	And I'm sure President Trump will have another press conference patting himself on the back for funding this insanity unconstitutionally.
	But before we get into that, and before we get into what is ramping up, we're under martial law right now, understand that, but it's going to get a lot worse with Lockdown 2.

	with the protests about the phony election.

	And so, as we look at the protest and the focus on an obviously corrupt election, and I gotta say, as this all comes back to Smartmatic Connections and so forth, I've been talking about that for eight years.
	I hope it doesn't take eight years for people to realize that we're now under martial law.
	The basis of that martial law, the executive order that President Trump put in, March the 13th, a national state of emergency.
	That is what is legally undergirding the tyrannical actions of governors left and right, Republican and Democrat, people like Abbott, people like Brad Little, people like Herbert in Utah, putting out mask mandates.
	Having all kinds of other mandates, and let me tell you something, the martial law is going to get worse.
	The lockdown part two is going to be worse.
	And so the question is, as we're looking at something that has been baked into the system and accelerated by the lockdown election, You know, once we said, well, you can't see what's going on here.
	You know, social distance, stay back.
	You can't get close to me.
	Wear your mask.
	I've got a mask.
	Stay six feet away.
	Don't look at what I'm doing here on this computer terminal.
	As we see, all that was exacerbated by this phony pandemic.
	Understand that when we go into the second phase of lockdown, the martial law is going to get much more severe.
	It's going to get much more severe under Biden as well.
	Will it get more severe if President Trump remains?
	Why doesn't President Trump stop this now?
	He's still President.
	He's got another 60, 70 days at the very least that he's still President.
	He could still stop this, you know.
	Why are we just giving him a pass on this?
	Why aren't we screaming at the top of our lungs in these parades with bullhorns to stop the lockdown!

	In other words, you've got it.
	Everybody's got it.
	You've just got to prove that you don't have it.
	Right?
	That's the way that we're operating now.
	They said a false negative happens.
	It's not rocket science.
	Oh yeah, clever because he was there to shoot off his rocket.
	Well, let me tell you something.
	This is also not science.
	If you don't measure something, As I pointed out many times before, Lord Kelvin, the guy who gave us the temperature scale that goes down to absolute zero.
	You know, we've got three of them.
	Two that we typically use are Fahrenheit or Celsius, but the one that is typically used in science that goes down to absolute zero was developed by Lord Kelvin.
	And he said, if you can measure something, then you have the beginning of the ability to understand it.
	Right?
	Once you can measure something, you have the ability to begin to understand it.
	If you don't measure the quantity of the viral load, and you haven't even isolated those things that they say, but if you just measure If you have a non-quantitative measure of something or things that are associated with this something.
	See, that's the other part of this.
	These antigen tests are looking for proteins that are associated with the virus.
	They're not even testing for the virus and they don't have a quantitative test for the things associated with the virus.
	Do you understand how stupid this is?
	What an idiocracy we live in.
	It's unbelievable to me that we can continue down, that we're going to lock down our entire country into martial law.
	We're going to force people to have a vaccine if they want to live a life.
	You want to talk about a vaccine mandate?
	That's what's coming.
	It won't be by law.
	It will be de facto.
	In other words, the private corporations will be used by them.
	That's what they've already said.
	You've got Fox News' Dr. Siegel saying, ooh, we don't want to go, you know, Biden is talking about making this mandatory.
	We don't want to do that.
	We'd have people pushing back on us.
	And of course, the New England Journal of Medicine several months ago said, we want to make this mandatory, but we don't want to put it in law.
	Because if we put it in law, we would have due process challenges.
	Well, not in Texas.
	The Texas Supreme Court just announced over the weekend that they're not going to have any jury trials until sometime in February of next year.
	They've just stopped all jury trials.
	That's why I'm saying you're now under martial law.
	You have no rights.
	You have no representation from your elected representatives.
	Talk about a meaningless election.
	These people have no say.
	It's the bureaucrats, the unelected health bureaucrats, who are telling you what to do.
	Your trial by jury has been shut down, as they're talking about criminal penalties for not doing what they say.
	They shut down jury trials.
	That's where we are.
	And, of course, it's only till February.
	Where have we heard that before?
	Oh, we need to lock you down for, let's say, two weeks, right?
	You know, to flatten the curve.
	Oh, well, I think we'll need to make it two months.
	Maybe we've got to go six months.
	Maybe, let's see, it's now a year.
	Now it's a year and a half we're hearing.
	When do you think we're ever going to get our jury trials back?
	Oh, everybody's going to die if we have jury trials.
	If this is even a pandemic, you could still have a jury trial.
	We do have cameras.
	We do have Zoom.
	We have all these different things.
	You could have a jury trial.
	This has nothing to do with a pandemic.
	Even if it was real, you could have a jury trial.
	This is about full-on martial law and having an excuse to do it.
	Where are the Republicans that say that they want to support a free society?
	And liberty.
	You know, the Democrats don't even say that anymore.
	They're honest with you.
	The Republicans are still lying to you, still gaslighting you over the fact that, oh yeah, we really do support a free market, liberty, and the Constitution.
	No, they don't.
	They haven't done a thing to stop this.
	Not a thing.
	And so we have Elon Musk saying, yeah, yeah, I'm getting this really weird stuff.
	I tweeted out, if you want to follow me on Twitter, Libertarian, the tests are just like the models.
	We had the Imperial College London model, Fauci and Birx, two very smart people, gave Trump for the 13th of March executive order, state of emergency.
	That one was unable to get the same answer twice, just like his tests!
	Even if it had the same input, you know, same nose, and you get different results each time.
	Well, that's exactly the way the wonderful model that was created by those two very smart people used to lock down the country worked.
	When President Trump said that the mainstream corporate media was the enemy of America, he really was telling the truth.
	They don't just work for the communist Chinese and the globalists and the EU and the whole Hollywood, America-hating, God-hating crew.
	They literally say that they are in control of our minds and believe that they do own us and tell us who the president is, even though that's not in law.
	And they're just gaslighting the whole public over and over again saying, Joe Biden is president-elect.
	Repeating it over and over, you know, like a brainwashing mantra.
	When it's up, again, to the state government to certify those votes, and those votes are being challenged, there's massive evidence of fraud.
	Again, this is so incredibly clear.
	Biden said, because he thought he was going to lose up front, that, oh, we're going to challenge the vote no matter what until every vote's counted.
	Well, a lot of votes haven't been counted, and there's massive fraud being discovered, so...
	We're going to hold the course here because Joe Biden is a communist Chinese agent.
	He's a globalist.
	He wants carbon taxes.
	He will destroy this country by design to consolidate power and take control of us.
	This is war.
	The problem with social Darwinism is the so-called elites, the most cunning, smart, inventive people, believe that chivalry doesn't exist anymore.
	They don't believe in being aristocrats, trying to hold up civilization and empower the people.
	And once the establishment has that predatory idea, civilization collapses very, very quickly.
	You can't treat the least of us like garbage and not treat your own family like that.
	And so it is this lack of empathy that's going to destroy us.
	The globalists can try to be heartless devil worshippers that commit rituals of all sorts of horrible crime, try to get away from the humanity, but really, they can't escape the laws of the universe.
	They may train themselves to commit heinous crimes and not feel it themselves, but...
	The repercussions of what they commit always comes back on them and their families and the very structure itself.

