to the author of Split and the 21 Lies About You and Donald Trump.
He's Col.
K. Follow him at Kurt Schlichter.
Read his articles at townhall.com.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.
Okay.
All right.
He's stepped away from his seat for a moment.
I believe someone's at the door.
Yeah, I wanted the audio down real quick.
I cannot see the video.
I have to put a sticker out at home when I'm filming for TV.
Yeah.
Do not.
Because...
I can imagine.
When the doorbell rings, my dogs go nuts.
Of course the UPS guy shows up and rings the doorbell and stands there waiting as this is going on.
Can't you tell him Dr. G's on the line?
I would happily!
And he would probably be suitably chastened.
But you know, he's just a hard-working American trying to make a living.
My UPS driver is the best guy in the world.
Massive fan.
When he's delivering my ammunition, he always leaves two milk bones for the dogs.
Great guy.
Great guy.
Class act right there.
All right.
Nice.
God bless him.
I can't either.
Okay, so it's just the guy's been indicted, right?
Yeah.
And it's Perkins Cooey, right?
I'm not sure.
Can you just send me the guy's name?
Just text me the guy's name.
Sussland.
Sussland?
Sussman.
S-U-S-S-M-A-N.
Okay, what's his first name?
I believe first name Michael, but I'm not sure.
Michael, can you check that, Eric?
Thanks.
If it's the guy I think you're talking about.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And check that it's Perkins Coie.
It is Perkins Coie.
It is Perkins Cooey, 100%.
His name is Michael Sussman.
Michael, okay.
Michael Sussman, and yeah, Perkins Cooey lawyer.
And the indictment is for misrepresenting himself to the FBI that he wasn't on Clinton's payroll, right?
Yes.
Right.
That's the allegation.
What a... Really, that's the charge?
Oh boy!
Two years.
There we go.
Justice is finally done.
Yeah, right.
They got a minion.
Comey gets another book deal and this guy gets, you know... By the way, who was FBI director while that guy was molesting the entire women's gymnastics team?
Comey.
Mr. Integrity.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Mr. Higher Loyalties.
Right.
Higher Loyalties.
You know, you can't have a society where there's no accountability.
It doesn't last very long.
Okay, that's a great line.
I'm going to ask you about that.
No accountability.
That's good.
These guys are just writing my book for me.
All I have to do is transcribe.
It's like when Media Matters gets really pissed at me and then transcribes the show.
It's like, great.
I don't have somebody to transcribe my show.
I love it.
Thanks, guys.
Oh, Zaki.
Did you see the article Zaki Pooh wrote about me?
Oh, no.
We're going to discuss that.
Hey, Zaki Pooh.
You're so sad.
You're so sad.
We're gonna have fun with you.
His voice cracked a couple times.
It cracked, it cracked.
On that voicemail.
On that voicemail, I know.
His voice cracks when he's leaving a voicemail?
Dude, you know you can buy testosterone pills?
You should try it, okay?
If your neck is about the width of your little finger, your pinky, just go to the gym once a month.
Just try it, you know?
Well, we can't call him back.
I know, lift something!
A gym is a symbol of toxic masculinity.
Well, everybody else can call him back, too, if we want him to.
Alright, 40 seconds.
Let's do this.
That's a good impression.
That's very good, Eric.
That's very good.
Glad we could provide some entertainment.
It's the necks.
Why are their necks so little?
It's just so weird.
Alright, 20 seconds.
Everybody stand by, buckle up.
Standing by.
Let's do this thing.
On the side of the U.S. Constitutional Constitution, America first.
Car Firearms is fighting for America.
Car executives stand with America first and are willing to put their brand's reputation on the line to stand for our liberties.
Please support our Second Amendment sponsor, Car Firearms.
I carry a 9mm car.
Check out their amazing line of weapons.
At K-A-H-R dot com.
That's K-A-H-R dot com.
We are back with the one and only Kurt Schlichter.
His book, they can't print it fast enough.
It is literally, as soon as a million of them are on the shelves, they're gone.
Get yours now.
It is the split.
Get his latest number six in the Kelly Turnbull series.
It's nuts.
It's crazy.
Then his non-fiction work, The 21 Lies About You and Donald Trump.
Follow him.
Read him at townhall.com.
You said something.
So the news is out.
Let's just give the breaking news because that's...
I think that's part of my job.
There's a guy called Michael Sussman who works for Perkins Coie.
I don't know why it's pronounced Coie.
It's Coie, but never mind.
Perkins Coie, one of the dodgiest law firms in America, that worked for Hillary Clinton, who has been indicted today!
John Durham does exist.
He may be working at the speed of a sloth, but he does exist, and he's indicted some no-name lawyer who worked for Hillary Clinton for misrepresenting himself to the FBI.
After yesterday's congressional hearing that you mentioned in the break, Kurt, where the FBI director Chris Reyes asked, how is it that dozens of girls, girls were raped By the Olympic gymnast team's doctor and the FBI was told and they did nothing and he said, I don't know.
You said this thing, when there's no accountability in a society, Kurt, what happens?
It falls apart.
And you're seeing that now.
You know, the elite at one time used to police itself.
If you disgraced yourself, you were driven from society.
You remember the Profumo scandal in Britain?
Yes.
If you share the same girlfriend as the Soviet attaché, end of career.
I mean, toast.
It's a little awkward.
And he literally devoted the rest of his life to serving the poor.
Yes!
Let's contrast that with James Comey, who was, by the way, the director of the FBI when those girls were being raped.
Can we just remind the world?
You write fictional works about the collapse of America.
Let's talk about the real world.
How long does this last, Kurt, before something really bad happens?
It starts slowly decaying, and then very quickly it will all fall apart.
We've seen that throughout history.
