	As the clock strikes 13, it's Thursday, the 25th of January.
	Year of Our Lord 2024.
	Well, today we're going to take a look at, we've been focused on elections.
	We're going to set that aside for a while here, and we're going to take a look at what is happening at our border, what is happening in Europe.
	As there's been all this whisper about the Russians are going to attack Russia, Europe, you better get ready.
	It's imminent, so get your storable foods set up and get ready for this war.
	And now the UK is talking about conscription.
	One person is trying to tamp it down at NATO, but they're talking about conscription because nobody wants to sign up.
	And once that started, well, that hashtag went big.
	So we're going to talk about that.
	We're going to talk about what is happening with the World Health Organization, Tedros is very upset that they're losing this information war.
	We'll be right back.
	As I said, we've had a lot of statements made by Americans, for the most part, American military, saying, get ready, they're coming, and other countries have been saying that.
	NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg tried to tamp down this narrative of panic and imminent war throughout Europe on Tuesday, and The people who have been claiming that Putin is going to be heading right through Russia, the domino theory. Can't these people even come up with any new lies?
	Just keep recycling the same stuff.
	It makes it so easy to spot them, doesn't it?
	He said, we don't see any direct or imminent threat against NATO, any NATO ally.
	The idea of an imperial Russian expansionist war, which is, they put that in quotes because that's what some of the American officials have been saying.
	To gobble up territory into Europe has long been a mainstream talking point related to the Ukraine conflict, and this is coming from Zero Hedge, and that has been what they've been telling everybody.
	And so now when you look at what is happening in the UK, they've been pushing this very hard.
	And as I said yesterday, Germany can't find anybody that wants to sign up for their army.
	The U.S. Army can't find anybody that wants to.
	They absolutely hate their own people, and we got the message.
	You hate us. You're at war with us.
	We don't want to fight your wars.
	They're not even our wars.
	You're trying to bring these wars home.
	But people said they don't want to be conscripted into this.
	And so, a person said, big news, and this was trending on Twitter yesterday.
	Big news. They want the people of Britain, who they've been, who they've taken the, as you put it, taken the piss out of them over the last decade.
	They want them to fight in their wars.
	Well, they're insane if they think this is going to happen.
	This is what one of them said.
	I love this guy's accent.
	The big news to dear is that the head of the British Army is signposting that civilians may be conscripted to fight in wars overseas because their army's not big enough.
	I think they're really, really underestimating the current hatred that the British population have for the government at the moment.
	Like, we do not trust them.
	We do not want to fight in their wars.
	Why would we give our lives, our life, why would we give our lives, right, for them absolute monsters down in Westminster?
	Why on earth would we?
	I think they're really underestimating the hatred that we have for them at the minute.
	Because I can't imagine many people would sign up for it.
	And what would it do to us for the ones who don't?
	Are they going to put us in jail?
	Considering there's no space in prison so they'll let pedos and they'll let rapists go free, right?
	So where are they going to find the space to put the people who are kind of dissenting and will not go and fight these wars?
	Wild? Wild?
	That's big news to do. Anyway, hear it again.
	Here it is. So check this out.
	The British Army, one of the most cerebral thinkers that we've got, a strategist, we need to listen and listen carefully.
	We've been too complacent.
	I think I've said this many times with you.
	What's coming over the horizon should shock us.
	It should worry us.
	And we are not prepared.
	We've had a couple of decades, three decades or so since the Cold War.
	Life has gone well. It's now going to get more difficult.
	Now we need to have a what? Prioritarian states exploit our timidity, perhaps reluctance to really put fires out.
	The best example of that is a democracy on the corner of Eastern Europe that in its third year is now in conflict and we've not resolved that.
	So Patrick Saunders is saying prepare for what's coming over the horizon.
	There is A 1939 feel to the world right now.
	These authoritarian states are re-arming.
	There's a risk averseness about the West in wanting to deal with that.
	And errant institutions, global institutions such as the United Nations, aren't able to hold these errant nations to account.
	In fact, the UN, I'll go further, is reaching its League of Nations moment unless it's reformed.
	Oh, we've got to go further.
	We need to wake up to that. There's a mindset now of this era of insecurity that we're heading towards, but we're still on a peacetime defense budget of just 2%.
	That does need to change.
	And the Red Sea is a great example that if you don't step forward, if you're not robust in dealing with those that are testing the envelope, our weakness will be exploited and it will affect our economy.
	Yeah, who is testing and exploiting the weaknesses here?
	And who is messing with the economy?
	Was it America that did the sanctions?
	America that blew up the pipelines?
	America that has instigated this stuff?
	Ukraine? A democracy?
	Do they really think we're that ignorant?
	You know, we can find it on the map now.
	And we can map out, we can find it on the timeline, what happened as well.
	So, you know, we've got to go around, we've got to put the fires out.
	I guess they've got to have a slightly different metaphor.
	Instead of being the world's policemen, now we can be the world's firemen.
	Except these people have been the kind of firemen that you find in Fahrenheit 451.
	The kind that burn books.
	Those kind of firemen.
	Well, other people said, why should Britain be ready to fight when it's not us who want to involve ourselves in every single war?
	We're not even on European mainland, yet we're the first up in most of these wars.
	I have zero issues with Russia, like many of us.
	Why are we fighting them?
	Well, you understand why the fight is going on.
	If you go back and look at what happened in 2014, Ukraine, a democracy?
	That's a mockery of democracy.
	Unbelievable. Another person.
	Conscription. The great replacement end move.
	Called up to fight, off you go.
	Killed in action, then replaced by diversity.
	So that everything can be just like it is in all the TV ads that we get fed.
	Final one here. My face...
	I don't have this picture to show you.
	But it's a face of disgust in a crowd as Rishi Sunak...
	There's a big crowd of people in the stands, and Rishi Sunak, little Rishi Rich, the privileged little kid who went to all of the best schools and everything, and he's all groomed, and he's looking at the camera, and he's grinning with his nearly cross-eyed grin that he always has.
	And some of the other people are looking at him like, what is this?
	Anyway, this is my face.
	I have a suggestion that the people of the UK should prepare for conscription for a government who milks us for every penny, tries to remove our civil liberties at every opportunity, sexualizes our children, indoctrinates our youth, imports and houses young men from faraway lands daily at our expense.
	Coerces us into taking multiple, often lethal injections for a cold and instructs us to put ourselves under house arrest in our own homes?
	No. No.
	One person said, not my prime minister, not my concern, not my war.
	No. This is common.
	Why? It's common everywhere.
	In every country, especially the English-speaking countries of the five I's, because this is coming from the intelligence agencies, who are all working together, conspiring with each other.
	You know, the CIA and the MI5s and MI6s or whatever they are in the UK. But Australia, Canada, New Zealand, the five English-speaking countries, all conspiring together to do this stuff.
	They were the ones, the CIA, running these germ games.
	And when they run into legal obstacles that try to protect the privacy of citizens from surveillance, what these agencies will do is, you know, they'll spy for each other.
	So, you know, hey, I'm prohibited from doing this by my laws here in America, says the CIA. So they get the British intelligence to do it.
	And send them the information.
	Well, we didn't spy on them, and our friends just happened to give us this information.
	In the same way that they go to corporations and they say, well, I can't force you to do this.
	I don't have a search warrant.
	I sure would appreciate it if you would.
	And there'll be good things that'll happen if you do that for me, and bad things that'll happen if you don't do that for me.
	That's the way this always operates.
	And these are the people who start the wars.
	These are the people who run the coups, who do the assassinations.
	There was just a tragedy this last week.
	I didn't show a picture of it, but it was an Indian CEO, but he's the CEO of an American company, came here, and he and another guy in this company that they found.
	It's a tech company. And they decide they're going to make a grand entrance in like a...
	You know, a gondola type of thing from a balloon, right?
	So they got everybody in the company there for this big party.
	And they come in with this thing and it gets a hitch and it dumps them out at 15 feet.
	And one of them I don't think is dead yet.
	He's in critical condition. Maybe he'll survive.
	But the CEO died. I looked at that and I thought, yeah, 15 feet.
	That's what the CIA says in their assassination manual.
	You know, you want to defenestrate somebody or you want to make it look like a suicide or an accident and knock them off.
	I'm not saying that they did it to this guy.
	I'm just saying, you know, the CIA is real pros at what they do.
	They know exactly the right height that it takes to kill people.
	It's just more verification of it.
	I'm not saying that they had anything to do with the assassination of this guy.
	Don't write me letters about it.
	You've got too many things that are far more centered on all this stuff than that.

