	So let's look at what's on tap today, everyone, for the program.
	The David Knight Show on this Thursday and we're already more than halfway through June.
	First, we'll look at the big story.
	Trump's lies regarding meddling.
	Well, those seem to be unsupported by the evidence.
	He claimed that the United States meddling in other countries is over.
	Well, we have direct evidence that shows very clearly.
	The United States is meddling in other countries since they bombed Yemen without any declaration of war and killed civilians there as they put out fist pump emojis.
	Now, I don't know if there are war crime accusations one can give for fist pump emojis, but I do think that there are war crimes accusations for any of those people in that chat by killing innocent civilians and there was no declaration of war.
	But that's just me looking at the war crimes information.
	That I often get to read just before I go to bed.
	We'll also talk about Ted Don't Bother Me With Facts Cruise.
	That buzzing yesterday and last night and his conversation with Tucker Carlson.
	Mighty exposition here to give you because I think maybe getting some feedback from everybody is in order.
	I'm hearing conservatives just poo-poo this as if it doesn't mean anything that Ted Cruz might be emblematic of the mindset of Washington, which is we're just going to allow Donald Trump to attack a foreign country without any declaration of war, which actually wasn't even one of the major topics for Tucker Carlson and Ted Cruz.
	And we're not even going to know anything about it.
	And we're going to claim that Iran is a threat despite all We'll give that to you.
	Will the U.S. directly, unconstitutionally, immorally join the Israeli attack on Iran?
	Well, it indirectly already has.
	Directly, they've sent the Nimitz there.
	It's supposed to be decommissioned next year.
	Is that false flag fodder just sitting and waiting in the ocean?
	We'll see.
	We'll look at the new information from the IAEA.
	As Christiane Amanpour spoke with one of the heads of the IAEA, and he reiterated what we have known for years.
	The Iranians have been open to the inspections, although they reserve the right now to be able to expand and create nuclear weapons-grade fissile material.
	They haven't been doing so.
	And in fact, we're going to go back to my Liberty Conspiracy show from the night before last to sort of lay that out and show you how one man, the vice president, I think it's one of the major tells about J.D. Vance's long-distance dedication to the truth, which is not too good.
	We'll talk about the Supreme Court okaying that Tennessee ban on underage transmutilation.
	will discuss Donald Trump prohibiting the California ban on gas cars.
	Yes, Gavin Newsom has reinstated it.

	We've seen a lot of people joining with a war resolution that has been proposed by Thomas Massey.
	I think that perhaps Donald Trump might have jumped the shark on this.
	And I hate to put in that political angle, but that seems to be all that Donald Trump cares about.
	let's hear from inward and star and discuss this Absolutely nothing.

	I'm going to review from a couple days ago.
	That scene of Donald Trump on the plane being addressed by a reporter who simply said, you know, Tulsi Gabbard, your national security advisor, said that Iran, as they consistently have said, is not developing nuclear weapons, that they've been working on a nuclear energy program for their own purposes, for energy, for hospitals and things like that.
	Let's go back into that and hear Donald Trump.
	as he offered his opinion about his own choice to fill that seat.
	You've always said that you don't believe Iran should be able to have a nuclear weapon, but how close do you personally think that they were to getting one?
	Because Tulsi Gabbard testified in March that the intelligence community said Iran wasn't building nuclear weapon the ic continues to assess that iran is not building a nuclear weapon if you hear what you said i think they were very close to heaven okay Then why did you hire her if you don't care what she said?
	What evidence do you have?
	Well, you don't have any evidence.
	That's the entire point.
	Just like the weapons of mass destruction, mirage with Iraq.
	Of course, we know that Donald Trump has no evidence at all.
	And in fact...
	And the idea that the United States is going to be possibly backing Israel up with military action is unconstitutional.
	And I hope that conservatives won't cite the War Powers Act that supposedly gives the president 90 days to just go willy-nilly wherever he wants to.
	At the same time, I want to go back to my previous Liberty Conspiracy program, because I think you'll find this interesting.
	And then we're going to be talking about Ted Cruz.
	But first, let's get into what I offered the other night on Liberty Conspiracy about Donald Trump with just this.
	And talk about J.D. Vance and Mike Huckabee.
	So please keep that in mind.
	And we're going to continue with even more.
	I've got a lot to go into.
	But let me just mention that one of the absolute craziest things is coming from Mike Huckabee.
	And I want to show you Gerald Salenti's tweet about this.
	He says, remember, sheep, that it's the Iranians.
	Who are led by religious fanatics.
	Asa Wanstenly says this, very worrying Trump post to Truth Social.

	And I don't know whether that is something that they're trying to generate in us, or trying to generate in the minds of the Iranians, or they're really this crazy.
	But as Charlton Heston said in Planet of the Apes, it's a madhouse.
	So here it is.
	From Mike Huckabee, a pastor, politician, ambassador, and great person.
	Great person, says Donald Trump.
	Mr. President, God spared you in Butler, PA, to be the most consequential president in a century, maybe ever.
	The decision on your shoulders, I would not want to be made by anyone else.
	You have many voices speaking to you, sir, but there is only one voice that matters.
	His voice.

	What is that?
	What is he, like radioactive?
	Like exuding power and beauty?

	And don't forget, Mike Huckabee and Newt Gingrich, both about 10 years ago, maybe a little more now, both thought it would be a great idea to have the government run the Internet.
	And Newt Gingrich wanted to have everything that you would put on the Internet sifted through a sieve of money.
	And they would have to be judges who all served in the military.
	And then you could put something out on the internet because Newt Gingrich is a great guy.
	Okay.
	All right, so we'll pause it right there.
	Great comments over on X, by the way, and great back and forth over at Rumble.
	And yes, definitely got to respond to a couple of the points over at Rumble, especially about making the screen bigger.

	But in addition to that, we now have Ted Cruz expressing the same sort of bizarre Christian Zionist approach.
	So what I'd like to do is head over to, first, a rather humorous one.
	From Duopoly Destroyer.
	I think that's probably the place where I want to start first, if I've got this right.
	Let me see.
	Yes, this is the one that I recorded from Duopoly Destroyer, and he is pretty funny.
	And he goes into the first part of the Ted Cruz Tucker Carlson exchange where Tucker Carlson asks a few pertinent questions about...
	Now, underlying all that are the assumptions that they're going to force you to pay for it, which is the height of immorality.
	It wouldn't matter whether the Constitution was actually abided by, to leave a preposition dangling, or they're going about it in this way, which is without a declaration of war.
	It doesn't matter.
	Even if they were to declare war, you have a moral right to hold onto your money.
	For whatever they want to take their money to do, you have a right to keep your money.
	It doesn't matter whether they want to hand out teddy bears or food or anything like that.
	They have no right to tell you to give up your money.
	And they certainly have no right to tell you to give up your money to attack another country ostensibly for your protection.
	But regardless of it, regardless of even if Iran were a threat to the United States, which it's not.
	They have no right to tell you to pay for anything.
	Period.
	Beyond that, you get into the nuances and the nitty-gritty and all the Byzantine points about how much do you know about this country you want to attack?
	Missing from this conversation between Tucker and Ted Cruz, so far that I've seen, has been any mention of a declaration of war, which is the constitutional thing to which Ted Cruz agreed.
	But this is pretty darn good.
	From Duopoly Destroyer.
	He is a funny man.
	And I thought, you know, I'm going to show this first before we go into the specific cuts of just Cruz and Tucker.
	Tucker Carlson released just one minute of a snippet of an interview with Ted Cruz and revealed that the politicians pushing for this war against Iran the most know the least about the country they want to go to war with.
	I mean, Tucker embarrassed this man.
	They were talking about Iran.
	I know that they're known for their Persian food.
	But Tucker cooked him like hibachi, like he was in the mood for Japanese last night.
	He turned Teddy Cruz into a teddy bear.
	And he did so by asking the most basic of questions.
	Like, oh, you want to go to war with Iran, so maybe it's important to know how many people they have.
	What's their population?
	And Ted Cruz just looks at him like, mm-hmm, why is that important?
	How many people live in Iran, by the way?
	I don't know the population.
	At all?
	No, I don't know the population.
	You don't know the population of the country you seek to topple?
	How many people live in Iran?
	92 million.
	Okay.
	How could you not know that?
	I don't sit around memorizing population tables.
	Well, it's kind of relevant because you're calling for the overthrow of the government.
	Why is it relevant whether it's 90 million or 80 million or 100 million?
	Why is that relevant?
	So let's just pause it right there and we'll go back to duopoly destroying a minute.
	Do you hear the callousness in that that I hear?
	Why does it matter what the population size is?
	Ted, more people live in the city of Tehran than the entire nation state of the artificial occupying nation of Israel.
	Do you know that?
	Do you know that when Donald Trump put out that flip comment night before last about how the people in Tehran should get out?
	More people than live in Israel tried to get from point A to point B on just a few roads.
	Do you know how disruptive that was for people's lives?
	The numbers of businesses that had to shut down, the fuel, the energy, the cost, just in that one night when you egotistically said that, Donald?
	Do you have any idea?
	Any idea?
	Or any care?
	Are you that much of a narcissist psychopath that you will say things that any normal person would say, if I were in that position, that would cause a lot of fear amongst a lot of people and ruin a lot of people's lives.
	Whether it's leaving pets behind or trying to pick up kids, finding out about loved ones, hospitals in Tehran, do you have any concept of the stress and problems that you brought up in just a few hours the night before last?
	I don't think so.
	Do you know that more people live in Tehran than the entire nation state of Israel, which is helping to line your coffers with more gold?
	I doubt it.
	I doubt Ted Cruz knows either.
	But here he is.
	I don't know.
	Maybe because if you're going to go to war with the country, you don't want to start up walking up to them like a one-man army standing on business.
	Spend billions.
	Take our economy.
	Only to end up losing and running away with your tail tucked between your ass like this.
	And then when Tucker challenges him, it's like, bro, how do you want to go to war with a country you know nothing about?
	Can you not see how that's weird as hell?
	Ted Cruz hits him with the ultimate comeback.
	No, it's you who doesn't know anything about it, Ryan.
	What's the I think makes it wrong?
	They are Persians and predominantly Shia.
	No, you don't know anything about the country.
	Now Ted alleges that Tucker doesn't know anything because he isn't aware that Iran is planning on taking out Donald Trump, except no one.
	Not even.
	And Tucker rightfully suggests, well, if you're going to say something like that, that's kind of a big deal.
	Wouldn't that mean the United States would need to attack them?
	Isn't that what we should be doing?
	And this man actually says that we are attacking them.
	So again, the back and forth between Tucker, Ted Cruz said, well, Iran tried to assassinate Donald Trump, and as that happened, we knew that was bogus, and they have no evidence for it, but they continue to say it.
	Then Tucker says, well, if Iran is that much of a threat, then why didn't you go after them right away?
	And he says, we are attacking them.
	Therefore, as you can see, Duopoly says, Duopoly Destroyer says, so Ted Cruz essentially is saying, The United States is involved in an undeclared war against Iran, which we all know.
	It's just like Ukraine.
	Same sort of deal.
	They've got advisors.
	They've got the soldiers.
	As Joe Biden indicated when he visited Poland on Easter, right when the Ukraine-Russia thing was really firing up, and he talked to the 101st Airborne there, and he said, well, some of you have already been there to Ukraine.
	He openly admitted it.
	So this is Ted Cruz doing pretty much the same thing.
	Uh, what, bro?
	You're the one who claims they're not trying to murder Donald Trump.
	No, I'm not saying that.
	You're the one who can't figure out if it was a good idea to kill General Soleimani and you said it was bad.
	You don't believe they're trying to murder Trump.
	Yes, I do!
	Because you're not calling for military strikes against them in retaliation.
	Okay, we are here carrying out military strikes today.
	You said Israel was.
	Right, with our help.
	The tape crew just casually announced that the United States is at war with Iran.
	During an interview with Tucker Carlson and why we he directly contradict what in that set rep Alex Pfeiffer say when he said that we are not directly attacking Iran and when Tucker asked said this We're hoping Israel I mean I said we.
	Israel is leading them, but we're supporting them.
	Well, you're breaking news here because the U.S. government last night denied, the National Security Council spokesman Alex Pfeiffer denied on behalf of Trump that we were acting on Israel's behalf in any offensive capacity at all.
	We're not bombing them.
	Israel's bombing them.
	You just said we were.
	We are supporting Israel.
	You're a senator.
	If you're saying the United States government is a war with Iran right now, people are listening.
	All right, so we'll pause it there.
	Now, let's inject what I've heard on numerous conservative talk radio programs from Boston.
	Maybe it's just the Boston orientation for conservatives on Boston talk radio.
	They are angry at Tucker Carlson.
	They said that Tucker Carlson laid in wait and put down rhetorical and logical traps.
	For Ted Cruz and didn't allow Ted Cruz to answer.
	Let me just ask you a quick question.
	As far as power balances go, who is the bad guy here?
	Who is the one with the power?
	Is it Tucker?
	Let me just say this.
	Is it the man who wants to force you to continue, not just to start, but to continue engaging in hostilities around the world, in this case, against Iran?
	Is it the man who will put you in jail if you don't pay?
	Is it the man who's completely disregarding his sworn oath to the Constitution, which prohibits exactly this sort of thing?
	You have a declaration of war against a nation state, or you have letters of mark and reprisal against non-nation state.
	Agitators like pirates or other people if they're outside of a uniform of a nation state.
	That's it.
	There's no declared war.
	So Ted Cruz is just sitting there saying, we are helping them right now.
	Well, that's an admission that you're supporting an unconstitutional action.
	And then he also praised the assassination without any due process of a foreigner, Soleimani.
	And Donald Trump...
	Why would they ever negotiate again?
	Why would the Russians negotiate with Donald Trump?
	He's that deceptive and you could end up dead?
	No, thank you.
	I'll skip lunch.
	I'll pack my own bag.

