	As the clock strikes 13, it is Friday, the 13th of June, year of our Lord, 2025.
	And Israel has launched a preemptive first strike against Iran.
	It is a day that will live in infamy.
	How will the world respond as we've been pushed closer to World War III?
	In the third hour, we're going to be talking to Gerald Salenti.

	Good morning, folks.
	As I said, I'm sure you're all aware, yesterday Israel launched a first strike against Iran, and that has pushed us closer to the brink of World War III.
	We have the war in Ukraine with Russia, our proxy war, and of course now Israel is trying to drag us into another conflict in the Middle East.
	We're going to start today.
	By looking at this article, are we going to war with Iran or not?
	Well, I think we know the answer to that now.
	This was from yesterday at 11 a.m.
	How Quickly Things Change.

	Americans shouldn't have to read the tea leaves to know about life and death decisions made by their government.
	Now, as I said, this was a preemptive first strike.
	It is an immoral, unjust, and unconstitutional war.
	But that hasn't stopped them in the past.
	And of course, Israel is our greatest ally.
	So how can we not jump in on their side?
	It sure looks like the United States is getting ready to go to war in the Middle East.
	On Wednesday afternoon, the U.S. government suddenly announced the evacuation of embassy staff and military dependents across the region.
	Sure makes it look like they had some prior knowledge, doesn't it?
	Makes it seem like they might have known something was coming down the pipeline.
	General Eric Correa, commander of U.S. forces in the Middle East, then canceled his planned testimony to Congress.
	Yes.
	As those evacuations were happening, the British government's Shipping Industry Security Office issued a bulletin about increased tensions within the region, which could lead to an escalation of military activity.
	As to what was happening, President Donald Trump ominously told reporters, you're going to have to figure that one out for yourself.
	While the administration wouldn't publicly say what was going on, its officials were happy to leak the source of the panic.
	To the press, Israel was preparing an attack on Iran.
	Sources told NBC and CBS, the NBC report included a detail that somewhat changes the picture.
	Israel would attack, most likely without U.S. support.
	I think we all know that they have our unconditional, unending support.
	that we will spill out gold and blood for them until there is none left.
	I think...
	Even if they didn't tell us they know full well that we'll come running once they call, still Iran isn't treating the U.S. and Israel as separate actors.
	I wonder why.
	I wonder if it's because it's completely obvious to everyone around the world that we're tied at the hip.
	There's a round of U.S.-Iranian talks scheduled in Oman on Sunday, and an Iranian official told Reuters that the alleged warnings about an Israeli strike were a form of psychological warfare aimed at building leverage.
	It wasn't just psychological warfare, it was actual physical warfare.
	Israel's only option is one that is combined with the United States, and at a minimum, they would need the U.S. to protect them from the barrage of missiles that would be coming from Iran in retaliation.
	Trita Parsi, Executive Vice President of the Quincy Institute for Responsible Statecraft, where I used to work, told Al Jazeera, it's unclear at this point whether this series of evacuations is just part of the choreography, or whether this is real movement towards taking military action.
	And now we know it was.
	Now we know it was part of the real movements to take military action.
	Whether the warnings are a bluff or a prelude to a real war, they highlight a deeper problem with the way the U.S. is run.
	War is the most serious decision a government can make and Americans shouldn't find out about it through cryptic omens or fat-fingered group chat leaks.
	If the president feels the need to keep his options open, whether to start a war or stand in the middle of one, he should have to go to Congress to get a war authorization.
	But they don't do that anymore.
	Congress has been sidelined when it comes to going to war.
	They simply go in and do it.
	They have no interest in declaring it properly.
	They simply Recent polling by the University of Maryland shows that 69% of Americans, including 64% of Republicans, want a diplomatic deal with Iran, and only 14% of Americans want war.
	But the Obama, Trump, and Biden administrations all demonstrated that it's easier to jump into a war and dare Congress to stop it, correctly betting that Americans' indifference or hostility to the Middle East would be enough to sustain the war politically.
	Worse yet, all of these administrations took the decision about war with Iran out of American hands since the late Bush administration, Israel and the U.S. have been conducting the Juniper exercises to practice for a joint military campaign.
	Although the target was never named and U.S. officials explicitly denied in 2023 that the exercise was based on mock-ups of Iranian targets or of any other adversary, the drills were clearly designed with Iran in mind.
	That's right.
	They do these exercises with specific targets and specific goals in mind.
	They don't just mock it up as a generality.
	They have specific things they want to attack.
	The evil is bipartisan.
	Whether it's Obama, Biden, Bush, Trump, they all are willing to go to war and kill people in the Middle East.
	They have no interest in the Constitution or the morality.

	Unclassified U.S. military emails from the time of the Juniper Falcon 21-2 exercises in July 2021, revealed by the group Distributed Denial of Secrets in October 2024, show the heavy involvement of officials from the Iran branch of U.S. Central Command's Planning Directorate.
	They also include references to a classified U.S.-Israeli communications system called Seagull, nicknamed the bird phone or chicken.
	Neither U.S. Central Command nor the Israeli Defense Ministry responded to reasons requests for comment.
	I wonder why that is.
	I wonder if it's because they know there's nothing they can say.
	They have no leg to stand on when it comes to this.
	Their lies will be called out immediately.

	The irony is that Israel, which the U.S. is relying on to play enforcer, has never signed the Non-Proliferation Treaty.
	Israel is believed to have an undeclared arsenal of around 90 nuclear bombs, which were built partially by stealing and smuggling materials out of America.
	Our greatest ally, folks.
	The same University of Maryland poll found that 69% of Americans, including 63% Republicans, think the Middle East would be safest with neither an Iranian nor Israeli bomb.
	Well, we have no hard evidence when it comes to the Iranians.
	They've never been given the chance.
	We keep knocking them down, along with Israel.
	But we know about Israel's Samson option, don't we?
	Their knock-the-chest-board-over option.
	If things go a little bit too far for them, if they feel a little bit too threatened, if it looks a little bit dire, they're going to just flip the board over.
	They're going to nuke everyone.
	They're going to make it uninhabitable, destroy everything.
	That's their plan.

