Time Text
Thank you.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
As the clock strikes 13, it's Friday the 15th of December, year of our Lord 2023.
Well, today we're going to take a look at war and surveillance first.
Yes, business as usual in the house under the new speaker.
Massive, unchecked, unaccountable spending for, quote-unquote, defense.
Yes.
Giving a blank check, essentially, to a globalist Pentagon bureaucracy that has absolutely no concern for our own border.
And as they reauthorize this blatantly unconstitutional surveillance act, the 702, under the color of law, they placate their conservative critics by talking about how they're going to begin a formal inquiry.
Yeah, let's put on a show!
It's election year.
Time to, you know, grab the tap shoes and all the rest.
And, of course, we'll have that for you as well.
What's going on in the White House?
Everybody in Washington, tap dancing around, fiddling while the country burns down.
We'll be right back. Well, the House passed it.
We're used to the fact that every year they're going to come up with an NDAA. And they are going to, and they must pass it.
They must pass it. Well, look, defense is one of the very, very few legitimate functions of the federal government, except that they're not interested in defending America.
They're interested in their globalist empire.
They're interested in essentially dragging us into wars and putting us at risk.
With these foreign entanglements.
But we're used to it going up every year.
Now it's $886 billion.
Getting close to a trillion. As a matter of fact, it's over a trillion.
If you look at it. And they have failed the last six audits in a row.
So many trillions of dollars gone.
You think Ukraine is corrupt?
You think Ukraine is bad?
They're just a back end of one of the pipelines there.
The bill extends also.
And this is the real betrayal.
Because they've added surveillance to injury.
They've added insult and surveillance to injury.
They've added the 702 surveillance thing, which presumes, under color of law, to give them the authority to do whatever they want.
I've played in years past, not on this show so much, Michael Hayden.
Went to the University in Virginia, the University of Washington and Lee, their law school.
And as he's speaking, there's a...
Little poster behind him that was promoting his speech.
It's just got a big, single, all-seeing eye there.
Nothing creepy about that at all.
Michael Hayden saying, yeah, I blame Ron Wyden for getting James Clapper to lie under oath, which nobody ever came after him for.
Ron Wyden knew. Everybody, his staff all knew.
All the staff of all those senators knew what we were doing.
And he put him on the spot.
Ask him, you know, are you spying on people without a warrant?
Well, not intentionally.
Well, no, they're doing it intentionally.
And what's even worse, not only did Congress not come after him for perjury, Congress didn't come after him for actually what he was doing.
Because Congress is supporting this.
It's very telling, isn't it?
That as soon as Mike Johnson became Speaker of the House, this all just came out of nowhere.
They couldn't come up with a Speaker, and all of a sudden...
There's some kind of a back room deal that was done.
And it's like, who is this guy?
Mike Johnson? And it's just a single vote and he wins.
And then you start looking at it.
Oh, well, that's good. You know, he's come out very strongly against Ukraine.
And giving money to continue that aggressive war started by the Obama administration.
But, you know, it's good.
He opposes that. Oh, no.
All of a sudden, now he doesn't oppose it.
And now he sticks the Section 702 of FISA into the congressional bill.
Do you understand how upside down we are?
You see, FISA was to say...
Let's go back and look at the history again here.
We had, after World War II, we had the CIA created.
We had the NSA created by an executive order by Harry Truman.
It was evident early on that they were spying on Americans.
And so in the early 1970s, you had the Frank Church hearings.
Everybody made that about the CIA and its heart attack guns and its assassinations and its coups and things like that.
But what it was really about was about the spying on Americans.
And they misdirected everybody's attention to these sensational aspects.
That's what they've got Tucker and Alex for now.
And so, it was really about them spying on Americans without a warrant, and they would go to the phone company, and the Supreme Court signed on to this and said, yeah, we agree with that.
It's your data, AT&T, and you can do whatever you want.
It's a really nice monopoly you got going there.
It'd be a shame if anything were to happen to it.
So, yeah, just give us the information we want.
And so, under this presumption, they're spying on everybody.
And so Frank Church called the CIA in, and that's when they released that information to get everybody distracted.
And there was also a hearing, the Pike hearing, in the House at the same time.
And they brought in the NSA. And the NSA director refused to even show his charter to the Congressional Oversight Committee.
Now, I'm not going to show you what I'm doing.
I'm not even going to show you the charter that created us.
We answer to the President, not to you.
They don't answer the Constitution either.
So all that stuff happened, and as a result of that, to stop these institutions from spying on Americans without a warrant, they created the FISA Act.
Now you notice that the FISA Act is supposedly the thing that gives them the authority to spy on Americans.
You see how they turn this all upside down?
You create an act to tell them, obey the Constitution, you can't spy on Americans without a warrant.
And then they come in and they add a section to FISA, the 702, and they use that to spy on Americans without a warrant.
Yesterday I talked about France, where the farmers there were just so fed up.
They said, you know, we've got the French government...
Keeps pretending that it's important to have farmers, you know, because we need food and all that kind of stuff.
But they raise all of our expenses.
They try to strangle us with fuel and everything, and then they tell us to pay employees more and cut the prices and all this other kind of stuff.
They tell us to do this environmental regulation, and they turn around and tell us to do something else.
They're turning everything upside down.
So they started turning all the signs upside down.
And in a vast area, a lot of different towns, it's really caught on in France.
They've turned the signs upside down.
They unscrew the signs, turn them upside down, screw them back on the post.
That's really where we are.
The federal government has taken FISA. They've unscrewed it from the Constitution, turned it upside down, and put it back in there.
And it's people like Mike Johnson who are responsible for it.
He bears full responsibility for this.
Full responsibility.
What a disappointment he is.
Here's a guy who had done some things that I thought were very good in the past, but now he has completely gone off the rail.
As far as I'm concerned. He's the one who's pushed this through.
And I'm going to show you just how subversive of what he did.
But let's first talk about the amount of money that's involved with this.
Because, you know, this was, again, the Section 702 thing was set to expire this year.
And what they did was they extended it to April.
And there's a magic thing that happens in April.
We'll talk about that later.
Thomas Massey said, we tried to get this out of the NDA. You know, they put it in.
It's this omnibus bill.
Wasn't that the reason?
That all these people said we got to get rid of Kevin McCarthy?
Because he's adopted the same policies as Nancy Pelosi?
Because we get these omnibus bills?
There isn't any omnibus bill that is any worse than the Defense Department authorization.
And so he said, we only needed 143 votes to strip this out of the NDAA. And we got close, but we didn't make it.
We only had 118 out of the 143 we needed.
And it was 73 Republicans and 45 Democrats.
It's pretty bipartisan. Usually what they'll say is, well, we got a bipartisan bill.
We got one guy on the other side who joined us.
Well, no, this is 60-40 Republicans, but it was still a lot of Republicans and Democrats.
And so Massey said, here are the 118 representatives who voted to protect your right to privacy.
Who voted no to FISA warrantless surveillance.
And he says it was close, but we lost.
Who'd they lose to? Well, their new conservative Christian Speaker of the House, Mike Johnson, he was the one who was responsible for putting this in.
And, of course, he voted to keep it in.
That was his thing.
$886 billion. $28 billion more than what was approved last year.
Biden is also seeking another $111 billion to...
Send to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.
And so if you add that to the other one, what do you get?
You get $997 trillion.
Act now. It's available for $999.
Well, this is $997.
It's just under a trillion.
What an amazing coincidence, isn't it?
We got a trillion-dollar killing machine here.
It's killing our country.
It's spying on Americans unconstitutionally.
And, of course, sending weapons everywhere for everybody to kill everybody.
Both sides. We fund both sides of every war.
I mean, you just look at what was done in Afghanistan and other places.
It's an arms pipeline for both sides.
And so they cry crocodile tears.
Over people in America having an AR-15.
Our only domestic defense against these mass murders in Washington.
Absolutely amazing.
And we'll talk about civil war as we come up here as well.
They want it badly.
So you better get your AR-15 and get some ammunition.
This is something that's being pushed by Obama, by Klaus Schwab, by Tucker Carlson.
Yeah, you got both sides of this Hegelian media pushing this stuff.
And Trump is our guy.
As I've said before, he's going to be the Mason-Dixon line for the Civil War.
You watch. Mark my words.
Scott Ritter, why the Pentagon is a multi-trillion dollar fraud.
And of course, Scott Ritter, former U.S. Marine intelligence officer.
He's on Schwarzkopf's staff during the Gulf War.
He also was a weapons inspector to implement the INF Treaty.
And he says, the Pentagon admitted it couldn't account for trillions of dollars in U.S. taxpayer money, having failed a massive yearly audit for the sixth year running.
I've talked about this.
And you know, they're just like Ukraine, aren't they?
I mean, of course we don't care about Ukraine.
The money and the weapons and everything disappearing.
That's what we do.
And we do it orders of magnitude bigger than Ukraine.
They're just a chip off the old block.
The old Pentagon block.
The process of auditing consists of 29 sub-audits of the Department of Defense's various services.
Only seven of those 29 passed this year.
There's no improvement over the last.
These audits only began taking place in 2017, meaning that the Pentagon has never successfully passed an audit.
Didn't even bother to look before that.
And they don't care if they fail.
I mean, it used to be if you had trillions of dollars, it disappeared.
You'd get a missile through your window at the Pentagon on 9-11.
But now they don't even bother with that.
Who cares? This year's failure made some headlines, commented on briefly by the mainstream media and then just as quickly forgotten by an American society.
That is used to pouring money down a black hole of defense spending.
He said, look at this budget.
Scott Ritter says it is grossly large.
Grotesquely. I'm sorry.
Grotesquely large. That's even better.
He said it dwarfs the $849 billion that was spent by the next 10 nations combined.
Isn't that amazing? What are we getting for our money?
The next ten nations combined are only 849.
We're 877 was what it was last year.
Now it's gone up. He says, so the Pentagon's got $3.8 trillion in assets, $4 trillion in liabilities.
Ostensibly, it's providing for the defense of the United States, but how are they doing?
He said the apparent indifference of the American collective, and by that he means the government, the media, and the public, the indifference to how nearly a trillion dollars in taxpayer dollars will be spent, speaks volumes about the overall bankrupt nature of the American establishment.
I would say the American society as well.
Americans don't care. A kind of, in a sense...
They get proud about the fact that we spend more than the next ten nations combined.
Ooh, America.
USA, USA. We're number one.
Right? Number one in murder.
Number one in war.
Number one in drugs coming out of Afghanistan and other places like that.
Hans, are we the bad guys?
Are we babbling?
And by the way, why should they care about a trillion dollars every year going to the Pentagon?
Nobody cared about the three and a half Trump trillion dollars.
The Trump trillions.
Nobody cared about that. A big COVID money bomb that he did out there.
To kick off UBI and other things like that and to attack the non-essential people while they're still subsidizing things like Planned Parenthood.
We expect big things from our military, but the fact is U.S. defense establishment increasingly physically resembles the numbers on the ledgers.
Yeah. Yeah, it's bankrupt in its mission.
Despite spending $2.3 trillion on a two-decade military misadventure in Afghanistan, the American people witnessed the ignominious retreat from that nation live on TV in August of 2021.
Likewise, a $758 billion investment in the 2003 invasion and subsequent decade-long occupation of Iraq went south when the U.S. was compelled to withdraw in 2011, only to return again in 2014 for another decade of chasing down ISIS. Itself a manifestation of the failures of the original Iraqi venture.
The U.S. has spent more than $1.8 trillion on its 20-year nightmare in Iraq and Syria.
And of course, one of the big nightmares about all this stuff is this blank check of legal authority for wars everywhere that they claim.
The authorization for the use of military force, which supposedly allows them to say, well, if there's terrorism going on somewhere, I don't even need to have a declaration.
It was a declaration of war against a tactic.
And of course, you can just point any place that you want to go and say, I'm already authorized to do that.
I'm calling it terrorism.
These numbers are mind-numbingly large.
Says Ritter, so large that they become meaningless to the average person.
The U.S. defense enterprise is so massive, it's literally a mission impossible to speak about balancing the books.
He said the defense budget equates to the American military power and to the perceptions of national worth.
And this is why Americans put up with this nonsense.
He said that translates into the notions of American exceptionalism.
We don't have to pay our bills.
We'll have no consequences for the wars that we will never have any wars come to our shores.
We'll never have any financial bankruptcy come to our shores.
Oh, really? Really?
The fact of the matter is that our cavalier approach to defense spending has resulted in fraud of a massive scale.
The U.S. military is as hollow as the numbers on the Pentagon's accounting ledgers.
The American people have bought an apparatus incapable of fighting and winning a major war against any of the potential opponents arrayed against it.
We fail to defeat al-Qaeda, ISIS, and the Taliban.
The Taliban. And we are not able to defeat either China or Russia, let alone regional powers like North Korea and Iran.
And yet, we simply continue to pour money into the black hole.
Americans become so accustomed to being the biggest, baddest bully in the global arena that we assume that simply by pouring money into a system that produced the desired results for more than 70 years, that we could keep the good times rolling.
But when you allocate money to a system that's been allowed to become conditioned to operate without accountability, don't be surprised when the shiny mansion on the hill you thought you were buying Turns out to be a little more than a house of cards.
You know, what I would call it is, I think what we have here is, you know, the analogy of the Potemkin Village.
I think we've got a Potemkin Pentagon.
It's an illusion. As he said, it's a house of cards.
But the Potemkin Pentagon is what we've got.
Now, let's talk about the Section 702 surveillance.
As many people were saying in the lead-up to this, Get it out.
Get it out. And we had almost got the vote out, Thomas Massey and other people like that.
In the Senate, it was pretty much only Rand Paul who wanted to get the NDAA out.
I'm sorry, the 702 out of the NDAA. And so, when we look at this, this is a perfect example of what Madison warned us about.
He said the weapons of war abroad will become the instruments of tyranny at home.
Well, and here we are with the NDAA in Section 702, the instrument of tyranny at home.
House Speaker Mike Johnson made a decision that imperils the constitutional rights of Americans.
This is from Defense 1.
And, you know, they focus on defense issues.
This is not about defense. This is about a war against the American people.
We have, you want to talk about Barack Obama's Civil War thing?
They did for Netflix, Barack and Michelle.
Look, Civil War started a long time ago here.
It's a Cold War.
The only question is, when does it become a kinetic war?
It's been a cold civil war in America for a very long time.
So anyway, Mike Johnson allowed an extension of the Section 702 of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act to be attached to the National Defense Authorization Act.
And he gave it an extension.
And he did it so that he could actually reauthorize it until 2025.
It's not going to be reviewed next year.
I'll tell you why in a moment.
But again, it was 73 Republicans and 45 Democrats who pushed against this.
But Johnson and the majority prevailed.
He was adamant to put this in.
And of course, he's going to throw his base...
You know, they formalize the inquiry for Biden.
Say, look at this. Isn't this what you want?
We'll do an internal political war, just like the Democrats are doing.
And look, I'm not defending anything that Biden did.
I think he's a crook. I think he needs to go to jail.
I think Trump is a crook.
I think he needs to go to jail.
