	Your Lord, 2024.
	Well, today we're going to take a quick look at the election, but we're going to get hung up on that.
	We also have a Supreme Court decision about the border that borders on insanity.
	And the deciding vote was Amy Coney Barrett.
	People are scratching their head as to what's going on.
	Even Fetterman!
	Even Fetterman sees this!
	Come on, it doesn't take much to see what's going on with this.
	And then we're going to take a look at allegations of rigging this election in New Hampshire, being brought about by Democrats.
	They think it's a stolen election?
	We'll be right back.
	Thank you. And let me say,
	most importantly, that we're also going to be talking about some recent comments that were just made by Joe Biden as he was addressing a bunch of Democrat mayors.
	And again, repeating the threats, you don't need an AR-15, you need an F-16 if you think you're going to fight us.
	I wonder how that worked out for him in Afghanistan.
	He thinks we don't know about asymmetric warfare.
	And maybe he's never learned the lesson.
	Certainly the people in the Pentagon have.
	Hopefully they will know better.
	The guns are a deterrent to that.
	But again, pushing civil war.
	As we said yesterday, the key to not having a civil war is not investing everything into the office of the presidency or even into the federal government.
	Because if they're going to make every decision about our lives, nobody's going to be happy.
	And we're all getting more and more unhappy as more and more decisions are made without our input in Washington.
	And we have signs all over the place about how important local elections are.
	Soros is getting involved in even more local elections.
	And we're going to talk about that coming up.
	But let's talk about the first results from New Hampshire.
	It's interesting because there's, you know, Iowa is a caucus, but all the rest of them, I believe, are primaries, you know, and so the very first primary where it's done as an election is in New Hampshire.
	And they jealously guard that.
	And so that has implications for Biden, who wanted the whole process to begin in South Carolina because last time, in 2020, he lost in Iowa.
	He lost in New Hampshire.
	And finally, he won in South Carolina.
	That helped him to get the nomination.
	So he was adamant that it should start in South Carolina.
	And so that's created some ballot issues for him that we'll get into.
	But As New Hampshire is the first primary, there's always one little town called Dixville Notch that votes at midnight.
	Everybody else waits until the morning, you know, 11 o'clock or 9 o'clock or something like that, until the polls open up.
	But at 1201, in this little small town, it's not even really a small town, it's really more of a hotel, they have a press event that And they cast their votes, and then all the press is way more press than there are people who live there.
	This year, there were six people who lived there.
	Probably ten times that many press.
	And when I got up this morning and looked at the headlines, Drudge reported screaming, Nikki Haley sweeps it in Dixville Notch.
	Does that really mean anything?
	For the voters who register a Republican, two are independent.
	The first results of the first-in-the-nation primary, and they began voting on midnight.
	And in New Hampshire, they're also able to write in whatever candidates they want in the primary.
	There's been a huge write-in campaign by Democrats urging left-leaning voters to write in Biden's name on the Tuesday ballot.
	And I think that has something to do with the phony robocalls that we're going to talk about here that, again, we don't know who did this.
	We can look at who benefits from it and the people who benefit from this.
	Certainly the Democrats benefit from it because they say, well, this is a joke.
	We can't have anybody joking.
	We just put a guy in prison for joke memes about Hillary Clinton.
	This is the same type of thing.
	But now we've got artificial intelligence and we've got a robocall that sounds like Biden, except it doesn't really.
	It's too coherent.
	It's a dead giveaway. If you don't slur your speech and lose your train of thought, that's something other than Joe Biden.
	But, you know, you look at this and you say, well, maybe this is setting up a juxtaposition between Trump and Biden.
	We'll talk about who might be behind it.
	There may actually be an investigation we might actually find out.
	Or it might be like the investigation into who leaked the Dobbs decision at the Supreme Court.
	They could never figure that out for some reason.
	I told you who I think it was a long time ago.
	I think it was Roberts that did it.
	I think it's one of the reasons why they never had a real investigation of it.
	But anyway, Dixville Notch is at a ski resort in northern New Hampshire.
	And so they make a big ceremony out of it.
	Before the voting begins, an empty ballot box is shown to the journalists.
	Then the national anthem is played by the world-famous accordion player, Corey Pesaturo from Rhode Island.
	This is why the media shows up.
	And this is why all these elections are nothing but a phony show.
	It's just bad entertainment.
	Politicians are like ugly actors.
	And this is like a really ugly, stupid TV show.
	Also in the room with the voters and reporters and cameras were two dogs, Max and Lucy, who evidently were not voting.
	The town clerk moderated the polls at Tuesday by announcing to the press gathered in his living room the voters would also be wearing the hat of election officials and trading off posts so they could cast their ballots.
	So right now I'm an election official.
	Now I'm a voter. Now I'm an election.
	Didn't we have that in 2020?
	That's at least what the Trump supporters are saying.
	We had people who were election officials who were actually voting many times, multiple times.
	So each of the six of them went behind a wall of draped American flags to vote in secret before dropping their precious ballot in the ballot box, which they then emptied at 1207 to begin counting the votes.
	So they said for historical purposes in 2020, they had five people who were voting, and they all cast their vote for Biden over Trump.
	And interestingly, I remember in 1992, I was pretty heavily involved with the Libertarian Party.
	And Andre Maru was running for president.
	He had been an elected representative out of the state of Alaska.
	And so the libertarians were very anxious to have anybody that had had elected office to, I guess, give them credibility, they thought.
	But, you know, he was a fine guy, you know.
	I drove him around to a lot of events in North Carolina.
	And again, that was the first time I ever heard homosexual marriage.
	Went to press, and somebody asked him where the Libertarian Party was on homosexual marriage, and I just like, oh, why do we get all the crazy questions?
	Little did I realize that that would be the world that we live in coming up.
	Anyway, drove him around North Carolina.
	And we were watching the returns.
	And he won Dixville Notch in 1992.
	He got 11 votes.
	Because the population of Dixville Notch has been...
	Cut in half after the Trump pandemic lockdowns and things like that, because it wasn't any pandemic.
	It was the Trump pandemic lockdowns.
	Anyway, cut the population in half.
	So there's only five votes today. He got 11 votes.
	How did he win that town?
	And it was an interesting experiment because somebody who was in the Libertarian Party decided that they would, in those days, 1992, everybody read magazines and things like that rather than the Internet, And so somebody in the Libertarian Party, an activist, decided that they would buy a subscription to Reason Magazine for every resident of Dixiel Notch.
	And to me, that was the most important thing about that.
	It was a real aha moment.
	You influence people not with political campaigns so much as you can over a long period of time, explaining the issues in depth to them.
	That's what I try to do.
	And so they...
	They gave these people a subscription to reason.
	And I guess, you know, they picked it up and started to read it.
	Well, that's interesting. That's different from what I'm hearing.
	And they continued to do that for the year.
	And by the end of the year, they all voted Libertarian.
	This is one of the reasons why misinformation, disinformation, as Davos calls it, that's why it is so feared by these people.
	They've got to keep the truth hidden.
	It's why they don't want you to see the truth about what an abortion is.
	It's why they don't want you to hear the truth about what they're doing with these pandemics or the jabs or anything else or the climate.
	It's all about deception.
	The truth does not have to be a shame.
	The truth has to be released.
	It's like a lion.
	It can defend itself.
	That's what these people are so afraid of.
	The vital issue is one of the reasons why people said the pen is mightier than the sword.
	The vital issue is our free speech.
	That's why it's the very first thing in the Bill of Rights to prohibit the government from doing everything, everything that they're doing today.
	That's all prohibited.
	And so it just shows how vital information is.
	By the way, he didn't do that great in the rest of the election.
	He only got about 250,000 votes, which is only about a quarter of 1%, even though they're on the ballot in all 50 states.
	Maru had also been the running mate of Ron Paul when he ran in 1988, and they were not on the ballot in all 50 states at that point in time.
	They were not in the ballot in North Carolina where I was because North Carolina had very, very restrictive ballot access.
	And this is the other reason why I say the election rigging, the election corruption begins with the two-party control of the system.
	And with that two-party control, they control the ballot and they control the debates and so much more.
	And so, you know, the back end of all this stuff and the voting machines, that was such a narrow focus.
	It was ludicrous.
	You know, you're going to talk about voting machines.
	Yes, they're easily hacked.
	I got an article about that here.
	And Gateway Pundit is all excited.
	Look, look, look. I had a computer expert come in and demonstrate in front of a judge that he can hack a voting machine.
	That was done in the 1990s on public access TV and on regular local news over and over again.
	I played those old, old clips more than a decade ago for people.
	I said, this is why you don't want to go with electronic voting.
	Paper ballots are not perfect.
	There is no perfect, you know, you can rig anything.
	It's just what is the most easily rigged?
	And the most easily rigged is anything that's electronic.
	Anything that's electronic can easily be hacked.
	Oh, we'll air gap it.
	We won't connect it to the internet.
	Well, they did connect things to the internet.
	And even if you air gap it, you can take in a thumb drive and you can contaminate the machines that way with a virus or, you know, reprogram them and then change all the votes and then erase its votes.
	And that's what was demonstrated in the 1990s.
	So, it's frustrating to watch these people who don't understand all the different ways that votes can be rigged, and instead they want to focus on only electronic voting.
	Forget about the vote by mail, although they did look at the vote harvesting and everything, but they don't ask the question, how did we get that?
	Did Trump do that with the lockdown?
	Yes, of course he did. But they want to focus mainly on electronic voting and only on one company.
	It isn't about one company.
	They all have these vulnerabilities.
	Look, people were able to break into the CIA and steal the company jewels, essentially.
	You know, the manual about how they broke in everywhere and how they disguised themselves as anybody they wanted to disguise.
	So he did not do too well.
	Maru did not and the rest of the thing.
	The interesting thing about it was there's a big debate in the Libertarian Party at that point in time as to whether or not they should take matching funds.
	And they took the non-aggression principle so seriously that And that was, you know, part of the, that was the key.
	Every party has platforms.
	But the Libertarian Party at that point in time had a principle and said, if you want to join, you have to say that you agree with this statement, that I oppose the use of force, the initiation of force or fraud.
	And I think it's just the use of it, not even the initiation.
	I oppose the use of fraud and the initiation of force, you know, to achieve social or political gains, essentially.
	And it's been a long time since I've looked at it, so that's the gist of it.
	And it was a couple of election cycles ago, they had that big debate about that, and they rejected that.
	They're no longer a party of principle.
	Well, we don't like to have oaths.
	And it's like, well, okay. If you have any principles, you shouldn't be sheepish about declaring them.
	It's the people who don't want oaths.
	I see. I know there's some people who have a religious objection to that.
	But what I typically see is the people who usually, the politicians and others who have an objection to oaths.
	It's because they don't have any principles.
	They don't want to be caught out on this stuff.
	So how did that apply to the election back in 1992?
	32 years ago.
	Anyway, he decided that he would take matching funds.
	And other people said, well, you shouldn't do that because that money's been taken by force.
	Taxes from people. You shouldn't tap into that tax money.
	You don't have any right to do that.
	And more than half of his campaign staff walked away from him for that.
	I guess the other half stayed and turned it into what it is today.
	A party of non-principles.
	So, anyway, the Harts location, Millsville, another couple of small towns that used to do this right after midnight.
	Interestingly enough, the Millsville election official said, Said, well, you know, we're not doing an after midnight because our population is getting a lot older, and getting up at midnight to go vote is getting harder and harder for our population.
	Yeah, tell me about it. I get up not much.
	I get up before the sun every day.
	Prior to the pandemic, again, they had...
	A lot of people, you know, a dozen that were voting, but now the population has now been cut in half.
	Does it really mean anything?
	No. You've got a lot of people who are, you know, so against Trump that they actually support Nuki Haley.
	I mean, what a joke.
	There's no way that I would ever support her.
	I'm adamantly against Trump, but there's no way I would support Nuki Haley.
	Here's a good example, and of course, the Trump people are having a big heyday with this.
	In one of her final interviews, it's not only that she's been playing, vote for me, I'm a woman.
	How'd that work out for Hillary and Lala Harris?
	Vote for me, I'm a woman, but she's also now playing the race card.
	We were the only Indian family in our small southern town.
	I was teased every day for being brown.
	So anyone that wants to question it can go back and look at what I've said on how hard...
	Yeah, well, let's go back and look at her school pictures here.
	This is Nikki in the deep, bigoted South that she hates so much.
	Why was she governor in South Carolina?
	Why did she continue to live there?
	If she hated those bigoted Southerners so much, she had to remove their historical heritage and everything else as much as she can.
	She brags about that later on.
	I get rid of the Confederate flag when somebody had it in the background and killed somebody.
	Well, it was about more than that, Nikki.
	And we know that you're about a lot of things as well.
	As a matter of fact, here's the fraud.
	Okay, look at this. This is her class picture.
	See the red arrows on the left side pointing to Nikki?
	Does that look like this is an all-white class there?
	That she's being discriminated?
	No, there's a lot of black kids in that class.
	But this is the bigoted white South Carolina that unfortunately she had to grow up in.
	Poor thing. If you want to know what it was like growing up, I was disqualified from a beauty pageant because I wasn't white or black and because they didn't know where to put me.
	This is the 1980s.
	They didn't have white and black beauty pageants in the 1980s, and Candace Owens points that out.
	But again, it's just ludicrous what this woman will say.
	She really was inspired by Hillary Clinton, wasn't she?
	I mean, she's said that many times.
	And I think she absolutely was.
	I was teased every day for being brown.
	And Candace Owens points out that, okay, in the 1980s, did they have white and black beauty pageants?
	No. Were there segregated beauty pageants?
	No. She says, so how was the mixed race Vanessa Williams crowned Miss America in 1984?
	Well, maybe it's because she was beautiful and maybe Nikki Haley wasn't.
	They didn't know where to put Nikki Haley.
	What? A beauty contest? What are we going to do with her?
	But, you know, she says she was the only Indian family there in that school, in that neighborhood.
	We know somebody else that was in that position, but she just kind of sucked it up and ran with it as an advantage.
	Elizabeth Warren!
	Pocahontas.
	Like the Seminole, Navajo, Kickapoo.
	Like those Indians, I'm an Indian too.
	I assume. Just like rising moon, falling pants, running nose.
	Like those Indians, I'm an Indian too.
	Some Indian summer's day without a care.
	We're big chief son of a bear.
	And I'll have total holy tomahawks, small capoos, which will go to prove I'm an Indian too.
	A zoo. A zoo.
	Oh, I'm an Indian.

	Yeah, so maybe Nikki Haley's not alone.
	How?
	In her playing the race card.
	And of course, you know, Elizabeth Warren was never red-faced or ashamed about anything she did, right?
	Boris Johnson says the Davos elite are trembling violently.
	That's his words. Trembling violently at the return of Trump.
	Seriously, does anybody believe anything Bojo says anymore?
	This guy is an established liar.
	And yet, here's the key.
	This is on Zero Hedge, and it was Paul Joseph Watson who wants to cater to the MAGA crowd, right?
	And so it's like, look, you know, Boris Johnson, who is a dyed-in-the-wool globalist warmonger pushing everything in Ukraine as well as the vaccines and the lockdowns to a ludicrous extent.
	Can you see that?