	These are both covert and overt actions.

	CINMI-6 orchestrated the overthrow of Prime Minister Mohamed Mossadegh to reinstate the Shah Mohamed Riza Pahlavi.
	Then, in 1979, there was the U.S. hostage embassy crisis.
	And we all know what happened there.
	We know that it was used here in the United States as a way to help get Ronald Reagan elected.
	1980 through 1988, Iran-Iraq war.
	We indirectly supported Iraq there.
	The U.S. provided intelligence, satellite data, logistical support to Iraq.
	COVID assistance materially contributed to Iraq's capability, dealing with the Iranian offensive.
	The downing of Iran Air Flight 655, the USS There were 290 deaths.
	We paid compensation but never formally apologized.
	We have the economic sanctions in the 1990s.
	There was the post-Iraq invasion influence.
	The U.S. reportedly funneled funds to Iranian opposition factions to counterbalance Iran's growing influence in Iraq after the invasion.
	There's some alleged CIA support for Jundala, report service of CIA backing for Sunni Baluchi militants, carried out attacks in southeastern Iran.
	The Green Movement protests in 2009, following disputed elections, which Iran accused the U.S. of supporting protesters through social media tools, contributing to unrest.
	We would never do that.
	Of course, there's Stuxnet in 2010, the cyber attack between, it was a joint option, or operation, between the U.S. and Israel.
	The U.S. officially removed M.E.K., an exile organization seeking regime change from the terrorist watch list.
	2018, withdrawal from the JCPOA.
	President Trump pulled the U.S. out of the Iran nuclear agreement, reimposing sanctions under a maximum pressure doctrine.
	2020, the assassination of Qasim Soleimani.
	I've mentioned this many times, but that was when Iran said, we would strike back at you.
	We would send a drone to assassinate one of your heroes, one of your men of great renown, but you don't have any.
	Who would we attack?
	We can't kill SpongeBob.
	It doesn't matter.
	There's no one of equal standing.

	The U.S. responded to the death of Masa Amini in custody by providing...
	And now we're going to look at Israel's role in the U.S.-Iran interference.
	2006-2010, cyber operations at Natanz.
	That's, of course, Stuxnet.
	2008-2010, Operation Olympic Games.
	Initiated during the Bush era and escalated under Obama, this covert cyber operation was designed to infiltrate Iranian nuclear control systems at Natanz.
	It was jointly executed with Israel's SIGINT unit.
	2020, covert assassinations of Iranian nuclear scientists.
	Israel is widely suspected of orchestrating the killings of high-level Iranian nuclear personnel via remote explosives, motorcycle bombs, etc.
	2015, Dugu 2.0 attack on nuclear negotiations venues.
	At least one variant of the Dugu malware was used to infiltrate venues hosting P5 plus talks.
	It was traced to Israel's cyber intelligence.
	2015-2020, lobbying to influence U.S. policy.
	Of course, we know they do that all the time.
	AIPAC, the American-Israeli Public Affairs Committee, actively campaigned in Washington to make sure to block the rollback of the Iran nuclear deal, working alongside Israeli leaders.
	Senior Israeli officials reportedly pushed U.S. lawmakers and administration figures, warning that Iran could not be trusted and emphasizing no enrichment, complete dismantlement.
	That has been their policy for years.
	Lobbying efforts contributed to the U.S. withdrawal from the JCPOA.
	Now, I did a little bit of research again about the estimated deaths from all these.
	Of course, it's a bit hard to calculate since some of these are related to sanctions, and they are not direct, and some of the deaths are, of course, attributable to us supporting Iraq during the war.
	But approximate fatalities, if you are conservative, seems to be between 100,000 and 250,000 Iranians.
	Since 1953 with Operation Ajax.
	That is what America has been doing since 1953.
	We have been routinely engaged in harassing Iran and undermining their regimes and undermining them as a people and doing the bidding of Israel the entire time.
	100,000 to 250,000 Iranians conservatively are dead because of our interference.
	U.S. anticipating potential Israeli attacks on Iran.

	The U.S. is on high alert in the Middle East and is anticipating a potential Israeli attack on Iran, which of course goes to undermine the whole narrative of, well, we didn't know anything.

	We weren't told, and so we can't be held responsible.
	This was obvious to anyone that was looking at it.
	In hindsight, why do so many Western leaders support Israel?

	It was similar to NSO Group's Pegasus, which targets smartphones.
	A campaign called the Pegasus Project was started by the Organized Crime and Corruption Reporting Project.

	It published revelations of the hacking of politicians' phones in the summer of 2021.
	Israeli spyware turns phones, computers, into surveillance devices.
	Citizen Labs' John Railton told Congress in July 2022 that zero-quick spyware like graphite, pegasus, and devil's tongue were not only a danger to national security, but can turn your phone or computer into a listening device, record video of you without your knowledge, and send all your data to whoever has bought the tools to do so.
	After the Biden administration sanctioned NSO, leaked reports in July 2022 showed the U.S. government was trying to buy the company.

	Citizens Lab March 2025 report shows this type of spyware has also been used by European governments, as well as those in Mexico, Saudi Arabia, and the U.S. It is a backdoor into your phone which you cannot see and you do not have to click on any suspicious file to let it in.
	It is entirely secret, bypasses encryption, and it permits anyone who has it to see almost anything you have said and saved on your phone.
	Graphite developed by Paragon is just the latest in a series of Israeli intelligence-designed spy apps.

