As the clock strikes 13, it's Monday, the 29th of January.
Year of our Lord 2024 war.
Well, on Friday, we began with an ultimatum that was coming from Joe Biden.
I talked about the difficult political position that he was in.
I also talked about the danger of people getting caught in this political back-and-forth machinery, this game that's going back and forth.
And now we've got a group calling itself the Army of God, which is not an army, and it's not of God, but they may get caught into these political maneuverings.
And understand that what is going on at the border is not a solution from either side.
There is some hope that there will be an awakening of people, that these politicians have reflected or understand what the people are looking for, and that is to start moving away from Washington.
We're going to talk about that when we come back.
Stay with us. Or was it going to be Joe Biden?
Right. Yes, it was high noon on Friday, and that was the deadline that Biden gave.
High noon. And when nothing happened, I said, wait a minute, which time zone?
Is this central time zone or eastern time zone?
Yeah, and that's what people are saying.
Biden has now shown himself to be a craven coward once again.
Once again. Now, he doesn't really have any political moves to make, quite frankly.
Even if he were to take control of the National Guard, which is standing there and putting up fences and keeping the Border Patrol away, even if he were to do that, he would have to do that in the context of an emergency.
Oh, wait a minute. That's the reason that the National Guard is there.
And so you've got a lot of people.
As I said on Friday, there was already another 25 states.
We're going to take a look at the political aspects of this.
Folks, this is very political.
As I said last week, we're talking about one city, one small part of a city, two and a half miles, that is being fought over.
The rest of the Texas border, still largely wide open.
Arizona, New Mexico, California, all that still wide open.
And as all of this is going back and forth and the conservatives are beating their chest about how Greg Abbott and these Republican governors who've been content to do nothing until we get to the election cycle, beating their chest about how they've owned the libs, guess what? Nothing has changed.
We're still getting a record number of people coming in from all over the world.
As I pointed out last week, the one guy says, do you know who I am?
Soon you will know who I am, right?
It looks like a Middle Eastern terrorist leader that somebody pulled up a picture of him.
He looks very much like the guy.
Who knows? Soon we will know who he is.
He's going to do something. But Biden's not going to do anything.
And quite frankly, these Republican governors are doing nothing either except virtue signaling.
It's exactly what you see happening with Jim Jordan in Congress.
Whenever something happens, well, we're going to have a hearing on that.
You know, adjust your TV schedule to watch my hearings on this, but he won't do a thing about it.
And so Biden says that Texas has, to the end of the day, to remove the razor wire last week, or else...
Friendlinger bags zugots and dorblets, as a babbling bee says.
In other words, he just kind of mumbles off.
This has gotten out of hand, folks, said Biden.
Governor of Texas has defied the gribble garg of Turkish Walberther.
I'm giving Greg Abbott until sundown today to remove this or else.
Not a joke, he says.
Yeah, well, you know, it's all in his imagination with Corn Pop.
The show now with Corn Pop. And again, nothing happened.
And then when people followed up and said, you know, so what are you going to do about this?
Well, we've talked about a few options, but we haven't decided what we're going to do yet.
So what was this about a deadline at high noon on Friday?
Still not certain what time zone, but I think by now, it's now three days later, so we can say that that is now safely passed.
So... You've got Democrats like Joaquin Castro, who his mother was part of a radical Marxist racist organization called La Raza.
La Marxa.
La Marxa La Raza, you know.
But anyway, is the administration considering federalizing the Texas National Guard, a reporter asked.
Well, Kirby said, we've talked about this the other day, and of course they're asking him because he's the national security advisor.
We talked about this the other day, but I don't have any decisions to speak to for the president.
I don't have anything on that. Still no word about what they're going to do about that or not.
And so Joaquin Castro says, and he's in Texas, he says, Governor Greg Abbott's using the Texas National Guard to obstruct and to create chaos at the border.
That's projection. Yeah.
It's not chaos if these people are building a barrier to stop an invasion.
The problem is that it's all just visuals and virtue signaling.
It's like what Greg Abbott has done in the past.
As I mentioned, you take about a dozen highway patrol and line the cars up in a row and take a photo op of it and say, yeah, I'm done.
Or even the transportation of people to cities like New York and Chicago.
Where they say, well, we're sanctuary cities and we want everybody to come here.
It's like, I'll help you with that.
Well, you know, when he does that, he quote-unquote owns the libs.
But what is the net result of that?
Did that stop people from coming in or did it just another welfare benefit?
Hey, you want to get to New York?
We'll help you. We'll give you a plane flight or a bus ticket or whatever.
So maybe they'll go through Texas instead of going through Arizona or New Mexico or California because they're going to get a free ticket.
None of this stuff that they've done makes any sense.
And again, the welfare magnet remains.
And so, if Abbott is defying yesterday's Supreme Court ruling, says Castro, Biden needs to establish sole federal control of the Texas National Guard now, he said.
Because, you know, otherwise, chaos.
Well, that's exactly what he wanted to do.
Um... Habit declared that Texas is currently under an invasion, invoked the state's constitutional right to defend and protect itself.
As I said last week, polls say 65% of Americans believe this is an invasion, 55% of Democrats.
There's really not any question about that.
The authority, that authority, he said, the state's constitutional right to defend and protect itself, that authority is the supreme law of the land.
The Constitution supersedes any federal statutes to the contrary.
The Texas National Guard, the Texas Department of Public Safety, and other Texas personnel are acting on that authority as well as state law to secure the Texas border.
And so, as I say, Biden is within his power to federalize the National Guard under Title X. But the problem for him is, again, that it has to be an emergency for him to do that.
Now, they do point to, and statutorily it should be, they do point to Eisenhower's use in 1957 when you had the Arkansas governor call out the State National Guard to stop the integration of a school.
So that was the National Guard under the governor's command.
And then Eisenhower takes over the guard and does just the opposite.
Uses the guard to not stop integration, but to facilitate it.
And so the question was, did he do that under federal authority with an emergency?
I don't know if you could say that was an emergency or not.
Currently, Texas National Guard troops are operating under Title 32, which means that they fall under the command of the governor as commander-in-chief.
But even Newsweek says, quotes Air Force General Robert Spalding, who said on X, Title 10 can only supersede Title 32 in a national emergency.
And that was not the case, though, with Eisenhower.
So again, it depends.
People have different opinions, and some people debate it while other people act.
And so Title X is the president taking control.
It can only supersede Title 32, where the National Guard is under the governor in a national emergency.
In this case, he said Biden would have to activate the Texas National Guard to guard the border.
Otherwise, it's an unlawful order.
So again, it's really, they've got Biden over a barrel politically.
But is anything being done about the border crisis?
No. Don't get distracted by the smoke and mirrors.
Don't get distracted by the politics of all of this.
Because, again, the reality has not changed.
Jonathan Houlihan, constitutional law and national security expert, said if the Texas National Guard are federalized under Title X for the sole purpose of pulling them off the Texas border and out of the chain of command of the commander-in-chief of the Texas military, Governor Abbott, who invoked his constitutional authority to defend the Texas border, the founders would have envisioned this as a crime and a misdemeanor and an impeachable offense.
So he escalates it.
He says not only does he have this, he's caught between this rock and a hard place, that if you're going to take over the National Guard, it's got to be an emergency.
And what they're doing is they're responding to an emergency.
You would be taking them over to stop them from responding to an emergency, so this would be an impeachable offense.
I think they've won politically.
Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton, Also noted that the president must first declare a national emergency.
He says that goes to the whole question.
Why would he then be declaring an emergency?
Obviously, we have one, right?
And now he's admitting it.
And so, you know, 55% Democrats, 65% of the country understand this is an emergency.
It's not a good thing for anybody.
It's not a good thing for the immigrants who are coming through, the migrants or illegal aliens, whatever.
It becomes a political issue for him, and it becomes a real problem for him politically, said Ken Paxton.
Another professor jumped in on this.
This is a New York University lecturer on constitutional law.
He dismissed Abbott's suggestions, Professor Peter Shane.
That he can have supreme authority in Texas after declaring that the state is under invasion from people crossing the border illegally.
He says this is nonsense.
Governors have no power to declare anything under the U.S. Constitution.
Where was this constitutional law expert Professor Peter Shane in 2020?
You do understand, of course, that the responsibility lies with Trump and his executive emergency order.
The executive order of an emergency, that March the 13th.
But again, prior to that, we had the pharmaceutical executive that Trump put in charge of Health and Human Services.
Had declared a, you know, pandemic emergency in the end of January.
The importance of what Trump did was to release money.
Governors declare emergencies all the time in order to release funds to an area that's been hit by a storm or something.
And the presidents do the same thing as well, to release federal money for those same types of incidents.
And then we had the pandemic, so-called.
And you had Trump release the money.
And then the governors...
Are the ones who declared the emergency to activate the laws that were put into place based on the model State Health Emergency Powers Act, model legislation that was sent to all the governors back in December of 2001, two months after the anthrax false flag attack, one week after 9-11, which was two months after dark winter, where they practiced all this stuff for the first time, and then repeatedly did it every year.
And so they had laid this all out as a way to get around the 10th Amendment, as a way to get around the president ordering everybody to do this.
Trump released the money, and the governors released the executive orders and started ordering people around.
That's how this works.
That's why Trump is the essential ingredient in it.
That's why he brags about what he did.
And so this guy, this professor, Peter Shane, if you go to New York University and you're taking his class, I would demand my money back.
This guy doesn't even know what current events are, let alone what the Constitution says.
The Democrat and GOP governors unleashed the medical martial law because Trump unleashed the money for them with that executive order.
They did lockdowns, travel restrictions, mask mandates, all the rest of this stuff, all of it.
Predicated on that. Now, DeSantis had an interesting thing to say as well.
He said, if you're worried about the National Guard being co-opted by Biden, then he says, what we did in Florida was we created a Florida State Guard, not a National Guard.
Now, he said they did it during the pandemic to help these National Guard troops avoid the Biden vaccine mandate.
That was smart. And even whether or not you need to have these, again, Biden is in the strange situation where for him to take over the troops, he supposedly needs to declare an emergency.
But again, we saw with Eisenhower that wasn't necessary.
And we also are in a time when reality's been thrown out the window.
The Constitution's been defenestrated, and so has real life.
And so anything can happen.
But to take away that ability, I think DeSantis had a great idea.
You know, DeSantis, even though I disagreed with him on several issues, especially the hate speech thing that he did, he was a real problem solver.
And he took decisive action.
That's unlike most governors, most Republican governors.
Democrats do that and take the initiative all the time, Democrat governors.
You don't typically see Republican governors do it.
They're just, I don't want to do what those guys are doing.
Let's just leave everything alone.
I'll just sit here, you know, we're the ratchet, we're the backstop.
The Democrats move us in their direction, and then we say, no further this time.
Not at this point. We're not going to do it anymore.
We're not going to raise the minimum wage anymore than it's already at, or whatever.
That's just a simple example of it.
But they do that with everything. DeSantis, on the other hand, would go the other way.
And he would come up with different approaches to go the other way.
And so this Florida State Guard is a good idea.
It was a good idea to protect these people from the Biden vaccine mandates.
And it's a good idea.
To get the National Guard troops away from any pretense of federal control that could be enacted.
So he said, why the State Guard was reestablished in 2022 was primarily to combat the federal government's coronavirus vaccine mandates on federal troops.
DeSantis said, so we did the State Guard partially for that, but then for partially, it's just you control your own destiny with a State Guard.
I mean, the federal government will grab our National Guardsmen and they'll send them all over the world on some of these missions.
Yeah. Send them to the foreign wars.
So why should we just have people who get plucked out of here to be doing whatever these guys in Washington want?
If these are people serving the state, then we want to be able to have control over that.
And see, here's the important thing that could come out of this.
I don't think they're going to fix the border.
I mean, when you look at what is going on, and we'll take a look at this in a moment, What is going on in Washington between the Senate and between the Speaker of the House and Trump getting involved?
They don't want to solve this problem.
They want this problem to continue through the election because that's how they win.
That's how they won in the past.
And we see this over and over again with Republicans.
They want to keep gun control there.
They don't really want to solve it.
When you look at abortion, for example, the Supreme Court finally got it right, said this is not something the federal government has any authority to define.
This is something that should be done at state levels.
Well, then you start to have these pro-life organizations, and immediately all of the national...
Republican politicians, senators, congressmen, and especially the presidential candidates, all of them said, oh, we've got to have a law in Washington.
There ought to be a law.
There ought to be a federal law.
Let's federalize this again.
And that's a losing tactic.
Except if you are a federal candidate.
Except if you are an organization that makes money off of the pro-life issue.
So if your goal is to have a perpetual wedge issue that you can make money off of, well then that makes sense for these people to try to refederalize it.
But if your concern is to make sure that you protect life, it doesn't make any sense.
Because as I've said before, if you have a federal law that prohibits abortion at 15 weeks, which is what they've talked about, Guess what?
New York, California, going to nullify that.
They're going to pay no attention to it.
But then when the Democrats get in and they say, well, it was 15 weeks, we're going to make it full term or beyond.
And the Republicans will all fall in line, won't they?
We have seen that over and over again.
They're not going to nullify it.
They're not going to say, well, not here.
Not here. We're going to make it more restrictive.
Oh, no, you have to do what Washington says, typically.
So that's what's important about this.
And I don't think this is really a leadership issue that's coming from the Republican governors.
I think that they are reading the entrails, if you will, or using the analytics on social media to follow the crowd.
I think they realize that people want them to stand up to the federal government.
To nullify, to say you're not going to commandeer us, right?
The non-commandeering principle, that's been supported by multiple Supreme Court decisions.
And of course, the Tenth Amendment, nullification issues, some people call it soft secession.
All of these things, removing power away from Washington is what people want.
That's a very popular political position right now.
And so they are talking about that.
That's the good thing that could come out of this, a revival of the understanding of the Tenth Amendment as it was revived in our understanding with the Dobbs decision overturning Roe v.
Wade, saying there's certain things that the federal government doesn't have authority for because they were not given to them expressly.
And so anything that's not given to them expressly remains the power of the states.
In Oklahoma, the governor there, Kevin Stitt, says states can defy the federal government if the Supreme Court gets something wrong.
For years and years I said that about Roe v.
Wade. I said the appropriate response to Roe v.
Wade was to say, well, you made your decision, let's see you enforce it, which is what Andrew Jackson said to the Supreme Court decision.
And again, it was a horrible decision.
It was about his relocation of the Cherokee to Oklahoma, where this guy's the governor, out of the mountains around here, the Trail of Tears.
It was horrible what was done.
And the Supreme Court reversed itself.
And first they said, you could do it.
Then a year later, they said, you can't do it.
He said, well, you've issued your opinion.
Let's see you enforce it.
He had the authority to do it.
It wasn't the right thing.
But he had the authority to do it.
It was the right thing to stand in the gap and defend innocent life.
But the governor of Texas 51 years ago and everybody else in the interim and all the other states would not stand up to the Supreme Court and say no.
But now things are different, aren't they?
Why? Because we're in a fourth turning right now.
And everybody is questioning these corrupt institutions.
They're not willing to just go along with this corruption.
And so he was on with Jake Tapper, the governor of Oklahoma was, and Tapper said...
What Governor Abbott is doing and what you and the other governors who have written this letter are supporting is defying the U.S. Supreme Court.
