Globalists PANIC as 61% of US Counties Become ‘2nd Amendment Sanctuaries’

Time Text
Good evening, and boy do we have a great episode today, which has to do with this right here.
A giant movement that's sweeping all of America that's being almost completely ignored by the mainstream media.
Because you see, right now, there are two competing trends in this country.
On the one side, you have politicians, such as Governor Pritzker over in Illinois, Governor Hochul over in New York, as well as Joe Biden in the White House, pushing for more and more gun control.
And the media tends to, by and large, support this side of the argument.
For instance, just earlier today, the New York Times published a phenomenal story where they referred to a gun that was used in a shooting as a, quote, semi-automatic assault pistol.
I think that's a new one, even for them.
However, on the other side, and this is something that, again, gets almost no attention from the media, you have a giant movement, a wave across the whole country, of counties becoming Second Amendment sanctuaries.
And the reason that I say that it's a giant movement is because, as of right now, as of today, over 61% of U.S. counties have in fact become Second Amendment sanctuaries.
61%.
That means, in practical terms, that over three-fifths of all counties in this country have put into place either resolutions or specific pieces of legislation, making it such that they will protect the Second Amendment against all encroachments by the federal government.
And this movement is very broad, spanning the entirety of the country.
And right before I show you this map on full screen, I hope that if you appreciate content like this, you do take a quick moment to smash both those like and subscribe buttons so this video, as well as this news, can be shared out with ever more people.
Now, here's a map of the whole country showing which counties have in place these Second Amendment protections.
And for your reference, you can find this map for yourself over on a website called sanctuarycounties.com.
Now, the counties marked in green are those that have passed either Second Amendment resolutions or they have passed legislation declaring themselves to be Second Amendment sanctuaries.
The counties marked in blue, they are the counties which are inside of a state which passed Second Amendment legislation, for instance, like the state of South Carolina.
And then those marked in purple are the counties that are both inside of a state which passed Second Amendment legislation But then the county itself also passed Second Amendment legislation as well.
And so, in total, when you add them all up, 1,930 counties throughout the whole country are protected by some form of Second Amendment sanctuary legislation, at either the state level, the county level, or both.
Now, these protections come in the form of laws, executive proclamations, resolutions, as well as constitutional carry legislation, which in some way, shape, or form, breaks the residents of the county free from the gun restrictions coming from the federal government.
As an example of what these laws look like in practice, here's what the governor of Missouri signed.
It's called the Second Amendment Preservation Act, and it essentially nullified all federal gun laws within the state of Missouri.
Here's specifically what the relevant section of that law states.
Quote, Likewise, the governor of Nebraska signed a proclamation designating his state, meaning the state of Nebraska, as a Second Amendment sanctuary.
And right after he signed it, here's what he said, quote, Nebraska has always been a state that has supported our Second Amendment rights.
As a symbol of that support, I am signing a proclamation declaring Nebraska a Second Amendment sanctuary state, and with my signature, it will be official.
Then, you have individual counties, like for instance Elko County over in the state of Nevada, passing county-level resolutions Here is part of what the resolution passed in Elko County specifically said in this front.
And of course, you have examples like the state of Texas, which put into place a constitutional carry law, which allows citizens to carry handguns without a license.
Because the thinking goes that their license, after all, is the Second Amendment.
And so, as we mentioned a moment ago, when you add all these up, you get a total of 1,930 counties that haven't placed some form of Second Amendment sanctuary protection, either at the state level, the county level, or some combination of the two.
However, one thing that's not reflected in that map that we looked at earlier are the counties where they don't necessarily have any legislation on the books, But the local sheriffs there have said that they will not enforce any infringements on the Second Amendment.
For instance, if we look at the map, we'll see that in the state of Utah, only a handful of counties have passed Second Amendment resolutions.
However, about a year and a half ago, every single sheriff in the state of Utah, meaning the sheriff in every single county, they signed a joint letter saying that they will safeguard the Second Amendment.
Here was part of what their letter said.
Quote, Importantly, The Second Amendment of our divinely inspired Constitution clearly states, the right of the people to keep and bear arms shall not be infringed.
We hereby recognize a significant principle underlying the Second Amendment.
The right to keep and bear arms is indispensable to the existence of a free people.
