	Today we're going to take a look at the next step.
	So we're going to take a look at who was appointed to head Operation Warp Speed.
	Let me tell you something.
	I believe that this is a very dangerous situation that we're in right now.
	We have a coming together of big pharmaceutical companies, the military-industrial complex, And the Federal Reserve.
	All pushing vaccines.
	And this guy who was chosen by President Trump to run this irresponsible, reckless Operation Warp Speed is a guy that has a very long history at GlaxoSmithKline.
	I'm going to give you that history coming up.
	But we should be very concerned about this.
	Now I know we have people who are saying, don't worry, President Trump says whether they get the vaccine or not.
	Some people may not want to take the vaccine.
	Well, you know, what did he say a year ago when there was a measles outbreak?
	The measles outbreak was not used to shut down the entire economy.
	And we got people like the Federal Reserve Chair Powell telling President Trump, you've got to have the vaccine to reopen.
	He's going to grasp at any straw.
	Because he's smart enough to know that his re-election depends on the economy.
	It's the economy, stupid.
	Remember?
	Going back to Clinton, that's what they said.
	They said, people don't care about his wars.
	They don't care about, you know, his Monica Lewinsky, his perjury, his impeachment.
	They don't care about any of that stuff.
	What they care about is the economy.
	And that's true.
	And this is why President Trump continues to say, we've got to open it up, we've got to open it up.
	But here's the conditions.
	The conditions are being laid down by Fauci.
	And even though President Trump may push back against Bill Gates, it is simply because he has a personal animosity towards Bill Gates now.
	He will go along with the Gates agenda, because he will use Gates surrogates like Fauci, Birx, and Monsef Saloui.
	Yeah, that's a name you're going to get familiar with.
	Monsef Saloui.
	So as we look at this, and the fact that the federal government is now buying riot gear, Increasing security funding and citing the coronavirus pandemic at the same time.
	Let me tell you something.
	We ran a story, a great piece of research done by Paul Joseph Watson by the time I started at InfoWars eight years ago, about all these different government agencies buying massive amounts of ammunition.
	I find that alarming.
	I found it unnecessary.
	At the very least, it was something that should get people upset about the wasteful government spending.

