Time Text
Good evening.
It has now been well over a month since the November 3rd election and the December 14th deadline for the Electoral College to meet and certify the results is coming up very soon.
However, there are a ton of irregularities, cases of voter fraud, and lawsuits happening across the U.S. Let's go through some of them together.
This is your 2020 election update, and I'm your host, Roman from the Epoch Times.
Now, let's start over in Nevada.
A few days ago, an organization called True the Vote, which is a voter rights group, informed the Department of Justice that there is a link between the Nevada elections email system and the Pakistani companies with ties to military and intelligence.
Now what is this company exactly?
Well, this is what happened.
After the election, this organization, True the Vote, requested the Nevada voter file from the Secretary of State.
The state responded with the voter file in an email.
However, the message was CC'd to another email address, this one right here, which is the email for Wakaz Bhatt, CEO of Pakistani-based CavTech Solutions.
Now what is that about?
Obviously, that's really shocking to see a Pakistani company cc'd on an official email like that, especially one containing sensitive voting information.
And that's exactly what the group wrote in a letter to the Assistant Attorney General for National Security.
They wrote that the fact that this company was cc'd on an email containing access to the Nevada voter registration database appears to be evidence of a breach within the Nevada Secretary of State's email system.
Now, the problems presented here are quite a few.
Obviously, for one, such a breach could allow this Pakistani company to have access to the sensitive information on so many of Nevada's residents, almost everyone eligible to vote.
But also, it might reveal that a foreign power, in this case Pakistan, has access to not only the state of Nevada's systems, but also to the email systems of anyone whom the state communicates with.
Now, what is this Pakistani company exactly all about?
Well, according to the letter, CAFTEC Solutions is based in Lahore, Punjab Province, Pakistan.
And we looked at its company website, and here's what we found.
CAFTEC specializes in data management, including for government clients.
The company has also provided facial recognition software to three airports, data visualization services, and they have developed more than 500 games.
Now, while the letter that was sent to the Assistant Attorney General stated that this company has ties to Pakistani military and intelligence, Nothing of that sort is referenced on their website.
But of course, that's not necessarily weird, because such things are usually not transparent.
So the fact that they're not advertising on their website that they work with Pakistani military and intelligence doesn't mean that they're actually not.
Now, we here at the Epoch Times, we reached out to this Pakistani company for comment.
But I've yet to hear back.
If you'd like to read the full letter to the Assistant Attorney General yourself, I'll throw the link in the description box below this video for you to check out.
And while you're going to be down there looking for that link, take a moment to smash that like button.
These types of videos that honestly talk about the election are routinely suppressed by the giant tech companies.
So when you hit that like button that's below this video, you are forcing the YouTube algorithm to share this video out to thousands of more people, letting the truth be known far and wide.
Now, let's stay in Nevada for a moment and talk about something else.
President Trump's lawsuit there, the one that sought to throw out tens of thousands of votes for being illegal, has been dismissed by the judge presiding over the case.
The judge wrote in his order that the Trump campaign did not prove that illegal votes were cast and counted, as well as the fact that they did not prove that the voting machines malfunctioned.
Now, we reached out to the Trump campaign team over in Nevada for comment, and they got back to us saying that they disagree with this order, and that the case and evidence that they presented was compelling and overwhelming, and that they'll be appealing to the Nevada Supreme Court.
Now, to be specific, what evidence were they actually presenting?
Well, let's do a quick rundown.
They said that in Nevada, about 42,000 voters voted twice, and that 1,500 voters were listed as being dead by the Social Security Administration.
Close to 2,500 voters had legally already moved to either another state or another country.
About 20,000 voters had a mailing address that wasn't in Nevada.
About 6,000 voters had what the USPS flagged as a vacant address, meaning that it exists but that no one actually lives there.
And almost 8,000 ballots were cast by voters whose addresses physically don't exist.
There were also multiple witnesses who reported seeing USB drives that were used by the voting machines change the tallies overnight without any explanation.
And we actually discussed that story in a bit more detail in an earlier episode, and I'll throw the link in the top right corner for you to check out for yourself.
Now, the judge in this Nevada case wasn't sold on this evidence, though.
He not only dismissed the case outright, he even ordered the Trump campaign lawyers to pay the defendant's legal fees.
So now we wait and see what the Nevada Supreme Court says.
I'll throw a link to the article about this lawsuit in Nevada, as well as to this judge's dismissal order in the description box that's below this video for you to check out for yourself.
Now, let's move on over to Michigan.
Trump legal team has begun a forensic examination of the Dominion voting machines there.
Jenna Ellis, who is a Trump campaign lawyer, said that our team is going to be able to go in this morning at about 8.30 a.m., and we'll be there for about eight hours to conduct that forensic examination, and we'll have the results in about 48 hours.
So that statement was made on Sunday, so maybe by tomorrow or on Wednesday we'll know specifically what they were able to find on these Dominion voting machines.
However, ahead of that, if you'd like to know specifically what type of things they're actually searching for on those machines, we discussed that in an earlier episode.
I'll throw the link to that in the top right hand corner for you to check out for yourself.
By the way, there was something I forgot to mention during the in-studio filming of that segment.
