The President of the United States.
The President of the United States has the ability to help our troops have enough men and women to stay safe.
In all of our history, in all of the time that we have been fighting, where did you leave these men and women?
But in one airport, one location, one gate to funnel thousands through.
And who did you trust?
You trusted our enemy to allow who would come through.
What does anyone in this great nation think when they think what would happen?
No one has to have a military background to know that that was not going to go down well.
That's the mother of Staff Sergeant Ryan Knauss, Paul Knauss.
He served with the Psychological Operations Regiment in Fort Bragg and he was killed in Kabul.
Why?
Because as she said, Joe Biden trusted the enemy, trusted the Taliban.
There must be consequences.
Here is an open letter from retired generals and admirals regarding the disaster of the last two weeks.
The retired flag officers signing this letter are calling for the resignation and retirement of the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, based on negligence in performing their duties, primarily involving events surrounding the disastrous withdrawal from Afghanistan.
The hasty retreat has left initial estimates at 15,000 Americans stranded in dangerous areas controlled by a brutal enemy, along with 25,000 Afghan citizens who supported American forces.
What should have happened upon learning of the Commander-in-Chief's plan to quickly withdraw our forces and close the important power projection base, Bagram, without adequate plans and forces in place to conduct the entire operation in an orderly fashion?
As principal military advisors to the President, the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman should have recommended against this dangerous withdrawal in the strongest possible terms.
If they did not do everything within their authority to stop the hasty withdrawal, they should resign.
Conversely, if they did do everything within their ability to persuade the President to not hastily exit the country without ensuring the safety of our citizens and Afghans loyal to America, then they should have resigned in protest as a matter of conscience and public statement.
The consequences of this disaster are enormous and will reverberate for decades, beginning with the safety of Americans and Afghans who are unable to move safely to evacuation points.
Therefore, being de facto hostages of the Taliban at this time.
The death and torture of Afghans has already begun and will result in a human tragedy of major proportions.
The loss of billions of dollars in advanced military equipment and supplies falling into the hands of our enemies is catastrophic.
The damage to the reputation of the United States is indescribable.
We are now seen and will be seen for many years as an unreliable partner in any multinational agreement or operation.
Trust in the United States is irreparably damaged.
Moreover, now our adversaries are emboldened to move against America due to the weakness displayed in Afghanistan.
China benefits the most, followed by Russia, Pakistan, Iran, North Korea and others.
Terrorists around the world are emboldened and able to pass freely into our country through our open border with Mexico.
Besides these military operational reasons for resignations, there are leadership training and morale reasons for resignations.
In interviews, congressional testimony and public statements, it has become clear that top leaders in our military are placing mandatory emphasis on PC-wokeness-related training, which is extremely divisive and harmful to unit cohesion, readiness and warfighting capability.
Our military exists to fight and win our nation's wars, and that must be the sole focus of our top military leaders.
For these reasons, we call on the Secretary of Defense and the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs to resign, Lloyd Austin and Mark Milley.
A fundamental principle in the military is holding those in charge responsible and accountable for their actions or inactions.
There must be accountability at all levels for this tragic and avoidable debacle.
Signed by 87 retired generals or admirals.
I will not list their names.
I will just mention a few.
Brigadier General Don Baldock, Lieutenant General Jerry Boykin, and Vice Admiral John Poindexter.
Who are the Democrats?
It's not just Biden.
Yesterday, the Speaker of the House, the most powerful Democrat outside of the White House, obstructed the reading of the names of our servicemen and women killed in Kabul.
Yes, Nancy Pelosi refused to allow a double amputee, Brian Mast, combat veteran, To go through with the reading of the 13 who died because of Biden's decisions.
Well, we will pay them tribute here on America First.
These are those who gave the ultimate sacrifice and did so unnecessarily.
Marine Corps Lance Corporal David L. Espinoza, 20 years old, Texas.
Marine Corps Sergeant Nicole Gee, 23, Sacramento, California.
Marine Corps Staff Sergeant Darren Hoover, 31, Salt Lake City.
Army Staff Sergeant Ryan C. Knauss, 23, Tennessee.
Marine Corps Corporal Hunter Lopez, 22 years old, California.
Marine Corps Lance Corporal Riley J. McCallum, 20 years old, Jackson, Wyoming.
Marine Corps Lance Corporal Dylan R. Merola, 20 years old, California.
Marine Corps Lance Corporal Kareem Nikui, 20 years old, California.
Marine Corps Sergeant Johanny Rosario Pichardo, 25 years old, Lawrence, Massachusetts.
Marine Corps Corporal Humberto Sanchez, 22, Indiana.
Marine Corps Lance Corporal Jared M. Schmitz, 20, Montana.
Navy Hospital Corpsman Max Soviak, 22 years old, Berlin Heights, Ohio.
And lastly, Marine Corps Corporal Dagan W. Page, 23, Omaha, Nebraska.
They gave the last full measure so others could live, but they needn't have died.
If it weren't for the coward in the White House, and the cowards around him, in his cabinet, at the Department of State, at the Pentagon, at the Joint Chiefs, who either gave him the catastrophic advice he followed, or who told him otherwise, and who refuse to maintain their honour by resigning in protest.
We salute the 13 who died and all who still protect us.
This, the greatest nation on God's green earth.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Stay on this channel. Stay on this channel.
Trisha's phone, right?
Yeah.
Okay, got it.
Mic's on.
Trish's phone, right?
Yeah.
Okay, got it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Do you have one of these little timers What do you use to time?
There's a timer on the board that I can hit to reset.
Okay.
So I just hit reset and it'll start counting up again.
Three minutes.
Titles, if you've got a moment.
Our marines didn't have to die.
Yeah.
Yep.
And then Sean, yeah, so many different options.
Did you send them Fallen Angel?
Are we set?
Yeah, I sent all that out yesterday.
Everything we've read.
Okay.
Alright, I'll bring Trish up.
Trish!
Seb!
Hey, hey, hey!
Hey!
I've unrumbled during the break, sorry.
All right, I'll bring Trish up.
Trish!
Seb!
Hey, hey, hey.
Hey, how are you?
Good, good, good, good.
What about you?
How are you doing?
I'm great.
I'm great.
Back to school season going on, all that fun stuff.
It actually is nice.
It'll be good.
The kids are so excited, which is wonderful.
Something is going right, because I was never that excited for school.
How are you doing?
Good.
Just sad to have left New Hampshire.
I loved your studio up there, by the way, up in Littleton.
I thought it looked really good.
Yeah, except for the fact there was no air conditioning and it was 90 degrees, but at least Jeff said you couldn't see me sweat.
And they couldn't smell your sweat either.
There you go.
That's the advantages of radio.
What's the biggest story we're not talking about?
Well, let's see.
I mean, I've been talking about it.
You probably have as well.
I've been so upset.
There was this call, this readout of the call, but that's not really in the economic lane.
I mean, I'm just, I would say this, I mean, I'm frustrated because I feel like there's a total futility here.
I feel like our government, we just, I can't trust them right now to get anything right, whether it's Afghanistan, whether it's Katrina 2.0.
Alright, that's good.
Standby.
Alright, we got 14 seconds.
Stand by.
I know Sebastian well.
Listen to him.
He's with us.
Thank you, Mr. President.
There is a manhunt underway as we speak in North Carolina.
There has been a shooting at a high school.
One student has been shot.
It's Mount Tabor High School in Winston-Salem.
One student injured, according to the latest reports.
All other students are safe.
According to the Winston-Salem Police Department, however, the gunman, the gun person is still at large.
So there is a manhunt underway.
We will keep you apprised of any developments out of North Carolina.
It's time for our National Economic Update from the market maven who tells us everything we need to know that the lying legacy media doesn't want to tell you about.
You've got to listen to her podcast, the Trish Regan podcast.
Trish, welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much, Sam.
We were talking in the break, and it's something that kind of I was going to tweet about and maybe talk about it on the show, but you kind of preempted me that, you know, we're...
Whether it's the mask mandates, whether it is the mandatory vaccinations for federal employees, or whether it's anything to do with economic policy, why should we trust A government that can so egregiously make a mistake like the pullout from Kabul?
Look, it's a really good question.
I've been really saddened by everything that I've seen happen in Afghanistan.
And let me just say, you know what?
You know, we all have our political biases.
I get it.
But I certainly did not wish him Anything like this, right?
You know, let's just separate for a second who we are as Americans versus, you know, sure, you know, you had the president, former president, on the show the other day.
And I understand, like, you know, a lot of people wish he was still there.
You know, I think for a lot of reasons, things might have gone differently if he was still there.
But that said, I never wish a president circumstances like what we're seeing right now.
So let me just say that, right?
I can't believe how badly this has gone to the point, Sub, where it really has disheartened me and leaves me with not a ton of trust for our federal government.
Whether it be Afghanistan and the fact that he knew four weeks earlier that it could be a pretty precarious situation.
We've now learned, given the excerpts from the call with the president from Afghanistan, he and Biden had discussed this and Biden wanted him to put on a happy face, basically, regardless of whether that was the truth or not.
So there's that.
There's the casualties there that are just so inexcusable.
There's what's happened down in Louisiana.
And you know what's coming.
I mean, don't forget, and I'm not, I'm not, you know, giving Republicans a pass on this.
Don't forget Bush and the disastrous time that we had.
I spent six weeks on the ground in the aftermath of Katrina and I had families crying to me that they couldn't get a darn trailer and yet thousands of trailers lined up, you know, and so I'm fearful that we're going to have a repeat of that.
And then I look at our Federal Reserve that just keeps printing money recklessly, and it really leaves you, I think, with a void of trust.
Just a sense that, you know, they can't get it right.
Maybe our government has just gotten too darn big, trying to do too darn much, and none of it is good for us as an American.
So let me wax philosophical with you for one second.
Listening to you makes me just ask a question, and forgive me if I'm being naive.
Could all of this, could COVID, Afghanistan, the border, could we finally, finally return to a place where, you know, in their not In intellectual fashion, but in their gut reaction, Americans lean away from interventionism where it's more, you know, Hayek and von Mises and it's less big government.
Could the experience of the last two years finally shake people a little to understand that no government isn't the answer?
Is that possible, Trish Regan?
Well, I hope so.
I mean, I hope so.
I think that this has been a giant wake-up call.
And this, again, let me just point out, it's not even partisan.
And when you look at the polling data, what you see is that many people, independents, are just disgusted by what happened, and many in the Democrat Party are likewise disgusted.
I mean, this was uncalled for in Afghanistan.
But when you think about, you know, the trust that we have put in government, I think people are starting to say, wait a second, you know what?
Maybe this isn't right.
Maybe we need to be a little bit more focused, a little more inward.
You mentioned the border wall, our border protecting ourselves.
I mean, you know, heck, I'm thinking to myself, this U.S.
dollar, this U.S.
dollar is in bad shape, given all the money printing that's been going on.
Who else around the world is getting it right?
What is Switzerland doing, for example, that we're not?
Switzerland and the Swiss franc, not just the central banking policy, but even just the policies that they've adopted as a country.
And you want to talk about a border.
I mean, like, you know, they're very, very serious about their border.
It's actually a crime to even unintentionally help anyone.
to illegally cross that border or to stay illegally in the country.
I mean, they take these things very seriously.
And I just think everything from you think about our semiconductor industry, our semiconductor industry, we are dependent on Taiwan, which therefore means we have to have this military relationship and protect Taiwan because which therefore means we have to have this military relationship and protect Taiwan because we I mean, I just think this is the opportunity.
It really isn't America's first agenda.
And nobody should see that as overly, I get that it's political, but come on.
It's just, frankly, it's just common sense.
Put you, yourself, your family, your loved ones, your country first.
Follow this lady, Trish underscore Regan, on Twitter, TrishIntel.com, and listen to her podcast on the Salem Network.
That's the Trish Regan show.
In the last two minutes we've got left, you talk about common sense.
I'm not sure much of that applies to the Fed.
What do you think is going to happen in the near future to interest rates, to the Fed, to the stock market?
Are you still jittery?
What's your prognostication?
I look, I think the market, the market loves this because, you know, they're printing money and it's an inflationary thing.
And so, of course, it takes more dollars to buy any stock that you want.
Right.
So you can probably still anticipate that going up.
But here's some warning signs for you.
And just think about it.
OK, so housing prices this week, we learned hit an all time record high.
Well, guess what?
In the 1970s, 1973, housing prices also hit an all-time record high.
Between 1973 and 1974, you saw a 45% drop in the market.
Then again in the 1980s, ahead of the 1987 crash, once again, housing prices hit an all-time high.
Fast forward to 2007 into 2008, before that massive credit crisis, what do you have going on?
Housing prices at an all-time high.
Now you look at what's going on now.
What sometimes the Fed inadvertently does is by having a very aggressive monetary policy, they create other kinds of bubbles that have financial effects.
And who's to say it's not happening again?
We are now, again, seeing an all-time high in housing prices.
So watch out.
I do think, you know, I'm not I say that with a grain of salt only because I think that this market will get to live another day, at least another few months.
I wouldn't sell everything just yet.
I would stay diversified.
I'd look at things like gold.
I'd look at things like REITs.
I'd look at things like other currencies that might help you shield your depressing U.S.
dollars, because I think over the long run we're going to have a bit of trouble.
Let's just remember history does not repeat itself, but it sure might rhyme.
Follow her, the Trish in the Trish Regan show.
This is America First.
This is America First.
Yeah.
I mean, look, you know who else likes REITs?
BlackRock likes REITs.
I mean, BlackRock is buying up REITs.
I mean, you're seeing so many institutional investors.
Why?
Because they're all trying to hedge inflation, right?
And real estate is one way to do that.
So I like REITs.
I like gold.
I like... What else do I like?
I like the market as a whole still.
I mean, that could change in time.
But right now, the yield on the 10-year is still like 1.3 percent.
It crept up a little bit today, but it's not enough.
I mean, I guess when it gets to 3 percent, then you start having some real sort of dilemmas.
Right.
Do you want to be in bonds?
Do you want to be in equities?
But right now, they are forcing people to be in equities.
That's how we should describe it.
Yeah, right.
You're going to go.
How about, do you trust this administration?
Is that good?
I love it.
OK, great.
Perfect.
Thanks, Trish.
Sounds good.
Talk to you later.
Bye-bye.
Did you get that?
Do you trust this administration?
Yes.
Question mark.
Yep.
Give me three.
Mic's on or off?
Off.
Okay, let me turn them off real quick.
Okay.
Yeah.
And for Jennifer as well.
Find that.
That should be in...
Okay.