	How was its Pegasus used in Europe?
	Pegasus hacked Spanish and French leaders.
	In 2022, Spanish judges investigated the alleged hacking of government ministers' phones with spyware made by another Israeli company, NSO Group.
	The investigation began in May 2022 when it was discovered that spyware had been used on the phones of leading politicians.
	How Pegasus hacked WhatsApp?
	El Pais reported in 2020 that phone spyware had been used to disrupt a campaign promoting Basque independence, saying 65 political leaders had been targeted in 2019.
	WhatsApp called Will Cathcart launched a lawsuit against NSO Group.

	The user would receive what appeared to be a video call, but this was not a normal call.

	This is how they are able to continue to get away with whatever they want to do.

	The trajectory of the national discourse over child abuse would somehow take an even more disturbing turn.

	Though most accusations in the air have since been dismissed and nothing more than akin to those made as part of a witch hunt, the distortion of events that followed them raised concerns that the hysteria being fomented during the satanic panic was used to cover up actual instances of ritualistic abuse.
	That's right, they do that too.
	When things start to come out, if they're able to put out a false story or muddy the waters, As much as they can, it makes it difficult for people to discern what's real and what's fake.
	Doubt over the dismissal of the validity of claims like those made during the satanic panic re-emerges periodically as a companion to the revelation of confirmed cases of child sex abuse that are at a large enough scale to attract national or even global attention.
	The latest episode rekindling speculation over the extent of widespread ritualistic child abuse has emerged out of Israel, where several survivors testified to the Neset about Sex abuse that took place as part of religious rituals when they were minors.
	They alleged that the satanic ritualistic child sex abuse they suffered was perpetrated by high-profile members of Israeli society, including doctors, teachers, police officers, and current members of the Neset itself.

	Last week, victims of satanic ritual sex abuse in Israel testified in the Nasset describing the horrors they suffered as children bringing to light what has been widely known but seldom reported in public or in the media.
	I've had this feeling since the protests and riots started last Friday that these events were distractions to something perhaps far more serious going on.
	And I just learned today about this testimony in the Nasset last week.
	From the Jerusalem Post, survivors testify.
	MKs participated in sadistic sexual rituals involving minors.
	Doctors, educators, police officers, and past and present members of the NSET were involved in these abuses, survivors say.
	Here are some excerpts.
	Several women on Tuesday testified in the NSET about sexual abuse.
	They suffered as minors as part of religious ritual ceremonies.
	A joint meeting was organized in the wake of an investigative report published on April 2nd by Israel Haim journalist Noam Barkin.
	I was harmed in these ceremonies.
	They didn't just abuse her.
	They forced her to hurt other children.
	That is so unbelievably wicked.
	These people are evil.
	According to Ariel, she received testimonies from several women who claimed that doctors, educators, police officers, and past and present members of the Neset were involved in these abuses.
	I filed a complaint with the police that was closed after a few months.
	I know of other cases that were closed.
	Speaking out today in the Neset is a historic moment, she said.
	Another survivor, Yael Shirit, testified, You have no idea what ritual abuse is.
	The human brain cannot comprehend it.
	You cannot imagine what it means to program a three-year-old girl through rape and sadism, so they can do whatever they want without anyone knowing.
	Their trafficking of me happened all over the country.
	They moved me from ceremony to ceremony.
	Naked men stood in a circle.
	My therapist, her husband, and her son harmed me.
	There were dozens of other girls and boys who harmed me.
	There were ceremonies and rituals meant to make me forget, Shirit continued.
	The people who will fall are very, very senior figures.
	These people run communities and government agencies.
	They threaten us.
	I have children I need to protect.
	Something needs to be set up that can deal with this.
	They tried to make us like them, the people who caused us endless pain, Shirit said.
	Your role is to make this stop in Safed, Jerusalem, Jalil, Julia, or anywhere else, she declared.
	This is, again, hard to put into words how evil and disgusting this all is.
	That they would not just abuse children, that's horrific enough, but that they would then force them to abuse others.
	That they would enjoy not just hurting them and defiling them in that sense, but in corrupting them in another.
	It is so despicable.
	It is horrifying.

	No one wants to talk about brutal rape and children being raped.
	There are unimaginable cases of monstrosity here.

	The fact that there is an organized and dangerous mechanism and nothing is being done to stop it.
	In this place, we will discuss and try to expose it to bring about change.
	One testified that a cousin trafficked her, beginning at age 11. At 14, it took me to sadistic clubs.
	I endured torture and starvation at the hands of well-known and prominent individuals.
	I suffered harm in endless ways.
	There were public events, and there were internal ceremonies where I was tied to a tall post with handcuffs around me.
	There were other handcuff victims with rituals of drinking menstrual blood.
	I saw cats and other animals.
	They told me no one would believe me if I spoke out.
	No one will believe you.
	No one will believe the monsters we are.
	They won't believe that someone could do this.
	That's how they get away with stuff like this.
	We underestimate their capacity for evil.
	We think that the people in power, whether it's here or in Israel or like us, And it'd be foolish to assume that the people here don't engage in these kinds of activities as well.
	We assume that they share some basic moral principles with us, but they don't.
	They are completely and utterly alien.
	They might as well be a totally different species.
	These are the types of things that make me understand why some people go the whole they're lizards route.
	They're different.
	They literally come from a different planet.
	No, they have just fully embraced their capacity for evil.
	They have given in.
	They are demonically influenced.
	The prosecution closed the case due to lack of evidence, so I appealed and it was accepted.
	I came to testify while on pregnancy bed rest, but the case was closed again due to lack of evidence.
	I said I was imagining things.
	I presented a recorded testimony from someone who admitted to harming me, but she was never summoned for questioning.
	Treat this.
	That's terrorism.

	Organized sexual abuse that included ceremonies with supposed religious significance, horrifying ceremonies in which religious people, some from her own family, sacrificed her as an offering for spiritual transcendence or redemption.
	When it is not alone, more than 10 women between the ages of 20 to 45 with whom we spoke describe a severe phenomenon raising serious concern that in Israel, like many countries worldwide, organized sexual abuse of children is occurring right under everyone's noses.
	That's right.
	It is very difficult to read this.
	It would have been difficult for me at any time, but as you all know, my wife and I had our first child last year, and to hear this happening to young kids, it's even more difficult now.