	And the hospitals are going out of business.
	And nurses and doctors are getting fired, getting laid off, losing their jobs.
	And doctors, I'm sure they will have a way to make money outside of the hospital.
	Nevertheless, the nurses are working there.
	How is this happening during a pandemic?
	The, obviously, the worst pandemic the world has ever seen because we've never done anything like this before.
	And yet, in the midst of this, just imagine the Orwellian double thing.
	These two contradictory ideas of a pandemic and hospitals that are being bankrupted because they're totally empty.
	You better wake up to what's going on here, folks.
	The lies coming out of mainstream media, the people apologizing for Trump left and right.
	I'm going to tell you how he owns this, how he is pushing it even faster than the big pharmaceutical companies, DARPA, the Federal Reserve.
	It's absolutely amazing.
	All these people coming together, pushing vaccines on you, pushing all of these social controls.
	Bank of America talking about, this is what the new world order is going to look like.
	It's in your face!
	I mean, it's almost as if they mandated you take these masks and put them over your eyes and your ears!
	Of course, they put gags over your mouth a long time ago on social media, didn't they?
	And now it's happening in physical space.
	And the people who own the digital public square will be owning the physical public square, and guess what?
	You ain't gonna be in it, as George Carlin says, because you're gonna be locked up in your little home unless you get their permission to get outside.
	Isn't this wonderful news?
	We've got a federal judge in North Carolina allows churches to worship.
	What kind of a country is this?
	Has this federal judge or anybody else?
	I mean, it's nice that he's allowing people.
	Why are we asking As free men and women, as Christians, why would you petition the government to open up your church?
	Why?
	Why are we bowing down to these people who tell us we have to obey their every whim?
	And let me tell you, even if they get their laws off of us, and they're not laws, they're dictates, Now The Onion, that's pretty much right.
	Florida governor deploys the National Guard to force residents back into malls and movie theaters.
	Why?
	Because they've been so severely psychologically gaslighted by Fauci and these other people in the Trump administration.
	Look, President Trump has to fire Fauci and Birx to get us back on track.
	But that's not going to be sufficient.
	He's going to have to put in people who were right from the beginning about this fraud.
	About this garbage model.
	The assumptions the model was built on were false.
	Obviously false to people who are epidemiologists who spoke out about this at the very beginning.
	And I was reading you what they had to say at Stanford and other places.
	So the assumptions of the model were false.
	The model itself was a piece of garbage from a computer software standpoint.
	You can put the same information into it and get different results each time.
	Now there's your bug.
	Don't worry about the COVID virus, it's the software bug that killed us, right?
	I mean, you want to have different randomized data sets that you run through a model, of course.
	We're not talking about that.
	We're talking about feeding the exact same information into the model and getting a different answer each time.
	You don't want randomized answers.
	You want randomized inputs.
	And then the inputs that they were putting into it.
	The false assumptions that have now been exposed over and over and over again.
	People who supposedly died from COVID-19, who died with COVID-19.
	And once you change that, You get radically different numbers, but it's not even that close.
	They're saying just presume that they have COVID-19.
	Don't even bother with the test.
	You don't even know if they died with COVID-19, but you're saying they died from COVID-19.
	And so The Onion says the Florida governor is going to have to force people back into malls and movie theaters.
	Why?
	Because they've been so scared.
	The country's been turned into OCD.
	obsessive compulsive people washing their hands everywhere wearing as a person sent me a picture it was on an airplane and of course almost all the seats are empty and this listener sent me a picture see if you guys can pull that up a picture of a guy a couple of rows ahead of him and he's got a dirty t-shirt he says this guy uses a mask he put a dirty t-shirt around his face
	This is OCD behavior.
	Obsessive-compulsive insanity.
	Absolute insanity.
	And even as you have these different governors locking people up on our Day 63 of America Held Hostage, they're releasing prisoners left and right.
	We have a parolee released early due to coronavirus accused of murdering a woman in Denver.
	The police say a suspect stole a truck 13 minutes after getting released with zero bail.
	And on and on.
	I could give you a zillion stories like this.
	But finally, before we get into the vaccination stuff, this article really stuck out to me.
	Now everybody knows that oil has tanked.
	Literally.
	It is in the tankers, parked offshore.
	I even read you the satire piece that One of the cruise lines said, we're going to convert all of our cruise ships to tankers because we can make a lot more money.
	Because people are so desperate to have a place to put their oil now.
	They'll pay so much money for it.
	Well, guess what?
	China is now bringing a record fleet of 117 tankers to China.
	They're going to buy it at the bottom of the market.
	And I want you to just think about how large 117 tankers are.
	We're talking about millions and millions of barrels of oil, folks.
	And they're going to get it and put it in their strategic reserve.
	What are we doing?
	I don't know, I think.
	And I want to just ask you.
	When the price of oil has plummeted to probably the lowest price in my lifetime, certainly in terms of real terms, and nobody knows what to do with it, and it's a glut, and you even had some futures contracts where people were paying people to take the oil away from them because they didn't know they were going to have to take delivery and they didn't know what to do with it.
	And so China shrewdly steps in It says we'll buy it at that price.
	Bring it on.
	Now let me ask you, who is playing checkers and who is playing chess?
	Who is playing 4D chess?
	They panicked the world.
	The world followed China's example and shut down their economies.
	China is open and now they're buying oil.
	At these low prices.
	Yeah, somebody is playing 40 chess and it ain't the White House.

