Testosterone Levels at ALL-TIME LOW.. What’s the SOLUTION? | Guest: Dr. Bruce Fong
It’s no secret that nowadays, testosterone levels are at an all-time low. So much so, that over the last few generations, testosterone levels have taken a precipitous decline generation over generation. Besides the modern lifestyle, environmental factors such as plastics and seed oils being extremely common have been contributing to this.. but what is the solution? Dr. Bruce Fong of Nutronics Labs joins us to discuss all this and more!

Everybody today knows there's a problem between men and women.
We're not getting along.
But rather than working on sex relations, let's work on ourselves first.
The truth is, men and women aren't doing well.
Particularly, men are not doing quite as well as they should be in terms of their mood, their drive, their happiness, their fulfillment.
In fact, I was reading a run study recently that said about 40% of men under 25 don't even have an interest in marriage at all.
They don't see it as being a viable choice.
They don't want to reproduce.
So what is going on with men?
One of the factors we continue to talk about today from Reuters, this is back in 2007.
They noticed that men's testosterone levels declined in the last 20 years from the 80s.
We are now in the year 2024.
Our levels are generally not just declining in individuals, but as a population, as a group.
Now, this is alarming to people like me who have a predominantly male audience.
I am a male.
I have a son.
Not only do I want to know what the hell is going on with these levels dropping, I want to know how these are affecting individuals and how we can possibly prevent this.
I'd like to welcome, joining us today is a pioneer in integrative medicine, medical director at Sierra Integrative Medical Center and Neutronics Labs, Dr. Bruce Fong.
Frankly, I feel that American males across the board, we've been emasculated, especially since the 1980s.
I would say that me, see, I graduated high school in 1987.
So back then it was all about being macho or whatever.
But as we watched, I mean, there's been a lot of stuff that's changed in our society.
We're being taught to be much more sensitive.
Even from a professional standpoint, there are actually laws now that mandate as a physician.
I run continuing medica education meetings, and there's mandates about sensitivity and awareness training.
So again, it's almost feeling like we all have to kind of step on eggshells sometimes.
But again, I'm, you know, I'm there.
And like I said, for all my patients, I don't, you know, personally, I don't care what, you know, where you come from or, you know, any sort of orientation you might be.
My job as a physician is to take care of you and take care of you like any other person and give you my best.
And my personal feeling is we've really taken things too far in our society, kind of forcing everybody to be a little bit too sensitive.
And, you know, I think that obviously there's been a lot of repercussions and males have been taught to not be assertive.
I do feel that that's something that's happening very significantly.
I do know that this lack of assertiveness also ends up playing a role in, and again, I'm addressing primarily males here, but at the same point, it's led to a lack of self-confidence.
It's led to a lack of being able to make a decision decisively.
And I think that has caused us all kinds of problems across the board.
And I'm not going to get political here, but I can tell you that the world we live in now certainly is not the world we lived in 20, 30 or more years ago.
And it's not looking too well for us.
And I would say that in general, society has done that.
But guess what?
There's other factors.
Environmentally, believe it or not, our food sources have hormones in them.
And guess what makes a lot of the hormones, say like in meat products, they're feminizing hormones.
They're estrogen or estrogen-like products that are getting in there.
There's been a rise of even in just our own medical issues with females as they age that there are a lot more hormonal imbalance issues.
And a lot of the integrative literature would suggest that that has a lot to do with the hormone additives in our food supply.
And so again, that same feminizing sort of situation with that type of hormone is going to affect us as males in regards to being able to have a proper hormone balance to our body, which is obviously more dominated by testosterone.
Recently, well, relatively recently, you know, guys who were weightlifting, they were abusing testosterone.
And unfortunately, that ended up having testosterone get a really bad rap.
In fact, it's now a controlled substance, in case you didn't know it.
You actually have to go through some rigor maroon to get testosterone in any form.
So there are a lot of factors here that go there.
And then, of course, naturally, we as males, we actually stop.
Well, excuse me, not stop, but we start to decline in our production of testosterone as we get older.