Everybody thinks things are stable and good, until suddenly they realize that the center cannot hold, and the pressure is too much.
I'm going to write about that in my upcoming nonfiction book, Fall and Rise of America.
The problem is you have an elite that has an unbroken track record of failure, where you're looking at somebody like James Comey, who literally can't protect little girls who he's told are being assaulted, to a military that can't perform basic functions, to a political class that is absolutely incompetent, to an academia that doesn't teach, it simply perpetuates its own sinecures.
America is strong enough that it will hold up for a while, and then suddenly it will fall apart, and then it will fall apart very quickly and become something else.
At least that's what I'm worried about.
We can still save it, but we are dancing on the precipice.
Let me ask you the big question.
It might be hard to empirically answer.
We're talking to Kurt Schlichter.
We've got a minute left.
When it comes to the crazies, I mean the people who really hate America, How small a minority is that?
I know they're the loud ones, but aren't the good guys still the majority?
What's your sense, Kurt?
Well, I think among our elite, there are a lot of people who like America to the extent that it provides them power, prestige, and position.
They like to be fashionable and trash America, by which they mean trashing normal Americans.
Look at the Met Gala.
With that ridiculous young lady in her tax-the-rich dress.
That's kind of performance art.
But they don't love the country.
They love their position in it.
And to the extent that preserving the country preserves their position, they're all for it.
But most Americans, normal Americans, do love the country.
Deeply.
Honestly.
To the death, as unfortunately we've seen in recent weeks.
They will sacrifice their lives for it if asked.
Sadly, their leaders are unworthy of them.
Sadly, they are.
We need to change our elite.
We need real Americans of the America First breed.
God bless you.
The book is The Split.
Follow him at Kurt Schlichter and his writings at townhall.com.
If you love America as much as Kurt does, please join the good guys at Patriot Mobile.

All right.
Mic's back on.
Hey, thanks for having me!
That was superb.
Thank you, brother.
I appreciate it.
Oh, you want a little hints of California?
My wife is taking my mom out to an urgent care.
She probably doesn't have it, but she wants a rapid COVID test.
They don't have any.
Welcome to California!
Wow!
I'm going to my niece's wedding.
They wanted me to get a test.
I went in yesterday, spat in the tube.
I got my result this morning.
You know, that's the Commonwealth.
Yeah.
You know, I was informed that taking the vaccine was going to protect you, which my mom did.
However, who knows?
You science denier!
Don't be a science denier!
Everything's a lie!
Thanks, buddy.
Thanks a lot.
Adios.
Bye-bye.
Bye.
All right.
And we've got here, we're going to do Rudy, we're going to do Relief Factor, and we are going to play Disclaimer for Power of Firearms.
Look at that.
And I'll send those their way.
They want the on-air stuff.
Good, good, good.
We're rolling towards the end here.
Yes, we are.
It's been a fun day.
Need titles when you got a moment.
Yeah, that one, let's do, uh... And everything else.
But yeah, Schlichter.
Comey was boss when they raped those girls.
Uh-huh.
Schlechter.
Um... Wagner.
Yes.
Why I paid for Biden-Taliban billboards.
For the Biden-Taliban billboards.
Boyle.
Is President Trump about to announce?
And then 1A was Millie, right?
Yes.
I want to see how long you can listen to Scarborough Cut.
Okay.
35 seconds Yep.
Tsk, tsk.
30 seconds.
Is Millie a traitor?
Yep.
All right, real quick before we go in, what is your favorite Bond?
Who was it?
Who's your favorite Bond?
Oh, Sean.
Yeah, of course.
Craig is awful.
Yeah.
Awful.
Dalton, okay.
Yeah.
Even Lazenby was okay.
More was my childhood.
Yeah.
All right.
Yep.
Sounds good.
Seven seconds.
get ready to come in.
Portions of America First are brought to you by Carr Firearms.
Okay, he asked.
Here are the answers.
Okay, ready?
Best James Bonds, worst James Bonds.
Best John Connery, worst Daniel Craig.
I mean, just absolutely atrocious.
Roger Moore, my childhood.
The one that has the most effect on me is The Spy Who Loved Me.
Just incredible.
But, you know, the apotheosis of James Bond is, of course, Roger Moore.
Dalton was okay.
And even George Lazenby was, you know, entertaining.
And, by the way, on her Majesty's Secret Service Best Soundtrack.
It may have been instrumental, but the theme is the best theme.
Don't you agree, Geoff, to all of that?
They're all so good, it's just hard to pick one.
He just cracked me up.
He just cracks me up.
Somebody else who amuses me, but also gets huge plaudits from me for his patriotism, and he's as hard a worker as the President.
I mean, seriously.
Rudy Giuliani sleeps as little as President Trump does, and he does it for America.
He's fighting for the truth, and that's why they want to destroy him.
Will you support him for me?
Please.
They want to strip him of his law license, bankrupt him, and get him eventually arrested.
Please support him.
Make a donation to RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
He's done so much, not just for you New York, but for all Americans.
It's time for us to stand.
With America's Mayor.
Go today to RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
That's RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
He's been waiting so patiently while we talked to Colonel K, good friend of the show, Victor from Silver Spring.
Welcome and thank you for your patience, Victor.
I got a question for you.
Can you put that picture of that billboard on a sweatshirt or a t-shirt?
Because I sure would wear it to the Freedom Forum on the 25th to show Chris Bland.
OK, you mean the billboards from Pennsylvania that have Biden dressed as a Taliban and it says, Make the Taliban Great Again.
That one.
Yeah, put that on a t-shirt and a sweatshirt.
OK, Jeff, are you there?
Yes, I am.
What do you think?
Can we get that done?
I think we need to.
You can't get it on Amazon.