	We have Elon Musk saying, well, I got four tests done by the same nurse, the same place, the same machine.
	Two positive, two negative.
	And when asked by a Twitter user if he showed any symptoms, he said he had symptoms of a typical cold.
	And so you had, he also said, but most likely I have a moderate case of COVID.
	My symptoms are that of a minor cold, which is no surprise since a coronavirus is a type of cold.
	And he also wrote out Dayquil Rocks.
	That's right.
	By the way, if you want to lessen your chances of serious conditions, just take a baby aspirin.
	Call me in the morning.
	Remember that?
	45% less people who had serious symptoms, complications because they took an aspirin.
	This is treatable, folks.
	This is a cold, it's a flu, it's another strain of cold or flu.
	Regardless of whether this is created as a bioweapon in Wuhan, that's beside the point.

	You know, a lot of big monkeys there.
	500 acres of monkeys and they took some of them inside the biosafety level 3 lab and they were using them to weaponize this thing Fauci and his Nazi scientists and then lo and behold they found some of them who were never supposed to have been exposed to it were out in the 500 acres roaming around infected with this and this is a disease of bacteria that in the two places very remote places on earth where they were able to find this
	You have a 45% casualty rate if somebody gets it.
	I mean, that's pretty serious.
	And it gets into the soil, propagates in the soil.
	That's why it was very alarming that it got outside of the biosafety level 3 lab.
	But you know, 45% that's just not good enough for Fauci and his war criminals.

	He has absolutely no regard for them.

	They're safe.
	But the bottom line is that dozens of U.S.
	Secret Service officers were arrested by... Remember all the bedwetting that happened about that?

	Oh, look at this, all these conservatives are going to die.
	Well, nobody even went to the hospital with CPAC.
	You had a lot of people who tested positive.
	A lot of people who were associated with the person who tested positive.
	Everybody quarantined.
	Nobody died.

	These Secret Service agents haven't died for this.
	Believe me, if you'd had one of them die, it would have made international news for days.
	Nothing happened to any of them.

	You knew this was coming, didn't you?

	So look at this ridiculous story from Pfizer.

	Two months.
	And of course, they were finished even earlier, you know, earlier than now.
	They said, well, you know, we knew it was 90% effective.
	We just didn't want to tell anybody before the election because we didn't want to give Trump any credit for this.
	Well, I'll give him the credit.
	I'll give him the credit for the deaths and injuries.
	I'll give him the credit for the unconstitutional program.
	I'll give him the credit for the geospatial tracking of everybody and the de facto mandate.
	Let me explain that to you.
	It's not going to be by law.
	It's not going to be de jure, if you will.
	De jure or whatever.
	It'll be the mandate of the day, like soup de jure.
	No, it'll be de facto.
	They want to make sure you don't have any legal challenge to this.
	That's what the New England Journal of Medicine and these other people have been saying.
	So sorry, Dershowitz, you're not going to get a chance to argue this in the Supreme Court.
	They're just going to do this through employers, through retailers, through airlines, through everybody else.
	It's the same pattern we've seen for the shutdown of free speech.

	And we'll just... But, you know, you can't do anything about it because this isn't a denial of the voters' right to know.
	This isn't a denial of free speech and debate.