And I wonder if you have any concerns that this opens the door for, let's say, Democrat governors to defy U.S. Supreme Court decisions with which they disagree.
Newsflash, this is Jake Tapper who does the news.
Where's Jake Tapper been for the last couple of decades when Democrat governors have been nullifying The war on drugs in terms of marijuana?
Where's he been? Jake, didn't you get that memo about that?
Did you miss all that stuff that happened?
Anyway, he says, with the things that they disagree, let's say on gun rights, because they think that it's in the interest of the public safety, even if the Supreme Court says what they want to do is unconstitutional.
Stitt, the Governor Stitt of Oklahoma said, well, we all agree that the Constitution is the supreme law of the land.
And if the Supreme Court gets something wrong, for example, if they try to ban and say that we didn't have a Second Amendment right to bear arms, I think the Constitution supersedes somebody in Washington, D.C., telling us that, you know.
And so I think Governor Abbott did a really good job of laying out and declared an invasion based on Article 1 of the Constitution.
The states have a right to defend themselves.
The states created the federal government, said the governor of Oklahoma.
The federal government did not create the states.
And if we accept that, if we accept federal supremacy in all things, remember, the supremacy clause says pursuant to the Constitution.
If the federal government is doing something for which they have been given, expressly given the authority to do something, Well, that's a different matter, isn't it?
Then that's constitutional authority.
And everybody can see that.
But if the government is getting itself involved in a way that they have taken over an area of our life, and now they're issuing orders, that should be nullified.
Or if they're not executing what is their responsibility, in other words, protecting the borders, you know, nobody is really talking about DACA, right?
DACA was an Obama administration executive order saying we're going to defer action on childhood arrivals.
We're not going to force the law, in other words.
Well, you swore to uphold the law as well as the Constitution.
So that should have been a no-brainer.
And Trump should have overturned that executive order from the previous president.
But he didn't, and that tells you everything about where he is in reality on the immigration issue.
All this... So, when you look at getting back to Abbott, He vows to keep building the border barrier, even if Biden freezes the Texas National Guard.
He said it would be a boneheaded move, and he said it would shock him.
But, you know, hey, Biden has done a lot of shocking boneheaded moves.
No doubt about that.
So, Tucker Carlson had Greg Abbott on.
And he asked the Abbott if he had spoken with the Biden administration about what appears to be an imminent collision.
Abbott said he had not, but he noted that he had discussed the border with Biden in the past and has sent a number of unreturned letters.
Maybe you should send him a letter where he's got a sign for it.
You know, they have that thing in the post office.
Ha ha! He said, I met him on the tarmac in El Paso and I talked to him directly about what was going on.
I handed him a letter that had in it immediate solutions that he could take that would immediately secure the border without the need of any new law to be passed.
Despite the fact that I handed him altogether eight different letters, he has refused to ever respond to a single one of them.
He said, my point is I'm telling you that we have laid down the precursor of what's called Article 4, Section 4 of the U.S. Constitution to show that we have been invaded.
And we have demanded support from the President to safeguard our state.
And they have refused to do so eight times.
And that authorized me to declare an invasion under Article 1, Section 10 of the Constitution and to make sure that Texas is going to be able to use every tool in our arsenal to defend our state.
He said, I believe, however...
That this will all come to an end on January 20th of next year.
Because I believe a new president will be sworn in.
A president who will actually enforce the immigration laws of the entire country and not just the Texas border.
What president would that be?
I can't imagine.
Because the two frontrunners are Biden and Trump.
And neither one of them would enforce the laws or enforce the border.
Ha! They both just ignored it.
They punted it to other people.
And so in this back and forth that's going on, there is some bill that has come out of the Senate.
And nobody knows the details yet.
Even members of the Senate don't know, because this is evidently crafted by leadership or something behind closed doors.
So nobody knows the details of it.
So we've got rumors. Based on those rumors...
House Speaker Johnson says if those are true, and he doesn't know if they're true, like I said, even the senators don't know if it's true.
They haven't voted on it. They haven't seen it.
But he says if those rumors are true, it'll be dead on arrival.
And at the same time, you have Trump over the weekend saying, don't pass it.
It's bad. Don't pass it. It's bad.
Well, again, Trump and Johnson haven't seen the bill.
It may very well be bad, but they haven't seen the bill.
And it is a political calculation to not pass this.
They want this problem to continue.
So I said, nothing is being done about the actual issue.
Nothing is being done about the masses of people coming in without any means of support.
Where are they going to live? Where are they going to go?
Are there terrorists coming?
Nothing is being done about any of that stuff.
Nothing. And so Johnson says this is all on Biden.
He says Biden doesn't need a bipartisan law in order to shut down the border.
See, that's what Biden is saying now.
Remember? Trump said, well, I can't do anything about the border because I've got to have Congress authorize a wall.
The only thing I know to do is to build a wall, which would not have worked, actually.
It would be a little bit of resistance, but as long as you've got a magnet there, they're going to keep coming.
To get rid of the magnet, you know, and again, I'm not a big fan of walls because walls keep people in.
They don't just keep people out.
And now that we've had the lockdown, that's not an academic idea, theory anymore, right?
It's a real theory.
It's a real fact.
And so I don't support a wall.
But anyway, the welfare magnet is the issue.
I really don't care if people come.
You know, we had a great free country in the 1700s, in the 1800s.
Nobody kept tabs on who was coming in or who was going out.
It was a free country.
And people would come here because they wanted an opportunity to start over again.
They might come here with nothing in their pockets but a desire for freedom.
They weren't coming for free stuff.
They weren't coming to live off of other people.
And so if you stop that, you know, stop the welfare state, but especially the escalated welfare state for people who are here illegally, that's what I keep coming back to.
You know, I think that it's a good thing to have freedom-loving people come to your country.
People who have been oppressed politically or economically.
Looking, yearning to be free.
These are people we want on our side because they understand what it's like to live under tyranny.
Going back to the lady that I interviewed who wrote the book Mao's America, A Survivor's Warning.
Shiva and Fleet. And we need to have people like that who have lived under communism and can warn people and tell us, no, no, no, I've seen it, and I know what this is exactly, what they're moving towards is exactly what I escaped from.
We need people like that.
We need people who want to work hard and build and success and enjoy the fruits of their labor.
We need entrepreneurs. We need people who work hard.
We don't need a bigger welfare state.
And that's what the Democrats are trying to do.
The Cloward and Piven strategy we've talked about forever.
And so, getting back to the political aspects of this.
Mike Johnson, Speaker of the House, issued a statement on Saturday saying, Biden doesn't need passage of a bipartisan border crackdown being discussed by lawmakers in order to shut down the southern border.
Well, neither did Trump.
Trump didn't need their permission if the wall was a thing that he campaigned on.
That was the centerpiece of his campaign in 2016, for better or worse.
But then he claimed that he couldn't do a thing about it because he had to wait for Congress to give it to him.
That's what Biden is doing now.
Why not? It worked for Trump.
You know, Trump supporters bought it hook, line, and sinker.
Trump and his team never thought about that.
He never said, we'll build a wall if Congress will do it.
That's not what he campaigned on.
He said, I'll build the wall. He even said, I'll get Mexico to pay for it.
What a load of blustering excrement.
He had the authority, and as I said, as soon as he got into office and he starts backing off, at the beginning, remember, immigration went way down because, oh, he's going to get tough on this.
Then they realized he was a paper tiger.
At that point, I said, well, you know, you said you're going to end these wars.
End the wars, bring the troops home, put them on the border as a deterrent if you can't build a wall.
Because even if you got the money, it's going to take a very long time to build that wall.
So bring the troops home, end those wars, bring the troops home, put them on the border if that's what you want to do.
You wouldn't do any of that.
It was all just political lies, posturing, propaganda.
Pandering to people for their votes.
That's all the wall was from Trump.
And that's one of the reasons why he had to shut down Steve Bannon and Brian Cothology.
Because they said, well, we'll build the wall.
We'll do it on private property.
Give us money. We'll do what Trump is not doing.
Shut those guys down.
And so the reality is that Biden could fix it.
Johnson is exactly right.
Biden could fix it right now.
And Biden could have fixed it in 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020.
He chose not to do it any of those years.
Biden said in a statement on Friday that he would shut down an overwhelmed border if they would just give him what he wants out of Congress.
You see how much alike Biden and Trump are?
A couple of phony showmen.
But Trump is pressuring Republicans to block the bill.
So that he can continue to exploit the chaos of the border to attack Biden in the presidential campaign.
And this is from The Messenger, which is a left-wing publication.
A tactic that has sparked controversy even among Republicans.
But they're true about that.
You know, Trump even said, blame me.
I don't care. Blame me.
Don't sign that bill. Blame me.
He wants to keep this going.
Trump took credit for killing the border crackdown in a speech on Saturday in Las Vegas and then complained about the border.
It's like Trump took credit for the lockdowns and the masks and the vaccine and all the rest of this stuff and then complained about, oh, it's just these mandates that Biden has got out there.
Johnson's statement posted on X appeared to be an attempt to shift all responsibility for the border to the executive office.
Which is where it belongs, quite frankly.
You see, the Republicans will tell you the truth when the Democrats are in office, and vice versa.
They'll tell you the truth about their opponent, but they won't oppose their own guy.
And that's why I said, when people said, well, you better hope that Trump beats Biden in 2020, because Biden's going to give us vaccine mandates.
And I said, well, if Biden gives us vaccine mandates, people will push back on it.
You see, for four years, Trump kept the border open and the conservatives didn't push back on it.
And for another three years, Biden kept the border open and Republicans did nothing about it.
Now there's a show of force because it's an election year and because it's Biden in the White House.
I guarantee you that if this was an election year and Trump was in the White House, they wouldn't be doing a thing about it.
Nothing about it.
So... Again, no specifics, but we're going to oppose it.
Don't let it pass, because we want to keep this crisis going for the election.
President Biden falsely claimed yesterday that he needs Congress to pass a new law to allow him to close the southern border, but he knows that's untrue.
We'll just take out Biden and just say the president falsely claimed that he needs Congress to pass a new law so he can protect the border.
That's everything that was happening during the Trump administration.
Anyway, he says, you got to take executive action immediately.
It's not like these guys don't know how to do executive orders, is it?
I mean, you know, Biden has got executive orders out the wazoo, and Trump did as well.
They just can't seem to figure out how to do an executive order when it comes to something that's to our benefit.
He has ample authority to suspend the entry of all aliens, said Johnson, Speaker Johnson.
CNN says that Johnson is providing a false interpretation of the proposal whose details have yet to be released.
Well, again, nobody knows what it is.
I think he probably knows what is in there based on, you know, the grapevine, I'm sure, has told him.
But again, nobody has seen any of the details.
So Trump's not talking about details.
Johnson's not talking about details.
Biden is not talking about details.
So Biden said in a statement, That it's long past time to fix the border, which he said has been a problem for the last 10 years.
Which includes this time that Trump was in office, he said.
Well, it also includes the time that you were in office, pal.
That's what I mean. It's like, yeah, but what about him?
What about that guy? He didn't fix it.
So for three years, Biden hasn't fixed it.
For four years, Trump didn't do it.
And for three or four years, Obama didn't do anything about it.
And Biden was vice president.
But now we need to fix it.
But I need to have the Congress do something about it.
I can't do anything. Biden said the bill would give me as president a new emergency authority to shut down the border.
Wait a minute. Trump and Biden were shutting everything down in 2020 and 2021 with one executive order and emergency after the other around the so-called pandemic.
This is so phony. This is like the pro-life people.
My body, my choice. Yeah, where were you in 2020 and 2021?
Were you saying that then? Of course you weren't.
So again, everything, they don't have any problem with an executive order for a pandemic that doesn't exist.
Ah, but when it comes to something like this, they've got problems with it.
And so now Trump is on the outside.
He's saying, no, don't pass that bill in Congress.
Don't do anything. And he says, blame me.
As just one example of the border bill, the monstrosity that we're dealing with, two million illegals cross the border every single year in the past, and now that number is changing to maybe eight times that amount.
We cannot let this happen to our country as the leader.
Of our party. There is zero chance I will support this horrible open borders betrayal of America.
It's not going to happen.
I noticed that...
He doesn't know what's in it. I noticed a lot of the senators...
Why didn't you do something when you were president?
A lot of the senators are trying to say respectfully they're blaming it on me.
I said, that's okay, please blame it on me.
Please. Because they were getting ready to pass a very bad bill.
And I'll tell you what, a bad bill is...
I'd rather have no bill than a bad bill.
A bad bill you can't have, and that's what was happening.
And the House, as you know, the Speaker...
By the way, I think he's going to prove to be a very good speaker.
It's tough when you have a very small majority.
He's going to kiss my ring.
He's been kissing his ring. He just said it's dead on arrival in the House.
It's dead on arrival. We want either a strong bill or no bill, and whatever happens, happens.
Okay, well, let's talk about a bad bill.
Bad Bill Casey. Actually, he went by Wild Bill Casey.
He was one of the key guys in the OSS that turned into CIA. He was a key guy at the CIA as well.
He became Ronald Reagan's campaign manager.
Remember that? Remember this Iran-Contra thing?
How that all came about? It eventually came out that when Ronald Reagan was campaigning for president, after Iran had taken these people hostage, and again, we'll just pick the story up at that point.
We won't talk about what happened with the CIA coup back in the 1950s.
But then CIA Bill Casey...
It was Reagan's campaign manager, makes a secret trip to Iran.
Now, they've got a lot of state-of-the-art jets, but they need spare parts and other things like that.
And he makes a deal with them.
He says, don't release the hostages until we become president, until Reagan becomes president.
And then what we'll do is we'll get you all of these spare parts that you need for your state-of-the-art jets and things like that.
Now they've got a lot of money. What do they do with that?
Oh, well, we'd like to have this secret war, undeclared, in Nicaragua, and we can fund that with money that we got for selling these plane parts to the Ayatollah and keeping it secret so that Reagan could become president.
The Iran-Contra stuff.
Now, here's what is incredibly...
Not only did he extend the suffering of these people through the election, right?
But even after Reagan won in November, because of this agreement with the Ayatollah that CIA Wild Bill Casey had made as part of the Reagan administration, they continued to let these people suffer as hostages for another couple of months.
Actually, three months, really.
Most of the month of November, most of the month of January, and all the month of December, they let them stay in captivity.
So that they would be released on the day that Reagan took office to make Reagan look good.
You want to talk about a vanity project?
This is how they esteem us.
How we are expendable, deplorable, non-essential, as Hillary and Trump would say.
And so they don't care about us.
It's all about them and their political games.
And this is what is happening right now.
They don't really care about the border.
They don't care about America.
They care about becoming president.
And these guys, just like a Democrat big city mayor in Chicago, for example, they'd rather be the king of trash world than to get anything fixed.
They don't really care as long as they're the one that is at the top of the heap, the top of the dumpster fire.
They don't really care what happens.
And so, as Axios reports, Trump, you heard him there, is threatening to blow up the border talks.
He wants to blame Biden.
And coming out of...
The Senate meetings, Mitch McConnell said, oh, we don't want to do anything to undermine Trump here.
So, you know, we got to.
And again, like I said before, it's just like the people who are going to use abortion forever or gun control forever.
So they got a wedge issue with us.
The border issue is another one of those things.
The fact that Trump would communicate to Republican senators and Congress people that he doesn't want us to solve the border problem because he wants to blame Biden for it is really appalling, said Romney.
