Thank you.
And we are live.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to Freshly Podcast, regular edition.
It's Money Monday, man.
Let's get into it.
Let's go. Let's go.
Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go. Let's go.
We're back.
What's up, guys?
Welcome to Freshman Podcast, man.
We got a Money Monday call-in show here, guys.
It's been a business.
We've done one of these.
Yes.
Call into the show, 646-490-0394.
Again, the number to call in.
I think a lot of you guys...
We had a couple of you guys actually on the line with us.
Yeah, somebody heard...
Young Kale heard our conversation.
Heard our conversation.
So I might as well just say it out there.
I just literally lost like five minutes ago my fucking verification on Twitter.
So, man, it is what it is.
And it's funny because it's like...
This is the second time now.
So I had a verified organization.
We had a check there.
Then I got it.
I lost it.
Then I bought it again, which is expensive, by the way, and then they just took it down again.
So, whatever.
It is what it is, dude.
It's just part of the game, man.
I mean...
Yeah.
Yeah, if you disagree on H1B visas, you disagree with Elon, you ratio him three times in a day, I don't know, maybe he'll hold some resentment.
I'm just gonna say Instagram's better.
Instagram's better.
I think Instagram's worse.
That's better.
Bro, there ain't no...
Meta has even less free speech.
Well, Dana White's now on the board of directors for Meta, so shout Dana White!
Is he really?
Uncle Dana's in there, bro.
So we're good to go.
Since when?
Since today.
Since today.
He's now on the board of directors for Meta.
We need our accounts back then.
I'm working on it.
Okay.
Yeah.
Yeah, well.
Anyhow, either way.
Elon Musk's a fraud, bro.
Yes, bro.
Yes, like, this is the free speech app, and then...
D-verify people.
Listen, the app was never free speech.
It was a honeypot.
That's what he said, though.
No, no.
I'm telling you what it was.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
But I'm saying, like, dude can't stick to his word.
And that's why he's getting, like, shit on all over the place.
He gets ratioed all the time and everything.
Because, like, contrary to what people think, like, all the bots say, oh, freedom of speech isn't freedom of reach.
That is the most stupid, asinine concept I've ever heard.
Because if you don't have freedom of reach, there's no point to have freedom of speech.
So the whole point of freedom of speech is to create a marketplace of ideas, right?
If you want to go ahead and create a marketplace of ideas, you need to allow all the ideas to reach that marketplace of ideas.
So if you're going to sit there and say, oh, free speech, which basically means unrestricted speech, that means you must also be unrestricted from reaching the marketplace so that people could compete.
So if you do have a bad idea, the marketplace and the people dictate what dictates what's valuable and what's not.
Versus having these organizations come in and filter information that they don't like, right?
Or they might not want people to know.
And then we run into problems like that.
Look at the COVID mandates.
They locked us up in our houses for two years.
Made us wear masks.
Now what?
And get jabs.
We're not doing it now, are we?
But a big reason why they did that is because they heavily controlled the information that was going out where you couldn't get dissenting information on COVID for years.
Yeah.
You'd get a banner.
If you made a video about it, you'd get a banner.
You'd get a strike.
You know, the election.
If you talked about the election for a while, they would suppress that information.
But now you can talk about it.
So it's very interesting how it's banned up front under misinformation.
But misinformation nowadays merely means being ahead of the curve.
So if you're going to sit there and say, oh, this is a free speech app, you cannot have free speech without freedom of reach.
It doesn't make sense.
Not having reach is completely antithetical to the concept of free speech.
And then some other idiots, low-IQ idiots like YouTubers, say, oh, well, Myron, just because you have freedom of speech doesn't mean you have freedom to get paid.
They have terms and regulations and all this other bullshit.
Well, no, not really, because I'll tell you why.
If you're demonetized, I would argue someone demonetizing you on a free speech app is actually worse than a banning, and I'll tell you why.
If they demonetize you and leave you on a platform, they use you as an example to everyone else, To impart their will.
Because there's a chilling effect.
Oh, we don't like what you said?
We're going to demonetize you.
And look, everybody, if you do or say anything that he did, y'all are going to get demonetized too.
What does that do?
That literally takes everyone else's ability to speak freely away.
So, you can't sit there and say it's a free speech app and then not stand on it ten toes down.
Because any type of censorship is censorship.
Censoring freedom of the reach, censoring monetization, all this other shit.
It is a form of censorship.
And I find it interesting, right?
Because they always start with demonetizing you, shadowbanning you, etc.
This is exactly how YouTube started their censorship regime.
Oh, demonetize first, shadowban, and then at some point you get banned.
That's just how it goes.
So it's the slippery slope where you give them an inch, they're going to take a mile, and it creates problems.
That's why whenever there's an encroachment on your freedom of speech, you need to fight it vigilantly because it never ends there.
It keeps going.
Censorship always keeps growing.
It's like a fucking snowball going down a hill.
It just gets bigger and bigger and bigger.
Because the more you censor, the more comfortable they get, the more control they have, and then your ability to fight back against censorship gets diminished as they get stronger.
Well, here's the problem.
Platforms are not America first, they're business first.
Which means, if you do bad business for them, you're out.
No, because Elon Musk literally said this is a free speech app, and he specifically referred to the First Amendment.
Which is an American amendment based on our constitution.
Like, if this was YouTube or one of these other private companies that clearly censors and it doesn't matter, fine.
There's a reason why I'm not over here getting mad at YouTube for demonetizing.
Like, it sucks, but it is what it is.
They're a private company.
They're super woke.
If you're not a liberal, you're going to get censored on YouTube to some degree.
But on Twitter, where Elon literally said, freedom of speech is the bedrock of a democracy.
The First Amendment is important.
We must protect it.
Fuck no, bro.
Like, no.
That's ridiculous.
And another thing, too, for all the idiots out there, there's case law out there that proves that hate speech is actually still protected under the First Amendment.
I think there's a landmark case, Tolton v.
U.S., or something like that, where they found that hate speech is subjective in itself, because what might be deemed as hate speech to one person might not necessarily be deemed as hate speech to someone else.
So, since there's a subjective interpretation around it, They can't make case law around it because that would end up restricting the free speech.
So that is why, in most situations, assuming the speech doesn't lead to violence or anything else like that, hate speech is almost always widely protected in the United States for that very reason.
So if Elon Musk is going to come in and say, I bought this app to bring back free speech because I think free speech is a bedrock of democracy, and then you cite the First Amendment of the United States as the basis of your claim...
Then you need to fucking stand on that shit.
And that's why Elon Musk is getting rolled on Twitter right now.
People are ratioing him.
I ratioed him three times in one day on stream.
Like, this is bullshit, bro.
It's complete bullshit.
So, anyway.
That's my stance on freedom of speech.
We knew that this shit was probably going to happen at some point.
So it is what it is.
I'm still going to be on there posting.
Don't worry, guys.
You can't.
The reach will still happen.
Free speech is dead, bro.
It's keeping thousands of you is dead.
Everyone knows this.
It is dead.
Well, we got to fight to maintain what we have left, man.
Can't fight them.
This nigga, bro.
To not going anywhere.
Keeping it real, bro!
It's not going nowhere!
Yeah, but that attitude isn't helping.
We have to take a stand for this shit, because if we don't, it gets worse and worse and worse.
Do you know what Yelon bought X? I know why you bought X. Oh yeah, to get people's information.
Then you know it's not real!
Yeah, to get people's information and collect and shit like that.
You're fighting to get back something that was never there.
It was never about free speech.
It was about getting your information.
Oh, I know who this person is now.
Get him out of here.
That's what it was.
Well, he obviously wants to exert control as well.
Control, that's it.
You know what I mean?
But I do think that you've got to take a stand and fight it.
You know what I mean?
We can't just sit there and be like, oh, well, free speech is dead.
All right, just let it happen.
No, man.
We've still got to still fight for the freedom of speech because, like I said before, this is how it begins.
This is how it begins.
This is how totalitarian governments occur.
This is how...
Orwellian governments occur.
This is how dictatorships occur.
Off of shit like this where if you don't stand up now, you're going to fall later.
It's inevitable.
Right?
If that means we've got to stand up to Elon Musk and call his dumb ass out.
Because here's the thing.
He's going to make like an ex-pay.
He's going to make like an ex-thing, money app, all this other shit.
Who wants to do chips?
All this stuff.
Like, fuck no.
Like, no.
Well, I think the whole microchip shit is bullshit anyway.
But the point is that we have to nip this shit in the butt right now.
How?
People gotta use their platforms and speak out against it.
Enough pressure will make him change.
Because the thing is this.
Elon also likes to be liked.
He wants to be liked.
By certain people.
That have power and money.
Not us.
We're nobody, Sam.
No, no, no.
He wants to be liked by the general masses.
And the general masses follow their favorite people.
If you're an influential individual with a voice, right?
He wants not just you, but your people to like him.
Because that's why he lost a lot of money buying X, FYI. He lost a lot of money.
He gained it back, by the way.
His biggest sponsor.
No, I doubt X is profitable.
It's not profitable, but his sponsors are profitable.
Yeah, but that's what the other endeavors.
No, X too.
No, there's no way X is profitable, bro.
No, no, not from the platform, but people putting money into X. Investors?
Your friends.
Bro, listen, I'm all for having platform to speak.
He gave you all that for a little bit and took it away.
Listen, we're fighting a battle we can't win.
What I do say is you can exercise free speech, but not on their platforms.
Gotta have your own.
At least.
Or, have a platform that's not a mainstream, like a membership.
Then you can do it.
Other than that, they're just gonna kick you off at some point.
Well, I mean, I don't know, man.
I think we're just taking this shit, you know, sitting down, and that's not good.
You know what I mean?
Because this is how it always begins.
It always begins this way.
The next thing you know, you're in a fucking totalitarian state, and if we don't take a stand for it, we're cooked, man.
We're absolutely cooked.
Again, I mean, I don't...
Like, it's annoying, but...
Actually, funny, I got my most growth when I fucking wasn't verified.
Interestingly enough.
When I was unverified, I was gaining like 5,000 to 7,000 followers a day.
So I was actually gaining more.
So if you...
The point is, yeah, will your reach be limited to a degree?
Yeah.
But if your content is good, people are gonna fucking find you anyway.
You know what I mean?
You can still grow without a verification check.
It's just that it's the principle for me that pisses me off.
It's the principle.
Like, bro, you came in saying you were going to do this?
All you've proven is that I mean, we knew this anyway.
You can't trust billionaires.
He's a globalist.
Business first.
He's not an American nationalist.
He's a globalist.
Let's see what happens, though.
Let's see what happens.
Money Monday.
Call-in show.
Who's up first?
Frank is going crazy.
Good to be back.
Yes, for no call-ins.
Sorry, guys.
I'm really tired, man.
I slept like two or three hours.
This fucking guy called me and woke me up, man.
I couldn't go back to sleep.
All right.
3546, you're up.
3546, you are up.
Told you the news.
What's coming?
Bro, you could have waited, man.
Did he?
He just left?
Just left?
Well, 3505, you're up.
3505, you're up.
Hello.
Holy shit, I'm on the show.
You are, man.
What's up?
What's up, man?
This is Young Tail, by the way.
Oh, bro!
You heard the conversation!
Yeah, I was eavesdropping, bro.
I was like, what the hell?
That's what happened last time on the show, too.
After you ended, I could hear you guys talking, just so you know.
Oh, wow.
Nah, thanks for letting us know.
You guys fix that.
First of all, thank you, Myron and Fresh.
I've been watching you guys for like two years now.
You guys have had been...
A good influence to me.
And just shout out to you guys.
But I was going to ask a question about, so I got this new job where I'm making pretty decent money, so I need to figure out where I'm going to put this money.
I was thinking to buy a duplex or I might buy a house that's run down and try to flip it as I live there.
But the issue is I have to live there for two years.
So Myron, I know you're a big real estate guy.
I want to hear your opinion.
So you said it's a duplex and you've been living there for two years?
It should be one year.
It's only...
Oh, wait.
It's one?
Yeah, you're not there for one year.
You got an FHA loan, right?
Oh.
Yes, FHA. Yeah, bro.
After a year, you can move out.
Oh, I thought it was two.
Okay.
Well, would you do a duplex or would you go with a rundown house and then flip it?
That really depends on how much money you have.
So if you have...
Very little capital, you'll probably have to do another FHA loan.
And I think you can have up to like five.
You can have up to five FHAs?
Yeah.
I think you can use up to five.
Four to five, yeah.
But yeah, it depends on how much capital you have.
If you have a lot of capital, you can stay where you're at and just buy as an investor.
