Time Text
And we are live.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to Freshman Podcast, man.
It's Monday, Money Monday.
We're here with Samir.
We're going to talk Ecom.
Let's go.
And we're back.
And we are live.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to Fresh and Fit Podcast, man.
It is Monday, a.k.a.
Money Monday, man.
We got an expert in e-com.
You guys have been asking for this for a minute, man.
For a while.
So definitely going to give you guys a lot of value.
Got an expert here that generates quite a bit of money, millions a year.
At his age, too.
At a young age, welcome, Samir, to the Fresh and Fit Podcast.
Thank you, bro.
Thank you for having me.
Funny story how we met.
A couple nights ago, I was with some friends from France for F1.
And what happened was is I saw a friend of mine cross the table.
I was like, oh, what's up, brother?
Shout out to Eugene.
And then he's like, oh, this is my boy Samir.
And I'm like, all right, cool.
Whatever.
Come to my table.
Just pull up, bro.
It's fine.
Had like five girls there.
And then he's just like, bro, here's some wands, bro.
I'm like, oh, shit.
Get to the girls.
But it's funny because he came in just mad cool.
So shout out to you, bro.
Thanks, bro.
Thanks, bro.
So the first question is, bro, how'd you get into e-commerce?
How'd you start your process and your business?
Yeah, for sure, bro.
So I've always been wanting to be an entrepreneur when I was younger.
Crazy amount of businesses.
Agency, crypto, you can name it.
I started with Amazon.
I lost a shit ton of money in Amazon.
How much, roughly?
At the time, it was a lot of money, like 10 racks.
How old were you about that?
I was 16. So I'm a high school dropout.
I thought Amazon was like, this is how I'm going to make it.
I'm going to make it out.
I'm going to buy my mom a house.
I saw those videos online.
I'm going to do it.
I didn't.
I failed horribly, bro.
I got into dropshipping by coincidence.
I was just a YouTube video.
I saw a YouTube video on it.
This was years back.
And I'm like, okay, this is going to hit.
I think this is going to hit.
And it didn't.
But I stuck with it.
And to be honest, sticking with it is the only reason why it's working now.
Because first year, I didn't make any money.
And eventually, after testing so many products, I found one that worked.
Replicated it between multiple brands.
What made you want to not quit the first year losing all that money at 16?
Bro, it became routine.
Like, the thing is, like, in the e-com game, you're testing products, right?
So, you test the product, it works.
Okay, great.
You test the product, it fails.
Just keep going.
It became like brushing my teeth, bro.
Like, every day, I was testing products.
After school, I'd go home, test products.
Eventually, I just dropped out.
I kept testing.
Like, it just became part of my life.
I got a question for you real quick.
Yeah.
So, what...
Looking back, obviously, you got 2020 hindsight.
What was the main contributing factor to why you failed and lost that 10K?
Yeah, so, I didn't have a proper...
Product testing strategy?
That's actually a great question, man.
I was just throwing shit out the wall, hoping it sticked.
You were just buying anything on Amazon?
Bro, we were testing products from, like, couches, trying, like, the high-ticket dropshipping to products, like, skincare devices and stuff.
Now I only do supplements, which I'll talk a little bit about later, but back then it was just like, whatever I thought was cool, I would test and throw it up.
That's not the way you want to do it.
Okay, okay.
So, you know, it's funny because, didn't KT say beauty supplies, hygiene, and supplements do really well?
Really well.
You're friends with KT, right?
I love KT.
That's my boy.
Alright, so you start with that, and you said you lost 10k, but how much did it cost you to get things going?
Yeah, so like to order inventory, you get the Amazon set up like a couple grand.
The biggest expense is the MOQ.
So that first product on Amazon I did, it was like an incense dragon burner.
It was like you put like a little incense thing on it and it burns the flame.
And I just couldn't get anyone to buy it, bro.
Our listing kept getting taken down because it was like the little candles were flammable and like all these issues came up that...
No one on YouTube talks about, right?
Yeah.
And the business model just didn't work for me, too.
Amazon gave us a hold before we even processed our first sale.
They were just like, okay, we're putting a reserve on your account.
Wow.
I'm like, I don't have money to...
That's how PayPal holds your money back.
So you put in a couple thousand.
You made some profits.
No profit off Amazon.
Okay, so you invested like 10K in and just lost it all.
Yeah, it was me trying that product.
I tried a couple others on Amazon.
Nothing hit.
Nothing hit.
Shit.
Okay.
Damn.
Okay, so you lost that game in the beginning.
Sorry, Frank just walked in.
Hey, Frank.
So I guess you're 16 years old, massive failure at the very beginning.
What made you win, or at what point did you start winning?
Yeah, it was a year into dropshipping.
So I found this one product.
It's AvantLights.com.
It was an electric lighter we were selling.
The site we ended up selling later on, which was like my first exit.
It was like, yo, this is crazy.
I exited a business, but...
That started to work.
What was it called again, the product?
AvantLights.com.
A-V-A-N-T-Lights.com.
And then the thing that made you fail was the incense, right?
Yeah.
That's what did not work.
So AvantLights hit.
We sold it to stoners.
That was our angle.
It was like, yo, if you're going to smoke weed, we put the leaf emoji and stuff so our ads don't get banned.
And it was like, use the electric lighter.
You can recharge it.
It was cool.
And it worked.
We were doing TikTok, a little bit of TikTok ads.
That was really new back then.
What year is this, roughly?
This was around COVID.
So the quarantine helped us a lot.
I'm an idiot.
I didn't know what I was doing, right?
But the fact that everybody was home just made things 10 times easier.
And yeah, I kept scaling that product.
I kept making more content.
And eventually we exited that store.
Question.
When you said you did TikTok videos, was it you talking or someone talking about the actual product?
That's a good question.
So I did some with me talking and then I'll get other people to do it.
But eventually it was just me in my backyard.
You know, that's how I got my first couple of sales was me recording the videos.
And I actually have a great story too because I had some friends at the time that that video popped up on their FYP and they're like I think I know who this is and they'll hit me up like oh, is that you in the video?
I'm like, yeah It's me and they're like what the fuck are you doing bro?
Like why are you wasting your time with that?
By the way FYP means for you page.
Yeah my Instagram.
Yeah, so so that's funny, bro So were you kind of nervous to get on camera yourself?
Oh, yeah, dude.
I mean, I was...
I don't know what I was doing back then.
I knew I wanted to make money online.
I didn't like school.
My hatred for school was so great that it was like, that's going to spark me to do entrepreneurship.
And when I was making those videos, I didn't think it was going to get to the point where people I knew were going to see them.
And obviously when they saw them, it became the laughing stock.
Like, yo, look at this guy recording videos, selling lighters.
Like, what the hell are you doing, bro?
And it's like, I remember really...
Everyone thinks you're crazy in the beginning.
Yeah, I remember...
Every job told me the same shit.
100%, dude.
I remember this story.
There was this girl I had a crush on, right?
I'm like, okay.
She was the baddie, bro.
I was like, I really like this girl.
She found out about the videos.
