Thank you.
From the desk of the Office of the Attorney General for the State of Arizona, Mark Brunovic.
Addressed to the Attorney General of the United States, Merrick B. Garland, at the U.S.
Department of Justice.
Dear Attorney General Garland, Late last week you made troubling comments about the ongoing efforts in states to ensure election integrity.
Your statements displayed an alarming disdain for state sovereignty as defined under the Tenth Amendment of the United States Constitution and the election provisions in Articles 1 and 2.
Your comments followed a May 5th letter from Pamela Carlin of the Department of Justice's Civil Rights Division on the subject of the Arizona Senate's oversight of the Maricopa County audit.
This letter appeared more interested in supporting the hysterical outcries of leftist pundits on cable news than the ruler of law.
My office is not amused by the DOJ's posturing and will not tolerate any effort to undermine or interfere with our State Senate's audit to reassure Arizonans of the accuracy of our elections.
We stand ready to defend federalism and state sovereignty against any partisan attacks or federal overreach.
It is important to remember that the states created the federal government, not the other way around.
America's founders intentionally restrained the federal government's constitutional boundaries to ensure each state could flourish in unique ways.
Today, our federal government has largely forgotten the founders' intent, but my office has not.
There are no issues more important for states to prioritize than the integrity of our elections.
This is the cornerstone of our republic, binding together the people's trust in the whole of government.
Today, we see mistrust in our elections from Americans on all sides of the political spectrum.
This should not be a partisan issue.
States can and should take every opportunity to reassure all citizens that their vote counts.
My office looks for ways to work alongside the federal government to uphold our laws within the constraints of the Tenth Amendment and the election provisions in Articles 1 and 2.
As I have demonstrated several times, however, Arizona will not sit back and let the Biden administration abuse its authority, refuse to uphold laws, or attempt to commandeer our state's sovereignty.
Respectfully, Mark Brunovich, Attorney General for the State of Arizona.
I do not know who this man is, but I want to meet him!
This is what America is about!
And as somebody who served in federal government for many years in the Defense Department and the White House, you know what's shocking about official letter-headed documents that come out of government bureaucracies?
99.9% of the time, they never, ever talk about principle.
They never, ever talk about the founding fathers, their intent, and why we are a republic of states.
It's not a federal government that created the states.
And here we have it.
I do not, I do not, I am leery of reading too much into this in terms of historic import.
But I will say now, given the cacophony of cowardice, Good name for a book.
There you go.
Write that down, Chad.
The cacophony of cowardice that is politics in America today.
This is a bright, shining star.
Attorney General Mark Brunovich from Arizona.
If you mean this, and of course you can't judge a man on his words, On their deeds.
But this, if you mean this, what you write in this letter, that you are declaring war.
And I mean, write this down Media Matters.
Who's that?
Putz?
What's his name?
Zaki at Slate.
Are you typing?
He has declared constitutional war.
He has declared a legal war.
On what?
The Biden administration's federal overage, and it's about bloody time.
How about if we had 10, 20, 30 attorneys general across the nation do the same?
Because what does this mean?
You don't even have to read between the lines.
What does this mean?
This means if Garland dares to send federal agents to Arizona, To somehow meddle in that state's internal state audit.
They're not going to take it.
They will be blocked and they may even be arrested.
And that includes you Merrick Garland.
If you dare to take unconstitutional actions against the people of America who constitute the states that first as colonies established their independence against a dictatorial King George who was usurping powers he did not have.
Because this letter is about what?
The same category of usurpations.
In fact, no, it's not.
It's much worse than that.
It's not the illegal stationing of troops in my house.
It's not the illegal sequestering of food supplies from private citizens or unfair tax without representation.
He's right.
This one sentence is the crux of the matter.
There are no issues more important for states to prioritise than the integrity of our elections.
And that's what they're doing.
They're making sure that their state elections have integrity that are not undermined and subverted by actors who wish to do damage to the mode in which the sovereignty of the individual American is temporarily
Handed over in a representative mechanism to the people we choose to politically run the country.
It's the most sacred act we have as a nation.
To imbue those who represent us with a mandate from our derived sovereignty that is a function of what?
Our innate sovereignty and dignity as human beings made in the image of our creator.
You mess with that, then you are messing with the soul of America.
And there are enough patriots left, at least 74 million of them, that won't let you get away with it.
God bless Attorney General Mark Brunovich of the great state of Arizona.
We're going to have updates from Arizona and Georgia with Commissioner Bernie Kerik next.
Then what's Nancy doing Louis Gomer will fill us in, Lord Conrad Black, the great Joe Piscopo from New York, and you are dear listeners, here on America First, with me, Sebastian Gorka, on the Salem Radio Network.
You mentioned the Third Amendment.
- Okay.
I've been thinking a lot about that.
Yes, you have?
Yeah.
In what way?
Well, mostly because I think that people think it's like this weird throwaway, you know, without realizing just what happens in a military situation in which the quartering of troops occurs, right?
Because, like, part of the reason why it's so bad is what happened in Europe, you know, when the Germans and the Russians and etc.
Occupied you know townspeople's you know like the amount of right, you know taking advantage of the local population primarily the women You know taking all their resources etc.
Destroying their local economies like it's a huge deal it is so what are you thinking about it in today's context?
Well, it's just that we we just think it's kind of a joke Right, right.
We don't think about it in the full historic context.
There's multiple Facebook groups that are like Third Amendment advocate groups where the whole joke is that they think it's a joke.
They're like, man, isn't it so great that there's no troops that are quartering?
And I saw a YouTube skit the other day that was about the Third Amendment.
It was just like three guys in fatigues being like, is there any way we can crash on your couch?
Really?
Yeah, it's like, no, there's more to it than that.
That's funny.
Yeah.
In before discussion of the most useless amendments.
17.
Well, yeah.
Definitely.
Are we gonna call him?
Calling now.
Okay.
Oh, uh, titles if you've got any.
Arizona declares war on Biden.
Got it.
Uh-huh.
And Jersey.
Alright, just remember that the mics are live on Rumble during the commercial break.
Hang on.
Actually kill the mic so I can talk to Bernie.
mic's off mic's off mic's
off mic's