	Do you see what a reprehensible shill Boris Johnson was during all of this stuff?
	I hope you can. Maybe you could see it with Dictator Dan in Australia, or maybe with Pierre Trudeau.
	But even though Trump did the same things, and even though Trump did more than them, he created the vaccine, he funded it, he wants credit for it, he's been bragging about credit for it.
	You can't see that, can you, MAGA? I'm not talking to my listeners because they've already turned me off for the most part.
	Not a day goes by I don't get somebody saying, well, you're just too critical of Trump.
	I used to listen to you.
	I liked your... But you talk too much about Trump, and I don't like what you say about Trump, so bye-bye.
	Well, you know, I understand.
	I understand where this is going, and I understand the idolatry.
	I understand that people can see this in other countries.
	But what's interesting here is that the right media...
	The right stream, you know, you got the left mainstream and you got the right mainstream.
	And so the right stream media wants to cater to people who love Trump and want to envision Trump as the anti-globalist.
	And so Boris Johnson, he says, yeah, I know all these people in Davos and he's not really trying to position himself as an anti-globalist.
	But he's trying to position Trump as an anti-globalist.
	This is why I call Trump Benedict Donald, because he is a globalist.
	He hangs out with these people. He does everything that they do.
	And this is what's being fed to you by a globalist Boris Johnson.
	And by Paul Joseph Watson, who wants a bigger audience.
	Shame on you, Paul. Shame on you.
	Boris Johnson made the comments in an exclusive article.
	In the cocktail parties of Davos, I'm told the global wokerati have been trembling so violently that you can hear the ice tinkling in their glasses, right?
	He says, in the senior common rooms of our universities, in the Synod of the Church of England, in the Orwellian corridors of the BBC, and among much of the UK establishment, there's been a caterwauling orgy of nose-holding abhorrence.
	So, if these people hate Donald Trump.
	You should love him. You should love him.
	Well, you know, they hated Boris Johnson, not because Boris Johnson was against them, but because they wanted his position.
	It's a game of musical chairs.
	They can't sit in the seat if he's already sitting there.
	Get him out. We'll find anything to criticize him over.
	But again, you look at that ridiculous rhetoric, just as bombastic and over-the-top as Boris Johnson is himself.
	But, you know, Watson comments on it.
	The prospect of Trump returning to the Oval Office caused a collective shriek, according to Johnson.
	Yeah. So, he must be our guy.
	If the globalists hate him so much.
	It couldn't be something like Felix Dzerzhinsky's The Trust, where he's just trying to gain your trust, but there's the Bolsheviks who are actually running all the anti-Bolshevik organizations.
	It couldn't be the globalists who are running the anti-globalist politicians, could it?
	No, that could never happen today.
	They're not that clever.
	They don't play 4D chess like that.
	It's people like Alex Jones and Donald Trump that play 4D chess like that, and Paul Joseph Watson.
	So RFK says that his supporters are saying that he's seeking a path to victory by forcing the House to elect the president.
	In other words, they look at it and they say, well, he's high enough in the polls that if they have an election, They've gone through and they said, you know, where are we winning and where are we losing?
	I think that RFK Jr.
	could win enough states to keep Trump or Biden from reaching 270 votes.
	So if nobody has 270 votes, then the election is thrown into the House.
	And it's a different scenario.
	Let me just comment on this and say this shows how desperate RFK Jr.
	is at this point. This is like beyond a Hail Mary.
	This is like two or three consecutive Hail Marys, you know, in order to win the game.
	There is absolutely no way, and as I said before, he has shown himself to be a fraud on the vaccines.
	He's shown himself to be a fraud on free speech, big time.
	He's shown himself on Martin Luther King Day.
	He said, yeah, my dad was right to order the wiretaps for Martin Luther King because, you know, it wasn't just J. Edgar Hoover, the FBI. You know, and that's what most people say, that J. Edgar Hoover, he's just a, you know, he's a work.
	You know, he's like Fauci. He's always there forever, and he's got files on everybody, as Truman said.
	But it was who he was working for as well.
	Ultimately, the responsibility went to his father, RFK Sr., who was Attorney General.
	And so he has to address that.
	And so on Martin Luther King Day, he said, yeah.
	My dad was right to wiretap Martin Luther King.
	So on all these different issues, he's gone off the rails.
	He's not for peace, free speech, any of these things.
	And I really don't know where his path to victory is.
	Really, he says...
	So they're starting to see that for the first time in their lifetime, the two-party system can be broken, and they can vote for somebody who excites them rather than having to vote for the lesser of two evils, said the campaign manager for RFK Jr., also his daughter-in-law.
	I can't remember if it was his daughter or his daughter-in-law that was a CIA veteran.
	But that might be her. No, actually, what we're looking at here, with RFK Jr., Trump, and Biden, you would be voting for the lesser of three evils, not just two.
	So, how does it follow into the dynamics of the poll?
	Well, other people are saying not that it's going to be thrown into the House of Representatives with them there, but you now have the mainstream media that supports Biden, Says that Trump could beat Biden with RFK Jr.
	on the ballot. That he doesn't without RFK Jr.
	But with RFK Jr., RFK Jr.
	would take votes from Biden and so Trump.
	This is trying to portray him as a spoiler.
	And again, I don't support RFK. But I've got to say, this is all just part of a narrative.
	To say that they, you know, this is happening and that is happening.
	This is all just for entertainment.
	It's the horse race aspect that I talked about yesterday.
	They don't know this far out what the dynamics of this are going to be.
	But they want to build a narrative that RFK Jr.
	is a spoiler. And you're going to see that accelerate significantly as we get closer and closer to the elections.
	And so it's all just about building a narrative.
	Meanwhile, after New Hampshire...
	Win or lose, Wall Street donors are planning a fundraiser for Nuki Haley.
	I guess she's the one who's never going to back down, right?
	And she can certainly, whether she wins or loses, she can certainly make a lot of money.
	And because she's got a lot of people.
	KKR, you know, Kravis, and all these other big billionaires there at the New York City event.
	And so she's got all these billionaires that are behind her.
	Military industrial complex is behind her.
	She's played nice with the pharmaceutical companies and all the rest of the stuff.
	She can make a lot of money.
	And if she doesn't win and she withdraws, that's money that is going to go into her campaign chest to do something else, to run somewhere else.
	And if she is the only one in opposition to Trump, if they convict him, even if they were to put him in jail, of course, that doesn't keep him from running.
	But he is 77 years old.
	Who knows what's going to happen to his health?
	And so, if anything were to happen, she is the alternative.
	And, of course, you've got Newsom on the other side with Biden.
	You've got Newsom, who is prepping himself, and Michelle Obama.
	There's a lot of people starting to leak stuff about Michelle Obama wanting to run and being ready to run.
	And, of course, we know that she would love to do that.
	Even Trump, when he was asked directly, do you think that Biden is going to make it through the campaign?
	He said, no, I don't think so.
	And I agree with him on that.
	I don't think Biden is going to make it.
	Despite negative reviews, says Babylon Bee, the Trump vs.
	Biden has now been renewed for a second season.
	And that's what it is. It's a reality TV show.
	Trump vs. Biden.
	As they quote the show's producer, he says, who doesn't want to see a rehash of the same storyline with the lead characters now at ages of 81 and 77?
	This time around, it's going to be a huge hit.
	Let's just do it again with older people.
	Again, really, said a concerned citizen, these are the only two guys we could nominate in the entire country?
	We're forced to choose between the guy who promoted Fauci and pushed everyone to receive the vaccine and Joe Biden?
	Hard pass from me, says the Babylon Bee person that they interviewed.
	And then that brings us back to the New Hampshire primary and what's going on with this Joe Biden robocall.
	This is interesting from a number of different facets, the way this thing is being used to say, well, we all told you that artificial intelligence is going to be messing with the election.
	So it could be somebody trying to enforce that narrative.
	They could be the ones who are doing it.
	It could also, because you've got so many people in the Trump organization that are really good with this type of stuff, you know, like I was just showing you some of those clips, it could be them, because it is just about Biden and Trump.
	It could even be the woman who is complaining about it.
	It was a Democrat. She went to NBC News and at the end of this call, I'm going to play it for you here.
	At the end of the call, and they cut off the phone number because they don't want people calling her.
	At the end of the thing, they give her phone number and she is part of a political action committee.
	That has been raising money to convince people to write in Biden's name on the New Hampshire ballot because he's not on the Democrat side of the primary.
	Why is that? Well, because he decided that, as I said before, he wanted to have South Carolina be first.
	And the people in New Hampshire said, no, by law, we will be first.
	And so... If the DNC is going to do that, then we are not going to let them participate in this.
	So, let me play the call for you first.
	This is the Joe Biden robocall.
	What a bunch of malarkey.
	We know the value of voting Democratic when our votes count.
	It's important that you save your vote for the November election.
	We'll need your help in electing Democrats up and down the ticket.
	Voting this Tuesday only enables the Republicans in their quest to elect Donald Trump again.
	Your vote makes a difference in November, not this Tuesday.

	And again, it's a little bit robotic in terms of its tone, monotone and everything.
	But the clarity, the clarity was just not, it's just too unrealistic for Joe Biden.
	Here's Joe Biden speaking this last weekend on the anniversary of Roe v.
	Wade. That's why they had the March for Life in Washington.
	It was the anniversary of Roe v.
	Wade. 51 years, I think it was.
	So here's Joe Biden as he was speaking.
	This is the real Joe Bidens.
	51 years ago today, in Roe v.
	Wade, the Supreme Court recognized the woman's constitutional right to choose.
	Constitutional right to choose.
	The right to make a deeply personal decision with her doctor, free from the interference of politicians.
	I believe Roe v.
	Wade was right. They didn't support abortion on demand.
	It was Roe v. Wade.
	Roe v. Wade was the decision.
	And a majority of Americans agreed.
	But then, a year and a half ago, this Supreme Court made an extreme decision overturning Roe with their Dobbs decision.
	To rip away a constitutional right from the American people, which had never been done before.
	A fundamental right ripped away.
	Important to so many Americans.
	As I've made clear, we have to do what the Supreme Court decision in Dobbs would allow.
	And that is Congress must codify Roe v.
	Wade for all the states in America.
	Fundamental rights stripped away.
	You mean like you're trying to strip away a fundamental right of self-protection, the right to keep and bear arms?
	Which actually is in the Constitution.
	There is no right to privacy.
	That was invented by the Supreme Court as they decided they would draw the line as to when life began.
	But, you know, it's all based on this idea of a right to privacy.
	Did he say that it's your body, your choice, when it came to his mandates, his coercion?
	He'll say, I didn't mandate it.
	Trump says, I didn't mandate it.
	Biden says, I didn't mandate it.
	Fauci says, I didn't mandate it.
	They all coerced it.
	They all bribed you or blackmailed you, but they coerced you into doing it if you did it.
	And so, you know, that is, he didn't care about your privacy.
	He didn't care about you and your doctor.
	But of course, when it comes to actual privacy, The Fourth Amendment, that you have a right to privacy and your person and your papers and all the rest of this stuff, that type of stuff, they're constantly violating that and spying on everything that we do.
	So, yeah, Angus Mustang says, so there's plenty of money in running for president, even if you aren't elected.
	What a wonderful scam. Oh, it is.
	It is. Just take that money and you keep your, you know, you lose and you take that money and use it in the next election.
	And there is a way that you can actually legitimately, they provide a way for themselves to get that out, kind of a golden parachute, if you will.
	But, yeah, when you notice the difference between the real Biden And then changing the subject and getting the...
	That's definitely a robocall.
	I could talk forever about the substance of what he actually had to say in that Roe v.
	Wade thing. It was absolute garbage.
	But it begins, what a bunch of malarkey?
	And then it says...
	Your vote makes a difference in November, not on Tuesday.
	Don't waste your vote.
	It's like you got one vote.
	You can either use it in the primary or you can use it in the general election.
	So don't waste that vote.
	Save it until November.
	It's ludicrous.
	It's ludicrous. It concludes with a phone number belonging to Kathy Sullivan, a former New Hampshire Democrat Party chair.
	What's she doing now? She's running a super PAC, which means that they can raise unlimited amounts of money.
	And people, you know, can donate.
	They don't have these political action committees.
	They don't have the restrictions.
	You can only give, you know, something like $2,000, $2,500 or something to these federal candidates.
	That's what they got Dinesh D'Souza on.
	If he'd given that $25,000 that he gave to a friend of his from college who was running for office, if he'd given that to a super PAC, he would have been fine.
	You just can't give it to them.
	So they have all these tripwires there for people who don't...
	Normally play the game and people that they don't want playing the game, that's how they trip you up.
	That's why when I ran for Congress, I wouldn't accept a penny from anybody.
	It's like, I'm not getting into that.
	Don't throw me into that.
	I'm not going to do any, not doing any reporting, not taking any money.
	I paid for the signs myself.
	I put the signs out myself and all the rest of that stuff.
	Anyway, so she is now, what is she doing now with a super PAC? They're collecting lots of money, and they've got a campaign to urge New Hampshire Democrats to write in Biden's name in the primary.
	So, was this directed at her by Trump, who doesn't like that?
	The Trump people?
	Or is she doing a Jessie Smollett?
	I don't really know.
	But she has demanded an investigation.
	As a matter of fact, she wants to escalate it to the federal level.
	Because, you know... Let's make a federal case out of this.
	Everything's got to be made a federal case out of.
	That's why we're fighting with each other, because everything is...
	There ought to be a law, and there ought to be a federal case.
	And so she thinks she's got a federal law that's been violated.
	And again, so as she's making these demands, I guess we will be able to find out.
	And if they don't do an investigation, that will speak very loudly as well, won't it?
	She said, I want them to be prosecuted to the fullest extent possible because this is an attack on democracy.
	They've made a mockery of democracy, haven't they?
	I'm not going to let it go.
	I want to know who's paying for it.
	Who knew about it? Who benefits?
	And she plans to engage with federal law enforcement over this.
	So again, another little side show there, but I think it's kind of interesting.
	And again, it might even be a Jussie Smollett type of thing so that she can, they can, you know, build this narrative.
	We've got to shut down all memes and jokes and all the rest of this stuff.
	I don't know if that was a joke or a dirty trick or what it was.
	On Rumble, Matthew Robson says, a fundamental right ripped away.
	How ironic. A right to rip away a baby.
	Yeah, that's right. I didn't catch that.
	He said, rip it away. Yeah, they rip away life from the baby, don't they?
	And again, you know, that...
	Progressive Democrat who's running for Congress so that she can show the pictures of babies that have been murdered and what that looks like.
	Why don't any Republicans do that?
	All these Republicans, well, you know, it's just, it's too harsh, it's costing us the elections.
	No, just show the truth of it.
	On Rumble, Hazel Kitty, 57.
	Democracy is one step from Marxism.
	It's a farce that's easily manipulated.
	That's right. Our founders did not want democracy.
	We should remind the Democrats of that.
	They wanted a republic.
	Now you have democratically elected representatives, but it was not the kind of universal franchise and everything that we have, even when we look at the Electoral College.
	The Electoral College were going to be people that were not picked by a party.
	As I said before, when we talk about these fake electors and stuff like that, the way it's done now, which there's absolutely no constitutional basis for, the way it's done now is that every candidate who's on the ballot You submit to the board of elections.