	Alright, we're going to play you some clips here to give you some context of what's going on with Fauci, with vaccines.
	Fauci's got a long history with swine flu vaccine, covering for it, pushing it on pregnant women.
	And of course, the man who has been handpicked by President Trump, or maybe handpicked by the real president, Fauci, has a long history of involvement with vaccines like this, the GlaxoSmithKline he developed.
	The HPV vaccine that was pushed on so many people.
	Remember, it was a few years ago when Rick Perry was governor here in Texas and he decided that he was going to force vaccinate all kids in school with HPV vaccine.
	Well, that was developed by this guy, Monsef Saloui, working at GlaxoSmithKline, GSK.
	So I want to take a look at what's going on with this and the damage that will be done to people because we're going to go back and show you how these other vaccine programs that were rushed to market, that were vouched for being safe by Mr. Fauci, we'll show you some of the people that were damaged by this.
	We'll show you some of the international pullback on this.
	Yeah, we've got a legislator in Italy Saying that Bill Gates needs to be arrested.
	She's absolutely right.
	But let me tell you something, Fauci needs to be arrested as well.
	Fauci, at the NIH, funded gain-of-function research in universities in the United States, UNC Chapel Hill famously, because they released their research on the coronavirus and the Chinese bat.
	They did that one year after funding was supposed to have been stopped.
	Francis Collins and Fauci continued to fund it.
	They said, we don't care, even though other scientists who had ethics were furious.
	They said, there's absolutely no reason to do something like this.
	There's nothing but downside.
	This could be released accidentally or intentionally.
	There's no reason to do this.
	But they continued to fund it.
	Fauci funded it.
	At US universities, so did Collins, and they also funded it in China.
	So why aren't they arrested?
	Why isn't there a warrant out for their arrest instead of them running our government and locking each and every one of us down?
	And so, when I see this story here from Millie Weaver on InfoWars, I just cannot It's not my job here to pick other people apart, but I tell you what, this is the most naive, dangerous idea I've ever seen to continue to cheerlead Trump when this type of thing is happening.
	Trump never pushed a mandatory COVID-19 vaccine.
	Well, you keep saying that even after it hits, won't you?
	Many people in President Trump's base are concerned about mandatory vaccines.
	Well, yeah, he knows that.
	That's why he's talking like this.
	But take a look at what he's doing!
	He funded $138 million for the Pentagon to create a massive distribution of this vaccine.
	Now, you don't think that they're going to use the Pentagon to force it on people?
	Maybe not.
	Maybe Trump will demur.
	Maybe they will just put out guidelines and recommendations and then they will leave it to the governors of various states to mandate how it's going to be used.
	We've already had mandates for the measles vaccines.
	That hit last year.
	It hit as and after President Trump was saying, there's a measles outbreak.
	They just gotta take the shot.
	They gotta take the shot.
	You gotta get the shot.
	No we don't.
	No we don't.
	And that had not shut down the entire economy.
	Let me tell you, with the Federal Reserve Chairman pushing this vaccine and everything else, we've got to have the vaccine so we can get our economy back to normal.
	Now you should get upset about the trade-off between money and power and people's lives.
	Because that's what we're talking about here.
	Why would you call this project Warp Speed?
	Why would you put people from GlaxoSmithKline and the NIH in charge of this?
	These are the people who have been working hand-in-glove with Gates all along.
	All along!
	And if they're going to say, you've just got to get the shot, you've got to get MMR, measles shot, mumps, rubella, you've got to get that before you can go to school.
	You don't think they're going to do the same thing?
	The exact same thing with coronavirus?
	Come on, they shut down the entire economy for coronavirus.
	You don't think they're going to mandate that?
	Oh, but it won't be President Trump.
	It will just be his guidelines, his recommendations, the vaccines that he funded, that he pushed at warp speed, and that he deployed with the military.
	But it won't be President Trump.
	Don't blame President Trump.
	My goodness!
	We can't say anything wrong about this?
	Let me tell you something.
	The only thing that's going to stop him from doing this is our concern.
	And you better be concerned about this.
	You better be angry about this, because if you're not concerned, if you're not angry, if you don't tell him this is a deal-breaker, it's going to happen.
	And quite frankly, with the push that is happening with this, once they get this stuff ready, once they have $138 million invested in these vaccines, with the GPS tracking to know when you get it, where you get it, Once they have that, believe me, you're going to have governors all over this country that are just, can't wait to pump those things into your arms and your kids' arms as conditions.
	To go back to work, to go back to school, to get out of lockdown, to travel, you name it.
	You're going to find a full spectrum, they're going to put these things out, guidelines and recommendations just like they did about social distancing and masks and all this kind of stuff, so you're going to have a full spectrum of responses.
	You might have some governors who say, we're not going to mandate this, but we're going to recommend it.
	And then the businesses will mandate it.
	And then you'll have other governors who will say, well, we're not going to mandate this for adults, but we'll mandate it for kids going back to school.
	And then you'll have the governors like Whitmer and Inslee.
	In Michigan and Washington State.
	And they'll say, everybody's going to have to get it.
	You're not going to do anything unless you get the vaccine.
	It's going to be the full spectrum.
	And you know where it comes back to?
	It comes back to the guidelines, the recommendations, the funding, the push at warp speed.
	It comes back to Trump!
	He owns this!
	He's the president!
	The buck stops with him.
	And we need to quit passing the buck on to other people and excusing him.
	He owns this.
	He and Jared Kushner are pushing this thing.
	Jared Kushner is the one who chose Monsef Sallawi.
	And so he'll come out and say, well, I don't want people to believe this is dependent on a vaccine.
	Some people aren't going to want to get it.
	They may not have a vaccine.
	They may drag this out because they want to keep the economy deflated.
	That's the other game they can play.
	Drag it out.
	Get President Trump out.
	You got people, the same people out there who are afraid to go anywhere without wearing a mask.
	They drive in their cars wearing a mask.
	Those people are going to be begging for a vaccine.
	And guess what?
	You can say, well, some people may not want to get it.
	That's right, President Trump.
	But some people may not want to get MMR.
	And you said they got to get the shots.
	And these same people who demand that you get the shots to get back into school, these same people who say that they cannot be protected if they get a vaccine, you have to get the vaccine for them to be protected.
	These are the same people who are saying they're not protected if they wear a mask, you have to wear the mask as well.
	This is the herd mentality, the dangerous herd, that is trampling our individual rights in the Constitution.
	And it's being pushed at Operation Warp Speed.
	It took hundreds and hundreds of years of human civilization to build up the world economy to where it is.
	Every economist is on record saying that as this economy has been shut down for two months, it is going to be a death sentence to the third world and a horrible, nightmarish collapse for the first world, and that the general public is going to go into deep, deep We are now in a giant dystopia.
	But a lot of people are waking up, and there is a major backlash taking place against this tyranny.
	And we must all rediscover our Bill of Rights, rediscover our Constitution and our backbone, and start saying no to people who take this moral high ground and say, shut your business down, shut your life down, it'll save lives.
	No.
	It's caused millions to already starve to death, tens of millions more.
	So the cowards who went along with this controversy signaling, you have destroyed your lives and our lives.
	Congratulations.
	The lockdown is permanent dictatorship.
	The lockdown is designed to have the public accept their basic rights being suspended and a global medical tyranny led by the WHO and the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation in full control.
	Many will submit through fear.
	Others will be bought off.
	But in the end, the globalists admit they're building a post-human world.
	And now that we're inside the cage, it's going to move very, very quickly into its endgame.
	Submission to this is a form of living death and committing the next generation and our own generation to a living hell that cannot be imagined until you're actually experiencing this.
	This is your dignity, your soul, your future being torn inside out.
	This is a scientific dictatorship taking full control of humanity.
	We are 170 days out from the 2020 election.
	It is a referendum of national sovereignty against globalism.
	And Obama, Hillary, and the deep state have been caught attempting to overthrow President Trump's election, and they've been caught in two separate coup attempts against the president.
	Now, they've been pushing COVID-19 to shut down the economy and create a depression, while China's already been open for business for more than a month.
	This is an ongoing globalist attempt to punish the American people, wreck our economy, and hope that we won't recognize that it is they, the New World Order, that have orchestrated this and not President Trump.
	They know their crimes are coming out.
	They know the chickens are coming home to roost.
	So now they're panicking and trying to steal the 2020 election with mail-in ballots based on keeping the public safe from COVID-19.
	The entire COVID-19 system is a giant hoax and must be exposed if America has any hope.

