So what happened this week? I got into an online battle with Rep. Eric Swalwell, D-Calif., who said that I should be red-flagged and am a good example of why we need those laws that take firearms away from law-abiding citizens. Why? It's because I told him that I would fight against a tyrannical government that would seek to violate its own charter and the Constitution of the United States. He wasn't having it and showed me firsthand how certain prominent Democrats would usurp power from citizens if elected to office. Socialist sack of soy California Representative Eric Swalwell, who by the way failed in his recent presidential bid, got in a fight with me this weekend saying that I should be red flagged and not be allowed to own firearms simply because I would uphold the Constitution if the government violated it.
Today's show is going to be absolutely insane as we look firsthand at how the federal government is already trying to violate their charter and take away our rights as American citizens.
Welcome back to Slightly Offensive with your favorite gay black woman, me, Elijah Schaefer.
Of course, I look white as mayonnaise on the outside, but I always feel a little hood.
Today's been a really good week.
Some things have happened that I can't ever give myself tribute for.
YouTube hit me up and I got an email from them.
And you always know when YouTube, you know, we call them Daddy YouTube here because we have a sort of like SNM sort of dominatrix relationship where YouTube whips me into shape and I kind of like bow down to it.
So I was like, hey, what kind of whips and chains are you throwing me on my Gmail today, Daddy?
And they said, hey, Elijah, you know, you know, you've really worked hard the last couple years to build a YouTube channel.
You've been a grassroots independent reporter.
You've been an entertainer.
And we would like to honor that hard work and dedication as an independent creator by restricting your account more, which I couldn't be more grateful for.
It's like, what's even more generous than taking things from somebody?
It's like YouTube and the federal government have a lot in common.
Anyway, they decided they're going to strip my verification, my little check mark, which doesn't really mean anything, except for the fact that really it works.
When you're a toddler and you get like golden stickers, it makes you want to bring your Bible to Sunday school.
And essentially, I like being verified.
It means you're kind of official, but they don't think that independent people like myself should be verified because we have to listen to conspiracy theorists like CNN and MSNBC, who, by the way, peddled the greatest conspiracy theory, RussiaGate, that this country has ever seen in recent history.
But of course, if you're a liar and you spew out trash, then you get verified.
But if you're fighting for the truth, then now we don't want you.
Well, that's how my week's been going.
I hope your week's been going a little bit better.
You might notice that there are some bricks behind me.
It's because my heart is cold and I'm building up walls.
But also, additionally, we moved studios.
So we are absolutely in the process of building a new studio.
And so it's not completed, just like my life.
And it's a mess, just like the relationships that I have to deal with every single day in my personal matters.
It's really hard stuff.
But anyway, today we've got a really great show for you.
I got into a fight.
What do you think a fight would be like between two gangly, lanky Caucasian men who don't really have a lot of fighting skills?
So yeah, I got into a fight with Representative Eric Swalwell.
It's like two stick bugs, you know, at like a fistfight with each other.
That's kind of what happened, but it gets pretty raunchy here in a moment.
On top of that, we're going to look at the dangers of red flag laws because we found out actually the federal government does want to take your guns away.
They do want to strip you of your rights.
And it's absolutely insane.
But first, I wanted to give a special word from our sponsor that makes today's show possible.
By the way, for those of you guys that don't like ads and shows, you can thank YouTube for the fact that wonderful sponsors like Simply Safe have actually come alongside and have continued to invest in our program to make it possible.
And not only does Simply Safe invest in our show, but they've been investing in the well-being of the American public by providing affordable and safe technology that allows you to monitor your property, your family, and the things that matter to you at a cost that almost every American can afford.
Unless, of course, you are a socialist living in your parents' basement, you don't make any money.
Well, Simply Safe right now wants to let you know, and I want to let you know that it's true.
When you call the police, it takes up to 45 minutes for a police officer to come.
45 minutes.
I'm telling you, you can't rely on the government to keep what you love safe.
And it also matters that, you know, if you call them and you don't sound like you're important, they'll put you to the bottom of the list.
Things can escalate very quickly.
But with Simply Safe, they help put you to the top of the list when you call, and they get there and they help police get there 3.5 times faster.
SimplySafe is not only a detecting system, but also a camera system, which, by the way, I want to let you know, it's very cool because the cameras that come inside your house, we use this camera system for the studio.
And I always get nervous with cameras how if they are recording you when you're not around or like if the government's gonna hack into them.
