DHS Accused Us of LYING About "$5M FBI Lawsuit" & We EXPOSED Them...

BREAKING: During this INSANE $5M Lawsuit from the FBI Director Kash Patel's girlfriend is attempting to destroy our company over a retweet. If you have been following the case, we then showed up to the airport after leaving to El Salvador over Saftey concerns once Elijah's house was doxxed by supporters of the lawsuit - that's where our operations manager was designated SSSS on his ticket, which requires additional screening since he was marked a "national security threat." The DHS says that the two situations are not related when the Assistant Secretary tweeted to call us out. However, we exposed them as liars. If the two aren't related, why did they lie about us to discredit us? We have all the details.

My operations manager was just marked as a domestic threat while we were trying to return back to the United States from El Salvador.
However, Assistant Secretary for the Department of Homeland Security, Tricia McLaughlin, says, actually, no, that didn't happen.
DHS government did not threaten you.
I never claimed they threatened me.
She said, your producer's boarding pass included a random selection for extra screening, just like thousands of other Americans daily.
There was no secondary screening and absolutely no arrest at all.
So what's interesting is no one claimed that we were arrested.
However, here is a video of my producer, for a lack of better words, literally leaving the denial of entry at the port of customs to then get secondary screening from the Department of Homeland Security.
So why is the Department of Homeland Security lying to you guys?
Why is it that individuals like journalist Brianna Morello says specifically, I went ahead and I called the TSA.
So she gave a call to the TSA and they said, actually, Elijah Schaefer is not a security threat and was not targeted with Quad S. His producers was simply a random selection that happens all the time to people through our system.
He wasn't detained, wasn't arrested.
And so what's interesting is, is once again, here's another claim that I wasn't detained.
I wasn't given Quad S, and I never claimed I was, never said it was about me.
We said it was about you.
unidentified
And I want to hear from your mouth, what happened?
And when did you notice that you had the security designation that you were a threat, of which they're now saying not only did it really not happen, but also we completely have lied, even though we have video of it.
So we've been traveling frequently to back and forth different areas.
I haven't had any trouble at all.
But as soon as I came to the airport, what ended up happening was I had, I noticed at the bottom, I'm actually a J6er.
I've been through this before.
Unfortunately, the government went ahead and has already given me a hard time in the past.
Now, this is unrelated to January 6th because I was pardoned.
Everything was clear.
No trouble there.
But as soon as we got to the airport, what ended up happening was I noticed at the bottom I had the quad S again, which was surprising to me.
I haven't done anything wrong.
I've been, you know, making sure that I'm sticking on the right path.
And as soon as we got to the airport, instantly we were pulled aside.
I had to be searched multiple times.
I had to go through that just to come back into the United States.
This was once we were in El Salvador.
Then after that happened, we ended up flying to the United States.
Once we got here, when we got in line to go ahead and pass customs, as soon as I walked up to the verification machine, they instantly asked, are you a U.S. citizen because you're not allowed to pass?
Once the supervisor noticed that it had nothing to do with me being a U.S. citizen, which I am a U.S. citizen, they told me that I wasn't able to go through because I had to go through another screening where I was brought off to the side and I had to go talk with a police officer that they actually had or a TSA agent at the airport.
So after going through that screening, eventually I was let back in to the country.
Thank God.
But it's just very random that this happened, you know, that this has happened to me.
I think it's actually related, which is surprising because you posted a picture of me the day before online saying that I was your security, that I was here to assist you.
And then instantly, I'm now being targeted once again with a quad S.
And it just brings back memories.
I mean, the one thing that the Trump administration did is they said that they're going to come in.
They're going to gut this correct, corrupt FBI.
And then here we are, you're being attacked in a lawsuit.
That makes no sense.
You didn't say anything wrong.
They're saying, you know, we think that you were thinking something, which makes no sense.
And then want to point out how we go ahead and we point out how Israel has control on certain politicians and things of that nature.
So I think a lot of it had to do with that.
But yeah, they went ahead.
They put me back on Quad S. Once again, I'm being harassed and I had to go through the system, which was, it was very uncomfortable, brought back a lot of bad feelings that I had from the past where, you know, it's like, once again, here we go.
