BREAKING: Iran War Over? | Gray Area LIVE #70

Rex Jones and Tim Tompkins dissect the Iran conflict's "love tap" bombing, contrasting it with Trump's claims of naval success amidst rising oil prices. They critique the America First United event in Ohio for its ideological fractures and Nick Fuentes' presence, while analyzing Kevin O'Leary's controversial 62-square-mile Utah data center. The hosts detail the project's massive water consumption, nine-gigawatt power demand, and potential role in simulating worlds for AI, highlighting the disconnect between climate messaging and resource depletion. Ultimately, the episode exposes how political maneuvering and unchecked corporate expansion drive modern instability. [Automatically generated summary]

Victory Announced and Welcome Back 00:03:06
rex jones
Tell me it's not episode 69.
tim tompkins
No, it's 70.
unidentified
Oh!
tim tompkins
You missed it last one.
The last one was 69.
rex jones
All right, how are we doing, guys?
tim tompkins
Your favorite host, all back in the building.
How are you guys doing tonight?
rex jones
I think they're doing just phenomenal because the peace president has announced for like the 39th time or whatever that we have achieved victory.
It is all over.
It is great now.
The attacks that we heard about today, the attacks from the U.S. on Iran, were just a love tap.
We're going to get into that.
A lot more information.
tim tompkins
I actually saw, I'll play some clips for you guys later too.
I saw Eric Trump yesterday speaking live.
And then also Donald Trump Jr. was also there, but like I didn't want to stay that long just to go watch him.
I also watched Kevin O'Leary yesterday.
rex jones
Yeah, Mr. Wonderful.
tim tompkins
Mr. Wonderful.
So I saw you had a clip in there.
I'll probably bring that up.
rex jones
He just got approval for his massive, I think it's like as big as a small town or just a town in general, data center in Utah.
And people are really upset about that.
unidentified
Yeah.
tim tompkins
Oh my God.
Wow, I didn't even put two and two together.
Yeah, you're right.
And he actually spoke about that.
unidentified
Right.
tim tompkins
He was like, this is what his plan was.
He's like, look, I'm interested in getting the shovels and pickaxes at this point.
unidentified
Right.
rex jones
Well, I liked what he said.
He's like, look, I'm an environmentalist.
I have an environmental studies degree.
That means I can do this because I understand.
It's like, okay.
Well, it seems like he got maybe some profit motivation to do this thing, to build this giant thing.
tim tompkins
Dude, talk about money.
This guy came in.
I mean, he had this diamond encrusted red ruby.
Right.
He had a MJ, what was it, trading card?
rex jones
It's not just Michael Jordan.
It's Michael Jordan, it's Kareem, and it's LeBron all on one card, and it's the card.
tim tompkins
Okay.
Yeah.
He was flexing that, and then he was like, Yeah, he's like, Here, touch it.
rex jones
The girl is like, Ooh, can I touch it?
He's like, Yeah, you can touch it.
It's crazy.
unidentified
All right.
tim tompkins
Then he brings out the matching watch.
rex jones
Right.
tim tompkins
And you could just see that thing shining like a mile away, and they like made it.
Especially to match the necklace.
I'm like, dude, it's so much money.
This is what you got to do.
rex jones
There's another video of him where he's like holding a watch and he's like, This is the only one ever made.
unidentified
It's fine.
rex jones
It's just like, Have you ever seen like a Christmas Carol, Tim, with Ebenezer Scrooge?
You know, he's got all the money and Tiny Tim can't have the crutches, but then the girls come and visit him.
Like, literally, Ebenezer Scrooge.
tim tompkins
No, you're 100% right.
He was literally talking about that.
He's like, I take my watches super serious.
He's like, I have about like 60 to 80 watches.
Probably what I do.
rex jones
Probably name.
tim tompkins
He's like, What I do is I take all my watches, I lay them out on my white comforter, and he's like, I pick six for the day.
Two for the morning, two for the afternoon for a little lunch, and then two for the evening.
And depending on the time of day, whether it's a little rainy outside, I might pick one watch to do this.
Flexing Two Watches at Once 00:15:06
tim tompkins
I'm like, Brother, I mean, cool.
Like, I'm a big watch guy, but like, Flexing two of them is crazy.
That's a bit OD in my opinion.
rex jones
You can't say he's not in touch with the common man.
unidentified
All right.
rex jones
Because this is a struggle the common man has.
You say, well, am I going to wear my Pagani, my Patek, my Richard Mill, my Rolex, my Tag Hewer?
Like, what am I going to decide?
That's what you think about when you're struggling to pay for gasoline at the pump.
unidentified
Yeah.
tim tompkins
And he's like, which house should I wear today?
rex jones
Literally.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
Which house?
That's a great way to put it.
But so this is a thing, right?
And I guess kind of just a greater theme for the show today.
And we're going to do a tight hour here and we're going to be live with Jose.
Maybe you want to tell him a little bit about that.
tim tompkins
Yeah.
We're doing a little recap with Jose.
Jose has not been able to come out on the record and say everything that he wanted to.
He's being heavily, heavily attacked out of everybody.
rex jones
I was really mad at how they edited his speech and specifically edited the first part out, which was about the Constitution.
And they're like, this communist is reading sentences telling you you're mad because King Leopold killed Africans.
Like, no, actually, he's saying we shouldn't have King Charles in our freaking country because these people are imperialist murderers.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
And it's a very fair point.
And that's what we left.
That's why the United States of America exists.
unidentified
100%.
rex jones
And that's the point he was trying to make.
But you see, and you got to.
tim tompkins
They were like, He's saying a point and he's like, exactly.
rex jones
Chop, chop, cut, cut, cut.
And like, you've seen it now because you were there.
We'll also get into virilium and all this stuff.
unidentified
Yep.
rex jones
So you're there.
And here's the thing like, I am tainted by my years of like being around this crap.
So I see it and I'm just like, oh, the freak show.
tim tompkins
Like, for me, I'm thinking this is going to be amazing.
It's going to be great.
We're going to be talking.
It's going to be good for the brand.
We get to put our message out there.
I'm just totally ignorant of this space.
Right.
And you obviously have told me it exists, but like, I.
I did not know it existed in this full form.
rex jones
Well, it's like this.
So it's like they're passing out Kool Aid, but I've drank so much Kool Aid over the course of my life that I'm Kool Aid immune.
I'm like, yeah, this is delicious.
I'll have more.
It doesn't affect me.
And Tim is sitting there and he's like, man, what the hell is this?
What is going on?
tim tompkins
It was a get out.
It was a get out, man.
rex jones
Well, the thing is, this was supposed to be a left right unity event.
This is supposed to be about ending the war, ending the foreign entanglement.
And we have a problem with Zionism.
We have an issue with that.
We have an issue with the idea that there are people in our government.
That prioritize the interests of a foreign state over our own.
Now, does that mean that we all get in the line and do the Hall Hitler dance?
Absolutely not.
But, like, yeah.
tim tompkins
Also, what I didn't put two and two together with this was I didn't realize Nick Fuentes was the original America First.
Like, I'm not a Groyper, guys.
rex jones
Yeah, he didn't get the.
tim tompkins
I'm not a Groyper.
rex jones
And to be fair, I'm sorry to interrupt.