It used to be like you would get into your 40s and you would actually be able to start measuring appreciable declines in the level of testosterone in the body.
Now we're seeing that as early as a decade earlier than that, which is alarming to me as well.
And in regards to your article, I think that across the board, if you look at age groups, every single age group had a significant percentage of decrease of average testosterone levels as compared to when they were, say, like 20 or more years ago.
So yeah, there's a problem out there.
And there's all kinds of problems there that are leading to it.
I mentioned the hormones.
I forgot to mention that a lot of chemicals in the environment that we're using, pollutants and otherwise, are actually affecting our body's ability to discern proper signals and to also be able to maintain a production of testosterone and be able to, more importantly, use that testosterone effectively.
I want to hit on three points here that you brought up and expand on them a little more in detail for people who might know this information already and want to go a step further.
So obviously when we're talking about sex hormone production, we're talking about the fact that every single sex, all two of them, have some levels of testosterone or production in their bodies.
But obviously men, it's the primary sex hormone.
It's what influences not just our primary and secondary sexual characteristics, but it also directly impacts our mood, our drive, things that define a man that we don't talk about today.
Like you said, we're told to let women stand up.
This is not even political, but we're told to step back, basically deny our biology.
So I wanted to ask you, when it comes to hormone production from the testes and from men, and we're seeing this decline, number one, how much of this is nature?
Is it like the idea of heredity?
Over time, we're seeing a reduction.
Is this just a matter of circumstance?
Like we just have a general bad, sad diet, the standard American diet.
So people are in these environmental exposures.
And or how much does our society, like you mentioned, and our behavior directly influence this?
Only because I do have a son.
He's a year old.
And I'm kind of like wondering, is it the milk he's drinking from his mom?
Is it the food he's going to start eating when he's two?
Is he screwed from the beginning?
How do we track or what do we know is directly reducing, let's say, in my son?
And what chance does he have of having a normal or a high standard level of testosterone?
So this sounds like one of those board questions where it's A, B, C, and D, or all the above or none of the above.
It's really all the above.
Everything you mentioned there is playing a role.
Unfortunately, again, everything that we ingest in our food chain probably has some level of, I don't want to use necessarily use the word estrogenic, but there is some hormonal component to a lot of the things we have, dairy products, the, like I said, meat before.
A lot of these things actually do impact our body because what most people forget is that especially if we look at the specialty of medicine known as endocrinology, it's one of the most complex parts of medicine because it's like all these different moving parts.
And the Newtonian law that for every action, there's an opposite and equal reaction is especially true with this.
So you're causing potentially changes in a whole cascade-like manner when you're introducing small amounts of various hormone or hormone-like products in there that trigger a response by our bodies in response to that.
So that itself is already probably playing a role.
The societal thing we talked about earlier, of course, is definitely playing a role because again, again, I'm not telling guys to go out there and be Conan the barbarian and rip other guys apart, take their women and do whatever.
That's, you know, that's not necessarily what we're talking about.
But we do need to be, as males, we're meant to be the traditional head of the family.
We're the ones that, you know, we're supposed to be the alpha, so to speak, in our own units.
And when we lack that stimulation, I personally would say that there is a lack of stimulation from a neuroendocrine effect that would actually, now I don't have evidence of this, but this is my personal theory, that you are not stimulating that need for that testosterone.
And that decreasing stimulation would very likely produce less testosterone over time.
It's very similar to we're working out, we're building muscle.
And guess what?
Your testosterone production tends to go up.
We even see that in female athletes, that if they work out a lot, their testosterone levels tend to go up.
And so that's a stimulation.
The body reacts to that stimulation by producing more testosterone.
So if there's a lack of that stimulation, whether it's from exercise and again, I firmly believe in that assertiveness or that manliness, if you will, there is going to be a decrease in testosterone from a different mechanism, but very certainly there will be.
So again, there's that second part of the problem.
Now, naturally, as I mentioned earlier, we do decline in our production of various hormones as we start to get older.