	A person who goes by named Blue Apples and X on Facebook published an investigative report on this, which was republished on Zero Hedge along with a lot of background, including the McMartin preschool case in Los Angeles in the 1980s where tunnels were discovered and alleged widespread satanic ritual sex abuse, which brought this subject into the public for many for the first time.
	A lot of this was exposed in the 1980s and 1990s by former FBI chief Ted Gunderson, who also exposed the CIA covert group.

	Cargo ship with electric vehicles burning is abandoned in Pacific Ocean.

	As my colleague Mary Chris Chastain reported in her post on the Waymo facility filled with riderless electric vehicles.
	In powered scooters that were set on fire during the Los Angeles riots, I have often noted that lithium battery fires are intense and challenging to extinguish.
	And we've seen this over and over again.
	We've showed multiple instances of these cars catching on fire and the methods you have to utilize to keep them from reigniting.
	Challenging to extinguish is an understatement.
	You have to basically bury them in sand and leave them like that.
	Yes, bury them in sand or keep them completely submerged in water.
	So that they don't just reignite and start another fire.
	There's another example to add to the collection of incidents related to lithium batteries last week.
	A British-managed Liberian-flagged vessel named Morning Midas was traveling from Yantai, China, to Lazaro, Cardenas, Mexico, carrying approximately 3,000 vehicles, 750 to 800 of which were fully electric or hybrid vehicles.
	We covered that story.
	They had to evacuate the crew because the fire could not be put out.
	On route, while the ship was roughly 340 miles southwest of Adok, Alaska, a fire broke out on board.
	Smoke was initially observed emanating from the deck loaded with electric vehicles.
	The crew of 22 immediately attempted to suppress the fire using onboard systems, but were unable to control it.
	The systems we have in place for dealing with fires that occur on these sorts of container vessels, or just in general, are not adequate to put out the lithium battery fires.
	The cargo vessel has now been abandoned, and while no cause has been officially assigned, lithium batteries are the prime suspect.
	Photographs show the vessel still smoking hundreds of miles from the nearest coastline days after the initial distress signal was received.
	Thick columns of smoke can be seen billowing into the sky.
	Incredibly, all 22 crew members were safely evacuated onto a lifeboat on Tuesday afternoon and later rescued by a nearby merchant vessel that remained aboard the rescue ship as of Thursday.
	The vessel's management company, London-based Zodiac Maritime, said.
	The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
	Salvage crews are on their way.
	A salvage team is expected to arrive early next week at the scene of a cargo ship that was carrying about 3,000 vehicles to Mexico when it caught fire in waters off Alaska's Aleutian Island chain.
	A tug-carrying salvage specialist and special equipment is expected to arrive at the location of the Morning Midas around Monday.
	The ship's management company, London-based Zodiac Maritime, said Thursday.
	The crew will assess the ship's condition, and a separate tug with firefighting and ocean towage capabilities is being arranged.
	The company said in its statement, in the meantime, officials are using the ship's onboard satellite-connected systems to monitor it.
	Legal Insurrection readers may recall that in 2023 I covered a similar fire aboard a ship called Fremantle Highway.
	The vessel spent a week burning on the North Sea while carrying thousands of cars, nearly 500 of which were reported to be electric vehicles, before finally being tugged into a Dutch port for salvaging, allowing fears that it could sink and impact shipping lanes.
	After much wrangling and European regulatory drama, the boat was salvaged, renamed, and sold to China.
	The connection to the EVs and their lithium batteries on board was completely minimized.
	That's right, we can't have people looking at these and going, I don't know if they're safe.
	I don't know if I want one of these time bombs next to my house or in my garage waiting to go off.
	And it is, you don't know if it's going to go off.
	You know, there are certain things you can do that will maximize the chances of a car fire when you're dealing with gasoline.
	Those are known.
	If you're smoking while pumping gas, you know, you are obviously at risk.
	But generally, gasoline is fairly stable.
	You have to introduce a flame to it.
	It takes some kind of action, a wreck or something like that, generally.
	But these lithium cars, these lithium battery-powered cars, seem to just go up for no particular reason at points.
	They just combust.
	Spontaneous car combustion.
	Not a combustion engine, but a combustion engine.
	A year after the devastating fire aboard the Japanese-owned car carrier Fremantle Highway, the salvaged portions of the vessel are set to start a new life.
	A court battle over the status of salvaged vessel has been settled with the Dutch authorities agreeing to issue an export license for the Hulk, now known as Floor.
	What an interesting name they gave it.
	The floor has been moved to a North Sea anchorage and is waiting for a salvage tug, which will tow it to Ximen, China.
	Dutch media reports indicate the vessel has been acquired by Quingshan Shipyard Group, which will complete the repairs in China.
	A year after the devastating fire, the authorities are yet to release a final report.
	Initial speculation was that the electric vehicles caused the fire, but later reports have downplayed the speculations.
	Reports have said it appeared the fire began in other cargo areas.
	That are known to occasionally just go up in flame for no particular reason.
	Couldn't have been those cars.
	It must have been something else.
	Chemistry does not change no matter how much the narratives are manipulated.
	Lithium battery fires will remain a significant fire response challenge unless their inherent chemistry changes.
	That's right.
	Unless they somehow completely change the batteries that we are using, it is going to continue to happen.
	It just occasionally happens.
	Every once in a while, one of these cars just has enough, and it decides, you know what?
	It seems like a good day to burn your house down.
	Toyota chairman, a single EV produces as much pollution as three hybrids over its total life cycle.
	Toyota chairman Akio Toyota has raised concerns about the environmental benefits of battery electric vehicles, suggesting that hybrids offer a more practical path to reducing carbon emissions in certain regions.
	He argues that Toyota's 27 million hybrid vehicles have the same carbon footprint as only 9 million when the entire life cycle of emissions is taken into account.
	Witch Carr reports that in a recent interview, Toyota Chairman Akio Toyota emphasized that while carbon neutrality remains the company's top priority, I'm sure he is having to say that, because if he doesn't, these governments and other large groups are going to come down on him.
	They're going to bring the hammer down.
	What do you mean you're not committed to the green agenda?