	As we look at what is coming, this is the second and third wave.
	The first wave was to lock us down to imprison us under house arrest.
	The second wave is to let us out conditionally based on tests.
	As I reported, ah, what, two months ago?
	Yeah, get that little wrist.
	You can test it daily.

	You can travel for a day.
	Then tomorrow you get another test and we'll see if you pass it.

	That type of a hall pass to get out of your lockdown.
	I'll tell you what, we are... We are following the pattern of these prison-like schools that have been set up.
	I guess they figure they've run enough kids through these schools.
	That they can now roll this out to us as a society.
	I didn't think it would happen to the society in my lifetime, but I didn't realize just how aggressively they were going to go with this.
	And I don't think anybody did.
	But it's about time we all wake up and that we understand exactly what this is about.
	Like Franklin Graham said, he sent people with Samaritan's Purse to help in New York City.
	He now says, no, this is about control.
	That's what this is about.
	But look, if we take any hope in the fact that the FDA has halted the Bill Gates-backed COVID-19 testing program, I don't think that there's really any hope in that.
	I don't think that that is a sign that President Trump is pulling back on this agenda.
	As a matter of fact, the agenda to vaccinate everyone quickly to lock down society with draconian measures to accelerate a vaccine and to force everybody to take it.
	That is what they war game for and have been war gaming for ever since 9-11 on an annual basis.
	It's not just event 201.
	And pretty much all of these annual events are underwritten by Bloomberg and by Gates.
	Bloomberg through the John Hopkins University, his Bloomberg School of Medicine or Health, there.
	They work with the Gates Foundation to help to fund these.
	And the moral of the story, every time they run these big, complicated simulations, is you let everybody die because you weren't draconian enough, you didn't accelerate the vaccine quickly enough.

	Doctors in Canada are being told to stay away from a batch of 170,000 swine flu vaccines following six reports of allergic reactions.
	The vaccine in question was produced by GlaxoSmithKline, which insists none of the other vaccines it has distributed around the world need to be pulled.
	Authorities routinely monitor vaccines for any signals of problems such as allergic reactions.
	While those are rare, they do sometimes occur, and company officials say they advise doctors not to use the batch after getting word of a higher than normal number of reactions.
	It's not clear how many of the 170,000 vaccines have been administered, and officials haven't released any details on the victims.
	Still, they are urging people not to be alarmed and add that any... Yeah, don't be alarmed.
	It's extremely rare.

	The airline has warned its administrative staff will be about 30% smaller by the time fall comes around.
	So it says also they have 7,000 more pilots than they expect that they will need in the fall.