Yeah, you looked for it and the link is broken, right?
Already, yeah.
Okay, reach out to our magic elves in the Gawker store.
When is that event you're going to, Victor?
September 25th.
At the book here.
I know, I know, I know.
All right.
We are reaching out right now to the Workshop and the Little Elves.
What size do you need?
Extra large.
Extra large.
Okay, Victor, stay on the line.
We'll get your address again and we are going to see if we can get everyone who wants one Go to sebgorkestore.com, the photograph of the Taliban Biden with the phrase, make the Taliban great again, because that sent a message because that's what he did.
OK, I have been given a challenge by my producer.
How long can I listen to this cut without pulling my headphones out?
It is Joe Scarborough.
That's what I want a general.
That's what America wants their generals to do.
Why don't we just admit it?
They're little snowflakes that melted when General Milley went to the hill and actually said he read a book on critical race thinking.
They just melted.
These little snowflakes that are so delicate, they're so pure, they're so natural.
Their mother sold them and their father sold them.
Enough.
Why do you do that to me, Jeff?
I was curious how long you could listen to that.
That's your idea of fun, isn't it?
Yes, it is.
Well, I think he makes a good point.
I thought you might agree.
In that case, you owe me a cigar, okay?
I lasted long enough there.
Thank you for testing me there.
Let's go to Chris in Fort Wayne, Indiana, line two.
Welcome, Chris.
Hey, Dr. G. What a privilege to be on the air with you.
Thank you, buddy.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
The comment is this.
General Milley is rapidly becoming the General McClellan of the 21st century.
McClellan being the Union General that rose to command of the Army of the Potomac and all the Union forces a little too rapidly.
And then botched the Peninsula Campaign.
He botched Second Bull Run and then Antietam.
So just like Millie botched Afghanistan at least.
But there's one big difference, you know, at least one of those was a warrior.
Have you seen the photograph, Chris, of Patton next to Millie and the number of metal ribbons each has on their chest?
Have you seen that photograph?
I have not, but I've seen pictures of both of them, and you're right.
Patton had fewer medals than he did.
Patton had about three.
He wore about three of them.
One of the greatest warriors mankind has ever seen.
And Millie is like one of those North Korean generals who's got more medals than America has fought wars.
That's who Millie is, Chris.
He reminds me of paper mache.
Yeah, yeah.
No, and he does.
He's just, you think there's a little rod underneath him and he's just this kind of puppet.
He's pathetic.
Thank you for your kind comments.
Stay on the line.
Let's get Chris a copy of Defeating Jihad if you want to understand what Biden has unleashed in Afghanistan.
How the Taliban is stronger than they've ever been and what it's going to take to defeat them.
Get the book that got me to the White House, that got me on candidate Trump's radar screen.
It's Defeating Jihad.
You can get it today at our amazing new store where you can get all of the America First gear that you can drive your liberal friends nuts with.
Or those neighbours you hate down the road.
I've got one.
I walk out there in my Trump t-shirt every day.
It's fun.
SebGorkastore.com.
That's SebGorkastore.com.
The best t-shirt.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
With the president on it.
Check it out today.
Sylvia, California, line one.
Hi, Dr. G. How are you?
Good!
I wanted to say, first of all, Millie, there's no way he turned this way all of a sudden.
He just came out of the closet.
Yes!
He had to have been this way for a while.
Of course!
Of course!
He's been a left winger forever.
And he just found his opportunity.
Yes, he realized that he's now safe to talk about these things openly and that the people above him who are his bosses will reward him for being left-wing.
And Brennan, I think people have been talking so much lately about asking where he's at.
I think he had to indict anybody so this little small guy is who he went after.
You mean Durham?
Yeah, because they were wondering, well, what's he doing?
Yeah, this is pathetic.
This is utterly pathetic.
This person, Michael Sussman, that nobody's ever heard of, that's the guy?
And you're doing it one day before the five-year statute of limitations expires?
What a joke.
If this is all you've got, Durham...
You're like Millie.
You're just another Millie.
You've been hiding for two years and this is what you bring us.
Thank you, Sylvia.
Great call.
Stay on the line.
Let's get Sylvia one of those Donald Trump t-shirts.
If you're woke, you're a loser.
Tell us your size and your address and we'll get you one.
Get yours at SebGorkerStore.com.
Send the crazies a message.
Or, you know, that relative of yours, that brother-in-law who voted for Biden.
Just buy one for him.
It'd be funny.

For live clients, you accepted an endorsement from the new Virginia majority.
They are a large defund the police organization.
They want to abolish prisons and ICE.
You said that you were proud to accept their endorsement.
Well, first of all, Sheriff, I'm proud to accept any endorsements.
I get hundreds and hundreds and hundreds.
I can't... Groups that endorse me, I don't know anything they do.
Did I ever support defund the police?
Are you out of your mind?
I've invested in law enforcement.
I just went through 25 minutes of telling you what I do for the police.
Not defund it.
I funded them.
So you'll never support defunding?
I won't even dignify that with an A. Okay, good.
Play me.
Cut.
Eight.
Eight.
So we try stay a little bit more longer and that's 16 we have a corona test you know that time was Taliban attacked Kabul you know they were in Kabul and we tried to reach State Department State Department don't help us you know my question was from president you know why they left me behind and with my family.
We haven't played the Fauci one have we?
I don't think so.
The Masked One?
No, we haven't.
How long is it?
37 seconds.
So, uh, come in with that.
Okay, coming in with Fauci.
Alright, 30 seconds.
I'm gonna play You're Listening to America First with Dr. G. Boom, Fauci right in after that.
Biggest disappointment the listeners have ever had.
Say you're coming on and then hear Fauci.
I know, it disappoints me as well.
