| They are very punitive and they're very nasty to businesses and they're very nasty to taxpayers in California and the general sense is that California treats businesses like criminals and taxpayers like organ donors and people get tired of it and they begin to feel ground down and then they talk to someone in another state where it's not like that and that's why people are leaving. | |
| You know, if we're talking about comparing California, Arizona, or California to Texas, or pick a state, one looks at what is occurring in the state, what the legislature in that state is doing. | |
| And California is, right, wrong, or indifferent, prioritizing social issues. | |