But SimplySafe has this cover that actually can go over the camera that's built into it so that nobody can watch you, nobody can hack in, nobody's gonna look at you when you're actually at home, which is important to me.
Simply Safe also visually can confirm break-ins that are happening if you want to let it show that.
It also protects every door window with 24/7 professional monitoring.
And on top of that, SimplySafe has won plenty of awards.
They make it easy for you with no contract, which I love.
I love that NSA thing.
I'm just kidding, non-married.
I've been brought down, but I love what I'm in.
And they have no hidden fees.
And it's really crazy.
It's about $15 a month, which is absolutely incredible.
So go to simply safe.com/slash offensive to get free shipping and your money-back guarantee, which is really important because you can trust it.
Again, that's simplysafe.com/slash offensive to get your free shipping and money-back guarantee.
That way, you know they're not scamming you and you know it's going to be real.
I'm sure you won't ask for your money back like I haven't because their products are incredible.
All right, let's jump into the show for today.
Representative Eric Swalwell.
You know, he's just, what is he swollen up?
Not, you know, he's literally the least not only attractive man, he looks a little bit, I hate to use ad hominem, but he does look like a paleo Caucasian spock from Star Trek.
You know, he looks like he's gone with Pelosi to a couple more Botox injections and he should have gotten.
He goes online and him and you know, his friend, you guys know Robert Francis, also known as Beto or Rourke.
Robert Francis and him, two white guys who love to pander to minority votes, decided that they were going to attack another representative because they said, we're going to take your AR-15s.
You know, Eric Swalwell, I always picture that.
You know, on the outside, they look like men, but on the inside, they're just brats.
They're just socialist, tyrannical brats who are trying to implement a terrible system and are trying to strip your rights away from you.
And I'm tired of it.
So he goes to this one guy and he goes, you know, basically, we're going to take away AR-15s.
And then this one guy goes, yeah, try to come and take them from me, Robert Francis to Beto O'Rourke.
And then good old Representative Eric Swalwell says this.
He goes, If your response to a candidate proposing a new gun law is threatening to kill the candidate, you have proved exactly why we need tougher gun laws.
Briscoe Kane should be red-flagged and disarmed.
Okay, so let's break this down for a second.
So we have a patriotic American representative who's saying, look, I have the right to have a weapon.
I have every right to arm myself.
It's in the Second Amendment.
And we know that we have the right as citizens to bear arms.
And of course, there's always the argument of like, oh, bearing arms means that you could have a musket.
Because back in that day, the soldiers only had muskets.
Yeah, dude.
And guess what?
During that day, the government didn't have tanks and nuclear bombs.
So it's not like just muskets were around.
The game has changed, dog.
And we still have the right to defend ourselves, homie.
Okay?
So join the gang fight because it's about to get real.
So, you know, Representative Eric Swalwell calls him out.
And I'm just like, okay, I'm this little small guy.
You know, I'm like just six foot two, but on the internet, I'm like two nanometers or whatever millimeters.
So, you know, a little head shot.
It's like a little low resolution shot.
So I write to him and I go, I go, all right, here we go.
If the government violates its charter, which is true, and begins to turn on us by forcibly removing our liberties, then that is a declaration of war by the government on its people.
In which case, the citizens have the right to self-defense.
At Eric Swalwell, it isn't a death threat.
It's a war threat.
Which, okay.
Yes, telling a sitting representative in the government, like you're giving a war threat maybe sounds a little bit like, well, it's a little provocative to like declare war on the federal government.
Or does it?
Okay, George Washington, sit down, finish your oats, okay?
Drink your Samuel Adams beer if they even had it then because, you know, okay, you know, like the South Park voice, okay, because the British are in the government, okay?
You know, what did he do?
He knew that he had a fight against a tyrannical government.
This tyranny that was coming in was wrong.
And that's what I know.
I know if the government wants to take your weapon, it's absolutely incorrect.
There is no specific place where the government ever has the right to remove your weapon if you are a law-abiding citizen and you are especially not only that, but you are not a threat to anybody else, which of course is me.
Exactly.
And so, why would he pick on little old me?
Well, Eric Swalwell, you know how important he is if he actually took time to respond to me.
What a loser.
Like, at least I admit I'm a pathetic loser.
I'm not trying to run for president.
Like, you just are a pathetic loser and you think, oh, I'm going to run for president.
Yeah, how does it feel to suck on national television?
You got a lot of experience with that, don't you, loser?
Exactly.