I just can't stand his voice.
All right, stand by.
Standing by.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G.
Amen.
And the best way for me to prevent getting an infectious disease and having to have you as my doctor is what?
Wearing a mask?
No, no, no.
I can see somebody's getting ready to sneeze or cough, walk away.
You avoid all the paranoid aspects and do something positive.
A good diet.
Hang on, what did Fauci just say?
Avoid the paranoia and not wear a mask?
Where did you find that, Jeff?
That's from Bloomberg in May of 2019.
I'm confused.
Well, maybe that was because it's a different coronavirus strain, like what Pisacki said about the research funding.
Oh, so you can fund certain virus strains.
Yeah, but that wasn't the COVID strain.
Okay, I'm sorry.
I need this stuff explained to me because I was told I have to wear 48 masks by that guy.
That, we're posting that, that's amazing.
Well done, Mr. G. Fauci's saying, No, no, no.
Don't wear masks.
That means you're paranoid.
Next time somebody tells me to wear a mask, I'll say, you know, Fauci told me.
Don't be paranoid!
Just don't be paranoid.
Somebody else who is having problems because he seems a little bit worried by sheriffs asking him questions is the former governor of Virginia who thinks he gets to be governor again.
He's Terry McAuliffe, who's asked about defund the police and he didn't take it well.
Play cut.
On July 20th, you accepted an endorsement from the New Virginia Majority.
Not defunded, I funded them.
So you'll never support defunding?
I won't even dignify that with an answer.
If my track record of four years as governor is not enough for you to understand how I feel on law enforcement, I will not dignify that with an answer.
Unbelievable.
I don't believe an answer to either one of those questions.
I don't care what you believe.
I've got the track record.
Yeah, we know your track record.
Hillary Clinton's bag, man.
That's your track record, Terry McAuliffe.
Let's find out who that sheriff is and let's get him on the show.
That was superb, Jeff.
I love that.
He's got a little spunk in him, hasn't he, Terry?
I wonder if Glenn Youngkin does.
Is he still hiding behind those rhinos running his campaign?
Glenn, man up.
Show yourself to have at least as much gumption as that awful man McAuliffe that you think you're going to beat.
You're going to have to show some courage if you are going to beat him.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

The End
Are you a social animal?
What is it Plato said about us?
We're political animals, right?
But are you a social animal?
I detest socializing.
I don't know.
I'm an only child.
Give me a good book, good movie, or walking my dogs and I'm just fine.
But you're in the swamp and...
Sometimes you just gotta get out there, press the flesh, build the brand, hang out with good people.
That's the real reason.
Hang out with good people.
And this week it's been like triple header.
I get to go to California to be with my buddies for our Salem Town Hall.
1400 people!
Including Larry Elder, Dennis Prager, Charlie Kirk, the great one, Mark Levin.
A great night was had by all.
Check out the video.
It's on YouTube the whole two hours.
You don't want to miss it.
And then I come back to the stinking fetid swamp.
And some warriors for truth decided to decamp in D.C.
So we have the Bradley Foundation Prize event, where some amazing people like Molly Hemingway were recognized.
And it's just, you know, a little conservative conclave.
It was fun.
And then, after that, begins the Hillsdale Constitution Conference with this fabulous dinner.
And I tell you guys, that audio that I've shared with you, I think Larry I think President Larry Arm gave one of the most important speeches I've ever heard.
And I told him.
I told him.
One of the most important.
Because it was about courage.
And then Mark Meadows followed it up.
Amazing speech.
And somebody else, who's part of that event, is with us.
And I snagged that target of opportunity!

Disloyal opposition, and she just yesterday gave a presentation in front of that august crowd.
Julie Kelly, welcome to America First one-on-one.
Thank you, Seb, for having me.
What an intro.
Yeah, I know.
The invoice is in the mail.
So what did you talk about yesterday?
What's the topic of your panel?
Just give us a little snippet.
So the subject that I've been covering for the last several months, as you know, and we've talked about, is January 6th.
How the left and the Biden regime and the media are weaponizing it against not just the people who were there that day, but everyone on the right, by extension almost 75 million Trump voters.
And so how that investigation is accelerating and how it is ensnared now over 600 Americans.
And there have been even more recent arrests, have there not?
Every week there are new arrests, so the Justice Department continues this, what I call, terror crusade.
We could call it a jihad, couldn't we?
Probably.
It's a jihad against MAGA.
Yes, it is.
It is.
I mean, this is what you see.
So, the panel discussion yesterday was vaccine mandates and then January 6th, and you could see the convergence of the two.
Right, it's the triangulation.
Vaccine mandates, the hunt for the quote-unquote insurrectionists.
This is about criminalizing conservatives, is it not?
It's criminalizing conservatives and criminalizing any dissent.
Yeah.
So that is really what they're doing.
Now, the vaccine mandates, mask mandates, etc.
are one thing, but what they're really doing with the January 6th investigation, prosecuting people for trespassing, adding felony charges, keeping now about 60 people behind bars, denied bail under pre-trial detention orders.
Let's just stop here.
60 people.
Is any one of them charged with insurrection or revolution?
No.
So what are they charged with, Julie?
Mostly trespassing, civil disorder, conspiracy.
A felony charge that's very common is obstruction of an official proceeding, which more than 200 people face that charge.
It's never been applied to a political protest, ever.
It never was.
It's a 2002 statute that was post-Enron that would stop people from interfering in congressional inquiries.
It was never intended for people who walked in the Capitol when they were certifying the Electoral College.
But this is the way that they are turning Trump supporters into convicted felons.
And they've had several pleas on that already.
And the first one was what?
Eight months in jail, correct?
That's right.
For interrupting an official proceeding.
Exactly right, yes.
