And quite frankly, we didn't even promote it as much as I should have.
And I realized, I was like, damn, people want to listen to you.
People, when your name's attached to something, people watch, you know, and I mean, I know your reputation precedes you, but what you have to say, people aren't talking about, right?
That's the main problem right now.
People just aren't talking.
And I noticed in this meeting, I was telling you, I was super insomni.
I had insomnia.
I'm not sleeping.
And I don't think I've ever worn blue blocker glasses before, but you told me to, you had some like funny looking glasses on earlier.
Those are a little more, you know, Gucci, as they say.
Well, these glasses I have on are made by LuciaEyes.com.
One of my members, Dan Uber, started the company to protect kids from suicide.
Why?
Because blue light has a lot of different effects.
And I know Elijah told me before we started filming that one of his best friends from high school killed himself.
So obviously this touches, you know, your situation as well.
And I think, you know, with you being in my house, the guys are trying to get the lighting done.
And we both all made a comment that the light is really not good.
And you shared some of your personal information with me.
And my nurse got you a pair of Dan's glasses.
And, you know, we also started to talk to you a little bit about how this affects testosterone, how it affects vitamin A. Vitamin A destroys the sex story hormones.
And that's actually why we have more kids that have pink hair, green hair, and are gay or bisexual or a bipolar disorder.
And nobody wants to talk about this.
They come at it from, you know, I'd say the centralized perspective.
And unfortunately, the centralized perspective never gets to the truth.
The decentralized perspective, you're in the decentralized country where we favor decentralized money and decentralized medicine.
So I thought it was really cool, you know, before we started this that you said, hey, you know, I want to wear the glasses because I'm having a problem.
You know, you weren't afraid.
You were not afraid to tell the audience that Elijah Schaefer's got this issue.
And as I told you before, you're going to be important for the American Revolution 2.0 because we need somebody in media to make it, you know, 15, 20 years down the road when we have to fight the technocrats.
And if we can keep people putting time in their bank account, I mean, to me, that's important if it starts with you.
You know, I'd love, you know, for Dan and Chris Sweeting from EMR Tech, you know, who's the red light guy.
Maybe we can study using these blue lights next time.
We could start using red lights.
I don't know how your media guys are going to feel about that, but.
Yeah, yeah, there's no sponsors for these glasses.
But one thing I noticed is I was like, I didn't even notice I had strain right here on my temples.
And obviously I'm so accustomed to being in front of such bright lights.
We've got one under the table, one that's atrocious, but it's necessary.
And then these other two ones right here.
And that's, that's just in a studio with natural light.
But immediately putting these on, it felt like I had a attention headache removed that I didn't even know I had.
And I was going, wow, how many ailments and problems do we have connected to blue light then that we don't even know we have because we've just grown up on my generation?
We grew up on screens.
We grew up from TV to iPads to iPhones.
And it's like, not to mention the getting rid of the incandescent lights and putting all of the blue lights in our public schools and our Walmarts, right?
Some people say that you feel different in Walmart versus Target just because of how blue the lights are in the Walmart, right?
I mean, you walk through with a spectroscope, you'll see.
And the reason why is people that are afflicted with blue light, you tend to eat more food, you spend more money.
So believe it or not, they understand this issue.
Like, for example, in restaurants, point of service, they put an EMF device under the table.
That's why I'm moving my hand under here.
And when they do that, you know, they use those stupid little QR codes for you to use the, I guess you would call the menu.
And I hate that, you know, in places I go.
But why is that a big deal?
Because what they're doing, they get the EMF closer to you.
That makes you eat more.
It makes you order more food.
So you don't even realize that you're being stolen from as this is going on.
And it's really important for people to understand that, you know, it's time theft, but it's also inflation the same way we get it from, you know, our government.
And all these things matter.
Like if you're on a fixed budget, you know, back in the States and you're making $1,000 or $1,500 a day, you know, every $5,000, $10,000, $15 really matters.
And I think when you realize that how simple these hacks are to get your time back, I mean, bringing it in and, you know, keeping your guys healthy, you know, and keeping your guests healthy, keeping you healthy, you know, it's also going to make your wife happy.
You know, it's one of the things that people think it's hyperbole.
It's not.
You wear the glasses enough, you're going to have more sex.
Your wife's going to know this that your erection is much harder.
Just so you understand, testosterone is destroyed by blue light exposure.
And the reason why, not to get too crazy with the science, but in our visual system, we have these chemicals tied to photoreceptors.
They're called opsins.
Every time blue light hits it, the blue light detector called melanopsin breaks off the vitamin A.
The vitamin A becomes a wrecking ball and it destroys your hormone panel.
What's the hormone panel that you need to be most concerned about?
It's called the CYP enzyme.
That's a heme protein.
Heme proteins are destroyed by blue light.
So what does it cause?
So you understand.
This turns your body into Mars.
And I mean this literally in figures of you.
I'm not using it as hyperbole.
You know that Mars is a dead red planet.
And why?
Because it's filled with iron oxide.
So when blue light hits the heme protein, it dehydrates it and iron changes its oxidation state.
That's the reason you can't make your testosterone.
It's the reason you can't make your estrogen.
It's the reason you can't make progesterone.
So what happens?
You get collateral effects.
And those are all the diseases that Bobby Kennedy told us he was going to do something about, which he's done nothing about.
He shit the bet on it.
And he's known about this stuff because the Maha movement started with my decentralized law that I gave him.
Nobody mentioned Maha until that law was given to Bobby.
And, you know, President Bukele, to tell you just how important this was, when his brother got married in Lake Cuate Peca, President Bukele went and changed all the lights from LED to incandescence.
Just so you know that.
And then he gave a convocation to his family and friends to tell them why he was doing that because it's important to change that.
Plus, his brother had the wedding at Cuate Peca, which is a volcano that increases ATP flux.
So technically, everybody that went to that wedding had decentralized medicine and politicians, politicians who don't know any of this stuff that are in his party, he actually was helping them be smarter.
Why?
Because your cognition is better when you're there.
And President Bukeley knows this stuff.
He's got a pair of these glasses, just so you know that.
The same glasses you have on now.
He also was gifted one of Chris Sweeting's lights from EMR Tech.
And Chris was, you know, nice enough to donate that light and give it to President Bukeley.
Because what was the information that we said at that time?