You know, why can't I feel comfortable coming into my own country?
Why do I have to feel like I am a criminal or a villain, you know, when I've done nothing wrong?
So it's very disheartening and it's very upsetting to see that we're seeing the same traits that they were attacking the Biden administration on.
And to clarify, you know, Tim Poole also pointed something out directly.
Tim Poole said that he himself was never cast to a quad S on his ticket, except in the cases to where he was being investigated by the FBI.
One of his main producers, Lisa Reynolds, also said she didn't get quad S until she was being investigated by the FBI working for Tommy Robinson.
I never had quad S until I was under investigation from the FBI.
And also reminding you that the FBI is so sloppy that when they returned his devices from their January 6th investigation, they gave him the wrong phone.
So while I want to explain that I don't, I don't think ALX by any means is trying to do anything nefarious.
And so, you know, I reached out to all these people behind the scenes to make sure that they weren't trying to be nefarious towards me, right?
I want to know what their motivations were.
If it's to promote journalism, then I'm going to provide them the ultimate facts.
If they want to attack my character, like that one guy, Clayton Waypole or Will Chamberlain, they're trying to, they have nefarious reasons.
I'm not going to even, you know, interact with them.
So he said specifically that he called it administration.
And the quad S designation in quote is this, in this case, is random.
Could be due to all passengers being booked on the same passenger notification record.
Instance was mere coincidence.
Thousands of Americans experience extra screening daily.
Individuals is not watchlisted and they were not detained.
We were not on the same ticket together.
So we weren't on the same record locator.
But what's important about this matter is that in my hands here, I also have a letter, which you can see here.
I don't know if I can see from Michael Hennessy.
His name here is from Citibank.
Shortly before this, we started getting suspicious that there was some sort of weird investigation going on in our company because our business credit cards were canceled.
All of them were canceled.
And we received this letter that there was some sort of a federal flagging of Michael.
I've never had trouble with credit before in my life.
So it was a surprise to me that now I'm being rejected.
I'm being rejected from credit card companies, Citibank.
I've also went ahead and applied for other credit cards as well, which I have been denied.
Now, it's basically probably, I'm guessing, because of an open investigation.
I don't know for sure.
We're still looking into this right now, but it was a surprise to me to say, hey, listen, we don't even want to give you a credit card.
You know, we don't even want to, even if you have great history, even if you've been doing everything, I mean, I don't even have one missed payment.
So for them to come in and cancel my credit card, and not only did they just not cancel my credit card, they canceled everybody in the company's credit card.
And they went ahead and had to create a new account.
You were pardoned and you've had no issues since then.
And the day, the day after I declare that you're running security and you're managing my operations during this investigation and lawsuit, you then get quad 'sed and you have two secondary screenings, one at the airport in El Salvador and one in the United States.
I had to go ahead and get, you know, same thing, El Salvador, the United States.
And it's just very disheartening.
You know, I mean, we went ahead and it was literally right after he posted the picture.
I've been traveling a lot recently.
You know, we've been, we've gone, been to a few different countries.
We've had to travel to different states, you know, really trying to get this media company up and off the ground.
So it was a real surprise to me that immediately after, now I have a quad S, now I'm somewhat of, you know, quote unquote trouble or whatever it may be.
So it's just crazy that we've gotten to this point as a country.
It's crazy that I have this kind of trouble that I should be having because once again, I have been pardoned.
You know, even when I was arrested for J6, I was pardoned three days before my court case.
So I was supposed to go in front of a DC jury.
I turned the plea deal down.
And so I've never really have been fully prosecuted in the sense where the judge came down and said, yes, this guy committed, you know, committed a crime.
I didn't never stood before a jury.
So why be attacked in this way?
And then once again, after the pardon, no trouble before that.
I mean, after that, I was, I've traveled many times, no problem, go right through TSA.
It was actually a breath of fresh air, especially because before when I was persecuted, I had to sit in line for like four hours, get, you know, everything from take my shoes off to rub weird stuff rough your feet and go through all these kinds of leaps and bounds just to get to anywhere I was traveling to.
So it felt like a, you know, a relief when I had my pardon because I'm like, okay, now, as Trump said, he was going to come in.