We do know that a principal one, where we have growth hormone, and in particular, the main factor associated with that being IGF-1 or insulin-like growth factor one, it begins to decline by our mid-30s.
And one of the things that very likely is also declining with that is luteinizing hormone, which is in the body, which triggers us to produce more of the various hormones, testosterone in males and poor estrogen females.
So these things are unfortunately kind of a part of a natural part of aging, but you can supplement these things.
You can work on these things to try to minimize that loss or to help yourself maintain healthier levels of hormones, especially in this case, if we're talking about testosterone to allow for healthy aging.
Because guess what?
Both in males and females, males being testosterone, females being estrogen, when our levels of our respective primary sex hormone, if you will, start to decline, we actually start seeing a lot more problems in our bodies.
That's where these so-called diseases of aging start to come in.
We are now more prone to getting insulin resistance, which can lead to diabetes.
We are prone to getting more vascular disease.
Cardiovascular disease, by the way, in females who are actually cycling, is usually one-third that of the risk of a male for whatever reason.
And they feel that the estrogen is very protective.
Once females get to menopause and they start losing levels of estrogen, then the studies did show that they dropped to the same risk as a male in the same age category.
Now, conversely, when we talk about testosterone, we do tend to maintain a much healthier in regards to our body habitus, a more muscular body, more lean mass.
We help to kind of try to keep the fat mass down.
Again, this is if you're doing the proper dieting, you're exercising, you're keeping testosterone healthy, or levels healthy.
But guess what?
That's also reducing your risk for cardiovascular disease as well.
And then again, these are all things that, again, we find ourselves as we age with lowering levels of everything from the IGF-1 to the various hormones.
These are probably the causes as to why we become more and more susceptible to these so-called illnesses of aging.
Again, high blood pressure being one of those as well.
So I agree with you, Dr. Fong, on all of your points.
I mean, people that are new to the show, I'm not a doctor.
I'm not an endocrinologist.
I did go to grad school and stuff in molecular biology, did work in genetic engineering a little bit.
So, there's a foundational understanding, at least at a cellular level, about how important input is to output.
This is like basic biology 101 in high school, right?
The body is a form of mechanisms.
It's a form of processes.
And you really to understand things and you manipulate variables, but you can really understand your body.
What you put in is kind of what you put out.
And you're told that as a kid, you are what you eat, right?
So it is really interesting that it seems like in the last 70 years, I was watching this video of this health guru, and he was explaining how to live the best, you know, and healthiest life.
And he looked like he was an incredibly gifted and well, you know, chiseled individual with confidence and tenacity.
And I was like, wow, you know, that's somebody I'd like to be like.
And I noticed basically all he was saying, this is not a gimmicky kind of guy, was like, he basically just lived the way God intended us to live, essentially.
Like he's like, it's like, I got this organic avocado.
You mean like the way that they just naturally grew before all these chemicals?
You know, I got this grass-fed beef.
You mean the way that cows just used to eat?
Like he goes through this, but it seems like we're up against a mountain to where he even talks about all these extra things that he's had to do to sort of reverse to get back to a threshold, right?
To a zero threshold.
And we see that, right, in our life.
Like you may be able to just start running tomorrow and get healthy, but if you weigh 400 pounds, there's going to be a lot of time of fat loss until you're probably going to be able to get a few miles of running and you got to kind of get back down to a base standard level.
So when it comes to these low T levels, I got to ask you, I got my testosterone measured and there are guys that are more outwardly masculine than me, better facial hair, deeper voices, et cetera.
And they got measured.
And I had higher levels than them.
They had lower levels than me.
But guess what?
We both had way lower levels than what men had 75 years ago, who were these little, you know, and they're not even overtly muscular.
Most of these guys are pretty thin.
They just look like, you know, clean-shaven boys fighting in World War II.
But that's the key thing.
They were fighting in World War II.
These guys had balls, for lack of better words.
So with these low levels, it feels defeating.
And all I hear from people is, oh, you can take TRT, you can take TRT, you can inject yourself.
That seems pretty extreme.
