Trump Offers Foreign Millionaires More Freedom Than Americans

Trump's Commerce Secretary claims that 250,000 people are already waiting for gold cards, but there's nowhere for them to sign up.
So they rolled this out before they had their...
That's why we had to keep the coin.
We had to get the website set up before we put it out there.
I want to look a little bit deeper at this thing that's going to be happening, some of the lead-up to this so-called Bitcoin Reserve.
Which is really not about a reserve at all, I don't think.
And I think he really kind of tipped his hand when he talked about that.
Another compliment there from 12 June 1776. Thank you very much.
I appreciate that.
And Trucker Chris for the win.
Thank you very much for the tip.
I appreciate that.
Let's talk a little bit about what they are planning to do, because this all folds into...
You know, the robber barons and the technocrats and everything.
Because, again, this, you know, history rhymes.
It doesn't exactly repeat.
We had the robber barons were there with railroad businesses and stuff like that.
Now these robber barons in the 21st century have got their AI and their crypto coins and all the rest of this stuff.
The gold card visa program.
Touting that there's already 250,000 waiting in line for the visa pathway that the gold card program could soon replace.
He went on, Lutnik did with Brett Baer on Fox News.
Again, spell it P-H-O-X for the pharmaceuticals that they push.
So if 250,000 people were willing to pay the $5 million that the gold car requires, it would amount to over a trillion dollars to stimulate the U.S. economy and to pay down the national debt.
So the government can filter some more of this to him and to his cronies to purchase stuff that overinflated.
Prices.
Or maybe it's just going to be, like Catherine Ross and Fitz said, a big pump and dump.
You know, put our assets into this volatile currency, pump it up, have it crash.
It's like, oh, sorry, now we're going to have to pay this off.
We're going to have to steal the land.
And we're going to sell off all the land.
Because they're selling off the citizenship stuff as well.
So, are we a slave to this government-created debt?
Oh, yes, we are.
I-O-I-O. That's off to work I go, right?
It's the same thing with these government debts.
It's going to be land and citizenship for sale to the rich to pay off this debt.
Is that the real purpose of Doge?
I think it is.
They want to do this as much as possible, then they're going to have this big pump and dump, then a liquidation cell.
America-thon.
Everything's got to go.
Well, Lutnik said, That this gold card, again, would replace the EB-5 Immigrant Investor Visa Program.
It is not launched, so there's no way to apply for it yet.
It is expected to be there in roughly two weeks.
Now, Trump said, I'm not giving away citizenship.
So what is it that he's giving away with this?
Well, the EB-5 program was a program to get permanent residency.
Very much like a green card type of thing, but with the EB-5s, they were created in 1990 as a method for immigrants to obtain a green card.
To get the green card through the EB-5 program, you had to invest at least a million dollars in a company or $800,000 in a low-income area that would employ at least 10 people.
And we've seen things like this in the Solana Solar...
Scam during the Democrats and things like that.
It's been a corrupt program.
But the interesting thing about the EB-5 applicants is the number of them every year.
Analysis of data tables indicates that there is currently a backlog of anywhere from 24,000 to 60,000 applicants.
But that's nowhere close to the 250,000 applicants that he says.
So he says, well, you've got 250,000 people want to get in.
Well, you've got a program here where they can pay a million dollars to get in, or let's say 800 if they do it in a preferred area.
But let's just talk about a million.
So a million versus five million.
You've got maybe as many as 60,000 people trying to get in on the one million level.
There's going to be fewer people coming in at the 5 million level, but Lutnik is saying 250,000.
Where are these people going to be coming in?
In other words, it's not going to be a trillion dollars coming into the coffers.
It's not going to be that big.
But it will be there for some of their friends who are coming in, and I think that's the key issue.
What country are they going to be coming in from?
Because the EB-5 had limits in terms of how many people could come in from various countries.
I mean, we could have, with this, we could have people coming in from Saudi Arabia.
We could have people coming in from Afghanistan.