Put your 20% down and you'll be fine.
If you don't have a lot of capital, then you'll have to go ahead and use another FHA loan and then move out to the place that you're in, rent it out, and then move into the next one.
How much money do you have, bro?
Nothing.
I'm in debt right now.
You need to focus on that first, bro.
No, homie.
I know that's the point, but in the future.
I'm 20 and I'm making $120 a year.
And how much debt are you in?
$6,000.
Not the worst, bro.
But you don't have any savings?
No.
Yeah, because this training for the company, I'm a home inspector, and the company does unpaid training, and so I was in training for five months unpaid.
Yeah, bro.
Four days a week, 12 hours a day.
It's probably going to take you a bit to save up that capital, but step one is getting out of your credit card consumer debt, because I'm assuming it's consumer debt.
Yeah, because that has the highest interest rate, and then from there, then you start building up your little war chest to get your next deal.
Okay.
Cool.
And then, did you see Top G's political account just got taken down?
This is random.
Yeah, bro.
Dude, I don't know what happened.
Like, on X, like, a bunch of accounts just went down or had some fuck shit happen.
Like, we lost our organization badge, our blue badges, Andrew Tate's bruv campaign got deactivated.
Like, a bunch of fuck shit's going on.
And, Myron, I gotta thank you.
You're like my number one cracker, bro.
You're fighting for these white people with these H1Bs, bro.
Nobody else is talking about it.
Oh, man.
Hey, man, I mean, like I said, I call a spade a spade, bro.
I mean, I don't think it's a white problem or a black problem or a colored problem.
I think it's an American problem.
We need to stop bringing in foreign, you know, cheap labor that takes away from American jobs, right?
And that's an issue.
It's a huge issue.
So we need to focus on really making it America first and ensuring that...
We're not prioritizing the needs of foreign nationals for cheap labor, right?
And the reason why is actually what got me in trouble with Twitter and Elon Musk was because Elon Musk was advocating for the H-1B visa.
Obviously, he's biased because he comes from a tech world, and in the tech world, H-1B visas are literally their lifeline.
When Elon took over Twitter, one of the first things he did was he fired, like, 70% of the staff and put a bunch of H-1B visa hires in.
So this is literally how tech companies maintain profitability is through the H-1B visa.
So when I said, yo, this is bullshit, this is a scam visa that's used to prop up industries like tech, migrant workers, etc., and it takes away American jobs, he don't like that.
And then Vivek Ramaswamy, also a fraud, went ahead and agreed, oh yeah, yeah, H-1B visas are great because it allows us to bring in the best and the brightest.
No, fuck it doesn't, bro.
Get the O-1 visa, EB-1, EB-2, like...
I mean, you're not going to pull the wool over my eyes.
I know immigration better than both of them combined.
It's a scam visa.
And a lot of people on X feel that way, right?
Anyone that's conservative that understands how immigration works in America understands that the H-1B visa is a scam.
So it's just that most people are scared to talk about it because they don't want to disagree with Elon, right?
They want to be able to maintain these relationships.
I mean, I was really disappointed during that whole thing.
Alex Jones, Patrick David.
Yeah, I know.
All these big right-wing creators.
True colors, man.
Come on.
They all started cucking for Elon and Vivek.
And I was like, what the fuck is this shit?
Are you guys right-wing?
What the fuck are you guys doing?
Are you over here advocating for more foreign workers?
Am I in a clown world?
But they've infiltrated the Republican Party.
A bunch of billionaires, basically, that were former Democrats that are liberal have invaded and taken over.
The fucking GOP. That's what's happened.
We've literally been hijacked by tech bros in the Republican Party.
And that's the ugly truth that Elon does want out there.
I've been in politics since I was in fifth grade.
My dad used to listen to Rush Limbaugh.
And, dude, I've been on this shit for years.
And it's just...
I was down to, like, Alex Jones, man.
I used to love him.
And it's like, what the hell are you talking about?
Like, seriously.
He's getting shit on right now, too.
They're cooking him because he just keeps saying globalists instead of you-know-what.
Yeah.
Who's behind this post?
Exactly.
Who's behind it?
Yeah, this is just a personal story about the H-1Bs.
I'm a home inspector in the Seattle, Washington area, and there are so many Indians that are buying new construction houses all over this area.
And it's just very frustrating.
No, I know, bro.
Trust me.
No one knows the H-1B visa scam loophole better than I do, bro.
It's literally, there's criminal organizations that utilize it.
They have front companies that hire these guys.
It's fucked, bro.
But let's get to the next caller.
I don't want to make this an immigration podcast.
Thanks for calling again, brother.
Alright, guys.
Thank you.
Alright, man.
Talk to you later, bye.
Peace.
What was that?
How did I what?
Can you talk to Mike, bro?
So they can hear you?
So quick.
I was talking about how did you tweet so quick about the verification?
Never mind.
Oh.
Hey, man.
I got the Twitter fingers, I guess.
When I saw that shit so quick, bro.
Yeah, y'all didn't even see me do it.
A few seconds, man.
Knock it out.
He put it on the buffer.
He scheduled it.
Yeah, but it's trending on Twitter right now.
I'm seeing a bunch of people retweeting it and shit and posting it up.
Bro, I had that shit in the drafts.
I heard freshers warning the whole time and scheduled the tweet.
You're sticking ball, man.
7736, you're up 7736.
7736, you are up.
Hello?
What's up, man?
Can you guys hear me?
Yeah, we can.
Okay, cool.
So I just had a quick question.
So I'm about to start a job that makes multiple six figures.
And I really like the job.
And it's going to be kind of my main focus for a while.
Just because of the hours, it's going to be really long hours.
So I was wondering if there's any sort of way to save money on taxes.
Like, legally, is there a specific way to file?
Because I will be, like, a W-2 employee, so it's kind of difficult.
So I just wanted to see, like, how much I could save on taxes, like, legally without, you know, like, is there, like, a way I could offset it with, like, real estate, with, like, business?
Real estate expenses is the best way to offset your tax liability, by far.
You need to have an LLC at least, and have real estate too as well.
Yeah, real estate will help you, but if you don't have real estate, the best way to do it is by far offset it with business expenses.
Get yourself a business credit card.
We've talked about this a few times.
I don't know if we're...
I mean, we could do another one in 2025, but yeah, you definitely need a business credit card, and then just charge everything to that, and that will help offset your tax liability for the year.
Assuming you have a business.
Even with my job, even if it's like a W2 type job.
Yeah, you have your W-2 job and then open up your business as an LLC, turn it over into an S-corp.
We talked about this with Steve a few times.
Are you a Cals Club?
I am not, but I'm about to get in now that I'm out of school.
Bro, you need to get in right now, bro, because we're going to probably have Steve on a Cals Club Premium call here.
Which, by the way, guys, just so you guys know, we're running it this week.
Cals Club Premium, regular Cals Club.
Okay?
We have open Q&As on regular Cash Club, $35 a month.
Now Cash Club Premium, $65 a month.
We do even more specific Zoom calls with people that have knowledge in specific topics, like Steve Colon, our accountant.
Rob from For Doing Stocks.
Yeah.
We got crypto guys, etc.
So if you really want to get in the weeds on this stuff, you get access to a bunch of multi-millionaire successful guys that are good at what they do.
So jump in to Cash Club Premium because it's going to go up to 95. Or sorry, 98. After Wednesday, more than likely.
It's going to go up to $98.
We're keeping it open a little bit longer for you guys because we've got a bunch of emails.
Oh, I didn't get paid, bro.
Just hold on.
Because you guys want the High Value Academy?
It's all there.
You get the High Value Academy absolutely free, by the way, too.
So, three options.
If you don't have Castle Club, you can get Castle Club and Castle Club Premium for a year, $900.
Fucking crazy deal.
And you get the High Value Academy free.
If you already have Castle Club, paying your $35 a month or $17 or whenever you got grandfathered in, you can go ahead and get a premium for $500 a year.
Right?
2025 covered.
Or, if you just want to test it out and you're not sure, fine.
At least lock in at the 65 price point for the month, right?
Grandfather yourself in and get the High Value Academy, etc.
Hell, you can unsubscribe after if you want, but I guarantee you're going to stay because premium just gives too much value.
So those are three things.
Links are below.
Get in there, bro.
Especially for someone like you because this is a very nuanced question that you should be asking our accountant, Steve, and he be in our Zoom calls.
But generally speaking...
Yeah, I just wanted to kind of float that question out there.
Generally speaking, business...
I remember you were talking about...
Listen, alright?
Generally speaking, the way that you're more than likely going to have to offset your business, your taxes, is through your business versus real estate.
Because unless you have the capital to actually get real estate, etc., that might take some time.
But it's way easier to start a business to start generating money from that and then writing those expenses off.
Okay.
Real estate is a high barrier to entry.
Does that make sense?
I'm sorry, what was it?
I said real estate is a high barrier to entry.
So unless you got like a good amount of capital where you're putting in, because even with the FHA loan, you still got to put 3.5% down and you got to do closing costs.
And reserves too.
So that's still going to be a sizable amount of money, bro.
Yep.
Unless you live like in the boonies somewhere where houses are like 30K or some shit like Detroit.
But then you wouldn't want that anyway.
No, I'm in California right now, but I'm looking to get the fuck out of here.
Yeah, you cook.
You might not be able to afford it.
Where in California?
LA. Yeah, you cook.
You got cooked.
It's a job I can take anywhere, so it's...
I'm not that worried about...
If you want to get in real estate, you got to get the fuck out of LA. Holy.
You got Vegas, Texas.
Is there anywhere you would recommend going?
Go to Vegas.
Vegas.
But Vegas is going up in price, though.
So you gotta make that move within the next year or two, to be honest with you.
Because Vegas is starting to even get expensive.
Alright.
Thank you.
Appreciate it.
Go watch our episode that we did with Ryan Pineda.
We actually talk about this.
He just dropped it today, by the way.
The wealthy way.
Yeah, I'll check that out and I'll get in the Castle Club, too.
Get in there, nigga.
Take action.
Take action, bro.
A lot of you guys are Money Monday masturbators.
Who's up next?
7, 3, 6, 4, you're up.
7364, you're up.
Hello, you hear me?
Yo, here we can.
Hey, Myron Fresh.
I got a question for you guys.
So I got 10K saved in the bank.
I want to know what I should be doing next with this money.
Should I just keep saving?
Should I just keep working and saving?
My expenses are really low.
How much do you make a year?
35, 40k.
Depends.
My hours are kind of weird.
Alright.
How old are you?
22. What do your monthly living expenses cost, roughly?
Not much, I think.
500, 600. You live with your parents?
You live with your parents?
Yeah, I'm living with them right now.
So I'm able to save a lot.
So you're only spending about $500 a month?
Something like that, yeah.
Just like $350 for rent.
And everything else I'm just trying to save.
I don't really spend much.
Yeah, good.
I would say, bro, for you...
Let's say you spend $500 a month, right?
$500 a month times $12...
Damn, I'm fucking...
Drawing a blank here.
60?
So that's like 6k a year?
Yeah.
Yeah, I would say keep that 6k saved and then use the other 4, or I would build up your savings.
Sorry guys, I'm like half asleep right now.
The other 4,000 that you have left, use that to invest.
And the reason why I say this is because you want 6 months to 1 year of savings.
So for you, since you spent so little, 6k seems to be what you need for a year.
Your rainy day fund.
Yeah.
Don't think that you got $10k.
Think that you got $4k and build that up.
Does that make sense?
So I got $4k.
Like that $6,000?
That $6,000 should be somewhere where it's liquid and you can always get access to it.
I don't care if you want to withdraw it in cash and put it in a safe.
You want to put it in a random checking account where you always have access to it.
But that $6k needs to always be available rain, hail, or shine if something ever happens to you.
And then that $4k that you have, build that up and then invest that.
That's what I would say.
Okay.
What is your thoughts on passports, multiple passports?
Should I go with that?
I have dual citizenship already.
I can get another one for another.
Yeah, with what country?
I have Bolivian.
The country's a shithole, bro.
It's a useless passport, nigga.
Yeah, also, I can get Salvadorian, too.
Another shithole country.
What the fuck, man?
Yeah, I got a bunch of nationalities, man.
Yeah, bro, I mean, you could carry the passwords, bro, but it's not going to happen.
You're an American citizen, right?
Yeah, I am, but, I mean, just for, you know, you never know.
Well, look, bro, if you need to escape Dodge and get out of Dodge, bro, you can actually go to Bolivia, so keep it.
You never know.
Yeah, I'm not saying to renounce your citizenship, but, like, I think he's speaking out about it more like...