I didn't get the name association either.
Okay.
I didn't understand, like, America First belongs to him.
unidentified
It belongs to him.
How dare you.
Yeah.
rex jones
We're just like, oh, we actually just.
tim tompkins
A black man, America first.
Well, sorry to say, my ancestors were also here.
unidentified
So I mean it.
rex jones
We're all in the same boat now.
Isn't it fun?
tim tompkins
You know, I mean, maybe I wasn't supposed to be here, but, you know, we were kind of here, you know, either way.
rex jones
Well, that's the thing that I really don't understand is like the exclusion of groups of people that have been here since the very beginning.
And this is the thing is like, you're just as American as me.
And it's very, very, very.
That's the history of this country.
tim tompkins
What do they call the black people who are.
The slave descendants, they call them.
There's like other social terms.
Social terms.
Like the black people are segregating like the other black people sometimes.
They're like, well, you weren't one of the slave people that came here.
You're Caribbean.
You don't count.
unidentified
Right.
rex jones
You look at the history of some of those places, you're like, sugar cane?
unidentified
What?
rex jones
But I guess they say, oh, it's not America doing it.
tim tompkins
Right, right, right.
Here's the thing with that a lot of different religions, races, All in immigrants per se have built America to what it was.
We just don't have all the historical context to know every single person that made a contribution.
rex jones
I would point at white people and black people specifically as two distinct population groups, being like Northern Western Europeans and then West Africans that came over here in a large group and actually built a population, built a society.
That's what I would say it comes down to.
And when we're here at this event, we don't hear anything about constructing, building a better future for everybody.
We don't hear anything about making ending the death and the murder.
unidentified
Go ahead.
tim tompkins
I forgot one group.
You also have to say the Asians too, because do you know about the Transcontinental Railroad?
rex jones
Sure, but I'm just talking about wide scale people.
tim tompkins
Okay, I get it.
rex jones
The population of the country.
tim tompkins
I'm just saying, like, there are definitely groups that have, you know, put in their sweat and their sweat equity into building America.
It's not American for me to tell you.
I'm being racist.
I'm sorry.
rex jones
Tim, the only way that we can achieve victory is by having total patriarchy.
Okay.
This is something else that we.
tim tompkins
Women shall not drive.
rex jones
Like, this is.
We didn't come to the event for that.
Okay.
Like, seriously.
I was like, they're dropping bombs on little kids.
And here's another thing.
Okay.
I like Leonardo.
Leonardo defended people, like, defended the event, which I do commend.
Because here's the thing.
It's like the speakers at the event.
Or not the event itself.
And I think Amy was trying to actually do something there.
Now, when all the people show up and they start acting wild, that's a bit different.
But I do appreciate the stones on Leonardo for being like, hey, like, really, I'm like, you're a pussy for coming out and sneak this.
tim tompkins
Yeah, buddy.
She threw some shade at me in one of the comments.
Really?
Yeah.
unidentified
What did she say to you?
tim tompkins
She said something about somebody said America first with a black guy.
She's like, oh, yeah, I tried to say something that the black guy was on the ground.
rex jones
That's fucking retarded.
tim tompkins
And I was like, okay.
unidentified
That's fucking.
tim tompkins
I don't know you, but you know, okay.
rex jones
That's so stupid.
So, you know, that's how you ruin everything.
Don't people under that's how you ruin all of this.
tim tompkins
But I'm just going to say, like, you know, that wasn't a place to have jokes and fun.
It was to make real based opinions.
And I didn't think she had anything based.
rex jones
Well, that's the thing is just like, oh, it's crazy.
unidentified
It's based.
rex jones
Actually, no, it's not real policy.
It's just like outrage.
And the thing is, is like, yes, a lot of people are outraged.
Maybe they have valid reasons for being outraged, but we were the only people there talking about solutions.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
There are a couple other people.
tim tompkins
So, so the problem is.
You know, now I'll know never to like, you know, accidentally fall into the Groyper territory because actually, Wes, can you pull up Fuentes' video?
I send it to you.
He actually finally commented on it, guys.
rex jones
This is a key point to make, though, at the same time, is that both of us, both me and Tim, maybe me being too close to it and Tim being too far away, we didn't understand that America First meant Nicholas J. Fuentes.
We didn't have this concept in our brain.
tim tompkins
Right.
rex jones
Because, see, I'm InfoWars, and then Tim is new to politics.
tim tompkins
I'm new to, yeah, I'm the new guy on the podcast.
rex jones
Yeah, so like, I'm like, America First is InfoWars.
unidentified
Right.
rex jones
That's what that means.
It's everybody.
And then you're like, well, like, this is the values that we've been working on.
tim tompkins
And I saw the blue and I saw the red in the logo.
I'm like, ooh, this is good, united.
But yeah, let's pull up the video of Fuentes because he finally said a different video than the one that we originally watched.
Wes, you've got that right.
I think I sent it to you on X.
rex jones
I just drew a pair of devil horns on Ronald Reagan on my presentation.
tim tompkins
Yeah, so he finally.
Sheds some light on this and he gives a full, like, couple minutes, I think.
So go ahead and play this clip real quick.
rex jones
Right.
nick fuentes
Before we even get to the interview, I do just want to talk about this event.
So I don't even know what this is.
Okay.
That's the best part.
I discovered last week that there's this convening, there's this meeting of the minds, a true think tank.
There's this.
unidentified
Oh my gosh.
Oh my gosh.
rex jones
Yes, a meeting of the mind.
unidentified
Indeed.
rex jones
Oh, yes, yes.
Sorry, it's just too good.
Go ahead and play it.
nick fuentes
Conference being held in Ohio this weekend.
I only find out about it last week.
It's called America First United, I think.
And the only reason I find out about it is because people start posting the promo card with all the speakers, it's Faith Merrill and Jake.
rex jones
I'm sorry.
I'm sorry to derail.
I know I'm a POS for doing it.
Person in the comments, Doom Slayer 26, your dad had Nick on Infowars several times.
He didn't know he was America first.
Yes, I didn't know he was the one America first.
tim tompkins
Yeah, yeah, the original.
Because here's the thing, there's tons of clips that come out and you don't know where the origin of who said what.
unidentified
No, no, no.
rex jones
Like that term goes back to Pat Buchanan.
That term is very old.
So I don't, I immediately, now I do like Hal Hitler, like literally now I do like identify that with Nick Fuentes.
Yeah.
tim tompkins
So also, America first, he kind of made it popularized in the sense of like whatever message he was pushing.
rex jones
I didn't understand.
unidentified
Right.
tim tompkins
But like the actual term was around before he was around.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
Just both our brains, we didn't make the immediate.
tim tompkins
Well, the United threw me off.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
And it's not out of any disrespect to Nick Fuentes.
unidentified
Yeah.
tim tompkins
I don't want no smoke with the Groy Place.
Groypers, I got to give you guys some kudos.
You guys are some tough guys in the comment section.
You guys get together.
rex jones
Sure.
Here's the thing I'm a Groyper.
I like Nick Fuentes.
I don't watch every show or even most of them anymore, but he's the most talented person in the generation.
However, I didn't realize that he is America First, but now we understand.