So again, it's for open borders.
So again, you understand when you look at Romney, when you look at Mitch McConnell, look at Tom Tillis, they're fine doing nothing really about this.
They'll blame Trump, but they don't want the border problem fixed either because they're open borders.
Tom Tillis out of North Carolina, don't be a coward.
Don't pretend that the policy isn't strong.
If you want to admit that you're just afraid to tell Trump the truth, that's fine, he said, of his fellow Republicans.
And so, again, these senators, Romney hasn't seen the bill.
Tom Tillis hasn't seen the bill.
Trump hasn't seen the bill.
Mike Johnson hasn't seen the bill.
Biden hasn't seen the bill.
They may know what's in it, but they're not talking about what's in it because, again, the details have not been released.
Senators have yet to see the actual text of the bill, and it's going to be days before that happens, but they're already aligned against it or for it one way or the other because this is all simply about politics.
That's all it is.
And so one Democrat senator Who is looking at a difficult election, John Tester out of Montana, after never being interested in the border ever, is now talking about doing something for border security.
Because, again, 55% of Democrats see this as an invasion.
And so, you know, even the Democrats say that it's a problem.
Biden says it's a problem. Trump says it's a problem, but they're going to keep it going for their own particular interests.
Montana, he said, is a northern border state with a southern border problem because after 18 years in D.C., Two-faced Tester has refused to secure the border.
The speaker here is the guy who's running against him, Tim Sheehy, his opponent, a former Navy SEAL. And so he points out that for 18 years, Tester has done nothing.
But now he's got a difficult election.
He wants to appeal to people about that.
And so Tim Sheehy says, we know what to do.
President Trump already did it.
Did he? We need strong leaders willing to put America first.
Well, I gotta say, if this Republican thinks that Trump fixed the border, he's beyond delusional.
These people are not putting America first, they're putting politics first.
And they're putting Trump first.
The guy who gave us medical martial law.
But remember, as Alex Jones said, he's playing 4D chess.
Well, what was the game that he was really playing?
I mean, you know, when you're playing the chess game, what was he trying to win with his 4D chess?
Was he trying to protect Americans?
No, because we all knew none of those things were going to work.
Oh, yeah, Trump knows it's not going to work either.
But he's just playing this game, right?
So it was about him winning, wasn't it?
He's going to lock us down, mask us up, stick poison in our arms, so that he can win his little Game of Thrones.
I don't understand people defending this.
And again, not a day goes by that I don't have somebody who used to be a donor write me a letter that they're done with it because we've got to have Trump now.
Well, I guess you never heard anything I ever said.
Maybe you bought into the delusion, and it's going to get even stronger as we get closer and closer.
I mean, we're still, this is January, we've got another 10 months to go before the election, and as it gets closer and closer to the election, people are going to get more and more fearful.
Oh, but I hate that, I hate Trump, but I've got to have him to protect me from Biden.
You know, Biden is just so bad.
Can you just imagine what it's going to be like?
Well, Biden's administration has rolled out record-shattering numbers.
They did it on Friday afternoon.
So at high noon, he tells, you know, I'm going to do something.
I'm fixing to do something if you don't get your guys out of town.
We're coming in on the noon train and we're going to do something about it.
Or I've got my pen here and I'm going to do something about it.
Well, he didn't do anything about it.
Later that day, on Friday, they released information showing 250,000 people that have been caught and released at the border.
So let me ask you, are we owning the libs?
Who's winning? What is the game?
You're playing 4D chess?
What is the game? Right?
Just like with the COVID so-called pandemic.
The game wasn't about defeating a disease that didn't exist.
The game was to get elected.
And in this particular case, these Republicans are playing this game with 25 different states.
Are they winning? Because the border is still wide open.
People are still coming in.
And when you look at how silly this whole thing is, as I said before, they're fighting over one town.
Yes, it was...
A very popular location for people to come across illegally.
Eagles Pass. One small town.
And one small part of one small town.
It's like the shootout at the O.K. Corral.
Two and a half miles.
And a state park that is there, something, right?
And a boat landing. And so, two and a half miles.
How long, folks, is the Texas border?
We know overall the border is 2,000 miles, right?
With all the different states.
Southern border. This is two miles of the 2,000 miles.
But even for the Texas border, the Texas border is 1,254 miles.
And all of this is about two and a half of those miles.
Because people are still able to just walk across the little river there in Big Bend, Texas, and walk into all these different areas of Texas.
Nothing there to stop them.
Any of these other places.
We're talking about 0.2% of even the Texas border.
And 0% of Arizona, New Mexico, and California.
Oh, the Republican governors are so proud.
Well, I'm glad that people are talking about the Tenth Amendment.
I'm glad that people are talking about decentralizing authority.
But understand, we're talking about one-fifth of one percent of the Texas border that is there.
And so, one other thing.
Take a look at this. You know, we got Operation Lone Star, that's what they like to call it.
Well, how about this? How about Operation Electoral College?
Look at this. Somebody said...
Well, if the election, this is a meme that was put up, if the election was tomorrow and the vote was based on those who sided with or remained silent in support of Texas in this recent whole debacle, this would be the outcome.
So in other words, you look at these so-called red states, the ones who said, well, we're part of Operation Lone Star.
And if you total up their electors, For the Electoral College.
Because remember, it's a winner-take-all each state by state.
So you take all the red states, and that's 255 Electoral College votes.
And then you look at all the Democrat states that said, well, we're on Biden's side with this, or we don't want to do anything about this, and we don't support Greg Abbott in this.
That's 283 Electoral College votes.
You only need 270. Republicans don't have the 270, even if they got all the votes of all the people in those states with Republican governors who were siding with Abbott.
And in this meme, they said, if you think the Democrats don't know this, you're mistaken.
So if this is politics, who's winning?
If this is politics, who wins in the Electoral College?
And if you're trying to do something about a border crisis that everybody understands is a crisis, Nothing is being done.
This is a stalemate.
And on the Republican side, Johnson and Trump and the rest of them want to keep the status quo.
They don't want to do anything for the next 10 months or maybe a year.
And after that, they won't have any leverage at all if they don't win.
We're going to come back and talk about the army of God, as they call themselves, as they said at the beginning of the program.
They're not an army, and they're not of God.
They are putting out a call for people who are current or retired law enforcement or military to come.
And so they're making this about something that is, they're implying that there might be a fight.
A very, very foolish thing to do.
Where have they been in terms of looking at what happened with January the 6th?
So we're going to take a quick break and we'll be right back.

you you Alright, yeah, new bumper. I forgot to put on the tag.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
So, you are listening to The David Knight Show.
Yeah, you know, I look at this and all the talk about a Civil War.
Self-serving, and I think it's being promoted by a lot of people who don't have our best interests at heart, quite frankly.
Maybe you ought to take a look at that movie, Shenandoah, with Jimmy Stewart in it.
You know, I... I thought maybe the appropriate way to try to explain to people what happens, you know, in that video that I put there, some clips of the movie, and I really love that song.
I had a good time doing that.
But it begins with him seeing a Confederate keppy hat that's floating down the river, and he puts it on.
Then he gets mistaken for being a Confederate soldier picked up by the Union.
And so, as you saw, Jimmy Stewart gets his family together and they go on this quest to try to find his son.
People in his family are divided over this.
People in his family are dying over this, getting kidnapped, all the rest of this stuff.
Folks, we don't want to have a civil war.
That's a lot of blustering, foolish talk by a bunch of people who don't know what they're talking about.
And all this stuff with this so-called army of God falls into that as well.
These people are very dangerous.
Stay away from them. They'll get you entrapped.
Just like Trump and Alex and other people.
Tucker told people to go to Washington on January 6th.
For what purpose, right?
What's the purpose? Well, we're going to make sure Trump doesn't get in the White House one way or the other.
We're going to make sure about it. Well, what exactly do you want?
Leaving it open-ended. There was nothing.
Nothing. Give me your money come January the 6th and we'll work it out.
And so then, you know, they run to the other side of town while everybody else gets into trouble.
And even people who didn't do anything.
Because it's filled with agent provocateurs and people are still going to jail over that.
Don't fall for this army of God nonsense.
I even said that, didn't I? I said it on Friday and then I look in the news as I get off the air and it's like, it's already started.
Already started. You know, of course, Alex was already, you know, talking about it.
But, I don't know, maybe he doesn't have the guts to do something like this again.
Foolishness to do something like this again.
So, as Tom Luongo on Zero Hedge says, well, what are you looking at here?
Are we looking at soft secession as these governors are coming together?
Are we looking at insurrection?
Are we looking at a real return of federalism in Texas?
And so it could go any number of ways.
You know, he talks about soft secession.
No, it's called nullification.
That's what it's called, nullification.
You go back and you look at the resolutions that are put together by Jefferson and Madison, you know, about nullification.
You look at the many Supreme Court decisions saying the federal government can't come in and tell you to enforce some law.
For example, here in Tennessee...
The pistol brace, which, by the way, was an executive order from Trump.
You know, he was the one who set the precedent for doing executive order for gun control.
But he couldn't do any executive orders to protect the border.
Couldn't do that. But he could set a precedent and be the first president to do an executive order for gun control.
And he did. The bump stock.
And then he did the pistol brace.
And then after, you know, he needed everybody's support and he wanted the money, he made more money after the election than he did before the election.
And he did it because he did things like removing the pistol brace ban.
And then Biden put it right back in.
But the way they handled it here in Tennessee was they said, no, it's legal to have a pistol brace.
And then they've got another law that says, no, by the way, if the federal government says something is illegal that the state of Tennessee says is legal, Then you can't enforce those laws here.
And no Tennessee law enforcement officer is going to cooperate with you.
You see? That's how you handle it.
It's not secession.
Again, there's nothing wrong with secession.
But whenever you start talking about the Tenth Amendment, everybody raises the specter of a civil war.
And I don't want to have a civil war either, but I want to have nullification.
And I want to have non-commandeering.
And I want people to take back their rightful constitutional stuff.
We don't need to bring this into a violent confrontation.
And if they want to escalate it into a violent confrontation, let it begin with them and not with us.
So Tom Luongo says, well, we saw the beginnings of this last year with the Alberta premier, Danielle Smith, declaring that she would not be collecting carbon taxes to send to Ottawa to fund Chrystia Friedland's dreams of destroying the country.
And then you had just recently the same thing from the premier of Saskatchewan.
Scott Moe said the same thing.
We're not going to collect your carbon taxes.
We got a lot of this stuff. And not only that, but before he did that, Danielle Smith took a second step.
She says, we're going to double oil and gas production.
So first she says, we're not going to send you any carbon taxes.
Instead, we're going to double oil and gas production.
And then Saskatchewan's Scott Moe follows her lead.
What Tom Luongo says...
This is a classic example of why we don't need to have a majority of attack dogs to take on Davos and the rest of the globalists.
Not everybody is a leader like Smith.
Some are simply followers.
And they only make their move when the other person stands up and says, I am Spartacus, right?
Or in the case of Daniel Smith says, no, we're not going to pay your carbon taxes, and instead we're going to double production.
And then she doesn't get her head chopped off.
And so the other guy says, yeah, me too.
I'm with Spartacus as well.
And so that's the good news about this.
And hopefully there will be some real things that will come of this.
Especially a public awareness that we don't have to do everything that Washington says.
We don't have federal superiority in every possible area of life that you can imagine.
There's only a small number of areas, specifically enumerated in the Constitution, where they even have authority.
And so that needs to dawn on everybody.
We need to stop looking to Washington for solutions.
And the most important thing that could come out of this Is that if Americans really started to think about this, about Abbott and 25 states and everything, they might think, you know, it might be more effective for us to focus on state and local elections than to focus on the presidential election because we don't ever seem to be able to get anything done.
You know, we're one out of 300 million people or 330 million people eligible to vote for president.
And then take a look at your state.
You vote for governor, you're one of, you know, 4, 5, 10 million people or something like that, depending on the size of your state.
Much better odds.
And as you go down ticket, it gets even better, right?
You go to your state elected officials versus Congress.
Instead of being one of 750,000 people voting for your congressman, Or, you know, half of the population, or, you know, I should say the entire population of your state because they only do the Senate elections one at a time.
But instead of it being the entire population of your state, millions of people for a senator, or 750,000 people for Congress, when you get to the state level, you've got much more leverage for your state senators and for other people.
And then it gets even better when you go to the local.
You understand, we've got this all upside down and backwards.
Soros knows where he needs to focus his efforts.
Some conservative think tanks know, and certainly Musk said, you know, see what Soros is doing?
He understands what the situation is.
Why don't we understand that?
And that might be one of the good things that could come out of this coalition of 25, is that people start to look outside of Washington and get out of that box that they have boxed us into.
So, Longo says, we can easily draw a through line from the yellow vests protesting the green agenda years and years ago, remember?
In France, to try to take away their ability to use cars.
The yellow vests in France, to the Canadian truckers, to the Dutch farmers, to Daniel Smith, to the situation on the Texas border.
Which is clearly spiraling out of control, but in a very good way, he says.
Well, I agree with all of that.
He says, as I've talked about at length, the goal here is to split the U.S. up.
Because a divided U.S. falling apart politically at this point in history is exactly what our enemies want.
The eventual goal is undermining the validity of the U.S. debt markets and Washington, D.C.'s ability to pay its bills.
This is where I part company with him.
Because, look, to undermine the validity of the U.S. debt markets...
This whole thing is a Ponzi scheme.
It's a house of cards. It cannot collapse.
It can't continue.
They don't have the ability to pay for this.
What we need to do is acknowledge that reality.
And what we need is more to be done at the state level.
And already here in Tennessee, for example, Senator Nicely and others have looked at this and said, you know, this whole house of cards financial system is going to collapse.
We need to think about what happens if and when that does.
And so we need to have, you know, we need to support local banks.
We need to have some kind of a reserve system for them.
We need to have some gold that's going to be owned by the state government.
We need to have individuals owning gold and silver and things like that.
And so they're looking at other things like this.
We've got to keep cash alive.
We've got to keep analog payments that are anonymous alive.
Because that's the endgame on this.
I don't really care.
Whether Washington, D.C. survives or not.
I consider it just as much of a foreign power as Iran or Russia or the U.K. or whatever.
I don't have any animosity to the U.K. I'm just saying.
All of these countries don't have our interests at heart.
So he says the people now have to decide what kind of a country they want to live in going forward.
One where the power of the gun rules or one where laws rule.
This is the type of moment which clarifies and sharpens the focus of those who have, to this point, been comfortable enough not to see the threats for what they are.
And so, again, I don't know.
If the 2020 lockdowns and the masks and being called non-essential by Trump didn't wake people up, I don't know what is going to wake them up.
Especially because, if you understand, one of the reasons that I think that he got away with that in 2020...
It was the blind partisanship and the blind partisanship being put on steroids because of the election.
That was a big part. Oh, well, you know, this is an election year.
Don't criticize Trump about anything he's doing here.
He's playing 40 chess so he can get elected again.
So he's going to destroy the small businesses on Main Street?
He's going to destroy people's lives so he can get elected again?
You want somebody like that elected?
You want somebody who, when he's elected, turns it over to a health bureaucrat like Fauci and keeps him in position, makes him president?
You want somebody who puts us under medical martial law, who bribes hospitals to kill people, gives them a hospital death protocol and ventilators to kill people?
