	We'll also talk about the other V that is happening today.
	Not a victory, but there is voting, and that's the Electoral College.
	So as we see the big case shut down by the Supreme Court, and as we see the Electoral College meeting today, I did an article.

	This election flunked elementary school.
	I'm going to talk about the dates.
	You know, what is the process moving forward here?
	What are the opportunities?
	What are the problems and the obstacles that are here?
	You know, there was an interesting comment.
	Reason Magazine mocked Rudy Giuliani.
	They said, well, he says that election fraud is easily provable.
	And, yep, can't be proven in court or whatever.
	Something to that effect.
	And he should know.
	Because we've seen 9-11.
	Easily provable that what the government says happened, the government's version of a conspiracy, didn't actually happen.
	Could not happen.
	Three buildings collapsed into their footprint.
	Didn't even tumble sideways at all, just straight down.
	Only two of them had been hit by a plane.
	The other one, they had the owner there, Silverstein, said pull it.
	Had a lot of witnesses to that.
	You had the BBC pointing out that Building 7, that third building that wasn't hit by a plane, had collapsed 20 minutes before it did.
	You had pilots saying that those planes, who had flown those planes, said that those planes cannot be flown at that altitude and that speed.
	I know because I've flown them for decades.
	I've instructed people on it.
	So we have architects and engineers who have pulled this apart, deconstructed this lie.
	We've had pilots who've done it.
	We've had people who were there on the ground.
	And yet, have you been able to prove it?
	Exactly what happened?
	This is why it was never that, along with what we have seen from our judiciary.
	Why is it that all of our elected officials and the executive branch and the legislative branches, both at the federal level and at the state levels, why do they always now defer to the judiciary?
	Do you remember before all of this COVID stuff started?
	Before we had undeclared martial law, lockdown, in preparation for the vaccines and the tracking, the imposition of the Great Reset UN 2030 agenda, all this sort of thing, that has now been rolled out on us under Trump.
	Before all that happened, I kept saying, we've got to stop judicial tyranny.
	We've got to stop appealing to them for everything that we want to do.
	And of course, that has been one of the key failures of the Trump administration, that like every other administration, and government at every level, was not unique to President Trump.
	Hopefully.
	You know, I was hoping that he might do something different, but he hasn't.
	He's gone right down that path.
	And so, we've had the Supreme Court tell President Trump that he cannot get rid of the executive orders of the previous president, Obama, when it comes to DACA.
	You had the Obama administration saying, well, we're not going to enforce immigration laws.
	And they said, OK, that stays now.
	That stays now.
	And President Trump cannot have an executive order saying we are going to enforce the law.
	That's the courts.
	So if you think that you're going to get some justice out of the court system, think again.
	But we're going to start first with the vaccine rollout.

	It is day 273 of America Lockdown.
	273 days.
	That's the number of days that it takes for them to create a vaccine.
	That was always their plan.
	To create a vaccine, to make sure, and we've already got the airlines kicking people off.
	I've got a video.
	Of a young mother, she and her husband, and their two-year-old child who would not wear a mask, thrown off of a plane, permanently banned by United.
	It's not just Delta, it's all of these people.
	And they're all bragging about how you will not go anywhere on a plane unless you have a vaccine certificate.
	This is the way it's going to roll out.
	It's not going to be mandated, I don't think, by government.
	I mean, there'll be some Democrats who will try to do it, and if they can get away with it, they'll roll with it.
	But it's going to be even easier for them to do it, and it's the same way that President Trump and the Republicans would do it.
	The easiest way for them to do it is just to have the corporations force you.
	And they will force the small businesses if they're able to survive.
	Now, we had Bill Gates on a Sunday show yesterday, and he said, oh, another couple of years still.
	We've still got some small businesses alive.
	We've got to get rid of those.
	We've got the Pope out there talking about something that he calls inclusive capitalism.
	It is nothing but fascism.
	With a veneer of Marxist envy and rhetoric.
	That's what inclusive capitalism is.
	It's fascism.
	We're going to have the government merge with the corporations, and we're going to dictate, the government's going to dictate what the corporations do, and the corporations, if they want to survive, will do exactly what we say.
	And, of course, that's going to be some things like, you know, making sure that people wear the masks.
	Making sure, as we've already seen, what happened, you know, First Amendment had to be killed first for a reason.
	And the tactics that they used to kill the First Amendment Are what they're going to use to implement forced vaccination.
	Well, the corporations did it.
	That's fine.
	Conservatives love it when corporations... Corporations can do no evil.
	And the Democrats will use whatever they can get.
	They'll use the corporations as well.
	I mean, there's... It's a myth that corporations only, you know, support the Republican Party.
	No, no, no.
	They give more money to the Democrats than they do the Republicans.
	But the Republicans and the Libertarians don't think that a corporation can ever do anything wrong.
	Democrats, and of course the government, can do nothing right.
	Democrats are just the opposite.
	No, of course.
	Government can never do anything wrong.
	Corporations can never do anything right.
	But here, what we're talking about here is the combination of those two fallacies, in the wrong way.
	See, I would say neither of them can do anything right, especially if they're really big and acting in collusion.
	However, the whole idea of inclusive capitalism being sold to us by the globalists, fronted by the Pope, Now, he's put out a video about it.
	Oh, moral case for communism.
	The inclusive capitalism basically combines both of them.
	The worst aspects of both.
	Big business and big government.
	That's what Hitler did.
	That's why fascism is not simply hyper-nationalism.
	Fascism is a combination in the Control of big corporations by the government, the two of them working in conjunction.
	That's the definition of economic.
	That's the economic definition of fascism.
	And so we're going to take a look at that coming up as well.
	What Bill Gates had to say.
	We'll take a look at the Electoral College.
	What remains at this point after the Supreme Court and after the Electoral College votes today?
	I mean, they still have to.
	Is there a way that this can be adjudicated?
	After this process.
	So we're going to take a look at that.
	I'll probably take some of your calls on that.
	I'd like to hear what you have to say.
	I wrote an article about it, so I'll tell you my opinion, and then you can give me yours later in the program.
	But let's take a look at the vaccine first, because this is where this is always headed.
	This is always the plan, folks.
	I said at the top of the program, you know, that people are looking at this and saying, how could this be?
	The fraud is so in your face.
	It is so obvious about this election.
	How could it be?
	That we can't overturn this?
	Well, some of us have been saying that for 20 years about 9-11.
	And if you understand, it's not just the Patriot Act.
	What was put in place was kind of a, you know, a sleeper cell, if you will, right?
	For part two.
	So the vaccine comes to you in two parts, and so does the tyranny of 9-11.
	The first part was obvious and immediate.
	It was the Patriot Act, the most unpatriotic reorganization of our country that we've ever seen.
	Called it the Patriot Act.
	And now we have a vaccine to save everybody, and it's exactly the opposite of that.
	A vaccine to free you from the lockdown.
	Oh no, it's exactly the opposite of that.
	The vaccine will be used to lock you down.
	Just like the Patriot Act.
	It's not there to defend the country.
	And of course, the two of them were created at exactly the same time.
	As a matter of fact, this lockdown plan, this dark winter simulation, this idea that we would have a pandemic, and we would have to impose draconian, tyrannical measures, and we would have to approve a vaccine at light speed, at warp speed even, that was all done as part of the dark winter.
	Simulation.
	And they've had a simulation every year.
	John Hopkins and these other institutions and the government have worked for 20 years doing these simulations.
	That was done three months before.
	On the basis of that, they use that and a false flag about an anthrax attack right after, a week after the 9-11 attacks.
	So they had run their simulation.
	They do the anthrax attack.
	Nobody was ever Went to jail or prosecuted for that anthrax attack, but it was used to push the Model State Health Emergency Powers Act out to the various states to give themselves the power to do what they're doing right now.
	And now we're getting part two, just like our two-part vaccine that's coming out.
	And of course, President Trump, with his executive orders, incentivized it financially.
	That's what Republicans do.
	Republicans will lock in and establish The crazy idea is the Democrats like universal basic income.
	That's what the stimulus is.
	Everybody's talking about that now.
	They're talking in other countries.
	They're very clear.
	Oh yeah, you know, stimulus, that's basically universal basic income.
	And we should make that permanent.
	And we should make the tracking permanent.
	And we should take everything from everybody and track you everywhere.
	And the vaccine was a central aspect of that today.
	So now President Trump is so proud of his accomplishment, his crowning accomplishment.
	As a matter of fact, over the weekend he talked to Brian Kilmeade, and first of all they talked about the Supreme Court.
	President Trump aired his grievances.
	Festivus comes early this year.
	He didn't say what his plans were, but of course that's secret.
	It's 40 chests.
	He's got a plan.
	Trust it.
	And then they went into the vaccine and they talked about that for a great deal of time.
	And that's the thing that he's so proud of.
	And of course, Fox is proud of that, too.
	News Corp is pushing the vaccine with President Trump.
	You can see they're calling it V-Day, too.
	I just see this on the New York Post today.
	V-Day.
	They're excited about that.
	In Australia, they're so excited about it.
	Sky News, which is also run by Murdoch.
	Fox News Corp.
	And here's what he had to say to Brian Kilmeade about the vaccine.

