We've been a little bit inconsistent in the production.
Obviously, the production quality.

But I've kind of committed then to focus on my spiritual walk right now because I don't see much hope in the world right now.
I don't see much joy in what's going on around me every day.

I sort of just feel like a lot of days I feel like I'm just fighting the world alone.
And a lot of you feel like that too.
And it's, you know, it doesn't feel great this holiday season.
It doesn't feel great moving to another state because of people trying to harm my family.
It doesn't feel great being wrapped up in tens of thousands of dollars already in legal fees due to a fake, frivolous lawsuit from the FBI and its proxies.
It doesn't feel good.
A lot of these things don't feel great, plus some health complications I've had.
However, I'm going to give it encounter all joy because you know what?
Sometimes we have bad days, we have bad weeks, we have bad seasons.
However, we don't need to complain about the trials that go before us because it could always be worse.
And there's so much to be thankful for.

I'm not going to say his name, but one of their contributors tried to interview me over this lawsuit.
And Breaking Points, the show that's supposed to be about breaking news, wouldn't air the interview that he did with me, one of their contributors, because it was too controversial, because they didn't want to upset the FBI.
And then when he said, basically, why are we worried about upsetting the FBI?
Aren't we a media organization?
Shouldn't we be holding them accountable?
They fired him, which I think was directly related to me being him interviewing me.
So I'm getting people, people are getting fired because they're so afraid to touch this.
What does that show me about our side?
It shows me that they're weak.
And instead, it's like, hey, I just want to know, you know, I want to know, realistically speaking, what we're trying to achieve from all of this because it looks like we're headed in a negative direction.
In fact, I want to bring something up kind of important here.
You know, Polymarket, the website that does prediction markets, even put this up.
Maybe they'll stonewall some of Trump's immigration policies.
But as we'll talk about in a little bit, already the immigration, we're having conversations with the Supreme Court about revoking birthright citizenship.
That's the kind of progress we need.

And I think it would be, I think it would behoove us to appreciate that hard work and enjoy the fact that we do have a president in office that we voted for.

In fact, I kind of relate to Yi, who Yi said, people, I don't even want people to talk to me.
Sometimes you get so sick and tired of people.

Something that she's pulling back on JD Vance.
Why is the wife, the grieving widow of Charlie Kirk, a very famous guy, even talking about any of this stuff?
Why is she out in the public?
Why is she promoting books?
Why doesn't she just go grieve?
I think that's what makes everybody extremely uncomfortable in this situation is A, we're not allowed to criticize her because she's the widow of a guy who was brutally murdered like a dog.
But B, she's assumed a very credible and high-ranking role and being asked to put her dead husband's political weight for or against a political candidate for president, it does feel kind of odd.
So Candace, you know, sort of questioning Turning Point, it's very valid.
I mean, I've been on phone calls with the owners of Turning Point recently.
I've gotten in text conversations with the CEO and shared my own concerns.
And I almost, it almost reminds me of when individuals, like, which by the way, I like them.
This is not a thing, but like I saw, like, I remember like I told ALX I was going to talk about this publicly, but it was like ALX and Breanna Morello and a few when I, when we had the quad S situation where the DHS had marked us as security threats, particularly my producer on the way back from El Salvador, where we, of course, people want to know what we were doing out there.
And I always remind them, it was male prostitution, clearly.
Who wouldn't want this?
It was like, they were like, well, we called DHS or I called them and they told us, you know, that they didn't, there was nothing nefarious about what they did to you.
And I just kind of listened to that.
I'm like, okay, are we really doing this?
You called the government and the government told you we weren't giving Elijah hassle.
You called the government.

She does really good work.

So, you know, I think if I were to stop doing five different shows and just do one, I don't think I'd get as many views as Candace, but I think I'd probably get like 60, 70%.
Whereas, you know, Tim Castaro does about half a million and she does like two.
If I stopped doing all the other shows, the viewers would concentrate around one show or whatever.
My point is there's a handful of, you have to break down total viewership per company per view.
So it's like her show is really big, but it's one, you know, hour-long show.
Tim, you're one of the richest and most popular podcasters universally across the left and the right.
You're literally one of the most famous voices in the political movement.
Tim is very approachable, by the way, a very kind person.
And like, you know, my whole breakdown that sort of happened, I guess, with a friend of mine that I'm not going to mention was they were mad.
They were really mad at me that they said I didn't defend them as much on Tim Pool as I should have.
I still don't understand that beef.

And what he did was he tried to eliminate the automatic birthright citizenship that all Americans have had for more than a century.
And what that does, it goes to the 14th Amendment of the Constitution that says all persons born or naturalized in the United States and subject to the jurisdiction thereof are citizens of the United States.
That means that anyone who's born here, Brianna, automatically becomes a U.S. citizen.
And what Donald Trump's executive order tried to do was say anyone who was born of someone who was not here lawfully or who was here on some sort of temporary status, that person's baby would not automatically be a citizen.
It's a very, it's probably of all the Trump actions that have been taken to date.
So yeah, of all the actions taken to date, what she's saying here is like everybody's mad about Trump restricting the Somalian immigration, but at some point, somebody's got to restrict this stuff.

They also went through more than 600 or so tips relating to this investigation.
We reported just a little while ago, the man that is in custody, his name is Brian Cole Jr., in his early 30s from Woodbridge, Virginia.
That's where that, what we're being told, court-authorized activity is being or is taking place right now, I should say.
He was picked up earlier this morning, taken into custody in federal custody right now.
We're expecting to hear from Attorney General Bondi, FBI Director Kash Patel, and U.S. Attorney Janine Pirro at some point later today.
And I will note that the FBI did have a reward of $500,000, a half a million dollar reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of the person behind this.
So it's unclear if that may have played a role here.
A lot of questions, though, still that we have as we await to hear from some of these leaders at the DOJ and FBI today.
We don't know exactly what was the final linchpin where investigators say, okay, now we're going to go to this person.
I've been covering this case since January of 2021.
We're coming up on the five-year anniversary, half a decade.
It's hard to believe.
And investigators have been looking for this person over and over again.
But in the surveillance footage, it's difficult because the person's face completely covered.
You can't see any eyes.
It's dark.
The camera angles are far away.
The person had gloves on, a hoodie, legs were covered.
So it's been very, very difficult.
So what we want to know is, is it a tip?
Did somebody rat this person out?
Or did perhaps law enforcement go through original case file information and just take a second, third, fourth, or even fifth scrub and just go back to the basics and say, hey, here's something that's new that maybe we didn't look at early enough.
So we don't want to speculate.
We just have to wait until we hear it until the criminal complaint is unsealed in court and until authorities say so.
But clearly, we're going to find out definitely a lot more information here in the next several hours.
So they have this guy in custody, and the media has really tried to make it seem like he's some sort of a white supremacist, which is really interesting.
His name is Brian Cole Jr.