From a capitalist opportunity perspective?
Yeah.
Those countries ain't gonna give you shit, bro.
It's good to have, though.
Yeah, of course.
You need to go somewhere or whatever.
You want to bring down your cost of living.
Great.
But, like, there's a reason why people come to America to work here, to make the money.
Then they leave after they make the money.
And retire.
Does that make sense?
Yeah.
Yeah, I mean, I just wanted to ask, this is my last question.
I was thinking of, like, moving to one of these countries and just, like, living off, like, savings or interest.
Maybe in the future when I have a lot saved up.
Because it's very cheap in these countries.
Yeah, well, you don't want to live off your savings, bro.
You got to buy assets that pay you money.
Then you could go ahead and live in a poor-ass country where that money goes further.
But you need to build up the assets first.
Right now, you don't got no assets.
Yeah, I'm very good.
So, I just wanted to see if I was on the right path.
My trade's good.
It's very high, you know.
My savings are up right now.
I'm just trying to keep...
Grinding for like five minutes.
Bro, look.
You need to focus on making $10k a month passively in your sleep.
Well, first focus on making $10k a month.
Then, after you make $10k a month, focus on making $10k a month passively in your sleep.
Rain, hail, or shine, you're getting $10k a month.
It's going to take a lot of time, but like you said, if you're able to do that, then you could go...
To Bolivia, El Salvador, these shithole countries you mentioned, and then use that to your advantage because that money's going to go a lot further.
Even Colombia.
But you need to build up that well of wealth first by buying assets that pay you back passively.
So step one, you only got $4K to invest, not $10K. Step two, save more money.
Step three, buy assets that pay you back passively.
Step four, make more money.
Make $10,000 a month.
Then...
Once you have all that set up, then you can focus on potentially leaving and going somewhere cheaper.
All right?
But no, you're on the right path, bro.
I know you just wanted to make sure that you're okay, but yeah.
Or learn a new skill as well with your money.
Certificate, get into a career that's going to pay you more money, because honestly, the money you're making now is not much, bro.
So, you know?
Level up, bro.
All right.
All right.
Cool.
Next, we have 2788. You are up.
2788. You are up.
What up, brothers?
How are you?
What's up, man?
Is that one, Chess?
Yeah, you're right.
What's up?
What's up, man?
Hey, nice workout today.
I saw on your IG, Fresh.
Thank you, bro.
Pause.
Consistent.
And thank you for the actual crate team, bro.
You gave me a gift, dude.
Shout out to you, man, for supporting.
I'll take it tomorrow when I go to the gym.
This is Cratein...
What is this?
Cratein Monohydrate?
Monohydrate.
Thank you, bro.
Yeah, brother.
Thanks, dude.
I made myself some right now, but don't want to take too much of you guys' time.
Just wanted to do a shout-out.
You guys rock.
You guys changed my life.
This week, on just my side business, because you know I do 80 hours of trucking, I do HTT with online personal training on the side with Brandon Carter, and that's just a side hustle, right?
This week, I made $5,224.
That's just from January 1st to today, six days into the year.
Wow.
That's just from my side training.
New Year's.
So, yeah.
Just wanted to shout out to you, Brandon Carter, Casa Club Premium.
Learning a lot from them and theirs.
So, props to you guys.
Praise God.
Thanks a lot, man.
Yo, listen.
This guy's doing work.
Online and offline.
Yep.
And he's training people to better their health.
So shout out to you, bro.
Doing a good service.
That's a full-time job and running a fitness business.
Good service, bro.
That's where you guys want to be.
Thank you.
All right.
All right, bro.
Who's up next?
All right.
2052, you are up.
2052, you are up.
Give me one second.
Give me one second.
Hold up.
Okay, Emmett.
Yeah, we can hear you, bro.
Yeah, we got you, bro.
Go ahead.
We can hear you, bro.
Alright, what's up?
How you guys doing?
Doing good, man.
How you doing, bro?
Alright, so basically I had a couple questions.
I'm in kind of a rough position right now.
What you got?
I live in Canada.
I live in Canada right now.
I'm trying to leave this country as soon as possible.
I feel you.
Well, Trudeau just resigned, bro.
So, Canada might be saved.
Make Canada great again.
Well, y'all niggas are a cook.
I ain't gonna lie.
That's what I'm saying.
Honestly, I don't...
Even though he did just resign, I still don't have much faith in this country.
Because even the people here, like, people here are really stupid.
They're growing shit.
So basically, my question was, like, how to get financially better.
I'll tell you more about my situation.
So I'm 22 right now.
I'm about to be 23 in March.
I just moved from Toronto to...
I'm more remote area, so I'm kind of like, I'm just working at McDonald's, trying to get as many hours as possible.
I have a really bad drinking problem that I'm trying to stop.
That's kind of eating away my money as well.
I try to stop drinking, but when I do, I get really bad withdrawals and stuff.
So I don't know how to function without alcohol.
Yeah, my parents are divorced, and How old are you?
How old are you?
How old are you?
I just want to know, like, any advice I can get.
I'm in a really desperate spot right now.
Like, earlier today, I was like...
I literally thought I was about to die because I was, like, at work and shit.
And I was, like, going through withdrawals and stuff.
And I'm like, fuck, bro.
How much longer can I do this shit for?
I probably can't continue doing this shit for much longer.
Yeah.
Like, I drink a lot.
Like, a lot, a lot.
So, I just like to hear, like, what I can do.
You know what I'm saying?
Like, moving forward and shit.
So, listen, man.
I actually understand your scenario because you're going through a lot.
Your parents are divorced.
You're a lot back and forth.
You're working a shitty job.
You're probably feeling down and out of luck.
But the question is for you.
You said you want to make a change, right?
Yeah, I do.
All right, so new year, new goals, new scenarios.
The main thing here is that like your current situation, you have bad habits.
So the only way to get rid of bad habits is to change those habits and replace them with new ones.
So this is what I used to do because I had a problem with...
Too much grills, jerking off, all that shit.
And it's more so replacing bad habits with good habits.
Drinking, however, is an actual drug.
I think drinking is a drug itself because they don't call it a drug, but it's an accessible drug they give to you that you can buy from your store, right?
Because you rely on it, you get a little bit sad, you drink, you feel better.
It's almost like a release or a relief at some point.
So, what I'm telling you is that you've got to reverse...
Engineer this by saying, okay, my vice, my habit is to drink whenever I feel sad or out of place.
You need to find a substitute for that.
Now, I don't know what that is for you, but for me, it was actually playing games with friends.
So if I ever felt like I wanted to squeeze going out or do some dumb shit, I'll call my friends over and play games with them.
Now, if they weren't available, I'll play online game by myself, and that's why I stay focused on not doing these things.
You've got to find something for you to replace that habit, and understand, where do you want to end up?
Because drinking like this, It may end up killing you, bro.
You may end up getting issues with your liver.
You may end up dying for another reason.
The point is that, like, it may end up killing you, bro.
And you want to live right to help your family out, maybe have your own family one day, and succeed in life.
You're in Canada, bro.
I know it's shitty over there, but you want to leave Canada and get a new way out.
When I left Barbados, bro, and I came to America, it actually opened up my eyes to see what's possible.
Leaving your environment is going to help you too as well.
But, in the meantime, you've got to figure out how to kind of curve that habit and put something in that place.
To replace that.
Now, do you have any things you could do to replace the habit of drinking?
That you know of?
I mean, shit, I used to be, like, into...
I don't know, I used to have hobbies.
Not for, like...
Not, like, I'd say, like, professionally or anything.
I would just kind of just do it for fun.
I would, like, make music and stuff.
And I would just kind of do my thing.
It's kind of hard to explain.
Like, I just...
I'll just do whatever, you know what I'm saying?
Do you do alone or do you just do it with friends?
Do you drink alone or do you drink with friends?
Well, since I moved up here, I don't really have friends like that.
I have, like, I say associates and shit, you know what I'm saying?
I've chilled with some of my co-workers outside of work, but nothing really on a deeper level because I'm pretty different from most people around here.
I would say I'm into different things than most people.
All right, bro.
Nobody here really...
All right, bro.
Since you're alone, for the most part, you need two jobs, bro.
At least two or three jobs.
Because if you're that busy and focused doing jobs, you don't have time to go drink and do some dumb shit.
At this point, bro, from me hearing what you got to say, bro, you want to make a change, but you're not taking action to make a change.
Action is get two jobs or get something that's going to be a hobby you can work on while you're not working, so you're focused on that.
And then in your free time, instead of drinking, you either...
Find somebody to talk to, or maybe visit your parents, but you can't be drinking, bro.
That's like putting yourself back 10 paces.
You're trying to move forward 10 paces, you're drinking, taking it way back.
I got a friend that drinks every single time he streams, right?
I talk to him every single day.
Bro, cut that shit out.
But it's like, for him, instead of drinking, he should do something differently on stream.
Maybe eating.
Something else.
But when you drink alcohol, bro, you end up acting like an idiot.
And to be honest with you, bro, it doesn't help anything.
It makes you more sluggish, more of a...
And, bro, like, you might end up throwing up.
The point is that, like, bro, it doesn't do anything good for you.
So, weighing the good and the bad, you need a different habit to replace that.
Now, again, I think working another job might help you, but, bro, you gotta do that shit ASAP, bro, because you may not die.
I had a friend, bro, 25 years old, went blind from drinking, bro.
Done.
Cooked.
Oh, shit.
Remember, it's fucked.
Can't see.
Yes, nigga!
Bro, you can end up dying, too.
Bro, your liver shuts down, bro.
Yeah, I know.
I can end up dying.
And, dude, in Barbados, drinking is 16 years old whenever you start.
So, at 16, we're drinking alcohol from there.
So, imagine, like, you going blind or even dying, bro.
It's not worth it.
Right.
You know?
I mean, what leggings are you going to have?
A drunk guy working at McDonald's?
That shit sucks, bro.
What are you doing?
It's a new year, bro.
Yeah, I know.
Yeah, I really fell off, you know what I'm saying?
Like, even, yeah.
You know what I'm saying?
I'm in a bad position.
Bro, we all fall off, bro.
Nigga, I had a terrible year last year.
I lost a bunch of money in my car business.
It failed.
Like, I fucking felt like shit.
But guess what?
I can't stop now.
I got family to take care of, employees to deal with, a business partner.
I got a girl that, well, she's toasted now, but...
The point is that, like, bro, you gotta do shit, bro.
You know, like, you can't just sit there and be like, ooh, who's me?
Create new habits, bro.
Get two jobs.
That way, when you miss more money, save the best, invest in yourself, learn a skill, and get out of Canada, bro.
Play sucks.
Yeah.
Another thing I wanted to mention is I do got some pending charges right now.
It's for assault with a weapon.
I'm trying to get it clear for my record.
I don't have a record right now.
Holy!
I'm hoping.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Listen.
Bro.
I think he might need some more help than me, bro.
But listen, I'll say this, bro.
Right now, you're in a tough spot.
It's going to pass.
We've had people that were rock bottom, now millionaires.
Lost it again, made it back.
If they can do that, you can bounce back.
But that gun charge, bro, like, I don't know how you do it.
How do you do it again?
Wait, wait, wait.
No, no, no.
It's not a gun charge.
It's just assault with a weapon.
The weapon's not a gun, though.
Oh, you hit somebody.
Assault with a weapon?
Assault with a weapon.
I don't want to go into details.
The charges are just assault with a weapon.
Alright.
Well, I don't know how it works in Canada.
I don't know how it works in Canada, but...
Get some professional help, bro.
I don't know.
Does Myron want to say anything about this?
Because I know he's pretty quiet right now, but...
Did you drink alcohol today?
Yeah, I'm drinking right now.
Yeah.
Yeah.
So, this is what we're gonna do.
You're on your cell phone, right?
Yep.
Alright.
You're gonna put the phone on speaker.
You're going to take what you're drinking right now and put it in the fucking sink.
You're gonna dump it out and you're gonna put it in the trash.
And then I wanna hear all the other fucking alcohol you have in your house get thrown in the trash.
Right now.
Um...
Okay, fuck.
That's hard.
No, no.
I ain't gonna lie.
Oh, we're here.
We're here.
We got time today.
You're gonna take that bottle.
What are you drinking right now?
Just some fucking shitty beer.
Yeah, you're gonna dump that in the sink right now.
And I want to hear the faucet running when you dump it in.
Do it right now on the phone.
Okay.
Put on speaker.
And after that, then what?
Don't worry, I'm going to walk you through it.
Okay, don't mind the background noise because I'm living in a small apartment, right?
That's fine.