	Number one, the vaccine's going to start rolling.
	What is going to be going through your mind as FedEx, UPS, those flights go to 600 separate sites in all 50 states, a vaccine rolling in?
	What's going to be going through your mind?
	If I wasn't president, according to almost everybody, even the enemy, If I wasn't president, you wouldn't have a vaccine for five years, okay?
	I pushed the FDA and companies and everybody else involved like nobody's ever been pushed before, and now you have it rolling out.
	And frankly, they could have done it last week.
	They could have even done it a week sooner, and they heard from me.
	But this has been a great- They heard from me.
	A really medical miracle.
	They call it a medical miracle.
	And it's going to have a tremendous impact.

	Globalists are taking control of the entire human genome.

	As a matter of fact, when you look at this, as people are talking about how wonderful it is that President Trump has been able to do this in five years, they talk about the fact that the shortest they've ever had for a vaccine development was four years.
	And of course, you've had 32 years of legal immunity to these vaccine companies.
	It was put in by Fouch, the grouch.
	And that was his Christmas present to them.
	You get the lump of coal injected into your arm.
	But after he gave them the legal immunity, they were supposed to.
	HHS and these other organizations were supposed to track the adverse reactions for the rewards that they hand out in an arbitration process, just to make sure that the awards are not too high.
	And each of these vaccines comes with a tax that goes into a pool, and then that's handed out by the government.
	They've handed out several billion dollars.
	I think last count is somewhere around four billion dollars.
	Of very small awards.
	I mean, they, you know, you could have had some juries shut this down like they did with other product liability when you show that these people really don't care about safety.
	So that's why Fauci put it over there.
	And that's why these people have been focusing on vaccines.
	You remember a few years ago, they said, well, we're not going to be doing any more antibiotic research.
	We're going to be focusing on vaccines.
	It had nothing to do with science.
	It had everything to do with Wall Street.
	You know, it's a good business model to make a product for which you can't ever have any liability.
	It doesn't matter if you didn't do the testing.
	It doesn't matter if there was gross negligence in the manufacturing of it.
	You have no liability!
	I mean, wouldn't Ford love to do that with the Pinto?
	Right?
	That's why the film is so important that Dr. Wakefield did, 1986, The Act.
	You have to understand the underlying fraud of this.
	And now after 35 years, Fauci has been able to extend that model, with the threat of COVID, extend this to other countries.
	Other countries are now doing this for this vaccine.
	And he has been able to get Trump to pay for their research and development, to pay for the manufacturing of the vaccines, And to make sure that everybody's going to have it.
	Because let me tell you, everybody, you are delusional if you think that it's not going to be forced upon you.
	Absolutely delusional.
	And I see this.
	This is part of the Trump derangement syndrome.
	There's two sides to that coin.
	You have the people on the left who hate President Trump so Viscerally, that they criticize everything that he does and they spend everything that he does in the wrong way.
	And then you have the conservatives who love President Trump so much that they can never see anything that he does as being wrong.
	Oh no!
	Trust the plan.
	He's playing 4-D chess.
	Oh, I know he'll do the right thing.
	He would never... I don't want to criticize... Don't criticize President Trump!
	Boy, people get so upset with me for criticizing President Trump.
	When he does the wrong thing, he needs to be criticized.
	Because, as I said from the very beginning, let's say that he's in the back of a canoe and he's trying to steer it with his oar, and you've got people on both sides of the canoe paddling.
	Now, the left side is always paddling very hard.
	The right side will paddle a little bit and then they'll stop, and they'll paddle a little bit and then they'll stop.
	Well, President Trump in, they completely stopped paddling altogether.
	Now, if President Trump were steering in the back as hard as he could, and you aren't pedaling on the right, When it's going the wrong direction.
	But I'm not really too sure which way he's staring either, quite frankly.
	At this point, we've had 273 days of this lockdown.
	273 days of three executive orders that empowered all these governors, Democrat and Republican, to act like petty tyrants forever.
	Forever!
	They're still in place.
	And to incentivize them financially to do that.
	And so we've had a lot of Republicans take him up on the deal.
	You know, when you had the 55 mile an hour speed limit put in by Nixon, he got that enacted at state levels by giving them incentives.
	And of course, you know, they wanted the revenue as well.
	They, you know, you give people tickets for going over 55 miles an hour and an interstate system was designed for cars in the 1950s to go 70 miles an hour and much lower traffic.
	So you give people tickets and you enforce an artificially low speed limit And we'll give you more highway funds.
	And you keep the revenue as well.
	It's the same thing they did with the war on drugs.
	So don't tell me that Trump has nothing to do with what's going on in the states.
	He has everything to do with it.
	Everybody understood it was Nixon's 55 mile an hour speed limit.
	Even though it was enforced and enacted at the local levels.
	You incentivize something, you set out guidelines and recommendations, and you throw cash at people to do all those guidelines and recommendations?
	It's yours.
	You own it.
	The buck stops at the presidential desk in the Oval Office.
	Wake up!
	The election happened a long time ago.
	And President Trump doesn't have to pander to any public opinion about this.
	He could easily do the right thing and stop this.
	Instead, he is bragging about his vaccine program.
	The FDA action came on Friday, came after the White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows, who I also used to like, on Friday told the FDA Commissioner Stephen Hahn to be prepared to submit his resignation if the agency did not clear the vaccine by the end of the day.
	I tweeted that out and I said, well, there you go.
	Do you still think that Trump doesn't want this as badly or more so than Bill Gates?
	I think he wants it more than Bill Gates does.
	Bill Gates has got other irons in the fire.
	Trump is looking at this as his legacy.
	And they said, oh, this is under condition of anonymity.
	You're going to believe mainstream media?
	Don't believe me.
	Don't believe mainstream media.
	Don't believe social media.
	Believe President Trump as he is trolling these people.
	You know, he's saying, oh, these big, old, slow turtles of the FDA, they better do something about it.
	Furious about this.
	So yeah, it sounds exactly like something he would say.
	Sounds like, exactly like something Mark Meadows would do.
	You get it done by the end of the day or you're fired.
	Meadows' threat followed months of efforts by FDA scientists to try to ward off President Trump's importuning on the vaccine and to keep the review process apolitical and transparent in hopes of boosting public confidence in the shots.
	So here's mainstream media's spin on this.
	This is the part you shouldn't trust.
	They're already throwing President Trump under the bus for this, right?
	At the same time, they rejoice that we have a vaccine and say this has created a new paradigm for vaccine development.
	Oh, we're being saved by big pharmaceutical companies and our bureaucracies at the FDA and the CDC.
	If only President Trump would let them do their job right.
	But he really rushed them.
	And what they're doing is, they're giving him the bait.
	And he's taking it.
	If there's a massive Adverse reaction to this.
	And there could be.
	There's going to be adverse reactions to it that they'll cover up if it is so big that they can't cover it up.
	They will blame it all on President Trump.
	We did a fantastic job but he just rushed us a little bit too much.
	And so, uh, they have, you know, created the noose and he stuck his head in it and he stuck your head in it as well.
	This is not just about politics.
	This is where the rubber meets the road.
	This is where the government comes after you.
	That's why I'm not having any of it.
	Yesterday it announced a global government corporate alliance to redistribute wealth and create a planetary universal income, which of course the United Nations and global corporations will control through the apps on your phone and finally a chip under your skin.
	It's all now completely official.