But the stuff that they're coming after Trump and Biden for, even with all these different trials at places where Trump has been indicted, nobody's coming after them for their real crimes.
They're real crimes. The medical martial law and all the things associated with that, various formats of that, that's their real crime.
These people are not coming after their real crime because they're just as guilty.
They're parties to it.
Two parties to it.
And they're accessories to these crimes, to this mass murder, to this globalist reset that began with Trump and was continued and escalated by Biden.
That's what they need to be tried and impeached for and put in prison.
But they're not going to do that.
And so you have these little games, these little shows that they're putting on.
So back to Section 702.
An incredibly controversial surveillance tool, Rights Defense 1, Long criticized by both Democrats and Republicans.
It routinely ensnares Americans.
Section 702 allows for the government to target any foreigner abroad.
You understand that? That's the key phrase.
Any foreigner abroad. They don't belabor this point.
I belabored it in the past.
You are supposed to get a search warrant even if it's a foreigner in America.
You're supposed to get a search warrant if it's an American abroad.
And so, the only thing that Section 702 allows them to do is to surveil foreigners that are not in America, that are abroad.
And yet, what do they do? They use it as dragnet surveillance for everybody.
No restrictions. How do they do that?
Well, I've had William Binion in the past, who's a former global technical head of the NSA, and he said the way they do it is they have the presumption that we do skips.
You know, it's kind of like the six degrees of separation of Kevin Bacon.
Well, they go like two or three degrees of separation.
And that gets a lot of people.
A lot of people.
I forget how many skips it is, but it's something of two or three.
Maybe it's more now. I don't know.
They just make that up.
So you know somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody who knows somebody who had a communication with this person, so they can spy on you, right?
That type of thing. That's the way this works.
These people always come up with some kind of a prevarication to try to do, you know, put what they want to do that is clearly illegal, to give them the authority under color of law to do it.
The government targets do not need to have any connection to criminal activity or to terrorism, as a matter of fact.
You could spy on foreigners abroad because they're opposing the globalist agenda of the pandemic.
Oh, and then you corresponded to them?
Or you wrote about what they did?
Oh, well, now they can spy on you as well, you see.
Anybody, any business people communicating about the foreign affairs of the United States in the course of the surveillance?
Government vacuums up without a warrant communication of most Americans.
After collecting these communications, the FBI, the CIA, the NSA deliberately searched through their 702 databases, again without a warrant, to find the communications of Americans that they're interested in.
These warrantless queries, also known as backdoor searches, are anathema to a free society and they violate our bedrock Fourth Amendment rights.
Key thing is here, they can play all the games they want, but it's warrantless surveillance.
Any other name, any other prevarication, it's still warrantless surveillance.
Don't be fooled by these people.
The rules governing the spying are far too weak, and yet we know that the government and the FBI and other agencies don't even follow those rules.
They violate them all the time.
So even though they've given themselves this broad excuse to vacuum up everybody's data and look at everybody, they don't even bother the restrictions that they claim are still there.
The biggest problem with the NDAA writer is not that it is unnecessary, but instead, and here's the key thing, this is the real deception of Mike Johnson that really set me off when I started looking at this stuff.
This is a stealth long-term extension.
Mike Johnson says, oh, let's just put it in for four months.
Well, you don't have to do that. You can look at that separately because there's so much question about this.
But instead, what he said, we're going to authorize it until April.
Well, something really special happens in April.
The government is going to seek a new annual authorization in April.
Giving it another year to conduct surveillance on the same obscure provision in FISA. So there you go.
It's not just a coincidence. Because, you know, grifters are going to grift, liars are going to lie, and the spy apparatus is going to sneak around and lie to you.
I'd hoped that he'd be different, even though he was a Trump cheerleader and there were some signs.
I'd hoped that Johnson was going to be different, but he appears to be.
Yet another creature, the military-industrial complex.
Why should we be surprised of that?
You don't get to participate in any of these reindeer games, especially running for president or running for Speaker of the House.
You don't get to do any of that stuff unless they've already vetted you as a puppet.
Mike Johnson and other congressional leaders decided to stuff this bill to reauthorize for another, you know, until April, into Section 702.
Johnson has flip-flopped and he's caved to the deep state and to the congressional Democrats on Pfizer.
This is Breitbart talking. Breitbart saying this and it's true.
After voicing support for reforming FISA before he became Speaker.
He was for reforming FISA before now he wants to permanently authorize it.
He was against continuing to send money to Ukraine before now he wants to.
Well, let's make a deal. I've got an idea.
He's a very shrewd politician.
I'll let you fund Ukraine as much as you want, but you're going to have to do something at the border.
And what he did was he showed how the Democrats despise this country because they won't, even for their prized war, they won't fund any protection of the border.
So that's pretty smart.
But he has saved the military-industrial complex.
He's saved the surveillance state.
And do you understand, you know, when we look at, and rightfully so, people are looking at what's going on in Iowa.
You've got the governor there.
And some Republicans say, oh, we have free speech and they get to practice their religion.
They say it's not a religion.
They say they don't believe it. Look, I'm not, I never supported, and I openly oppose the idea that when people said, I've got a religious exemption to this shot, And the military or the hospital would sit there and, well, let's talk about your religion.
Let's see if we can figure out if you're really sincere about this.
If you really know what you're talking about.
If I can trap you in some kind of a contradiction.
I thought that was disgusting.
I don't have to justify any of my religious beliefs to any political entity.
I answer to God alone.
And I thought that was despicable.
But let's understand that these people who, what if somebody had put out on social media, you know, I don't believe in God, I don't believe in any of this stuff, but I'm going to use this so I can get an exemption for the vaccine.
If somebody put that up, that'd be a legitimate basis to question their religious exemption, wouldn't it?
And so that's exactly what the Temple of Satan is doing.
They need to be opposed on that.
I pointed out yesterday that, you know, God can use this as he uses anything.
And God has used on multiple occasions.
These little after-school Satan clubs to push the gospel to children.
An after-school Bible club.
So it's actually strengthened those Bible clubs.
It's actually drawn attention to those Bible clubs because they do it in opposition to those Bible clubs.
They don't do it because they've got any religious beliefs.
They're there to troll and to shut you down.
They're there to shut down religious freedom and religious expression.
And yet they use that As the basis for what they do.
And so we look at this ridiculous cartoonish display they put up.
That they don't believe in.
They don't know. They really don't know who they serve.
But you look at this stupid display that's going on in Iowa.
And I gotta say. That this bill here.
The NDAA and the 702 and the rest of the stuff.
Do you realize that the military industrial complex...
It's engaged in mass murder and war and death everywhere.
They're engaged in spreading disease and plague everywhere as well.
They were up to their eyeballs in all of this bioweapon, the Operation Warp Speed stuff.
That was all the military and the Pentagon and all these other people pushing it on their own people, but also pushing it to the world.
Delivering it to America, and it was all a product of the military-industrial complex.
DARPA and the Pentagon were involved in this.
Every bit as much as Fauci and the NIH and the pharmaceutical companies were all involved.
And so you look at this.
This is the satanic organization that operates in the pentagram.
Oh, Pentagon, I mean.
Yeah, that's it. Yeah. This satanic organization in our midst is there.
And Mike Johnson...
Who presents himself as a Christian is out there authorizing this.
And this is a monument to Satan.
They have the little cartoon things that everybody gets upset about.
Oh, look, he's got a goat skull and a red cape and all this kind of stuff.
You want the real monument to Satan?
It's in the Pentagon.
It's in the budget that they just passed.
It's in the NDAA, the spying on Americans.
That's where the real monument to Satan is.
And it's a monumental cost monument.
Of over a trillion dollars.
That's just some of what we see.
And of course, there'll be more authorizations for the wars that they hope to start and to fund and to escalate when we come up to next year.
Yeah, Mike Johnson's made his Faustian bargain, hasn't he, with the devil for power.
That's what this guy has done.
Absolutely amazing. So Rand Paul...
And the Senate tried to stop it.
Paul argued that the FISA extension is not germane.
He says it is not related to the NDAA and should not be included in the bill.
But of course, you know, they stuff all this stuff in.
Here's how it's related. You know, this stuff is all about war.
And our government is at war with us.
It's a cold war against us right now.
But our government is at war with us.
And so this is giving them supposedly legal cover to be at war with us.
You know, and I've said before, I don't think it's an exaggeration, frankly.
Everybody says, well, they violated every one of the Ten Bill of Rights except for number three, where you house troops in your home.
Well, if I've got troops who are watching me through my computer and my smart devices and the Internet of Things, and if they're, you know, using up...
Electricity, slowing my computer down, doing all the rest of the stuff, and living in cyberspace in my house.
Is that not a violation of the Third Amendment?
I don't think that's an extrapolation too far.
So, though we've known where 702, said Rand Paul, he says, though we have known when 702 would expire for years, The Uniparty never seriously considered or prioritized any reforms, and now we are told that we simply have no choice but to extend Section 702 into 2024.
And he said it likely robs Congress of the opportunity to make reforms at any time in the next year.
In other words, it's going to go to 2025.
So there were 65 senators.
Who voted against Paul and to keep this in.
So again, 65% of them.
And interestingly enough, I don't know how your state stacks up.
I looked at our state here in Tennessee, both of the senators here, to their credit.
Blackburn and Hagerty voted to take the NDAA out and consider it, I'm sorry, the 702 out of the NDAA and consider it separately.
But when you look at this dishonor role, you see a lot of neocons.
People like John Cornyn.
People like Tom Cotton.
But you also see people like Ted Cruz, who pretends that he's on the side of the Constitution.
People like Marco Rubio.
You know these two guys? And Tim Scott?
Good example. Ted Cruz, Marco Rubio, Tim Scott, pushing to extend this 702 thing.
As I said before, you don't get to throw your hat into the ring.
Unless they know that you're already going to serve them.
FreedomWorks president said, not only is this an awful betrayal of Americans' right to privacy, the Senate's vote potentially jeopardizes the NDAA and the House.
The links some members of the Congress will go to to placate the intelligence community and allow the FBI to conduct warrantless searches of Americans is truly disappointing.
And, of course, he said that before they had this vote in the House.
But just understand that they're not going to reform the FBI. Instead, they're going to build them an even bigger building.
Expand what they're doing.
And so the director of the Rule of Law Initiatives at Due Process Institute said, Dear Americans, for Christmas, you get an extension of mass surveillance jammed into a quote-unquote must-pass bill.
You're welcome. Sincerely, Congress.
Yeah. And, of course, at this point in time, we'd be happy to get a lump of coal in our stockings because they want to cut down our energy as well.
America, make sure that you let your voices be heard.
No member of Congress, Democrat, or Republican should be rubber stamping a continuation of the surveillance apparatus, said Chip Roy.
But they did. Thomas Massey said yesterday, well, today Congress is going to vote to reauthorize with no reforms the 702 surveillance program that's been used to illegally invade Americans' privacy hundreds of thousands of times.
And you had Representative Warren Davidson of Ohio said, well, today Congress votes on another invasion of privacy.
This FISA is being weaponized to target American citizens.
And he says strong reforms require warrant and accountability for abuse passed in the judiciary, 35 to 2.
This is how bad the betrayal of Mike Johnson is.
They had a judiciary committee, looked at it, 35 to 2.
They said, we need to have some reforms of this stuff.
Mike Johnson said, no, I'll stick it in there and get it reauthorized until 2025, as it is.
He said, instead of that, we're voting on FISA and the NDAA to reserve the status quo.
Shame. Yes, shame on Johnson.
Shame on Johnson, who spearheaded this thing.
Andy Biggs said, I'm a hard no on the NDAA. Good for him.
You know, you must pass this stuff?
Well, then take that out of it, because I'm going to vote no otherwise.
Good for him. He says our annual military spending bill, he says it reauthorizes the flawed FISA-702 spying.
It continues, and this is another thing I haven't talked about, it continues the so-called woke initiatives in the military.
They can have drag shows and all the rest of this stuff.
Taxpayer-funded trans surgeries.
Some of the people who were in the Republican Party tried to get that stuff taken out.
Why didn't Mike Johnson get that taken out?
You know, this guy that the left was wringing their hands.
Oh, look at this guy.
He's a Christian. I don't see any evidence of it as a speaker.
In his former life, yeah.
I don't see any evidence of it here.
That's why I say it's a satanic package.
We've talked about this.
Jason Barker talked about how they're giving these people, making it a fringe benefit.
We want trannies so badly that if you come in, we'll pay for all your operations and mutilations.
And not only that, while you're recovering, you won't have to be deployed.
Isn't that great? You just come in and we'll pay for the surgeries.
All that's in the NDAA. And you just kind of hang around.
Until you decide you want some more.
You want some cosmetic surgery to make you look more like what you're not?
Oh, we can do that for you, too.
And you don't have to do anything at all.
We can have our drag shows and all the rest of the stuff.
Meanwhile, we are just planting minefields all over the world to kill people.
Ed Snowden said, If Mike Johnson abuses the NDAA to smuggle into law an extension of the warrantless surveillance regime that the FBI exploited to spy on Americans more than 200,000 times in just one year, if Mike Johnson does that, he should be dumped, just like McCarthy.
No excuse. I agree.
I agree. That's Ed Snowden.
So, there's another little battle that's going on there, and that I think is interesting before we get off of this.
That was a part of all of this NDAA fight.
And it's a battle between Mitch McConnell and Hawley, Josh Hawley out of Missouri.
The Hill says the rocky relationship between Mitch McConnell and Josh Hawley It was in the spotlight after McConnell played a leading role in killing a Hawley-sponsored amendment to the annual defense bill.
He said the amendment was to provide for victims of regional nuclear contamination there in his state that was done by the Pentagon.
He says, for 50 years, the federal government has put into the water, into the soil, into the air of St.
Louis and surrounding regions, radioactive nuclear material.
And there needs to be some compensation for that.
Holly says McConnell was dead set on killing his provision, which would have provided compensation to St.
Louis-area residents who were exposed to radiation from improperly stored nuclear waste left over from the Manhattan Project in the 1940s.
As a matter of fact, that's the situation at a lot of military bases, that it's not only have they exposed soldiers, Without any regard to their health, to these types of things, you know, to the pits where they're burning toxic stuff or to depleted uranium that they fire into the tanks, but just careless storage of nuclear waste even.
They don't have any care at all about it.
In California, I remember we talked about a situation there at a base where they had a lot of radium that was being stored there, leaked into the water, leaked through the ground, into the groundwater, and other things like that.
So the bottom line being, it's not just that the Hill is interested in this fight going back and forth between Mitch McConnell and Josh Hawley.
Now, the reality is that Mitch McConnell, who pushes for wars everywhere, won't even put something in there to help American citizens who have been harmed by this stuff.
That's how much both parties, both establishments hate us.
They will spy on us.
They will poison us. They won't stop the spying.
They won't compensate for the poison.
It truly is amazing how detached they are.
With all this happening, you have Hillary Clinton's vice presidential running mate, Tim Kaine.
And you have Marco Rubio, who ran against Hillary Clinton, but there's something that they can agree on.
And that is that they want to stay into NATO. And they're very afraid that with Trump using it as a campaign football, that he actually might do something that he says.