So go ahead and play it.
tim tompkins
Okay, go ahead and play it.
nick fuentes
Shields and the usual suspects.
And I saw that.
And then there's all this fighting about it on Twitter.
And So and so got invited, and this one didn't get invited.
And so people asked me about it on Friday, and I said, I don't even know what this is.
Okay.
I don't know who's behind it.
I don't know who's running it.
I have nothing to do with that.
And I'm just not going to weigh in.
Okay.
I wish him the best.
Well, they hold this event, and it's like a complete optical disaster.
I'm not trying to be mean spirited.
I know it's difficult to do an event.
I've done many events in my life, I know they're extraordinarily difficult.
Difficult to pull off and to do right.
It's a million things that go into it.
So I'm not trying to be negative.
I'm not trying to be overly critical.
But it didn't go very well.
And there were a lot of things about it that were ill conceived.
The speakers they invited, they're trying to do this thing where they bring together the right and the left and Muslims and Christians.
And I understand this impulse for an ecumenical movement like that, where we're all united in our antipathy towards Israel.
It just never works in practice because people have real beliefs and ideologies, and these things clash on a deep level.
And so, in some ways, that's all right.
rex jones
So, this is the problem is like he makes it so by saying it.
And I don't think that what he just said is true, but what he just said, because of the power and influence he has, he just created and willed that into existence.
unidentified
Yeah.
tim tompkins
Also, I saw somebody in here.
Uh, Ronald Reagan did say make America great.
rex jones
I guess so, right?
I guess so.
tim tompkins
So, yeah, that that that is, I mean, Trump rebranded it at some point.
unidentified
Sure.
tim tompkins
But yeah, I mean, no, no, I don't actually agree with everything, you know, Groypers, but like at the same time, again.
rex jones
Well, what he just said is it would be nice to have like an ecumenist movement where everybody could get together on the basis of being anti war and anti Zionist.
But he said like ideologies and personal beliefs clash when you have that kind of a big tent.
I don't think that's true when everybody truly has a voice.
The problem was at this event, the people that were the big speakers, including the people with the big voices, they were worlds apart from any sorts of compromise or any sorts of like wheel in dealing.
And that's what you have to do in a time like this.
We have to come together to stop the war.
You know, there's a resolution right now with like 30 Democrats on it that are trying to make it mandatory for Israel to declare they have nuclear weapons.
unidentified
Oh, oh, oh.
tim tompkins
Somebody said this.
unidentified
Good.
tim tompkins
So, yes, she actually acknowledged this at the event.
rex jones
That's hilarious.
A first generation immigrant is like, why is the black guy there?
unidentified
That's awesome.
rex jones
You gotta love that.
She really commented that about you.
Crazy.
tim tompkins
She said the black guy was non negotiable.
She was basically apologizing on her behalf that it's not my fault.
rex jones
Oh, you're an Albanian.
unidentified
How about that?
tim tompkins
That's what she said.
rex jones
Like, seriously.
Grief.
tim tompkins
Yeah.
I was like, it is what it is.
We're carving our own path out here.
We'll play out a little bit more of this, but after that, I'll explain to you guys something.
You haven't really been paying attention in the America First group chat, but it was.
rex jones
Well, we can't.
It was the secrets.
unidentified
No.
tim tompkins
We're not going to say everything.
It got explosive in the chat.
Let's just say that.
rex jones
That's you.
That's your selection.
I got nothing to do with that.
tim tompkins
You, we could say, like, they're not happy with Verillium.
Is that's very clear.
rex jones
Let's leave it at that and let's talk about that a little bit because he put out that video.
tim tompkins
Yeah.
All right.
Let's go ahead and skip to Amy's video.
Let's play that.
Amy came out with a video to counteract what Verillium said about this whole thing.
Um, for you, I'm sure most people know who Verillium is.
I didn't, I didn't, right?
Uh, you know, and he came up there and he said, Forgive me.
Uh, I have Tourette's, dude.
rex jones
He was talking like Martin Luther King up there.
tim tompkins
Yeah.
rex jones
He was fucking.
unidentified
We almost come together.
rex jones
Like, completely, like, super emotional, like, super, very good speech.
tim tompkins
You know, this is messed up, but I was like, I hope he drops a couple of N words by accident.
No, I'm just kidding.
I'm just kidding.
rex jones
The eyebrows were going crazy.
tim tompkins
Yeah.
We're going a little bit nuts, but he was a nice guy when I talked to him after I was sitting next to him.
He seemed pretty chill.
Well, we were eating dinner and he happened to be sitting there.
rex jones
I see, I see, I see.
tim tompkins
And they kind of all were talking.
Okay, let's go ahead and play this real quick.
This is Amy's.
will sexton
Amy Dangerfield.
If you don't know Amy Dangerfield, she is a content creator and influencer.
She reaches out, texts me, says, Thank you for me shouting her out in the video.
Granted, shout out, I literally just like mentioned her in a video.
In a time of growing America first voices like that of a Nick Fuentes, a Tucker Carlson, Anna Kasparian, or an Amy Dangerfield, and really yours truly.
tim tompkins
Okay, just so you guys have context, what she's doing is she's playing Verillium's clip, and you might not be able to read the text, but she's like literally stitched together his messages that he said before.
She posted text messages in this video, kind of showing the contrast of what he's saying versus the reality.
rex jones
Why is bro looking at us like that?
What's going on?
All right, we'll play the rest of it.
Blockade Working Against Oil Flow 00:09:00
tim tompkins
Okay, go ahead.
will sexton
The video did well.
She texts me, I respond, and then she calls me.
She calls me on the phone, which I wish she had texted me or like I didn't think to record it, but I mean, she calls me.
We have a conversation on the phone and she presents this idea of an event to me.
rex jones
All right, the idea of having like a digital struggle session where you have to.
Post the like screenshots of the text messages to prove that, like, I'm not trying to counter signal Nick Fuentes.
I promise, I promise.
I didn't know what the event would be.
Well, I actually thought you gave a really good speech for Ilium.
So, why on earth wouldn't you stand on business and say, Yeah, it was a good microphone?
It was a good event.
He has to come out there and trash it because he knows it's going to drive engagement.
And that's why I should look at this and I was like, It's not legitimate.
What do you think?
What's your take on that?
tim tompkins
No, he was definitely blowing up smoke.
He thought it was going to be something that it wasn't, but also he's trying to save face at this point.
rex jones
Um, he got treated like the sacred cow or whatever.
tim tompkins
Yeah, he was like the third speaker.
Yeah, no, he was after Amy after she gave the, yeah, I'm telling you, like he got like the, he got the red carpet, guys, right?
Right, okay, keep going.
rex jones
I'll play the rest of it all throughout this.
will sexton
She does not say the name of this event, she just gives me the idea, and I found the idea interesting.
I like the idea, and there have been events like this, but most important red flag is the fact that it's called.
America First United.
Phrases in there, America First.
Immediate red flag.
In a time of growing America first voices like that of a Nick Fuentes, really, yours truly, she completely fucked it up and made a lot of people look very dumb and got herself indicted on a lot of shit.
It's not looking good for her.
And I hope she's okay.
Like, you know, I am upset with her very because I feel like I've been duped.
I feel like I've been tricked.