	All right, we have now got everybody patting themselves on the back on V-Day here, saying it has created a new paradigm for vaccine development.
	Well, no, actually, that paradigm was created with Dark Winter in July of 2001.
	They did the simulation.
	They said, oh, look, we've got a pandemic here.
	In that particular case, it was a bioweapon that was released in Oklahoma City, smallpox.
	So they bring in a simulation, it's run by John Hopkins and people in the government and they made recommendations and of course everybody died because the government wasn't authoritarian enough to shut everything down.
	And they didn't approve the vaccine quickly enough.
	And they've been running that simulation every year.
	The final one was 2019, last fall, event 201.
	But every year they run a simulation and they bring in these people for a couple of days and they have fake news events that are supposedly reacting to their decisions.
	The whole thing is a psyop for the people who are going to be pushing this stuff out there.
	It's like the Rand Corporation has been doing for the longest time with Agenda 21 in various cities.
	They would hold these, they'd give notifications, all concerned citizens come down here and we're going to talk to you about what we can do to make our community more sustainable.
	They already had a plan.
	They knew exactly what they wanted to do and so they wanted to steer you in that direction.
	And if you asked uncomfortable questions, you were kind of moved out to the You know, easily shifted off to the side.
	Well, that's how they've been doing the simulation every year.
	So that vaccine paradigm was created back in 2001.
	And they used it to push out the legal underpinnings in that year for the Model State Health Emergency Powers Act.
	But you know, this is such a radical thing.
	And of course we're all looking at this saying, what is going on?
	This is so radical.
	Well, they've been preparing the people in government to not think of this as radical, but as a necessary thing.
	They've been preparing them for two decades.
	You just haven't been paying attention.

	No, no, we're watching football and we're watching, you know, MTV.

	Now you're going to have to have a vaccine in order to live your life.

	And the Republicans and Democrats will, you know, compete with different groups as to see who is essential and who gets more money than other groups and so forth.
	And that's what the elections will be based on in the future.
	When in reality, all the people that will be getting the money are going to be their friends behind the closed doors.
	So that's where we are now.
	And when we look at how this is rolling out, And they're so excited.
	It's in all capital letters, followed by several exclamation points.
	Accomplishment.
	Said a medical historian at the University of Michigan, Howard Markle.
	And he said, oh, these scientists who do this, they're going to be lionized.
	You know, they'll probably get Nobel Prizes and all this other kind of stuff, right?
	Showered with cash already.
	I mean, already, you know, multi-million dollar deals, stock market.
	They're going to be able to sell their vaccine to each and every person on the planet, multiple versions of it.
	And of course, you'll have to do it on an annual basis because they'll tell you, oh, it doesn't last for very long.
	And so you have to get a couple of shots every year.
	Ka-ching, ka-ching, ka-ching, right?
	And as I talk about this, I said, well, you know, it took four years to do mumps.
	And that was the fastest that we've ever seen vaccine development before.
	I mean, look at the case of AIDS, for example.
	After four decades, we still don't have a vaccine, even after HIV was identified.
	Oh, yeah.
	Funny how that works, right?
	How did they make that connection between HIV and AIDS?
	And how are they doing this today?
	It's all about the PCR test.
	You're talking about people winning prizes.
	Kerry Mullis won the Nobel Prize for developing the PCR test.
	And he pointed out how Fauci was abusing it, how Fauci was selling a false narrative about AIDS and HIV for decades.
	And of course, they had to wait until he died in August of 2019.
	Maybe they didn't wait.
	But anyway, he died in August of 2019.
	And then they roll this out.
	And I'm just going to remind you what Kerry Mullis had to say about Fauci.

	You know, those guys have got an agenda, which is not what we would like them to have, being that we pay for them to take care of our health and so on.
	They've got a personal kind of agenda.
	They make up their own rules as they go, they change them when they want to, and they smugly, like Tony Fauci, does not mind going on television in front of the people who pay his salary and lie directly into the camera.
	You can't expect the sheep to really respect the best and the brightest.
	They don't know the difference, really.
	I mean, I like humans, don't get me wrong, but basically, there's a vast majority of them do not possess the ability to judge who is and who isn't a really good scientist.
	I mean, that's the problem.
	That's the main problem, actually, with science, I'd say, in this century, because science is being judged by people.
	Funding is being done by people who don't understand it.
	Okay?
	Who do we trust?
	Fauci.
	Fauci doesn't know enough to, you know... If Fauci wants to get on television with somebody who knows a little bit about this stuff and debate him, he could easily do it, because he's been asked.
	I mean, I've had a lot of people...
	President of the University of South Carolina asked Fauci if he'd come down there and debate me on the stage in front of the student body, because I wanted somebody who was from the other side to come down there and balance my... because I felt like, well, these guys can listen to me, but I need to have somebody else down here that's going to tell them the other side.
	But it looks like he didn't want to do it.
	Yeah, that's right.
	He doesn't want to debate it.
	He argues from authority.
	That's all he's got.
	He doesn't know anything about science.
	He abused this, and that's what that argument was about.
	But then we have this interesting interview yesterday.
	Bill Gates, Jake Tapper.
	Talking to Bill Gates about what went wrong here.
	How did we get into this situation?
	And of course, nothing went wrong.
	This is exactly what they've been planning for multiple decades, as I pointed out.
	John Hopkins and the Gates Foundation is exactly, and the Pentagon and DARPA, exactly what they planned.

	Asked on Fox News yesterday, Monsef Slaoui, the guy who was able to, as soon as he was identified as the new vaccine czar of Operation Warp Speed, As a board member of Moderna, somebody who is vaccine royalty, Monsef Slaoui.
	Oh yes, always at these conferences with Fauci.
	And, of course, Moderna and Fauci and the NIH.
	There's a lot of scientists inside the NIH that have a financial interest, patents and so forth, in this Moderna vaccine.
	Isn't that interesting?
	Isn't that interesting?
	Maybe that has something to do with it, you think?
	But as he was announced to be the vaccine czar of Operation Warp Speed, immediately his stock, his Moderna stock, jumped up.
	His $2 million jumped up to $12 million.
	And some people said, wait a minute, you know, he's putting out happy news about this and he's going to be profiting from this at the same time he's picking which ones are approved.
	And he goes, all right, all right, I'll divest myself.
	And so he sells it, makes a $10 million profit in one day.
	Yeah, no problem.
	But then you had the inspector general come out and say, no, they can own stock in the companies that they're judging.
	That's not a conflict of interest.
	That's not anything unethical.
	Trump's inspector general.
	And they said, if a phone call on Fox News Sunday, they were talking to him, they said, well, if a phone call along the lines between Mark Meadows, the White House Chief of Staff, and the FDA Administrator, Stephen Hahn, happened as reported, and again, I don't doubt that it did, quite frankly, because just take a look at the rage of President Trump.
	For how long these old, slow turtles, as he put it, at the FDA, have taken to approve his vaccine, his crowning achievement.
	You know, you could look at this and say, well, you know, they sold him a pack of lies and he's naively falling for this because he wants to try to get the economy opened again.
	And they told him that if you get everybody vaccinated, we'll say that you can open up the economy again.
	And so he was pushing full speed ahead on this thing, hoping that he could do that before the election.
	When all he had to do was remove his executive orders, take the doctors who had saved people with therapeutics and other treatments, easily treatable, this so-called pandemic, where we're supposed to believe that people are dropping dead in the streets.
	Remember those propaganda videos that surfaced from China?
	Oh, look at this!
	We've got a young guy, he's walking along the street, just falling over.
	This is how deadly this is!
	Remember how that propaganda was rolling out?
	Well, it hasn't really gotten any better.
	And of course, as President Trump Put his hope in the fact that this quick vaccine would be a quick fix for the economy?
	They withheld it until after the election.
	And now, even though the election is over, he's still pushing this out as his big accomplishment.

	If you can get the vaccine and you can still spread it to people and you can still get it, right?

	It means they haven't tested it.

	And so people still need to mask up and social distance.
	They're not going to get their regulations off of us.
	And so Bill Gates was saying that.
	He said, no, it's going to be another couple of years before you do that.
	So he's looking forward to his foundation taking an unofficial role in the Biden administration.
	This was reported by Zero Hedge, telling CNN's State of the Union on Sunday that he doesn't expect to take on a formal role.
	His foundation will liaise with the government on future infectious disease control.
	They've been liaising with the government since 2001, dark winter, and they were liaising for those 19 simulations that they had up until event 201.