We said, if we have the best president in the world, which we call him the goat here, why wouldn't we want him to stay alive longer?
So I'm just extending this to Elijah Schaefer.
If we need a journalist who's going to fight for the First Amendment to tell people the truth, to put the break on government, why don't we want you to stay alive too?
Well, that's what I noticed is something that we're not talking about.
You know, people, myself included, get sucked into this trap of, you know, there's these big debates between all these social media influencers going on.
There's lots of talks about Jewish people and whatnot.
But then when I talk to people, they're all concerned about these outward things.
They're not sleeping well.
They're not having a lot of sex in their marriage.
They are having trouble getting the time to parent because they're lethargic, right?
It's like, well, you know, as much as I'd love to take care of the world's problems or, you know, as much as I really don't give a shit about social media people fighting, I hope they figure it out.
You know, I don't think it's good if we're all fighting.
But it's like, while we're all distracted, something you pointed out to me earlier is that it's like, there is all of these higher level things going on.
Like there is chemical bio-warfare, you know, technological warfare being waged, especially on the men, but also, you know, on the women as well in their own ways.
And one of those things you keep saying is like the phone.
And I know you spoke to me a little bit about EMF when we met one of the times previously, but like exactly what is light doing and why is it, why is blue light hurting us?
Because most people are not scientists.
They don't know about oxidation states.
They don't understand what heme or even what a protein is.
They just know it's good for muscles or something like that.
So like if you were to break it down, like why would somebody want to get glasses like this?
Because I'm considering wearing these every day.
I will, if you want me to, I will, if you think it's going to help, I will.
So let's just make it simple that everybody knows.
Everybody's seen a rainbow.
Everybody's seen the Pink Floyd album cover from 1970 with Dark Side of the Moon.
So you have seven colors in the rainbow, but the lights that are on us right now, the reason why we're wearing this, they're predominantly blue.
What's the main problem with modern lighting?
It subtracts out all the purple, which is the UV, subtracts us out most of the red.
The red is what your mitochondria pays attention to.
Every heme protein in your body loves the red light.
So if you realize that this is like a giant connection, like what was the name of that game that we used to play when kid Twister?
Like if you can't put your hand on red, then that means all the red proteins that have that message don't work in your body.
Turns out the one that you're most concerned about that you've always brought up to me is testosterone.
Why do guys have a problem with testosterone?
The flip side of that is for ladies, why do they get PCOS, which is polycystic ovarian syndrome?
Because their sex steroid hormones are jacked up.
And the thing that you said earlier about your temporalis muscle and the sweating on your forehead, you don't realize that blue light puts you in a stress response.
Like it's fight or flight.
You are actively trying to get away.
So what does that mean to the neurosurgeon?
I mean, it's just like if a saber-toothed tiger was chasing you, but you don't realize that light can cause that.
So how do I prove it to you and your audience?
Come in here with a spectroscope and we go outside, right outside my house here, like we were the last visit, and we put it on.
You see all seven colors, but we're in here in this makeshift studio and it's predominantly blue light, from 435 to 480.
That's the stuff that's behind all the chronic disease epidemics that MAHA is supposed to be behind except, what are they doing now?
Hey, let's go after food, let's go after red dye.
Number four, that doesn't solve the key problem that's related to most of the people that are out there.
The problems are having osteoporosis.
Let's, let's keep it out of the boomer generation.
Let's keep it to your guys, because the number one thing is there's more gay people now than there used to be.
What's another big thing?
Infertility.
You know that in your age group, infertility is off the chain.
Though, like people being well, porn is also a blue light issue remember, you watch pornography on a blue light screen, so you think it's the porn, that's what the industry's got you blaming, but it's the light that's fundamentally doing.
It got it, and this is the reason why guys can only get off watching porn.
But when you put a beautiful woman in front of them.
Their penis doesn't get erect, they can't have an orgasm.
Then here's the bigger flip side.
Uh, you know the famous guy that's out there right now.
He's got tons of money, Brian Johnson.
He's telling everybody what to do, but he looks like, you know Casper, the friendly Ghost.
Well, you get premature, but you get premature ejaculation from having no melanin in your body.
So you know that I gave you shit the last time you were here.
I said, Elijah, I need you out in the sun because there's two sides of this coin, just like this bitcoin.
Right here we have a head heads and a tail side.
What's the head side that we've started talking about?
The head side is, Alan Allen stands for artificial light at night.
We're having artificial light during the day, so it's a problem day or night, but what's the bottom side?
The bottom side is, do you get enough sun?
You got to get enough sun, because what does melanin do it?
So this is what I want to understand, because I i've heard the opposite.
Like I have a, I have a friend named Mark Loebliner.
He's a.
He's a great guy.
It's a good reminder.
By the way, he's a good Jewish friend of mine.
I, you know we had talked about that.
It's like just because he's Jewish doesn't mean he's like somehow corrupt or anything.
He's very one of the one of the greatest like voices against steroid abuse and everything from what he did.
And he's also, you know, comes on the show often to talk about things.
One thing that he's, one thing that he stated and he had us over his house recently that there's certain um steroids uh, including like.
When you combine like trt and like Trendbolin and a few different uh injectables which I don't remember their names off the top of my head, it um has known to turn gay guys into having sexual attraction for women and men who are very straight to become sexually attracted to men.
Not as it turn them gay in terms of like they don't start dating men and stuff, but they're like.
So this, but I was just bringing up, there's two things I want to bring up that you were explaining.
And I feel like if you guys are watching this, it's the best part of the podcast is when we're not on air and you get a lot of the things that might get both of us in a lot of trouble saying on a podcast, Jack's brilliant guy, and there's a lot of things.
Unfortunately, that probably people will kill people over if they really try to do things is the medical community, the political world, it's all very, very, you know, connected, especially we saw during the pandemic.
There's a lot of money to be made.
There's a lot and a lot of benefit to the corruption.
But I've always been really concerned about it, like not just why everyone's turning gay, because like for me, people make fun of my voice or whatever as being gay, but then you meet my dad, he's got the exact same voice.
So it's actually a genetic thing, but I don't know.
Would I genetically get a high voice?
However, what I'm saying is, like, I don't understand it all, but I was talking about it.
Like, I told you this before, and I think the audience needs to hear this.
Genes are like the hardware, but epigenetics are the software to turn it on.