He is, of course, Bernie Kerik.
Commissioner, welcome back.
Thank you, sir.
Thank you.
And I have to start it right now before we get further into the meat of what he's doing right now.
If you haven't read it, I can't put it down.
His autobiography, The Lost Son, A Life in Pursuit of Justice.
I tell my guys on the radio all the time.
I don't read autobiographies.
I don't have the time.
I don't have the patience.
This one is different.
An absolutely stunning story.
Check it out.
The Lost Son by Bernie Kerrick.
And follow him, Bernard Kerrick, on Twitter right now.
So the last time we spoke was in person.
It was just over a week ago.
And you have become deeply, deeply involved since November in election integrity across the nation.
Some people have forgotten this.
Some people think nothing's going to happen.
The mainstream media is going apoplectic that something is going to occur.
What is the latest our millions of listeners should know about recent developments, especially where you are in Georgia?
Well, I think, Sebas, two things.
You know, there's two primary things that I think your listeners should should realize.
One, the Arizona forensic audit that's going on has been going on for the last several weeks.
You know, there are a lot of people that screamed and yelled and they went crazy.
The Democrats, the mainstream media, you know, trying to denounce when it kicked off, when it started.
And I initially thought, my initial mindset was they're really worried about what's going to happen.
What's going to come out of that audit?
But I have since changed my mind.
I honestly, I think the word about what's going to come out of the audit, that after going to Arizona with Vernon Jones, who's running for governor of Georgia this week, I got to witness and see the audit process.
And I think this is more so what the Democrats and the mainstream media We lost you there for a second.
You said the mainstream media.
Carry on, Commissioner.
Yeah, the mainstream media.
I think what they're really worried about is that that audit is irrefutable.
Whatever comes out of that audit, they're not going to be able to go back and say it was corrupt, it was this, it was that.
All the stuff that they screamed and yelled over for the past six months about the election.
This audit From the security procedures to get in, to the oversight, to the chain of custody of ballots, to the imaging of ballots, to the docking of numbers, the tabulations, everything about this audit and review of ballots in the Arizona election, everything
There's even a live stream where you can go on and watch what's going on on the floor of the audit, the entire process.
Nobody's going to be able to refute this.
So whatever the outcome is, whatever it is, that's going to be it.
That's it.
It's over.
And I think that audit is going to prove that Donald Trump took Arizona.
Now, There's no forensic audit going on in Georgia yet.
Vernon Jones, who's running for governor against Brian Kemp, he's called for an audit in all 159 counties in Georgia.
I think, not only Georgia, every one of these swing states should be doing what Arizona's doing.
Arizona's going to get to the bottom of what happened in Maricopa County.
Guess what?
Every swing state that had problems, whether it was Michigan and Detroit, whether it was Pittsburgh or Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, whether it was Fulton County, Georgia, every single one of these places where we knew we had overwhelming evidence at the time that there were problems, those states, those counties should be doing an audit just like Arizona.
And I think that's what's going to come out of this.
All right, so let's ask the big so what question.
Arizona, I read the letter from the Attorney General of Arizona, Mark Brunovich, who's basically declared war on Merrick Garland and said, if you dare, if you dare come to Arizona and mess with our state audit, you'll end up in handcuffs.
So God bless that man.
But even if there are audits across Arizona, there are audits in Georgia, and it is demonstrable that there was wide-scale fraud, what happens then?
Because you know there's no constitutional way to undo a federal election, especially after the Supreme Court's decision last year when it came to the Texas suit.
The only way to remove a president is through impeachment and trial in the Senate.
What's the big take-home of the audit if the evidence is absolutely incontrovertible, Commissioner?
Here's what I... Look, I'm not an attorney, but I've been around this stuff long enough to know and witness personally.
Here's what I believe.
I strongly believe that if we can go back and prove, which I believe we will, if we can go back and prove That in these four, five or six swing states, there was voter slash election fraud and Donald Trump won those states.
We'll just go back and say, okay, we may not be able to overturn the election, but we're taking back.
We're pulling back our election votes.
We're taking that number back.
Could Biden come under 270?
It's all possible.
However, that's not what I'm focused on here.
What I'm focused on is 2022 and 2024.
And I strongly believe that if we can demonstrate there was corruption and fraud... Oh, we lost the commissioner again.
Hang on, we lost you again.
If you can demonstrate if there's corruption and fraud, carry on.
Across the board in those swing states, I think that's going to be an enormous amount of ammunition for Donald Trump and the Republican Party to move forward in 2022 and 2024.
Because the American people need to know what happened in 2020.
They need to know.
What happened was wrong and it should never be allowed to happen again.
Unless we do this and do it transparently and get it right, We're going to have another fair election in this country.
This country is going to wind up like Cuba, Venezuela, Syria.
You know, I used to laugh when people would say, oh, Saddam Hussein won by 99% of the vote.
Yeah, of course he did.
Well, that's what we're going to look like.
We'll all end up like D.C.
where Hillary got 94% of the vote.
I just want to thank you, Rudy, Giuliani, Jenna Ellis, and everyone who's still fighting.
Follow this man, Bernard Carrick, and get his book, The Lost Son, A Life in Pursuit of Justice.
God bless you, Commissioner.
I'm Sebastian Walker.
This is America First.
This is America First.
Good stuff.
Alright, so what do we call that?
Um... Something about the... Like, we don't want to end up like Venezuela or something like that.
Towards what he said at the end there.
Chad?
I don't know.
Probably something about just the... The audits.
What the audits will prove.
Yeah, the Georgia thing.
Where it's like the left is afraid of Georgia.
The Georgia audit or something.
Because it's irrefutable.
The Georgia audit's irrefutable.
Something like that.
Yeah, but they're not yet.
We don't have any yet.
Yeah.
Will be...
What happens after the Arizona audit?
Okay.
Oh, no.
Arizona election audit, colon.
What happens next?
What happens next?
And then Piscopo?
Maybe on Schumer?
Yeah, probably Schumer.
What is he?
It wasn't bigotry.
When you call somebody like that handicapped, what is that?
That's discrimination.
They call it ableism is their word.
No, forget that.
What is that?
No, is it discrimination?
With what?
When he says, like, retarded for a mentally handicapped child.
Yeah, what's your name?
What is that?
Insensitive?
I'd probably say insensitive.
I mean, ableist is probably the one, but you didn't want to say ableist.
So...
Tone deaf?
Chuck Schumer's latest... Arrogant remark.
Latest... Why do you say that?
Boneheaded?
Boneheaded move.
Got it.
Latest boneheaded.
Boneheaded is good.
Yeah.
She was just such a non-entity for me at this point.
Who, I know, he really is.
Like, Pelosi's obviously, I mean, I know- And all I can think of when I hear his name is, when he was in the Oval with the President, he was crouching like Gollum.
Just hanging his head down in Trump's- I just always think of Gollum.
I still like, uh, I'll never forget Rush's nickname for him.
Chuck U. Schumer.
I know.
We, uh, do you have... We, uh, do have... The... So, Pillow?
I texted you.
We gotta do that either here, or we have three more segments if you want to do it later, but... I did it now.
I did it with Burn, didn't I?
Oh, you did?
Not at the start.
He did.
Oh, okay, okay.
Yes!
My bad.
I remember those.
False, you're bearing false witness.
I'm bearing false witness against a brother.
I'm sorry.
Uh... I wasn't expecting the pillow ad either, so yeah, that's... I'm usually... I'm usually on top of that, I'm sorry.
Uh, what was I gonna ask?
Chef.
Ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch-ch Can you come in with cut 11?
Cut 11, yes.
Cut 11.
32 seconds long.
Stand by. Cut. 11.
We'll be right back.
is live in Montgomery County to take a look at that aspect.
contact.
Thank you.
Thanks, guys.
That's right.
Before we get to that story, I want to let you, the viewers, know that Fox Corp has been muzzling me to keep certain information from you, the viewers.
And from what I'm gathering, I am not the only reporter being subjected to this.
I am going to be releasing some recordings about what goes on behind the scenes at Fox because it applies to you, the viewers.
I found a nonprofit journalism group called Project Veritas.
It's going to help put that out tomorrow, so tune into them.
I found a non-profit group called ProDream.
Oh, really?
Were you asleep for the last 10 years, maybe?
What is that about?
Ivory Hecker at a local Fox affiliate, who is supposed to be talking about the weather and air conditioners, has some kind of big announcement for us.
Mr. G, you had some comments.
Was that rehearsed?
Was that for real?
What was that?
There's no way.
No, it definitely has to be live.
That was not rehearsed.
There's no way.
So her controller, her producer, had no idea?
Absolutely.
They never would have allowed that.
So what do you think is going on here?
What is she going to reveal about Fox Corporate?
I don't know what type of reporter she is because she went to talking about air conditioning units failing.
That's a very special kind of reporter category there.
I don't know.
I have no idea, but that's a great way to set it up.
Instead of having to come out, do that on live TV.
That's a great way to draw attention to the story.
It is, but was she fired?
Do we have any details after that?
I was just looking.
Because that's a firing offence, right?
To just make stuff up while you're on a live feed.
Yeah, it's against the company you work for, of course it is.
Yeah.
Something else that should be a fireable offence is when you're outside the country as a representative of the federal government getting... Oh, sorry.
They just said she's been suspended.
Ah, there you go.
Had a little suspect feeling there that something was gonna happen.
Gotta keep our eyes, Mr. G, on Project Veritas.
Let's see what happens.
Something else that should be a fireable offense if you could...
Get rid of a president that easily is what Joe Biden did at the NATO summit.
So there is this rule that's not always obeyed, that when you leave the territorial expanse of the nation, you don't do partisan politics abroad if you are a politician or a member of government.
Well, not only did Sleepy Creepy do that yesterday, I think, and I tweeted this out, I think this is that I cannot remember in the history of the Alliance since the Washington Treaty was signed in April of 1949, I cannot remember any American president, not one of them, ever going partisan political
at a NATO summit and from the podium in Brussels at the headquarters.
But that's what he did.
If you don't believe me, here it is.
Sleepy, creepy Beijing Biden cut for.
I think it's appropriate to say that the Republican Party is vastly diminished in numbers.
The leadership of the Republican Party is fractured.
And the Trump wing of the party is the bulk of the party.
But it makes up a significant minority of the American people.
I And we'll see.
Why is he talking about Republican politics from the podium of the NATO headquarters in Brussels?
I mean, that's really egregious, but let's just dissect it for a moment.
Let me bring in the professor, the good professor here.
The Republican Party, according to Sleepy Creepy Biden, is vastly diminished.
How many people voted for President Trump?
Well, we'd like to say 73 million Americans, but it could be higher.
Hang on, hang on, hang on.
Let's just say that.
74 million, which is a record for an incumbent Republican, is it not?
So, he got more votes than any other Republican president.
In American history.
But we're vastly diminished.
Apparently there's just, they're dying like flies apparently.
So maybe it's all the Republicans on Mars and Venus who didn't vote for him.
Exactly.
Or everybody who's left the country, right?
In droves.
Right.
And then the second point, he says the Republican Party is lethally fractured.
So in that case there must be multiple potential leaders.
Could you name for me the leaders of the Republican Party who are up there with Donald Trump?
Gosh, Dr. G, I didn't expect you to be asking such hard questions.
And then fractured because, yeah, there are so many other people out there apart from Donald Trump who are kingmakers.
All right, Louie Gohmert next here.
We're going to have Conrad Black, Julie Kelly, Joe Piscopo on America First from the reliefactor.com studios.
Reliefactor, are you in pain right now?

Clyde is nine.
Georgia, nine.
And Gohmert, I think, is one.
Yes.
Clyde, Georgia, nine.
And it's not a bill, it's a case, right?
It's a lawsuit, yeah.
It's in there.
It's in there.
So Washington.
Yeah.
Clyde is a freshman.
Took office this year.
The thing is, too, it's also the magnetometers bring...
Republicans are missing votes because of it.
Really?
Because they're not going in?
Yeah.
Oh, it's, uh, that's Collins' old seat.
Doug Collins.
Oh.
That's right.
Alright.
It's Jeff with Sebastian Gorka.
All right.
Okay.
All right.
Who's going to use this one?
Which one?
Okay.
All right.
Let me know when he's ready.
All right.
Alright, hang on one second.
Okay.
Hello, America First!
Alright, hang on one second.
Alright, are they both ready?
Yeah.
Okay, oh, mics off.
Yes. Yes.
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes. Yes.
Constitution, America first!
What is the collective noun for a group of freedom-fighting congressmen?
I'll take your offers.
I'll take your calls.
833-33-GORKA.
833-33-46-752.
Because we've got two on the line.
Why?
Because there's news.
This is from the Washington Times, Stephen Dynan.
Two Republicans have announced a lawsuit challenging fines slapped on them for violating the House's new security screening rules, saying someone has to stand up to what they see as an increasingly imperial way.
Speaker Nancy Pelosi has run the chamber and excitingly, one of our good buddies, buddies of America First, Ken Cuccinelli, former Virginia AG, will be serving as the lawyer on that case.
Who is it?
Have a guess.
I think you can guess one of them.
Of course, Louis Gomer, Texas number one and freshman congressman from Georgia's ninth district, Andrew Clyde.
Gentlemen, welcome to America First.
Thank you, Sebastian.
All right, gentlemen.
So what's going on?
We thought this would have been dropped.
Now the National Guard is moving out of DC.
The fence has shrunk.
The magnetometers are still there.
Why are you bringing this court case?
Either of you can respond.
I never knew a congressman who was shy, especially Louie Gohmert.
So now is your opportunity for the three million listeners.
Go for it, guys.
All right.
Well, we did.
It's not that we object to going through metal detectors.
We do that constantly.
That's not a big deal.
The big deal is to have metal detectors put up around the House chamber.
Where they only let in members of Congress and a few select staff.
And when we heard from the chief of the Capitol Police that there is no intelligence from any source that indicates any member of Congress is a threat to another member, then it was very clear there was no purpose for those magnetometers to be put around the House floor.
It was strictly for a harassment of power Just really arbitrary, capricious, giving the speaker a chance to, well, what we've seen is they come after Republicans.
Republicans are the only ones that have been pursued to finality to have to pay a fine.
So we filed a lawsuit that couldn't happen without Andrew Clyde.
What a great freshman he's been.
Thank you.
Congressman Clyde, explain why this isn't just a waste of time and money and why this is really part of the larger way in which Nancy Pelosi thinks she gets to reign over the rest of America's representatives.
Well, you know, Sebastian, House Resolution 73 is a clear violation of Article 1, Section 5 and 6 of the Constitution and a violation of the 27th Amendment.
It's clear to me that Speaker Pelosi wants to improperly influence Republican actions, and I think to further her own false political narrative, and I quote, the enemy is within the House of Representatives.
She wants that narrative until the 2022 elections, that we are the bad guys.
She wants to continue to paint us like that.
You know, and I thought your comment to bring us in here that Her imperial ways, I think that's phenomenally correct.
You are right on target there.
And that's why our website is QueenPelosi.com.
If folks want to find out more about this lawsuit, I think that's a great place to go.
But I think it properly describes what Speaker Pelosi's intent is here, and basically to act like a monarch.
Follow this man, rep underscore Clyde, on Twitter, and our good friend from Texas, Rep.
Louie Gohmert.
I don't think we've had two congressmen on the phone at the same time, and the website is QueenPelosi.com.
Congressman Gohmert, this is an issue that has to be dealt with, because you're right, it is unconstitutional.
But can you talk to us?
We'll have the real expert, Julie Kelly, with us momentarily.
But the real issue, that there are still dozens of Americans In prison, in solitary, for trespassing on January the 6th.
What can Republicans who believe in law and order and who saw the last 12 months of violence across the nation with zero repercussions, what can be done for those Americans behind bars?
Well, people have got to let their voice out.
I mean, to have a judge say that a guy without a criminal history that did not as I understand, hurt anybody needs to be held on more than a $15 million bond.
And this is the same administration now that had people out there trying to make the bond for people looting, destroying, burning, killing in other big cities around the country.
So this is outrageous.
And people have got to let their voices be heard.
Not like Antifa, not like BLM and the violent protests, but actually making their voices heard.
Make sure they're represented.
Well, no, they won't get reelected unless they stand up and start defunding some of this unconstitutional action by this White House.
Congressman Clyde, you are new to Capitol Hill.
I'm going to ask you the question I ask all our political guests.
I asked Marjorie Taylor Greene, who was in the studio yesterday.
What is the balance of power in DC right now on your side of the aisle?
What is the balance of power between the America First, MAGA, Freedom Caucus, Patriotic Americans and the old Swamp Rhino class?
We've got 60 seconds.
Oh my word.
I thought you were going to ask me Democrat to Republican.
No, no, no.
We know what that is.
And that's why Nancy's so worried because she's only got five seats.
I want to know how our side is doing and who's winning.
Is it the good guys?
We don't have enough.
That's it.
You know, Louie and I are part of the Freedom Caucus.
The Freedom Caucus is leading the charge.
But we need more true American patriots, you know, who will stand up against the left and stand up honestly against the soft Republicans.
And you know, that's one of the reasons why Louie and I partnered in this lawsuit.
We're showing the nation that we're standing up.
And so I think that's just a very, very important aspect of where we are.
All right, we'll need more bashing.
Let me just say we had some outstanding Yes.
We have a great new class.
We just need more of them!