	He says, I talked to the president-elect about that, said Gates.
	I think our foundation will be part of the dialogue to make sure that we don't blow it up again.

	Well, if they're given legal immunity, Uh, for anybody that gets COVID.
	So they're looking at this, so it's like, well, if my customers get COVID, they could claim that they got it at my place.
	Unless I do what the government says.
	If everybody is vaccinated, then we can go along with the fantasy that if you're vaccinated, you can't spread this, right?
	And so I'll be protected.
	I'll be given legal immunity.
	We've already seen this roll out in Republican Idaho.
	A Republican governor and a Republican legislature.
	And what did they do?
	They did everything that they did in Democrat states to lock things down.
	And then the governor comes out and says, well, I've got a whole list of things that I want you businesses to do.
	If you do this, I'll let you open and I'll give you legal immunity.
	But if you don't do it, You will be liable to be sued by anybody that walks in.
	So I'm just going to hang a sign in your door essentially that says, come and take it for the ambulance chasing lawyers.
	That was a Republican solution.
	And that is the Trump Republican solution as well.
	That's how they're going to do it.
	They don't give you legal immunity.
	They're going to come after you and shut you down.
	And they're not going to give you legal immunity as an employer, no matter what size you are.
	I mean, the big box retailers are just anxious to force all of their employees to get a vaccine or you're fired.
	Small and medium-sized companies?
	I don't know about that.
	Well, if you do that, you'll be protected.
	If you don't, you're going to be sued out of existence.
	And then there's this.
	The company could become liable in a workers' compensation context.
	This is why you're going to have an HHS lawyer, Javier Becerra, there, and he's going to say, well, we need to give legal immunity to the companies for any damage done to them, to employees by the vaccine.
	We're not going to give you legal immunity if somebody comes in and claims that they got it because you didn't have your employees vaccinated.
	But if you vaccinate your employees and they have an adverse reaction to this, we'll give you legal immunity for that.
	I'm telling you, that's the way it's going to work out.

	This is not an aberration in Australia or any other country.
	These same tactics are going to be happening everywhere.
	Everywhere.
	I just think it's amazing that Cornell is going to mandate this for their students unless you are a person of color.
	So, in other words, they're only mandating it for white people.
	For white people in Cornell.
	One person sent me this talking about the effects of the vaccine.
	This is a doctor who actually sent this to me.
	The FDA briefing document for the Pfizer vaccine, which is rolling out today.
	President Trump, it's a miracle.
	Well, here's what this miracle 43,651 subjects were randomized to either a vaccine or a placebo.
	No one died from COVID.
	Nobody died out of those 43,000 people.
	Isn't that interesting?
	They watched it very carefully.
	10 people developed severe COVID, but they didn't die.
	160 developed mild COVID.
	Isn't that amazing?
	But we've locked the world down for that.
	And you had four vaccinated people developed facial paralysis, however, and two others needed hospitalization.
	So think about that.
	Nobody died, but you had 10 people develop severe COVID.
	But then on the other hand, you had six people, four of them, facial paralysis, and two others needed hospitalization from the vaccine.
	So 10 people hospitalized for COVID, nobody died, but six people had severe reactions, hospitalization and facial paralysis, Bell's palsy.
	The vaccine protected against positive PCR tests.
	The vaccine and the placebo groups diverged 10 days after the first injection, suggesting that one dose would be adequate.
	So why are they doing two, right?
	You might ask.
	You might also ask what they gave these people in the placebo group.
	I don't remember if it was the Pfizer one or not, but I remember when they had an adverse reaction.
	Reuters, I think it was Reuters, or AP, reported that the placebo group was given a meningitis vaccine, and that might explain why.
	Well, they had a lot of adverse reactions from people who were in the placebo group.
	But no worse than the people in this thing, for example.
	So here are some of the symptoms.
	Fever and some very high fevers.
	There was a nurse who had a 105 fever.
	That is the threshold of dangerous.
	It's not a high fever.
	That's a dangerous fever.
	Increased muscle pain.
	New loss of taste or smell.
	Sore throat.
	Diarrhea.
	Vomiting.
	Increased cough.
	Shortness of breath.
	Chills.
	Fever.
	Sounds like, kind of like, you know, What they've been saying for COVID, but of course, you know, if you don't want to take a therapeutic, you just get the shot there.
	That's because it's a miracle.
	It's absolutely a miracle.
	As we look at other news in terms of America held hostage, we have a family that was kicked off of an airplane and banned.
	And let's see, we don't have a video of that, do we?
	No, we don't have a video of that.
	And Banned for Life, quite frankly, I had a listener send me this letter.
	Are the hospitals really full?
	He said, I wanted to relay an EMS experience we had recently while delivering a patient to the emergency room.
	Upon arrival, we were told there were no beds available.
	Yeah, COVID stuff, right?
	So we waited against the wall with our patient on our stretcher.
	Luckily, our patient was stable because we waited a little over an hour for a bed.
	The reasoning was because the ER was full.
	Not only could I see the bed list on a giant television hanging on the wall, I walked the ER myself.
	A quarter of the beds were empty.
	And they aren't reserved for COVID, they're just empty.
	My best guess is that they are using a lack of staffing to declare a full ER.
	They fired and laid off a good number of nurses because of the empty ER during the pandemic in the spring.
	Now on a Saturday night, which is still light compared to a Saturday night of yesteryear, they only run three-quarter of an ER and they report that it's full.
	That's what I saw last week, says President-elect Andy.
	When we look at what is happening, this question here, and I can answer this for the author, why did the WHO bury this damning report on Italy's COVID-19 response?
	Well, because they were using it as leverage, quite frankly.
	The Italians were browbeat, and they had a bot attack, social media bot attack, hundreds of thousands of bots, and it was actually talked about by the New York Times, although not all of them were purged, to pressure them into following the pattern of tyranny that had been modeled for them in China, and they eventually did.
	And so I think the WHO had written up a damning report that would be used in case they didn't do that because, as I've mentioned many times, John Rappaport got the report from the Italian Health Ministry two weeks worth of it before we did our lockdown.
	We already had two weeks worth of reports from Italy showing that the people who had died were average age of 80 and had two and a half comorbidities.
	Exactly what we've now been told about the US.
	And it didn't look at all like a pandemic.
	I mean, what they're doing is they're just relabeling what people would typically die with as that pandemic.
	And so we already had that information.
	And afterwards, I've shown you the videos last summer of an angry Italian member of parliament screaming, 25,000 people dead.
	That's a total lie.
	That's a total lie.
	You just played games with the numbers and statistics.
	And that's exactly right.
	But the WHO buried that damning report about the response because, you know, they played ball with him eventually.
	So, you know, they've got that there to throw that out in case they didn't play ball.
	Well, some other people are not playing ball.
	The Cherokee Indians in North Carolina, the eastern band of the Cherokee Indians.
	You know, there's a lot of Cherokee Indians who are in Ohio because of the Trail of Tears.
	But some were left behind in North Carolina.
	And they are saying that they are not going to adhere to the North Carolina governor's lockdown order.
	Good for them!

	Principal Chief Richard Sneed said, after considerable research and consideration, the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians will not be adopting the measures included in the newest executive order issued by Governor Roy Cooper of North Carolina.

	All right, I've got some more news about the lockdown.
	I've got some news about what Biden is planning to do.
	But today the Electoral College is voting.
	And we had the Supreme Court on Friday vote not to hear this Texas case.
	And what was it that I said?
	Oh yeah, that's right.
	It's like a box of chocolates.
	Those nine judges in black robes.
	You never know what you're going to get.
	Except it usually doesn't have any connection at all to the Constitution or to justice, and that's what we saw yet again.
	Long-standing problems that have not been addressed in this country, ruled by the bureaucracy in every couple of years, Rand Paul and a couple of congressmen will introduce the REINS Act to rein in the bureaucracy.
	By the way, if you want to call in and talk about where you think this is headed, if you think that there is a case Going ahead, we'll talk about that.
	I'll give you my idea as to what the options are now and talk a little bit about the possibilities of this happening.
	I did this in an article.