	What in the world, what kind of crazy situation can you have with tax-paid people like Donald Trump and Ted Cruz, somehow emblematic of the United States, and they get backed up by the talk radio hosts who say Tucker Carlson was the one who attacked Ted Cruz?
	In every portion of this, Tucker Carlson is speaking up for the put-upon.
	For the people who are going to be forced to pay by the giants who are walking around trying to stomp down David and their names are Ted Cruz and Joe Biden and Donald Trump.
	A voice in the wilderness comes out and says, hey, excuse me, can I protest this?
	I'd like to mention that the emperor has no clothes.
	How dare you, say the conservatives on Boston Talk Radio.
	How dare Tucker Carlson?
	I blame Tucker Carlson for this situation.
	I blame Tucker Carlson.
	Unbelievable.

	Now, let's get into some of the specifics about what Ted Cruz and Donald Trump have been saying about the weapons so-called being developed.
	Okay, so I want to show you first, let's go back a little bit and I'll show you a little bit of It's a classic hit.
	It's like your long-distance dedication from American Top 40. Here's your long-distance dedication, going back to October 1996, with this classic hit from Benjamin Netanyahu, who not only didn't get it right, he repeatedly didn't get it right.
	And he was on the floor of Congress.
	Was he under oath?
	Did he lie to Congress?
	or was he just mistaken this many times?
	The deadline for attaining this goal is getting extremely close.
	By next spring, at most, by next summer, at current enrichment rates, they will have finished the medium enrichment and move on to the final stage.
	From there, it's only a few months, possibly a few weeks.
	Before they get enough enriched uranium for the first bomb.
	The foremost sponsor of global terrorism could be weeks away from having enough enriched uranium for an entire arsenal of nuclear weapons.
	That would place a militant Islamic terror regime weeks away from having the fissile material for an entire arsenal of nuclear bombs if not stopped.
	Iran could produce a nuclear weapon in a very short time.
	It could be a year.
	It could be within a few months.
	Now, I don't know about you guys, you guys and ladies, but from what I gather, now I did a lot of research on this.
	I read my Benjamin Netanyahu textbook on how to create an atomic bomb.
	Evidently, what you do is you get a mix, right?
	It's this yellow cake mix, and you put it in an easy-bake oven.
	You can do it in about five minutes.
	There's a little light bulb.
	No problem.
	It's easy.
	I read that.
	It was Benjamin Netanyahu's book, How to Make an Atom Bomb, in a month and a half.
	It takes about 45 years to read the book and get to the end of it, and then you realize it's all fiction.
	But, you know, it's not a textbook at all.
	It's fiction.
	Oh, sorry about that.
	Now, I want to go back into the segment that I was playing from Liberty Conspiracy Live from Wednesday, after we discussed the Mike Huckabee story, because that gets us into this deceptiveness about the weapons being developed, to use the passive voice, about the Iranians developing the weapons.
	So we discussed Mike Huckabee.
	And what a class act that guy is.
	We're going to get back into the Christian Zionism thing because Ted Cruz also embraces that.
	And I think it's important to bring up what Scripture actually says for those people who are Christians and think that these guys might have some sort of argument that somehow it's okay to slaughter women and children and occupy a nation state to create an apartheid state and starve people to death all for God saying that There is a nation of Israel.
	If you misinterpret that with the New Testament and you believe it's a political system, you've got some big problems.

	It can only exist not through voluntary means, because that would just be an agreement from people who are forming their own little club.

	A state is always based on force.
	It forces itself on people who don't want it, and then it says, I'm here for your protection.
	That's what the state is there to do.

	The only distinction between what we have now and what the serfs had back then was at least they knew their enemy.

	They didn't hear this canard about how the government is us.
	It's just a roundtable of people trying to fill the us slots and take other people's money to get what they want done while the other people have to pay for it.
	And then they claim it's, you got it, it's individual liberty.
	So I want to turn away from the Ted Cruz Christian thing for just a second and away from the Huckabee thing for just a minute.

	I want to go back now to this analysis of what J.D. Vance said online about the Iranians supposedly developing Nuclear weapons.

	And then you could put something out on the internet because Newt Gingrich is a great guy.

	Let's talk about Donald Trump.
	And he was reminded, hey, Trumpy, guess what?

	We've got Donald Trump and, of course, his famous, now famous, within not even 24 hours, statement about Tulsi Gabbard's statement that, hey, you know the intelligence community out there?