	APSRadioNews.com Well, to follow up on what we talked about yesterday, the Amish farmer, Chris Hume, who came on there in Lancaster, Pennsylvania, And all the restrictions that they put on small farmers and independent people, you know, we can't grow our own food.
	Don't you even try that. Not even in a private club.
	You know, you can't have raw milk, raw butter, raw cream, that type of thing.
	And even though he was growing, you know, doing these things in a private club, they're still coming after him at the state level.
	Well, Wisconsin is going to try to make it impossible for cottage food producers to even make a living.
	This is from Reason Magazine.
	A new bill would impose a $20,000 annual sales cap, which would make the state's cottage food regime one of the most restrictive in the nation.
	Since 2017, Wisconsinites have been legally allowed to sell a number of home-baked goods to the general public, free to make as much money as their products can garner.
	And again, we're not even talking about farmers here.
	You know, we talked yesterday about the farmers.
	These are the bakers. Bakers, baking stuff in a home business.
	And why was it 2017?
	Well, because they had completely banned it.
	And so there was a lawsuit that was brought by the Institute for Justice and got that overturned.
	Said you can't ban people from having a home business where they bake cakes and things like that.
	Sell it to people. And so what they're trying to do after, what is it, seven years now?
	They're trying to claw that back.
	The state legislature in Wisconsin.
	Assembly Bill 897 would increase the sales threshold from $5,000 to $20,000 for homemade food products.
	We might say, well, wait a minute, that sounds like a good thing.
	No, it's not. Because of that lawsuit, they were forbidden from having any cap on the baked goods.
	And so there were certain things that were that.
	Prior to that...
	The sales cap of $5,000 only applied to home canned goods.
	You may ask, why in the world would there be a cap on canned goods?
	Don't ask me.
	You and I both know that it's just arbitrary.
	Probably the canning industry's got some lobby thing going on there.
	Because that's what this is really about.
	This has always been the case, and it's the case everywhere.
	When you talk even about restaurants, one of the few places where we still have service businesses, where some individuals have an opportunity to try to build a business, do some entrepreneurship.
	Manufacturing because of slave labor in China and the China price and all the manipulation there, that's pretty much been shut down for everybody.
	So it's the service businesses and restaurants are one of those things that people can jump into.
	But they put all kinds of restrictions in many areas in terms of even the equipment, you know, making you buy all new equipment.
	You can't even buy used equipment from other people in some jurisdictions.
	Why are those there? Those are put there by the encouragement and the prodding of existing restaurants to keep competitors from coming into business against them.
	They want to solve the lower rungs of the ladder to make sure that somebody doesn't come in that's got a better restaurant, so let's just make sure they can't even open up with all these egregious, useless regulations.
	And so that's probably what's going on with the canned goods.
	They've probably got a canned good, you know, lobbyist there that is trying to shut this type of thing down.
	All other cottage food products are currently unlimited in their sale.
	A bill being considered by the Senate would impose a slightly higher annual cap of $25,000.
	They've got both a Senate bill and a House bill.
	What does that tell you? That there's some businesses behind this.
	Somebody's pushing for this.
	This isn't just a pet hobby horse of some radical legislator somewhere.
	No, they've got somebody in both houses introducing bills.
	That means that there's somebody else behind this.
	The states that have a sales cap, to this reason, usually have a limit that's high enough for home-based producers to earn a living wage.
	In Florida, for example...
	They have a cap of $250,000, and they can still have a home business and not have to get all kinds of licenses and other things that are required.
	But again, why even have a cap?
	Why even have these licensing things there?
	Seems to me like we all ought to be allowed to be considered to be innocent until proven guilty.
	I don't think that having a business is a privilege.
	That's what they used to call it. That was a real interesting thing to me when we started a business.
	I had to get a privilege license.
	And I said, oh, so working for a living is a privilege.
	But if I want to go on welfare, I've got a right to that?
	Is that right? Is that what you're telling me here?
	Upside down. Anyway, so the Institute of Justice has twice sued the state of Wisconsin to challenge restrictions on cottage food sellers.
	It was in that 2017 lawsuit that a state court overturned a ban on selling home-baked goods.
	Home-bakers previously risked fines of up to $1,000 or six months of jail time if they sold products without a license.
	And this is the kind of over-the-top regulation, like, you know, having cops who come in and shut down a kid's lemonade stand.
	Where's your business license?
	And all that, you know, this is crazy.
	Anyway, the lawyer who's representing these people in this case for the Institute of Justice said, I believe this cap...
	It would be unconstitutional.
	I think it would violate the Wisconsin court orders that are right now in force.
	The order from 2017 says the government may not require license for sales of homemade shelf-stable baked goods.
	You understand what is really behind this, and this is what is driving the moves to prohibit People from growing and selling food, raw milk and other things, that's what's driving this persecution of Amos Miller in Lancaster County that we talked to Chris Hume yesterday about.
	And then while we can't even bake food in our homes and sell it in some states and jurisdictions, we've got the Chinese coming in and buying massive amounts of farmland.
	And the U.S. Department of Agriculture, which is working with the states to shut down our being able to grow our own food, says that they're completely unable to do anything about it.
	They can't even track this.
	It's impossible to track.
	Six months after there was a report that, quote, bipartisan bill aims to block Chinese purchase of U.S. farmland, More people are starting to pay attention.
	As even Bloomberg says, America is seeing more and more of its most fertile land snapped up by China and other foreign buyers.
	And the big problem remains.
	It's difficult to know just how much foreign land China has bought due to the problem with how the U.S. tracks such data.
	And, of course, the fact that China pretty much owns Biden.
	But that was one of the big dangers, and we've got to reprieve here, but let me tell you, they're going to be back with the natural assets companies.
	They're going to come up with some other scheme like that.
	To be able to allow foreign businesses and others to, and just corporations, even if they're domestic corporations, a natural asset company, to buy this stuff up.
	Anybody can buy shares in it, but you know it's going to be owned by BlackRock and these other people to take it out of production.
	And also to sit there and be the ones who are going to absorb all of these massive carbon taxes that they're going to impose on every activity.
	And so for any activity, you would have to pay them some kind of an indulgence for the sin of doing anything or owning anything or going anywhere.
	And that's what the natural asset company was set up.
	It was set up to be the, well, what do you do with these taxes, right?
	Oh, give them to the natural asset companies.
	And, you know, we'll turn over the national parks to them.
	And then when people pay carbon taxes, these companies will keep half of the money, and the other half of the money they will put into some kind of a public trust.
	The whole thing was a great scam, and so it's a good thing that that's been shut down, but that's only a temporary reprieve.
	They will be coming back with something like that.
	According to the Department of Agriculture...
	Foreign ownership and investment in U.S. farmland, pastures and forests jumped about 40 million acres in 2021, up 40% from five years earlier.
	But of course, they know if you're baking goods in your home, and they are going to focus on that.
	And if you are going to grow grass-fed beef...
	And slaughter it in a much more clean way instead of sending it off to the filthy feedlots of the U.S. Department of Agriculture where they're going to scuff them with GMO corn and then slaughter them.
	Who knows if you even got your own animal back.
	Anyway, they were all on that.
	And of course, the Chinese have been buying up big food production farms.
	It was maybe about a decade or so ago that they went into North Carolina and they bought up Smithfield Pork, which was at the time the largest pork producer in the country.
	And they've been doing a lot of that.
	The U.S. Department of Agriculture, even though they can focus on people who are growing one or two cows for a private buyer's club and shut them down, They said they cannot report reliable information to Congress about any of this stuff.
	But don't you try any of this at home.
	We have Biden administration as he really believes that killing babies is his ticket to the White House again.
	It has been the very first thing he did when he did his kickoff speech.
	It was all about Ripping babies apart.
	Of course, that's not the way he couches it there.
	But now, for his State of the Union, he is going to bring in the woman who made a big deal about the fact that she had to leave Texas in order to have an abortion.
	And this was the tragedy of the baby that had trisomy 18.
	I've talked about that. Many parents have talked about that.
	Even Rick Santorum has a child with trisomy 18, who's now 13 years old.
	And he talked about it. He said, you know, there's absolutely...
	And he came after people like Ann Coulter and other conservative columnists who said, yeah, you know, we have to have a way that we can kill these defective babies here.
	Where do you stop? Where do you stop when you...
	Say that we will determine that if we don't think that your quality of life is sufficient, we'll just give ourselves license to kill you.
	And so many people talk about how the reason that most of these babies with trisomy 18 die is because the medical people say, well, there's no point in giving them any treatment.
	And they do need treatment when they're born.
	So, Kate Cox has agreed to attend the State of the Union and to be the poster child for killing babies so that Biden can get re-elected.
	What a reprehensible piece of filth he is.
	This guy is 81 years old.
	Somebody needs to tell Joe Biden if he can still understand.
	He's going to be standing before God very soon.
	Perhaps sooner than he thinks because these people never think they're going to die, you know.
	We've seen that with Darth Vader Ginsburg.
	We've seen it with Dianne Feinstein.
	They don't think they're ever going to die.
	Mitch McConnell is another good example.
	They don't ever want to get out of office.
	And what's the point?
	Yeah, I've always been here.
	I'm not always going to be here.
	It's amazing the delusion that happens.
	Mexico... Has a $10 billion lawsuit against U.S. gun manufacturers.
	And of course, you know, we have a law that was put in back in the 90s because they knew this was going to be the tactic of gun controllers and the Democrat Party.
	And so they passed a bill saying that if a gun manufacturer is making a gun, there's nothing illegal about that.
	As a matter of fact, They have the right to do that under the Second Amendment.
	It's protected, and they should not be interfering with that.
	It's actually a God-given right to do that, just like it's a God-given right to grow our own food.
	And yet, you continue to see people coming after this, and Mexico is now doing this.
	And so it was shut down, rightfully so, by the first court.
	And they appealed. And now this $10 billion lawsuit that alleges that the companies, quote, deliberately enabled firearms trafficking into the country, appeals court has ruled that this can go forward.
	Well, good luck proving that these gun manufacturers are trafficking guns.
	You understand that we have had, this has been a very long-term strategy for gun control from the UN. And it's been a bipartisan strategy for gun control.
	The gunwalker program began under George W. Bush.
	They said, well, you know, and of course the ATF that was there.
	We're going to essentially do a false flag.
	We're going to traffic, and it was the government.
	It was the ATF. That was deliberately, and that's the key word here, deliberately, but they were deliberately trafficking guns, the gunwalker program, in order to make an argument that we have to have domestic gun control because we are a source of violence and death with our guns going out of the border into Mexico.
	It's just the other way around.
	Anyway, so that was the argument that was being made.
	The UN had a small arms trade treaty, the UNATT, and they wanted to come after small arms.
	They don't care if you're, you know, sending tanks and planes and F-16s.
	No, it's the AR-15s they want to get.
	And so it was the attempt to ban small arms for Americans and to use the UN. And so George Bush worked with him.
	And then Obama did it as well.
	And with Obama, they called it the fast and furious thing, but it was still the gun walking program.
	And as part of that, if you recall, there was an American law enforcement officer who got killed as part of that.
	And the whole thing then blew up.
	And even the New York Times said this was a false flag to argue for gun control.
	Ship the guns over there, make it be known that these guns were the source of crime.
	So therefore, we have to control and mark everything.
	Every gun has to have an ID and be registered and tracked everywhere it goes and every piece of ammunition.
	That was the conclusion that would happen once they created this problem.
	The solution that they already had was to ramp up all gun control in the United States and all monitoring of each and every weapon.
	And so when that blew up, And their face.
	Seemed like it was kind of dead.
	And yet, the United Nations was still going forward with this arms trade treaty vote.
	And I was working, doing some video work for a gun rights organization.
	And we were in New York.
	Picked the boys up.
	They were doing camera work and stuff.
	And they had, just the week before, Not even a week before the UN vote was scheduled.
	You had the Aurora, Colorado shooting, right?
	That very, very, very suspicious shooting.
	I believed then, and now that I've looked at it more closely, I'm absolutely certain that that was a false flag.
	And the purpose for that was to...
	To get people to forget what had happened with Fast and Furious and to push support for this UN Arms Trade Treaty.
	Fortunately, it failed.
	But now they've got the same tactic, essentially.
	And so they're still coming after the same thing.
	But now they're using a lawsuit and they're using Mexico in a lawsuit.
	The lawsuit filed by the Mexican government against seven American manufacturers and a distributor back in 2021 alleged that the companies, quote, deliberately facilitate gun trafficking, unquote, into Mexico.
	The complaint was initially filed at a federal district court in Massachusetts, and they dismissed the lawsuit.
	After deciding that U.S. companies were protected by the Protection of Lawful Commerce and Arms Act, the PLCAA. However, the appeals court said that Mexico's complaint potentially alleges a type of claim that could be statutorily exempt from this PLCAA rule.
	I don't think so.
	And look, the principle of this...
	We had the guy who killed a bunch of people, for example, in the Waukesha Christmas Parade.
	How did he do it? Oh, with an AR-15.
	No, he didn't do it with an AR-15.
	He did it with a Ford SUV. So, should we shut down Ford?
	Because this guy misused their product?
	This all comes from the idea that is common with Democrats and common with gun controllers.
	That guns were designed to kill.
	So we've just got to stop them. Now, guns are deterrent to evil.
	They can be used for evil, but they're also a deterrent to evil.
	It's a tool. It can be used either way.
	And so...
	They said, we therefore reverse the district court's holding that the PLCAA bars Mexico's common law claims and we remand for further proceedings.
	So the court, we conclude that the complaint adequately alleges that defendants aided and abetted the knowingly unlawful downstream trafficking of their guns into Mexico.
	I think that we need to file a countersuit against Mexico.
	While we talk about all this border stuff, let's go against Mexico.
	Let's take their oil, as Donald Trump said.
	But instead of sending in the military, we'll do it with lawyers and pens, okay?
	Let's sue them for sending, and look, let's just take their same language out of this.
	Mexico has aided and abetted the knowingly unlawful downstream trafficking of people from Mexico into our country.
	Let's sue them for that.
	We know that they are aiding and abetting and knowingly breaking the law by pushing this stuff.
	We know they're involved in that.
	And we also know that they're involved with the international gun control stuff as well.
	The group that is running this lawsuit for Mexico...

	And so it's Mexico globalist Biden Democrats that are conspiring to destroy this country with open borders and to take away our God-given right to self-defense as well.
	They say they also pierced the unfair legal shield that gun companies have been hiding behind since 2005.
	It's not an unfair legal shield.
	Again, they take away Ford's SUV because some guy used it to kill people deliberately.
	And so, who are the companies that are involved in this lawsuit?
	We have Barrett, Beretta, Glock, Ruger, Smith& Wesson.
	Mexico has accused those manufacturers of engaging in a practice that results in the trafficking of tens of thousands of guns across the border into Mexico, empowering drug cartels.
	You know what empowers the drug cartels?
	Our unlawful, unconstitutional prohibition.
	Our war on drugs has empowered them.
	Not Barrett, Beretta, Glock, Ruger, Smith, and Wesson.
	They wouldn't have the money that they have to essentially challenge the Mexican government, such as it is, if it wasn't for the drug programs.
	They go on to say, the entire country has only one gun shop housed in a Mexico City military complex, a situation where only the government and the cartels have guns.
	Not much has changed, has it, from the Magnificent Seven?
	Remember that? You have the peasants, farmers, the peons, who are out there, and they're being victimized by both the federales and by the banditos, the thugs that are out there. Nothing changed.
	Nothing has changed. The government's got the guns.
	The bandits have got the guns.
	And so the villagers... Go to the U.S. and they hire some mercenaries, seven of them, and get them to come in.
	And it's not that they're going to sit back and watch these seven guys take on this massive gang.
	They want them to train them in self-defense.
	Too bad real life is not like that.
	Actually, it is. There were some local movements where they tried to do that very sort of thing.
	And guess what? Federalities came after them.
	Shut them down. The people who are trying to organize into militia to defend themselves against these drug cartels.
	Because you see, there really isn't.
	Here's the big secret.
	There's really no difference between the government and the drug cartels.
	Two sides of the same coin.
	Whether you're talking about America or you're talking about Mexico.
	And of course, it's the CIA. These people running this stuff.
	CIA creating the crack cocaine epidemic.
	CIA and the Pentagon turning Afghanistan into the world's supplier of drugs that they're growing there.
	The opium. It's just amazing to see this stuff.
	Yeah. By the way, you know, why would they only have one gun shop?
	I mean, well, you know, it's much more lucrative to manufacture drugs in Mexico than guns, isn't it?
	Much more profitable. And when we look at these lawsuits, I don't know how this is going to roll out.
	I mean, it should just be dismissed as it was at a lower court.
	But, you know, in 2018, Remington went bankrupt.
	And as part of when they finally settled this, the company's assets returned over to J.P. Morgan.
	J.P. Morgan and another company essentially owned Remington and then the Sandy Hook people Sued them.
	And they decided, and it wasn't Remington, the gun company.
	A lot of people got upset with Remington.
	I mean, it's now owned by, you know, J.P. Morgan, people of that ilk.
	Why would you settle with this?
	Because, you know, you, again, the PLCAA, Protected them.
	They didn't do anything wrong with anything.
	Regardless of what you say about Sandy Hook stuff, that should have been a no-brainer to shut that down.
	But instead, J.P. Morgan paid them $73 million, and I guess that was a cheap price to pay to try to help to chip away at the PLCAA. And it was more than worth it to people like Jamie Dimon, who you know is...
	He's saying he's dirty as can be conspiring with the government on all these different things.
	I'm sure maybe that was one thing they perhaps behind closed doors, just speculating.
	Maybe they offered to go easy on him on some of his many criminal enterprises and convictions if he does that little favor for them.
	But yeah, Remington didn't try to defend the right of a gun manufacturer who didn't kill anybody.
	They just complied with it.
	And that's essentially what happened on the other side of the Sandy Hook thing with Alex Jones.
	He did not defend the First Amendment.
	He chose not to participate in discovery, and we all saw what happened.
	That's not even his narrative.
	Well, I gave him everything. No, he got caught in that lie on the stand.
	He chose not to defend the First Amendment.
	He preferred to put money in offshore accounts and Bitcoin and other things like that.
	So, we're going to take a quick break, and when we come back, we're going to cover a few more miscellaneous pieces of news before we get into the big MacGuffins.

	We had Crick and Watson who discovered DNA, which clearly says there is an intelligence designer, creator behind it.
	And yet they chose to dream up What they called panspermia.
	Well, you know, yes, this is obviously designed, and it's obviously a code, and it's got error correcting and all the rest of the stuff.
	It's a very complicated code, which demands intelligence, not a random process.
	And yet what they did was they invented their own god.
	It must have been some space aliens from somewhere who came here and populated the planet.
	Well, who created the space aliens?
	You see, the whole idea behind God is God is self-existent, always eternal.
	We're not here because of eternal material that over a period of eternity organized itself.
	Into some kind of an intelligent thing.
	I mean, that's the absurd thing.
	It demands that there be, when you look at what we see around us, it demands that there is some kind of an eternal intelligence.
	So, you know, that's the thing.
	I mean, we could talk about these particular issues that we agree with, I guess.
	We could have them come on.
	I just wanted to say, by the way, in terms of the tip, thank you for the tip.

