Time Text
Good evening.
It has now officially been 30 full days since the November 3rd election, but it is still far, far from over, and there are developments still happening across several battleground states.
Let's go through them together, starting with Georgia.
This is your 2020 election update, and I'm your host, Roman, from the Epoch Times.
Now let's start by talking about something which we have not touched on before, the Senate runoff races in Georgia.
So as you likely know, in order to hold a majority in the Senate, a party needs 51 seats.
If it's ever a 50-50 tie, the vice president, who according to the U.S. Constitution is also the president of the Senate, can cast the tie-breaking vote.
So based on the current projections that we are seeing across the U.S., Republicans already have 50 seats, while Democrats have 48, and two of the seats are still up in the air, both of them in Georgia.
If Republicans win just one of these seats, they will keep control of the Senate.
However, if Democrats win both seats in Georgia, as well as the White House, they'll effectively be in control of the Senate because they'll also control the vice presidency.
Now, the runoff elections in Georgia are scheduled for January 5th, which is about a month from now, and things are getting heated as a lot is riding on the line.
Now, Chuck Schumer, Who is currently the Senate Minority Leader, he came out and said that if Democrats get a majority in the Senate, he would be open to making significant changes, including changing how the Senate votes, meaning that he'll likely end the filibuster, and he said that he's open to changing the number of justices on the Supreme Court.
So a lot is riding on this runoff election, and the numbers that we're seeing are reflecting that.
Already 940,000 absentee ballots have been requested for this runoff election, and President Trump himself has announced that he will be holding a rally in Georgia sometime later this month to campaign for the Senate.
And there are some groups which are getting very, very creative with how they're planning to win.
According to the Secretary of State, there are certain groups in Georgia that have been trying to register people who live outside of the state to vote in Georgia's upcoming runoff election.
According to him, there are several groups doing this, including a group called America Votes, which has been sending absentee ballots to people with addresses where they haven't lived since 1994.
There's a group called Vote Forward, which attempted to register a dead Alabama woman to vote in Georgia.
There is a group called the New Georgia Project, which allegedly sent voter registration applications to New York City.
And there's another group called the Operation New Voter Registration Georgia, long name, and it is accused of telling college students in other states that they can change their residency to Georgia, vote, and then change it back after the election.
Now, is all this illegal?
Well, it is.
According to the Secretary of State, voting in Georgia when you're not a resident of Georgia is a felony.
And now these groups are under investigation.
Now, we here at the Epoch Times, we reached out to these groups for comment and actually heard back from one of them.
A spokesperson from Vote Forward told us that they used third-party data for their registration efforts And that that data is not always accurate, and that's how their mistake happened.
If you want to read more about what's happening with the runoff races in Georgia, we'll throw all the links into the description box that's below this video.
And while you're down there, you know what to do.
Hit that like button.
These videos take the culmination of many, many hours of work and weeks of investigating to put together.
And when you hit that like button, it forces the YouTube algorithm to share this video out to thousands of more people, letting the truth be known far and wide.
Now, while we're on the topic of Georgia, let's discuss their second recount.
Now, if you remember, at the request of the Trump campaign, Georgia started its second vote recount last week, and the counties in Georgia are on a deadline.
However, according to the Secretary of State, Fulton County, which is Georgia's most populous county, is cutting corners during this recount.
During a press conference he said that he is tired of always having to put up with their dysfunction.
They can still make it by our midnight Wednesday deadline, but they seem to want to make it in a dramatic finish.
He also said that Fulton County has made several compounding errors.
But what does that actually mean?
Well, according to him, the biggest one was that instead of following the procedures that were laid out, Fulton County backed up their election data on the server itself instead of using an external backup.
And because of that decision, they lost the ability to upload hundreds of thousands of scanned ballots.
Why is that?
Well, it could have something to do with the fact that over the weekend, the Dominion Voting System server in Atlanta, it crashed.
Now, we have a reporter that's in Fulton County right now, and he spoke to an official over there who told him that the server is still in the building.
Reports that it has been removed from the building apparently are not true.
However, he said that their on-site, the mini representative, was not able to fix the problem.
And as of right now, it's still unclear to us whether the server is back up and running.
So technically, Fulton County still has a deadline of tonight, Wednesday night, to complete their recount.
And we'll let you know tomorrow what comes of it.
If you'd like to read more about the article from our man on the ground in Georgia, I'll throw the link in the description box below this video for you to check out for yourself.
Now lastly, while we're still on the topic of Georgia, earlier today a Stop the Steal rally was organized there by supporters of President Trump who are calling for greater transparency and a full investigation into the credible allegations of voter fraud in that state.
Now we had some reporters from our sister media, NTDTV, who were on the ground there, and here is some of the footage that they were able to get.
I want to thank everyone here because I know you're here because you love America.
I know you're here because you love Donald Trump and he loves you.
You're here because we the people will not let them steal our vote.
*Cheering* It was not just the Dominion machines.
