Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
When you have a good meeting with somebody, does it affect your demeanor?
Do you have a little skip, a little lightness to your character afterward?
And when you have a bad meeting, do you allow that to seep through your demeanor?
To affect how you relate to others?
Do you snap at people?
I think you know the answer to that question.
And instead of a four-and-a-half-hour summit meeting between the KGB colonel that is now the head of state of the Russian Federation and the man who bears the title President of the United States, there was a two-and-a-half-hour summit meeting instead.
And I don't think it went very well because this is how Sleepy Creepy treats the lapdog members of the press corps after that meeting.
Play cuts.
Why are you so confident he'll change his behavior, Mr. President?
I'm not confident he'll change his behavior.
What do you do all the time?
When did I say I was confident?
I said, what I said was, let's get it straight, I said what will change their behavior is if the rest of the world reacts to them and they diminish their standing in the world.
I'm not confident of anything.
I'm just stating the facts.
But given his past behavior has not changed, and in that press conference, after sitting down with you for several hours, he denied any involvement in cyber attacks.
He veiled to make human rights abuses.
He refused to say Alexei Navalny's name.
So how did that account to a constructive meeting as President Putin?
You don't understand that, you're in the wrong way.
I don't think the meeting went very well, do you?
I mean, that's a member of the lapdog media.
That's Caitlin Collins!
And how is the man responding to her who bears the title of President of the United States?
What the hell do you do over there?
First response, if you couldn't hear it.
I know it's, you know, it's live TV coverage.
It was recorded from a distant mic.
And then he said what?
You shouldn't be in this business?
Biden, you shouldn't be in the White House.
And then second of all, what did he say about geopolitics in Russia?
I have no confidence in anything.
Neither do we, as long as you're the president.
So don't lecture us by telling us what you think Putin does or doesn't want, because this clip, clip four, is patently untrue.
Play cut.
I pointed out to him we have significant cyber capability.
And he knows, he doesn't know exactly what it is, but it's significant.
And if, in fact, they violate these basic norms, we will respond.
Cyber.
He knows.
In the cyber way.
Number two.
I think that the last thing he wants now is a Cold War.
Uh, but...
Based on the fact?
I mean, let's just add some historic context!
For the whole of the Cold War, was there ever a moment From the Berlin blockade of 1948 until the collapse of the Berlin Wall on November 9th 1989, was there one moment in that ideological standoff?
Where 43% of the Eastern Seaboard's gas supply was shut down by Russians.
Just once!
I'm not talking about OPEC and Carter and price rising and gouging and a cartel activity out of the Middle East.
I'm talking about actions by the Soviet Union that led to empty gas stations and gas lines.
Was there?
Not once.
And that was the real Cold War.
But now, you Joe Biden, you think, oh no, that lovely, lovely KGB colonel, he doesn't want a new Cold War.
Then what happened a month ago, here in the nation's capital, when more than 80%, 80% of the gas stations had no gasoline?
How's that for a real Cold War?
How's the fact that there is a large part of the sovereign nation of Ukraine, called the Crimea, which belongs, belongs now through force, through the use of military might to the Russian Federation, not because of some plebiscite, not because of some civil war, because Russia took it by force.
How is it that there are still Russian troops across Syria meddling?
Oh, yes, they're just contractors.
They're private citizens.
They're, oh, I don't know, on holiday in Latakia, in that benighted nation that is Syria under a civil war.
That sounds to me not like a cold war.
That sounds like a hot war in the Middle East.
How is it that you, you Biden, shut down a pipeline between two friendly democracies?
Yes, I know we're a republic.
Calm down.
That Canada cannot Pipe oil into America?
But you, in one of your first actions, lifted the sanctions against Russia that prevented the implementation of the Nord Stream 2 pipeline from the Russian Federation through Europe to Germany.
How is that?
Whose side are you on?
Has any reporter... Just one!
There's Caitlin Collins!
I volunteer her!
Has any reporter asked you...
Why did your son, Hunter Biden, get $3 million hard cash from the wife of the disgraced former mayor of Moscow?
Now, let's stop here for a little sidebar discussion.
How corrupt do you have to be if you are a disgraced mayor in Russia?
That takes a lot of doing.
Did you kill more than a hundred journalists?
Did you steal more than a billion dollars from your fellow Russians?
Just how corrupt are you as a human being?
That's like saying, oh, the corrupt North Korean mayor.
Wow, that takes some doing.
We're not talking about a mayor in Holland or a mayor in Portugal that maybe, oh I don't know, did something a little bit naughty.
Your son gets $3 million.
Your son gets a no-show job for $83,000 a month from one of the most corrupt energy companies in the Ukraine.
Has any member Of the mainstream media when they're not fantasizing about eating ice cream with you.
Asked you those questions and how they feed into a cold war.
Russia is at war with us and has been since 1917.
It doesn't matter who's in charge.
Doesn't matter whether it's Lenin, Stalin, Khrushchev, Brezhnev, even Gorbachev.
I'm sorry.
Archie Brown, you have no idea what you're talking about.
Gorbachev was, is, and always shall be a communist.
Perestroika and Glasnost had nothing to do with democracy.
They were about making communism more efficient.
So whether it's old Gorby, whether it's that drunken sod Yeltsin, Or whether it's Medvedev, the lackey, or Putin himself, they are at war with us.
Economically, financially, in the political warfare domain, in irregular warfare.
And you, you aren't confident of anything.
Join the club, sunshine, because neither are we.
Because you, for some unknown reason, bear the title of President of the United States.
You senile, Senile, feckless, corrupt old man.
I think I've prepped you guys enough for Ned Ryan.
He's even a little bit more crazy than I am.
Stay tuned.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network with me, your host, Sebastian Gawker.
Do not touch that dial.
Alright, and don't forget, uh... Can I get that title one more time, please?
1A.
All right, and don't forget, uh...
Can I get that title one more time, please?
1A.
He said, Feckless Corrupt.
Oh, and he's calling us back.
Feckless... Biden, colon.
Feckless corrupt stooge.
Corrupt stooge.
Got it.
Oh, I answered the call and it went away for some reason.
Try that again Hey Ken.
Can I call you right back on my laptop?
Yeah, sure.
Okay, there it is.
And channel one. - Okay.
Okay, there we go.
Here we are.
How you doing?
There we go.
I have you on screen.
Hey, buddy.
Hey, how you doing?
Here, let's scoot me over this a little bit.
Mics are live on our Rumble broadcast, by the way, Mr. Ryan.
Okay, perfect.
I'm trying to square myself up a little bit.
To your left, to your left.
To your left.
Two inches.
No, no, don't.
Oh, just move you to the left an inch.
Perfect, perfect, perfect.
There we go.
That was my other left.
Your other left.
Have you done... Is this your first historic book?
Yeah, it's the first historic novel.
Yeah.
Okay.
Yeah, this is a fascination that I finally decided.
I'm not getting any younger.
You might as well pull the trigger and go for it.
Awesome.
And who published it?
It's a project of Ned Ryan, an American majority.
Cool.
All right.
Well, I got a little bit of a cheat sheet.
So I got some things to ask you, but we're going to have some fun.
Oh, yeah.
And I tie it into today's events.
I'm sure.
Yeah, that's what we'll do.
All right.
Standby.
90 seconds and we are live.
Standing by.
Have you also titles in mind for Boris and Jenna?
Hang on a second.
Sure.
One minute.
Uh...
Um... Jenner.
Yes.
How we can impeach Biden. - Oh.
Uh-huh.
And then Boris.
We talked Ilhan.
What did we talk about in the first seg?
Talked about, um... What was it?
Was it Biden?
G7?
Oh, Russia.
Biden, um... Just Biden's meeting with Putin.
Okay.
I got some stuff for you to record.
Oh yeah?
Yeah, just got it.
Get it to you in the next break.
It's really short.
Easy.
Standby.
10 seconds.
From the ReliefFactor.com studios, this is America
First, with Sebastian Gorka.
Thank you.
Father's Day should be a day to celebrate!
But for many it's not because they don't have a father and the results for this nation, they're grim.
Fatherlessness drives so many bad outcomes from teen pregnancies to incarceration.
An astounding 85% of youth in our prison system come from fatherless homes.
But there is a route out of the grim reality.
You've got to watch an amazing new inspirational film for the answer.
It's called The Street Show.
Watch Streets Were My Father.
It shows the journey of three inner-city Chicago men from fatherlessness to gangs, from life in prison to prison ministry programs that made them redemptive, productive individuals in American society.
Watch this powerful film.
Stream it.

First guest of the day, from the American majority, a good friend of the show, he is a true American patriot, Ned Ryan!
Welcome back to America First!
Yeah, no, good to be back with you.
you.
It's a real pleasure.
Ned, what's going on, you crazy guy?
I thought you did real-time political books, and now you've written something.
You've written a historical novel.
It's called The Adversaries, a story of Boston and Bunker Hill.
What is your purpose here?
Is this some sneaky ploy to feed us real-time messages, but cloaked in a historic colonial story?
Oh, you might have sniffed me out there a little bit.
No, I mean, first of all, this is a story of Dr. Joseph Warren, who was one of the main political organizers in Boston.
He was a protege of Samuel Adams.
But he truly became, in those last nine or ten months before Bunker Hill, you know, he was the president of the Provincial Congress, he became a major general in the Army, and then he went to fight on Bunker Hill, which tomorrow, June 17th, is the anniversary of Bunker Hill.
That's why I chose it for my release date.
But you know, the thing about Dr. Joseph Warren, he's kind of been forgotten, but you know, in my research, I came across somebody else that really admired him, a guy by the name of Ronald Reagan.
And in his first inaugural address, he says, Dr. Joseph Warren, who might have been one of the greatest of the founding fathers, And he quoted Joseph Warren's speech on the day of the Boston Massacre anniversary in which he said, you know, our country is in great danger now.
You are to decide that important question upon which rests the happiness and liberty of millions yet unborn.
Act worthy of yourselves.
And he said this.
In the old South Meeting House in front of 5,000 Bostonians with 30 or 40 British officers sitting on the pulpit steps in front of him, come to intimidate him even if they thought he spoke sedition to assassinate him, yet fearlessly he spoke over their heads and said, this is what's at stake, it's time to fight.
And I think the thing that's interesting for me in all of this story of Boston and Bunker Hill is this.
It is a story of principled defiance in the face of overpowering and arbitrary authoritarianism, which makes it a story for all time.
Yeah, absolutely.
According to Kurt Schlichter, our good buddy Colonel Kay, this is an unabashedly patriotic book.
It's The Adversaries, A Story of Boston and Bunker Hill.
And it couldn't be more timely, not just because of tomorrow's anniversary, but I've said this on the show before, I've said it on my Newsmax TV show, I see perhaps the greatest threat domestically in this nation is a concerted effort by the federal government and the ideologues who are behind the empty suits like Kamala, like Biden to criminalize political disagreement, to criminalize conservatism.
Your reaction, Ned Ryan?
Well, I would say this.
I wrote this book in some ways to remind us that the founders of the free American Republic We're viewed as seditious insurrectionists by the ruling elites in London.
And those ruling elites sent warships and regulars and said, you will either submit to our acts and if you don't we will compel you by force.
And Warren and Adams and Hancock and Revere and other great patriots said, we don't think so.
And you know the interesting thing in this research that I came across, there are two things that I want to make a point.
There was an interview done of one of the last remaining survivors of the Battle of Lexington and Concord.
And he was asked, did you fight because of the Stamp Act?
And he said, no, I never saw a stamp in my life.
Well, did you fight because of the Tea Act?
I didn't drink tea, and I didn't know anybody that drank tea.
Well, did you fight because you were inspired by John Locke and other great philosophers?
I didn't read them.
I only read the Bible, Isaac Watt's hymns, and the Catechism.