	Well, yeah, the intelligence community.
	They said that Iran isn't pursuing a nuclear weapon.
	So he's on Air Force 9000.
	And we can skip that part.
	I forgot I said that.
	Sorry about that.
	All right.
	So, yeah.
	So there's the Tulsi thing and Donald Trump.
	He doesn't care.
	So we're going to go to the J.D. Vance part next.
	I don't care what she said.
	Then why'd you hire her?
	Oh, that's right.
	You wanted votes.
	That's why.
	You don't care what anybody says.
	You don't care about the facts, and you certainly don't care about your oath to the Constitution, you scumbag.
	Yeah, that's awesome.
	That's great.
	Now, let's check out J.D. Vance on this one, because J.D. Vance is pulling the same sort of stuff.
	J.D. Vance.
	This is a back and forth that J.D. Vance has been having with people.
	And I heard the same sort of thing at 6 this morning on Jeff Cooner's show.
	They're constantly trying to massage the narrative when it comes to what happened with Iran, what Iran is actually doing with its refining.
	And what Iran has said it could do because the United States has broken its agreements and has engaged in hostilities against Iran and helped Israel assassinate Iranians.
	I don't know.
	I don't know.
	So J.D. Vance is saying all sorts of great stuff.
	He says this.
	Tulsi Gabbard.
	And they say, are you saying Tulsi and the 18 U.S. intelligence bodies backing the opposite findings less than eight weeks ago are wrong or lying?
	So first he says, look, I'm seeing this from the inside.
	Now listen to what he says.
	We're going to read this very carefully.
	And am admittedly biased towards our president and my friend.
	And there's a lot of crazy stuff on social media.
	So now it's very cozy.
	He's your pal.
	It's cool.
	I'm on your level.
	So I wanted to address some things directly on the Iran issue.
	Now get rid of everybody, because he's not going to be pulling any fast ones at all.
	This isn't a prepared thing in any way whatsoever.
	It's completely spontaneous, and it's not done to try to, again, massage the narrative about Iran's nuclear program.
	And they reserve the right now to push it into nuclear weapons because of U.S. actions.
	He says, first, POTUS has been amazingly consistent over 10 years that Iran cannot have a nuclear weapon.
	Well, Iran hasn't been pursuing a nuclear weapon.
	That's the point.
	Why do you say Iran can't have a nuclear weapon when Iran has said themselves, we don't want a nuclear weapon, and here we're open.
	We're not pursuing a nuclear weapon.
	Why doesn't he say Iran is doing a great thing by not pursuing a nuclear weapon?
	Right?
	People have said the attack on Iran shows the wisdom of North Korea's attempt to try to get a nuclear weapon, because that will mean that people won't attack North Korea, because they'll reserve the right to use a nuke.
	Now, in the Middle East, it gets a little problematic because, of course, the question of if you use a nuclear weapon, are you going to be downwind from the fallout and will you be hurting your own people?
	That seems to come to mind.
	A lot of clusters in there.
	A lot of problems.
	But we'll continue with J.D. and see how he deceives people.
	Over the last few months, Trump encouraged his foreign policy team to reach a deal with the Iranians to accomplish this goal.
	Yeah.
	And that deal is essentially, we know you're not doing anything, and even more than that, we're going to restrict you even further, and we're going to portray you as the bad guys while we walk around in the neighborhood with the guns and tell people, we're pointing guns at you, what a great deal.
	That's essentially what this is.
	It's, as Daniel McAdams said, it's armed robbery.
	And the robber's telling you it's a deal.
	You didn't do anything.
	They're pointing the gun at you, and then when they walk away, when you've given them something they demanded, then, of course, they tell you it's a deal.
	No, that's not a deal.
	That's an extraction.
	Man.
	So he says, the president has made clear that Iran cannot have uranium enrichment.
	Now, here's the thing.
	This is the situation.
	He says, and he said repeatedly that this would happen one of two ways, the easy way or the other way.
	Okay, so he says that Iran can't have uranium enrichment.
	They have every right to have uranium enrichment.
	They've made agreements that allow them, in the so-called international community, to have uranium enrichment.
	What Trump wanted to do was do something contrary to the original Obama idea, So remember, that original Obama idea was a pretty good idea that Trump dumped, okay?
	No, you can't have uranium enrichment inside your own country.
	So this is Trump.
	Originally, I just want to make this clear.
	Originally, Obama was saying, yes, we'll agree to 3.67% refinement.
	That allows you to use it for energy.
	Trump said, no, you can't even do that in your own country.
	That's where I'm picking up here.
	As I mentioned a few weeks ago, they want them to be dependent on other countries to refine the uranium and then bring it in for their hospitals, for their energy.
	That leaves them completely dependent on outside countries.
	So the 3.67 threshold was what the Iranians said they would not give up, because if they gave that up, that means that they've got to go outside the country and import their refined uranium power sources.
	That is too risky for them.
	And this is what this guy constantly says was the deal that Trump gave them.
	He gave them a deal.
	No uranium enrichment.
	That's a threat.
	That's not a deal.
	It's saying we won't attack you if you give up your own prerogative to be able to have nuclear power that you can control.
	You've got to give up your own control over nuclear power or else we're going to attack you?
	What the heck?
	He says, second, I've seen a lot of confusion over the issue of civilian nuclear power and uranium enrichment.
	These are distinct issues.
	Really?
	Iran could have civilian nuclear power without enrichment.
	This is what I'm telling you.
	This is what they kept saying.
	You can have your nuclear power, but guess what?
	You can't enrich inside your own country, which means it's not really their own nuclear power because, again, they're dependent on other countries to get the stuff.
	So he's absolutely, he's lying by omission.
	He's comparing apples and oranges here.
	That's really unscrupulous.
	And he's not stupid.
	He says, these are distinct issues.
	Iran could have civilian nuclear power without enrichment, but Iran rejected that.
	Yeah, that's right, because it's against their own national security interests and against their power base.
	How can they have power if they can't rely on what they can do?
	They could do themselves.
	He says, it's one thing to want civilian nuclear energy.
	It's another thing to demand sophisticated enrichment capacity.
	You need the enrichment capacity to have control over your nuclear refinement.
	Duh!
	And they were open to inspections.
	You're not mentioning that, are you?
	You're not mentioning Tulsi.
	And it's still another to cling to enrichment while simultaneously violating basic non-proliferation obligations and enriching right to the point of weapons-grade uranium.
	See, he says right to the point.
	No, not weapons grade.
	Still beneath weapons grade, but now stating we could push it further if you keep pushing us because you've been pushing us this whole time.
	You see how he tries to do this?
	They're trying to shape this for a narrative that's very close to the truth, but not the truth.
	This is really, really underhanded what this guy is doing.
	This shows you what this guy's character is like.
	This is not good at all.
	If this is revelatory of anything, it's how much you should not trust J.D. Vance.
	Big time.
	He says, I have yet to see a single good argument for why Iran needed to enrich uranium well above the threshold for civilian use.
	It's not your place to say, dude.
	You don't get to run Iran.

	Why aren't you saying the same things about the Israelis who have been aggressive in the area for 70 years?

	Well, the IAEA's findings suddenly changed after the IAEA leadership got replaced.

	And even the IAEA report didn't cite them as creating nuclear weapons.
	It just said they had the capacity to do so.
	He says this.
	I believe the president has earned some trust on this issue.
	Well, leave it at that.

	He said, oh, so then somebody commented.
	They said, you're saying Tulsi and the 18 U.S. intelligence bodies backing the opposite findings less than eight weeks ago are wrong or lying?
	And he says, no, I'm not saying that.
	First of all, Tulsi's testimony was in March.
	And a lot has changed since then.
	Oh yeah, they suddenly just grew nuclear weapons in a mushroom patch out back.
	Second, if you look at what she said then, her point about uranium enrichment is consistent with what I wrote above.
	You mean the way you tried to shave it?
	To say that their civilian enrichment is somehow leading towards a weapons-grade enrichment?
	That everything that has been pushed along on them is somehow by them?
	I said this.
	I said, no, it's not consistent with what you wrote.
	Your statement is subtly misleading.
	The Iranians changed their long-term promise that they would not pursue weapons-grade enrichment.
	After repeated threats and violent actions by Israel and the U.S. They said that they would reserve the right to enrich for that purpose because of U.S.-Israeli aggression.
	The U.S. so-called proposal that the Iranians could so-called continue with nuclear power included a demand that the power level enrichment be done outside Iran, which would leave them utterly vulnerable and ran contrary to the original agreement Obama had negotiated and Trump dumped.
	every aspect of this conflict has been generated by the US and Israel and the Iranian negotiators those you in the IDF might not have murdered yet are left to not trust any word Any of you ever utter your actions are shameful, utterly unconstitutional and could bring you all up for war crime trials.
	I think that's factual.
	Hopefully that's okay.
	And who is that bald guy, that shaven-headed guy?

	And he always has a positive attitude.
	I'm going to give you the layout of Rick Steves and one of the great things that Rick Steves has done in his area after I play you this on The David Knight Show.
	I had the great opportunity to go to Iran with a public television TV crew to make a show.
	People ask me, why are you going to Iran?
	And I thought about it.
	Why am I going to Iran?
	And it occurred to me, I'm going here because I think it's good character to know people before you bomb them.

	And it is a nation's inclination to dehumanize its enemies before we go kill them.
	So I went to Iran.
	It occurred to me when I was in Iran, I was afraid to go here.
	And when I got there, I was so glad I had the courage to go there.

	I was in a taxi in that traffic jam there later on that day.
	It was just silent, and suddenly my driver just bursts out.

	And I thought, no, wait a minute.
	I thought it was death to Israel or death to America.
	He said, right now it's death to traffic.
	And I said, well, what's with that?
	And he said, here in Iran, anytime something's frustrating to us and out of our control, we say death to that.
	And I thought about that.
	I thought, boy, I'm so glad I'm here to understand this with a little more sophistication than a bumper sticker.
	So he speaks Farsi.
	He doesn't speak English.
	He's translating it directly.
	And to him, he's saying, damn that.
	And I thought, well, have I ever said damn something?
	Have I ever thought, you know, damn those teenagers?
	Well, yeah, I have.
	And, you know, do I really want them to die and burn in hell for eternity?
	No.
	It's just after midnight.
	Turn down the music.
	Damn those teenagers.
	So when we travel, we gain a little better appreciation.
	Of what is the baggage that people are carrying when they respond to us?
	Think of the baggage we have in our country after 9-11.
	We're a mighty nation of 300 million people.
	We lost 3,000 people on 9-11 10 years ago.
	And it's part of our baggage.
	Just like for our parents, it was the Depression and World War II and so on.
	Well, Iran's got baggage.
	And we need to understand that if we're going to deal with them smartly.
	Their baggage, and they've got one quarter of our population, is losing several hundred thousand people when Saddam Hussein...
	Now, I don't know if we really funded them, but they think they did, or we did, and that is baggage.
	And when you travel around Iran, every town's got a vast martyr's cemetery filled with victims of that war.
	And for me to see a widow sitting on the tomb of a dead loved one, as she's done every week for decades, knowing the propaganda she's lived through and the struggle she's lived through.
	That's baggage.
	I've got to understand what she's going through if I can understand their country better.
	Now, the other part of this about Rick Steves is over at my X feed.
	And it has nothing to do with the wars or, you know, the Ted Cruz absurdity of demanding that the United States get involved with attacking Iran.
	It's this.
	And I noted this over in my X feed.
	I said, thank you very much for posting this.
	I found out a few years ago that Mr. Steves also donated the apartment building he owned to become a shelter for homeless people.
	God bless him.
	He did.
	The building's worth, I think, $4 million.
	And he actually set about buying.
	The apartment building, knowing that in a number of years when he got ready to retire, he would give the building up to, I believe there's a YWCA there that allows people to stay there for a certain period of time.
	So that's the character of Rick Steves.
	Wow.
	Isn't that great?
	That is just fantastic.
	And he's always so upbeat and so on.
	And just to have a little spark of that, a little nugget of that when I go out, you know, to try to bring a smile on somebody's face here or there.
	Or it just, you know, even if maybe somebody's having a bad day, if you can compliment them on their hat or their nice new shoes or, you know, whatever it might be.
	Or, hey, I like those earrings or something like that.
	It brightens their day.
	And that's the sort of character that I admire a lot.
	So in the midst of all this trouble and turmoil, you got a guy like Rick Steves who's going out there trying to meet people and understand people and also understanding something that actually provides us some perspective.
	Because here in the United States, when we hear the Iranians say, Now, perhaps we understand that at least a certain portion of them don't actually want the utter destruction of the United States.
	But if they do call for the destruction of, say, Israel or the United States, the Zionist Project, let's say they're asking for the destruction of Israel.
	Why would they want to eliminate the state of Israel?
	Maybe it's because it's an occupying force there.
	Maybe that's one of the reasons they want to get rid of the state of Israel, because it doesn't belong there.
	It was put there on land that was stolen from people with the canard of from a people with no land to a land with no people, which was utterly ridiculous in the 1940s as they came down from Eastern Europe and took over with the help of the Brits and the Americans.
	Now, a couple other things that I want to mention about the Ted Cruz situation.
	The Ted Cruz story continues real quick with this one.
	Sarah Gonzalez says, I will never forget this Tucker-Ted Cruz exchange as long as I live.