I just put a post out on Instagram the other day that showed 500,000 people in the UK.
Guess what they found?
They found that the environment plays a bigger role than your diet and a bigger role than your genes.
But we've been taught our whole life that it's always the genes.
Why?
Because that goes back to what I told you at the last visit: that we spend 99% of the budget on nuclear DNA, 1% on mitochondrial.
Guess what?
Mitochondria do?
It's the software package that runs the hardware.
So that's why I'm trying to tell you, why are you stunned when I say the things I say to you about gender ideation?
Like, what Lady Gaga wants you, we were born that way.
And I'm not going to tell you that she's wrong because many of you are born that way because your parents abused TV, radio, you know, Archie Bunker.
And then guess what happened?
The segment started to grow in my life.
I started to notice when I was a kid, being homosexual and gay was very unusual.
Many people that are into social engineering will say, well, that's because it wasn't popular.
People in the closet.
I'm going to tell you, it's a little bit different than that.
They were in the closet.
It wasn't popular, but it wasn't as common.
And I can tell you that as a physician, that in my 35 years in practice, I've also seen that change.
Why?
Because I have an ex-wife that used to be a pediatrician.
And she just quit being a pediatrician because of all these kids that are coming in with gender problems.
We never saw that when we were in medical school.
This is a new phenomenon.
And it got so bad for her that it created stress.
Like the stress that you had when you sat with the blue light on, you started sweating and your temple started hurting.
That's what happened to her every day when she was in the hospital, every day when she was in her office.
Why?
Because you'd have parents come in that said, well, I think, you know, my kid is wearing girl shoes, so I think we should gender reassign them.
And you don't realize that what started all this was TV, radio, Google, Microsoft, Snapchat, TikTok.
It's grown and grown and grown.
And then you're of the generation where you know little girls now will change their lips, they'll change their eyes because that has become how they view themselves.
And you don't realize that gender issues, sexual identity, this is all tied to the same thing.
It's about the facade.
The facade totally changes with light.
And nobody believes that.
But then I take it very simple.
Flounder fish.
They are on the bottom of the ocean.
They have two different colors.
Do you know why?
Because the light they get on each side of their body.
How about cows?
Cows change their spots from winter to summer.
You all know this, but you like, you act like, well, this doesn't happen to humans.
I got some bad news for you, dude.
It does.
We change our cell membranes from HDL to LDL cholesterol based on the season.
I come on a show like yours and like, Jack, forget the quantum mechanics, forget the physics.
Let's just make this for retards to understand.
Well, I'm trying to do that for you now, but I want you to understand that you going on TV and when you get into these fights with Candace Owens and McCrone and Nick Fuentes, I want you to understand the reason that they're in that washing machine is because they're being afflicted by the light that they're around.
And I'm just really happy that we're doing this interview because I didn't know we were going to talk about this.
That light stimulated this conversation.
Why?
Because as soon as I sat down, I said, bro, I got to wear fucking.
We focused a lot on the gay thing now, but I want people in the audience to know it's not just that.
It's a definite big issue.
Like when I did the podcast with Rick Rubin and Huberman, what we're talking about now, this is the stuff that hit the editing room floor.
It wasn't popular to talk about three years ago.
Now you're here talking about it.
And the reason I want the audience to know this is this is the reason why Elijah is important.
Why?
Because he's okay talking about this.
Not everybody's okay talking about it.
Why?
Because there'll be people who are gay.
This will offend them.
They'll say, what do you mean?
I was born this way.
That's what I want to believe.
It's the same thing that people who have kids with autism.
They believe that vaccines cause it.
They don't realize the base case is blue light.
To really get autism, you have to have a blue light deficiency.
And then vaccines are the second hit.
When I told Nicole Shanahan that about her daughter Echo, she was stunned and so stunned that I wrote a blog for her to prove to her that it happens.
And I used a Siamese cat as the analogy to show her.
And when she saw that, she was like, you know what?
I can actually see the problem.
And what did she say to me offline that she's never said publicly?
You have to realize these awareness groups for these diseases are a problem.
Why?
Because they want to pigeonhole everything to one disease and unfortunately, or one etiology.
That's not how we work.
We're like house plants, but we're a lot more complicated.
And unfortunately, you do have to know a little bit about how we work.
And each one of these hormones, each one of these proteins in us responds to different parts of that spectrum in the rainbow.
And it turns out when you live a life where you're inside in technology, 99% of the light is now fake light.
You never get enough sunlight.
It shouldn't shock you at all why your friend killed himself.
It shouldn't shock you at all why you don't sleep.
It shouldn't shock you at all that some of your friends that you may have been at Pelestria yesterday tell you, no, I just don't want to have sex anymore.
A lot of people know that the incel movement is rising.
And I'm not going to take away the, you know, the male loneliness epidemic or the fact that, yeah, the Me Too movement did have a lot to do with men not approaching women.
So the whole idea that Gen Z's not having sex, you know, is in part to these things.
I'm not going to put it all on blue light.
But everybody knows that there's a group of men out there that is a new phenomenon and they tend to hold far-right politics.
And they're proud that they're not interested in sex, that they're asexual.
And everyone typically accuses them of being, well, you must be a homosexual.
You must be gay.
And, you know, I know some of these people and I haven't seen personally like anything that, you know, I've been alone with them, hung out and talked to them.
I don't get any of those gay vibes from them.
They just, for some reason, I don't know.
They see nice titties and they're not, I guess they're not turned on by them, but they're not turned on by a penis.
So I, so it might, I guess it's a real phenomenon.
And the LGBTQ community has taken on asexuality, you know, to be part of their group.
They have a flag now that's purple and black.
And that's a weird thing that a sexual identity would take an asexual identity.
I mean, it may be the case, but what I will tell you, I want everybody seems to accept that autism is on a spectrum.
What if I was to tell you that what you just said, if we hit the replay button and the people listen to it, that sexual identity, gender, and sexual choice is also on a spectrum.
And you just explained the spectrum really well.
Why?
Because it doesn't mean everybody that's blue light toxic is going to become gay or vice versa.
Because this just happened on a consult I did here in El Salvador two days ago.
Had a lady ask me this question about heat.
Do you know what the first hormone in your hypothalamus is that goes scree-wide?
What's the stress response?
It's a posterior pituitary hormone called vasopressin.