And this person, you could tell, is completely perplexed and just asked, well, then why did you fight?
I fought because we'd always governed ourselves and always meant to, and Parliament and the King's ministers meant that we shouldn't.
And it really came down to, we are a self-governing people, and we believe that there are natural inherent rights, and we are to govern ourselves by laws in harmony with those natural inherent rights.
And that was really the schism between the American colonists and the King's ministers in Parliament, because the King's ministers in Parliament, this is the other interesting point I wanted to make, their idea of rule of law, we'll make laws, you will then follow them, and if you don't, we'll use force to compel you.
The idea of rule of law for the Americans was we believe that laws have to actually be in harmony and aligned with absolute natural law, and if they aren't, well unjust laws are no laws at all.
Right.
Absolutely.
He is the man behind the American Majority.
The book is The Adversaries, a story of Boston and Bunker Hill.
Ned, where can people get the book?
Snag it tomorrow at Amazon.
It's the release date is tomorrow.
And I would humbly offer with Father's Day coming up, I think it'd make a great gift for fathers.
But also it's a good read for all generations to be inspired and understand.
We have a great heritage.
Joseph Warren was a singular man.
And what do we do when they were challenged with these things?
How did they respond?
What was their stand?
And we can apply it to today because I think, again, it's a story of human nature and eternal principles, and how do you respond when those ideas are challenged and people say, we don't believe you, we're going to make you, compel you to submit, and you stand up and say, no, I actually believe something that is, you know, a higher value and higher principles, and the response that there was back in the day.
Are you impressed by what we've witnessed across the nation just the last few weeks where we've seen parents and even young school teachers say, no, actually what you're doing to our children is Marxism.
Isn't that something novel, Ned?
It's amazing.
I'm in western Loudoun.
I'm kind of at the epicenter of Loudoun County and the school board trying to ram critical race theory and all these other ideas down people's throats.
The amazing part that we're seeing out here in Loudoun County is this.
It goes across party lines.
Democrats, Republicans, Independents saying, you know what, this school board has to be recalled.
What they are doing is abysmal.
Only about half of them are saying critical race theory, but a lot of them are saying, we want our children to succeed.
We want higher, we want the advanced math classes.
We want all the advanced classes to be taught and not hold our children back from actually succeeding.
I think we're seeing a real grassroots revolt, and it gives me hope for the future.
I gotta tell you, the grassroots energy that we're seeing out here is incredible, and again, it goes across party lines, so I hope there's real success, not only this year, but moving forward.
All right, we need to talk about the state of America first, the state of Team MAGA.
Can you stay with us for one more segment?
Absolutely.
All right.
He's Ned Ryan.
The book is The Adversaries, a story of Boston and Bunker Hill.
It comes out tomorrow very aptly.
For the anniversary of that battle, I'm Sebastian Gorka.
This is America First on the Salem Radio Network, coming to you from the Reliefactor.com studios, just outside the fetid swamp that is Washington DC.
All right, so... Can he?
Oh, the mics?
Okay.
Yeah, they're on.
Let's talk about...
Let's bring it up to the present day and talk about MAGA V Rhino.
Absolutely.
Okay, good.
Yeah, no, bring it on.
Put up, for this segment, put up his American Majority URL.
Yes.
AmericanMajority.
Yeah, AmericanMajority.org.
Thank you.
AmericanMajority.org.
Yeah, my sincere hope is that we imprint America first on the primary season.
Yep, yep, it's gotta be.
And you know, did you see Mitch McConnell's words the other day that he's going to insert himself in the primaries, in which I said, great, do it, it'll be the kiss of death.
Excellent.
Alright, can we come in with Chris Wray, cut eight.
Wray, cut eight.
Yep, 25 seconds long.
Okay.
I need to see this max boot cutter.
I don't believe it.
Will you play six for me?
Six.
One moment.
Okay.
Oh, six from today.
Right there.
Well, you definitely will avoid this kind of kowtowing to Putin that you saw under Trump, which was unprecedented for an American president.
So that's a win right there.
Okay.
Yeah.
Sorry.
Here.
Okay.
Okay.
You got some time.
All right, play it now.
Okay, cut.
Six.
Well, you definitely will avoid this kind of kowtowing to Putin that you saw under Trump, which was unprecedented for an American president.
So that's a win right there.
But clearly, Biden will go in there and he will draw some red lines with Putin.
He will lay down the law to Putin in a way that Trump certainly never did.
What happened to the end of that?
Must have cut off.
You want me to get?
I can re-get it with it.
Yeah, can you clean it up?
Thanks.
He gives him...
I want to use it with VDH.
All right.
Thank you.
Yeah, Jeff.
Did you want to say something?
No, it was me.
It's Ned.
He crushes the Keystone Pipeline and then gives them Nord Stream.
That's exactly what I did in my monologue.
That's exactly what I did.
Oh, did you?
Yeah, okay.
It's like, are you crazy?
He's giving them energy dominance leverage over the rest of Europe.
Can you fix my camera?
Uh, yes.
Uh, we're coming in with a cut, Chad.
We're coming in with cut eight from today.
How's that?
Good.
Oh, okay.
Coming in with cut eight.
Never forget, bellicose isolationism.
Bellicose isolationism.
He's so sophist.
Max Brode is so sophist.
Okay.
40 seconds. 35 seconds.
It's...
Alright, you want to do pillow, Dr. G?
No, I'll do it at some point.
I'll write that down, some point.
Good.
20 seconds, stand by.
Standing by.
Standing by.
Has there been any insurrection charges?
I don't believe so, but again, there have been close to 500 cases, but I don't believe so.
People have been held in jail since their arrest.
On trespassing charges or minor charges, are they held in jail without due process?
I don't believe anybody has been denied due process, sir.
Really?
Because we keep people in prison, in prison for five months on trespassing charges?
Very, very trenchant questions to the director of the FBI, Christopher Wray, who had to admit right there, nobody.
How is it that these people, almost three dozen, are in jail right now And none of them have been charged with insurrection?
I thought this was an insurrection.
This is what I mean by criminalizing conservatism.
We are back with Ned Ryan of AmericanMajority.org.
Ned, this is, as far as I'm concerned, the biggest threat we face.
We have to push back.
We have to fight.
However, it's not just the left.
I mean, we understand the left is going to do this.
We know that deep state hacks like Ray are going to do this.
Let's look at our own side for a second, which is really, you know, what American majority is largely about.
In the break, you mentioned the turtle.
What's his name?
Mitch McConnell.
He's going to insert himself, he said, into the election process, the primary process, and your response was what?
Knock yourself out.
It'll be the kiss of death to whoever you endorse.
I mean, this is the situation that we have with the base right now.
And, you know, I got to see President Trump earlier this year.
We had a conversation about some of this.
And I said, you know, people can write corporate checks.
Mitch McConnell can do whatever he wants.
You're still the 800-pound gorilla, especially in the Republican primaries.
And who you endorse is obviously going to have huge significance because the base, 95% approval rating inside the party, is going to have a huge impact.
So, you know, to Mitch McConnell, I tell him, knock yourself out.
And I kind of hope that he endorses certain people, because I know those will be the people that will actually end up beating.
But this goes back to the whole idea of a party is what people say it is.
And the people who say what it is are those that win primaries, show up at conventions, and I would argue actually run and win precinct chairs.
And so this is why the primaries of 2022 are going to be hugely important, not only in the House, but in the Senate.
Can we have America First candidates, good, credible men and women who know how to run a good campaign, raise money, do all the good things, get endorsed by Trump?
I think we've got a real opportunity to imprint America First on the Republican Party and make it a creature of our own.
I mean, this is the thing.
I think there'll be a Republican Party 20, 30, 40 years from now.
Same name on the outside of the store, but the essence can change and change dramatically to actually be an economic nationalism, to be a populism, to actually put the American people first.
And how great would that be to actually have a major party that would advance the American people and the American taxpayer's interests?
Yeah, I have to ask you a very specific question on the power balance internally.
But first, please, if you like talk radio, if you like America First, support those who make it possible.
We don't take taxpayer money.
It's people like Mike Lindell, the inventor of MyPillow, good friend of President Trump.
He's being targeted now by the cancel culture left.
25 corporations boycotting him.
Go straight to his website.
Buy one of his more than a hundred different incredible products including the MyPillow.
800-829-8468 or go to MyPillow.com. That's 800-829-8468, MyPillow.com, promo code G-O-R-K-A.
So here's the question.
I want you, as much as you can, give me a numerical value.
How great is the danger, the threat, of the Mitch McConnells, the Mittins Mitt Romneys, the old breed of establishment snowflake Republicans who don't fight?
How big is the threat that they will manage to grapple back control of the GOP in the upcoming couple of years?
I mean, this is the real question.
Again, I think we've got to have a conversation.
And really, this comes down to an essential question.
Can we make the members of the Senate and the House more afraid of the grassroots than they are of leadership?
Because, you know, I'm sitting here going, I think we've got a really good shot to take the House back and increase our America First voices inside the House caucus.
With somehow the selling point being, hey, we get Kevin McCarthy as the Speaker of the House.
We've got to figure out how we get enough people in that are afraid of the base and they're of leadership to actually get real leadership that reflects our values.
Of course they're going to try.
They're going to fight tooth and nail.
You're going to have to pry their fingers off of power and control.
I know your dad was a congressman.
I know you're involved in politics.
I need a figure.
You've got ten seconds left.
How big is the threat out of one to ten?
Seven.
That's what I thought.
Listen to this man.
It's time to fight, fight, fight.
We've got to take over the party.
It's got to be America first.
Check out this man's organization, American Majority, and his new book, The Adversaries, A Story of Boston and Bunker Hill, released tomorrow on the anniversary of Bunker Hill, but order it today.

Tee up one from yesterday.
Got it.
Okay.
Standby.
20 seconds.
20 seconds.
Standing by.
Standing by.
Standing by.
Standing by.
Standing by.
I think it is a shock and surprise that what's happened in terms of the consequence of President Trump's phony populism has has happened.
And it is disappointing that so many of my Republican colleagues in the Senate, who I know know better, have been reluctant to Take on, for example, an investigation because they're worried about being primary.
Phony, phony populism.
Hey, Chad, professor, what is phony populism?
I think it's when populism is something you don't like.
That's my gut on that one.
Because you're a member of the elite.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Unfunny populism is when you give a lot of money to the Bidens, actually.
The biggest citizen, you know, the population is actually just Hunter Biden himself.
He's the populist.
Have you heard of his money laundering scheme now?
Which one?
With the paintings.
Oh, with the paintings, yes.
500 million dollars.
Why didn't I do this when I was in office?
Strategist to the president.
Why didn't I get my kids to like, you know, finger paint something and say, hey, wanna buy this for a cool $500,000?
It's art, don't you know?
It's money laundering!
Money laundering!
Let's remind the world who it is who bears the title of President of the United States.
This is, of course, Beijing Biden play cut.
Well, look, I mean, he has made clear that.
The answer is, I believe he is in the past, essentially acknowledged that he was a.
There are certain things that he would do or did do.
I mean, that's like Cicero.
I mean, that is up there.
Socrates couldn't be that eloquent.
I mean, Reagan, Thatcher, pikers by comparison to that man.
But we've got more from today after his quote-unquote summit with the former KGB colonel who runs Russia.
But let's go to your course, Pepe in El Paso.
How goes it, my friend?
Buenas tardes, Dr. Gorka.
Buenas tardes.
How are we today, Pepe?
Are you keeping us safe as much as you can?
Very well, doctor.
Very busy, but very well.
Couldn't pass up a chance to talk to you today.
How are you?
Appreciate it.
I'm well.
I'm highly caffeinated today.
I've had my third coffee of the day, so watch out, snowflakes!
Just three cups of coffee, that it?
That's a lot for me.