	If you aren't, it'll make it impossible for you to sell anything.
	He believes that hybrid vehicles may be more effective at reducing carbon emissions compared to true EVs.
	Toyota highlighted that Toyota has sold approximately 27 million hybrid vehicles, which he claims have had a similar carbon reduction impact as 9 million EVs.
	Toyota argues that EVs are still significantly dirtier than gasoline electric hybrids when factoring in the full lifecycle emissions.
	From Toyota's perspective, when battery production and emissions from power generation are taken into account, a single EV is responsible for as much pollution as three hybrids.
	These remarks underscore Toyota's multi-pathway strategy, which advocates for a diverse mix of powertrains, including hybrids, plug-in hybrids, hydrogen fuel cells, and EVs tailored to the specific infrastructure and energy conditions of each region.
	What an interesting idea, giving people options, letting people choose.

	We've seen actual practical "hybrid" cars with the Chevy Volt and then there was another that Mazda made but only did a limited run that they only released in California where it's an electric car with a purely electric engine, not a hybrid engine.
	And a small battery.
	I believe the Volt had like a 40 or 50 mile range.
	And then a gasoline generator on board.
	So you don't have to wait a half hour to fill it up.
	You aren't bound by the battery.
	And it could produce enough energy from the generator to power the car with good gas mileage and efficiency.
	Yeah.
	Pure lithium battery-powered cars are the least reasonable model.
	They are the ones that they want to push because they are dangerous, inefficient, and will limit your ability to travel.
	And the Chevy Volt, they tied it up with weird regulation things.
	They couldn't, it was killed essentially because it wasn't an EV by legal terms, so it couldn't get all of the subsidies and everything.
	It was considered essentially like a gasoline car, though they classified it as a hybrid, even though it was a purely electric engine.
	It was in a strange legal position, so it couldn't take advantage of any of the things they gave to the EVs.
	You can't compete.
	They've set up the economy in such a way that unless you are kowtowing and scraping and getting in on whatever grift is hot at the moment, it's very hard to turn a profit.
	Trump signs measures to overturn California's EV mandate.
	President Trump moved to overturn California's electric vehicle mandate Thursday, setting off another legal fight with the Golden State.
	Trump signed a congressional resolution that overturns a California state rule that would have phased out the sale of new gas-powered cars by 2035.
	The California rule and the decision to revoke it are a massive deal for the auto market.
	California is a huge percentage of cars sold in the United States.
	As goes California generally goes the rest of America over time because it is not economically efficient to have a specific California model.
	And then a separate model for the rest of the country.
	It is a chilling effect.
	It makes it so that car companies basically start to centralize around the larger population base.

	The state estimates its rule would prevent nearly 1,300 cardiopulmonary deaths between 2026 and 2040.

	In their screening, they wanted people that were asthmatic or had similar respiratory issues.
	And then they gave them 50 times the concentration that they said was life-threatening.

	They gave them a highly concentrated dose of fumes from what would come out the tailpipe of your car.
	And they didn't have any issues.
	Ended up not showing what they wanted, so they buried the study.
	They made sure that it didn't see any major release, that people didn't find out about it.
	But they still, to this day, Run with the narrative, oh, it's causing all kinds of issues for people.
	It's what's leading to 1,300 cardiopulmonary deaths between 2026 and 2040.
	Trump also signed resolutions that overturned separate California rules requiring most new trucks sold in the state to also be electric.
	And if there's anything more absurd than an electric truck, I don't know what it is.
	Now...
	They're not using them for actual work.
	But people that actually require trucks for hauling and loading and moving.
	I'm sure they don't want something like an electric truck with so many different systems that can go wrong.
	They want something that's reliable.
	Something that can take a beating.
	Under the previous administration, the federal government gave left-wing radicals in California dictatorial powers to control the future of the entire car industry, he said of the signing.
	They approved Governor Gavin Newsom's ridiculous plan to impose a 100-cent ban on all new gas-powered cars within a very short period of time.
	Today, we're saving California, and we're saving our entire country from a disaster.
	California already said it would sue the Trump administration over the moves which Congress sent to the president after flouting its own internal arbiters.
	The Biden administration approved California's rule late last year, and that Biden-era approval is what is actually being revoked.
	The Congressional Review Act CRA gives Congress with presidential approval the right to rescind recently passed regulations.
	But the Government Accountability Office, a nonpartisan congressional watchdog, and the Senate parliamentarian both determined that the Biden-era approval was a waiver rather than a rule.
	Therefore, the CRA does not apply.
	They love their little terms of phrase.
	Well, actually, it wasn't this thing.
	It was this other thing.
	It's slightly different and therefore not applicable.
	It doesn't work here.
	Sorry, you can't do that.
	Turn around.
	Go home.
	The House voted to rescind the waiver regardless, and the Senate took procedural steps to sidestep those determinations by first voting on a point of order as to whether waivers could be overturned by the CRA.
	The decision comes with tensions at an all-time high between California and the Trump administration after the president sent in the military over Los Angeles protests against his immigration policies.
	Clean Air Act allows California to set stricter than federal standards for vehicular pollution with the approval of the Environmental Protection Agency due to its historic smog problems.
	In 2022, the state said it would ban new sales of gas-powered cars by 2035.
	If you are a conservative in California, you need to get out.
	You need to flee.
	That place is insane.
	It is a beautiful country, but it has been taken over by the most insane fringe members of society.
	The party that once claimed the mantle of champion of states' rights, the GOP, is now only the party of polluter rights.
	Senator Adam Schiff said in a written statement, this will ultimately result in dirtier air and more asthma and lung cancer.
	And that will be their legacy.
	Well, both parties have a legacy of injuring and damaging people.
	Both parties love to talk about vaccines and how needful they are.