	And we've got PETA is very upset about Groundhog Day.
	They say they love Phil, they say.
	And yet, we have seen, just a couple of years ago, PETA got into trouble.
	They're taking all these animals that were being abused.
	Give them to us.
	And they euthanized them. They killed them.
	As a matter of fact, they killed far more in their shelter, quote on shelter, than any of the other animal shelters.
	They would kill up to 73% of the dogs and cats that came to them.
	So much so that they told them they had to change their name from a shelter to a euthanasia center.
	But, you know, the people for euthanizing the animals, you know, PETA, They're now on to Groundhog Day.
	Groundhog Day is coming up on February 2nd.
	There's a fresh effort to replace the animal used in the shadowy weather prognostication.
	And so the question is, what do they want to replace them with?
	What other animal? No, not an animal.
	They want to do a coin toss.
	And this is what they said.
	Beyond a shadow of a doubt, they said in the press release, the groundhog's weather prediction is no more accurate than flipping a coin.
	PETA has quite the coin trick up our sleeve to urge compassion for a groundhog called Puxitani Phil.
	Well, I know some other prognosticators whose weather predictions are no more accurate than flipping a coin.
	Quite frankly, they are far less accurate than flipping a coin.
	People like Al Gore, people like John Kerry, people like Michael Mann.
	One person said he's not a meteorologist and deserves better than to be exploited every year for tourism money.
	Well, we're being exploited, taxpayers are, every year for these...
	Con men who can't predict the weather.
	They're not meteorologists. They're not scientists.
	The people that say that they're scientists, like Michael Mann, fought us over his data.
	I don't want my data shown.
	Well, we can kind of figure out then why that's the case.
	All these prophets of doom that are flipping our coins into their pockets.
	They are far less accurate than Puxatawney Phil, quite frankly.
	The group claims, Peter does, every groundhog is someone.
	This one is called Phil.
	They said they're skilled swimmers and climbers.
	They create complex, multi-chambered burrows.
	Well, you know, I'll go in these other groundhogs.
	They're somebody.
	And they also have skills.
	They're very skilled at lying.
	They also have multi-chambered burrows.
	We call them mansions. But unlike the groundhogs, Al Gore and these other prognosticators can fly.
	Of course, they have to use their private jets, but they can fly, unlike the groundhog.
	And they said, Phil, as an individual...
	Who, although intelligent and self-aware, cannot predict the weather.
	Well, I could say that about Al Gore and Kerry.
	I wouldn't necessarily call them intelligent.
	They may be self-aware, or maybe they're not aware of their hypocrisy.
	They said, even if he could, keeping him or any other animal imprisoned for a cruel animal gimmick is abusive.
	Well, I don't know. Now, if Punxsutawney Phil could predict the weather, I think he could get a very nice burrow at the UN with their IPCC people.
	They need somebody who can predict the weather, because they can't.
	They've been making false predictions now since 1970 about all this stuff, and it is all false.
	A meteorologist...
	At Weather Underground said, well, I went back and I looked at the overall accuracy of fill from 1969 on.
	Said, even if you flip a coin, you're going to be right close to half the time.
	But Punxsutawney fill was only right about 36% of the time.
	Okay, so we went back to 1969.
	I've gone back to 1970 when they had the first Earth Day.
	And, of course, they were making predictions before that.
	That's why they had an Earth Day.
	And so we've got a longer record than he does for Huxitani Phil's accuracy.
	And guess what? They've been 0% right about all of this stuff.
	It was going to be global cooling for about a decade.
	And then it turned into global warming.
	Then they got embarrassed and they just call it climate change.
	But at least Puxitani Phil, the groundhog, is not trying to take everything that we have.
	That's the key difference.
	Phil may be intelligent, but we can't say the same thing for a Tennessee Democrat candidate who is running against Marsha Blackburn for U.S. Senate.
	She is the only lawmaker to vote against giving a death penalty to child rapists.
	She's decided that in conservative Tennessee, when she wants to run for U.S. Senate against Marsha Blackburn, if it wasn't difficult enough for her already, this woman, by the way, is one of the Tennessee three.
	The insurrectionists, well, the leaders, I should say, of the insurrection, they had a massive mob there that was pushing and shoving and grabbing legislators, got their hands on them, pushing and shoving and grabbing, say, police officers who didn't Suit up in riot gear and start beating the protesters or shooting things at them like they did in the Capitol.
	You know, they instead acted defensively to defend the legislators.
	And then they took over the House floor, used a bullhorn to talk for like seven hours or something like that.
	So the other two, there's two Justins.
	And then there was this woman from Knoxville.
	Gloria Johnson, who is going to run for Senate, and she has decided that if the odds were not stacked enough in her favor, she wants to vote against the death penalty for convicted child rapists.
	Yeah, they truly are nuts here, aren't they?
	At least the Democrats, I should say.
	Let's take a look at climate while we're talking about Punxsutawney, Phil.
	And we have Republican governors are urging Biden to change course on the electric vehicle mandate, but our governor here in Tennessee, Bill Lee, who wants to, you know, one of 14 states that doesn't have any toll roads, but he wants to change that. He wants to give us toll roads.
	And he also wanted to call back in a special session to push red flag gun control laws.
	I haven't been here too long, but I've got to say I'm not impressed at all with Governor Lee.
	I think what he's trying to do is I think he's angling for something else.
	So even though you've got 16 Republican governors who are saying, stop these electric vehicle mandates, he refuses to be a part of that effort.
	This was sent to me by a listener, Sam.
	He says, Church of England, this is from Bloomberg, Church of England has targeted a new group of emitters.
	And Sam said, they're doing God's work here, aren't they?
	You know, just like the Pope. The Pope's number one concern when he gets in is his climate encyclical and all this other stuff because fundamentally he's a Marxist and that gives him the ability to control our lives.
	And so he can say the same thing about the Church of England just months after announcing plans to sell its oil and gas holdings.
	His pension board is going after automakers, utilities, and steel companies and banks.
	Some of the consumers of this stuff.
	So you now have these so-called religious groups that their number one religion is environmentalism.
	In Asheville, North Carolina, they spent millions on electric buses and now most of them won't work.
	The electric buses cost three to four times what a regular diesel bus costs.
	But The city of Asheville, North Carolina, shelled out millions of dollars back in 2018 to add five electric buses to its fleet.
	Now, three of the five sit idle, and city employees are telling what happened.
	See, one of the things is, you've got a diesel engine.
	Those things last forever, don't they?
	Here we are. You know, we're just over five years.
	And three out of the five don't work.
	They're down because of a combination of software issues, mechanical problems.
	One of them has had a broken door since July, and they can't replace it.
	Hey, I heard that Boeing does doors.
	Maybe you ought to give them a call.
	They got some extra ones that just fell into their lap somewhere.
	Well, we haven't been able to get new doors, they said.
	There's no third party that makes a door.
	We'd have to get custom-made doors.
	Why? Well, because the company, Proterra, that was being celebrated by the Biden administration, by the way, remember that?
	Yeah, the electric buses and all that.
	They filed bankruptcy back in August.
	And so they can't find anybody to give them parts, like a door.
	Each bus, by the way, costs at least $616,000.
	The city had to spend another $200,000 for installation of each charger.
	They don't say how many chargers they put in.
	And then another $118,000 every year to lease batteries.
	Wow. And that company went bankrupt.
	This is how amazing this all is.
	They're charging, what was it, three times as much as a, three to four times, what a regular diesel bus costs.
	And then you have to build the infrastructure at $200,000 a charger, but you have to lease the batteries for $118,000 a year.
	And they said the maintenance costs also went over $250,000.
	Having most electric buses out of operation has increased the wear and tear on the rest of the 32 buses in the fleet.
	Which either run on biodiesel or are hybrid models.
	Yes, you see, Asheville is a very artsy little town.
	And they've all got to have their green buses.
	The maintenance director said the problem is, okay, we've got five of them.
	Two of them don't work at all anymore.
	Software issues and other things.
	One of them, we got a door fell off.
	We can't get that put back on because the company, even though they're charging people $118,000 every year to lease batteries.
	So the two that are left, he said, during the wintertime can only travel 78 miles before charging.
	78 mile range.
	An Uber driver in Chicago.
	Telling the tale of woe about how he can't charge his batteries.
	Yet another person, we've talked about how it's turned into a massive desert of abandoned Teslas and other ones.
	Well, this is a Chevy Bolt.
	You know, we've got a lot of, it's not just Tesla.
	It's all of these battery charge vehicles.
	He said, of course, he got it there and with cold weather, it wouldn't charge.
	This is what we hear from everybody.
	He's got to get it up to a certain temperature before it'll charge, and guess what?
	It couldn't warm it up to that temperature.
	He was headed to a charging station with his Chevy Volt, which had about 30 miles remaining.
	As soon as he set out on his trip, the car died, so he had to have it towed to the charging station.
	When he got to the charging station, it wouldn't charge.
	And he said normally, he said, well, after he left it in there for a very long time, he said he got it charged after five hours.
	He said it normally only takes an hour when it's not freezing.
	An hour? Yeah, it takes me.
	I timed it because everybody was talking about how, well, we can get this done in a half hour or an hour or something like that.
	And so I timed it with my car, you know, because you go there, you've got to do some things to, you know, open up the cap and put in the hose or the cord or whatever, you know, if you're going to fill it up with a hose or put in an electric cord.
	So that kind of overhead is always there and you're Paying with your credit card and everything.
	But in terms of actually putting the fuel in, with my little car, it was about 10 gallons that I would fill it up with each time.
	It would only take me 30 seconds to put 10 gallons in.
	So I could fill up my car and have a superior range to these guys.
	And I could do it 120 times faster.
	Takes him an hour. Takes me 30 seconds to fill it up.
	Of course, now my car is sitting in the barn.
	Blown head gasket. But I can still fondly remember how quickly I could fill it up.
	You know, Miata did a thing where they said, we are the fastest of any of the convertibles.
	I had a whole bunch of exotic cars that were lined up.
	And they had to put their top down and, you know, then go a quarter mile.
	Well, you know, the soft top Miata, they just flipped it back.
	And all the rest of them were going through this slow mechanical thing because they might have had a hard top that was a convertible.
	Or the worst one, I think it was like a Ferrari or something.
	It was amazing, all the different things.
	You had unbolt on it.
	But I guess you could also do that same commercial.
	You know, Tesla loves to brag, and all electric companies, electric car companies, love to brag about how fast their cars are.
	And they are. They're very fast.
	I've driven one. They're very nice.
	Pick up in it, and straight line acceleration.
	But let's talk about...
	The amount of time that it takes to charge it.
	So if you're going to sit there filling up your tank for an hour, I'm already in the other town, way down the road with electric vehicles, says this tech reporter here.
	They can't just leave the story where it is and let people draw their own conclusions.
	They come back and say, but electric vehicles are better environmental choices, even though they come with some trade-offs.
	Some trade-offs?
	You can't use them in cold weather.
	That kind of trade-off. And in California, the law banning gas-powered lawn equipment went into effect January 1st this year.
	So about three weeks ago.
	California Assembly Bill 1346 took effect on January 1st, banning the sale of gas-powered leaf blowers, lawnmowers, and other small off-road engines across California.
	And so, in this story from Real Clear Energy, they talk to a guy who started a lawn care business in 2020.
	He has a four-person crew, but he says, ever since that stupid rule change, he says, I've actually had to scale down my crew.
	It used to be four of us. Then I had to scale it down to two because I had to try to make up the cost in order to be able to get the equipment.
	You see, this equipment, they said, how much does it cost to get qualified for some of these programs?
	They're going to subsidize some of these things, they said, for electric riding lawnmower.
	He said, over $30,000, $40,000 for some of them.
	He said, that's coming out of our pockets, and there's no workaround.
	So, sorry, you can't use this stuff anymore.
	And I guess when he talks about $30,000, $40,000 for electric riding mower, I guess that's the commercial version.
	I mean, that's... I know the electric riding mowers are way more expensive than the gasoline ones, but I've not seen them that expensive.
	Anyway, according to the California Landscape Contractors Association, zero-emission technology is improving, but it's not yet able to handle the workload of a full day because of short battery life.
	Yeah. But the environmental public health officials don't care.
	They talked to one of them.
	She said, push mowers and the handheld equipment are so egregiously polluting, we just need to take them off of all of the shelves.
	We should not allow anybody to have this.
	This is the kind of fanatical extremism that you see from these people all the time.
	So we've got a lot of people who have tipped.
	I don't want to acknowledge that, but let me finish with the electric car stuff.
	The good news is, here's the good news.
	Toyota. This is a couple of days ago, actually.
	And I said, battery-powered electric vehicles will only ever capture about 30% of the global market, said the chairman of Toyota.
	And he is, I think, the grandson of the founder.
	Yeah, he is the grandson of the founder.
	He raised concerns about consumers' willingness to align with these net zero goals.
	What he said was, he said, traditional fuel-burning cars, as well as hybrids and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, will make up the rest of the market.
	What is it about all of those?
	Well, they have fuel that you can pump in faster than you can charge a battery.
	He said shifting toward electric vehicles is not the answer when billions of people in the world are living even without electricity.
	He told a business event this month that limiting consumer choices and their ability to travel by making expensive cars is not the answer.
	He said consumers, not regulations or politics, should make that decision.
	He said engines will surely remain.
	That's great news.
	We've got at least one car company, maybe the only one, that is not suicidal because that's what these other car companies are.
	You go back and look at Ford, even when, you know, the most popular vehicle, their pickup truck, and they're doing great.
	And they fired their CEO and replaced him with a woke version because he was not putting enough into the mobility perspective.
	And so they fired the guy who was getting them record sales and had produced the winning vehicle combination.
	And they put in a CEO who rebranded the company from a car company or a truck company to a mobility company.
	And then they came up with the stuff like the Ford Lightning and other things like that.
	As a matter of fact, when we look at the e-bikes, New York Fire Department has said e-bikes are responsible for 267 fires in the city, claiming 18 lives and causing 150 injuries.
	You know, fix your battery technology and come back and talk to us when it's done, okay?
	Then we can talk. We've got stuff that works.
	We have functional fuels and other things like that, and we don't need to throw that all out.