Who knows? I mean, he's got very erratic behavior.
He might actually, by mistake or in a fit of revenge or something, do some of the things that he's talking about.
But for the most part, he's a paper tiger.
He's just lying to you.
But they're very worried that he might cut funding or cut out of NATO altogether.
So they passed a bill saying that no president can do that.
So how do we ever get out of this thing?
Yeah, so again, Marco Rubio, that little warmonger, I don't think he's going to do it, but they're worried about it, and they don't want to take any chances whatsoever.
So we're going to take a quick break, and when we come back, I want to play, where is that, where's the commercial there, Travis?
Here we go. All right, we're going to take a quick break, and we'll be right back.

And I want to thank everybody who supports us.
So far this month, things have been a little bit tight.
I thought they would be. That's one of the reasons why I put this together and put it for sale.
But just to give you an update, we did go back and collect everything yesterday.
We are at about 30%.
So we got it at the one quarter mark because that's closer than the, um, uh, 37 and a half percent, which would be the next one on the gas gauge.
So we're about 30% and about 50% through the month.
So, uh, we really do appreciate your support.
I had one person, uh, comment on the album.
He said, uh, I was expecting that you were going to be singing.
What a relief that it's all instrumental.
So there you go.
That's where we are. Let's take a look at what is going on with the other action coming out of Congress, what I would call the Biden bluff, because you know they're not going to do anything about this.
The House voted yesterday to formalize impeachment inquiry into Joe Biden.
Actually, that was on Wednesday evening.
I didn't talk about it yesterday. So they're going to formalize an inquiry.
This is kind of like one of these Mickey Rooney, Judy Garland movies.
Hey, let's put on a show.
I know, we can use the barn and we can do this and that.
We can use that committee over there.
It's going to just be a show hearing.
And they're going to, it's going to be a lot of storm and fury signifying nothing.
They're not going to get a conviction on this stuff.
Look, he deserves to be in prison.
He deserves to be in prison for, you know, both of them.
They're crooks. We knew they were crooks before the 2020 election.
So, yeah, they deserve to be in prison.
And they've committed a lot more serious crimes that aren't even being considered.
And so is Trump. But they've already ignored his most serious crimes, and they're going to find a way around this as well.
But it is going to be something that they're going to use for the election.
It's going to be an election show.
Meanwhile, they're coming after Hunter.
With contempt of Congress proceedings against him, because they said, we want you to come testify, and he refused to do that.
And so, I don't know.
It'll be interesting to see what Tucker does about his friend Hunter.
He's defended him in the past.
So, as I said yesterday...
Hunter stood outside as they told him.
Instead of going inside, he held a press conference, read something from his dad's speechwriters, and portrayed himself as the victim, even as he was spending about a million dollars on sex and drugs and all the rest of the stuff, and refusing to pay child support.
Well, I'm many things.
I'm a father. I'm a this.
I'm a that. I'm a husband. So, I thought it was kind of interesting when we talk about the larger crimes that are here.
Again, why don't they come after Biden for his trying to lock up his opponents in jail?
And trying to lock up supporters of his opponents in jail?
These draconian sentences, the long imprisonment without bail, the torture and prison of all these January the 6th people.
Ramaswamy was on CNN. He was being interviewed by Abby Phillip.
And she questioned him about the fact that something that he'd said in the debate in passing, which, again, the debate...
Moderators like Megyn Kelly would not follow up on.
But she said, you said some things about January the 6th.
And he says, well, if you told me, he says, now close to three years ago, that January the 6th, 2021 happened.
He says, if you told me back then, when I wasn't into politics, he calls himself a biotech CEO. And I wasn't steeped in this world.
I was consuming passive media.
That's an interesting phrase.
I wonder, you know, he's speaking quickly.
Maybe he meant to say that?
If he did mean to say that, instead of saying I was passively consuming media, maybe he was consuming the passive media that is passive to either Democrats or Republicans, depending on which demographic they're trying to serve.
Anyway, he said, but I was focused on my world of developing drugs.
He says, if you told me January the 6th was in any way an inside job, the subject of government entrapment, I would have told you that was crazy talk, fringe conspiracy theory nonsense.
Let's see what he said here.
January the 6th, an inside job, the subject of government entrapment.
Wait a minute, I did tell people that.
He wasn't consuming my media, though.
Entrapment. Okay, so they were entrapped.
Who lured them in?
Who lured them in? You talk about entrapment.
Well, you got some FBI agent who pretends he's this or that, and he entraps somebody.
And what is it about entrapment?
Well, it means that, just as we've seen over and over again, the FBI comes up with a scheme.
The FBI prepares everything for it.
And then the FBI comes out to these other people and say, come on, participate in this.
I want you to do this and that.
But, you know, they provide everything for them.
They say, you know, we want you to commit this terrorist act, for example.
We got a car and it's all wired with bombs and all the rest of this stuff.
And we just need you to drive it over here and park it there.
They've masterminded this whole thing, just like they did with the militia in Michigan and the same FBI people came to Washington, the same leader who did that.
And so there was that aspect of it as well.
But there has to be somebody that's going to be talking to you and say, yeah, trust this guy.
Come in here and do this.
And here's what we're going to do.
Who did that? Well, that was Trump.
That was Alex Jones and his Stop the Steal stuff.
They were the ones who entrap people.
They were the ones who lured people in.
If you have entrapment, you've got to have some body who's going to lure you in.
It's not just enough to talk about the fact that there's agent provocateurs there.
We knew there were agent provocateurs there.
I told everybody. That was what was going to happen.
I told everybody. That's why I got fired.
I said, this is a grift. It's over.
December 14th.
The Electoral College has already voted.
It's over. There's a lot of things that they could have done, but they didn't do any of it.
And so, you know, they raised money.
They raised money off of you.
Those of you who are about to go into this trap in Washington, D.C. And I said that the morning of January the 6th as well.
I said, it's a trap. Get away from there.
But anyway, now Ramaswamy saying, yeah, it was an inside job.
An inside job. You know, Trump was president then.
If it's an inside job and you're lured in and you're trapped in there, oh, Ramaswamy will never say that Trump was a part of this.
He'll never say that Alex Jones was a part of this.
As a matter of fact, he'll go on the Alex Jones show.
He won't come on my show. I've asked him.
So... It just, it continues to go on, doesn't it?
So who was it that was running the government?
Who was it that told the people to come?
Who was it that, yeah, send me your money and we'll do all this.
What were they sending the money in?
You know, like the jab, January the 6th.
It's not Trump's fault, the MAGA people say.
It's not his fault. He told us to come.
We paid him to do legal fights that he didn't do.
And he told us to meet him over at the Capitol.
But it's not his fault.
You know, he put out the jab.
He paid for the jab. He put Fauci in as president.
He brags about the jab until he begins to run for the second time.
And then he says, no, I'm not going to talk about it anymore.
But if you really push him, he'll tell you how many millions of people he saved with a jab.
But the MAGA people cannot see Trump as part of this inside job for January the 6th.
They can't see him as part of the globalist pandemic for medical martial law.
So, Ramaswamy goes on, he says, we have a government that has knowledge of that.
We know the government has lied to us systematically over the last several years, he says, about the origin of the COVID-19.
Yeah, they're misdirecting you to that as well.
He doesn't mention the vaccine, by the way.
You notice that? By the way, Ramaswamy was on Governor DeWine's COVID team in Ohio.
And it was DeWine who was taking the lead ahead of even a lot of these Democrat governors.
And he was one who came up with a million-dollar lottery bribe to get people to poison themselves.
And Ramaswamy was on that team.
Ramaswamy was jumping on that team because he wanted to get involved in the contract tracing and surveillance of people.
So just so you know.
That's what I would ask him about, by the way.
About the Hunter Biden laptop, we were told that it was false by 51 CIA experts and the Trump-Russia disinformation collusion hoax, all of it.
And now we come to January the 6th, says Ramaswamy.
The reality is that we know that there were federal law enforcement agents in the field.
We don't know how many.
At that point, a CNN reporter jumps in and says, I'm going to go ahead and interrupt you right here.
Yeah. Well, you know, again, we knew it was going to be filled with agent provocateurs of the feds and all the rest of the stuff.
It's interesting that Alex decided to call it Stop the Steal because it really was Start the Steal.
They started stealing the money of his supporters.
Why did people send Alex money for January the 6th?
What did he do with it?
Trump said he was going to use it for legal challenges, which he didn't do.
But what was the argument for Alex?
Well, he said, well, I'm going to pay for the permit and all this other kind of stuff on January the 6th.
But he didn't. Instead, it was a public heiress who did that.
She didn't want her name directly involved, so she was laundering the money through Alex.
But she gave Alex the money. How many millions of dollars did Alex get off of his supporters and listeners for this Stop the Steal thing?
He was starting the steal.
Anyway, there's no evidence that there were federal agents in the crowd on January the 6th, said Phillips.
Really? We've got video of the fist bumps.
We've got video of the cops and other cops putting on the outfits and going out there.
No evidence, she says.
Again, they will continue to lie to your face.
Where is the evidence, she asks, that the government had a plot, an inside job, to foment violence on January the 6th?
Ramaswamy says, no, I didn't say what an inside job.
I am not going to let you put words into my mouth, and I'm going to tell you what I mean here.
He said the inside job of this was the entrapment.
You see? He's even saying the inside job was not even, you know, these agents who pretended, who dressed up like protesters and things like that.
He said it was the entrapment.
It was the drawing people in.
And who drew people in?
Trump, Alex, all those people.
It's amazing. And Tucker.
Tucker. Right?
The people that... David Icke calls the new mainstream alternative media.
I call them Operation MAGA Bird.
Very much like the old CIA Mockingbird operation for the press.
But now this is for the right-wing media.
So now we've had Operation Mockingbird.
That was put in back in the 60s, I think, for mainstream media.
People like Walter Cronkite and other people.
Oh, that's the way it is.
And so now we've got to do the same thing for the alternative media, the right-wing media.
So let's call it Operation Maga Bird.
Anyway, Ramaswamy said the government cannot put you up to do something and then charge you for it.
That's the definition of entrapment.
And so it was bringing the people in, giving them false hope.
There's no way that Biden is going to...
If you show up on January 6th, if you give me the money to do this stuff, there's no way that Biden's going to become president.
Oh, by the way, go over there and...
That's entrapment.
That's what entrapment is.
And then when we look at how you got into this election situation in the first place, I was saying, and many other people were saying for months, you are inviting fraud, just as people said of the PPP, not the Public-Private Partnership, but the Payroll Protection Plan.
Which really was a public-private partnership to shut down the middle class.
Interesting, isn't it, how they really tell people what it is?
But the public-private partnership to shut down the middle class that he called the payroll protection plan, they ran that stuff through and people were saying before it went in, that's going to be riddled with fraud.
You've got absolutely nothing there to keep the system honest.
Well, we haven't had any fraud yet.
And the guy says, you haven't even started the program yet.
I've covered that in the past.
There's a guy who ran programs like that.
And he said, this is insane what you're going to do.
Well, I said the same thing about the election, and many other people did as well.
This is insane. It's going to be riddled with fraud, just like the PPP was.
And so now, a survey that's been done by the Heartland Institute and Rasmussen says that more than one out of five mail-in voters admitted to cheating.
In 2020 election.
Now, I began that show on January the 6th.
That was a Wednesday.
On January the 5th, Tuesday, they had had the runoff election in Georgia.
Two Senate seats were up for grabs, and both of them went to the Democrats.
And I had been saying all along, stop!
Nothing is happening with this stuff with Trump.
You know, again, the Electoral College votes were put in on December the 14th.
And instead, you need to now focus on the next thing.
We've got to get rid of this vote by mail.
But here we are, nearly three years later, and vote by mail has now been entrenched as a Trump precedent.
And so it was not a surprise that this stuff went this way.
And I began the program on that January 6th.
I said, so see, they didn't do anything.
Republicans control the House, control the governorship and everything.
And the Republican Party just lost the Senate.
They did absolutely nothing to stop this vote-by-mail stuff.
And so this is the consequence.
And oh, by the way, don't go this morning to that protest because it's a trap.
So in the 2020 election, more than one out of five voters acted fraudulently.
Here's what they did. The survey asked those who voted by mail in the 2020 election if they filled out a ballot, quote, in part or in full on behalf of a friend or family member, such as a spouse or child.
21% said they had done so.
Yeah, we're going to harvest the ballots.
We're going to get these mail ballots, and anybody can fill it out.
Anybody can vote, and we can bring these things in mass.
Just to show you how corrupt Trump is, as he's complaining about all this stuff, what does he say?
Does he say we've got to stop that?
No, they didn't want to stop it for the Georgia election on January 5th, 2021.
No, they don't want to stop it.
What he says is we're going to do it better than the Democrats.
We're going to cheat better than they do.
We're going to violate the law better than they do.
In addition, 17% of mail-in voters in the 2020 election said they cast a ballot in a state where they were no longer a permanent resident.
Vote early, vote often, vote in multiple states.
Another 17% of mail-in voters said they signed a ballot on behalf of somebody else, also a violation of law.
Another 10% of voters said they know someone who admitted to casting a mail-in ballot in a state where they're not a permanent resident.
11% said they know someone who admitted to signing a ballot on behalf of somebody else.
Again, this is all rife with corruption.
And it makes the elections completely meaningless.
But just take a look at what is happening, and this is in Ohio.
You've got a guy there who's running for Congress.
And he's running against Marcy.
He's a Republican. He's running against Democrat Marcy Kaptur.
And she is a woman, the longest serving woman in the Congress.
And so maybe, I don't know Marcy Kaptur.
Maybe she's starting to get old and they think it's vulnerable.
But he already ran against her in the previous election.
His name is Majewski, if I'm pronouncing that correctly.
But the guy is an Air Force veteran.
And even though he lost significantly to her in the last election, and even though at the last minute you had the Republican Congressional Committee pull all of its funding from him, and I'll tell you why in just a moment, even with all of that stuff.
And nothing really has changed in that.
You've got J.D. Vance, the new Senator of Ohio.
You've got Ohio's Secretary of State, both of them endorsing him as he runs a second time.
And this all kind of focuses around Trump.
And when I look at this guy, I have some concerns based on his background here.
But again, this is coming from the mainstream media.
They're going to portray it in the worst possible light.
But the Republicans thought there was something there because they pulled the funding from him.
At the last minute, because there were accusations that he had inconsistencies and false statements about his military record.
And so, he's an Air Force veteran, but the Air Force has absolutely no record of him serving in Afghanistan, even though he claims that he did.
And so all that came out just before the last election, and that certainly didn't help him.
But why don't they run somebody else?
Well, they don't run somebody else, and these endorsements came.
All of a sudden, these guys are stepping out to endorse this guy who lost by 13 points the last time, who has questions about the truth of the statements that he has, just like George Santos.
Is he inflating his resume here?
Well, we don't care.
Why don't they care? Well, because a recording was released, That showed that his opponent, a GOP candidate, said that he would not support Trump, and he didn't want Trump's endorsement.
And that was it.