I am naturally caffeinated.
Trust me.
Trust me, my friend.
Very well.
Well, going on the same conversation, Doctor, and I'm just very curious, you know, talking about the Republican Party in the future.
But I think a fundamental thing that we need to discuss, and there's a lot of talk about it, but no solution.
Say with all these audits going on, like Arizona and these other states trying to follow suit.
Of course, we're going to find out that the elections were stolen.
Period.
End of story.
But then what?
Are we going to be able to do something about getting Joe out of office?
Or legally, how does that work?
I haven't heard very much commentary on that.
Good question.
Fabulous question.
So that's why Jenna Ellis, who's President Trump's former attorney, will be in studio in the third hour.
I need to ask her that question.
Here is my layman's understanding currently.
There are some people Who allegedly are legal scholars, some who are just bloviating, who say, ah, the audits are important because if we get more than 41,000 fraudulent votes demonstrable in the key battleground states, then we can overturn the election.
Well, unfortunately, there is no mechanism to do that after the Electoral College, because, number one, he's been sworn in.
The Electoral College votes have been counted.
And on top of that, you need a judge to first say, yes, I agree that these ballots are fraudulent and to take legal action at the state or county level.
If you look at what the Supreme Court did with regards to the Texas case and dismissed it out of hand on a fraudulent technicality, I don't think it's going to be the Supreme Court.
So what option is left there?
This is what...
This is what I told the president when I visited him recently.
You've got to use the results of what I expect to be incontrovertible white scale fraud in Georgia and Arizona and elsewhere as a political hammer.
As a campaign bazooka for the elections next year in 2024, so you can ride into the White House super, super easily.
That's number one.
Number two, and this is the big question for Jenna, so Pepe, thank you for raising this.
If we prove that more than 41,000 votes that would have tipped him over to the Electoral College 270 were fraudulent, I think that's grounds for impeaching Biden.
Do we have to demonstrate a nexus between the fraud in Maricopa County and Biden himself?
Maybe.
Maybe we don't.
Because as far as I'm concerned, impeachment, whether it's Nixon, whether it's Clinton, or whether it was Donald Trump, impeachment isn't a judicial process.
It's a political process.
If we can tie simply him and his party, and if we win back the House and the Senate, that's why everybody has to vote and get engaged, I think we have a shot to remove Biden.
Pepe, that's my analysis, but I caveat that with I'm not a lawyer, but Jenna will be in studio.
How does it sound to you so far?
Very well, but then would not the states have to decertify their votes?
Well, that's the question.
We don't have a mechanism to decertify at that level in a way that interfaces with the electoral college.
A judge can say, oh, okay, 3,000 votes in this county, 12,000 votes, I nullify.
But then so what?
What does that mean for the electorate?
The electoral college met.
Vice President Pence counted the votes.
He could have sent them back to be recertified.
He refused to.
Massive disappointment for me in Mike Pence.
So we don't, it's uncharted water.
We really have no precedent for that.
But Pepe, you nailed it.
You asked the right question and I'll be asking it.
So you gotta stay tuned.
Guys, it's only three hours of your life, and you'll end up smarter.
Might affect your blood pressure, but hey.

Portions of America First are brought to you in part by Salem Now and The Streets Were My Father.
It's a cool name.
Let's go to Ransom in Ohio, line 5.
Welcome to America First.
How are you, Dr. Gorka?
I'm good.
I'm highly caffeinated, if you can't tell.
I can tell, I can tell.
I think you brought this to our attention earlier in the year, but when President Trump was Being impeached, they tried to use the, that he was declining mentally with his abilities to do the office.
I haven't heard a word from anyone from the Republicans about the idea of going after Biden on the issue of his mental decline.
If that happens, we could get him out.
Harris and Pelosi could be taken out of office because they are an artist who are always asking for violence in the streets.
That would leave... Hang on, hang on.
How do you get him out of office?
I don't understand.
You can't get him out of office unless you have the Senate in the House.
Well, I understand, but aren't there some constitutional... Well, there's the 25th Amendment, but that has to be done by the Democrats.
It has to be the Vice President with the concurrence of the majority of the Cabinet.
There's no Republicans in the Cabinet.
Well, I understand that, but I mean, everyone knows that he's declining right before our eyes.
Yes, we know that, but who's in charge of the country?
The Democrats?
House, Senate, and White House?
Yeah, well, I'm just saying no one in the media that's conservative that was banging that drum to defend President Trump in the air of the year Really?
In conservative media?
Ransom, you need to read and listen to more conservative media.
It's not just me, it's lots of my buddies in conservative media.
Mainstream media, I completely agree.
Thanks, Ransom.
Let's go to John in Columbus, Ohio, line 4.
Good!
Good.
Hey, how can Biden get up there and talk like he talks, knowing that 75 million people voted against that wrinkled-up old man?
That's a very good question.
He makes me sick, and I don't know how he can go take communion on Sundays either.
Yeah, that is one of the most disgusting things about this man.
He's a little bit too cocksure for a man who had the incumbent president get 74 million votes and the fact that he's a bigot, we know that if you look at the Clarence Thomas hearings, if you look at his quotes on racial jungles and you ain't black if you're not voting for me, but when it comes to his soul, yeah, a man who's pro-abortion, And says he's Catholic.
He's no Catholic.
Thank you, John.
Great call.

Okay, Gilday, cut, which is cut.
Which cut is Gilday?
Prenatum, 11.
11, all right.
Well, first of all, Joe Biden is somebody who has been engaged on the foreign side.
Sorry, that's Brennan, 12.
Kendi's book states that capitalism is essentially racist.
And Kendi is clear that racism must be eliminated, so yes or no?
Do you personally consider advocating for the destruction of American capitalism to be extremist?
Here's what I know, Congressman.
There's racism in the United States Navy.
Admiral, you recommended every sailor in the United States Navy read this book.
So yes or no question.
I'm not forcing anybody to read the book.
It's on a recommended reading list.
Admiral, did you read the book?
I did.
Okay.
In college, Kendi stated that white people are a different breed of humans and are responsible for the AIDS virus.
Yes or no, do you personally consider the conspiracy that white people started AIDS to be an extremist belief?
Sir, I'd have to understand the context.
That is a simple question.
I'm not gonna, I'm not gonna... Admiral, this is a book that you recommended every sailor in the United States Navy read.
...picked quotes from somebody's book.
I'm not gonna do that.
This is a bigger issue than Kendi's book.
That's amazing.
I'm gonna use that with VDH.
Can you get me the name of the book?
Kennedy's book, I need to mention it.
Here's the improved boot cut.
Well, you definitely will avoid... I believe you, that's fine.
Is there a VDH article in here?
Is there something new?
I don't think so.
Let me see what his latest AEG was.
Yeah, but I need to know.
Can you print me what his latest piece is at American Greatness, if it's new?
Yeah, Anatomy of the Woke Madness.
No, we had that.
We did?
Didn't we?
Oh, print it anyway.
Print it anyway.
Printing now.
It was in the rundown a couple days ago, I think.
Alright, can you print it?
Can you play me Cut 5?
Can you play me cut five?
Cut five.
You know, these moments are about moments.
And I'll tell you one moment I noticed there in the Biden-Putin interaction.
The handshake, Biden looked Putin in the eye with a smile, Putin looked away.
Again, you don't want to read too much or too little, but again, these are about public posturing, it's about how you project strength, and that was a notable moment to me as you watched them shake hands.
Who goes first?
Who extends their hand first?
Yes, exactly.
And there was that moment of hesitation.
Biden did extend, he did extend.
We were waiting to see if there would be that handshake, and there was.
There was that handshake, and it was a significant handshake.
God, it keeps... Grabian sucks.
We gotta fix that.
I hate that, especially when we lose a word.
Yeah, I know, that's something I noticed specifically about Grabian, is that it'll act, like, even though I've gotten it down to the millisecond, and it still does that.
In the playback, like, it plays correctly.
Usually I listen to the end of them, but I didn't have time today.
Sometimes you gotta... it's a pain.
Can you play me Clinton?
He just left.
So are you saying you need to know specifically which Ibram Kendi book it was?
Yeah, on the CNO's list.
Okay.
Which cut did you want to hear?
Seven.
Seven.
And we're going to dial him up.
I think Joe Biden has learned a lot, as we all have.
And remember, Putin made it his mission to deny me the presidency in part because I did raise issues that were uncomfortable with him.
I did speak out about the oppression and, frankly, the rigged elections in Russia.
I was right, it's how to be an anti-racist.
How to be an anti-racist?
Dialing up the professor now.
Oh yeah, that's the one that's been going all over the place.
Professor Hansen, can you hear us?
Yes, I can.
Okay, we can hear you.
Video not available at the moment.
Okay, hold on.
Sorry about that.
That's okay.
I'm just looking at the...
Just wanted to let you know that my parents enjoyed the speech you gave last night, the talk that you were at.
Oh, they did?
Yeah.
Where was that at?
It was in my hometown in California, Hanford.
Oh.
What was the topic, Professor?
The crazy year 2020.
So, I'm just going to try to... I'm trying to look for where this button is on Skype, just a second.
Twenty seconds.
Uh, just a second.
Yeah, there it is.
Okay.
Video's starting.
There we go, Professor.
Thank you.
Excellent.
Good image.
Very good image.
Did they... Alright.
Standby.
We're going live.
You're listening to America First with Sebastian Gorka, former strategist to President Donald J. Trump. - Yeah.
Well the summit has concluded instead of the expected four and a half hours tete-a-tete between Vladimir Putin and the man who bears the title of the President of the United States.
It only lasted for about half that duration and then afterwards a separate press conference was held by each of the people who attended.
And we will dissect the responses, the summaries from Biden himself.
But somebody else had to pitch in with her take on what this man who runs Russia tried to do to her.
That's Hillary Clinton cut seven, play cuts.
I think Joe Biden has learned a lot, as we all have.
And, you know, remember, Putin made it his mission to deny me the presidency in part because, you know, I did raise issues that were uncomfortable with him.
I did speak out about the oppression and, frankly, the rigged elections in Russia.
Putin made it his mission to stop her from becoming the president.
Let's ask for some input from one of your favorite guests.
He is, of course, the senior fellow at the Hoover Institute in Stanford, Professor Victor Davis Hanson, author of the new book, The Dying Citizen, How Progressive Elites, Tribalism and Globalization Are Destroying the Idea of America.
Professor Hanson, how indicative of a broader opinion is what we just heard from former Senator Clinton that Russia tried to deny her the presidency.
Is that one crazy opinion or could it be worse than that?
Oh, I'm afraid, Sebastian, it's much worse.
Everything she said was completely untrue.
Gotta remember that right after Obama was inaugurated, she went on a tirade that George Bush had appeased the Russians in South Ossetia.
by his meager sanctions and that was uh... she had appeased them uh... but they were going to reset with russia and she got this little jacuzzi button in geneva and pushed it mistranslated the word for reset and then she said that actually bush had been too mean to putin and that she was going to to open up this uh... window and that no more sanctions no more lectures to putin he was going to be a part strategic partner
And then remember in 2011 in Seoul, Barack Obama said that he was willing to give up some security, missile security with the Eastern Europeans if Putin gave him space during his re-election bid in 2012.
And I need no need to say that John Kerry invited Vladimir Putin into the Middle East after 30 years of a hiatus.
So they appeased him and the result was as soon as Obama got elected, Putin went on a tirade in 2014.
He went into Crimea, he went into Ukraine, and the only person who ever stood up to him was Donald J. Trump.
Donald Trump increased the sanctions, he flooded the world with cheap oil that hurt Russia, he killed 200 mercenaries, he got out of that short-term missile deal, and he jaw-boned Russia.
So already Biden has approved the pipeline.
He hasn't done anything about hacking.
What does he mean that he's learned a lot about Putin?