	I'm asking about your allegation and the Prime Minister of Israel's allegation that Iran is trying to murder the president.
	Killing terrorists is a good thing.

	Because if you're America first.
	You want to protect America.
	But you don't really believe that they're trying to murder Trump?

	Then why aren't you calling for military action against Tehran right now?

	And she was finally drummed out.

	So that's who Ted Cruz is really answering to.
	It's why we call him Tel Aviv Ted.
	And Tucker exposed him because he doesn't understand anything about Iranian society or that it's not going to be a cakewalk, as we were told in advance of the Iraq War, to enact regime change in Iran.
	Iran does have a clerical leadership, but Ayatollah Khamenei is very, very popular, including with people with grievances with the government.
	And below him are institutions that people actually believe in that are functioning, which people will defend.
	As we saw when Israel launched a terrorist airstrike on IRIB, which is Iran's version of VOA or PBS or NPR.
	I actually participated.
	In a public conference in that building, in that very complex, just a few weeks ago.
	And the building was bombed.
	The media broadcasters knew it was going to be bombed.
	They stayed on air.
	And during the bombing, they stayed in the building while it was burning, and they continued to stay on air to demonstrate their belief, their support for just...
	And so that's going to be a huge problem.
	Ted Cruz doesn't understand that, but he doesn't even know the population.
	The population of Tehran itself is significantly larger than Israel's.
	This is a regional powerhouse, and Ted Cruz thinks it's just another tin-pot dictatorship or that when the dictator leaves, as in Syria, that the whole thing's going to collapse.
	So that's why that's significant.

	What you observe, the sound you heard, is the murky, dust-laden voice of the studio.

	That's really, really what drove my mind to think about my sister or my mom or my niece.

	And again, that man was in that building three weeks ago.

	I thought they were targeting military sites.
	No, and this is classic Israeli behavior.
	This is a country that has deliberately murdered scores and scores, as many as 200 journalists in the Gaza Strip.
	Hossam Shabbat, for example, of Al Jazeera.
	Ismail Al Ghul was decapitated by an Israeli drone in his car.
	And now they're targeting this massive media complex, which has no military value whatsoever, which I visited.
	That building was built in 1940.
	It's a vast, very elegant building.
	On a Serbian TV station during its destruction of Yugoslavia.
	And it is a terrorist act.
	It is classic state terror.
	And what we saw there was resistance in action.
	The resistance of Iranian media professionals who want to keep broadcasting because they believe that they are telling the truth.
	That Western corporate media refuses to tell.
	And in Iran, something I experienced visiting people in their private homes, especially middle-class people, is that they have satellite TV.
	And satellite TV there is dominated by BBC Persia, which is a very sophisticated regime change vehicle run with support of the British Foreign Office and British Intelligence.
	and Iran International, which is now almost officially aligned with Israel and Saudi Arabia and just hosted Benjamin Netanyahu for an exclusive interview.
	What's taking place in Iran is civilians are being slaughtered.
	People are being given 3 a.m.
	evacuation orders and being forced to pack up their belongings while their homes are being destroyed.
	Mossad has recruited thousands of assets in the country who are blowing up cars on roadsides, terrorizing people, and civilians are under I thought it was the Iranians that were going to have terror cells.
	In the United States, right?
	Strange how the Israeli Mossad, and we've seen it on video, we've seen them capturing these guys, we've seen how they used over-the-shoulder missiles to hit apartment complexes inside Tehran.
	They had them inside there.
	It's not the Israelis that are hanging out in Manchester, New Hampshire.
	I mean, it's not the Iranians.
	It's not the Iranian terror cells that are killing people right now.
	And when they see someone like the Shah's son, the son of Reza Pahlavi, support these terrorist attacks, or they see Netanyahu be hosted by Iran International, it discredits those regime change vehicles.
	and when they see this resistance, that woman has become a symbol across the region, and it defeats the entire calculus of regime change.
	So I think, Excellent stuff.
	And I want to turn to round this off to Richard Medhurst, who simply for covering what was going on in Palestine is now up on charges for they haven't really brought any evidence.
	against by the British government for some sort of espionage dealing with the enemy, even though, of course, he was simply reporting on what was going on in the ground inside Gaza.

	He says, Tucker Carlson's only mistake with Cruz was not knowing or not putting it to Ted Cruz that Netanyahu is Polish and his real name is Milikowski.

	And Tucker Carlson makes a very good point there.
	He makes it very clear simply by asking questions, saying, are you saying that the state of Israel is the same as Christ's covenant?
	Because this is a Christian Zionist and this is Mike Huckabee's position.
	They have no problem destroying people's lives.
	Inside Gaza, wiping out Palestinians, destroying the West Bank, fighting with the Lebanese, and now attacking Iran to fulfill what they think is a biblical prophecy of a nation state, which it is not.
	It is not a nation state.
	It's the followers of Christ.
	If you are a Christian, you should get it.
	And that's why Dave DeCamp, who is a Catholic, brought it up and says, this is blasphemous.
	That's absolutely correct.
	100% correct.
	It's very clear.
	It's unbelievable.
	The people who represent the nation-state of Israel don't even think that Christ is the Savior.
	It's logically ridiculous.
	It's biblically unsound.
	And Ted Cruz buys into it.
	Maybe he buys into it.
	And I'll say this because he's been corrupted by foreign investment of money, or he has Israeli advisors, or maybe it's the other way around.
	Maybe he believes in his Christian Zionism so much that he openly adopted all these people to come work with him.
	I don't know which it is.
	But Ted Cruz made an utter, utter fool of himself.
	That's for darn sure.
	And instead, I would prefer to go with a guy like Rick Steves, who actually travels to these places and talks to people and appreciates the fact that they are individuals with real lives.
	And of course, you don't have to go to a place to know that maybe they have a right to be left alone.
	They have natural rights.
	But just like I mentioned to a talk radio host in Boston and said, look, the Constitution is a machine.
	It's how the machine is supposed to operate.
	It doesn't mean that it operates a different way when it's applied to foreigners who are on the soil of a state.
	It's the way it works.
	Due process, habeas corpus for everybody.
	Unless Congress openly lifts the writ of habeas corpus, and that applies to everybody as well.
	So therefore, you could be held without trial or anything.
	Indefinitely.
	And we get talk radio hosts like Jeff Kooner.
	Saying, no, no, foreigners don't have natural rights.
	He calls them constitutional rights, as if they're granted beneficently, blessed on us by a document that was signed by people without our agreement.
	And that's why, again, as a volunteerist, as an anarchist, I mention just the fact that, hey, listen, I would be satisfied if the U.S. government could get a little closer to the federalist concept and the restrictions that were applied.
	I would prefer to have the Articles of Confederation because they had no central excise tax power and no central tariff tax power.
	And those are always game.
	The excise tax led to the Whiskey Rebellion.
	The Whiskey Rebellion wasn't really a rebellion.
	It was whiskey makers in Western Pennsylvania and Ohio who were upset that the feds had applied an excise tax to them.
	the feds were not invited in to collect the tax and so
	This is analogous to what's going on with the immigration situation, because the word immigration is not in the U.S. Constitution.
	And in order for any federal troops to go into a state, according to Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution, they have to be invited by the legislature or the governor if the legislature is out of session.
	So all the things that Donald Trump is doing with the Marines or the ICE agents or the FBI or the National Guard, all of that is patently, ridiculously unconstitutional.
	But the precedent was set, again, in a negative way.

	That's the problem that we're running into now.
	This is a major, major disconnect between what the founders wrote.
	And again, as an anarchist, I'll say this.

	Well, the very assumption that they can assume power over other people invites other folks who want that power.

	They'll create false flags and create more of a police state.
	They'll say that the environment is massively endangered by a canard called climate, anthropogenic climate change, and they'll manipulate the data on it through ClimateGate 1 and 2. They'll bring in people like Michael Mann, pay him lots of money through government subsidies to colleges, again unconstitutional, and he won't show his data that created the hockey stick graph.
	Which starts in the medieval, in the mini ice age, the little ice age, and doesn't show the medieval warming period that came before it.
	So it makes it look like that concurrent with the introduction of the internal combustion engine, there was this massive uptick that had never happened before in temperatures.
	When if you actually go back, every 1500 years, the temperature cycles that way.
	As Fred Singer, rest in peace Fred, put in his book.
	Unstoppable global warming every 1,500 years.
	It's the solar cycle.