But I got to give him some credit, of course, because Eric Swalwell wore the orange ribbon, which is, if you guys all know, is the TDS ribbon for Trump derangement syndrome.
He wore it for gun violence.
I was like, what a freaking moron.
You're on national TV on a Democrat debate, literally representing Trump derangement syndrome.
Huh?
And also, not to mention that, he also, I believe, gave a speech at a coffee shop.
Seven people showed up.
I once had a really bizarre Bible study that I ran at like nine in the morning on a Saturdays, and I at least had nine people that show up.
I'm doing a meeting about a study of the Bible at nine in the morning on a weekend, and I got a bigger turnout than this loser did at a place that actually sells something that people enjoy.
Yeah, well, this is the guy who responded to me.
He says, a war threat?
You know, ooh, this is a guy.
This guy's in Congress, you know?
A war threat.
Thank you for proving why we need to have licensing requirements, background checks, and red flag laws.
I accidentally said red fag laws.
We can call them that.
I don't think it's appropriate to call them red fag laws, but we can call them that from now on out.
And if you want to get me on the YouTube, you can't say the word faggot.
We're talking about the cigarettes from England.
Don't you dare think I would bring homophobia into this show.
Exactly.
He said, anyone who would go to war if a law was passed through Democratic means should not own a gun.
Hashtag enough is enough.
Yeah, hashtag shut the hell up, okay?
Listen, here's the deal.
Eric Swalwell is a sitting representative, which I might add is from a region, Almeida, near Berkeley, which shouldn't shock you.
Okay, this guy is from Northern California, which is interesting.
It's like people from the north are the closest down south to hell is people that you can ever come across.
And I'm not even joking about this.
He starts saying a war threat.
Oh, look at you.
You know, I bet you he would have thought George Washington was a moron.
And he starts saying this.
What if we passed a law through democratic means?
You wouldn't resist it?
Yeah, dude.
That's why we're a republic and not a pure democracy.
Because we don't believe in the majority mob rule making laws that violate the charter and the constitution and the bill of rights of this country.
It's like it was written in these documents to protect us from people like you.
So people say, oh, you really think red flag laws are going to make the government take your gun?
Yes, I do.
Oh, you really think that the government is really going to try to just attack you?
Yes, they're doing it on Twitter publicly.
They just don't have the legality to put it in place.
But if you gave these people the legal right to do things, they would come in and intrude on your well-being, which is why they're no longer government by the people, of the people, and for the people.
So, you know, I just had to snap back a little bit.
I love talking to losers.
I wake up every morning, look in the mirror, and I talk to one and I go, good morning, sunshine.
So I've got a lot of experience with this.
I told Eric Swalwell something interesting, which you're supposed to never tell a man how to do his job, but in this case, the government, you should tell them how to do their job because they seem to have been forgetting it a lot recently.
I said, your job is to protect our God-given rights, not take them away, tyrant.
Got him there, right?
You know what I'm saying?
You know, you're typing things.
You're like, this guy's going to get it, you know?
This is going to change his mind.
I'm going to save the U.S. government in America.
That's how I felt, okay?
As I was taking a dump in a 12th story hotel room in Houston.
That's right.
Saving the world one toilet at a time.
I got even better.
Check this out.
I said, this is why we are a republic and not a democracy, because as Americans, we hold our individual liberties in such high esteem that we would give our lives to protect them.
Yeah, we would.
The 2A exists to protect us from you.
Why does the government not get this?
Like, who needs a weapon of war?
I'll tell you who needs a weapon of war.
I do.
Yeah.
Why do you need a weapon of a war?
The government has weapons.
Why do you need one?
Because of that.
unidentified
But the police and only the police and the military have them.
By the way, I want to remind you that Eric Swalwell is the same guy who apologized for being white.
He literally apologized for being Caucasian.
What a frigid little flaccid green bean, right?
Just Eric Swalwell literally is a dehydrated, like, micro vegetable.
He's just, he just, you know what I mean?
Low nutrient, low density.
He just doesn't add anything to the salad.
And that's the point of Eric Swalwell.
He apologized for his race.
And then I want to bring this up.
Actually, do we have this tweet here?
Do we have the tweets from Caitlin Bennett from Liberty Hangout?
Can we bring that up here for a second?
All right, so Caitlin, Caitlin Bennett responded this tweet.
I love Caitlin.
A lot of people ask me the question, is Caitlin Bennett a grifter?
Okay.
Because she takes thumbnails with her breasts showing.
Guys, believe me, I'm not a grifter.