And that was something that was released by Charlie Kirk at Turning Point USA, another grifting snake of the Operation Maga Bird.
And part of this was, it came through Matt Gaetz, who gave this to Charlie Kirk.
So these guys, you know, they're doing the dirty tricks like Roger always does.
But again, you know, this guy...
They run away from him and dump him and go to a guy who's making apparently false statements about his military experience simply because he's not going to endorse Trump because that's all this is about.
We don't care about your principles.
We don't care about your winnability because I'm worried about my winnability.
And if I support somebody who doesn't support Trump, I'm in trouble.
That's what this is about.
That's what the Republican Party has become.
And it's disgusting.
Trump is the Voldemort of the Republican Party.
He who must not be named.
Unless you praise him, of course.
So, anyway, right after that was made public by Matt Gaetz and by Charlie Kirk, well, everybody ran to the other guy, even though there's still questions about his military service.
Now, the candidate who was saying that, As somebody who has been endorsed by Kevin McCarthy, he's been endorsed by the Koch brothers and everything.
So, look, I don't think either of these guys are fit to run for Congress, either of these Republicans.
But I think it's interesting, the fact that the thing that disqualified him was the fact that this other guy comes out and says, well, I'm not going to.
The thing that disqualified him was he said, I'm not going to endorse Trump.
And so Trump immediately jumps in and endorses the other guy.
He said, they played dirty pool, but you'll get a second shot, right?
Says the guy who plays Dirty Pool.
All he does is personally attack people and threaten them if they don't kiss his ring.
And so I think what the GOP needs is they need a Santos clause.
They need a Santos clause.
They need to say, we need to have some integrity in this organization and this institution.
We don't want to have any more George Santoses here.
And so if you're caught lying on your resume, you're done.
And I don't care if Trump endorses you or not.
You're done. But they're not going to do that.
Like, I think both of these guys are unfit for Congress that are running there.
And so what is the issue about his military record?
Well, they say he's promoted himself as a combat veteran who served in Afghanistan, but Air Force records obtained by the Times showed that he deployed for more than six months to Qatar in 2002, which is now home to the largest airbase in the Mideast, and he was in the Air Force. According to military records, the Air Force demoted him in September of 2001 for drunk driving at an airbase in Japan.
Contradicting his earlier account that he could not re-enlist in the Air Force after his initial four years because of a quote-unquote brawl.
Well, I guess he was fighting the steering wheel or something, right?
Maybe he was battering the curb while he was drunk.
I don't know what the guy was doing.
But he said he was in a brawl.
But he was actually drunk driving.
The inconsistencies in his public accounts of his military service brought renewed scrutiny in the last election cycle.
In August of 2023, nine months after his defeat, the military updated his records to reflect that he'd received a Global War on Terrorism Expeditionary Medal for his service.
That was an honor that was created in 2003 for Air Force members who deployed abroad after the September 11th attacks.
But that doesn't mean that he was in Afghanistan.
There's more than a dozen different countries that you could be stationed in where you're not fighting the war directly.
You're not in kinetic war or anything.
And he said he was in Afghanistan.
That was the key thing. But he could have gone to any of these places, including Qatar, which is where we know he was.
And so he's in Qatar. He gets a medal for being deployed to the big Air Force base in Qatar.
And they go, see?
It shows I was in Afghanistan.
No, it doesn't. No, it doesn't.
But that didn't stop Trump from claiming that he was totally exonerated.
Here's the bottom line, folks.
I know. There are those people out there yelling at whatever they're listening to saying, so who are you going to vote for?
Well, I'm not voting for any of these clowns in Ohio.
I'm not in Ohio.
But I'm not voting for any of the clowns who are running for president either.
Why don't you take a look at who's running in your local town council.
Look at who's running especially for sheriff.
Focus on that. I bet you don't know who that is.
And you may want to try to get a good candidate there.
Focus on that. If you want to try to do something in an election, assuming that there is going to be an election of sorts, we're going to take a quick break.
We'll be right back. If you like the Eagles, the cars, And Huey Lewis and the News.

Wow.
All right, and welcome back.
There's going to be a little bit of a pause whenever we throw the videos here.
There's something going on with the Stream Deck and also the control booth that Travis is doing.
It just happened just before the show kicked off, so we haven't had time to troubleshoot it yet.
But, you know, that's what's happening.
It's kind of throwing us both off with this.
But you're going to hear that from time to time.
Let's respond a little bit to some of the comments here on Rumble.
ON61 says, Is Trump a paper tiger?
Or is he displaying the American, or is he displaying the American, the presidency is a paper tiger?
Well, I think that the presidency is, maybe we could have somebody there who would actually do something, but like I said before, you don't get in that position unless you're going to do what they want to do.
I think that he is simply incapable of doing anything, whether he wants to or not.
He's incapable of acting, as his lawyer Ty Cobb said, except out of his own perceived self-interest or revenge.
And I think that he saw that it was his perceived interest to do what the globalists wanted him to do in 2020.
That's what I believe. On Rockfin, Amos Poole, thank you very much.
That's very generous. I appreciate that, Amos.
Thank you. Merry Christmas, he says.
Well, Merry Christmas to you. Thank you, Amos.
Appreciate that. On Rockfin, Yona Anawori says the mentally challenged are just as capable of being entrapped by the state because the FBI cares.
On Rockfin, Dougalug, thank you very much for the tip.
I appreciate that. On Rumble, Geesebusters, thank you very much.
I appreciate that. And on Rumble, BusyB777, thank you for the tip also.
David, what's the deal about on January the 6th, Where Trump specifically asked Alex to, quote, lead the charge to the Capitol, unquote, I remember them saying it, On the day, and I also remember Alex disappearing en route.
Yeah, interesting, isn't it?
Just like Trump did.
Yeah, Alex, when he saw what was happening, he ran to the other side of the town and hung out at the Supreme Court building.
And the only person who didn't do that, you know, and typically when Alex would go around, he'd have a mass of reporters who would follow him around to make him look big with an entourage.
He's got all these camera people following him.
Well, they all work for him. It's not like all the rest of the media is trying to get this stuff on him.
It's the type of thing where you have a podium and you've got all these different microphones that are put there when somebody is speaking many times.
Well, what if all those microphones belong to you?
And you just loaded the podium up and it's not going off to different news media organizations.
But that's what he likes to do when he goes on these field trips that he takes.
And the only person who was off really acting as a reporter was Sam.
And Sam got charged.
And Sam had to do house arrest and all the rest of this stuff.
And Alex said he was going to pay for his legal fees.
Sam actually did reporting.
And pictures of him walking between the velvet ropes.
And he wasn't doing anything violent.
You know, they let everybody in, and he's, you know, reporting it.
And he made some comments, like, yay, this is great, or whatever, you know, and so what?
People in mainstream media make their comments in support of Biden and the Democrats all the time.
Yeah, this is political position.
But he wasn't doing anything, and he wasn't encouraging anybody.
You know, he was caught on video saying that.
But he was shooting the video of what was happening.
He was actually doing reporting, unlike the rest of the Infowars crowd, which was hiding out at the Supreme Court.
And so it's really a sad situation.
Alex said he was going to pay for his legal expenses.
And then he decided he wanted to distance himself from Sam, so he fired Sam.
Fired Sam. Anyway, so on Rumble, Stealth Patriot, thank you for the tip.
I appreciate that. Merry Christmas, David, to you and your family.
What is the order to delivery time on the black koozie Tumblr?
We've got them in stock, and I'll have to ask Karen.
Maybe she can step in here during the break and tell us.
But we can get it out the same day if we want to order it today.
She's got a lot of things that she's taking.
We've had a delay on some of the new T-shirts, and so those are now ready to ship.
And we do have the koozies that are part of the sale that is there.
Let's talk a little bit about what's going on with the Democrat Christmases that we see happening.
And, of course, if we look at what is happening in the White House, what Joe Biden put out, everybody is just astonished at how strange and bizarre and cringy this whole thing is.
She's tap dancing.
Oh, there comes some kind of...
There's another... A person dressed up as an animal or something.
Really kind of strange. So, as you look at this, a lot of people said this is bizarre, freaky, absolute garbage.
Well, I think that's just like the entire Biden regime, isn't it?
I mean, don't those things all apply to the...
To the Biden regime, wouldn't you say that in everything they do, the Biden administration is bizarre, freaky, and absolute garbage?
I think that absolutely is the case.
And so, a lot of people have chimed in on that.
The video was posted by, and this is, the media calls her Dr.
Jill. No, she's Jill, who identifies as a doctor, as some of these people who are dancing when they're identify as furries or whatever.
Anyway, the New York-based dance troupe that was tap dancing, their interpretation of the Nutcracker Suite.
She wrote out a bit of magic, wonder, and joy, brought to you by the talented tappers of Dorrance Dance, performing their playful interpretation of the Nutcracker Suite.
Enjoy! Well, everybody was cringing at the furries and the trannies and all.
Headlines saying, Merry Cringemus.
Babylon Bee.
Jill Biden shares a charming Christmas performance by the twins from The Shining.
I just want to do my part to spread a little holiday cheer, said Jill, as the twins from The Shining stood ominously in a candy cane-colored hallway.
This year, I really wanted to put on a White House holiday presentation that would illustrate exactly where America is and where it's going.
I only hope it fills the hearts of everyone who sees it with warmth and cheer.
Happy Kwanzaa, everyone.
Yeah, it does show us where America is and where it's headed, doesn't it?
Many people on social media questioned what this had to do with Christmas.
It was tangentially connected to it.
You could hear a little bit of their jazz version of the Nutcracker.
Other people posted photos and videos fondly remembering First Lady Melania Trump's Christmas celebration.
And this is what you see from the Operation Magabird Press.
You know, they show the freaky stuff.
And then they show Melania dressed up in designer dress and all this other kind of stuff.
And look at how elegant she looks.
But you may want to remember...
That Melania famously said on tape, who gives an F about this Christmas stuff and these decorations?
The difference between Biden and Trump is perfectly illustrated by this contrast.
You'll see this on a lot of the MAGA bird press.
You will see these two pictures juxtaposed.
You can see it all over social media.
And that's the difference between Biden and Trump.
The MAGA people know what Biden is about.
They know how bizarre, disgusting, and garbage they are, right?
But they don't know what Trump is about, and they pretend.
They've got this illusion about what Trump is about.
Look, there's absolutely no difference between Trump and the other people in terms of all this culture stuff.
Trump was pushing trannies into his beauty contest for the longest time.
And why did he have the beauty contest?
Oh, because he liked to go in the dressing rooms.
He's just disgusting.
He's just as disgusting with that as Biden is with his sniffing of kids and women and all this other...
The two of them.
And yet, you have this image that they've created, this illusion of, oh, well, here is Melania, traditional, conservative, American, and all the rest of this stuff.
No. Not at all.
And so, you know, they cheer Trump, but Trump is simply, just like this Melania picture, A figment of their imagination, something that was, you know, an illusion that was created by the Trump campaign.
One person said, the only thing missing from this Jill Biden thing was Dylan Mulvaney.
That's an appropriate comment there.
And then this one.
Just go down there and see if you can show this.
Here's a good example of it.
Somebody putting it up. Most of the time I've seen this as the two pictures.
But this picture of Melania, this is on the Daily Mail thing, Travis.
Never forget what they took from you.
And it shows Melania in a soft focus as she's, you know, hanging decorations on this beautiful white Christmas tree.
Yeah, this is your illusion.
I choose not to participate in these illusions.
In November, Dr. Biden, Dr.
Biden, she's got a doctorate in education.
She, you know, Whoopi Goldberg and all these other people.
Listen to Jill. She's a doctor.
Put on your mask. Yeah.
In November, Jill said that she wanted everybody who visits the White House during the holidays to feel like a kid again.
Or maybe like a furry or something.
100,000 visitors are expected for the holidays.
And of course, when we look at some other Democrat Christmases that are happening now, we have a racist Asian mayor who is essentially telling everybody, I'm scheming of a no-whites Christmas.
She did not want any whites at her holiday party.
And of course, it's her holiday party, not a Christmas party.
And she only wanted electeds of color.
People of color who have been elected.
And so what happened was her personal assistant mistakenly sent these invitations out to white people.
Who wants stinky white people at a holiday party?
Nobody wants any white people at a party.
How gross. And so Michelle Wu, the mayor of Boston...
And first, all the invitations were sent to all 13 members of the city council.
And then just to underscore her racism, she rescinded the invitations that had been sent to seven white counselors within 15 minutes.
Oops, sorry. No, you're not allowed.
And she absolutely does not apologize.
She does not regret her actions.
She's very much like Jab Cinda Arden.
Remember when the reporter said, with these vaccine mandates and purging people out of the public sphere, are you creating a two-tier society with all of this stuff?
You know, the vaxxed and the unvaxxed.
And she goes, yep, yep, that's what it is.
Yeah, we're going to have a caste system with at least two tiers.
Yep, yep, that's what it is.
And that's basically what Michelle Wu said.
Yep, yep, that's what it is. She was asked if she believed that this was divisive.
Should have been asked if it was racist.
How far we have come from judging people by the content of their character or even their political party affiliation, right?
But she judges everybody by their skin color, Michelle Wu.
She's got a big future ahead for her.
She could become president of Harvard or president of the United States with that kind of racism.
She responded when she was asked, is this gathering divisive?
She said no, firmly.
She maintained that there'd be other opportunities for people of all backgrounds to celebrate together, but I don't want any of these white people at this party.
And so she apologized for one thing, though.
She apologized for sending out emails to people, for inviting white people.
I'm sorry, I invited some white people.
That's about the only apology that you're going to get from her, or from any of these people.
It is just amazing how the first thing they do, if they have any disagreement with you, they call you a racist.
And what you're talking about may not have anything to do with any of this stuff.
And again, as I said before, race is not your skin color.
The Bible doesn't talk about different races.
It talks about the differences between different people groups as being nations, political borders, nations, tongues, and tribes.
And so it's talking about borders, it's talking about language, it's talking about culture.
Those are the things that divide us.
We should not be divided by skin color or other superficial things like that any more than we'd be divided by hair color or any other arbitrary thing.
And, of course, there are two races, though.
It just depends on which direction they're racing.
That's Ken Ham's quote.
He said, most of the human race is racing away from God, but some people are racing toward him, and that's really the big issue that's going to change things in terms of how we interact with people.
And so you have a liberal school board member who gets sworn in, not on a Bible, But on a stack of pornographic books, Libs of TikTok had the story.
Because, again, that is their religion.
There's absolutely no mistake about it.
On Rumble, North American House Hippo, thank you very much for the tip.
He says, David, I well remember your on-air blow-ups during your last days in Jonestown.
Thank you. Yeah, I was not a happy camper then.
Not happy. And I want to thank all of you for supporting us because that's what allows me to do the news without any interference or pressure to lie about Trump or any of the rest of the stuff.
We can call it the way that it is because I'm sponsored by the donors, by the listeners.
I'm not beholden to any organization or to any particular sponsor.

Alright, let's talk a little bit about predictions and predictive programming.
There's a lot of that happening right now.
At the end of the year, a lot of people are making predictions about what's going to happen next year.