Yep.

So there is, I see a Trish intro, but I think, what does he play, the Wonder Woman?
It's Abba.
No, I mean for- Wonder Woman or Charlie's Angels.
Usually it starts with Charlie's Angels and then Wonder Woman.
Okay.
For the second segment.

He is perhaps the most sagacious, the wisest man in politics today.
Former Speaker of the House, Newt Gingrich, has a certain take on who Joe Biden is.
Cut six.
From Pearl Harbor day on in December 7th, 1941.
So we've had that entire period where the world came to believe the United States kept its word.
The United States was powerful.
The United States said to be feared.
And now we're being led by somebody who looks like a totally scared bunny rabbit on the danger of falling asleep and his performance at Dover.
That may have been the most disrespectful.
You know, when Gold Star families attack the president, you know something's really sick.
Yeah, it wasn't political.
And that sickness is called Joe Biden.
A frightened little bunny rabbit who's falling asleep half the time.
And he's right.
This is a report from the Daily Wire on Sunday as President Biden left Dover Air Force Base where he was meeting the families of the fallen men and women from the Kabul attack.
One distraught woman who lost her brother in the attack.
Well, she called him out and she said to Biden, I hope you burn in hell.
That was my brother.
Someone else, Mark Schmitz, the father of 20 year old Jared Schmitz, who was killed.
told the Daily Wire, he just kept talking about his son, Beau.
It was just, my interest was lost.
I was focused on my own son and what happened to him, and he couldn't stop talking about Beau Biden.
I don't want to insult the president, but it just didn't seem appropriate to spend so much time talking about his son.
Royce McCollum, who lost her brother Riley in the attack, I told the Washington Post the following.
He cannot possibly understand.
My dad and I did not want to speak with him.
You cannot kneel on our flag and pretend you care about our troops.
You can't F up as bad as he did and then just say you're sorry.
This need not have happened and every life is on his hands.
The thousands of Afghans who will suffer and be tortured as a direct result Hey Sebastian, something I've noticed in the last few months, it's the first time in my life that the participants in a government action have announced to the world how brave and courageous and brilliant they were.
When I was younger, it was the observers Who would tell the participants how brave we thought they were.
Yeah, it's funny.
Usually, if somebody is courageous, they don't talk about it, do they, John?
No, and I don't know about this bird guy.
He claims he saved countless lives.
I count him at negative one.
He only killed somebody, so I guess that's countable.
Which guy?
Who are we talking about, John?
Officer Bird in, uh, from January 6th.
Oh!
Oh, you're talking about the man who shot an unarmed Air Force veteran in the neck and then said he was so brave and how many lives he saved.
John, how did he save lives by shooting an unarmed woman?
Well, he said he saved countless lives, and of course you cannot count to negative one.
That's how many lives he saved, negative one.
Yeah, negative one.
He is a disgrace, a disgrace.
A man who was lauded by the mainstream media.
Thank you for your call, John.

We have with us a very special guest now, a woman who I'm impressed she can tear herself away from her usual schedule because she has been incredibly, I just see her posts on social media, she's Jetting around the state of Arizona.
Why?
Because she wants to save it.
Carrie Lake for Governor.
Welcome back to America First.
I'm so glad to be with you, Sebastian.
I wish I were jetting.
I'm driving.
But this is one of the most beautiful states to drive through.
And if you have never been to Arizona, I highly recommend a visit.
And you got to get out of the city and go see some of the rural parts of Arizona because that's where I think the most beautiful parts are.
So, I have been many times to Arizona.
I truly recommend all of our listeners, if you haven't, check it out, especially after she becomes the governor.
Carrie, I have to say, there is a light and dark.
There is a front and an obverse of how to be successful in the age of America First.
And I've been texting back and forth with a man who says he's a Republican, wants to be the governor of the Commonwealth of Virginia, but he seems scared to come on the show.
Or his communications team, I'm talking about Glenn Youngkin, are running it for him, which is a real embarrassment.
You not only understand that politics changed in 2016, you've embraced Donald Trump.
The wonderful pictures of you and my former boss are out there.
This is a clear message to the 74 million who voted for him that you believe The age of the career politicians is done.
Talk to us about your vision of Arizona and how politics have changed and it's the age of the citizen politician, Carrie.
Absolutely.
Ronald Reagan called it the citizen politician, and we used to call it Reagan Republican.
Now I believe we are in the era of the Trump Republican, and I believe that 80% of Republicans are solidly MAGA Trump Republicans.
I am one of them.
I'm not ashamed to say that.
I'm very proud to be a Trump Republican because he puts America first, and we have to do that.
We see how the world is spinning out of control right now, and I think some of these other politicians Are being controlled by the consultant class the political consultant class they're afraid to do what's right Because they have special interests that are not the people they're representing.
And you're showing pictures right now of me.
A little bit over a week ago, I was invited to see President Trump at Trump Tower.
And it was such an amazing day.
Our half hour meeting dragged out.
I shouldn't say dragged out.
I was happy it dragged out to an hour and about 15 minutes.
So I was so pleased to be able to sit down.
Nice!
You got more than an hour with the boss?
Yes, I did.
It was surreal, I must say.
Now, I've interviewed him a couple of times back when I was a journalist, and he was so gracious with his time then.
If you've ever interviewed a sitting president, I know you have, usually they say five to seven minutes, if you're lucky.
I think both times with President Trump, I was given 17, 20 minutes.
I interviewed President Obama back in the day in 2015, and I mean they were really strict.
Four or five minutes is all they gave, and you know how President Obama likes the sound of his own voice, so he ended up dragging out and talking through the whole thing.
Yeah, we actually had President Trump on our show last week, and he gave us almost 40 minutes of his time.
I think, you know, as a Former employee.
I was chuffed.
I was very happy with that.
Talk to us about your campaign.
How it's going.
Please support this lady.
Carrie with a K. CarrieLake.com is her campaign website.
The same for her Twitter.
It's at Carrie Lake.
Talk to us about how it's going and your vision for the great state of Arizona.
Our campaign is going amazingly well.
We announced June 1st and immediately there was just a groundswell of support.
People were so excited to see somebody who loves this state, who's a true conservative, who is not bought and paid for, running for governor.
I can't tell you the response we're getting everywhere we go and we're visiting a lot of small towns and big towns in Arizona.
People are just so excited about it.
It only took us three weeks To get enough signatures to be on the ballot.
That's unheard of.
It's a state record.
Usually politicians are working into March and April of next year still trying to garner enough signatures just to make it on the ballot.
And we are already assured to be on the ballot.
So we're thrilled about that.
We have more than 4,000 donors in three months.
Imagine that.
That's more than most politicians will get in their entire campaign.
Now these aren't the big major mega donors.
These are Everyday people here in Arizona who are excited about our campaign because they know that I will put them first and I will put the state first.
And first and foremost, I'm not afraid to speak out about the debacle of 2020, the election.
It was a debacle.
I fully support the forensic audit, even though the political class, especially the leftist political class and the establishment Republicans are speaking against it.
We need to get to the bottom of what happened in 2020 because nobody with any common sense believes that what we were told about this election is true.
We're going to find out very soon in the coming days.
What the forensic audit reveals, and we may find out that the winner we were told really wasn't the winner.
Wow.
Did you hear what she just said?
I mean, she's prepared to say the things that swamp creatures are not prepared to say, that the legacy media is not prepared to say.
I have to ask you, given Glenn Youngkin's behavior, is it scary to come on my show Carrie Lake?
I don't think so because, again, I'm speaking from the heart and just with common sense.
If we find out there was fraud and wrongdoing in our election, You know, this isn't like a little kid, Sebastian, going to the drugstore and stealing a piece of candy.
If there was fraud in this election, this is the election for the President of the United States.
If we find out there was fraud and Joe Biden really didn't win Arizona, we need to decertify the election.
And I'm going to say that.
I'm not afraid to say that.
Good.
Man up, Glenn Youngkin.
Be as courageous as Carrie Lake.
She deserves to win in the state of Arizona to become the governor.
Be as upstanding as she is.

Uh, that was great.
Superb.
We'll send you the links.
Okay.
Thank you, Sebastian.
Anytime.
I love being on your show.
All right.
Appreciate it.
Thank you.
Bye-bye.
What did she send?
Like ten minutes ago, she emailed you.
Want me to send it?
No, I got it.
Okay.
Yeah.
Mic's on.
Grab that.
No, I'll just use my phone.
That's fine.
All right, so where are we?
Oh my gosh, E. That's crazy!
Only one E, though.
This hour felt like it's definitely been a full one.
All right.
So you wanted to do Rudy here?
Yep.
Oh, I love that Lauren Bobber.
We've got to do that somewhere.
We'll do that in D. That's an almost three minute long cut, so yeah, we can probably do that later in the second hour.
I think I already know a good title for that segment.
We're in the era of the Trump Republican.
Good.
Alright.
Alright, we got 20 seconds?
Yep. 25.
Come in with, um... Five.
Got five.
Copy that.
Alright, sounds good.