Vasopressin allows you to pee or not pee.
So you release this hormone from your posterior pituitary.
So guys that tell you that they get up three, four, five times a night to pee, you already know that they have an issue.
Now, what's the other posterior pituitary hormone that'll interest all you guys?
It's called oxytocin.
Oxytocin women get when the baby nuzzles the nipple.
She also gets it at orgasm.
Why do women have problems with orgasm?
Why do women use simolac versus breast milk?
Because oxytocin is defective from the light we live under.
So the posterior pituitary, both of these hormones flatline.
When that happens, all the sex steroid hormones also flatline.
What are you doing biologically?
Fight or flight?
We're back to that idea again.
You shunt everything to cortisol.
Cortisol is one of the other hormones that you go.
What stimulates cortisol?
Blood glucose and insulin.
What does blue light do to blood glucose and insulin?
Raises both of them.
You don't have to eat a cheesecake.
See, you're told by my profession, you have to eat a cheesecake for this to happen.
Elijah, that is your cheesecake.
That is the reason why you get up and pee three or four times a night.
It's also the reason you can't sleep, but it's also the reason guys get sexual dysfunction.
They have to take Cialis and Viagra.
You're involved in a testosterone company.
I want you to understand why you are now, because your life is infiltrated by this.
Women, sexual dysfunction in women is off the charts now.
Nobody talks about it, but it's getting worse and worse and worse.
The ladies will tell the guys, you're two pumps in a dump, or you can never come.
You can't get hard.
Like that's, dude, when you're married, that's a huge freaking issue.
And then when does it really become an issue?
When, say, you're newly married, say you're having regular sex, you know, sex once a day, and then all of a sudden, after six months, 12 months into marriage, sex goes by the wayside because now you're a news anchor, or you're working for IT, you're working for Google, or you're working for Amazon on satellites.
And all of a sudden, you know, people talk to you and say, why aren't you interested in girls?
Like, you don't realize that there's an epigenetic lever that's actually changing this.
This is how evolution works.
And it's so unusual for you to hear.
Why?
Because you didn't hear this from your mom.
You didn't hear from your dad.
You didn't hear from the pediatrician.
And you didn't hear from the primary care doctor.
But you know why?
Because none of the things that I told you today is taught in medical school.
Why?
Who controls the curriculum?
Big pharma.
Last time you were down here in El Salvador, who did I tell you has the biggest canton effect?
Big Pharma.
They sit right next to the money printer.
Why would they ever want to tell you the truth?
They want to sell you a fucking prescription so that you stay a customer forever.
They want to reverse any fucking disease.
But guess what?
You don't know about Dan Uber's glasses.
It raises your melatonin.
It makes vitamin A stay on there.
It improves all your DHA in your cell membranes.
You'll actually start to get tired when you wear this at the right time.
You'll begin to sleep.
When you get in bed, your wife will rub you.
All of a sudden, you'll get a little blood flow and you'll get a little stiffy.
In the morning, you'll want to have sex in the morning because you'll be rock hard.
Your wife will be more lubricated.
Women who are not lubricated, it's tied to this.
You get dry eyes from blue light.
You also get dry vaginas from blue light.
Like this is all linked together.
And when you understand how the science goes, that's when, you know, I hope this is, you know, in my world, and especially in Bitcoin, they always talk shit about the boomers.
I've lived through this when it used to be sunlight and not this crap.
It's nice to sit down with young guys like, you know, your producers and you.
And you guys hear this stuff and you're like, yeah, my friends, we don't really talk about this shit.
But what do I want you to do?
I want you to do what doctors do in the surgeons lounge.
We sit down and we talk about stuff.
You know, your wife isn't going to tell you some of the things because she doesn't want to hurt your opinion.
But I'm going to tell you a story.
This is an anecdote that I think that the audience will like.
This happened a long time ago, about eight years ago.
I had two physicians who are my patients, both Stanford trained.
And the guy told me a whole bunch of different things.
And I became concerned with one of the things that wasn't showing up on his labs because things were inconsistent.
So I sent my nurse, Chantel, to go talk to his wife.
And I asked one question.
I said, Chantel, ask his wife, when they have sex, is his penis as hard as it used to be when he was a young doctor?
And she looked at me and she said, Are you crazy?
You really want me?
I said, yes, I do.
So she comes back and she said, this is what she told me.
There is a difference.
She notices it.
So what did I do immediately?
I went and sent him to an imaging place that's about a mile away from my clinic in Louisiana and I asked for a calcium index score on his heart.
Okay.
Turned out he had a 99% blockage in his left anterior descending coronary artery because I asked about his erection stiffness.
So now I'm going to do a hard stop for the audience.
What do all the guys know that are listening to this right now?
When your dick gets hard, what's it filled with?
Blood.
Where does it come from?
Your heart.
Didn't take too long for you to figure that out, right, bro?
So what am I trying to tell you?
That when you're in a committed relationship with a woman, she has a duty to tell you if you're performing or not performing.
Are you satisfying or not?
Your ego can't be hurt by that because you've got to remember something.
You are her partner.
She has a duty to tell you this, but you have a duty to do the same for her.
Like, babe, you're not getting off?
Okay, can we talk about this?
Are you having a trouble with the kids?
You got three kids.
You're at home.
You're in blue light.
You're not going out.
You're pale.
I'm going to hire your nanny.
And I'd like you to go out and lay in the sun, listen to some of Jack's podcast, listen to his decentralized medicine message because I need you.
You're part of this marriage.
Guess what?
That means both of your redox are going up.
You become better partners.
Like you're a big believer in the religious side of things, the spiritual side of things, family units coming together.
Our whole society, my friend, since I'm a little boy, has been about the family unit breaking apart.
If you want to know why most of the things in society are falling apart, it's because all the things that I talked to originally with Danny Jones about MKUltra, it started with drugs, went to light, then it morphed in the Stanford Research Institute, then it morphed in Brain Health Initiative.
You mentioned the case before.
You're the media guy.
I want you to know that Obama is the one that changed the incandescent light bulb law.
It goes into effect in 2028 because of Biden.
Your job for me, you want to be not only my friend, but my advocate on decentralized medicine.
Let me tell you what I really need from you.
I need you as the journalist to go after that story.
We need to reverse that effect so we don't have these lights, that we go back to incandescence.
Why?