We've got Gerald Slenty who's going to be joining us in the third hour.
We're going to ask him what he sees coming up in 2024.
But I mentioned the other day, I said, well, look at what some of these people are saying about Nostradamus.
They always pull out Nostradamus in 2024.
And it's always very cryptic.
It's always very dark.
And I said, you know, it'd be interesting to see.
Nobody ever pulls up at the end of the year.
Nobody ever pulls up Nostradamus' predictions for this year.
Did they come true or not?
Did the people who interpreted what he was saying in these cryptic quatrains, did that come true or not?
Well, I did look this up, and so if you go back and look at what people were saying a year ago, what to expect in 2023 according to Nostradamus' predictions.
Hellscape. Economic ruination, war, landing on Mars, nuclear war, all the rest of this.
This is what everybody was talking about.
And of course, you know, they say, well, this guy's been around since 1555.
You kind of wonder if somebody's going to enshrine the climate predictions of Al Gore and John Kerry and all the rest of this stuff.
And keep recycling all of this climate alarmism for another 500 years.
It'll be interesting to see if that happens.
The world's going to be destroyed.
It's going to burn up.
So we're going to give me all your money, shut down everything.
According to media reports, some of Nostradamus' forecasts may come true in 2023, they said.
A cost-of-living crisis.
Escalation of the war in Ukraine into a global nuclear war and all the rest of this stuff.
Except that, you know, these things do not happen.
One of the most interesting ones, which was repeated last year all over the place, a landing on Mars.
In his book of prophecies, Nostradamus made several cryptic references to the light on Mars falling.
The planet's seemingly backward motion in the sky might lend to the explanation of Mars being in retrograde.
But it could also be viewed as a metaphor for humanity's ambitions to colonize the Earth.
They mean Mars.
That's what it says here.
Colonize the Earth. I think we've got all these liberals who say, wait a minute.
We need to decolonize Mars, not just the Earth.
Musk has long projected that humans will step foot on Mars by 2029.
We'll see about that.
But again, nuclear war, all these things were on the menu in 2023.
As a matter of fact, this story on, well, it's not a story, but it was a comment on Reddit picking up some of the other stories.
Nostradamus says the world will end four months before 2023.
So here we are. You know, that was earlier, previous year.
That was the end of 2023.
So, you know, the end is near.
But he's no more ridiculous than these climate forecasters, is he?
And they had reasons for it.
You know, Jupiter and Saturn are joining and Venus and Mars are in the third house or whatever.
You know, all this occultic garbage that was pushed out on pop songs.
But that's what they do on an annual basis.
But they're always playing mind games with us, aren't they?
And of course, I think it's a very important thing to understand that Musk, who's a transhumanist, a technocrat, and he is very much into mind reading.
That's what Neuralink is really about.
Now they have some scientists in Sydney.
Who say they've got a mind-reading helmet.
You can put this thing on, it can read your mind.
Well, no thanks. They're saying, oh well, it could help people who have become paralyzed and can't speak because they've got a stroke or something like that.
And that's why we want to do it.
There's nothing sinister at all about any of this stuff.
Yeah, and all the autonomous killer robots are there to help little ladies cross the street without getting hit by a self-driving car, perhaps.
This may be less invasive than Elon Musk's Neuralink, at least physically, but both of them seek to invade your mind.
And if they can read your mind, will they write your mind?
That's the other issue here.
Previous technology to translate brain signals into language has either required surgery to implant electrodes in the brain, like Neuralink, Or have you be scanned in an MRI machine, which is significant, expensive, and difficult to use in daily life.
That's putting it mildly.
Yeah, you get in this MRI machine, make sure you've got no metal anywhere around you, because once they turn that thing on, it's going to be flying everywhere if you've got any metal there.
So with this, what they're doing is they're pulling in artificial intelligence to try to make sense out of these brain waves.
And they said, well, you know, we could, for example, if the person can't speak, they've got a stroke or something.
We could use artificial intelligence and, you know, we could speak and say, good morning.
I hope you're doing well.
I'll start with a cappuccino, please.
An extra shot of espresso.
Well, is that really what you're thinking?
I mean, if this is artificial intelligence, is it maybe hallucinating?
Can you imagine what the AI would be capable of saying to somebody?
I mean, it might come across as if you've got Tourette's Syndrome.
We had that video that Cuomo did to get a lot of attention.
He had a young influencer who's got Tourette's Syndrome.
And so, you know, put this video together.
So she's yelling and screaming and cursing at him.
And he got a lot of coverage out of that.
But you might wind up with that if you use artificial intelligence to read your mind and speak for you.
Because it does hallucinate a great deal.
And of course, what I thought was really a joke...
Was the fact that they said that the accuracy score of this thing is only about 40%.
I said before, if you've got something that's going to do a speech-to-text thing, even if it's in 95%, 96% or something, it's absolute garbage if you take a look at it.
It's got to be nearly 100%.
So you've got something at 40%?
But let's take a look at this Netflix movie that is not so much...
It's not like Nostradamus with his predictions, but it is predictive programming.
Maybe we should call this, you know, the Obamas are part of this Netflix thing.
They're executive producers of this Civil War thing.
And it's predictive programming, so maybe we ought to call them the Nostra Obamas.
Barack and Michelle Obama...
It's supposed to serve as a form of conditioning, is it?
Predictive programming to get us to accept what the World Economic Forum is talking about.
And that is, you know, cyber polygon, some kind of a cyber attack that will bring the nation down, bring every American family to its knees and teach everybody about those evil white people.
Not only, as Michelle Wu said, Michelle, you know, we don't want any white people this Christmas, sorry, holiday party.
Don't want any white people at the holiday party.
Well, Michelle Obama said, don't trust them at all.
And here's the trailer, by the way.
Leave the world behind. Leave Netflix behind.
The White House issued warnings to the Western forces as well as the Florida alliance.
The three-term president assures the uprising will be dealt with swiftly.
Let me know if you want to try anything.
I'm guys aware there's like a pretty huge civil war going on all across America.
We just try to stay out.
With what we see on the news, seems like it's for the best.
Yeah. The citizens of America, the so-called Western forces of Texas and California, have suffered a very great defeat at the hands of the United States military.
Mr. President, do you regret the use of airstrikes against American citizens?
We're moving to D.C. today.
We need to go down there. They shoot journalists on sight in the Capitol.
Every instinct in me says this is death.
What if? Every time I survived a war zone, I thought I was sending a warning home.
Don't do this.
But here we are.
There's some kind of misunderstanding here.
What? We're American, okay?
Okay. What kind of American are you?
You don't know? The Western forces will reach the White House on July 4th.
Oh my God. Get in the car!
Get in the car!
Move! Move! Move!
You're gonna hang back.
I'm not hanging back.
One nation under God, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
Go, go, go, go, go!
god bless america yeah that's uh coming out in spring and they're gonna put it in the theater actually i guess first uh But I don't know how that's going to work out for their box office, you know, when you don't keep that window there, and everybody knows it's going to be on cable.
I don't know how many people are going to show up for it.
I don't know how many people want to really watch Obama's vision of the empire that he presided over falling.
We can't wait for it to happen.
Very much like Nero, isn't he?
And of course, you know, when you hear that line there, you're using the military against American citizens.
It was Obama's guy, Joe Biden, who kicked that off.
And people of his party, people like Eric Swalwell.
Oh yeah, we're going to take your guns.
And we've got planes and bombs, and those are legitimate, and we can use those again.
You just threatened the American people.
And they didn't apologize for it.
Instead... Eric Swalwell was the first one to do that.
Did it with Joe Biggs, as a matter of fact.
And then you had Beta Male O'Rourke, who jumped in on that and tried to sound like he was a real man.
Yeah, I'm a real man. I'm going to tell the military to use their jets to take your guns.
And then Joe Biden jumped in on that as well.
So it's the Democrats who are threatening to use the military against American citizens.
One of the things that's a real head-scratcher there.
Was the Western Alliance of California and Texas.
Did the liberals finally export enough people from California into Texas to take it over at the big cities?
I know Austin has been turned into California.
The rest of Texas, at least the urban areas, is going to be turned into California as well in their predictive programming.
Truly amazing. Leave the world behind.
Human beings are terrible people, says LifeSite News.
That's the message coming across.
That we're headed to a just-around-the-corner future of societal chaos and despair.
This message stands in stark contrast with the gospel and with 2,000 years of lived experience of the Christian world.
By the way, you know, we look at this.
It started with Nostradamus, right?
Nostradamus 500 years ago.
It's cryptic.
It's false. Demonstrably false.
Every aspect of everything that was predicted at the end of the year 2022, at the end of 2023, it was always false.
And yet, they continue to do all these articles about, well, what does he say for next year and all the rest of this stuff.
And yet, you know, we've had, when you look at Revelation, isn't it amazing that instead of 500 years ago, 2,000 years ago, You had global government predicted?
A mark of the beast ID? Who would have thought that would happen?
The entire world watching as something not nearly as cryptic as the stuff from Nostradamus.
And we certainly see that coming true, don't we?
Yet nobody wants to pay any attention to that book.
We want to go back and puzzle over the false prophecies.
of Nostradamus and pretend that they are somehow true.
Yeah, this is what the real concern is.
And we saw this being pushed out 2000 years ago, talking about this very thing being sold right here.
The technology revolution is central and it's one of the reasons why India has done so well in these last years.
Because I think, you know, Prime Minister Modi has understood the importance of it, and your digital ID programme, I think, is one of the most important programmes.
I keep saying to people around the world, if you want to see an example of a reform that leads to real results and shows that government can work for people, look at India's digital ID programme.
It's been a remarkable transformation.
That's where, by the way, if you want to help some of the poorest countries in the world today, I think a lot of the poorest countries in the world, if they embrace technology in the right way, with the right help, they don't have to replicate the legacy systems of developed countries.
They can actually, in health, in education, and in the role government plays, they can bypass all of that.
You see how that's called?
Lighthouse and the Tempest?
Downsides, but it's a fact, and if we understand it and we master it properly, we can make it work for people.
Yeah, they're portraying themselves as a lighthouse in the tempest, in this storm.
Tony Blair doesn't have any light to give you.
And if you steer for that lighthouse, you're going to crash onto the rocks.
What they did in India was the Bill Gates program, the Adhar system that he worked with with them, which said, basically, if you're poor, Let us bribe you into this ID slavery.
We'll give you medical care, we'll give you money, we'll give you some food, whatever, all the welfare stuff, but you've got to take the number.
You've got to take the mark of the beast.
You take the mark of the beast, we'll give you some.
But if you don't do that, you're not going to eat.
What a success for these types of people, isn't it?
Well, going back to the Obama dystopian vision, you have the lead female protagonist, Julia Roberts, at one point in time, saying, we F each other over all the time without even realizing it.
We F every living thing on this planet over and think it will be fine because we use paper straws and order free-range chicken.
What does this have to do With their cyber polygon demonstration, because that's what this is.
What the Obamas did, they funded a movie that basically acts out all of Klaus Schwab's agenda.
It's not a prediction. It's an agenda to do to us.
And so they acted all that stuff out.
So you mean if we have the paper straws and the environmentalism, they're still going to come after us?
Yes, they're not going to let up.
That was just a MacGuffin to get you into their slavery.
Her pathetic husband, played by Ethan Hawke, says, Without my cell phone and GPS, I am a useless man.
Well, aren't all men useless, according to these people?
I thought we were all useless.
Libs of TikTok pointed out, and I played this for you earlier in the week, I'm asking for you to remember if the world falls apart, trust should not be doled out easily to anyone, especially to white people, says a young black woman actress in the film, because, you know, white people are evil.
And so, as I said before, the Civil War has really been going on for quite some time.
We've been in a cold Civil War.
And we keep seeing signs that the people like Obama, Eric Swalwell, Beta Male O'Rourke, all these people want a kinetic civil war.
And so...
The other thing about this is that some of the critics have already weighed in on this and some audiences.
Critics absolutely loved it.
The audiences think that it sucks.
What a shocker.
I don't know if this thing has actually hit and actually has gone to Netflix or what.
I don't know if it's getting all this stuff.
I thought that it said it was going to come out a little bit later, but maybe it has come out since they've got quotes.
That go beyond the trailer.
Rotten Tomatoes used to be a very good way to look at films.
If you had a film where the critics absolutely loved it and audiences hated it, you knew it was going to be some kind of political diatribe.
Stay far, far, far away.
If they both agree that it's really good or they both agree that it's really bad, that can be a useful thing.
But it's especially, you know, that's a purely political thing if the critics love it and the audiences hate it.
This is not a future that audiences want to envision, but it's one that we're being told in no uncertain terms to prepare for, says LifeSite News.
Well, that's exactly right.
You know, as part of this, they said they have 19 states have seceded.
They have something called the Florida Alliance.
This is all the imagination of the Obamas.
We have a three-term president trying to hold together what remains of the U.S. Empire's fall is the tagline.
Every time I survived in a war zone, I thought I was sending a warning home.
Don't do this. But here we are, says the journalist, who are the ones who are central in it.
But again, I keep looking at this.
Texas and California. In a Western alliance?
You know, I think maybe the Libs have taken over Texas politically, but I don't think they would ever do it in a kinetic war.
Not a chance. That's not going to happen.
And then we look at Tucker Carlson, who just this last week, you know, we can say, well, look at this.
We got Netflix and the Obamas pushing us into a civil war.
But as I said for the longest time, they want a civil war.
It's one of the reasons why Trump is being charged the way he is.
It's another reason why the MAGA bird press is defending him against these ridiculous prosecutions.
And so Tucker Carlson says, you're going to get violence if you keep this excrement up.
That's what he's there for.
And that's why they're doing this with Trump.
He is the Mason-Dixon line for this coming Civil War.
And I was thinking, did he do this one morning when he was in an absolute rage, like he typically screams on truth social in the wee hours of the morning?
Maybe one morning he was so upset and he just wanted to get rid of these lawsuits, and he can't do that.
So I think maybe what he did was he pulled out his suit.
And maybe he cut that to pieces.
But you know, he can actually make more money on these lawsuits than he can cutting his suit into pieces.
He makes millions when these people indict him.
He hasn't made that much money off of these worthless NFTs and these fragments of the holy garment of their king and idol.
This is what they want from this guy.
And it really is alarming to...
To see how they have flocked around him and how both Democrats are willing to go to war against him and Republicans, the MAGA crowd, is willing to go to war to defend him.
Truly is amazing.
You know, I look at this suit and, you know, it makes me think of the guy that he made president, Fauci, and how he used to cut up children and For his transhumanist experiments, his humanized mice and other things like that.
Yeah, you know, we've got these guys, and yet we don't want to say anything bad about Trump.
He had absolutely nothing to do with that, and he's going to make everything right that he didn't fix his first time around.
So just get on board with him.
It is worth having a civil war, isn't it, to defend Donald Trump.
We'll be right back.

good to go. Which is kind of interesting,
you know, because, I mean, we've got, even though the credit card companies are charging people usurious amounts of money by any standard, you know, 20-30%, I mean, they're like gangsters, they still charge a big percentage to the merchants as well.