If I had big breasts, you would have seen them on a lot of thumbnails already.
All right.
I've got everything about a gay black woman except for that.
All right.
I'd flaunt my stuff faster than you can understand.
Caitlin Bennett, hey, you got to strut your stuff.
All right.
Do whatever you do.
But I can tell you she's a real person and she's in it for the right reasons.
Actually, she's so hated by people, grifters couldn't grift the way that she would grift.
She'd be the ultimate grifter.
But all I know is that she's making changes.
And she snapped back and she said, you threaten to nuke law-abiding citizens if they refuse to give up their guns.
And I love her phrasing, the socialist sack of soy.
Anyone who would threaten law-abiding citizens should not be in government, but should be in jail.
But her voice be like, should be in jail.
You know, she always does that if you ever watch her videos.
So she brings up the good point.
This guy's like, the government is in an elitist position where they're looking at us like citizens going, like, how dare you talk to the government that way?
No, Eric Swalwell.
How dare you talk to your citizens that way?
We are not Mao's China.
We are not even modern China.
We are the United States of America, and we hold the constitutional right, which was given to us by our creator or our natural rights, that no one should take them away.
These are inalienable.
They were not given to us by you, and you cannot take them away.
So I want you to understand that as we get into this, Eric Swalwell is not only looking down on me, but he's spitting in the faces of every American who not only voted him in, but put him and give him the power that he has.
So Eric Swalwell is there, right?
Eric Swalwell responds, I believe.
Do we have another tweet?
I think we have one more tweet here coming up in this motto, which is pretty good.
Okay, no, this is my tweet.
So we stopped there.
Eric and I are broken up.
It was the shortest, long-lived bro-sexual relationship we ever had.
It was really, you know what?
I've never been in a gay relationship, but I feel like that's how it would be, you know?
Just very animosity together and just kind of pushing.
And I love it.
That's like my closest link.
That's another link to the LGBTQ community is like my little Tristan affair with Eric Swalwell that everyone saw.
I feel a little naughty, you know?
So now it's first daddy YouTube, and now it's like my brother, you know, it's like, I'm not going to get into that.
But me and Eric are just like, we're on good terms.
But everyone started responding to me, um, saying, I actually, this is not pulled up here, but I think somebody told me something very interesting.
They said, they were like, quick, call the FBI, report Elijah Schaefer, he's threatening an insurrection.
unidentified
Yeah, bro, you would have been like, get the British government.
The boys are back in town writing the Declaration of Independence and stuff.
We don't want that.
We want to pay high taxes.
Shut the hell up.
You know what I mean?
These people are so weak today that you even back up American values and you are called a loser.
And I wrote a tweet right here that said, I said about these lefties.
It was that all these lefties are surprised that I would be willing to resist a tyrannical government that was usurping power and violating my inalienable natural rights.
And we need to speak up for each other because government officials that are enacting tyranny like Eric Swalwell are trying to erode the fabric of what this nation is and what makes it so strong.
Now, what's really interesting about this is as we look at what's going on, the amount of support for Eric Swalwell should make your brain swallow well.
Because when you think about it, people really do want to institute socialism.
They want to institute communism.
They want the government to have power.
They want the government to take away your rights.
And they don't want to live in a way where they think for themselves.
They celebrate when people are censored.
They rejoice when people that they oppose are taken down.
And they hate American values.
They hate you.
They hate what you stand for.
They hate organic, monogamous families, straight people, white people, Christians, because they hate what people are, whole and healthy in the inside.
And no, that doesn't mean that just white people, Christian people, and straight people are healthy and whole.
It's because this country was built on what is strong, healthy, and whole.
And they want to erode it and destroy it to make us a globalist world that has no boundaries, no distinctions, and completely erodes what we have.
Of course, every country is allowed to have its framework.
Israel's for the Jews.
Korea's for the Koreans.
But America, it can no longer be for the America.
It needs to be a place for the world and the people of the world and cannot have its values.
Well, I say to hell with that and to hell with people like Eric Swalwell.
I'm not buying your crap, and I know a lot of people aren't either.
And the reason how I know we weren't buying it is because you can't take our guns.
We won't give them to you.
Try to take them from our cold, dead hands.
And this is what I want to bring on to, and I want to close with this.
You know, there are people in this country that really do want our rights to be taken away.
And there are people like this guy, Hassan Piker.
You know, this guy's been piked up his rear end too many times.
You know what I'm saying?