America First Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Obviously, people can leave Afghanistan.
One would be by air, and we're working closely with other countries to get charter air flights going in the short term, and then to get American citizens who want to leave the country or legal permanent residents onto those flights and out.
Of course they can leave the country.
It's Jake Sullivan.
National Security Advisor.
He's a liar.
He's lying to America.
As I told you yesterday, 82 American citizens are stuck in Afghanistan.
My friend is trying to get them out.
The State Department has told neighboring nations not to allow those flights to land.
And since we spoke, the Taliban came to the tarmac, took the passports of several of those Americans, But you won't hear that from the State Department.
You won't hear that from Jake Sullivan, because they're liars.
This is a disaster.
It is potentially the largest hostage situation in American history.
And it's an outrage.
Taking your calls here on 833-33-GORKA, let's go to JoJo in Pittsburgh.
Welcome, JoJo.
Hello, Dr. Gorka.
So nice to speak to you.
Thanks for joining us.
What's your question?
What's your comment?
Well, basically my comment is this.
This is for the Gold Star families that lost their sons.
God bless them.
When Joe Biden invokes his son's name, Beau Biden, who, yes, did serve, but he did not die in military service.
He died because of brain cancer.
Correct.
My mother, my mother, died of brain cancer.
That is not the same thing.
And shame on him for continuing to use his son, although he is what he is, to use his son and compare that to what these families have just went through because of him.
I have a 23-year-old son.
I have a 26-year-old son.
And I'm telling you, he can't stop shaming himself.
He is continually hurting these families.
His son, Beau, died.
Yes, I'm very, very sorry for that as a Christian.
But at the same time, Don't you invoke your son's name to what these families, these mothers, these fathers are going through.
Especially when you're responsible for the death of their children.
It was his orders for withdrawal.
It was his precipitous decision to sacrifice Bagram Air Base for an airport that we couldn't Sufficiently defend, which the Taliban was meant to secure, which of course they didn't.
It is an outrage.
Beau Biden didn't die in combat.
His death is sad, but it has nothing to do with the Marines, the corpsman and the army sergeant we lost.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

How are you guys today?
Good!
Is it hot?
No.
Oh my god.
Are the mics hot?
Yeah, of course the mics are always hot.
Let me check your cameras.
It's like misty today here.
You want to adjust your camera down a wee bit for some headroom?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Cut that headroom.
Headroom.
Do you remember Max Headroom?
Yes, of course.
How's that?
More.
A little bit more.
More, more.
Oh, down.
I'm going up a little bit.
Down, yeah, yeah.
There.
Let's try that.
Okay, good.
Good?
That looks good.
Great picture.
Yeah, very good picture.
All right.
Okay.
We're doing it today.
So what's going on?
You're back in your regular studio.
I am.
I go away for two weeks and I come back and they've put one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight lights in my studio.
Wow.
Well, it looks different and it looks good, actually.
Does it?
I like it.
Does it look good?
Yeah, it's kind of got a softer edge to you today.
I like it.
It looks very good.
Who needs a soft edge?
We don't need a stinking soft edge.
We only want a hard edge.
That's not a good compliment.
No, but it is.
You'll be calling me cuddly next.
Don't go there.
That's next week.
All right.
I might use Cut 8 with Jen.
Cut 8.
All right.
Yes.
Because he's from Sacramento.
Oh!
And her representative!
Cut 10, old Shiffy Shiff!
All right.
15 seconds.

Why do you have to remind me?
I know.
All right.
From the ReliefFactor.com studios, this is America First with Sebastian Gorka.
Hey, do me a favor.
I know this is going to mess up our guest in the video, but zoom out a little bit because I want to share details.
More, more, more, more, more, more.
OK.
So we had, oh, no, not that much.
Can't see Mr. G. He's classified.
We had Randy come in studio.
With the new gear from our new store and I'm just so excited because not only is it super cool because you gotta have an America First mug, I know that, and a little flag on the back but everything's made in America.
Look at this mug, it's got an American eagle on the bottom and it says made in the USA.
How epic is that?
I mean that's what it means to be America First.
We've got all the gear.
We've got America First hats.
Made in America.
Camouflage.
Come on, guys.
Camouflage.
We've got khaki, blue, you name it.
We've got shirts.
More shirts than you can shake a stick at.
Delightful.
Made in America.
America First shirts.
And then how about the coolest thing?
The coolest thing of all.
When he showed me this.
When Randy showed me this.
Like two months ago, we were sitting in a cafe not far from my house, and I said, I'm not a hoodie guy, but that is cool, and I want it.
He's made us America first hoodies, but hang on, hang on, hang on, hang on.
The hood is lined with the stars from the Stars and Stripes.
I mean, I'm sorry, I know somebody who needs one, and her name is Jennifer Horn.
I am loving all of that stuff, Seth.
How cool is that?
That looks great.
How cool is that?
America first and the stars!
The stars.
You had me at the hoodie, but the stars are amazing.
I love it.
And I need a camo hat.
What color hat do you want?
Camo.
You want camo?
Absolutely.
I want camo.
It's coming your way.
Guys, the store... I gotta have it.
We're sending it.
It's free to you.
SebGorkaStore.com.
S-E-B-G-O-R-K-A.
SebGorkaStore.com.
Completely revitalized.
Not just the books.
This gear!
The America First gear!
The mug!
Everything!
But, most exciting of all, we had the President on last week.
You know, the President.
President Trump.
And we made a shirt to honor his rally speech where he said, If you're woke, you're a loser.
They're on his way, we're sending them to Mar-a-Lago, but if you want one, you gotta go to SebGorkerStore.com.
Can we send you one of those shirts?
I need red.
Remember I told you last week?
Red, yes.
Please sign me up.
Red shirt.
Hang on, hang on, because I am the order fulfillment department for the time being.
It is all made in America.
I'm the Amazon order fulfillment department.
Red shirt and then camo hat.
Oh, can I get you one of these mugs?
Absolutely.
Can I get you an American Phil?
Yes.
All right.
Yes.
We'll send her a couple of mugs.
We'll send her three mugs.
I love it.
Three mugs.
Okay, good.
All right, back to business.
She's Jennifer Horne, host of The Morning Up.
Hey, will you bring some of that stuff to Town Hall when I see you next week?
Yes!
When is that?
We'll give some away.
That's like soon!
We're going to be together a week from Sunday.
Week from Sunday, Town Hall.
Yes, September 12th.
Jennifer, who else is going to be there?
Charlie Kirk, right?
Grant Stinchfield, Charlie Kirk, Mark Levin, Dennis Prager, and Larry Elder.
And where can people find out about that?

Latest thing we have to know, Newsom, Contradictory reports.
He's got so much money he could burn.
Is he in trouble?
Isn't he?
They're collecting ballots.
What's going on?
Well, the update is better for Newsom than it was a week or two ago.
Right now, and I think this is kind of, I don't know, I don't like this idea, but because it is a mail-in, not only mail-in election, but because there are mail-in ballots that have gone out, they're starting to track just how many ballots are coming back from each respective party.
And so Democrats are outnumbering Republican ballots so far about two to one, about four million ballots in total have been returned, and it's favoring Democrats.
However, that doesn't mean that all of those Democrats are voting to save Gavin Newsom.
His fan base is suffering.
He has a lot of people that he's lost, including Latino voters, small business owners, evangelicals.
Not that he really ever had them before, but they haven't voted in prior elections.
So there's still a lot of new votes to be had.
And I have this feeling.
That conservatives, that people in California, patriots who maybe aren't even registered Republicans but are tired of all of this nonsense in California, they're going to show up on election day because they are afraid that their votes are going to be tampered with.
And so you can still vote in person.
You can fill out your ballot and turn it into a poll location on election day.
I think that Newsom still has some to worry about.
Some new polling indicates that maybe he's picked up a percentage or two of support.
But again, are these polls that are going to be done to help bolster or boost up Gavin Newsom's chances to try to give him some positive press?
Because he really hasn't had any over the last several months.
What has his tone been like?
Because I love that video we played with you when he was on that call with journalists and he got so, so irritated.
Has his tone changed?
Does he sound more confident or does he still sound worried, Jen?
You know what still gets me is that he does not he was very combative in that video that you're talking about I mean he was really riled up and obviously he has been shook to the core by this he never thought that he was gonna have to take this seriously and now here he is but his tone has been I think very.
He's been kind of just holding on to the middle.
But what he hasn't done is he hasn't talked about any of his achievements.
He hasn't talked about any of his accomplishments.
And quite frankly, it's because he doesn't have any accomplishments to talk about.
So so what he's been talking about is is the recall, the people behind the recall.
It's a Trump recall.
It's a white supremacist recall.
It's it's a Republican recall.
It's you know, all of these crazy things that he's trying to identify to such even Had the head socialist in charge come out and campaign for him this week, Bernie Sanders released a commercial on his behalf.
That commercial was amazing.
It was called a, what did Bernie call it?
A GOP power grab.
The whole history of Newsom's governorship is power grabs.
He is the son of power grabs.
I mean, this is a guy who hasn't done really anything in his entire life and went on to become the governor, had plans to become the president.
I mean, he's just been walking his way through the system, but it's really funny.
They chose to call this not only a GOP power grab, but if you care about the environment, if you want California to exist in 10 years, then you must vote for Gavin Newsom because he's the only one that will protect the environment.
Meanwhile, the guy's having to answer a lot of questions for allowing us to fall into drought-like conditions again.
One of his big scandals that has just come up this week is that back in 2014, as much as people don't like to hear this, the left doesn't like to hear that the weather is cyclical, Seb.
What?
It is cyclical, and we do have droughts from time to time in California.
I've lived here my whole life.
I thought they were all caused by the GOP.
Right, the GOP, exactly, and all the science deniers out there.
I know, I know who you are.
But these droughts happen every five to six years.
We have years of lots of rain, then we have years of extreme drought.
In 2014, we were having a drought and the voters went to their polling place and they voted on using, I think, taking out loans, $7.5 billion in loans to create storage systems for water so that we wouldn't be in this predicament again.
Well, guess what?
Like the government does everywhere else, especially when it's mismanaged and bungled by leftists, they didn't use any of that money to create any of these new projects.
So they took the billions of dollars and they have nothing to show for it.
So here we are in a drought.
Water restrictions are coming.
I guarantee you if Gavin Newsom wins and beats this recall, they will come the day after Election Day.
Water restrictions are coming.
The prices, the tax on water will go up.
And they're sitting there with billions of dollars that they probably put into some big money slush fund and never delivered on the promises they made to California voters.
So what is the feeling in your bones when it comes to the recall, Jennifer?
You've got your finger on the pulse.
I've always said to you, very honestly, that this is going to be an uphill battle.
And I feel like it is Gavin Newsom's really to lose or to win.
However, I do think that Larry Elder is shaking things up.
I think it's going to depend on those of you listening in California who are evangelical Christians who have tuned out because they feel left behind by the voting process.
You need to get out and go and vote.
If you are out of this state and you want to help California, send the message To Joe Biden and to all the ridiculous people who surround him who are mismanaging our country right now.
And you want to send the message that California is pushing back?
Volunteer right now to become a member of a call bank to get people to turn out the vote for Gavin Newsom.
You can do that from anywhere in the country.
You can volunteer your time.
You can make some phone calls.
It's really easy to do.
Tweet me, contact me.
I can put you in touch with the right people because it's really important that we get people out to vote.
Because if everybody that didn't vote in the last couple of elections actually shows up and speaks their mind and their heart, we will win this thing.
But it's going to be close.
It's not going to be easy.
And it would be a tectonic shift and it would scare the Democrats to within an inch of their lives.
That for itself is worth it.
Let's get busy.
Let's help those who want to recall Gavin Newsom.
Follow this lady right now at Jennifer Horne, host of the Morning Answer, AM 590, AM 870.