	But as we look at the path forward, just consider the fact that we are increasingly ruled, especially this year.
	This is a foundation that's been laid gradually.
	It began with the IRS.
	Yeah, we've got our bureaucrats and they will interpret, you know, we create the income tax and then they will define the terms of it for the most part.
	And then how it's implemented.
	And then they will accuse you and you'll be presumed to be guilty.
	You must prove your innocence if they accuse you.
	And you have to do it in the IRS court, not with a jury of your peers.
	So you're guilty until proven innocent and it's done in their court.
	And that's now been replicated in one bureaucracy after the other.
	That's been a long-standing problem.
	The long-standing problem of the Supreme Court involving themselves in areas of our life where they have no jurisdiction, where, as a matter of fact, the federal government doesn't have any jurisdiction whatsoever, in terms of defining when life begins, in terms of defining marriage, in terms of, well, you name it, there's a whole bunch of different areas.
	Regardless of what you think about those issues, they shouldn't be decided by the Supreme Court, and yet we continue to appeal to them for everything.
	And we continue to pretend that there is no such thing as a Ninth and Tenth Amendment that says that the powers that have not been specifically given to the federal government are reserved by the states and the people.
	And so we have our state constitutions.
	If the state constitutions define when life begins, or state law, or if the state constitutions define what marriage is, oh no, those are all just surrendered to the whims of nine politically appointed justices.
	And if Biden becomes president, he has talked about, openly talked about, how they're going to pack the court to get exactly what they want.
	So we have to look at this and we have to understand that if the bureaucrats who are not elected are the ones who are going to be able to arbitrarily reorder our life, and we don't have any due process, you know, begin with the IRS, travel to other agencies, It really got put on steroids with the war on drugs, civil asset forfeiture, where they can confiscate your property without a guilty conviction.
	They don't even have to charge you with a crime.
	They just take your property.
	And you have to sue them to get it back!
	If we allow these types of things to happen, regardless, again, regardless of what you think about drug use, the idea that we're going to give that kind of power to the government You know, it gets beyond the idea of whether or not prohibition is actually an effective policy.
	It gets to the point of just destroying the rule of law, and that's where we are right now.
	So why are we surprised about this?
	I, for one, am not surprised.
	And so when we look at this and what happens moving forward, I think a lot of people were surprised about what's going on in the Supreme Court.
	As a matter of fact, we had two different opinions On Alex Jones' show on Thursday.
	I'm going to play the two of them for you, back-to-back.
	So we have Dr. Pachinik, who has talked about the sting and about the blockchain watermark, and that's not two different things.
	There are watermarks on ballots, and there's a thing called the blockchain.
	But no, no, he was talking about that being a special thing that combined both of those, and then a sting, and the arrests, I think, were supposed to have started November the 4th?
	But now the hope was in the Supreme Court, and this is what we heard on Friday.
	Friday video clip number five.
	Okay, so that's what was said about that and he thought that the Supreme Court was going to overturn every single state.
	Actually, I think the correct term would be evolution of corruption, because I just pointed out this process of judicial supremacy, this process of bureaucracies that run themselves.
	That's been evolving for a long period of time, and everybody's been ignoring it, and looking the other way, and playing their partisan political games.
	And so, that was his opinion.
	Now let's play what Matt Bracken had to say later on, same day, same program, video clip number six.
	So, us hoping right now that the Supreme Court is going to save us, I think that we need to make another plan.
	Yeah, we need to make another plan.
	We, we need to have our plan.
	There is no plan in Washington and the Trump administration to trust all this stuff about trust the plan.
	There is a plan.
	It's called the Constitution.
	It's not being followed.
	Actually, I totally agree with the calls for secession.
	As I said, I began the very first program I had here.
	I had people from California who were upset about the 2016 election, and so they wanted California to secede because Trump got elected.
	The country has become too centralized, and that's the essential problem.
	Everybody is looking for their president to fix their lives, and when they don't get their president to fix their lives, they realize that the other guy is going to be intruding in every minute detail.
	And so the reach and the scope of the federal government into our personal lives.
	The fact that you're never going to have a central control of anything that works, let alone every aspect of our life, defining life, marriage, what kind of drugs we're going to be allowed to have, what kind of drugs we're going to be forced to have, all of this stuff.
	This is not the business of government, especially not one solution to fit everybody.
	It isn't going to fit everybody.
	Each of these states, even Texas, if we were to secede, I don't know.
	We've got 25, 27 million people in Texas.
	So many people are moving here from California.
	You can't keep count.
	It's becoming California again.
	But, you know, we've got about 10 times the number of people that were in all the 13 colonies in 1776.
	It's just too big a community to rule.
	And there's no respect for the rule of law or individual liberty in these large centralized governments.
	So yesterday, I looked at this and I said, You know, as we look at the big one, as President Trump called it, and it being shut down later on Friday, so that prediction that the Supreme Court was going to overturn every state that, you know, we didn't like, that didn't happen.
	And the Supreme Court is not really going to get involved in that.
	I'm not surprised by that.
	But what do we do now at this point?
	Well, there's a couple of different things that are there.
	But first of all, let's take a look at the dates ahead.
	And this is a story I have on RoundtableReport.com.
	Electoral College?
	Well, this election flunked elementary school.
	So we had on December the 8th, which was last Tuesday, we had a deadline for all legal challenges in state courts.
	And so on the 9th, on Wednesday, the next day, you have had all of the states have certified what they have.
	So that doesn't necessarily mean that it's over, because you can still have a change in who the electors are.
	December 14th, today, is when the electors that were based on those certified counts of last Tuesday, those electors are now going to vote in each state. Now it's not the way the Constitution says it, but the way that we've been doing it is that in some states it is encoded in the law that based on the popular vote the candidate, the party that whose candidate won will have each political party that is on the ballot will submit a list of electors.
	And when you win, it's a winner take all.
	And so your slate now becomes the electors after they certify the election.
	Today they'll be voting and it's a different process in every state.
	They're not meeting in any one particular place.
	They're all meeting in different locations in each of the different states.
	So today they are to vote.
	And then the results are supposed to be, have to be, received.
	I have an error on the thing here.
	I said vote tallies must be sent.
	No, actually they must be received by December the 23rd.
	Uh, in Washington.
	And then two weeks later, Congress will meet to formally count the vote.
	And then two weeks after that, the President is sworn in on January the 20th.
	So we'll talk about that.
	What remains?
	And there are still some things that do remain.
	We'll talk about what can happen with that, with the Electoral College, with different competing slates of electors, with the objections that might be made, uh, when these votes are presented.
	What could Vice President Pence do?
	These are the things that remain to us.
	Under the Constitution.
	Unless we just want to have a civil war.