Can you break down to me a little bit about why or what you think about the solution of TRT as the solution to this?
And if you have other solutions, I know that you particularly have worked on products yourself, Man's Edge, you are here.
So I'd love you to break that down practically and what we can actually do about it.
And not even to scam the audience in terms of like, yeah, there's just this one product.
Obviously, lifestyle changes are vital.
So can you break down the whole picture, including the pros and cons of TRT and man's edge in helping men get their testosterone levels back up?
So look, like I said earlier, your levels start to decline probably in your mid-30s and certainly by your early 40s.
That's when we talked about before males began, at least in the past, that's sort of the median age where they began to have things like erectile dysfunction and other related issues.
And now, like I said, alarmingly, those ages are going down.
Again, all these various things that we've talked about.
So let's break this down initially.
Well, guys, we need to probably eat, just like it was saying, we probably need to eat the way God intended for us to eat.
Again, you know, if we can stay clear of all these hormonal things that I mentioned earlier, it's going to help us, especially when it comes to meat, when it comes to anything that we don't get genetically.
I personally am not a big fan of GMO stuff.
So these are all things that we need to think about.
And we need to pay attention sometimes a little bit more at the grocery store, look at those labels and things like that.
And, you know, it does cost more money.
And it's kind of sad that it costs more money to get things the way they're supposed to be than what's being mass manufactured for us these days.
But to really put this point there, remember, I mentioned earlier the Newtonian law that for every action, there's an opposite and equal reaction.
When you start taking a hormone replacement therapy, namely like you start taking testosterone in this case, you start to tell your body you don't need it.
In other words, you're getting plenty from this external source and you don't need to keep making testosterone on your end.
So guys who are down far enough, you may not have a choice but to take some testosterone.
Okay.
But I think that it should be a very carefully planned way of trying to maintain those levels, utilizing really maybe a supplemental product first that tries to boost your testosterone, as opposed to doing a replacement where we know that the end result of any hormonal replacement, whether that's testosterone, estrogen, even thyroid, is going to be that you're going to be dependent on that replacement.
You will ultimately tell your body to stop making it and you're going to be needing an external source of that stuff.
So a much better way to approach this is to try a supplemental way of, no, it's trying to find something that helps your body, especially to build up more production of testosterone, as well as to, more importantly, and as I get to talking about this product, utilizing that testosterone much more effectively.
That's something that I kind of mentioned in passing earlier, but a lot of factors in our environment are preventing us from taking the testosterone, which is, like you said, lower than it used to be, and being able to use it effectively.
So guys, we're kind of getting a double whammy here.
It's really not fair.
So one of the things that we here at Neutronics Labs, we have a new product.
Well, we've recently improved, I would say, a product called Man's Edge.
Man's Edge was a combination of the three most effective ingredients that we saw that would both increase testosterone production in the body naturally, as well as the utilization of that same testosterone at a tissue level.
And these three major ingredients are fenogeek, long jack, which is also known as tonkara yi, as well as tribulus.
So, you know, there's a, and then in combination with that, we did put the deer antler velvet, which is the extract that has basically all the same growth factors that you would kind of see with the introduction of growth hormone in your body, with the primary one being the insulin-like growth factor one.
So putting all these things together and putting them in a liposomal delivery system, which is a fat-based delivery system, and then making them go into our body under the tongue.
Hopefully I didn't scare any viewers because I don't think my under my tongue is that pretty.
But the bottom line is you put that there and you have capillary beds under your tongue that absorb things directly, and I emphasize the word directly into your bloodstream because everything from the growth factors, these compounds that I just mentioned, which all have effects of bolstering the production of testosterone, plus being able to utilize that testosterone better, all would work better if they didn't have to pass through the stomach acid, the digestive enzymes, and the small intestines,
which tend to destroy a lot of these things.
And so you can't really get a good and should I say consistent dosing of the stuff.
So when we did this as a sublingual product, we saw lots and lots of benefits.