And she was like, what are you doing?
You're not going to be able to buy a house selling lighters, right?
And we sold that brand for 300k profit.
300k wire.
I made over a quarter million profit on that business.
And I was like, well, I can buy a house now with that.
So that was like a coming full circle moment.
Okay, that girl that told you that back then.
Did she hit you up on the side or no?
She hit me up like once.
This was like two years ago, bro.
What'd she want?
You know what she want.
Hey, stranger.
Hey, big head.
That's funny, bro.
I hope you smashed her and then never talked to her again.
Dude, I should have, bro.
I might hit her up after this.
Myron told me to.
Yeah, bro.
Fuck these bitches, man.
And make sure you play Mike Jones back then.
They didn't want me.
Now I'm hot.
Make sure you play that shit, bro.
I'll do it for you, dog.
Yeah, man.
Get fucking revenge.
That's funny, man.
So, I guess the question for you now, bro.
Currently, people are looking to make money online.
Is dropshipping dead?
No, it's not.
I compare dropshipping to, like, owning a gas station, right?
So, and it's funny, because I'll lean into it.
Let me lean into it.
Let me lean into it.
The Indian guy comes up with owning a gas station.
That's what I'm saying.
That's like, yeah, yeah, like a fried chicken spot.
That's what I'm saying.
Think you'll come again?
Yeah, a watermelon farm.
So many Jeep jokes can be made right now.
Bro, I want them.
I fuck with it, bro.
I honestly prefer it.
But look, here's the thing.
Let's actually break it down, right?
No one says owning a gas station is dead.
No one is like, yo, don't do that.
That's dead.
Because it's a business at the end of the day.
People...
We'll fail at dropshipping, just like people will fail at owning a gas station.
Obviously, there's certain types of gas stations that do better.
Let's say you have a 7-Eleven.
Shout out my Jeets.
You can have that 7-Eleven at a good location, and you're going to print.
You're going to make money.
So many Jeets are millionaires off 7-Eleven.
It's a thing, right?
So when it comes to dropshipping, it was like...
And they crowdfunded, don't they?
It'll be like 10 out of that going on the 7-Eleven, and they just have portions of...
Bro, same shit with Wawa, too.
They crowdfunded.
Yeah, it's crazy, bro.
We up, but...
We up, Max!
The point I'm trying to make is with dropshipping, our little edge was doing the branded approach.
That's what we teach people, and that's what we made 20 mil last year with, right?
Was that branded approach, and that was like...
Wait, you made how much last year?
Made $20 million last year.
Gross!
At 20 years old, yeah.
20?
How old are you?
I'm 21 now.
I just turned 21, but I was 20 last year, so...
So generated...
20 million total sales.
Yeah, and I can pull it up and show you guys too.
Yeah, if you want to.
You can show them the live thing.
Let's do it.
If anyone says, oh, this is Cap, this is Cap.
That's crazy, bro.
Let me pull it up.
Hold on, at 21 years old, what were you doing at 21?
College.
21 hours in college.
Dude, I was coming to America with no job, trying to find a way.
Holy crap.
That's 20 million.
Yeah.
21?
It's crazy the amount of opportunities on the internet now.
Growing up, I remember, because I'm 35, growing up as a millennial, if you didn't go to college, when Obama was in office, they considered you a loser.
But now, college is not a vibe anymore.
It's not a trend.
They're like, oh, you go to college, you're a idiot, you're a scam.
You got scammed.
But my generation, if you didn't go to college, you would look at it as a failure.
But now with the ability to make money on the internet.
Like, bro, you can make more without school.
I knew I didn't want to go to school, bro.
It was so boring.
Same things.
It's a huge scam.
Unless you're going to a top school and you're majoring in something that will actually get you a job after, college is one of the biggest finesses and scams ever.
100%.
100%, bro.
Couldn't agree more.
Let me show you guys.
So last three...
We need proof!
So I'm going to hide the store just for the safety of people not stealing my product.
This is the last 365 days on one store.
Hey, I don't know too many of you guys want to show the actual results, bro.
They say whatever, but they can't back it up.
I want to do it at the beginning, too, because I know it gives credibility to some of the stuff I say, which I get.
It'll probably be better if you just show it.
Also, he's tall, too, by the way.
You can cover it with your hand if you need to.
Which camera do you want?
Four?
That's crazy, bro.
Just cover up whatever you need to and then they'll see it.
I can see the number.
You can see the number?
I can see that.
I can just see a white screen on mine.
Let's see.
Solar flare.
Solar flare.
Is this camera right here?
Here we go.
There it is.
So, that's last 365 days, 9 point something million on one floor.
Goddamn.
You should be able to see that better now.
There you go, bam.
So the thing is, we diversify.
So we've done the same formula.
And that's a live, guys.
That's not a screenshot.
That's actually, like, this is live.
You can move it, even flick it up and down, just so they know.
Yeah, I got you.
Damn!
Look, it's live, guys.
So that's the 8 mil on our store, the last 255 days.
Damn.
We got them all day, bro.
He's not playing, bro.
That's 5 mil.
So this is a smaller store.
Last 365 days.
Boom.
There you go.
5 mil.
Same shit.
And then another one.
Yeah, you be in the gym too, huh?
I do my best, bro.
Okay.
Good stuff, man.
This is the last one right here.
This is 2 mil.
Last 365 days.
Yep, there you go.
Good shit, bro.
Nah, man.
I mean, bro.
Dump the Marco for a lot, bro.
Dump the Marco for a lot, bro.
You can't really dispute that.
Yeah, you can't.
You know what I'm saying?
Bro, at 21...
Show on a live screen?
Yo.
Shit, bro.
I'm in shock, bro.
That's good stuff.
Honestly.
I appreciate it, guys.
Good stuff.
What show's born Indian?
Dude, it's a cheat code, bro.
Damn.
I love it.
Did you want any other bio info or into how he does this?
Well, he mentioned dropshipping is not dead.
Oh, yeah, yeah.
So the question is, what do you actually do?
Because I think you're into dropshipping, right?
100%.
Branded.
What's the difference?
It's keyword branded, bro.
So the issue with dropshipping nowadays is if I go on YouTube and I look up how to dropship, there's going to be so many videos.
Can you define dropshipping real quick?
Because there's a lot of people here that have no idea what this is.
We'll go like, Super simple, like, they have no idea what it is.
Let's do it, bro.
Let's do it.
Yeah, so dropshipping is really just a method of fulfillment.
So, to be, like, technical with you, I do e-commerce.
We own e-commerce businesses similar to, like, Fabletics, similar to, like, Skim, similar to, like, Blendjet, brands that everyone knows.
We do e-com, right?
E-com for short.
Dropshipping is just a method of fulfillment to where we don't have the old inventory, right?
So if I wanted to sell a portable blender today, I don't need to go and buy inventory, hold the inventory and do all that BS.
I can literally just hit on my supplier and be like, yo, how much is it going to cost per unit?
$7?
Okay, launch it.
And as I get sales, they invoice me and they send out the product.
So there's really no cost except your marketing.