Wherever you are, whatever you're doing, Don't touch that dial.
Don't touch that dial.
Doing it!
I don't know more Geniton!
It was very funny.
I put all of our prep in a Google Doc.
And so this morning, I was up at three o'clock in the morning.
And all of a sudden, some creeper starts writing me notes in my Google Doc.
It was Don.
It was Don.
At 3am?
Yeah, he said, Good morning, sunshine.
I said, Are you going to bed?
Or are you getting up?
It's like I fell asleep watching Tucker.
I got my six hours.
I'm awake now.
We were awake at 2am because the flipping hurricane came through.
Yeah, how was that?
So it's rainy?
It was nuts.
It was flooding in the basement, so it was all very exciting.
And the dogs were like, oh, what's this?
Thunder?
We don't like that.
I love this hoodie.
The hoodie's adorable.
It's also soft.
So soft.
So yummy.
That's going to be perfect for winter.
I know.
Or fall.
I forget you guys have real winter.
That won't be enough.
For me, that's all you need for winter, right?
I know.
It's the sweatshirt and your set.
You need a light sweater and you're good to go.
So now, are you coming into town on Sunday or are you coming early?
Well, I've got a flight, I think, coming Saturday.
Let's have a look.
What does it say?
Because Grant and I are going to meet with my dad at my dad's girlfriend's restaurant on Saturday night, if you'd like to join us.
It's nearby the hotel.
Let's have a look.
Oh, no, is that crazy?
It's on In-N-Out Sunday.
Ooh, that's a big one.
Ouch.
Yeah, In-N-Out.
Yeah, I arrive at 11 on Sunday.
Wow.
You must be flying into Orange County, hopefully.
No, I'm not.
L.A.?
You're a brave man.
Look at you.
Yep, yep.
Well, it's Sunday.
Anything can happen on Sundays.
All right.
Good stuff.
I know.
So does it feel good to be home?
It does, it does.
Two weeks was not enough in New Hampshire.
We're going to do longer next time.
But, you know, it's always nice to be back in your own studio.
Especially when you're in a studio that is just, literally.
I've got to show you this.
I gotta show you this.
You will not believe the technology in this studio.
It was anti-diluvial, it truly was.
Let me see if I can find it.
The anti-diluvian kings colonized the world.
Oh, I think about when I hear that word.
And of course the scene from the fellas that goes with it.
And it's a pipe up.
60 seconds.
How you doing, Eric?
I'm doing pretty good.
How about you, Jen?
Doing fine.
It's been a good week.
Lots going on.
Before we even know it, the date of the recall is already going to be here.
Well, it's two weeks from yesterday.
It's going to be weeks before we know the quote-unquote real results, honestly.
So I'll be on the air on Recall Day from 6 until 9.
Ooh!
6 p.m.
until 9 p.m., or excuse me, not 6 until 9, 3 until 9, excuse me.
3 p.m.
until 9 p.m., six hours.
That's nothing for you!

We are back with our West Coast Warrior Princess, Jennifer Horne.
I have to play... I don't want to spoil your day for you, but I want to play you a little cut from... Well, let's start with this person who allegedly is a teacher from Sacramento.
Cut eight.
Like, I have an Antifa flag on my wall, and a student complained about that, and he said it made him feel uncomfortable.
Well, this is meant to make fascists feel uncomfortable, so if you feel uncomfortable, I don't really notice it.
Maybe you shouldn't be aligning with the values that this is empathetical to.
So this is a Veritas video from a teacher who's wearing an Antifa wife beater.
Those, you know, vests.
He's got an Antifa flag on his classroom wall.
And then he's saying, I'm training revolutionaries.
Has anything happened to this guy, Jennifer?
Nothing yet.
I think they're doing an investigation.
I think he's out of the classroom.
But wouldn't you like to take one of those America First sweatshirts?
Those beautiful hoodies?
And wouldn't you just like to shove it over that guy's head?
What if the stars touched his head and he just caught planes?
It'd probably set on fire, right?
I like that.
But this is one of the news headlines.
I think it was from the San Diego Union Tribune.
If I'm wrong about that, forgive me.
It was a headline that came out a couple days ago.
That said, mad moms and masks drive the recall of Gavin Newsom.
One good silver lining of the pandemic is that parents who are good parents dealt with their kids coming home, looking at their homework.
They never heard what was being told to them in the classroom until Gavin Newsom and the teachers union sent the kids home.
And the mothers, dads had to sit and listen to what these kids were being taught.
This has erupted a brand new group of voters called the converts, right?
The people who may not be registered Republicans.
They may be registered Democrats, but they've been pushed too far.
They've had enough.
And mom, is this actually a turn of phrase that they call the converts?
They're the converts.
That's amazing.
And they're the people who are this is a new voting bloc that Larry Elder primarily has spoken to.
But some of the other candidates as well that have said enough is enough.
And it's driven primarily by moms and dads who are so appalled by what is going on in the school system.
This is the problem with our country.
I mean, we sit and feel empty and heartbroken after watching Joe Biden blow Afghanistan and It bespirched the memory of the men and women who died for this country.
It's happening because these are the people who are in charge.
They want to sow chaos because they want socialism, they want communism, they want more government, and this is what's infiltrating our schools.
And so I hate that this is happening.
I hate that we're seeing these people, but at least it's finally coming to the surface.
I don't know if you saw Los Angeles Magazine this week.
But the woman who runs UTLA, her name is Cecily Mayard.
She's in charge of the Teachers Union.
And she came out and said that it doesn't really matter that kids were home during the pandemic.
They may not be able to do their times tables.
They may not be able to do math and science.
But they know, and this is her quote, they know what an insurrection is.
They know what a riot is.
And they know what a coup is.
Yeah.
This is what they're doing to our kids.
I think I saw that in Kabul.
I think I saw an insurrection and a coup in Kabul.
Let's talk about, I love this phrase, the converts, and what is triggering or what is the catalyst to have that conversion occur for millions of people.
This is a cut I didn't get to use yesterday.
This is Dr. Fauci.
He just never gives up.
Cut, eight, play cut.
Is it safe to say that even if 100% of people were vaccinated, we could still not eradicate this virus?
Well, that depends on what's going on in the rest of the world, because we're not in a vacuum here in the United States.
We hope we get the overwhelming majority of people in the rest of the world.
I can tell you, if 100% of the people in the world were vaccinated, we wouldn't be having this conversation.
There would not be an issue.
So this guy says, forget about your liberty, that's what we need, 100% vaccination, that's the goal.
Even in California that seems to be a tad challenging.
Is it true the Democrat lawmakers are stepping back from mandates from vaccinations?
Temporarily.
And boy, this is a theme, whether you're talking about education or the pandemic or anything that the left is doing right now.
It's all about freedom, right?
Freedom is out of style.
We don't celebrate it anymore.
I am not anti-vax.
I don't think that you are either, Seb.
I am anti-mandate.
And there was an assembly bill, 455 in California, that was pushed through by an assemblywoman out of Oakland that would have required anyone going to indoor facilities.
Jim's restaurants, movie theaters, sports arenas, any event, they would have to show proof of vaccination and it would also require that any employer, regardless of the size of your business, whether you're hiring an independent contractor, a full time employee, part time employee, or even just getting an applicant into your office to interview them, you'd have to get proof of vaccine.
Now, that died because they couldn't figure out how to enforce it.
That's the only reason it died.
And they said that they're just going to shelve it and that they're going to bring it back in January.
Gavin Newsom has said that even though they are shelving this, that he still sees this as the best path forward for California.
The new number today is that 80% of Californians have at least one shot of at least one dose of the vaccine.
We are still getting hit with the problem because people who are vaccinated are still spreading this.
This is not the solution to make it harder on people to move around.
Forget even the vaccine status going places right as a reward you get to go to a bar to a gym or to a restaurant.
But do you want to put that heaviness on the heads of small businesses who have just recovered?
Gyms were closed for a year and a half.
Restaurants were totally almost shut down for most of the last year and a half.
Entertainment events and venues and all of this stuff that you're going to now ask employers to be doctors and police officers to try to make sure that they're following the guidelines.
It's just simply it's not fair.
And the enforcement is going to be the real issue.
Even in California, there was enough pushback to get this pushed off until January.
It's not gonna go away.
They're gonna want to do this.
They want to keep coming for your freedoms.
Time to recall Gavin Newsom.
And also, it's time to register.
If you're in the area, if you're in the KRLA catchment, if you're in the LA area, to register for our incredible event, not this Sunday, next Sunday, with a cast of characters in one room that is just... Has it ever happened?
So many radio figureheads in one place, Jennifer?
This is our, I think this is our best town hall yet.
And you know, we've all been cooped up for a year and a half in California, so get ready, it's gonna be pretty ruckus.
But yeah, Mark Levin, Dennis Prager, Charlie Kirk, I'll be there, Grant Stinchfield, Seb will be there, and then Larry Elder will be the guest at the VIP reception afterwards.
Alright, where can they register for that?
You just go to www.am870.info and I don't know, I think we're going to have a good time.
We'll have to tear it up a little bit.
Oh, I think we're going to have a lot of fun.
I'll bring some of my bumper stickers, resist this, you can get those as well.
We're going to have a whale of a time.
God bless you!
We have been talking to Jennifer Horne.

I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Your call is next.
833-333-Gawker.
833-33-GORKA.
That's 833-334-6752.
So is Larry not going to speak?
He's just going to be at the VIP?
I don't think he was allowed to.
I think they had to make it so he's just at the reception.
So it'll just be after.
I am now going to take a sip of water from my Look at what I need!
I just have the big pink cup.
So I need the mug.
What is that?
Why are we getting music?
What's going on?
It wasn't me.
That was just preview audio.
JJ's tuned us out.
He wants to listen to music.
JJ's working.
I'm listening to my streaming.
Alright guys.
Talk to you next week.
Have a good one.
Thank you.
Thank you.
I saw, I was watching a baseball game the other day, and it was a New York broadcast.
And it had an advertisement in the break for vaccines, getting the vaccine, which I thought was weird.
But, you know, they have the PSA sort of announcements.
And it said, oh, you'll get good, I forget exactly the term they used, but it was something along the lines of benefits.
People who have the vaccine will have benefits of indoor dining, you know, gym.
It sounds like a cruise or something.
It's not, it doesn't sound, you know, oh, now I can't eat inside because I haven't been vaccinated.
Food?
What do you mean food?
You're not allowed?
All those ads like, yeah, showing kids running through fields, like, get vaccinated, get back to normal.
And I'm just like, this is paid for by, like, our tax dollars.
It just says, like, County of Arlington.
I forgot the government actually gives you your rights.
Yeah, I know.
They dole them out to you.
If you've been a good boy, you get this right, that right.
If you're not, they take them away from you.
Man, what happened to the Commonwealth, man?
I left California for a reason.
Yeah, but I just thought it was funny that New York's just so far off the deep end.
They said, okay, you know, we'll just, you know, eating inside is a benefit now that you can obtain by doing what we want.
Crazy.
Alright, let's come in with a cut from the President.
From yesterday's submission.
Oh, come in with 14.
We're doing Relief Factor here.
Copy that.
Title for Jen.
Also need a title for Sean as well.
The latest on Newsom's recall.
On Gavin Newsom's recall.
Gavin Newsom's recall.
Okay.
Sean, um... My computer's chugging.
I served in Afghanistan.
Biden is lying.
Afghanistan.
Biden is lying.
Copy that.
All right, 45 seconds.
45 seconds coming in with cut 14.
Any disclaimer to play, Jon?
Uh, no disclaimers.
Nope.
Copy.
That Mao Zedong on the wall is still something that confuses me to no end.
Have you not read?
Do you not know who that is?
Oh, they know who it is.
They just don't care.
What are the redeemable factors?
Not much.
It's funny that he escapes history, too.
He's not like as infamous as Stalin or Hitler.
No.
He has the highest body count of all.
But it's not like Guevara where they just sort of like...
I don't know anything about them.
And just put them on a t-shirt.
Whatever.
I don't know.
I'll never understand it.
All right.
Stand by.
Ten seconds.
You're listening to America First with Dr. G.
You know, they're changing the whole culture.
We're becoming a communist state.
Everybody's being prosecuted.
There are prosecutors all over the place.
They're using the Justice Department and local prosecutors at a level that nobody's seen before.
All of the things that are happening, this is like a communist country that's being run, and it's a disgrace.
Telling the truth here on America First.