	I want your opinion as to what you think the path forward is on this.
	Because, look, I agree, it's been obvious corruption.
	That doesn't mean that we're going to win in the courts.
	Doesn't mean that we're going to get anybody arrested.
	I mean, look at how long the obvious corruption of 9-11 has gone on.
	I mean, it's obvious, isn't it?
	Any thinking person?
	What happened there?
	Did you get any justice there?
	Doesn't necessarily mean, because it's obvious and predictable, that you're going to be able to get... I mean, we've had James Clapper lie under oath about dragnet surveillance.
	of Americans in violation of the Constitution and specific law.
	In violation of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.
	These people took that thing that was supposed to keep them from spying on Americans and used it to try to run a coup on Trump.
	And then he lied about it.
	Under oath to the American people and to Congress.
	This was not some, you know, what is your shoe size?
	No, I mean eight and a half.
	Alright, he got perjury, you know, the perjury trap that the FBI runs on people.
	No, this was substantial, and it was specific to the issue, and yet nobody even talked about charging him with perjury.
	These people never go to jail, no matter what they do, and you're not going to get justice from these people.
	But let's take a look at what happens with the Electoral College voting today.
	As I pointed out, last Tuesday, you had all the states certify their elections.
	And then today, electors are going to be voting.
	They have nine days to do their votes and to deliver it to Congress on the 23rd.
	On the 6th, Congress will meet to formally count the vote.
	On the 20th, the president is sworn in.
	So what is the process here?
	Well, you know, even though you've got the Electoral College voting today, theoretically you could have another slate of electors and you could object to those electors.
	Now what would have to happen with that if you look at the four states that were in the lawsuit with Texas?
	Arizona, Georgia, Michigan, Pennsylvania.
	Besides the corruption, they have something else in common.
	They all have Republican majorities in the legislature, both the House and the Senate.
	Now, some of them, like in Arizona, it's a pretty narrow majority.
	And I've got this table in the article.
	52% in the House, for example, but that's only a 31 to 29 majority.
	That means if one person changes, they go down to 30-30.
	Deadlocked.
	And so it's kind of difficult.
	Some of the states have a wider range there.
	But then you also have the situation in the states where you're going to have a competition between, if the legislature were to do this, You also have the possibility that the governor is going to fight them, and then that would get back into the court system again, which has not been very friendly to any of this.
	You have two Republican governors in Arizona and Georgia, and then you have two Democrat governors in Michigan and Pennsylvania, for example.
	And even those Republican governors, Kemp and Ducey, are, as President Trump would say, not your best people, right?
	They haven't been very friendly to any of this.
	So what would have to happen, for example, in these four states?
	Well, you would have had to have, with Biden, according to the official count right now, 302.
	You would need to get him under 270 in order to have an election that was decided in the House of Representatives, which would mean you would need to take away 33 votes.
	Now the only way that you're going to get that would be the different combinations.
	You would have both Michigan and Pennsylvania.
	That could give you the 36, so that would take him under 270.
	Or any combination of three of those four states.
	The problem is, is that for the state legislatures to do anything about this, they've only got nine days.
	They've got nine days to put together a new slate of legislators, in many cases, because they do, under the Constitution, have the power to select the manner in which the electors are chosen.
	I mean, they could pass some legislation, they could put up another slate of electors, but do you really think that they can move at that kind of speed?
	I mean, you can't do anything that fast except for create a vaccine.
	So I don't see that as a path, but let's talk about some of the other things when we come back, and then we're going to go to your phone calls.

	I was just going through, I tried to write up all the different scenarios that I could think of.
	Maybe you can think of some other ones.
	I was talking about the basic strategy of the Supreme Court case where you had the four states that they were looking to have the Supreme Court say, well, there's enough evidence of broad-based fraud and corruption that we're going to throw those elections out.
	And then you would have a situation where the Republican-controlled legislatures and, you know, two of the states had Republican governors that you could conceivably get a different slate of electors.
	Or, the other alternative would be to make sure that Biden did not have 270 votes, so then it would go to the House of Representatives for the election.
	In that particular case, each state, under the Constitution, gets one vote.
	And since there are 26 states that are majority Republican, that looks like even with Pelosi in charge of the House, that would give them an edge.
	So I believe that was their legal strategy.
	But that had a major wrench thrown into it with the Supreme Court shutting that down.
	And so then what do you have left?
	Well, you could have the state legislators go take, you know, everybody is waiting for the judiciary to green light whatever they do.
	So I don't really see that happening.
	I mean, they do have the authority to take matters into their own hands and to put up a slate of electors.
	And then you might wind up still back in the courts in case you have a Democrat governor who, in two of these states, you have Democrat governors.
	If the Democrat governor puts up a slate of electors that differs from the Republican legislature, then you would wind up back in the courts again.
	So that doesn't look too promising.
	What about faithless electors?
	Well, they call them faithless electors, except that actually the current Electoral College is faithless to the Constitution and the way that it operates, essentially.
	And a faithless elector is doing what the Constitution allowed them to do, and that is to exercise their prerogative.
	One of the most famous faithless electors was Roger McBride back in 1972.
	He was the Virginia GOP treasurer.
	He was also fairly wealthy.
	Actually, the son or the adopted son of Rose Wilder Lane, the lady who wrote the Little House on the Prairie series about the experiences of her mother, Laura Ingalls.
	But he was very close to her.
	He said he was her adopted grandson.
	But not formally.
	But she did leave everything to him, including the rights to that series of books, which he turned into a very profitable TV series, Michael Lennon.
	And there were some other great books, actually, of Rosewater Lane.
	Discovery of Freedom, I would recommend that to anybody, especially if you're teaching your kids.
	That is a great book.
	Very fast read, easy to understand.

	Nevertheless, he He was sent as an elector to vote for Richard Nixon from Virginia because he was heavily involved in the Virginia GOP.
	And when he got there, he cast his vote for the Libertarian Party candidate, which I think was really brand new.
	I think they were only on the ballot in one or two states.
	But see, you can vote for anybody.
	And that was the way this was designed to be in the Constitution.
	And as a result of that, he was basically kicked out of the Republican Party after that point in time.
	In 1976, you had an elector cast a vote for Ronald Reagan rather than Gerald Ford because, you know, there were a lot of people who tried to get Ronald Reagan in rather than Gerald Ford, and he'd been appointed to replace Nixon.
	And then, more recently, you had a situation in Minnesota where an elector presumably cast a mistaken vote.
	You had John Kerry and John Edwards who were on the ticket together.
	And the Democrats won in Minnesota.
	And you had one elector who cast a vote for John Edwards for president.
	And I think also for Vice President.
	They don't know who did it because it was a secret ballot.
	And so what they did in that particular case, Minnesota changed its law so that all the votes are made known to everybody.
	And that if you don't vote for the party that won the election, your vote is declared invalid and they put somebody else in there.
	So there's a lot of states that have that type of thing.
	So in terms of discretion of individual electors, the point being, we don't really have that anymore in most of these cases.
	As a matter of fact, just this year, in July 2020, you had the Supreme Court rule that if you don't vote the way the popular vote is, and this is in Washington State, you had three electors there, Who refused to vote for Hillary Clinton.
	Not because they didn't like Hillary.
	For some reason, I don't understand what their strategy was.
	They thought that it was going to keep President Trump from getting 270, but he didn't need it.
	I mean, he already had it, even if they'd voted for Hillary.
	Nevertheless, they did not do it, and the Supreme Court, they were fined by the state, and they just made that decision after four years.
	They just made that decision and said, no, the state can actually punish you.
	They can not only erase your vote, And replace you, but they can also punish you for doing that.
	So that's the situation where the faithless electors or electors who actually think for themselves.
	So that brings us again to the legislature.
	They could change the manner in which the electors are selected.
	They could select a different slate.
	But the problem is the time.
	I mean they've got to get this, a new slate of electors by the 23rd.
	Will they pull it off?
	I seriously doubt it.
	And then that gets us to the next stage.
	You could have a member of Congress object to the slate of electors on January the 6th when that is there.
	Now you've already had the pressure building to come against Republicans.
	You've got media, liberal media running Pieces saying any any member of Congress that does this we ought to charge them with sedition now, of course, that's ridiculous But these people understand that they are going to be in the crosshairs of all of the monolithic Mainstream media as well as social media and the cancel culture and that's one of the reasons why You see the Supreme Court cutting and running for this even the judges that were appointed by President Trump and
	So, it looks to me, unlikely.
	Now, what would happen is, if you've got a member of Congress, of the House and of the Senate, and they say, I object to a slate of electors, for whatever reason, then at that point they have a vote.
	And the problem is, is that both houses of Congress Must agree to reject a slate of electors, and the Democrats have the majority in the House, and so that doesn't look likely to move forward.
	So now the final step would be Vice President Pence.
	Now, some conservatives have argued, going back to October, that since the Vice President both opens and counts the votes, That it is his responsibility to judge the validity of the votes also.
	So if... Now let me just ask you.
	Do you think that does Vice President Pence seem like a guy who is going to throw down a gauntlet and die on a hill to fight corruption?
	Well, I don't think so.
	But let's assume that he did.
	Okay, what would happen?
	Well, it would be challenged again in the courts.
	And this is why we keep coming back to the courts and why I keep coming back to judicial supremacy.
	Now, let's get some of your comments.

	Electoral College grants Biden a sufficient majority of votes today, he still has the practically impossible parlay of clearing, among other things,
	The DNI John Ratcliffe's imminent report due this Friday on election interference and, as you mentioned, Vice President Pence's certification or non-certification on January 6th of the Electoral College or the contingent election, which you also referenced, of the House, which they can take upon themselves to do, either of which can invalidate the former vote.
	In other words, the Electoral College vote of today.
	is imminently refileable.
	No, it was not rejected on the basis of lack of merit.
	It was rejected on the basis of lack of standing and without prejudice, which means it can be refiled.
	And an optimistic theory may or may not be true, but it needs to be considered, is that they did that in order to sort of cover their asses, in order to say if they were planning on ruling for Trump, ultimately, they could say, hey, look, we're not partisan.
	As a matter of fact, we dismissed the case for lack of standing.
	Okay, that's three things.
	We'll talk about those three things when we come back.