	People really haven't been paying attention to Fauci until lately.
	And now he is basking in the limelight.
	But this is a little back and forth about Fauci when the swine flu quote-unquote epidemic of 2009 happened.
	And I want you to hear how he plays both sides of this argument.
	Listen to how similar this is to what is happening now.
	And bear in mind that he vouched for the safety of this GlaxoSmithKline vaccine.
	You know, the same company that Moncef Slaoui was the head vaccinator.
	And They had a lot of problems with that.
	A lot of people were injured by that.
	But he vouched for the safety of that vaccine, told everybody it was absolutely essential.
	Here's Fauci, 11 years ago, talking about the swine flu epidemic, video clip number 10.
	How can a person tell if they have the regular seasonal flu or if they've contracted the 2009 H1N1 influenza virus?
	Well, for a person, him or herself, to be able to determine that would essentially be impossible because you can get everything from very, very mild illness to severe illness with either seasonal flu or the H1N1.
	H1N1 new 2009 pandemic flu. Most of the time it's a mild disease but there are unusual cases that can be severe. The only way a person can tell is if they get their blood drawn or other laboratory tests which could specifically distinguish between one and the other but that is something that is not done
	So if someone wakes up in the morning and feels that they're not well, they get a fever, muscle aches, some cough, the things that you would get with the flu, it would be very difficult for them to determine whether it's seasonal flu or the H1N1.
	Circumstances that are going on in the community can give you a pretty big hint of what you have.
	Let me give you an example.
	When H1N1 historically has gone into a community, both in the United States in the spring of 2009, as well as what we're seeing in the Southern Hemisphere, In Argentina, Chile, Australia, in South Africa, it generally overwhelms and crowds out the seasonal flu.
	So if you're in a community in which we know from surveillance that 99% of the cases of flu are really H1N1, you can make a reasonable assumption that your illness is due to H1N1.
	Okay, alright, so you understand how this... and I have had people on time and time again saying, look at this, we have the CDC, and they say if somebody comes in with respiratory symptoms or they got a fever or whatever, just call it the flu.
	We don't have time and we don't have the facilities to test everybody.
	And we're seeing that in spades now, right?
	We can't test everybody, so look, if they've got respiratory discomfort or, you know, cold or whatever, just call it the flu.
	And that's how the CDC has cooked the books year after year for flu, for flu deaths, for all of this.
	And you just heard Fauci saying, well, you can't really tell the difference between the regular flu and this flu.
	So we just know that if there's some of it in the area, we'll assume that it's overwhelmed the flu.
	And if you wake up in the morning, you got a headache or something, you know that it's the swine flu, you better get the swine flu shot.
	Because it's important to get the flying flu shot.
	That's what we're selling this year.
	It's this year's model of the shot.
	Why?
	It's no different from any of these other things.
	But listen to what he does.
	This S.O.B.
	goes on CBS, and the anchor, to her credit, really pushed back against him hard.

	And I want you to hear him pushing how they have to have the swine flu shots for pregnant women.

	Let's talk about these new numbers that were released.
	92 to 96 percent of pregnant women who had this vaccine showed an adequate immune response.
	What does that mean, adequate immune response?
	How likely are they to be protected from the H1N1 virus?
	Highly likely.
	What we do is that we did a clinical trial, which I reported on yesterday, in which you vaccinate women with a single dose or two doses and you find out that a single standard dose of the H1N1 vaccine would induce an immune response that you would predict would be protective from the experience that we've had over decades with influenza vaccinations.
	So when we say that 92 to 96 percent, that means that close to More than 90 percent, so almost everyone.
	The difference between 92 and 96 isn't really that much.
	It means that the overwhelming majority of women who get vaccinated will mount a response that you would predict would be protective.
	That's very good news for the people who have already been vaccinated because they can know that that one shot of vaccination has put them in good stead with protection, as well as women who are wondering whether they would be protected.
	These are very strong data to indicate that vaccination would protect you.
	Have any of these women had their babies and has the baby been okay?
	Well, first of all, we have decades of experience of vaccinating women with influenza.
	But with this particular vaccine?
	Well, you're talking about weeks, so I can't tell you whether one or two women gave birth to babies, but there have been no deleterious effects on the women or on any children that might have been born, but you're talking about a relatively small number of people.
	You rely much more on years of experience with very similar vaccines, and there's been no effect, deleterious effect, on the baby or on the pregnant woman.
	What is your best argument for the vaccine to people who feel that the chances of me or my child getting severely sick from H1N1 is so mild that I'm not willing to take a chance with a vaccine that is brand new and may have long-term side effects that we're not yet aware of?
	That's right.
	Long-term side effects.
	You don't know.
	You don't know if it's safe.
	You don't know if it's effective.
	As a matter of fact, we played the clips and WHA said, we're really not testing this stuff.
	We're just putting this stuff out.