	They're typically a party.
	Or if it's an independent candidate, he would have electors that are going to be loyal to him.
	And so every candidate on the ballot has a slate of electors.
	If you've got 12 electors in your state, you've got 12 congressional members, you've got 12 electors.
	And so they turn in that, and then if they win, then it's their electors who get to vote in the Electoral College.
	And they don't go anywhere, they just send this stuff in.
	Well, the way it originally was, was that the states would pick those electors.
	And those electors would typically know these people.
	They would have brushed shoulders with them, had interactions with them.
	Everybody knew each other.
	They didn't want to make the mistake of kicking some important offices over to people who really didn't know who these people were.
	Just going by looking at a name or a picture or a slogan.
	They did have slogans, and they did have even campaign songs.
	Jefferson had a campaign song, Jefferson and Liberty.
	I've been thinking I'll do that for the show for a bumper.
	It was based on an Irish jig.
	The lyrics are really strained.
	We don't have to do the lyrics, but the music is good.
	But anyway, they had their slogans and their personal ad hominem attacks on each other.
	Really stupid and really harsh, calling one of them Abraham Lincoln a hatchet-faced nutmeg addict or his father.
	I don't know him or his father, but you know, that type of thing.
	Character assassination, ad hominem attacks.
	On Rumble, Florida Patriot says, abortion is playing God, and that's a dumb game to play.
	Boy, it sure is. And I remember years ago, we were homeschooling.
	You know, there was... Like a bulletin board, early days of internet stuff, and the homeschoolers were sharing information.
	They were connected, kind of in self-defense.
	And again, the homeschoolers in North Carolina were able to defeat the teachers' union in a Democrat-controlled state.
	So there was a lot of back and forth, and so I kept an eye on that.
	And, you know, we would have these little things come up where some of them would say, hey, we need to put pressure on them to give us money for sports or band or let us participate in sports or band.
	I said, you realize what comes with the money, right?
	Let's try to explain to the MAGA people today.
	That's how they control you with money.
	Don't take that bait.
	Don't push for that. But anyway, the abortion thing.
	They started arguing about abortion in the context, I think, of there was like the Chinese bodies in plastic.
	Do you remember that thing that had the visible bodies and stuff?
	There's no way we're going to take our kids to that because I knew that the Chinese were killing people.
	You know, these were the bodies of political prisoners that they then had plasticized and put on tour.
	And I was trying to tell them that.
	And they didn't believe. And then they got into this thing about abortion.
	She says, well, I'm the wife of a pastor who's in seminary.
	And I can tell you that, you know, God is, these little babies are going to go straight to heaven.
	So it's an act of mercy to murder them.
	So they don't have to go through life.
	And it's like, how in the world could you be that disconnected?
	That you're going to play God.
	That's exactly what you're talking about, Florida Patriot.
	And I saw it. I saw this.
	This is a woman, a nominal Christian.
	It's a nominal Christian by name.
	Doesn't really understand what this is about.
	Doesn't understand the nature of God.
	Doesn't understand what...
	The fundamental things that we're told.
	She's got some kind of systematic theology.
	She thinks overrides the clear principles that are there.
	Rumble. Honor seeker.
	Who needs Roe v. Wade?
	When Trump gave the vax, just watch the chain reaction.
	Yeah, that's right. Sterilization.
	A lot of different plays.
	Sterilization. You're absolutely right.
	So, again, Biden's name is not even on the ballot.
	And New Hampshire because of the little spout that they had and because he wanted South Carolina to be first.
	And so, again, this just kind of highlights how party politics dominates everything.
	Ballot access, debate access, all the rigging begins long before the first votes are cast and way before they're counted.
	The most committed anti-Trumpers might choose to vote in the Republican primary instead.
	You see, that's from the Trump standpoint.
	If this was somebody on the Trump side, and I'm not saying that it is, if it was somebody on the Trump, that would be their motive to that.
	Approximately 3,500 Democrats in the state switch their party registration to become undeclared voters or independents ahead of October registration deadline.
	See, when you look at all the different possible motives, It could even be somebody saying, well, you know, this is what Nikki Haley wants people to vote or Democrats to vote for Nikki Haley and all the rest of this stuff.
	I mean, there's so many different ways you could look at it.
	Anybody could be behind it.
	As I said, it could even be a Jussie Smollett thing.
	So we'll just have to wait to see about if there is an investigation.
	Part of the effort to get Democrats to vote in the Republican primary...
	It was led by Chris Christie.
	He encouraged voters to take every opportunity to turn out against Trump.
	I don't know if they have to register, but of course they could.
	If they planned it, they could re-register with the party of their choice and vote in that primary.
	And so then, Howard, what is happening with Trump?
	Well, he was supposed to be in court, but he used COVID to get out of court.
	Trump is still using COVID. In court, as I said the other day, his lawyer, I think it's Tacopino.
	I don't know how you pronounce his name.
	It could be Tacopino or something.
	I don't know, but I think it's Tacopino.
	I don't listen. I just don't have the time except to read, so I get the name pronunciations wrong sometimes.
	So forgive me if I got it wrong.
	But anyway, his law firm that was there, He and two or three other lawyers walked away from this E. Jean Carroll trial.
	And so he's left with this lawyer, Alina Haba, who is very photogenic, but she gets her picture taken.
	She looks a bit like a deer in the headlights.
	And when she interacts with the judge, she interacts about the same as a deer stuck in the headlights would be.
	And so they have now suspended this trial for possible COVID exposure here in 2024.
	It's back. And it's back all around Trump.
	And it's Trump's lawyer who is using this.
	So one of the jurors...
	Reported that they felt hot and nauseous on the way to court.
	And so they said, stay away and go test for COVID. So they didn't shut the trial for that.
	Because it's a person who never made it to court.
	A person they said, go get tested for COVID. But they don't know.
	And again, the COVID test, what a bunch of nonsense.
	But we won't get into that again.
	I've talked about that forever.
	And then Alina Habba.
	Well, she reported that she had a fever and that she had, within the past 24 hours, dined with her parents who had tested positive for COVID. And she tested for COVID on Monday and tested negative.
	But as I point out, she was not wearing a mask and she was standing right next to Trump, who was not wearing a mask.
	So they're really worried about any of this stuff?
	And yet, she got the judge to shut it down.
	So, my parents tested positive for COVID. I didn't test positive for COVID, but I'm telling you that I've had a fever.
	Didn't say she had it then, but they're going to shut the thing down.
	I'm telling you, this is why I say Trump is not done with this stuff yet.
	Not even in his own personal life.
	You know, he shut down the election, ran it with a whole new set of rules, probably thought it was going to help him.
	And of course, once they put in this vote-by-mail stuff, now this thing has taken over.
	It's taken root. I don't know if they're going to get rid of it.
	And so rather than reform any of that, he says, yeah, we can do ballot harvesting better than they can.
	You know, let's use this.
	So meanwhile, Carroll's lawyer opposed this request.
	And express the desire to conclude the trial as soon as possible.
	So, the Trump side wanted to extend this.
	Said, well, COVID, I think, maybe.
	I didn't test positive.
	I can't prove it. But, yeah.
	I think I got the cooties from somebody that I was around.
	But I'm not so scared of it that I'm going to wear a mask.
	So, again, if she says she has a fever, that would mean that she maybe is contagious with some kind of thing or something.
	But, no. Anyway, as far as the other trials, Reason talked about Trump ranting about full immunity, and he did say some amazing things.
	Now, I've got to say that a lot of the hand-wringing that's done by the left about, can you believe this in this hypothetical situation that they asked him at the appeals court, they said, okay, so what if Trump gets SEAL Team 6 to assassinate his political opponent?
	You're saying that we couldn't try him for that?
	What the lawyer said was, well, you've got to impeach him first.
	So the process, and this is under the Constitution, and the left is absolutely apoplectic about all of this.
	Just like even though they won on the border decision we're going to talk about.
	It was trending yesterday, the Supremacy Clause.
	How in the world could we even have a close vote on something like the Supremacy Clause?
	And we'll talk about that in light of the border happening.
	But, you know, they're all like, well, but if he's present, you know, and so the bottom line is that, and we talked about this before, And the best example of this is what the Democrats are doing in Manhattan and in New York State.
	That if you don't like somebody politically, you can tie them down in court and you can keep the president from doing his job.
	And guess what? The founders foresaw that possibility and took care of it.
	They said, okay, if somebody's done something wrong, we'll have an indictment.
	They call it an impeachment.
	And then we'll have a trial in the Senate.
	And if they agree, then they're thrown out of office.
	And then you began the criminal proceedings for the misdemeanor or the crime or whatever it is at that point.
	But they got to first agree that there is a crime and throw him out of office.
	But Trump takes it a step farther than that.
	And he starts talking about, in his example, he talks about qualified immunity for the police.
	And he says things like, here's an example.
	He said, you can't stop police from doing the job of strong and effective crime prevention because you want to guard against the occasional rogue cop.
	And he puts that in quotes. Or the bad apple.
	Puts that in quotes. Because he's got to use the quotes to emphasize because he's screaming in uppercase.
	Yeah. He says, sometimes you just have to live with the, quote, great, but, quote, slightly imperfect.
	All presidents must have complete and total presidential immunity.
	Which reminds me of something I'd heard once before my youth.
	Well, when the president does it, that means that it is not illegal.
	By definition.
	Exactly. Yeah, that's why I never describe myself as Republican, because that man right there, the guy that Roger Stone's got tattooed on his back, Richard Nixon, disgusting, disgusting.
	And that's basically what he's talking about.
	So I guess now MAGA has now joined the committee to re-elect the president, which spells out creep.
	But anyway, it was at a hearing that his attorney argued that a president could order SEAL Team 6 to assassinate a rival and not face prosecution unless he were impeached and convicted first.
	Oh, that's the way the Constitution works.
	That's the way the Constitution should work.
	But, you know, in the context of what Trump says, this is why, you know, these people are blinded to why the Constitution should work that way, because they hear stuff like this.
	The people, my people are so smart.
	And you know what else they say about my people?
	The polls. They say, I have the most loyal people.
	Did you ever see that? Where I could stand in the middle of Fifth Avenue and shoot somebody, and I wouldn't lose any voters, okay?
	It's like incredible. Or I could get sealed Team 6 and I wouldn't lose any cases if I assassinated my political rival.
	Look, presidents and police need to be held to a higher standard.
	Don't believe me, just believe Uncle Ben when he told Spider-Man.
	Those with great power comes great responsibility.
	The higher the power that a person has, the more responsible they need to be.
	And they need to have character as well, by the way.
	That should be something we look for in police as well as in presidents.
	So, unfortunately, we don't care anymore in this society.
	As Reason puts it, the former president argues that accountability is the enemy of effectiveness, both for cops and for politicians.
	So Trump's lawyers are making the case, and they were right about this, to say that he has, he cannot be prosecuted for his official acts.
	His official acts.
	And so that's why this case came up.
	But then Trump goes farther.
	He calls for total immunity.
	And his reason says, as imagined by Trump, it omits two qualifiers that Trump's lawyers put in.
	Trump's lawyers, but he goes further.
	Trump's lawyers said that this doesn't imply that a former president can be prosecuted for purely private conduct, that he can be prosecuted even for official acts if they were the basis for an impeachment that resulted in a Senate conviction.
	So what they're saying is private conduct cannot be there.
	They can impeach you and remove you from office as president for misdemeanor, right?
	And even if it's an official act, If they impeach you and remove you, then be prosecuted for that official act.
	And that's what the Constitution explicitly says.
	It says that if you're impeached, removed from office, quote, shall nevertheless be liable and subject to indictment, trial, judgment, and punishment according to the law.
	If you are guilty, impeached, and removed from office, you can still then have all of those things come after you in a criminal trial.
	However, Trump says something different than his lawyers.
	Trump says something different than the Constitution.
	He says all presidents must have complete and total presidential immunity.
	And so this is important, not because it's about Trump.
	This is important because this is about Biden.
	Do you want Biden having this kind of immunity?
	MAGA people? Do you really?
	Do you want every president to be able to rule like a dictator?
	If the president does it, it's not illegal.
	Do you want that?
	I don't want that. I hope you don't want that.
	That's insane.
	And again, we have reimagined both as official government as well as the voters.
	We have reimagined the office of president to be that of Caesar.
	You know, Rome used to be a republic.
	And then it became a dictatorship.
	The Roman Emperor. You know, Julius Caesar crossed the Rubicon.
	We have crossed the Rubicon in our understanding at the grassroots level.
	And this is a very important argument.
	This is about more than what happens to Trump.
	This is about more than you being upset about the fact that the Biden administration is obviously engaged in political persecution.
	We don't want to become the monsters that we fight.
	And we don't want to turn the presidents into monsters.
	So, as Reason says, Trump is not necessarily just trying to save his own skin here.
	His position on presidential immunity is consistent with his broader attitude toward government power.
	Just as presidents should not have to worry about criminal prosecution when they, quote, cross the line, as he said in his tweet, he thinks that police officers should not have to worry that they could face charges or litigation simply because they broke the law and maybe a few heads while doing their jobs.
	Yeah, in other words, a kind of, we just need a bunch of judge dreads out there.
	I am the law. Remember that?
	Sylvester Stallone. Trump has explicitly made that argument in recent campaign appearances.
	Quote, we will restore law and order in our communities.
	Unquote. He said that in New Hampshire last month.
	I'm going to indemnify through the federal government all police officers and law enforcement officers throughout the United States from being destroyed by the radical left for taking strong actions against crime.
	So he doesn't want to have people held responsible.
	And of course he didn't hold Fauci responsible.
	What is he going to allow these people to do?
	It's a very dangerous idea.
	Well, we're going to take a quick break, and when we come back, we're going to talk about the importance of local elections.

	Elon Musk says, you understand what he's doing?
	You understand how much more effective it is?
	If Soros wants to change society, why isn't he focused on who gets to be in the Oval Office?

	Talked in the past about George Soros' strategy.
	He mentioned it just before we went to break.
	He's at it again. He's now funding local Democrat Party races in Texas.
	And of course, he spent a lot of money on district attorney races, on state attorneys general races throughout the country.
	This is a strategy that was discussed during the transition period between Obama and Trump.
	Obama and Eric Holder talked about how they were going to focus on district attorney races and on state attorneys general races.
	And we see the results of what that brought forth in California.
	And in Texas in the past, and I don't know what the situation is right now with the current district attorney.
	He may have eventually gotten his way.
	But when he first got into, interjected himself into the district attorney race in San Antonio, George Soros spent over a million dollars on that race.
	And the guy who was the incumbent was like, what is going on here?
	He defeated Soros at least that first time.
	By going public with it and saying, look at what Soros is doing.
	Why does Soros want this guy?
	Do you want Soros determining who your local officials are going to be?
	And he won by doing that.
	He won by running against Soros.
	Some of the other people didn't, and they lost.
	But now Soros is focusing more broadly.
	He's working with Texas Majority PAC. He donated six-figure sums to the Democrat Party of Hidalgo, Cameron, and Dallas counties.
	All of which are plurality or a majority of Hispanic, says the Texas Tribune.
	But here's the message here, folks.