The county in Michigan where this forensic examination is happening is Antrim County.
And they have 22 Dominion Systems voting machines in that county.
And if that name sounds familiar to you, Antrim County, that's because a few weeks back they became famous or infamous because supposedly 6,000 votes for Trump were flipped over to Biden.
Now, the Secretary of State eventually came out and he said that this was due to a human clerical error, not an error with the machine.
That's what he said, at least.
But we'll find out more with this forensic examination.
We'll find out a lot more details of what actually happened And what is happening inside of these machines.
And the big significance of this forensic examination is based on the findings, it might spread to other counties as well as to other states.
So we'll keep you abreast of any developments as they're going to be coming about.
We actually reached out to the local officials in Antrim County to get their take on things, but I've yet to hear back.
So, Roman, back to you in the studio.
Now, let's move on over to Pennsylvania.
In a shocking move, Pennsylvania's House of Representatives announced that they will not be taking any steps to appoint their own electors to the Electoral College.
Now, that is a big, big deal, but what does that actually mean?
Well, part of the plan of Rudy Giuliani was to present enough evidence of voter fraud to Pennsylvania's Congress that they would choose their own electors to send to the Electoral College.
And to that end, about a week and a half ago, he held a fairly explosive hearing in Pennsylvania, Where there was significant evidence of voter fraud presented with data, witnesses, as well as expert testimony.
We actually covered that in an earlier episode as well, where we put together some of the highlights of that hearing.
And I'll throw a link to that episode in the top right corner for you to check out for yourself.
So the reason that this decision by the Pennsylvania House of Representatives to not appoint their own electors is so surprising is because just last week, they introduced a resolution to contest the state's election results.
So there seemed to be a lot of momentum heading that direction already.
But now it looks like that avenue is closed.
So, what was their rationale exactly?
Well, I'm not completely sure.
In their statement, Pennsylvania's Republican lawmakers said that their actions should not be misconstrued as meaning that they won't have legislative review and actions against all these irregularities in the 2020 general election.
And this suggests that they do still have some kind of plan to investigate these irregularities.
However, Rudy Giuliani responded by saying that these Republican lawmakers are effectively covering up for Democrat crimes, adding that they have no explanation for why there are 700,000 mail-in ballots in the vote, but no record of them being returned.
If you'd like to read the full statements or get deeper into this Pennsylvania drama, I'll throw the links to that article in the description box for you to check out for yourself.
Now let's move on over to another aspect of what's happening in Pennsylvania.
So tomorrow, which is Tuesday, is what's known as the safe harbor deadline.
It's when controversy surrounding elections need to be ended so that states can choose their electors before the Electoral College meets on December the 14th.
Okay, so that's obviously very soon.
Now, Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito, who's of course known as a conservative, So what is this lawsuit all about?
Well, it argues that a 2019 Pennsylvania law, something called Act 77, violated both Pennsylvania's state constitution as well as the U.S. Constitution with its no-excuse mail-in voting provision.
That meant that almost anyone could vote by mail in Pennsylvania if they wanted to.
The lawsuit argues that the only way to have legitimately made this change would have been through a constitutional amendment, and therefore they say that Act 77 was illegal and that hundreds of thousands of ballots are disqualified as a result, which would be more than enough to flip the entire result of the Pennsylvania election.
Now, this case was actually shot down by Pennsylvania Supreme Court last weekend, However, with this urgent request from Justice Alito, it could be a signal that the U.S. Supreme Court will take up this case.
So we'll just have to wait and see until tomorrow morning at 9 a.m.
to see what happens.
If you want to know more about this case, as well as Pennsylvania's Act 77, I'll throw the link to that article in the description box below this video.
Now, let's move on over to Arizona.
The Arizona legislature made the decision to close for a full week after Rudy Giuliani tested positive for COVID-19.
He was there on November 30th for a public hearing in Arizona.
In a statement, the Arizona House Speaker said that out of an abundance of caution relating to COVID-19, the House building will be closed for one week starting Monday, which is today.
However, all members and staff will be performing their work remotely.
Now, Rudy Giuliani, who's 76 years old, by the way, says that he's getting great care and feeling good.
So that's very good news.
The Trump campaign team said that other team members who are defined as having had close contact with him will be following their physician's directives as well as CDC guidelines on self-isolation and testing.
However, Jenna Ellis, who is a campaign lawyer and who's been working very closely with Mr.
Giuliani, said that the diagnosis would not affect the campaign's work in challenging election results.
So, of course, our prayers are with Mr.
Giuliani and we wish him a speedy recovery.
Now, let's stay in Arizona for another moment, though, because we just learned that two days after the November 3rd election, police officers served a search warrant on a home in Arizona and took computers and other items as part of a probe into the theft of voter data.
This search warrant said that officers were seeking to seize all computers, tablets, and other electronic devices that could be used for computer intrusion.
Now, we aren't sure what the results of this investigation are thus far.
We emailed the man whose house was searched for comment, but his email address actually bounced back to us without being able to be sent through.
If you'd like to know more about this particular case in Arizona, I'll throw the link in the description box below this video for you to check out for yourself.
Now, there's so much stuff happening in Georgia that we're going to compile an entire episode talking about it tomorrow, so stay tuned.