Okay.
And that's a very simple way to do it.
Because we've talked to KT a few times.
In the beginning, do you pretty much have to make this a one-man when you're starting out by yourself?
Do you have to get the product yourself?
Are you able to kind of have that middleman even early on when you don't have as much capital?
You don't need the product at all, right?
You can middleman.
Even in the beginning when you don't got capital.
Even in the beginning when you don't got capital, yeah.
I teach people how to do content and stuff off the bat.
Because a lot of people wonder, like, okay, if I'm going to sell this product, where do I get the content from, right?
There's ways to get content, bro.
With AI and stuff, that's why our results last year...
Because we've done $35 million in total.
Last year was 20 mil, so it was a chunk of it.
Last year we went crazy.
Wow.
It's mainly because of AI, right?
And the good thing is, like, on YouTube, you're not going to find anyone talking about that because it's so recent, you know?
So is it too late to get in, you think?
Or you can get in today and...
Bro, it's the best time to get in.
It's the best time.
And the reason I say that is because with AI, right?
Because I know I sound like a geek saying that, like AI, AI, AI, but trust me, dude.
That's the future, man.
It's taken over.
And Trump and JD Vance are very pro-AI.
100%.
I get it, too.
Business.
On a micro standpoint, we've had ads for our dropshipping business generate us millions of dollars with fake...
People in it.
It's an AI creator.
It's not even a real person.
Wow.
Yeah.
And there's these tools out there.
Like, for example, anyone dropshipping, creatify.com.
There you go.
That's one right there that we've made millions with because we go on there.
You can use one of the AI creators to make the ad.
You don't even need the product anymore, bro.
The website, done in AI.
Use atlas.com.
You can build a store in like fucking 30 seconds.
Dude, that was genius.
Yeah.
So you're creating ads out of thin air.
Everything's out of thin air.
And there's no person.
Yeah, your product pages, your product description, your ads.
But you can create a brand like that nowadays.
It's crazy.
If I show you some of the stores, it looks like it took years of production for the ads in the store.
People do it in seconds, bro.
It's insane.
So you're telling me, I can create an AI, I guess, creator, have them in a video, million dollars, and I'll speak a word.
100%.
Count me in, nigga.
Count me in, bro!
Count me in, bro!
That's amazing, bro.
You know what, bro?
That actually would be a good experiment.
Something y 'all could do.
Yeah.
100%, dude.
Hey, Samiri, we're friends, right?
That's funny, bro.
So, you said you made 20 mil last year.
Bro, 21, that's insane.
Yeah.
How does someone get started in e-commerce branded dropshipping?
It's easy.
So you got to find, I say supplement, right?
I'm not going to sit here and say, this is what you want in your product.
No, let's get straight to it.
What type of products do you guys want to sell?
Supplements, right?
Weight loss.
You want to sell hair care.
A lot of our brands are hair care.
We do a lot of hair care.
We do weight loss.
We do like men's gummies, stuff like that, right?
So you want to sell supplement.
You go to TikTok shop.
You see a product that's doing well, like a supplement's doing well.
You start a Shopify store.
There's a lot of AI tools you can use to do it.
But the first thing is just finding that supplement.
That's to answer your question.
Find a supplement you want to sell.
Okay.
And let's say, for example, give us three products that you think would be good for people watching right now.
Just out of the freebie, just out of love.
Got you.
Out of love, out of love you want to do.
So first product would be like a weight loss supplement, right?
Weight loss, fat burning supplement.
Anything that burns fat.
And they're all out there.
It's so easy.
If you go to TikTok shop, you'll see so many.
Everyone sells the same shit, right?
Yeah.
The second one, I would say, would be like a hair oil, right?
Any sort of hair oil, hair cream, hair mask, anything that someone can put in their hair to make it look better, that's game.
It's funny.
Even for men?
Even for men, too.
Even for men.
I prefer to sell to women.
Of course.
Of course.
Bro, I mean, I ain't got it.
It's fresh and fit.
You already know.
Yeah, women are the best consumers, man.
Yeah, yeah.
And the third one, just to end it off, I'll do an oddball, actually.
It'll be shapewear.
The only clothing I would prefer to sell is shapewear.
Oh, so girls don't look fat.
Yeah.
Bro, you're the one behind it!
My bad, dawg.
We fuckin' got him, Chad!
My bad, my bad.
We got him!
Hey, bro, I got a big bread somehow.
He's smart!
Leave it to a fuckin' G to do this!
He's smart!
Goddamn, we got one of them!
Bro!
You ready though, bro?
You ready though?
That is the most G thing I've ever heard, man.
Hey, yeah, I do the shape-shifting thing.
Hey, you know what I'm saying?
Make some money!
Yeah, come on, dawg.
Even just being here in Florida...
South Miami.
Like, women actually have an issue with their hair.
Because maybe the weather.
Yeah.
Maybe, I guess, the stuff in the water.
So they need products they always buy when they come here.
Yeah.
So body-forming stuff.
100%, bro.
Okay.
I mean, the thing is, you gotta realize, when people are buying, the whole business is off of ads, right?
Why is this stuff...
So much better or so much profitable than everyone else is it because they can't be I remember KT saying like you want to get products that can't be returned for us the reason why I make so much money is impulse bro If a fat girl is on tik-tok and she's scrolling and she sees a video of someone like yo You don't need to be fat anymore if you just wear this bro She's buying it even if it's like 80 bucks.
She's gonna buy that shit He's very smart.
You know he did he saw the delusion of women and see you know what I'm gonna peel to their wants and needs here you go That's smart, bro.
That's a nice genie.
That's smart, bro.
Thank you, bro.
He's paying them back for all the finessing they do to the guys.
Y 'all should be taking this guy right now, bro.
He's finessing them for y 'all niggas, bro.
And I'm teaching them how to finesse them, too, bro.
Put you on.
That's funny.
So, I guess, what's the best part of all of those three you think people should start with?
The weight loss.
Weight loss, bro.
100%, bro.
I mean, like...
It makes sense.
I know we joke about it like, yeah, women are fat.
No, bro, this shit has made me a millionaire, bro.
Obesity is a real fucking problem, bro.
Or even just girls that...
Because girls are insecure, right?
And I get a lot of heat for saying that, but who cares because that's how I made my millions.
And I'm going to be honest on here, right?
We've seen the most success, the best profitability, the best metrics off weight loss to women.
It's just a fact.
Beauty industry, weight loss.
Hey, bro.
Exploit that shit, bro, because God knows they'd be finessing us, bro.
So fuck that.
100%.
And let's be honest here.
I'll go a step further than what you said.
Women are just inherently lazy.
They don't want to go to the gym.
They'd rather get a BBL.
They'd rather put their life on the line in fucking Brazil.
Or use Ozempic.
These chicks don't want to lift or actually train.
They're like, I just want to body without doing shit.
So it's just like, that's what it is, man.
100%, dude.
Couldn't agree more.
So I guess for someone watching right now, let's say they're...
18 years old, 20 years old, and they want to get into this.
What do they need to get started?