Have you seen the latest FBI intelligence analysis about domestic violent extremists who are on the right and QAnon believers?
I've got it right here.
Unclassified report.
You do not want to miss the information in this document.
We'll be sharing it and getting reactions from Lord Conrad Black.
But first, let's get to your calls.
Number one, Mark, New Jersey.
Welcome.
Thank you, Dr. Gorka.
Thank you for what you do.
The good news is parents across our country are now speaking out at school board meetings against critical race theory, which is child abuse, sir.
Yeah, we've had them on the show.
We've had several of them on the show.
Thank God for that, and thank you for that.
Basically teaching children to hate themselves, hate other children, hate our police and our country.
And speaking of the police and crime, if I may, in New York City, two violent criminals were just released on no cash bail.
One of them went on to murder a father of two who happened to be And it's not just there.
It's across the nation.
It's Portland.
It's in California.
It's Massachusetts.
America is waking up.
Thank you, Mark.
Let's go to our good buddy, Ray in Livermore, line two.
Hey, can I call?
Are you all right, Ray?
Yes, I am.
Can you hear me?
Good.
I thought you dropped something heavy.
No.
Yes.
Only life.
I dropped life.
No.
You had a monologue.
You were talking about McCain.
I'm sorry.
Garland.
Yeah, the president.
The guy who's occupying the office.
Oh yeah, the guy who bears the title of president.
Yes.
Speaking badly about opposition party overseas and how there's an unwritten law about that.
But he was correct in the fact that he said the Republicans are diminished.
And Democrats will never miss an opportunity to tell you who they fear the most.
The thing is, diminished Republicans are the McCains, the Cheneys, the Romneys, the Ryans.
Those are your diminished Republicans.
And he truly does fear Trump.
and Trump's core of support, which is unshakable, unshakable.
And they know this.
I was trapped watching MSNBC at a customer's home recently, and it was wall to wall Trump hatred, one indictment after another.
All fake news, all the same old fake news stories that have been debunked.
But they're recycling this stuff over and over again.
And it's because they truly fear this man.
Dr.
Could you imagine?
Right, right, right.
Could you imagine watching that for more than like three minutes?
Could you imagine people who actually watch that For hours at night.
What that does to your brain, your spirit, your soul, your indigestion.
It's so sad.
God bless you Ray.
Thank you.

I think there's technically a Disney Plus sequel already in development.
No!
Oh, that's the spin-off.
It's all about an illegal immigrant, I think.
No, no, no.
There's the direct sequel, and then there's the TV show, which is about... The illegal immigrant.
Thanks, Disney Plus.
Very cool.

OK.

It's just, it's crazy of how their time they are.
All right.
Ten seconds.
Stand by.
Thank you.
Donald J. Trump.
I I think it's appropriate to say that, um, the Republican party is vastly diminished in numbers.
The leadership of the Republican party is fractured and the Trump, wing of the party, is the bulk of the party, but it makes up a significant minority of the American people.
And we'll see.
We will indeed see.
I had to play that cut again.
That was yesterday, from the man who bears the title President of the United States.
Who was commenting about Republican politics, about the GOP being more fractured than it has ever been, and that it has no leadership.
Which is one thing to say, but he was saying it from the podium.
Thanks very much, Sebastian.
headquarters in Brussels.
And I am convinced that our regular guest, presidential historian, amongst many other things, Lord Conrad Black, has something to say about that.
Lord Black, welcome back to America First.
Thanks very much, Sebastian.
Always a pleasure.
I thought there was a rule about not talking politics once you leave the shores of the nation, but doubly so if you are in the headquarters of an international organization like NATO.
Did I miss something special about yesterday's summit?
No.
No, I don't think you did.
I think the president missed something.
He shouldn't be talking like that.
And, you know, what he said is nonsense, and everyone who was speaking to him knows it's nonsense.
I mean, the Republicans gained in the congressional side of the election put up 675 million votes despite being outspent 2 to 1 and having 95% of national political media against them.
And how he gets off telling NATO that the Republican Party is basically a husk and a divided enterprise when he's presiding over Tower of Babel Uh, you're ranging from Joe Manchin to the militants of the violent faction of Black Lives Matter.
I don't understand any of it.
Well, and especially if you look at the fact that Donald Trump received more votes than any other incumbent president.
And I'm scratching my head when he says that there is no leadership.
Lord Black, you are a very canny observer of American politics.
Who else is vying for the leadership?
Who can come close to vying for the leadership of the whole conservative bloc except for the 45th president?
He has a great deal more support in his party than the president has in his.
It's just an astonishing statement.
What you say is accurate, and we're leaving out the fact that it was a very questionable electoral result.
I'll concede Biden won the popular vote, but 42,000 shifted votes in Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, and Georgia.
And Trump would have won in the Electoral College.
I mean, it's one thing, as you said in your intro, if he wants to make partisan remarks within the United States, I think that would be an unwise thing to say, and I don't know why he would do it, but he perfectly has a right to do it.
But to go to NATO and say that, in effect, to the world, starting with the country's principal allies, is a scandalous thing to do, I think.
We'll talk about your superb summary of everything that's happening with the audits and the problems with the last election.
We're posting it right now on our Twitter feeds.

Follow Lord Black right now, Conrad M. Black, on Twitter, ConradMBlack.com.
Lord Black, let's pull up a little bit, broaden the aperture slightly.
Let's talk about not just the NATO summit, but what preceded it in Cornwall.
Did anything meaningful come out of that meeting of the G7 apart from if I were a Brit I'd be irate right now that you have these people prancing around the seaside having their barbecues as the same evening Boris Johnson is creating a new lockdown for the people in the UK.
So does anything useful come out of these events and did you see anything of note from this one?
Well, the only thing that struck me as noteworthy was this agreement on a minimum 15% corporate tax.
I want to read it carefully, but it looks to me like a surrender of American sovereignty on a scale that should not be done, and a bridging Of what is traditionally a substantial right-to-left gap between the United States and most of the continental European countries.
They tend to be higher tax, bigger public sector countries.
And I am afraid that what is really happening here is that the United States and other governments are in such economic difficulties, such budgetary difficulties,
That they're joining hands in the name of cracking down on rich people who seek out tax havens to try and make higher taxes respectable.
And they're implicitly buying into the theory that you get greater economic growth by raising taxes and spreading the money around from the government through the public And you do by lowering taxes and incentivizing conventional economic growth.
So I think it is one on its face a mistaken policy and to a worrisome venture into collegialism where you're going to have a bunch of treasures and central bankers from Europe.
meddling in the American economy and what what on earth would anyone want that for but what would any American want it for I understand why the Germans and the French may like it but what is what are the America what's in it for the US but but isn't this simply a case of international virtue signaling because 15 percent is irrelevant in American terms because the Biden administration is pushing for close to 40 percent So it has nothing to do with the American corporate tax.
And on top of that, it's a recommendation for the G7.
But the other 194 nations in the world can just laugh and scoff at it or exploit it to their own personal or national advantage.
So doesn't this smack is just another case of empty gesturing or virtue signaling to the broader It depends on what the sequels are.
If it stops where it is, yes, you're right, that's all it is.
But bear in mind, Japan, Germany, Britain and France, Italy, Canada, those are the economies Apart from China, I think Brazil might be about the same size as Canada, but they're all bigger than Russia, by the way.
Those aren't just six average countries.
Those are six large economies.
But if it stops there, yes, you're right.
But my fear is it's the thin edge of the wedge.
It's the camel's nose in the tent.
They start there, and then they start Padding around to the G20 and the UN General Assembly and they, you know, they get all these poor countries, comparatively speaking, to get on the bandwagon and say, no, we won't be a tax haven for anybody.
And it becomes, it moves from virtue signaling to sort of politically correct oppression.
So let's take a country like Ireland, which is in the EU, is a country with Intensely close relations with the United States and, obviously, the United Kingdom, of which it was a province for, what, 600 years.
And they basically don't have a corporate income tax, and they flourish that way.
And the pressure then comes on them not to be a tax haven.
Well, that shouldn't happen to Ireland or anyone else.
But you will agree with me, unless there's another interpretation, that what we saw at the press events could be nothing more than virtue signaling.
Absolutely, just hot air.
Sanctimonious hot air.
I agree.
But when you saw the elbow bumping from Boris Johnson and Biden, Biden was vaccinated in December, Conrad.
Boris has had the COVID disease.
What on earth are they doing?
Why can't they shake hands?
I know, and others did.
I was relieved to see that the President spared us the international embarrassment of wearing a mask.
I didn't see him doing that, but I was fearful that he might.
And browbeat Dr. Biden into wearing one, too.
Yeah, well he did wear one when he landed at RAF Mindenhall and gave that address as his first address on foreign soil since the election last year and that was rather an embarrassment but not more than the embarrassment of facing the wrong direction as his wife's at the presidential podium with the presidential seal and said Pay attention, Joe!