Just go to your kitchen sink right now and dump that shit and turn the faucet on.
Still there?
Still there?
Yeah, I'm still here.
Alright.
I don't hear the faucet running.
Alright.
No, can you hear it right now?
I'm about to pour it right now.
All right, no, turn the faucet on.
Like the...
There you go.
Yeah, that's the kitchen sink, right?
Yep.
Alright.
Dump that beer in there.
I'm going to...
You hear it?
Yep.
Yep.
Now, tell me when it's empty.
Is that water, nigga?
Or is that actual beer that you're dumping?
He's running a faucet.
He's dumping the beer into the faucet.
Yeah, yeah.
Alright.
You see, you hear the can?
Yep, I can hear the can.
Yep.
Now, this is what we're going to do.
Do you have a six-pack in the fridge?
What do you have in the fridge?
The rest isn't mine.
The rest is somebody else's.
So I'm not even touching that.
Whose is it?
It's my father.
I'm staying with my father right now.
Cool.
You're gonna dump that out too.
I'll send you the money for it.
Dump it out right now.
I'm gonna fuck if it's your father.
It could be Jesus Christ.
You're gonna dump it out right now.
I'll send you money for it.
Oh, he's not gonna be happy about that.
Oh well.
Dump it right now.
You have a problem, my friend.
Extreme fucking measures for extreme situations.
I think your dad will be fine.
Dump it out.
I'll send you the money for it.
Yo, dad, they want me to dump out the beer.
People don't come in on the thing.
I'm asking them for something.
You're getting rid of all the alcohol in the house, bro.
If he's your father, he'll understand.
I just have my dad put it in his car and lock it.
No, because you'll probably have access to it.
No, I don't even.
He keeps pretty hidden.
I've tried to in the past, and I couldn't.
Bro, this is enough for discussion.
Dump the fucking alcohol.
Now.
Tell your dad I'll send you the money for it.
Cash app, e-transfer, whatever you guys use up there in Canada.
It's fucking beer.
Who cares?
Fucking dump it.
Now.
I got PayPal.
How much are you going to send?
How much is a boost?
Probably about like...
30 bucks.
Fine.
I'll send you 100. Just fucking dump out the alcohol.
All of it.
This is enough for discussion, dude.
Do you want to change or not?
Yeah, I do.
Okay.
Well, this is step one.
Fucking dump all the alcohol now.
All of it.
You have two choices here.
You're either going to dump this alcohol and make a real change for your fucking life, or...
You're gonna continue being the piece of shit loser that you're currently right now.
Step one is to get rid of the problem in your own house.
If your dad loves you and gives a fuck about you, he'll understand what I'm doing here.
You're not gonna lose no money on this shit.
He could go buy the fucking booze later with the money I send you.
Who cares?
This isn't about money.
This is about setting a foundation and a principle and you getting a small win right now.
Trust me, because it's gonna be a lot harder than this.
If you can't fucking do this shit with me on the phone with you, you're cooked, nigga.
So fucking dump the beer right now.
This is enough for fucking discussion.
Dump the fucking alcohol.
Dump all of it.
And if you don't dump all of it, you're basically dumping your life.
This is an intervention.
I knew right away as soon as you jumped on the fucking phone you were drinking.
You have a problem, my friend.
And you need to visually...
You need to visually...
And physically, dump that alcohol to show that you can do it.
I'm holding your hand right now through the process, but you're going to need to be able to learn this skill set.
So I'm talking you through it.
We need proof, though.
So where's the booze?
Are you dumping it right now?
We need proof.
Alright.
I just cracked it open.
I'm dumping it right now.
Can you hear it?
Yeah, I can hear it.
Fuck, this is hard for me.
I know.
I call that to you.
Fuck.
I'm dumping it, bro.
I'm doing this because I really want to hear it.
Keep going.
Keep going.
What else do you have in the house?
What else do you have?
It was just the two beers.
No, you have more alcohol.
It's nine o'clock here.
Where's the vodka?
Where's the fucking Henny?
Where's the hard liquor?
Where's that?
We don't have that right now.
I don't believe you.
Just a couple beers.
I don't believe you.
You have hard liquor in the house.
I'll be honest right now.
You have hard liquor in the house.
Nah, I don't.
Yes, you do.
I don't.
I put that on my list.
I don't.
Let me know when it's done.
I don't hear no fucking...
No, it's all poured out.
It's all poured out.
It's already poured it out.
All the beer?
Yeah.
All right, bro.
No money, though.
Wait, what?
Have a happy new year.
What are you doing?
No money, bro.
What do you mean?
You scare me?
Nigga, you about to go buy some more, nigga.
No money for you, bro.
Just a lesson in.
You're learning a lesson here, bro.
How do you know?
Nigga.
Yo, bro, bro.
You're not going to fool us, bro.
I know what you're about to do.
You're going to say, yeah, 100 bucks, and then go buy some tomorrow.
I mean, either way, why would you...
Okay, so if you knew that before, why would you even say it as a thing?
Because I did this, and now, actually, I'm not going to have nothing else to drink with tonight.
This is going to be kind of hard and shit, but I do want to change.
No alcohol, bro.
You want to make a change, right?
Yeah.
We just helped you.
Like I said, the withdrawals and stuff, like, I can't just cut cold turkey.
You know what I'm saying?
I don't think you understand that this is do or die, bro.
Bro, you work at McDonald's, bro.
Bro, you're gonna have to lock yourself in a fucking room for like 24 to 48 hours, have someone just give you water, just give you food, because this is do or die, bro.
I don't think you understand the severity of what's going on here.
And look, if you could give me your father's PayPal, because your dad shouldn't be suffering for your stupidity, but, yeah, I said, I'll send it to your dad.
Send Mo your dad's PayPal.
I already have his number.
You have his number?
My dad doesn't have PayPal.
See, the problem with people like this, bro, is this problem, right?
You want to make a change, so you say, but you're drinking on the phone with us.
Which means two things.
You're saying it, reactions don't actually reflect that.
And secondly, whenever someone's homeless and they're in need of money for drugs, they don't say, Oh, I'll take some food.
They say, give me some money to go buy some more.
So I know your ass is going to say, you know what?
Yeah, I'll do it now and then go buy some tonight or tomorrow.
Which isn't cool because now you're lying to us, to our faces.
Yeah, get your dad on the phone.
Only your dad, bro.
Get your dad on the phone.
Only your dad, bro.
So I verify.
Oh, man.
Okay, give me a sec.
See?
When I pressed him on the money, he was like, oh, what about the money?
He's gonna go buy some more, bro.
Bro. Bro.
Bro.
Yeah.
Bro.
Addicted.
Yeah.
Alcohol.
But you knew from the drug.
Alcoholism is a problem, bro.
He was drinking, huh?
Yeah.
Damn.
That's some cool game right there.
Yeah, when you're an alcoholic, bro, you're drinking all the time.
I didn't even know.
As soon as he said that I have withdrawals, that means automatically he's drinking 24-7.
Because when you start to get to that point where you have withdrawals and you start shaking, you need to drink all day and have alcohol in your system to avoid the withdrawals.
Yeah, so like I said, with that being said, if I can't just stop like that...
Why is your dad not on the phone?
Where's your dad at, bro?
My dad said he doesn't want to talk, but I don't know why he doesn't want to talk.
No, I have no idea what's going on right now.
I'm being thrown into I don't know what.
Put me on speaker and I'll explain.
Put all the liquor we have in the house right now.
And they just want to get verification for you, them, I guess.
You guess?
Put them on the phone, bro.
Yeah, put us on speaker or some shit.
We don't want you talking on our behalf.
No, listen.
I don't know what's going on here.
Yeah, so let me...
Hold on.
Let me...
Hold on.
Hold on one sec.
Let me explain what's going on.
So...
Your son called into a podcast.
We're a self-improving podcast called Fresh and Fit.
It's Myron, nice to meet you.
Your son has a serious alcohol problem.
And, you know, I think step one to helping him with this is we need to remove all the alcohol in the home.
Now, I know he said, oh, I'm going to go ahead and put in my dad's car, but we all know that he probably has a key or has some ability to get in the car and drink the alcohol later.
So, we want to ensure that all the alcohol in the home is gone.
And I understand that some of that alcohol is yours.
We can reimburse you for whatever he dumped, right?
We have no problem with that, but I just don't want any alcohol in the home because he's in a very sensitive position where he's just going to be drinking, and we need to stop this thing cold turkey.
I know he's probably saying, I'm going to get withdrawals or whatever.
Well, hey, he's going to have to suffer for 24 to 48 hours.
I'm sure you might be aware of this as his father, but if he doesn't fix this problem, you know, the guy's going to have an early grave, and I'm sure as a father you can be sensitive to that.
I completely agree.
He might need rehab.
Yeah, so I think he might need rehab as well.
But like I said before, I think he spent about, or he dumped about $30 worth of alcohol that's yours, right?
It's not fair that we have him dump your property out, but I think to send a message home and keep him away from the alcohol, we have to do that.
I have no problem with...
Well, I just want to let you know, I have no problem with reimbursing you directly.
I just don't want the money to go to him because we know he's going to buy the alcohol.
That's okay.
All right.
Are you sure?
I have no problem with reimbursing you for it.
All right.
All right.
Well, if you could just do me a favor and just watch him very closely for like the next 24 to 48 hours, you might have to lock him in a room.
Might have to call off a couple days of work because the withdrawals are going to suck.
I have no locks in my house and I don't even lock my front door.
Just so you know, I'm in a neighborhood that's awesome that way.
Yeah, no, I understand.
But I'm saying for his own good because he's going to go through withdrawals and he's going to want to break out and get the alcohol.
So you might have to supervise him very closely for the next 24 to 48 hours.
Give him food, water, and stuff like that, and he's just going to have to cut the alcohol cold turkey.
It's going to suck.
It's going to be in pain, but I think he needs to go through that pain for the next 48 hours to avoid a life of pain.
Also, he may need rehab because this is kind of serious, man.
The fact that he's talking to you about this is awesome to me.
Good.
Yeah, so can you do me that favor?
Can you just watch him?
I'm aware of your podcast.
I'm aware of you guys.
I actually follow you because of my son on Rumble.
Oh, sweet.
Shout out to Rumble.
Let's go.
Just so you know.
Just so you know.
I appreciate that.
We have your son's phone number, so we're going to follow up with him tomorrow.
But can you just, for the next 24 to 48 hours, just keep a tight eye on him so he doesn't do anything stupid?
Are you serious about this, Luca?
Are you?
Oh, man.
That's awesome.
Because his mom and I have been talking about this for a while.
And the fact that the New Year's come and he does seem to be turning a corner, you know.
I understand that some people can have a couple of drinks here and there and they're okay.
And some people just can't stop.
And, yeah.
Yeah, no, I mean, your son, he clearly has an addiction here and he has an obsessive personality.
which, you know, I think if we kind of Flip it around.
He can probably use, you know, this addiction to his advantage in the future with another endeavor.
But we got to get him out of this dark hole first.
Also, if he got two jobs...
Hold on, Fresh.
Hold on.
Hold on.
So, for the next...
For 24 to 72 hours, we need to keep an eye on him.
Ensure that he doesn't get any alcohol in his system.
It's going to suck.
He's going to suffer.
He's going to beg.
He's going to cry.
He's going to be in pain.
But, hey, it is what it is.
We need to do this for, like, the next 72 hours.
I have a job that I can actually take him with me.
Awesome.
That's good stuff.
Yeah.
Because I do have to, you know, work tomorrow.
I work, so you know, background.
My youngest son, Lucas' youngest brother, is severely autistic, and I now have changed careers while looking to get help for my youngest son once he turns to 18 and over.
I now actually support Autistic and fetal alcohol syndrome kids by taking them out into the community, and I support them, basically.
Wow, all right.
Good stuff.
So you see the ramifications of alcohol every day in your line of work.
But yeah, no, we don't want to hold you guys on the phone too long.
That's the only thing I'm requesting.
We'll follow up tomorrow, because we do have your son's phone number, but just for the next...
24 to 72 hours.
You can just keep a tight eye on him, right?
If he's got a call out of work, it is what it is.
I think this is a do-or-die situation.
So if we can get over this first 72 hours, I think it's going to be significantly easier, and hopefully he can put the bottle down for good and never drink ever again from this point.
And then use that addiction mindset for something more productive, maybe the gym or something like that.
But we can cross that bridge once he gets over this alcohol problem.
Absolutely.
Well, thank you for jumping on the phone with us.
I appreciate that, and I understand that, obviously, this is a very sensitive circumstance.
This was a surprise to me.