	This is just a private organization deciding what they prefer for you.
	And then we wound up with the same thing on social media.
	And now we're going to wind up with the same thing for vaccines.
	Well, I'm not telling you that you gotta have a vaccine.
	That's the airline, or that's the shopping center, or the grocery store, or whoever.
	Fill in the blank.
	The school.
	That's the way they'll do it.
	De facto.
	De facto mandates.
	And so when we look at how ridiculous it is, I tweeted it out this morning in terms of talking about what I was going to show and talk about today.
	It was four months ago.
	Four months ago in July.
	That I talked about the three phases of lies in the development of the COVID-19 vaccine.
	I quoted and gave you the links so you could see for yourself what the NIH and what the FDA say about how they certify and test a vaccine and a therapeutic.
	So all this stuff about 90% and then Russia came out two days later.
	Oh, we are 92% effective.
	And then you had a week later.
	You got Moderna.
	We are 95% effective.
	Like I said at the top of the show, we've got another four vaccine companies, so I'm sure we're going to get up to 100% effective.
	You know, they could, well, we're 96, 97, 98.
	We could get to 99.
	How about, because nobody wants to say 100%.
	That wouldn't be believable.
	It'd be kind of like the Biden election, right?
	Yeah, you got 100% of the votes in this jurisdiction.
	And funny enough, nobody voted for anything on those ballots except for president.
	And that's the way this is working as well.
	Because the process, and again, the NIH itself is very, very clear that you cannot talk about efficacy.
	So they talk about effectiveness.
	Do you know that they mean two different things by that?
	That's how they gaslight people with jargon.
	So when they talk about efficacy, that says, like a therapeutic, we tested this on people who have the condition or disease and it cured it.
	That's efficacy.
	What percentage of efficacy?
	Curing.
	Okay?
	But when they talk about a vaccine, they talk about effectiveness, because they define it differently.
	What they do is they'll go through these tests, and first they'll say, well, do we see anything that looks like what we'd expect to see in terms of antibodies?
	Well, okay, then it's It's got immunogenicity.
	In other words, it's generating some immunization, it looks like.
	It looks like it's irritating the system and you're getting some antibodies that we like to see.
	And so then they continue the test.
	And what they do is they run this out for a period of two years or more, right?
	For this particular one, the test was supposed to run for two years.
	They're going to have two different groups and then they were going to do an epidemiological study.
	Well, you know, what percentage of the people that got the vaccine versus what percentage of the people got the placebo came down with COVID?
	Based on our tests that don't measure anything!
	So there you go.
	And so that was supposed to run for two years.
	Instead, they ran it for two months.
	And now they're coming out with absurd numbers about effectiveness.
	And it just goes on and on.

	As I pointed out, here's a quote from the NIH, Fauci's own organization.
	Efficacy of a vaccine is measured in randomized, placebo-controlled studies that are expensive and difficult to plan.
	Moreover, it is unethical.
	Offer a placebo instead of a vaccine.
	For all of these reasons, effectiveness of a vaccine is measured as an epidemiological effect from observational studies that are going to run for years.
	But instead, after two months, we have the miraculous injection.

	The conception is all in their mind.
	So, the plan for the COVID-19 phase 3 test was to immunize tens of thousands of people in a double-blind placebo epidemiological study to run for two years.

	He and Clarence Thomas have been rock solid in everything except for judicial supremacy.

	But they do come down typically on the side of individual liberty and the Constitution and a literal reading of the text as if the text actually mattered.
	You would think that the text would matter to lawyers.

	We are moving to a situation where we have rule by unelected experts, quote unquote.