And there has been a charge in the past for handling cash for businesses, small businesses, or cash businesses.
We had one back in the 1990s.
I knew we would get charged for turning in cash.
There would be some charges for that.
But Australia wants to ramp that up.
Australia and the Central Bank of Australia have really been leading the charge, so to speak, to a cashless society.
They want you to charge things, so they don't want you to have cash.
And so they have a woman there named Bollock, who is a part of their central bank.
And she says, do we need to start reflecting on the true cost of processing cash for businesses?
And do not represent it as a fee-free option for customers.
While we always are charging customers when they use their credit card, when there is no other option other than the credit card, do we really need to do that?
Well, of course, yeah. Charge everybody for everything!
And then escalate the charges.
I mean, that is the way of the banking.
The way of the banksters, isn't it?
Yeah, you got an NSF fee.
Well, now we're going to charge you. I don't know what they charge for.
Fortunately, I haven't had one for a while.
But, you know, they would escalate these things over and over again.
I think the challenge with cash, you said, is that it really does have a big community.
Oh, that's the problem.
Got a lot of people who like cash, who use cash.
We're going to have to deal with them. And as I said before, you know, all this...
Rage from Elizabeth Warren, who not only wants to get rid of all guns, but she wants to get rid of anything that is competition to CBDC. And she wants to get rid of any banks that are competition to the big banks that she shills for.
She wants to get rid of crypto, but I said, the next thing they're going to do is come after cash.
And of course, they're already doing that in Australia.
As they're talking about this, public service sort of aura attached to having cash, she said.
She said, if you try to charge people to use cash, they're prepared to pay to get it out of an ATM. But if businesses started charging people to use cash, I suspect there would be a big backlash.
So I guess they're going to have to do it.
How did Fauci say when he was talking about the other stuff?
Oh, we've got to do it with disruption.
And we do it from the inside.
And we do it iteratively.
And that's the way they'll do it. I think we're transitioning away, she said, from legacy systems.
I think it's really important that we keep in mind that we've got to bring people with us for purposes of financial inclusion.
Let's give them a number, you know.
We'll give you a number, and you take the number, then you're going to be included financially, otherwise you'll be kicked out.
She said, so it's not a direct mandate.
They're not going to order anybody.
They never. You don't realize that.
Throughout all the stuff that was happening in 2020, you may have thought you were being ordered around, but it was just, it was not.
It was just suggestions from Trump and from Fauci and from Biden and other people like that.
We'd like for you to do that, but we're not ordering anybody.
Fauci said that. He was in both administrations.
I didn't order anybody.
So, you know, it's not going to be a direct mandate, but I think it's got to have a very important overlay on it to work.
And we're now in that transition.
What kind of overlay is that?
Well, as I said before, this is the way they get past their prohibitions against mandates, their prohibition against doing things centrally.
You must do this, but...
We're not actually ordering you to do it.
We're going to twist your arm. We're going to coerce you.
That's a really nice government contract you got there.
Be ashamed to lose it.
Really nice social media company.
Be ashamed to lose that.
A cashless society in Australia is closing over more than 1,000 ATMs.
And tellers are continuing to discourage the use of cash.
And so when we look at this, when we talk about legacy systems, that's why I say the real legacy, even more of a legacy than a fiat currency, is gold.
And when I look at what is happening, regardless of what is happening in the markets, and we'll talk to Gerald about that in just a couple of minutes here, but it's very important that That we understand that this doesn't hinge on the schizophrenic, volatile stock markets or the manipulative markets or the Federal Reserve, any of this other kind of stuff.
It really does hinge on having something that has maintained its value, that you physically have in your possession.
Even better than a fiat currency, the gold that has consistently held its value.
I understand crypto is an important part of this, and they're the ones that are at the front of this fight.
But again, for me, none of this stuff is really about investing.
It's about trying to make sure that I've got something that's going to keep me out of their open-air prison system that they're designing.
And that's what the moves against crypto, the moves against cash, are all really about.
And so... We're going to take a quick break, and when we come back, we're going to connect to Gerald Salenti.
And there was one, we don't have that one there about the kill stuff, do we, and the deck.
Our stream deck is really messed up today.
It's delaying as it puts stuff on here.
But I do have an update for the tumblers.
I had a listener who asked about that.
If you order soon, tumblers will be delivered before Christmas, they say.
We should be able to still make that before Christmas.
We'll let you know when it gets too late to get that out for Christmas.
So we're going to take a quick break, and we'll be right back with Gerald Salenti.

Thank you for joining us, Gerald. It's always good to have you on.
It's always great being on with you.
I'm so appreciative of all you do and to inform the people.
Well, thank you. I spent a lot of time early today talking about, you know, what these people are doing to kill everybody globally.
And I know that's something that you always hang on.
You know, the Occupy Peace, that's always been the central issue of everything that you do.
You look at economics, but your real passion is to stop these wars.
Yeah, and again, you know, here it is.
It's Christmas time, right?
Yeah. And you got this little lowlife, a guy that's a piece of out-of-his-mind garbage that there wasn't a war that he didn't love by the name of Joe Biden.
Joe Biden, who calls himself a Catholic.
What are you talking about?
What are you talking about, Catholic?
It's Christmas time.
How about the Prince of Peace?
What's the Prince of Peace?
What does Christmas have to do with anything, anything other than, hey, how are retail sales going?
I hope those holiday sales are going up.
Not a word about Christ.
And again, I'm not preaching Catholicism because the Catholic Church that I grew up in has nothing to do with the Jesus Christ of way back when, just to make it clear.
But I'm a warrior for the Prince of Peace.
So now we have this Joe Biden who also calls himself a Zionist.
Isn't that lovely? Isn't that great?
Something made up by this guy, what, Herzl back in the late 1800s?
And he's a Zionist?
How about being an American?
Could you handle that one?
Yeah. Well, it's really phony.
It's like, you know, he's not even real with that.
Look at Lala Harris and her husband, who's Jewish, and he decides that she has sided with the Palestinians.
He's going to virtue signal that he's with the Jews, and so he tries to do this thing with a menorah for Hanukkah.
And he doesn't know how it works.
He doesn't know anything about it, and it's such a cringe failure that they take it down, and then they make another attempt at it, and he still doesn't know what he's doing.
These people just use labels.
They're hopeless panders to every side.
And that's what our military does.
Our military funds both sides of every war.
And they're leaking the weapons out to the so-called bad guys in any of these conflicts, even if they don't give it to them on plane loads, like we saw happening throughout the Middle East when we were supposedly fighting ISIS.
They were dropping the stuff in there by the plane loads.
And yet we know that all these weapons are coming from the ones that were left behind in Afghanistan or the ones that have leaked out of Ukraine that are going to the now bad guys in the Israeli war that they're telling us.
So they're just complete liars.
And, you know, the thing that bothers me about it, Gerald, is also Mike Johnson and how he's really betrayed the American people, how he has.
As flip-flopped as he became the speaker, it was pretty clear that he sold his soul out on this stuff.
It's truly amazing to look at how he stuffed in even, not just giving him a trillion dollars, but stuffing in this 702 surveillance of Americans, betraying his own people yet again.
Because these wars, all these foreign wars, are a betrayal of the interest of the American people.
Nobody's talking about protecting the border.
But then he doubles down on it and reauthorizes this surveillance program up until 2025 is really what's effectively going to happen, and everybody knows it.
slaughtered people all over the world in the name of bringing freedom and democracy while they rob it from us in front of our eyes.
Yeah.
And the people don't have a clue what you're talking about.
Hey, how's Taylor Swift doing today?
Exactly.
Go to, go to the cartoon news network, CNN.
Now one major story on the front page of the genocide being committed by Israel against the God, the Palestinians.
Not a word. Not a word.
Some stupid crap they got up there.
They're all selling this war.
Yeah. They all hang on everything that she does, every outfit that she wears.
It truly is amazing. And of course, now they've got other things to talk about.
So what is the Christmas party that Jill Biden is doing?
And wasn't it nicer when we had Melania who dressed up in designer clothes and everything?
And yet, Melania had nothing but contempt for Christmas.
She made it clear. All this stuff is just smoke and mirrors.
It truly is amazing.
Oh, how about that clown, arrogant little jerk?
That's the mayor of Boston up there.
Oh, yeah. Talked about that. Yeah.
Hey, if you're white, there's no Christmas for you.
Screw you. Yeah.
No whites allowed.
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah.
And she defends it.
Yeah.
Oh, yeah.
This is the slimeballs.
Again, I was in the business.
I was the assistant to the secretary of the New York State Senate.
I was right at the top.
I used to run major campaigns in Westchester County, which is the richest county in America.
I know who these clowns are.
They're lowlife pieces of scum that only care about themselves and the people that give them money that morons and imbeciles call campaign contributions.
Yeah, yeah.
Yeah, it truly is amazing how racism is a virtue for these people now.
They don't run from it. They double down on it.
Oh, yeah, I apologize for sending those things, but I don't apologize for excluding them.
She apologizes because her assistant put that stuff out.
You weren't supposed to know just how much I hate people because of their skin color.
It's truly amazing, isn't it?
It absolutely is amazing that they do this, and yet, you know, we...
Look at the worship of Trump.
How did you like that stunt that he did this week where he chopped up his suit and sold out little pieces of it like it's a relic of the Holy Cross or something?
He's such an...
Again, you've got to look at the polls.
And the polls are showing that the people really don't want either of them.
Biden or Trump. And there's nobody to run.
As you well know, I totally supported RFK Jr., But then I supported him because I believed he was an anti-war candidate.
And I had the last rally I had here in Kingston.
I had Dennis Kucinich, which was his campaign manager, as a speaker.
And Kennedy is totally, totally on the side of Israel's genocide against the Palestinians.
And I pulled out.
I got my money back.
I gave him the most amount donation possible.
I said, I want my money back. I'm not supporting this guy.
Yeah. I'm surprised I gave him back.
And he got rid of Kucinich.
Kucinich, he brought in his daughter-in-law who worked with the CIA. Yeah.
There's nobody, nobody, nobody there that's running for office that I would support.
Nobody. I agree.
And, you know, when you say that, everybody goes, well, you know, point out a problem with one of these guys.
And nobody wants to hear that. Nobody wants to talk about policies or issues.
It's all about, well, I like this person or I don't like this person.
And then if you say, well, look at this guy.
Look at what he did. I couldn't support somebody.
Well, then who are you going to support for president?
As if that's going to solve anything.
There isn't going to be any solution in Washington.
All these people are pre-selected to compete in the reality TV contest because they know that they're going to fall in line just like Mike Johnson.
This guy just comes out of nowhere.
He's such a little piece of scum.
He calls himself an evangelical Christian while he's sending more and more money to go murder people?
Yeah. I call that evil, Jellico.
Who are you talking to?
Who are you guys talking to?
F off! I've had it!
I've had it!
This murder going on...
Could you imagine, could you imagine if all the people in Gaza were Jewish and the Palestinians were bombing them to death, destroying the place?
Oh my God, this is terrible!
How horrible! No, no, no.
Oh, you got it backwards, Salenti.
They're only Palestinians.
They don't count.
You got that guy.
The arrogance of these people.
And again, I want to make this clear.
I'm not anti-Jewish.
I'm not anti-Semite.
I'm not anti-American because I oppose Americans' wars.
Got it? And as I said, my last three of my last four girlfriends are Jewish.
My best friends are Jewish.
So, F off.
I don't want to hear that baloney anymore.
This little clown, Isaac Herzog, who's the president of Israel, God gave us this land.
Hey, hey, how about if I don't believe in your God?
Could you handle that one?
Why, how dare you?
We are the chosen people.
You're just a piece of crap.
Just like that lowlife over there in Boston.
Your skin isn't dark enough to celebrate the holidays.
That's right. We'll tell you who you are.
You know, when I grew up as an Italian kid, it wasn't easy back in those days.
There was a lot of prejudice against the Italians.
Matter of fact, you go after the Kennedy again.
That Robert Kennedy, we're going after the mafia, we're going after the mafia.
He made a real big deal out of it.
Frank Sinatra was one of the big guys that supported JFK. And it was very important because Sinatra was really big in those days.
Oh, yeah.
So JFK, after he becomes president, is supposed to go visit Sinatra in California.
Sinatra gets a pad built for the helicopter to land on.
Our group and everything, which, you know, is in and of itself, it's not racist, but it is racist when you actively exclude other people and you do it on the basis of skin color.
And I said, you know, if you had just a situation where there was only white people that showed up, not that they went out of their way to disinvite anybody that wasn't white.
But if you had a situation like that, all those people would be tagged by the Democrats who support Michelle Wu.
You would be tagged as racist simply because there weren't any black people or Asian people or whatever at your party.
Not that you actively excluded them, as she did, but just because you don't have people at your party involved, that makes you racist.
It's amazing to me the double standard and things that you see now happening at universities like Harvard, where it was never okay to be white.
But now, these people, the donors are pulling their money out, and they should.
I mean, these people hate Jewish people.
It could be that they hate the criticism of the policy there, but if they're truly anti-Semitic, they ought to have their money pulled away by the donors.
But they never did it for any anti-white racism.
And all these years, all this stuff happening, all these people getting in trouble because they put up a sign to illustrate We're good to go.
Again, going back to this Harvard thing, it's a lot of baloney, what they claimed.
People weren't about a genocide against Israel.
Maybe one or two people.
All it was was ceasefire now.
And that's what these protests were all about.
But you're not allowed to come out against the Israeli war because you're an anti-Semite.
And again, to make it clear, the people running Israel are not Semites.
They're Ashkenazi Jews from Eastern Europe.
Palestinians are Semites.
Semites are from the Mesopotamia region.
And they're not Semites.
Well, you know, you take a look at what is happening in LA, and they had some really big protests.
And I hate it when people go out and block highways.
That's obnoxious.
That's not the way to get people to come across to your side.
The environmentalists do it all the time.
But you had a massive bunch of people who blocked it.
Now, I only saw one or two outlets that correctly identified the fact that these protesters were Jewish.
There were Jewish progressives, and then you've got Jewish conservatives that are Orthodox Jewish, but you would see places like Breitbart where they would say these are pro-Palestinian protesters.
They wouldn't even mention the fact that they're Jewish.
You can't have any...
It's supposed to be this monolithic thing, and you're not allowed to criticize their president or their prime minister or whatever.
You're not allowed to criticize them politically, because if you do, you're going to get called racist.
But, of course, they call everybody racist.
Whenever they disagree with him, that is now the tactic.
But it's now been adopted by conservatives if you criticize what is being done by Netanyahu.
But they won't even talk about that in L.A. And again, I think that what they did was despicable.
I think that kind of protest is horrible.
People get injured.
We've had the environmentalists cause a woman to become brain dead because they couldn't get the ambulance out of that traffic jam.
And so that kind of stuff is beyond stupid.
But again, it just shows how biased and...
And prejudice the media is in terms of reporting this stuff.
Yeah, this is a full-page ad a few weeks ago in the New York Times.
Mm-hmm, mm-hmm. Jews say ceasefire now.
And this is by the Jewish Voice for Peace.
That's who these protesters are.