So in fact, the combination of the three ingredients, again, the phenogreek, the tribulus, and the long jack, have played a major role in helping a lot of gentlemen see measurable gains in their testosterone, especially since it's being delivered with, again, the deer antler velvet or IGF-1 plus product that is our mainstay.
Having that particular one on board, it's like having all the benefits of growth hormone almost.
And that provides what I call a foundational part of the remedy, if you will, a foundational aid.
So your whole body is becoming stronger.
You're realigning everything so that your tissues can actually take these other ingredients in when it's asking you to make more testosterone and be able to use the testosterone at the various receptor levels.
Again, this combination was so effective that, again, we have documented testosterone level increases that were very significant in a lot of the users of the product.
Now, the improvement that we just threw into this was that what we saw was if we could increase blood flow in the body, you would actually increase the flow or the amount of the testosterone that would go to the various tissues.
So we've recently added L-arginine and L-citrulline into the Man's Edge product.
And again, this has resulted in higher per capita, if you will, levels at specific tissues than we had before.
So in other words, we're actually helping to concentrate this by flowing the blood a lot better.
And in case you didn't know it, L-citrulline and L-arginine are the most potent things that can generate nitric oxide in your body.
Nitric oxide is what actually dilates blood vessels, allows the blood flow to flow that much better.
And guys, if you do have erectile dysfunction, it will assist in the quality of your erections, especially when you in regard to everything else that's in this product.
So I think we're very proud of the formulation that we've come up with.
We think it's probably, you know, obviously it's our own formulation, but we do feel that it's probably the best thing out there that is all natural.
It has no side effects.
And really, it's been extremely well received, especially in the new and improved version.
So what I think is really fascinating to me on this is, okay, so I'm not even trying to bring up anything except for what critics say.
Critics say the only way to get your T levels up is through injections or whatever.
So I do read this, right?
And I know the background of what's in this product.
And I'm like, okay, this is actually really good.
Explain to me, though, with using the product, how would a man who's like, I don't know, all I know is, yeah, I don't have as much drive.
I do have some lethargy.
I do want to make a difference.
So when it comes to the combination of diet and exercise or life changes in this product, what's the balance and how much will this actually probably have an actual impact, right?
Because there are those critics out there that are just, they think all supplements are fake, which is not true.
By the way, go take a B vitamin one day.
It's not placebo.
You will see that you are deficient in things and that you actually do get some energy from some B complex.
It actually really does help.
Go take a pre-workout supplement.
You tell me if you don't feel jacked up, okay?
Literally, supplements do work.
And there are bunk supplements out there, though, for sure.
You know, anything that's plant that says it'll get you into heaven, probably not true.
So, you know, you got, you got it, you got to still be smart.
So when it comes to this specifically, talk to me about what it can actually, you know, do and where people might see growth or improvement in their testosterone levels and how much this product is dependent on also making some lifestyle changes.
So, I mean, to be honest with you, as a physician, especially being an integrated physician, you know, everybody's an individual.
I mean, if you sat here in front of me, I would literally go through a whole checklist of different things that we could talk about.
But in general, again, try to eat as clean as you can.
Try to avoid anything that has, you know, unwanted hormonal stuff that's in it, like we talked about before.
And then, like I said, the lifestyle modifications.
I mean, yeah, you really should be exercising.
No matter how you break anything down, any age group at any demographic, if you can do at least some level of resistance training, obviously some cardiovascular training as well, that always is a benefit to you.
That alone has been shown to help reduce things like insulin resistance in your body.
That alone has helped people to actually become and maintain their mobility as they get older.
Again, all these factors.
And then you look at things.
Now, here's one thing.
If somebody's been on a lot of injections in the past, if their system can no longer make testosterone, unfortunately, they're going to need the supplemental testosterone or the prescription stuff, whether it's injectable or whatever.
But even in that situation, remember, what's the other half of the equation in all these things we put in the man's edge?
It's about letting the body utilize that testosterone, whether you're making it naturally, which hopefully most of us who are going to use the product will make at least some of our own testosterone, if not most of it, using the, shall we say, stimulators here.