	Hoist these guys up like Ted Cruz, like they're some kind of genius.
	You see it in the Tucker Carlson interview.
	This is not a mental giant that has been really doing the heavy lifting in his mind about why do you believe what you believe?
	And you can't answer it.
	I forgot you had that Texas connection.
	I've heard many times that Ted Cruz is a bright guy.
	Everybody's pretty bright.
	I think that they're just...
	It was very clear watching Tucker Carlson what was reality and what wasn't reality.
	And Ted Cruz just kept walking along like he was the emperor with no clothes.
	Everything was fine.
	I've seen this before, and I've...
	their passion, but they always get pushed to the side or they always get misdirected by this.
	It's like, hey, we've got to shrink the size of government.
	Also, grow the American empire.
	Those two things don't go together.
	And you get people that aren't serious about doing anything, really, for this nation because they're fixated, like idolatry, on a foreign nation.
	This is politics in Texas.
	I've seen it over and over.
	I was excommunicated in so many ways because I didn't bow down and worship this the way that they do because I poked holes in it.
	I don't believe that.
	I'm for this country.
	I'm for the best interest of this country.
	The best interest of this country is to stay out of no win unconstitutional Middle Eastern wars with no benefit strategically or morally to the United States of America.

	You hurt yourself doing it.
	And that's well known.
	And there was a poll out that only like 16% of Americans support this.
	And I want to know who that 16% is.
	Do they mishear the question?

	And I knew that Israel had supported Hamas and the United States had paid Hamas.
	And, you know, you know the history of the Israeli occupation there and the creation of the Israeli state.
	The whole thing is massively immoral and corrupt and evil.
	And you just say to yourself, this is nuts.
	And with my last name, Goldsmith, as I mentioned, you know, I went to Boston University.
	I would hear a lot of the Ashkenazi pro-Zionist Jewish people.
	I didn't really know what was going on, but they would describe.
	My Palestinians is insects and animals that needed to be eliminated.
	And I thought, what are you talking about?

	That's their land.

	And it strikes me as I mentioned when that happened, I said, listen, whatever one's opinion is about this struggle, how about you just leave me out of it?

	And that, again, philosophically, that goes towards my anarchist, what I would offer to a classroom, a lecture hall when I've been teaching political philosophy to say, look, all political systems rope people in who don't want to be part of it.
	And the best thing to do is to pair off as many of those things, even if you have to have the state, if people are stuck with the state, which I don't think there's a have to, but if you're stuck with it.
	At least recognize that maybe it's the neighborly thing not to tell somebody, I'm taking your money for your defense, and I'm going to have Nikki Haley sign weapons and send them off to a foreign land to kill innocent people.
	Maybe that moral quandary shouldn't be foist on your stinking neighbor.
	How about that?
	And then they tell you it's for your own good.
	That's insane.
	This is collectivism of defense.
	And this is the problem that I always come to, which is they'll use national defense for anything.
	Now they're saying, we got RFK Jr. saying, well, you know, if you're critical of the state of Israel, that's a mental pathology.
	I'm in the health department of the United States.
	Now we're going to use this angle to claim that you're anti-Semitic.
	And that's a pathology.
	It's nuts.
	They'll use any angle they can for your protection.
	Yeah, the Soviets did that under Stalin.
	If you criticized the government, if you criticized the structure, then you were mentally ill.
	And of course, that always led to the gulag and then you disappearing and then them going and airbrushing you out of all photographs for the state.
	So you literally, it wasn't good enough that you were dead.
	You had to disappear.
	So that's what they did with critics.
	My heart breaks for our culture.
	You know, because I believe that at the heart of things that, you know, most Americans and people that adhere to our history want to do the right thing.
	So I give them the benefit of the doubt, but there's so much swept up in this.
	It's so dangerous.
	It's so insidious, this belief system, that we put this foreign government ahead of all of our interests and then put it not only just in a material interest.
	But spiritual interest, which I find is just, and I grew up with this, and I watched it, and it was heartbreaking.
	I didn't really understand it in my teens, like in the late 90s.
	When I got back from my last war, when I'd seen what the neocons were really capable of, and just the uselessness of it, and everything that happened in the war in Iraq, when I got home, and I tried to go to church and things, I'd run into people, and you'd hear that.
	It's like you didn't read the Bible.
	You didn't read the words that Jesus spoke.
	You're not reading about peace and love and teaching and patience.
	You're talking about nuclear weapons.
	I would hear people go, I always got to turn it into a parking lot over there.
	Genocide?
	I just got back from that.
	I would never do that.
	It's so outside.
	You know, if you actually read the New Testament, and I do every day, I'm not a biblical scholar, but I try to glean as much wisdom as I can in short bursts with the time that I have.

	You can get the Schofield Bible out and you can kind of twist some things into, but it's not talking about a physical nation state.
	It's actually talking about God's chosen people, if you want that.
	So, I mean, technically, for the New Testament, we're Israel.
	It's like a whole, if you follow Christ.
	But that's kind of far, like that would have went over Ted's.
	Mellon, he wouldn't have been able to absorb what I just said, I don't think.
	Yeah, you know, my mom was close to the Christian Zionist position for a while, and I used to have good conversations with her about that.
	And I said, look, Mom, if you want to sign a check to Israel, you know, you're free to do so.
	That's you making the choice.
	You are not free to make a choice for another person.
	And that's it.

	And again, you know, this is anarchist philosophy, but no one has that right to, as Jefferson said, no one is born with a saddle on his back and no one is born with spurs to ride him, right?

	Tony, as a paratrooper, now a paratroother, I am interested, if you see this headline, report, Trump privately approved plans.
	To attack Iran, but has withheld final order.
	Iran has made it clear it will hit U.S. bases in the region if the U.S. attacks.
	Now, Dave DeCamp, at his midnight release on his video program, half-hour program on YouTube and Rumble, anti-war news with Dave DeCamp, said, you know, he's got a pretty bad feeling about this.
	As I mentioned on Liberty Conspiracy, I've been in airports so much, right?
	And occasionally you bump into a soldier who's in his fatigues.
	He's got his stuff.
	I've had three conversations with soldiers when the United States was occupying Afghanistan, when the United States was going into Iraq.
	And so I'd like to get your thoughts on this, because every one of them I said, hey, you know, I know you guys swear an oath to the Constitution.
	They say, yeah.
	I say, well, there's no declaration of war.
	And, you know, the only thing that is supposed to allow a president to operate with the troops is a declaration of war.
	Otherwise, they have to hire mercenaries with letters of mark and reprisal.
	And I said, that's against a foreign nation state.
	How do you feel that you're being deployed and there's no declaration of war?
	This is a breach of the Constitution.
	Every one of them put their heads down and said, well, yeah, but, you know, I do what they tell me.
	Or, yeah, well, you know, they're my orders.
	As a guy from the military, can you give us any perspective on that sort of stance or that behavior?
	Just the attitude in general.
	I mean, you join the military as a young man or young woman, and I think that the majority of people, their heart's in the right place.
	They want to serve the nation.
	They love where they come from, hearth and home and tradition.
	Sold on that, and I still think it's a viable thing to love your nation or where you come from.
	I don't have this aversion to nationalism, per se, but I do have an aversion to militarism and the worship of that.
	So there's this, I think, a healthy balance.
	And understanding the politics of it.
	As a young person, you probably don't get that because you're not taught that in school.
	We don't know.
	I was just listening to a podcast and they were like, when's the last time we declared war?
	I know that by heart.
	It's World War II.
	Why haven't we since?
	Well, there's something called the UN.
	You have to have a congressional oversight on the budget and everything else.
	Instead of being open-ended, it would have to have timelines.
	There would be some constraints from the Commander-in-Chief through that.
	That's why Johnson Johnson really pushed in kind of a continuation with Truman's police action, as he called it in Korea.
	Johnson really just pushed to have this kind of Gulf of Tonkin moment where the president's got this open-ended authorization.
	And you could read into that in multiple different ways.
	But I don't think the average troop doesn't, they're not going to look at it that way.
	They're not going to say, well, I'm taking part in an unconstitutional military action.
	Not in the interest of the United States.
	I mean, at some point, they're probably sold on what they're doing.
	I never was, which is funny.
	Anybody who knew me in the 2002-2003 range when I got back from Afghanistan and then immediately telling me to prep for Iraq.
	And I'd been in Afghanistan.
	We're pulling people from the battlefield, and they're telling us about what's going on.
	you could go through interpreters and hear this stuff.
	And I'm like, okay, so this is like, And then you're like, well, we've got to have this big push for Iraq.
	And I go, why?
	I was only 22 at the time, but I remember going, why?
	What is it we're doing there?
	And then it's over and over again.
	And then they go through the whole weapons of mass destruction.
	You have, I remember Hans Blix was going over trying to get into, they had the UN team going all around Iraq, and I thought, well, maybe they'll, you know, maybe this will stop it.
	Maybe they'll have an access, and you had even live on, Saddam was dismantling these Chinese worm missiles that he had that were supposedly a violation of the peace treaty that they signed, and he was like dismantling.
	I thought, well, certainly some, you know, this may not lead to war.
	I was so, you know, naive.
	I was 22, 23 years old.
	Yeah.
	Yeah, you know, a friend of mine was in military intelligence, and it was interesting during the Cold War years because they would talk about oil as being such an important strategic asset that they had to, you know, back people like Saddam Hussein and give them weapons of mass destruction.
	They had to put troops in Lebanon.
	And then Reagan, you know, I have many books that Reagan wrote and some of his speeches.
	He admitted he's like, putting those guys in that barracks there was the biggest mistake of his presidency.
	and he pulled out after the bombing.
	And it's very interesting because they go from the story Then the Soviet Union collapses.
	They give agreements to the Russians to say, hey, you know what?
	Everything's cool.
	No problem.
	NATO won't expand into the former Iron Curtain countries.
	Wink, wink.
	And now we're seeing another depiction of the Russians are the bad guys when it's been expansionism like a fungus.
	The fungus of NATO and the United States has been backing the occupying nation state of Israel.
	And now the excuse is, well, it's not fighting communism, it's fighting terrorism.
	While the terrorist state is the Israeli state, it's unbelievable.
	It's insane.
	And somebody over on X offered that great line was, oh man, Iran sure did do a bad job putting itself right in the middle of all those U.S. bases, those evil people.