But I'm not making this video to.
rex jones
Okay, women talk like that, by the way.
That's how a woman talks.
And that's no offense to women, but that's extremely feminine.
unidentified
And that's okay.
rex jones
I don't talk to other people like that.
What is going on here?
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
So disrespectful.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
And like, you can be angry at the idea of what the event turned out to be without hating on the person that set it up.
tim tompkins
And that is why every single person in the group was very pissed off at this man.
unidentified
Right.
tim tompkins
To say the least.
rex jones
We'll keep playing it.
will sexton
Like, start a B for to like litigate anything.
I just wanted to explain what happened and talk about it because everyone's talking about it.
And I was there.
So I assume some of you will have questions.
I'd like to apologize beforehand.
Uh, If you'd know me, I have Tourette's syndrome, so I'm going to look a little tweaked out.
Don't worry about it.
I'm okay.
Let me get into my speech.
My name is Will Sexton.
Some of you might know me as Vrillium.
I know.
I was invited by Amy to speak today, and I'm very thankful for the opportunity.
rex jones
All right, get it off the screen.
will sexton
Amy Dangerfield.
rex jones
Ah, it burns my eyes.
Not Amy.
tim tompkins
Yeah, not Amy.
Yeah, so we're going to be talking about that stuff with Jose at.
Probably what?
In about 30 minutes.
rex jones
You want to do war coverage?
tim tompkins
Yeah, let's start getting into the main topic of the war coverage because you guys can still join us live.
We'll retweet the stream that we'll be on.
And you'll get more of the juicy details and the stories of America First.
It is going to be good.
So you guys need to join us at 8 30 on his stream.
All right, let's get into the main topic.
rex jones
Yeah, let's go to breaking the U.S. bombed Iran and then U.S. has violated ceasefire, followed by Trump's latest tweet.
Actually, you know what?
Let's start off with Trump's latest tweet.
Forgive me.
I gave you too much there to.
I threw too much at the wall.
unidentified
Which one?
rex jones
I should have just touched the wall and gotten my $7,000.
But just go to Trump's latest tweet first.
$7,000.
tim tompkins
Honestly, it was pretty intimidating having all that Secret Service there yesterday.
I was trying not to make eye contact with one of them to not seem suspicious.
rex jones
Nah, they're there to keep you safe.
But go ahead and.
All right.
Three world class American.
tim tompkins
I'll pull it up.
rex jones
Okay.
I'm going to read it in voice.
unidentified
Okay.
rex jones
I'm going to take a little sip of water.
It's getting hard to do this now in my old age, being 23.
Uh oh.
Sorry.
unidentified
I apologize.
tim tompkins
I felt the reincarnation for a second.
rex jones
I just want to do voice acting, man.
I just really want to do it.
unidentified
Okay.
rex jones
Three world class American destroyers just transited very successfully out of the Strait of Hormuz under fire.
There was no damage done to the three destroyers, but great damage done to the Iranian attackers, the sneaky Iranian attackers.
They were completely destroyed, along with numerous small boats, which were being used to take the place of their fully decapitated navy.
These boats went to the bottom of the sea quickly and efficiently.
Missiles were shot at our destroyers and were easily knocked down.
Likewise, drones came and were incinerated while in the air.
They dropped ever so beautifully down into the ocean.
Very much like a butterfly dropping to its grave.
Come on, man.
unidentified
A1.
tim tompkins
Wow.
He's really harnessing the Trumpness right now.
rex jones
Like a butterfly dropping to its grave.
He's on the toilet dropping logs as he's dropping bombs.
unidentified
Think about that.
rex jones
Think about that.
tim tompkins
Hey, it's going into a baggie, remember?
rex jones
That's true.
tim tompkins
Okay, keep going.
rex jones
All right, I'll keep going.
A normal country would have allowed these destroyers to pass, but Iran is not a normal country.
They're led by lunatics.
And if they had the chance to use a nuclear weapon, they would do it without question.
But they'll never have that opportunity.
Just like we knocked them out again today, we'll knock them out a lot harder and a lot more violently in the future if they don't get the damn fire.
Our little partners, with their wonderful crews, will now rejoin our naval blockade, which is truly a wall of steel, a big, beautiful wall of steel, President DJT.
tim tompkins
I thought you were going to break out with some German.
This is a Weinstein!
rex jones
Exactly.
We got range here, folks, and you've got some good impressions as well.
What do we think of this?
tim tompkins
Okay, first off, I kind of forgot the Iran war was still happening because it got really quiet over the last two weeks.
There wasn't like the same shock and awe and all the things that we saw before.
It looked like they were taking a little breaky poo and trying to figure it out.
And now we're kind of back to square one with this is, I feel like, the inflection of the escalation again.
That's where I think.
I think, oh, this is what's happening too.
Sorry, to give you guys context, our blockade apparently is working.
Okay.
What is happening is Iran is not able to transport the oil out of the strait.
And so now what is happening is their stockpiles are going way above what they can actually maintain.
And if I'm not mistaken, and I'll fact check all of this, this is what I've been researching.
They can't just turn off the oil just like that.
It's very difficult to turn off and turn on that process.
rex jones
The thing is, the way that, You drill and you understand this, Tim.
If there's not constant pressure with something coming up, then eventually you stop that, you're going to start sucking up other stuff that you don't want.
tim tompkins
Right.
rex jones
That's the problem.
If you don't keep at max capacity, you lose capability.
tim tompkins
So I think they're trying to figure out what to do with all the excess oil since they're not able to export it because of the fact that there is a blockade there.
Now, I had seen rumors before then that they were trying to stick to the coast and go along towards India, sticking in.
Kind of like the international out of the international waters and kind of staying close to the nation's kind of coast, whatever they control.
rex jones
Well, anything that hampers production at all and transportation of said refined LNG or oil products or just petroleum products is going to destroy the global supply chain.
This is the issue is like we're saying, well, you know, Saudi Arabia, they're still able to transport, I think it's like 2 million barrels a day through the Bab el Mendeb and the Red Sea.
So, like, that's okay.
They're still able to pump.
They're still able to do their thing.
Doesn't mention the $8 billion or $8 million they're not able to pump anymore.
unidentified
Right?
Right.
rex jones
So, we're like ticking down on these things.
It's like, well, it's still happening some.
And it's like, well, it's going to hurt the economy.
tim tompkins
I was about to say, I think the damage is already done.
We just haven't seen the shockwave that has come after the bombardment.
rex jones
It's hard to see it at the gas station.
unidentified
Right.
rex jones
What if dollar a gallon of gasoline did it?
Trains Destroy Global Supply Chains 00:07:03
tim tompkins
Were you doing mid grade?
unidentified
Yeah.
tim tompkins
Five is still pretty good.
rex jones
Five for mid is insane.
tim tompkins
Five for mid is crazy.
rex jones
I think it's like $470 for regular right now.
tim tompkins
Oh, and sorry, not to derail.
I'm also trying to understand today.
I'm at Target and I'm realizing how freaking crazy prices and inflation are.
I just went to go get some like cleaning supplies and some cat litter.
And I maybe had $10.
I mean, sorry, 10 items.
And the lady in front of me, she's like, she's like $95.
And she had probably like a small basket of items.
And she's like, oh man, I actually only came here for like one or two things.