Because Elijah, instead of you talking about the corpocracy and the religions behind this and the politics, I want you to go after the hardcore story and save those guys so their teas don't drop.
It's kind of a very interesting thing that you're bringing up a lot of things that make me have to do only one thing.
I've been doing what you say.
I actually even said last time we were together, you said to buy Bitcoin, it's only going to go up.
And the last time, I don't know what it's at now, but I think you told me that.
Yeah, but it was about 112 when you had, I think it purchased at 112 just a few weeks ago.
And it's up to 120.
So I told you we'd bring that back up because we'd be tracking if I do what you say, we should see results.
And if we don't, then we'll ask ourselves why.
Is it the bad info?
But is it just the wrong timing?
Are we not patient enough?
So on something as simple as you said to buy some Bitcoin then, you know, I don't know if that's maybe like an 8% increase or something, maybe a little bit less, but it's still up.
It's still ahead of inflation, right?
Far ahead in a two-week period, right?
Because even in a year, even in a year period, if you're like 6% or 7%, you're still like matching inflation, maybe.
Depends on where you live.
But taking it over to this, you know, sometimes when we're talking, I'll start to think like, well, what is the title from this?
Like, what is he trying to communicate?
Sort of like an essay.
And I was like, the first thing that came into my head is like, why blue light is making you gay and ruining your sex lives?
Like, I thought of that because I'm like, you know, what do men really care about?
Honestly, it's sex.
And that's really what we care about.
We do give a lot of relationships.
We do like a lot of side things, but really, we're trying to get satisfied.
And we want to even satisfy a woman because of our ego and want to make sure that we can perform well.
And, you know, there's a lot of aspects to this, but even the guys that don't want to have sex, I actually talk to a lot of incels and it almost reminds me of the LGBTQ movement.
How they're like, have pride.
We're proud.
All these incels are now like, we're so proud of being incel.
Yeah, we're incel like a pride jacket.
It's like, well, you're using the same word now, pride, and you're using incelism like it's this club and it's click and it's very like groupy.
And it's like, you know, you're like the LGBTQ community of the right wing.
I want you to understand that I think when you pigeonhole people and you make them defensive, that they're going to miss the message that's really in the undercurrent here.
I think when people begin to understand that this is an epigenetic effect that you really can't control because the government won't let you do it.
Like I was thinking when you were talking about the 4% increase.
You know, if your wife was here right now and I said, look, I'm going to increase Elijah's erection 4%, let's say every month that you're married.
That is something that's perceptible to her.
Like it's a perceptible change.
Will that have an impact, you know, on your relationship going forward?
So I would tell you what I think the message should be here.
Uncle Jack and Elijah are telling you how to put time back in your bank account.
Like having good sex is just like having Bitcoin.
When you buy Bitcoin, you are voting against the government at some level.
When you have good sex, you're doing the same thing because the government right now wants you sick, wants you infertile, because what does that do?
It actually gives them more power over us.
And remember, when we don't have children that are strong, then we can't fight the second revolution that's coming down the pike between us, we the people and the technocrats.
Right now, the technocrats are doing a good job fighting the bankers.
But, you know, from the last time you and I talked, one of the things I told you, because we really focused on Bitcoin last time.
This time we're focusing more on medicine.
But what I really want people to see in this interview is how health and wealth are together.
They're the same story, but just a little different twist on it.
And most people don't understand like the story I told you about the doctor.
Like if I took him out of the mix, wouldn't he lose money if he's dead or if he's sick?
If Elijah can't do five shows a week, doesn't that take money out of your bank account?
Well, doesn't that affect the time of your kids, the time of your wife, the time of you, the time of the guys that are filming this?
The audience, they want to hear, okay, what is fucking Elijah doing on our behalf to keep curb on the government?
That's what fucking Riff TV, that's what Elijah Schaefer is really about.
You know, you may have a lot of fucking window dressing and curtains on your stories.
You may get, you know, hyperbolic.
Like I kind of got hyperbolic last time.
I'm passionate about decentralized money.
I'm passionate about decentralized medicine.
This time we're talking more about decentralized medicine, but I want the audience to know these two things are like a bread twist.
They are intimately linked together.
And it's really incumbent upon the audience to actually put the story together and understand why they're linked.
And then when you do understand why they're linked, all I want people to do is do more things right.
Like the last time you asked me, Jack, what's the number one thing?
It was towards the end of the interview.
You said, what's the number one thing people can do?
And I said, see the sunrise.
If you see the sunrise, you don't have to know all the fancy reasons biophysically why that's important.
But if you do that, your testosterone will rise.
Your sex-stooid hormones will normalize.
You'll be better off making vitamin D. You'll be more fertile.
Your mitotic spindles will work better so you don't get cancer.
You'll also be more connected to nature.
You'll also have a different vibration.
Your dopamine levels will come up.
Your melatonin levels will go.
If you want to know the reason why Jordan Peterson has CRIS now, it's because he doesn't know any of this message.
He's doing the same thing you're doing.
You know, his benzoaddiction is tied to what he was doing, teaching in Canada, high latitude in front of blue light.
Him and his family still don't get the message.
His daughter, still pushing the carnivore diet.
This is a man that can't even use the carnivore diet.
Why?
Because he doesn't see sunrise.
TCA cycle spins the wrong way, but he's putting fuel in that he can't use.
You know what that's like?
That's like trying to have sex with your wife with a soft dick.
It doesn't make any sense at all.
But guess what?
That's what he's doing.
Another analogy?
Elon Musk wants to take us to a dead red planet with no magnetic field.
And you know the iron oxides are there.
I just told you about iron.
I just told you about heme proteins.
Why in the fuck does it make any sense to go to Mars?
From a biologic perspective, it makes none.
But it makes a lot of sense when you think about what the game plan of the government is.
They're worried about a coronal mass ejection hitting the Earth.
If that happens, what's going to protect the technocracy that Peter Thiel is setting up?
Well, he needs a base on the moon.
He needs a base on Mars.
Why?
Because they can protect 10 or 15% of the network there.
So if you think this is hyperbole, because I know some of the audience will, I want everybody at this point, hit the pause button, go and do a Google search for Vastus Marineris.
You're going to see that it's a huge fucking canyon on Mars that's about 4 billion years old.
It's bigger than the fucking Grand Canyon.