Let's go to your cause.
It's been too long, and you are the most important part of the show.
Let's go to Kim in San Francisco.
Welcome to America First, Kim.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
I've called before.
My father was in the Berlin Airlift.
He was one of the first pilots to go in.
So, I know it doesn't meet the gold star standard, but, you know, I'm still pretty upset the way that they use that characterization of the biggest airlift in history.
Yeah, can we be clear here?
I'm so glad you raised that, Kim, because I was trying to put it into context, the biggest airlift in history.
Yes, in terms perhaps of the numbers of people, but they had something like, one of the days last week, it was eight flights in a day.
During the Berlin Airlift, I looked at the math, I used to teach, you know, that case study.
There was an aircraft taking off from the airport in Berlin, something like every 76 seconds.
I mean, it was just insane.
45 seconds.
And they were flying in coal to heat the houses.
They were flying in milk to make sure that Stalin couldn't starve Berlin.
So the idea that, you know, this was a great success last week.
Open a bloody history book, please.
And it was almost a year that they did this, not the 45 seconds, but for nearly a year they did this.
And plus, my father's a West Point grad, and what happened to duty, honor, country?
All these generals are West Pointers, or most of them.
I'm just so livid at the lies they continue to tell.
Did you hear their press conference today?
I caught parts of it before we opened the show, and I caught Millie, and it was just propaganda, propaganda, propaganda, Kim.
That's a nice way to put it.
It was worse than that.
Duty, honor, country.
Thank you, Kim.
Thank you for reminding us that yes, we've done this before and we've done it actually far more effectively.
Let's go to Juan in San Antonio.
Welcome, Juan.
Yes, sir.
Thank you for taking my call.
This is my second call and I'm calling again to you.
You're very welcome.
What brings you to our shores today, Juan?
Oh, a couple of things, uh, if you'll allow me, but, uh, you know, I've been hearing a lot lately as far, you know, yes, the blood is 100% definitely on Joe Biden's hands, but it's also on every single Democrat that's, that's voted for.
And as a, as, as a Catholic Christian, I want to tell them, Hey, this is on your hands also, but you have to understand that you need to forgive, ask for forgiveness from God.
And I'm praying for your forgiveness.
And it's not too late to change that.
It's not too late to rectify that.
Make the right decisions.
You still have a chance to fix this.
Yeah, this is so important.
I've said this on social media, I've said it here on the show, that if you voted, you know, the man who made the decision is Joe Biden.
He couldn't make that decision to surrender if he hadn't been quote-unquote elected.
So you've got to take responsibility.
If you voted for him, you also bear responsibility.
And I want somebody to call in, call in to America First.
DM me on Twitter, comment on my posts on Facebook.
If you're a Democrat, I want to hear from you.
I want you to tell us how you can justify what you did last year and whether you still support this man who literally surrendered to those who made September the 11th possible, who said no man left behind.
And we now know there are hundreds If not thousands of Americans trapped in Afghanistan, a man who has emboldened our enemies, a man who, it's shocking, we've played the video here, who has made our friends, our allies, our closest partners, like the UK, Simply hold him in contempt.
Juan, thank you for your call today.
Don't be a stranger.

Yep.
Okay.
Uh, YouTube.
Um...
What have we been doing so far on YouTube?
The one-on-ones go on YouTube now.
In addition to, um... Did Chris say anything that's a problem?
I, um... He might have.
Because Judicial Watch has kind of called that stuff out.
I'm not entirely sure.
All right, review it.
Review the audio, review the video, and tell me if there is anything.
Okay.
Okay.
All right, um, give me line two.
Mic's on or off?
On.
On.
Mic's are on.
Which name is he using?
Oh, just give me line two.
Hi, who's this?
Hello, this is David.
Hi, David.
Are you sure it's David?
Yes, this is David from Columbus, Ohio.
Hi, David.
What's your comment?
What's your question?
Number one, I 100% agree with your last caller that anyone who voted for Biden because they thought maybe Trump wasn't the politest, they should consider what, you know, actions were more important than whether they feel someone, what they feel personally.
Good.
My other comment was, Um, you know, my wife was just saying, you know, the military, she always thought of them as honorable, strong, conservative people.
And I, my thoughts was, you know, I think 90% are, uh, but you know, you'll always have the, maybe some, like in any group, maybe a few that aren't like that.
And, uh, in 2008 to 2000, um, you know, um, 14, you know, we have a president, uh, to 2016, we had a president Obama.
And that's the time when you're going to have colonels that advance through the general staff.
And I'm wondering your thoughts on whether maybe, you know, as that elevation occurred during that regime, you know, this is the unfortunate fruit.
Yeah, that's what I've been saying for days, Dave.
Clearly you haven't been listening.
Thank you, Dave.
Bye bye.
Thank you.
All right.
Standing by.
Coming in with anything?
Uh, no.
All right.
All right.
Standing by.
Making sense out of today's news, here's Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
Right, everybody who's on the line, stay there.
We're gonna try and get to you.
Simon is next.
Very important suggestion from Simon.
But I saw a video yesterday from that pistol!
On the Congresswoman Lauren Bobbitt, who carries a pistol because, you know, she believes in the Constitution.
And I'm going to play the whole thing.
It is so powerful, you need to hear it from the steps of the Congress yesterday.
Congresswoman Lauren Bobbitt talking about the man who thinks he's the President.
Cut 12.
This weekend, I promised every citizen I represent that I would do everything in my power as a United States Congresswoman to get rid of Joe Biden.
Kamala Harris and Nancy Pelosi can follow him out the freaking door.
I want everyone listening today on both sides of the aisle to hear these words.
We were sent to Washington to represent the American people, not to watch our country give away billions of military equipment to known terrorists, not to sit idly by waiting for the next election, and certainly not to put up with an inept, weak, and incapable regime that puts everyone but American citizens first.
From day one, this regime So-called administration has been all about America's last policies and every day they prove that more and more.
The father of one of our fallen soldiers said, hey, I'm just a carpenter and even I can figure out how horrible this exit strategy was.
We all know that we needed to leave Afghanistan and we all see how failed This mission was.
He's right and you know it.
His son did not deserve to die.
The blame starts at the top with Biden and his hand-picked vice president who bragged that she was right there making the same bad decisions.
And if not for her own dereliction of duty, She should be impeached for not demanding we invoke the 25th Amendment.
It is time for action.
Impeach Biden.
Impeach Kamala Harris.
And throw in the Secretary of State if you can get him back from vacation.
Take a vote to vacate the chair.
To get Nancy Pelosi the heck out of here.
I hope at this time, at this stage, where we are today, there might be a handful of Democrats who actually might join us in taking a stand for our fallen soldiers, for America, for the Constitution.
And if there are any Republicans who have any doubt, know that you will be facing your own primaries.
And no amount of your precious money will be able to save you from the uprising of the American people who demand we do something now.
That's what the Republican Party should look like.
Every single one of them should be acting like she's acting, all 80 pounds of her.
Calling for the impeachment and the resignation of this president and the cabinet members that disgraced us in front of the world and risked Americans and left hostages there.
God bless Lauren Boebert.
Let's post that video on all our platforms.
Let's go back to your calls.
As I said, Simon, California, line three.
Welcome to America First.
Ah, Dr. Gawker, what an honor it is to speak to you, sir, and you sound a bit like me, which is even more of a bonus.
I think my accent's probably a little better than yours, but yours is not bad.
Not bad, Simon.
Nice try.
I'm gonna give it to you, Doc.
Where are you from, Simon?
Originally Salisbury in south of England, but I'm in Yosemite in California now.
You live in Yosemite?
I do.
I certainly do for my sins.
Wow.
If you don't mind the government, and of course we do, it's a beautiful place to live.
It is a beautiful place.
What brings you to our shores today, Simon?
Simon from Salisbury.
Salisbury.
Simon from Salisbury.
Yeah, Salisbury.
Not Salisbury.
Not Salisbury, as many say here, and nothing to do with the steak, as I'm sure you're aware.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Do you know, I've followed you for years, Doc, and it's such an honor to speak with you today.
I know time is precious, so I'll get to the meat of it.
I'm a former chaplain.
I've served in uniform.
I've also been a pediatric chaplain for years, where I saw lots of parents lose their children.
Watching the parents over the last few days of the 13 that fell in Kabul unnecessarily really grieved my heart.
And like a lot of people in America, you ask yourself, what can I do?
I felt, and after much prayer, really decided that it was the right thing to do to try and organize a movement to ask President Trump to meet with them.
Because even though it was not his governmental duty now, I feel like from the things that have been said, most of these people, most of these parents would have wished that.
So I've started an online petition.
In the last 24 hours, through some sweat, we're just short of 100 people.
We're just getting the word out now.
But if you're able to send people to that website, that would be... Stay on the line, Simon, stay on the line.
First things first, where did you serve as a chaplain?
You said you were in uniform.
Where did you serve?
Well, I was a young RAF officer, and in terms of America, I only did some Air Force Auxiliary Chaplaincy, rose to be a Major.
But nothing important, and this really isn't about me, Doug.
No, no, I'm just curious.
I mean, these are superb credentials.
Simon, I love the idea.
Stay on the line.
Jeff's going to get your details.
I want your contact details, your email address, and also the website for this petition.
I mean, this is a fabulous idea.
I'm going to suggest it to President Trump myself.
God bless you.
And also, let's give Simon a signed copy of my first book, Defeating Jihad, which tells you Who these people are that have taken over Afghanistan, why they harboured Al-Qaeda, and it's the reason that I made it into the White House, why President Trump made me his strategist.
So, God bless you.
You can get your copy at sebgorkastore.com.
That's sebgorkastore.com.
Stay on the line, Simon.
Superb, superb, superb concept.
You heard what happened.
You experienced it even if you weren't on the east coast.
You saw the deleterious effects of the Russian hack against the oil pipeline supplying 43% of the gas to the eastern seaboard.
That happened under Biden.
We're witnessing what's happening abroad because of him.
What's the next thing that's going to be attacked?
It could be the food supply chain to America.
Do you have a plan?
Are you ready?
What happens if you go to the stores?
Right now in DC, it's the same thing.
The toilet roll and the milk is running out.
Well, guess what?
If it's not just that, but it's empty shelves.
Most stores have less than 72 hours worth of supply in the stockroom.