	They call it DACA.
	But we're not going to let President Trump get rid of that.
	I mean, this is, you think that the Supreme Court's not political?
	It's absolutely always political.
	The people who are the least political are the ones who say we're going to go by what the text has to say.
	And that's exactly what he had to say.
	But they went on to say it was a remarkable performance by a sitting Supreme Court Justice and not in a good way.
	The most striking part was that he declared with piercing sense of persecution and resentment that he and his audience were the persecuted minority.
	Because their free speech was being eradicated.
	Look, free speech is always about protecting the minority.
	It's always about protecting the unpopular speech.
	You don't need to have popular speech or majority speech protected.
	So what difference does it make?
	This is about protecting our liberty, and yet they turn it into a scenario where they say, well, it looks like he wants to take our liberty.
	Let's go ahead with his speech, video clip number five, so you can hear it.
	The pandemic has resulted in previously unimaginable restrictions on individual liberty.
	We have never before seen restrictions as severe, extensive, and prolonged as those experienced for most of 2020.
	Think of all the live events that would otherwise be protected by the right to freedom of speech.
	Live speeches, conferences, lectures, meetings.
	Think of worship services.
	Churches closed on Easter Sunday.
	Synagogues closed for Passover and Yom Kippur.
	Think about access to the courts or the constitutional right to a speedy trial.
	Trials in federal courts have virtually disappeared in many places.
	Who could have imagined that?
	The COVID crisis has served as a sort of constitutional stress test.
	And in doing so, it has highlighted disturbing trends that were already present before the virus struck.
	And whatever one may think about the COVID restrictions, we surely don't want them to become a recurring feature after the pandemic has passed.
	Pause that a second.
	You heard him say that trial by jury, jury trials and so forth, trials have become essentially non-existent in many federal courts.
	And again, I'll just remind you that in Texas, the Texas Supreme Court has said we're not going to have any jury trials until February 2021.
	At the very earliest!
	At the very earliest!
	They can't figure out how to do a Zoom trial or something if they're so paranoid about this fake pandemic.
	And again, To the idea that we are going to be ruled by experts, and as he pointed out, a rule by executive fiat.
	Let's go ahead with some more of his remarks.
	He's spot on.
	And whatever one may think about the COVID restrictions, we surely don't want them to become a recurring feature after the pandemic has passed.
	All sorts of things can be called an emergency or disaster of major proportions.
	Simply slapping on that label cannot provide the ground for abrogating our most fundamental rights.
	And whenever fundamental rights are restricted, the Supreme Court and other courts cannot close their eyes.
	So what have the courts done in this crisis?
	When the constitutionality of COVID restrictions has been challenged in court, The leading authority cited in their defense is a 1905 Supreme Court decision called Jacobson v. Massachusetts.
	The case concerned an outbreak of smallpox in Cambridge, and the court upheld the constitutionality of an ordinance that required vaccinations to prevent the disease from spreading.
	Now, I'm all in favor of preventing dangerous things from issuing out of Cambridge and infecting the rest of the country and the world.
	It would be good if what originates in Cambridge stayed in Cambridge.
	But to return to the serious point, it's important to keep Jacobson in perspective.
	It's primary holding rejected a substantive due process challenge to a local measure that targeted a problem of limited scope.
	It did not involve sweeping restrictions imposed across the country for an extended period.
	And it does not mean that whenever there is an emergency, executive officials have unlimited, unreviewable discretion.
	Just as the COVID restrictions have highlighted the movement toward rule by experts, litigation about those restrictions has pointed up emerging trends in the assessment of individual rights.
	This is especially evident with respect to religious liberty.
	All right, let's hold it there because he's getting on religious liberty.
	We'll pick that up when we come back from the break.
	But as he's talking about Jacobson, the 1905 case, let me clarify something that he did not clarify.
	In that ruling, the Supreme Court did not, as Alan Dershowitz would wish, tell the defendant that he could be dragged down and strapped down and have a needle injected into his arm.
	No, what they said was these people can fine you and you have to pay the fine.
	It was a $5 fine, which of course, you know, before the Federal Reserve completely eviscerated the value of our dollar, that was significant.
	It was about $500 in today's money because we've lost about 99% of our purchasing power.
	But nevertheless, that was the actual finding that they had.
	It is limited in scope.
	It was wrong to start with.
	Just because the Supreme Court made a decision 115 years ago doesn't make it right.
	It can be overturned.
	They always overturn their own decisions.
	Remember Hillary Clinton?
	Remember Pelosi?
	Remember Bill Clinton?
	Remember Obama?
	All of them said, we are not going to concede if there's a red mirage.
	We believe it's going to look like Trump's going to win a landslide if they have the internal polls.
	And indeed, Trump won.
	Most of the states he won last time by an even bigger margin.
	And when he was set to win the other ones, they froze these seven states on election night.
	And then they brought in all of the reserve ballots they had.
	This is completely transparent.
	So when they say that he is president-elect, he's not.
	Trump has not conceded.
	None of the states have certified the vote.
	And now all these investigations have been opened up.
	And avalanches, mountains, oceans of election fraud has come out and already been documented.
	And in Georgia, Officials are on record saying we've already found fraud.
	So ladies and gentlemen, the fix is in.
	They've run bigger and bigger hoaxes every time, because the last hoax failed.

	This is, as he pointed out, a trend that's been going on for a very long time.

	He constantly introduces the REINS Act.
	So we've got to rein in the bureaucracy.
	We have punted everything over to the bureaucrats and then they create the rules.
	They create the organization, as Nancy Pelosi said about Obamacare.
	We've got to create it to find out what's in it.
	She was serious about that.
	She was telling you how it worked.
	People laughed at her.
	Oh, she's kind of stupid.
	No, you're stupid if you don't understand that.
	They create the bureaucracies, they create the programs, and they let the bureaucrats write the rules.
	They treat the rules as if they had the effect of law.
	Except that with a law, you would have due process.
	With a rule, you don't.
	You don't have the presumption of innocence, you don't get due process, you don't have any protection against excessive fines.
	It's much worse than a law.
	It is regulation and taxation without representation.

	And now we have A dictatorship with no representation.
	That's what he was speaking out against.
	But he also talked about how this affects religious liberty.
	And, of course, as we see in L.A., you have the L.A.
	Times on the warpath with the Democrats against John MacArthur's church there, Grace Community Church in L.A.