You know how big it is?
It's bigger than the length of the United States, and it's on the equator of Mars.
Do you know why Mars is a dead planet?
Because it got hit with a huge fucking solar flare.
30 miles of fucking soil got blown off of the northern hemisphere of Mars.
That's the reason why that fucking planet's dead.
And when does that happen?
It happens when magnetic excursions happen.
Guess what's happening on Earth now?
The magnetic fields moving 25 miles a year.
That's not normal.
It's a normal process.
I don't want anybody to be worried about this.
But does your government know that we're more likely to get hit with a solar flare when these things happen?
So guess why they're really interested in the moon?
Guess why they're really interested in Mars?
Because if we get fucking hit, your producer just said this to you about your backup cards.
The moon, Mars is their backup cards to keep this show running.
That's what the technocrats have to protect.
Are they going to tell you this?
Fuck no.
They want you to keep being addicted to this shit that's hurting you.
Why?
They can keep selling you shit you don't need.
And that's the reason why, ultimately, it brings me back to how we started this.
Blue blocking glasses, the sunrise.
And if you don't get enough sun, you get one of the EMR tech red lights and you learn how to use it.
I'll teach you how to use it.
Talk the president of El Salvador how to use it.
Teach my members.
Some of my members are sitting in the living room right now.
A couple of them have come in, you know, since the thing started.
For them, this is fucking all old hat.
You need to realize, you and your audience, when I come on, the reason I'm passionate about doing this, I want to put time in your bank account.
Yeah, because I mean, you're like, I always think of age as a combination of aging, I should say, of age and like attitude or age and energy, because you will meet people, you know, who are like 40.
I'm trying to distill current events so that you can see where it came from.
And you have to realize that you have to make a concerted effort as a human to really understand if I can get you plugged back into nature, you can recover the things that the doctors who are centralized can't help you with.
And just like you're saying this stuff, I'm very transparent with my audience.
I don't really consider them to be an audience.
It's more or less like just a group of people who are curious about the world and trying to kind of go on a similar journey.
We all kind of got sucked into the, you know, 2016, you know, Trump world where you realize that, you know, there was an answer maybe out of the uniparty.
And then we all kind of started realizing, oh, the Republicans are in bed with the Democrats and Trump's not going to save us.
You know, we sort of drank the Kool-Aid a little bit.
And like I mentioned, I think even more recently, we're all like, wait a second, like, like I'm looking at like half the people that I know that are supposed to be like right-wing and save, they all talk about the decline of the white race and stuff.
They literally won't get married.
I mean, I'm not even talking crap on my friends, but I have another friend who just literally just broke up with his girlfriend publicly and said, you know, he's 35.
And he's like, yeah, she wanted to settle down and have kids.
And I have nothing bad to say about him personally.
I think, I think he's one of the more talented people I know.
I'm like, It's like when a 29-year-old was, I saw him tweet out, like, yo, like, what's the plan for tonight, fam?
And it's someone responded, go start a family, nigga.
I mean, like, that's what that's what he told them.
And it's like, yeah, you're 29 talking about what's the plan, and like, you're 35 saying you're not ready.
When are you going to be ready to become a man?
Like, when are you going to be ready to do this?
But you know, these are all media guys that I know.
And it's like, I wonder if spending all this time in his life is just rigging these guys from the in cells.
Like, I don't know.
I don't know a lot of guys in my industry that like just either aren't gay or aren't putting off a family or aren't in sales.
Like, show me, show me in my industry, even like a happily married woman that's not divorced or a man with kids.
Like, people give me a lot of crap saying I'm liberal, this and that.
I'm like, hey, I got a stay-at-home wife and children.
I got my own problems, but like, you know, I don't, I don't know why, how you call yourself a conservative king, but you don't like women or something.
It doesn't, but none of it makes sense to me.
You're going, isn't the issue that the birth rate and the crisis and this and that?
Like, don't we know the nuclear family is at the at the forefront?
And so for me, I'm confused, genuinely confused.
Like, I've been sitting on the outside going, I'm looking at the lives of the people who are saying what they're saying, and I'm going, maybe the message is wrong because they're not living it out.
And if it was real, then maybe they would be able to live it out.
But you're saying this stuff, you got your life is good.
I want this life.
I don't want their life.
This is a good life.
That's not a life I want.
So I'm going to the people that have the life I want.
Yeah, I think that's a good way to do it because that's kind of how I learned about fractional reserve banking.
I went to the rich people to find out why my family was poor.
And I think that's a good tact.
I would tell you when you were talking, I was thinking about one of the things that I brought up on the last couple of podcasts that I've been doing, especially about Bitcoin, because it hasn't been popular.
Michael Saylor once told us that when he died, he was going to leave all his Bitcoin and just burn the coins.
And I had a dinner with him at a place about a year ago.
And I said to him casually, I said, You know, if everybody believed what you believe, Bitcoin would be extinct.
So I want you to think about what you just said to me.
If all your friends who are 35 decide not to have kids, where does that leave the human race?
Are they really conservative?
Then let's flip it around.
What if the women who have these men?
Because remember, women have a different problem with fertility than men do.
They're much more fertile when they're young.
The world that's been built by, you know, the glorious dynamisms and the feminists has ruined that.
Most of these women are having babies late when they all have fertility problems.
Maybe that's part of the centralized program.
And remember, men can still have babies into their 80s and 90s because that's the way we work.
But here's the problem: if you're not interested in having children, aren't you doing the same thing Michael Saylor advocated with Bitcoin?
And remember what I said to you before about the bread tie: health and wealth are linked.
And the bigger narrative that I want you to think about is if this problem persists in compounds, what's the next generation who's going to fight American Revolution 2.0?
What are they going to be like?
Is he going to be like this kind of savage right here that was a J Sexer?
Are we going to have kids like him that are going to want to go out and fight the man who's taking like a black belt kind of like trained, you know, trained fighter?
Like, but the point I'm trying to make to you, though, is if your friends in media don't want to go out and have babies, like the person who I, I, ironically, I'm going to log here because I don't really like him is Elon Musk.
He's gone out and populated the earth.
He fucking bangs everything he can get his hands on.
But what has he said that makes me respect him?
Birth rates are collapsing everywhere.
This is a problem.
But what does the other side say?
The liberals, they're okay about killing black babies.