	When they pushed through the 1986 Vaccine Compensation Act, which is exactly the opposite of what it says, right?
	It was designed to keep you from getting compensated.
	But no, you're not going to have a jury trial.

	So we're going to do it with a special master and they will do kind of an arbitration process.

	And the vaccine companies will just pay a little bit of a surcharge tax on each one of these vaccines, and then they won't have any liability.

	You know, you had Fauci saying, well, we do it on these pregnant women, and they have a reaction that makes us believe, based on our many, many decades of experience here, that they're going to be able to fight off this flu.
	Now, they didn't vaccinate any pregnant women.
	And then expose them to the swine flu.
	Just like they don't... How are we going to test an Ebola vaccine, right?
	Because we can't expose humans to Ebola.
	That would be a violation of the international laws.
	The Nuremberg Code, that you cannot, even if somebody volunteers, you can't expose them to something that is fatal, and Ebola is fatal in 80% of the cases.
	So we can't do that even with their permission.
	But I'm telling you that when people like Fauci and Francis Collins at the NIH continue to fund bio-warfare projects, gain-of-function projects, like they did at UNC Chapel Hill, like they did in China, like they did at university after university, they had a half-dozen universities, that they continue to do it even when they were told to stop.

	We need some legislators in the US to call for the arrest of Fauci.

	Morgan said GBS blinded him, paralyzed him, and almost cost him his life.
	Now that he's back home with his family and out of the hospital, he has a message for anyone else wanting to get their flu shot.
	Shane Morgan is happy to be home for the holidays, something he would have taken for granted just a month ago.
	On November 2nd, he and his wife got their flu shots.
	Then the very next day, Morgan felt like he came down with a bad cold.
	But things quickly got worse.
	I'm having trouble focusing on stuff.
	It's like my eyes just wouldn't pull images together.
	And I didn't think that much of it.
	I thought it was my inner ears messing with me from all the sickness that I'd had.
	And I got up to go use the bathroom, and I realized I couldn't walk.

	His wife, Monique, rushed him to the ER.
	Morgan had to be put into a coma, spending 23 days at Centennial Hospital.
	It's like somebody just cuts your back open and cuts the nerves and just lets them flap on the wind.

	Doctors confirmed Morgan had a Guillain-Barre syndrome.
	The CDC has linked the neurological disease to the flu shots, but says it varies based on the strain.
	It's just doesn't work.
	I just have an immune system that does not like whatever is in that vaccine.
	Now Morgan is recovering.
	He says he's about 50% better and he's gaining feeling in his face.
	Can eat and talk again.
	He's home for Christmas.
	This could have been insane.
	But the family says this will be the last year they get their flu shot, adding it's just not worth the risk.
	Everybody just says that it's a coincidence and all this.
	This wasn't a coincidence.
	It's not a coincidence.

	In Sweden, they have not shut down their entire economy and their schools.
	You saw the MSNBC reporter on the streets talking about it.

	And they were looking at him and thinking how strange he was.
	And they were the ones who were rational.
	You talk about a reversal of everything, right?

	Prime Minister Stefan Lofven said there is a risk of a false sense of security.
	That you believe that you can't be infected if you wear a face mask.
	And there's that report from MSNBC, yeah.
	The virus can gather in the mask, and when you take it off, the virus can be transferred to your hands, thereby spread further, says Sweden's state epidemiologist.
	He also said face masks can be effective against larger, free-floating particles, things like air pollution, but nothing suggests that they help protect you from airborne viruses.
	And again, I pointed out in detail, as the doctor and others have said, I said from the very beginning, I said, do you realize that it took them a long time to be able to see bacteria because they didn't have the proper equipment?
	You know, Charles Darwin believed in spontaneous generation.
	Because when we went to the British Museum and they had his quote-unquote laboratory there, I said, no wonder this guy was so off-the-wall wrong about everything.
	His laboratory was like a handheld Sherlock Holmes magnifying glass.
	He didn't even have a microscope.
	He would look at stagnant water because he saw eventually, after it got to a critical mass, he would see stuff in there.
	So he believed in spontaneous generation.
	He believed in Lamarckian inheritance and all this other kind of stuff.
	You know, it took a while for the scientists to have microscopes where they could actually see the bacteria in the water before it multiplied to a certain critical mass.
	But even after that, even after they started to understand that bacteria and germs were the source of a lot of different diseases, they were seeing these other diseases and they said, well, it seems like it's operating the same way as bacteria, but people are catching it, it's contagious and so forth.
	But we don't see any bacteria there.
	It's because the viruses are so small.
	Orders of magnitude smaller.
	You have to have an electron microscope.
	And so if you think that your dirty handkerchief is going to protect you against virus particles, The best example was Dr. Andrew Kaufman, who said, well, that's kind of like putting up a chain link fence to keep out mosquitoes.
	It ain't gonna work.
	Ain't gonna work.
	Nevertheless, you have New Jersey launching, you'd look better in a mask awareness campaign.
	I don't think so.