All he's learned about is how to be afraid.
Putin is a Machiavellian, satanic, but brilliant interlocutor.
And when he said the other day that, look at the people at the Capitol, they were political protesters.
Your law enforcement killed one person.
He was doing what the Chinese did before by blaming racism.
American racism for tying the lab to the origins, and the left, of course, loved that.
And now they can't say a thing when Putin mimics that same tactic.
How effective is it, Professor Hanson, when somebody like Putin... Yes, we understand the limitations of the Russian Federation, the shrinking economy, but still, if you've got a nation of 11 time zones, you are geo-strategic no matter what.
How effective is it when somebody like that, a former KGB colonel, brings up Black Lives Matter and rioting in America after the first summit meeting with the new head of state in the United States?
Well, he has no apprehensions.
He has no fears.
And it is very effective because what he's basically saying is, you people lecture me, but I'm not going to lecture you.
I'm just going to play back what you say about yourself.
And so when you go on these apology tours, this redux of Barack Obama, and you continually castigate your own culture and society, then you don't have any moral authority to say, you have to do this, or you did that, or you're authoritarian, or you did this to the Uyghurs.
So these leaders in China and Russia are saying to us, OK, some hackers took out a pipeline, and wow, some hackers also We're interrupting meat supplies, but you guys said that meat was bad for you in the first place and you said you were going to get off fossil fuels and Fifteen years, so all we're doing is expediting your own agenda.
So when we do this, we open ourselves out to very effective propaganda to answer your question.
And how intriguing is it, if you're following geopolitical trend lines, to see that this is actually a pattern, to see in the first China-US summit in Anchorage, already the chief communist diplomat Use the talking points from the left wing here, throwing BLM and riots in the face of Antony Blinken, the cabinet level diplomat, who has no reaction.
The idea that communist China And the Russian Federation are using domestic talking points together.
I mean, you are the master historian on strategy on ancient Greece and so forth.
Doesn't that potentially presage action when dictatorial or authoritarian regimes use that kind of language?
They're not just talking, are they?
No, they're not.
I mean, Khrushchev beat up Kennedy in the first summit, and guess what?
A little over a year later, he went right into Cuba.
And guess what?
Dean Acheson told the world that South Korea wasn't in our realm of defensive responsibilities, and guess what?
A few months later, the North crossed the DMZ, the 38th parallel.
So, same thing with April Glaspy.
She said to Saddam Hussein, it's not our Interest to wait interfere.
Yeah interfere and internecine Arab squabble squabbles and then guess what he went into Kuwait so they were testing us in Alaska Putin studied that Chinese American mini summit and he understands that Biden is weak and if you want to have a territorial expansion or some type of Advancement or gain of interest this is he thinks and the Chinese think this is the time to do it doesn't mean they'll do it
Because there's other interests that they have to consider, but they feel that it's less likely now that the United States would muscularly respond to an aggression on their part.
And that's dangerous, because deterrence depends on the enemy knowing exactly your capability, but not knowing exactly when you may strike.
But when you cut the defense budget, and you broadcast that you're fine with helping with the pipeline, You're castigating your own country, or you're not doing anything about hacking, and you are saying to them, we're going to be predictably docile, but we're also going to cut back and use our savings to help the homeless and other things that the left has proposed in the defense savings.
And not only that, when the G7, prior to the NATO summit, prior to the Russia-US summit, when their focus or what they message to the world, Professor Hansen, is, well, we need a universal corporate tax for our nations.
We need to focus on climate change.
How does China and how does the Kremlin look at that?
Well, they're delighted.
They're saying, wait a minute, you're going to take this big hit in your economy and go over to unreliables and expensive quote-unquote renewable fuels while we're going to pump gas and burn coal?
That's fine with us.
And you're going to do all of these gender initiatives and you're going to do all of these social contacts and address the homelessness and you're basically that 25-page G7 summit Blueprint was doctored or I guess it was wholesale fashion borrowed from the Great Reset at Davos.
That was Klaus Schwab.
That was his idea that we were going to use the COVID crisis to restructure capitalism and to get greater equity and climate change remedies.
So these people love it, China and Russia, and we did Sebastian, violate the cardinal rule of American diplomacy that neither Russia or China should be closer to each other than they are to us.
We drove them into each other's arms through the Russian collusion hoax.
Not only that, from the podium at NATO we had Biden attack Republicans.
I think we need to play that clip next.
He is the author of The Dying Citizen.
Order it now.
Any book From the case for Trump to who killed Homer, but especially his newest, The Dying Citizen, how progressive elites, tribalism and globalization are destroying the idea of America.
Follow our good friend at VD Hanson right now on Twitter.
We will discuss his latest piece, Anatomy of the Woke Madness, here on America First on the Salem Radio Network.
Eric, can you find that?
That was yesterday, wasn't it?
The Biden cut insulting Republicans?
Yes.
Yeah, I have yesterday's cut, so I'm trying to remember which one it was.
Hang on.
I think it was four.
It was... Let me... I think it was... Yes, it was four.
Come in with that, then I'll tee up Gilday, and then we'll talk about the professor's article.
This is a very good connection.
Is this a new laptop or a different... No, I... Yeah, I've... I got a guy to come in and...
We have a Verizon plan and it's a little bit more expensive but it's the download speed I think is 30 megabytes and the upload is 20 and the other was half that.
No, it's perfect.
Perfect.
The sound, the picture, everything.
What's the release date for The Dying Citizen? - Awesome.
October 5th.
We'd love to do an hour with you when it comes out.
Yeah, I like that.
I like that.
There's a lot of books coming out, so it's going to be a crowded October.
October is always insane.
It is.
But I hear there's going to be much more Black Lives Matter woke books, hundreds of them, coming out.
I'm sure they'll make it onto the CNO's reading list.
The Admiral was pretty pathetic, wasn't he?
We're going to show that.
I mean, just the arrogance.
Just the utter arrogance.
And saying, oh, it's taken out of context.
And I didn't tell them to read it.
It's just my recommended reading list.
You said October 5th, right, Professor Hanson?
Yes.
Yes, I did.
Was the speech you just gave, was it recorded?
I don't know.
It was a very funny thing.
Some people I went to high school with said there was going to be I do one pro bono a month, and they asked me to speak to a local group of people I knew in Hanford for a rotary, and the next thing I knew, I thought it was going to be 25 people, but there was 550.
Oh my gosh, in California?
Yeah.
Wow.
Remember one thing about California, the Central Valley and the Sierra Nevada are not just red.
But they're more conservative than Utah or Montana.
They're a minority in the state, but boy, when you get a conservative in that area, they're pretty conservative.
I did an event there at a Christian college for Salem, and when I arrived, it was a huge auditorium, and my handler said, it's okay, we're normal here.
It was great.
So is that a decision you just made to do one pro bono a month?
I try to, yeah.
I'm doing one for the Leukemia Society at dinner, or Sometimes they call up and want you to auction off a dinner or something.
You meet with somebody.
I try to do one, but it's very tricky because sometimes they'll say, well, we're a charity, would you go speak?
And then you'll find out they invited five times more and charged money and it's weird.
Yeah, it is.
Do you use an agent?
Do you use a booker for speaking?
No, I don't.
I have an assistant at Hoover and then my wife, the two of them will do it.
They just take a compass on the map of the United States and they memorize all of the connections.
If it's Fresno, straight flight to Phoenix, Denver or Portland, that's a fee.
But if it's a connection where I've got to go to Knoxville or Boise, Idaho, then it's more.
And if I've got to go to the East Coast, it's a lot.
The travel is the real killer.
I've just been invited to Alaska and I want to go because I've never been.
But that's a lot of travel!
That's a lot of travel.
Yeah.
Ten seconds.
Stand by.
I pointed out to him we have significant cyber capability.
And he knows.
He doesn't know exactly what it is, but it's significant.
And if, in fact, they violate these basic norms, we will respond.
Cyber.
He knows.
In the cyber way.
I think it's appropriate to say that we have a cyber capability.
The Republican Party is vastly diminished in numbers.
The leadership of the Republican Party is fractured.
And the Trump wing of the party is the bulk of the party, but it makes up a significant minority of the American people.
And we'll see.
That was Biden from the podium at NATO headquarters in Brussels, talking of the GOP being greatly diminished and having a fractured leadership.
We are talking to Professor Victor Davis Hanson, the author of the new book, The Dying Citizen.
As a historian, I'm not a professional historian, I'm a complete amateur, but I'm trying to recall if any president has been so outspoken in terms of a domestic political attack on a foreign stage.
And if it's ever has ever occurred, either by Democrat or Republican, from the headquarters of the NATO alliance, I can't recall since 1949.
Has it ever happened?
No, I can't think so.
And I think that what I'm even more worried about is that he does he carries a twig And he talks loudly.
So he keeps talking about, we're going to do this and do this and do this to you, Putin.
And we've got all this capability.
And Putin's thinking, well, I knew that all along.
But you didn't do anything about the pipeline.
And you haven't done anything with the hack.
So it's even more embarrassing to you that you have the capability, but you're apparently afraid to use it.
We have to discuss your latest piece.
It's at American Greatness, Anatomy of the Woke Madness.
We're posting it now on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
Even just the subheadings are so telling.
Performance Virtue Signaling.
When individuals disappear, racism everywhere and thus nowhere.
And the last, when merit is racist.
Let's illustrate how this is truly a top-down phenomena.
This is a man who has the highest rank in the US Navy.
He has one job to make sure the Navy functions.
He's the CNO.
Kendi's book states that capitalism is essentially racist.
And Kendi is clear that racism must be eliminated.
So yes or no?
Gil Day responding to Congressman Jim Bax asking him a question about the admiral's recommended reading list for the whole Navy.
Cut 12.
Kendi's book states that capitalism is essentially racist.
And Kendi is clear that racism must be eliminated.
So yes or no.
Do you personally consider advocating for the destruction of American capitalism to be extremist?
Here's what I know, Congressman.
It's a yes or no question, Admiral.
There's racism in the United States Navy.
Admiral, you recommended every sailor in the United States Navy read this book.
It's a yes or no question.
I'm not going to, I'm not going to... Admiral, this is a book that you recommended every sailor in the United States Navy read.
...defend cherry-picked quotes from somebody's book.
I'm not going to do that.
This is a bigger issue than Kendi's book.
I think it is a bigger issue than Kendi's book.
And the Admiral said that you have to understand the context.
I'm trying to think, Professor Hanson, is there a context in which recommending a book by an author like Ibrahim Kendi, who believes AIDS was manufactured to kill black Americans, is there a justifiable context for that?
Well, there's the real reason and there's the pretext.
Yes.
And the pretext is he didn't know what was what was going on and that he wanted to ingratiate himself with the powers of be.
And so, but the subtext or the real reason underneath all of this is we've got a problem in the military where at the three and four star rank, especially at the top of each branch of the services, they go in and out of Raytheon, General Dynamics, Lockheed, Honeywell, they go in and out of Raytheon, General Dynamics, Lockheed, Honeywell, all of these defense And the left does not say a word.
They used to damn them to hell.
And now what happens is these admirals and generals are completely disconnected with the men below them, and women.
They're creatures of the Washington culture.
They know exactly how to virtue signal their wokeness to left-wing people in Congress.
And in exchange for that, they are allowed To have very lucrative careers beyond the military as if there is no conflict of interest of using your familiarity with the labyrinth of the Pentagon to enhance a defense contractor's viability.
And they're rewarded for it.
And so here we have this obscene example of these, again and again and again, these generals and admirals who will become multi-millionaires in the capitalist system.
That's why I'm bringing this up because it relates to the quote about capitalism, but then as sort of a pretext and to show their virtue signaling performance or wokeness, they'll appease these people and encourage them because they have no skin in the game, except their own careers, which are enhanced by this appeasement.