A thousand dollars?
What do they need?
Like a certain website?
What do they need?
And for all you guys out there, listen up because he's going to give you, literally for free, how to get started right now.
He's going to give you guys a crazy amount of value.
So this is the part where you pull out the pen and the paper and he's going to go step by step how to start for someone that has...
Let's start with someone that maybe got less than a thousand bucks.
Got you.
Less than a thousand bucks.
Let's really paint the picture.
Do they have money coming in or do they just have like...
Let's assume worst case scenario.
No money coming in.
At most, maybe 500 bucks.
Is it viable or no?
You need active income.
And I will never get on here and lie.
Even though, as someone who has a program, I'll make more money saying, yo, you don't need that much money.
No, no.
You need active income.
And that's just the truth.
I'll never scam people out of thinking that they can just boof, right?
You need some active income.
I would say, indeed, get a job.
Whatever it is, have some active income.
For me, to be completely honest with you guys, I was trapping.
I was 16...
Hey, I'mma be real, bro.
What the hell, nigga, bro?
Ultimate G, bro.
That's what I'm saying.
I was trapping.
That's the perfect cover, man.
Are we talking drugs or deodorant?
Are we talking deodorant?
Because deodorant is...
I mean...
Yeah, you saw that Old Spice?
I got that good good.
It was a gram and a little bit of Old Spice, bro.
We got a BOGO, right?
Funny, bro.
Wow.
My man hustling, Irish Springs.
Irish Springs.
Cows pull him over.
Why do you got so much Irish Springs?
Hey, bro.
That's funny, bro.
You should be honest, though.
Yeah, I just want to be honest with y 'all.
So that's how I had some active income coming in, bro.
So let's say I'm a guy just working a regular job.
I make $3,000 a month.
Yeah.
Is that manageable to start his business?
100%, bro.
Okay, fine.
What's the...
Because I want to get these guys at the poorest.
What is the bare minimum they need saved and or coming in to start with literally nothing?
What's the bare minimum?
He got it on the point, bro.
You mean 3K?
Yeah, 3K a month.
I would say 3K a month, right?
Because you don't want to be spending all your money, bro.
You got to eat.
Someone's got to eat, right?
Okay.
So, I would say 3K a month.
Really, all your expense is going to go to your ads.
Like, running the ads.
Because the way the business works is when you have a...
And one last thing.
Just so I make sure we really give him this value.
Let's say they live with their parents.
Yeah.
Basically, you could put all that $3,000 into it, you would say?
If you don't got bills to pay.
Oh, bro.
Yeah, $1,000, bro.
$1,000 a month.
Okay, so for the young guys, there's probably a lot of y 'all.
If you live with your mom and dad, that number goes down to $1,000.
Yeah, you got $1,000.
And then you think about run rate, right?
So if you have $3,000, $5,000 set up, you have no expenses, you can get into it.
Easy.
Even without the active income at that point.
Even without the active income.
Because I'm not going to tell people to not eat to do this.
That's kind of fucked up, bro.
So if you got no expenses, 3 to 5k.
Yeah.
Okay.
Cool.
All right.
All right.
So I have that.
And then is it a website?
Is it like, for example...
Wait, no expenses, 1k.
3k if you have bills.
Oh, yeah.
My bad.
My bad.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Sorry, guys.
Yeah.
1k if you live with your parents, you got no expenses, you could get started.
3k if you actually do have bills and shit.
Yeah.
Now, typically speaking, whenever you do a product or service like that, you have a mentoring space that can help you right away.
But let's say they're watching off of YouTube.
They see a video.
How should they start getting to, I guess, that specific?
So let's assume they live by themselves.
They got the 3K coming in.
What should they do next?
Let's get into it.
So you want to find that product.
So let's say you found that product, callodata.com.
I'm going to give people the websites, too, because I know a lot of people have their pen and paper out.
Callodata.com.
You can go on there, and it's like the best product research tool.
Callodata?
Callodata.com.
We'll pull it up real quick for them, Bills.
You guys are going to get a 101 seminar here.
Let's do it.
Let's do it.
KaloData.com.
That's the best one.
KaloData.com?
K-A-L-O.
Yeah.
And they're not paying us for this, by the way.
Why, guys?
Facts.
We're giving you all this literally for y 'all so you guys can literally get started today if you guys got some money coming in or live with your mom.
Let's do it.
Boom.
There you go.
He's got it pulled up.
So that's KaloData.com.
On there, you can see the top products.
And as you guys can tell, the top products, mascara.
Instant tea powder.
I've sold that one before.
The instant tea powder, that's a weight loss, right?
Just like what we were talking about.
You can see all these products on here.
If you sign up to Calidato.com, I have no affiliation with them.
I forgot how much it is, but it's not that much, like $20, $30.
You can actually see how much money these guys are making, too.
And they give you videos on the right that you can use for inspiration.
You can put it into AI, get the same type of videos, or you can mash them up, mix it together, add AI to it to make it your own.
Is that Dana White?
Yeah, I think they got Dana White in one of the products, right?
That's smart.
Okay, so let me pretend to be the guy that's trying to get this started, right?
I'm making 3K a month.
I live by myself, whatever.
I'm in bumfuck Louisiana somewhere.
100%.
So what am I looking at here?
I'm looking at the top products that have the, I guess, best resale value?
The products that fit the demo that I explained, which is like weight loss, skincare, hair care, anything that solves insecurity.
What we were laughing about earlier is honestly, like, that's game, bro.
That's game.
Okay.
So to be...
Just so I don't confuse the audience.
Because there's been other websites, I remember KT showed us, for other types of products.
So this is specifically for your niche, which is supplements, beauty, that type of thing.
Branded.
Yeah, this is for what we do, and this is what's making the most money right now, period.
Okay.
So that's the website that you go.
So this gives you a list of what you can start.
So let's say I want to start with number three.
What is this?
Let's do number two.
Number two is an easy one, because I know that one hits.
Okay.
So what are we looking at here?
What is this?
So right now, since he doesn't have the actual software, like he hasn't signed up, it just puts a bunch of numbers on there.
But let's say, assuming he signed up, it would show him how much they're actually making, right?
So you know, like, for example, these guys make like $2-3 million a month.
I know they're listing pretty well.
What?
Yeah, they crush it.
They absolutely crush it.
If we sign up on an account, I'll show you, but it'll take like a second.
Yeah, they make two to three million a month.
It would show you all the videos.
So if you scroll down, it's all blurred out because obviously this is a software they're going to charge you.
But they'll show you the videos.
They'll show you what's working, what isn't working.
And you can take that.
And now you have your product.
You know why people are buying it.
You can go ahead and next step is create a website.
Okay.
So question for you.
Yep.
Why would another company show what's making them a bunch of money?
Doesn't that fuck them up for their competitiveness?
It's actually a great question.
So they're not intentionally on this platform.
This platform is like...
Some Chinese guy made it, actually.
They literally skimmed all of TikTok's shop and put all the data on there.
So guys like us can print.
No way!
Chinese stealing data?
No way!
I know nobody would do this.