He was going to take care of the crooked FBI and we're back on better standing grounds, but that's not the case.
And to say that the weird things with this trip is I actually went to El Salvador.
I had to leave my house because of being criminally docked.
And when I got there, my bags were not in El Salvador.
Now I checked in our three bags together under his name and my name at the same time.
And my bags didn't show up.
And nobody knew where they were.
The airlines didn't know where they were.
And they had told me that the TSA had kept my bags.
So I'm going to clarify that.
The TSA had kept my bags.
And they told me you could not get your bags unless you come back to the United States, show your ID and pick them up because they had been held by the TSA.
So the TSA decided to keep my baggage right during this middle of this lawsuit.
I leave after getting doxxed.
They keep my bags.
McLaughlin, you guys can't hide.
And I'm going to end with this.
I come back and then they ship them to a different country.
And then they wouldn't give them back to me for days.
And then they promised to bring me back the next day.
And they didn't bring me back the bags.
The TSA finally handed them over to American Airlines.
And then when I try to come back to the United States, I bring my bags.
I have priority.
All the bags come out.
Everything's out.
We're just waiting there, sitting there.
He'd gone through secondary screening.
And then my bag finally comes out at the end.
That's pretty crazy.
They just kept my bag for an extra 20 minutes in TSA to return.
So I had problems with my bags going in, problems with my bags going out.
I'm not flagged.
I had secondary screening as well.
Both times leaving the country, they took every piece of electronics out of my backpack.
They were looking into everything, my computer, my phone.
This happened to me too.
I didn't raise hell about it because I wasn't trying to cause any security issues, but they've been hassling me at the airport as well.
So we have a double whammy.
To those of you guys that are saying this is BS, yeah, they're canceling our bank accounts and our credit cards a few weeks ago that we're like confused about.
That's kind of what raised the suspicion to begin with.
And then you have individuals coming out all over the place being like saying that, you know, Elijah wasn't threatened.
I never said I was.
So once again, you have this idea.
I always mention when people say this, when they like, when you say like, hey, I criticize Israel and they go, oh, so you hate Jews?
You go, wait, I didn't say that.
I said I'm criticizing Israel.
Or like when you go like, you know, man, like, like, I just really think Netanyahu is pretty evil.
It's like, oh, so you want another Holocaust.
You're like, no, that's not what I said.
Why don't you just take what I said at face value?
I said, I criticize the government.
I criticize an individual.
And it's like, oh, hey, here's a picture of Kash Patel and his girlfriend.
Oh, so you're saying she's a honeypot and she deserves threats and harassment and that she manipulates and controls the government.
It's like, no, no, that's not what I said.
All this assumption and twisting is the sign of corruption.
It is the don't believe what you see, don't believe what you hear, don't believe what you're experiencing.
Believe what we tell you.
And so this is the corruption we have right now.
We have individuals across the board basically twisting our claims.
Then you have people taking our claims and then claiming they're not true.
And we have it on video.
We have evidence.
We have the tickets.
We have the entire search through and we can explain it.
Who do you believe?
The people who have it on video, who have the evidence?
The people who can explain the timing?
That's not coincidence, proving you that it's not that there's a flag.
By the way, I have people that also work in law enforcement who have said that did looked at his profile and he is flagged by something in the federal agency.
So that's totally, completely a lie that they're saying it's not true.
And I want to end with this.
People that made phone calls that are like, I called the TSA and they said they didn't do no bad.
I didn't do nothing.
Didn't do nothing.
Listen, I called McDonald's and McDonald's said our ice cream machines all work.
You know, Lisa Reynolds of Tim Cast said, I called Wells Fargo and they said they weren't assessing dishonest fees.
You called the government and then an agent told you, a random citizen, the truth?
You think that's how this works?
Come on, guys.
You've got to be legit and realize who's undermining and who's lying about this.
And I just want you know, we are raising support for this.
Now I have to use legal funds from this to figure out what he's being investigated for.
You can go to gifts and go.com slash Elijah Schaefer.
The link is in the description to support us because now he's involved in this and we've got to use funds.
And I also want to clarify saying this.
We have not used a single dollar of our legal funds.