	Never worked. It was the same type of stock market flipping and happy stories that Moderna existed on for 10 years before Fauci and Trump made them multi-billionaires.
	So, you know, I guess he saw that and he's like, you know, the way to make money is to have a happy story on the New York Stock Exchange about a drug company And then to get connected politically, he got connected politically to Mike DeWine, that horrific Republican governor in Ohio who came up with the idea of a million-dollar lottery for people to get vaccinated, and he was on his COVID team.
	And the other angle that he was pushing on that COVID team was contact tracing and all the rest of the stuff.
	I mean, it really is...
	Disgusting to see what these people who were running this lockdown and people like Trump is now their buddy buddies and all the rest because he's now supporting Trump.
	It's just disgusting to see that.

	And they've done some good work and done some terms of cutting taxes, eliminating taxes, constitutional carry, many other things like that.

	First, a $2,800 Kenmore Elite fridge with an LG compressor inside died in late 2019.
	It was like 15 months old, she said.
	It basically stopped working.
	It wasn't cold.
	She said it only lived for four years.
	They just died this year, same thing, and I didn't even bother to call them.
	And so you've got another home where they had two dead refrigerators in just five years.
	One person in Philadelphia said her fridge failed when it was only seven months old.
	A woman in San Diego said technicians have been to my home seven times.
	In L.A., a woman there said the fix lasted just one week, and I've had a total of six repair visits and have not had a working refrigerator for two months.
	Well, we could all just dismiss this as first-world problems.
	But it really is indicative of what is happening to our countries and our infrastructure.
	It is a nationwide issue for an L.A. attorney who is now focusing on a class action lawsuit.
	She said the critical part, of course, in a refrigerator is the linear compressor inside LG and some Ken Moore refrigerators.
	It really is the heart of the refrigerator, and they're sharing this issue.
	And it seems like they know that it is not lasting very long.
	Currently, we have 102 plaintiffs.
	We're getting calls at the time.
	She wants LG to extend people's warranties and to refund anyone who says that they bought one after 2018, which is apparently when the problems began.
	Well, part of the problem is that we've got politicians who are not just social engineers, but they're trying to design and engineer everything that we own.
	And so in Canada, you have Trudeau and his green heat pump scheme.
	And it is way more expensive than they had planned on doing it, to have green heat.
	But by the way, who needs green heat when we've got global warming, right?
	You would think that the people in Canada would be embracing this.
	It's like, all right, we're going to get a warmer climate.
	We're going to go for this because it's a bit cold up there.
	An ideologically charged Canadian federal government green program.
	To try and get homeowners to switch their reliable heating oil furnaces for less reliable electric heat pumps via a large grant that has been blasted by the taxpayer advocacy group.
	And so apart from the reliability, it's just the fact that a heat pump in a really cold climate like that is not efficient.
	Trudeau, you would think, might know that.
	He doesn't have to be a scientist or an engineer to know that.
	We have a heat pump, and we did as much as we could with the one fireplace that we've got, because you just don't get any warm air out of them once it starts getting really cold.
	We had some really cold temperatures.
	We were down... Below freezing for five or six days, we got down below zero a few days, and so things froze and froze hard.
	Heat pumps don't work very well in those temperatures.
	Not very efficient, regardless of whether they last or not.
	So the answer to all of this is to have mandates and subsidies.
	We're going to bribe you, and we're going to coerce you at the same time.
	Estimated costs for the federal government program to give households $15,000 grants.
	To switch to new heat pumps.
	The estimates have gone from 750 million to 2.7 billion.
	And again, why get rid of something that is working?
	Well, it's because of this fantasy about climate change.
	They haven't proven that the climate has changed, and they haven't proven a connection with your gas furnace either, or your car.
	The budget office estimates that there's up to 244,000 households that might jump in on this entitlement program, but do they really want to do that?
	They said the original scheme was to allow $10,000 to eligible homeowners to convert from oil-fired furnaces to an electric heat pump.
	The cabinet of Trudeau, and of course, you know, we know who's got people in the cabinet.
	We've got people in the cabinets, young World Economic Forum leaders, you know, people like Trudeau, many people with Trudeau, people like Chrystia Friedland, and we'll talk about how Trudeau and the company got the back of the hand of one judge about their fake emergency orders coming up here.
	But They expanded the grant from $10,000 to $15,000, along with a $250 one-time bonus.
	Why would they do that? Well, because people don't want to do it, right?
	They offer them the cash subsidy.
	So I tell you, we'll give you $10,000 to switch this out.
	People say, not interested.
	Okay, how about this? A $15,000 and $250 bonus payment for that.
	That you don't even have to show that you're using any of this stuff.
	Canada is the third largest oil and gas reserves in the world.
	Most of it in Alberta.
	So even though they have massive amounts of this, this is one of the things that we saw Going back to after the oil embargo OPEC, the cause that triggered so much inflation and economic disruption in the late 1970s.
	Everybody was queuing up to try to get fuel.
	You could only buy gas with an even or odd plate on certain days and all that kind of stuff.
	And I've shown the magazines on air before Time and Newsweek.
	I kept those magazines because I was...
	I said, oh, this is going to be great.
	They were predicting that we're going to be out of oil and gas and all the rest of this stuff by the mid-1980s.
	And that was less than a decade away.
	We're going to be out of all this stuff.
	It's like, that's absolutely lunatic.
	But that was what mainstream media was telling everybody.
	And that was the cover of the magazines.
	And you see the charts and stuff.
	But they said, even with those dire predictions about what they called fossil fuels, not fossil fuel, Even with those dire predictions, they said we got 666 years of coal.
	I remember that because it was 666.
	What kind of nonsense lies this?
	But of course, the coal had to be the first thing to go because we had so much of it.
	And here in Canada, oil has got to go for your oil furnaces because we got so much of it.
	You can't use it. We're going to have to make ourselves dependent on China and on India and other countries like that.
	So, you got a lot of oil and gas?
	Can't use it. Got a lot of coal?
	Can't use it. Not going to let you use it.
	Trudeau's carbon tax, however, is costing Canadians hundreds of dollars annually as government rebates it gives are not enough to compensate for the high fuel costs.
	And it's one of the reasons why you just had, and I think it's very significant.
	We'll see what will happen with this.
	The Saskatchewan governor of that province said, we're not going to pay the carbon taxes.
	We've got a lot of oil and gas ourselves.
	We're not going to pay Trudeau to use our own stuff.
	So we're starting to see things like that as well as what's happening in Texas at the border.
	People have just had enough of this insanity.
	Like we began the program.
	People in the UK said, we understand.
	You know, our government hates us.
	We've got people like Rishi Sunak and Sadiq Khan.
	They absolutely hate British people.
	And they're ruling over them.
	And now they want you to be drafted in the army to go fight the wars that you don't support.
	And I said, we have enough. And so you got governors down to individual people who said, we've had enough with these national leaders who are really globalist leaders.
	89% of Ivy League grads support strict rationing of gas, meat, and electricity in order to fight climate change.
	The longer you stay in these disinformation institutions, the more you buy into this stuff.
	And what we're seeing is decades of propaganda and lies and indoctrination that's now bearing fruit.
	Nearly 90% of Ivy League graduates support the strict rationing of gas, meat, and electricity to fight climate change, according to a new poll.
	They said that...
	The conservative committee to unleash prosperity is what they call it.
	They need to call it unleashing people because we're the ones that they want to.
	It's not prosperity.
	It's just our basic freedoms.
	To be able to eat and travel and all the rest of this stuff.

	They're putting chains on us.
	Climate change.
	We should call it climate chains.
	The climate chains.
	The climate chains are an obsession of the very rich and the highly educated.

	They're over-indoctrinated.
	An astonishing 77% of the elites, including nearly 90% of those who graduated from top universities, Favor rationing of energy and gas and all the rest of this stuff.
	And so they said they defined these elites as people who have at least one postgraduate degree and who are earning at least $150,000 annually and living in high population density areas, more than 10,000 people per square mile in their zip code.
	So I guess living in a crowded city makes you an elite.
	I thought it was the other way around.
	I mean, my aspirations were to live somewhere where I don't have a lot of people, 10,000 people per square mile.
	But again, a postgraduate degree reminds me of the Wizard of Oz thing.
	These people got one thing that you don't have, and that is a diploma.
	Yeah. A doctor of thinkology who doesn't even know what the Pythagorean theorem is.
	Another key finding is that nearly 6 in 10 elites say that there is too much individual freedom in America.
	Because they've got straw for brains.
	The study also examined a sub-sample of elites who attended Ivy League schools or other elite private schools, such as Northwestern, Duke, Stanford, and the University of Chicago.
	And I say Duke that way because we know Duke from when we used to live in Research Triangle Park area.
	So the climate alarmists, these same types of people, Well, we're saying that the U.S. and the U.K. militaries owe $111 billion in climate reparations.
	Oh, that's no problem.
	I mean, that's chump change for the Pentagon.
	We give that to Zelensky.
	We can certainly give that to third world countries.
	Besides, the Pentagon has lost trillions of dollars of stuff somewhere in the Pentagon.
	Several trillion dollars a year for the last several years.
	Yeah. We should be able to look in the cushions of the Pentagon and find $111 billion.
	I mean, it's probably the change that dropped out of their pockets.
	China's state-run Global Times on Wednesday eagerly touted a report from two climate-alarmist think tanks.
	Commonwealth in the UK and Climate and Community Project in the United States.
	They claim that British and American militaries owe $111 billion in climate reparations to communities that are supposedly threatened by their carbon emissions.
	Who would have thought that?
	Here we are, we've been threatening communities all over the world with bombs and thermonuclear war.
	And we got to pay for the threat of climate change?
	That's the least of these things that we threaten people with.
	What a joke. Barbara Streisand, calling Trump a climate denier.
	See, there's got to be something good about everybody, even Trump, right?
	Except he didn't deny the Paris Climate Accord, unfortunately.
	He left it there, said, I'll get rid of it after the election, got rid of it, and it stayed, gotten rid of for just a couple of months.
	And as I said before, it's a treaty.
	He should have treated it as such, but mostly Mitch McConnell and all of the senators, every single one of them.
	We're talking about Rand Paul or Ted Cruz or Mike Lee, any of these people.
	Every single one of them knows that the Senate's job, that ratifying treaties is the Senate's job.
	Any of them. It didn't have to just be Mitch McConnell.
	It didn't have to be Trump. Any of them could have called the bluff from John Kerry and Obama on this Paris climate change.
	But they didn't. Anyway, Barbra Streisand calls Trump a climate denier.
	And as they point out, and Breitbart, because they won't miss an opportunity to make Trump look good.
	And this is Trump's Streisand effect.
	Ha, ha, ha.
	If you want to look good, get Barbra Streisand to criticize you.
	And so they point out that she once used a private jet to fly her little doggies around the world to follow her.
	She had three dogs.
	She flew them from California to London so they could watch her perform in a concert.
	Did she forget them?
	Was this kind of like a Home Alone thing?
	It's like, oh, I forgot the dogs!
	Maybe she did with a big entourage like she travels with.
	She doesn't just have a big entourage.
	She's got a big autobiography.
	And My Name is Barbara is the name of her 1,000-page book.
	And it's not selling for some reason.
	Not a lot of people out there want to read a 1,000-page book about her.
	We're talking about narcissism.
	You've got to find something to make Trump look good.
	Barbra Streisand, they call him a climate denier who flies her dogs on a private jet to see her perform.
	And you find somebody like Barbra Streisand who is certainly as bad, maybe even a worse narcissist than Donald Trump.
	Because 1,000 pages, I looked it up, I thought, how big is War and Peace?
	You know, everybody's like, War and Peace.
	Yeah, you read that book, that's huge.
	That's 1,225 pages, typically.
	You know, of course, it depends on the publisher and the print size.
	On average, the Bible is about 1,200 pages.
	But, you know, Barbra Streisand has got 1,000 pages worth of stuff to say about herself.
	Yeah. No ego there at all, right?
	Conspiracy theorists were right about climate change, says that Bobby Ann Flower Cox at Brownstone.
	And she said we had Governor Kathy Hochul of New York, as Gerald Slenty calls her, Hochulberry.
	She issued a travel ban for an entire county in upstate New York because of snow.
	She said it wasn't a travel advisory.
	It was a travel ban.
	Right? Climate lockdown?
	Yeah. Yeah, they might do that type of thing.
	They'd love to have this power, don't they?
	So, I'm not going to tell you that it's snowy out there.
	We're going to ban this. And this is in Erie County.
	Where they do get a lot of snow.
	They get a lot of snow in upstate New York.
	And so, she says, if you can't drive down the road to get from point A to point B, then we could also call that a lockdown.
	Dictator Hochul's reason for the lockdown to close one million New Yorkers that live in Erie County, what was it?
	Well, it was the fact that it was going to snow.
	Going to snow.
	It wasn't even snowing yet.
	But they had, you know, this model that was done by very smart people, just like Trump had a model about COVID. It's going to be a pandemic, so we're going to lock you down in a way that we've never ever done with any outbreak of disease or anything.
	They must be confined to their homes until she says that it's safe for them to rejoin the world again.
	Maybe she's just testing to see how far she can take her totalitarian desires, said Brownstone.
	Yeah, and she ties this to pandemic, because, you know, we all know that Trump's pandemic was a snow job.
	That's how he's just like these other people from New York, these other Democrats from New York, because I think of Trump as a Democrat.
	There is a big difference between caring about New Yorkers' safety and wanting to control people.
	Hochul was banning people from leaving their homes, even if it was not snowing.
	And so she said, I have cited in the past the Greek philosopher Heraclitus who said, the truth often evades being recognized due to its utter incredibility.
	See, there's nothing new.
	I've said that myself. I'd never seen that quote from the Greek philosopher Heraclitus.
	But I... You know, I've said the big obstacle that we have is that people can't believe how evil these people are.
	And they also can't believe the technology that is at their disposal.
	Those are the two things that make people roll their eyes when you tell them about certain things.
	She said, put another way, if something is so outrageous, it's often cast aside as untrue.
	And so she put in a tweet from dictator Hochulberry.
	Travel will be extremely dangerous in western New York tonight, even if snow is not falling.
	Stay home. So, yeah, she went on to post a lot of other things about the travel ban.
	People replied to that and said, you can't tell people not to go out if the snow isn't falling.
	What are you talking about?
	Well, you can't tell people to go out, to not go out, even if the snow is falling.
	But again, same thing that we saw with the lockdown.
	She said, you'll recognize there have been travel bans based on big storms in the past here in New York.
	However, those were issued by local government.
	And that was done after a state of emergency was declared.
	And that was done after it had snowed.
	But they're not issued by the governor.
	And they're not issued without an emergency declaration.
	And they're not issued without an emergency.
	And yet, that is exactly what Trump did, 13th of March, 2020.
	Interestingly, though, she will not talk in this article about Trump.
	He who must not be named the Voldemort of the Republican Party.
	It's the same thing the governor and her Department of Health have been doing with their hideous quarantine camp regulation that I've been fighting in court for nearly two years now, says the author.
	And again, governments have had the authority in the past to temporarily quarantine sick people.
	But now that has shifted to, and that would be local people, that has now shifted to unelected statewide bureaucrats and appointees who have zero accountability to We the People.
	Under their quarantine camp regulation, the governor and her Department of Health would have centralized control over 19 million New Yorkers to force you to lock down in your home, or they could force you, with the use of police, to go to a quarantine center.
	And so, one thing that is missing in this person's perspective is the fact that this was the plan.
	All these people say, well, it's the bad Democrat governors.
	Well, again, if you're going to do that, at least acknowledge that there were bad Republican governors as well.
	But when you say it was done by the governors, that was the plan, folks, going back to dark winter and 9-11.
	You know, they used 9-11 and the false flag attack after that.
	They'd had the dark winter simulation two months before that.
	And then two months after that, they said, give yourself these powers at the state level because you're going to need them someday.
	And we've been practicing for the scenario that you're going to need them in.
	And so that's the thing.
	People look at it and they talk about the governors and say, well, it was the governors.
	It wasn't Trump. It was always...
	To be done by the governors after it was declared an emergency by the president and he released the money to them to do this.
	People can't understand that plan.
	So net zero is dying, but it's taking us down with it, says Francis Minton in the Manhattan Contrarian.
	And in that, he's quoting what has happened in Wales as they shut down the very last steel plant in the UK. The UK that wants to feed this fantasy that they have a military that, you know, they can't get anybody to sign up.
	And how are they going to make their tanks and planes when they don't have any steel plants?