I didn't even know that he was talking to you.
He literally was on the phone talking, and then all of a sudden he went outside.
And I was like, okay, he won the private conversation, so, you know, and, yeah.
No worries.
Well, thank you, sir, for giving us your time.
Okay, no, thank you for caring.
And Happy New Year as well.
Yeah.
Happy New Year.
All right, man.
All right.
Bye.
All right.
For all the other guys on the phone line, I'm sorry that that took a while, guys.
I appreciate you guys being patient, but obviously that's a fucking emergency situation.
The first step is to kind of get him through the pain of the withdrawals, then he can get a job after.
But right now, bro, he's in no position to work at all.
He needs rehab, bro.
I don't think he can survive.
He needs rehab ASAP. That's bad, bro.
Well, his dad's on notice now, so hopefully something can happen.
You know what I mean?
But yeah, there's no way he's gonna be able to work three jobs.
When you're an alcoholic like that, all you care about is just getting drunk.
You go to work drunk, you're waiting until you clock out, you're drinking on the job, you got your flask with you.
It's a serious problem.
Don't know a couple people like that.
It's actually one of the main reasons, guys, why I don't drink like that is because I've seen the detriments of alcohol in my friends and people I know.
It's literally fucking the devil, bro.
Alcohol.
There's a reason why we tell you guys don't drink, man.
Or avoid it as much as you can.
You know, every now and then...
Whatever, right?
If you could do it and have some discipline and self-control, but some people don't, man.
So it really is the devil.
When that nigga went blind, that scared the fuck out of me, bro.
I said, hell no!
I don't want to drink alcohol at all.
Alcohol is literally the devil's fucking tonic, man.
Alright, who's up next?
3744, you are up.
And Mo, please keep his number saved.
I'll text it to you.
I'll message you.
I'll just message it to you.
Alright, what's up, man?
Hey, how's it going, guys?
Great to be on the show.
Been following you guys for a while.
I'm kind of curious on what you guys feel about just the housing market with what's going to happen soon.
I know Trump plans on putting tariffs.
I was talking to my real estate agent today, and she was saying we get a lot of our building supplies, supposedly, from Canada.
So building...
It's going to be way more expensive.
Yeah, we get a good amount of lumber.
A good amount of lumber comes from Canada, yeah.
So, I mean, what do you guys feel like is going to happen with this housing market?
Just a bit of a background, not to take up too much of your guys' time.
I was in the military the past seven years.
I just got out back in April.
And, you know, I've been looking for...
I'm in Florida, by the way.
And I've been looking for a house for a minute.
And we just decided, oh, we're going to wait, we're going to wait, we're going to wait.
You're trying to live in it?
Yeah, trying to live in it.
Me and the wife were pretty good financially.
She has 100% disability permanent total, so we'll be exempt from taxes.
Look, bro, let me be very clear on this.
It never benefits you to wait, okay?
It never benefits you to wait.
Like, it just doesn't, right?
Yeah.
Because, you know, people say that, oh, just wait when the interest rates go down.
Trump's going to come in office.
Fine.
Buy the house, control the property while you still have the ability to have the deal, and then you can refinance later.
Like, that's not a big deal.
Yeah, so...
Control the asset.
The biggest reason why I'm waiting right now is because back when I was looking, when I first got here, I only qualified for like $3.30.
Okay.
Because my wife, she ended up having a medical condition where her memory got shot.
So she forgot a couple of her credit card payments or got to take a little dip.
So we're trying to do it on just mine.
I'm coming into a settlement from a car accident.
Nothing crazy, but enough to pay off all my credit cards.
And I only have my two car payments.
And I'll qualify for something that's actually, in my opinion, you know, worth living in.
How much debt do you have?
I want to be happy now for at least 10 years.
How much debt do you have?
Right now, total for me, I'm about 50 in the hole.
Oh, bro.
But 23 of it's credit cards.
Hold on.
So 28 credit cards and the other 30 is from where?
Or the other 20?
My two card payments.
My two cards that I have.
Yeah, bro.
So you have a lot of debt.
The 28K with credit card debt.
Like, bro, this whole tariff thing and lumber, like, that's not even...
Because here's the thing.
Yeah, it's another question.
It's just a concern on the housing market in general.
Here's the thing.
If you guys feel like it's going to skyrocket or it's going to take a shit.
Okay, look.
Real estate agents, 99% of them don't even own property.
They don't know what the fuck they're talking about most of the time.
They think they know, but they don't.
Right?
Unless you're going to build a new home, you're trying to do one of these brand new builds, that whole lumber price isn't going to affect you.
It won't do shit.
Right?
We've had a housing shortage for a minute.
You know, I would say, if anything, the interest rates are going to come down when Trump's in.
But you have a bigger problem, my friend.
You got 28K and credit card debt that isn't going to leave anytime soon because credit card debt, the interest rates are so goddamn high.
Step one for you is paying off that debt, bro.
Like, I wouldn't even think about a house right now until you get that credit card stuff handled.
Because you're not going to get a loan.
I've already told my real estate agent multiple times.
You're not going to...
Bro, you need to be quiet when I'm talking.
Bro, hey, hey, hey, hey, hey, yo, yo, yo.
You called and asked for advice, right?
Mm-hmm.
Don't try to substantiate your shitty position.
Your 28K in credit card debt.
All right?
Yeah.
The discussion is over right there.
We don't need to talk about lumber or house build or my real estate agent said XYZ. Your real estate agents, 9 out of 10 of them are not investors.
Who gives a fuck what they say?
They want to sell you property.
They just want to sell you property, bro.
So your biggest thing is, quite frankly, you're not even going to get approved for a fucking loan with 28K in debt.
Your credit score is probably in the fucking shitter right now where it's not high enough.
So anything you qualify for, number one, you're not going to be able to, you know, get a house at a certain price.
And on top of that, you're going to probably get a really bad interest rate.
Terrible rates.
So you need to handle the credit card debt first.
Yeah, I know that interest rate could be horrible if I try to get something right now.
Credit card debt first, bro.
You need to focus on getting rid of that.
Fuck a house right now.
You need to rent until you get that credit card debt out of here.
I mean, like I said, that settlement's supposed to take care of that.
Waiting for it should be coming up here, hopefully, in the next...
I already told my real estate agent, my wife, I'm not buying a house until all that credit card debt is gone.
Realistically, it doesn't make sense.
The interest rate is already high enough as it is.
The fact that we'd be tax exempt is almost irrelevant.
The fact that we're buying with a VA home loan and we don't have to put anything down is irrelevant because, again, we have...
I have that credit card.
Yeah, your monthly payment is going to be through the roof with the VA loan when you don't put anything down.
So it's really, yeah, it doesn't matter.
So, yeah, dude, I think you know.
We've sat down and we've evaluated it because together we make really good money.
We probably make like $12,000 a month, if not more.
So we're in a good financial position at that.
I just want to make sure I pay off those credit cards for sure before I do that.
I just didn't know what you guys would feel on the, again, the housing market with everybody asking about, you know, buying a...
An investment home, this and that, on what you feel is going to happen with the housing market for 2025, if it's going to skyrocket or if it's going to take a dump, if we're going to hit another 2008. To talk or just to get help, bro?
I'm confused.
On...
Yo, bro.
We can move on, bro.
Yo, did you not hear us trying to stop you to say something multiple times in that little exchange?
Yes, to pay off my credit card.
I understand that.
I said it's in the works.
I know it'll be paid off within this year to be able to buy a home.
I'm just trying to figure out if it's even worth it or if we should wait or what the situation is.
What do you guys feel, again, the housing market in general?
I think you should be off all your debt, bro.
Thank you.
Okay.
Yeah.
You're literally trying to...
You're stepping over dollar bills to pick up quarters, bro.
Like, your priorities are fucked up.
Like, a house isn't even really in the question right now.
You need to focus on paying that credit card debt off first.
That'll put you in a good position to be a lendee or a lender will give you money.
You'll get a good interest rate.
Then you could talk about getting a house.
But step one is paying that credit card debt off and getting rid of that monkey on your back.
Because you're never going to be able to get the house and be able to be in a good position until you get that monkey off your back.
That's step one, bro.
Housing market in 2025, tariffs, lumber, all this other bullshit.
Like, bro, that's not even a discussion to have until you pay off this debt.
Once you pay off that debt, then go ahead and just get into the market and buy a house as soon as you can.
But you gotta pay that debt off first.
With a good deal, yeah.
Okay.
Alrighty.
Thank you guys very much for your time.
No problem.
Happy New Year.
Happy New Year, bro.
Same to you.
Alright.
What's up?
What's up next?
We have 8934. You are up.
8934. You are up.
Alright, man.
Go ahead.
Hey, man.
Can y'all hear me?
Yeah.
What's up, man?
Alright.
Alright, cool.
This question for fresh.
Starting to figure out how I can find a higher quality woman, man.
So I'm 30. I make like, I make $150K per year.
I stay by myself.
And, you know what I'm saying?
I want a long-term, I want a long-term relationship.
But, you know, currently I've just been using like dating apps.
And I got a band on here.
I'll be using like Bumble and Tinder.
Okay.
So my two problems is pretty much if she's younger and hotter, she's a 304 and she don't want a serious relationship.
They all want to be whores, really.
How old are you?
I'm 30. Okay.
And then if she's like 25 and up, she might be hot in person, but they'd be having like kids and shit and I don't really want to be a stepdad.
And then another thing, if they're 25 and up, You know what I'm saying?
She might be like a boss babe and she don't want to respect my wishes and shit.
And then I get fat hoes, man.
I'll fuck on them, but it's like they ain't attractive enough to be with a long time.
I ain't even asking for like a model.
I just want like a five or six.
You feel me?
All right.
Let me ask you this, bro, because I see where you're going with this, right, bro?
So you said you want higher quality women, right?
High quality.
So, here's the thing about quality women and high quality women, so to speak.
Usually, they show up and they're in certain environments where you're going to be at if you have the same quality.
Let me explain.
I guarantee you, dating apps don't have the best quality.
If anything, maybe Hinge has a better quality if you're going to choose dating apps to find a girl.
Maybe Hinge.
But you're looking for a type of woman that's going to be particular.
And not be a headache in certain instances.
And not be, I want to say, a boss babysitter instances.
So you're very picky about what you want, which you should be, to wife up a girl long term.
Now, the thing is that, like, right now, you're looking in the wrong places.
And to be fair with you, are you up to par is the question.
Just making money is not enough.
Like, you need to have the whole package.
And I'll tell you this because I got friends that make a lot of money.
They have girls, but they're just there for the money.
You've got to understand, like, the whole paradigm of how things are nowadays.
It's like, you need the whole package even.
I want to say maintain a girl long-term and even get her in the first place.
Or you can just pay for it and get her, but she's going to leave at some point.
So here's my thing with finding high-quality women.
Usually, they're not at clubs.
They're not on dating apps.
They're usually at a class for Pilates.
They're usually at sales classes.
They're usually at a place where it's a charity event.
And these women are not out and about.
You're not going to find them at the club or just, like, at this, like, party event.
They're going to be literally at a fundraising event, charity event, class, or maybe even the gym.
Those spots, I would say, are better for finding these women.
Now, however, this means you have to get outside, look presentable, and have a mouthpiece where you can talk to women directly.
Now, for you, do you even go outside with cold push women or do you just go to dating apps all the time?
Yeah, like...
You know, I had success in the past cold approaching, but it's like, that's what I'm saying.
She'll look good on the outside.
I'll approach her and, you know what I'm saying, get her number and whatnot.
And then when you get to know her, she like, like I said, she'll have a baby or some shit.
Or she'll just be like, like I said, I don't really, like single moms, I ain't really trying to get in a long-term relationship with them.
Understood.
And then like, maybe I need to cold approach more.
I heard like Instagram is like the way to go now.
I wanted to ask, like, how do you be finding these women on Instagram?
Do you, like, is it, like, a four page or what?
Is it in premium?
One sec.
So this way it is, right, bro?
No, I'm not in premium.
I'm on a regular cast of code, though.
This way it is, right, bro?
Your searching method, source method right now is stuck to a certain demographic and a certain type right now, which is fine.
But if you want to expand that to get a different type of woman, it's a numbers game.
You're going to have some dubs.
Some L's, and some in-betweeners, right?
And some BBWs, like you said.
It's part of the course.
But for a high-quality woman, bro, you're going to have to actually go to where they're at.
Which means you're going to have to be a part of communities, be a part of some of these groups, be a part of a, I want to say, set up where they're in your environment.
Because I'll say this right now, bro, even in Miami, it's a bunch of hoes, bro.