Back with Lord Black after these messages.
Back with Lord Black after these messages.
Look, I don't know if you saw my piece in the Epoch Times, but I traced these summit conferences starting from the Congress of Vienna, and then there wasn't another one for 63 years.
Oh, wow.
Eric, can you print me Conrad's piece in the Epoch Times on the summits?
Thank you.
And then it was nearly 40 years to Versailles and Paris after World War I, then down to 19 years.
you know, to Munich, which was a disaster.
Right.
And then, but you know, the wartime conferences, the big three, worked out actually fairly well.
But there was nothing for 10 years until Geneva, and then it was just the Russian and American leaders, not for another decade at that, or...
No, sorry, there was the 1960 fiasco in Paris, where Khrushchev broke it up over the U-2 thing, but there was no conference, really.
But now, you know, this is years and years, and you get great, I mean, really serious statesmen, and in that time you had Talleyrand, Metternich, the Duke of Wellington, Bismarck, you know, Andrassy, Clemenceau, Wilson, Lloyd George, Roosevelt, Churchill, Stalin.
I mean, serious people.
And here we have the sort of thing you described.
They're meeting all the time.
G7, G20, at the United Nations.
Quad, BRIC, everything.
You know, bump elbows.
It's a ludicrous, demeaning bit of nonsense.
And what can they be talking about all this time?
But just the names you just listed there.
Where are those people today?
And I don't want to bash Biden, I just mean in international politics.
Where are the Talibans?
Where are the de Gaulles?
The Andrashis?
Have they disappeared, Conrad?
Well, I think they're out there somewhere.
But they're not in international politics.
No, but it was only 30 years ago that we had, well, a little more now.
That's true, that's true.
Reagan and Thatcher.
And look, Mitterrand was a scoundrel, as we know.
But as an ally, he was the best we had in France since Clemenceau.
He was a very good ally.
And in fairness, Helmut Kohl was a man of historic importance.
You know, a four-term chancellor.
Yes.
They were substantial.
But for the last 30 years, it's an embarrassment.
I think it started with Clinton and Blair.
George Bush Sr.
could pass.
Yeah, but he was an effective bureaucrat who was bumped up to president, as far as I'm concerned.
Exactly.
Right?
He wasn't a statesman.
Reagan was term limited and elderly and he was standing next to him.
Right, right.
But he was at least a respectable person.
Right.
Serious, let's say that.
George W. and Obama were terrible.
Serious men, that's what we lack.
And I think it really begins with Clinton and Blair.
The celebrity politician era.
I really think it begins there.
And then the tinkering to the yuppies, you know.
And the polls!
And the daily polls.
Blair's nonsense of new labour.
You know, I mean, it wasn't new labour, it was complete rubbish.
You know, the third way.
I remember.
Stand by. Stand by. Mm-mm.
America First.
Can you believe it?
They are saying that they don't agree with America First.
How do you say that?
Magnificent.
Welcome back, dear friends.
Taking your calls in a moment on 833-33 Gorka, 833-334-6752.
833-33-GORCA, 833-334-6752.
I have been remiss.
You always send very, very positive, very appreciative comments about our guests, especially Lord Black.
And I haven't noted with any constancy that one of the new places he writes is Epoch Times.
I have in my hand an article he just mentioned in the break, and it's his summary, if you're interested, how the G7 stacks up with other international events.
More significant merit.
We're posting it right now on our Twitter and Facebook feeds.
We're going to discuss his latest piece in American Greatness, The Real Threats to Our Democracy.
But if you'll indulge me, Lord Black, I'd like to read from you from a very short page and a half intelligence analysis from the Federal Bureau of Investigations, marked unclassified, that should bother Not just conservatives, but all people who believe in representative democracy.
So it's called Adherence to the QAnon Conspiracy Theory by Domestic Violent Extremists.
This is the new phrase, DVEs.
The participation of some domestic violent extremists, who are also self-identified QAnon adherents in the violent siege of the US Capitol on the 6th of January, underscores how the current environment will likely continue to act as a catalyst for some to begin accepting the legitimacy of violent action.
Now we'll talk about January the 6th and how it is used by the establishment conservative class when it comes to your article, but Lord Black, this sub-phrase here, will continue to act as a catalyst for some to begin accepting the legitimacy of violent action What has America witnessed over the last 15 months when it comes to the legitimacy of violent action?
And I don't recall the FBI ever releasing a statement about Antifa or Black Lives Matter.
The present governing party was absolutely as silent as a closed order of monks while riots took place in democratic Yes.
government cities all across the United States, from Seattle to New York, all summer last year.
Their response was defund the police, let them set up a free zone in Seattle, do absolutely nothing as they attack the federal courthouse in Portland, Oregon.
What was it, 112 nights in a row or something like that?
And they said not a word at their convention.
Nothing.
And it is a bit rich for that regime now to ferret around months after the fact and claim that there is a QAnon presence.
Amongst the hooligans who broke into the U.S.
Capitol on January 6th, when the only reason that they broke in at all was because the Speaker of the House, Pelosi, and the Mayor of Washington, a egregious woman, Muriel Bowser, refused repeated requests for reinforcements from the Chief of Capitol Police, whom they then fired.
They fired him as the scapegoat for their own failures.
And the whole thing is nonsense.
I don't know anything about QAnon.
I mean, it's bandied about by Peggy Noonan and others as if it's some kind of influence in the Trump entourage.
But I don't believe that it is.
I don't think Trump knows any more about QAnon than I do.
And in any case, it has nothing to do with the Republican Party.
Let's address, Ms.
Noonan, in your latest piece from American Greatness, the real threats to our democracy.
Why is it, we understand why Democrats would have an issue with this, but why is it a problem, especially amongst certain prominent so-called Republicans, to raise any questions about the results of the last election, Conrad, and for us to do so to be labeled instantly as unfounded conspiracism?
Yeah, well, you put your finger on what is the real problem and the source of the division in the country.
The anti-Trump people, including a significant number, certainly a minority of Republicans, but a significant number of Republicans, including some influential ones, they cannot abide the thought of any impugning of the fairness of the election result, because in that event, Trump beat them all.
He beat the two-to-one spending imbalance against him.
He beat 95% of national political media.
And he was elected in the teeth of the entire American political establishment, locked their arms against him.
And so they cannot live with that possibility.
It's what Mr. Churchill called a tiny mouse of thought makes them quake in their shoes.
So that is why you have this absolutely hysterical, airtight solidarity of the media.
Even those elements of the national political media relatively well disposed to Trump, like fox news for example saying there is no question that it was a fair Well of course there is a question.
There were 18 challenges legally to the integrity of the result and the constitutionality of the vote counting procedures.
Plus, the Attorney General of Texas' case, supported by 18 other states.
None of them was adjudicated.
There were process reasons for not hearing the cases.
None of them was adjudicated.
The judiciary, from the courts of first instance to the highest court in the country, abdicated.
They abdicated their role as a co-equal branch of government.
And the result was that the president called for supporters to meet him on January 6th.
They came in great numbers.
I think that the miracle and the greatness of the American political process is demonstrated by the fact that that was all we got.
We got a protest, and because of the negligence of the people responsible, who are now attempting to use the incident As indicative of an extremist attempted insurrection.
That is all they got, a demonstration.
The fact is, it was probably a stolen election, and those 75 million people who were robbed of the result they sought have taken it, in my opinion, with commendable and astonishing calm.
But the ostensible winners They cannot live with the fact that it may have been a tainted election.
I'm not saying it was, but it certainly might have been.
And the implications of that are too destructive to their self-interest, and too damaging to the country.
But this audit in Arizona is going to be, as you know, replicated.
It has been replicated in other states, and it is impartial, and it will be irrefutable.
And if it appears, on the basis of these audits, these absolutely comprehensive audits, that that election was stolen.
These people will have to answer for it politically.
I don't think you can undo the election at this stage.
That's up to the Supreme Court.
It clearly doesn't.
But you do mention, and I want everyone to read your latest piece, you do mention the relevance and the aftermath of the election of 1876.
And we spoke earlier today to Commissioner Kerrick, who's on the ground in Georgia.
So we may be in a similar situation if the fraud turns out to be as large as some suspect.
He is the author of A President Like No Other, Donald J. Trump and the Restoring of America, Lord Conrad Black.
Follow him, Conrad M. Black.
This is America First.
This is America First.
That's interesting.
That whole thing is going to blow up, I think.
I agree with Bernie.
They've made this tremendous effort to bury Trump.
She is saying, in effect, Trump is the problem.
You must get rid of Trump.
And his challenge to the election is the problem.
He's causing division.
It's conspiracism.
The real problem is they did steal the election and they're going to be exposed.
Yeah, and then what happens to all these people who said it was conspiracy theories?
It's like the Wuhan leak thing.
You were a kook and a tinfoil hat person for a year, but now you're allowed to talk about it?
Their attempt to stamp this out is going to be a complete failure.
It's going to grow and grow, and I suspect that ultimately there will be a request of the Supreme Court to overturn the election.
Now, you're in uncharted waters.
Nothing like that's ever happened in this country before.
No.
I suspect they'd be reluctant to do that, but they're going to have to wear this one.
I think the Democrats are headed for the Headed for the cliff.
They're going to go over the cliff here.
Them and the Peggy Noonans of the world as well, I'm afraid.
It's too bad.
She's basically a nice person and she did a wonderful job for President Reagan.
But she, you know, on this issue, like a lot of people, like George Will, she just, you know, a cuckoo bird flies out of her head.
I mean, look, Sebastian, no one should ever write in the United States, in a serious place, About any president, that he's a cancer.
I mean, you just don't say that.
He is the president, and you don't see it.
You can say that he's a terrible president.
He's an appalling man.
I can't stand him.
That's fine.
That's fair comment.
But don't call him a cancer.
Right.
There are certain lines such as attacking the other political...
I told Bill Buckley that the National Review shouldn't have had that cover saying goodbye.

Excellent.

Bye-bye.
Great to hear.
All right.
Mic's on.
What to call that one?
Oh, what to call that one?
The 2020 election was probably stolen.
JCN.
I'm sorry for being so curt.
No, not at all.
It's too soon to say probably.
Huh?
It's too soon to say probably.
Probably stolen.
Alright.
JCN.

Correct.
I'm sure you can still donate.

Dr. Sebastian Gorka!
Is that my good friend?
I think it is, who was on the show earlier.
Ray from Livermore.
I love that line.
Thank you.
It's official, my friends.
President Biden has declared war on the small business community in America.
In his first few months, he has pushed for a massive tax increase on small businesses.
And his quote-unquote infrastructure bill is really a two trillion dollar tax hike on America's small businesses.
Add to that the $15 minimum wage hike and the Green New Deal and it really amounts to an economic war on business.
One group is fighting hard for your interests if you're a small business owner or work for a small business and that's our friends at the Job Creators Network.
They're looking for a few good men and women to join their Small Business Advocacy Advisor Program.
You'll get training, you'll get help with op-eds and TV appearances on local networks.
In short, their superb team will prepare you to be a leader and fighter for small businesses across the nation.
If you own a business, if you want to join the fight, please join their team.

