I'm response is we arrest the opposition just like some Linsky uh ICE arrests the Palestinian leader of Colombia's anti-Israel protests, revoking a student visa and his green card, says a lawyer.
Now, I'm not going to defend this guy.
This guy is a radical, he's a terrorist, he's a Marxist, he wants to overthrow Western civilization, all the rest of this stuff.
It's not about that.
You see...
If you've got somebody that you know is a murderer, if you want to have the rule of law, what you do is you give them a trial, and you have a jury, and you prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt.
You don't go out and grab a lynch mob and string them up because we want to have a rule of law, not mob rule.
And we don't want to have a dictatorship rule either, do we?
So we give people due process, and we have a thing in this country that's called the First Amendment.
When I look at this and I look at the money that is being taken away, I'm all for taking away all the money from all the Ivy League schools and all the rest of them as well.
But of all the schools that don't need federal money, it's the Ivy League schools.
They're rolling in dough.
Why do they get our money?
I'm sick of that.
I'm sick of my money going to colleges that would never let me or anybody like me in those colleges because they're so racist against white people.
And against Asians.
You know, the Asian case that's going on in California, rejected by all these Ivy League colleges, all the ones in California.
This kid had more than a perfect score on his grade point average.
He had like 4.4 out of 4.0 because he took extra credit classes.
He's teaching programming to people while he's in high school.
He maxed out the SAT. He was only like two points away from perfect.
Nobody would let him in.
He wasn't the right race.
These policies are racist.
Why are we supporting universities that have racist policies like this?
Again, if they want to have policies like that, fine, let them do it on their own.
But I don't approve of that.
And I really don't approve of them getting the money.
But the money was only pulled back when they criticized the Israeli government.
And so this is a Palestinian activist who led a coalition of twisted radicals.
This is a New York Post.
So understand that they're very much in favor of this policy.
He led a bunch of twisted radicals.
In other words, he's in Colombia.
Are you going to find anything other than twisted radicals in these Ivy League schools?
I don't think so.
I don't see anything other than that there.
He called for the total eradication of Western civilization.
That's the purpose of the Ivy League schools, the total eradication of Western civilization.
So what's unique about that?
It really isn't.
So what's unique about this guy, how he's different from Columbia University, and how he's different from all the other students, is not that he wants to eradicate Western civilization, but that he criticized the government of Israel.
That's the difference between him and the rest of them.
Columbia University apartheid divest leader completed his graduate studies in December, and he is now living in school-provided housing due to a policy that allows students to remain on campus after graduating.
This is Columbia.
Why are we giving money like that to Columbia?
So Trump has canceled $400 million in funding to Columbia over anti-Semitism.
And I say, good.
They shouldn't get a penny, even if we still had pennies.
Even if they didn't train students to eradicate Western civilization, which they do, right?
That's coming from these universities, especially from the Ivy League universities.
So even if they weren't training students to eradicate Western civilization, they still shouldn't get a penny.
Where is that in the Constitution?
It's not there.
But especially because of that.
Look, it's bad enough that taxpayer money would be used unconstitutionally.
But this is money that's being used unconscionably to institutions as a group.
It's not just one group of Palestinian protesters that want to overthrow Western civilization.
These places are seminaries for Marxism and every other kind of perversion that you can imagine.
Why are they getting a cent of our money?
It's unconscionable as well as unconstitutional.
You know, this is, I'm glad he cut the money.
However, he's not cutting the money for the right reasons.
He's going to still give money to other places if they have racist admission policies, if they want to overthrow Western civilization, and on and on, as long as they don't criticize the government of Israel, the political government of Israel that pays Trump.
You see, they pay Trump, and then Trump...
Weaponizes the federal money.
He rewards it, or they use a stick or the carrot.
They bribe or they blackmail.
Based on who has bought the politicians.
And we know who has bought Trump.
So, citing the universities continued inaction in addressing anti-Semitism on campus.
And I'm not saying that there's not anti-Semitism in addition to it, but it's the criticism of Israel's The political Israel that is the core here.
And so the Department of Education head, McMahon, said universities must comply with all federal anti-discrimination laws if they're going to receive federal funding.
I think that ship sailed a long time ago, didn't it?
I mean, all my life we've seen these universities doing DEI and reverse discrimination and so forth.
Why are we giving them money in the first place?
But especially when they are racist universities and Marxist universities.
Why are they getting any of our money?
You've got a lot of people who are paying taxes and can't afford to go to college.
And they're working hard jobs.
And yet, they've got to pay taxes to support these elitists and these Ivy League schools, and the only time that we're going to take away their money is if they criticize the political government of Israel?
They criticize Netanyahu?
This isn't anti-Semitism.
This is anti-Netanyahuism.
Columbia has abandoned that obligation to Jewish students, she said, studying on his campus, and so now they care.
They don't care when it's happening to white kids or Asian kids or whatever.