PRC would never do that.
I ain't sharing money with you niggas.
That makes sense.
What the hell?
Damn.
Who would have thought?
The finesse is real.
Okay, so they don't even know, I guess.
Or they might know that their shit's there.
They probably know.
They're probably pissed.
Okay.
Wow.
How do you stop that from happening?
Can you or no?
No, no way.
This is part of the game.
It's part of the game.
It's good for beginners because beginners have all the data right there for like 30 bucks a month.
That's dope.
Just playing devil's advocate here.
So would it be fair to say that what differentiates you from a beginner when they have the same exact advantage is probably, I'm assuming, relationships?
100%.
I would say relationships is not as important as other businesses like real estate, for example.
It's extremely important.
But for this, I would say it's just a skill set in marketing, dude.
So I've launched so many ads in my lifetime of doing e-com.
I know what ads work.
I know what ads don't work.
I know what marketing strategies to follow.
It's honestly just marketing.
Okay.
So now we're on step, it appears to be three here.
We have this product.
I select that.
What do I do next?
Yeah.
So you want to go and create a website on Shopify, right?
Our website is on Shopify.
We do everything on Shopify.
What I showed you guys earlier, that was a Shopify dashboard, right?
So it's as legit as it gets.
You go to Shopify, and I'm going to give as much free game as possible.
For all our stores, we use one software called Atlas.com.
It's like a Shopify app.
It's an AI store builder.
We use AI on everything, right?
So it's going to build that store for you in like a minute or so, right?
And all you have to do is literally just put the product that we picked.
You have to put it on there.
You have to put like a little description, like maybe like less than a paragraph.
And use Atlas.
Store's done.
Now you have a store that in, let's say, 2022 would have taken me days to build.
Now it's done in a couple seconds.
Wow.
That's it right there.
This is crazy, bro.
No affiliation, by the way.
I don't do affiliate links.
I don't want to make money off of shit like that.
I mean, to be honest, bro, you don't need it.
Don't need it.
Really don't.
Wow.
All right.
So select a product, make a Shopify store.
Use AI to build the store quickly.
And you gave the software, what was it called one more time?
Atlas.
Atlas, boom, this right here.
This is a website.
Use this to build up your Shopify store.
Now what?
Do you start purchasing the product or what do you do next?
So now you need a supplier, right?
And suppliers are not hard to find, bro.
They're, like, if you really just Google, like, dropshipping supplier, people come up, right?
For that particular product?
Any supplier.
So the great thing about China is, as we do use China, is...
One person can basically get everything.
You just need a dropshipping agent, right?
When you have a dropshipping agent, you can message them any time of day, and they'll tell you how much each product costs, and they'll fulfill it for you.
So the thing is, there's a lot of softwares out there.
There's a lot of different ways to do this.
You can go to zendrop.com.
There's dropshipping agents there.
You can go to CJdropshipping.
These are all websites people can write down and go to.
There's dropshipping agents there that can source that product, exact product, similar products to that.
It's all available.
Everything is available.
By the way, we got a big supporter.
Scott, I think he donated some subs.
Shout out to you, brother.
Hey, shout out to you, bro.
Shout out to Scott.
Scott67Nova.
Yeah, man.
Dr. Marco for you, brother.
Appreciate it, you man.
The goal is to get 20K in the month, guys.
So let's get that up there and we're going to keep giving you our crazy value.
And Sonny Faz is in the chat, too.
Shout out to you, Sonny.
What's up, bro?
Yep.
So, okay, let me go through this because I really want the audience to understand this.
Let's do it.
Step one.
Roughly $3,000 coming in if you live by yourself.
You can get started at $1,000 if you have no expenses.
Step two, get on that website and look at the products that we showed earlier.
Easy.
After that, you decide on, let's say, product number three, which, what was it called again?
Yarba or something?
Yeah, let's say it was like a tea, like a fat-burning tea.
Okay.
You select your product.
Then, with that product in mind, you go and you go on Shopify, make an account, use the AI software Atlas to build your store.
Easy.
Then, the next step is to get a broker?
Supplier.
Supplier.
Okay.
So that's the next step.
And you gave a bunch of websites for that where they can get the supplier.
Zendrop.com.
To simplify it, go there.
Your supplier is done.
Now you have the whole back end of the business done, basically.
Okay.
Wow.
Now you've got your Chinese smuggler.
What do you do from here?
100%.
So from here, now you need to run some ads, right?
The whole business is based off ads.
And that's where a lot of the teaching comes into play.
You need to learn how to do ads.
It'll be hard to teach someone in a 20, 30 minute little pod.
But what I can say is go to facebookads.com.
Create a business manager, just like any other, like if you had a marketing agency, if you had any other product, service, you need ads.
You need to know how to do ads, right?
Go to facebookads.com or TikTok ads, either or.
Let's stick with Facebook for simplicity stakes.
Go to Facebook ads, and now it's time to launch your ads, right?
So that's step four, going to Facebook ads, right?
Step five is making the ads.
Use AI to make the ads.
So to give people some websites they can go to to making the ads, it's, let's see, Creatify, the one I gave earlier.
You have arcads.com.
These are all websites that people can go to.
Another one is makeugst.com, right?
Those are three websites you guys can go to to make AI ads.
So you're telling me, back in the day as a creator, I'd have to go outside, get a cameraman, find some lighting, find some good backdrop with the product, make that commercial.
100%.
Okay, let's go to that website.
This is for me.
Automatically with an AI person.
Yeah, there's another one.
Sorry, icon.me is another one.
See, there's so many, bro.
Every week, I'm like, I'm finding a new one that is like a game changer for making content online.
So when you get your ads done, that's the hard part.
Can you show us an example of what these AI ads look like?
100%.
Let's do it.
Because I really want these guys to know.
Because like, you know, a lot of us aren't maybe as tech savvy or CA.
I like that.
We think it's like some deceptive, you know, technology.
Yo, I don't want to hear that we don't bring sauce on the podcast, bro.
This is some real sauce right here.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I mean, we're going step-by-step for you guys.
I'm kind of learning alongside you guys.
It was funny.
I asked about Samir.
He's that guy.
He's legit.
Everyone said the same thing, bro.
The thing is, bro, you can't scam people on the internet anymore.
If you scam people, you're going to have a very short career.
So this, actually, this is a brand right here.
This is not a real person.
This is an AI ad.
No way.
That's AI.
Bro, I know him.
Is there a way we can...
No, dude, I know him.
You know this guy?
I'm just kidding.
I'm just kidding.
I don't know him.
So this is AI.
You can see this.
This is like a gummy product right here.
Wow.
AI.
It's not a real person.
Not a real person.
That is crazy, bro.
Arkads.com.
Anyone can make this in like 10 seconds.
Yo, bring his Instagram real quick.
Yo, go follow Samir, bro.
This is fucking amazing.
I appreciate that.
Dude, Myron.
Yeah, no, it's wild.
As a creator, bro, that's kind of scary because now...
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
AI?
It's wild.
You guys have probably been deepfaked a lot, by the way.