We've killed more black babies in abortion clinics than we did anything in slavery.
But you know, the funny thing is, nobody wants to talk about that.
I don't hear Candace Owens talking about that, right?
And I think it, yeah, and it's, it becomes team sports.
It's this, it's, it becomes a similar side of politics, like, you know, a lot of including myself, sort of mock men who get really into sports.
And I know it's a critical thing that a lot of people think I'm stupid for, but it's like, if you just put a single bit of that energy, changing from your football team to just like your family and your country and, you know, humanity that you put into some people that are millionaires off of your bullshit watching them, you know, perhaps maybe we might actually get somewhere.
But instead, we have 50,000 men in a stadium, you know, you have to, I think it is.
Yeah, but like I'm saying, like, like, I mean, and you know that they still have the manliness in them because I mean, what, in the UK, I think they had to ban the audience from carrying beers to their seat because the hooligan, the hooligan hooligantry, they called it, got so intense.
So many fights broke out.
And you go down and you're like, you're like, man, I mean, and you still go to the games there and they're still chanting racist things at each other from the Irish to the English and whatever teams.
And you're like, man, men are still kind of men, but their focus is just kind of off.
Remember, with sports and sex, there's a little bit different.
You always assumed that those things would be congruent.
What I'm trying to tell you is as spectrum moves, those two things can disassociate.
And you have to realize also in the gay community, look at the NFL now.
They have all this, you know, Rainbow Coalition bullshit going on.
They're catering to the gays.
Why?
Because there's a lot of gays that like football.
There's a lot of gays that like basketball.
So you have to realize that's the evidence that that's happening here.
But I will tell you that this is all the things that DARPA found out from MKUltra.
And I think you're in a space, social media, where I know a lot of your friends, a lot of your former friends are involved in this washing machine and don't understand it.
And I'm hoping through, you know, the times that we spend together, the times that you come to El Salvador, one of the main reasons I want you to come to El Salvador is I want to put you on my teak deck out there.
I want you to, you know, do junk maintenance.
I want you to bring your kids, let them run around.
Let your wife come out here, go upstairs with Chantelle on the roof and take her jewels out so that she can get that melanin back.
Why?
Because I think as a friend, I'm putting that nuclear family back together.
Like what excites me when I deal with humans in my medical practice and on my website, nothing makes me happier than when somebody puts a tweet out, hey, I solved my sleep apnea by going outside and using the red light.
That just happened the other day.
Like you're actually putting time back in people's bank account.
And it's okay that they don't understand, you know, all the details about quantum mechanics.
Like Rick famously said, Rick Rubin, he said, Jack, just don't give me the science.
Just tell me what the fuck to do and I'll do it.
And that's it.
Now, unfortunately, some of my members, I tell them what to do and they still don't fucking do it.
So it drives me crazy.
But I will tell you that in my 20 years of being a decentralized doctor, I've had way more successes than losses.
And I continue to focus in on that.
Like when I know somebody on my social media feed or Instagram is there just to perturb, like, you know, what's happening like in the social media space that you're involved with, I just turn that channel off.
I understand that's more difficult for a guy like you to do, but I'm here to tell you as your friend and also a doctor friend that I want you to do that, Elijah.
I want you to turn off from that stuff because if you continue to focus on the superfluous, you're going to miss the biggest stories out there that I want Riff TV to be fucking rock star solid.
Why?
Because we, the people, the people out there watching this show, they need you to be their eyeballs for those douchebags in Washington, D.C. that are stealing time from them all these innocuous ways and insidious ways that nobody can put their finger on.
They know something's wrong, but they don't know why it's wrong.
Like, I already know some words I'm going to be muting and some people I'm going to be muting, but you have to kind of take control of your algorithm or it'll take control of you in terms of what information you're exposed to.
So in terms of five accounts or people, maybe not really count names that you think are on the money in finance, Bitcoin, medicine.
So I'm going to give your young audience another boomer.
I'm sure all of you are going, fucking get rid of this boomer.
Let's get somebody young on.
But then I would tell you a younger guy from Canada is Jeff Booth.
Jeff Booth, the reason why he's a good fellow, because he's absolutely afraid to maximize, but he's also Canadian.
So he's conflicted.
And he's got spectacular information on Bitcoin.
I'm going to give you another Canadian too, who is, as far as I'm concerned, for my members, I always say if you have a wallet question, you have a cold storage question.
His name is Ben, but it's BTC underscore sessions.
He's on YouTube.
He's on X.
They just tried to take his YouTube channel away, which is really unfortunate.
And then a guy who's a macro guy that I really like, you know, this is more in the fiat world, Luke Roman.
I think Luke Roman is spectacular follow.
He won't say everything you want to say, but he should.
And then I'm going to give you a new section who is a little bit of both, but these are data guys that are fucking killer.
Ethical skeptic who is a former Navy intelligence officer who is, when it comes to cutting through the bullshit, this is a guy you need to follow.
And I would tell you another guy is from Massachusetts who's done Yeoman duty.
He's an electrical engineer.
His name's John Bedoyne.
He has done stuff on the Bitcoin, I should say on the COVID side, looking at death records that is spectacular.
And then I think the biggest follow that really is the link between both, that's Kevin McKiernan.
Kevin McKiernan, you know, is a cannabis researcher, worked on the Human Genome Project.
He's a no bullshit fucking kind of guy.
I got to spend time with him and his family in Prague.
And I will just tell you that if you're a fucking mitochondriac in training or a savage, and I'm talking to you right now, you follow him.
He may not have it all right, but he's got most of it right.
And I can tell you, most of the fucking jackasses on X, on YouTube, the people that are longevity space, they're not going to fucking help you.
But that guy, I can tell you.
He is above board and he cares actually about people.
And I think in my business, what do I do?
My legacy isn't going to be in a monument.
It's not going to be here or there.
It's going to be in the minds of people when I'm fucking dead.
Why?
I want to leave this mark on people to know that what really matters is the mitochondrial genome, epigenetics.
It's not so much the nucleogenome.
And I need to get that message out to guys like you because you're a young man.
You're extremely important to the future.
And hopefully, maybe someday you guys can go to Houston and interview another champion, which is Dr. Mary Bowden.
And you know that Mary Bowden and I famously sat down with Danny Jones on his podcast and we took fucking caliamines apart.
We took a Fabian apart for your audience.