	Johnny, one of the things that you mentioned was the DNI report coming out this week.
	Talking about Biden's corruption.
	I gotta say, I don't put much hope in anything happening with that.
	I mean, we have seen for so long that we're going to have, you know, these investigations by John Durham and others and AG Barr and everything, and for four years we haven't seen anything happen.
	I don't think we're going to see anything happen in a couple of weeks in all of this.
	Do you disagree?
	Well, it's more of a parlay.
	I mean, Biden has to get through all the obstacles and the parlay to me comes down to the nearest percentage point of zero.
	Because I don't have faith in any one of these things necessarily.
	But the sum total of them, I don't see Biden overcoming.
	Well, I mean, the fraud investigation, what's going on in China, that's absolutely real.
	And there's a lot of smoking guns.
	I think they waited a little bit too late on that.
	They thought they would do it at the 11th hour.
	And then, of course, nothing happened.
	And, you know, and so I think that did have an effect.
	I think that Trump did win the election.
	And I think that has something to do with it.
	But they didn't do anything to prevent Well, I think it's important to observe, again, that they didn't dismiss the case with prejudice of the Supreme Court that there's a lack of standing.
	this into a mail-in election. I mean, you know, that should, something should have been done about that. That's what makes me so concerned that nothing is being planned really to do anything about this in these final desperate stages. Well, I think it's important to observe again that they didn't dismiss the case with prejudice of the Supreme Court that there's a lack of standing.
	And if the Electoral College gives Biden enough votes, then it's...
	You had a procedural vote.
	has incontrovertible standing.
	And they might have been doing it just to cover their asses so they wouldn't have to make a decision.
	Also, there are still...
	Well, I don't know.
	You had a procedural vote.
	It was 9 to nothing.
	But you did have Clarence Thomas and Samuel Alito say, well, we think that it ought to be heard, but we didn't see anything of any merit in the claims.
	Now, I disagree with them on that, but they did say they didn't see anything of any merit.
	So, I mean, it was 7-2 in terms of, you know, what they considered of the merit.
	Of course, they didn't hear all of the evidence, but I'm sure that they were aware of it, like you and I are, to some degree.
	And they probably had seen what was going to be put forward to them.
	Right, but when the court makes a decision that they're dismissing a lack of standing, they're not even getting into the merit.
	They're just saying, you don't have standing.
	You could have the best evidence in the world, but you just don't have standing to make the claim, because in their words, you don't have a cognizable claim that you were damaged.
	Yeah, and isn't that stunning that they would say that these states and President Trump don't have standing.
	I mean, doesn't that give us a clue that the Supreme Court is not going to be rational about this?
	I'm not sure, because then you would have to explain why they did not dismiss it with prejudice, and why they still have four cases from Sid Powell that are pending.
	Why didn't they dismiss those?
	They might be cheating.
	We'll have to see.
	But again, to continue with the parlay, Biden, in addition to overcoming DNI Ratcliffe's election interference investigation, which he may or may not do, and overcoming the Supreme Court, which he may or may not do on the basis of Texas Trump's outsuit and Sid Powell's foresuits.
	Biden, Trump can start playing hardball at that point if he's inclined to do so.
	I know you're quite skeptical about that, but let's just say, arguendo, what he could do is he could, Biden would also have to overcome legal responsibility for now several decades of obvious high crimes and misdemeanors, including high treason, for which pursuant to at least the NDAA, which was passed by both houses and signed into law by Obama, POTUS Trump, or any POTUS for that matter, who's active, can legally have Biden arrested, indefinitely
	With neither charges, nor counsel, nor trial, or even executed at any time, he just has to say, I thought he was being a terrorist and a treasonous actor.
	Also, the U.S.
	Constitution, the U.S.
	Code, the Insurrection Act, and Trump's Executive Order 13,148, which he signed on September 12, 2018, indicating he was anticipating this, has severe penalties for election interference, insurrection, subversion, and high treason.
	Um, so, you know, I-I-I, uh, yeah, I ended this, uh, Facebook captions thing.
	Bye-bye, yet again, DPVP.

	that said we're not going to force a law.
	President Trump says, well, I'm going to force a law.
	And the Supreme Court, he appeals to the Supreme Court for permission to enforce the law.
	See, we have a division of power, and he hasn't enforced that.
	I understand that all the other presidents haven't done it either.
	That is a fatal flaw.
	That is one of the things that has made the federal government a completely failed institution.
	The fact that we've consolidated all power under the Supreme Court.
	He hasn't pushed back against this one iota for the last four years.
	As a matter of fact, he's been a little puppy dog to the Supreme Court.
	I don't see him doing any of this stuff to push back.
	And these are desperate measures, and the clock is running on this.
	You know, if you have a situation where you have the Vice President Pence want to play hard ball, if any of these people want to play hard ball, and they challenge this, you're going to have to roll this out.
	It's going to go to, they could challenge this again, throw it back into the Supreme Court if there's a disagreement between the two different parties, and we're bumping up against that January the 20th deadline, where if They haven't resolved this.
	If it's still running through the courts and they're running the clock out on the courts, then you have a situation where Nancy Pelosi gets to make that decision.
	She could put herself in.
	She could put in Biden and just be it.
	That's it under the law.
	So that's your hard deadline right there for all the different things that are going to happen if we've got somebody with a backbone in the Republican Party.
	And I haven't seen it.
	And I just got to say, the thing that bothers me most of all It's the fact that these people haven't done anything for you or I. I mean, we're looking at a situation where we're in lockdown.
	They're destroying the middle class.
	This is middle class genocide that is going on right now.
	None of these people have done a thing for us.
	Why are we so focused on an election when our lives are being ruled by unelected bureaucrats?

	We have the Electoral College meeting based on the certification of states last Tuesday.
	In spite of what we all see as obvious fraud, what do you see as the path forward?