	All politics is local.
	And he's pouring money into local races.
	He's an evil guy, but he's smart.
	Serpent was the most cunning of all the animals.
	Why can't we wisen up?
	Why can't we focus on local elections?
	Instead, we are focused like a laser beam on what is happening in the elections that we have the least amount.
	It's inversely proportional.
	Presidency is the thing that we're most focused on.
	After that, we're focused on Congress.
	And then after that, we're focused on the governor's races or whatever.
	But, you know, the order of importance and influence that we can have and the ability to make change is exactly, exactly the opposite of that.
	And so, when we look at what is happening with, as everybody's looking backward again, you know, you heard Looney Loomer and Tim Fool just lose it because people were saying, but boy, what about four years ago?
	What did Trump do about, can't, and Luke Grodowski's saying, can't he just say that he got it wrong?
	Can we talk about reform even?
	They didn't even mention that.
	What are we going to do? The first thing to doing reform would be to say that you got something wrong, but we don't want to have that discussed.
	And so they lost it.
	I don't want to hear about it. This is four years ago, and yet all they do is focus on the past election and their grievance that they believe that it was stolen.
	Well, I don't think any of the elections have been honest, quite frankly.
	Let's take a look at the Supreme Court decision that came out yesterday.
	The Supreme Court, we had Roberts and Barrett joining the liberals.
	I don't put Roberts in the conservative category.
	The most conservative you could call him would be a swing vote, but he's not a conservative.
	Over and over again, he's voted with the liberals, and they continue to say, well, he's a conservative.
	Why? Why? Well, because he was appointed by George W. Bush.
	He's got to be conservative. That's not the way that it works.
	The Supreme Court voted 5-4 to allow U.S. Border Patrol agents to remove razor wire.
	Well, I think if you look at this clip, you can see Occam's razor right there at the border.
	Do you understand what the real issue is here?
	And apart from any abstract legal principles...
	You can see this is an outright invasion.
	And as I've said before, I think that, you know, and this kicked off a discussion on Twitter about the supremacy clause.
	It's like, well, the federal government can tell people to do anything they want, and if the federal government decrees that the United States has to commit suicide, then the United States has to commit suicide.
	It's just that simple. Well, no, it's not that simple.
	You have a separation of powers.
	And you have interposition.
	And if the federal government is violating the Constitution, if the federal government is at war with its own people, the state government must interpose and must do what is right and follow the law if the federal government will not follow the law.
	And so, first of all, what's going on inside the court?
	John Roberts, Amy Coney Barrett, Sided with the Biden administration against America.
	They argued that the razor wire blocks agents from gaining access, quote, to the very border they are charged with patrolling and the individuals they are charged with apprehending and inspecting.
	They're not apprehending and inspecting these.
	They're catching and releasing them.
	And they're releasing them with gifts and goodies.
	It's ridiculous.
	They're accessories to a crime.
	This kind of immigration is illegal.
	And the Border Patrol has become, many of them are not very happy with it either.
	I've talked to them in the past.
	They don't like this. But some of them do, not all of them.
	But whether they agree with it or not, they've become accessories to a crime.
	So the vote was 5-4, and she was the deciding vote.
	But here's the other part of Occam's razor wire border, right?
	Why is there a razor wire border there in the first place?
	Well, Trump didn't put a wall in.
	There is no wall.
	We still have the welfare magnet, right?
	And then we look at what Abbott is doing.
	Now, most of the illegals who come in, as you've had this reporter interview them, where'd you come from?
	They come from all over the world.
	Not Mexico, not even Central and South America, but all over the world.
	Africa, China, all these different places.
	Afghanistan, you know, we don't vet anybody.
	And so he's saying, where are you coming from and where do you want to go?
	Well, they all want to go, for the most part, to New York City and then other places like Chicago or California or whatever.
	And so the question for Abbott is, when these people come in illegally and their destination that they want to get to is New York, and you're going to put them on a bus or you're going to put them on a plane, you're going to send them, take them to New York for free, Are you making Texas into a magnet?
	Right? We need to always look at the policies, what we're encouraging with our policies.
	You see, all of the welfare things that are being done by Newsom in California come in as an illegal alien and will immediately put you on unemployment.
	Now, isn't that exactly the opposite of what the Democrats and many of the Chamber of Commerce, Wall Street Republicans will tell us, oh, we need to have these people in because we need to have economical labor.
	We need to have cheap labor for my profits and that type of thing.
	And yet they're going to put them on welfare so they don't have to work.
	And they're going to give them free health care.
	And they're going to give them benefits that are superior to people who are retired, who've paid Social Security all their lives.
	They're going to give them benefits that are going to be superior for college education.
	To children whose parents lived and worked in America and paid taxes in a particular state, they're going to give in-state tuition to these illegal aliens who didn't live in that state.
	And they can get in-state tuition in any state.
	They have superior benefits to Americans.
	And so that kind of a welfare magnet, the fact that there is no wall, thanks to Trump not doing anything, and then Abbott, even though he is saying, well, we're not going to leave all these people here, but we're going to transport them to New York City, and we're going to own the libs.
	Yeah, look at that. How do you like that?
	You say that you're a sanctuary city, inviting everybody to come in?
	Well, here's what you want, and it's causing a crisis for them.
	However, owning the libs doesn't necessarily serve the best interest of the United States.
	And he may actually become the focus because people know that if they can get over the border in Texas, they get a free ride to their ultimate destination.
	So arrest and detention might deter this, but giving them a detour It's not going to detour.
	It's not going to deter them.
	It's not going to be a deterrence, right?
	And so you might actually have an increase of people coming through its border.
	It's another one of these welfare magnet things.
	And so, again, that set off from a legal standpoint.
	It set off a big discussion about the supremacy clause.
	Here's one that's typical.
	I saw that trending on Twitter when I went to post the podcast yesterday.
	I thought, what is that? How on earth, says one person, how on earth Is the Supremacy Clause a 5-4 vote?
	Well, we could ask that about a lot of things where the Supreme Court has ignored clear prohibitions of government actions in terms of our individual liberties and privacy and in terms of surveillance and things like that.
	How on earth is this a 5-4 vote?
	This should be unanimous.
	What is happening here? They just can't believe it.
	Well, actually, Michael Meharry with the 10th Amendment Center, and I've talked to him many times in the past.
	I should get him back on again. Here's what he posted up in answer to a lot of these people because it was trending.
	The federal government is not always supreme in whatever it does.
	This is the exact opposite of what most people think.
	But as Alexander Hamilton explained in Federalist No.
	33, the Supremacy Clause expressly confines this supremacy to laws made pursuant to the Constitution.
	In other words, as Hamilton emphasized during the New York Ratifying Convention, federal supremacy is restricted to a certain sphere.
	And when federal acts depart from this sphere, they are no longer supreme or binding.
	And they will deserve to be treated as such.
	And of course, when the federal government's mission is to protect and defend the Constitution, protect and defend the United States, if they're not going to defend the United States, then somebody's going to step up and do it.
	As a matter of fact, even Fetterman, as I said before, understands this.
	I don't know what his medical conditions are, but I mean, he was basically catatonic.
	And it's like, what in the world?
	He's able to talk coherently now.
	So whatever his medical conditions were, he's getting better.
	And as his brain returns, he's moving conservative.
	As the brain cell starts to wake up, he becomes more and more conservative.
	Aggressives are very angry about him.
	And he says, I honestly don't understand why protecting the border is controversial.
	And I don't understand it either.
	Again, Occam's razor wire should tell you exactly what is going on.
	In this context, he says, progressives have left him.
	He doesn't recognize them anymore because of their failure to address or to even see the disaster.
	That Joe Biden has made of the southern border.
	He said, what I think about immigration is that we want to provide the American dream for any migrant.
	However, it seems very difficult when you have 300,000 people showing up, encountered at our border, to be able to achieve that American dream, even for migrants who come in legally.
	They noted that his wife arrived in the U.S. as an undocumented immigrant at the age of seven.
	He wants migration, but he wants legal migration.
	He said, I've been very clear, in fact, that that was weaponized against us by Republicans in my race, the fact that he had a wife who was an illegal immigrant, and that I'm very much a strong supporter of immigration.
	And you know my wife's family, and that's the origin story about that.
	And I think two things can be true at the same time.
	You can be very supportive of immigration, but we also need to have a secure border, he said.
	Again, he's got a real independence streak on him, and he's right in that particular instance.
	We now have not only MS-13, but we've got a new gang out of Venezuela, and I guess it won't be long before we see the gangs that are fighting with the government in Ecuador for the control of that country and in the prisons, and we'll see them as well.
	But this Venezuelan gang has caused havoc and mass murder and assassinations throughout Latin America.
	It's now in Miami.
	What they did was they went to Miami to track down a 43-year-old retired Venezuelan police officer.
	So they had a gripe with this guy, this gang did.
	So this Venezuelan police officer retires, he goes to Miami, thinks he's away from them, right?
	But they go to Miami. They used women to lure him to a hotel room.
	Then they kidnapped and killed him.
	He was taken away.
	They found his body, his headless body, I think, and his hands tied and feet tied.
	As of last year, we've been hearing reports that members of this gang had left Columbia, moving through the Darien Gap, And walking all the way to the United States, said Venezuelan security experts.
	This is what an open border does to us.
	And as I've talked in the past about MS-13, I said, you know, actually the gang itself organized itself in California.
	But the MS-13 gang is headquartered in El Salvador.
	And I've told the story many times about the father in Long Island.
	He left El Salvador just like this Venezuelan police officer left because he was afraid of the gangs.
	This guy took his whole family, came in illegally into the United States, and then went all the way up to Long Island, New York.
	And in the high school, his daughter was murdered by MS-13 gang members.
	And he said, I thought we could get away from it.
	But you see, if you have an open border, you can't get away from it at all.
	They can use the same open border.
	They can walk through as well as you can.
	And the thing about those MS-13 gang members in Long Island, the police knew.
	That they were illegal immigrants.
	They said, well, they're protected under Obama and Janet Napolitano's DACA executive order.
	We're not going to remove people, young people, who are here illegally.
	So DACA says they can stay.
	And even though they've got tattoos all over their face that say MS-13, we can't do anything about it.
	And so, they kill the daughter of this El Salvadoran man.
	And so...
	I'm not sure what that comment is about, but anyway, I remember it as a daughter.
	My son remembers it as his son.
	He was flirting with a girl, an MS-13 member, and liked.
	But my recollection of it is that it was a daughter.
	Nevertheless, that is irrelevant.
	What is relevant is the fact that MS-13, because of DACA, they couldn't get rid of these minors, and even though they had MS-13 literally on their face, they could not get rid of them.
	And now we've got a mother whose daughter was allegedly killed by a migrant MS-13 member is now suing Homeland Security for $100 million.
	She said, for me, it's not a political issue.
	This is a safety issue for everyone living in the United States.
	This could have been anyone's daughter.
	I don't want any other parent to live in that nightmare that I'm living.
	I am her voice now, and I'm going to fight with everything I have to get this story told and bring awareness of the issue at the border.
	And so, again, she said nobody checked this.
	All they had to do was make one phone call to El Salvador to know that he was an MS-13 gang member on the list.

	And so a lot of people don't realize that the podcast is continuing.
	I see all the time that people say, well, I didn't realize that you were still broadcasting, even though we've been doing this independently now for three years.
	I see that from people a lot.
	You know, that's the point, is to hide it.
	That's one of the reasons why it took us a couple months to get my name back.
	They knew they couldn't stop us legally, but they could keep control of the podcast things and just put nothing up for a couple months at Infowars.
	And then they eventually turned it over.
	But a lot of people thought that it just stopped.
	And so when it disappears completely for a couple of weeks, that's a big issue.
	So really do need you to like the stream, the live stream, like the podcast.
	If you want to leave comments that are positive, that helps as well.
	So we need that visibility.
	And of course, as we are now at we got about a week left and we're at 51 percent.
	Again, we haven't been able to get to the post office.

	As I said before, we're going to talk a little bit about the consequences of Soros and the importance of local and state elections, and here's what this looks like.
	Even In-N-Out Burger's It's having to shut down a restaurant in Oakland because of high crime.
	And the high crime is because of the Soros District Attorney that is there.
	And you've got all these major chains, national chains, who have money from Wall Street.
	They can't make it. And again, in and out.
	Very large chain. Began in California, but they can't stay in business there because there's so much crime.
	And I looked at this and I thought, what in the world?
	I understand a retail place, they're going in, they're stealing everything, right?
	They figure that they can fence anything.
	So it might be designer bags, or it might be loaves of bread, but they're stealing everything and not getting punished for it.
	What are they stealing at the In-N-Out Burger?
	I mean, they do a custom burger and then run away.
	I don't know what is happening with it.
	But then I thought, you know, In-N-Out Burger, do you realize that at every one of these restaurants, wherever they are, they've got...
	Four palm trees that they plant.
	Because the favorite movie of the person who started that chain was It's a Mad, Mad, Mad World, right?
	And if you remember, at the end of that movie, they're looking for a buried treasure.
	And the treasure was buried under the Big W. There's the palm trees there.
	And it's the Big W. And so, evidently, maybe that's what it is.
	Maybe all these people in Oakland are digging up their big W's and they can't stand business anymore.
	I don't know what it is. I mean, it's not really a laughing matter when the country is being driven into chaos deliberately.
	And of course, a lot of this is coming from Soros.
	It's coming from Davos.
	And it all rhymes with chaos, doesn't it?
	Congressional Republicans have presented a bill to defund Davos.
	Did you realize that we're giving money?
	The federal government is giving money to Davos.
	We give money to everybody.
	Everybody. Isn't that crazy?
	And it's always about the money.
	As Chip Roy pointed out yesterday, Chip Roy says, so why are we holding, you know, why are we giving Alejandro Mallorca, the head of Homeland Security, we're not doing his job at the border, we're giving him money.
	And then we go on camera and we talk about how we're going to impeach him.
	Can we just stop giving him the money?
	No, they can't stop giving people money.
	They're addicted to it. But it's also how they control everybody.
	And they have the Federal Reserve that backs them up with the ability to just be able to print fiat money.
	So that's their power. That's how they do all of this stuff.
	It's a con game. It's a confidence game.
	And as I said before, that's how Trump and Fauci and all these people were able to get their suggestions done.
	And that's with money.
	They bribed. They blackmailed.
	You know, during the Trump administration, it was bribery.
	During the Biden administration, it was blackmail.
	But it was all about the money.
	So a group of congressional Republicans, led by Representative Scott Perry of Pennsylvania, introduced a bill on Friday to ban American federal government agencies from giving grants or other taxpayer money to the World Economic Forum.
	It's just stunning that we're giving them money.
	He said Americans need to know that the World Economic Forum wants them to only drive an electric vehicle, to sell their cars, to use car sharing instead, eat bugs, help solve world hunger, to help solve world hunger, and always operate based on what's good for the, quote, global public, unquote, even when it comes to a detriment to their own lives.
	So he came up with the Defund Davos Act.
	It's only about a page long.
	And it simply prohibits government agencies from funding the World Economic Forum.
	So who is funding?
	Which government agencies are doing it?
	Well, usual suspects.
	The State Department.
	USAID. You know what USAID is, right?