	Even as church members fall ill, they tried to imply, and they did imply, that there's been an outbreak.
	They called it an outbreak.
	They had three cases over four months, with over 7,000 people meeting on a weekly basis.
	No masks, no social distancing, and horror.
	Singing.
	Singing.
	You know, that's something that they don't like.
	And so, is this an over-exaggeration by Samuel Alito, Supreme Court Justice, to say this is insane?
	We're losing all of our God-given protected liberties, especially our religious liberty.
	Let's go back to his remarks that he was making.
	This is where he gets onto the religious liberty aspect of it.
	Go ahead.
	It pains me to say this, but in certain quarters, religious liberty is fast becoming a disfavored right.
	And that marks a surprising turn of events.
	Consider where things stood in the 1990s.
	And to me, at least, that does not seem like the Jurassic Age.
	When a Supreme Court decision called Employment Division v. Smith cut back sharply on the protection provided by the Free Exercise Clause of the First Amendment, Congress was quick to respond.
	It passed the Religious Freedom Restoration Act, RFRA, to ensure broad protection for religious liberty.
	The law had almost universal support.
	In the House, the vote was unanimous.
	In the Senate, it was merely 97 to 3.
	And the bill was enthusiastically signed by President Clinton.
	Today, that wide support has vanished.
	That's right.
	What we have, as Doug Wilson pointed out when I interviewed him on Thursday, he said, now feelings are the paramount thing.
	If somebody's got their feelings hurt, you have to bow down to that.
	And they don't want to support religious liberty.
	What about my feelings?
	Do my feelings matter?
	No, no, no.
	You must bow down.
	It's not enough.
	They don't want you to tolerate what they do.
	They demand that you celebrate what they do.
	And they demand that you obey their every order, no matter how irrational that is.
	Oh yeah, we don't have Biological genders.

	And if you actually exercise your religion, you're attacked by the establishment media, as John MacArthur's church, large church in LA, being attacked by the Democrats, being attacked by the LA Times.

	They previously said there was a outbreak, quote-unquote, an outbreak.
	What constituted an outbreak for the LA Times?
	Well, that means that over a period of four months, they had in-person services in July, over a period of four months, 7,000 people meeting weekly, no masks, no social distancing, and singing, that over a period of four months, 7,000 people every week doing that, you had three people come down with very mild positive tests.
	Very mild colds.
	Jenna Ellis, the attorney for MacArthur and Grace Community Church, said this is hardly news.
	0.0004 or 0.043% is not an outbreak.
	Not an outbreak.
	The LA Times, she said, and others are grossly misleading and fear-mongering in the headlines that aim to mischaracterize Grace Community Church as irresponsible and a super spreader.
	She said it has never been the church's position that it is only safe to hold services if no one ever tests positive.
	For example, if no one ever gets the flu during flu season.
	What do we do?
	I mean, are we going to accuse the pastor of this church or any other church of murder if somebody gets in a car accident and dies on the way to church?
	I mean, I know of cases like that, personally.
	So do we just stop having church because you might die in a car accident?

	Do we have the ability to determine what risks we're going to accept in this life or will that all be determined for us by the people in white coats who come out and put us in straight jackets?

	It said, county health inspectors had tried to enter the church in previous weeks, but they were blocked by security guards.

	And I'm glad that John MacArthur's church is not that naive either.

	And then there's one other story that was really heartbreaking that came to me yesterday.
	I've been involved with a strenuous battle with the medical system that speaks to many of the things that your show covers.

	My wife gave birth to our baby daughter.
	on 11-11 and had birth complications.
	We attempted to have a natural home birth and bypass the hospital system.
	However, it didn't happen that way.
	After 50 plus hours of labor, our daughter was born.
	My wife hemorrhaged significantly and needed an additional procedure to remove the afterbirth.
	She was given IV fentanyl as a painkiller, which I don't immediately object to, but nobody can answer me if fentanyl traces to breast milk.
	Our daughter was born with pneumonia and transferred to another facility 60 miles away.
	This NICU facility is ironically called a dignity health facility.
	I have learned that dignity health is now beyond freedom and dignity.
	These people have little regard for our informed consent as parents and treat us like an inconvenience.
	My daughter was put on antibiotics at one day old and then I was told a full day afterwards as a footnote.
	My wife and I are not allowed in the NICU room with our daughter at the same time.
	Isn't that interesting?
	That to separate the parents.
	He said these people are fully aware that dividing us undermines our decision making.
	The face diaper rules are stringent as per usual in California.
	I refuse to muzzle myself in front of my daughter who is starting her life in baby jail.
	I'm told it is for the protection of everyone else's baby.

	The good ones understand what is happening and will not defend these tyrannies with their own words.
	And they said that, he said he believes that his wife is being singled out because she occasionally uses marijuana for pain.
	And this is in California where it has been legalized since 1996.

	The doctor told me with a straight face yesterday that fentanyl is better for babies than marijuana.
	This is all happening in Stockton, California.
	My daughter is in baby jail for another five days, at least.

	You had farmers and cattlemen, ranchers, people producing potatoes, whatever, milk.
	They're pouring and destroying their product on the farms because they can't get it to market.
	You have toilet paper shortages because the toilet paper is not being used in the institutions and they're geared up for setting it up for that and all these other things that happen with central planning.
	But of course, Biden's got it all figured out.
	He's now going to have Supply Commander.

	So we've got to do all of that stuff now.
	We don't have any choices because of the vaccine.
	They're re-altering our society.

	And when we look at the difference between these two, I'm reminded of when NAFTA was going to go through.
	And we had a choice between George H.W.

	And now, either way, you're going to get the vaccine, and the global ID, and the tracking.

	All right, let's take a look at what this doctor is talking about, her concerns.
	about the COVID vaccine specifically.