And he was called a domestic terrorist in court.
Let's get straight into the weeds right now.
Wasn't this person, the first person who was convicted, wasn't he told that he needs to read the right materials?
That was a different person.
That was a woman who was charged with trespassing.
So unpack that.
So what happened in that case, because I thought it was a joke.
I thought this was the Babylon Bee.
Right.
So somebody else charged with trespass or what have you, and then what does the court say to her?
So a lot of these people have public defenders or court-appointed attorneys out of D.C., which just imagine what their political viewpoints are.
Guys, 94% of D.C.
voted for Hillary Clinton, so imagine what a public defender in D.C.
is like.
Not a lot of MAGA voters there, sorry.
Not at all.
And so these people cannot hire, cannot afford criminal defense attorneys in D.C.
because every case is handled in Washington, D.C.
And they're held in D.C.
These people are imprisoned in D.C.
Yes, so we can talk about the D.C.
Gitmo that is legit.
I mean, we really have a political prison for Trump supporters.
So, Anna Morgan Lloyd was a grandmother from Indiana.
She traveled.
She went inside the Capitol.
She didn't break anything.
She didn't vandalize.
She brought no weapon.
She was charged with four of the most common misdemeanors that are being charged in all of the capital breach cases.
She was appointed a defense attorney, who I believe is also a professor, a radical left-winger, who gave not only Anna Morgan Lloyd but her other appointed clients a list of books and films that they need to read so they could recognize the racist roots of America, how we were built on genocide against American Indians.
So this came up in the court?
It did.
That she had to be processed through the equivalent of a re-education program like in North Korea?
Yes.
Yes.
And so the lawyer submitted the list.
Anna Morgan Lloyd, of course, like a lot of people, have never been charged with any crime.
This is their first So she wasn't like a serial murdering grandmother?
No, she was not.
Maybe, yes.
Those people I'm sure will get off the hook.
Right.
Well, if they're BLM supporters who just happen to be swept in with a camera filming it.
That's not actually a joke.
The guy who killed them, the death of Ashley Babbitt, was a BLM Antifa radical.
Yes, yes.
John Sullivan.
He is.
So, gave Anna Morgan Lloyd this list.
She read the list.
She submitted basically an apology to the court saying that she recognized her white privilege.
She talked about her son-in-law being a Holocaust denier and this is what they're trying to do.
So of course... What has her son-in-law got to do with her being convicted of trespassing?
I think these people, in her defense, are so desperate to try to get this past them.
They had no idea that this was going to be happening.
So, at the recommendation of her criminal defense attorney, who's appointed, says, okay, write this sort of apology to the court, explaining now you recognize things you didn't know about American history, all of your white privilege that, you know, you now know that people have different circumstances, they've had different experiences than you have because of your race.
This is actually what she presented to the court, federal court, federal judge here.
So she wasn't released on her own recognizance with her bail paid for by Kamala Harris?
No.
Like BLM?
Correct.
And Antifa?
Correct.
Okay, so what we're seeing is, without question, the criminalization of those who politically disagree with the incumbent regime.
That's exactly right.
How many people are still in prison?
About 60 people total and about more than three dozen here at DC, the jail that's been set aside just for a capital breach on January 6th.
And often in solitary, correct?
Yes, they were held in solitary 23 hours a day, one hour out for rec time.
This lasted for months under the guise of COVID, but there were reports of abuse, both emotional and physical abuse by the prison guards there.
And so they're now waking at 3 or 4 in the morning for breakfast.
I mean, they're just being punished by these prison guards in Washington, D.C.
And these judges, federal judges of Obama and Trump appointees, refuse to let these people out of jail, even as the Justice Department continues to delay discovery obligations.
They still don't have a platform, Seb, that provides all of the video evidence that they're using in court.
And we could talk about the 14,000 hours of surveillance video, but they have all the evidence.
And they still have not turned over all of it for these defendants so they can build their case and try to defend themselves.
The 14,000 hours worth of CCTV footage from the Capitol, which is where?
Which is in the hands of the U.S.
Capitol Police and the Justice Department.
It is their property.
The Justice Department has designated it highly, um, sensitive government material.
And the U.S.
Capitol Police say they don't want it released because they would give, uh, the inner workings of the Capitol complex to more wannabe insurrectionists.
And it cannot be FOIAed, Seb, because the U.S.
Capitol Police are part of the legislative branch, so they are immune from having to comply with any FOIA laws.
So no discovery, no exculpatory evidence available, and no legal method to access it.
Correct.
And you have a beltway judicial and legal system completely stacked against these people.
What I'm hearing in open court, not just by prosecutors who are calling Americans domestic terrorists, but also judges Who insists on referring to this as a riot, a deadly riot, more blood could have been shed.
These are only in pretrial detention hearings.
These aren't even somebody who's been convicted or pleaded guilty.

Julie, let's stick with one more detail of this investigation that some may not be aware of.
And I haven't rehearsed any of this with you.
I mean, I read what you write, but we don't clear talking points with our guests.
We never do.
Right.
Talk to us about how, and this is from friends, these are friends of mine, I mean I was there on January the 6th, I was in the front row listening to the President and then I had friends who were in the massive crowds who knew people who walked to Congress to do what the President told them to do which is to be peaceful and patriotic and now I'm hearing stories of people who are
Living in Alaska, living in Ontario, sorry in Oregon, living thousands of miles away from DC, who are in DC for the January 6th celebration, protest, whatever you want to call it.
And who are having the FBI knock on their door and who are being tracked down and interrogated or interviewed based upon the location of their cell phone on that day.
Are people telling me fantasies when I hear these stories, Julie?
No.
The FBI has collected, I believe, what they call metadata from all of the cell tower... I don't know how this works.