Sugar babies, hoes.
That's what's around us.
I have fun with it, of course.
But long term, I know what it is.
But then again, every now and then, there's one or two or maybe a couple that you see out and about.
They're actually cool girls.
But you only know from experience and talking to them directly.
So here's my thing for you to get a high quality limit.
You got to have at least in your mind that, okay, yes, I want this woman, but is she easy to find?
No.
And usually, what state are you in?
I'm in North Carolina.
Okay.
I'm at Raleigh.
Raleigh?
Yeah.
Tell you what.
This is what I used to do back in the day for more quality women, right?
I know what I want.
I know where to find it.
Instagram.
Ta-da!
Now.
You can actually put locations for Instagram, and we do this all in the course in CC Premium, by the way, which Mayer mentioned that.
We had a call yesterday, three-hour call, insane value.
But here's some game for you right now, right?
Now, hopefully your page is on par, because if it sucks, then this is not going to work for you at all.
But if it is on par, then it's pretty simple.
You go to search, explore, you set your actual location as North Carolina Raleigh, and you're going to look through all the girls.
For example, let's say there's a cool, chill, A bar or a cool gym that you know that's in the area that's a good area.
You're going to search for that gym in North Carolina or, for example, a cool spot that's like maybe a fundraiser charity event.
It doesn't matter what it is, but just a cool spot you know in the area.
And you're going to search on that tag for the location, that exact name or that exact state which you're in North Carolina.
And you're going to look through all the girls on that list of pictures and videos.
And you can see her Instagram.
You can't tell everything by Instagram, but it shows you a lot of who the person is.
And this is what I used to do.
I used to look through the girls and say, okay, cool.
Who seems to be more viable as an option?
Now, obviously speaking, you got to meet them in person, talk to them to really get the picture, but you can kind of have an idea, right?
And I just send DMs.
So I'll pick up, let's say it's like a list of like 100 girls, which is 20 that I think were hot and I think were somewhat modest if I wanted to go down that path and then send them a DM. Now...
In terms of getting outside, you want to do two strategies.
One online with Instagram, and one in person.
Like I said before, what I used to do is go to meetup.com, look for events that were in my area, entrepreneurship events, real estate events, that was my interest.
And I've had a couple girls doing that shit, and it works.
But, obviously speaking, as I got more, I guess, popping or whatever, more money, I want to have a little bit more fun.
But for you, you want to settle down and find a girl?
Simple.
She's not going to be in a club.
Probably won't be on a dating app.
Maybe Hinge, if possible.
And in-person is better.
And also Instagram as well.
Or the other route is having a social circle of guys that are established or people that are established that can refer you to girls that are in your area that are nice.
But then again, it's still a gamble.
So it's a numbers game, my friend.
It sucks to suck.
I know it's hard to find girls nowadays that are actually quality.
But then again, if you can find one, right, are you in a position to actually handle that girl and maintain it long term?
So it's three things you've got to work on.
Being a guy that's going to be able to maintain his frame and the girl.
Two, using an online approach.
I recommend Instagram.
That's what we specialize in.
My friend Casey traveled the world, Colombia, Brazil, Paraguay, Africa.
Had massive success on Instagram.
Thanks to me.
Wink, wink.
And then, of course, in person, events, social events, fundraisers.
Bro, I don't say this on camera, but I've been to a couple of fundraiser events.
Bro.
Quality is insane.
A little secret there, but charity events.
I'm telling you, bro.
It's like a cheat code.
I'm telling you, bro.
That's my advice to you, bro.
I'm in Casey's course.
Casey, I like his course when he first came on y'all's show.
You know what I'm saying?
He really helped me get my Instagram right.
Awesome, bro.
Shout out to him.
But yeah, man, these girls, man, it's just hard to find a good one.
Where's that corset you said?
So it's the CC Premium.
Yeah, we had it for CC Premium for a while.
It's closed now, though.
Well, tell you what.
Hit me on Instagram.
I'll get you in there, bro.
All right, cool.
What you want me to say in it?
Just put, um, meet a girlfriend.
On Instagram.
It's CEOFreshLifestyle.
Alright, I got you, bro.
Send it out, though.
Alright, cool.
Alright, hold on.
Alright, bro.
Alright, man.
Y'all have a good one.
Alright, later, bro.
Next caller, or you want to do some chats?
We can do some chats.
Is Chris here yet?
No.
Damn, it's already 9.45.
Yes, it is.
Yeah, we could do some chats.
Oh, it's a long one here.
All right.
Mario, listen to your punk host.
It was right.
You were wrong.
You want to use a fucking sledgehammer to get your point across.
All it has done is caused you to take Al's shout-out to Walter for trying to prolong the Fresh Fit brand.
They play the subversion game.
They play a long game.
The Jays only results in entertainment.
Oh, but no actual change.
The Fresh Fit Platform is about game, money, fitness, not the JQ. Well, BBW, I have my own channel where I discuss that stuff, so that's exactly why I have my own channel.
So, yeah, and just because you feel that way and you don't like calling out the truth and it offends you or whatever, maybe that's fine, bro.
That's, that's, then just, you don't got to tune in to the Myron Gaines X channel.
That's fine.
I'll talk about that stuff over there.
So, yeah.
This is what it is.
Guess.
Guys, can we get a Rob Moore on the forest show?
He's interviewed the taste before and could tell he was smart and could add value.
Welcome back fresh.
How do coconuts taste?
Actually terrible, bro.
Yo, what's wrong with Jamaica coconuts, bro?
It's just terrible.
I don't know what it is, but it was bad, bro.
You don't like it?
No.
It was like dry and stale.
Maybe it was the person selling me the coconuts, but it wasn't good.
God says, speaking to someone in a country with no freedom of speech, you can't just accept they're taking your freedom of speech.
If you're all going to do is roll over and accept it, then you might as well just be at a ditty party.
Yeah, man.
I mean, like I said before, I know that guy before was saying, you know, oh, don't talk about this shit, blah, blah, blah.
Like, you know, it's not beneficial.
But look, just because it's not beneficial, too, doesn't mean that other people don't get value from it, bro.
Look, that's what happens when you have a diversified podcast.
Like, you'll make content that some people like, and then you'll make content that other people don't like.
That's kind of what comes with it, man.
So, I cover politics.
I enjoy covering politics.
And that comes inevitably with covering that stuff.
So, if you don't like that, then that's fine.
That'll be on the Myron Gaines X channel.
So, separated it.
So, you don't have to watch if you don't like that stuff.
That's fine.
Just tune in to Fresh Fit, man.
We're not going to change anything that we do over here.
You can just watch this over here and just ignore the other channel.
Still game, still dating, still...
Yeah, nothing changed.
Success.
Nothing changed.
I'm just gonna do...
You know, we're not taking anything away.
We're just gonna add.
What's the next one?
Call after that 100 hit us.
I'm telling you, bro.
Yo, niggas like that, bro.
You get us some money?
Oh, I got him now.
I'm gonna go buy some more weed, some more drugs.
Yeah.
Hell no, bro.
Can't finesse me, dog.
I know your game.
Freshest dog is funny, though.
Kane Newell says, How can people hate Myron?
Trying to save lights for real.
W Myron, FNF. Appreciate that, man.
Repo Overdose?
Make a clip about this.
Nah, they'll never make a clip about this, bro.
Definitely won't.
They'll never make a clip about that.
Fresh updates, WFNF. Shout out to you, bro.
Yeah, none of this stuff ever gets clipped.
They only clip, like, the fucking rants and me saying shit.
That's all they clip.
But, again, like I said before, when you're a diversified podcast, you're gonna make shit that some people like, some people dislike, and that's kind of what comes with the territory, bro.
So, like I said, you might not like my political stances.
No problem.
Yeah.
Not gonna agree with everything.
Oh, by the way, announcement here.
I'm doing a show with celebrities now.
Starting this week.
My first show's gonna be on Wednesday.
Possibly another one Friday.
Celebrity artists, celebrities that are in the news, trending, and close friends of mine doing one-on-one shows coming to you soon.
Podcast name?
Are you gonna live stream it or are you gonna?
Live stream it.
Okay.
It's gonna be revealed on Wednesday.
Stay tuned for it.
So you got your channel for politics.
I got mine for celebrities and doing interviews.
Tune in for it soon.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Ready to go.
Jamaica was fun, but...
So wait, you're gonna do it on the vlog channel?
No, I'm gonna do it on Rumble channel, my new channel, and then we're gonna do it on Fresh and Fit as well.
Okay.
On YouTube or Rumble?
Just so the audience knows.
Where are you gonna stream it?
YouTube and Rumble.
Okay.
For Fresh and Fit or your other channel?
For both.
Okay, so it'll be...
Tell the people.
Niggas are looking confused.
So basically, I'm gonna stream it live as well on Rumble and YouTube.
So you're going to get Myron's Politics on his channel.
You get me and some special guests talking the talk and their career, how they made it, and certain avenues of life and careers and pathways.
And you're going to get as well some deep interviews and conversations between two people.
So tune in for it.
But you're going to stream...
Like what specific channels?
So you're going to stream it on just so they know.
And what's the time?
On Wednesday.
Fully.
I'll just preview it real quick.
So Wednesday I'll figure it out.
It's still in the works.
Yeah, me and Bill's right now.
All right.
But it's coming soon.
Okay.
Cool.
All right.
When are we getting another trucking episode of Big Tings of Juan?
We can work it out.
I mean, I think he lives in Alabama.
We can work it out.
LP Berserker says...
Oh, here we go.
Pick up a hundred bucks.
I appreciate everything that y'all have done and will continue to do.
Let's fucking go!
Shout out to you, bro.
There we go.
Uncle Luke.
Miren and Fresh.
I swear you both represent two parts of my personality.
My Miren side is a side of me that will curse out my manager.
My Fresh side is a side that caused me to rethink that.
Laugh my ass off.
Yeah, bro.
cause and effect man going nuclear heavy long term drinkers someone with delirium tremens needs immediate treatment in a hospital call 911 it is not safe to stop cold turkey without help yeah he needs some real help bro That's scary, bro.
That's scary.
Hardyway says, Hello!
For the guy you asked to pour away his booze, tell him to admit himself to an ER so they can treat his withdrawals.
Once he's treated, he needs to seek counseling and a support group.
Yeah, but he needs real help.
Like, real help.
Yeah, A-Anonymous.
Once he, like, kind of goes cold turkey for a bit.
That is scary.
Drinking, asking for help, but doing the activity while you're asking for help.
Wow!
Yeah.
That's bad, bro.
Yeah, because he's at a point now where he can't function unless he drinks.
Yeah.
Hands shaking and shit.
Probably starting to get dizzy.
That sucks, man.
Think of, like, having a hangover, but, like, ten times worse if you're not drinking.
I never had one.
A hangover?
Never been drunk.
I tried to, but it didn't work out.
I was in Barbados.
Where do you know who?
I was like, is this how being drunk feels?
I don't feel shit.
Oh, man.
Yeah, it was tough.
Ken Rose says, Interesting.
I was under the impression that commercial real estate was dead.
So I'm surprised investors are even breaking even, much less finding deals.
Yeah, for office buildings it is.
You're correct.
For storefronts, office buildings especially, where a lot of people work from home, it is dead.
But for mine, I think it's like a six or seven unit.
So that's, you know, if it's residential, you're fine, guys.
Residential is where it's at.
Let's see here.
Yeah, I mean, I don't know.
I don't know if I would run to be a politician, but we do have some fucked up shit here, and I do have some ideas, but we'll see, man.
We'll see.
I think in the next, like, 10 to 20 years, you're gonna see...
People, like influencers, like, start running for office.
I mean, if Tate can run.
I do think so, yeah.
Why can't you run?
Yeah, Tate's running for Prime Minister of the UK, man.
Bruv.
Sponsor now.
The Bruv.
Sponsor away at Bruv.
Campaign.
What else we got here?
You never know.
Worth a try.
What else we got?
That's it?
All right.
Let's hit another phone call and then we'll do that.
All right.
We have 9966. You are up.
9966. You are up.
9966. You guys hear me?
Yeah, we got you.
Okay, guys.
So I have a quick question.
So I'm currently at work right now.
I have a situation, so...
Yeah, you're good.
I have a situation with my brother.
So me and my brother are, like, really close.
We're, like, Tristan and Andrew type shit.
And we kind of, like, share everything type shit.
And we invested in the crypto.
We followed Charlie and Miguel's steps.
And our portfolio is currently at $14,000.
It's going to be going up to $100,000 later this year.
And the plan was to take one-third the payoff taxes.