You used the same music to come in twice, didn't you today?
No.
No?
Or maybe it was the third hour.
It could have been the third hour, yeah.
Speaking of which, I actually, I think I need a title for the Feral Hour.
I don't think I got one yesterday.
Oh, really?
I checked my notes and I do not see one.
That's on me.
Yeah, we've talked about FDR.
Oh, Rose, oh, okay.
Yeah, it was the truth about... George Earl.
The truth about FDR and World War II.
Nice!
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
FDR and World War II.
Copy that.
Oh, thank you.
This was Jihad, right?
Yeah.
Yeah.
That's what he's given away now for a while, I think.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
If it's anything else, then I'll put a sticky note on it.
Copy.
Alright, do you want to do, uh, you didn't do Rudy last.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Do you want to do Rudy this time?
Yeah, I will.
Alright.
Want to come in with any last cuts for this segment?
Um... We played Newt, we played the teacher.
Wade Austin's good.
Today?
Yeah.
Cut to?
Oh yes, good.
Come in with that.
Alright.
Disclaimers?
No disclaimers, nope.
Just on the side of the Constitution.
Oh, my buddy says the last ten minutes it's just been music on the America First website.
Can you contact Rob, whoever it is?
For the last ten minutes it's only been music on the website.
There's no feed.
Okay, five seconds.
I'm muting my... On the side of the U.S.
Constitution, America first!
Now we have just concluded the largest air evacuation of civilians in American history.
It was heroic.
It was historic.
It was a disgrace, Lloyd Austin.
And the fact that you're standing at the podium today, and you allowed Bagram Air Base, the only strategic air facility in the whole theater, to be shut down, means you should be stripped of your positions.
Let's go to your calls.
Oh, first things first.
Guys, please support Rudy.
Rudy Giuliani is under severe attack.
They want to strip him of his law licenses.
They want to bankrupt the man.
Please, as a personal favor to me, will you go to Rudy Giuliani Freedom Fund today?
RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
Please support this man who brought New York back from the brink and is investigating what happened last November during the elections.
That's RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
Let's help him right now.
RudyGiulianiFreedomFund.com.
Let's go to your calls.
John in Tennessee.
Welcome.
Dr. Gorka, thank you for taking my call.
I'm currently reading the book Betrayed by Billy Vaughn about the shoot-down of Extortion 17.
Oh, good.
And back in 2010 or 2011, before his son died, his son gave him a writing that was anonymously floating around within the SEAL teams.
And I want to read this to you, but just a very brief section.
We don't usually do that on radio.
How long is this section?
It's only like three lines.
Go ahead.
Simply stated, men turning into women not only throughout American society, but throughout our armed services as well.
Our leaders have become too weak to stand tall and shoot straight.
And so if that was being written about ten years ago, and there's considerably more to this segment than I just read, That's how come we're facing the problems we're facing now.
Because 10 years ago, those finest people that were in lower ranks are now senior officers.
Stay on the line, John.
I'm not familiar with that book.
I'm familiar with the new film, Angel Down, the story of Extortion 17.
Stay on the line.
Jeff's going to get those details.
I need to check that book out.
Brent has been waiting very patiently in Los Angeles.
Brent, welcome back.
Hello Big Boar High Velocity Gorka!
That's good.
Brent, we've got a minute left.
Shine for us.
Okay, well I wanted to thank God for Project Veritas and Jen of Arc blowing her victory horn for the children of California.
All the jaw-dropping Project Veritas videos must become obligatory viewing.
in gangster gavin's predatory schools and this sacramento antifa teacher must be investigated indicted prosecuted and incarcerated hopefully at gitmo and did you notice all the pagan tattoos in the nose yes who the hell hired him as a teacher he's a teacher He's a teacher sitting there with the piercings, the tattoos and the Antifa t-shirt.
It's sheer insanity.
You're so right, Brent.
We got to make that video go public.