I didn't realize it was going to be expensive.
I'm like, oh shit, if she's 95, I'm cooked.
I'm cooked.
rex jones
That's Trump because he's right there, kind of like a force ghost raping the old lady at the checkout.
unidentified
Oh, yeah.
tim tompkins
Well, Biden's right behind him because those prices are just stacked on top of each other.
So, you know, for a handful of items, it came out to like $105.
And I'm like, what the?
I'm like, what is this?
rex jones
It's so crazy because my grandma was literally saying the exact thing to me today.
unidentified
Really?
rex jones
Or it may have been yesterday, but yeah.
And she's like, you know, things used to cost under $5.
And now everything costs over $5.
Like, there's not a single item, no matter how small it is, you can put in your cart and it's going to be under $5.
Unless it's like, I don't know, a sponge or something.
tim tompkins
Right, right.
Something minor or something insignificant.
rex jones
Like you put a thing of blueberries in your cart, that's $8.
unidentified
Yep.
rex jones
And that's what we're talking about.
And it used to be you could go into a store with 20 bucks and walk out with a lot of stuff.
And now you walk out with like maybe one item.
tim tompkins
Look, somebody said he got a French baguette, an energy drink, and a gallon of water is $10.
rex jones
Yeah, yeah, exactly.
tim tompkins
Crazy.
rex jones
Exactly.
unidentified
Ooh, this died.
Yeah, this died.
rex jones
That's a big problem.
Okay, I'll go get another battery.
Oh, here, let's swap it out for this one.
I think those are all.
It's a Xbox remote problem.
That's why all the batteries are dead.
tim tompkins
Okay.
Wes, go ahead and play.
Ooh, that's the.
Actually, throw that up that time.
rex jones
Let's look at it.
No, that's the war clock.
tim tompkins
That's the war clock.
rex jones
Look, $74 billion is not a lot of money.
Shut up, panic and racist.
All right.
I am tired of listening to you complain.
Here's the thing.
Sure, I have a Patek.
Sure, I have a supercar where the wings open up like butterfly wings.
Sure, I have all these things.
But I'm in touch with the community.
I'm Kevin O'Leary.
I'm building a massive data center outside your town that's bigger than.
12,000 homes.
So, like, get ready.
That's what that number symbolizes to me $74 billion.
tim tompkins
Now, do we have footage of the attack?
Is that what I was seeing?
rex jones
Yeah, let's go to Breaking the U.S. Bombed Iran and then let's go to Trump calls today's attacks a love tap.
Quite the love tap.
This is Iranian air defense.
These are strikes on Iran.
tim tompkins
You know, he loves his love taps.
unidentified
I love it.
rex jones
You know, sometimes you have to say, look, Iran, you're a bad country.
I have to slap you around.
Snap, snap, snap.
tim tompkins
Okay, go ahead.
All right, let's take some predictions here.
Let's do some prediction markets, guys.
What do you think is going to happen, Rex?
rex jones
The war is not over.
And striking Iran only emboldens Iran to strike back.
And you look at a country like the UAE, which they've already struck back on.
And Trump didn't classify that as enough to break the ceasefire or whatever.
Now, I wonder how that makes people in the UAE feel.
tim tompkins
So I actually was talking to a guy.
I was in Miami this week for a conference for one of my companies I'm working on.
unidentified
And.
tim tompkins
I met a guy from Dubai and he said it wasn't as bad as people are making it seem.
He said at the first like week or so, you know, some of that stuff was happening where he saw the drone go over.
rex jones
Right, right, right.
tim tompkins
But he said for the most part, it's pretty relaxed and like everything is like business is.
rex jones
I don't know if I buy it.
tim tompkins
Now, he has.
rex jones
ABP have $10 million.
tim tompkins
He had no reason.
Well, yeah, there was a crap ton of wealthy people here, but he had no reason to really lie.
He was in the crypto space.
He's just one of these people that's kind of like.
Adjacent to.
rex jones
I wonder how you feel when you're a Bangladeshi migrant worker that's been imported to build the city and then the bombs start falling and then they're like, well, you're just going to die.
unidentified
It is what it is.
rex jones
You're not a sheikh.
You're not a sultan.
You're not any one of these things.
tim tompkins
Now, it might depend on what part of Dubai you are at.
unidentified
Okay.
tim tompkins
He sounded like he was kind of a little inland from it.
So I don't know exactly the specifics, but he said it is not.
Like, nearly as bad as they are claiming it on the day to day.
He, like, literally just came from Dubai because he's living there for the last two years.
rex jones
Did you see what the Saudis said, not letting us use their airspace anymore?
Oh, you didn't see that?
tim tompkins
No.
unidentified
All right.
rex jones
Well, we don't have a graphic for it, but I'll just go ahead and tell you guys.
Like, the Saudis are like, no, We're not resuming military operations.
You're not doing this because they can't afford it.
It's like we were talking about earlier.
If they stop pumping, they're screwed.
unidentified
Yeah.
tim tompkins
The ROI is not there anymore if they have nothing to pump.
rex jones
Well, it's not just ROI, it's like a ton of risk.
As well, because we really.
So here's the thing we got the Honta virus and we got this oil rig thing, or not oil, just oil production problem.
We really should cover both of those.
We should do like a mega deep dive on Sunday because the thing is, it's not just an ROI problem.
If you stop pumping, there's no guarantee the well will ever start pumping again.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
And this is well known.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
This is why they spend so much money on those offshore rigs, is because if it doesn't work, it doesn't work.
If it doesn't pump, it doesn't pump.
unidentified
Right.
tim tompkins
And then you're just talking about the infrastructure alone to rebuild that.
You're talking several years, if not a decade, in some of these facilities.
rex jones
Some people haven't seen a real refinery.
I have.
I've been to Galveston.
I've been to the Texas coast.
You don't understand the scale of these things until you see them.
They're huge.
And when you shut any one of them down, it creates innumerable problems, much less blowing one up.
Like there's something where, and I'm blanking on the exact thing here, but it was something with Qatar.
Which one borders Iran?
They have the oil field that's shared.
I think it is Qatar.
tim tompkins
It might be.
rex jones
I think it is.
So Iran shares oil field with this one country and they kind of dig under there.
Side, they kind of dig under theirs.
It's kind of a shared agreement.
Israel hit the.
tim tompkins
You're talking about the natural gas site?
rex jones
I'm not sure.
Israel hit their side of it, the Iranian side of it.
tim tompkins
That was a natural gas.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
So the Iranians hit the other side of it.
Seeing Real Refinery Scale Now 00:11:51
unidentified
Yep.
Right.
rex jones
And they blew up two out of 17 trains.
And it takes like years to rebuild these trains.
So it's like, oh, we still got 15 trains left.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
Yeah.
But think about the millions of barrels that you're and things you're not going to be able to move without the trains.
tim tompkins
And the hard part is the immediate shock that you can see is gas, but you don't really understand the quiet.
Shock that happens because you don't really notice the prices changing from day to day, right?
And you don't realize the stack of the cost of all those different things going up.
I don't even know how much we're going to see percentage wise.
I got to look into this.
Like, what is the actual shock factor?
What's going to happen to your wallet, my wallet, Rex's wallet?
rex jones
Well, it's going to be the most important things of all.