	As a matter of fact, what an insult that is to everybody in New Jersey, right?

	Harvard and MIT researchers, however, are trying to make that come true.
	They're developing a face mask that will light up when it detects the coronavirus.

	If you breathe or cough or sneeze, then it will examine the saliva that's now trapped in your dirty mask.
	And a fluorescent signal could show whether or not the coronavirus is present.
	And it isn't going to just show that particular coronavirus.
	It's a whole family.
	All the different cold and flu viruses are coronaviruses.
	And so guess what?
	Anybody's got a cold, that's going to light up and as that identifies you, right, you're going to get the You're going to get the invasion of the body snitchers.

	Not with violating quarantine.
	Dr. Russell Blaylock talked about the facts on Facebook.
	Let's move a little bit beyond the superstition and let's talk a little bit about the scientific facts here.
	Number one, it causes hypoxia in some patients.
	Number two, it causes hypercapnia in those same patients.
	Number three, it impairs one's immunity.
	Harmful respiratory viruses and bacteria as well are being exhaled, but then they get trapped in that mask.
	You know, that's why they said, hey, it's trapped in there, so let's analyze it while it's there, and then we can turn on a light and we can point a finger at this person, right?
	And so he says, it makes you wonder what other anti-COVID strategies have been planned by these full-time professional COVID-19 pandemic expert cheerleaders, right?
	Number one, flattening the curve.
	Yeah, well, that's not really going ahead.
	We were told that was why this is all done, but of course, now we flatten the curve, and we flatten the economy, and they're still not letting us out.
	No, we're going to next test large percentages of the population, then we are going to do aggressive, intrusive, full-on surveillance that they call contact tracing, and then we will aggressively propagandize the public to increase demand, have people begging, begging for the vaccine like they're begging for the mask.
	And again, they will not be protected If they get the vaccine, just like they're not protected if they get the mask, they're not protected if they get the MMR vaccine.
	You have to get the vaccine.
	You have to wear the mask.
	You know, so call in the government thugs to beat people up, right?
	He said, in terms of talking about these various health issues, Dr. Russell Blaylock said researchers have found that about a third of the workers developed headaches with the use of the mask.
	Most had pre-existing headaches that were worsened by the mask wearing.
	60% required pain medications for relief.
	The cause of the headaches, while straps and pressure from the mask could be causative, the bulk of the evidence points towards hypoxia and or hypercapnia as the cause.
	In other words, a reduction in blood oxygenation.
	That's hypoxia.
	Or an elevation in blood CO2.
	That's hypercapnia.
	See, CO2.
	That's the thing that everybody's worried about.
	CO2 emissions.
	Well, you can just keep them trapped in your mask and trapped in your blood.
	And that's a condition called hypercapnia.
	But that's cool because now we're not putting that out in the environment.
	It's known that if an N95 mask is worn for hours, it can reduce blood oxygenation by as much as 20%, which can lead to loss of consciousness.
	And, you know, we had the InfoWars story about the guy who passed out wearing his mask.
	While driving in his car with the windows up and drove his car into a tree.
	A more recent study involving 159 healthcare workers aged 21 through 35 years of age found that 81% developed headaches from wearing a face mask.
	But do you really need me to tell you this?
	Because my wife and I have been out and around.
	We talked to some of the poor people who are working for employers who are still forcing them to wear masks.
	My daughter does.
	So we don't need to know.
	We know this from experience.
	And some of the people who had to wear masks at their place of employment and now they're not wearing it.
	We talked to them and they said, yeah, I just, I couldn't breathe.
	It's like, yeah, I understand.
	I, you know, these people are mumbling.
	I mean, it's like trying to do business.
	Even when you're face to face with somebody, they're wearing a mask.
	It's almost as if you're trying to order a hamburger at the drive-in.
	McDonald's drive-thru with a lousy drive-in speaker, right?
	Unfortunately, no one is telling the frail and the elderly and those with lung diseases such as COPD, emphysema, or pulmonary fibrosis of these dangers from wearing a facial mask of any kind, which can cause a severe worsening of lung function.
	A drop in oxygen levels, hypoxia, is associated with impairment in immunity.
	So, it not only creates headaches, folks, but it also makes you more susceptible to this stuff.