But they are getting all the information from the cell... So the location of private American citizens... That's right.
Who are assembling freely in D.C.
Yeah.
And then using it to track them down later.
Yes, and working with the cell phone providers to get that, to confirm the cell phone number that's picked up with the owner of the phone.
So they're working collaboratively.
So the companies are giving away the information?
Oh, they absolutely are.
Yes, and so Google is, all of the cell providers, Facebook and Twitter are helping as well.
to access archived access information that was on deleted social media accounts.
They're going back and getting, say, posts or Facebook messaging, turning those over to the feds so they can use that information.
I have a really interesting case to talk about, Facebook memes, that were used in a court document against somebody.
And so they're all working collaboratively.
So people who weren't inside the Capitol building did nothing wrong People who were just in Washington.
Yeah.
I know this has happened to congressional staffers too because Jim Jordan confronted FBI Director Chris Wray about it.
And he, of course, in his typical vague way tap-danced around it.
But they are collecting all that information.
Without warrants.
Correct.
They don't need it really because... Because the companies are handing over the data.
Exactly.
So talk to us about this Facebook case.
So there's a man named Robert Reeder.
He also was charged with four misdemeanors.
He pleaded guilty to parading, demonstrating, and picketing in the Capitol building.
That is a common misdemeanor that has been charged against hundreds of people who were in the Capitol.
Well, like Planned Parenthood people, you know, Kavanaugh.
Yeah, right.
You know how they all were charged with misdemeanors.
Oh yeah, and locked away in solitary for nine months.
So the government wanted to force this man to stay in jail for two months for parading and picketing.
What they got from his deleted Facebook account were memes that made fun of Nancy Pelosi, that made fun of Joe Biden, Um, that hashtag stop the steal, et cetera.
They used that Facebook, those Facebook posts as evidence as to why this man should go to jail for two months for braiding.
So his exercise of his first amendment rights to write parody, uh, lampooning posts and images of public figures was used in evidence against him.
Yes.
Imagine.
To incarcerate him.
Yes, exactly.
It was in his sentencing memo from this Justice Department.
Memes that were mean about Joe Biden, used as evidence by Joe Biden's Justice Department for why a man who committed four minor offenses, allegedly that day, should go to jail for two months.
He's already been fired by FedEx.
He was a truck driver for FedEx.
already was fired as soon as he was charged.
His family, friends, his teenage son, he said, have totally abandoned and alienated him.
And now the government is going back to its Facebook account from November and December saying, well, see, he was in the Stop the Steal.
He has Stop the Steal hashtag.
He has, you know, a mean meme about Nancy Pelosi.
He has a mean mocking meme of Joe Biden.
So I have to comment here.
As the child of those who suffered under Nazi occupation and then were persecuted, my father arrested and imprisoned and tortured by communists.
This is what happens in a dictatorship.
This is what happens in communist Hungary.
People who made fun of a communist official were arrested.
You spread the wrong joke at the factory and you disappear, is what happens in Stalinist Soviet Union, in Hitler's Third Reich, and we're seeing it happen here.
People exercising their constitutional right to criticize public figures, having those statements used against them.
It is truly chilling.
Okay, concrete question.
Yes, we have these asinine, awful, ideological public offenders.
Is anybody stepping up to help these people?
I know Marjorie Taylor Greene's on the show regularly, Matt Gaetz.
Is anybody standing up to fight for these Americans who may have committed a crime but who do not deserve political persecution, Julie?
Only a handful.
And you just named, really, basically half of the group.
So Matt Gatz, Marjorie Taylor Greene, Louie Gohmert, Paul Gosar, Andy Biggs, Senator Ron Johnson has really been the only voice in the U.S.
Senate.
No conservative organizations, no lawyers, associations.
No.
No one wants to touch it.
And these people are desperate, Seb, as you can imagine.
Yeah.
They, as I said, they have no criminal records.
They had no idea.
When the FBI showed up, a lot of them showed their phone, showed their information.
Instead of saying, talk to my lawyer, G-man.
Well, they thought they were helping the government find the bad guys, not realizing that the government views them, the Biden regime, them as the bad guys.
And so you, and there are a lot of veterans in this DC jail, at least 15.
Yes.
So when George Bush contempt, contemptively compare January 6th protesters to Al Qaeda terrorists And I talk to detainees or their parents.
These are men, one man in particular, Robert Morse, who had three tours of duty in Afghanistan.
Wow.
Who now has been in this D.C.
jail since June.
An Army Ranger jumping out of parachutes in Afghanistan.
And I heard from, you know, heard from other family members who were You know, outraged.
I got a comment, I got a big comment from Ashley Babbitt's mom.
Oh.
You know, she was a four, she, four tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan.
As an Air Force veteran.
And here is George Bush.
She heeded the call in high school.
She graduated from high school in 2003.
Her mom had to sign a waiver when she was 17 so she could join the military.
And here's her former commander in chief comparing her to a terrorist.
Yeah, I want to dedicate a whole segment of this discussion to Ashley Babbitt.
We're going to dig up that quote also from September 11th, the anniversary where despicably the man who was the commander-in-chief of Many of these people who are imprisoned right now or who died or were maimed for this country as he was the commander-in-chief, calling them terrorists who are akin to the jihadists that actually executed the attack on September 11th.

by CastingWords Uh...
Julie, you... Let's play the cut.
We have a cut.
I was there in the front row.
This is January 6th and my former boss, President Trump.
I know that everyone here will soon be marching over to the Capitol building to peacefully and That is the unequivocal evidence.
He said I was in the front row.
We will march peacefully and patriotically over to Congress to make sure that Congress does its job.
Here's the most important question of all.