	Let's talk about the geopolitics and economics of this right now, because as you said, it seems like there is a And people are just running on hope, or as Jackson Brown might have said, running on empty.
	Price of gold fluctuating a little bit, but over the long term, you know, the gold is, regardless of what is happening elsewhere, gold retains its value.
	It's not fiat currency, and it can't just be invented out of nowhere.
	They can try to manipulate it.
	Same thing with silver.
	What are you thinking about with the U.S. debt, even as we hear conservatives saying that Joe Biden really increased the debt and caused the United States to have to borrow even more?
	We have a $36.5 trillion debt And so we're seeing asset classes that are starting to emerge as more people start to recognize that they are solid.
	Well, I appreciate you.
	Being a member, and we're really pushing that hard right now because I think we offer something that these other big companies don't, and that's just talking to everyday people.
	There's nothing too big or too small we can't do.
	If you're just tuned into our last 20 minutes of talk, I'm aware of the political rot in this.
	I understand it.
	I also am a bit optimistic because I think there's a lot of opportunity for average people to take To take a different look at things, you could put some other plans in motion, I believe, given that there's going to be a need for an operating system outside of the current economic system, what David Knight calls the parallel economy.
	I think there's a lot of opportunity for that.
	And you're seeing that, look, the macro picture for everything is still in line.
	Prior to these events, you know, just because the U.S. takes itself to war unilaterally, just because it does that doesn't mean it saves the dollar.
	It doesn't mean it saves the current geopolitical, you know, hegemonic system that it built post-World War II, guard.
	It's not going to do that.
	The world is moving away from the dollar system.
	It's de-dollarizing at a rapid rate.
	The financial networks are never going to tell you, like, you know, you're not going to get that kind of...
	And that's percentages of dollar usage, percentages of holdings by central banks.
	That's what matters.
	That's the economic system that we grew up in was post-World War II Breton Woods, which you and I talked about being from New Hampshire.
	We understand the history of that, 1944 and onwards.
	That system is coming to an end.
	By the way, if we wanted to save it, we're doing all the wrong things.
	We've completely weaponized the dollar.
	We're driving these other countries.
	It could be trade partners.
	Thomas Jefferson's peace, commerce, and honest friendship, that's out the window.
	We're now like a drunk cop night-sticking people around the world because they don't...
	It's really disgusting.
	I've got a story about McDonald's coming up, actually.

	I think part of what is going on, and I think Ted Cruz and a lot of others have tipped their hand much too often here with the cards they're playing, about China and BRICS.
	One of the things that I think they're trying to do here is they're trying to shake up the bricks because China is very dependent on Iranian oil exports.
	And so if they can disrupt Iran and its oil exports without disrupting the Strait of Hormuz, In fact, I'll just bring it up briefly here.
	I've got it over here.
	Yeah, so Che Bose.
	Is over at this big economic conference.
	I'll play it a little bit later.
	Chabos of RT.
	They've got their annual economic conference of basically the BRICS nations, plus others that want to enter the BRICS and so on.
	So it's a very large thing.
	As the West implodes.
	With its regulations, with its inflated currency, as we saw starting in 2008, 2009, as the Germans and the Russians and the Chinese wanted to collect more gold, and then the Russians and Chinese dropped long-term U.S. debt.
	They weren't going to buy it anymore because they knew they'd get it paid back with inflated currency.
	I think one of the things they're trying to do is they're trying to send signals to the BRICS countries like, hey, stop doing what you're doing.
	Stop coming up with trade packages and agreements and alternatives to the SWIFT payment system.
	We want everything controlled by the Europeans and Americans.
	But I don't think that's going to hold.
	Do you?
	No.
	No, I don't think so at all.
	I think everything that we've done is backfiring.
	This has been long term.
	I'm sure that's more now.
	That's an old metric, probably three years old.
	I think we're just in a position where we would be wise to make inroads for trade.
	We'd be wise to have new financial summits and other things, bring peace, because with peace, there's prosperity.
	Only the gluttonous lizard-type folks are enriched by war.
	And the average people, the drawers of water, ewers of wood, are thrown into battle.
	They suffer the brunt of it.
	And that's what history teaches us.
	So it's not profitable.
	Anybody who's pro-war doesn't understand economics.
	They don't understand what happens to a civilization, what happens to a country.
	The loss of your morals.
	Even Socrates talked about that.
	Any wise person would try to steer away from a kinetic war at all costs.
	Save your own safety.
	I'm not a pacifist.
	It's not a virtue to be peaceful if you can't also harm someone.
	So I think that you have to have both sides of you.
	You have to prepare for war if you want to be a person of peace.
	But this is not the time for that.
	And I look at this just through the lens of economics too, Gard.
	Central banks keep watching those metrics.
	Central banks are de-dollarizing.
	The West is waning in power.
	It's losing its grip through those systems.
	The emergence of stablecoins and technologies like Bitcoin for cross-border payment systems.
	Absolutely.
	These things are what to watch.
	The reign of King Dollar is coming to an end.
	That will mean economic growth.
	I don't think there's been a better time to start your own business or get ahead of that.
	If you understand this, then you're going to be way ahead of everybody else because they're still watching Fox News.

	He had a group of people who was down in that weird sculpture inside the giant foyer of the Hart Building.
	And I was just walking in to go visit Gordon Humphrey.
	He was a senator at that time.

	And he's talking about Iraq and stuff.
	And people are asking questions.
	So I raise my hand, and he calls on me.
	And I ask a question that he didn't like.
	And he goes, are you from Alaska?
	And I was like, uh...
	He goes, well, if you're not from Alaska, you can't ask a question.
	I was like, well, I already did.
	Sorry, now you're making it worse for yourself because you're not going to answer the question.

	But the story out of Hollywood and out of entertainment is, Byron Allen, who is a media mogul and owns essentially black entertainment television and a lot of other media interests, he's done very well for himself.
	And he...
	And you can see this is my newest piece for MRCTV.
	Now, MRCTV has changed things slightly.
	I do three articles a week with MRCTV and usually two videos a week with them.
	Typically, I've been on the screen on the videos.
	Now my voice is going to be in the background.
	They're shooting for shorter videos that they can put out.
	I might appear on the videos occasionally.
	Which I would love.
	I think it brings a better connection with the audience when the person speaking is there.
	And it's not just a voiceover.
	It's a little bit abstract and antiseptic the latter way.
	But here's the headline.
	Media mogul gets settlement accusing McDonald's of discrimination for not advertising enough.
	Now, viewers of Liberty Conspiracy, you know I talked about this a couple times, but I do want to introduce us to the David Knight audience here.
	Now, David and I have a different opinion on one of the things at the heart of this.
	So obviously reserve a lot of, a lot of openness for David and his position.
	And I just want to, And this is the thing that I've been predicting would happen, I've worried it would happen, and it happened.
	Because the federal government and the courts no longer recognize the sanctity of private property for businesses.
	And here's the story.
	TV host and now media mogul, Byron Allen, Accepted a settlement from McDonald's Corporation for compensation over what he claimed was racial discrimination.
	Get this, everybody.
	Because he claimed McDonald's didn't advertise with his networks enough.
	Okay?
	Now, It's a two-way street.
	So the way that they have depicted business owners as being in control is erroneous.
	It's incorrect.
	The person who's actually in control in the end is the consumer.
	But because you can choose, you can decide, do I want to buy that or not buy it?
	You are the final employer, always.
	And if they think that there's an acquisitive, exploitative employer out there who's exploiting the employees, well, then that's you if you want to save some money.
	If you want to buy something from a foreign country, if you want to get something from a teenager who has low skills, but maybe the skills don't offer enough compensation at $15 an hour, which Josh Hawley has introduced on a federal level, so-called conservative, to increase the minimum wage.
	Mandate unconstitutionally across the country to $15 an hour.
	Well, if you don't want to buy a product that now has a jacked up price because of that and the skills that a child might provide or a young person or a person who was illiterate who went through public school systems can provide, well, they're not going to be employed.
	And it's going to be your fault, not the employer's fault per se.
	The final employer really is you.
	Not necessarily the businessman.
	We're all business people.
	It's our business to run our own lives.
	So here's the problem.
	Trade is a two-way street, right?
	That's the good thing.
	But they don't look at it as a two-way street.
	This exposes the fact that it is a two-way street.
	And the regulations that they put on businesses to have to open their doors to anybody, as sentimentally good as that sounds, that...
	It's impossible to work it.
	And moreover, more important, it's an attack on private property.
	And here's how this worked.
	As Candace Edwards reports for Black Enterprise, quote, on June 13th, Friday the 13th, just days ahead of trial, McDonald's settled its lawsuit with Byron Allen for an undisclosed amount.
	Alan had sued the fast food chain for, get this, $10 billion, Dr. Evil.
	Alan is the owner of The Weather Group and Entertainment Studios Networks.
	The entrepreneur sued the corporation over its alleged refusal to advertise with Black-owned companies.
	So I wrote, in fact, Ms. Edwards does not describe the suit with sufficient precision.
	It was not the fact that McDonald's refused to advertise.
	They did advertise.
	It's just that Allen claimed the magic power to say that the company didn't advertise enough.
	And that lack of buying time, according to his legal team, was due to or a sign of, yeah, you got it, racial discrimination.
	Quote, details of the settlement.
	She wrote sentiment, remained sealed.
	Yet both Allen and Chicago-based McDonald's USA released statements addressing the end of the suit.
	McDonald's admits no wrongdoing.
	Still, the corporation stated its commitment to working with Black-owned media were mutually beneficial.
	Okay, so this doesn't set a courtroom precedent.
	Now I'm going to go to my Word document on this because this has been edited for space.
	And I want to show you the Word document because I think it's got more value to it.
	Again, they're going for shorter pieces.
	So let me give you this.