One-third to invest into property and one-third that we split and we just invest in the stocks or whatever separately.
But I also have a kid.
And I know you guys say, like, don't get into business with any family and don't do any business partners for your first property.
But, like, me and this dude is, like, really close.
This is my brother.
Like, we've been there.
We hardly ever argue.
We hardly ever get into any disagreements.
I made $71,000 last year.
He's 25. He made like $43,000.
But his credit score is like $760,000.
My credit score is like $670,000.
So what's the question?
Are you trying to buy a real estate property?
What is the question here?
What are you trying to go into with him?
So, so, so, so my question is like, do you think it would be smart to continue doing business with someone?
And what should I say?
Do you feel like with the hundred thousand I'm going to make off of crypto doing a duplex with a family member is a smart idea or a bad idea?
Look, if you want to go in with other people on a real estate deal, that's fine.
but I do genuinely believe your first deal you need to do by yourself so you learn. - Okay, and now would you say like, 'cause like me and this dude's really close and shit, but would you say like maybe we go on to this one and then like kinda like from there branch off but would you say like maybe we go on to this one and then like kinda like from there I mean, why not do it yourself, learn, and then bring him on for the second one?
That is fair.
But the thing is, like, we kind of, like, share everything, like, all of the finances and everything.
Like, because, like, we've never had issues or anything.
All right, man.
I mean, look, if you trust them that much and you guys have had this relationship, then I guess go do it.
I mean, you know, just be prepared for things to potentially have an issue.
But, like, you know, if you really trust them that much, you guys have been doing this for a while, do it, dude.
I mean, if you feel that confident.
If it's worked before, you guys have been through other shit, it's fine.
But just be prepared.
Like, you know, there could always be problems.
As long as you're aware of that and you're prepared, I think that's okay.
Come up with some kind of agreement prior?
Oh, go ahead.
So maybe come up with some kind of prior agreement before, like, hey, we're going to split this much, put it to writing.
That way, you know, you have something in paper.
That's one way you can also get around it.
You know what I mean?
Okay.
And then, so after we get the property and stuff, we'll still have about like $30,000 left over plus the money that, so we're going to have about like $15,000 left over for any property.
Keep it in savings because you're going to need to fix shit.
Yeah, so we're going to have, like, 15,000 left over for, like, property fixes, and then we're also both going to have, individually, another 16,000 each.
Would you say with that, I should invest into stocks or...
It's up to you.
I would pay the debt off if you have any.
I only have $1,000 in debt.
Alright, well, yeah, man.
I mean, yeah, I would say build that up and try to get your second house.
I think that's the move.
Okay.
Alright, thank you.
Keep a good amount in reserves and then you guys can put your money together and get a second one.
Okay, would you say doing an index fund is better than a savings account?
Do you think I should just go about that route?
You could.
It's a little bit...
I mean, depending on what brokerage you use, but, you know, you could put your money into, like, an index fund.
But, I mean, with index funds, I like to kind of just put the money there and not look at it again.
So I don't know if that'd be a good place to put, like, liquid money where you can, like, that's like an emergency fund.
Does that make sense?
Yeah.
Yeah, I understand what you're saying.
So maybe just, like, what happens to an index and then pass into a high-end fixed account.
No, just have money that's liquid that you can access at any time that has about three to six months of your savings.
It could be in a Bank of America checking account.
It doesn't matter.
Just make sure it's liquid and you can get to it any time.
Got you.
And then one more thing is I'm in premium, but I never got like an invite to Telegram and a message to Discord, but I haven't heard anything back on how to get into Telegram.
So when you join the...
When you join the group...
When you log into your account, you didn't see on the left-hand side all the apps or no?
For the Discord or for Premium?
Premium, yeah.
Yeah, so when I sign in, it shows, yeah, it says Telegram, Discord, High Value Academy, and it has all of them.
And when I click on Telegram, it sends me a link.
It says for me to verify, and then I click the verification, I click on the code through my email, and then it says I'm verified, but then when I go to my Telegram app, I'm not in any groups, and I don't see any, like, calls or any invites or anything.
Yo, my friend, I actually made someone a video on exactly how to do this, like, two days ago.
I'm going to send you that video.
Can you DM me on Instagram or Twitter?
Yeah, is this Noble?
Yes.
Yes, Noble, yeah.
Oh, okay.
What's your Instagram?
My Instagram is D-A-M-A-H-A-R-A-J-A. Got you.
All right, I got you.
I'll DM you now.
Thank you, Ed.
All right, cool.
I'm going to send you that video.
Awesome, bro.
Thanks, man.
Tech support.
Tech support.
What the fuck, man?
Dude, that's crazy, bruv.
How many more callers do we got?
Alright.
Okay, awesome.
One more?
Alright.
We'll get ready for after hours.
It's 10 o'clock now.
I don't know where Chris is.
8903, you're up.
8903. You're up.
Yo.
Yo.
What's up, fellas?
What's up, man?
Hey, I called in about a month ago, man.
I was telling y'all about my situation.
I had the 695 credit score.
My shit shot up fresh.
Like you said, I paid off my card.
That shit's good.
Let's go!
Now I'm in a situation.
Yup.
Thank you, bro.
Thank you.
I'm in a situation where all the income that I get is just me now.
So my question, because you guys suggested to me last time, was to move, right?
I know I'm going to get that firefighter position though.
So I'm in a situation where I don't know if I should take it and stay in mass or Springfield particularly or look elsewhere and try to move.
So what do you guys suggest?
Because your initial suggestion was to get the fuck up out of here, which I'm starting to review it because there's nothing left for me in the city.
Yeah, bro.
I mean, I would say take the firefighter job, bro.
That's a good job that's going to make you like 100k a year plus.
I agree, Myron, but I believe now that I've seen that I can get it, I feel like I can get it elsewhere.
Do you understand?
I feel like I can get it elsewhere.
One in hand is always better than trying to chase after something else, bro.
It's not easy to get a civil service job.
You said this is in Massachusetts?
One more time.
This is in Massachusetts, right?
Yes, sir.
You had to take the civil service exam, etc., right?
I did, yeah.
Yeah, bro.
It's not as easy as you think, man.
I would say take that job.
Then apply to other fire departments, but get your foot in the door first.
Okay.
100% take the job.
Do not, like...
Yeah, bro.
It's not easy to get a job as a firefighter in Massachusetts with that civil service exam and how competitive it is, bro.
Like, everyone and their mom takes that civil service exam in Massachusetts.
I'm very familiar with it because I've done it myself.
So, yeah, dude.
You need to just take that job that you got with that fire department.
Yeah, it might be in a town that you don't like.
Oh, well.
Take that job.
Work.
That's an easy six-figure career.
Take that experience, build up your resume, and then if you want to go ahead and transfer, you want to leave the state, I'm assuming?
Yeah, I'm just looking for other opportunities elsewhere.
Where would you guys suggest?
I'm probably going to take your suggestions very seriously.
The other thing, too, is that when you're a firefighter in Massachusetts, they might have some type of licensing that will let you reciprocate where you can go ahead and take that transfer.
Like, potentially, I don't know if it'll be transferred, but, like, you can apply to another fire department, right, in another jurisdiction, and they might take you based on where you are, but just get in, get hired, get the job, show up, apply to other jobs, don't tell any of your co-workers that you're applying to other jobs, and use that as a step up, because trust me, having a job as a firefighter is going to make it a lot easier for you to get a job as a firefighter somewhere else.
Take the job 100%.
This isn't even negotiable.
Take the fucking job.
Yes, sir.
One more question and then I'm done.
It's going to be quick.
So, I'm in CC as well as CC Premium, and I was talking to a couple guys in there, and I've been into fitness for the last two to three years now.
I obviously work my body up to where it's at now, and it's pretty optimal for where I am.
They suggested that I get into...
Online coaching because I'm already a coach in real life.
I already work with people in real life.
Second nature of working with people.
Look, you're too distracted, bro.
Too fucking distracted.
Get the firefighting job.
Then we can talk about you having a side business.
Get that job.
Get in.
Get your feet wet.
Get really good at that.
I want you to just focus on being the best firefighter you can be.
Fuck a side business right now.
You need to focus on your main shit.
Right now with being a firefighter because you got to get really good at it, build that experience up, get people to like you so that you can go ahead and use that to segue somewhere else.
But you got to focus.
You're scatterbrained, bro.
Way too fucking scatterbrained.
I want to be an entrepreneur, but then I want to be a firefighter.
Oh, I want to move, but I want to do this.
No, hell no.
You're going to be a firefighter where you're at.
You're going to take that job.
You're going to work your way up.
You're going to get some experience.
You're going to be really fucking good at being a firefighter.
Then we can talk about a side business.
Don't fuck up what you already got to chase other shit that isn't sure.
Firefighter's a great profession.
And it's gonna give you a bunch of tangible skill sets that you can use in other facets.
So, fuck the entrepreneurship for now.
Alright.
Do you suggest, because I continue, I work two jobs right now.
Well, more than two, but do you suggest I work another job with the firefighter?
No, you work more hours with the firefighting job.
You just pick up more hours.
You're going to go in and you're going to have this reputation of being a hard-ass worker.
You're only going to work as a firefighter.
You're going to live and breathe that fucking job.
You're going to be the guy that if they call you and say, hey, such or such called out, can you show up to the station?
You show up.
You're going to be the guy that sleeps at the station the most.
You're going to be the guy that's always available.
Do you understand that when you get into any type of military, law enforcement, firefighter, as the new guy, you need to get beat up for a few years?
Do you understand this concept?
I do, sir, yes.
Okay, so you're going to be that guy.
You're going to be the guy that they can always call that will be available.
Another job will put you in a position where you won't be able to be that available.
You have to go in, humble as fuck and happy that you got the job.
Now, how old are you?
20s?
26 years old.
Yeah, nigga.
No.
Fuck no.
You're not gonna do nothing else.
Because they're already gonna have a chip on your shoulder coming in at 26. They're already gonna resent you for that shit.
So you need to come in and prove that you're not an entitled dumbass Gen Z-er.
I'm telling you right now.
I'm warning you.
You're gonna walk into that fire station, there's gonna be a bunch of white Iris niggas.
And they're not gonna like the fact that you got in at 26 years old.
You're gonna have a chip on your shoulder.
And this is the ugly side of doing any type of civil service that no one will fucking tell you.
You're going to have a chip on your shoulder, bro.
Hold on.
Pause that shit.
You're going to go in.
You're going to have a chip on your shoulder.
They're going to think you're an entitled fucking DEI hire or some shit like that.
Your job is to take the next two to three years and show that you deserve to be there.
You're reliable.
You're a hard worker.
And you're going to show that just because you're a young guy, you're 100% capable.
That's how the military, law enforcement, firefighters, any state job, that's how it is, bro.
You got to earn your stripes.
Much different than the private sector.
Way different than the private sector.
You understand?
Yes, sir, I do.
Alright, no other jobs.
You're just gonna do that shit and become the best you could be.
Alright.
Focus.
No scatterbrain shit.
Focus.
You got a great opportunity.
Don't fuck it up.
Know it, brother.
I appreciate you.
Fresh.
You the man, dog.
Don't let these motherfuckers keep telling you that you don't bring value to the show.
You bring immense value.
Fresh.
Mario and I appreciate y'all boys, man.
Keep doing what y'all doing.
Alright, man.
Appreciate it, bro.
Happy New Year.
Congrats, bro, on your job.
Great career.
Happy fucking New Year.
Thank you.
Let's go!
Alright, sorry.
Texas Beach now?
Yeah, that was important.
I had to get that through his head.
I could tell he's a scatterbrain, bro.
He's a young guy, excited.
He's got to take that energy and focus it on his firefighting gig.
Got to focus.
On Zaza.
Yo, yo, it's wild, bro.
Yeah, on Zaza, it's great.
Yeah, so it's not dead, bro.
But the problem is, it is heavily populated, people trying to make it in e-commerce.
So it's more about finding the product that works at the right time.
More often than not, it's with a mentor telling you what to do that has that experience of knowing what products work and when.
For example, we had someone on the show, Kitty Hustles, and for Halloween, he had a skeleton costume or a skeleton setup where you buy that for Halloween and it sells out instantly.
So I think knowing when to buy and have a mentor that knows what to go ahead and sell for e-commerce works wonders.
But if you don't have that, then it may be a little bit hard trial and error.
But then again, If you're coming into it with a niche that you know very well, it may be good, but I would say get a mentor that knows what they're doing first, either by trial and error from experience, and then go ahead and join from there.
But hopping into that, bro, it's not competitive.
Dude, I can't tell you how many young kids are trying to get into that now, and they've been doing it for moms, not making them money, guys are doing it for years.
