Police Sent to Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Home 2 Nights in a Row, Here's What Happened
| Copy link to current segment

Time Text
This right here is Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, a Republican from the state of Georgia.
And last week, over the course of two consecutive nights, her private home in Floyd County, Georgia, was swatted not once, but twice.
Now, if you've never heard of it before, the act of swatting refers to, I guess what you can call a prank, wherein you send an armed police unit to someone's house.
Usually how it plays out is that somebody picks up the phone, they dial in a fake distress call to the police, tell them about a fake crime that's happening at a certain address, which then prompts the police station to send in a tactical SWAT team to that person's house.
And as you can imagine, these SWAT pranks can get pretty dangerous, with people in the past having actually been killed by the police.
Because again, the police assume, based on the phone call, that they are responding to an extremely dangerous situation.
Now, in the case of Marjorie Taylor Greene, what happened was that last Wednesday, she was sleeping at her home in Floyd County, when all of a sudden, she was woken up by the sound of a doorbell, as well as knocking on her front door.
When she looked out her bedroom window, she could see flashlights, as well as the silhouettes of several people outside.
And after seeing this, she quickly jumped out of bed, she got dressed, and she walked over to the front door.
And by instinct, she said that she reached for her gun.
Although, fortunately, something told her to put it down, which is actually a decision that might have saved her life.
Here's how Marjorie Taylor Greene herself described this part of the story during an interview with our sister media, NTD. So what happened to me was I woke up just after one o'clock in the morning.
I heard a doorbell knock at my door.
I heard people outside my bedroom window saw flashlights.
And I got out of the bed, got dressed, and I picked up my gun to carry with me to the door because I usually do, especially when I'm not expecting one and especially in the middle of the night.
But something told me to put my gun down and I did not take my gun with me to the door.
And so when I went through my foyer and went to the front door where we have windows, I could see police out on the front porch And they were tactically prepared for a very serious situation.
Then, after opening the front door, the congresswoman saw that on her front porch were five police officers with their guns drawn and ready.
Then, they told her that they were actually responding to a report of a fatal shooting at her home.
Apparently, someone had called in earlier and told the police department that there had been a man shot in her home five times in the bathtub and that there were still children and a woman inside of the residence.
Meaning that the police were on high alert for an escalation of violence.
Here's again how the congresswoman herself described the situation over in the interview on NCD. When I opened the door and I was very confused and kind of scared about what was going on, I asked them what was happening and they said that someone had called 911 and reported that someone had been shot inside my house and that there were children inside and there was potential for more violence like suicide or murder.
And I said, no, none of that's happened here.
I was sound asleep.
I asked them, I said, you want to please come in my house so you can look around?
I said, but actually, I'm really scared over what's going on.
And then they realized what was happening and they said, yeah, I think you got swatted.
And so what that is, is someone wanted to get me killed.
They wanted to send the police to my house into a situation where they thought There was murder happening in hopes that they would kill me, in hopes the police would kill me or someone else in my home.
Now, the next logical question that you might have is why exactly did this happen?
Why would someone send in the armed police to this congresswoman's home?
Well, the answer appears to be related to the congresswoman's position on transgender youth.
Because you see, in this first prank call, the caller claims to be from a Virginia crisis hotline.
However, after the police responded to the report and swatted the congresswoman's house, the suspect actually called back using a computer-generated voice, saying that they were connected to a website called kiwifarm.net, which, according to the police report, is a site that supports, among many other things, cyberstalking.
Furthermore, in that second phone call, the suspect also said that they were upset about Marjorie Taylor Greene's position on transgender youth rights.
And indeed, about a week prior to this first swatting incident, Marjorie Taylor Greene had actually proposed a piece of legislation called the Protect Children's Innocence Act, which would make it a classy felony for anyone to knowingly perform medical treatment on a minor meant to alter their biological sex.
And under her bill, the penalty would be 10 to 25 years in prison with a maximum fine of $250,000.