Let's go to Patrick in Atlanta, Line 1.
Welcome, Patrick.
Hey, Sheb.
Love your stuff.
Thank you.
I was just listening to Whatever the liberals or Dems are talking about, when they get all upset about voting rights or whatever, they're in the process of committing the crime that they are upset about.
Right.
And, you know, unfortunately, I think a lot of us conservatives, or at least, for example, Conrad Black, who was just on, was You know, they take these people seriously.
They're not hypocrites.
They're criminals.
For example, when he was talking about Pelosi...
Not bringing in enough people to defend the Capitol.
They did that on purpose.
Hang on, hang on, Patrick.
No, we don't have any evidence of that.
When you're looking for explanations for things that happen in life that are unforeseen, stick with two things.
Number one, Occam's Razor.
Don't go for convoluted, plausible theories unless there's something simpler.
And secondly, when it comes to government, Incompetence is far often more the explanation than anything else.
So unless you've got some unique evidence that you're going to provide us now, I just think when it comes to Nancy, the Capitol Police, the Metropolitan Police, I think it was just sheer incompetence on January the 6th.
Dr. Sobe, that's what you think.
That's not what's happening.
They have a plan from the Green New Deal on down from the use of the DOJ to criminalize conservatives but when it comes to January 6th I have no evidence at all that they set it up that they set it up do you?
No I don't but okay I take your correction but It's just a cautionary note.
It's just a cautionary note.
Sure, sure, but the point is that everything they complain about, voters' rights and all these things, they're in the process of doing it.
Yes, but that's what Dennis Prager's been saying for years.
Whatever they accuse you of, they're doing themselves.
Thank you, Patrick.
Matt, North Carolina, line two.
Hello, Dr. Gorka, commander of Conservative Radio.
That's good, I like that.
I was never in the Navy, but I'll take it.
Go ahead.
Well, I told you that before, a few months ago.
Thank you for taking my call.
Well, apologies, I don't remember.
That's fine.
I know, because you're very busy.
Thank you.
Go ahead.
You've got 60 seconds.
Go ahead, Matt.
Thank you.
Quickly, quickly.
I heard from both a news host and a local friend saying the exact words that, what do we think, and I wanted your opinion quickly, of Biden saying, I'm going to confront Putin.
What do you think Putin's going to do?
I had to make it, clean it up a little bit.
Like not take any lip?
Yeah, I think like the wily, murderous fox that he is, I think Putin's just gonna smile through the whole thing, laughing under his breath at sleepy, creepy Biden.
And I expect, if I expect anything, A few days later, two days later, there'll be something that occurs with the Russians behind the scenes, whether it's in the Middle East, whether it's in Eastern Europe, that will be a test, another test of the lack of metal that is Joe Biden.
So he's going to be all calmness, all sweetness and light.
And then he'll do something very, very bad that will test this man.
And he, of course, will fail.
Thank you, Matt.
I'm Sebastian Gorka.

Mic's on?
Yes.
Are you traveling, Julie, or are you back home?
I am traveling.
Eric!
You're fired!
What?
You're fired!
What did I do this time?
Whiteboard!
You had an hour to fix it!
Thank you.
Alright, that's the second time I've had to fire you.
Or is it the third?
Sorry Julia, I just had to work something out here.
So where are you?
I am out west in the beautiful state of Colorado.
Working or a pleasure?
Always working.
On family vacation, but Never stop working.
All right.
Well, thanks for joining us.
Important topic.
I want to read something from an FBI analysis and then we'll talk about how many people are incarcerated.
Do we know?
They're in the D.C.
jail roughly about three dozen right now.
Okay.
And pretrial detention.
And what are those?
Are those MPD cells?
What are they?
Are they federal?
Do we know?
The D.C.
jail?
Or the charges?
The jail?
Is it MPD?
Is it Metropolitan Police?
Who's incarcerated?
D.C.
Department of Corrections.
So this is an area that was opened up just to house the January 6th defendants.
In pre-trial detention.
Again, people haven't been convicted, not a minute.
They don't even have trial dates, any of them.
Unbelievable.
They're just languishing.
Yes, it is.
Unbelievable.
Unbelievable.
All right.
John knows she's coming on right now?
Yes, I did email John about it.
Okay.
All right, stand by, 50 seconds.
- Okay. - You wanted to do pillow here?
Okay.
30 seconds.
Standing by.
Alright, hang on.
Uh, come in with cut ten.
Cut ten, got it.
Wait for a disclaimer.
Yep.
Stand by.

work.
By referring to the shooting of the congressional baseball practice, and he did it very carefully by saying a shooting by someone who committed the shooting only after he confirmed that the players were Republicans.
So I think that reflects the fact that the FBI still doesn't exactly know what that shooter was up to.
They never really uncovered the sort of detailed evidence that laid out a specific plot or an objective.
Is Annie McCabe stupid or is he that much of a liar?
The FBI doesn't know why James Hodgkinson shot Steve Scalise.
I guess the hit list of Republican politicians they found on his body after he was killed I guess that didn't answer the question for the FBI or Andy McCabe.
Let's talk about the state of justice in America.
But first things first, did you have a good night's sleep?
If you didn't, please do what I do.
What have you got to lose?
Check out Mike Lindell's incredible MyPillow, the pillow that never gets hot, never loses its shape, guaranteed for 10 years.

Let's talk about the ramifications of a very different justice system we've witnessed since January the 6th with somebody, maybe one of the only people out there, Who's writing about what's really going on at that superb website we love so much, AmericanGreatnessAmGreatness.com.
She's a friend of the show, Julie Kelly.
Follow her at Julie underscore Kelly 2 on Twitter.
Julie, welcome to the show.
Hey, Sab.
Thanks so much for having me on.
So let me read to you, I have in front of me this FBI threat analysis, this unclassified document I've been chewing on all day since we started the show.
Let me just read you two sentences.
The FBI has arrested more than 20 self-identified QAnon adherents who participated in the 6th of January violent, unlawful entry of the Capitol.
These individuals were charged with violent entry and disorderly conduct.
That's trespassing, okay?
Which is a misdemeanor, which would be a slap on the wrist and a quick hearing in the local court.
What, in fact, is happening with these individuals and has happened to them since they were arrested back in January?
They are mostly being prosecuted for thought crimes, which is the thought crime of not believing the legitimacy of the 2020 election.
I've heard this repeatedly, not only said by U.S.
prosecutors in court, but also echoed by federal judges.
that if they don't believe that Joe Biden is the legitimately elected president of the United States, they won't follow the laws of the government.
So therefore, these people should be locked up awaiting trial because they are allegedly a danger to society.
I mean, we are in really dangerous territory now.
So these people are still in custody months later because of trespassing on the Capitol?
Yes, sir.
Yes, they are.
Uh, for a lot of nonviolent crimes, trespassing, disorderly conduct, being in a restricted area.
Some have been charged with assaulting police officers, but look, this is based only on the evidence provided by Joe Biden's justice department, which we see every day.
It's only a partisan weapon of the democratic party.
We saw it again today with Merrick Garland's press conference.
They are using every powerful government tool at their disposal to go, not just after Trump supporters, but anyone on the right.
So they are setting these people out as an example.
They're destroying their lives, bankrupting their families, driving them crazy in solitary confinement.
I mean, some people have been incarcerated since they turned themselves in since the middle of January, and some, they don't even have trial dates yet.
This is political persecution.
This is the use of the FBI and the local police and the prisons as a political weapon.
It is.
And the idea that the FBI would release any sort of report about QAnon I mean, this is where our resources are going.
It's laughable, but it is very destructive at the same time.
You've been doing sterling work.
I'm glad it's finally getting attention in a broader audience.
You need to read this lady's articles at AmericanGreatnessAmGreatness.com.
Follow her on Twitter, Julie underscore Kelly 2.
Can you find, in all of the work that you've done, have you found any, and I just want one, just one example, of an Antifa or BLM rioter who was arrested and kept in solitary for five months without a court date after their far more egregious crimes?
No, and not only that, they are dropping, the same Justice Department is actively dropping cases of the Portland rioters who are charged with far worse federal offenses than what we saw on January 6th.
This includes trying to destroy a federal property, Assaulting federal officers.
They're dropping those cases.
Also under something called Deferred Prosecution, where they can't be charged again.
And expunging their workers, meanwhile, you have people who did nothing.
We have people who were inside the Capitol for 20 minutes, who had no weapons, attacked no one, stole nothing, vandalized nothing, and they've been in this D.C.
jail since January.
We've got 60 seconds left.
God bless you for what you're doing, but I have to ask this question.
What is going to happen to these people?
Is there anybody out there who is fighting for them in DC or anywhere else?
Well, I want to give a shout out to Senator Ron Johnson.
He finally, not finally, he is stepping forward.
He wrote a letter to Mayor Garland last week asking for reasons for the discrepancies, huge discrepancies, in the prosecutions between January 6th and Antifa.
So we're starting to get, you know, some Do they have adequate lawyers?
What's your impression?
more Americans to stand up, call their congressmen, force them to speak out against this because this is just nothing that should be happening in America.
Do they have adequate lawyers?
What's your impression?
Are you impressed or not?
No, most of them have no means whatsoever.
They're reliant on government public defenders in Washington, D.C.
now.
How well do you think that they're going to represent Trump supporters who allegedly attacked the Capitol?
No, they're not well represented.
In a city that voted 94% for Hillary Clinton.
Well, please just keep doing what you do, Julie.
Let's bang that drum.
This is perhaps the most disturbing aspect of the last four years.
This is the creation of a political police against those who are not meant to be treated this way as American citizens.
Follow this lady julie underscore kelly to more of your cause and special guests here in America first but I have to ask you a serious question.

are back on.
There we go.
Alright.
And nobody orders you, okay?
Right?
It's not their show.
Uh, title for... 40 seconds.
Title for that one?
Um, I was trying to think of something like... New political police, your line.
Or what about something about Forgotten Prisoners?
Ooh, the Forgotten Prisoners of January 6th.
Might work.
I'm just wondering what kind of keywords other than January 6th that's like tripping.
January 6th has to be in there, but then it's clunky.
January 6th is... I don't think we should mess around with keywords, because that's not going to come up in a Google search rumble.
Oh, that's right.
It doesn't matter.
The keywords though, it's less about it picking up on a search and more just picking up on the timeline.
Somebody's scrolling.
Okay, guys, that's what I'm talking about.
I tell you about like an SEO.
Well, look, I mean, I mean, he has made clear that –
The answer is, I believe he has in the past essentially acknowledged that he was – there are certain things that he would do or did do.
Okay.
Mr. G, your job is on the line.
Did you edit that cut?
No, I did not.
That's unbelievable!
That's insane!
That's Joe Biden at the NATO headquarters being asked about Vladimir Putin.
That pause, what was that?
That's like a robot that just had like a short circuit.
Unbelievable.
Let's go to Mike in Ohio, Line 2, talking about January 6th.
Welcome, Mike.
Hello, thank you for having me on.
I want to bring up the fact that they're trying to... The family of the wonderful female patriot that got shot on January 6th... Ashley Babbitt!
Yes, they're trying to get answers and everybody's acting like they don't know.
Go to the media.
I watched it on January 6th.
I saw it and it did it.
There was two guards standing in front of him.
He was behind them, looking scared, had his finger on the trigger, not on guard, and he shot through that door.
I remember it.
Yeah, I've seen it.
We know who it is.
It's a black undercover Capitol Police officer.
The video is clear.
So how do they not tell the family?
That's the question!
And that's why Ashley Babbitt's widower has announced he's suing the federal government to at least know the name of the man who killed his wife!
Yes.
And the media has the footage, and they're sitting on it.
It's atrocious.
It's terrible, and it's... I just... I don't believe that's our country.
It's not our country.
We're going to take it back.
It's very, very disturbing.
Thank you, Mike.
Elizabeth on this issue, Kentucky Line 3.
Welcome, Elizabeth.
Hello, and I sincerely love you, and thank you for all you're doing.
My question is about the protesters who peacefully He went to protest to the Capitol.
Why isn't President Trump helping these people get out of jail?
He has some means, doesn't he?
Like what?
He's a private citizen.
What are his means?
Can he bust them out of prison?
Financing lawyers to help these people.
Good lawyers.
He could do, but don't you know that he's under attack himself?
He's being investigated and sued by the Southern District of New York.
I do.
I do, and I pray for him.
Okay.
And also, before I go, I also wanted to say prayers for Ashley Babbitt's family.
Excellent.
Superb.
Yes.
Thank you, Elizabeth.
Let's always keep the President, President Trump and his family in your prayers, especially as well as Ashley Babbitt's family that lost her 14-year Air Force veteran, gunned down, unarmed, in the Capitol Hill events of January the 6th.
And all those who protect this nation.