So it's heavily, heavily competitive, bro.
Alright, what's the next one?
Raj.
Shout out to you, Raj.
All supporting our boy Raj.
One of them Jeets.
Oh yeah, Raj?
Yeah.
Yeah, he's doing really well.
Successful guy.
Raj tipped $100.
WF and FW Money Mondays.
Let's go!
Adding value.
Do you have any more pick callers?
Yeah, one more just came in.
One more just came in.
Want to do it?
Eight.
Yeah, listen to two chats real quick.
And then I think for Outdoors, me and Chris got it.
You can take a break.
Cool.
Yeah, I mean, I'm a little tired, man.
I'm fucking dead.
Yeah, because I slept late, man.
And then Fresh called me at like 1. Woke me up, man.
I got some news, man.
Tell me that I was going to...
That they're going to start mass banning people on Twitter.
Bro.
And I was like, bro, you called me for this?
Man, I already knew this, man.
It was more than that, but you're sleepy, so I didn't tell you.
Alright, Top Shea.
Cool stuff.
I think you mean good stuff.
Brother Myron, welcome back fresh.
Fireman job.
Focus on studies and remain healthy.
Did it for 17 years.
Don't BS with firefighting.
I truly hate when guys do it for the money.
See, there's a firefighter confirming everything I said.
Yeah, no, I knew that the verification getting taken away probably because of the real probability.
But it's fine, man.
Like, you could still, you know, you do, your reach does limit a little bit without the verification, but if you're consistent, you post, you do spaces, you stream, like, you'll be fine.
It's not that big a deal, man.
You lose a little bit of reach, but I post on there so much, niggas are going to see me.
Yeah, whatever.
It's all a marketing tool, Twitter.
I've been demonetized forever, so it doesn't, like, I never even, you know what I'm saying?
It's not even about making money on there.
It's about just getting a new audience, hitting a political thing, and if you're, like, a political guy, you gotta be on X. Like, X is where it's at when it comes to politics.
If you don't care about politics, then not so important.
But, yeah.
What, you gonna say something?
Let's see what happens.
All right, Lightning!
He says, just wanted to take a moment to recognize the contributions from Fresh.
You're a good dude, Fresh.
Thanks for what you bring to the pod.
Thank you for your words of wisdom.
To be fresh, WFNF. Shout out to you, bro.
Shout out to you, Mark Liner.
Appreciate that, man.
LaliLulau91.
Paul Alex.
We should get him on a premium call, actually.
Yes, we should, actually.
Paul Alex.
We should get him on a premium call.
A lot of guys actually signed up for his setup.
The ATM stuff, yeah?
Yeah.
One guy, David, is doing pretty well.
Good.
He's setting up.
Shout out to him.

I don't know if Chris is still here.
One more?
Cool.
We'll do one more and then head out.
Alright.
Probably start the show around 10.45 chat.
What do we got?
What's the last one?
Let me get the caller.
Oh, last call you mean?
Is that what you want?
That's fine.
Last caller?
That was the last one that we just did.
Oh, it was?
Yeah.
Okay.
So there's one more.
He donated $50 on Castle Club.
I'm putting it in right now.

Then, if you don't have Castle Club or premium, Best deal, $900, get it for the fucking year.
Completely, you know, good to go for all of 2025. If you lock in the price, get High Value Academy, biggest fucking deal that we've had.
So go ahead and get in there now while you guys can.
And at least, if you don't want to do the yearly subscriptions that save you a bunch of money, fine.
At least in the 65, get the High Value Academy, get the value, be in there for a month, and lock in that price at 65. So you can't lose in any way, guys, because the price is going up after Wednesday.
Also, I'm bringing this week.
A special guest for CC Premium that is a master at what he does.
I'm going to put it in Telegram chat for you guys.
Can't see what he does right now.
But we're doing that this week.
We're also doing as well a networking call, dating call.
And I believe we did one yesterday.
I did it for three hours.
We went through a lot of topics, man.
We covered debt.
Going on Instagram, how to build a following, how to actually access to DM people and get a response.
All that was done yesterday.
So, guys, the value's there, man.
If you're not hopping into it, you're losing money, losing time and effort.
Hop into that, man.
Gain value, and I'll see you guys in there.
We have one more paid caller.
One more paid caller?
Cool.
Wait, what did you say?
I was just going to say Rob dropped a banger today, too.
Like, cashed in 30 minutes.
Oh, guys.
Oh, yo, yo, yo, yo, yo.
You want to make money right now, bro?
Rob is that guy.
Has he ever missed a call?
Nah, he hasn't missed yet.
Guys, so imagine, right?
If someone could hold your hand.
By the way, this is not financial advice.
It is not.
I'm just saying, if someone could hold your hand to make money right now.
Telling you what to buy right now.
And you made some money.
Would you do it?
I would do it.
I did it.
I made some money.
That's all I'm going to say.
But let me just tell you, bro.
Premium is where it's at.
Niggas in there going crazy.
And your boy is loving it.
Loving it.
What's next, man?
Hold on one second.
Oh my god.
You want to show it?
Nah, nigga.
No.
What's the next one?
9313, you're up.
9313, you're up.
9313. Hello?
What's up, man?
We're here.
Hey, how you been?
First time caller.
Actually, I called a while back, but I kind of got dropped the call last week.
So, here's the deal.
I got rid of my toxic family.
I'm actually in Miami right now, living in a trailer.
I'm actually at Cracker Barrel right now.
I don't know what the fuck to do.
I need to find a place to park this.
I have my 401k pulling out soon.
I have W-2 coming in soon.
I see the Knights' rental property over at Frickin'.
I want to do an FHA loan on a triplex, but I don't know.
I just want a place to park this shit for fucking...
I don't have no fucking dad.
I ain't got nothing to do.
So I don't really know what to do.
I don't know, man.
I see...
I need to figure this out.
I'm trying to figure it out, but...
Yeah.
You probably see me rolling around here.
I'd be rolling around here deep with this fucking whole setup right now, but...
So I get you're going through it, but what's the question for us to help you out here?
I should I I think a triplex in Fort Pierce.
That's a single family with a duplex.
I want to put the $10,000 down for the FHA loan.
Or put the $10,000 down into crypto because I already know what I'm doing.
This is going to be a great bull run this year.
Everybody knows that.
I can triple if not quadruple it.
I don't know.
Can I do like a 0% down?
I don't know.
Can you, okay, let's say you put 10k down on a property, right?
Can you fix any repairs that have to be done?
Can you actually renovate a property to improve it to make some money?
Can you actually fix things that go wrong?
If you can't, don't do it, bro.
So real estate is a game of upkeep and maintenance.
If you can't do that, then there's no point in doing it.
But with crypto, you can put some money in there and once you generate coins, hopefully you're in premium with Miguel and Charlie.
You can find out what to buy, when to buy, when to sell.
For maximum profit.
So I think that's the better move than buying a property and being house poor.
I did it.
And it's way less.
You don't want to do it, bro.
Way less risk.
Get in a cash club now, bro.
Yep.
Get a premium now.
Get a cash club.
You spend $900, you get all the fucking aid, and you can ask these questions.
I mean, yeah, bro.
You're better off figuring out what you're going to do versus trying to get into real estate when you don't have reserves.
I'm from New Hampshire.
I'm all the way down to Miami right now.
I left everything.
I'm living over here now.
I already went to four or five jobs.
I went to Ball Harbor.
I went to Hilton.
I went to all the...
I've been to Houston.
I have an interview there today.
I had many interviews.
I'm trying to figure this out, but I... Yeah, bro.
Don't matter properly, bro.
Just put some crypto and put some investing in yourself.
Maybe to get a place you guys should work rather than moving all the time.
All right, bro.
Should I get a lot and just park it there?
I don't know.
Should I just maybe go like a RV camper?
Lots of not cheap, my friend.
Lots of not cheap, my friend.
That's going to be tough, bro.
Yo, bruv.
You might need to find a group of people like yourself that have a lot ready and then just pay them a small fee if anything.
But, I mean, Florida has a lot of spots like that.
They have a lot of trailer spots, right?
Yeah, they'll charge them probably to rent it, but yeah, bro.
Dude, a lot in Miami is going to cost you a couple million, bro.
Yeah, it's going to be a lot.
You're going to be able to buy a lot in Miami.
Yeah.
They want that shit in front of me.
I've been looking.
I have a few people calling me to borrow for an FHA loan, but if you say I shouldn't be doing that, I can't fucking fix it up.
Don't do it, bro.
I have like $6,000 in crypto right now.
I got $6,000 in my pocket, and then I have fucking my W-2 and my 401k coming through.
Listen, bro.
Nah.
Don't do it, bro.
You don't got enough money to buy anything in Miami.
No.
You need some more money, bro.
But listen, we got to run.
Shout out to you, bro.
Happy New Year.
And don't buy the property.
Okay.
Listen, guys.
We're going to do out the hours pretty soon with Chris here.
But I want to say one thing before we end the show.
So, there were some rumors about me and Myron splitting up.
By the way, Myron's a homie.
It's my dog for life.
Listen, I got a lot of shit on him.
I already addressed it.
I know, but I got to address some shit because niggas are retarded.
So, they said to me, oh, fresh bro, my iron's bad for you, whatever.
Well, guess what?
We hear from the very beginning, and listen, I get it.
You don't like what he has to say?
Cool.
But that's still the homie.
I know better than you actually know him.
You might see a clip or whatever.
I know better than you.
The point is, we're not going nowhere.
And actually, I got something in the works that's going to be awesome for us overall.
So we're not losing.
All the haters could go suck a dick.
And secondly, We're here to stay.
So, there you go.
Yeah, you know, they need new content.
Yeah.
Their AdSense is running low, so they gotta make a fresh and fit video.
Yeah, it's the way it is, bro.
I had to show them, you know, a portion of what we made last year to shut these niggas up.
Oh, you showed them?
A little bit.
This nigga.
No, bro.
What are you thinking?
Don't show them shit, bro.
No, man, because...
Listen, bro.
That's not important.
That was fake.
That was a fake report.
It was Photoshop.
Listen, we're making no money over here.
It's Photoshop.
Operators are slow.
Trying to figure shit out, bro.
We're just trying to huddle along, bro.
We're comedians.
I just saw all the cars, bro.
We're going.
It's tough, man.
Bro, it's the lawsuit.
Yeah, it's the GTA lawsuit.
It's the GTA lawsuit, bro.
What are you going under?
Oh, no.
Sick and shit, bro.
Damn, it's the fonts, bro, it's the fonts.
It's the fonts.
It's the music.
Bro, when niggas lie on you for like three years, bro, it's just like, yo, at some point you gotta just stick the middle finger up and say like, this is all fake news, you know what I mean?
Because it's like, now they're like profiting off of lies.
Yeah.
Also, you guys have actually helped us grow, and you guys made the show.
Without you guys, it's nothing.
Absolutely.
I made sure to say that.
You get support?
We're winning, bro.
That's all that matters.
So, they can say whatever they want, but they don't know you guys.
They don't know us, so.
They could just talk shit.
Cool.
Yeah.
I mean, our haters don't help people like we do, bro.
They're just over here making hit pieces on us.
So, whatever.
Dude, I was in Jamaica, bro.
People respect us.
Actually, I told you this in text, but someone was like...
Watch this on the camera.
Someone was like, yeah, bro.
Them niggas in Canada talking shit about y'all.
We're gonna find them niggas.
I was like, oh shit, okay.
Listen, that was not advice.
That's just what you said to us.
We don't want nothing to happen.
We want love and peace.
Actually, unlike them, I don't wish anything bad on them, bro.
They literally prey on our downfall.
Like, bro.
Yeah.
Like, them niggas, it's crazy how obsessed they are with us, bro.
It's really sick.
And they say, I don't add nothing to the show?
What does Preach add?
Nothing!
Bro, I actually add value!
Come on, bro.
My bad.
Okay, let's end the show.
All right, guys.
Great show, man.
We're going to do After Hours with Chris right now.
And WChats, WCallers, WShow.
Later, guys.
Sorry I'm so tired, man.
I've fucking been streaming every day.
He's streaming nonstop.
Instagram, yeah, I've been streaming nonstop, guys, so I'm a little tired.
I'm back from Jamaica, so I'm here to stay.
Yeah, fresh is re-energized.
Let's go.
So yeah, guys, we'll be back with an After Hours here in a little bit, guys.
I'm assuming probably in the next...
30-40 minutes we're gonna start.
Hopefully we'll get going by around 11. Snow bunnies.
So catch you guys.
Peace.