	That is the CIA's organization to spread money around.
	USAID, tightly associated with the CIA.
	That's where Obama's mama worked.
	And of course, his grandparents were some of the founding members of the CIA, OSS, and things like that from World War II.
	But she worked for USAID, which is an obvious front group for the CIA, spreading money around to get people to do whatever they want.
	Despite the World Economic Forum's apparent healthy ability to fund itself, says Breitbart, the US taxpayer has bankrolled the World Economic Forum to the tune of millions, mostly in the form of USAID and State Department grants.
	The U.S. government committed $9 million to the World Economic Forum this year, this last year, 2023.
	And, of course, what does that buy them?
	Well... State Department, Secretary of State, Anthony Blinken, National Security Advisor, Jake Sullivan, all got to address them.
	They got a place at the table.
	They got featured to speak because they bought their place at the table with millions of taxpayer dollars, giving it to the World Economic Forum.
	And so...
	Forcing taxpayers to fund annual ski trips for insular global elitist is absurd, not to mention reprehensible, said Representative Perry.
	The World Economic Forum doesn't deserve one cent of American funding, and it's past time that we defund Davos.
	Well, I absolutely agree, but what is interesting is that at the same time, they've got a group of six Republicans who said, we've got to pass a bill to stop giving money to Davos.
	You've got Jamal Bowman, who is proposing a $14 trillion reparations plan.
	Now, this is a million times bigger.
	Literally, right?
	You know, a billion is a thousand millions, and a trillion is a thousand billions.
	This is a million times, we gave nine million dollars to the World Economic Forum.
	Jamal Bowman wants 14 trillion.
	That's part of a reparations plan.
	Somebody better pull the fire alarm.
	Because this guy's trying to burn the country.
	He was the one, you know, that interrupted the congressional hearings by pulling the fire alarm.
	I thought it was the door handle.
	Will somebody show him the door?
	And somebody else pull the fire alarm because he wants to burn this country down.
	He wants it, he said, for the enslavement of Africans and the lasting harm of the lives of millions of black people in the United States.
	We began by talking about, you know, the border.
	So, let me just ask him.
	Why do we have Africans coming in across the southern border where there is no wall?
	Lots of them. Why are they coming in?
	Do they think that it's better for black people in America today than it is for black people in Africa today?
	What's your grief?
	What's your beef about all this stuff?
	And just anybody can see that.
	Are blacks in America today better off on average, way better off, not even close to the average black person in Africa?
	Most of them in abject poverty.
	Many of them starving.
	What are you talking about with reparations?
	What absolute nonsense.
	And as I pointed out many times in the past, who are you going to give the money?
	Who are you going to take the money from? Who are you going to give the money to?
	You had Angela Davis, this radical black Marxist, and she found out on a program where they were going back and looking at her genealogy that both of her grandparents, both of her grandfathers, were white.
	She was devastated because she hates white people.
	And we see this over and over again.
	You know, I mean, look at Obama.
	He's half white. So does he pay reparations or does he get reparations with all of this stuff?
	But here's the other aspect.
	I said six people, six Republicans said, let's not give money to Davos.
	But you've got nine people, including Bowman, who want to send a million times more money, redistribute that to black people.
	Just because. Just because.
	And, of course, you're always going to have more money, more people who are aligned in the federal government with handing out cash, handing out other people's money, than you are people who want to stop spending other people's money.
	But this just beggars belief, the extent of this.
	Journal News calculated that each black American could get more than $300,000 from this proposed plan.
	And again, the question is, who is black?
	And the question is, who's better off?
	Yes, the slaves hundreds of years ago had it rough.
	Even the people who were not slaves had it a lot rougher than all of us do today.
	And we're all living on the efforts of those people in the past.
	On Rumble. Long Oyun says, David, have you heard of a video from Dr.
	John Campbell about a new brain virus?
	I thought it was fake, but it seems to be real.
	But I look at the study of human ACE2 transgenic mice.
	No, I haven't. But again, that is perhaps one of the traps that they may do.
	You know, they may come up with it.
	When we talk about what happened, right?
	Again, are they going to make any changes?
	Are they going to reform anything?
	No. All the talk about COVID and the Wuhan lab and all the rest of this stuff, it's all just partisan politics.
	And they don't want to shut down the funding of the gain-of-function stuff.
	They've had a lot of accidents.
	They shut it down temporarily in 2014 because they had so many accidents and diseased animals are being released and humans were getting sick from sloppy stuff, but they don't want to shut down the gain of function.
	There will be no reform of anything.
	Anything that they talk about is simply to score cheap political points.
	And so the question is, and I don't believe that that was anything out of the ordinary.
	It was a different strain.
	Perhaps they tried and failed.
	I don't know. But, you know, the so-called pandemic is pretty evident early on that there was no pandemic.
	They shut everybody down when there was nobody sick, nobody dying, and we had some phony videos from China.
	And so a lot of us looked at that and said, but, again, always look.
	Always be cautious.
	Because until you understand what this truly is, don't be cavalier and say, oh yeah, well I think everything that comes down the pike now is going to be fake.
	That's not necessarily true, so we need to be cautious about that.

	These people have an agenda.

	And there are good and bad aspects of all that.
	Let me just flip the tables on this for a second.
	Think about New Zealand, right?
	The Maoris that were in New Zealand were cannibals.
	We're cannibals. So, should we accuse all the people who are descended from the Maori?
	Should we treat them as cannibals?
	Is that a part of what they're doing right now?
	No, that was something that was done quite some time ago.
	It was part of their culture.
	It wasn't a good part of their culture.
	But at the same time now, the Super Bowl for the second year, they're going to have a black national anthem be sung right after or before the American anthem.
	And again, this is about...
	Changing the culture, erasing the culture, erasing the history.
	And any student of history knows that because history is a story of people, it's not all good, and it's not all bad.
	It's a mixture. And so, just like a chicken, you take the chicken and you...
	Leave the bones behind. You don't swallow the bones.
	And so we don't have to swallow the evil that has been done by people in the past.
	And these efforts to paint everybody as being evil because somebody somewhere was doing it.
	We've seen this applied to Christians.
	You know, it was the clip that I played a couple weeks ago.
	Where you had John Lennox challenge in a debate what was put out by Christopher Hitchens.
	He wrote a book called God is Not Great.
	And he said, look at all these Christians and look at the evil things that they've done in the name of Christianity and so forth.
	And so John Lennox comes back and he goes, well, I could look at the communists and take a look at what has been done by atheists, the communists, how they have come after people.
	I think you do this with any group.
	So you could look at it in terms of science.
	So look at the evil that's been done with the weapons.
	So we're going to ban all science.
	It is a stupid, boneheaded way.
	It is groupthink.
	And it is Marxism.
	That is their tactic for how they get control.
	So as I pointed out earlier, Joe Biden is out there talking about gun control again and talking about it in terms of attacking us.
	He knows that guns are deterrent to them.
	And I've said this many times, and again, when I was with the Libertarian Party, all these people would say, well, you say that we need, because we were the ones who were saying we need to have guns to keep the government in check.
	At that point in time, the NRA was soft-pedaling.
	Not the gun owners of America, but the NRA was soft-pedaling and saying, it's just about sporting.
	You know, let us, you can do whatever you want to, but let us have our guns for sports.
	For hunting and for sports.
	And we said, it's not about that.
	That's a legitimate use.
	We said, it's not about that.
	It's not about self-defense either.
	It's ultimately about keeping the government in check.
	And I had reporters who had challenged me on that.
	So you can't possibly believe that.
	I said, no, I absolutely do believe that.
	Take a look at the Warsaw Uprising.
	The Jews who were packed in that ghetto didn't have any firearms.
	But they got a hammer or a rock or something and took out a guard.
	They got one firearm. They used that to get more firearms.
	And they only had small firearms, but they kept the Nazi Panzer Division at bay for a very long time.
	And the only way that they were able to overcome that was to burn everything down.
	And so I said, we don't want to have that.
	I said, you need to understand that an armed population is really about mutually assured destruction.
	If someone like Joe Biden wants to completely destroy America, they can start a civil war.
	And it will completely destroy their government as well as all of America.
	They've done that to one country after the other, but they always lose those asymmetric wars in the end.
	After untold numbers of people are killed, after a country is devastated.
	It's a foolish thing. It's like a nuclear war.
	It's like, you know, again, mutually assured destruction.
	Both sides having nuclear, well, don't push that button because we'll push our button and then there won't be anything for either side.
	But Joe Biden keeps talking about that.
	And Joe Biden ought to be treated as the same that we would treat some lunatic, like North Korean dictator who's bragging about how he's going to use nuclear weapons on other people.
	Because that's what this is really about.
	He says you need an F-16, not an AR-15.
	Again, suggesting that the U.S. government could take our guns by force and murder us.
	What a thug this guy is.
	You want to talk about a Nazi?
	You want to talk about a dictator? I think both Biden and Trump fit that bill.
	It's just amazing. He told this to a group of mayors in the context of gun control.
	And again, as I said before, so how did all those F-16s work out for you against AR-15s in Afghanistan?
	Or pick any other war that you've lost, and you've lost them all since World War II. How did it work out for you in Vietnam?
	Yeah, you had all the big planes and the bombs and the napalm and all the rest of this stuff.
	You killed a lot of people, didn't you?
	You lost that war, though, didn't you?
	Except that we understand what Biden really wants from war, right?
	He made it very clear when somebody asked him about Yemen.
	Are the airstrikes in Yemen working?
	Well, when you say working, are they stopping the Houthis?
	No. Are they going to continue?
	Yes. There you go.
	See, it's not about winning a war.
	It's about continuing the war.
	I think it was Julian Assange who pointed that out.
	He said they don't want to win any of these wars.
	Why haven't they won any wars since World War II? They don't want to.
	They just want to keep it going as long as they can.
	It's a military-industrial complex.
	So, he wants a war with us, with Americans.
	And he's started it with economic sanctions.
	He's done it with an invasion at the border.
	You've done a tremendous job putting those resources to work.
	He told the mayors that, as he bragged, that he had given them $15 billion for infrastructure and public safety.
	So, yeah. Hey, I can give you some more money, and here's what I would like for you to do.
	I'm not ordering anybody doing this stuff.
	I'm just saying, you know. Here's some money, and you know what we want done with that, right?
	He said, when we passed the Second Amendment, he said, guess what?
	You weren't allowed to have a cannon.
	This guy is an ignorant liar.
	Again, what did they come for at Concord and Lexington?
	They came for the cannons, as well as the muskets.
	And what about Santa Ana at Goliad, Texas?
	What's on the come and take it flag?
	A cannon. And this is why, I get it, it's a clever thing, you know, to put an AR-15 on there.
	But it's even more important for people to understand that Santa Ana was coming for the cannon at Goliad.
	These militia groups were there to defend their country.
	And if the federal government was doing its job, it would be training and equipping militias.
	That's what a well-regulated militia means.
	It means well-trained, well-equipped.
	He'd be handing out AR-15s and showing people how to use them.
	But that's not who he is.
	He's Santa Ana.
	He's George III. He drew chuckles from the mayors as he derided an argument sometimes made by Second Amendment advocates against assault weapon bans, as they say.
	Oh, you've heard the Tree of Liberty is watered with blood of patriots.
	He said, guess what, man?
	I didn't see a whole lot of patriots out there walking around making sure that we have these weapons.
	If you really want to worry about the government, you need an F-16.
	You don't need an AR-15.
	And they all laughed.
	Well, again, this is reported by the Epoch Times.
	And they finished the rest of this article by making a pragmatic argument.
	That, you know, the gun control just really hasn't worked.
	Crime has remained high and all the rest of the stuff.
	And, you know, the gun control things, that's not tight at all.
	Don't make a pragmatic argument.
	Like, there's so many things we could say.
	We could make legal arguments.
	We could make historical arguments.
	We could make ethical arguments.
	This is what bothers me about the climate MacGuffin.
	Got all these people out there saying, yeah, but, you know, if we did this, the carbon footprint would be light.
	Don't accept their fundamental lie as a premise in your argument.
	You have to say, you prove to me that, A, it's warming, you know, and what Michael Mann did is not proof.
	It's fraud. You prove to me that there is climate warming.
	And then the second thing is you've got to prove that it's tied to my car, to my oven, or whatever.
	And then we'll talk about the measures to be made.
	We're a long ways away from that.
	Don't ever give them the advantage of agreeing with that and then kind of arguing over how many angels are going to fit on the head of a pen.
	It's ridiculous to approach it that way.
	And so, when we look at John Hopkins, as Gun Owners of America said, John Hopkins has said that gun control...
	We'll prevent a second civil war.
	They keep talking about civil war and they keep talking about confiscating our guns.
	And again, that's how the American Revolution started.
	It's what happened at the beginning of the Texas Revolution.
	A new study published by Johns Hopkins, owned Bloomberg School for Public Health, outlines the action items on the billionaire-funded gun control lobbyists' wish list and makes the claim that those specific gun control provisions are crucial to stopping an armed insurrection in the United States.
	And the study's authors are all gun control lobby veterans.
	A quick glance at their LinkedIn pages, says Gun Owners of America, revealed a work history within gun control groups before they ever went to Johns Hopkins.
	In the study, the authors reference a study titled...
	Views of American Democracy and Society and Support for Political Violence.
	Conducted in 2022, the study features a statistic that half of the survey participants agreed that, quote, in the next few years will be a civil war in the United States.
	And this is featured prominently within the study.
	And so, if we're looking at people who are trying to provoke us into a civil war, maybe we ought to disarm the American government.
	Maybe you ought to disarm Joe Biden.
	For those unfamiliar, though, state preemption laws say that local governments cannot impose regulations on firearms that are any tighter than the state law.
	And so this is the context for this.
	They understand that. So here now we're back to local issues.
	We're back to state and local issues.
	So pay attention, because this is important for your life.
	This is far more important than Trump or Biden.
	Now, these types, they may drive these agendas, but all politics is local.
	That's where the rubber meets the road.
	They create their plans.
	They create their schemes. You need to understand what those plans are, because they're going to try to implement them at the local level.
	But that's where you're going to stop them, is at the local level implementation of these things.
	So he says, because local laws are easier to change than state law, gun control groups like Giffords and Everytown have sought out state lawmakers to convince them to overturn their preemption laws.
	So there's a state law that says that if you have a local jurisdiction that That tries to do gun control, but state laws in a way that state law prohibits, then the local people are blocked from doing that.
	And so they're trying to get rid of the state preemption laws.
	Because they know that they can win at the local level.
	George Soros knows it.
	Michael Bloomberg knows it.
	Giffords knows it.
	You know, the Everytown thing is Bloomberg.
	They all understand that.
	We've got to understand that.
	It's at the local level where they're going to be able to do this stuff.
	And so in 2021, Giffords convinced Colorado to overturn its state preemption law, which allowed the city of Boulder to pass its own assault weapons ban quickly.
	I guess they did a Boulder Dash, and it was a complete Boulder Dash to control guns.
	Senior Counsel for the Giffords Law Center...
	It was reported to have spoken with other states about doing the same thing in their locality.
	So that's their plan.
	This is a global plan.
	This is a national plan.
	This is just like getting Soros district attorneys in, and we see what that did.