Like, there's probably some e-com kid, some jeet that was like, yeah, let me make a bad.
Someone's using our videos to promote their coin.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Deepfake videos, yeah.
Really?
But I don't know.
How do you stop it?
How do you stop it?
I don't think you can, bro.
No, you can't.
The real ones will know.
You know what I mean?
Yeah.
I mean, if I don't stutter, Nick, you know it's real.
Okay.
Interesting.
So, they make the AI ads.
They got their Facebook ad manager.
Now I'm assuming that 3K that they have comes into play.
100%.
So up until this point, you really haven't spent any significant amount.
Because you haven't even bought the product yet, right?
You just selected it.
You don't even need to buy the product until you get the sale, right?
So up until this point, there's literally been no expense.
The Shopify costs like $1 a month, right?
Okay.
You go to, let's say you use CaloData, let's say you use the AI platforms, like max, max, you're spending like $100 there, right?
I want to basically have all the software to run this thing.
So you've essentially created a business out of thin air.
For $101.
Okay.
Pretty cool if you ask me.
No, no, that's incredible.
So now you've got this $2,900 sitting there.
What's next?
I'm assuming that's going to go into ads.
Going to ads, right?
So you're going to launch a campaign.
You're going to launch the creatives you made, right?
And this is the part that gets a little complicated, and I'm going to lose some of the beginners here, but I'm going to do my best to break it down because in 2025, our marketing is very, very simple.
It's just a wide-open campaign.
A wide-open Facebook ad campaign.
You don't do any targeting.
Even if you're selling a woman product, you don't even need to target women anymore.
Facebook is so smart, bro.
Meta, these platforms got so smart where back in the day, you would have to do all this targeting, interest, bidding, all this bullshit I had to learn.
Nowadays, bro, you just literally put the campaigns up.
You put the creatives on the ads manager.
You just follow the tutorial that Facebook gives you when you sign up.
And that's it.
And you just wait.
And if the creatives are good, if the product is good...
You will get sales.
And the more sales you get, the more you can spend on ads and the more sales come in.
So it's kind of like a machine, right?
This is where most people go wrong.
When you're doing like dropshipping or e-commerce, for example, you're running ads, there's one metric you need to look at.
It's called ROAS.
It's return on ad spend.
So if I put $1 into Facebook ad and I get two back, that's a two ROAS, right?
So hypothetically, if I'm putting $1 and I'm getting two back and I'm profiting 50 cents, I put $100 in, I get 200 back.
I profit $50, right?
So for our brands, for example, let's say we made $20 million, right?
We spent, let's say, around $10 to $11 million on ads.
So we're around, let's say, a two-row ads.
Out of that $20 million, we probably profited like around 30%, 25% or 30%.
So we took home, I don't know what the math is on that, like over $4 million, right?
So that's kind of how the game works.
And the great thing about it, it's a machine, bro.
If a creative is working at $5 spend, it's going to work at $100 spend, so on and so forth.
That's actually pretty smart, bro.
So it's not even about putting more...
It's about finding the right ad and just pushing money into it.
Because you're going to get money back.
The thing I love about Shopify, unlike Amazon, there's no reserves.
There's none of that.
It's very rare to get a reserve, right?
So when you're running your ad, let's say you put in $100, you get $200 back.
Next day, profit comes in.
You can keep reinvesting, right?
It's one of the few businesses to where you can scale the $100K profit very quickly if you get something to work.
But you have to just find something to work.
Okay.
So half the game, to me it seems like the two most important things here are, one, identifying the product, and then two, getting the ads going.
100%.
And if you could figure that out, at that point, successful recipe, just scale that recipe.
Easy.
It's hard to get it to work.
I'm going to be honest with you guys.
It's not a walk in the park, because then everyone would do it, right?
100%.
It takes some time.
It takes some consistency and persistence to find that.
But once you do it, it's the fastest scaling business I've found.
Question four.
I was going to say real fast, you put in this 3k, how much time do you think they're going to need?
Time and money is going to have to go until they hit something.
Is it going to be a month?
Is it going to be a week of trying there?
Multiple weeks?
Let's do it with a mentor or without a mentor?
That's a good question.
So I would say without a mentor, it's out there.
Because there's a lot of shit you've got to learn too.
I'm really breaking it down as much as I can for people.
And by the way, anyone who's really interested, we have free videos.
I'm not even going to tell people to sign up for the program.
We have videos out there, three-hour videos, two-hour videos.
Soak up the information, right?
Like, really know what you're getting into.
But I would say without a mentor, depending if you're, like, actually pushing it, like, you're actually putting in products every week, you're trying, you're trying, it could take up to, like, let's say, like, four months, four to five months if you don't have a mentor, you don't have someone holding your hand.
With, like, an accountability coach, someone holding your hand, someone really helping you out, having better ad accounts, better suppliers, like, the best connections possible, that could probably take, like, let's say 90 days.
I usually say 90 days.
Yeah, to get something that's actually working, getting like 5, 6, 10k profit a month.
And this is here, right?
Yeah, so that's Brandify.
That's our program.
And the main reason I set that up too is actually for investment purposes.
We've invested in a decent amount of people that have succeeded with our strategies.
Nice.
Because we're building a portfolio, dude.
My main game is like, I've...
I've got cash flow.
I understand how to do it.
I got it at a young age, which I'm really grateful for.
21 is crazy, bro.
But I learned from a really good entrepreneur.
I won't say his name because he's a very low-key guy.
He was like, okay, you got cash flow, bro, but the next play in entrepreneurship is equity.
Where's your equity at?
I'm like, I don't got fucking equity, bro.
I got a Lambo, though, but that's not real equity.
So he was like, okay, then start a play.
And this was my play.
I'm going to teach people how we're doing it.
And obviously, we're not going to do it for free, right?
Because why would I?
I'm not an idiot.
And we're going to invest in the people that do well, which we have.
We have some people absolutely crushing it, and we invest in them, and we get a part of their business, and they're happy.
Kind of like the Alex Famosi model.
Kind of like the acquisition.com model.
Smart.
We're trying to get equity.
We're trying to build a huge play and make a whole bunch of people rich.
Are these people basically just paying you, and then you run everything for them, and they just get a percentage of the profit?
So these are people that, for example, that's to the best case scenario, someone that would come into Brandify.
They paid for Brandify.
They got coached by us.
They started their own store.
They did really well, and we came to them with like, hey.
How about we give you this amount of money?
I can't say the exact amounts because that's not fair to them.
But let's say we give you this amount of money.
Give us this percentage of the store.
We'll give you these team members.
We'll help you build out a team.
We basically come in like investors, basically.
Gotcha.
Everything you just described, from getting the money, figuring out what product you want to use, getting Atlas, and then building up the Shopify store.
Then from there, finding a broker.
All that stuff.
You basically do what you're saying.
You do that for them.
That is...
No, no.
We want them to do that.
That's what we teach.
Okay, they do that.
They do that.
I want them to be able to be on their own feet, right?
We invest in them.
Like, for example, we had a student...
Do they have to be showing sales for them to...