	We've got to have a war. A green energy wall.
	An impassable barricade of physical impossibility, characterized by scarcity, by blackouts, into which a country crashes suddenly.
	Among the net-zero zealot countries that I've identified as the leading candidates for eminently hitting the wall are Germany and the UK, says Francis Minton.
	He said, but perhaps instead of a sudden crash, the demise of the green energy illusion will look more like a slow but steady decline, a gradual withering of economic activity and prosperity.
	In this scenario, high energy prices brought about by energy restrictions drive important industries out of business.
	And as good jobs disappear and energy prices increase, the people gradually and inexorably get poor.
	events in the UK and Germany seemed to point in the direction of this type of scenario.

	How's somebody so rich go bankrupt?
	Gradually, and then suddenly.
	At one point in time, everybody realizes that, you know, just like the Looney Tunes character that runs off the cliff, works for a little while, then they look down, wait, there's nothing under me.
	then they fall down. So there are nine linked news articles in the past couple of days that all deal with recent instances of industrial decline in the UK and in Germany, each one a consequence of energy prices.
	Several of the pieces cover the impending closure of Port Talbot Steelworks in Wales, the loss of 2,500 jobs, but also the loss of the last steel production firm in the UK. And why is this happening?
	Well, because they can't make money.
	They can't compete because the price of energy is high.
	Steel production is very energy intensive.
	As you see the super hot things that they've heated up.
	You know, the steel as they're pouring this molten steel takes a lot of energy for that.
	And the people who can afford the energy...
	Are the Chinese and the Indians because they're allowed to build as cheap and dirty and as many plants as they wish.
	And we're not.
	And so it is the artificially inflated price of energy due to the Paris Climate Accord that is driving industry out in Germany and the UK. They can't compete.
	Workers are losing their jobs because their carbon will now be emitted in India and China.
	Global warming?
	No. No.
	A transfer of wealth.
	The UK will now be the only G7 nation with no first-class steelmaking.
	That's where this whole thing is finally going to start coming down.
	And it's going to come down very rapidly once it gets started.
	We have one projection.
	Saying the world is going to be short of oil.
	The world will be short of oil by 2025.
	This is the CEO of Occidental.
	He says the world will find itself short of oil from 2025 onwards as exploration for longer producing crude reserves is set to lag demand growth.
	And of course, that doesn't say anything about refineries.
	We're not building any refineries anymore in America because of regulations.
	The government has basically shut that down.
	It isn't that we don't need them.
	But the government is not allowing it.
	All the refineries are being built in China.
	So regardless of whether or not we have oil, they're going to have all the ability to refine it into something that we can use.
	For most of the second half of the 20th century, oil companies were finding more crude than was being consumed globally.
	Around five times the demand volume.
	And remember, it was time in Newsweek and the mainstream media that was saying in the late 1970s, after the OPEC thing, we're going to be out of oil in the mid-1980s.
	And yet, throughout the second half of the 20th century, they were finding about five times the amount of oil that they were using.
	And so, again, by the way, that peak oil thing, that was a CIA lie.
	They were the ones who were really pushing that.
	The ratio of discovered resources versus demand has dropped in recent decades and is now about 25%.
	So instead of finding it at the rate at five times the rate that we were using, they're now finding it at about 25% of the rate that we're using it.
	And this is, again, it's not that we're running out of oil.
	Not that we can't find it.
	We're not allowed to look.
	And we're not allowed to extract it.
	Got to keep it in the ground.
	In the near term, the markets are not balanced.
	Supply and demand is not balanced, said Occidental Petroleum's CEO. 2025 and beyond is when the world is going to be short of oil.
	According to the executive, the oil market will find itself moving from an oversupply in the near term to a long period of supply shortages.
	Which means that we're going to have even more problems for the grid, because that is one more of the components in the grid, and it is one of the components that works in any kind of weather.

	And so this is the interpretation of the 14th Amendment, which wasn't about this really at all.

	And they made it clear that if somebody came here legally, and at the time it would have been typically something like a foreign diplomat coming here, and if the child was born in the United States, the child would not be a natural-born citizen.
	It would, because those parents were not subject to the jurisdiction.
	And there were many other things outside of the 14th Amendment that show that that was the intention.
	But the actual text of it is, I think, pretty clear.
	And so we have situations where they've looked the other way for this type of thing.
	And in her particular case, from my understanding, she was born in the United States, but her parents had come here to work, and they could not have been legal citizens at that point in time.
	But they don't care.
	How could that happen?
	Well, it happens because they don't care what the Constitution says about anything, let alone that.
	So, yeah, that's where we are with it.
	But getting back to the AI gods that are coming, you know, Hugo de Garris wrote a book, The Artelec War, and the thing that I thought was interesting, two things were interesting about it.
	First of all, he said, these people are going to advance technology and the vast majority of us are going to realize that they have malicious goals and all this and push back against it as they start controlling our lives and taking our jobs with AI and other things like that.
	And so he called it the Artelec Wars, and he said that the elites would use their superior technology and perhaps their ability to leave the Earth.
	He called them Cosmos because of that.
	He thought they would take to space stations like Jeff Bezos wants to do and has always wanted to do, the kind of Gerard K. O'Neill.
	You know, space platforms and the Lagrange libration points in his book High Frontier.
	And you see that in the movie Elysium.
	So he said, I think they'll defend themselves by going up there because everybody's going to want to lynch them once they find out what these people are up to.
	And then they'll unleash with their technology giga death on us.
	So that was one aspect of his book.
	The other part of his book that was also interesting, I talked about this a long time in terms of engineers who were in companies that were doing stuff for the military industrial complex.
	And I said, you know, you look at this and it's the same type of debate that is brought up with Oppenheimer.
	Should I do this?
	Because what are the consequences of it?
	And I said, typically, engineers and scientists don't think about that.
	They're looking at solving a problem.
	And they get caught up in the puzzle, and they don't think about the consequences of that.
	And so Hugo de Garris would go around, and he was an AI expert himself, and he would give conferences, and he would speak to scientists.
	And as he looked at this, he said, you know, I think I am creating something that could be intelligent enough.
	That it could kill me and all of mankind.
	Hugo was not a Christian.
	He's not a believer.
	And he thought that he had the possibility to create a godlike intelligence is the way that he referred to it.
	And he said, and that godlike intelligence may decide that we're no more important than an ant and would kill us. You know, you look at Ray Kurzweil, he always had a very Pollyanna view of the technology. Oh, it's going to be beneficial. It's going to be great. You know, this new intelligence, it's going to be, you know, really good. Kind of like Steven Spielberg and his aliens, you know, his aliens are like E.T. or close encounters of the third kind. They're not like, you know, Mars attacks.
	We come in peace and then they start shooting everybody.
	So you have these two different visions, right?
	Well, if we have aliens come, they're going to be peaceful, or these benevolent super beings, or maybe they're just going to try to wipe us out.
	Same thing about the artificial intelligence.
	Ray Kurzweil thought, oh, it's got to be benevolent.
	And Hugo said, well, it could be, but I don't really think so.
	And I don't really think that they were going to create a godlike intelligence either.
	But what was interesting about it was he said he would ask these scientists in these conventions, he said, if you knew that you were going to create this godlike intelligence that was going to destroy all of humanity, would you still continue to do it?
	And almost all of them said yes.
	And the only time that he got a negative answer was when he spoke at a conference where I was speaking, and it was a lot of people.
	It was a Christian conference, kind of Christian political conference, and the vast majority of the people said no.
	It's not the first time I've ever had that answer.
	Most people said, the scientific community would say yes.
	So experts believe that people might ditch traditional religion for tech-based beliefs.
	But haven't they already?
	You know, transhumanists have.
	And so many people have made a religion out of science and the scientism of some person in authority like Fauci.
	I also spoke to Zoltan Isvan, who was trying to push transhumanism, and he didn't have a billion dollars, so what he did was, because it's usually the billionaires like Musk and Peter Thiel and people like that, Who are pushing transhumanism because they think that it's going to be eternal life for them.
	Zoltan Isfan created the Transhumanist Party and he ran for president.
	I don't think he got on any ballots.
	But anyway, when he came around, I interviewed him.
	And it was a very interesting interview.
	He had written a book, a fictional account, to try to portray what he thought was going to be the struggle.
	And just as Hugo de Garis saw a struggle between the globalist elites and the technocrats, And the common people.
	Zoltan Isfan, the transhumanist, saw the struggle as being between the scientists and Christians.
	And so he's got a hero in his book called Jethro Knights, which I thought was funny, who kills the Christians.
	And the results of generative AI are very open for interpretation, so people can read anything into them.
	Exactly. And that's what people were doing with the old program, Lisa.
	It's what people do, by the way, with horoscopes and with tarot cards and Ouija boards and stuff like that.
	They're very open, so you can read anything into them that you want.
	So we know how this is going to go.
	They've already set up some robots and...
	A temple in Kyoto, Japan.
	They have a robot that delivers sermons.
	And you've had 2015 Anthony Lewandowski founded the now-closed Way of the Future, which aimed to build a super AI bot for followers to worship.
	There's also the transhumanist movement, says this article from the Daily Star.
	And that really is where this is.
	The people who have focused on the singularity.
	Ray Kurzweil used to have annual singularity conferences.
	I don't know if that got stopped with 2020 and restarted since then or not.
	But it was Peter Thiel who started the Singularity Foundation.
	And, of course, they believe that we're going to merge with machines.
	You see this also from Elon Musk.
	If you want to question why Elon Musk's profile picture, I don't know if it still is or not, you know, was his costume with his Baphomet costume, you know, it's the transhumanism there.
	It's right there in your face for anybody to see.
	They're not really trying to hide it.
	And they've made many statements.
	It's not just, oh, look, I see this symbol in this picture on his Halloween costume or whatever.
	No, they openly say that's what they're looking for.
	And so they believe that it's going to give them God-like abilities and eternal life.
	And so I saw this article from Metro.
	It's kind of a tabloid paper in the UK. But it was picked up by Drudge and said, Inside the Ambulance to the Future, where people are frozen in hope of life after death.
	Suspended in a deep freeze, a growing number of patients, quote-unquote, at the world's biggest cryopreservation facilities are taking a dice roll at another life.
	So they're trusting science.
	And I thought it was interesting.
	What got my attention in all this was the fact that in this article, he says it's kind of like Pascal's Wager.
	Do you know Pascal's Wager?
	Yeah. The mathematician, Blaise Pascal, said, well, I'm a Christian.
	He wrote a lot about being a Christian, interestingly enough.
	You know, we have a lot of scientists and mathematicians who are very, very successful.
	And influential and foundational in the fields that were strong Christians.
	People like James Clerk Maxwell, who did the unified field theory between electromagnetics, right?
	So all the two were interrelated and everything.
	People like Isaac Newton and everything.
	But Blaise Pascal said, okay, here's my wager.
	If I live as a Christian and as a believer, and if God doesn't exist, I haven't lost all that much.
	I've foregone some things that I might otherwise have indulged in, but not much.
	But if there is a God, the benefit from that is infinite, because you get infinite life if the Bible is true.
	And these people are saying, well, this is kind of like Pascal's Wager.
	I'm like, well, actually, no, because they're talking about some finite gain.
	I mean, even if these people come back, they bring them back at some point in time.
	They freeze their body and assume that the cells are not going to die, and then at some point in time they're going to be able to bring themselves back.
	And that was a discussion that I had with Zoltan Isfan.
	I said, okay, so you're saying that you're going to transfer yourself To a machine.
	And you're, what is it?
	What are you? Are you a consciousness?
	Are you a bunch of electrical signals?
	What are you? And he couldn't answer that.
	And I really pressed him on it.
	He said, what are you transferring?
	You know, these people who have preserved their bodies, you know, they're not there.
	The bodies are there.
	What has happened to these people?
	Are they gone somewhere else?
	That's kind of implied, and it certainly is implied and clearly stated with the transhumanists, because there would be, in their particular situation, there's absolutely, you know, these people might believe, and I don't agree with them, but they might believe that, well, this physical body is me, and, you know, if I can bring this back and thaw myself out, then I will wake up, and I haven't gone anywhere.
	I'm still here. But the transhumanists believe that they're transferring something, their essence, whatever that essence is.
	We would call it a soul.
	But they don't believe that you have a soul.
	But they think that they're transferring something to a machine.
	And so I said, so what is it?
	What are we? Have you thought about what we are?
	And they don't really have an answer for that.
	Not at all. So, you know, when you look at this, What is their hope?
	These people are making this Pascal wager.
	Do they have a hope for this? You know, we have, when we talk about hope, the word that's translated in that Greek word that's in the Bible is a confident expectation.
	And so we have a confident expectation of this.
	Why? Well, first of all, everybody knows that it's a God.
	You can look at, it's inescapable to look at the world around us and not know that there was an intelligent force behind it.
	And so then the question becomes, is the Bible true?
	And there's many ways that you can look at that.
	You can look at it from a prophetic standpoint, from a geological standpoint, from an archaeological standpoint.
	They keep finding these things that people say, well, don't have any evidence of there ever being a society, a civilization called the Hittites or whatever.
	And then they find that, yeah, it's actually a pretty big...
	Pretty big society when they look for it.
	So we have all these different ways to look at it.
	But the most important one is when I had J. Warner Wallace on, he talked about cold case Christianity.
	The very term martyr means witness.
	We all think of it as people who were killed because of what they believed.
	But they were the witnesses.
	They were the ones who were the eyewitnesses to this.
	And when you go back and you look at that evidence as J. Warner Wallace did, I think that's the strongest evidence.
	The fact that so many people who were there died rather than recant what they knew was true.
	They were not suicide bombers.
	That word has been stolen, just as the Muslims have stolen so many physical religious sites.
	They've taken that word and completely changed the meaning of it.
	Now, these are people who were given a chance to recant and a chance to live, and instead, they knew that they had eternal life because they had seen the dead brought back to life.
	And they had seen who did it.
	And many of them had seen him after he took his life back.
	And so, that's the thing.
	You know, we're all, each of us, if the Bible is true, we each have, it's appointed a man once to die, and after that, the judgment.
	And so what do you do with that?
	Well, there's some really good news about that.
	That's also in the Bible. We're going to take a quick break, and Angry Tiger is going to be joining us.
	We have some good news out of New Hampshire that is not the best news like I was just talking about, but it is good news in terms of a sense of an acknowledgement, and even more than an acknowledgement, it is a bill that would prohibit Certain things that a lot of people have just dismissed as conspiracy theories.