A lot of them are Jewish people.
All but one of my Jewish friends is opposed to what's going on.
They all can't stand it.
And again, they only give one side.
Before I was talking about discrimination, again, being an Italian, you know that dirty mafia?
They charge 10% interest rates when you borrow money from them.
Hey, I'm the Goldman Sachs gang.
I'm J.P. Morgan.
I'm CityCard.
I'm MasterCard.
We'll charge you any time with 30%.
Oh, hey about these now.
Buy now, pay later.
36% interest rate.
Yeah. 36% interest rate.
I want to get one of those.
But those dirty guineas, those lousy wops.
Yeah, I wish I could get one of those Corleone cards.
I'd even go with a Tataglia's or whatever.
I would rather have a Mafia credit card than what we've got right now with people like Jamie Demon.
And of course, you know what they're doing.
They're pulling this together.
It's a coordinated effort I talked about earlier this week about how Jamie Demon and J.P. Morgan and Elizabeth Warren are trying to not only come after crypto, But they're really coming after the small and medium-sized banks yet again, just like they did with the Consumer Financial Protection Board.
They want to come after their competitors.
They want to consolidate everything to themselves.
They want to have the only currency out there.
It truly is amazing what megalomaniacs these people are and what crooks they are.
As he attacked crypto everywhere.
Somebody said, oh, you are the guy who's got like $39 billion in fines with your organization, and you've got crypto yourself.
You've got a JP coin or something like that.
I mean, it's crazy the hypocrisy that they have.
It's just like it is with Israeli stuff.
Five felonies.
They've been into five felonies, JP Morgan Chase.
They get a slap on the wrist.
And one of them, they rigged the gold and silver markets for many years and got fined like, I guess it was like $800 million or something.
Chunk change. Chunk change.
They're criminals right in front of your eyes, but it's prosecution to the fullest for we the little people of Slavelandia.
But hey! Hey!
I'm Jamie Dimon!
I'm too big to fail!
And that's going back to the banks taking over everything.
Again, with that slime ball, he should rot in hell, which he will, Bill Clinton, that gave us the Glass-Steagall Act.
Yeah. Oh, yeah.
Did away with it, excuse me.
Did away with the Glass-Steagall Act.
Let the bigs become bigger.
Yeah, every time he got caught with his pants down, bombs away over Baghdad.
Yeah, that Bill Clinton gave you the Yugoslav war.
Oh, yeah, that Bill Clinton...
Yeah, it made the banksters bigger.
So when the crash happened in 2008, and the big banks, $29 trillion the Federal Reserve dumped in to bail out the banksters.
$29 trillion, according to the Levy Institute at Bard College.
Truly is amazing. And so what you were saying, they're just going to get bigger and bigger because here's what no one's talking about.
It's in your Trends Journal.
Only going on now, we've been writing about this for three and a half years, warning about it, and that's the office building bust.
Your office occupancy rate in the United States, according to Castle Systems, is now at the grand total of 50.5%.
Wow.
Your office occupancy rate...
That's your office's occupancy rate.
Your office's vacancy rate is around 20%.
Vacant.
Vacant. How are they going to pay their loans?
They're not. You know who's going to suffer the most?
The small and medium-sized banks.
Yeah. That's right. That's right.
And you saw what happened when When Silicon Valley bank bust and the other ones.
Hey, JPMorgan Chase, here's a deal for you.
Hey, here's a deal. You buy more.
Here's more. That's right.
We're giving you a deal!
Yeah. And they would have been probably the ones who would have been able to buy up the bankrupt businesses anyway, but they get an even better deal.
You know, they aren't going to buy them up out of bankruptcy.
They'll get this all handed to them on a silver platter.
And they got it handed to them when they bailed them out.
You know, that was the thing that really bothers me.
Whenever you talk about these bailouts, everybody said, oh, but we paid it all back.
You paid it back with a 0% interest loan.
They hand you the money and you hand it back and this is supposedly a payout.
And they're doing that for the big banks.
The small banks got regulated by Elizabeth Warren's Consumer Financial Protection Board.
They increased the rules and the paperwork and all the rest of the stuff for making loans.
And now they're looking at I love what they call it.
They call it the Basel three endgame rules.
And now they're talking about how they're going to raise the capital requirements.
And that's another way they're going to squeeze out the small and medium sized banks.
But they did it after the big recession by saying, well, you know, we had easy money here.
There was coming from the big bank, so we're going to make it impossible for anybody but the bigs to loan out any money.
And they always do it saying they're going to regulate the big banks, and that's what they're saying about these new Basel III rules, that this is for the big banks that have a capitalization of $100 billion or more.
But it's directed at the small banks.
They're the ones who can't handle this type of thing.
And look what you just mentioned, Elizabeth Warren.
How about Minnie Mouse?
Look at that arrogant nothing of a clown.
One after another.
I know you like Lindsey Graham.
No, no, no, no.
Chuckie Schumer is the guy for you.
How about Nancy Pelosi?
Adam Schitt. One little clown after another.
That little Mike Johnson.
What a little jerk of...
Look at the little slime balls that are telling us what to do.
One after another.
One after another.
And you know what these people forgot?
Two words.
Public servant.
Yeah, that's right.
Yeah, they don't see it that way.
You're stealing our money.
Yeah. You never worked a day in your life.
You've been sucking off the public tit your whole life like little Bernie Sanders.
Biden watched 60-something years sucking off the public tit.
Yeah, when they say they're there to serve mankind, I always think of that Twilight Zone episode.
When the aliens come and they say, yeah, we're going to serve mankind, and the guy sneaks on board and he finds out it's a cookbook.
That's what these people are doing.
They're trying to serve us up.
It truly is amazing, and it is, you know, what we've seen over and over again.
And yet, what are they focused on?
Well, we got Biden is out there.
He's decided that he's now going to crack down on ceiling fans.
They're worried that somewhere, somebody might have something that's going to make them comfortable or have a little bit of money of their own, so they've got to take that from us, whatever it is, even to the extent of ceiling fans, which a lot of people put that up to try to make sure they don't use as much electricity for things.
But now they want to regulate ceiling fans out of existence.
I didn't hear about this.
What's it going to do? The Biden administration is going to crack down on ceiling fans.
They've got new rules to make them more energy efficient, and so they are going to require that all ceiling fans be re-engineered according to their new specifications to be more energy efficient.
They're not going to presumably yet come around and take them down from your ceiling in case you're using them, but this is the kind of micromanagement.
You can't cook with gas even though Lala Harris and her husband were shown cooking with gas.
You're not allowed to do that.
You can't have a gas heater.
heater you can't have air conditioning anything that's not on their control grid of electricity you got to take that out and now they're even starting to micromanage the appliances to a new level and it's not just ceiling fans it's many appliances and they just want to ban everything out of our life and they want to make it too expensive that's the key thing gerald they want to make it too expensive for us to be able to afford to have these things to replace them when they break you know they don't want to take us back to the medieval times it's I've got to tell you, this is the end of civilization.
We're near the end over here.
It is, yeah. These people are just trying to deconstruct them.
And again, going back to what's going to happen, and it's the war.
World War III has already begun.
And there's going to be a flashpoint that makes it, quote, official.
Like... Pearl Harbor.
You know, that made it official.
I agree. Not like nothing was building up to it.
Not like people don't have a clue about...
Again, you can go to History Today and you can Google it up.
Franklin Roosevelt put sanctions on Japan.
In July, remember, December 7th, right?
Yeah. That is Pearl Harbor.
In July, he seized all Japanese assets in America.
And you know why? Those dirty chaps, they invaded French Indochina.
What are you talking about?
What are the French doing, first of all, in Cambodia, Laos, and Vietnam?
Why? We're stealing their rubber?
We're stealing their tin?
We're raping, pillaging?
We're the French! Oh, how dare those Japanese go in there?
And number two, what do I care?
I'm an American. Yeah.
And then you read it, the United States...
And the Dutch and the British cut off, put sanctions on Japan, and Japan lost three quarters of their global export trade.
And 88% of their imported oil.
They only import 100%.
Can't understand why they bombed Pearl Harbor.
So now, let's go where we are now.
There's going to be a false flag event.
Something is going to happen.
Because Israel is not going to be successful in this.
They're going to ramp it up.
The United States is going to join with them.
And it's going to escalate.
And same thing in Ukraine.
Ukraine has lost. We said they were going to lose from the beginning.
It's in your trends journal.
Oh, yeah. They're going to maybe bomb a nuclear power plant in Russia.
They're going to attack Moscow.
They're going to do something really big or a major false flag event that's going to unite the people again like they stupidly do time and time again to ramp up this war.
And it's going to end with nuclear annihilation.
And again, people should look up the word Samson option.
Yeah, yeah. You know what that is, right?
Oh, yeah. Yeah, yeah.
Pull the temple down.
Israel's losing, they go nuclear.
Go nuclear, yeah. Yeah, it is interesting.
You know, when you look at this and look at, let's say, the Gulf of Tonkin, you know, supposedly it was an American ship that was under attack.
And yet Robert McNamara, before he died, just before he died, he did a documentary and he said, no, that didn't really happen.
We just used it, you know.
And so when you look at what is happening and all the attacks that are happening on shipping there from Yemen and other places, because there's been a longtime civil war there that we have supported.
And so when you look at the tankers that are under attack, but also if they hit, if they get a lucky shot and if they hit an American ship or if they, you know, say that an American ship was hit, whether it was hit or not, just like the Gulf of Tonkin, we're off, you know.
I mean, that's all they need.
And so they've got these tripwires, literally, you know, Pat Buchanan used to talk about how we had tripwires everywhere to get us into a war.
Well, now we've got literal ships there that are being shot at, you know, waiting for one of them to get hit.
Well, for them to say that it got hit, for them to kick this off.
So we really are in a world war that's a cold world war in a sense, even though there's some shooting here.
I mean, they've got these different conflicts going on in the Middle East and with Russia and with China, all these different places.
It really is a world war that is about to go hot.
And they've also got a civil war that is a cold war.
And that's been going on for a very long time.
You've got not just the politics and not just the culture stuff, but now this back and forth over Trump.
I've called Trump the Mason-Dixon line of the new American Civil War.
They're ready, both sides are ready to go to war over Trump.
And both sides are pushing this stuff out.
It truly is amazing to me.
And so we're in a cold war, a cold American civil war.
And that's getting ready to go hot if these people get what they want.
And we've had these big mouths like Joe Biden, all these people saying, well, you know, we've got weapons, we can use them against you if we want.
They're just ditching for this fight.
And now we've got the Obamas putting a movie out about it.
It's truly amazing. Disgusting.
You mentioned McNamara, right?
Yeah. This is my book, Trends 2000.
This was an international bestseller, 1996.
You ready? Yeah. In his 1995 book, in retrospect, Tragedy and Lessons of Vietnam, former Secretary of Defense Robert McNamara finally revealed what an entire generation had known for 30 years,
that our, quote, democratic government foisted the Vietnam War upon the public, knowing full well that Vietnam has no threat to our national security, that, quote, the war was wrong, this is his quote, terribly wrong, And we say could not be won anyhow.
Robert McNamara now states we were terribly wrong.
He should be... Listen to this.
Robert McNamara now states that, quote, we were terribly wrong.
He should be tried as a war criminal.
His dogmatic policies resulted in the most terrible tragedy this country has suffered since the Civil War.
We call for a tribunal for Bosnia.
Why not for McNamara?
Do the Israelis forgive the Holocaust because the perpetrators have aged?
Neither should we. McNamara ranks with Hitler.
And Stalin as a perpetrator of crimes against humanity.
This is by Curtis D. Westfall, retired Air Force Colonel, Austin, Texas, letter to the editor, USA Today, April 11th, 1995.
Yeah. Oh, he's absolutely right.
And you know, the funny thing about it is McNamara knew that as well.
And that thing, Errol Morris is a really good filmmaker for these types of documentaries.
The first one that I saw of his that was really good was The Thin Blue Line.
He started out by interviewing people who were on death row.
And he found this one guy who was on death row because he had been accused and convicted of killing a police officer.
And as he got really...
Interested in that story because, you know, they all say that they didn't do it, but he really believed this guy didn't do it.
And as he started to investigate it, he actually got the murderer to confess, the guy who really killed him, and got this other guy out of jail.
And so he got McNamara in the same way he got McNamara to confess.
He has this situation where he would just kind of disarm people.
He was an investigator before he became a filmmaker.
And he would just engage people in this long, you know, long-form interview where after a while their guard gets down and they confess to murder.
In this particular case, McNamara confesses that it's a false flag and all the rest of the stuff.
and then he pulls back to try to cover up Fort Gerald and he says well you know what we did in Vietnam was not nearly as bad as what we did at the end of World War II and the massive bombing of Dresden and other things like if we'd lost that war we would have been tried as war criminals and so what he's trying to do is to pivot and put this war that oh we that was a good war World War II so if we didn't prosecute those guys we shouldn't prosecute Magnumare for this
it was pretty clear what he was trying to do, but it really was an amazing film to watch that, and it Yeah. Yeah.
Yeah. In April 1995, President Clinton stated, ready for this? There is no right to resort to violence when you don't get your way.
There is no right to kill people.
There is no right to kill people.
Those who claim such rights are wrong and un-American.
And we go on to write, President Clinton had eventually forgotten the massacre at Waco, Texas, or his own 1993 bombing of Iraq.
Yeah. That was in retaliation for a discovered Iraqi plot to assassinate former President George Bush on his visit to Kuwait.
But since the CIA pamphlet teaching operations how to assassinate unacceptable foreign leaders had been made public not long before the moral stance of this issue was hardly justified.
And we keep going on about all the wars.
And they make these lines about, again, those who claim such rights are wrong and un-American, there is no right to kill people.
They speak so properly and then they commit murder.
And people don't like me because they don't like my language.
So in other words, you have to be like an Obama.
Folks, we're getting rid of that guy Gaddafi because he's not good to his people.
Folks. Always folking, folking us.
Folks, folks, folks.
And people swallow that crap.
Yeah. When you speak proper language, they don't like it.
They don't like it.
That's what this whole thing is.
They use lying language.
And if people haven't left kindergarten, they still believe the garbage being spewed out.
Oh, yeah. Yeah.
They come across very smooth with them.
Well, we've got a couple of people who have made some comments, Gerald.
On Rockfin, Gregory Dish, thank you very much.
He says, for the tip, he says, Happy Holidays to you and your family, and also to my friend, Gerald Salenti.
You guys are real fighters, so that's from Gregory Dish to you, Gerald.
And also, this is from North American House Hippo on Rumble.
Thank you for the tip. He says, David, I appreciate Gerald's frequent appearances.
Have you ever approached Judge Napolitano about coming on as well?
No, I haven't.
Maybe I should get you to introduce me to him.
Yeah.
And that'd be good.
I'd like to have his comment on some of these constitutional things.
Because I tell you, you know, it truly is.
And, of course, I remember Napolitano years and years ago talking about the FBI and how they set people up.
And yet, you know, it just disgusts me to see not only this profligate spending where there is no accounting whatsoever in this defense bill, but also just standing by and letting the FBI abuse this stuff.