	And so if they can follow this, this strategy, as Gun Owners of America points out, this mirrors the strategy of Soros with the district attorneys.
	Because they understand that local, all politics is local, and that's where they're going to have the most leverage.
	So before we take a break, this is from Brandon Smith, alt-market U.S. And I like this because he talks about a primer for American patriots and preppers.
	He says, you know, we're facing an uncertain future.
	He said, the average patriot or prepper is usually a middle class conservative or libertarian with a tendency towards independent thinking and some experience with economic struggle in the past.
	And so he said, our philosophy is based on experience and a willingness to look beyond the veil.
	Most of the Western public, however, is bombarded by endless messaging about how stable and how safe and how prosperous our society is.
	And we're constantly slapped in the face with propaganda telling us that patriots are not only crazy, but we're also dangerous.
	We are the bumbling bad guys in every film and TV show.
	We are the extremists, says Brandon Smith, that refuse to accept that the system works.
	And if we'd just stop trying to be independent from the system, we could find safety and Well, he said, the first thing that sets the preparedness culture apart from everyone else is a healthy sense of skepticism when it comes to establishment claims and mainstream assumptions.
	We will not be sitting idly listening to the band play while the Titanic sinks.
	We understand, however, that there's a considerable number of people out there that are content to do that, says Brandon Smith.
	So he says, what is more bizarre behavior, strange behavior?
	To be prepared and to be aware, or to be woefully ignorant and constantly vulnerable?
	He says it's also about realism.
	It's not about pessimism.
	It's not about living under a cloud of constant doom, only accepting that there are extreme problems in the world that may require extreme solutions.
	You look at the problems.
	You have the courage to question what is being told.
	You have the courage to look at things that are not good scenarios and then make preparation and plans to make them not quite so bad.
	So it is an optimistic approach.
	And I would say that every Christian is a prepper from that standpoint.
	And that gives people, I think, a big advantage.
	If you understand that, as Zero Hedge points out in their subtext, they said, you know, in the end, there is no hedge against what's going to happen.
	In the end, we all die.
	But that's not the end.
	And so Christians understand that and they want to prepare for that.
	And because they understand this is just a temporary thing, it gives us an important ability as well.
	By the way, when we're talking about preparing, nothing is better than I have seen than the Civil Defense Manuals Volume 1 and 2.
	It comes as a two-volume set by Jack Lawson, and you'll see it at CivilDefenseManual.com, written by Special Ops Soldiers and And other contributing author experts, he's got quite a bit of experience himself, but it's not just limited to that.
	He's got a lot of people that were special ops, former Navy SEALs and things like that.
	He knows what their specialty was, and he's got them writing contributing channels about that.
	But it's about how to organize your society, how to survive as a group, not as a loner.
	And simple things that you can do that have served us well in this last week of being snowed in.
	So, you know, just canned goods here.
	A sufficient amount of canned goods are in good shape there for at least a while for these temporary things.
	But again, Jack Lawson's CivilDefenseManual.com.
	But here's what Brandon Smith says, and we're going to be joining Jason Barker in just a moment.
	He's going to be talking about how the strange things that have been happening with him with Google this last week.
	But rule number one, he says, prepare for others and not just for yourself.
	And this is true.
	He says, you may not like other people.
	You may not trust other people.
	You might feel better crawling into a bunker, never dealing with another living soul until the breakdown has run its course.
	But it doesn't matter. If you have a conscience, then you'll be faced with the reality of need.
	The reality of other people's need.
	And so he says, having the means to aid the innocent is paramount.
	He says, trust me on this.
	You do not want to find yourself in a situation where good people need your help and you are incapable because you failed to plan ahead.
	You do not want that weighing on your spirit.
	I think that's very wise.
	Number two, he said, survival alone is not victory.
	And again, Jack Lawson talks a great deal about that.
	How to create a community where you're not going to be going out and engaging in some kind of paramilitary fantasy, but you're just rationally co-preparing with other people.
	If you are alive but the rest of the world is enslaved, he said, then you're ultimately lost.
	Winning, quote-unquote winning, is not possible until the root enemy is erased from existence.
	And so that is really what this is truly about.
	You know, a real 4D chest says that we're going to fight for principles, not for politicians.
	And we have to understand that, you know, if...
	There was a great quote that I came across from Martin Luther King.
	It's part of somebody talking about his Martin Luther King Day.
	And it was interesting because that was really what he was talking about.
	He said, you know, politics asks what is practical, and Cowardice asks what is safe and other things like that.
	He says, but conscience asks what is right.
	And that's where we need to be.
	And we need to find other people who are like-minded.
	Rule number three says, fear is transitory, but regret is forever.
	Boy, haven't we seen that with the jabs?
	A number of people that I've heard talk about the fact that they were scared or they were afraid of the disease or they were afraid of losing their job or not being able to travel or whatever and they took the jab and now the regret is forever.
	That's one of the key lessons.
	And again, I have people who contact me all the time.
	They say, well, I've listened for years, but No more because of what you say about Trump.
	Well, I've just got to say that, you know, I see this regret from people.
	I see people who have lost loved ones.
	I see the rapid increase in cancer of all these people that I know.
	And I'm not going to stand by and say nothing about it.
	I don't really care.
	Anyway, personally, I don't really understand, says Brandon Smith.
	I don't really understand the fear of death or the fear of confrontation or conflict or the fear of facing adversity.
	I don't get it. None of us are going to live forever.
	So we do what we can to make this life count.
	Well, actually, my belief is best summed up by what C.S. Lewis said.
	He said, look around you.
	There are no mere mortals.
	Some of the people that you see on the street, in the future, if you were to see them, you'd be tempted to bow down and worship.
	Others would be such horrible, tormented souls that you could not bear to look at them.
	Rule number four, you do not need to become the monster in order to defeat the monster.
	Listen to this, Maga.
	That's what that 4D chess lie was about.
	I know it looks like he's betraying us, and he is.
	But you've got to do that.
	You've got to become the monster in order to beat the monster, and it's all about winning.
	No, it's not. Rule number five, be invisible when you must.
	Be visible when you must.
	Rule number six, in every moment of chaos, there is a moment of peace.
	He says chaos is mostly a product of mental reaction, a subconscious decision to panic instead of remaining calm and lucid.
	Chaos is created by people more than by events.
	The pandemic didn't do anything to anybody.
	It was people who were afraid of the pandemic or people who used the pandemic to create chaos.
	Remember Fauci? How do you get everybody to take a shot that hasn't been tested?
	We do it from the inside.
	We do it with chaos and we do it iteratively It's how we process events that make them a disaster or make them a moment of triumph That is to say in every moment of chaos. There is a moment of peace. The question is can you restrain your impulse to panic and Instead act with conscience and deliberate calm. I'll never forget you know, the reason I came back in to keep calm and and carry on and Freedom is in peril Defend it with all your might is because of the over that
	weekend between Trump on that Friday the 13th and you know The governor's started coming up with their rules and regulations over the weekend you had Peggy Noonan, who had been a speechwriter for Ronald Reagan, Go on Wall Street Journal and say, well, you're not panicking, you're not doing it right.
	And I said, when has panic ever been a solution to anything?
	If you're on the Titanic and the thing is sinking, panic isn't going to help you.
	You may be right to be afraid, but panic never makes anything better.
	Finally, rule number seven.
	What we do now echoes in eternity.
	And he's saying this not even from a standpoint of our standing before God.
	He's saying it from a standpoint of thinking about posterity.
	And he quotes Marcus Aurelius, who says, Understand the future is the summation of the actions that we take today.
	Whether we are personally remembered or not is irrelevant.
	Tomorrow is decided by what we do or don't do.
	There is nothing that can stop this.
	We are the decision makers, not the globalists.
	Not the governments.
	We are the people who decide what the next era will look like.
	That is the mindset of a prepper.
	You see, Karl Rove tells us, we are history's actors.
	You will analyze this, and while you're analyzing it, we'll be doing the next thing that we're going to do.
	No. That's why they hate preppers so much.
	Because preppers take control of their lives.
	They don't beg for Trump to fix it.
	They don't think that Biden is going to fix it.
	They don't think the federal government is going to fix it.
	They take care of their lives and they make plans for their lives.
	And they are the actors in their lives.
	They're not the spectators.
	There are moments in history, says Brandon, rare moments when the confluence of events and crises rest at the point of a fulcrum.
	It is a nexus, and that's where we are right now.
	A crossroads that will determine the course of civilization for centuries to come.
	There are people who will encounter this storm and do nothing more than sit back and drift along with the tides of fate.
	But there are others who are battling for the chance to control the rudder of the ship.
	To aim humanity to either free shores, or some of these people, like Biden, like Trump, like Klaus, Aiming the ship towards the depths of the abyss.
	Folks, we're in the fourth turning.
	We've been in the fourth turning for several years now.
	More than a decade. And we've only got, going back to 2008, 2009 was when it kicked off.
	And so we're about 15, 16 years into it.
	And we've only got about another five years, probably, before it'll be decided.
	And that's why things are coming to a rapid conclusion.

	And last week, I saw what Jason put up about the fact that he was having issues with Google, and so I wanted to get him on to talk about it.
	But I tried to reach out to him that day, but thanks for joining us, Jason.
	I tried to reach out to you, but, you know, you'd been up all night trying to work on this thing.
	Tell everybody what you've found out, because it's been a few more days now, and you're not a neophyte in terms of what's going on with...
	With the internet, with ISP and servers and other things, you have a lot of experience with that in the military, with IT. So tell people what we're talking about, what we were talking about last week, what you see happening with Google and you.
	All right. Well, first I'll say, David, I think we've all been in Twitter jail or Facebook jail, or like me, I'm banned for life on YouTube for nights of the storm.
	I can't even log in to delete my account, so I can't log in to view anything.
	Yeah, join the club. Yeah.
	I look at this stuff and it's like, how did these people get away with being on YouTube?
	Occasionally I see this stuff and it's like, I don't understand.
	But anyway, yeah, they got you, they got me, and so go ahead.
	Yeah. Yeah, so Google, and I see this as a harbinger of things to come as we move from the Internet of Things into the Internet of Bodies, and that's why it concerned me so much.
	So Google, they banned me.
	After troubleshooting, I determined that my IP address was blocked.
	Either my IP address or my MAC address, one or the other.
	It lasted about 48 hours, and now it works.
	But I verified it because I used a VPN to go around and was able to do it.
	I also used my phone, took it off the Wi-Fi, so it was on data, and I was good to go.
	So it was a physical address that they had blocked.
	And you might think to yourself, you know, big deal, so just use a different search engine.
	Well, that's where the problem lies.
	Almost every other alternative search engine uses Google on the back end.
	So they were worthless to me.
	Additionally, other websites that I would go to, there's so much Google code, little fragments of code for targeted advertising, for all sorts of things.
	And those websites, although they would come up, they would stall out eventually because they couldn't fully load.
	So I was done.
	I had to get the VPN to be able to do my show and stuff.
	So it was bad.
	Wow. And that's the thing, you know, it is step-by-step, isn't it?
	You know, they're doing it from the inside, and step-by-step we see it with the shadow banning, with Twitter jail temporarily banning people, you know, completely banning people, and then the de-financing of people.
	And now this is a bit different, because you're talking about not even being able to use a search engine.
	And being banned, you know, going to a secondary search engine that is built on top of Google.
	Because Google is a substrate for a lot of these things.
	Their browser is used by so many other people.
	They just build their interface on top of what Google has as a foundation.
	And if they shut you off at the foundational level, and of course they're working on that as well.
	I talk about that many times, the CCPA. It sounds like the Communist Chinese Party of America, and it actually works like that.
	This Coalition for Content, Providence, and Authentication, doing the same thing you're talking about.
	They identify you, they don't like your content, and they're going to block you from being able to post anything.
	So now they look at you, they've identified you, and they block you from being able to search anything.
	Oh, I think what got me on their radar and got my social credit score into the negatives was I was watching Angry Tiger about a week or a week and a half ago.
	And it was very interesting.
	I made a comment.
	He was talking about bombastic reporting and how we could soil a message if we bombastically report things.
	Right. It kind of taints the whole cup, you know.
	Yeah. And I had made a comment, and this was on his YouTube page.
	So he's still on YouTube.
	I think he's almost banned for life, but he's like on his last strike.
	But anyway, I made a comment saying, oh yeah, you know, you can talk about hollow earth and lizard people and all kinds of stuff and you'll get millions and millions of followers.
	But if you talk about how Fauci, you know, releases the jab that kills children and boom, that comment in real time was grayed out and nobody could see it.
	Wow. And then a couple minutes later, I could see it, but nobody else could see it.
	A couple minutes later, the topic had changed.
	And get this, the AI took two comments that I made months and months ago from a different platform.
	And they were talking about guns.
	What was a good handgun?
	And it was taken out of context.
	It made it look like I was doing a call to violence.
	Wow. And I was like, I didn't post that.
	And then now I'm banned from Angry Tiger's chat.
	So, it's crazy.
	You mean they banned you from his chat?
	Yeah. Well, I think he might have done it thinking I was being spoofed.
	Now, see, that was on my personal YouTube account.
	So what they've done this time was they went and they stopped me at my gateway.
	Yes, yes. And that's really what this CCPA is about.
	This is a coalition between hardware companies like Intel and ARM processors and the software companies like Adobe and others.
	So this is about identifying you at the machine level, at the very basic level, and then blocking your ability to do anything.
	And they don't even...
	This is, you know, before they're even rolling CBDC out.
	So, you know, we know what's going to happen when they roll that out.
	It was pretty amazing.
	The first thing that ever got banned on Infowars, and it was five years before they started, you know, before they banned everything.
	And long before they started any of the shadow banning as well.
	Because Facebook, when they started their live streaming, they went to Alex and they said, we want you to...
	Help to promote this new feature of live streaming on Facebook.
	And so, you know, it wasn't like this concerted effort, conspiracy effort to shut down InfoWars at that point in time.
	But when I did that thing on It's a Wonderful Lie on the Federal Reserve, they shut that down.
	And that was really amazing.
	And that was years before they did anything else.
	You criticize the Federal Reserve.
	Oh, that's a raw nerve with them.
	Just like you don't criticize the pharmaceutical companies now.
	You want to know who rules you as they say?
	You know who you can't criticize.
	Oh yeah, the Federal Reserve is a big one.
	I remember it was about a week or so ago, Tiger was on and he was talking banking.
	And within 10 minutes, they ended his live stream.
	That was, I think, his last strike that he's allowed.
	But going back to the CBDC, and this is where I see it going, the Google thing...
	Completely interrupted everything.
	My wife's computer, her tablet, nothing could go on anything Google.
	Like I said, they blocked it at my physical address.
	And we pay our bills that way.
	We pay our bills online.
	What if I worked from home?
	There's a lot of working from home going on now.
	And you know, your platform may or may not work if it has Google plugins in it.
	And then, and I'm looking at this down the road as they install 5g, they're testing out in like 13 different cities, this start link stuff they're trying to.
	Basically they, they self-admitted want to cover the entire globe, uh, in a, in a network with zero gaps in coverage.
	That's what they need to usher in CBDC.