It's important on Rumble if you scroll through it.
You don't really see the titles.
What you see is...
The visual.
Yeah, the visual.
And whatever words John puts in there.
Which is the title.
Yeah, no it's not, because you don't ever have enough room for the title.
Well, he puts the first half of the title, like usually it's... That's what's kind of important.
Political prisoners, blah, blah, blah.
You mean the thumbnail's important?
Yeah.
What's on the thumbnail.
Yeah.
You read that just scrolling through more than anything else.
right yeah so in that case with that kind of a video yeah it It shouldn't be me and Kelly, it should be an image of January the 6th.
That's what I'm thinking.
We should get creative with some of these.
Yeah.
Will you text John that?
Speaking of which, which audio cuts do we want to send to John?
Conrad, Julie... America first.
No, I'm saying audio cuts.
Like the... Yeah.
Like on the sheet.
I'm saying to put... Oh, you mean video cuts?
Yeah, video cuts.
Excuse me.
Oh, yeah.
Oh, we've got to put... So can you tell John to do posts on...
What is the one we just played?
Was it two?
The Biden pause.
Cut one.
Yeah, Biden pause.
Was that one?
Yeah, that was one.
Yeah, one.
Cut one.
One.
The refracted Republican party, four.
- Yeah.
The only other cuts we played are Schumer and the Fox reporter, I think.
It doesn't matter whether we played them or not.
Oh, stealthy on C-Span.
That's audio.
No, the original one.
Can he find the original one?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Clip it out.
Oh, it's on Instagram, right?
Was it?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But he's gotta... I don't know how he's gonna convert that to a video.
Well, let's give him one more if he can't.
Let's give him... You know McCullough?
I think it's funny.
Donald Trump created critical race theory.
Yeah, but does anybody know who McCullough is?
I think so.
Can you play that for me, Eric?
Right here.
So I, you know, listen to what you're saying about education.
I was just wondering, like, with all the Republicans are talking about, like, critical race theory, and they're making this huge deal about it, and it's all the conversation in the news of Virginia.
Like, what are you going to say to all those people making education about that?
That's another right-wing conspiracy.
This is totally made up by Donald Trump and Glenn Young.
This is who they are.
It's a conspiracy theory.
Okay.
That's good.
Alright, let's do that.
Can we come in with that?
Yep.
That's how you know they're really scared now.
They know the backlash against it is working.
No, but what a dumb thing.
CRT is a conspiracy.
Well, the problem is they know some of their followers will believe it.
They say whatever they say.
This is unreal, this thing in San Francisco.
Oh, yeah.
Look at this.
She grabs the bag very lightly and the camera moves away.
We don't even see what kind of a struggle was put up there.
Just...
She's filming.
Security guard filming with her phone.
You think she should have tased him, right?
I mean, try to actively stop him.
I mean, yeah, you're a security guard, obviously not a cop, so I don't know what you're doing.
They don't really actually pay security guards to do that.
They pay security guards to stand there.
As a former security guard at Harrods, let me tell you, you're paid to stand there.
She could at least block the aisle.
The aisle is pretty thin and he's on a bike.
And then he's gonna hit you, right?
He was only going about maybe one mile.
In most cities, that's what police would do now.
That's what they instructed.
Yes, right, right, right, right.
I was recently informed that DC has a no-chase law.
Is that affected your plans?
Well, no, so... What does that require, though?
Like, any type of thing not to chase?
It's like, I think it's any sort of, like, vehicular lawbreaking.
They can't, like, if you decide, if you don't pull over when they cause, like, they do their initial light flashing, then they can't go after you.
Wait, what?
Yeah.
I think they can take your information, like your license plate and whatnot, and send you a ticket.
So that's why the ATV gangs are all around.
Did you see the video Tucker played at Buckhead last night?
Where the guys come by and they shoot in the crowd?
And you can see blue lights of cops.
Where's this?
In Buckhead, Atlanta.
And the cops don't chase them because they've been instructed not to chase them.
Yeah, there's this group of like 50 guys in ATVs that tool around DC at night sometimes.
ATVs?
Yeah.
You mean like?
All-terrain vehicles.
Four-wheelers.
The little bikes?
Yeah, souped up.
In D.C.?
In D.C.
Oh, you mean like the racing ones?
Yeah.
There's like 15, 20 guys.
They're not street legal.
No, they're not street legal.
You know, and there's like 50 of them.
25, 50.
Like, there's a ton.
And there's like guys on the back.
They're just flying down the street.
They go down my street every once in a while.
And it's like a, you know, five minute experience.
They can't chase them.
And so they just, you know, like there's nothing they can do.
That's Mad Max Beyond Thunderdome!
Yeah, yeah.
I love that of all the Mad Maxes, you cite the third one.
Not Road Warrior.
I don't like the first one.
It's like too black.
The first one's not for everybody, but the second one, Road Warrior, like... The second one.
The third one's fun.
It's got the Not even Fury Road?
No.
Mad Max!
Mel Gibson!
And it's got Master Blaster.
I love it.
It's definitely not for everyone because I've never even heard of it.
You've never heard of Mad Max?
Not even Fury Road?
The magazine?
No.
No.
That's Mad Max.
Mad Max.
The Mel Gibson movie.
Mel Gibson.
No idea.
Post-apocalyptic movie.
He's not real.
He's not real.
Fury Road came out like, I guess... I start as a usual subject.
Fury Road was terrible, by the way.
What?
That's a stupid, a stupid opinion.
It's objectively correct.
What did he say?
What did he say?
He said Fury Road's a bad movie.
It is.
What?
Thank you!
It is.
Cause the writing?
It's bad.
What?
It's bad.
All around.
It's bad.
Nope.
Nope.
That's 1979.
And that's 1979.
What do you expect?
This is America First, and here's your host, Dr. Sebastian Gorka.
So I've, you know, listened to what you're saying about education.
I was just wondering, like, all the Republicans are talking about, like, critical race theory, and they're making this huge deal about it, and it's all the conversation in the news of Virginia.
Like, what are you going to say to all those people making education about that?
That's another right-wing conspiracy.
This is totally made up by Donald Trump and Glenn Young.
This is who they are.
It's a conspiracy theory.
Critical Race Theory is made up.
Maybe we should send him some books, like Professor Derek Bell from Columbia, who invented Critical Race Theory.
Maybe we should, I don't know, Patrice Collors could send him a few of her When She's Not Busy Buying Another Mansion.
That's Terry McAuliffe.
And I think Eric was right, Eric, he said, He's worried.
I mean, why would you?
Glenn Youngkin?
Hang on a second!
Terry McAuliffe is running for what?
Governor?
Against Glenn Youngkin?
Not exactly a national political figure, okay?
Maybe even in Virginia a lot of people don't know who Glenn Youngkin is.
But he invented critical race theory.
Oh, Terry must be sweating.
But what are we going to do?
We're going to tell you the truth.
We've already prepped it.
It's going to be monumental.
The whole show this Sunday on Newsmax, the Golka reality check is the truth about critical race theory.