	And I wanted to get Franco on because he did a special report about a New Hampshire bill.
	And I want to talk about that and the implications of that.
	But, of course, we've also got some very interesting financial news.
	And Franco does the Knights of the Storm with Jason Barker.
	And he also has the Tiger and Snake Economic Report.
	And so we've got a couple of things we want to talk to Franco about.
	So thanks for joining us. Appreciate you coming on.
	Good morning, David, and viewers and listeners, and thank you for having me, sir.
	It's an honor, and thank you for all you do.
	Well, thank you, and thank you for what you did, because I had not seen this from anybody else, and so you pretty much have a scoop on this.
	I haven't seen any other reports about this.
	This is a bill that's been introduced in the New Hampshire House.
	I looked at where this was, and it was introduced, it looks like...
	It's coming up for committee approval on January the 30th, if I'm correct.
	So it still hasn't come up for a vote, and this is in the House bill, but it's still very important what is in there.
	Tell people what's in this bill.
	So, you know, I would also like to give Mama Tiger.
	She sent me this bill.
	I was unaware of it, and I hadn't seen anybody reporting on it.
	And, you know, the significance of this bill is that I know Texas did something on cloud seeding, but it recognizes the, you know, the geoengineering program that's going on above our skies.
	It recognizes the 5G and non-ionizing radiation that we're exposed to.
	And it actually criminalizes it.
	So in this bill, this is extremely significant because we've been called conspiracy theorists, nut jobs.
	A lot of people don't understand when they can't see something how much it can affect them, right?
	Yes. So when I've seen this bill, it literally criminalizes doing these things.
	And I was excited to see it because we have a government...
	In a state recognizing that this is harmful not only to us, but to the environment and to the animals.
	I mean, it wipes out insects.
	So, I love seeing that.
	And actually, the penalties for this...
	So, one of the good things about this is they put it in the hands of the sheriff.
	You report it to the sheriff if you think there's some kind of pollution going on.
	And then also, the sheriff will report it to their...
	Their version of their EPA in the state.
	And the consequence for this, for a company or someone doing this, is a $500,000 fine, or not less than, or two years in jail.
	So that's extremely significant.
	And the thing that I really liked about that is it's compounding.
	It's by the day the $500,000 fine.
	It's not just, oh, just a single fine.
	Well, that's good because I know there's some pretty big money and governments and things like that that are behind all of this stuff.
	And, you know, we've seen over the years, the geoengineering watch, we've seen the pictures of the nozzles, you know, letting this stuff out.
	And there's been other indications, many other indications about it as well, people doing soil samples.
	I remember back in 2013, we had a film contest, and it was called Skyder Alert.
	And it was an app and the film contest was about the geoengineering and chemtrails and things like that.
	And they said – they came up with this app and they said, when you see a big cross-hatching of persistent contrails in your area, take a picture of it.
	And they sent it to members of Congress.
	And then they also correlated that with temperature readings in the area.
	And they found that in areas where they had a lot of these cross-hatched contrails, that it was actually making the temperature go up.
	And so, you know, that's another aspect.
	Whenever I talk about global warming, I always get people to say, we need to talk about the geoengineering that's going on.
	And I have talked about that in the past.
	But what is good about this is the fact that they have acknowledged that this exists.
	And when I was looking this up, there's actually another state, the second state, New Hampshire becomes the second state to ban chemtrails.
	Well, it hasn't been banned yet because it hasn't gone through.
	But there's another state that has either worked on this or has...
	I think that state is Texas, isn't it?
	I don't know. I didn't have time to look at the article, so it might be.
	What did they do in Texas?
	You know, Texas had similar wording, but I don't think it got very far.
	You know, David, this is the problem with this.
	I like the bill, and it's great that we're finally getting official recognition that this stuff actually exists.
	And I was really excited that they included, you know, all the non-ionizing radiation, the EMF, the RF, the UHF, ELF. They cover it all, which is extremely important.
	But this is what I worry about.
	So say something happens in New Hampshire, they ban this, it passes, because they don't have a Senate there.
	It goes through the Congress, then it goes right to the people for a vote.
	And then, you know, if it gets through committee, it gets to the people, and then it gets to the governor, and he signs it into law.
	What I'm worried about is, okay, so say...
	Say their adjoining state is doing this and it cross-contaminates New Hampshire.
	Well, that's going to make it federal, right?
	Then it's going to go to a federal court.
	And we know that's going to go to the Supreme Court.
	And sooner or later, it'll end up there.
	And on their last decision with Texas, you know, and the barbed wire and all that, they don't recognize state sovereignty.
	So we're counting on the corrupt courts.
	To help us with this in the end.
	And, you know, we got a bunch of jack-legged rumpots in there, you know, doing their thing.
	We can't trust them. And, you know, all fed by the snake-headed gypsy tinbenders from the Federal Reserve that dropped the corruption.
	We have politicians and these giant Leviathan telecom companies, special interest groups, That are going to fight this tooth and nail.
	And I haven't seen any funding for it or proposed funding.
	So I'm hoping that this just isn't lip service because somebody in New Hampshire made enough noise, the constituency made enough noise to get this bill into the House.
	Well, you know, the important, the positive part of this, I think, is the fact that it opens up the discussion more, rather than having somebody just say, you don't even know, you know, these are just contrails and everything.
	It's like, well, no, it's a different thing, and we can see other effects from this as well, and this is persistent and so forth.
	But it gets it to the point where we acknowledge that it's going on, and they've acknowledged it themselves in the past.
	I mean, after the Vietnam War, they handed out a medal to a guy who had modified the weather.
	And then right after the Vietnam War in the early 1970s, they had a UN treaty that everybody signed promising not to modify the weather.
	Why would they do that if they weren't already working on it, if it wasn't something that was feasible and already perhaps in production or imminently going into production?
	And that was 50 years ago.
	And so these are the types of things they typically for the longest time they'll say, well this just doesn't even exist.
	And then at one point in time, they'll admit it, and then they say, well, now it exists, but it's a good thing.
	And so, we're starting to see some of that as you see some of these people, like Gates and other people, talk about their weather experiments and how they wanted to put, not...
	For the weather modification, put stuff in the stratospheric area as shielding for global cooling and things like that.
	Yeah, to block out the rays of the sun for Pete's sake.
	I mean, you know, that great orange ball in the sky that has nothing to do with the environment, by the way.
	You know, and we need that to live.
	Plants need that to live.
	And they want to block it out.
	Yeah, get rid of the sunlight and the CO2. How's that going to work out for us?
	Which we're at 400 parts per million.
	You go back to the paleontalio age, and it was at 2,000 parts per million, and the Earth was the greenest it had ever been.
	The whole environmental boondoggle really steams my tail.
	Because they're talking nonsense, stuff we learned in eighth grade about CO2, and they turn it on its head.
	You've got to be really sophisticated in order to come up with these arguments that defy common sense, don't you?
	Exactly. Exactly.
	But the great thing about this bill is us, in the truth community, I don't like using a conspiracy theory name.
	You know, that really puts us under the rug.
	We can show this to people who aren't quite up to speed with these things, who have heard on the news that this is nonsense or it's a conspiracy theory, and say, look.
	A state government actually recognizes the damage that this does to the human body.
	You know, Rhonda Tate pulled up a great study for me.
	And I got to thank Rhonda Tate and Vince Agnelli.
	Once a month we do an EMF special.
	And we're trying to help people.
	You know, that's the whole point of it.
	And she pulled up a Swedish study where there's a Swedish couple.
	And five meters above their head, you know, on their roof, there's a 3G and 4G base station.
	And they switched it over to 5G. When they had the 3 and 4G base station, they were at 9,000 microwatts of RF. Then, after they installed the 5G, that jumped to 1.7 million microwatts.
	That is a ridiculous increase.
	And you look at this stuff, and if people don't know what this does to you, this non-ionizing radiation, it disrupts your telomeres.
	We know about that on your DNA strands.
	It also affects your body ability to fight free radicals.
	And it creates what they call, I believe the term is, I had to write it down, proxy nitrate.
	And this bonds with the free radicals and spreads them out, so it's a two-pronged attack on your body.
	Number one, your body's ability to fight the free radicals is hindered.
	And number two, it's bonding and creating this proxy nitrate, which is a free radical in and of itself.
	That calcifies things inside your body.
	This is a horrible thing that they're doing to us, and We really need to be able to get people to understand how unhealthy this is, and that's why I really was excited about the bill in and of itself.
	Yeah, yeah. That is interesting because, you know, one of the things that they've told people, which, again, I didn't believe it, but, you know, it's like, well, we'll see what the measurements actually look like, because you're talking about that massive jump.
	And radiation intensity that's there.
	They've always said, well, no, the 5G is going to be much, much lower power than anything that we've got out there.
	And that's why we have to have so many of these antennas, and it's going to be line of sight only, and it's going to be very low power.
	And yet, as I point out, in New York, people are waking up the next morning and seeing that overnight they put up these antennas right next to their window, right next to where their child sleeps.
	And one of these instances, they called them up and said, there's a sticker on here that says not to be within, I think it was something like nine feet or something of this.
	And they said, and you put this right next to the window where my baby's bed is.
	And so we'll send somebody out right away.
	They came out and they took the sticker off.
	They didn't move the thing. And so, you know, evidently, that may not be true based on what happened in Sweden, that it actually is lower power.
	It sounds like it's much, much higher power than the three and the four G. Well, to your point, We're good to go.
	But that's not what's really going on.
	There's a Jedi mind trick going on there.
	As you alluded to, the towers are very close to each other.
	So the signal in between the towers and the signal going to your home is way stronger than the 3 or the 4G, you know?
	Mm-hmm. It really...
	Well, it's a much different frequency, too.
	I'm not going to lose my patience.
	Yeah, it's a much different frequency.
	And so, you know, regardless of the intensity, the difference in frequency is going to have a different effect, and they haven't studied that.
	And then the other thing about the 5G, even when they were saying, well, it's less intense than the 3G and the 4G, but we're going to...
	And because of that, it's going to be line of sight.
	And we're going to then multiplex from any of these antennas, this line of sight.
	And so at one point in time, they're all going to be pointing at you.
	And then they point at somebody else.
	I thought, well, then what is that power when they're all pointing at me?
	So when they're all pointing at me, I'm going to get a spike.
	And what are these pulse spikes going to do?
	What is the biological effect of that?
	Do they care anything at all about it?
	They don't care. They've got their own objective.
	They want 5G because it's going to be the substrate for their surveillance and control grid in the smart cities, and they don't really care what it does to the sheep because that's the way they see us.
	No, I get impatient when people...
	I hate sneaky liars.
	Everybody in my life knows.
	Don't lie to me. That's it.
	I'm done with you after you lie to me, you know?
	And they do this word alchemy.
	And the thing of it is, David, is that people are being injured by this.
	There's a lot of unknown health...
	You know, people are sick and they don't even know why.
	And if we don't recognize this as a problem...
	Then nobody will, they'll never get an answer to their sickness.
	There's no way to fix this. But one of the great things working with Vince and Rhonda is what we did was, Rhonda was actually our test experiment.
	This is a cumulative effect, okay?
	And Rhonda took the steps necessary to cut down the amount of RF and EMF and everything in her life.
	And she started feeling better.
	We don't have a lab or anything, but she did a lot of things and she's feeling much better.
	And another crazy thing is the FCC has guidelines on all this stuff, the amount of radiation that we're allowed to be exposed to.
	We are far exceeding those guidelines and it's ignored.
	That's what blows my mind.
	It's totally ignored and nobody says anything about it.
	It's like the FDA when they found these DNA fragments and they said, well, according to your regulation, you only allow this much in terms of DNA fragments and junk stuff in the hand.
	And this is many times that.
	And so by law, they should have shut it down.
	You know, regardless of the effects, they just say, well, if we got this much contaminant in there, they're going to have a certain amount that they're going to allow.
	But if it gets up to this level, then we shut it down.
	And they said, well, it's above that level.
	And they said, we don't care. And so that's why, you know, the Surgeon General in Florida says, what are they doing?