And so I find it really shocking.
There's no I don't see a bunch of African American or Latino or Asian or American Indian sailors coming to the Admiral and saying, we've got to have this book on that.
This is a top-down, elite-driven, academic, You make this point at the very opening of your article, The Anatomy of the Woke Madness, that it is a top-down driven phenomena.
I have to ask you, given the developments of the last two weeks, just the last two weeks, where we see parents, where we see young teachers publicly publicly push back on critical race theory, talking about its Marxist roots, talking about its bigoted tenants.
Does this at least buoy you to a certain extent that there is some bottom-up resistance?
It does, because what they are reacting to is the absurdity of wokeness, but more importantly, they have an innate sense that every aspect of wokeness, from open borders, to the Green New Deal, to critical race theory, to this new reparations movement, All of them have no majority support.
They don't poll 50%.
So what people are starting to say is these people have, in coup-like fashion, grabbed the reins of power in all of our institutions, but they have no popular ground.
So if we can just tell the world that they're absolutely naked and they don't have lavish robes like the emperor's clothes, then people will see that this is a fraud.
And I think that's why people are coming forward.
And it's not the proverbial white suburban mom.
Soccer mom is Latinos and Blacks and everybody because they understand that this is very deleterious and injurious to their own children.
And fascinatingly, it's not even white Americans born here.
It's people like Tatiana Ibrahim from New York who came on our show.
It is Lilit Venezian who escaped Soviet Republic of Armenia.
Why is it that these people understand?
Because they know the end product of all this ideology.
It's the anatomy of the woke madness.
Read it now.
It's on our Twitter and Facebook pages.
Follow Professor Victor Davis Hanson at VD Hanson and order his book, The Dying Citizen, How Progressive Elite, Tribalism, and Globalization are Destroying the Idea of America.
Thank you, Professor.
This is America First.
Thank you.
Professor?
Yeah?
Before the book, could we do an hour on woke military and wokeism?
Yeah, I would love to do that.
Let's we have three off the record.
We have three four stars.
Yeah.
He can't hear us.
It's Skype audio.
Oh, it's fine.
You're good.
Go ahead.
Hang on.
We have to broadcast it if it's Skype audio.
If it's Skype audio.
Alright.
I will email you.
But let's talk about this topic for an extended discussion.
Yeah.
Okay.
Fabulous.
Thank you.
Because it's the Skype audio channel, right?
Yes.
And if we mute that, then he literally doesn't hear anything from us.
Oh, that's right.
That's right.
That's the only problem.
Yeah.
Oh, it's Boris now, right?
Yep.
Uh, yes.
Sign some books.
Okay.
Okay.
All right.

American Consequences
I love that intro.
Yes, indeed, he's back with us, former strategic advisor to the Trump campaign.
My buddy from the White House, former special assistant.
How cool is that?
We call him the Baron.
Boris, welcome back to America First.
Thank you so much, my friend.
Good to have you, and I'm doing my special baronial wave.
The baronial... We gotta get him a carriage.
We gotta get him a carriage, and then some kind of big... What's the male version of Tiara?
We don't need a full crown.
A crown?
No, no, no, you're a baron!
So we gotta have some kind of baronial headgear.
We'll think about it.
Oh, maybe one of those really super fancy orders?
Like a big chain, like a mayor's chain, like the mayor of London, one of those big baronial seals of office.
What would be on your seal?
What best exemplifies the baron's attitude to life?
Is it a bear?
What is it?
Probably what you just put up, a big fist.
A massive fist!
Alright, we're going to contact the heraldry department and we're going to get a massive new design for the baron's heraldry.
Punching.
Alright, punching.
A big punching fist.
Right.
Because that's what we do.
No snowflakes!
No snowflakes allowed.
Let's get down to business.
Great to have you on the show.
By video.

Okay, I'm going to hit you with a question that you are Perfectly situated to answer.
As a man, bless you, as a man who was born amongst the ruins, the ashes of the former Soviet Union, if you had to guess... I'm sneezing!
I'm sneezing because the Soviet Union... I know!
He's allergic!
He's allergic to the Soviet Union!
Allergic to communism!
I like that.
Hey, that's a good bumper sticker.
Allergic to communism.
Hashtag... Good one, Baron.
Okay, as a man who was born amongst the rubble, the wasteland of the former Soviet Union in Russia, I want you, with your special perspective, to give us your...
Interpretation, if you were the fly on the wall inside that two and a half hour meeting that was supposed to be four and a half hours today, how do you expect it went between sleepy creepy Beijing Biden and that former KGB colonel, the bareback riding judoka who is Vlad Putin?
I don't think, you know, to me this seemed a little bit like a lamb being let to slaughter, sadly.
And, you know, as in any bilat, I'm always, no matter the party, rooting for the American president and hoping that he'll come out from strength.
Instead, what do you get out of it?
That Russia is putting their ambassador back in the U.S.
and America's putting This whole trip from the G7 to NATO has been just so awful.
Putin started talking about how the cyber attacks originate in the United States.
Overall, it was an embarrassing performance by Joe Biden, of course.
Nothing less expected.
You know, if he knew who he was talking to, I think that's already an instrument.
That's a plus.
That's a plus.
This whole trip from the G7 to NATO has been just so awful.
And the disrespect shown by Russia and the United States by having huge military games right when this was starting.
At the same time!
At the same time!
Absolutely overwhelming.
The world, this is exactly what we talked about during the last campaign.
The world may not have wanted to be buddy-buddy with Donald Trump, even though a lot of them did, but they sure respected and feared Donald Trump.
Joe Biden is not respected and he's not feared.
Now, you're a political, you know, you're an old hand politically, a campaign expert.
You've got to follow this guy, Boris EP on Twitter, Boris underscore Epstein on Instagram.
But you also have a great sense of history.
You always bring that fabulous historic perspective.
It's not even old history.
It's not even ancient history.
And I just go back a few years.
I just go back 12, 13 years.
And I look at what happened under the Obama administration.
The world just, you know, when we withdrew, whether it's the rise of ISIS, the Russian invasion of Ukraine, remilitarization of China, we just saw a world on fire.
I expect the same.
Now on to Biden, don't you?
I expect worse.
I expect worse because Joe Biden is all bought in into this woke extremism and he's talking about how the biggest threat is global warming and the other big threat is quote-unquote disinformation, which is straight out of 1984.
They're going to police how we talk.
So, you know, Barack Obama was bad, and he absolutely led America down the path of not being a world hegemon.
And Joe Biden is a worse, let's be honest, dumber version of Barack Obama.
Yeah, at least Barack Obama wasn't senile and knew which day of the week it was.
Boris Epstein.

  Thank
you.
There he is.
There's my guy.
Good job.
How's your new show going?
Good?
Very well, thank you.
I heard good.
The 60-second rant.
Start the clock.
Republicans and some Democrats lined up to slam Ilhan Omar this week because they said she equated the US and Israel with the Taliban and Hamas.
She didn't.
She pointed out that the International Criminal Court is right to investigate potential war crimes by all of those parties.
And look, Americans get very upset when our nation is accused of war crimes.
But I'm sorry to break this to you.
Our nation has done some pretty awful things abroad and we have to be able to talk about them.
Mehdi Hassan on speed apparently MSNBC guy I've had my own run-ins with when he worked for Al Jazeera and apologists for Islamists around the world including of course Ilhan Omar and I bring it up because he's very fond of her Boris Epstein the Baron Boris EP joking aside Boris there are Tell me if I'm being a little bit overly optimistic.
You know me, I try to stay rational in the real world.
Is it possible after her latest comments equating America with actual terrorists, with ISIS, with the Taliban, that she could be losing favor amongst the Democrats?
Or am I just... Is it wishful thinking?
One would hope.
This would be the perfect time to take Ilhan Omar off the House Foreign Affairs Committee.
The fact that she's still on there, after all her anti-Semitic comments, after speaking and equating the United States with terrorist organizations like Hamas, there's absolutely no room for Ilhan Omar in the House of Representatives, let alone The House Foreign Affairs Committee.
Am I holding my breath?
I am not.
Mehdi Hassan, though, looks like he needs some help.
Maybe a little stint in rehab would get him back to normal.
Have you had run-ins with him?
Have you ever been on the same show with Mehdi Hassan?
We've had some Twitter... I wouldn't call them battles because, you know, it got back to what's on my crack.
On your seal.
On my crack.
Right up into the camera.
We love that.
We didn't, you know, Mehdi Hasan didn't really bring much.
But, you know, when you're somebody who doesn't love America, when you're somebody who espouses a perspective that's anti-American and, frankly, anti-Semitic, you don't have much of a leg to stand on.
That's what Mehdi Hasan, that's Ilhan Omar, that's Rashida Tlaib, they're an embarrassment to this country.
And Nancy Pelosi is even worse because she is the one that's allowing it to happen.
She's empowering Omar.
And it would be, not excusable, it would be less egregious if any of these people, if Mehdi, he's not even American, I think he's a British national, but if Ilhan Omar and the like ever said something nice and positive about America, but when you know they haven't from the get-go, Then you know they actually hate America.
Let's listen to another member of the squad.
Let's talk about politics.
Let's talk about the incredible election shenanigans of last year.
This is, again, MSNBC.
Cut 13.
Play cut.
Especially if Senate Democrats are not going to pass reforms on H.R.
1, we cannot rely solely on a wish of winning elections.
What does that mean?
How else are you going to win an election?
How is she still not able to put her sons together?
She's been in the house.
This is her second term.
How hard is it?
Does she need lessons?
AOC, I'm here for you if you need it.
Goodness.
What a mess.
Wasn't she born in America?
I mean, you're an immigrant.
I think maybe you should teach her proper use of English.
You and I are both immigrants and we do a pretty good job.
You know how to join words together in a sentence.
I've seen you do it.
And we can't just...
The hope and wish to win.
What she's saying is, in her very inarticulate way, what she's saying is they cheat.
Yeah, right!
That's the implication!
If we can't, you know, win-win, wink-wink, then we're just gonna have to do what we did last year.
Isn't that the imputation?
She's saying the quiet part out loud.
That we are not leaving it to chance.
We're flooding the zone with ballots and gutting the checks, which is exactly what they did in 2020 and what they're going to do going forward.
H.R.
1 is a joke.
Everybody knows it's unconstitutional.
It's a total mess.
This is just a completely bold Yeah.
Here's a big question for you.
the democrats outside the norms of the constitution outside the law but they're being allowed it by mainstream media and the cabal of dems big tech and left-wing msm yeah here's here's a big question for you i'm gonna bring the big question to the big guy to the baron which of these is more dangerous to america is Is it what we're seeing increasingly?
The criminalization of conservatives?
This idea that white supremacists are the biggest threat to America?
Which they just mean MAGA supporters.
They just mean, you know, people who support the president.
A Jewish kid from Russia is a white supremacist.
A Jewish kid from Russia, right.
You're the white supremacist.
Or is it HR1 and S1, is it the federalization of elections so that Democrats can always win?
Can you even choose between those two?
They combine to burn the fabric of America.
The ability to criminalize and marginalize the open discussion and freedom of speech combined with The completely unconstitutional power grab over elections, which totally destroys our political system, that is an extremely powerful tool that may very well result, if the Democrats and AOC, a lot of them, or others, Nancy Pelosi, have it their way, in us becoming a Venezuela.
It doesn't erode.
It sets the fabric of America on fire.
Yeah, absolutely.

But to tease that podcast, in the last 30 seconds we have, Barron, what should our listeners, our viewers, have their eyes on?
What's happening right now?
Is it Arizona?
Is it Georgia?
You know what's going on, just give us an indication in the last few seconds.
The audit in Arizona, the recount is concluded, or almost concluded, now it's going to be on to the re-canvas.