You want somebody like that?
Not me. Tom Longo says, the question I now have is, what is the over-under on Biden declaring Texas in a state of insurrection against the Union were to deny it as a state its vote this fall?
I think that's absolute nonsense.
I don't think the election is going to be suspended.
Look, folks, the election's already been suspended.
Do you realize that? The RNC is talking about a literal coronation of Trump.
Let's forget all the primaries.
Trump already said, and they went along with it, well, we're not going to do any debates.
You have Biden saying, I'm not going to do any debates.
You had the Florida Democrat national, the Florida version of the DNC. They said, we're not going to have any primaries in Florida.
Because Biden's our guy.
And then the Republicans at the national level said the same thing for everywhere.
Everywhere. Look, I don't like Nikki Haley.
And I don't think the debates are going to give us anything other than a rehashing of all the nonsense that they typically do.
And they're not going to ask them any substantive questions.
They're not going to ask them any vital existential questions that face and threaten us all.
They never do. But understand, they don't even want to go through the motions anymore.
They don't even want to pretend that they're going to have debates.
They don't even want to pretend that there's going to be ballot access.
So what's all this stuff about, oh, the election's going to be canceled in November?
Hey, the election's already been canceled, in case you didn't notice.
It was canceled before it really started.
You had all the conservative press had already anointed Trump with the polls, whether or not they were true.
And they do that all the time, folks.
They use push polls all the time.
So, God's army.
Let's talk about God's army.
As I said before, Don't call it gods, and they're not of God, and they're not an army.
But this is what one of the organizers said.
This is a biblical, monumental moment that has been put together by God.
Well, you know, everybody got really upset with Speaker Johnson because he said, well...
All of us here, we've all been put in place here by God for a purpose.
He said that about Trump, said it about Biden.
Look, it isn't a question of whether or not God put them there.
There isn't anything that happens that God doesn't want to have happen or allows to have happen.
The question is, what is the purpose?
Is God blessing or cursing us with a President Trump or a President Biden?
That's the real question.
And so, just because something happens, you know, these people always want to say, well, this is God doing it.
Well, yes, it is.
But to what purpose?
And is this president or this party or this movement or this God's army, is that...
Is that following God?
Or are you doing your own thing and claiming that God is the one that is in charge here?
He said, we're besieged on all sides by dark forces of evil.
Yes, that's correct. But guess what?
We don't wrestle against flesh and blood.
We wrestle against other things.
And these foolish people are creating another January the 6th type of trap for their followers.
And they're playing right into the Democrats' hands, willingly or unwillingly.
Listen to what they say. The group is calling on active and retired law enforcement, military veterans, elected officials, and other law-abiding, freedom-loving Americans to join their cause.
The goal is to shed light on the obvious dangers posed by wide open southern borders.
You think we don't know?
You think everybody doesn't already know about it?
As I said before, 65% of Americans already believe this is an invasion.
55% of Democrats believe it.
Do you need to go to protest to get people's attention, to bring light on the subject?
Everybody understands that's what's happening.
According to Vice, convoy leaders say that they want to send a message to the Biden administration to secure our borders, except you can do that without putting out a call to law enforcement, to military people, because then, and calling yourself an army, now you are implying a threat of violence.
That's how this is going to be taken. How could people think this would be implied any other way than that in the wake of January the 6th?
Except as a threat.
And so these people are not only going to endanger each other, I think, but they're also going to snatch defeat out of the jaws of victory.
The victory of all this would be to awaken people to the Tenth Amendment, to nullification, to non-commandeering.
But as soon as you start talking about that, everybody talks about civil war, civil war, civil war.
So these people put together an army and want the military and the law enforcement people to come with them.
And to change it from being about immigration, and to change it from really being about the Tenth Amendment, to look at, we got these yahoos who want to go down there and mix it up.
A fundraiser on Give, Send, Go.
Has raised more than $66,000 for these people.
Anybody ever ask who these people are that they're giving money to?
And people are leaving comments there.
Put on the full armor of God.
Well, again, we're not wrestling against flesh and blood.
If you want to put on the full armor of God, if you want to get involved in spiritual warfare, you don't need law enforcement officers and military to come on your side.
I mean, it's great, you know, but it's not that kind of fight, you understand.
Our weapons are mighty.
Prayer. And standing in the gap for people.
And there's so many things that we can do, but these people want to use physical force.
That's what they're implying.
A convoy organizer told Vice the rallies are supposed to be peaceful, but acknowledged not everybody in the group may be on the same page, and says, and you know what?
There could be some agent provocateurs there.
We realize that we might have infiltrators, that there may be some people who try to subvert us, who jump the convoy, provocateurs.
We may have some, and they're going to have to deal with our security team, and they'll be asked to leave.
Folks, stay away from this group.
I beg you to stay away from them, just as I begged you to stay away from Alex's Stop the Steal and Trump's Save America stuff.
Don't send them money.
Don't put yourself in jeopardy.
It is a trap. It is a trap not only for these people, but for everyone who is a conservative, who is on this side of this issue.
They're going to use this to make everybody look bad, which is what they've done with January 6th.
And by the way, You look at what happened to January 6th people, how they were abandoned and left behind.
Do you want to have that happen again?
Is this biblical? Right?
You know, you're going to talk about the army of God and we're going to fight this war, the spiritual war against darkness and all the rest of this stuff.
All right, let's talk biblical.
Remember the story about Saul?
You know, Saul is king.
And he's going to go to war, but he's got a procedure that he's supposed to follow.
He's supposed to wait for Samuel.
Samuel's going to do the offerings and all this other stuff, right?
As God has prescribed.
But he can't wait.
He's got to do it on his own.
And you know what happened?
Kingdom was taken away from him, given to David.
We have to wait for God's timing.
If we say we're going to be the army of God, then maybe we have to listen to what he says.
Why do you call me Lord, Lord, and you don't do what I say?
We fight the battle in the way that he's prescribed.
Be very wary of people who say they're speaking on behalf of God and telling you to do things that don't even make any worldly sense.
So as Babylon Bee, they see this story.
Babylon Bee's take on it.
Texan has been waiting for this moment his whole life.
Bubba Johnson, a proud Texan and self-proclaimed protector of all things Lone Star, has declared that he's been waiting for this moment his entire life.
The opportunity to finally dust off his arsenal and defend Texas if a civil war or invasion ever breaks out.
For years, Bubba has meticulously curated his collection of firearms, affectionately referring to them as his freedom dispensers.
From his trusty six-shooters to his state-of-the-art assault rifles, Bubba's arsenal rivals that of a small militia, or at least a moderately armed neighborhood watch.
Bubba said, Oh Lord, how blessed am I with a tear in his eye upon reading news that Texas Governor Abbott intends to defend the Texas border no matter what.
And they tried to tell me that I was wasting my time on this here Gatlin gun, the stockpile of C4 explosives, and a fully functioning Civil War cannon.
Who's the dummy now, libs?
I'm afraid that's just a little bit too accurate, as the Babylon Bee is all the time.
Abbott goes on with Tucker again, tells him, you know, he's not backing down, expects the red states to circle the wagon, and expects, and this is the ace in the hole, we're going to circle the wagon, we're going to hang tough, we're not going to do anything to fix the border until Trump gets elected, then he's going to fix it.
That's essentially what they're saying here.
They're going to take a pass on it.
And of course, Trump went for four years without fixing the border.
And yet they all pretend that he did.
Again, that guy who's running in Montana.
Oh yeah, Trump fixed it once.
He'll fix it again. He didn't fix the border, pal.
How delusional can you be?
Yeah, these governors are just reflecting what we the people want.
And so we have to make it clear what we want.
We want them to actually take some action and actually protect the border.
And to stand with the Constitution, but most importantly, to push back against all consolidation in Washington.
We don't want to have Washington superior in every aspect of our life.
And you look at Biden, he is trying to micromanage everything.
He's going to tell you what kind of car to drive, what kind of washing machine to have.
Everything. He's using that to shut everything down.
Ten retired FBI officials and experts in counterintelligence, however, sent warnings to congressional leaders Warning that the Biden administration's policies have facilitated a soft invasion of military-aged men into the United States.
And this has been going on again for quite some time.
It's going back to the Obama administration, through the Trump administration, through this administration.
It continues to get worse the entire time.
It got worse during Trump's administration.
It didn't get better. It got worse.
And it is rapidly getting much worse under the Biden administration.
The threat we called out today is new and unfamiliar, they said.
In its modern history, the U.S. has never suffered an invasion of the homeland, and yet one is unfolding now, said the letter.
Military-age men from across the globe, many from countries or regions not friendly to the United States, are landing in waves on our soil by the thousands, not splashing ashore from a ship or parachuting from a plane, but rather by foot across a border that has been accurately advertised around the world as unprotected with ready access granted.
You know, I've used the analogy many times of this, saying, you know, going back to before Trump got in, I said, why didn't the Nazis ever think about, instead of going through all that Battle of Britain thing, why didn't they just, you know, immigrate into Great Britain?
They'd say, we're here now, you know, just overwhelm them with numbers or something.
Look, when I called it an invasion, I was labeled as hate speech by the ADL five or six years ago.
No, it's longer than that.
It's before Trump. So whatever that works out to.
Seven or eight years ago.
I was hateful because I called it an invasion.
Everybody is calling it an invasion now.
And although these guys may have their own agenda, guess where the money is coming from, as I pointed out on Friday?
The money that is being given to these NGOs where they meet people in South America and Central America and give them cash to take them through the Darien Gap and give them sometimes envelopes of cash, sometimes they give them prepaid cards.
Where's that money coming from?
Billions are coming from the UN. And we continue to give them money.
They're unleashing articles of impeachment against Mallorcas.
But as Chip Roy said, why are we doing these show trials and impeachment hearings today?
And still funding Majorca and the Department of Homeland Security.
You should say the same thing about the UN. Why are we still funding them?
This is why I say nothing is going to be done.
So make sure that you understand before you go full Yahoo on all this stuff.
Make sure you understand where the fault lines lie.
And who is at fault?
These people, there's a lot of political machinations that are going on right now.
And the gears are turning for a lot of things, and the gears are turning for their Game of Thrones.
And just make sure that you don't get yourself caught up in that gear.
A protest is one thing.
A convoy is another one.
Look at the difference, though, between what this Army of God thing and what the truckers' convoy in Canada was about.
That was a truckers' convoy.
There was no rhetoric about, well, we've got to get military men in here.
We've got to get law enforcement people on our side.
This is going to be a fight type of thing.
There's none of that stuff there.
And when they went in and stayed in Ottawa, I showed the pictures at the time.
They had inflatable play areas for the kids.
It was mom and pop type of stuff.
And everybody was just outraged.
That Trudeau and Chrystia Friedland would try to characterize those people as extremists and as terrorists.
But if you go running around saying you've got some kind of, you're following God's order, and you've got to have an army, and we want a real literal army of retired military and law enforcement officers and all the rest of this stuff, that's a piece of cake to make you look like an extremist or terrorist.
What are these people?
Are they controlled opposition or just stupid?
Stupid beyond belief.
Shame on them for doing something like this.
And shame on you if you buy into any of that.

comment again you're listening to the David night show welcome back Johnny freedom says on rumble remember when trump signed the first huge spending bill of like seven hundred billion dollars in the military And MAGA said, oh, more debt is okay if it's for the military.
Yeah, that's right. And we said more debt is okay as well.
Remember the $3.5 trillion and they didn't even want to vote on it?
Thomas Massey forced to vote.
And Trump, in his rage, said we're going to get rid of him.
We're going to primary him out.
That was what really buried us right there as well.
But I want to talk about what is going on with wars abroad.
There's been a lot of developments with that over the weekend as well.
Thank you, Eric. Thank you very much for the tip.
I appreciate that. And let me just say real quickly...
I want to thank people who have sent us contributions.
I've got some stuff here from Dave, North American House Hippo.
I won't read your last name, but thank you very much, Dave, and appreciate the coins, especially the one that has the Federal Reserve on it, says not federal, not a reserve.
That's really good. That's something for people to remember when they get hard money.
and we have a list of some people who have sent contributions since the last time I read.
Carl H, Mitchell E, George Q, Joshua V, Kyle H, Jeffrey C, Manny D, Jeffrey C again, and Ken, Kenneth C. Thank you very much.
That's on Zelle, and I don't have any way to respond to people, let them know that I even got anything there.
So we typically read the names for people who send us contributions with Zelle and with mail, because even if it's something like Cash App, Or Subscribestar, you know, we can respond.
Actually, we don't respond with Subscribestar as much as we should.
I haven't been interacting with that much lately.
But, you know, when somebody sends something to Cash App, I can at least give it a heart, you know, and say thank you for that.
But, by the way, folks, thank you so much for your...
For your support, and as listener Junk Silver did a matching contributions last week, that helped us a great deal.
Other contributions that we got in over the weekend and mail that we had not seen, and I just want to thank everybody.
We have gotten to the goal this month.
And so thank you very much for all that support.
We really do appreciate that because we've had a couple of months where we didn't make it and we missed it by, you know, sometimes 20% or so.
So it's a real blessing to us.
Thank you so much. And so let's talk a little bit about the war here.
The U.S. Navy essentially lost a battle at sea this week.
That's the headline from Zero Hedge.
Well, what are they talking about?
This is a situation where...
The Hooties are firing on the ships going through the different strait there.
This is the Bab-El-Mandeb Strait.
Not Bob, but Bab, I guess.
That's my southern accent, how I describe these Middle Eastern names here.
The U.S. Navy attempted to escort two U.S.-owned and flagged container carriers through that strait into the Red Sea.
But they turned around after coming under Hootie ballistic missile fire.
And so two contradictory narratives soon emerged, says Zero Hedge.
The Hooties say they scored a direct hit on one of the U.S. ships.
While the Pentagon flatly rejected that claim as nonsense, U.S. CENTCOM said the missiles were intercepted with one of them falling into the sea.
But this has given rise to many more questions and answers, and some analysts are calling the hostile encounter a clear loss for the U.S. Navy.
Look, even if they didn't hit the ship, if they had to turn the ship around, is that a loss?
Is that a retreat? So, Armchair W on Twitter made some comments about this, and that's the basis of this Zero Hedge article.
What he said was the press release from CENTCOM, Pentagon, said Iranian-backed Houthi terrorists fired three anti-ship ballistic missiles from Houthi-controlled areas of Yemen toward the U.S.-flagged-owned and operated container ship.
One missile impacted the sea.
The other two missiles were successfully engaged and shot down by the USS Gravely.
There were no reported injuries or damage to the ship.
All well and good, says Zero Hedge, but as it turns out, there was a lot more to the story.
The engagement occurred while two American merchant men were attempting to run the strait from south to north while being covered by the USS Gravely.
As I point out, this ship is an Aegis destroyer.
Its defensive umbrella, they said, should have turned this into a milk run, except that it didn't.
Because CENTCOM admits that one of the tactical ballistic missiles got through the interceptors of this Aegis ship.
And so, as I point out, these are not very demanding targets either.
These are not state-of-the-art missiles.
What they neglected to mention was that it struck about 100 meters from the Maersk, Detroit, the commercial vessel, and that after the attack, the convoy aborted the transit and retreated back to the Arabian Sea rather than press on into enemy fire.
So was the retreat the correct decision?
Probably. Three missiles,
two of them shot down, one of them gets through and gets within 100 yards of the ship.