Gotta do it because it's just out there.
We've got the fourth cut from Joe Biden in Brussels.
Really, the guy's got health issues.
Cut two.
And, uh, I've said before, and I apologize for repeating, oh, I didn't, I didn't tell you.
I'm going to get in trouble.
Anyway, we'll get back to that.
But, um, uh, we, um, uh, you know, there's a lot that, uh, that is, it's happening.
Can I just inflict some pain on you?
Please, can I?
Just a little bit of sadomasochism.
Can we play that again?
This is the man who bears the title President of the United States.
Play cut!
And, uh, I've said before, and I apologize for the... Oh, I didn't... I didn't tell you... I'm in a lot of people here.
I apologize.
I'm gonna get in trouble, but... Anyway, we'll get back to that later.
But, um... Uh... We, um... Uh...
You know, there's a lot that is happening.
We are, we are, we are, you know, there's a lot of stuff that is happening.
Not inside your cranium, Joseph.
Not inside your brain, okay?
Can I paint you a little thought exercise?
You may have electricity at home, but if you have gas as well, and you have a gas oven, just one question, would you trust that man to put a pie in your gas oven?
Your gas oven?
I love polls like that.
I think I posted three polls this morning on Twitter.
I get a lot of people love my- of course we're being, you know, throttled because we're conservatives.
I get average tweet 300 reactions.
I've only got a million followers.
A million followers.
Average tweet 300 reactions.
When I put, when I put A poll up.
I guess there's some algorithm.
I guess I'm giving Twitter ideas now.
I guess I escaped through the net of the censorship because I put one up just a few hours ago on Sleepy Creepy, which is getting a lot.
5,000 votes already.
5,000 votes already.
Okay.
Who's worse for America?
Sleepy Joe or Cackling Kamala?
And the answer?
What do you think?
I'll tell you with one of our guests.
5,000 votes.
This is a good one, too.
Do you believe if a man pretends to be a woman, it makes him a woman?
Yes?
No?
And the third option, I just threw it in there.
Hater!
That's the third option.
So, do you believe if a man pretends to be a woman, it makes him a woman?
Yes, 1%.
Four and a half thousand votes.
No, 97%.
All I can say is 97% of the people who follow me on Twitter, who voted, live in the real world.
Let's go to your calls.
833-33-GORKA, 833-334-6752.
Rick, Columbus, Ohio.
333-Gorka-833-334-6752.
Rick, Columbus, Ohio.
Welcome aboard.
Hey, thanks, Dr. G.
Hey.
I got two quick questions.
One, how can those people who have been locked up since January 6th, over five months, be denied a speedy trial?
And two, can they sue somebody for being denied that right?
Great question.
Let me answer your question with a question.
How can the FBI, the CIA, and the NSA spy on a presidential campaign and a presidential administration and nobody Pay any penalty.
I agree.
Yep, except one junior lawyer at the FBI who got a slap on the wrist in a suspended sentence.
That's why those like Greg Jarrett, Dan Bongino, who publicly stated we live in a nation with a increasingly two-tier legal system, are sadly correct.
Thank you, Rick.
Let me read to you one of the footnotes from this FBI intelligence analysis on the Domestic violent extremists threat from MAGA supporters and the January the 1st contingent, some of whom are in prison still today waiting for that trial.
Here's a little footnote.
Domestic violent extremists, which means MAGA really, okay that's just a technical term.
Domestic violent extremists are US-based actors who conduct or threaten activities that are dangerous to human life, in violation of the criminal laws of the United States or any state,
appearing to be intended to intimidate or coerce appearing to be intended to intimidate or coerce a civilian population and influence the policy of a government by intimidation or coercion.
So I guess that includes Black Lives Matter.
I guess that includes Antifa.
But interestingly, neither of those are mentioned in the analysis.
Let's go back to your course.
Stanley, Los Angeles, welcome aboard.
Hi, Dr. Gorka.
Why don't you take a good session with you in regards to your saying incompetence?
Democrats, to me, are very incompetent in doing a lot of things.
They're using your concept of occupation.
How come they're only incompetent in this one area?
You know, they didn't respond to police action.
Apparently, all the arms were locked up in a car.
Nobody had the keys.
It reminds me, I don't know if you saw Dr. Strangelove, when they needed money to get into the payphone, they had to shoot down a coke machine and the officer objected to damaging the property.
So I'm just wondering, you're calling this incompetence, I think this is more than incompetence, that these people are very good at getting legislation done, they're very good at changing everything around in this one area, they're incompetent, I don't agree with you.
So you think they're masterful Machiavellis in every single area?
Why not in this one?
Why not in this one?
The question is, why are they incompetent here and they're competent everywhere else?
No, I didn't say they are.
Who said they're competent everywhere else?
I never said that.
Why are you putting words in my mouth?
I've said from the beginning on this show, what we have in the Democrat Party is a fascinating combination and admixture of arrogance and incompetence.
Some smart people, but no real minds.
And you know why I know that?
You know I can prove that to you, Stanley?
Please, I'd like to understand.
Thank you.
Because they are less than five months into this administration.
And not only people like me, well-known conservatives with a track record who are prepared to publicly call them out on their totalitarian policies, not just people like me, Stanley, but 24-year-old school teachers in Fairfax County are doing it in front of a camera.
Mothers in New York are saying, you are Marxists for 11 minutes in front of the school board.
That's why they're idiots as well as arrogant.
There's no real Machiavellis, there's no high-level, there's no Kissinger.
Who's the Kissinger for these guys?
If they were so bloody smart, Stanley, they would have been more subtle.
They're five months in and Americans are waking up who've never said anything publicly political in their lives.
That's how I know that ultimately They're Cretons.
Stand by.
All right.
There we go.
Okay.
All right, mic's on.
Sounds good.
We're waiting for... Kendall.
Yes.
Okay, sounds good.
You want to do pillow here?
Thank you.
Yes, sir.
So speaking of Mad Max, fun cinematic The remake is garbage!
Yes.
Garbage!
It's garbage.
It's badly made.
It's badly made.
Badly acted.
Badly made.
How is it badly made?
It just is.
So what's- way too much CGI.
No, it's- it's barely any CGI.
The tornado scene?
Yeah, okay, what?
A tornado?
Yeah, but- The narrative is just- it's like a hammer.
It's just not subtle.
It's not a Mad Max.
Mad Max was subtle.
It's- I've- you've- I've- are you talking about telling me that Mad Max- the first Mad Max is subtle?
The first one, yeah.
No!
Yeah, it was deep.
It was deep.
It was- About him, his family?
Totally!
For me, the first Mad Max is just a movie about...
Like, the anti-mental illness hysteria of the 1980s.
What?
Like, the whole point, yeah.
Like, literally he's just, the whole point of it is him being upset that somebody is declaring, uh, you know... What, killed his wife and his child?
No, no, that's part of it, but the whole point of it, the plot hinges on an insanity plea.
Right?
And him constantly being pushed out by the fact that this guy is quote-unquote insane and then losing his mind on that and taking actions into his own hands.
And there is some nuance in that.
But what's cool about Fury Road in my mind is that it is simplistic and is didactic.
It's just going down to the meat of what makes a schlocky action film fun.
Eric, I thought you had my six.
I was waiting for him to finish his point so I could tear it apart.
The second movie is everything you just described.
It's a simple, straightforward action flick.
The fourth movie is if Road Warrior was done in, what was it, 2014?
Because it's just feminine.
It's obviously a feminist dream.
I knew that's what you were gonna say!
It is a terrible Mad Max movie because Max is not a character.
He's an extra in the movie.
The first intro where he has those weird flashbacks implying what his past were, That was all cool.
Then for the rest of the movie, it's, oh no, he's second fiddle to these five women.
You're missing the forest for the trees.
No, and here's the thing.
People always say, ooh, he's always the background character.
No, in the second movie, he was like the silent eyes of the audience.
The audience is watching the events unfold through him, but he still drives the action of that movie.
Look, YouTube essay.
Look, YouTube essay.
You're allowed to give essays that I'm not?
I'm not quoting a YouTube essay.
I'm quoting my own experiences watching these films, right?
Look, the difference is that it's just... Look, fine, you can say that it's a feminist film, right?
But that doesn't excuse it from being a, I personally think, a great work of cinematography, right?
What?
Go ahead, Geoff, please.
What?
Jump in here.
Oh, I'm good.
Do you watch anything that's not a post-apocalyptic world?
All you guys.
Everything.
Rarely.
I don't do westerns and I don't do crime ones.
You don't like westerns?
No!
They do nothing for me.
They leave me cold.
Practical effects, costumes, I don't know man.
I'm gonna re-watch it and I'm gonna bring in here the biggest YouTube essay hammer for your head.
Okay, as long as those are original thoughts.
As long as those are original thoughts.
That's so mean to Eric.
How do you know those aren't his thoughts?
Because I've heard them all before in YouTube essays.
Oh, therefore.
Alright.
Can I talk to him?
Yeah, mics.
Yeah.
Thank you.
Welcome to America First with Dr. G.
Is America a racist country?
Are people who are paler than their fellow Americans genetically bigots?
That is what we are told every single day by the mainstream media, by the Democrat Party, and by the purveyors of critical race theory.
But is it true?
Let's ask a man who was involved with the release of an incredible video we, I think it was over a week ago, we posted and we showed on the program from a former member of Black Lives Matter who woke up and saw what Black Lives Matter is really about.
He's from Minnesota.
He's The creator of something called Take Charge, Minnesota, Kendall Qualls.
Welcome to America First.
Sebastian, thank you so much for having me.
I appreciate it.
Thank you so much, sir.
Well, I didn't have a choice.
My wife, who I married 25 years ago next month, said, you better get this guy on your show in front of your millions of listeners or I'm not making dinner for you tonight.
You know, what did Napoleon say about armies?
I march with my stomach and therefore you are on the show.
Kendall, I'm going to ask you the question she told me to ask you.
Is the problem for black America, is it racism?
You know, absolutely not.
So here's what I share with everyone.
Do we have racist people in this country?
Yes, we do.
Absolutely.
Is the country racist, systemically racist?
And I say absolutely not.
It's a subtle difference, but the distinction is significant.
Absolutely significant.
So what do you say to those who say, no, it's systemic, and if you're white, you're a racist, you just don't know it.
Well, you know what, they've been indoctrinated.
Unfortunately, they've easily been indoctrinated.
And I wave my hand in front of their face, and I say, these are not the Jones you're looking for.
Seriously.
And seriously, what I share with them is this.
My father grew up in the Jim Crow South.
He served 25 years in the military.
That didn't make a difference.
He couldn't sleep in certain hotels.
If he wanted a job in certain areas, he couldn't even apply for it.
He couldn't live in certain neighborhoods.
My life was very different from his life.
My children's lives are going to be very different, and they are very different from mine.
I tell people all the time that African-Americans do very well in this country.
When I talk about true African-Americans, Nigerians that come here legally, They have a choice to go any other western country, they choose to come to the United States, they don't see it as a racist place, they don't fear for their children, and they earn 17% more than the average American.
Not the average black American, but the average American.
But if there was systemic racism, then African immigrants should be earning significantly less.
Well, exactly.
And that's the issue that we have.
And what I'm helping here in Minnesota, we have a significant movement that's happening, and I'm fighting back on critical race theory, and I'm also helping the black community in the Twin Cities help us return to our cultural roots of faith, family, and education.
That's what the culture was before we had help from the government.
All right, so on that point, we're talking to Kendall Qualls.
He is the man behind Take Charge Minnesota.
Check it out right now.
Takechargemn.com.
Why?
I never get a good answer to this question.
Candace Owen talks of the Democrat plantation, the political plantation.
Why does the black community in America, after 70 years of being preached at by the Democrats, who've developed a culture of dependency, why do they still support policies that are clearly based on the concept of victimhood?
Can you just explain that to me, Kendall?
Why is it that 90% of blacks vote Democrat?
Well, you know what?
If you were in the community, you can understand.
And I don't mean to say that sarcastically.
No, I get it.
Ever since I was a kid, I was told, I mean, from when I was knee-high all the way up to 40 years old, you can't trust white people.
They'll do you in.
Everything that you try to do, they try to undermine you.
And when did you say, well, that's not true.
How long did that take you to realize?
I mean, I know you're an army veteran.
Was it the army?
What was it, Kendall?
Well, it was life experiences.
Yeah, it was the army.
So why does that happen to every black American?
Well, because every black American doesn't go into the military.
They don't have those life experiences, especially when you never leave your zip code of where you were born and your life experiences.
And then the second part was when I became a Christian.
I became a Christian when I was 27 years old.
And those two things in life, the military and those that follow the Christian faith, those are beliefs and experiences that permeate beyond your skin color.
And the people that you work with and the people that you're in faith with, those things transcend skin color.
All right, so here's the challenge for all of us, black, white, purple, I don't care.
I look at what happened in America in the last year.
I am stunned as an immigrant to this nation, a legal immigrant, the general lack of courage of any hue of American, especially when it comes to locking down our churches.
You say faith, family, education is the answer.
When we don't even have bloody church ministers and pastors, we're prepared to say, no, church is important, God is important, I'm going to keep my church open.
How are we going to help black America emancipate itself?
Well, you know what?
It takes individuals.
So I'm not going through any church establishing black or white.
I'm going in the community.
And so Sebastian, wait till you see what we're going to launch on Sunday.
We took out a half-page ad in the Minnesota Star Tribune.
We're going to launch it on social media on Monday.
I have 20 different states, cities, that want to start a take-charge chapter in their cities because they see what we're doing.
We're unifying Americans beyond the skin color.
I'm going into the black community and we're finding people within the black community that realize we did not used to live like this.
We did.
This is not who we are.
And we're going to return back to our cultural roots.
And we're doing it with people that have gone astray, some former gangbangers and drug dealers, some that never went that way.
We have women that are attorneys.
We have women that were former, they were on public assistance, who've come back and are independent, living their own lives.
And we're there going back.
It's a grassroots, boots-on-the-ground effort.
And what does it look like?
We can't wait for this announcement on Sunday.
I'm sure it's going to be fabulous.
But what does taking charge, in the last 90 seconds we have with you, Kendall Quartz, what does taking charge look like, actually?
Well, here it is right now.
That announcement is going to come out, basically saying, in our lifetime, approximately 80% of the black families decline.
From two parent families to 80% fatherless homes in our lifetime without one national initiative to replace it, to reverse the trend.
Until now, dot dot dot.
And coming out of Minneapolis, you're going to see six guys.
We're looking for a few good men to join us in helping to resurrect the black American family.
Yeah, it's always the same.
It's about courage.
And in this case, it's about manhood.
It's about masculinity and fatherhood.
God bless you.
We need this right now.
Not just for black America, but for all of America.
Take charge.
MN.com.
But it's going national on Sunday.
Kendall calls.
Thank you for being one of the fighters.
I'm Sebastian Gawker.