You know, I mean, don't tell me that with all the pallets of cash they left behind, you couldn't find some Taliban who could scrape up a measly $5 million to come in and buy permanent residency.
You could have a bunch of Israelis who would come in, you know, the Gaza developers.
Who knows?
I think that there's something here.
They're not expecting 250,000 people, but they want to make a way for some of their friends to come in.
So the U.S. allocates approximately 18,700 EB-5 visas.
It caps the number that can be given to individuals from a specific country.
So I'm assuming that this new program is not going to be...
We might have all the people in the UAE buy an American citizenship.
They can afford it.
In 2024, more than 4,500 EB-5 visas were issued.
So, the EB-5 visa is a way of getting the green card.
What does the green card give you?
Permanent residency, but you can't vote, and you don't have a U.S. passport.
And if you commit...
Certain types of crimes that they've enumerated, they can deport you rather than imprison you.
Okay, so that's what the green card is about.
So the question is, if this is going to be a green card plus, what kind of things are they going to add to it to sweeten the deal?
So that people would pay $5 million instead of $1 million or $800,000.
What is it that they're going to do?
The interesting thing is that they're not going to require them to pay tax on their non-U.S. income.
So the U.S. government has always taxed all foreign income as well as all domestic income.
And so that's going to be the big thing that they're offering these cats.
You know, you can have American residency, but you don't have to pay taxes on your foreign investments that are there, your foreign income.
And that is not what is there with the HB5 program.
The HB5, they get their green card, they've got to pay taxes on everything, including their foreign earnings.
So think about this.
These people come in and give $5 million.
They get benefits superior to Americans.
Because Americans have to pay taxes on any foreign earnings as well as domestic earnings.
But these people with the gold card...
Don't have to.
America first?
Uh-uh.
No.
No.
Money first.
Money first for the Trump administration and everything.
So no cap on the number of goal cards issued.
No caps on any country.
No foreign taxes.
No taxes on foreign income.
No vetting, I'm sure.
200,000 of these gold green cards is a trillion dollars to pay down our debt, said Lutnik.
Yeah, that's not going to happen.
There's something else going on with this.
Again, just like the tariffs, this is not about raising money.
And, you know, just like tariffs are not about raising money, it's not about protecting an industry, it's about attacking a country.
This has got some other agenda attached to it as well.
They said it's even more unlikely that 1 million foreigners would apply for a gold card.
And they say that because when you look at how many people are millionaires and how many people are wealthy enough that they could pay $5 million for this.
So there's approximately 424,000 people in the world with a net worth of $30 million or more.
And 277,000 of them live overseas.
So if Lucky Lutnik was telling you the truth, which you can pretty much count on the fact that if he's talking, it's not the truth.
I don't think he'd ever tell you the truth about anything.
So he says 250,000 people want to come in.
Well, there's only 277,000 people living overseas who have a net worth of $30 million or more.
Nearly half of the 424,000 people that have a net worth of $30 million, and they just looked at that and said, well, I think this is an arbitrary cutoff point.
If you've got a net worth of $30 million and you really want American residency for some reason, you could afford to pay the $5 million.
But there's only 277,000 people who have a net worth of $30 million or more that are not already living in America.
And the question is, You know, anybody, do we really like a system here where anybody who's got $30 million can be an American?
No loyalty required?
Just cash?
Just cash?
And look, they may not be able to vote, but they can buy politicians.
It's far more important to have the money to buy a politician.
That may be what this is about.
Hello, it's me, Volodymyr Zelensky.
I'm so tired of wearing these same t-shirts everywhere for years.
You'd think with all the billions I've skimmed off America, I could dress better.
And I could, if only David Knight would send me one of his beautiful grey MacGuffin hoodies or a new black t-shirt with the MacGuffin logo in blue.
But he told me to get lost.
Maybe one of you American suckers can buy me some at thedavidknightshow.com.
And David is giving a 10% discount to listeners from now until 2025. At that price, you should be able to buy me several hundred.
Those amazing sand-colored microphone hoodies are so beautiful.
I'd wear something other than green military cosplay to my various galas and social events.