	Yeah, we had a guy who died and we have two nurses who are nearly dead, but hey, let's not worry about that.
	We got hundreds of, we got, you know, all these different hospitals and we got thousands of doctors and nurses.
	Nothing, not a problem.
	And so they celebrated that.
	They didn't lock it down.
	That wasn't a situation where 99.9% of people recover, that was a situation where 80% of people died, typically.
	And those nurses nearly died.
	And yet, if you were concerned about that, because the guy who got them very sick was an illegal alien, who was black, he'd come from, I think it was Nigeria, then you were racist, you were xenophobic, if you were concerned about Ebola.
	But now, over a cold that 99.9% of the people recover from, a cold where the age distribution doesn't look anything at all like the 1918 flu.
	With that, you had spikes for those under one year old and those over 80, you had a spike.
	But for the rest of the population, it was evenly distributed.
	That's not the case with this.
	They're superimposing.
	This COVID onto people who are dying from natural causes.
	But even if you believe that this is some kind of a serious disease, it is certainly they can't make the case that this is more serious than any other disease we've had.
	And yet, look at the measures that they've made.
	Look at the fact that nothing other than lockdown and vaccination is going to be allowed.
	No therapeutics, even though we've had many doctors You have, on multiple occasions, gone before the Supreme Court to try to talk down the population from the ledge that we're jumping off of.
	President Trump completely ignored them.
	Completely ignored them.
	That was exactly what was needed.
	We needed somebody to talk sense to us, to say, look, we're a bunch of doctors.
	We've treated hundreds of patients each.
	We've cured them.
	From this, this is not something we need to be afraid of.
	This is not anything that we need to take a different approach to.

	Because we now have, if Joe Biden becomes president, we know that Joe Biden has always been one of the leading gun control advocates.
	And as has been pointed out, you know, he sponsored the Gun-Free School Zones Act in 1990.
	You know, if you get within a thousand feet of a school, you're now violating the law.
	Pretty hard to navigate, you know, if you have a gun that you're legally allowed to carry.
	The 1994 Assault Weapons Ban, that was something else that he was heavily involved in.
	And so he's been right there with a lot of gun control regulations, and now the Democrats this time around have openly talked about just confiscating guns and using military force to do it, if necessary.
	Right?
	Yeah, we've got the military and we can use it, said Eric Swalwell, said Jeff, not Jeff Bezos, Beto O'Rourke, the trans-Hispanic.
	The Irishman, who thinks that he's Hispanic, and got a lot of other people thinking he is too.
	No, no, both of them were open about that, bragging about it.
	Biden did as well.
	Biden talked about how he'd like to have them in his administration.
	And so the Free Thought Project says, well, you know, what if government agents could, by declaration, make you into a criminal?
	What if, without any change in law, without any change in law, mind you, bureaucrats could decide what was legal yesterday is now a felony today?
	What if we were not governed by law, but by arbitrary statements telling us what we may or may not do?
	Now, this is not a hypothetical.
	You know, this is why I spend so much time on what's going on with the lockdown.
	It is a pattern of behavior.
	Alito talked about that.
	If we're going to have bureaucracies that are going to be setting up rules for us and bypassing our elected representatives, then what do elections mean anyway?
	And if the Congress is going to stand down and allow them to do that, what does it mean?
	But of course, we've already seen this pattern laid down by President Trump.
	Not just in the lockdown, but in terms of the bump stock issue.
	The ATF, even under Obama, never claimed to have any jurisdiction to modify anything that wasn't part of the central firing mechanism, lower thirds, whatever.
	Just an attachment.
	No, no, you can't criminalize that.
	But it was done by executive order by President Trump, the great supporter of the Second Amendment.
	And of course, that's now set a precedent To help establish a president that's been established across the board in every aspect of the federal government's massive boot stomping on our face forever, that these federal bureaucrats can, in every aspect of our life, micromanage every detail, and they can do it by fiat.
	And that's exactly what's being done with the lockdown.
	This medical tyranny was preceded by this type of tyranny in every other aspect.
	Unfortunately, those questions are not merely hypothetical.
	Thanks to the recent abuses of power by the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, millions of American gun owners are facing them head-on.
	Even if you hate guns, you should be deeply concerned by the arbitrary power wielded by the AFTF against your fellow Americans.
	If an unchecked executive agency Can run roughshod over any of our rights with impunity.
	All of our rights are in danger.

	Even if you're just a gun rights guy.
	You should understand that in every aspect of our life, and the federal government is in every aspect of our life, in every aspect they are now ruling by executive fiat.

	All right, as I was saying at the top of the hour, you have Democrats chomping at the bit to get rid of the Second Amendment.
	And why not?
	They've gotten rid of the First Amendment completely and nothing has been done in the Trump administration to defend any of that.

	And if you don't understand how essential both of these are to our freedoms, And if you don't understand the pattern of behavior that is here, the fact that we are now being ruled by fiat, by bureaucratic agencies, who are unelected, un-elected, and unaccountable to the American people.
	This is what this looks like with gun control.
	And of course, you're going to have Biden and Kamala Harris saying, yeah, I want to get rid of guns.
	And if you don't do what I say, within 100 days, if I'm elected president, remember when she was running?
	And now, you know, we're looking at a President Kamala.
	He said, within 100 days, I'm going to give you 100 days to craft the legislation.
	And if you don't do it, I'll do it myself.
	Sounds kind of like Obama, doesn't it?
	You know, where he said, well, I want you to ratify the Paris Climate Accord, that treaty.
	And, you know, under the Constitution, it's supposed to be done by the Senate.
	But if the Senate doesn't do it, then I'll ratify it.
	I'll sign it.
	And so will John Kerry, my Secretary of State.
	And that's what they did.
	They claimed that that was legal.
	So how do we stop these people?
	We've got a bureaucracy that's out of control.
	We have a judiciary and a congress and a president that just gets out of the way and lets the public health officials lock us down.
	Lets the ATF go from instant background check to instant criminal background.
	Make you a criminal instantly.
	For something that was legal a day or so ago?
	And of course, President Trump did that himself with the bump stock.
	The bump stock was not important, except as a principle.
	As a principle, it was very, very important.