If it had been better missiles, more of them might have gotten through, and the one that got through the defenses of the Aegis ship might have hit that commercial vessel.
But again, with that close call, they decided to just turn around and go back.
So it was a defeat at sea.
Was this operational plan inadequate?
It says, almost certainly.
It reeks of a complacent assumption that the Houthi missile batteries had actually been suppressed by a few rounds of air raids and that a single Aegis destroyer could handle anything that Houthis could throw at them with no additional contingency planning.
So the problem is, is that, you know, the Pentagon has been so focused on putting men in red high heels that they're not really doing their job.
That's what we've got. This is what...
And over the weekend, you know, not so much that, but the other issue where you had three Americans in the military get killed, and this was at the Jordanian-Syrian border.
The Americans say that it was inside Jordan, but the Jordanian government says, no, it was in Syria, which again...
What are we doing in Syria?
We've got multiple stations there where we're taking the oil, as Trump said.
Let's just go there and take the oil.
Well, that's what they're doing. And you don't get any attention paid to this until there's an attack on those U.S. troops in Syria, where they shouldn't be.
And so whether or not this is in Jordan or if it was in Syria where this attack occurred, you had three American servicemen killed and 25 more injured.
And within mere minutes, you had the war hawks beating the drums in Washington.
Hit them hard, as they were all saying, right?
So you had Tom Cottonmouth of Arkansas.
The snake said, the only answer is a devastating military retaliation against Iran's terrorist forces both in Iran and across the Middle East.
Is that the only thing that we could do about this?
Maybe if we weren't in Syria.
Maybe if we weren't taking the oil.
Maybe if we pursued peace and trade with everyone and entangling alliances with none.
Would that be an answer? Well, not for people like Tom Cottonmouth.
Anything less will confirm that Joe Biden is a coward, unworthy of being commander-in-chief.
In this day and age, does anybody care about somebody being called a coward?
Are they going to have a duel or something?
Then you've got Lindsey.
Lindsey Graham. I am calling on the Biden administration to strike targets of significance inside Iran.
Hit Iran hard!
Hit him now! Says Lindsey Graham.
Yeah. Cheerleader.
Cheerleader. Hit him hard!
Hit him hard! Put him in a dress and give him some pom-poms and he's...
Target Tehran said John Corden from Texas.
That's what he's focused on.
He doesn't care what's happening at the border.
He wants us to go into Tehran.
These people are absolutely disconnected from America.
These people in Washington.
Of course, the neocons have had their sights set on Tehran and hoped for a regime change there going all the way back to the 1990s, says Zero Hedge, but it goes back even further than that.
We could go back to the 1950s if you wanted to, the Shah being instilled by the CIA after they overthrew their government.
Most people in America, the history of Iran begins with the ascent of the Ayatollah Khomeini and the fall of the Shah in the late 70s.
But Caroline Levitt says, well, thankfully Trump's initial statement did not echo the hawkish neocon line.
Or does it? Right?
Again, Trump did not start any new wars.
Good. I'm glad that he didn't start any new wars.
Did he end any of the old wars?
You know, Obama had expanded the wars that he inherited from George W. Bush to seven wars.
And Trump did not end a single one of those.
And Biden didn't end Afghanistan, the Afghanistan war.
That was ended by the Afghans.
So, as I said, the reality is that the year-long, years-long U.S. occupation of Syria, when did that happen and when was it escalated?
Well, that was under Trump, actually, which happens to largely be located in the oil and gas-producing parts of the country.
Got to take the oil, he said.
Have left U.S. forces as sitting ducks, yet without any clear identifiable mission or goal.
And I just say this, look, it is Trump, it is Biden, it's the Democrats, it's the Republicans, even more so the Republicans, pushing for war all the time.
It's not to say that the Democrats won't do it.
They always like to put in Democrats because they know that the Republicans will go along without challenging it.
And they can start the wars.
If it's all Republicans, the Democrats will oppose it just because of partisan reasons.
So it works out best if you've got Republicans supporting a Democrat president taking us to war.
That's the combination that they love to use.
It really does work out well for them.
And everybody just kind of falls in line with these partisan blinders on.
It's only a matter of time, whenever a report of a strike arrives at the White House Situation Room, said the New York Times, officials wonder whether this will be the one that forces, forces, a more decisive retaliation and results in a broader regional war.
Now, there's no forcing involved in this.
Actually, we're forcing the issue by our presence and by provocations, as we do in many different areas, in many different ways, in many different wars.
And so it's just like, you know, these people want to say, well, you know, I was forced to do this and I was forced to do that because of COVID. No, no.
You used COVID as an excuse.
They will use a lucky strike as an excuse to enlarge the wars.
And they are putting people in harm's way, deliberately, hoping that there's going to be some kind of Gulf of Tonkin event, which, by the way, Robert McNamara admitted before he died in a documentary film, The Fog of War, that that was a false flag, that it never happened, that they just manufactured that incident.
Yeah, there wasn't really any attack on the ship.
We just said it was, so we could have a resolution to get involved in the Vietnam War.
This place where the three soldiers were killed and 25 were wounded is an outpost called Tower 22, located very close to the Syrian border, or, you know, depending on which side, we don't know.
It could be on the Syrian side or the Jordanian side.
The casualty rate is so high because soldiers were reportedly sleeping in tents when the drone struck.
The drone appears to have come from Syrian territory.
And again, the Jordanian government points out no Jordanian troops were injured in this.
And they even say this didn't happen on the Jordanian side of the border.
That would tend to back up why no Jordanian soldiers were hurt in this.
But as all of this is happening, Biden is giving a warning about attacking Iran after this kamikaze drone kills the troops.
Ex-UN weapons inspector David Albright, Iran may accelerate its already well-developed nuclear weapons program if the U.S. decides to launch direct strikes on their territory.
Mr. Albright, who has previously claimed that Iran is just five months away from building 12 nuclear weapons.
How many times have we heard this?
This may be true. I don't know.
We've been hearing this for decades.
You remember... Benjamin Netanyahu going before, I think it was the UN, and he had that cartoon poster of like a Looney Tunes bomb, you know, the round ball with a cylinder coming out of it and a fuse coming out of that.
I mean, you know, that was the graphic behind him.
He was just telling everybody that Iran was just a couple of months away from having a nuclear weapon, and we've got to attack him and attack him now, right?
And so we've been hearing this narrative for a very long time.
And, you know, excuse me if I dismiss it.
I guess you can cry wolf for a very long time.
Eventually, maybe the wolf will come.
But it certainly does sound like Greta Thunberg and Al Gore.
You know, we've only got a couple months left before the planet melts down.
Well, the planet may melt down if they can start a nuclear war and they really want to do it.
So, again, I've heard that Iran is just a few months away from building nuclear bombs for a very long time.
And it may be true. But they have a history of crying wolf, don't they?
He agreed that it's important that the U.S. send a clear message by targeting the militants who are responsible for the killings.
But he urged Biden not to launch any direct strikes on Iran to avert a wider conflict amid heightened tensions.
So maybe this guy is telling us the truth if he doesn't want to expand at war, because we know that is the motivation behind all these Republican senators speaking out.
They want to invade Iran and have wanted to for decades.
He said, you certainly don't want to attack Iran now by any means, but you do need to retaliate.
Certainly any retaliation should be directed at the group with a message to Iran, control your proxies.
One of the reasons to do that is that you don't want Iran to feel it's being backed into a corner where it feels that building nuclear weapons is its best way out.
Iran has quite a nuclear weapons capability that they've put together over the last 20-something years.
By the way, one of these senators said, you know, we've got to send them the message, got to send Biden the message.
Don't strike at the tentacles of the octopus.
You've got to hit him in the head.
You've got to invade Iran.
So they're saying exactly the opposite of this guy.
He said it was expected that one of these would kill Americans eventually, as the crude missiles were often used in swarms to overpower their targets.
Again, why are we in Syria?
Or, if we're not in Syria, why are we right there at the Syrian-Jordan border?
Because we've got other troops that are in Syria?
And why are we there? To steal their oil?
They're pretty effective drones.
They're not fast.
I'm sure the ones that they copied probably had a jet engine, but the ones that they reversed engineered ended up having a propeller.
It's well documented that the engine sounds like a lawnmower, but it has very good guidance system and an anti-jamming system, too, so it can often reach the target.
They can be shot down, and they often are, but as this case shows, they can also get through.
Typically, when they've been launched in Ukraine, they're launched in barrages in the hope that 10% or 20% will hit their targets.
So, Albright, I don't know if he's in any relation to Madeline, previously said that the rogue state's enrichment of uranium was a hair's breadth from 90%, the level most desired to create a nuclear bomb.
He said the unfortunate reality is that Iran already knows how to build nuclear weapons, although there are some unfinished tasks related to the actual construction of them.
Which then brings us to Nikki Haley, who as she was holding a rally in South Carolina, You know, this is the place where they elected her twice, and then at the very end of the New Hampshire campaign, just before the vote, she called them all a bunch of Deep South bigots who she had to live amongst growing up in South Carolina.
Then she goes down there to try to get them to vote for her a third time.
Well, as she was there...
They heckled her. She began calling on Biden to put Iran sanctions back in place and to, quote, make sure we show American strength.
It's the only way to get that done.
None of us wants new wars.
But then she's pushing a new war, always.
And so one person began yelling, a man began yelling, we're sick of wars.
And the crowd began booing.
And he approached the stage and tore her sign in half in front of her before storming off.
Well, there you go.
Yeah, we really are sick of wars.
And we're sick of a government that is at war with us as well.
And so when we come back, we're going to talk about the SWAT teams.
There's a lot of SWATing that's going on of elected officials.
Isn't that interesting? We've had a lot of...
Federal officials, Nikki Haley's family got SWATed.
And how do they react?
Well, we need to pass a law to make it more of a crime to SWAT us.
They don't talk about stopping the SWAT teams.
And so we're going to talk about that in light of this double system of justice.
Everybody talks about that in terms of Donald Trump.
But nobody talks about that in terms of one standard for all of us.
And another standard for them.
So we're going to take a quick break and we will be right back.

That helps us with visibility, which is a big problem for this program.
They do everything they can to restrict our visibility.
So that'd be one way that you could fight back that'd be very, very effective.
So we really do need and appreciate the financial support.
But if you could also like the stream and share it with other people, and especially pray for us.
We know that God is the one who provides for this broadcast and keeps us here, so we really do need and appreciate your prayers.
But let me read some of the comments here on Rumble, talking about the army of God, or God's army, or whatever they want to call themselves.
Obsolete Man 1776 said, I tried to warn them before they went.
It says, set up written all over it.
He says, just like, you know, January the 6th, he's saying.
As did David try to warn them, but they did not listen.
This is all a setup to put more Americans in jail using the Patriot Act.
Yes. And not just to get to entrapped individuals.
That's bad enough. But they use this as a way to demonize everybody, even people speaking out at a school board meeting.
Oh, you're a dangerous, radical terrorist because you people are violent extremists.
You're capable of doing anything.
If we get you riled about something, then we need to use force against you.
That's the purpose of this.
This is the overarching purpose.
It's going to be much bigger.
If they do something like this, it'll be much bigger, just like January the 6th was much bigger.
They put it to a much bigger use.
Stealth Patriots said maybe the feds won't be able to control the battlefield so much at the Texas border.
D.C. surveillance was a downfall of a lot of J6ers.
Well, actually, I think as we see some of these tapes coming out, you realize that they selectively edited the footage that they had, right?
And so as some of this footage is coming out, we're seeing evidence that some of these people committed perjury.
They were there. Some of the Capitol Police.
I've got an article about that here.
And so what it tells us is that they control the media.
They tell people.
They selectively show you what they want to show you.
And that's going to be the case regardless of where this is.
They will construct a narrative around this, regardless of whether or not there's cameras everywhere.
On Rumble, Geese Busters, good to see you there.
He says, 123 dead journalists in Gaza.
Does that tell you they don't want true reporting out there?
Yeah. Yeah, it does.
And the guy, the one guy in particular, the one, and there's been other journalists in Ukraine, but the one that was arrested and nobody wanted to do anything to secure his release, now dead, kidnapped in Ukraine.
But let's talk about swatting.
Tom Emmer, who is the House Majority Whip, he's like the number three guy.
So you've got the Speaker, you've got the, I think the number two is the Leader, the third one is the Whip.
He's the one that tries to get a sense of how people are going to vote on a particular bill or something like that.
Tom Emmer said his home was swatted Saturday evening with police responding after a fake 911 call.
He said, tonight my family and I were the target of a swatting incident involving a 911 prank call that went wrongly, that wrongly diverted a police presence to my home.
Sadly, this illegal and dangerous scheme is being used nationwide to target elected officials.
Oh, really?
Hey, talk about a two-tier system.
Let me correct that for Tom Emmer, right?
Swatting is illegal and dangerous tactic, period.
Against anybody, against you, against other people.
And we have had, going back to the 90s, I remember a guy, California, I think his last name was Scott.
He was a wealthy guy, a millionaire in California.
He had some land that California wanted, the state of California wanted, but they didn't want to pay him for it.
And he was fighting them in court over them trying to get it from him.
And so it was a good bit of land.
And somebody said, well, I think we've got some marijuana plants here.
And this is the early 90s.
And so this is just the beginning of the SWAT stuff.
They do a no-knock raid, bust into his home.
He thinks, you know, criminals bust in.
He's living out in the middle of the woods.
Like any of us would do, he goes to the door with a gun, coming down the steps with a gun to see what's going on, and they shot him dead.
Then they took his land.
And, you know, when you look at civil asset forfeiture, when you look at these SWAT team raids, What is something like a SWAT team raid doing in a country that is supposed to be a free country?
This is antithetical to everything that our country is supposed to, the rule of law and all the rest of this stuff.
The SWAT teaming thing never happened until Daryl Gates started militarizing the LA police back in the...
Late 80s, and then we saw with the Rodney King riots when that happened, did they use those militarized police to keep order?
No, they used them to protect police stations and town hall and politicians and things like that.
And these SWAT raids have been conducted on innocent people.
They've been conducted by mistake, not by prank.
You've had situations where they throw a flashbang grenade into a baby's crib.
That's happened more than once.
These yahoos show up and they assassinate people through a window.
What role does this have in America?
And the only response of these politicians is to talk about how horrible it is that somebody would do it to them.
But they're not talking about getting rid of this tactic of no-knock SWAT team raids.
Not talking about that.
As I've said many times, going back to 1984, looking at Brazil, Terry Gilliam did that.
That very tactic of a no-knock raid conducted on somebody who was an innocent person, mistakenly identified, That was the subplot, the thing that kicked off his dystopian Orwellian version of 1984.
He did it in 1984 and it was so over the top when he showed it.
And yet this is happening. This is standard procedure now.
And yet when it happens, these politicians, they want to keep the no-knock raids, but they just want to come after anybody that directs it at them.
Typical. How despicable these people are.
Numerous members of Congress have been targeted by the fake calls in recent weeks.
Swatting consists of making fake threats of violence to police to invoke a threatening response that could put the victim at risk.
Other recent victims include Nikki Haley, who also on Saturday said her home was targeted by a hoax call last month.
I don't know if she's just making that up or if it really happened.
You know, Tom Emmer says, me too, me too.
Marjorie Taylor Greene has had that happen.