Everybody can go look at it and see.
And why is this instructive to a guy like you?
I want you to understand I took all the bullets that time.
I'm like, I was Elijah Schaefer in that moment.
Why?
Because everybody said I was a bully for four hours.
But guess what's turned out now nine months later?
Everybody's like, fucking Jack was spot on.
So you got to remember something, Elijah.
What's my job?
My day job?
I'm a neurosurgeon.
I'm a fucking diagnostician.
I'm going to tell you that I put the work in.
I do the proof of work and I give my audience.
I tell them the truth.
Now, several of them are in the audience right now.
They'll tell you a lot of times they fucking hate when I tell them the truth because it's inconvenient.
But I tell them, you're not paying me to fucking rub your back and burp you.
I'm here to tell you the truth, whether you like it or not.
Just like I told you today, that fucking light is going to kill me and you.
And you put the glasses on.
You're like, you respect me enough.
How do I know you respect me?
Because you took the advice that I gave you and you used it.
Like, that's the ultimate respect for me.
I don't give a fuck if Elijah walks away from here and says, that boomer is fucking crazy.
No, I actually, I usually get, after an hour in front of the lights, my energy goes down and I start, I get tension headaches and stuff now.
And I often have to grab an energy drink in the middle of filming because I'm just like, I just get drained.
And I thought it's from talking or something like that.
I'm not entirely sure what it was, but it makes complete sense.
And I'll say this just to kind of wrap it up here because we'll have more conversations.
What I appreciate from you and I want the audience to know is as we go into new spaces and we talk to new people about things and go on the journey, you know, you've put me onto a few people that I've already reached out to to see if they would, you know, talk to us so that, you know, again, look at the people's lives that are telling you that, you know, look at the lives of the people that are telling you that what matters is fighting, you know, over who's the better pundit or something.
Like, I don't think you want those lives.
You know, I don't think I want that.
It doesn't help me be a better dad.
It doesn't help me get my energy so I can be up early with my kids before work and I'm not exhausted.
It doesn't help me to be able to handle the heat outside because, you know, I'm living in Florida.
It's very hot there as well to be able to, you know, hang out with my kids because they're acclimated because they're outside for at least four hours a day in the sun.
Every day, my wife makes sure that they are and they don't watch TV and they don't have iPads and they don't, you know, she's a naturalist.
Like she comes, she grew up on a farm, right?
So she just doesn't need any of that.
She's not, and she uses a Kindle, you know, with just the black and blue.
I'll hear about it in a little bit, but all I want to say is it's like you know, if you view, if you go on this journey, we're going to go around um, and telling the people that watch this.
You know that's, these trips are very expensive, and if you actually knew, as a person who makes a normal wage in the United States, how much it costs to to make media, it's shocking when you find out that you know people like FOX NEWS are able to pay out settlements of 760 million dollars and FOX NEWS doesn't even have that great a production and it's like they're bringing billions per year and that's what they can do with billions.
It's not even amazing.
You should see the endowment of what these these uh, you know uh, people are getting at the other mainstream media outlets.
I mean it's, it's crazy what it costs.
However, we're still doing it very cheap um, as cheap as we can, without sacrificing, but we do want to compete.
Please, if you're watching this remember, like we want to go see Bowden.
We want to go around and talk to people and have real interviews, not these zoom blue screen of death, non-personal interviews.
It's, you know, get the body language, hear the tonality and have a real talk.
And the conversations usually go longer when they're in person too, which I like.
Um not necessarily always important when they go longer, as we talked about that earlier, but with smart people it's nice to get a lot more information, get a lot more clips.
Um, so please consider supporting uh RIFF TV, join our, our locals, or um support one of the sponsors for the show.
Go to Elijahshaef.locals.com.
Uh it's, you know it's free to join you.
Putting your email in helps as well, so you can get our newsletter.
But uh, on top of that, you know, if it's just a few bucks a month, you can join and uh get exclusive content.
It might be possible that some of this will be cut out and you'll only get the full length interview on uh, on locals, and then you'll get maybe an hour's worth publicly to try to save new eyes time so they don't get, you know, exhausted by by an extra long interview.
But that being said, I just want to say you know, if you have any suggestions for us, you can email Mike.mendoza at Rifttv.com for people that we should talk to and if you have any uh questions you want for uh, dr Jack Cruise, next time we'll be out here, probably uh in a few months or so, whenever he's uh, you know, back from his uh his, his life and whatever he's about to get on on with um, maybe we can uh, you know, hear from you guys what you'd want to talk about.
What questions do you have as the public?
So I really appreciate it, dr Jack Cruise.
People uh want to find you if they want to follow you, if they want to support your work.
I know you have a, you have a Patreon as well.
You have a community where people can access you and access other people interested in this stuff.
So um, you're on x as well.
What what, what are the best places we can get a hold of you?
I'll ask you where I, where I can grab a pair of these, Lucia Lucia Eyes.com, l-u-c-i-a Eyes.com and the red light that we talked about, e-m-r tech.com, and the tech is t-e-k, not t-e-c-h.
And those you can find on Amazon.
They also have a website.
You'll probably need help with picking what kind of light you need.
But, you know, for your setup, if you take a look right over there, Elijah, you see that light there?
Next time Mike comes down, Mike, you see that?
We got to put that light up here.
And so what if the background is more red?
If it's good for Elijah, we can cut his sweating down and make him rock hard.
And the rest of you guys for watching, thank you so much again for our adventures here down in El Salvador.
Consider checking out El Salvador.
We were down here at an event called Palestra.
It met a bunch of incredible minds.
I don't think I've ever gone to an event where it wasn't a bunch of snooty, morally, mentally confused, globalist people.
These were people that have their heads screwed on straight in a lot of industries from, you know, tech, finance, Bitcoin, you know, the medical world.
And it was shocking because in America, everyone's just in a club.
And, you know, I've been kicked out because I've decided I don't even want to go back in.
You know, I've been offered the trip.
I've been offered things to get back in.
And I go, I don't want this.
I want to figure out what's really going on.
And Dr. Jack Cruz has helped me with that.
So to you guys that have stuck along for the ride, there's a lot of new of you guys.
I'm getting a lot of new subscribers.
Thank you for watching, as always.
And may God bless the United States of America and El Salvador, who are very, very strong partners today as well.