In all your research, what have you found in terms of evidence of individuals who were instigating violence, who were there to instigate violence, but not as Trump supporters?
I get that question a lot.
I haven't been able to really identify, say, Antifa, who were there.
And so that's a little bit harder to find.
I've talked to people who are Antifa watchers and asked for help in identifying that, and it's been hard to find.
But let's talk about the man who filmed Ashley Babbitt's killing.
Yes, John Sullivan.
Who's he?
Who's John Sullivan?
What has he said in the past?
He's there in the thick of it.
He's filming Ashley Babbitt shot by a law enforcement officer.
Who is this man?
John Sullivan is a BLM activist.
He was arrested, I believe, in mid-2020 for his activism related to BLM.
He has a website.
He also was in Washington, D.C.
He was making threats against President Trump while he was here.
He's on camera calling for a violent revolution in America.
Yes.
That's out there.
This is the guy who was filming Ashley Babbitt.
Right.
So we know at least one guy was under false pretenses.
Exactly.
He was.
Well, he pretended he was there as a journalist.
Yes.
He did give some interesting interviews afterwards to say what happened.
with Ashley when he was there, because of course he wasn't expecting that that was going to happen.
But he also has been charged.
The government sought to the restitution to take back the $90,000 that he collected by selling his footage.
So I believe he's back in jail.
He wasn't in jail for a while.
I just recently tried to look up his charges, though I couldn't find anything on Pacer, which is the original, which is, you know, the platform where you go to, I find all the court documents on.
And oddly, I can't find his documents there, so I'm not really sure what's happening with that case.
But he was arrested, charged twice for various offenses.
Let's talk about what he filmed.
Your reaction to the officer who finally was identified seven months later.
Giving interviews on the mainstream media saying he saved multiple lives.
And speaking of himself, the man that shot an unarmed Air Force veteran in the neck, killing her, saying that he was a courageous hero.
He was the courageous hero and he is the victim.
Because what he told Lester Holt and his name is Lieutenant Michael Bird.
Yes, Michael Bird.
Michael Bird is his name.
So he got to come out, you know, reveal his identity on his own terms.
That never happens with any other police officer involved in a deadly shooting.
But the entire Washington, D.C., media establishment, Democrats, Republicans who knew exactly who this man was, they helped conceal his name for months.
It was like the name of Officer Byrd was the same as the nuclear launch codes.
Nobody, everybody who had it kept absolutely quiet about who this man was.
It was like the Ukrainian whistleblower.
We couldn't say his name either.
Yes, but you mean Eric Charmello.
Exactly, right.
So nobody could say his name, even though everyone knew exactly who it was, including Republican representatives who were there who hugged him afterwards.
So they covered up, and this would be Mark Wayne Mullins, Republican congressman from Oklahoma.
Give us more names.
Who else?
Um, I'm trying to think.
He was, um, Senator Ken Kramer of North Dakota.
Hugged the man who shot, or defended the man who shot Ashley Babbitt.
Um, they...
Mark Wayne Mullins talks about and he was there and he talks about hugging him afterwards.
He defended what Lieutenant Byrd did.
Senator Ken Kramer was confronted in a radio interview recently.
This was before Lieutenant Michael Byrd.
I'm not going to call him Lieutenant.
Um, revealed his identity and the scholar confronted Ken Kramer and said, we are entitled to know the name of this officer.
And Ken Kramer, Republican, said, no, you don't.
He was in the right.
I am grateful for what he did by shooting Ashley Babbitt.
So this is the kind of Republican, but they've all been silent about it.
I mean, everyone knew his name.
So at any rate, he got to come out and he is the hero.
He is the victim.
He got all kinds of death threats.
He also is the man who left a loaded firearm in a bathroom in the, I believe, the visitor center a few years ago.
Yeah.
Exactly.
And he is, he's seen in a photo before the shooting.
He has his weapon drawn already, and it is aimed at about five other people who were in front of that door trying to blockade the door.
He's a reckless man.
They covered up his name.
He obviously has been exonerated in any pretend investigation that U.S.
Capitol Police and the Justice Department conducted, and now he gets his job back, and he'll probably get some book deal.
He is viewed as a hero by millions of Americans, though.
And people who wanted him to shoot more people that day.
Derek Chauvin is, you know, a murderer as he arrests and causes the death of a man who is a convicted felon five times over, who held a loaded gun to the belly of a pregnant woman.
That guy goes to prison.
That officer, this one, is a hero for shooting an unarmed woman.
Okay.
The book is Disloyal Opposition.

End Let's talk about the big picture.
This, as far as I am concerned, is about the criminalization of a political class, namely those that vote.
And it's not about Donald Trump, my boss or the former president.
It's about those who believe in America first, those who believe in America, those who don't want to sell out to China like General Milley clearly did.
What are you seeing?
Let me just ask your reaction.
As somebody who, unlike me, was born in America, how concerned you are?
And are you seeing any kind of organic or institutional response to this attempted criminalization?
I'm as terrified as you are, even though, yes, they were born and raised here, you know, generations back.
But my grandparents fought in World War II.
They left here to go to Europe to try to save the world.
They did that as young people.
And I keep thinking of them this whole time, and I thought, this was not...
They did not do that so Joe Biden and the left could take down and destroy what they fought for and came back to build this country.
So that's what I think about a lot.
But there is such an institutional vacuum on the right.
The conservative movement now has been completely exposed as an utter failure for the past three decades.
So you're talking about the organizations, the think tanks?
That's right.
The people really that I talk about in my book, the Never Trumpers.
The Never Trumpers.
You're talking about the Bill of Crystals and, you know, the National Review folks and all of those organizations that were supposed to protect conservative values and defend us.
The Lincoln Project that are actually protecting pedophiles.
Exactly.
Right.