Brandon Williams, Republican of New York, also got swatted.
Rick Scott, Senator from Florida, got swatted.
And he and Tommy Tuberville have unveiled a bill earlier this month aimed at increasing the penalties for swatting incidents.
So what are you going to do when the no-knock raid kills innocent people because they go to the wrong house or whatever?
What are you going to do about that? Well, nothing.
If somebody deliberately sends the police, but the police make a mistake and they do a no-knock raid and people die?
No, that's just the way it works.
You know, we have people who are so upset about Trump and his $83 million judgment here.
But do you understand that civil asset forfeiture, the people don't even get a trial?
They don't even get a trial.
And when you look at, we've had a lot of these cases and talked about it so many times in Chicago, other jurisdictions like that.
They'll do the civil asset forfeiture, the so-called civil asset forfeiture, and both of these things.
Civil asset forfeiture and the SWAT teams, all justified by their war on drugs that they've been losing for over 50 years.
53 years now.
But, you know, when you've got people in Chicago, they deliberately target, and other jurisdictions will do the same thing.
They say, well, if you want to challenge this, we're going to steal your car.
We're going to charge your car with a crime.
We're not going to get a conviction on you.
As a matter of fact, we're not even going to charge you with a crime.
So you're not going to get any due process.
We're just going to take the car.
You know, like Trump was saying about guns with the red flag laws.
Except this has been going on for quite some time.
And they found that the police, they said, if you want to get your property back, we're going to steal your property.
If you want to challenge that, it's on you.
You have to pay $1,000 to initiate the process to try to prove that your property is innocent to get it back.
And guess what? They target people who have cars that are about $1,000 because it doesn't make any economic sense for them, number one, to challenge this.
And then number two, they know these people are soft targets because they don't have the money to hire lawyers and do that kind of stuff.
It's just a gang of thieves out there robbing stuff from people.
And so getting back to Trump and his $83 million.
This is a guy who's a multi-billionaire.
And let me tell you something.
The cops coming around with civil asset forfeiture and stealing a $1,000 car from somebody in Chicago is a much greater loss than even $83 million from Trump.
But Trump is all lawyered up, and he loves this.
He loves the attention. It's the juice to his campaign.
He mocks these judges.
He talks back to them.
He gestures. He does clown antics, and everybody's like, oh my, did you see what Trump did about this?
He loves the attention.
And it paints him as a victim.
And even when he gets an $83 million loss, he's not going to pay a penny of that.
I'm telling you, he's not going to pay any of it.
Because he's going to continue to appeal it.
And after the election is over, he'll get rid of Alina Haba and he'll get a real lawyer instead of a model.
And then he will win in these cases because these juries are rigged against him.
But at least he gets a jury.
You don't get a jury if they take your stuff.
What kind of a law is this?
What kind of a land is this?
It's a lawless land.
Where you've got local police incentivized by a criminal federal government to be a partner in the crime.
You steal that property.
And you do it for us.
You do it for the federal government. We'll keep 20%.
We'll give 80% of it back to your police department.
This is why this stuff is happening.
And everybody's got their panties in a wad about Donald Trump.
I couldn't care less about him.
All this nonsense that is going on.
It's just a show trial.
One way for both sides there.
So again, going back to the SWAT thing.
Nikki Haley said the police had guns drawn on her parents after the SWAT incident.
You know, if looks could kill. But look, nobody died with Nikki Haley's family.
I've been reporting this for years.
And it's not an uncommon thing for them to go to the wrong house, for them to kill people at the wrong house.
And they don't care about that.
They're not going to stop these no-knock raids, and that's the problem.
It's the no-knock raids, which is not what they're going to address.
You want to talk about elitism?
You want to talk about double standards?
And since we got Nikki Haley here coming from India, talk about a caste system.
You know, we're the untouchables.
She's the Brahmin class.
You know, they get to do whatever they want.
But the rest of us, we just have to live with whatever they do to us.
So Haley said on Sunday, it put law enforcement officers in danger.
Did it really? Were they in danger from her parents?
No. It puts us in danger and you don't care anything about us.
And neither do these other people who got swatted.
The U.S. has the biggest government in the history of the world.
By a very large margin.
And this is from Michael Snyder.
And he looks at it simply from an economic standpoint.
That's easy to measure. You can look at it from the number of people in the government.
Yeah, bigger than the Roman Empire.
By a large margin.
You can look at it at the amount of money that is spent by the American government.
Today the United States has the biggest government in the history of the world and it gets bigger with every passing year, says Michael.
There's no way our politicians will ever agree to reduce the size of the federal government to an appropriate size.
So we're stuck with this system until the day that it finally collapses.
They won't even stop with the no-knock raids.
And that's the key thing.
That's the key thing. That's even more important to me than all the money stuff.
Approximately 3 million people work for the federal government.
The federal government spent $6 trillion in 2023.
That figure is larger than the GDP of every nation on the entire planet except for the U.S. and China.
And then he talks about all the people that are on welfare systems, various welfare systems, from food stamps to, you know, welfare systems.
Because this is the way they control us.
Handing out the money to the population on a regular basis is the way they control us.
It's always about the money.
That's why people don't understand.
Oh, Trump didn't do it. It was the governor's.
He paid them to do it.
This is said, you know, Hillary Clinton was at your daughter's wedding.
I paid her to be there.
Well, he paid all these governors, Democrat and Republican, to do what they did.
And he put Fauci on the pedestal.
That's how this always operates.
Michael Snyder says we cannot provide enough money to keep it going, and so the federal government has been piling up insane amounts of debt.
The combined wealth, as I reported last week, of Elon Musk, Jeff Bezos, Mark Zuckerberg, Bill Gates, Ken Griffin, Mark Cuban, Ray Dalio, George Soros, all of their wealth combined would not even pay the interest on our national debt for one year.
That's why when you talk about the...
As I talked about earlier, it said, well, their goal is to disunify America to make sure that the federal deficit collapses and all this kind of stuff.
And it's like, that's done.
You can put a checkmark by that.
You know, we're just waiting for it to go through the motions.
You know, it's a hollowed-out tree just waiting for a stiff breeze to come along and blow it over.
Jeffrey Epstein's brother says the Department of Justice Suicide Report is BS, and he demands a new investigation.
To which I would say, who cares?
Do you really care? Do you really care if Jeffrey Epstein was killed in prison?
Frankly, I don't. I care what happens to the January Sixers.
I care what happens to Julian Assange.
I don't really care what happened to Jeffrey Epstein.
Unless you had Mossad or the CIA fared him out of there.
If he really died, I don't really care if he committed suicide or somebody killed him, quite frankly.
He deserved it. With his crimes.
And so why are they focusing on this?
Why is Tucker focused on this?
You know, Tucker interviewed Mark Epstein, Jeffrey Epstein's brother.
And the conservative press is constantly talking about this.
You know, well, was he killed in prison and everything?
You know, when Tucker was talking to him about that, and again, it is sensational.
It is to build audience.
But when you look at what Epstein did, I mean, this is a guy, he's a spy, he's blackmailing people, he's blackmailing them by sexually trafficking children.
I just talked last week about how this, one of these Tennessee three people, the woman, The people who ran a literal insurrection against the Tennessee Capitol, they got up close, personal, pushed and shoved legislators and everything.
And the state police who were trying to protect them, and state police kept their cool.
Anyway, these insurrectionists, the three leaders of the insurrection, one of them is running for Senate against Marsha Blackburn, and she's the only person who voted against the death penalty for child rapists.
I'm with a majority.
I think that Jeffrey Epstein should have had a death penalty.
And I'm serious about that.
There's no question about what he did.
My concern with the death penalty is whether or not it can be fairly determined.
I don't have a lot of confidence in our system of justice, frankly, to do a fair trial for anybody.
But when it can be accurately determined what was going on, and it was accurately determined with Jeffrey Epstein, I think a death penalty is warranted.
And yet, what do they talk about?
You know, what was this?
Did they murder him and then cover it up?
And yet, Mark Epstein had said before this Tucker interview that his brother had said to him that if the American people knew what I know, if the American people knew what Jeffrey Epstein knew about the Clintons and about Trump, They would demand that this election be canceled in 2016.
Tucker didn't ask him about that.
I mean, isn't that something that you'd be curious to know more about?
Isn't that a big story?
No, instead he asked whether or not this guy committed suicide or was killed.
And again, it just goes back to the fact that, you know, Epstein, when he came to power, there were three billionaires.
That really helped support him.
And this is what people were saying in the 1990s, before Jeffrey Epstein was identified as doing all this stuff.
And so at that point in time, like Alan Dershowitz said, well, if you're anybody in New York, you partied with Trump and with Epstein.
Three billionaires made this guy.
And Trump was one of those three.
And they were playboy buddies at the time.
But, of course, Trump is the guy that we want to save us, right?
So the ADL has alerted law enforcement to Matt Walsh, Chris Ruffo, and Libs of TikTok.
Why? Well, again, this is the banning, the canceling, the punishment of anybody that goes against any narrative that they've got out there.
And this narrative is a very evil narrative.
Because what Matt Walsh and libs of TikTok are focused on is the sexualization of kids.
Which is much broader than what Jeffrey Epstein did.
You know, this is doing it to everybody through our own institutions.
That we pay taxes to support.
That we should know what is happening there.
So the ADL is now flagging them and other people.
Saying that they are amplifying LGBT hate because they put out things like this, Brave New Teacher.
And this teacher, by the way, this is from Libs of TikTok.
And she said, you know, pray for these kids because this is a person who is on their school board.
Let's face it, homosexuality happens.
In fact, in the animal kingdom, gay and lesbian sex is pretty much as common as straight sex.
Boys on boys, girls on girls, boys on girls, boys on boys on boys on girls.
You get the picture. So the next time someone tells you that the natural union is between one male and one female, you might want to remind them that the only added benefit of a male-female partnership is the possibility to produce offspring.
If we're going to call natural all the stuff that actually happens in nature, then boys having sex with boys and girls having sex with girls is completely natural.
Yeah, your school board member.
Three ways, whatever you want to call it.
Don't knock it till you've tried.
There she is with her snake.
So if she puts this up, and she puts it up on TikTok for people to see this publicly, because she's proud of that.
It's not invading her privacy.
It's not doxing her.
She's putting this up publicly, and if libs of TikTok shows you what's going on with this person who's on the school board in a particular area, well, the ADL says that's hate.
No, it's not hate, it's truth.
They hate the truth. They hate children, by the way. And here's another one. This is also from Libs of TikTok.
This is a teacher who is a hardcore Marxist socialist activist talking about and just listen and if you're watching this, look at the joy.
And she's talking about what she does with her young kids as she turns them into little radicals.
It's my favorite day of the school year.
Every year, right around MLK Day, either the Friday before or the Friday after, my high school hosts an entire day of learning and service.
So just to be clear, we give them MLK Day off and we have another day where instead of classes, we have like a whole day of learning.
Let me show you. First, donuts, obviously.
But here you can see the entire schedule.
This is an entire school day, right?
This isn't just like a one-hour assembly.
This is from 9 to 3.
We start off with our entire school hearing some opening words from our fearless leader, Akina, our head of diversity, equity, and inclusion, and of course, Louise, our social and emotional wellness coordinator, who talks about how to have uncomfortable conversations and learn about difficult topics.
I didn't get any videos from the morning session because I was leading one of them.
The biggest one, no big deal.
But basically kids get to choose.
They kind of rank their choices from what the teachers are offering.
This year you can see we had a lot of things.
We had a banned book activity where they're specifically looking at children's books and reading them and why they've been banned.
I talked about banned history and conversations around like the teaching of U.S. history.
There's a lot of stuff in there, right, that you can see.
But after we have the small group sessions, we brainstorm questions for our panelists and then we come back.
Then we hear from a panel of amazing community leaders and activists and educators.
Pause if you want to see the list of people that we got this year.
It was incredible. And it's always amazing to me to see the students that want to stick around at the end and have one-on-one conversations.
So wonderful. Then, after lunch, obviously, we're giving them breaks, right?
After lunch, we break out into our afternoon activities.
And we normally try to make these, whereas the morning is focused on learning and educating ourselves.
We want the afternoon to be about action.
So that might be creating protest music, right?
Some of our music kids, like, go in and they learn about different protest music.
Sometimes they write their own. That might be learning about protest literature.
That might be... Making activist posters that might be going out into the community.
So one of our groups just went and they visited Black-owned businesses.
They went and had lunch at this amazing Ethiopian restaurant in Austin and then visited our Black-owned bookstore.
I took students on the Black Austin walking tour.
It was incredible. Everyone say, hi!
History! Anyway, it's just an amazing day.
It's one of my favorite days. Well, you get the idea.
She's a hardcore Marxist activist.
Very proud of it. Very energetic.
It's really what motivates her.
That's her entire life. It's radicalizing little kids.
And other people, their entire life is sexualizing little kids.
And we're paying for this.
We're paying taxes for this.
A major expense of your home is your property tax.
And if you don't have a mortgage or something like that, you don't see this itemized, understand that it's still there wherever you're living.
It's embedded if you are not buying your house or have a home mortgage or even own it.
It's there with what you rent.
That's always it. They just don't show it to you as a renter.
I have a comment on Rockfin.
Christopher Lynam says, the United States is now a lawless society in the major metropolitan areas.
This has been a trend since the 1970s.
Truth be told, crime is running rampant in this country.
It absolutely is. We're going to take a quick break, and we will be right back, and we'll talk a little bit more about what is happening with the election.
We'll be right back. Whether you're feeling like the blues...
Or bluegrass.
APS Radio has you covered.
Check out a wide variety of channels on our app at APSradio.com.
Here's a little song I wrote.
You might want to hear it in your heart.
You know nothing.
And we had a...
Ain't got no cash, ain't got no car, but 24 booster shots in your arm.
Oh, nothing. Be happy.
You can't even buy shit in the store because of your low social credit score.
Oh, nothing.
Be happy.
You owe nothing.
Oh And be happy.
Be happy and eat the bugs.
Yeah. As a matter of fact, eating the bugs, they are doing everything they can to come after the farmers.
And farmers are pushing back, but it's not being reported much.
And most people are not very interested.
It's kind of interesting, you know, when I go to Breitbart, for example, I see what people are commenting on.
And it's not always what is interesting or important.
Certainly not what is important.
Everybody is commenting on Trump's trials and tribulations.
But when it comes to shutting down the farmers and shutting down our food supply, just a handful of things, we don't care about that.
And it's interesting to see in the Netherlands, you know, as they're coming after the farmers there, a vast majority of the people not standing with them.
At the very beginning. And here we have a tech startup that is going to create AI-powered robots that can be retrofitted to autonomously drive any tractor.
Yeah, we've got to have that.
Why? I don't want any farmers out there because they might take those tractors and protest if you're going to shut down our food supply.
It's coming from Wine Press News.
Maybe they can call it John Steer.
Because John Deere has already made it clear that you don't really own your John Deere tractor.
So be happy about that.
Going back many years ago, as I pointed out last week, Eric Peters and I were talking about the Digital Millennium Copyright Act and how they were making it off-limits for farmers to be able to repair their John Deere or anybody other than John Deere to repair the John Deere.
Even if you bought the John Deere part, you have to have it installed by John Deere or they brick the thing.
And that's been over a decade they've been doing that.
And so, essentially, you don't own your tractor, even if you paid for it.