We have experts and a witness who have explained to us that the fraud exists in the DNA of all the software that was run by any voting system in the country.
So they all are at risk of having been manipulated.
I think we will eventually find that the algorithm that flipped votes at a certain percentage from Trump to Mr.
Biden was run all across the country.
Alright, now let's move on over to Michigan.
Yesterday, the Michigan Senate Oversight Committee held a public hearing in order to shed light on the election irregularities that took place in the state.
And at that hearing, witness after witness, many of whom had actually also written sworn affidavits, spoke of irregularities that they saw as well as a culture of concealment during their time in Detroit.
Now, culture of concealment, what does that exactly mean?
Well, one woman, who was a poll challenger for the past nine years, said that she tried to watch the workers duplicate damaged ballots.
And the way that it's supposed to work is that one worker holds up the ballot that's damaged, that's meant to be copied, and another poll worker makes a new one to replace it.
But she said that whenever she would try to watch the process, the person that was inspecting the ballot would stand in front of us.
And if we tried to move to the side, one of the adjudicators would challenge us and tell us to stand back and that we were too close.
She also said that after a lunch break, as poll challengers tried to return to the building, they found that the doors were locked.
When we got back, the doors were locked.
I was able to get back into the room.
But I witnessed pizza boxes being placed over the windows so that the poll challengers couldn't see in.
And those are being placed over the windows by election workers and by the agitators that were down there.
Now, in regards to the ballots themselves, she said that not a single military ballot that she saw was from a registered voter.
And that instead, the ballots looked like they were all exactly the same Xerox copies and that they were all for Joe Biden across the board.
Not one of the military ballots was a registered voter and the ballots looked like they were all exactly the same Xerox copies of the ballot.
They were all for Biden across the board.
There wasn't a single Trump vote and none of the voters were registered.
They had to manually enter the names and addresses and a birth date of 1-1-2020 which would override the system and allow them to enter And there was a lot of other great witness testimony as well as new information that came to light in yesterday's Michigan hearings.
I'm going to throw the link to both the articles as well as the full-length video of the hearing in the description box below this video for you to check out for yourself.
And by the way, while we're on this topic, a lot of people yesterday left comments below this video saying that they would be interested in seeing a highlight video from the Arizona hearings.
So later this week, I'll find some time to go through the maybe 10 hours of footage and put together a highlight video for you to take a look at.
And once I finish that, if I have time, I'll do the same for the Michigan one as well.
And all I ask in return is that you smash that like button.
That way, all this culmination of many hours of work can be shared out to thousands of more people via the YouTube algorithm.
Now let's move over and discuss something that happened in regards to Pennsylvania.
Yesterday at a press conference, a man named Phil Kline, who is both the former Kansas Attorney General as well as the director of a legal group called the Thomas More Society's Amistad Project, he said that as many as 288,000 ballots from this election disappeared in Lancaster, Pennsylvania after being transported by a truck from New York.
He said that according to a whistleblower who was a USPS subcontractor, between 130,000 and 280,000 completed ballots were shipped from New York, but both the ballots and the trailer itself disappeared.
Now reading this statement, I don't know about you, but I don't quite understand what even the purpose of shipping those ballots were in the first place.
Because, okay, they disappeared, which is of course suspicious, but why were completed ballots being shipped from New York to Pennsylvania in the first place?
That's something that I still can't figure out with this story.
But regardless, the whistleblower was a man named Jesse Morgan, and he was a truck driver for a USPS subcontractor.
He said that he was driving a truck filled up with 288,000 ballots on October 21st, which is two full weeks before the election.
And he said that the truck and the ballots disappeared from a USPS depot in Lancaster after he dropped them off.
Now, this is true.
If thousands of pre-filled ballots were sent across state lines, Well, that's a federal crime.
And the director of this legal group, he said that he will share this information with law enforcement, including the FBI. Now, we here at the Epoch Times, we reached out to the FBI for comment, but have yet to hear back.
Now, at that same press conference, another whistleblower from Wisconsin, he said that he works as a USPS subcontractor as well, and that he allegedly heard that the post office was planning to backdate tens of thousands of mail-in ballots before the November 3rd election.
That was in an effort to circumvent the submission deadline for ballots.
And one thing to note, I don't know whether it's directly related to this or not, you can make that decision for yourself, but I think it's worth mentioning.
The USPS Postal Workers Union, they endorsed Joe Biden for president before the election.
Now, we also reached out to the USPS for comment on both the issue of backdating ballots as well as this disappearing truck full of ballots, but I've yet to hear back.
We'll throw the links to the article about this truck full of ballots disappearing as well as to the full hearing in the description box below this video for you to check out for yourself.
Lastly, I wanted to mention, if there is any topic that you would like to see me cover on this program, please let me know by writing a comment in the comment section that's below this video.
I actually spend about an hour every day going through the comments on these videos.
So if you'd like to see something covered that we haven't touched on yet, please let me know.
I'd love to hear from you.
