Well, it just happened.
Lawfare cases might have died with Donald Trump after two assassination attempts, actually, allegedly three.
But it turns out that the law affair in our political system actually is not over.
In fact, if you don't support Israel's war in Gaza, maybe if you want to help men to be stronger versions of themselves, and perhaps if you have a past, apparently, I'm just finding out this right now.
Apparently, if you have a kind of a sexually promiscuous, sort of abusive past, you cannot be a Republican.
Unfortunately, that means Trump's not really the president of the United States.
But just this afternoon, Governor Ron DeSantis launched a indictment and investigation and raided the homes of Andrew and Tristan Tate, who have touched down base here in Florida.
AP News is reporting upon this.
Just so you know, you know, we have been in contact with their team, and I can verify the fact that, yeah, they even took their phones.
Now, the reason why we're talking about this before we get into the congressional address is because this is all linked to Donald Trump, right?
The hatred for Donald Trump seethes beyond the borders of just a political debate between Democrats and Republicans.
We'll explain a lot of that a little bit later in the show as there directly is a leaker from the campaign who or from his office who oopsie.
That's why I told DeSantis.
He got leakers and a lot of people don't like DeSantis.
Morale is low.
And before you start saying, oh, you're defending pornographers, you're defending this, you just sound like the lefties who are telling to Trump, you know, he's a rapist.
He took out Eugene Carroll.

I didn't say we've all done great things.
I said that there are fighters that are needed right now.
We need people who are fighting.

The Florida Attorney General's office is investigating Andrew and Tristan Tate.
Investigating for what?
Being badass?
No, I don't know.
But listen to this.
This is actually very serious.
So you want to pay attention.
Tallahassee, Florida.
Florida Attorney General announced Tuesday that his office has opened a criminal investigation to Andrew and Tristan Tate, who are charged with human trafficking in Romania days after they returned to the U.S. Were they charged right after they turned to the U.S.?
I thought they've been charged and then they got their case dismissed and they were allowed to come here.
But anyway, we'll talk about that.
Attorney General James Uthmeyer announced on social media that he directed his office to work with law enforcement to conduct a preliminary inquiry into the Tate brothers.
Based on a thorough review of the evidence, I've directed the Office of Statewide Prosecution to execute search warrants and issue subpoenas in the now active criminal investigation to the Tate brothers.
Uthmeyer said after the Tates landed in Fort Lauderdale on Thursday, Governor Ron DeSantis told reporters that the brothers were not welcome in Florida and that he would have the Attorney General examine whether the state may have jurisdiction over their alleged crimes.
During an appearance Monday on the PBD podcast, Andrew Tate said the governor was craving to media pressure.
Tate said that he has a U.S. passport and the right to visit his home country.
He said he has broken no laws and that he has never been tried, let alone convicted of a crime.
Okay, so let's, we ought to, we ought to actually break this down for people that are new to this.
Look, I know there's the Ceethers, there's the Copers, there's people that rightfully don't like them.
There's people that rightfully don't like me or probably everyone on the show, maybe even you too, okay?
Like one person I understand is Petey, right?
Tate called his daughter ugly.
He fought with him.
I'd be mad at someone if they called my kid ugly too, right?
I can only make fun of my kid.
But I understand like that kind of personal beef with the Tates.
Maybe you got a disagreement.
Maybe there's a business deal that went bad.

You cannot like them.
But this whole idea that, you know, these people are the worst people in the world, yet they are investigated more deeply, more intricately than I've seen pretty much anybody be investigated.
I was afraid when the feds tried to take my phone, the feds took your phone.

And so, and so he might not know this, but like you were a victim of lawfare.
And what I'm saying about this, my point is, it's like we've seen this with Trump too.
And the average person, if you were investigated to this level of degree of inquiry, you would probably find some level of criminal activity.
That doesn't mean that they didn't do things that are immoral.
I'm not justifying their actions.
I'm not saying they didn't do things that were questionable.
I've done things that are questionable.
You know, maybe not to that level or degree, but you know, who am I to cast a stone, right?
But I do think this, if there was criminal activity, what criminal activity are they even being investigated for that happened in Florida?
And how is this different than the last investigation?
I feel like this is lawfare.
That's my opinion.

Ron DeSantis came down hard saying that they're not welcome here in Florida.
So unfortunately, we have a corrupt system.
The FBI is way out of control.

I mean, they've already gone through the court cases in Romania, still not prosecuted for anything.