And it's sitting there.
Because they've got you with the Copyright Act.
And so I guess now, since you don't own the tractor, and they own the tractor, they can drive it themselves, right?
So we've got on Rumble, Birdhouse Blue says, whatever happened to kids playing kickball at school?
Yeah, whatever happened to them learning things that they could use in life?
Well, see, the problem is that school was never really about liberating minds.
It was not about teaching people the tools of learning.
That's what people like Dorothy Sayers and many people who talk about the trivium, and you'll see that type of stuff if you start looking into educating your kids in a way that, you know, people are really serious about educating kids.
They'll look at that. They'll look at critical thinking and other things like that, but...
That's not what they're doing in schools.
Schools have been about social engineering even when I was in school.
They were starting to dumb things down, but it's escalating.
It's really rapidly collapsing.
M Sellers said, I used to sub at a local public school.
They waste so much of their day doing absolutely nothing.
Well, that's something else that people understand once they homeschool their kids.
They realize that they can do enough to keep up with or surpass what they do in the schools in just a few hours in the morning.
And then the kids are free to follow their own pursuits, their own interest, or to have fun the second part of the day.
It really is a freeing experience, and they really do waste kids' time.
And they want to keep the kids there for a long time because that allows that they do the babysitting and the childcare so that mother and father can both go to work and pay taxes and support the corporations.
I thought it was interesting, this article by Dr.
Sherry Tenpenny. What does the decimation of North American buffalo herds have in common with 15-minute cities?
And I was really happy to see that somebody else was talking about the Indian reservation system as being a precursor to the smart cities, to Agenda 21, to the 15-minute cities, and all these different things.
You know, first they called it Agenda 21, then they called it the UN 2030 Agenda for Sustainability, and smart cities appeared.
That was about 2015.
Now, within the last year or two, they started talking about 15-minute cities.
But all of this... Harkens back to the American Indian reservations.
And I've talked about it for a very long time, and I said, it is really scary when you stop and think about it, because this is something that our government has already done.
It's already locked people into a reservation system that you can't get off of it.
And we're going to have this administrated by federal employees.
And they're going to be incredibly corrupt, and they're going to punish people if they even have a garden.
This has been done in America to American Indians for a long time.
And so Dr.
Sherry Tenpenny picks it up at the point where they're destroying their food source, because that's where we are right now.
You know, you'll own nothing, you'll eat the bugs, and we'll take over even the tractors.
And that's what they did. That's how they began the whole process, the buffalo killers.
As she points out, the 1800s U.S. government played a definitive role in shaping the fate of Native Americans.
How did they do it? The government allowed the decimation of the buffalo herds in the Great Plains.
When the buffalo were gone, it was easier to force Native Americans onto reservations.
Why? Because their primary food source was gone.
As a matter of fact, tying those two things together, we've been talking a little bit about the Civil War.
If you go back and The general who was in the Civil War and then he went out west and fought in the Indian Wars, General Philip Sheridan, was the one who said the only good Indian is a dead Indian.
And before he said that, during the Civil War in Shenandoah, the Shenandoah Valley, incredibly fertile area, But he said, by the time I'm finished with this place, a crow won't be able to fly from one end of the Shenandoah Valley to the other without carrying his own food with him.
He said, it's coming after the food.
It's coming after groups of people and isolating them, killing them, but taking away their food.
Source is the primary way that they did this.
The U.S. government allowed vast overhunting, so much so that the 30 to 60 million buffalo that once roamed the plains were reduced to only about 300 by 1899.
It was breathtaking and staggering loss.
Thankfully, the U.S. conservation groups established a bison reserve in Yellowstone, and since then, the numbers have rebounded.
But again, it is the same tactic that we see now, coming after the food supply.
with the end goal of taking this group that you want to control and completely isolating and containing them and the other part of the Indian reservation that I've always talked about is the fact that a key part of it was To not only take their food supply, but to relocate them to another area You know, this is the type of thing that they're going to try to do With this UN agenda this Davos agenda
We'll try to relocate us.
We'll try to take us off of our land.
We'll try to put us into big cities, hopefully for them, somewhere that is far enough away that we can't get back to our familiar stomping grounds.
But they also took the children, which is what we've just been talking about.
They took the children away from the Indians, and they transported them back to the East Coast and put them in boarding schools because they wanted to completely eradicate Any ties to their family, any ties to their culture, to their religion, and that's what they're doing right now.
Very systematic. And this same system has already been enacted here in the United States.
The Native Americans suffered a worse fate than the buffalo.
U.S. officials welcomed this devastating hunting as an end to their means.
No buffalo meant no food, and it was a way to force the Natives to settle on the reservations.
And so, you have to understand how, again, history does not repeat, but it rhymes.
Very much so.
The promises of the reservation sounded very much like the false allure of the 15-minute cities being offered to us by today's global elites.
Before considering this city concept to be an ideal utopia, be reminded that Native Americans still live in abject poverty today.
One of the most regulated populations on Earth.
It hasn't really changed that much.
There are 55 million acres of land on Native American reservations, but only 5% of that land is privately owned.
The federal government owns and operates the rest under the guise of the Bureau of Indian Affairs, part of the Department of the Interior.
The Native American poverty rate is nearly double that of the rest of the U.S. With many people living without electricity, without plumbing, without other basic human needs, alcoholism and violence against women are rampant.
It is tragic, says Sherry Tenpenny.
The Bureau of Indian Affairs tells it differently, though.
They say, we promote safe and quality living environments, strong communities, self-sufficiency, and individual rights, while enhancing the protection of the lives, prosperity, and well-being of the American Indians and the Alaska Natives.
She says, have any of the appointed bureaucrats of the BIA ever visited or spent any time on a reservation that they're supposed to oversee?
And when you look at The pushback by Indians as they talk about how corrupt the people who run this are.
And of course there are other Indians who are running it.
That's the most effective way.
That is always the way they run this tyranny.
As they get people that are like you, the people who are unlike you, who are targeting you, get people who are like you to be your taskmasters, your slave owners.
And so these kids that I played these clips for you, they're going to school, they're learning to hate people because of their skin color or their religion or this or that.
They're learning to be Marxist revolutionaries, and they don't realize that they're youthful, youthful idiots who are being enslaved themselves.
Everything is about tearing down our society, tearing down monuments and memorials, because they've got some kind of a connection to slavery.
And they tell us everything in our society, everything in the UK, everything in America is all about slavery.
So it all has to be torn down, ultimately.
Everything must be torn down.
So we're going to take a quick break, and when we come back, like I said, we're going to take a look a little bit more at the election process.
Sometimes your day needs a little smoothing.
Check out the jazz channel at APS radio.com and the APS radio app and leave the stress behind behind.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
Well, as the Daily Caller says, we're in the midst of a presidential election, and yet not a single major presidential candidate has published even a plan to do anything about the fiscal train wreck that is coming in 2025.
They don't care. Who cares?
Right? This is going to be about Trump versus Biden.
Who do you hate the most?
Well, then vote for the other guy, no matter how much of a rascal he is.
Oh, by the way, you know, who cares about the financial side?
Have you heard about the latest Trump ordeal in court?
I mean, this is just, it's reality TV. It's tabloid TV. It's the gong show.
It's that low level of stuff.
Nobody even bothers to have a debate.
You know, when Trump ran in 2016, as I pointed out, I looked at it and it's like, well, you know, I don't know.
I don't really trust this guy based on what I know about him.
And I had not watched most of what he had done at that point in time.
But I knew some of the things that he had done.
And I knew about how he, you know...
It was the playboy who divorced his wives and then kicked them as he's throwing them out the door, which he wound up doing to everybody in his cabinet.
I'd never watched The Apprentice, but I knew he was a casino playboy guy and everything.
But you don't really know what he was going to do.
And it wasn't really a surprise that he went against his vows to his supporters, his oaths to the Constitution, when he had done that to his wives.
Again, as I've said, divorce is something that is so common in our society that you never know when there's a divorce.
I don't blame one person or the other.
It could be one person's fault completely, or it could be the fault of both in a way.
It's not for me to judge about that, but what was unusual about Trump was how proud he was of kicking his wives to the curb.
A real character flaw.
And so when we're looking at it in the 2016 campaign, he had somebody in his campaign, as I pointed out last week, put up a great plan about how to move against Obamacare, because that was a thing back then.
Now, we've not only forgotten about Obamacare, but we went way beyond that.
We had, during the Trump lockdowns of 2020, you are not allowed to take this, but you must have that.
And that was the endgame.
You know, people are talking about, well, the government is going to force you to have this or deny you health care.
That was the big fear about Obamacare.
It wasn't that it was going to be more expensive.
Yes, it was more expensive. It was not affordable.
It was not the Affordable Care Act.
It was a lot more expensive. But the key thing was they're going to deny you health care.
What do we see? Well, that's what this was all used for here.
You're not going to be able to take ivermectin, for example, even though it's got a long safety record and you're just using it as off-label.
No, you're not going to be allowed to do that.
You must have this other stuff.
And so we wound up, even though they were talking about, in the Trump campaign, how we can get away from Obamacare, they were talking about how we could have a real market in health care.
That all got memory hold as soon as he got elected.
But this time around, nobody's even putting out a plan for anything to do.
They're not even talking about that.
They're not debating anything.
They're not putting out any plans for what they want to do with anything.
And we've got all of these existential problems that are hanging over us like the sword of Damocles, and they don't care.
Daily Caller, presidential candidates don't appear to have a plan to tackle the pending fiscal crises that they need to address early in their second term.
Because now we're looking Biden or Trump, right?
Several provisions in the 2017 Tax Cut and Jobs Act are set to expire next year.
The debt ceiling is likely to run out again because they've just kicked the can down the road until I think it was March or something.
And so this train wreck that is right around the corner, this stuff is actually like material to the purpose of governance and yet nobody has given it any thought, says the Daily Caller.
No candidate appears to have given it any thought.
No campaign appears to have given it any thought.
And so it suggests that the candidates in the campaigns are not yet serious about doing any governing.
Said a deputy assistant to the president.
Former deputy assistant to the president.
I'm not sure which president that was.
Was it Biden or Trump?
Name is Mike McKenna.
He was talking to the Daily Caller.
Because you got Trump, you got Biden, you got Nikki Haley, all these people, even the DeSantis campaign, none of them had anything that any fiscal plan That was going to address this fiscal tsunami that is facing us.
Nobody wanted to talk about it.
Now, DeSantis did want to talk about Big Brother Digital Money and CBDC early on.
And when he gave a 20-minute conference, the first question was, yeah, but what about Trump's indictment in Manhattan?
It's like, that didn't have anything to do with me.
Oh, well, you don't support Trump.
We hate you now. And he plummets in the polls, right?
So, anyway, the health plan, it's just, there was no plan for doing the wall either.
Right? He had a detailed health plan, but he didn't have a health plan for the wall.
He didn't really need to have one.
He could have done it again himself, but nothing happened with that.
As John Quinn at the Burning Platform says, there is no voting ourselves out of this.
This election isn't going to fix this, folks.
Because these people don't even want to talk about the existential problems that are in front of us.
They don't have any plan to do it.
And nobody is asking them.
Nobody wants them to debate this.
Nobody is asking them any questions.
We're just going to line up and follow whatever they do.
Just like Fauci and his Simon Says This, Simon Says That.
That's what everybody wants.
They just want to make sure that it's their dictator that is in Washington.
So Jim Quinn says, you know, Frederick Bastiat, who wrote The Law about two centuries ago, has a quote from him.
When misguided public opinion honors what is despicable and despises what is honorable, when it punishes virtue and rewards vice, when it encourages what is harmful and discourages what is useful, when it applauds falsehood and smothers truth under indifference or insult, A nation turns its back on progress and can be restored only by the terrible lessons of catastrophe.
So Jim Quinn says, looks like the only way we're going to get restoration is through catastrophe.
Because we don't even want to talk about it.
We're going to have to go through that train wreck and pick our way out of it.
Those manipulating the minds of the masses through mass media propaganda, government school indoctrination, complete control of narratives spun by those who want to destroy our nation.
Those people have convinced the masses that wrong is right, that abnormal is normal, that deviant is ordinary, that lies are truth, that slavery is freedom, that ignorance is understanding, dependence is liberty, and that government is here to help you.
We even had the Department of Education Secretary for Biden say that.
Ronald Reagan said, we're from the government.
We're here to help you. And he said, yeah, that's what you'd be afraid of.
So when we look at this, as I said last week, it's amazing to see conservative media articles and say, what's the matter with these stupid liberals?
They can't see how everybody's getting sick and dying from these vaccines.
They can't see the escalation.
Not everybody, but a tremendous uptick.
And people dying and dying suddenly and dying from these new conditions.
They can't see that? What's the matter with those stupid liberals?
And yet that same publication will not talk about Trump's connection to it at all.
They see the guy who created the poison as the solution.
Can they really be that stupid?
Or are they just calling evil good?
I think that's the case.
So Jim Quinn says, I do believe we're headed for a myriad of simultaneous catastrophes.
After we allowed our government, our media, our culture, our society to be hijacked by evil men with evil intent.
And that means it's selfish intent.
They don't care about anything other than their own perceived self-interest or revenge, which is what Trump's former lawyer, Ty Cobb, said about him.
You ultimately reap what you sow.
We will eventually sit down to a banquet of consequences.
I don't know when, he said.
But I sense that it won't be long.
And so Matt Taibbi writes on Substack.
He says, is the election fix already in?
Well, I think it is.
And he does too. He says, to protect democracy, democracy is already being canceled.
We just haven't admitted the implications of this to ourselves yet.
But as I said before, you got the...
Democrat Party of Florida canceling the primaries so Biden can win.
You've got the Republican National Party wanting to cancel primaries everywhere so they can have a coronation for Trump.
We don't care about plans.
We don't care about people even identifying the problems, let alone having solutions for them.
It's all simply about this person versus that person.
No debates, no ballot access.
We're going to vote by mail.
We're going to have censorship. We're going to have propaganda.
We're going to fix this country by our federal election.
What idiocy.
We're already starting to put together a team to think through the most damaging types of things that Trump might do so that we're ready to bring lawsuits if we have to.
Says a former acting assistant attorney general for national security.
It's going to be war if he wins, and it's going to be war if he loses.
Everybody's got their expectations set up, the people who are supporting him.
He's so popular amongst them, they believe that there's absolutely no way that he can lose.
But, you know, just as we pointed out early in the show, if you were just to take these states that have already lined up on this border issue...
Operation Lone Star.
We look at the red states, you total up their electoral college votes as less than the blue states who are sitting on the sideline.
So are we deceiving ourselves about this?
Nearly half of potential D.C. jurors Say the death penalty or life in prison is a fair punishment for January the Sixers.
You see, people look at these Trump trials in New York, and absolutely, these people are prejudiced against him.
He can't get a fair trial there.
These people in Washington, the January the Sixers that he used, abused, and threw under the bus, they can't get a fair trial either.
It is truly amazing how prejudiced the jury is.
And it is truly amazing to see people that I know being given life sentences for this stuff.
They should have known better than to go.
But this is beyond all reasonable punishment.
And there are no fair trials there.
Why would anybody expect that Trump gets a fair trial?
And yet MAGA is so much more upset about Donald Trump.
Than they are about the people who've been given life sentences.
Not the death penalty yet, but life sentences.
And it is the death penalty for many of these people.