As your elected sheriffs, we individually and collectively pledge to do everything within our power To steadfastly protect the Second Amendment and all other individual rights guaranteed by the Constitution.
And indeed, as we learned just last week, these types of letters, resolutions, and proclamations, they're not just empty words on paper.
They have real consequences, just like with what happened over in Illinois last week, which we'll get to right after I'll show you this beautiful coin.
This right here is an American Walking Liberty one ounce gold coin.
And typically, I order at least one of these from our sponsor, American Heart for Gold, every single month.
The reason I do so is because, I mean, as you likely know, the inflation rate in this country is the highest that it's been in, what, the last 40 years now.
Everything like the price of food, The price of housing, the price of gas is absolutely going through the roof.
And in fact, market experts like the CEO of JPMorgan Chase, he's not only predicting a recession, but he's even using words like unprecedented economic hurricane.
And so listen, I absolutely do not give you any financial advice, but I would recommend that you do what I do.
Which is pick up the phone and call American Hartford Gold.
Their super friendly staff can help you diversify your portfolio by either getting physical gold and physical silver delivered directly to your doorstep like I do, or deposited directly into your IRA and your 401k accounts that make the entire process super simple.

That's 866-242-2352.
Or text Roman to 65532.
The link will also be down in the description box below.
And then let's head on back to the studio.
And so, these letters, pieces of legislation, proclamations, and resolutions, they carry real weight.
As an example, and this is something that we discussed in greater detail in a prior episode, just last week, when the governor of Illinois signed into law a new bill, which made it illegal to buy, sell, or manufacture assault weapons within the state, well, about 90% of the sheriffs in Illinois, they came out and they said that they will not be enforcing the ban.
They collectively said that it was unconstitutional and that it wouldn't be enforced.
And wouldn't you know it, since we aired that episode just last week, a judge in the state agreed with them.
Just two days ago, a state judge over in Illinois issued an official restraining order against that new law, saying, among other things, that it was an egregious violation of the Illinois state constitution.
Within his 11-page order, here is specifically what he said.
This court finds that plaintiffs, meaning the gun owners, in fact have a constitutional fundamental right that is subject to strict scrutiny and is protected by the Constitution of Illinois and the Constitution of the United States.
Plaintiffs are being immediately and irreparably harmed each day in which their fundamental right to bear arms is being denied and that this harm is continuing in nature.
The judge then went on to say that the way in which politicians pushed this law through the legislature, basically the way they rammed it through right before the term in office was up, was actually in violation of the Illinois State Constitution.
Here's how he continued.
Quote,"...the court finds that the defendants, meaning the governor and the politicians, unequivocally and egregiously violated the three-reading rule of the Illinois Constitution in order to circumvent the constitutional requirements and avoid public disclosure." Now, for your reference, the three-reading rule that was mentioned in the judge's order comes from the Illinois State Constitution.
And it essentially means that a bill that's trying to get passed must be read by the state legislature on three separate days and that if there are any revisions to be made, those revisions should be confined to one subject at a time.
Basically, it's a rule to make the legislative process a bit more transparent.
Which, according to the judge in his order here, well, that was something that the governor and the lawmakers who were pushing his agenda, well, it's what they chose to ignore.
And so, based on that, the judge issued a restraining order against this new law while the case is still playing itself out in court.
Although, it is worth noting that this is a temporary restraining order, which only applies to the 866 plaintiffs in this particular case.
It does not apply to every gun owner throughout the entire state of Illinois.
However, given what the judge actually wrote in his order, it does appear that there's a very high chance that the law will be overturned entirely before the case concludes.
And as you can imagine, the governor wasn't too pleased with this judge's decision.
Here is specifically what the Illinois governor, Mr.
J.B. Pritzer, here's what he said as a response to this judge's order.
Quote, This decision is not surprising.
Although disappointing, it is the initial result we've seen in many cases brought by plaintiffs whose goal is to advance ideology over public safety.
I look forward to the next steps in this case and receiving the decision this case merits.
And so the legal battle continues.
If you'd like to read either the court documents from this particular case, or if you'd like a breakdown of the 1,930 counties that have become Second Amendment sanctuaries, including a list of the counties in every single state, I'll throw all my research notes down into the description box below this video for you to check out.
And of course, all I ask in return is that if you haven't already, take a quick moment to smash, smash, smash that like button, as well as that subscribe button.