Welcome, dear friends, to America First one-on-one, where we have the opportunity to sit down with one of our good friends, regular guests, or new guests to America First, get to know them a little bit better, and also drill down on the key issues of the day.
Today's interviewee is somebody who shouldn't need any introduction.
He's been fighting swamp creatures valiantly For years and years here in the stinking cesspit that is Washington DC.
He is the Director of Research, Director of Investigations for the incredible people at Judicial Watch, an organization you should be supporting.
Chris Farrell, welcome to America First one-on-one.
Great to be with you.
We could spend hours with you talking about just your day job.
However, you surprised me walking into the studio before my vacation with a book that you have written that we shall discuss because it's it's a fascinating real life espionage grand strategy thriller.
But the key message is, I'm a couple of chapters in, and I've already identified that the key message is that the key message is that the world emissary later in the album. and I've already identified that the key message is that ...emissary later in the hour.
But first things first, for those who've just accidentally hopped on this channel, received this video link from a buddy or what have you, share a little bit about yourself.
Who is Chris Farrell?
What is his professional background?
Where does he hail from?
And how did you end up at Judicial Watch?
Sure.
So for the last 22 years, I've been the Director of Investigations and Research at Judicial Watch.
You must have started like when you were 10 or something, right?
You don't look old enough.
That's right.
So 22 years later, and it's amazing when I think that, even when I say that, it strikes me.
So a long career at Judicial Watch.
I've been a member of the Board of Directors since 2003, so most of the time there as a fiduciary of the corporation.
And we do a lot of stuff.
Judicial Watch is a government watchdog.
We look at government corruption.
We sue government officials.
Whoever's in government.
True.
We're equal opportunity offenders.
We've sued Republicans and Democrats alike.
But what we're trying to do is get accountability and some sense of integrity in government and law and politics.
And so we've been doing that a long time.
The organization's been around for 27 years.
I've been there for 22 of the 27.
My colleague Tom Fitton, who you see often on media, present broadcasts of various types, you see often.
And then our third director is a guy named Paul Orfanides, who's our head attorney.
We have a staff of about 50 offices around the country.
Most everybody's here in D.C., but we're sprinkled around.
So our watchdog group, we get tons of government records and documents.
We make very aggressive use of the open records law.
The Freedom of Information Act.
Correct.
And at the state level, likewise, the mirroring laws that allow for access to government records and documents.
And that's what we spend a lot of our time doing and holding officials accountable and suing folks.
We have other big, big projects, things like an election program we've been doing now for something like 12 years where we've forced various states to clean up their voter rolls.
So get the dead people, the people who have moved out off the voter rolls, correct?
Correct.
We've been doing this for years and years and years.
Before it was cool, we've been doing this.
We've been doing it.
We've forced the Los Angeles County to remove 1.5 million people off their voting rolls who were not eligible, not real, not even alive citizens.
So we've had a great success cross-country doing that.
We do things like we take all the financial disclosure forms of every federal judge in the country and make them public.
Wow.
We represent whistleblowers.
We've represented folks in government who've tried to do the right thing, who've had their heads chopped off.
And of course, a lot of times with whistleblowers, you're really dealing with damaged goods.
These are people who've tried to do the right thing.
They've gotten nailed.
They've had their lives turned upside down.
The government tries to make them crazy, literally.
It's a Stalinist technique, really.
It's gaslighting.
It is.
And then everyone wonders, well, gee, why is this person acting so peculiarly?
Well, because they've had their life ripped apart in front of them.
And look, the process is the punishment.
They like to grind people up in the machine along the way.
Can I give an example?
Tell me if I'm wrong here.
But after Benghazi, some of the contractors that survived, who had government clearances, which were essential to their livelihoods, were polygraphed every month with that sword of Damocles over their heads saying, oh, if you fail, you're going to lose your clearance.
I mean, that's one way to do it, is it not?
Sure, absolutely.
And in fact, as somebody who has used polygraph in my earlier life... We'll talk about that.
Before Juriswatch, I was a counterintelligence officer in the army.
Ran double agent operations, did a lot of counterespionage work.
And I would use polygraph as a control technique, as a tool.
And so there's a legitimate application of polygraph.
To rattle people.
Right.
And so it's a technique.
All right.
That's why it's not admissible in court, because it's a technique.
It's a stress inducer.
It is.
And so one of the things you do to sort of check or control or double-check someone is use polygraph.
Now you can do it legitimately or you can do it maliciously, and very often it's done maliciously, quite frankly.
Because, you know, the big government, capital G, doesn't like people who pop up on the radar screen like you just discussed and have dared to tell the truth.
So they're sort of legally tortured by things like polygraph.
All right, so that is what you've been doing for 22 years at Judicial Watch.
Let's talk about what you did before that as much as you can in a low-class situation.
So you joined the Army?
I did.
I graduated from Fordham University in the lovely Bronx, New York, as a distinguished military graduate with a history degree, and so I became a... To ROTC?
I did, but I was a regular army commissionee and became a military intelligence officer specializing in counterintelligence and human intelligence.
I did all the things a lieutenant's supposed to do.
Let's stop here for those who don't live in the swamp, don't have clearances.
Explain the difference between intelligence and counterintelligence.
What does a counterintelligence officer do?
So there's all different flavors of intelligence.
There's signals intelligence, there's Imagery intelligence, counterintelligence, all these different flavors of intelligence.
And so counterintelligence officers look to identify and stop espionage being conducted against the United States.
And it could be all different types of espionage efforts.
They could be human intelligence.
They could be sort of some sort of technical penetration.
There's all different ways.
Stopping our enemies from getting our stuff.
Right.
And so as a lieutenant, I did all the things you're supposed to do as a lieutenant.
I was a platoon leader in an S2, and I ran around 3rd Armored Division in Germany, and, you know, we never ended up fighting World War III in the Fulda Gap, but that's where I was hanging out doing that, ready for it.
Then I went over into more of a plainclothes job and I did counter-espionage investigations and double agent operations and I did that both as an openly assigned officer to a couple of different jobs but then I also became something called a military intelligence accepted career program officer or great skills officer and so you're kind of taken off of the army roster and you're handled separately and you only do operational type jobs and activities.
For other agencies?
Are you a loner?
No.
So, I mean, well, you can be.
Along the way, I was also cross-trained at the farm.
CIA's training facility.
Correct.
And so that's another aspect of my career, is I received training to be a clandestine human intelligence case officer.
Which means running sources, running human assets.
Right, essentially finding people to spy for the United States.
So most of my effort was at counter-espionage, but sort of the photographic negative of that is also having people spy on behalf of the United States.
And the case officers, the intelligence officers who run those people, are called clandestine intelligence case officers.
Let me just jump in here straight away.
We'll talk about Judicial Watch more.
We're going to talk about your book.
Can I just be really provocative?
Does America even do counterintelligence anymore?
It's a pathetic state of affairs currently.
I still have friends in that world and it is a hollow shell of what it once was.
It is nothing like it was and nothing like it should be.
And is that a function of lack of leadership?
Yes.
Lack of skill?
It's a leadership failure is what it really boils down to.
I know that there are very dedicated, serious, professional folks who want to do the right thing.
And they're hung up in all kinds of never-never land, crazy, you know.
Politically correct.
Domestic violent extremism, critical race theory.
Let's tear ourselves apart and invent problems that don't exist when there are actual real-life bad guys of all different flavors and stripes who are trying to eat our lunch, trying to steal our secrets.
Some are very obvious, you know, surprise, surprise, the Chinese want all our technology.
Some are a little more subtle.
Folks that you might think would be our friends, who really aren't our friends.
In fact, I can remember very clearly sitting in a classroom at the farm, and a former chief of station, multiple chief of stations, civilian CIA employee training the military case officers, looked around the room and said, we have no friends.
Only interest.
And then people would raise their hand and say, what about the Brits?
What about the Israelis?
What about the Canadians?
And he kept looking and saying, we have no friends.
We have occasional alliances that are of mutual interest, but we have, and everyone's trying to steal everybody else's stuff.
It's just a fact.
And to think otherwise is naive.
We have liaison services, we have people we work with now and again, and apart from that we have national interests.
We're talking to the head of investigations, head of research for that superb organization Judicial Watch.
Please support them today.
JudicialWatch.org.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
This is America First live streaming, not on Facebook because they banned us yesterday, but check out Rumble.com slash G-O-R-K-A.
Before we get to your book, Chris, let me just, because it was remiss of me not to mention it previously.
Will you talk to us about at least some of the big things that you have broken?
What is the connection between Judicial Watch and the infamous Hillary Clinton email server?
Yeah, the only reason you know about the Hillary Clinton email server is because Judicial Watch had filed lawsuits.
Actually, the roots of it begin in Benghazi, where we had asked all sorts of questions of all sorts of agencies about what was going on in Benghazi, trying to unravel that.
And to make it a long story short, we found the hole in the donut, right?
So we had all these communications from all the people that you might imagine, Furiously communicating about what was going on, who was responding.
At the annex, at the consulate.
All sorts of details.
Right.
But there was something conspicuously absent, and that was nothing to or from Hillary Clinton.
Wow.
So all the other cast of characters... Deafening silence.
Correct.
All the other cast of characters are very busy communicating, but there's a hole in the donut.
Well, what is it?
Well, she's not present in any of the... And then we had litigated over this in court, The government swore they gave us everything.
Ten months go by, the State Department comes to us very sheepishly and says, well we found another universe of documents.
And we said, well what does that mean?
And that was in fact that she had been running her own outlaw email server.
Unsecured privacy.
And all this, loads of communications had gone across the server, including 22 top-secret SCI, sensitive compartmental information, code word material, had gone across the server.
Can we just drill down on this for a second?
You know, as somebody who's worked in that field, has his clearances to this day, the systems are designed Physically designed.
So you can't transport messages off a secure net onto a private server.
You can't plug in a thumb drive and do this.
So whoever did it for her, it is a conscious effort.
It's not an accident.
You don't slip a TSSCI code word.
You have to cut and paste.
You have to physically know.
Worse than cut and paste.
You can't cut and paste.
You've got to read.
Right.
And then excerpt and transcribe from that safe system onto an unsafe system.
You can't do it by accident.
Let's be very specific.
So somebody was sitting at a JWICS terminal, that's the acronym for the top secret end of the thing, and read an intelligence information report, and these are normally quite long, frankly, and there's one paragraph that's important, the rest of it's a gobbledygook for the most part, and they found three little, hypothetically, they found three little nuggets They were very important.
For example, someone described the placement of trucks and people outside the gate of a compound.
How is that derived?
Either from a human being who saw it, so human intelligence, or from imagery from stuff way up in the sky or way down close?
Our satellites, our UAVs.
Right, and so someone has gotten very sensitive detailed information about the placement of trucks and vehicles outside of a gate in front of a terrorist facility, let's say, and that's all super duper classified.
Well somebody excerpts the pertinent nuggets out of that and then hypothetically someone like Huma Abedin would hypothetically sit on an iPad and type it all out.
So let's be clear here, Somebody like Huber Abedin would hypothetically take their phone or their iPad illegally into that secure facility, that SCIF, where you're supposed to leave your electronics outside in a lockbox, goes in, reads the JWICS terminal, reads the classified reports.
Transposes, writes the intelligence onto that iPad, takes it out of the SecureSkiff, and then sends it to Hillary.
Correct.
Correct?
Is that a hypothetical?
That is an excellent hypothetical.
And you guys worked this out?
Correct.
Correct.
And so this was, you know, revealed and exposed, and all sorts of people with political agenda, people like Jim Comey and others, you know, turned themselves inside out to say, hey, no big deal.
Okay.
And of course, no one with half a brain would buy that.
And who has paid a penalty for this?
Not a single living, breathing, walking soul.
Okay.
If you, as a military counterintelligence officer in the U.S.
Army, or I as a DoD civilian, or as a White House political appointee, if we had done that, where would we likely be today, Chris?
Fort Leavenworth.
We'd be in prison, correct?
Absolutely.
I mean, if you'd done a fraction of that, you would have lost your clearance.
You would have had all sorts of legal problems, administrative.
I mean, you would never practice your profession again.
OK, let's talk about professionalism.
Let's talk about national security.
I want to talk about your book.
I want to talk about the swamp.
But because we are witnessing, quote unquote, the day before yesterday, the end of the war in Afghanistan, which is peculiar, Mr. CENTCOM General, because the last time I looked, wars end when your enemy surrenders or is crushed, not when you give them $80 billion worth of U.S.
equipment.
Give us your take as a former military professional on what you have witnessed in the last 14 days in U.S.
national security.
It's just shameful.
I mean, I can't.
It defies, I mean, real explanation.
A lot's been written and said about it by all sorts of smart people.
I just have a deep sense of shame.
It's horrific.
We have spent lives, treasure, and for what?
The other truly shameful part is none of this escaped anyone, right?
Every, name your alphabet, superintelligence agency, name anybody over DOD.
They watched this wind up and come at us for months.
And officials went up in front of Congress and lied for months last spring.
They're saying, oh, well, it's not entirely given that, you know, the Afghan government will collapse and the Taliban may.
What a bunch of lies.
I mean, they've known this forever and they watched it happen in slow motion.
Look, Democrats are Democrats, politicians are politicians, spin doctors are spin doctors.
What is the culpability of the flag and general staff, the senior military?
Horrific.
Every single general officer, the three and four stars certainly, they're all Obama generals, first of all, right?
Exactly.
They were full colonels and one stars in the Obama era and then in the last 8 to 12 years they've all risen up through.
So they're all litmus tested for supporting things like 6 foot 4 Frank wearing a skirt and calling himself Francine, right?
Right.
Oh, no problem with that, right.
There's no Billy Mitchells anymore, right?
They don't exist.
Nobody who resigns on principle, except for that colonel, that Marine colonel this weekend.
Where are the generals who resign on principle, Chris?
There's no flag officers who have any guts or intestines or spine or whatever you want to call it.
But I mean, this is really horrific stuff.
This is like national shame stuff.
And it turns my stomach over and the lack of accountability.
I mean, they're all heading for the door.
They're going to get their retirement.
They're going to go be corporate board advisors being paid six figures.
Belway Bandit directors.
It's disgusting.
And, you know, I want them to walk through a VA hospital and tell everybody how it's really no big deal, you know.
Yeah, wow, wow, wow.
We're talking to Chris Farrell.
Follow him and his colleagues at Judicial Watch on Twitter.
That's at Judicial Watch.
Chris, I'm so excited.
You surprised me recently with an inscribed book, very, very kindly inscribed book.
I wasn't expecting it.
It is called Exiled Emissary, George H. Earl III, Soldier, Sailor, Diplomat, Governor, Spy.
This thing that he was a governor, then a deputy attaché blows my mind.
Start with why did you write this book?
What compelled you?
Yeah, so my grandmother did.
Right, right.
In 1967 of all things.
So look, my maternal grandfather was a founding member of the New York Coffin Sugar Exchange.
He was a commodities broker.
And one of his chief clients was a guy who owned something called the Flamingo Sugar Mills.
And that man was George Earl.
And George Earl comes from a very long, old, prestigious American family.
His great-great-great-whatever-uncle was Benjamin Franklin.
An enormously wealthy man, a mainline Philadelphia playboy.
He loved wine, women, and song.
He played polo.
He flew his own plane.
He took his uncle's yacht during World War I, turned it into a naval reserve vessel as a submarine chaser.
It was out off the coast of New Jersey.
As you do.
Out off the coast of New Jersey and Delaware, hunting German submarines, and won the Navy Cross.
That's the kind of guy we're talking about.
I interviewed his 93-year-old son back in 2016.
His 93-year-old son, who also happened to be an OSS officer in the Pacific, and he said, my father would do any damn thing he pleased.
And he did.
This guy actually was sort of a Trump before Trump.
He didn't need a title.
And he eschewed it.
Independently wealthy, did anything he damn well pleased.
He actually broke from his family in 1932 and supported FDR.
All of his family were Republicans going all the way back.
He had this sort of moral sense of, you know, kind of, let's give the little guy a break kind of thing.
And so wrote enormous checks to FDR and to the Democratic Party.
Which resulted in him getting an ambassadorship.
He was our ambassador in Vienna from 1933 to 1935, which was a wild time to be the ambassador in Vienna, with the Germans, the Nazis trying to push in.
This is just before Anschluss.
A very diminutive little chancellor named Dollfuss, a very brave little man who was fighting both the communists and the Nazis simultaneously in Vienna.
George Earl physically put himself out in street battles in Vienna to collect intelligence to report back to Washington.
He made official Washington crazy because he would write things like, unless I receive guidance by 12 to noon tomorrow, I intend on doing the following.
And he'd list all the action.
That made Foggy Bottom, the State Department, crazy.
And he didn't care because he was personal friends with FDR.
They had gone to Harvard together.
He's independently wealthy.
Has access to the president.
He's directly friends with the president and financed this campaign.
And he himself has enormous personal wealth.
He doesn't care that you don't like him.
He's going to do what he thinks is right.
And in the big, I mean, it sounds very Trumpian, but in the big scheme of world history geopolitics, you make some incredible claims about him and shortening World War II.
Two things.
Two things are stunning.
Tell us why this person that most Americans have never heard of, why he's so crucial to understanding the history of World War II.
He's an enormous threat to FDR and FDR's history, so he was cancelled.
He's the first guy to be cancelled.
So he's Trump before Trump and he's cancelled.
He's sent off to exile, part of the title I'll explain in a moment.
In January of 1943, early January, FDR meets with Churchill in Casablanca, and he kind of cavalierly, off the cuff, says, oh, by the way, the Germans must unconditionally surrender.
No one knew this, except for FDR throws it off the cuff.
This makes the German officer corps, the anti-Hitler resistance, the Widerstand, Makes the German officer corps crazy, because now it backs them into a corner.
Right, because they want to do what?
Facilitate a collapse.
Correct.
But they can't guarantee a conditional surrender.
Correct.
And so what happens is, in the third week of January 1943, just after the unconditional surrender demand at Casablanca, George Earl, now back in naval service, having been governor of Pennsylvania, Having been an ambassador again.
Now he's back in naval service as a lieutenant commander, and he says to FDR, hey, send me over to be the attache in Istanbul.
And FDR says, you are my personal emissary to the Balkans, and you are now the assistant naval attache.
Very thin diplomatic.
It's just cover, right?
Correct.
And so he shows up in Istanbul.
He's there about four days.
He has an entire floor of a hotel.
Because he's independently wealthy, he doesn't care.
Right.
So he takes the entire floor of the hotel, there's a knock on his door one evening, and standing before him is Admiral Wilhelm Canaris.
Canaris.
Chief of the German Abwehr, German military intelligence.
And Abwehr says to him, I know who you are Mr. Earl, Governor Earl, and I know your connection to the President, and I know your unique status here in the neutral city of Istanbul.
Here's our proposition.
We will give you Hitler, dead or alive, and his inner circle, but we must have an armistice, and then we must turn around and attack the Soviet Union.
So he's got this offer.
What happens next?
I want everybody to get the book Exiled Emissary George H. Earl III.
So we've stopped at this moment.
Canaris, Mr. Military Intelligence for the Germans, makes a suggestion, an offer to the thinly veiled representative of the president.
What happens next?
Silence is what happens next.
And Earl goes out of his mind because he cables this back two different ways to FDR.
And he knows it's a for real offer because what happens is there's follow-up from the Germans.
And the German ambassador to Turkey at the time was a guy named von Papen.
He was a very conservative Catholic.
He was the last chancellor before Hitler, which is interesting.
Hitler wanted to keep him in the game and keep him close, so he put him as an ambassador.
Von Papen says we're going to have a guy named Lerzner communicate with Earl.
They coordinate.
They go down to the level of detail as to point of surrender, where the armistice would take place, what units would attack and seize Hitler.
They had a down to level of detail.
You know, the reason that this fails, everyone knows the movie with Tom Cruise, Valkyrie.
Valkyrie, right.
Valkyrie and Count von Stauffenberg.
That happened because the Earl mission failed.
Failed, right, because they were desperate.
Correct.
They had to kill Hitler to knock him out.
That was the last ditch effort because this approach by Canaris to Earl failed.
So FDR says nothing, or he says take this up with State, which means you're going to get the same answer.
It's a circle.
If it happens again, bring it up with Eisenhower, because Eisenhower's not going to do anything.
So why?
Explain.
Why does FDR not want to end the war?
Yeah, well, because of the commitment to Stalin, right?
I mean, here's the interesting thing.
The United States supported all sorts of insurgencies and partisan efforts against The Germans.
The only German, the only partisan group that never got any support were the anti-communist ones.
So the Widerstand, the group of Canaris and others, von Stauffenberg and others, who were not just anti-Nazi but also anti-communist.
FDR would not support them.
Because that would be a threat to Stalin.
Correct.
To the global communist movement.
And when you view this as, look, World War II starts off because of an unconditional war guarantee to the Poles between France and Germany.
And so, okay, unconditional war guarantee, World War II starts, the Germans invade.
Well, who invaded from the East?
The Soviet Union invaded Poland.
With a secret pact with Germany.
Correct.
And so the initiators of the war, right, the people who wage war of aggression, Germany and the Soviet Union, World War II ends, and of course we have to have justice now, right?
Because of an unconditional war guaranteed to the Poles by the Germans and the Brits.
Who gets Poland?
The people that invaded them get it.
The Soviet Union, the Russians, Stalin gets Poland.
I want everybody to read Exiled Emissary, but just give a hint.
What happens to this man who loved America, was loyal to the president?
What does FDR do to him?
Well, after he goes to FDR and says to him, hey listen, by the way, the Katyn forest massacre where 22,000 Poles were slaughtered, the cream of Polish society.
20,000 plus.
The intelligentsia, the university professors, the army officers, church leaders, they're machine gunned in the forest.
Everyone wants to say the Nazis did it.
They didn't.
The Soviets did it.
Earl goes, conducts his own investigation, gets sworn statements, autopsy reports, does a full report, comes back to the Oval Office, tells FDR the Soviets did it, and FDR flies off the hinges.
He goes nuts.
They knew each other personally.
Earl respects the President because he's the President, but they've known each other for decades, and so he's very frank with him.
Anyway, what happens is Earl says, well, I want to tell the press what I've learned and I want to produce all these documents that I've given.
The order for the report is suppressed.
FDR then sends Earl to American Samoa, 7,000 miles out into the Pacific.
But forbids him to say anything.
Correct.
First of all, everything I'm telling you, I have a document for.
I've got a piece of paper from the archives for every single thing I've uttered on this show.
And so he forbids Earl from saying anything about what he's learned as his personal emissary, and then sends him 7,000 miles out into the Pacific as the deputy military governor of Samoa.
Former governor of Pennsylvania, former ambassador.
Twice over, the man who won the Navy Cross, the man who funded FDR's campaign, and FDR, as a personal insight, this shows you the nasty, vindictive nature of FDR, that he would screw one of his friends, a man he's known for decades, sends him to Samoa.
I mean, this is, at this point, a 55-year-old Navy commander who's been around through two world wars, like I said before, you know, governor, ambassador.
But what's the good news?
The good news is, George Orwell bounces back from this and goes on to become a leading anti-communist all through the late 40s, up into the, actually into the late 60s, early 70s.
He's a leading anti-communist.
He provides congressional testimony, his own personal story.
The sad thing is George Earle should have airports named after him, bridges named after him.
And because of FDR's efforts, he was virtually erased from American history.
And that's why this book is so important.
It's Exiled Emissary, George H. Earl III, Soldier, Sailor, Diplomat, Governor, Spy by our special guest Chris Farrell.
What should our balance sheet for FDR, how should it be adjusted given just this story, Chris?
Well, if you consider that World War II could have ended 18 months earlier and we could have turned on and gone after the real enemy, the Soviet Union, the Communists, Look, the Germans in opposition to Hitler, the hardcore element of the resistance, were largely very traditional Catholics, and very traditional, capital L, liberal, in the best sense of the word.
Which means anti-communist.
There were anti-communists, political types, and professional military officers who abhorred Hitler.
They knew what a monster he was.
But they also had finished fighting on the Eastern Front, and they knew what monsters the Soviets were.
And they said, look, the only future for Western civilization, for all the common... I don't care that the Germans and the French go to war every 40 years.
That's not the point.
Western civilization was being threatened by what communism offered.
And that was the clear thinking of, let's have an armistice.
You can have accountability from the Nazis, but we have got to fight the Soviets.
Because the Soviets are an existential threat.
Dear friends, if you like America First, if you enjoy our special one-on-one discussions, may I ask you a personal favor?
There is a modern-day George H. Earle.
His name is Rudy Giuliani.
The left is trying to destroy him, not just cancel him.
They want to bankrupt him.
They want to take away his law licenses.
Will we help him now is the question.
He defeated five mafia families.
He helped New York get back on its feet after 9-11.