It's like, dude, seriously, he's been piked.
People have parked things up there.
I'm sure of it.
This guy is insane.
And if you guys know this clip right here where he makes fun of Dan Crenshaw, who's one of our representatives, just listen.
And I'm sure if you haven't heard already, it's pretty, pretty derogatory.
And viewer discretion is advised you wuss.
unidentified
America deserved 9-11, dude.
It.
I can't do this.
This guy has the understanding of foreign policy of like a 12-year-old.
What the f?
What the f is wrong with this dude?
Didn't he go to war and like literally lose his eye because some mujahideen, a brave soldier, his eye hole with their dick?
Because he got his eye hole talking about a you know a terrorist as a hero putting his fiddly flop, you know, his al-Qaeda poll or whatever in the little in the in the eye hole.
Yeah, not appropriate.
I'm not into that.
Don't, I mean, the one thing to disagree with Dan Crenshaw, and I want to say this, this is what happens with Dan Crenshaw.
I've met Dan Crenshaw.
I've had drinks with Dan Crenshaw, bizarre enough to say.
We had a beer together.
But I'm going to say this: that, you know, when it comes down to this, you don't need to attack Dan Crenshaw's like injury.
That's like on 9-11.
People always go, why don't you bring up Tower 7 on 9-11?
Like, yeah, because I know what did happen with Tower 7.
I don't know, okay?
We all want to know.
But on September 11th, we're just mourning the death of people.
Okay, this isn't time to bring up Tower 7.
Tower 7 is every other day, right?
Even today.
We bring up Tower 7 now.
So it's like, I'm not going to, every time you make it about Dan Crenshaw, they go, here's a war hero.
How dare you criticize Dan Crenshaw?
He went to Afghanistan or whatever.
You're like, yeah, I didn't say he didn't.
And I'm not making fun of the fact that he got injured.
Like, I'm really grateful for him, you know, giving up his safety and his life.
That's not what I'm doing.
But Dan Crenshaw is part of the right that's caving in to the left-wing push to take away our guns.
And he was on Good, not Good Morning America.
That's not a Blaze show.
Okay, Good Morning America is not a Blaze show, Joy Reid.
I don't even know.
I have no idea of Joy.
Is Joy Reid on Good Morning America?
We don't even know.
No one in here knows because we don't watch that show.
But on Dear America, which is Rant Nation, which is another Blaze TV show that's very popular on Facebook and other platforms, he had a live show and was talking to Dan Crenshaw.
And for as much crap as these little Zoomers give Rant Nation, oh, scars for boomers only or whatever, he says some really great stuff.
And he really does defend our rights as individuals.
He loves the country, God and family.
And Dan Crenshaw just completely cucks out and basically goes, no, but red flag laws, the way we're talking about them aren't good.
But there's a place and a time for them.
It's like, no, dude, there's no time in place, Dan Crenshaw, for you to kiss my wife.
There's no time in place for you to kick my kid in the face.
And there's no time in place for you to implement red flag laws.
So, you know what?
It's not just Eric Swalwell.
Dan Crenshaw, I really had high hopes for him.
If I meet him in person again, which I probably will, I have nothing against him.
I'm not crapping on him and everything he's doing.
I'm just saying when it comes to his stances on guns, I would expect more from him.
I would expect him to not be a neocon, to not act like a rhino, and to actually implement tasks.
Actually, Dan Crenshaw private messaged Caitlin Bennett and told her the way that her activism is bad for the movement, as if like he owns this gun movement.
It's like, well, if the gun movement is implementing red flag laws, yeah, I don't want anything apart of that.
Just listen to this.
unidentified
If we all agree that good guys are good with guns.
Good gals, good with guns.
Bad guys, not so good with guns, right?
We agree on that really basic premise.
When you talk about properly constructed red flag laws, you're trying to get to that problem.
Okay, now the big problem with red flag laws as they exist now in many states is they don't protect due process.
So we have, that's unacceptable, right?
And I've never supported it.
And I've said that over and over again.
It doesn't matter.
Some people are triggered.
See, we get triggered too on the right.
It's happened.
Yeah, we got to stop doing that.
But I would never propose anything that didn't protect due process.
And maybe we have to look at existing law.
For instance, you can have somebody committed if they're showing real threatening behavior.
You know, that has due process implemented within it.
But, you know, does the judge have the ability to, instead of incarcerating somebody, simply make sure they don't have weapons?
But after they've gone through due process, those are the kind of questions we have to be asking as conservatives.