Under the conditions of torturous conditions that they're held nearly half of potential DC jurors Believe that the death penalty or life in prison is a quote fair punishment According to a new survey for the fair punishment for the January the Sixers for fear of being judged by biased jurors writes the Epoch Times January the six defendants have been trying to have their trials moved to venues other than the District of Columbia for three years
Government prosecutors and judges insist that there is no evidence to prove that they can't get a fair trial in Washington, but now there is.
A survey conducted by Triton Polling and Research between January 1st and 8th Obtained exclusively by the Epoch Times reveals an extreme level of bias amongst potential jurors living in Washington toward anyone who participated in the protests on January 6th.
Of the 422 jury-eligible residents that were surveyed, 27.5% described January 6th protesters as insurrectionists.
Others described them as criminals.
That's 13%.
Domestic terrorists.
14.9%, 15%.
Call them terrorists.
Traders, 11.6%.
The overwhelming majority also strongly, that is 75% of them.
Strongly or somewhat agree, that was another 14.5%.
you know, so you're looking at 90% of the people there, strongly or somewhat agree that Trump is to blame for what happened. 76.6% strongly agree that Trump's supporters are racist. Asked if they thought that January the 6th was an act of terrorism, 63.6% said they strongly agree that it was terrorism. That they
believe this and that they don't see what Trump did with medical martial law, with the great poisoning.
with all the rest of this stuff, it's still about January the 6th for them.
And for people, as I point out, Tim Pool, it's like, well, I don't want to hear anything about the lockdown.
I don't want to hear anything about the vaccine.
I don't think Trump needs to apologize for that stuff.
I'm so tired of hearing that.
Trump did a thing, said Tim Pool.
He did a thing four years ago.
I don't want to hear about this anymore.
He's screaming, shouting profanities at Luke Krodowski.
Luke says, can't he just say he got it wrong?
Can't we fix this so it doesn't happen again?
No, no, no. But when it comes to the election, oh, we're not tired of talking about that four years on, are we?
Neither side.
This is really just a testament to the power of propaganda, the power of censorship of both the left and the right media.
Remember, as this article from Information Liberation points out, Ben Shapiro, back in August of 2021, what did Ben Shapiro say about the J6ers?
He said the thousand or so protesters who entered the Capitol building on January the 6th were, quote, evil.
He's got the same opinion of them as the people in Washington, D.C. By the way, Ben Shapiro told you all to get the Trump shot, too, as well.
Ben Shapiro called the January Sixers evil in August of 2021, and he went on to say that they will, quote, all end up rotting in prison as they should.
As they should.
You need to understand who's on your side and who isn't.
You need to understand who's on the side of America and the Constitution and who isn't.
And that includes the people that Americans are voting for.
Evidence came out last week showing that Capitol Police Special Agent David Lazarus quote, perjured himself on the stand during the Oath Keepers trial to secure their convictions.
And as the Blaze points out, because of the footage that was released by Mike Johnson, we now have permission to release the Capitol CCTV footage proving that a member of Nancy Pelosi's security detail, Special Agent David Lazarus, perjured himself on the stand during the Oath Keepers trial.
And yet never forget that it was Trump who fleeced them and then shoved them to the Capitol.
And then deserted them and went somewhere else.
And then after everybody realized what was going to happen, he refused to help them because it was not in his perceived self-interest to help them.
The legal system, however, is out of control, they claim, because of the $83 million damages that were given in the second E. Gene Carroll trial.
So we don't really care so much about the J6ers.
There's nothing, you know, when you look at the conservative media, well, they're outraged about the $83 million that Trump got hit with.
And yes, the juries are, and the judges are prejudiced against them, but no more so than they are against the J6ers who are going to jail for life.
And the $83 million, as I pointed out, that Trump got hit with, that's nothing compared to civil asset forfeiture that's destroying people's entire lives, taking a family's home because they say that, well, look, we see a marijuana cigarette butt here, so we're going to say that this...
House was involved in some drug stuff and we're going to take your entire house.
That's the thing. That really happened.
Another one, one of the first cases I saw was a guy who had a private jet.
He had a, you know, you could rent the service and he flew it and it was his jet.
That was his business. His entire business was that private jet.
He flew two businessmen who had...
Attaché cases and were dressed in suits.
He flew them from the U.S. to Canada.
He came back. The DEA surrounded the plane, seized it, arrested those two guys, and he said, I didn't have anything to do with it.
Well, we know that you didn't have anything to do with this.
We know that you were not a part of this, and we're not charging you.
But we are charging your plane, and we have charged your plane with being an accessory to the fact that we're stealing it.
They didn't call it stealing it.
You were forfeiting it to us.
He fought them for years.
He lost his income.
He eventually got his plane back, but it bankrupted him, destroyed his life.
It was a Pyrrhic victory.
And so when you look at what happens with Trump, as I said, I don't think Trump is going to pay a cent of this.
I think that once he has finished using his trials and tribulations as juice for his campaign, I think he'll get some real lawyers instead of the nonsense model that he hired, this Alina Haba.
I think he'll get some real lawyers, and I think he'll easily be able to win, showing how prejudiced these juries and these judges were.
But barring that, I think he's got a lot of other legal tricks up his sleeve, and I don't think he'll pay any of it.
But I get these types of letters.
This is from a long-term listener.
Who is very angry about this, and I think perhaps angry at me.
I haven't really talked about E. Jane Carroll.
But if you want to understand why he lost that first trial and got a $5 million judgment, it's actually pretty simple when we look at what he said in his deposition in the first trial.
In this video, I just start kissing them.
It's like a magnet. Just kiss.
I don't even wait. And when you're a star, they let you do it.
You can do anything.
Grab them by the ****, you can do anything.
That's what you said, correct? Well, historically, that's true with stars.
It's true with stars that they can grab women by ****?
Well, if you look over the last million years, I guess that's been largely true.
Not always, but largely true.
Unfortunately or fortunately.
And you consider yourself to be a star?
I think you can say that, yeah.
Cocky. Arrogant.
Unrepentant. Self-incriminating.
He lost that first trial, $5 million.
And people can go back and they can say, well, you know, she looks pretty flaky.
It doesn't have anything to do with it.
It's all about that. That right there is why he got that $5 million judgment against him.
Cocky. And absolutely no sense of remorse.
No sense that there's a right or wrong about any of this stuff.
Yeah, I'm a star. A star can do whatever he wants to, women.
And I'm a star.
And then he immediately goes out after he loses the case with his arrogance that you just saw there.
He gets enraged about the $5 million, so he starts, you know, in this tirade on social media.
She immediately sues him again, and that's what this case is for.
And this jury, which really doesn't like him, hammered him with an $83 million judgment, which I said I think is excessive.
I don't think it'll hold up in court.
But he brought this upon himself.
And I think more than anything is he's realized that his juice...
It's what allowed him to defeat DeSantis.
He doesn't have to show a plan of what he's going to do about anything.
It's all simply about his being a victim and about everybody's hate for Joe Biden.
And on the Joe Biden side, they want it as well, because Biden has absolutely nothing to offer, except you hate Trump, don't you?
You don't want Trump to win.
That's all he's offering.
But I get this from a person who has been a donor for years.
This is the way it's going to go.
He says, here's a short compilation video of the lying, wicked witch E. Jean Carroll, who was just awarded over $80 million for unproven accusations and allegations.
If you honestly believe this woman, your discernment level is at zero, all uppercase.
As she said on CNN, Trump in the 90s was, quote, charming and playful and on and on.
If you're focused on this, let me just say, I won't mention his name.
But I'll just say, if he's listening, if you're focused on this, and you're so upset about this, when we got World War III, when we got the government trying to lock us down in Indian reservations, when we got a collapsing Federal Reserve System and all the rest of this stuff, you're out of touch with reality.
They have completely taken you away from anything that affects your life.
You don't care about the SWAT teams.
You don't care about the civil asset forfeiture.
You don't care about a tyrannical government that is spying on everybody.
You don't care about any of that. You only care about this despicable Donald Trump who's just bragging about that he can do anything he wants to to any woman.
That's what you care about? You care about that piece of filth?
He's a poster child for depravity.
He's a poster child for why this country is going to be judged and the people who line up behind him.
It's amazing. It's amazing.
Finishes up by saying, it's things like this that make me want Trump to win, all uppercase.
And maybe his book, The Art of the Comeback, will be worth reading.
Well, I don't know if that's a thing or not.
If it's a book, or if it will be a book, it'll be written by somebody else who's not an illiterate dupe of Davos like Donald Trump is.
I don't think this guy could write a complete sentence.
You think Donald Trump could write a book?
Have you seen his social media posts?
He's borderline illiterate.
He's as stupid as the people coming out of school today are.
And he graduated a long time ago.
No excuse to be that illiterate.
But I tell you, you know, it's...
Tucker Carlson has exposed E. Carol Jean.
Well, guess what? I'm not going to waste my time.
Tucker is doing that because Tucker wants the views.
Because Tucker kisses the ring, to put it politely.
Well, I'm not kissing Trump's ring or any other part of his anatomy.
And don't write me letters if you do.
I don't want to hear it.
Nothing bothers me more than to see people who have listened for a long time and still don't understand anything.
It's amazing.
Absolutely amazing.
Yeah, he can grab women he's entitled to.
He can bait judges.
He can mock them.
He can engage in clownish behavior.
And, you know, get up and storm out, and everybody's like, oh, did you see what he did?
And, you know, for the left, oh, he's a lout, he's a disgusting guy, and for the people on the right, oh, isn't that great?
He really owned the libs.
I just love this guy. I just want him to be president again.
No, he's got the self-control of a toddler, unless he's doing it for calculated purposes, and I think he's doing it for calculated purposes.
I don't think he's that stupid.
I don't think he's that out of control.
But if you think that this is an honest reaction, this is a guy who should be a toddler and daycare, not somebody who is the president.
But they want a tyrant, don't they?
And, you know, toddlers can be pretty good at being a tyrant.
They demand their way. They pound their fist.
They get red-faced.
In closing arguments for Carol on Friday morning, her attorneys argued that Trump acted as if he was above the law by lying, by saying that the former president ignored the other jury verdict as if it had never happened.
The judge said Donald Trump engaged in the very same defamation after the trial.
Trump then stood up, buttoned his suit jacket, and stormed out of the courtroom.
After he stormed out, the judge briefly interrupted the closing argument and said, the record will reflect that Mr.
Trump just rose and walked out of the courtroom.
Folks, this is reality TV for both sides.
This is professional wrestling.
And oh, by the way, you see Trump's pal at the WWE, he just resigned because of allegations of sexual misconduct.
It's a sex club, and hopefully you ain't in it.
So stop supporting these people.
Stop looking to them for help.
These are the people who need help.
They're addicted to sex.
They're addicted to money. Most of them are addicted to drugs, but they're all addicted to attention and money.
So his lawyer, he's got an excellent lawyer, of course, right?
She's a model, photogenic.
That's his qualifications, by the way, for virtually every female that he had in his administration.
They had to be a looker, except for Sarah Huckabee Sanders.
She knew something, right?
But all the rest of them, you look at them, and you see what they do, and it's like, I know why he hired her.
So Habba, his lawyer, at one point, frustrated after the judge forbade her from including examples of tweets, They were not entered into evidence during the trial.
She began to say, no, no, your honor, I have been.
And he cut her off. He says, you are on the verge of spending some time in a lockout.
Now sit down. And so as she sat down, she muttered, F it.
Real professional conduct.
I'm certain that's why he hired her.
Again, he's going to get a real lawyer instead of a model.
He'll appeal this stuff.
He won't pay a single penny, but he will reap millions or tens of millions from people who buy into this reality TV soap opera.
And one of the things that she was arguing with the judge about, he said, look, we're not going to relitigate the rape and defamation trial.
What this trial is about is whether or not he committed a second defamation about the results of that trial.
So he said, so we're not going to relitigate that.
But here's the reality, and they even brag about this at PJ Media.
Trump 47, the revenge term.
You see, a lot of people who are very angry at what's been done, and we should all be very angry at what's been done to us.
But they don't blame Trump.
It's everybody else. And so they want Trump to be an agent of chaos.
They want him to go in with a whip and a scourge and beat the bankers and the money changers and all the rest of the stuff.
Well, that ain't going to happen. Because he put the money changers in his cabinet.
He put the military industrial complex in his cabinet.
He put big pharma in his cabinet.
Alex Azar, the CEO of Eli Lilly, he was the one that was Fauci's boss, Francis Collins' boss.
He was the guy at the top. They bought Trump during the transition period.
Big Pharma did. And so, there's perhaps no other American political figure who has been the target of such immense political persecution.
And that may very well propel him back to the White House, says PJ Media.
And they think that's a good thing.
No, I think that, you know, this phony dictator, this phony anti-globalist, I don't see that as a good thing at all.
As a matter of fact, it's interesting, Maggie Haberman wrote an op-ed piece about all of Trump's outbursts in the courts.
I'll spare you the details.
But I think it's interesting that he keeps going back to Maggie Haberman, who absolutely despises him, trashes him on every opportunity that she gets.
She works for the New York Times.
Same thing with Bernstein, who he gave a very long, you know, Bernstein wrote a book on him and he gave him the tapes and then Bernstein released the tapes and made Trump, you know, look bad by letting people hear what Trump had to say.
But he keeps going back to these people.
And that's the key thing. Trump desperately wants the approval of the New York Times, of the Washington Post, of the establishment left, of the people that he always looked up to and admired as a New York City liberal Democrat, pal of the Clintons, pal of the Epsteins.
And what does that tell you for his next and final term, where he doesn't have to worry about the people who put him in office?
He wants to be respected and loved by the likes of Maggie Haberman and Carl Bernstein.
And that tells you what he's going to do in his second term.
More so than any plan, if he even bothered to do a plan.
But of course, he doesn't bother to do a plan.
None of them. None of them.
Republican or Democrat, not RFK Jr., none of them.
And so as they look at this, they say, well, you know, Trump's cash stockpile is at risk.
He could get this week, you know, this other case that is being brought by this political, you know, hack, Letitia James in New York, the Attorney General there.
They've upped that to $370 million.
So when you look at those together, he could get hit for $450 million.
And as this article is saying, well, you know, that could really put his cash stockpile at risk.
It won't. Don't worry about him.
He'll be fine. You don't need to send him donations.
It is, again, they're not going to get a penny from him, just like they didn't get from Alex Jones.
They'll just kick this can down the road, keep appealing it, declaring bankruptcy while they're stuffing stuff in offshore accounts in the Cayman Islands.
That's the way this thing is going to work out, even to the extent...
That as they're looking at this, they say, well, now it looks like he took out a phony loan of $48 million to himself.
Now, if that is the case, again, they may come after him, even though they didn't come after Hunter Biden.
And then everybody will say, well, what about Hunter?
You didn't go after Hunter, but you're going after Trump.
You need to focus on the 80,000 IRS agents that Biden wants to send against you instead of wondering whether or not they're going to come after Trump or Hunter and how awful it is that Trump doesn't get a pass like the Bidens do.
Just amazing. Well, thank you for joining us.
Have a good day. Let me tell you, The David Knight Show, you can listen to with your ears.
You can even watch it by using your eyes.
In fact, if you can hear me, that means you're listening to The David Knight Show right now.
Yeah, good job.
Ha ha ha! And you want to know something else?
Export Selection