Yes.
Those Republicans.
Yeah.
And so they created nothing.
They have left such a huge void.
So now we're on the ropes really in every institution.
Academia, corporate America, obviously the media.
But now you have actual political prisoners.
Now you actually have Americans who are being hunted down in their homes.
People who have no means at all.
People who are veterans, are ex-law enforcement, are small business owners, etc.
And where do they turn?
They have no political support.
They have no monetary support.
There's no legal fund, you know, with hundreds of lawyers lined up to defend these people for free or anybody to donate money.
None of that exists.
And so I guess, Seb, the only upside to all of this is that we now recognize on the America First side, Trump side, whatever you want to call it, that we need to move quickly to put those mechanisms in place.
Because we're so flat-footed, but what the left is doing is accelerating their war against us.
And now they're doing it unchecked.
And this Capitol Breach probe, this January 6th investigation, the special commission that Nancy Pelosi came, that's putting all of the mechanisms in place to go after hundreds or thousands of Americans.
And so that's what we need to organize.
Let's listen to perhaps the most appalling of recent examples of who these fake conservatives are.
This is the man who was commander-in-chief when somebody dropped the ball and 3,000 Americans were killed.
this is President Bush last weekend.
There's little cultural overlap between violent extremists abroad and violent extremists at home.
But in their disdainful pluralism, in their disregard for human life, in their determination to defile national symbols, they are children of the same foul spirit.
And it is our continuing duty to confront them.
So, MAGA-hatted Trump supporters are the product of the same foul spirit as jihadis who behead American citizens on camera.
Let me run this past you.
As a child of someone who, you know, of people who suffered under real totalitarian regimes for years, I get the left's going to be the left.
I understand that the Democrat Party has no room for JFK's or Scoop Jackson's and a bunch of radical crazies who want to take over the world.
They want the Green New Deal to ban your V8 engine and make sure you can't fly planes or eat cheeseburgers.
I get it.
But isn't the proximate enemy worse?
Isn't it the Lincoln Project Republicans protecting Peter Fowles like John Weaver?
Isn't it the anti-Buckleyite National Review inheritors like Crystal and others?
Isn't it George W. Bush?
Aren't they the biggest obstacle to conservatism flourishing in America?
I agree with that, Seb, and I think the reason why is because you still have a lot of naive Republicans who think that this really is not happening, who really think that, you know, get nostalgic when they hear George W. Bush talk that way.
They're not understanding the message that he's sending, sure, to his library and So that's really the danger is that there are a lot of people who still think that that represents the Republican Party, that we're supposed to watch our manners, that we are supposed to condemn people who acted up on January 6th.
We're supposed to just take the stolen election and we're supposed to shut up and just move on to the next thing.
That's what they want.
But I want to say two things about George Bush.
He never made a public statement about the 13 US service members who were killed at the end of August by real terrorists.
He has no official statement on that.
Or BLM.
Oh, he has a statement on BLM.
Or David Dorn.
He didn't say anything about David Dorn being killed.
No, but he does have a lengthy statement about BLM that was posted in June of 2020, commiserating with blacks saying, well, you know, we don't really endorse destruction, but there was no difference between what he said and anyone on the left side.
Yeah.
So we shouldn't be surprised he just said that.

Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Love American greatness.
We had Chris on, the editor and founder for an hour just a few days ago.
People of your ilk...
There's about maybe five of you.
So people who do the research aren't afraid and publish the truth that the mainstream legacy-lying media will never, ever, ever, ever, ever publish even if you put a gun to their head.
They wouldn't do it.
What makes you do what you do?
Talk to our millions of listeners.
Why do you do it, Julie?
Well, I don't know.
I'm always surprised when people say, thank you for your courage, and I think, well, I'm just reporting what's happening.
I don't view it as anything but, you know, back to the old reporting days where you go through the court documents, where you actually talk to people who were involved, that you listen to the court hearings.
I mean, that's basically What I've been doing, although I will say, on January 6th, like I said about my grandparents, I thought about them and I thought they would be laughing at the thought that this is a huge battle, one of the darkest days in American history.
Worse than 9-11.
I mean, I remember watching it thinking, alright, well there's some rabble-rousers, but The overblown, and by 90% of the right, too.
And we're talking about friends of ours who immediately jumped on the insurrection condemning them.
This is not who we are.
Not friends of mine.
Maybe not friends.
Well, you're anti-social, though, you just said.
I don't have friends.
I've got two friends, and they didn't call it a problem.
And they're furry.
They just, you would think after everything we've seen the past five years from Russia collusion, the Covington hoax, the Kavanaugh thing, that people would pick up on what we're seeing is not real.
This is not actually what's happening.
And so, I don't know, I guess that's sort of where I was from the beginning and then just hearing these heartbreaking stories about what's happening to Americans.
Have you paid a price?
Friendships, family relations, for what you've done in the last couple of years?
No.
She doesn't have friends either.
I do, but I pick my friends carefully.
I don't have friends on the left.
Or family members, though.
She picks them very assiduously.
She knows what she's doing.

I am Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First 101.
Any message you have to those who, maybe after your reporting, or maybe after the Millie story, are going, Maybe it's not the way they're telling me it is.
Right.
I would ask them to check out my work.
I mean, not to brag, but you could see the details of what's happening.
Mark Milley, by the way, issued a statement January 13th on behalf of all the Joint Chiefs calling January 6th an insurrection.
He's been in on this from the beginning, too.
So people need to recognize this could end up being the biggest disinformation propaganda operation that the Democrats have put together ever, and it would way overblow even Russian collusion.
Wow, I think that's a good point to end on so we can leave you thirsty and hungry for more.
I'm Sebastian Gorka, you've been listening to America First one-on-one.