And so what appears to have happened is that someone saw the congresswoman's position on this issue as being quote-unquote intolerant, and therefore they sent in the armed police to this congresswoman's home, where they could have realistically killed her.
But it did not end there, because just one day later, on Thursday, August 25th, just before 3 a.m., there was a second fake shooting call that came into the police department.
And in that second call, which was made through an internet chat application, a person claiming to be named Wayne Green said that they came out as transgender, shot their family members, and threatened to turn the gun on themselves.
And the caller added that if anyone tries to stop them from shooting themselves, well, he would shoot them, adding that he will be armed and waiting for the police at the address of the congresswoman.
Here's how Marjorie Taylor Greene described this second swatting event.
But whoever is doing this to me, they are for the practice.
They call themselves a child trans activist.
They're not a child themselves, but they want to protect this industry that is for profit, profiting off of genital mutilation of children.
And it's sick and it's disgusting, but this is who the left is.
And they're willing to get me killed for it.
Well, last night I got swatted again.
They did the exact same thing.
Tried to pretend something's happening at my house and sent the police to my house.
But I have to tell you, my local police are fantastic.
They are on the ball and they definitely know what's happening now.
So last night was a total different experience than it was the night before.
Now, in general, on the one hand, the Congresswoman praised the way that the police handled the incidents, while on the other, she accused the mainstream media of being complicit in what happened.
Here's specifically what she said.
You see, the media is complicit in this as well.
The mainstream media is actually probably causing me to be a target with their horrible headlines and the lies they tell about me on television.
I know there's one headline out today, and I don't know which network it is, if it's MSNBC or NBC. I need to find out.
But they're saying Marjorie Taylor Greene is targeting trans kids, which is such a horrible lie.
I'm actually trying to protect children, protect them from making a decision, a decision that they cannot undo, a permanent decision that will change their body for the rest of their life.
Make it to where they can't have children later in life and probably will be a decision they'll regret because there are so many of these de-trans 18, 19, young 20-year-olds that are coming out and saying that they wish someone had stopped what was happening to them,
wish someone had protected them and not allowed them to go through the surgeries they went through, the hormones that have changed their voices forever, puberty blockers that will give them lifelong Problems like low bone density and chemical castration.
These are serious things, but the mainstream media The way they lie about me, they are targeting me in such a dangerous way that they may get me killed.

And then lastly, since we're on this general topic, I thought I should mention that over on Epic TV, we just published an awesome interview between myself and Miss Riley Gaines, an NCAA swimmer out of Kentucky.
And she, just earlier this year, found herself having to compete against an individual named Leah Thomas, a biological male transgender athlete who dominated women's swimming and shattered many previous records.
Here's a trailer for that interview.
Female athletes, we were robbed of a lot of opportunities.
We were told that Thomas would compete with the females, and I was shocked.
I had no idea what to expect, what this would look like, and I think all of the girls were kind of in the same boat.
We get to the point where we're racing.
I saw Thomas win a national title that first day, which is just heartbreaking watching that happen.
The tears of the 9th and 17th place finishers who missed out on being named an All-American.
The extreme discomfort in the locker room.
You know, there's just grumbles of anger and frustration.
The female category was created to ensure fairness because men would win every time if it weren't the case.
And so to now infiltrate that back in, I can't even believe I have to sit here and kind of explain why this is wrong.
If you'd like to check out that interview in its glorious entirety, you can do so over on Epic TV, where we have absolutely none of the censorship that you find here on YouTube.
The link will be right there at the very top of the description box.
And also, I should mention that besides the entirety of that interview, over on Epic TV, I published somewhere between two to three exclusive episodes of Facts Matter that, again, due to the regime of censorship on YouTube, we cannot publish on this platform.
And so again, if you want to check it out, the link to Epic TV will be right there at the very top of the description box.
And then until next time, I'm your host, Roman from the Epic Times.