But it's also just as, if not more important, that the receptors for the testosterone, whether they be in whatever tissue in the body, can utilize that testosterone properly and effectively.
And again, increasing the blood flow allows for more of these compounds to get there, as well as the increased testosterone to get to the various tissues.
So again, this is what's so important about this particular product is that we can help with pretty much anything across the demographic, whether you're just starting to realize, hey, you know, I don't have as much drive or, hey, my workouts aren't as good as they used to be to, oh, damn, dude, I used to just, you know, hit that testosterone up so much when I was weightlifting.
I, you know, I've been shooting it for like 10, 20 years.
Well, dude, you're probably not going to be able to get off testosterone is what I would tell that patient, but you can actually improve the effects of what you're taking.
So across the board, I really think that this product is probably one of the best things you could do, whether you're on testosterone or you're trying to bolster yourself naturally.
And I want to say that one of the reasons why I really think it's important to take this seriously is, okay, even if in life, right, you could walk around and say, okay, yeah, the best place to get your protein every day, you got to get your 200 grams.
You're going to the gym.
I work out a lot.
You know, your 200 grams.
I don't need protein shakes.
I can get it from meat.
That's true.
You can.
And some days I literally do get all my protein from meat or from beans and things.
And I would actually say that's probably a much better way to get your protein.
But the reality is, is getting 200 grams of protein from your food every day is just not always doable, especially as a dad, as a husband.
You know, so I sit around like last night, I had a protein shake.
And I'm not sitting here preaching to people, hey, replace your meals every day with protein shakes.
That's what you should do and never eat meat.
It's saying, look, this is a great way to supplement your already improved regimen of going to the gym, of eating healthier.
And it does help you maintain.
And there are days where I'll have two protein shakes and there are days where I will have zero protein shakes.
It really matters about the effect of how I'm living, but it's nice to have that boost and that aid with us, which is why I love this product directly myself.
And I know that, you know, with a lot of things, I also get busy.
I forget to, you know, to order things.
And so directly, just a direct plug, no, no shame here.
I know you guys are a world leader.
You guys are used by world class athletes, celebrities, et cetera.
But, you know, this is a veteran-owned and operated business over 25 years.
If people actually just want to get the product, they can go to tboostnow.com, use code slightly offensive, and you can save up to 50% on your order by selecting auto-ship.
Tell me a little bit about the importance of regularly using this, getting auto-ship, and what you've seen directly in users of the product, you know, just saying, hey, this is what they've reported.
How long will it take for people to probably see some benefit?
And will it be something they'll notice?
Or is it just something that they can test with blood levels or an overall sense of well-being?
I think the first thing is you will see an overall better sense of well-being.
Because honestly, if you can, number one, even just get your blood flowing better, which like I said, this product has stuff here that helps bolster nitric oxide, again, the most potent basal dilator in your body, you're going to get better blood flow.
That alone should actually make you feel a little bit better.
The fact that here in this particular product, we're bolstering the production and the utilization again of the testosterone, we as males should really feel probably more energetic.
We should feel that drive in us.
And that's not just libido.
I'm talking about drive to do more, to be, you know, be able to take care of more things.
You might feel a little aggressive, but hopefully that's not going to be the case here.
But the bottom line is really, you're going to feel yourself.
I'm just going to reach out from what I've based on what you've been saying, my friend, is that you're going to feel your manliness come back.
You're going to feel that, hey, I've got that take-charge spirit.
I can, hey, I've got that confidence.
I can go take care of this.
Because when your body feels better, guess what?
It goes back to here and it actually reinforces your confidence to do anything that's out there.
And again, I want to emphasize what you just said.
The company was founded by veterans.
It's operated veterans.
We're here especially for our veterans.
And again, a shout out to all of you guys out there and thank you for your service.
And we're here always for you.
Then basically, like I said, what I want to say here, especially is that when I see people using any of the number of the products we develop at Neutronics Labs, you kind of actually have to maintain it.
So these things don't have long lasting effects because they're generating a gain in the body.