	Is Xi Jinping about to be pushed out?
	This is from The Daily Skeptic.
	Is Chinese President Xi Jinping the great architect of the COVID lockdowns?
	I don't think it was Xi Jinping that was the great architect of the COVID lockdowns.
	I think he might have misattributed that.
	I seem to remember the guy who did that, uh, seemed to be kind of orange, uh, had some blonde hair.
	His name escapes me for the moment, but when it comes back to me, I'll let you all know.
	If you guys in chat happen to know it, feel free to let me know who that was.
	Those are the rumors coming out of China, and the fallout from the crippling lockdowns is part of the reason.
	Francis Pike and the Spectator has more.
	Is it a coincidence that the expunging of Xi Jinping Chinese institutions are always alert to changes in the political wind, no more so than the state media.
	Recently, China watchers have detected subtle changes.
	Xi, usually on every front page of the People's Liberation Army Daily, has been much less prominent.
	Shen Ming Xi, a director of the Institute for National Defense and Security Research in Taiwan, has observed a noticeable decline in the official references to Xi.
	In the past, Xi has been described as the eternal core of the party.
	As recently as December, the People's Liberation Army Daily wrote that decisions should rely on a single voice of authority.
	It praises the virtues of collective leadership.
	In addition, Shen has pointed out that academics at Peking University and South China University of Technology have not been punished for writing essays critical of Xi's policies.
	Remarkably, Hu Jintao, Xi's predecessor and faction opponent, In front of the world's press was humiliatingly manhandled out of the CCP's 20th National Congress in October 2022 by Xi's bodyguard seems to be making a comeback.
	On May 19th, the People's Daily and Xinhua News both published articles using Hu catchphrases that referenced scientific, democratic, and law-based decision-making.
	Wen Jiabao, the supposedly billionaire former Chinese premier, is another elder who is reportedly on maneuvers.
	In May, the usual monthly Politburo meeting did not take place.
	Furthermore, Xi has not been present in high-level meetings of the Central Military Commission, of which he is chairman.
	His place has been taken by General Zhang, who is not a Xi faction member.
	CMC chairmanship is central to the power of a CCP general secretary.
	Uncertainty about the direction of the People's Liberation Army has contributed to the rumors of change in China's leadership.
	He Weidong, vice chairman of the CMC and a member of Xi's Fujian faction, was suddenly arrested in April.
	Xi was governor of Fujian province in the late 1990s.
	In November last year, another of Xi's Fujian clique, Admiral Miao, who was head of the CMC's political work department, was put under investigation for serious violations of discipline.
	The usual newspeak for corruption.
	On April 30th, he was dismissed.
	Other Xi generals have reportedly been removed from their posts.
	In the realm of economic management, there are also signs of discontent.
	It is widely recognized that Xi's repressive handling of the COVID pandemic was catastrophic.
	In the end, it was public protest that forced him to end lockdown.
	By Chinese standards, post-COVID recovery has been anemic.
	A property crash has destroyed consumer confidence Unsustainable levels of debt.
	Graduate unemployment has risen sharply.
	Many are fleeing to the West to find employment.
	Xi's two-week disappearance in May seemed to support the theory that he has already been frozen out.
	So did his reappearance on June 4, when he met Belarus leader Alexander Lukashenko, later rest the rumors of his political demise?
	Quite the opposite.
	The meeting, which was abnormally held in Xi's house, was strangely subfused and devoid of normal protocols.
	Reporting was delayed and brief and did not feature any quotations from the president.
	The press photographs were lifted from Belarusian media, as though Chinese reporters and photographers were not allowed to be president.
	The demise of Xi has been predicted before, and there can be no certainty that the recent waves of rumors are accurate.
	Even if they are true, it remains possible that Xi could stage a comeback and put his enemies to flight.
	However, given the dire problems facing China and the indifferent performance of its leader, it seems quite plausible that forces within the CCP have had enough of the dictatorial Xi, who just two years ago had presumptuously declared his intention to rule until 2032.
	If Xi falls or indeed has already fallen, the consequences for Taiwan and U.S.-China relations could be dramatic and possibly beneficial to both.
	If even Xi Jinping can be brought low, in part due to the horrendous lockdown policy, it gives hope that such draconian shutdowns will be consigned to the past as a mistake never to be repeated.
	Who made that mistake?

	Because I think we all know that in the United States it was Donald Trump who did that.
	He was the one who was president at the time.
	He's the one that turned over all the reins of control to Anthony Fauci and said, go crazy, do what you want.

	Yes, it is a long plan, a long con, long COVID.