	So, we have here in my Word document, the original, the details of the settlement are irrelevant, I wrote, when it comes to principles and to learning about the terrible missteps in court and Congress that led to this and could lead to many more such money grabs.
	This case is directly tied to the destruction of private property manifested in the 1946 Marsh v.
	Alabama Supreme Court case, and the resultant, With Marsh, the FDR-loved majority ruled that a private boat building company that had created a campus for employees, including a store, post office, and sleeping quarters, could not remove a non-employee, someone outside the company, who was handing out religious flyers on their property.
	So this was a woman, and she was trespassing.
	The court claimed that this place was open to the public, so therefore it was the public square.
	Okay, that's a very key term.
	You probably heard it on David's show if you watch many times.
	And again, David and I have a slightly different perspective.
	We sort of end up in the same position at the end, but we have a slightly different perspective on this.
	And hopefully I'll be able to describe David's position fairly.
	Just to go with what I lay out here, they described it as the public square.
	I said, which is wrong?
	No taxpayer money was used on the site.
	So it was not public.
	By definition, public means tax money had to have been spent on it, everybody.
	That's the problem with the contemporary opinion about what is public now.
	Because of this ruling and the 64th Civil Rights Act public accommodations portion, people today just, they think, That anything that's open to someone, even though it's private property, is public property.
	No.
	We have to retain a very stark understanding of the stark difference between public, taxpayer-supported, roping everybody in, and private.
	Individually owned can show preferences and people can decide whether they want to contribute, whether they want to work with that person or not.
	Right?
	And again, it's trade, so you know where I'm going.
	It goes both ways, and this is why this case is important.
	And I worried that it was going to happen.
	I used to tell students that this sort of thing was going to come, and it did.
	So we go here, I said, by turning it into de jure public property,
	So now it can't be controlled by the person who invested the time, invested the idea, and tries to run it every day.
	Everybody's going to argue.
	It should be this.
	It should be that.
	They should cater to these people.
	They didn't give enough time to this person.
	Here's more.
	The public accommodations portion of the 64 Civil Rights Act expanded on the 1946 problem, telling retailers they had to open their shops to anyone, making the private property not only the de jure property of government, but virtually impossible to operate without some group claiming that it was not treated the same.
	As others.
	So you can see how problematic this is.
	This is the way all government systems work.
	As Frédéric Bastille said, the state is that great fiction by which everyone tries to live off of everyone else.
	As much as one sentimentally might feel that it is wrong not to offer service to a willing customer just because that customer might be a member of a certain minority, the property owner has the right to control his or her property and to decide for himself or herself whether to engage in commerce with someone.
	You might hear me echoing Walter Williams now.
	If that is not the case, then the potential consumer I wrote, if that is not the case, then the potential consumer also does not have the right to decline doing business with others.
	And this is where the coin gets flipped.
	As strict libertarians have argued, this was the logical end to the idea that a private business owner must not decline doing business with others.
	Why?
	I wrote, if, as many believe, a shop owner must sell to anyone, allow anyone in, or he will be punished by the state, the government, we also know that trade is a two-way street.
	Therefore, if a town is 99% non-fascist, non-skinhead, but one skinhead jerk owns a shop and we are walking by, are we now required?
	To give that man our business.
	Because he's in the minority.
	And I wrote, this is a comparable function if you eliminate the fascist or skinhead rhetoric.
	This is functionally comparable to what Byron Allen just pulled on McDonald's.
	They didn't advertise enough.
	They didn't buy enough from him.
	That's you walking by the shop of the skinhead.
	That's why the breach.
	Of the private property of a business owner also breaches your own property ownership of yourself.
	Because if they say he's wrong and he's going to be punished for not offering business to you, they can say you're wrong and you can be punished for not offering business to him.
	This is the problem.
	Because they don't recognize the sanctity of private property.
	And of course, the state itself.
	As an abstract entity does not recognize the sanctity of your own property unto yourself or what you acquire.
	So to round this off, I said, it doesn't matter if you don't like the quality of a product or the price of what that person is selling.
	That will be adjudged now in government court.
	Your life and money, your preferences, well, they're not your own.
	Byron Allen's legal team claimed, Precisely that.
	And rather than fight in a racially hypersensitive court system weaned on Marsh and the public accommodations attack on private property, the company bowed.
	So I wrote, keep this in mind next time you hear about a government regulation on a business or a disability or discrimination claim made by government against a business.
	It's not my business to tell another person his business.
	I would prefer to keep the government out of it and to know if someone is racist, again echoing Walter Williams, by seeing his preferences in the market.
	As it stands now, just like a racist jerk cannot deny service to someone, likewise this case shows us that the legal jerry-rigging since Marsh has created an atmosphere in which we cannot say to a seller we don't want their products.
	We can be depicted as discriminatory, And sued.
	Welcome to the land of the free, is what I wrote.
	Now, the distinction that David brings up when it comes to something is, he says, a large business like that with an open area, say a university that might not be getting government money, is the public square.
	That they signal to people in a way that they're open for people to join them, to come on.
	And he draws a distinction, as many others do, if they're not full-on the way I am on this position.
	They'll say there's a distinction that comes between those open areas and areas that are made strictly for commerce, like small businesses and commercial shops.
	But what I try to bring up to people who say that is, that's you.
	Defining for the property owner what that distinction is.
	Again, it's an arbitrary outside person saying, well, you know, you're operating your private property this way, and I think you should be open to people.
	Those other people are operating their private property this way in small shops.
	I think they should be able to control it.
	It's not my place to say that.
	So that's the distinction.
	I hope I can engender people or encourage people to explore that more fully to say that still is an arbitrary application of one's own opinion about how somebody else is going to handle his property.
	And that is unethical.
	It's incorrect.
	And it also is illogical.
	Because it makes some sort of distinction, an outside arbitrary distinction by somebody else as to what a difference is between two parcels that are privately owned.
	They're both privately owned.
	It's not up to me to say, I find some distinction, therefore I'm going to tell you this is okay or this isn't okay.
	So this is the problem that I saw with this Byron Allen thing.
	And I mentioned this to...
	He said, wow, that sounds like an interesting thing.
	Interesting case.
	And I was going to write a substack about it about a year ago.
	I think David and I were on the phone.
	But I never got around to it.
	And now the case has been settled.
	And if it was for $10 billion, then you can probably bet it was, if even it was a tenth of that, you're talking $100.
	Because my math is almost as good as government math.
	So let's talk about somebody else who wants some big-time cash, shall we?
	Yeah, let's discuss Vladimir Zelensky and that wonderful cat.
	As we look at, Vladimir Zelensky says he wants more money.

	Well, that building has, that company, Boeing, has an agreement with a Ukrainian weapons manufacturer.

	And as far as the tariff stuff goes, yeah, the agreement that Trump had with Starmer, I have covered for Liberty Conspiracy.
	And it essentially brought what Trump had brought up to 85%.
	For tariffs on cars, then lowered it down to 25%.
	It had started at 10%.
	It brings it back to 10%.
	And they have quotas on the cars.
	Same thing with the steel.
	They have quotas on the steel.
	So everybody's claiming that this great trade deal between England and the United States is wonderful.
	No, it just goes back.

	Brought it up and said, no, it just resets it to where it was before Donald Trump went crazy with his tariff nonsense unconstitutionally.
	Yeah, brilliant.

	Do you believe this is the most sanctioned country on earth?
	It is.
	What it's all about is preventing growth.
	But what Russia's focused on and all its partner countries here, you know, over 140 countries: Vietnam, the Global South, Iraq, Libya, Indonesia, Malaysia.
	These are the countries where growth is happening.
	This is where This is where there's a push for collaboration, not isolation.
	And the idea that this country, check it out, is isolated.
	It's probably one of the most retarded things, you know, you're ever going to be.
	But you're not going to see anything about this probably in the Western media.

	Okay, so gender-affirming care, every one of those terms, Of course, that's subjective, but if you're going to have statutes, like I said, the 14th Amendment would require that if you're going to protect people from assault and underage people from sexual mutilation or their parents abusing them, then that would have to apply equally.
	14th Amendment requires it.
	The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld Tennessee's ban on gender-affirming care for trans minors.
	All those terms, so heavy.
	In a blockbuster ruling that will bolster efforts by conservative state lawmakers to pass and preserve other diverse laws, divisive laws, targeting transgender Americans.
	Yeah, the 6-3 decision by a conservative majority is a major blow to the transgender community, as they say, and its advocates at a critical time.
	Since 2020, Republican-led states around the country have passed a wave of laws regulating the lives, they say, of trans Americans with a particular focus on minors.
	Okay, so let's talk about this, regulating the lives.
	Again, if you've got a school and it's publicly run with state money, then you're going to get everybody arguing.
	So there might be some people who don't want.
	Boys going into the girls' locker room.
	Just maybe, but other people might think that's peachy keen.
	And it's the tragedy of the commons, so everybody's going to argue over it.
	At least if you have decentralization, especially down to the town level, you can vote with your feet and you can get away.
	Okay.
	Then you've got this idea that they're trying to influence transgender lives.
	Oh, is that the case?
	Well, Let me see here.
	Yep, this is the passport.
	Judge blocks Trump passport policy targeting transgender people.
	It targeted them.
	In other words, a judge, right?
	You've got these documents.
	You want to know about people.
	You want to know who they are, what they are, where they're from.
	But when it comes to the actual sex, the gender of a person, no, you can't.
	They can lie to you.
	They can play.
	They can LARP.
	They can pretend that there's something they're not.
	I don't know.
	That seems to me it doesn't really work with the whole idea of security being provided through the passport.
	But again, we know passports are magic, just like I think it was Travis showed.
	Passport man with the armored suit, just like the passports they found at 9-11 site, because they seem to be the only thing that survived.
	Passport man.
	Yeah.
	So here it is.
	A federal judge on Tuesday blocked the Trump administration from refusing to issue passports to transgender.
	Non-binary Americans nationwide that reflect their gender identities after finding it was likely unconstitutional.
	Really?
	Well, you know what's unconstitutional?
	Passports.
	Again, whether it's passports being forced on people to come in here or issuing passports in order to leave and come back.
	There's no power in that constitution over immigration, over foreign travel.
	It doesn't exist.
	It does not exist.
	And again, when I called Jeff Koenig, Jeff Koenig pulled the same thing Mark Levin has done.
	In his book, Men in Black, Mark Levin said that the first immigration statute that was ever written was the 1796, I believe, Naturalization Act.
	Well, guess what, Mark?
	Naturalization is how you become a citizen, not whether people who aren't citizens can be on the soil of one of the states.
	I will, again, lay a challenge down to any human being on the planet Earth to find the word immigration in the Constitution.
	You won't, because it was a state purview until 1875 with the Qilong decision.
	And I brought this up to this radio host, Jeff Kooner.
	I said, you know, immigration is not in the, he goes, it's under naturalization, just like Mark Levin does.
	That's one of the ways, that's one of the first things they do.
	And then when you come back at them in a Tucker Carlson-like fashion to say, really?
	Where's the word immigration in the Constitution?
	They try to tell you it's naturalization.
	Then you say, I thought there was a difference between the two.
	I thought Congress, under Article I, Section 8, could come up with a uniform rule over naturalization.
	But they don't include immigration.
	I wonder why.
	Maybe it's because states controlled immigration.
	In fact, as I've mentioned many times, Texas, in its state constitution, when they adopted it in 1869, had a Bureau of Immigration in their state constitution.
	So, again, it's collectivism.
	It's everybody arguing over how it's going to go to the point of they're arguing over Whether or not somebody's real gender, their sex, can actually be on a government document, which they shouldn't be requesting, but now everybody's arguing on it because the U.S. government's handling it.
	See?
	Everybody's got such normalcy bias, they think the U.S. government should be issuing passports.
	Seriously?
	That is clownish.
	It doesn't take much to think it through.
	And look again at the tragedy of the commons.
	U.S. District Judge Julia Kobik in Boston, wicked, issued a preliminary injunction that expanded on an earlier order she issued in April that had stopped the U.S. State Department from enforcing the policy in the case of just six people.
	Okay.
	So there you go.
	Again.
	You might not be able to change this stuff.
	I might not be able to change this stuff.