So when you let off of it, it will gradually, you'll probably end up back at your baseline.
You'll gradually lose the benefits.
But if you maintain it, there is a very good chance that cumulatively you'll get more and more benefits too.
And then you'll reach a certain level at that point.
But you have to maintain these factors.
Again, these various factors, the growth factors I mentioned about the deer out of velvet, which is our main product at Neutronics Labs, these are growth factors that literally are utilized almost immediately upon introduction to the body.
So if you don't maintain levels of these things, you'll lose the benefit from there.
The various ingredients in the man's edge, especially the stuff that generates the additional nitric oxide, that doesn't hang around.
It's utilized right away.
And then, of course, the components we mentioned as the main ingredients from before, the fenogreek, the tribulus, and the longjack, these things are utilized very quickly, both in the tissues, whether they're producing or they're for utilization of that testosterone.
These things all get used up very quickly.
And yeah, we get great benefits.
But if we don't maintain it, we will probably lose those benefits gradually, if not more quickly.
I mentioned this in every show, not just talking about systems, right?
Oh, big food, big pharma, the bankers, this and that.
This is all important stuff, right?
And be driven.
The part of being a man is to be driven, to pursue these things.
But it's a lot harder, as they say, to control the world when you don't even control your own home.
And it's definitely hard to control your own home when you don't control your own body.
And so self-mastery is one of the most important things that you can do as a man.
We all fail at it in many ways, more than one.
So this isn't a lecture of I'm better than you.
It's saying, hey, let's fail less.
Let's succeed more.
That's part of what being a man is, is just taking the punches on the chin sometimes, realizing you'll never be perfect.
But also, let's not be beta in terms of not because, you know, we're trying to look cool, but because we know that there's a tax on our body.
We know that there's, you know, chemical engineered bioweapons.
We know that our food supply is sick.
We know that our society is gynocentric.
It's feminized.
And if you don't want that for your life, then today, start making those better decisions.

If there's any last word of advice that you would leave men in terms of taking care of their health, making improvements tomorrow, what would you leave them with?
And let us know if we want to support you or your work.
Is there any place online that we can follow you or track with you?
I want to leave with 2 Timothy 1:7, which is, God did not give us the spirit of fear, but one of power, love, and a sound mind.
This is a way to take charge of that.
That's going to give us our power.
It's going to give us our sound mind.
And, you know, really, love comes from our creator.
It's that unconditional love that saves us all.
So let's keep up with this so that we can do what he wills us to do is one of the ways I want you to think about this.
Again, it's just about everything you were just saying.
We got to fight back against this forced feminization.
We got to fight back against programming ourselves to not be assertive.
We got to actually be who God created us to be.
And we were meant to be the leaders.
We are meant to take charge and be strong.
Again, a couple other things I want to quickly mention.
If anybody out there is a physician or a practitioner, you want to actually sell these products in your practice, please contact us at Neutronics Labs and there's a wholesale program that we can get you turned on to.
And hopefully that'll help you to get this product to your patients and help them as well.
And really, if you, anybody out there, I'm the kind of physician that likes, I'm old-fashioned.

Uh, you have a great rest of the week man, and I really appreciate you coming on.
It's been fantastic and your advice and your love for your patients as uh, I won't mention so much before you were explaining even where you choose to practice.
What you choose to do is all based upon you know your love for people, your love for medicine, realizing there's a lot of corruption in it and having the freedom to be able to do what you believe God has set you to do, which is to genuinely help and care for people in the world.
Anyway, to the you guys watching, thank you so much again for watching a special interview where we're talking about how to actually take control and understand what's going on in the world when it comes to your testosterone levels.

We want to talk about things that keep you in action, which is to be the best man you can be.
And we are unashamed to say the man that God designed you to be, because we live in a world without both gender and God.
And it seems like they're both related today.
And if we found God, we may find ourselves once again.
Because those who seek to save their souls will actually lose them, and those who seek to lose their life will actually gain it.
So we appreciate you watching.
Anyway, have a great rest of the week, as always, and may God bless the United States of America.