	We've seen a president who can, and has, locked down every middle class business because we pretty much were Out of business in the middle class, except for service businesses.
	They shipped our jobs abroad for slave labor in China with NAFTA and other issues.

	And so they said, you don't want those manufacturing jobs.
	They're hard.
	They're dirty.
	They're dangerous.
	You'd much rather have slave labor in China.
	I've seen that argument made so many times by these libertarian think tanks funded by the Koch brothers, who, by the way, you know, you've got the surviving Koch brother.
	Now he's just he's fully on board with Biden.
	He's so upset that he was ever associated with the things that his father, who made the money, by the way.
	It's these second generation spoiled brats who turn into politically correct Marxists and globalists.
	His father was, who made the fortune, was a very strong anti-communist.
	And they kept up that legacy for a while, pretending to, but they were still channeling money to the Clintons and so forth all of that time.
	And now they're openly coming out and just disavowing any connection to the free market.
	And why not?
	Because you know, it's, you didn't build it and you're not essential and so we're going We're going to shut down the middle classes, basically the service businesses.
	Those are the things that have to be shut down.
	We have an official in the Biden administration, if that's what happens, saying, well, you know, we've looked at this, and we don't need to do the across-the-board lockdown like we did before.
	Oh, really?
	What exceptions would you have?
	I think we still should shut down all restaurants and hair salons and gyms and all this other kind of stuff.
	But, you know, the one thing we need to keep open is the schools.
	That's it.
	Everything else.
	Oh, yeah, we'll be selective about this.
	Openly talking about.
	Now, yeah, you know, before we turned it on and off like a switch.
	How many times have I said that?
	I've even been called out.
	Well, when did they say they turn it on and off like a switch?
	I said, look at what they're saying.
	She's actually saying it.
	We're going to turn it on and off like a switch.
	And that's exactly what they've done.
	Now she says, well, it won't be on and off like a switch.
	It'll be a dimmer switch.
	A dimmer switch.
	Yeah, if you're dim-witted enough to follow this stuff.
	But let's go to the solution.
	Because as we look at Biden, and we know that he's going to be, you know, he's been associated with the Gun-Free School Zone Act and the assault weapons bans of the 1990s, and they're already looking at taking this approach that you've seen in some of the Democrat states where they outlaw a certain capacity of magazine.
	They'll come after the ammunition.

	They're not going to go around door-to-door with all their braggadocio.

	And you had some senators who then took exception to that, but they never really started it back up the way that they did.
	It used to be that surplus brass Would be sold by the military into the market.
	But they tried to do everything they could on the sly to shut down the supply of ammunition.
	That's gonna get real serious.
	So how do we get around this?
	Well, one state senator in Oklahoma, his name is Nathan Dahm.
	D-A-H-M.
	Nathan Dahm is ready to challenge any federal gun control action.
	He says he's working on legislation that would turn Oklahoma into a Second Amendment sanctuary.
	Quote, meaning that those cities, those states, those counties that enact this will not implement any unconstitutional gun control measures.
	A lot of how the, and listen to this, he understands exactly how these people operate.
	A lot of how the feds try to implement these things is through local law enforcement.
	Whether it's county sheriffs, local police departments, and they try to attach funding to that to force those cities and counties to do that.
	So what we could do is to make sure that those cities and counties don't accept any federal funding to implement any gun control measures.
	Now, we've seen this before.
	When Richard Nixon did his unconstitutional 55 mile an hour speed limit, how did they do that?
	Well, they tied it to highway funds.
	They bribed the various people to do that.
	And they also made partners of local law enforcement.
	Oh, you know, you can make a lot of money handing out speeding tickets.
	And by the way, we won't give you matching federal funds for interstate construction if you don't do this either.
	Carrot and stick.
	And we have seen that with the war on drugs, right?
	If you go out and you arrest people without any due process, you know, you implement the federal program, which by the way, Biden was instrumental in that as well, as well as Reagan.
	The idea that you could, with what they called civil asset forfeiture, why did they call it that?
	Well, forfeiture, that just means theft.
	You're not voluntarily giving this up, they're stealing it from you.
	But they call it forfeiture.
	Asset means things that you own that they're stealing.
	So asset forfeiture means that they're stealing stuff from you.
	And they call it civil.
	That's the most important legal prevarication of that phrase.
	Civil asset forfeiture.

	They charge the inanimate object, the property, with the crime and steal it.
	They don't find you guilty.
	They don't charge you, they don't find you guilty, they don't then assess a penalty because in some of these cases, some of them have now been pulled back in court challenges by saying, well that was an excessive penalty.
	You took my $45,000 car that I had paid for with other money because you found a marijuana joint in there.
	And some courts have now thrown that out.
	But it's the same type of thing.
	The federal government, you know, people like Jeff Sessions, would encourage local sheriffs, like you had Sheriff Israel in there with a famous, you know, stoneman shooting that did nothing at all.
	Well, he was driving around in a Lamborghini that had his county sheriff stuff all over it.
	That's what they do.
	And so they partner them.
	They make them partners in crime.