	Now, when that happens and as things go cashless, Billy Ray Valentine, I had, uh, on, and he was talking about, um, in New York, there's a lot of places that don't take cash anymore.
	So now if your social credit score, Uh, drops below a certain threshold, or you say something that they don't like, they could just cut off your, you know, the gateway to you paying for things.
	Oh, yeah. And then what are you going to do?
	And the vendors don't know.
	If I go in right now and I go pay for gas and my card has declined, they don't know why it was declined.
	And the same is going to be with CBDC. If you say something they don't like, you can't get groceries at the grocery store.
	And the worst part about it is it's AI doing it.
	Because it's happening in real time.
	So that's really, really scary to put a computer in charge of something that's so fundamental for life that we've got to be able to pay bills and whatnot.
	So that's where I've seen this as kind of a harbinger of that to come.
	Mm-hmm. Davos talked about misinformation is one of their key focuses now.
	We got the 50 and 5.
	They're trying to make networks in these countries that don't have good networking.
	And that's all to usher in CBDC. And you put the information piece with that, with AI, then they can turn you off.
	That's right. Yeah, the information is fundamental to everything.
	That's their number one thing.
	And, of course, the other theme that they had was to rebuild trust.
	How do you rebuild trust? Well, you shut down any criticism of you.
	You shut down and you memory hole everything that was done in the past.
	Or you get people on media who say, well, that's four years ago.
	We don't want to talk about that.
	I'm so sick and tired of talking about that.
	And so you shut down, you memory hole the past, you get shills who are going to shut down any debate or criticism of what was done in the past, and you tell everybody how wonderful everything is going to be.
	You do the same thing.
	I mean, this is the politician's dream.
	They all want to rebuild trust after they've betrayed the trust and after they betrayed their promises and betrayed the constitution. They want to rebuild that trust every time they run for re-election, pretty much these guys. And so this is the ticket. This is the way they do it.
	And the artificial intelligence is going to really weaponize this. Everybody's rightfully concerned about autonomous killer robots. How do you stop this stuff?
	Well, what they're setting up is a system of autonomous killer robots that are going to kill you financially.
	They're going to kill you in terms of putting you in an open-air prison where you can't go anywhere, can't do anything, can't buy anything.
	That's going to be the autonomous Stasi.
	That is going to be the autonomous instantaneous police who are going to shut down everything preemptively if you are a dissident because they've redefined dissident to be an enemy of the state.
	That's really where we are now. Yeah, and you talk about memory hole and stuff.
	They'll memory hole what they've done to rebuild trust, but I guarantee you they have saved everything you've done.
	Oh, yes. Goatree's talked about this.
	They have massive data storage places in the desert where they don't have water.
	They're using up all the water to cool it and stuff.
	And AI is at the point now, it has the ability to go back And kind of build a profile on you.
	Yes. And see if you're, what kind of American are you, right?
	And then here's another scary thing.
	So I was playing around with Substack.
	I uploaded one of my audio things to it, and they have this new feature where they'll build a transcript.
	And I thought that was pretty cool.
	I thought I'd let it run and see what it was about.
	And lo and behold, it did a pretty good job.
	And I went in there and it said, you know, speaker one, speaker two, speaker three, because I had three people on, two plus myself.
	And so I went in there and plugged in, okay, speaker one was Jason Barker, speaker two was so and so.
	And I was like, is that really a good idea?
	Because now they're getting the, you know, the AI knows what my voice sounds like.
	Kind of like with Facebook, I noticed that I was putting pictures of myself and my friends up back when I used to use Facebook, and it was auto-tagging them.
	It knew what they looked like.
	The facial recognition is there, and we fed it all this information.
	Yes, that's right.
	Yeah, it's the life log that everybody thought was so creepy that was being run by, you know, Homeland Security, total information awareness and everything.
	And a life log where they're going to keep everything on everybody.
	Edward Snowden talked about permanent record.
	But, you know, they just moved on to social media and everybody put the stuff up voluntarily.
	And so that's what they're data mining.
	It truly is amazing.
	You know, in terms of the transcript stuff, I was using, for a short period of time, I was using Otter.
	And it was going through.
	And then last summer, it would pull the stuff in.
	It was somewhat useful, but there was still a lot of stuff that I had to manually do.
	Then it got a lot better, and then it even started doing outlines.
	And it started looking to see, you know, where the general trend was.
	In other words, it could comprehend not just words, but concepts and trends and what I was saying to put them in an outline.
	And that was getting better and better.
	Then they increased the price of it to be like two or three times what it was.
	It had been like $100 a year or something.
	It went up like $200. That's too rich.
	I'm not going to... I'm not going to do that.
	And so we have the capability of outputting the audio for me to put in descriptions.
	We can do that out of Adobe.
	It's not as good, but I'm using that now.
	But as I looked at that and it was getting better and better, Jason, I thought, well...
	You know, it's just a matter of time before they apply this to the podcast in order to do censorship.
	Because it's already being done by Spotify.
	And they wanted to sell those tools to other companies a couple of years ago.
	They were saying, we can help you identify people that you don't want to have on your platform.
	And once they do that, we're done.
	It'll be the same thing that they're doing on YouTube.
	You know, I just started using Spotify recently, and this could have been the initial triggering event.
	I got Spotify hooked up for both the shows, and I added Google Podcasts to it, so it pushes it out to Google Podcasts.
	So that happened not too long before the incident with Tiger happened.
	But I see this coming, and we've done a lot of reporting on EMF recently, because there are health effects to EMF. As many reports as there are that say there are no health effects.
	Maybe there's no significant health effects of just 5G in this band, but there's multiple frequencies on that one tower, plus 4G, plus 3G, plus your Starlink.
	I mean, that stuff, it's cumulative.
	That's right. You know, I was looking at 5G maps, and I noticed where they're putting all these towers, and I got it written here.
	We got 47,000 towers in the U.S. Wow.
	For 5G. And they're, you know, besides the big cities and stuff, they're really focused along the highway system, like those corridors.
	And it could be because that's where all businesses and things are.
	That's what I think it is, your gas stations, you know.
	And it was that way, you know, even when you look at cell phone coverage, because when we were in North Carolina...
	We were in a dead area.
	We couldn't get cell phone coverage.
	We couldn't get even TV coverage.
	The only thing I could get was one of these text pagers.
	That was the only thing that worked in that area.
	And it was actually a good thing because we weren't getting the EMF stuff, right?
	But now they want to blanket everybody with it.
	As you point out, they're not doing any tests on...
	First of all, we have...
	Higher accepted densities than any other country, number one.
	Number two, when they test these things, they don't subject you to the entire spectrum of things that you're being exposed to all the time.
	They do one at a time.
	And so that's another story.
	Just like if you're taking drugs, they isolate the drugs, but they don't look at the combined effect of, well, what if we were to give them all of this stuff?
	Put fluoride in the water and all the rest of it.
	What does this toxic soup do, and what are the combined effects of these things?
	Because whenever you get a drug, they always talk about interactions with other things.
	It's a known thing, but they always ignore that when they do their tests.
	Right. And that's what we've been reporting on.
	And the reason I bring that up is because, you know, the issue with Google, I see that's going to be the same issue when we go to CBDC. And I started thinking about the backbone of how they need this network, this 5G network, to have this global currency, right? Whether it's a national currency, a CBDC, which will, I think, eventually be married into a global currency.
	And Tiger did this report.
	I wanted to bring this up. You were talking about New Hampshire earlier.
	Have you heard of this House Bill 1700-FN? No, I haven't.
	What is that? Okay, this is great.
	It says, I'll just read it real quick.
	It's a real short title.
	Prohibiting the intentional release of polluting emissions, including cloud seeding, weather modification, excessive electromagnetic radio frequency, and microwave radiation.
	This could be...
	Now, this is a partisan bill.
	It's not bipartisan. And maybe that's why they're trying to play with the elections over there so this don't pass.
	If this passes, that's great because we can prevent them from building the network that they need for CBDC. Yeah, I want to talk to Angry Tiger about that.
	I did see that and I saw his report on that.
	I didn't remember the number that was there.
	You say it's a partisan bill. Is it Democrats that are pushing that forward?
	No, it says it's No, it's Republicans.
	Oh, Republicans. Well, then it's got a good chance of passing because they've got a Republican majority.
	But yeah, that is very interesting.
	I do want to talk to Angry Tiger about that because it essentially admits that this is going on.
	It's pretty clear that they are on to what is happening.
	With chemtrails and with EMF and the health effects of that.
	And it's a known thing.
	I've talked many times, Jason, about the Fry effect.
	Alan Fry worked for the Navy.
	And just as they kind of accidentally, some of these radar technicians accidentally discovered the effects of the microwave transmitters and how they could heat up their coffee, you know, they put their coffee on top of it, it gets hot, it's like, whoa.
	Then they investigate that and it's like, oh yeah, it's the microwave radiation that's heating up the coffee.
	So they come out with a radar range microwave, right?
	We called it a radar range.
	And Fry found that it affected people biologically.
	And I first talked about that conjunction with the Havana syndrome. You know people said they heard clicking and Well, that's what Alan Fry heard with certain frequencies.
	People, it would trigger your auditory nerves and you would hear clicking noises and things like that, but it had other deleterious biological effects with you as well.
	And so this is a known thing and the question is, you know, everybody's going to have a different tolerance to it.
	There's going to be different densities that people are exposed to.
	There'll be different combinations of EMF stuff that is out there.
	But our government really doesn't care.
	As a matter of fact, they want to shut down any concerns about health as being a conspiracy theory.
	They even want to shut down the concerns, the obvious, what everybody knows, as you're talking about, that they're going to use this for surveillance.
	That it's going to be the backbone of the smart city surveillance.
	And everybody knows that.
	And yet, that was one of the things, one of the earliest things about Trump that got me concerned about him and opposing him was the fact that he was pushing 5G so hard.
	And at the same time, they would say, well, we got to have it and we got to keep Huawei and the Chinese out of here because we don't want them spying on us.
	And it's like, okay, so you can spy on people with 5G. But it's okay if the American government spies on us, but not if the Chinese spy on us, is what he's saying.
	And then they would, at the same time, say, well, if you were concerned about privacy and surveillance in the police state, or if you're concerned about health care, you're just a paranoid conspiracy theorist.
	And yet, you know, they all, they know, we know that they know, they know that we know.
	That's really what it's all about, isn't it?
	Well, it was really clever.
	They turned the 5G on about the time the vaccines were rolling out.
	Yes. And even if you didn't have 5G in your area, I've covered this, there's a carrier wave that's constantly running.
	It's kind of like an FM radio station.
	If you're not tuned into a particular station, the waves are still hitting you.
	You just got to tune in. Yeah.
	It's very clever because they try to say there isn't any health effects.
	Well, number one, this bill, it admits that there's health effects and they know about it.
	And I was looking at this NIH document.
	This is rather interesting. It's from the NIH and there was a study done.
	It's titled Evidence for a Connection Between Coronavirus Coronavirus disease 19 and exposure to radiofrequency radiation, including 5G. So, I don't know what this person was alluding to here.
	I'm not going to subscribe to the 5G causes COVID. I'm not going to say that.
	That's kind of a far reach.
	Well, you know, it was actually snake venom in the water, right?
	Oh, snake venom in the water. Well, what's interesting, if you go look at this document, and I highly suggest everybody do this because this will...
	Show you the gravity of overexposure to electromagnetic radiation.
	So they got a table in here.
	And it puts side by side the signs and symptoms of COVID and the signs and symptoms of overexposure.
	And there's a lot of overlap.
	So I'm thinking that this could have been a lot of the clinical diagnosis back before we had tests.
	Could have been them turning the...
	It's not a far reach to say, well, they turn these towers on.
	I know my high blood pressure that I have now came out of nowhere.
	I historically had low blood pressure, and it was right when they turned the 5G on, and there's a 5G tower a couple blocks from where I was working.
	Wow. Well, you know, you look at New York City, and I covered this.
	They had people in these apartment blocks because, you know, 5G is line of sight, and so they have to put these things everywhere.
	And people would wake up in the morning and there would be one of these things right next to their window or right next to the window of their child.
	And in some of these instances that had a label on it and said, you know, stay nine feet away from this thing or whatever.
	So they called up the technicians and they said, you put this right against the window where my kid's crib is and it says to keep nine feet away from it.
	They said, we'll be right out. They came out and they took the label off.
	I mean, they have absolutely no concern.
	And even going back to 1996, the Telecommunications Act during Clinton, right?
	It was like the 1986 Act for vaccines, except it was for the telecommunications industry.
	And what they said at the time, because they wanted to roll out a network of cell phones, they said, you will not be able to object to these things on the basis of health.
	You'll not be able to object to these cell phone towers.
	And they subsequently found in some areas, they said, well, we've got cancer clumps.
	You put these things up at a school and we got a lot of kids that have got cancer.
	And they took them down because they don't have the authority to stop us from taking these things down if we have determined people at the local level.
	But they tried to shut this down. They said, you can object to it if you don't like the way it looks and we'll build something around it if the local government doesn't.
	But we're not going to let the local governments take it down.
	Well, local governments did take them down in spite of all that.
	But that's where they want to ignore the health issues because they've got a bigger agenda and they really don't care about our health.
	What they don't tell you, David, is the studies they've done when they say that this is safe, the only thing that they're looking at is heating of the body.
	They're not looking at certain frequencies, especially the pulsing ones, can break down DNA. Now these studies have been done in rats, but they don't apply that.
	When they set these safety guidelines, it's only how much will it heat up the brain or heat up the body.
	Which another funny thing is, you know, I talk about having a handheld device kind of like isolated from everything, thrown in a Faraday cage that has all the, you know, how to garden, kind of like a digital library in case everything goes down, like EMP or something. You put it in a Faraday cage.
	Somebody had suggested I use an old microwave.
	So I did a little experiment.
	I threw my phone in the microwave.
	I didn't turn on, of course.
	The phone's sitting in the microwave, and I grabbed my wife's phone, and I was able to call it.
	So that cage, that little mesh on the screen and everything, it does not keep all the waves in there.
	Well, they're different frequencies, too.
	That's the other thing. It's like everybody would...
	All of this superstition about airplanes.
	Put it in airplane mode. No, you can't put it in just an airplane mode.
	You've got to turn it off and all the rest of the stuff.
	And it's like, lady, if this is a problem...
	You know, we're sitting on the ground here.
	We're by the airport. Everybody's got a phone.
	You've got cell phone towers all over the place.
	If this was an issue, we'd never be able to get off the ground, number one.
	And so now they've moved that back.
	I always suspected that that particular prohibition Was to try to cover up for the lie about the Pentagon plane.
	That was Ken Olson's wife who was trying to call.
	I always suspected that that had something to do.
	They didn't want people to see that that was a lie.
	But who knows what their motivations were on it.
	But we do know, like I said before, the microwave frequencies would heat up liquids, right?
	But higher frequencies or different frequencies would have different effects on people.
	Right. And so you would hear clicking.
	Or if you go with ELF, which is what the submarines use to communicate with submarines all over the world, extremely low frequencies, massively large antennas buried in the Midwest subterranean.
	If you go with an ELF... They knew that that could create certain psychological distress, nausea, other things like that with people given a strong enough signal.
	And that's the other part of the puzzle.