It's going to be food and energy.
That's what's going to go up.
And that's why this is the new COVID.
tim tompkins
So sick of the cost.
rex jones
I'm so pissed off about this.
We're all pissed off about this.
And rightfully so, you should be angry.
tim tompkins
Can I give a short little anecdotal story?
rex jones
I'll close my.
tim tompkins
Yes, I'm done.
Flying for some time.
Oh, I'm so sorry.
It's just, oh my gosh.
Are you telling me, like, okay, so I flew American Airlines.
I was supposed to leave on the second.
I found out that we were going to do this.
I had booked my flight way in advance.
unidentified
Right.
tim tompkins
Found out we were going to do the America first.
I had to move my flight to Miami, okay, a day later.
Now, in the fine print, which there is no fine print on the website, apparently, If you miss your flight for outbound of a place, they cancel your ticket on the return flight.
And there's nothing you can do about that.
So, what they did, they didn't even give me any notification, nothing.
I just happened to find out like the moments before that, oh, shoot, my flight.
rex jones
The death of Spirit Airlines, the death of your plane ticket.
tim tompkins
Well, it was the Spirit did it first.
They inconvenienced me.
I just, maybe I got a refund.
I don't know.
I have to go and check.
But American Airlines, Canceled my return flight for no reason because they said, Oh, well, you didn't take the flight going there.
So we naturally cut the one going back.
So we just take your money.
I was like, Wait, wait, wait.
rex jones
They're criminals.
tim tompkins
And that's what I said.
He was like, Oh, sorry.
The lady was like, Oh, sorry, sir.
It's written in our thing.
I was like, Let me, I went full Karen mode.
rex jones
I want to speak to the manager.
tim tompkins
That is literally, I want to speak to the supervisor.
Right.
She's like, I was like, Okay, let's see.
How much is a new ticket going to cost?
Oh, yeah, that's $230 per ticket if you want to fly out tomorrow on the same flight.
I was like, Excuse me?
rex jones
Have you lost your mind?
tim tompkins
She lost her damn mind.
So I'm sitting there going back and forth with the manager, and I'm like, This is shady practice.
I'm pulling up a new ticket, I'm looking at the ticket, and it does not say anywhere that if you get a basic fare, that it does these things or that it cancels your flight.
None of those things are disclosed.
And then when I called him out on his bull crap, he was like, Oh, oh, sorry, sir, we can make an exception this one time.
rex jones
Because you caught us, because you caught us committing a crime.
tim tompkins
Oh, this one time.
Well, no, they still got some money out of me.
They said, Well, what we can do is we can just charge you the difference of the fare.
unidentified
Wow.
tim tompkins
And I got the same ticket.
But my whole point with this story is you're just getting railed left and right.
I just realized how inconvenienced you get as just the regular consumer.
And, you know, if you've got money or you've got status, like you get all the privileges of that status.
Like, do you think they would be doing that to like if Kevin O'Leary called in or something like that?
rex jones
Absolutely not.
tim tompkins
Absolutely not.
unidentified
Right.
tim tompkins
So, all of these different things, like, there's no way to hide from inflation unless you own assets.
You get railed by these hidden rules when the airlines are already still making money.
Like, what difference does that ticket make?
rex jones
Well, this is the thing, and maybe we need to add this to our political platform of age limits and turn limits.
We also need, like, Serious like corporate reform, monopoly reform, transparency, man.
Transparency of billing.
Yeah.
tim tompkins
I'm like, where do I find that?
He said, Oh, all the airlines have it as a rule.
Where the hell does it say that?
rex jones
Exactly.
There's nowhere for you to even read these terms and conditions.
I mean, it's such a scam.
I mean, here's the thing I paid like $300 and something for a one way plane ticket from Ohio to the fucking Austin, Texas airport.
All right.
That's not correct.
unidentified
Okay.
rex jones
I used to buy tickets, tickets used to be affordable.
It didn't used to be like this.
unidentified
Yep.
rex jones
And I will say, I've been flying Frontier, I've been flying Frontier.
I like Frontier.
I flew back on Southwest.
Those seats are prison seats.
I do not understand how, like, a big boy or a big girl or a gordon Frontier seats?
No, no.
Frontier is fine.
unidentified
Really?
rex jones
Dude, Southwest was literally, it's like a box and you have to like fit in the box.
And I like barely fit.
tim tompkins
I went on Southwest.
I didn't think it, I thought it was better than Frontier because Frontier has those teamu seats, bro.
rex jones
I don't know.
tim tompkins
No cushion, no recliner.
They're like, you're going to stand, you're going to stay upright and not fall asleep on this ride.
rex jones
I'll take no recliner if it means I get leg room.
And there was no leg room on the Southwest flight, but we're going down on two.
unidentified
Sorry.
tim tompkins
Yeah, we are going down on two.
rex jones
Let's play.
Trump calls today's attacks a love tap.
And he's referring to our attacks on Iran.
Just a love tap.
It's always just a love tap.
donald j trump
An excursion down to Iran because we can't let them have a nuclear weapon.
Look, and this is very simple Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon because, as tough as they are, we want to keep them alive.
We want to keep all of you alive.
Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon, and they won't.
And they've agreed to that, among other things.
Yeah.
rex jones
Well, it's just a little love tap.
It's just a little excursion.
See, the 13 Americans dead, that's the price of an excursion.
You know, when Trump goes to a hotel excursion and swipes his credit card, that's the deposit.
13 American lives, you know, hundreds of schoolgirls and their teachers murdered.
unidentified
Right.
rex jones
You see, it's just an excursion.
tim tompkins
And did you see the trial that Pete Hegseth was on?
Did you ever touch any of that?
rex jones
No, what are you talking about?
tim tompkins
They had a congressional hearing for him because remember those six Americans that died?
rex jones
Right.
tim tompkins
They apparently came out with whistleblowers that said there was not enough coverage for that.
And he said, Well, it's kind of almost a casualty of war.
rex jones
And they literally, and the thing is, they're like, Our soldiers are protected.
They're the most safe where they're at.
And it's their reports from the base being like, This place is undefensible.
Like, we have no air defense.
Please take us out of here before you do this.
tim tompkins
Yes.
rex jones
And they just don't care because, like, why do they have to care?
tim tompkins
He should lose his job.
rex jones
And this goes to the point Tim, they claim that they can find a downed pilot by his heartbeat.
They claim they can scan the area and find his heartbeat and locate him like Call of Duty.
unidentified
Yeah.
rex jones
But then, oh, it's an accident.
We blow up the school.
It's, you don't get to, it's, oh, it's an accident when we don't defend the area.
tim tompkins
We stupid, but we small.
rex jones
But see, the thing is, Tim, is the goal, in my opinion, is to get American casualties, is to get Americans killed because that pushes us in further.
It's like being at the poker table.
It's like, well, we lost those chips.
Now we got to get them back.
There is no getting lives back.
tim tompkins
But can you really trick us at this point or the people to get behind if we already know the false flag before it happens?
rex jones
They don't care.
They don't care.
And here's the thing it's that scary statistic of 54% of Americans reading at a sixth grade level or below.
Or I don't think they can't.
I think they can't even read at a sixth grade level.