	The only way I see the path forward is there will be blood.
	The people are getting sick and tired of being run over, getting sick of being ruled by lesser men that are telling us what we can and cannot do with our lives.
	Are we really?
	I mean, we haven't really done anything about the lockdown or the vaccines.
	I mean, the only thing that's going to save us is Trump in the White House?
	No.
	No, it's not.
	We have to stand up.
	Yeah, that's what's been so bad is how the propaganda has worked to take people's mind off of what's actually important.
	As opposed to what is just theater and how everybody sucks up to it.
	Look at how the people were cheering for FedEx and UPS to be delivering the vaccine.
	I mean, cheering, standing there clapping like our savior has arrived, like it's the second coming of Christ.
	Well, you know, many years ago we had the quote from Uh, from Kissinger, you know, talking about how, you know, there'll be unrest in the United States and people will beg for the United Nations to send in troops.
	And you, you know, you look at that and you say, well, that sounds pretty implausible.
	And yet you point out people applauding these planes going out.
	I, I mean, this is something that has, my wife said she's watching friends of ours on Facebook.
	Bicker and fight about politics.
	And yet the thing that united them was this vaccine.
	Left and right.
	Why?
	Because the First Amendment was taken away two years ago and nothing was done about it.
	Over two years ago.
	Completely.
	And, you know, it was longer than that.
	but they got very bold about it.
	And now of course, they're extending their boldness after they had the deadline on December 8th where they had the estates certified.
	YouTube came out and said, we're not gonna let you talk about any of this stuff.
	And I think probably now that the vaccine has been certified they're probably not too far away from YouTube saying, formally announcing that they're going to purge anything that criticizes or questions the vaccine because they've already been purging it in a shadow way.
	They've already been kicking stuff off and putting up other narratives.
	So this type of thing has been happening.
	So I think we're gonna have in your face, overt censorship on many, many different issues that conflict with their agenda.
	And to me, that's the real issue.
	If we're gonna sit there and let them inject us, enslave us, shut down our businesses, control our every movement, and we know that this is a plan that's been out there for decades.
	If we're gonna let them do that, what difference does this election make?
	Because these rules are being imposed on us by unelected bureaucrats, and our elected officials have done nothing to stop any of this.
	Well, just like you said, David, the government's not going to be the one that's going to tell us we have to do it.
	It's going to be the corporations.
	The people who are calling the shots behind the curtain, who are pulling the strings, who are feeding the people the propaganda, and they're eating it up wholesale like it's nothing.
	And it's coming down to the point to where there's going to be... My whole life I've been a critical thinker.
	My whole life I've always been the one to go against the flow.
	I've always been like that.
	I'm not my parents' favorite child.
	I always was the one that spoke out, that spoke back, that got in trouble, because I didn't go along and conform.
	And when I see these people It's getting in line for their own destruction.
	It's appalling to me.
	It's amazing to me.
	I don't understand how come these people don't have a homogenous brain cell like everybody else.
	They all think the same.
	They all do the same.
	They all move the same.
	They all regurgitate CNN talking points.
	That's what it is.
	It's the media.
	It's a massive propaganda campaign.
	And like I've said, we've seen information wars before.
	But I think the difference in this particular information war is as different as the difference in the airplanes in World War I versus Hitler's Blitzkrieg Air Force that took everybody by surprise.
	This is very weaponized.
	It not only is refined, but they now have, through social media, they now have the ability to fine-tune their message because they can now watch They can now get feedback and see what people agree with, what they disagree with, and so they can fine-tune it.
	They have a closed-loop feedback system in this propaganda system.
	They've never had that before.
	And they now have a complete monopoly, not only of broadcast media, but of social media.
	And the Republicans and Trump have sat there and done nothing about this, you know, as it has gone out publicly.
	So what do we expect?
	I mean, they've just handed this to them on a silver platter.
	Exactly.
	And what's scary is that this time around here, this really seems to be successful by the amount of sheep that eat this up like it's going out of style.
	And it's very disheartening.
	It's very saddening.
	And you know, when the Matrix first came out, it blew me away as to how it really was real life.
	I mean, as it was just like it was showing us something, how it's going to be in the future and how many people just Just run to it.
	it, just defend it.
	That's why I say, you know, if we don't have a situation where people are willing to engage in civil disobedience and roll this out, if we don't have a situation where people are willing to come together in their neighborhoods, in their community, in their town, and then build it up from the bottom up, we don't have a chance of winning this.
	Because the people at the top who are pushing this are the same people who have been telling us trust the plan, you don't have to do anything, you shouldn't criticize anything that you see that looks bad, just go along with this.
	We need to have honesty and transparency in government just like we needed to have honesty and transparency in elections.
	And our government is even worse than these elections are, quite frankly.
	They know how to run an honest election.
	They knew that this is going to be what it turned out to be because they allowed this lockdown election to go forward.
	They knew that they're going to add a new layer of fraud and notice that they're not doing anything.
	Casey, as we look at this, notice that nothing is being done to reform any of these practices in Georgia.

	And they may actually do something about it.
	Some of the people who understand what's going on might do something about it.
	My concern about martial law is that we've already been under martial law for 273 days.
	President Trump has not defended our civil liberties.
	He has not, as a matter of fact, he has enabled it with executive orders.
	We've got three executive orders that incentivized it financially, that laid the groundwork for this.
	And he is, you know, based on the people that he has had in his administration, I would not follow him into martial law.
	I think that's a very dangerous idea that's being put out there by many people who said from the very beginning of this, do not criticize President Trump.
	You know, he's got a secret plan.
	He's got a sting.
	He's got your trust the plan and so forth.
	And now they're telling us to trust martial law.
	I think that's a Pandora's box.
	It's going to be very difficult to get that out.
	And I think if we move into this, the appropriate way to approach this is with civil disobedience at the local level.
	If you're not willing to stand up to these fascist businesses and their mandates for masks and vaccines, you're not going to stand up to the people with guns.
	And I think the people in this country severely underestimate what they're capable of doing.
	I think they also overestimate their ability, as we've seen Eric Swalwell and others.
	They would love to have martial law.
	That's what these Chinese-influenced politicians like Swalwell have been pushing.
	And it's what a lot of intelligence agents have been pushing in our own government.
	They would love to have complete destruction.
	Now, they're not going to win the war, but they can turn this country into a war zone.
	Into an Iraq or into an Afghanistan.
	Our military has never won an asymmetric war.
	They haven't won a single war since World War II.
	But it does ruin the country.
	I mean, it turns it into one hellhole that we cannot live with.
	I mean, it is mutual assured destruction.
	That's what the Second Amendment is about.
	If they pull that, or if we pull that, it will be mutual destruction.
	I don't want to go there.
	I don't have any leadership that I trust at the top.
	We better build this from the ground up.

	This is part of the Great Reset, or we could call it the Gates Reset.
	There's a lot of different names we could come up with.
	As a matter of fact, we want to talk about a middle-class genocide.
	Maybe we should coin a new term or call it the bourgeois side, right?
	The killing of the middle class.
	And of course, you know, bourgeoisie and all that has become.
	That was coined by the French.
	As a description for the middle class, I find it interesting that the etymology of that word comes from some French words for a walled city, a walled market, a walled city market.
	And that's really what we're looking at right now, right?
	A walled city.
	That is the plan.
	And of course, getting rid of the marketplace, because that's where the middle class is, right?
	The middle class, when you look at England at the time of the French Revolution, 1789, And you had Napoleon dismissing England as a country of shopkeepers.
	Because it was the marketplace, right?
	And that was really their strength.
	The idea that people had a share and an opportunity to advance and to work hard and to get the reward.
	That was the great strength of England as well as the U.S., even more so in the U.S.
	And the French Revolution, which was the forerunner for all these Marxist revolutions, was ultimately very contemptuous of the middle class.
	It was supposed to be about getting those horrible rich people out of the way, right?
	Except it really turned against the middle class.
	And that's what we see happening right now.
	We have Bill Gates, as he was holding court yesterday on CNN with Jake Tapper.
	He said that bars and restaurants should, quote, sadly be closed for four to six months and no return to normal until 2022.
	Well, I don't know about your calendar, but in my calendar, it's more than four to six months to get to 2022.
	I mean, we're 12, 13 months away.
	And the reality is, is that the very beginning of this, when we were into this about a month and a half, two months, I remember Bill Gates saying, well, you know, we're going to have to keep everything closed.
	I know it's going to be hard for businesses, but we've got to keep it closed for another two months.
	He was saying that in April.
	And you already had all these businesses saying, we can't hold on.
	And now we've lost, I don't know how many, at one point we lost 100,000 businesses permanently closed.
	It's hard to calibrate that because, or to total it, because a lot of these small businesses just close their doors.
	They don't have to declare bankruptcy like a big chain does.
	But we have, by the latest counts, more than 110,000 restaurants alone.
	Just restaurants, 110,000.
	But that's not good enough for Bill, because we're going to destroy the entire middle class, which means we're going to have to leave this a little bit longer.
	I mean, we've now had this for 273 days, but that's not enough.
	We still have some people who have been hanging on through sheer determination and ingenuity and hard work.
	And Bill Gates and his ilk want to extinguish that flame.
	Most repulsive thing I've ever seen.
	And this is why I cannot get behind all of this hair on fire shouting about the election and how it was stolen from President Trump.
	Yeah, it was fraudulent.
	And you know what else was fraudulent?
	The thing that turned it into a lockdown election.
	Everything that's been done this year has been fraudulent.
	And it's been done to us.
	48% of small businesses fear they'll be forced to shut down permanently soon.
	And we have Bernie Sanders.
	Here's what we have from the Republicans and Democrats.
	You've got Bernie Sanders, dyed-in-the-wool socialist, joining with Josh Hawley, this guy, the great new hope of conservatives, this articulate young conservative.
	And the two of them are joining forces to push for another round of $1,200 stimulus checks.

	How's that for basic income?

	So they're going to start manipulating it in all these other areas.
	This is nothing other than the Marxist theology Of radicals in South America and the Catholic Church, which is where this Pope comes from.
	Liberation theology.
	That's what these people have been pushing down there.
	It has absolutely nothing to do with traditional Catholicism.
	These people have embraced all of the homosexuality, transgenderism, abortion, race-mongering, all these other things that are at odds with everything the Catholic Church has ever pushed as a doctrine.

	These people are just hardcore communist atheists.
	Inclusive capitalism.