	City government to seize 175-year-old farm by eminent domain and replace with affordable housing.
	Isn't that wonderful?
	They're going to kick these people off their land.
	They're living on this 175-year-old farm.
	They're going to be kicked off so that some affordable housing can be made.
	Isn't that wonderful?
	They're thinking of the community.
	This article is about a family struggle to save their 175-year-old farm from being seized by eminent domain.
	The family has consistently rejected offers to sell the property, prioritizing its preservation as a working farm.
	The article highlights the irony of the township's decision to use eminent domain to build affordable housing on a farm has been the beacon of resilience and perseverance for generations.
	Of course, we often see that when they put in affordable housing in places, it tends to degrade the surrounding area.
	The people who move in don't take care of or appreciate where they are.
	Well, it's government welfare affordable housing, I assume.
	Or else the government wouldn't be involved with this eminent domain.
	It's also an attack on small farmers because they only want, you know, the major mega farm corporations.
	Owned by Bill Gates, of course.
	Well, I mean, of course.
	He's deeply invested in feeding you crickets.
	For three decades, Andy Henry has declined 20 to 30 million offers for his 21-acre, 175-year-old farm.
	Ironically, local government is using his perseverance to take the entire property via eminent domain and replace pasture with affordable housing.
	That's right, if they can't buy you out, if they find that you're a man or a family of principle that just wants to continue in the legacy of their forefathers, eventually they'll just take it.
	If you can't be bought, you will be broken.
	That's what they stand for.
	Grass for concrete?
	Legacy surrendered?
	No deal, Henry says.
	Period.
	Full stop.
	On South River Road in Middlesex County, New Jersey, warehouses and industrial buildings have replaced the once abundant farms of yesteryear.
	Except a lone holdout.
	My family sacrificed on this land for 175 years, Henry adds.
	All the other farms disappeared.
	We did not.
	We will not.
	175 years, his family has worked that land.
	And now the government is going to come in and say, that's ours.
	We're going to kick you off.
	We need some more affordable housing.
	We need some more welfare housing.
	So you have to leave.
	I'd also like to point out they were offered...
	But they're continuing this farm, this family business to pass on to future generations is a very noble thing.
	But yet they are forcing him to just take the payout and screw future generations.
	Yes.
	And it's also just, he wants to work.
	$20 to $30 million is not just enough.
	To set yourself up for life.
	It's enough that you could probably set up trust and through investment never have to work again and make it so that your future generations may never have to work again or at least not for a very long time.
	It would protect you.
	It would keep you and your children and probably your grandchildren wealthy and lazy.
	But he understands the value of hard work and the value of the legacy that was passed down to him.
	Instead of taking the easy payout and surrendering that, he said no.
	In 1850, Joseph McGill, Andy Henry's maternal great-grandfather, bought 21 acres of farmland in Cranberry, tucked almost dead center between New York City and Philadelphia.
	McGill broke ground and began growing crops immediately alongside construction of a farmhouse.
	In 1879, the home burned.
	McGill rebuilt in 1880.
	One crisis of many endured.
	They survived hardship after hardship, Henry says.
	In 1936, my grandfather died, leaving my grandmother and mother to run the farm.
	It was struggle after struggle, but they held on to the land and again survived, leaving something for the next generation.
	Henry, alongside his brother Christopher, grew up on the family farm and watched the surrounding landscape dramatically change form.
	In 1952, the New Jersey Turnpike was laid down, a stone's throw from their property.
	In 1972, an adjacent turnpike exit was constructed, opening the floodgates on development.
	In rapid succession, domino-style, the surrounding farms were sold, warehouses and distributorships birthed metal and concrete, land value skyrocketed, and the industrial world ringed the Henry operation.
	Through it all, the family's 21 acres remained intact as a working farm.
	In 2012, Henry, in tandem with Christopher, fully inherited the property.
	The siblings invested $200,000 in upkeep on the farm, all while buyout offers ballooned to $20 to $30 million.
	Didn't matter how much money we were offered, Henry says.
	We saved the farm no matter what.
	We turned down all the offers to preserve the legacy for our family, city, and even state.
	He understands the value of something like that.
	For his family, and of keeping a piece of history alive so that people can look at it and say, This was better.
	Why do we live like this now?
	This was what we had.
	Is there a way to go back?
	If they're able to demolish everything of value and of beauty from the past, they'll give nothing, no way to compare the current state of things to future generations.
	They won't realize there was a better yesterday.
	Henry currently resides in Mexico but makes frequent returns to his family home.
	Our farm is now leased for raising cattle and sheep.
	The town loves driving by and seeing something besides warehouses.
	Keeping this legacy intact and passing it to the next generation has been and is always our plan.
	Cranberry Township Committee also has a plan.
	Cover Henry's farm with housing units.
	On April 24, 2025, Henry's mailbox clinked with an official letter of notice.
	The committee tagging his farm as an affordable housing site.
	It was incredibly stunning, he says.
	The letter said if I didn't agree on a price, they'd take my land by eminent domain.
	Sell or else.
	That's right.
	The robber pulls out the gun and says, your money or your life.
	Standing on principle on May 12th, the committee officially approved a plan to take the Henry family farm.
	Timothy Dugan, an eminent domain specialist and attorney representing Henry, says the committee's intentions are misguided and rushed.
	And evil.
	And evil.
	The court system doesn't care about that.
	Government behavior should be the opposite, preserving instead of destroying, Duggan contends.
	This is not a proper, reasonable use of eminent domain.
	No way.
	Is there a proper or reasonable use of eminent domain?
	I would question that.
	Andy Henry could sell out for tens of millions of dollars to developers and walk away.
	It's mind-boggling in this day and age to think you have someone genuinely standing on principle, but that's who Andy Henry is.
	That's how much he wants his 175-year-old farm protected.
	He's preserving history at no cost to the public.
	We live in a heavily populated state with family farms lost at a fast and steady rate.
	Now someone wants to remove another.
	Even though this special one still produces livestock and hay with 21 acres and an historic home, Duggan continues, literally, there's an architect from upstate New York scheduled to visit the house.
	Look at the porch!
	Because he wants to be accurate in one of his rebuilds.
	That speaks to the amazing historic condition of Andy's place, and to think the city government chooses to erase it defies common sense.
	They have no respect for the past.
	They have no respect for history, and in fact, they hate it.
	They hate the fact that there was a time when life was simpler and nicer and kinder, and the people were more honorable and more closely tied to the community.
	They want a deracinated, Segregated, isolated people.
	That's what they want for America.