They can't read a Harry Potter book.
Literally, that's the problem.
That's why it counts.
tim tompkins
Well, you know, it's because they, you know, if you speak with conviction, you say, you know, something very strong, you know, people can get behind it.
And honestly, this is perfect.
They want to cover Eric because Eric, he's got an aura.
I'm not going to lie.
I'm talking about Trump.
unidentified
Eric Trump.
tim tompkins
Yeah, I'm talking about Eric Trump.
I understand why people are so galvanized and like immersed into Trump because of their ability to speak, to sell.
Can you, Wes, can you please pull up the video of me?
I recorded Eric, and he even had me like, Wow, yeah, I'll vote for you for a second.
I'm like, Wait, hold on, wait, no, your dad was on the Epstein files.
I have no idea what you guys are doing as well.
But, like, you know, it's that gift of the gab is what I call it.
rex jones
Sure, sure.
And I mean, I saw someone reference aliens.
That alien thing is totally fake.
tim tompkins
It's just, it's just, they're going to release it as another distraction.
rex jones
The real aliens are, dude, I got to say this, you got to watch.
I'll send it.
To the Mike Adams, Alex Jones segment from today.
It was an hour long talking about the data centers.
Basically, they're trying to like, they're creating a supreme being in a lower dimension.
They bring it into ours and it lives in the data center, basically.
Like, they create a simulated world that they can run at a thousand times or a million times the speed of ours.
And then, whatever intelligence results out of that, they bring that out of the computer into our world.
Like, that's what.
tim tompkins
This is a human doing this?
rex jones
Well, just talking about the concept of like why you would need a data center that's as big as like, you know, like 60.
62 square miles or however you want in computing, yeah, exactly.
You said you're able to simulate a world and something that big, and that's how you get like future and present prediction power.
tim tompkins
Crazy!
rex jones
So, like, well, that's a whole nother rabbit hole, and that's the real.
tim tompkins
And if you have more data, you have the ability to predict more, right?
rex jones
Which makes sense, and that's why they're building the data centers.
That's where the real aliens are.
It's not, oh, the flying saucer man, the green man on Mars, it's the green guy.
But we'll play the Eric Trump thing.
No volume, it's muted.
Why is it muted?
tim tompkins
If not, it's totally fine.
unidentified
I can just give you a break.
rex jones
So, yeah, just give us the break.
tim tompkins
I mean, you know, I was like a row or two away from him.
And, you know, he was talking about, so he started this thing called American Bitcoin.
And they have gone public in less than nine months.
Do you understand statistically that's impossible?
So, how do you think they got there?
rex jones
And then know something you don't.
tim tompkins
It's not just that.
I mean, when your dad is quite literally the president of the United States, you can pretty much do anything that you want.
You have the infinity stones, right?
rex jones
Right.
tim tompkins
So they're kind of pushing, you know, crypto and Bitcoin is the next wave, but like it's just another way that he's making a bunch of money.
And there's a bunch of these like very wealthy people making crazy amounts of money.
And they go to these conferences, they preach you on this is the future, all these different things.
And, like I said, the whole reason why I brought him up is because, you know, I see Trump say something.
If you ever watch Trump in person, I've never seen him in person.
But I can imagine while you're sitting there, like people are just glazing him because of how good he's just able to, like, speak with conviction.
rex jones
There's a word in it in English, and that word is magnanimous.
He's a very magnanimous guy.
And that's that's right.
tim tompkins
And so his son was the exact same way.
Like, I actually felt like he was a better speaker than Trump, to be honest.
unidentified
Right.
tim tompkins
Because you didn't have to like do all the extra stuff that Trump does.
But it just goes to show like, you know, it is the have nots, have yachts, and these are the situations that like people would never be able to get into.
rex jones
So that's why you're talking about Secret Service.
Blinged Out Data Center Plans 00:10:46
tim tompkins
Dude, it was intimidating.
rex jones
So that, all right, because I was like, America first, they said cops, but you're, so they had actual Secret Service there.
unidentified
Yeah.
Yeah.
So what was that like?
tim tompkins
Dude, first of all, I don't even know how many plainclothes Secret Service they had, but they had to have all around.
unidentified
Right.
tim tompkins
Because you have both of his sons there, which is a conflict of like, you know, that's a very big thing.
Then you've got like three guys on his left, three guys on his right, guys all along the side, guys all along the other side, and they're just like staring into the crowd, looking for like any sudden movements.
And I was like sitting there, not trying to be awkward because I kept looking at the Secret Service and he looked back at me.
unidentified
And you looked back at him.
Uh oh.
tim tompkins
Like, right, right.
And like, it's intimidating.
So I realized like maybe that also contributed to the aura because you know that that guy is there to protect that guy.
That man there.
rex jones
Sure.
No, absolutely.
The Praetorian Guard.
tim tompkins
Right.
rex jones
Quite literally.
tim tompkins
So, yeah, that's pretty much it.
Let's get into the last thing that you have.
rex jones
We got Jose here.
tim tompkins
Kevin O'Leary.
rex jones
Yeah, Kevin O'Leary data center protest.
Let's show how the people feel about his data center.
62 square miles or whatever it is is ungodly huge.
tim tompkins
And yeah, we'll do that.
rex jones
Here, let me read the text.
Will you go ahead and put it up on our thing?
62 square miles.
Let that sink in.
Kevin O'Leary's Utah Data Center project in Elder County is over 40,000 acres, bigger than Washington, D.C., nearly 2.5 times the size of Manhattan.
We have a property out in East Texas.
It's very big, it's like 1,100 acres.
It's 40 times that big.
Unbelievable.
An entire city sized industrial complex carved out of the remote high desert in Hansel Valley and the cooling.
They're tapping local groundwater from the aquifer.
Brackish non potable water, they're transferring from existing ranching rights.
A closed loop system, they claim, so it mostly recirculates, but an already dry basin connected to the Great Salt Lake watershed.
The sheer volume needed for a nine gigawatt AI campus is wild.
I think a high grade nuclear reactor creates, I think, either 10 or 100 gigawatts of power over a certain period of time.
It's crazy.
He's building another one just as massive in Canada.
When the scale gets this insane, people need to start asking the right questions.
Why does anyone need this much storage in the desert?
They're building their own world so they can predict the future.
tim tompkins
It's crazy.
I didn't associate when he was talking about this yesterday, and I got to catch him live as well.
He made it seem like it was such a normal thing.
Like, oh, I'm just buying land that these assets sit on top of.
And I was like, the logical part of my brain, it was like, oh, yeah, that's right.
But I didn't think about the fact that there's probably people that own the farmland or that are near there and the practices that are happening with all of that stuff.
rex jones
Well, he's going to deplete the aquifer.
And, you know, if you're a local rancher or a local farmer, you're not going to be a local rancher or a local farmer.
And it is what it is because you have to sacrifice for the data center.
Now, how many times over the course of our lives, being young Americans, have we been told that we have to eat less meat, that we have to kill all the cows, that we cannot fly, cannot drive?
Like, you see what I'm saying?
tim tompkins
Dude, I was literally complaining about this yesterday.
rex jones
Like, you're going to bitch about environmentalism and the climate and carbon.
And they're making this, they need 10 times the power of all humanity.
tim tompkins
I saw that.