Georgia, they just found 19,000 votes that didn't have a chain of custody forms associated with them.
Pennsylvania, there's a big push for a full forensic Arizona-style audit.
President Trump sent a statement about it in the last 48 hours.
A ton of action there, and then also have to be focused on the elections.
You've got a governor's election in Virginia, gubernatorial in New Jersey, and that recall in California, and now 2022 is getting hot.
MAGA candidates all across the country.
All right.
That's a little tease of everything you can hear.

Isn't it weird how Corporate entities have different stances depending upon the country they're in.
Sky News, foreign news in the UK, is more woke than the BBC.
I mean really bad.
Sky News in Australia is superb.
Gotta play you this cut.
Their analysis of the mainstream media's take on President Biden.
When I saw this yesterday, I fell in love with Sky News Australia.
I want to go to the US now because the media has been gushing as their beloved Joe Biden prepares for his trip to the United Kingdom to attend the G7 summit.
Listen to how CNN is reporting this momentous event.
Joe Biden is stepping onto the world stage for the first time as president and equal to foreign leaders.
Now, let's go back in time to 2018 and see if those same newsrooms offered the presidency of Donald Trump such light and positive coverage.
Attic and deepening G7 divide.
Better put, perhaps, as G6 versus one.
Sophie, they're essentially calling it the G6 when Trump's there.
But Joe Biden's there and it's and it's momentous and it's positive and it's glowing.
And they're trying to give the illusion that he doesn't have any disputes with any of these international leaders.
What do you think of that?
I just think Joe Biden is a lucky person.
He has got all the media on his side, or most of the media on his side, particularly CNN, completely at odds with what they did to Trump.
So, you know, his popularity surely can only win from this because he's getting so much positive PR.
That is media.
When you have people talk the truth about the bias, the people who coddle the man who bears the title of President of the United States.
I'm gonna have to watch a little bit more Sky News Australia.
This is America First.
Jennifer Horne, our West Coast warrior princess, joins us next.
The End.
The End.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Like Saddam Hussein.
Hey, so I might come and visit you guys in September.
What?
What?
DC's not ready for that crossover to happen.
I know.
Yeah, no, Chuck, our program director, is talking about wanting to send us to that.
I think it's so funny.
He's really fired up about it.
Says they need to what?
Hold their feet to the fire.
Which is funny, because it's been going on for like a bazillion years.
I didn't think it was all that exciting.
But Chuck is very excited about sending Grant and me to that.
That's the case.
We're coming for a visit.
That's September, isn't it?
Yeah.
Can't wait.
If you can believe.
Amazing.
Can you believe?
You're coming to my manor!
My neck of the woods!
I know!
Tell Katie we gotta go to dinner.
I gotta take you guys out somewhere.
Well, no.
You'll come to shake all day.
You too.
All of you.
These guys?
You want to feed these people?
They're like gremlins!
Don't feed them!
Whatever you do, Jen, do not take us to Trump Hotel.
We would not like that.
I would hate that too, you know.
I can't stand it.
I'm sending you loads of stuff to print, Eric.
So what's the latest?
- Dumping, dumping, dumping, dumping. - Yep. - So what's the latest?
What's happening? - What is happening?
Biden is getting really testy.
He doesn't like journalists.
Even with CNN.
I know.
He was a little bit testy there.
Yep.
What else?
It was a long day.
Oh yeah.
Past his bedtime.
But you sent some great stories.
I want to cover all of them.
So if we have time.
So good.
Yeah.
It's been really interesting around here.
That sheriff.
You might want to have him on someday.
I notice he's been on Fox a lot.
Alex Villanueva, really interesting Democrat, but he's just like taking on all of the crazy leftists.
He's publicly against George Gascogne, the DA.
Is it genuine?
Yeah.
It is.
Everybody that I've talked to said it's genuine.
He cleaned up all of the gross he's been taking on the LAPD because they're not enforcing any of the laws against the homeless.
They're just letting them live on the beach in Venice.
So he took the Sheriff's Department out of jurisdiction and wanted to start clearing people up, you know, getting them into programs and stuff.
Right.
You want to hear a good story about homeless people?
So I was with Bernie Getz when we went to see the president last week.
Was that last week?
It feels like weeks ago.
Was that last week?
And he was telling this story when he was commissioner and Rudy was mayor.
And they were going to the Christmas Mass.
It wasn't St.
Patrick's, but the second biggest Catholic church in New York.
And he was waiting for Rudy to arrive.
And this is like the Christmas Mass.
And there were hundreds of homeless people surrounding the church.
And Bernie just went, sorry, we can't have this.
The mayor's motorcade is just about to pull up.
So he ordered them that they all be shifted.
And the priest said, no, the sidewalk around my church is mine.
You can't move them.
So Bernie found a law.
He called the council's office at 1 PPP.
And they found a law from 19 post-depression that if it's beneath You know, if it's close to freezing, anybody on your property that's there and it's beneath freezing, close to freezing, you have to feed them and keep them warm.
And he said- Brilliant, so you gotta bring them inside.
Right.
And he told the priest, and the priest said, well, I can't do that.
And then he said to the mayor, in front of the mayor, he said, well, then I have to arrest you.
Oh my gosh, this is great!
And then suddenly the priest said, maybe your officers could find shelters for those people.
Maybe so.
Maybe so.
And they all ended up in the shelter and had a Christmas meal.
But that's, I mean, that's Bernie's style.
I love it.
30 seconds.
That is so funny.
Who's he thinking about for mayor?
Has he chimed in?
I think Giuliani's son.
Do you want Abbott saying it or Greg Kelly?
Well, I think Greg announces it, doesn't he?
So you want Abbott at all or no?
You can add it if it's short enough.
No, it's not.
I'll just do Carter.
Just, just, okay.
Stand by.

I've heard the Grant Groan.
You've heard it, right?
You know what I'm talking about?
Oh, yeah.
When he's not happy.
Do you know how he does it?
When he's not happy.
He's not happy.
It's when they, you mentioned a rhino, he doesn't do it for Democrats, not the left, but if I say somebody like, um, let's say Susan Collins, he goes...
He does, but that's okay.
You don't have to train him off that.
I will be hosting, by the way, because I keep forgetting this, Grant.
He's going to try and recover from his morning answer co-hosting, and I will be hosting his show Friday evening on Newsmax.
Be there.
Yes, indeed.
Follow this lady right now, at Jennifer Horne.
You always, you're so, you're so diligent.
I like that word.
You're so circumspect.
Circumspect and diligent.
That you always send us a sheaf of stories that are California relevant to discuss.
I've got them all in my hand and I want to touch upon, I want to talk about all of them.
But first, your reaction to um, well let's play this.
This is um, Just a little five-second cut from the man who bears the title of President, Joe Biden, in his summit mode.
Cut to play cuts.
I'll take your questions, and as usual, folks, they gave me a list of the people I'm going to call on.
Isn't that nice?
It's like an actor.
You're not supposed to say, enter stage right.
You're not supposed to say, what was it when he had an ellipsis?
Do you remember that?
When he had an ellipsis on the teleprompter and he said, period, period, period.
He was reading it and he said, period, period, period.
That's called a pause, okay?
Which he does a lot of, a lot of.
Okay, your response to this man's first foreign performance.
Stage left.
Well, stage right.
Stage right.
Here's the thing.
I am never going to say, I know that there are a lot of conservatives who are eager to say that Joe Biden lost this showdown with Vladimir Putin.
I'm not going to say that because I'm actually rooting, I was rooting for Joe Biden.
I root for America.
Are you a patriot?
Yeah, imagine that.
I know it seems odd.
I know people love to tear down Trump when he was overseas, but I was rooting for him.
And I, and I do think that You know, maybe there were a few wins.
I do wish that he had done a few things differently.
I found out today, and I don't know if you've heard this yet, maybe you've talked about it already, that he handed Vladimir Putin a do-not-hack list.
Excuse me?
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Is this for real?
No, this is real.
It was reported on by Fox News just about a half hour ago.
A do-not-hack list?
A list of what?
He gave 16 pieces of infrastructure that are important to the United States.
No, no, no, this is not true.
He didn't tell one of our deadliest adversaries the targets that he should hit.
Now, whatever you do, don't tickle me.
Don't tickle me on my feet, whatever you do.
So this is what Fox News reported a half an hour ago.
I wrote it down.
And according to Peter Doocy's reporting, he said that there was a list of 16 infrastructure targets that he handed to Vladimir Putin on a do not hack list.
Now, I think that is a loss.
I think that is your, you were in the national security team or on the team for President Trump.
That's not what we do.
I do think that there were some opportunities for at least bipartisan celebration that were missed by Joe Biden.
One of those things I think could have been the negotiation Yes.
the release of Trevor Reed and some of our other servicemen.
That would have been something that would have been, I think, celebrated by every American or it should be.
But because Biden gave away the keys to the pipeline, the Nord Stream 2 pipeline, before he even went into the meeting with Putin, I think that, you know, it was a loss kind of walking into the meeting.
It was, he was already playing.
He was sitting down while Vladimir Putin was playing.
That's the Gorka sigh.
There's the Grant Grone, and there's the Gorka sigh.
You're not supposed to do that in radio, allegedly, but hey, I'm a newbie.
We were on air as Sleepy Creepy was doing his Q&A, and we have multiple cuts, but thanks to Jeff, I have that story.
This is incredible.
It's from Cyberscoop.com.
Biden says he gave Putin a list of 16 sectors that must be off-limits to hacking.
Let me just, as former strategist to the last president, let me say this.
ABOVO by itself, that's not a bad idea to do that, depending on who provides the list.
If Donald Trump had done that, That would have been cool.
Because that would have been a red line.
That would have been a very serious message from a man who had more than 200 Russian mercenaries targeted and killed in Syria.
That was Donald Trump.
From this clown, as you said, who gave the Nord Stream Pipeline concession before they even met, this is going to be the Russian cyber targeting list for the next three years.
I guarantee you, Jen.
I know.
He handed it over.
And I take issue with it because you're right.
I just don't feel that these strong words that we get from the Biden administration are going to be backed up with action.
And the reason I feel that way is based in fact, watching what they did with Nord Stream.
Against the advice of his Secretary of State, Joe Biden gave away the rights to this pipeline, right?
Reduce sanctions on Russia.
If Trump did that, people would have gone bananas.
He didn't even negotiate a joint press conference.
See, what I think was missing in all of this from a messaging perspective, and I look at that a lot because some of my background is in public relations, and one of the things that was really important about that meeting between Putin and Trump is that afterwards, they both came out, they stood on the same stage, and they answered questions from the media together.
By allowing that not to happen, Biden's team, Biden himself, gave away the ability to set the narrative and the tone of the meeting.
They handed it to Vladimir Putin.
He came out first.
He answered more questions.
He spoke longer than Joe Biden.
And he was able to set the tone and the narrative from that meeting.
That is a huge mistake.
They should have been standing on the stage.
So when Putin came out and said, I told Biden that Russia is not even on the list of countries that hack into the United States, that Biden could have looked at him.
With the same disdain that he looks at with CNN reporters or Fox News people who ask him a hard question and he could have said that is wrong.
Our intelligence sources say that it is coming from your country and he could have held him accountable and at least shifted the narrative.
But by allowing Putin to go first and to talk for as long as he did he lost the messaging battle and that's a problem because This is so much what our adversaries are looking at.
And not to go on and on about this, but you can tell that Putin and President Xi in China are working side by side.
And I think that's maybe the most disturbing thing that we saw come out of this meeting.
They use the same tactics.
Putin standing in front of Biden, bringing up the so-called insurrection and Black Lives Matter, just like China did to Antony Blinken when they brought up half the country doesn't believe in your democracy on a national Stage.