Yeah.
Okay.
So that's why we're vested in our students, the people that come in with us.
Because it becomes an investment for us, right?
It's like, okay, we had a student, Lauren.
She came in and absolutely crushing it.
She was doing great.
And she was ripping like 20, 30K days on her store.
Like, really good fucking money.
Nice.
That was one of our first investments.
Like, okay, Lauren, let's give you this amount of money.
Can we get involved on this story and we can build together?
And that's the story of the people we invest in.
They come in, they learn it, they start to crush it because they're actually motivated, right?
Because let's be honest, a lot of people here will take notes.
They won't actually follow through with it.
They'll just take notes, right?
But the people that actually follow through with it, we want to make sure we reward them and we get a piece out of it.
Well, no, I mean, you're not snake oil salesman.
You're telling them, like, you've got to have it built first.
We're not even going to fuck with you.
So you teach them how to do it for free.
Yeah.
And then the mentorship is you have to be at least in a position where your store is up and running.
So the mentorship comes into play.
The thing is, the mentorship comes into play if somebody is serious about it, right?
We teach people for free, and a lot of people have just watched my content and made a bunch of money, and that's it.
That's the end of that story.
And I'm fine with that, bro.
I actually don't mind that because I wish I had more of that when I started.
You're going to make money regardless.
Yeah, I'm going to make money regardless.
But the people that come in, invest in Brandify, they learn, let's say they fast track, they get to where they want to be faster.
We give the opportunity of investment of like, okay, hey, like you have a brand now.
Let's actually get an inventory.
Let's turn it into like a real econ brand because that's a beautiful thing about dropshipping.
If you have a dropshipping store that's crushing it, why don't you just order inventory and make it a real econ brand now?
Now you have like...
You know, like Rise, the Mushroom Coffee, you have a brand like that, Javi Coffee, like these type of brands that make millions a month, you can have that from e-com.
Okay.
That's good stuff.
No, I mean, that's very, I mean, guys, if you've got questions, you know, I think you gave a really good bird's eye view of how the operation works.
We're going to do a Zoom call with the Castle Club after this.
Okay.
All right, cool.
So, my final question is here for you, brother.
What have you done at 21?
What's your money so far?
Retire your mom, cars, lifestyle.
What have you done, bro?
I like these questions, bro.
Yeah, so my mom doesn't have to work anymore.
I paid for my sister's college completely.
She wants to be a nurse, so, you know, support that.
Nurse?
Yeah.
So you're going to change your mind and say doctor?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, probably.
Yeah, that's not enough.
Indian's not.
You can't be no nurse.
You can't be a doctor.
It's better.
It's better, though.
She's happy.
She's happy.
Well, I know you're Indian, but, like, where are you guys from in the States?
Well, I'm actually half Indian, half Pakistani.
Oh, and enemies?
Yeah, enemies.
Bring them together, bro.
Are you from the States or Canada?
I'm from the States.
I grew up in Tampa.
I grew up in Tampa.
I moved to Miami about two and a half years ago.
I've traveled a lot.
I do have flashy shit, like a nice car and whatnot.
I think every young guy, you gotta experience it, right?
At least one time.
At least one time, right?
But I spent a lot of my money on traveling.
I would say I solo traveled a lot.
My first two, three years in business, I prefer...
All you need is internet connection to run that kind of business.
100%.
Where have you been?
Oh, dude, where I haven't been, bro.
All of South America, all around Europe.
Yeah, I've been to Bali.
Of course.
We all go to Bali, bro.
Or Dubai.
Yeah, Dubai.
The only place that was open during COVID was Bali and Mexico.
Yeah, 100%.
It's like the only places that didn't get shut down at all.
Hey, when are we going to travel, bro?
Tolume and shit.
Bro, you know I hate traveling.
Come on, man.
I mean, we need to...
Hold on, hold on.
He's 21. He's seen more than us.
Yeah, bro, but, you know, you can travel.
I hate traveling.
Come on, man.
Let's vlog it.
Nah.
Nah, man.
I hate traveling, bro.
Well, for me, it fucks up my streaming schedule.
True, true, true.
Okay, so Bali, Dubai.
Bali, Dubai, all over Europe.
Eastern Europe, too.
That's the freedom you get with this, guys.
What's the best place you've been to, in your opinion, to live?
To live?
Miami.
Miami's the best to live.
See?
See?
I think Miami's the best to live.
Me too.
I think everyone goes through phases, though.
A lot of people want...
Like, right now, Miami makes sense for me.
I'm young.
I'm single.
I'm in the whole money shit.
It's fun.
I think Dubai's better if I had to pick.
You think so?
Because it's clean and safe.
It's boring.
See, I agree.
I'm just too American for it.
That's the issue.
No, you know why?
Dubai's amazing.
But it's just luxury in the desert, bro.
There's no culture behind it.
No, that ass.
All my friends went there.
They left.
You know, I like it for the safety.
It has all the shit that Miami has without the danger.
It's literally a cleaner and safer Miami.
We're pretty safe here.
With no black people.
Aloha!
Yeah, I mean, there's no niggity in Dubai, man.
Dubai's cool.
I don't want to live there, though.
There's too many whores, bro.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's all escorts.
That's my biggest complaint, actually, with the UAE.
You know what they say?
I do real estate.
You can't be on the Palm.
If you're on the Palm, that's where they're all at.
But if you're in a regular area, it's not all escorts.
They travel, bro.
No, of course they do.
And they're all on dating apps.
It's scary, bro.
Dubai is the only place I walk in an elevator.
I see escorts.
I see shakes.
I see a mom and a son.
It's all in one elevator.
It brings them together, bro.
It's kind of heartwarming.
It's like a don't ask, don't tell.
It's a don't ask, don't tell policy.
But yeah, I think for the safety alone, I think it's superior for raising a family.
But young guy, I can see why Miami is better.
Okay, so if you can go back in time, would you change anything about your life so far?
Oh, man.
Okay, I was trying to get into NFTs at one point in my career, and it distracted me from e-com.
I think that's one thing that I think I would want to remove if I could in my past.
Because the thing is, I always tell people this too.
I know a lot of people that might be watching this are now contemplating getting into dropshipping, getting into what I do.
I'll be completely honest with you guys.
Do what you're currently doing.
So if you have an agency, if you're trying to start a podcast, if you're trying to do crypto, and you've put time, money, and energy into that one thing, just do that.
Don't get the girl in the red dress theory.
I don't know if you know that, but it's like every time the girl in the red dress goes by, you look.
So focus, right?
Because the only reason that a retard like me can make this much money is because I stuck in one industry for a long enough time.
Right?
So I don't want people to get distracted.
I never wanted- It's just for the riches.
Yeah.
And look, that's very transparent of you to say, look, guys, this might not be for a lot of y 'all.
Like, if you already do something, do that.
Make money there.
Like, don't even buy my shit.
I mean, hey, man.
It's transparent.
Just respect that.
But I think nowadays, what's happening with the economy, if you don't have an actual plan, this could be a plan.
Yeah, yeah.