You literally hit the nail on the head because I asked that yesterday.
I'm drinking a cup of coffee and I'm drinking out a paper straw, the things like, Flopping around in my mouth.
rex jones
You're like, this is disgusting.
tim tompkins
I'm like, what is the point of this when we have people flying in private jets that probably takes more consumption than people building 62 square mile giant things in the desert?
And I asked the question, I said, does global warming happen?
What happened to global warming?
rex jones
Exactly.
tim tompkins
I was like, the message just seemed to disappear.
That was all I heard for 10 years.
rex jones
Well, you see, it's just like the racism, it's just like anything else.
It's useful because it gets people riled up.
And whether you're mad at the other people's tribe or the sun god, it's like these primal motivations to get people to fall in line.
Like that's what it is.
Like, oh, the sun god is mad at you.
You must live a more meager existence.
tim tompkins
Right.
You got to get paper bags at HEB now because you're not allowed, or no, it's reusable now.
rex jones
Think about all the climate solutions the 62 square mile AI data center will be able to generate, you know, once it uses all the power on Earth.
tim tompkins
Let's play the clip real quick.
unidentified
I want to see.
rex jones
We'll play the clip.
eric moutsos
Why are you protecting us?
A very emotionally charged meeting as Vox Elder County Commissioners moved to approve the Stratos project.
That started with a protest outside before the meeting and then standing room only inside the huge exhibit hall.
And after multiple interruptions, they decided to move into a smaller room and then broadcast it out to Zoom, which of course upset a lot of people.
Commissioners say because land in Boxelder County is not zoned at all, that they really didn't have any way to stop this, and that by approving it now, they were able to get some concessions that were made by the developer.
unidentified
We certainly wish that we would have been brought to the table sooner.
But the situation is where it's at.
And the situation, in order for us to protect our county where we were at, needed to happen the way it did today.
All right, Paul.
eric moutsos
I'd be guaranteeing at least two.
rex jones
All right, so go back to that guy.
So this guy is like cuck of the year.
This guy is like, it's unbelievable.
He's like, well, you know, I had some lawyers tell me it was a good idea to build a two square mile data center.
So even though my constituents didn't want me to do it, I signed off on it.
And it's like, people are being mean to me because I agreed to build the thing that's going to steal all their water and power.
And it's like, who the fuck did it like?
tim tompkins
Hey, you're being racist.
rex jones
Stop being racist, dude.
I got to stop being racist.
I got to accept the data center because the data center is black, you see, because they paint it black.
So you're racist if you criticize the data center.
tim tompkins
That's the real I see my people, but I don't hear my people.
rex jones
That's the 4D chess.
Yes, right there.
Yes, grief.
tim tompkins
Keep going.
unidentified
We certainly wish that we would have been brought to the table sooner, but the situation is where it's at, and the situation, in order for us to protect our county where we were at, needed to happen the way it did today.
eric moutsos
And that would be guaranteeing at least 2,000 jobs, having those energy tax revenues about $30 million a year once it gets going.
tim tompkins
Sorry.
First of all, even if you do provide all of those jobs, they're temporary.
I was looking up how many people it actually takes to run a data center.
It's like for a very big one, maybe like 30 people or so.
unidentified
Right.
tim tompkins
You don't really need all the personnel.
So those 2,000 jobs, as soon as it's built, pack up, guys.
We're going to the next project.
rex jones
Yeah, it should build it.
Congratulations.
Yeah.
tim tompkins
So keep going.
unidentified
Sorry.
eric moutsos
But of course, with all of that set aside, a lot of people don't want it because there will be some emissions.
There will be water used, even though the folks at O'Leary Digital say that they will work hard to minimize those impacts.
unidentified
Some of that's just going to take some time.
Hold on.
rex jones
Emissions.
People are mad about it.
I don't think people are mad about the carbon emissions.
I think people are mad about it stealing the water, the power, and having a giant 62 mile thing humming and buzzing.
unidentified
Right.
rex jones
It's evil.
Like, there's no other way to say it.
tim tompkins
We only got four minutes.
Can we quickly pull up the video showing what Kevin O'Leary, the video I have of Kevin O'Leary yesterday?
I want to show you guys.
I want to show you guys how blinged out this guy was with his.
He said trading cards are the future.
He said that's the best performing asset class.
rex jones
Hey, kid, maybe one day you too can own a gold plated LeBron, Kareem, and MJ card that's been laminated as you build your 62 square mile data center.
That's realistic.
tim tompkins
Hey, he's in touch with us, man.
rex jones
That's right.
He's in touch with the common people.
tim tompkins
Is this it?
Is this the video, Wes?
rex jones
No, I don't think so.
I think he's still looking for it.
Did you have it?
tim tompkins
It's on X.
unidentified
Okay, you had it.
rex jones
Did you send it to him?
tim tompkins
Yeah, I sent it to my ex.
Yeah, but it's just, I want to show you guys how to out of touch.
Yeah, go ahead and play that.
rex jones
Man of the People.
tim tompkins
It might not have the audio, but it's okay.
And I'll just talk real quick.
So, I mean, again, another guy, it seems like he has super aura or whatever, but before he went on stage, He was sitting there like you know how like Erica Trump just like gives these like mean looks like shank face, yeah.
He was sitting there like, like he was just contemplating.
He was about to like do some, I don't know, either way, dude.
rex jones
These people they're not human, bro.
tim tompkins
He was intense, like, you would be intimidated to walk up to him and say hi, but then and look, I think he's generally, I think people have said he's a nice guy, but he don't burn bridge, yes.
He flips on a switch and he's like, Mr. Wonderful, right?
And I'm like, dude.
He's got two watches.
He's got it blinged out to match the necklace.
He's got the other watch, which is probably like a Patek, like you're talking about.
And I really didn't put two and two together, man.
rex jones
A man that is respectful, if you're going to buy and wear a luxury watch all the time, get a Rolex Submariner with the gold man in the middle.
That's all you'll ever need.
unidentified
All right.
rex jones
If you've truly made, like, I see these crazy watches all the time.
tim tompkins
Like a dive watch.
rex jones
Yeah.
Yeah.
I see these crazy watches all the time, especially like the Pateks and stuff like that.
And it's like, who do they make?
This is for like they make it just because it's like wow, this is something special, unique.
I want something that's functional.
tim tompkins
Yeah, Patek is like 85k, yes, minimum.
rex jones
Yeah, you can get a Rolex for like 10,000.
tim tompkins
Yeah, I think your dad wears a nice green one.
rex jones
Yeah, he's got the whole the green one, it's about like a $30,000.
tim tompkins
I like that one.
He's watching, all right.
We got to go to another stream, Jose Vega, but you guys can join us again.
I will get the stream retweeted.
We'll retweet it on yes, mine, Rex's uh, gray area.
Don't go anywhere.
You're gonna be able to catch more.
We're going to cover the America First debacle.
Jose Vega is very upset, rightfully so.
And we are going to cover the latest because we haven't had a chance to catch up with him since the.
rex jones
We're going to do another hour with him, then we're going to log off.
Very excited.
Thank you, guys.
tim tompkins
Thank you, guys.
We will see you guys later.
unidentified
Yeah.
Mmm.