And so I think it was very clear, or at least it was very clear to me, the biggest story, not who came out on top in this or maybe even the messaging war I talked about, but the fact that you can tell by how he conducted himself that Vladimir Putin and President Xi are working together in tandem.
And that's a scary, scary, scary proposition.
This woman is good.
She's actually saying exactly the two points that Victor Davis Hanson made an hour ago on my show.
Were you listening?
I wasn't cheating, I promise.
Were you?
How about that?
Honestly?
No, I swear I was not listening.
He said the most dangerous thing is to have China and Russia working together against us, which is exactly what you just said.
Wow.
Okay.
Can I correct you though?
Yeah, please.
I'm going to push back because you said you have a background in communications.
Yes.
You have a future too, if I ever run for office.
You know that, right?
Oh my gosh, I'm on board.
I accept the job right now.
How cool.
If I ever convince my boss, if she ever lets me run, okay?
I'm not going to go for Senate because most senators are complete.
Yeah.
Yeah.
But governor, I would consider governor, maybe.
Okay, I begged her.
You don't know already.
I went to your boss.
You're not the only one.
And I said, we got to get him in running for governor.
I'll help.
Let's go.
You're not the only one.
You're not the only one.
But if I ever do, Jennifer Horne, As my spokeswoman, as my campaign manager.
How cool would that be?
I'm in.
Are you in?
Yes, and you know what?
We would have fun, too, along the way.
Which is what I always remind people.
One of the greatest things, apart from being the most powerful economy we've ever seen, ISIS crushed, the border secure, one of the best things about the last four years Is that my old boss made politics fun again, Jen?
It was fun.
People wanted to pay attention.
He shook it up a little bit.
And he's doing it again.
I mean, how great is it not to change a septum, but having him go to the border?
How amazing is that?
Oh, don't steal my thunder, woman!
Oh my gosh!
We're gonna play that cut for the next segment.
Somebody is giving her intel.
I know it!
I know it!
The host of The Morning Answer, The Jenna Don Show, AM 590, AM 870, The Answer.
Also, utility player at CRNtalk.com, she's Jennifer Horne, and I'm Dr. G. Clear.
Alright, play me that cut.
The Kelly cut.
Yeah.
Hey, we just have this.
President Trump, former President Trump, will be heading to the Texas... Love it.
All right, come in with that.
Come in with that after whatever we need.
Disclaimers and music.
Do you want a pillow for this segment?
Ooh.
I'll do it in the midst.
I'll do it in the midst.
In the midst of segment.
That's a radio term.
In the midst?
In the midst.
In the midst.
Do you like that?
In the midst of madness.
I like it.
I think Jen would know.
We like it.
You know what the other thing was that Robert, you know Robert Dobby, he's been on Grant Show.
He's always texting me.
Oh good!
He's here right now.
He just started a radio show at CRN.
He started on Monday.
Are you kidding?
Oh my gosh, hang on.
He's just doing an hour a day, but he's, you know, he's fantastic.
He's just smart and great.
And so he was saying, and it was something I kind of noticed too, you know, Biden had a moment where he talked about Gorbachev today.
That would have been his moment to mention Reagan.
And he didn't do it.
Oh, yes.
He didn't do it.
Yes.
Well, he called Putin Trump.
I know.
Oh, my God.
It's a disaster.
That press conference, whatever day it was, Monday, when Jeff Zeleny asked him if Putin was still a killer, I almost died.
Like, I was hurting on the inside.
I was so embarrassed for us.
What have we not played?
We've played Caitlyn, Cold War.
We've never played the new boot.
We're coming in with that audio, right?
Kelly audio?
It's a video.
Did you hear Hillary on Putin?
No.
She can hear cuts, right?
If we play in the break.
Play the cut.
This is seven.
I think Joe Biden has learned a lot, as we all have.
And remember, Putin made it his mission to deny me the presidency in part because I did raise issues that were uncomfortable with him.
I did speak out about the oppression and, frankly, the rigged elections in Russia.
Was that before or after Bill got half a mil for one speech in Russia?
Right?
Was that before or after that he made it his mission to keep her from the White House?
I don't remember her saying anything about Sochi.
Remember Sochi?
Oh, yeah.
We need to edit in 2020.
When she says rigged elections in Russia, we need to edit in 2020.
Right?
But that's fine.
She's not calling for, you know, she's not saying that.
You know, it's not Schradenfreude.
It's even worse than that.
But I just delight in her misery.
I just, I revel like a pig in mud.
I revel in her misery.
Do you know how much she hates Kamala Harris too, by the way?
She has to hate her.
Who does she not hate?
Is there a person she doesn't hate apart from whom?
Whom?
Not many of them are still upright, that's for sure.
Oh, behave.
Oh, behave.
I need that from Carry On in my sandbox.
Yeah, OK.
When, uh, who is it that says that?
Oh, behave.
I thought that was an Austin Powers reference.
Austin Powers, was it?
Oh, it's Austin Powers.
But he's ripping off Kenneth Williams from the Carry On movies.
But yeah, let's put Austin in and I'll pull something.
What should we pull?
Don't you have multiple banks?
I do, but then I have to press, you know, other shit buttons.
Change screens, that's no fun.
What is something I never use?
I never use all of them.
Yoda?
I love Yoda, though.
All right, 15 seconds.
Stand by.
No!
I want to... Coming in with a Kelly cut.
Oh, Rupert Murdoch.
All right.
We can pitch Rupert Murdoch.
Stand by.
Hey, we just have this.
President Trump, former President Trump, will be heading to the Texas border.
I have accepted the invitation of Governor Greg Abbott to join him on an official visit to our nation's decimated southern border on Wednesday, June 30th.
Fabulous!
That's my colleague Greg Kelly on Newsmax last night announcing president.
It's been, what, 81 days since she was made border czarina.
Kamala Harris hasn't gone, but President Trump is going.
Are you excited, Jennifer Horn?
Oh, what do you think?
Of course I'm excited.
Should we go?
Should we go?
Yes, if you're willing, let's go.
I'll meet you there.
I might have to get on a plane and see you there.
How embarrassing.
I mean, let's meet.
I think that would be a lot of fun.
How embarrassing is it that the border is such a mess that the former president has to go and take a look at what the current president and vice president can't handle?
And you heard today, Ron DeSantis, the governor from Florida, has now agreed or said he would help Arizona and Texas with resources.
He's going to provide law enforcement from Florida to go to Arizona and to go to Texas because the federal government can't handle it.
Genius, genius.

Alright, let's get to these stories.
First one that I find really massively disturbing from a civil rights and freedom issue.
The University of California's decision on vaccination.
Give us an update, please, Jennifer.
Yeah, at first, the university system.
So you see, we have two big government-funded school systems in California.
CSU, California State University System, and then UC, University of California.
That's where UCLA, UC Berkeley, some of the most prominent schools in California are part of that system.
And they put out an edict, essentially, a few months ago that said that they wouldn't require vaccines until they received FDA approval.
Well, the FDA has not approved any of the vaccines yet, but they decided to... They are all emergency vaccines.
Correct.
Emergency vaccines.
That is the legal status of them.
That's right.
So they just said, well, until they get full FDA approval, then they would wait on holding off on the vaccine requirement.
Well, unfortunately they have changed their mind.
And starting in the fall, faculty members, students, anyone who works on campus at UC or any student who attends campus on one of the University of California campuses, they will need to have proof of vaccination.
Now, I think this is going to be something that ends up in the court system if it's not already making its way up.
And we're talking about half a million people.
So here's the figures.
280,000 students and 227,000 faculty and staff.
Which, by the way, is perverse when you have the same number of faculty and staff.
I know.
It's a great ratio.
How bloated is that?
It's ridiculous.
And you know that it's not one-to-one.
Yeah, nobody's getting one-to-one tutoring.
It's the sub-sub-deputy associate dean of diversity number 12, right?
Yep, thinking things through.
They're problem solvers on the campus of the UC schools.
But I think, honestly, this is going to be one of the most interesting legal battles, I think, maybe of our decade?
I don't know, maybe of our lifetime.
This is a huge issue because these campuses receive government funding.
So now you're talking about government mandated vaccines.
Right.
And it's discrimination.
It's discriminatory.
And also it goes against HIPAA laws.
You're demanding knowledge about my health status to provide me with services from a state entity?
How is that legal?
It shouldn't be.
And typically, you know, the argument of businesses is that with HIPAA, typically that's with employment.
But I would imagine it's also with schooling.
I would need to ask somebody who knows that.
But, you know, you can't.
It has to do with more of that sector.
So they're saying private business can require vaccines.
But when you have the government funding most of the university system, I think it's going to make for an Interesting conundrum.
We need some good conservative lawyers to do some pro bono work here.
Talk to us about what's happening and what used to be a cool and hip place not too many years ago.
What's happening on Venice Beach, Jennifer?
Well, Venice Beach, unfortunately.
Remember the days when Hulk Hogan used to work out on the sand of Venice Beach?
Yeah, and all the rollerbladers and all the cool cats.
Yeah.
The homeless people have moved in and taken over the sand.
Now, remember, it's not cheap to live by any beach in California.
It's not cheap to live at all in California.
Right.
And so these homeless people have just set up tents and taken over oceanfront property and it has become a huge problem.
So much so that Venice Beach happens to be in the jurisdiction of the LAPD, the LA Police Department.
They have not been enforcing the beach and they've been allowing people to just set up shop and live there.
This is not the problem of the men and women of the LAPD.
This is a leadership thing.
I think I've told you I had a homeless woman try to live on my patio for a while, and when the LAPD officer came out to arrest her, she'd been arrested 150 times.
So for the LAPD to go out, they arrest them, they get out of jail the same day, maybe the next day, maybe three days later if it's the weekend.
So it's very difficult for the men and women of the LAPD if they don't have backup to arrest these people or to enforce anything.
So the L.A.
Sheriff's Department, led by Sheriff Alex Villanueva, came in and said, if the LAPD can't do this, we're going to take over.
Because Santa Monica, right up the beach from Venice, is perfectly clean.
And that's because they offer enforcement.
Really?
So Santa Monica is clean?
It is.
And Venice, it's like an invisible border.
All of this nastiness stuck up on the beach.
It's not good for families.
It's not good for kids.
It's dangerous.
And so the L.A.
Sheriff's Department start going tent by tent, person by person, trying to place them into services or to shelters.
So that they get them off the beach and the LAPD and City Council were furious at the Sheriff's Department.
This has actually fueled a recall election of Mike Bonin who is a City Councilman who represents this area because people are so upset that he's let the homeless problem get so out of control.
So this Villanueva is a good guy, Jen?
I really think so.
You know, I always say it on the air.
I didn't vote for him when he was up for election.
He's new.
This is his first term.
But I have been so impressed by the way he has respected law and order.
He respects the Constitution.
And that's all I ask for in someone that I elect.
So he has my support moving forward.
I think he's doing a great job.
All right, latest update.
We've got 90 seconds left with our good friend Jennifer Horne.
What is the recall status?
Is Gavin buying more people off?
Is there movement in the needle?
What's your read right now?
You like the Muppets.
Do you remember Guy Smiley?
I love the Muppets.
Remember Guy Smiley from Sesame Street?
Guy Smiley?
He was the game show host.
Yes!
Yes!
With the microphone on a stick.
The big white teeth and the slick back hair.
The big teeth, the slick back hair.
Gavin Newsom is taking a Q-Fit.
She knows the names, the names of the countries.
Oh yeah, Guy Smiley was great.
And so he's doing Guy Smiley.
He's giving out millions of dollars, vacations, Taco Bell tacos.
He's giving out everything to get people vaccinated.
And he just said that instead of, we don't like vaccine passports around California, but he's going to announce tomorrow a new vaccine verification system.
Not a passport, but a verification system.
Is it going to involve tattoos?
It's just a chip that they're going to implant in your brain.