100%, dude.
It definitely could be.
That's what we do Monday Mondays.
With low startup.
Different topics, different genres you can hop into.
Once you have a focus, it works.
100%.
I think everybody- In today's day and age needs to have a plan.
Especially if you're working a nine-to-five, bro.
You're getting cucked, bro.
You're just watching another man get rich.
You gotta start something.
And you mentioned it, brother.
You mentioned AI.
It's coming very fast and very hard.
Pause.
Yeah, I mean, as you guys know, here's the thing.
I think it's very important people understand this because, you know, as you guys know, I do a lot of political commentary.
And J.D. Vance, basically the reason why he got selected as vice president by Donald Trump.
Was because of his tech connections.
Peter Thiel, Silicon Valley, etc.
Bill Ackman.
All these guys who are lifelong Democrats, Obama supporters, Hillary, came in and switched their tune.
Why?
Because Trump promised to deregulate tech.
That's why Elon Musk got on board.
So, that's why cryptocurrency is getting favored.
So, for everybody, you know, that's like wondering, like, oh man, you know, fuck AI, fuck tech, like, you know, I'll just keep doing what I'm doing.
It's coming.
There's no going back.
It's literally coming.
Like, pause.
It is going to be the future of cryptocurrency.
Deregulation, AI.
Even business.
You just saw what you said?
Even creators.
Oh, you're a creator?
In 5-10 years, it may not be the same.
100%, dude.
100%.
Companies are getting smarter, too.
Just understand, guys, that with this presidential administration, it's going to be expedited.
Yeah.
And I think that's the thing.
I wanted to talk about AI because we're doing a lot of it now.
And it's not by, like, I'm not trying to make it sound like flashing shit.
That's the truth.
No, it's a fact.
It's a fact now, bro.
You can't stop it.
You can't.
And you better hop on the train.
That's what we did.
We hopped on the train.
You know what's scary?
Girls nowadays are not using Google for assistance.
You know what they use?
ChatGPT.
Where to live, how to dress, how to lose weight.
It's all...
And I'm like, wait, what about your man?
Hold on, man.
ChatGPT.
What the fuck is this shit?
But it's true.
AI is the way to go, bro.
Yeah.
AI is pulling more bitches than me, bro.
Hey, man, that's...
Listen, Samir, you dropped the sauce today, bro.
Glad I met you.
Awesome guest.
Likewise, bro.
The guy's here got a lot of bio as well.
Yeah, we're going to do a Zoom call where you guys can literally, you know, he's going to, you know, go deeper.
Do you want to read Chats and then?
Chats and then.
Okay.
And then we'll switch on over to Zoom.
Yeah.
And all of his stuff is in the description, by the way, guys.
We're going to put his YouTube, Instagram, all the social media.
We'll put that in there.
Go check him out, man.
Really humble guy.
Did this guy buy any Snap soap and deodorant with the income he made?
Too much, bro.
Well, I can tell you this.
I think he did because he does his thing.
Thank you, bro.
He looks pretty good.
Pause.
Pause, nigga, damn.
What the hell?
For a G, he smells good, bro.
I don't smell anything.
I think that's the objective.
No, I'm just making sure that I didn't know why.
Okay?
Bro, this guy, man.
Nigga, who are you?
Game!
I mean, you don't talk to me.
Bro, you don't talk to me.
Hang on with that, bro.
That's why I said another nigga smell good, man.
Alright, what's up next?
W. Ladd went from trapping to scamming.
Grandma's at the Microsoft Call Center for quality assurance.
A slumdog millionaire.
Let's go.
Slumdog millionaire!
Slumdog millionaire!
I knew the drugs were going to come in, man.
Now you're going to have to spray the whole studio with deodorant.
Luckily I don't, bro.
This is rare.
That's funny, man.
Who's up next?
I think this one's serious.
It's $50.
Okay.
Are there tariffs charged on dropships?
Dude, this is actually a really fucking good question.
Given what's going on with China, what, they got like 125% tariffs?
How has that affected you in this business?
Yeah, bro.
Not that much, bro.
Really not that much.
I thought when it was all happening, like, we're gonna have to deal with a lot of shit that I wouldn't be used to.
But, like, let's say we got a product for $7 before dropship.
Now it's only gone up to, let's say, like $8.50, right?
Okay.
And the thing about branded dropshipping, too, I forgot to mention, is we like to...
And these are China products, to be clear, right?
Yeah.
They're trying to be scamming.
Like, they'll move it to another country and say it came from there to get around it, but okay.
That's why I recommend the suppliers I gave earlier, because they don't scam.
But, like, for example, with branded dropshipping, we charge a lot more for our products.
So if you have, like, a branded website, you can get a product for $7 and sell it for, like, $50.
Right?
That's the thing.
That's why we're able to consistently make so much money is because we have such a good markup.
So even if our cost of goods rise by a dollar, we're still chilling.
Are y 'all...
So you guys are passing it on to the consumer?
Technically, but we don't...
It's not...
It hasn't affected us.
Or do you just keep the prices the same?
Just keep the prices the same.
Okay, so you don't even buy, like, a dollar, two dollars, that could potentially...
Be tens of thousands, but you look at it like, I'd rather get the volume than increase the price.
So that you could be competitive with other people selling the same product.
100%.
By the way, I think people might have not caught this, but you told us some websites just now, even though dot shipping are amazing.
Just using that for business-wise and common sense, that website you mentioned before with the website maker?
Atlas.
Dude, I used to work at Wix.
It would take at least like...
8 to 10 plus hours to the website.
Bro, is Wix and Squarespace even still in business?
I don't know how because with that software, bro, and that actual AI advancement, bro, you don't need nobody.
Yeah, you don't need them niggas.
You just make a website, done.
And you don't get banned.
There you go.
Like Squarespace and Wix, they're cucked, man.
They'll ban you.
They'll ban you.
Like this, you can at least make your own shit.
So with that information alone, you start business and do whatever you want.
It's fucking amazing, bro.
100%.
Yeah.
Think about this.
I guess.
Think about this.
Samir.
What can they find you, bro?
And did you study?
I did study, bro.
I just studied a lot.
But add Samir on IG and same thing on YouTube.
If you just look up my name, you'll see it.
Unless someone wants to learn from you, how do they get started?
With the link?
Yeah, or just DM me or click on the link and you'll see us.
You'll see us there.
Get on the call.
We'll talk it up.
Alright, guys.
Zoom call now.
Open Q&A with Samir, man.
We'll be able to go into more details for all you guys.
We've got 30 minutes and we'll stop there.
Alright, cool.
Come on over, guys.
We're gonna keep the stream going on Castle Club, so come on over, guys.
Join Castle Club.
Bro, $35 a month is a fucking steal.
Get in there while you can, man.
Let's go ahead and do this Zoom call.
Alright.
So, guys, we're ending on YouTube and Rumble.
The stream's gonna continue on, though, obviously, on Castle Club.
We're gonna start in, like, a minute.
Just take a quick pace and everything like that, and then reset, and we'll be back here in about two minutes, guys.