	But, yeah, and when you talk about the fact this is much, much higher than their levels that they have approved, we have much, much higher levels than other countries do.
	I mean, we're, you know, 10, 20 times, 50 times more than most of the Western European countries are in terms of what the government says is allowable.
	And we don't even hold to those levels.
	No, no. They say that here in the United States it's 61.4 megahertz.
	I looked at other countries, Australia, other western nations, even China's level.
	I'm not lionizing China in any way, shape, or form in their communist dictatorship there with Winnie the Pooh.
	But the levels are less than ours.
	I don't understand.
	In America... I love the country, but we're captured by these regulatory agencies.
	We have the worst food.
	We have one of the best medical systems in the world, but we're the sickest people in the world.
	And all of these levels in the food, the water, the fluoride in the water, all these things...
	We're the worst in the world.
	Even Russia doesn't have these things.
	GMO food. We have GMO food that we eat.
	Everything has a bioengineered ingredient in it.
	You go to these other countries, they're banned.
	They know we don't want to feed this to our people because they're going to get sick.
	We are under attack, and we all know why.
	Just look at the, I think you meant Watts instead of Hurt.
	Yeah, excuse me, I'm sorry.
	To clarify that, no, it's okay.
	We all say things like that, but just to clarify that for the audience.
	When we look at, for instance, plastics that they're finding are ubiquitous in people's bodies now.
	Why is that? Well, you know, they give us bottled water.
	They give us all the soda pop is in bottles that's plastic and everything.
	Everything is a plastic bottle now.
	We don't want to deal with glass bottles anymore, except in Mexico.
	You know, in Mexico, they'll give them real sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup in their Coke, and they'll give them glass bottles instead of plastic bottles.
	So, yeah, we really are under attack, isn't it?
	They know the health effects of these things.
	Before we go on, let me just read a little bit of some of the listed things that are in here that are prohibited.
	This is an act prohibiting the intentional release of polluting emissions, including cloud seeding, weather modification, excessive electromagnetic radio frequency, microwave radiation, and making penalties for the violations of such prohibition.
	And they get even more specific and they talk about stratospheric aerosol injection, the stuff to Hide the sun, you know, block out the sun.
	Solar radiation modification, other forms of geoengineering, anything like that that harms human health and safety.
	And so it is pretty comprehensive.
	And these are all things that in the past have all just been poo-pooed by people.
	Again, the greatness of this bill is for us, we don't get a lot of bones in the truther community, like a dog gets a bone.
	We have something that we can show other people, because you have to admit this.
	You have to be in the know.
	You have to do a lot of research to understand a lot of this stuff.
	And a lot of people don't have time to do that.
	They don't understand. And they chalk everything up as a conspiracy theory.
	Now we can show people, say, hey, friends, neighbors, look at this.
	This is affecting us. And a state government actually recognizes it.
	And like you said, it's extremely comprehensive.
	This might spark interest in that conspiracy.
	What people call the normals or the sheeple.
	I don't like using those pejorative terms that are our fellow citizens and our brothers in Christ.
	We're all a big family here according to the Christian theology we all follow.
	That we can share this information with them and we can actually might be able to do something.
	Because if enough of us make noise about this, they have to listen.
	I just worry that It's so criminal that we have corruptive chaos going on in the House and the Senate federally that they'll put a stop to this and they're not recognizing the sovereignty of the states.
	And the Tenth Amendment being invoked in this bill more than once is extremely important too because the average citizen doesn't understand the power that they have as a citizen in a state and the power and the sovereignty a state is supposed to have according to the Constitution.
	These are important things for people to understand that they do not teach in school.
	That's right. That's right. And, you know, going back to the federal government and when they first started putting cell phones out, you had the 1996 Telecommunications Act.
	Decade after they had the 1986 Act giving them immunity for the vaccines.
	And it's essentially the same thing.
	Saying, we're going to put the cell phone network up and you're not going to be able to take these things down with any health considerations.
	If you don't like the way it looks, we'll let you contest that and maybe we'll build a box around it.
	You know, if we put up a We're good to go.
	And a law or whatever and say, well, you can't do anything about this.
	We're going to put these things out there. But it really does come down to the local level.
	And if you've got people committed at the local level saying, we're not going to allow you to do that to us, you can change that.
	They don't have any legal authority.
	It's the same type of stuff as we talk about all the time with medical marijuana.
	They want to go in and tell you, you can't do this, or you must do this.
	And if you've got people at the local level who say no and interpose themselves on that, that's where you can stop it.
	And I think the good thing about this, you're right, it is going to be pushed, and they will push back about this even if it gets through.
	But just having the bill there, even if it doesn't get through, and especially if it does get through, it moves the discussion.
	You know, it doesn't necessarily get us over the goal line, but it moves the discussion.
	And you get past the point where you talk about it and you just get eye rolls.
	And I've seen that happen with a lot of people that I know.
	I know Paul Joseph Watson, just, you know, don't talk about chemtrails.
	I don't want to hear any more about chemtrails.
	And he's like, well, you know, they're real, you know, but it's everywhere.
	Yeah. You know, you get those kind of eye rolls when you talk about it.
	This type of thing helps to move it so that maybe you can have a little bit more of a discussion instead of people just immediately shutting down.
	Exactly, exactly.
	Paul Joseph Watson talking about chemtrails.
	He needs to focus on other things.
	We have a lot of bombastic, and this is one of my things that irritates me about the truther community.
	There's a lot of nonsense going on.
	We've got people focusing on nonsense.
	The lizard people are going to come and implant your brain with unicorn eggs, and zombies are going to come out of your ears.
	And they mix that in with what you and I try to do.
	And then it marginalizes our message.
	This is fantastic.
	EMF radiation and cloud seeding, bioengineered food, fluoride in our water, the AI takeover, all this stuff that's going is fantastic enough.
	We don't have to add the Alex Jones, David Icke-esque You know, clickbait to this.
	And that's all that's for.
	These people are grifters that are making money off of this.
	You know, talking about hatching some alien species in a cow's uterus.
	For Pete's sake, we're getting murdered over here.
	Focus on what's actually hurting us.
	There's a man with a knife trying to cut your throat in front of you and you want to look behind him and with conjecture about some fantasy thing.
	And I'm sorry, I don't mean to get...
	No, it does.
	You know, if you make it sensational enough, What you do is you make the truth unbelievable.
	And I think a lot of times that is very deliberate.
	You know, it is a way of distracting people.
	It's one of the best ways to distract people, is to throw in a lie.
	And, you know, I see this over and over again.
	Well, nobody died. You know, that type of thing.
	And that's always coming in.
	It's like, you realize who really introduced this stuff?
	This is really coming from CIA operatives saying nobody died.
	Bingo. And they throw this kind of stuff in all the time.
	I've got people writing me, Ashley Babbitt didn't die.
	and they're like, well, okay, well, there's a $30 million lawsuit from her husband about that.
	We'll see about that. But as I tell people, it's like the CIA doesn't care about killing people.
	They're not going to go to extra lengths to make sure that when they do a false flag that nobody dies. It's more effective to them if people do die.
	But they throw that in, and then, you know, that's been a very effective countermeasure for them, and that's the kind of things that they will do.
	Let's talk a little bit about some of the economics, because you also have tiger and snake, and I've got to ask you, which one wins, tiger or the snake?
	The tiger wins.
	The snake is the...
	I got it from Tony.
	He says the head of the snake. Snake-headed gypsy tin benders at the Federal Reserve.
	That's what they do. They're tin benders.
	That's an old-fashioned term, and it's very near and dear to my heart.
	But our country is in huge trouble.
	The consumer by themselves are $17 trillion in debt.
	They're burning through their savings.
	Loan defaults across the board skyrocketing.
	Now, I'm sure the listeners and you are familiar with the repo bond market.
	Mm-hmm.
	And to me, it's no coincidence that they're ending this, and now the war is picking up.
	The Federal Reserve loves the war.
	It signifies their existence in a huge way where nation states don't have the money to fight these wars on their own.
	They need a war chest, and they borrow the money from the Federal Reserve.
	So the Federal Reserve loans the money, reissues you the money in debt, and we're chasing this debt around.
	It's sickening. Yeah.
	Program is going on and it's ending in March and now they're ramping up the drums of war because war is the health of the state And especially the health of the Federal Reserve. They love that. Yeah. Yeah, that first came to my attention the repo market and the fall of 2019 before they pulled all this pandemic nonsense And the reason it came to my attention was because of the massive amounts of money that were being put in.
	They started writing about it.
	And I looked at it, it's like, well, they just put this much into the repo market?
	That's like the entire GDP of Puerto Rico.
	And then another couple of weeks later, it's like, that...
	That dump right there, that one dump is the size of the entire gross domestic product, annual domestic product of Switzerland, the 20th largest economy.
	And so I started looking at this, and Gerald Salenti was talking about it at the time.
	So they started really flooding this repo market before they put the pandemic out.
	What would be your reading as to their motivation of doing something like that before the lockdown and economic chaos to try to make sure that they kept it a little bit controlled?
	Not only the control, but they had a problem on their hands.
	So central planners, they forget about the human action, and they're trying to manipulate a market, and that's the folly.
	It's in our favor, the folly of central planning.
	They can't think of every contingency.
	We were in the midst of a global slowdown before the pandemic.
	Okay. They had to start that repo program because there was a liquidity crisis going on with the banks.
	Because, you know, there's fractional reserve banking.
	But there was a global slowdown.
	So they needed something to not only prop up the financial institutions, but also...
	Fake this global slowdown thing, make it so that we couldn't see that.
	Now, we had the pandemic.
	That picked the economy up worldwide for a little while, okay?
	The economy went through the roof for a little while.
	Now we're back to global slowdown.
	If you look at China, China's having huge problems right now.
	Why is China having...
	It's very simple to me. I like to break this down in working man's English.
	Why is China having huge problems?
	Because their customers, who are us and the other Western nations, were fighting this inflation.
	Because they printed, I think, during the pandemic, David, they printed so much money, this inflation genie was waiting to come out of the bottle.
	It came out of the bottle.
	There's nothing they can do about it, right?
	And now, they have to, now we have China, okay, they're down.
	Because we're not buying things.
	The global slowdown is back, and it's compounded by the inflation.
	To me, they have to keep this going.
	They will keep this going until the inflation is so high that we can barely live.
	Then they'll offer us the solution of CBDC. They like to change the species of what they call currency.
	And they'll offer us the CBDC. This is all to help usher in that CBDC, that model of financial control they want to place upon us.
	It is neo-feudalism.
	It is slavery of the highest order that we have coming.
	And I want to tell everyone listening, please, and I'm saying this because I love humanity.
	I love human beings.
	Please prepare yourselves for this.
	Don't take the easy credit that they're trying to give out right now.
	Yes. Don't burn through your savings.
	Please be careful.
	Become your own store.
	Buy medical supplies.
	You don't have to have a lot of money to do this at the Dollar General.
	You can be someone who has, you're the Band-Aid guy.
	You're the cotton ball, whatever, the peroxide guy.
	Because I think it's going to get really bad in this country and people really need to prepare themselves for this.
	I agree. I agree.
	And, you know, we've seen the great taking where they talk about that and how they collapse the system.
	And Catherine Austin Fitz believes that as well.
	As I pointed out yesterday, she said, look, these people look at the inflation.
	They look at this financial system is going to collapse and they're going to pull the rug out from under it.
	But they're moving into physical things.
	They're moving into land.
	They're moving into gold and silver.
	They want to push us into debt.
	They want to push us into paper derivatives and ETFs and all this other kind of stuff, while they are moving into tangible, physical things.
	And I think that's one of the key things to be aware of and one of the key ways to prepare.
	It's just good wisdom to try to get out of debt as much as possible, but to also make sure that you have the training and some of the essential things that you're going to need, as you point out, whether it's Band-Aids or whether it's canned goods that are going to help you to survive and to help your neighbor as well.
	Yeah, you'll be able to barter with these things and you don't have to be rich to do it.
	And if you have savings, again, this is not financial advice.
	I always like to say that because they sting you any way they can.