They don't care about the racism.
And again, it's not just racism.
This is a political agenda.
And it's that political speech that is the offense here.
And that's the key.
They're shutting down political speech just as if they were Germans, right?
The German political party that arrested their competition, the AFD and so forth.
You know, J.D. Vance goes to Europe and he criticizes the Germans, and yet they do exactly the same thing here.
He said, or Sean Kennedy, HHS acting general counsel and task force member.
And again, you've got to ask yourself, why is Kennedy and HHS getting so involved in the policing of all of this stuff?
You know, it used to be the Department of Health and Education, and they split that off and created the Department of Education by itself.
HHS is over here.
HHS! Kennedy wants to jump in on this.
The acting general counsel at HHS wants to jump in on this.
You don't have any jurisdiction over schools.
That's now been sent over to the Department of Education.
So that anti-Semitism is clearly inconsistent with the fundamental values that should inform liberal education, he said.
Well, again, so is there other forms of racism and discrimination.
You need not apply if you are not the right...
People group.
Doesn't matter how good your grades are.
Students at Columbia University last year received Resistance 101 training from far-left activists affiliated with the Sammy Doon Group.
I don't know if I'm pronouncing that correctly.
Anti-Israeli, designated as a terrorist organization.
There are Marxist groups there that are working to attack America's critical infrastructure, says the New York Post.
Look, all these Ivy League schools are a hotbed of Marxism.
They want to tear down this country.
There's nothing new about this.
The only thing that's new is the anti-Netanyahuism.
But again, aren't these schools, these people at these schools, aren't they rich enough to pay for their own university?
Why is the federal government involved in this?
And you want to know why tuition is so expensive?
Because it's subsidized by the federal government.
That has caused tuition to soar.
When I was in school for engineering, my tuition was less than my books.
Less than my books.
And now, with the government being involved in it for so long, it's insanely expensive.
So, as I said before, you've got a German YouTuber in prison for hate speech.
He sends a message to Trump in advance telling them how bad it is.
And he says, this is a message from a German prison.
The German content creator was initially...
Sentenced to three years in prison for speech that they called hate speech.
He's a satirist.
One of his crimes was playing a few seconds of a politically incorrect song, What the Black Says, by American comedian Rucka Rucka Ali.
He played that on his YouTube channel.
And so for that, they were going to give him a six-month prison sentence.
Wow.
He says, moreover they took a clip in which I made fun of leftists who smear right-wingers as Nazis out of context, and they charged me with the use of extremist symbols because he used an historical image of Joseph Goebbels wearing a swastika on his arm.
They take that out of context, how he was using it.
The other charges concerned hate speech against Islam and Muslims, including Quran burnings shown in his videos.
Not necessarily doing this.
He's showing videos of it.
Showing videos of Goebbels to condemn Goebbels.
His name is Finkelstein.
He said he felt compelled to make these statements in defense of free speech after the murder of Charlie Hebdo, cartoonist in 2015.
But he's writing this to Trump and to Vance, who want to lock people up if they're for anti-Netanyahuism.
He said, lastly, they charged me with anti-Semitic hate speech because I represent myself with a stereotypically Jewish-looking caricature as an avatar.
Finkelstein said he chose the name because neo-Nazis called him Shlomo due to his support for Israel.
He detailed the story of how the German version of the FBI searched for him for two years to find out where he lived.
They're really incompetent, aren't they?
I mean...
Inspector Clouseau is running that for them.
It took them two years to find out where this guy is.
And he said they surveilled five of his close family members and friends listening to their calls and spying on their messages to get information on him.
He was arrested by 15, 15 masked cops while he was on a walk with his one-year-old son.
He recalled that the police were shouting, Don't do anything stupid.
Think of the child.
He said, The German police are now demanding that Finkelstein pay for his own manhunt, the cost of which amounts to over 10,000 euros.
He said, He said, the German intelligence agency probably knows that.
They came here to turn me into a government spy against the leading opposition party, which now, after the elections, represents more than one-fifth, more than 20% of the German citizens, he said.
And he says, this is what's happening in Germany.
Dear Mr. Vice President J.D. Vance, at almost exactly the same time, I saw your speech at the Munich Security Conference, and it gave me a sliver of hope.
Yeah, the problem is that hate speech just metastasizes into whatever group you don't like and whatever speech you hate.
They will punish.
And that's what Vance and Trump are doing here in America.
Another Trump precedent.
Putting people in jail.
Especially amazing that they would do it for criticism.
Of a foreign political entity that has been buying them off and not even reporting as a foreign lobbyist group.
That's right, boys and girls.
There's a post-election sale on silver and gold.
Trump euphoria has caused a dip in silver and gold.
It's time to buy some medals with fiat dollars before they come to their sense.
Go to davidknife.gold to get in touch with the wise wolf himself, Tony Arterburn.