Is there going to be a UAV above the head of everybody in California?
You're going to be able to sleep on the refrigerator.
No more MyPillow mattresses.
You'll be able to just sleep as you're magnetized to the refrigerator.
She's got a sense of humor.
Why?
But the recall is being moved up because he thinks he'll survive it.
So maybe in 100 days from now.
Now that's interesting.
Will he or won't he?
Come on, California.
Do the right thing.
As well as following Jennifer Horne at JenniferHorneCRNtalk.com.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.
Next in studio, Jenna Ellis on the audits.
Stay tuned. Stay tuned.
Stay tuned.
Thank you.
The whole truth.
Nothing but the truth.
That's Dr. G's specialty.
America first.
Professor Shadrach, why did you use that liner?
Because you guys are so dedicated to telling the truth.
And specifically, a guest that we have in studio right now has started an organization dedicated to telling the truth.
And so that's what you get on this show.
And?
And?
Oh gosh.
He doesn't even know how cool he is.
This is pathetic.
Can you just realize how good you are?
You ever show Jenna Ellis?
I do.
What's it called?
Just the Truth.
Sure.
Nice.
Congratulations.
See?
You guys are always on it.
We don't even know how good we are!
That's America First, former attorney to the President of the United States.
She is the chair of the Election Integrity Alliance.
Her name is Jenna Ellis.
And you love her.
Follow her, Jenna Ellis ESQ, on Twitter and everywhere else.
So much to discuss.
And she has the show, indeed, called Just the Truth on Real America's Voice.
Let's talk audits.
Let's talk the incredible letter.
I read the whole letter from the Attorney General of Arizona to the Attorney General of the United States, Merrick Garland.
And I said, he has declared political war on the Biden administration.
He uses the phrase, the Biden.
It's not just about the DOJ.
He says the Biden administration, the penultimate paragraph, because he said, how dare you?
Even consider, for a nanosecond, getting involved with your federal goons in our audit in Arizona because, and this is the best line, the best line, a little reminder Attorney General Garland, the federal government was created by the sovereign states, not the other way around.
Why don't we have more Attorney Generals like that across the nation, Jenna Ellis?
We should, and we have a great one right now in Texas.
We do.
We've got a couple.
We have a couple.
But we need about 45, please.
Absolutely.
It's a good number, 45.
It is.
I like that number.
I like that number.
Look at how on point we are today.
But we do, and my favorite line actually from this letter was, I am not amused.
I know!
I am not, like Queen Victoria, we are not amused.
It reminded me of the American gymnast that, with her facial expression, that meme that went viral, that was like, I am not amused.
Oh yes.
And this was so perfectly worded, though, because the federal government has no business getting involved with the states regulating themselves within their own functions, and the United States Constitution, by the way, Merrick Garland, I know!
That was a shot dodged!
And the Constitution says so, Mary Goddard.
the constitution that was a shot dodged doesn't even know or doesn't care more likely that the elections and the election laws are up to the states and specifically the state legislatures and the constitution says so mary god yes the u.s constitution okay
so so this is all just about the democrats wanting to stoke fear in each of the states to say don't you dare uncover the truth because the truth, of course, is that Joe Biden was not elected fairly.
There was tons of corruption, tons of lawlessness, and President Trump is right to continue to have this emphasis on all of the audits, and as I've continued to tell him, as we have continued to tell him, the truth, of course, will continue to come out.
I have to get your impression because I haven't asked you live in front of our millions of listeners.
My impression?
So there's some real ideological hacks like the woman who was confirmed with... I'm just horrified.
Every GOP senator, bar two of them, Bart Cruz and Paul, confirmed as the number two at the DOJ.
A woman called Lisa Monaco, who was the disastrous head of the Homeland Security Policy for Obama, who was, by the way, not only that, she was chief of staff for Robert Mueller.
And I think the GOP is just, no, we'll talk about that later.
But these are the people who are running the DOJ, these ideologues.
My impression of the Attorney General is he's just, he's an unimpressive empty suit.
I mean, his confirmation testimony, well, it's not terrorism because it happened in the daylight.
It was bad.
What's your impression of him?
Initially, I was actually surprised that he was the nominee because he's not the Eric Holder.
He's not a pit bull wingman.
His jurisprudential record from the bench is actually not bad for religious liberty issues, things that conservatives care about, but it's become very clear That the deep state and the dark swamp is actually running the country and the people that they have front and center are these empty suits, like Joe Biden, like today, who said he called Putin President Trump.
That's how out of it he is.
We played the audio.
It's incredible.
And I actually think Kamala is the same.
There's nothing there.
I mean, there's a viciousness, but there's no substance.
That's about it.
Right, the hyena laughter.
If she was a Disney character, she would, but you know she'd be a hyena.
We're talking to Jenna Ellis.
She's the chair of the Election Integrity Alliance, of which I am a board member, full disclosure.

Jenna, you spoke at Turning Point USA's Young Women's Conference.
We'll talk about that in the next segment.
But first, there's so much conflicting information there.
Are they having audits in this state?
Are they not having audits?
What's the status with the Secretaries General, with the Governors, with the Legislatures?
So please, for our millions of listeners and viewers across the nation, what is actually happening and what will or should we expect to happen in Arizona, in Pennsylvania, in Georgia?
Give us an update from your perch as the Chair of the National Committee.
Well, to get all of the updates and to make sure that you have the best resources, of course, go to AmericanGreatnessFund.com, our Election Integrity Alliance webpage.
You can sign up for news alerts there.
That is the central hub of what everyone is doing, because what a lot of people don't realize, Seb, is that there are a I don't know.
specific question um about the 2020 election but what i'm very proud of my own legislators for doing is that they're saying well wait a second we need to go back and actually look at our election law because uh colorado is one of five states that had universal vote by mail prior to 2020 prior to the pretext of covid and is that really secure why why do they have that because it's become such a liberal state i don't know what's going on in the state of the state of the state I grew up when it was 85% red.
There was a plan, a 10-year plan to turn Colorado blue that has been successful, and they're trying to do the same plan in Texas now that they did in Colorado.
There are a lot of great conservatives that are on the ground there.
I've been involved in Colorado politics a long time.
And the plan for universal vote by mail was basically to make it easier to cheat.
So we need to go back in to all 50 states should be doing audits.
And if we're really concerned about making sure that it's easy to vote, hard to cheat, then why is everyone so concerned?
The Democrats really are the only ones that are concerned about these audits.
They're concerned about transparency only because they want to fly under the radar.
They don't want people like Mark Elias and his plan And his litigation and all of that to to be exposed.
And that's exactly what the Election Integrity Alliance is doing.
So the Arizona audit is happening.
There's a lot of great stuff coming out.
Georgia, though, is where the huge emphasis is going to be in my good friend, our good friend, John Solomon.
with Just The News.
He's actually gonna be on my program tonight at 6 p.m.
Eastern on Real America's Voice, Just The Truth, with a preview of some really big stuff coming.
And I think what's been very obvious is that Secretary of State Raffensperger, people like we were just talking about in the last segment, the Attorney General of Arizona, these people who tried to just run out the clock because they're weak Republicans are now seeing the truth come out and they're having to confront these issues.
They should have confronted them Before January 6th in 2020, but now they're being forced to confront them because the truth is and will continue to come out.
So what's the scenario?
We had Commissioner Bernie Kerik on the show.
I think it was yesterday or the day before I asked him as well if there are Demonstrable tens of thousands of suspect votes in the various states, especially the battleground states.
Then what happens at that point?
Is that something that is used as a hammer to drive through effective reform?
Is there any legal next step after that?
If we have demonstrable fraud, what happens next?
A couple of things.
First, absolutely it's a hammer to push legislative reform.
It has to be.
Second, that's what our justice system is for, to hold accountable the people who were corrupt and intentionally lawless and intentionally fraudsters.
That's what we have it accountable for.
And if our government system, our federal government, was working properly, That would be an impeachable offense.
And I love that you have your Impeach Biden sticker right there because I totally agree.
And hey, 25th Amendment now, in light of what happened, regardless of the election stuff, Biden is clearly not all there.
But absolutely, when it is continued to be shown that Biden was not genuinely elected, That should be an impeachable offense, and that should be something that the House of Representatives should contemplate.
But the 25th Amendment and the presidential line of succession does attach, and so then it becomes, unfortunately, a political calculation, and this is why we have to retake the House in 2022, because then, of course, the Speaker of the House would be the third in line.
So we could have a scenario where, so let me ask you the loyally question, if we take the House and the Senate back, could we have an impeachment of the incumbent man who bears the title of President?
Based upon the fraudulent election, or would that have to be tied?
I mean, for me, impeachment's a political function.
It's pseudo-judicial.
It's not really a judicial function.
Could the incumbent be tied to the fraud?
Well, that is what the interesting question is, because Article One specifically lays out what is the category of an impeachable offense, and it has to be treason, bribery, or other high crimes and misdemeanors.
And so, conservatives need to recognize, even though this is a pseudo-criminal, quasi-criminal, quasi-judicial nature, because there's a trial, impeachment is just the mechanism to then get to the trial, and the Senate is a trial and conviction, there still has to be an underlying criminal offense.
And so, It would have to come under that purview.
So I think definitely if there's a nexus shown that Biden knew to the fraud, absolutely.
If not, then it becomes how can you reasonably and legally get it into that mechanism.
I think that you can.
I think there are a couple of different ways, but it should not just be a political function, but absolutely that's the proper path constitutionally.
Now I'm getting excited.
I don't need to talk about Italian server farms.
Now we're getting really, really exciting scenarios here.
First, let's get the results of those audits.

The End
Thank you kindly.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Jenna made a fascinating point in the break.
Whatever your reaction to the events of November, it is all the more important that we vote this next election.
Why?
Because if you want to remove Biden from office, we can't do it without You've just come back from a massive Turning Point USA gathering for young conservative women.
even larger than last year.
So guys, get animated, get mobilized, be part of the solution.
You've just come back from a massive Turning Point USA gathering for young conservative women.
Tell us about what you're seeing in the next generation.
It was fabulous.
And thanks so much to my good friends, Charlie and Erica Kirk.
They're They're just wonderful with Turning Point USA.
And this was the Young Women's Leadership Summit, and it was the largest ever.
So it was a gathering of over 2,500 young women from the ages of 15 to 26, and they are so excited to champion conservative values.
They understand that it's so important for young women to stand up and use their voice two of the most important issues that they consistently came up and talked to me about.
I love that they came up and talked to me about wanting to go to law school, wanting to fight for the Constitution.
I was like, go team.
But they talked about cancel culture and wanting to make sure that their voices were not silenced or suppressed.
And they also talked about pro-life.
And I think this is an amazing example of just...
You're a woman of faith.
I get the impression we might be winning this with the next generation.
and is worth protecting, they are going to be on the front lines fighting for this.
It's really exciting.
I know you're a godly woman.
You're a woman of faith.
I get the impression we might be winning this with the next generation.
What's your sense?
A hundred percent.
And I think that that's where the more that we have young women who are standing up and who are really advocating for the science, right?
Shouldn't it be all the science?
Don't be a science denier!
Yeah, and I think that, and I talked with Lila Rose, by the way, you can go back to the Just the Truth playlist on americasvoice.news and see all of the great interviews that I did on my show throughout my time there.
Lila Rose was talking about, of course with live action, talking about the Supreme Court Yes.
case that they took up.
And I think this is a really interesting and fascinating time for them to revisit where the government can step in and protect life, even over and against the so-called woman's right to choose in privacy and health care decision making.
Because remember, it is not the Supreme Court's opinion that there is a right to abortion in the Constitution.
It's the undue burden test.
And I think the Supreme Court in this new composition is looking very seriously at giving this issue back to the states and allowing legislation like fetal We'll find her speech.

This is even more important.