And I think there's a lot of people who do not want the Tates as a model for their daughter.
But we can get into the moral judgment of that, which does matter.

That does matter is how we morally judge the Tates.
What you were talking about tonight is a Florida potential indictment on the roadmap.
How that indictment came to be?
Were the crimes, as you said, committed in Florida?
Is there again, as so often in your country, a political pursuit of this, as the governor did say within 24 hours of him landing saying this about crimes that, as I understand, didn't occur here.
Now, the crimes that did occur in Romania, of course, he should be pursued.
Due process should follow.
And if guilty, he should be convicted.
Yes, I think we've kind of trayed that out in the public opinion so far.
What we're talking about tonight is what's happening in Florida right here, half an hour away from us.
Is this man being pursued for political reasons?
And it doesn't look good.
Especially when the attorney general, who's normally about law, is talking about not the character, but the popularity of the man.
The Floridian people do not want him here.
What does that have to do with the crime?

So we are in the process today.
We have secured and executed subpoenas and warrants.
And we're going to continue to move forward with full force of law.
This is an ongoing criminal investigation, and we're going to use every tool we have to ensure that justice is served.

So he wants to, we'll do a comprehensive, you know, tracking this.

But the point is, is that I am not going on the grift card of like, oh, we're just defending these guys, defending these guys.
I've been a victim of lawfare and of false accusations and of criminal activity and lawsuits from the federal government, from private citizens.
I've had my name smeared.
I've had things happen.
And like, again, it's not to that extent, but I've seen, I've seen things where people say things about me and then it makes it into headlines and then people repeat those headlines and then people believe the headlines and then I try to employ someone and like their mom warns them not to work for me or whatever.
And you're like, okay, yeah, they have to tell them that's actually just kind of bullshit.
This is a nice person.
Now, of course, it's not the same thing.
I've never got accused of trafficking people, but I do.

I spoke with his legal team extensively while they were in jail and nothing was found.
And like I said, not making excuses for their bullshit behavior before when they were younger.

So sometimes people do crazy shit to go ahead to get ahead.

I don't think they're guilty of any crimes.

And that's what we're reaching the brink of here: is what the difference in between a reprehensible character that many see for kids and is that criminal.
And that's what is being blundered, what we see today by the Florida Attorney General.

Leftists are freaking out about this presence on X, and then the governor capitulating to their outrage with a press conference announcing that Trump isn't welcome in New York, complete with a promise that he will direct the state attorney general to investigate him.
Fast forward a couple of days later, and the state attorney general announces that he obliged the governor and opened a preliminary following or followed by an outright criminal investigation to Trump and all of his businesses.
This is what just went down in Florida.
This did not happen organically.
DeSantis was urged to do this by neocons and his big pocket donors, and he executed accordingly.
You know, I did leak to Tate.
I spoke to someone in the campaign.
I did find out why this was happening.
And I don't think I, I don't know if we should say it now, but maybe we'll just say it doesn't really matter.

So, I want to remind you that some prominent people from the Trump campaign also tried to ruin my life in the last week, you know, that were also not Hindu.

I can tell you, you can guess who they were.
And they did, they did try to ruin my life.
About 45 days ago, again, they did the same thing, came in, tried to destroy my work connections.
But apparently, this is coming from the Trump campaign, right?

And you saw today, you know, there's the task force on combating anti-Semitism, which is what I want to talk about a little bit.
This coordinated push.
You know, they just declared that anti-Semitism is a health emergency, which is very interesting because, you know, hey, RFK, those people killed your dad, right?
So it killed your dad.
They assassinated your father.
So that's unfortunate.
But before we talk about that, I do want to bring something up crazy.
Many of you guys know the reason why.

But here's what's crazy is: I have really high T right now, and it feels great.

If you don't make your product in America, however, under the Trump administration, you will pay a tariff, and in some cases, a rather large one.

And countless other nations charge us tremendously higher tariffs than we charge them.

OpenAI and Oracle, Larry Ellison, announced $500 billion investment, which they wouldn't have done if Kamala had won.
Apple announced $500 billion investment.

He said, I cannot spend it fast enough.

They'll be building their plants here instead of in China.
And just yesterday, Taiwan semiconductor, the biggest in the world, most powerful in the world, has a tremendous amount, 97% of the market, announced a $165 billion investment to build the most powerful chips on earth right here in the USA.
And we're not giving them any money.