	You have places like Brussels where they started rolling out the 5G and they said there's We're not going to allow this to happen here, and you looked at the densities that they had, and their allowed EMF density signal strength was way, way, way below what ours is.
	I forget what the multiple was, but it was like 20 or 30 times more we allow here than a lot of places would throughout the Western world.
	Yeah, I was sifting through NIH documents looking at different studies, and yeah, you're right.
	The different frequencies, they actually mess, at least in the rats and the ferrets, they did it in ferrets too, a little bit larger animal.
	They would measure the brain chemistry, and I'm talking they would do like 15 minutes of exposure two times a day for five days.
	That's it. Way, way less than we use our devices.
	I couldn't pronounce half the names of the chemicals they were measuring, but it throws the brain chemistry off.
	It potentially could, depending on the frequencies, and they were in the lower frequency range.
	It's lower than the 5G. But, yeah, you see these kids now.
	Every kid's on some kind of anxiety medication.
	They're on, you know, antidepressants, SSRIs.
	I mean, it makes you wonder, is this exposure, this overexposure of EMF, the more we throw it in our world?
	I mean, we're swimming in it. Yeah.
	We're just swimming in it. Is this what's causing this, I don't know, mass psychosis maybe?
	I'm not sure. Maybe it's responsible for Trump derangement syndrome.
	Yeah. A strong delusion.
	Yeah. That using a cell phone and holding it up to your head for a very long period of time,
	how that is going to increase the chance of a brain tumor or something like that.
	And, you know, and yet as they poo-pooed that as a conspiracy theory, as paranoid, you still see that Apple has that legal language in their agreements there.
	Travis just wrote, he says it's called the World Wide Web.
	If you aren't the spider, you're the fly.
	That's good, Travis. That's good.
	Patent that. Yeah, that's right.
	But to bring it back around, the Google thing kind of got me thinking about what it's going to be like on a global scale when you have a physical address.
	That's going to be your global ID that carries all of your money, your medical history, everything.
	The only way, we're not going to be able to stop it.
	The only way we can possibly slow it down is to look at how the backbone it runs on.
	So looking at some of these documents and learning, schooling myself up on EMF, looking at the House bill that they're trying to pass, these are the things we can do at a state level.
	To kind of like not make it possible for them to have this global surveillance, at least in your state.
	I agree. Yeah, and there's some state movements that are being done now in terms of CBDC and other things like that as well to try to put obstacles in the way, and I've got a couple of things about that as well.
	Yeah, we are not helpless with this, and there are plenty of things that we can do to shut it down, and that's the key.
	You know, we need to understand where they're coming from so that we know how to shut them down at the local level.
	I think that's the key thing.
	They've always said, think globally, act locally.
	Well, we need to understand what the globalist agenda is and we need to defeat it locally.
	That's really what needs to be done.

	A very troubling sign.
	Especially when he's got a few things that he needs to address in his past.
	Also, like Alex Jones, his CIA connections, his family connections to the CIA. And in the case of Tucker, his...
	You know, using his position in media to pour cold water on Building 7 and then saying, well, you know, if you talked about Building 7, you'd get fired.
	Well, why doesn't he tell us what he thinks about Building 7 right now?
	Because supposedly he's not working for anybody.
	Or is he still working for somebody that he always worked for?
	Who knows? Anyway, let's talk about how they control people and how they control the narrative.
	Do you think that they... Are concerned about Tucker Carlson, and maybe they have something to hold over him, like the pharmaceutical companies did when he worked at Fox.
	At the very least, he was beholden to them.
	This is a guy who made some videos that went viral, criticizing the economy.
	And he said the next day he got an email.
	Some people have said they work for Democrats, work for Biden, asking, what would your rate be to post positive videos about Joe Biden?
	And they threw a figure out.
	They offered him $50,000 to post one video, and it was on an account that only has 400,000 followers.
	That's pretty amazing when you stop and think about it.
	But, of course, when they look at it as like a media buy.
	But it brings up the question, and I'll let you hear what he had to say.
	But it begs the question as to what their influence is with people who have even larger audiences.
	And we know how this is being used during COVID, and we'll talk about that.
	But here's what he has to say about...
	I just got a very interesting email.
	So for those of you who don't know, I am a critic of the current economy.
	And recently I've been posting my thoughts on the economy.
	And, you know, obviously it's not good.
	I'm not saying it's Trump's fault.
	I'm not saying it's Biden's fault.
	I'm not saying it's anyone's fault, but obviously Biden is president and the economy sucks.
	So, you know, naturally the blame lies on him.
	And some of these videos of me being extremely critical of the government have gone so viral that I was literally featured at 7 p.m.
	on primetime on Fox News the other night.
	And this morning I got an email from someone claiming to be from the Democratic Party.
	And they said, what would your rate be to post positive videos about Joe Biden?
	And I replied back, honestly, I know nothing about the economy.
	I don't pretend to know anything about the economy.
	And I know nothing about politics and I'd rather stay out of it.
	After all, I'm just a normal guy.
	I'm not a politician. I'm not a conservative or a liberal talking point.
	I'm just a normal person.
	So they responded back, we understand you're not a fan of the Democrat Party right now.
	How much would it cost?
	I was like, you know what?
	I wonder how bad they want me to post this.
	50 grand! And they said yes.
	For those of you that don't know anything about social media, I have another account that's massive.
	And like, for brand deals on my 3 million follower account, I get like 5 grand.
	They offer me 50 grand for a video on this account with only like 400,000 followers?
	I'm not gonna lie, I was very, very tempted, but I didn't do it.
	Well, that's interesting.
	Interesting that...
	I'm glad that he said that.
	It is believable.
	I don't have any way to verify if that's true or not.
	But I've got to say that it is believable because look at what we have done.
	I mean, they will reward people.
	I saw over and over again throughout COVID, and you did too if you went to YouTube.
	You would see influencers like him, you know, teenagers or 20-something kids, and they would have Fauci on or they'd have Francis Collins on.
	It's like, wow, those guys won't come on with me.
	Why? The same reason they're not offering me any of the $250 million of Ed Council money that Donald Trump paid for in 2020 to get people to take the vaccine.
	hundred and fifty million dollars.
	That is more than the ad council has ever had for any of their, you know, only you can prevent forest fires or, you know, this is your brain on drugs or, you know, you know, all the campaigns that they just hammered you with in the days that, you know, we had common television.
	And yet this is $200 is kind of a steal to get access to all the dumb stooges on Tick-Tock exactly.
	Exactly. I mean, it is a lot of bang for the buck, isn't it?
	It's just like Trump in his trials, right?
	He's willing to go in there and go head-to-head with these judges and throw everything at him because it's like, I dare you.
	I dare you to do something because that's the juice for his campaign.
	And whatever he loses in these...
	I mean, we just had...
	Remember at the beginning of this, we had Doug Burnham, who's a billionaire and a pal of...
	Bill Gates and other people like that.
	But he's the governor of North Dakota.
	And he and another guy, I forget who the other guy was, but they needed to get into the debates.
	And so what they did was they said, if you give me $1, I'll give you $20 or something like that.
	And they were going to spend a million dollars to do that.
	And that bought their way into the debate.
	And I said, people look at this and it's crazy.
	And a lot of people look at it and say, I think this is a scam.
	But there were two people Doug Burgum, and it was somebody else who did that.
	And it was really a very cost-effective way to do that.
	And so they gamed the system.
	You know, the Republican National Committee said you've got to have X number of donations.
	Okay, $1, that's fine.
	Yeah, we get that, and we give people $20 in return.
	And You know, they routinely spend millions of dollars on media buys.
	And so for them, it's worth it.
	For Trump, it's worth it to get a million-dollar fine or a $5 million fine or something like that in a trial.
	And if he gets thrown in jail for a couple of days, that's all the better.
	I mean, he's going to make so much money back, he'll get more than he spent on that.
	So that's one aspect of it.
	But under, you know, when we're rolling the vaccines out, When the vaccines are being developed, even, you had all these people just like that guy, and they were doing all of these things, telling everybody how good the vaccine was.
	It's interesting to see this being done with the economy, but we've seen this over and over again.
	This is how they pushed it.
	And, you know, good for him for not taking the money, but, again, this is part of what we are up against.
	And this is one of the reasons why you don't trust a source.
	You don't trust a source.
	You look at what they have to say and you question it.
	Always be skeptical. Be skeptical about me.
	Be skeptical about everybody.
	Take a look at the information and see if it is accurate.
	Don't trust somebody just because, hey, this is a kid.
	He looks like he's independent of the big media and everything.
	He may be on the take.
	There's a lot of people who are on the take.
	It's amazing. Like I said before, it's the money that gives them the power.
	It's the Federal Reserve and the cash that they have that gives them that kind of power.
	And let's talk a little bit about that before we run out of time because we're starting to get low.
	CBDC. There's another bill at the state level.
	Again, how many times, at least the third time we've come back to this at the state level.
	A Mississippi bill to take steps against a central bank digital currency.
	This is also Michael Meharry with the 10th Amendment Center talking about this.
	A bill introduced in the Mississippi House to take steps to limit the impact of CBDC, central bank digital currency.
	It was introduced by a Republican on January the 18th.
	A legislation would expressly exclude...
	CBDC from the definition of money in Mississippi and prohibit state agencies from accepting CBDC as a form of payment.
	They would do it through the UCC. Uniform commercial code.
	This is the approach that DeSantis took in Florida.
	He was the first one to do it.
	If you remember, Kristi Noem, the governor of South Dakota, just flew to Iowa to try to lobby Trump for being a vice president.
	She was rallying with him and everything.
	But she talked about the fact that they were running this through, and they said there was over two dozen states who Where they were trying to change the UCC code to explicitly authorize CBDC and to explicitly prohibit the use of cryptocurrency.
	And so she said, I vetoed that, you know, shut that down.
	And she went on, I think it was Fox News, to tell people that was happening around the place.
	But she didn't have a response to it.
	DeSantis' people came up with a response and said, well, we'll do just the opposite then.
	We will explicitly exclude CBDC from the definition of money in the Uniform Commercial Code, the UCC. And that is now what this Mississippi bill is about.
	It would add the term that money does not include a central bank digital currency to the definitions in the UCC code.
	And it gets a bit more specific as well, which is good because you have to You know, just to say, well, we're not going to do a central bank digital currency.
	Well, we're not going to call it that. We're going to call it something else, right?
	So you have to completely define what this is.
	And this is what it says. We're good to go.
	A digital medium of exchange or a digital monetary unit of account issued by the United States Federal Reserve System, a federal agency, a foreign government, and so forth.
	And similar legislation has already been signed by that, as I said before, in Florida, but also in Indiana.
	And I didn't see it when it happened in Indiana.
	So it's actually passed in Indiana.
	So this would be the third one.
	It would also specifically prohibit all Mississippi government entities from, quote, using a central bank digital currency to receive payment for services, to remit payment for expenditures, or to carry out other functions such as governmental entities.
	So they prohibit the state from using CBDC, and they take it out of the UCC code and say you can't use this as money.
	This is similar to an Alabama law that passed in the 2023 legislative session.
	So they've got two different ways to do it.
	And several different states now are starting to take this on.
	Again, we can shut these things down.
	If we understand what the global agenda is, we can shut it down at the local level if we've got good people.
	If we've got bad people at the local level, they can make things much worse.
	You got a bad Soros district attorney?
	He's going to drive everybody out of business.
	In the spirit of James Madison, says Michael Meharry, and his blueprint in Federalist 46, the enactment of this bill in Mississippi would create impediments to the implementation of CBDC in Mississippi.
	Madison said, a refusal to cooperate with officers of the union, along with the embarrassments created by legislative devices, would oppose, in any state, difficulties not to be despised.
	In other words, you know, don't say that's no big deal.
	Because it is a big deal.
	And Michael Meharry goes on to talk about why a lot of people who oppose this say, well, that doesn't apply.
	Because we have, again, the Supremacy Clause.
	Which I played for you his take on that when people say, wait a minute, this is even a thing that has to be debated in the Supreme Court?
	The Biden administration can't do whatever they want to with taking down borders and facilitating an invasion?
	And so he said it has to be pursuant to the Constitution, but also he said they will tell you And wrongfully tell you that the supremacy clause, that any federal law will override, automatically override any state law.
	And he said, you know, we had the same argument where people were talking about legalizing marijuana, but we know how that turned out.
	And I use that example all the time.
	Not to support marijuana, but to support nullification.
	And you have to understand that Jeff Sessions, you know, you couldn't find anybody that's more adamantly opposed to even medical marijuana, but he wouldn't do anything because it would expose the bluff that they had and the bluff that they use and all these other areas.
	So he said if you go back and you look at, you know, in 1996 when they were doing Prop 215 in California, one of the first places where they started legalizing marijuana, that's what everybody said.
	Well, it isn't going to go anywhere because the feds will just nullify it.
	But it didn't. And now here we are.
	We have more than half of the states that have nullified that federal law, and there's nothing that they're going to do about it.
	He says a similar situation has played out.
	In response to the Real ID Act of 2005, 17 years later, they still haven't fully implemented it.
	They're doing it bit by bit.
	They're doing it in many ways by deception, as they do here in Tennessee with the driver's licenses.
	But it has become a big impediment, and it has slowed it down significantly.
	He said, at the root of all this is the war on cash.
	And he says, imagine if there was no cash.
	It'd be impossible to hide even the smallest transaction from the government size.
	Something as simple as your morning coffee.
	That would be subject to government sanctions.
	So, you know, we've got the coffee thing here behind me over my shoulder here.
	Because I want to talk about, it never ends with Davos.
	In one of their discussions, you had a guy talking about how we've got to stop the coffee.
	We'll be having our coffee before the session, and you raised the coffee example.
	I'd love just to give you the chance to expand on that.
	Basically, the coffee that we all drink emits between 15 and 20 tons of CO2 per ton of coffee.
	So we should all know that this is, every time we drink coffee, we are basically putting CO2 into the atmosphere.
	The other, and one other reason, is because most of the coffee plantations, or most of the coffee is produced through monoculture, and monoculture is also affected by climate change.
	The quality of these nature assets is deteriorating quite rapidly.
	Well, you're going to have to get up.
	That's wide awake media there.
	You're going to have to get up pretty early in the morning to take away our coffee.
	And they just don't want people to wake up, do they?
	But I think we're all going to wake up to what their schemes are.
	I'll tell you what. You don't get in the way of people who are heavy coffee drinkers when they want it in the morning.
	That's one lesson for the Davos shills to understand.
	But they will not stop at anything.
	And again, we don't have to make this argument about how many tons of CO2. That is, it is complete nonsense.
	It's more of the MacGuffin.
	But going back to what is happening with money, again, you know, it's the desire to take everything that is cash.
	And this, when we look at Bitcoin and we look at cryptocurrency, that's what I look at.
	You know, I look at it, I think of Bitcoin, I think a lot of people do.
	Not so much as a currency, not so much as a reserve, but as an investment.
	And you can get into that.
	There's a chance for big returns, but there's also a chance for big losses.
	It's very volatile. I'm looking in this kind of volatile environment to put my money into cash, essentially.
	But not cash that is government fiat currency, but something that is cash that is intrinsic.
	And that's the function that gold and silver have.