I'm an immigrant, so I'm still working on my vocabulary, friends.
And I'm not sure if a certain word is American or English.
British English, you know.
The Queen's English.
Piker.
The word piker.
What does it mean?
For me it means...
It's a friendly word for rank amateur.
And that's what I feel like today.
I looked at my tie collection.
I knew Jersey Joe Pescapo was coming on the show.
And I put on a tie I have never worn in two and a half years on radio.
It is my funkiest woven silk tie from Andrews Ties of Florence, Italy.
You know, Italy, the boot in Europe.
And I thought, he's so dapper.
I'm going to make an effort And we switch on Skype, and I might as well have come in in my underwear.
Jersey Joe!
Look at you, Jersey!
Are you going to the Met?
What are you doing tonight?
I said, you know, I always wear a tuxedo on my Sunday night show.
Dr. Gorka on Newsmax in a tuxedo.
So I thought, I said, I bet we, you and I, we're going to, we're going to take this all up a notch on a talk radio, Dr. Gorka.
I'm telling you that we're going to have a tux off.
This is your line, by the way.
That said line.
A tux off.
We have to do that.
And, and to complete the Italian touch, excuse me, I got a pinky ring.
All right.
All right.
I surrender.
All I have is my Italian silk woven tie and my signet ring and my cufflinks.
I give up.
It's a knockout.
Rocky wins this time.
But I'll be back for the tux off and let's do it in... I think we should do it in Florence.
I think we're on.
We're on.
You know, after the fall we are going to Italy.
We're going to Perugia.
I'll put the tux on.
Only if you come up with me and you do a version of Fly Me to the Moon with the band.
Oh, don't tempt me.
I don't need an excuse.
I do not need an excuse to sing in public or do anything like that.
And I might put on my crushed velvet burgundy tux.
Yes, I have a burgundy crushed velvet tux and it is very, very Austin Powers.
Okay, let's talk about Just, not just deportment, but what one is allowed to say or not to say, and I need your esteemed sartorial application to a certain man who, I don't know, is he out of the 1800s?
Play cuts!
They wanted to build a, uh, in when I first was assemblyman.
They wanted to build a congregate living place for retarded children.
They wanted to build a, uh, in when I first was assemblyman.
They wanted to build a congregate living place for retarded children.
That's Chuck Schumer!
Yesterday!
Retarded children?
Are we serious?
What world does he live in?
You know, I have no idea and they're not gonna let him get away with it.
I don't understand about Senator Schumer.
You know, the way he doesn't speak up for the state of Israel anymore, and he used to be Mr.
And then to use the language like he's using now is beyond me.
And you know what, doctor?
It's like Kevin Hart said, everybody's gonna stop being...
You know, worrying and being so woke and everything.
But this is outright crude, especially coming from a United States senator.
I was shocked when I heard it.
Oh, by the way, this will make, of course, network news tonight on the mainstream media, sir.
It'll be plastered.
It'll be wall-to-wall coverage.
Chuck E. Schumer using language that was verboten, I don't know, I don't know, maybe 50 years ago.
I mean, doesn't it indicate just one thing?
Forget his crudity.
Forget his crass use of language.
It indicates for me one thing above all else, Joe.
The fact that this man is so isolated from the world and who he thinks he is.
It's so true.
You know what gets me crazy?
Seriously.
It's 47 years in Congress.
47 years in the Senate.
Not to mention Nancy Pelosi, all these people that have been in there for like ever, and you know, and Joe Biden for there for almost 50 years as well.
You lose touch.
You're so... You know what during the pandemic, if I may, Seb, if I may, why did those politicians get paid when the rest of us had to take a hit?
Why didn't they?
Because they don't understand what it's like.
Even in New Jersey, we had a tough time.
All the politicians got paid.
And all of us were just wondering where we're going to get our next paycheck.
Our 401k got hit.
They had, oh, we can't make the 401k payment.
They are in a bubble.
And Senator Schumer, and Nancy Pelosi, and Joe Biden.
Joe Biden is still protected.
Now, you know, it's scary that they lose touch with we, the people, for crying out loud.
And it's not just that they still get paid.
It's the fact that they worked even less.
Nancy is allowing proxy voting, Joe.
So you don't have to come to the swamp.
Your buddy Chucky or somebody else can vote for you.
It's sheer insanity, but they still take home their taxpayer-funded pay.
And of course, after two years on Capitol Hill, they get their pension.
Oh, it's such a tough life.
He is the host of the Joe Piscopo Show AM 970.

How did I not think of...
I thought of that.
That was a great idea.
I'm glad you executed on that, Cher, to play a well-dressed man from ZZ Top.
Thank you kindly for executing my orders.
Had nothing to do with the fact that he thought of that because of who's on the line.
For many Americans, dear friends, Father's Day is a day to celebrate.
For many others, it's a day just to get through.
Why?
Because Father's Day is tough if you don't have a dad.
The facts are clear.
Fatherlessness drives bad outcomes across the nation, from teen pregnancies to incarcerations.
An astounding 85% of youth in prison are from fatherless homes, and that's 20 times the national average.
But there's a path out of the grim statistics, and I want to share it with you.
It's an amazing film, a powerful new movie called The Streets Where My Father.
It shows the journey of three inner-city Chicago men from fatherlessness to gangs, from life in prison to prison ministry that set them on a road to redemption and lives as productive members of society.
To watch this powerful movie, this inspirational film, you can stream it or order the DVDs at salemnow.com.

We are back with the man who I don't get one-upped very often but today he did it.
He's sitting there.
He's got a new haircut as well as the tux.
He's got the pocket square.
It's flag day yesterday.
Still got his stars and stripes.
I'm a piker.
He's Jersey Joe!
Jersey Joe Piscopo!
Follow him, J-R-Z-Y Joe Piscopo.
Joe, let's get your media commentary, your political savvy on the ongoing non-story of who the man is who bears the title President of the United States.
Cut to.
120 days.
Give me a break.
you've kept in place some Trump-era steel and aluminum sanctions.
And I wanted to ask you, when you're having these conversations with European allies who are very concerned about these sanctions, how do you justify that?
And what are your plans?
120 days.
Give me a break.
Need time.
I don't do impressions, but I'm going to start now.
120 days.
Give me time.
Give me a break.
What is that?
What is that, Joe?
What a creep!
You're not very good, Seth.
You got it now!
But what is that?
Can you explain that?
I wasn't born here.
You were born here.
Can you explain what the man who bears the title of president, who has the nuclear football within 20 feet of him 24-7, what on earth was that?
I don't know.
It's a 10-second gap.
When he was answering the question, we played the Jeopardy theme on the show this morning in the middle of the year.
Because he's took the time, but what's upsetting is no one calls him out on it!
But this is my point!
This is my question!
Whether or not it's, you know, the Schumer retarded kids, or whether it's this senility, this demonstrable senility at the NATO press conference at the G7, nobody in the legacy media is talking about it, Joe!
It's insane!
I know, it's very frustrating.
We wake up every morning.
The beauty of doing the morning show, because you've got to hit it right early, 6 to 10, on AM 970, Salem, out of New York, is that your material is written for you, the night before, with these guys.
You know what I mean?
It's like, wait a minute, did that really happen?
I swear to goodness, I was so busy yesterday, running around, and we hit the airwaves, and I said to our producer, I said, what do you got, what do you, and then they show me that, and I go, oh, we did, we opened the whole show with it, did the whole thing, you can't make it up, you can't make it up.
But, but, you know what though, Dr. Gorka, seriously, it's on an international stage.
And that's what hurts.
It's not an international state.
It just portrays terrible weakness.
He is rubbing his hands in glee.
there and and now he's gonna meet what do you think what do you think Vladimir Putin is thinking when he watches that when the president takes a 10 second gap in the speech you know he can't wait to get a hold of Joe Biden tomorrow man he is rubbing his hands in glee okay
but but something interesting interesting is happening with regards to the legacy lying media because we're seeing stories even just last week from the New York Times and others where they are dissing on not only Joe who's getting angry at his assistants but they're also there's leaks from the West Wing about Kamala Harris and how bad she's doing this is really
This is not what I expected and I I put up a survey a few hours ago It's only been it's been six hours.
I've already got five thousand votes and I mean, Gallup doesn't do that in five hours.
It's on Twitter.
Simple question.
Who's worse for America?
Sleepy Joe or Cackling Kamala?
Right now... Interesting, Joe.
44% of the respondents say Joe.
56% say Cackling Kamala.
Oh, wow.
That is scary, you know?
And you know what?
I'll tell you how bad it is.
My teenage daughter does a killer Kamala Harris impression, you know?
He did it, Joe!
We did it with the whiny like that, you know?
I'm going like... Is she gonna do that for Halloween?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah!
I think it'll be cowl for Halloween!
But you know what?
If kids are gonna start making fun of it, I don't understand it.
It's beyond me.
Why and how and again, I gotta be careful what we say and that's what I love about dr Gorka if you're watching and listening right now to said Gorka because he says things I don't have the guts to say like in the morning on the radio and I love you for that So so I want to be careful what I say But how did they come up with where we came up with what this is the correct the presidency now?
Whatever you want to call it with this manufactured.
It seems like a manufactured office.
They can't they miscast the vice president Because that's who's gonna come up next.
And I don't know that Kamala, Kimala, Fumala, whatever her name is, is ready.
I really don't.
Yeah, the woman who is the Tsarina of the border.
77 days ago, she was made the big boss woman and she has yet to even visit.
He is the man who wakes... You can't be as scary as me because people don't need that in the morning.
You can't scare them away from their cappuccino, from their little macchiato, from their affogato.
But you need to listen to him AM 970 out of New York.
My Salem brother.
And we gotta make this happen.
You gotta have the tux off in Tuscany.
How about that?
The Tuscany tux off.
See what I did there?

Because it's not just the odd parent at a school board meeting, like Tatiana.
It's not even the odd teacher, like the incredible, incredible lady we had, Lilith Venezian.
It rises all the way through the American substructure of our culture, of our population, all the way up to the man who is, of course, the Attorney General of the state of Arizona.
I read you out the letter earlier today from Mark Brnovich, who said to Merrick Garland, the Attorney General of the federal government, you come here to Arizona If you meddle in our state audit of the election, you're gonna end up in cuffs.
Why?
Because this is a Republic of States.
Yes, the radicals have taken over.
Yes, people who are either wimps... Merrick Garland isn't a radical.
He's just as gutless, spineless, Surrender her to the radicals like Lisa Monaco, his deputy, who's doing the real work, former Chief of Staff to Robert Mueller.
We know it's not Biden who's saying, give me those hundred executive orders to sign in the first three days.
No, it's of course Rice, who doesn't have to be confirmed.
And who's there in the background with her radical ideas about equity in America and how all white Americans are racists.
But it doesn't matter.
It doesn't matter because functionally it's as if the radicals were in the prime position.
They're just feeding it to the cowards like Garland and the senile like Biden.
But Americans in less than five months have had enough.
It is a broad awakening across the country and I know some of it is ironically a function of Covid.
Why?
Because the kids were home for a year.
The parents saw the indoctrination of the Zoom video lessons their children are put through.
So the question is, what are you doing about it?
Are you just going to listen to talk radio?
Are you going to be happy when you hear the great guests are fighting back?
Or are you going to be part of the solution?
Because guess what?
Every single one of you, all 74 million, have a role to play.
It's like Dennis Prager said, Fight or help those who are fighting.