	you you So first off, as I've mentioned, in Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution, the only way that the feds can go into states is if they are invited by a state legislature or the governor if the legislature is out of session.
	So that confrontation between the senator from California and Kristi Noem Regardless of how these so-called conservatives tried to depict it, that, oh, he broke into that and he was being disruptive.
	No, she broke into the state of California without an invitation with federal troops, period, for the conservatives out there.
	Do you get it?
	Are you going to wake up to the concept of federalism or are you just going to forget about it?
	And, well, now it's Donald Trump.
	You didn't like it when it was centrally controlled under Joe Biden because he was artificially pumping people in.
	Now you love it because it's the flip side and Donald Trump is artificially pumping people into the states.
	But they're federal troops.
	Maybe not good.
	and you don't have to cite posse comitatus because that's a statute and you don't have to cite For all the conservatives out there claiming the Alien Enemies Act, that's a statute.
	There's no declared war, first of all, and even if there were a declared war, you would have militia being offered by the states.
	The only way during a non-war period for a president to go into a state with federal troops that's supposed to be the militia during non-war is if they're invited.
	That's all.
	Now let's go to New York.
	New York City mayoral candidate Brad Linder says nobody is safe right now after arrest by masked agents at immigration court.
	Now I'm no fan of Brad Linder, okay?
	This guy is massively anti-gun.
	He tried to utilize the New York City pension program to force credit card companies and banks.
	In which the retirement program had invested, they said they were going to pull money out of those banks if they didn't adopt on their credit cards the gun shop purchase code, which Brad Linder said they would then use to investigate gun purchases.
	I'm paraphrasing, but that's essentially it.
	That happened about a year and a half ago.
	Masked federal agents this time.
	Wrangled New York City comptroller and mayoral candidate Brad Lander and placed him in handcuffs inside an immigration courthouse.
	So it's happening on both coasts in Manhattan on Tuesday.
	The city's elected financial watchdog, who is among Democrat candidates for mayor, entered the public federal building to observe immigration hearings when he was accosted.
	by masked immigration and customs enforcement officers, as well as FBI and Treasury Department agents wearing face coverings.
	Homeland Security officials accused Lander of assaulting and impeding an officer.
	Lander was released from federal custody several hours later.
	He told reporters outside a federal building in downtown Manhattan that the charges against him were dropped.
	"I am happy to report I'm just fine." I lost a button, he said.
	The rule of law is not fine.
	And our constitutional democracy, which he gets wrong, of course, is not fine.
	So, again, he skirts things on the gun issue, doesn't understand that it's not a constitutional democracy, but it doesn't really matter.
	The constitutional republic idea is still majority rule, in a way.
	It's just democracy one step removed, which is bad.
	In his first interview since he was released from detention, Lander told MSNBC's Chris Hayes on Tuesday evening that nobody is safe right now.
	As a former member of the New York City Council, Lander formally, formerly represented a Bangladeshi neighborhood he said would tell him, we came the right way.
	He told Hayes.
	But this shows there's no right way, said Lander, referring to federal law enforcement targeting immigrants at his courthouse.
	These folks are doing things the right way, he said.
	They did what they were supposed to do.
	Nobody is safe right now.
	And you might have seen people being arrested as they actually are on their way over to some of their sessions to become American citizens.
	Now, one of the things here that someone might bring up is, isn't this a federal building?
	So if we look at, for example, was it the mayor of one of the cities in New Jersey?
	He went with some Democrat Congress members to protest a federal detention center in his city.
	And was it Hoboken?
	I can't remember.
	And they said, you're trespassing on a federal center.
	Well, something to keep in mind.
	Not only are they not allowed to go in and police, but the federal building, the detention center, I'll mention first.
	And I've mentioned this on David's show before, and I'm happy to say it again here while I'm here with you today, because it's a very important point.
	Just for the abstract interest of history, regardless of whether you're going to win an argument or lose an argument or whatever, just historically to have it is satisfying, to know it.
	The Constitution, according to their rules, only allows the federal government to own or operate three forms of land.
	A 10 square mile area for the Capitol, which is Washington, D.C. now.
	Territories, before they become states.
	And military garrisons.
	A detention center.
	And it's noted with the name detention center is not a military garrison because otherwise it would be called military base, army base, navy base, whatever, right?
	Just like the interstate highway system, that's not a military base.
	So it's patently unconstitutional.
	Also, the courthouses.
	What's interesting is, in the Constitution, the Congress can set up the court system above state Supreme Courts and below the federal Supreme Court, allowing cross-state legal matters to be adjudged and facilitate those in the federal court system.
	Then you've got the circuit court appeal system.
	What's really interesting there is there are so many federal...
	Federal courts basically don't handle cross-state problems.
	They're handling breaches of federal statutes.
	And that's not the way it was originally designed.
	So the federal court system now, the bulk of these things are the feds going after people inside states.
	There should be, as Ron Paulus said, there should be a handful of federal statutes and that should be it.
	The rest is left up to the states.
	But what becomes problematic Is having an understanding of the way these federal courts are supposed to work?
	Because the question arises, if the federal government can create courts above the state Supreme Court and beneath the federal Supreme Court, the U.S. Supreme Court, where are they going to be?
	If the Constitution also says that there are only three forms of land, a court is not an army barrack.
	Unless you're going to put the court on the army barrack, right?
	So that's one way they could do it, but they don't do it that way.
	You probably have federal courts a couple towns away or in your town.
	They're gigantic behemoths, totems.
	They're temples to federal graft.
	They're their own things with massive protection areas around them, right?
	I went into one a couple times to support my friend Ian Freeman.
	And please find out about Ian's case because he was, as Jacob Hornberger of FFF.org has noted, he was taken for a ride by the feds because of Bitcoin sales.
	Didn't hurt anybody.
	So how do these federal courts exist?
	Because that might be one of the excuses that people give.
	Well, this guy Linder went into this court and walked right in.
	Well, is the court constitutional?
	Or is it on state land?
	The only way that I've been able to figure this out, and I've gone through this a bunch of times, the only way that this would actually work is if the federal court system were on military bases or the federal courts were all located in Washington, D.C. or a territory.
	But they don't really have territories now.
	They have occupation zones like the Philippines and Puerto Rico.
	Right?
	So that's the only way they could do it.
	So if somebody says, well, guard, that guy was walking into federal property, I would hope that they would question functionally, wait a minute, there's an area of ambiguity here that has not been addressed.
	Can these courts even exist on state land?
	No, they can't.
	There's nothing in the Constitution that allows it.
	Even though the Constitution allows them to create the courts, they don't have the power to grab the land for the courts.
	unless they do it inside Washington, D.C., inside a military garrison, or in a territory.
	And again, that negates, it eliminates all public Not through groupthink and the tragedy of the commons, everybody arguing over it.
	So this man, he has a point about New York.
	Absolutely right.
	And I'll bring this final thing up as we round off the David Knight Show.
	Factcheck.org has corrected something about which Donald Trump lied.
	The L.A. police chief did not ask for federal help.
	This is very important.
	In defending his decision to deploy National Guard and Marines to Los Angeles, President Donald Trump has distorted comments made by L.A. police chief Jim McDonald.
	Trump claimed that the police chief said the situation with immigration protests, quote, Well, as Fact Check says, that's not what McDonnell said.
	On the third day of protest, McDonnell did say his city police officers were overwhelmed as far as the number of people out there are engaged in this type of activity and the type of things that they're doing.
	But he also said he didn't ask for federal assistance.
	And even if he did, folks, the Constitution says it has to be the legislature or the governor of the state if the legislature is out of business.
	And I'll remind anybody who's skeptical of this.
	Just remember that Greg Abbott and Ron DeSantis both utilized it for their side, asking Biden to come in, citing Article 4, Section 4. Clause 10. The situation never reached a point where national help was needed, he said.
	Moreover, he said the National Guard and Marine troops sent to L.A. have not been tasked with working with local police on the streets to maintain order, restore order, and keep everybody safe.
	They're definitely, definitely...
	And I didn't sign the Constitution.
	But at least out of my heart, I'd like to remind people of what it says.
	And bring up the fact that they're deceiving people.
	And they're invading states.
	It is an invasion.
	It's an invasion by the federal government.
	That's what it is.
	But they always invade.
	They always invade your pocket.
	Your wallet, your plans, your time, your future, your family's principles, even your right to worship.