	As I said, we're going to continue with what is going on with Israel and Iran.
	Israel launches preemptive strike on Iranian nuclear sites and military targets.
	According to the IDF, Iran has enough uranium to weaponize it to nuclear levels, to 15 nuclear weapons within days.
	This has been the refrain from Israel for years now.
	They're going to manufacture nuclear weapons.
	They're going to do it.
	They are about to.
	It's just within their reach.
	And if we don't stop them, if we don't engage in assassinations, if we don't use cyber attacks, if we don't harass them continually, it's going to happen.
	For decades now, not just years.
	Yes, at the beginning of the show I outlined, I gave you a timeline of all The times that the U.S. has been involved with harassing and undermining Iran, starting back in 1953 with Operation Ajax, overthrowing the democratically elected leader and implementing a puppet that was friendly to the United States.
	It has been a continual campaign against them from us and the Israelis for decades.
	Dozens of Israeli aircraft participated in an initial wave of strikes on dozens of military targets in Iranian nuclear sites early on Friday morning.
	Warning sirens have been set off to get the public ready for potential Iranian counterattacks of ballistic missiles to Israel.
	Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.
	My dad is taken to calling him the Prime Monster, not the Prime Minister.
	Stated, Iran is gearing up to produce tens of thousands of ballistic missiles, which could kill millions of Israelis even without nuclear weapons.
	But imagine if any of them had nuclear weapons on them.
	Wow, just imagine.
	Just imagine if I make up this scenario and I get you to buy into it.
	It sounds terrifying, doesn't it?
	If I continually point out the worst possible outcome that is potentially, maybe, could be, one day, a threat.
	Don't you want to get involved in a war for us?
	Imagine if these people had weapons that they could use against us.
	Now imagine if they decide to use these hypothetical weapons against us.
	Yes.
	It's like the beginning of the Twilight Zone.
	Imagine a world where Iran gets a nuclear weapon and uses it.
	Former Netanyahu, further Netanyahu stated, Iran may only be a few months away from being able to actually make a nuclear weapon and not just have enough uranium.
	First, they said that they could do it within 15 days, says the IDF, but Netanyahu says it could take months.
	They're not exactly sure of the timeline.
	A senior defense official on Friday morning said that there is an increasing possibility that the Iranian high command, including Iran's military chief and Iran's senior nuclear scientists, have been killed in the preemptive strike.
	Iran has not yet fired ballistic missiles, but it has thousands of them.
	The IDF confirmed that the reason for the attack is to prevent Iran from obtaining a nuclear weapon.
	We're continually told that Iran is the unreasonable ones.
	They're the ones that are bloodthirsty.
	They're going to kill everyone.
	They're going to launch attacks, but it was Israel that launched the preemptive strike.
	It was them that proved to be unreasonable and bloodthirsty.
	I don't understand.
	They aren't using their current weapons, but if they hypothetically had better weapons, then they could hypothetically use their current weapons and the better weapons together, and this is a current threat that we must address right now.
	That's right.
	Just imagine.
	It could happen one day.
	According to the IDF, Iran has enough uranium to weaponize its nuclear levels for 15 nuclear weapons within days.
	Just might take days, but you know...
	But they have been saying this, as we pointed out, for decades.
	It has been decades of this continual harping back and forth.
	We must destroy Iran.
	We must destroy their capabilities to create nuclear reactors.
	In recent days, Iran developed a plan with Hezbollah, Hamas, and other proxies to destroy the state of Israel, potentially including attempts to attack via all borders, including Egypt.
	And Jordan, this is an article from the Jerusalem Post, by the way.
	Seeking to justify Israel's preemptive strike in Iran, IDF Brigadier General F.E. Deferin noted that the Islamic Republic attacked the Jewish state twice in April 2024 and October 2024.

	State television acknowledged the blast.
	It wasn't immediately clear what had been hit, though smoke could be rising from Shigar neighborhood in western Tehran.

	An Israeli military official says that his country targeted Iranian nuclear sites without identifying them.

	And that's a conflict that It doesn't ever cross their mind.
	Iran crosses their mind if it's brought up on someplace like Fox News, where someone from the ADL or some other place is talking about how dangerous it is.
	We're already responsible for between, at a conservative estimate, 100,000 to 250,000 deaths there.
	And that's before the war has fully kicked off.
	And we still just see these people clapping.
	And so excited and so eager to support Israel already.
	And it's just completely and utterly disgusting to me that they're just clapping, as I said, like trained seals ready to just support anything Israel does.
	No matter what they do, no matter how horrific and how obvious it becomes, they still sit there and say, oh, they're the chosen people.
	They can do no wrong.
	Whatever methods they employ are justified, and that's fine.
	We'll support them.
	It has just become so utterly sickening and unbearable to me to see this.

	It is very exciting getting to watch him.
	He's starting to crawl a little bit now.
	He's still shaky with it.
	Doesn't quite understand it, but he's...
	He's squirming.
	He's all over the place.
	He's wonderful.
	It is so exciting to watch him grow and change every single day, and it is the most incredible thing I have ever seen.
	Children are such a blessing from God.
	He is a manifestation of God's love made flesh.
	It is truly wonderful.
	Every time he looks up at me and he smiles, it just fills me with a joy that I didn't know was possible.
	It is truly a wonderful thing.
	Now we've got just a little bit over two minutes left, so it's not really enough time to get into any more articles.
	As I said before, I won't be here next week, but hosting Monday and Tuesday will be Tony Arterburn, Wednesday, Jason Barker, Knights of the Storm, Karen Carpenter, Angry Tiger, and Thursday and Friday, Guard Goldsmith will be hosting the show.

	As I said, last night he had a fall and he re-injured his ribs and his knee.
	So pray that those are healed.
	And of course, continue to pray for the nerves in his tongue and his vocal cords so that he would be able to come back and get in the seat and deliver.

	Please keep our entire family in your prayers.
	Please pray for me, my wife, and our son as we are about to take a drive down to Texas to be with her family.
	We're only going to be gone a week.
	Please pray that the drive is safe and quick and that little man doesn't stress out too much on the drive.
	He's usually pretty good about it, but it's been a while since we've made a trip this long.
	So please keep us in your prayers for that as well.