	So the way you stop this is to say we're not going to take that money.

	And she said, this is a great day for our city and our country.
	We're taking our democracy back as everybody took to the streets to celebrate the coronation of Joe Biden by the mainstream media while nothing was still settled.
	And so, you know, she's putting that out.
	But here's how people are looking at this.
	People are not going ahead with their lives.
	They're scared to death.
	I had somebody send me a letter from a doctor saying this is going to last for a generation.
	Do you realize how mentally damaged?
	The population has become.

	They're scared to death.

	8% have taken an overnight business trip.
	8% expect to travel for business within the next six months.
	44% say their next hotel stay for vacation or leisure will be a year or more from now.
	36% say the urban market hotel occupancy for the week, or 36% urban Hotel occupancy for the week ending October the 31st.
	And on and on.
	This is what they've done to our economy.
	And the psychological damage is real.

	I said we have, these people are turning Americans into this obsessive compulsive disorder.
	You can see it on social media.
	The people freaking out.
	You're not wearing a mask.
	You're not washing your hands.
	You're not doing this.
	You're not doing that.
	And they've become obsessive about this.
	And they, I don't expect to see these people ever recover.

	But they don't have any rules for the bankers as to when they can take the property from the landlords who can't pay them, right?

	And so when you look at this table of contents, you've got a lot of things here about vaccination provider recruitment, how they are going to communicate to everybody to gaslight and propagandize us.
	They've got a lot of detailed information in this plan that runs, again, about 80 pages.
	This is their second 80-page program.

	The vaccine adverse event reporting system.
	Now that's an interesting one, because why would you need that?
	I thought this was completely safe.

	Are they really going to monitor this?
	Because, you know, for 35 years they didn't do it, after Fauci.
	You know, this guy, about 80 years old, 35 years ago when he became head of this infectious disease area, you know, first thing he did was to get legal immunity.
	For the vaccine companies for any injury or deaths.
	And I think the last thing that he's going to do before he leaves is to make sure that everybody in the world is compelled to buy their product for which they have no liability for injury or death.

	All right, when we look at this CDC data report, there's two things that really stood out for me, besides the fact, of course, that it is being centrally controlled and dictated to all these local health jurisdictions.
	They're also very concerned about how they're going to message people, very careful about how they're going to talk to you.
	But also, I find it interesting who they are planning to have talk to you.
	But first, let's take a look at their regulatory considerations.
	Towards the end, in the appendices here, they have their vaccine information statements.
	They say, vaccine information statements are required by law, but only if a vaccine is added to the vaccine injury table.
	And we're not going to do that with this one, so we're not required to do that.
	This is how these people get around this.
	Absolutely amazing.
	Optional vaccine information statements may be produced, but only after a vaccine has been licensed.
	Plans for developing a vaccine information statement for the COVID-19 vaccine are not known at this time.

	Vaccine refusal.

	Now, they have these different things set up based on standard and mass vaccination paths.
	They say the standard stuff is already there.
	It's part of the Immunization Information System, IIS.
	Now, IIS are standard data elements that are already being collected.
	And I find it interesting that the vaccine refusal is one of these things that is already being collected.
	Does that mean that if you go to your pediatrician and you refuse to have your child vaccinated, that's being reported to the CDC by that physician?
	I don't know.
	But they do have that slot on what they're planning to do.
	And then when we look at how they're going to be propagandizing and gaslighting people, they have the COVID-19 vaccination communication objectives, the key audiences, the planning phases, and on and on.
	And then the places that they're going to be putting this out, including Of course, state and local government.
	The number two on there is employers.
	They're going to be pushing this out through employers, through healthcare providers, through health insurance issuers and plans.
	Oh, are you not going to be able to get health insurance if you're not vaccinated?
	Is that going to be the case?
	Through schools, through unions, through churches.
	They're going to be propagandizing you in all of those places, in addition to the usual communication channels.
	Such as print, radio, television, internet, social media, text messaging.
	Telling you how safe, effective it is, even though they're not going to have any vaccine information stuff on this.
	No registry whatsoever.
	And yeah, don't worry, we are going to be tracking any injuries or adverse events.
	And of course they didn't do that for 35 years, we now know.
	But I want to take a look real quickly at the what I would call the CIA election.
	We now have Sidney Powell saying that there's a Sunday morning yesterday she said the CIA may have used Dominion for its own benefit and Gina Haspel should be fired immediately.
	Well, yeah.
	That would have been a good idea.
	It would have been a good idea if she'd never been promoted to the head of CIA since she ran and covered up the illegal torture program that was used to provide fake information about fake weapons of mass destruction that got us involved in the Iraq War.
	But of course, you know, President Trump is into torture.
	So she was promoted.
	And of course, that was 4-D chess, right?
	Except now it appears that she was part of the effort both in Russiagate and now in this election, even before the election.
	People had pointed out that Gina Haspel was part of the Langley-London Axis.
	You know, with all these people producing fake information.
	She was kept in the position and now she is a part of this as well.

	Cindy, before we went to the break, we talked about, you said that there may have been kickbacks to some people who accepted the Dominion software.