	Put your money in commodities.
	And I'm not saying you become them morally, but you play the game like they play.
	You alluded to something.
	They won't fall because they're putting everything into commodities right now.
	They're really, right now, they're tricky.
	There's an oil, what they call oil contango going on right now.
	I watch the prices in the market.
	Oil's staying low.
	Someone's buying oil futures.
	That brings the price for more than what they're worth.
	This is bringing the price of oil down.
	We know that with the disruptions in the Middle East, it's only going to get worse from the way it's looking.
	They want war with Iran.
	We all know they want that really bad.
	Oil is going to shoot up.
	So again, not financial advice, but look into commodities if you have that extra money.
	And if you don't have that extra money, there are commodities you can get that you will be able to trade with your neighbor because I really think it's going to get down to the nitty gritty where we're in a base survival situation.
	Yeah, if they get what they want, they do want war.
	They want war everywhere, and that may wind up into a literal world war.

	It's important for us to be aware of what these people are doing and to look at the deleterious side effects of these technologies, many of which are designed to control us.

	Some of this is designed to bolster their climate change narrative when they're the ones who are changing the climate so they can then come around and take stuff from us.
	You know, it's just these people are, you know, they...
	They really do plan this out really well.
	And it is a big conspiracy.
	It's not a theory, but it is a conspiracy.

	Let's talk a little bit about what is happening at the border.
	The border show is stepping up, and it is a showdown.
	As I pointed out yesterday, they had the Supreme Court decision, and they said, well, that's not going to stop us.
	Now there is a letter that has come from the Department of Homeland Security, was sent out yesterday, a second demand letter, demanding that Texas stop protecting the border, and yet that is not what is happening.
	This is what is happening at the border.
	They're still loading in materials and other things to put at the border.
	But a second demand letter was sent to the Texas Attorney General Ken Paxson demanding that they grant full, unimpeded access to the border city park there in Eagle Pass and to a boat ramp.
	The Texas Military Department said that...
	They're not going to stand down, and the state attorney general as well as the governor have said that they are not going to stand down.
	The letter directly addresses Monday's U.S. Supreme Court order freeing the Border Patrol to cut wire and fencing installed by the state in order to gain access to the border so that they can open it up.
	We've got to be able to get to these people at the border so we can apprehend them and then release them into Texas.
	But here's the interesting thing that I've not seen before.
	They are saying in their letter that we now have statutory authority to enter private lands without a warrant within 25 miles of the border.
	What do you think about that?
	That's what the feds are saying, that they can access private land within 25 miles of the border.
	And, of course, in the past, they've put a 100-mile area that just declared to be their, you know, they can do anything that they want as Border Patrol agents within 100 miles of the border.
	The Texas National Guard, again, is, here's another clip of them, continuing to hold the line in the standoff of the federal government.
	Still refusing to grant access to any federal agents, and now, as you see there, installing more border barriers.
	And so then the question becomes, from the New American, we talked about this legal issues that came up with the Supreme Court.
	The Supremacy Clause was the first thing that everybody began talking about, and of course, right after the court decision, the Supremacy Clause was trending on social media.
	But there's a different take on it in the New American, which is very interesting.
	They looked at Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the U.S. Constitution, which says, No state shall, without the consent of Congress, engage in war unless...
	Actually invaded. Or such imminent danger as will not admit of delay.
	In other words, it's something that's urgent.
	And we're being invaded.
	And we have a dangerous situation here.
	And so, the New American asks, can Texas constitutionally engage in war and protect itself from imminent danger?
	Because there is an unless there, right?
	As each state will expect to be attacked and wish to guard against it, each will retain its own militia for its own defense.
	In a commentary by James Madison, author of the Bill of Rights, and of course he was part of the Virginia ratifying convention there.
	And so as Ken Paxton, the Texas Attorney General, said, he said the Supreme Court's temporary order It allows Biden to continue his illegal effort to aid the foreign invasion of America.
	The destruction of Texas' border barriers will not help to enforce the law or to keep American citizens safe.
	He says the fight is not over.
	And so the New American says, before turning to the expected analysis of federalism, state sovereignty, and the supremacy clause, which are things that we talked about initially, I like this article because he looked at it from a different perspective.
	He said, let's take the lesser-known, less-spoken-of clause in the Constitution that I just read to you, Article 1, Section 10.
	He said, it states the authority to engage in war if actually invaded.
	So given the number of immigrants, is this an invasion?
	I remember when I first started talking about this, and I was attacked for hate speech and disinformation.
	I said, it's an invasion. I said, if you have people come in, it doesn't even have to be a large number of people, but it's especially true if you've got a large number of people.
	It's an invasion. It's not a caravan.
	It's not any of this stuff. And I said it before the caravans started.
	I said there's so much coordinated movement across here that it is a literal invasion.
	And now everybody pretty much uses that term all the time.
	The Biden administration doesn't even care.
	They don't even fight that term anymore.
	They pretty much have acknowledged by their acquiescence that it is an invasion.
	So, given the number of immigrants and their age and their gender, young adult males, Governor Abbott and Attorney General Paxton could make a very compelling argument that the conditions of invasion and imminent danger are clearly present along the southern border.
	And so, the question is, is Texas being invaded?
	If not, then the inquiry turns to, well, has the influx of undocumented adult males into Texas risen to a level that a reasonable person would consider the danger so imminent as to preclude any delay, such as that of recurring to Congress for help?
	So two things. Is it an invasion?
	Is it a rapidly advancing danger, right?
	Regardless of whether it was an invasion.
	It could be either or.
	He says, even if one makes the argument that Texas is not being invaded, as that term would be understood by the founders, there is still a very strong argument to be made that the state is in imminent danger, thus constitutionally covered in its effort to secure its borders.
	And then he asks this question.
	He says, so now, next question we can say, is the danger of Within the phrase, imminent danger, does that harken back to the previously mentioned term, invasion?
	In other words, is it only danger from invasion?
	Or is it just danger in general?
	Danger Will Robinson, right?
	Does it stand independently?
	In other words, does a state's prerogative to engage in war hinge solely on the risk of an actual invasion, or does it encompass any form of impending peril?
	Well, good question.
	So, when we look at what is happening, the...
	The Border Patrol agents, and I thought this was an interesting story from Daily Caller.
	They talked to some Border Patrol agents.
	They talked to a guy who is the head of the Border Patrol Union that is there.
	And he says, well, we absolutely don't want to cut the Texas razor wire, but we're just following orders.
	We're just following the orders, right?
	Right. The Nuremberg defense.
	And of course, you know, now that COVID defense is people saying, I didn't give them any orders.
	As Fauci said that, Trump said that.
	They turned the Nuremberg defense upside down.
	But again, you know, you don't have any moral, ethical, legal, constitutional responsibilities to disobey wrong orders.
	You're just going to follow them?
	Perhaps. And Joseph Fair at WorldNetDaily asked the question, what does Biden have on Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett?
	She's being blackmailed, he says.
	A fair enough question, since this is such a ludicrous decision.
	And, you know, the other person that they always want to say, well, this person is a, you know, this judge is on the conservative side.
	John Roberts, he's not a conservative.
	But I do think that he's blackmailed.
	And I've said that many, many times and for a very long time, especially when you look at the Obamacare decision, the Affordable Health Care decision.
	John Roberts wrote both sides of that decision.
	which tells me you know they could just like the Dobbs decision right they've got the decision and they're counting the votes and all this other kind of stuff and they know as they're passing this around that you know the majority of people think this way or they think the other way and you so you have that's why you have you don't get nine different opinions and then they you know, count them and show all those different opinions.
	No, they're talking back and forth amongst colleagues, and usually several of them who are in agreement, they'll say, okay, you write the decision or whatever.
	Scalia wrote, not Scalia, Scalia.
	Alito wrote the decision for Dobbs, and Clarence Thomas agreed with it, and then there's other people who pull back.
	You had John Roberts and Kavanaugh say, well, I agree with their general conclusion, but I have some qualifications and some things that I don't agree with this decision, but I will vote and In favor of the Dobbs decision.
	So they had some, you know, caveats there and qualifying remarks.
	And then you have the opposing thing that is there.
	So they all know what these decisions are.
	And everybody is passing this stuff around.
	And so when you have Obamacare, and John Roberts writes this decision, and the gossip was, well, it's going to be struck down.
	And it should be struck down because they don't have the authority to do that.
	And then he came up with the prevarication.
	The legal prevarication. Well, it's not a mandate or anything, it's a tax or whatever.
	And so he wrote both sides of that.
	I always believed, and everybody scratched their heads, I mean, you've ever had another situation where one judge has written both the majority opinion and the dissenting opinion, except in that particular case.
	And so, you know, clearly he had a change of mind.
	What changed his mind? Everybody knew which way the wind was blowing.
	Did somebody come in and tell him, well, you better do something the other way around?
	And so he does some damage control of that.
	And then when you look at the Dobbs decision, for example, everybody knew what was going to be happening with that.
	Somebody leaked that decision to try to influence it from the outside as well.
	And then, of course, there was going to be an investigation about that.
	Who would be running that?
	Well, the Chief Justice was the one who was responsible for investigating it.
	Did they ever investigate it?
	No. And I said from the very beginning, he would be my number one suspect, would be John Roberts.
	So it is, you know, these people are political creatures.
	They're political appointees.
	And they have alliances with different political groups.
	And so it is a fair question to ask.
	Do they have something on them?
	Are they being blackmailed?
	And that's the question that Joseph Farah asks.
	So, again, without getting into the speculation that he's got there, I think it is a legitimate question, certainly.
	And if this is an invasion, if this is an imminent danger, The Constitution says that Texas can do something about it.
	And let me give you an example of this.
	This was bopping around on social media.
	Pamela Geller, we have this video.
	This guy says, soon you're going to know who I am.
	This guy is not from Mexico.
	He's not from Central or South America.
	Here's a guy who says, and this is in Arizona, and he looks like a Muslim.
	Sounds like one.
	I think he's got a cap on at the point in time.
	Here's a video clip. By the way, if you are smart enough, you will know who I am.
	But you are really not smart enough to know who I am.
	But soon you're going to know who I am.
	The entitlement. The entitlement.
	No, believe me. I'm much better than that.
	The entitlement, guys.
	Wow. Do you know who I am?
	Soon, you're going to find out who I am.
	Soon, you're going to know who I am. And so Pamela Geller starts looking at this, and she came up to show the picture, Travis, of the article there.
	She's got a picture of a guy wearing a headdress, a Muslim.
	And she says he looks exactly like an infamous terrorist who is head of the Islamic Party of Azerbaijan.
	Do you know who I am?
	Soon you will know who I am, right?
	One of over three million people.
	So, again, do we know who these people are?
	We don't know who any of them are, do we?
	That's part of the imminent danger.
	This guy almost daring them to do something about it.
	So, it's not just America.
	This is a global agenda.
	And if we look at what is happening in Europe, their top border guard, I just told you what the Head of the Border Patrol Union was saying, well, we don't want to do it, but we've got to follow orders.
	Well, in Europe, he doesn't really have any problem with it at all, and he says they're not going to follow the law.
	The new leader of Frontex, which is the European Union agency tasked with securing borders, has called for open borders and vowed to appease...
	The pro-mass migration activist, his name is Hans Leidens, I guess.
	I'm not sure how to pronounce this.
	L-E-I-J-T-E-N-S. He has said that Frontex border guards will not take place in any pushback of illegal immigrants.
	And people in Europe are not very happy about that, quite frankly, as you can imagine.
	And so, as this is all unfolding, 7 in 10 French citizens, 70%, oppose solving their demographic decline with immigration, because that is what's happening around the world.
	For societal reasons, psychological reasons, you know, or for physiological reasons, we are seeing massive demographic decline.
	And so they will defend it by saying, well, we're going to have more people come in to support your entitlement programs, to do the work and everything, because the population is collapsing.
	And yet, the people, 70% of the people in France say, we don't care.
	Because it is a fool's errand to say that you're going to bring in people from other countries who don't share your culture, who don't have any connections.
	And for the most part, they're coming in to...

	Anti-European populists are on track for big gains in European Union elections in France, Poland, Austria, many other places, because, again, what they call populists are people who are really concerned about what is happening at the border, what is happening within the country.

	We got another tip there from Dougalug. And just the time that we've got left, I don't really have enough time to really get into much, but I do want to say this about the pharmaceutical issues. You know, we have a mom who is facing jail time because she entered the Massachusetts Statehouse without having proof of a COVID shot.
	And she did this back in March of 2022.
	You would have thought that that nonsense was put in by Trump, and this is after all the vaccine mandates.
	You would have thought that it would start to come down.
	But, of course, this is in Massachusetts.
	She's been charged with disorderly conduct, trespassing, and assault.
	And as I point out in this article here, she says, I was forced to give birth in a mask at a hospital.
	And I was terrified that my husband would be forced vaccinated in order to keep his job.
	I realized that the real threat wasn't COVID, but the government.
	That's right. And the real purpose of them coming after her with jail time is because the real purpose of this was not just the threat from government.
	The threat was you will bow down.
	And you will display your loyalty to me.
	This is now almost two years after this incident back in March of 2022.
	The state of Massachusetts refuses to drop the charges against her, despite the fact that they have dismissed more serious charges from people who actually wanted to disrupt.
	She said, I was just going into the statehouse and I went past one person.
	So I said, oh, you assaulted this person.
	She said, I just brushed them as I was going by.
	But you had people who showed up for the purpose of disrupting the statehouse.
	They were climate protesters, though.
	So that was okay. And they dropped their pants.
	And so that's okay as well.
	You don't have to have any pants, but you better have a mask.
	Because a mask is to show your obedience.