As I said about the FISA stuff, you know, it was set up to stop the surveillance.
And instead, what they use is as a tool to do surveillance, right?
And so they've perverted not only the Constitution, but they've also perverted the FISA Act to give them an excuse to look at people.
And it truly is amazing that what you see coming out of this Republican Congress is they're not only giving them a go-ahead on this legal prevarication, But they're building them a bigger building with the FBI and all the rest of this.
There's no reform going to happen inside of Washington.
I mean, it's just business as usual with all of these people.
Again, we've got two lousy, stinking parties running this country for how many?
A hundred years? I mean, since the Civil War?
You've got two parties?
Since the Civil War, we've had two.
I mean, it's a joke.
It's a joke.
They're a crime syndicate.
Hey, banks are too big to fail.
You're just a piece of crap.
They're murderers and thieves.
How many wars do they both support?
And going back to that bill that was just passed, more than two-thirds of the U.S. House of Representatives voted in favor of the defense bill.
$886 billion dollars.
And here's how this is from AP. You ready?
In annual military spending and authorizes policies such as aid for Ukraine and pushback against China in the Indo-Pacific.
What the hell do I care about China in the Indo-Pacific?
That's none of my business.
I'm an American. No, I'm not an isolationist.
I'm an American.
Because I believe in people like these people can't stand.
They may have heard of the guy.
His name was George Washington.
And he warns the American people not to become involved in foreign entanglements.
Let me see if I can find it here.
I had the quote.
I don't know what I did with it. Anyway, oh, here it is.
You ready? It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any position of a foreign world.
This is Washington's farewell address.
The first president of the United States, and a real man, Lloyd Austin, former general that slaughtered people in Afghanistan and Iraq, a real man that actually fought, not like you, because maybe you're too fat to fight, This is a real warrior.
This is his farewell address who you can't stand because you call people like me a disgrace because I don't want to get involved in wars.
This is Washington's quote.
But maybe you can't hear this because the money bells are ringing in your ears because your last job...
We're sitting on the board of directors of Raytheon, the second largest defense contractor in the United States, and you made about $7 million.
So let me read this, Lloyd, and maybe you can hear it.
It is our true policy to steer clear of permanent alliances with any portion of the foreign world.
Observe good faith and justice toward all nations.
Cultivate peace and harmony with all.
The nation which indulges towards another in habitual hatred or in habitual fondness, you ready, is in some degree a slave.
It is a slave to its animosity or to its affection.
Either of which is sufficient to lead it astray from its duties and interests.
Attachment of one nation for another produces a variety of evils.
Sympathy for the favorite nation facilitating the illusion of an imaginary common interest in cases where no real common interest exists.
And infusing into one the enmities of the other betrays the former into a participation of quarrels and wars of the latter without adequate inducement or justification.
Yeah, that's amazing. .
I like what I said about slaves to animosity or affections and yet, that's part of it.
They get to you at a very visceral level, but now we are slaves to fear as well.
Everybody clamoring for safety for everything.
That's always a natural reaction.
It's one of the reasons that we have government.
But when it becomes the overriding thing in your life, Yeah, Franklin and others talked about that as well.
You know, those who give up liberty for safety, for the promise of safety, because they don't get safety.
It's just the promise that they get.
And so that's where we are right now.
And it truly is an amazing amount of propaganda.
I had a comment while you were reading on Rockfin.
Thank you for the tips.
Happy Friday, David.
I think some wires got crossed.
A preview you played is from a different movie called Civil War.
This is why I played these things and I said, wait a minute, it's looking like some people are already rating this and yet they're talking about how this Obama movie is coming out.
So I played some clips from the Obama movie.
I played some clips from that. They're so similar to each other.
And I think this is what Hollywood is typically doing when they would cannibalize things and have Armageddon, you'd have a deep impact and all the rest of stuff.
But it really is predictive programming.
They do cannibalize each other.
It is funny.
You have a big budget film that comes out.
I used to see this because we used to have video stores that have a really big budget film.
And it'd be a theme of like, you know, there's an asteroid coming.
That's what he's talking about here with Armageddon and Deep Impact.
So there's this big budget asteroid film.
And so before that makes it out, somebody hurries up and does a cheaper budget thing.
And then there's somebody that does an even cheaper budget thing.
And so you have like two or three of them coming in.
Same plotline because they cannibalize this.
But at the same time, I think that there's more than that now.
I think it really is predictive programming that is coming from these people.
They want to do their reset.
And I think what they want to do, Gerald, is I think they want to program everybody to have this digital ID. That seems to be the thing they keep coming back to now.
Since they had the pandemic and now with the climate stuff, everything keeps coming back to the ID. The CBDC stuff is coming back to the ID. You think this next year, what do you think they're going to do to push that agenda along?
I don't know. They're going to do it.
Again, that was one of the covers of our magazine going back some four years ago, from dirty cash to digital trash.
And again, it's the whole one of our top trends for 2023.
AI, we own you.
And that's what it's all it is.
And it's only going to keep getting worse and worse.
We certainly nailed it when you talked about the interest rate stuff.
I mean, you've been saying that they're going to lower it for the election.
But then you called it.
You said it's going to be much earlier.
And so we saw this last couple of weeks since we talked.
We've seen massive reactions on the stock market as Powell comes out and says, yeah, yeah, we're going to cut it back by 75 basis points.
They're going to do more than 75.
That's what they're saying. They're going to do more than 75.
They're going to do everything they can to keep pushing.
They do it all the time in the run-up.
You called it a reality show before.
We own the trademark presidential reality show.
That's good. So, that's all it is.
It's a reality show. Yeah.
And so, what they're going to do, look who is our Treasury Secretary.
Ms. Fatsha Bruth.
Janet Yellen. Mm-hmm.
What was the last job?
I was sitting on the board.
She was the head of the Federal Reserve?
Wait a minute. The former head of the Federal Reserve is America's Treasury Secretary?
Mm-hmm. Who's running the country?
Can't you see? What are you, stupid?
Well, I don't know. Who's running the country?
You mean the banksters are running the country?
And they're not going to lose it.
They'll do everything to keep her in there.
Or another federal head in there.
They're running the country in front of our eyes, and most of the country's too blind to see it.
So they're going to lower interest rates to boost the economy up.
They're not going to care about inflation.
So that means gold prices are going to really escalate next year.
Yeah, so they're really going to escalate next year.
And I've noticed that they're already starting to release the oil as well.
Start to ramp that up.
Evidently, they're just going to pull out all the stops, aren't they, to make everybody get kind of a sugar high.
I think when it's really going to get dangerous is after the election, because then they're going to start pulling all the rug out from us at the same time.
You got it.
Yeah, this next year, they're going to do everything to make us sit back and get all fat and sassy.
They do it all the time.
Yeah, that's the pattern, isn't it?
Yeah, a lot of people said, so, you know, you've got the World Economic Forum saying, yeah, we're going to have this massive cyber attack, cyber polygon, everything.
Sometime by 2025, everybody's saying, well, I think it's going to happen next year.
I think it's more likely that they'll do it after the election, just like they pulled off 9-11 right after the election, regardless of who gets elected.
No, 9-11 happened again.
Let me see. Here's your trends journal.
Because the financial markets are there, right?
Yep, here it is. This is from when it used to be a quarterly, fall 1999.
Dot-com this.
Dot-com overload will short-circuit many high expectations for huge profits in internet commerce, entertainment, and a wide array of dot-com services.
Following the holiday season, many of today's high-flying internet stocks, the hottest IPOs, and newly emerging IPO wannabes will have begun a deep descent from their overvalued heights.
And we go on to say that it'll crash by the second quarter of 2000.
It crashed in March of 2000.
Bush gets elected.
We're in a deep recession.
His little Georgie Bush's ratings were in the toilet.
All of a sudden, 9-11 happens.
Everybody forgot about the dot-com bust.
Everybody forgot about it, and they created the phony real estate market.
When all else fails, they take you to war.
The War on Terror.
Look how our lives have been destroyed since the War on Terror.
Oh, yeah. Yeah. Completely reset the government at that point in time.
And I think the other shoe to drop was this pandemic thing.
I think they have set a lot of precedents with this pandemic, and they practiced it.
First practice that they had of it was two months before 9-11.
And so I think all the...
You look at these... These massive events like this and how they reset society's expectations and people's perceptions and how it is always used to push us into a more authoritarian government.
That's why I say to people, you've got to understand what is happening so you don't fall for this again.
We've fallen for it.
With 9-11, and we fell for it again with this pandemic, the vast majority of people in all these different countries, if people understand that this is one of the reasons why they want to control speech so much, because they've got their plans out there, and they don't want people who are going to repeat those plans.
With all due respect, I would suggest you not call it a pandemic.
Because the World Health Organization called it a pandemic, On March 11th, 2020, the COVID war was launched in China on Chinese Lunar New Year, the Year of the Rat, in January 2020.
January, February to March 11th, the grand total of 4,219 people died, allegedly, from the coronavirus.
Wait a minute. 4,000 people of 8 billion in a course of two months died and you're calling it a pandemic?
That's right. We're the World Health Organization.
You spelt it wrong. It's W-H-O-R-E. World Horror Organization.
Number two.
Not my numbers, the official numbers.
Again, not counting the people that you broke your neck on a motorcycle or something, but you got tested positive for COVID. They put you down as dying of COVID. Forgetting that, even putting those numbers in, the grand total of 99.93% Other people are still alive as a result of the coronavirus.
Oh yeah. It wasn't a pandemic.
I agree. This is how history is rewritten.
So when people read this, oh there was a pandemic back in 2020.
It was not a pandemic.
I agree. The numbers are not, this is not a black plague where 60% of Europe was wiped out.
Oh, I agree. I always say, I call it the pandemic MacGuffin and the climate MacGuffin.
I don't believe either of those are real.
I don't believe the climate crisis is a crisis.
I don't believe the pandemic was a crisis.
And so when I talk about it, you know, from that standpoint, using their terminology...
I don't believe this came from a lab.
I think that's a distraction, all this stuff to go back again and look at the origin.
The bioweapon was the vaccine, and we can clearly see that now.
If you go back and you look at whether it's New Zealand or Australia or the U.S. or the U.K., you can clearly see that when people started dying, it was when they started rolling this vaccine out and mandating and coercing it.
And so we know that's the bioweapon, and they want you to think about some lab in China, so you get angry at China.
And so they cover up their crime.
Oh, yeah, I understand that.
But, you know, they use these things, and they always, I call them a MacGuffin because of, you know, Hitchcock, the way he talked about it.
He said, MacGuffin, it doesn't matter what it is.
You know, it could be a pandemic.
It could be a climate narrative.
But it's always to get you to accept, to motivate everybody to do what they want to do.
And what they want to do is the same, whether they say we're all going to die from a pandemic or we're all going to die from a climate change.
It's always the same thing that they want from this stuff, and they've always wanted this from the very beginning.
Yeah. So I'm just suggesting not to use the word pandemic.
Yeah, yeah. Because it was not a pandemic.
Well, I agree. Yeah, I agree.
I usually team it up with MacGuffin.
And I've said that so much, sometimes I just drop it off.
Well, I agree. And that's where we are now.
And so the question is, you know, what is it that they're going to do to take us to the next step?
You know, as Patrick said, yeah, war.
It's going to be war. Yeah. It's going to be, again, war.
Going back to the dot-com bust, then the war on terror, 88% of the people were stupid enough to swallow the crap coming out of little Georgie Bush's mouth.
We're going to get that guy Osama bin Laden dead or alive!
That's a quote.
And the people believed it.
The Afghan war, the longest war in American history...
Stole trillions of dollars of our money to kill hundreds of thousands of people for no reason at all.
They're going to get us into war and the people are going to buy it.
I'm a Yankee doodle dandy.
Yankee doodle do or die.
Yeah.
Yeah, it really is looking a lot like, you know, the war to end all wars a century ago.
Everybody just getting drawn into this thing without there really even being a cause for it.
Yeah, it looks like it's repeating.
Well, that's one of the reasons why they're pushing so hard to try to censor things, because that's the one thing that is necessary for them, and that is to have control of people's minds.
And that is another concern.
They've never had, you know, the fight is really over, I think, access to information over the Internet.
That's one of the reasons why they're pushing all these control tools, because if you can get that information out, Then their lies don't work anymore.
So that's why they have to come down without any hesitation.
And any other time they would be truly ashamed of being this authoritarian.
But they've got to do it for their very own survival so they can push this through.
And as Fauci said in October, before they started this so-called pandemic stuff, they said, how are we going to get people to take untested vaccines?
On an annual basis, I said, well, you do it from the inside, you do it with chaos, and you do it iteratively.
And that's the way they do everything.
It's from the inside, it's with chaos, and it's iterative as it's heading through there.
What else is on your radar here as we're getting close to the end of the year?
Well, again, it's very important that people really look at the facts of what's going on.
The equity markets have nothing to do with reality.
And there's a great article in this week's Trends Journal by Gregory Manarino about that.
As things crash, the markets may still go up.
But you have to look at what's going on around the world.
Germany's in a recession.
Europe is essentially in a recession.
Japan's in a recession.
Export trade is way down.
China's doing terrible.
Each week...
Again, what's being reported...
On the luxury scale, all the luxury companies, sales are going way down.
So when the people stop buying at the top, you know it's really bad at the bottom.
So after this holiday season, we're going to really start feeling the pressures.
But again, you're going to see the Federal Reserve start lowering interest rates.
And that's going to artificially prop up the market.
But gold prices next year...
Minus a wild card, should be well over $2,400 an ounce, is our forecast.
Wow. As we're speaking now, it's about $2,036 an ounce.
And so that's about 20% up.
Yep. Easily.
And what's also important to look at, very important, is all of the underdeveloped nations, the emerging markets, they're all crashing.
going to default on their debt.
But more importantly, there's going to be a great migrant crisis that's going to escalate dramatically.
So if you think you have a bad migrant crisis right now, it's going to be a lot worse because people are going to be escaping their countries because of lack of basic living standards.
Government corruption, crime, violence.
And that's going to cause a that's going to be a civil war right there as well.
I mean, they're doing that intentionally, but as you're saying, people who are trying to escape from this.
But what do they do? It's just like that island in Italy where they had 6,000 people who lived there.
And all of a sudden, within a couple of months, they've got 18,000 people who have self-migrated into this small island.
They don't have any place to live.
They don't have any place to work or to feed themselves.
And so that's going to, in and of itself, create chaos and civil war, even if it wasn't different people groups that may not even be able to talk to each other linguistically.
So that's going to be a big issue.
Yeah, I agree. Yep. Huge!
And by the way, you could thank the Nobel Peace of Crap Prize winner Barack Obama for this, along with that little slimeball Cameron over there in the UK, and Sarkozy in France, that did away with Gaddafi.
Oh, and if only women were in charge, Hillary Clinton, Samantha Power, Susan Rice, Gaddafi has to go.
Gaddafi warned, the video is there, if you get rid of me, you are going to have a flood of migrants and refugees flooding into Europe.
He warns them.
They wipe out Gaddafi, and that's the beginning of the surge.