I was very happily surprised by this story or receiving this story and what I really would like to do for the last few minutes here on One on One is to pull this Rapidly up to 2021.
Why is the story of one man's cancellation, despite his loyalty,
to the founding principles of this nation and his understanding of the threat to america so important for all americans to hear today chris yeah so i mean that there's there's pure entertainment in the in the life of george earl you can use in a fascinating political story it's a fascinating espionage story of what he did in istanbul it's amazing but here's the real lesson it is dangerous to be right when the government is wrong That's a Voltaire quote.
I opened the book with it.
And that's really, here's a man with enormous political connections, enormous personal wealth, physical courage, a man who put himself in very great danger, a man who even had our allies, the MI6 officer in Istanbul wanted him dead.
I mean, we had friends who wanted him dead because he was brave enough and bold enough to do things that were terribly impolitic and not what is said or done.
Because he believed to do the right thing, and he had tremendous personal courage.
Even as governor of Pennsylvania, he'd say, you know, I may make mistakes, but they'll always be mistakes of the head and not of the heart, right?
His guts and his instinct were good and true.
He was a man, enormous personal flaws.
He was quite the womanizer and, you know, had All kinds of crazy adventures, but he never questioned his integrity and his honor.
He may have been kind of a wild man, and he was.
No apologies.
But you knew he was true blue American, and you knew he'd fight like hell.
And that's the difference.
He wasn't one of these characters with his finger in the air, checking what's currently in favor or not.
And he had the guts to tell the truth, even when people didn't like it.
He would go into the Oval Office and have two blowout fights with the President of the United States, FDR, who is hardly Mr. Charm, right?
And he confronted him on two incredible points.
One is, we could have ended the war 18 months ago.
And number two is, the Soviets slaughtered 22,000 Poles out in this forest.
And you're blaming the wrong people.
And of course, you know, it only took until 1986 for them to finally admit it.
Right.
So Earl was correct all along, just like Earl was right on the communists all along.
But nonetheless, you know, this is a brave guy who had the guts to do things that were not politically correct.
Let me ask you the most operational question.
You may not want to hear the answer, dear friends.
Where are these people now?
I've lived here for, what, 13 years now?
I have worked with literally thousands of the best of the best at Fort Bragg, at Dam Neck, Little Creek, you name it, law enforcement officers across the country, intel analysts, and Everybody below the rank of Major or Lieutenant Colonel impressed me.
I mean, I have no complaints.
And some of them, you know, with eight tours in Iraq or Afghanistan are truly the best of the best.
But in this city and in national politics, It is as if these people have died out, as if they're extinct or on the verge of extinction.
I wasn't born here.
I chose America.
So let me ask you, Chris Farrell, as an American born here, is the Republic safe?
No.
What is it going to take?
I'm terrified to give you the answer to that question.
Only because of the level of incompetency involved.
I want to hear the answer.
Let's start with the diagnosis.
A lot of people come to me every single day, DMs, comments, emails, and they talk about these master plans for destroying America.
There are vicious people with vicious ideologies in power.
Sure.
But there's also an admixture of huge levels of incompetence.
Isn't that the case?
Enormous incompetence.
Okay.
I mean, our blind spots and our inattention is so enormous.
We fall in love with our systems and our toys and our machines and we, I mean, that's how you have, you know, less than 20 people organize the hijacking of three planes and fly them into buildings or out in the field in Pennsylvania, but the goal was a building, obviously.
We, you know, we are under-teched and we are underwhelmed by bad people with bad motives With box cutters?
Because we love our toys and our systems and our buttons and our gadgets.
All right, so what's it going to take?
What's the scary answer, Chris?
Well, the horrific thing is, you know, a city like San Diego or Tucson, you know, being turned into, you know, a mirror, glass out in the desert.
So after we're coming up to the 20th anniversary of 9-11, so it will take another mass casualty attack or a nuclear attack for us to get serious?
God forbid.
I mean, I pray, I literally pray that that is not the case.
But there's such childish stupidity, such dishonesty, such grandstanding and posturing and virtue signaling and, you know, this crazy, navel-gazing garbage, like, you know, critical race theory.
We're going to turn ourselves inside out.
Or, you know, .03% of the population that decides they want to self-identify as transgender and the entire country has got to turn itself inside out over...
God bless individual people in whatever their circumstances.
That's not the point.
What I'm saying is the United States of America has larger fundamental questions and issues going on.
270,000 some odd people crossed the border in the last month, and it's probably much bigger than that even.
That's the official number.
What are we doing?
Here in this city, I remember viscerally, it's kind of burnt on my cerebellum, when we were discussing the Russia hoax, what happened to my boss for four years in the White House, and you said something about the FBI, and you said it's got to be dismantled.
It does.
Get the US Marshals, dismantle it, and rebuild it with clean people.
Correct.
I was kind of like, taken aback.
Then I pondered it.
I ruminated.
And I've come to the conclusion that it basically has to be done with every agency or they just have to be moved to Wyoming, whether it's, you know, dismantling DOE and ag, moving state to Nebraska.
We have to have a tectonic change in this city.
Here's a simple, fast one.
Treat Department of Justice attorneys as you would Department of Defense commissioned officers.
Every three years they have to rotate.
No more homesteading at Department of Justice.
For decades.
Right.
So there's some people that have been sitting in the Civil Division for the last 15, 20, 30... No, no, no, no, no, no.
Right.
We're treating you as a commissioned officer.
And you can be posted to Alaska.
Correct.
Or if you're in the Criminal Division working on mafia stuff, great.
Now you're going to go do patent work.
And we're going to rotate people around, no more homesteading, just like the military does.
And if you don't like that, well, then you have an exciting career opportunity.
You can go do something different somewhere.
Those are the centers of power that have to be broken.
What else has to happen?
Well, what you just said about, congratulations, the Interior Department is now headquartered in Missouri.
Yeah, right.
Go for it.
Instead of this consolidation of power in the District of Columbia.
It's insane.
I'd like to ask questions of praxis to end these one-on-ones.
What would you say either is the most important thing people aren't paying attention to right now, what is the thing people need to do that they aren't, or what is your message to our millions of listeners and viewers?
Don't lose hope.
That's one thing.
Never, never, never lose hope.
This country was, by George Washington, was committed and ordained to be a country under the protection of our Lord.
And so I believe that with my heart and soul.
And we are unique in our status in that regard and I think our country is truly blessed that way.
So first of all, never ever lose hope.
Pray for your country every single day.
I don't care if your heart isn't in it, do it anyway.
Pray for your country every single day.
And then know that fundamentally the American people are much better than the miserable creeps that are appointed over them as their leaders and administrators.
And whether they're elected or appointed or some sort of official capacity, the American people in their heart are a thousand times better than the leaders that we have over us.
Fabulous message.
The book is Exiled Emissary, George H. Earl III, Soldier, Sailor, Diplomat, Governor, Spy by our very special friend Christopher J. Farrell.
Get it today.
It's better than Tom Clancy because it's real and its message is very, very apposite for what's happening to our country right now.