	Well, the New York Post reports that coronavirus disproportionately affects obese patients.
	This is coming out of the CDC.
	Individuals with obesity can have lower operating lung volumes.
	Some may have obesity, hypoventilation syndrome, and so forth.
	If the individual is not ventilating their body adequately at baseline, and you add on top of this a COVID-19 infection with acute respiratory distress syndrome, individuals with obesity are already at a psychological disadvantage in terms of the respiratory status, etc., etc.
	Look, we know that if anybody is sick, and we have seen Over and over again.
	Even before we were locked down here in America, we had two reports that had come out of Italy where they had done a full China lockdown.
	And in those reports, they pointed out that everybody that had died up to that point They had an average age.
	First report, it was 80.3 years.
	Second report, it was 79.5 years.
	They said everybody except for three individuals had multiple comorbidities.
	As a matter of fact, they said the vast majority of them had three comorbidities.
	And yet, they called it COVID-19, as if that was the only thing killing them.
	And we see, as we're talking about obesity, out of the UK, the National Health Service there, NHS England, ...has published a breakdown of deaths by pre-existing conditions.
	They said 26% of the people who have died since March 31st had diabetes, often accompanying obesity.
	Right?
	The chronic condition affects 4 million Britons and may lower immunity.
	Oh, there we go.
	But if they had COVID-19, they died from it.
	Remember, I gave you the story last Friday.
	Of the individual who had blown, or they tested his blood level.
	He didn't blow because he was killed.
	He died from alcohol poisoning.
	You know, you die if your blood level is 0.3.
	His alcohol blood level was 0.55.
	Almost double what would typically kill you.
	And yet they tested his blood also for COVID-19.
	They found that he had COVID-19.
	They listed him as a COVID-19 fatality.
	Same thing was done with an individual who died from a fentanyl overdose.
	Also had COVID-19, therefore it was a COVID-19 death.
	As we're now looking at the distinction between those who died with COVID-19 and those who died from COVID-19, Colorado has now dropped their numbers of COVID-19 deaths by 25%.
	Just with that one distinction.
	I remember when we were going through and all of a sudden we had a spike and they said, look at this, another 10,000 deaths that came out.
	Well, that was when they redefined it.
	They said, look, you don't even have to test to see if somebody died with COVID-19.
	You know, they said, if they've got COVID-19, it will be the underlying cause.
	But then they came back and they said, don't even bother, just assume.
	Presume that they had COVID-19.
	You don't even have to test for it.
	And this is what they've done for years with flu.
	That's why I didn't believe any of these numbers that these lying people, these two smart people that President Trump calls them, the two liars in the White House, Fauci and Birx, I didn't believe these numbers from the very beginning.
	Because I'd seen them lie about flu statistics year-end and year-out.
	And they were lying again.
	But they went even further.
	When they got their spike, it was because they said, you don't even have to see that they've got COVID-19, you just say that they present that they died.
	And make that the underlying cause.

	And we can see this as Governor Cuomo admitted Last week, 66% of new hospitalizations appeared to have been people who were sheltering at home.
	He said, we thought maybe they were taking public transportation.

	They said, don't worry, we're going to clean it every 72 hours.

	They said, uh, we closed everything down, government's done everything it could, and we found out, no, these people didn't ride the public transportation.

	But we now have robberies spiking 50% as armed assailants exploit the new norms of everybody wearing a mask.

	In the past, if somebody walked into a store, especially a bank, and they're wearing a mask, and they had gloves on, immediately the security guards would be taking the safeties off their gun, right?

	And to help do that, we see that New Mexico is saying everybody has got to wear a mask in public.

	So anytime you get outside, you're not going to get any fresh air.
	We're going to make sure that we got you cooped up.
	And breathing stale air, breathing in any viruses that your body may be trying to deal with or to expel.
	No, no, no.
	You're going to get those breathed right back in if they get them trapped in your mask and you breathe them back in.
	Challenge your immune system.
	Lower the oxygen level.
	Raise the CO2 level in your bloodstream.
	Lower your immune system by doing all that stuff.
	But by all means, wear your mask.
	But yeah, you've got people robbing banks, but it's the banks who have been robbing the people.
	And that's really a big part of what this agenda is.
	When you look at this massive cover-up of the Federal Reserve's policies, the fact that we had Powell yesterday going on 60 Minutes saying, well, we've got to have a vaccine in order for people to have full confidence to come back out.
	And this is why it's not going to be enough for President Trump to fire Fauci.
	I think eventually he's going to have to.
	Because it'll be, as this thing runs, on and on and on.
	And President Trump's constituency, which typically the people who want independence and freedom, small business people and so forth, they want this freedom.
	They resent this.
	And you can only deflect this onto your subordinates for so long.
	And then people are going to say, yeah, but you left them there.
	And I'm already at that point.
	I've already passed that point quite some time ago.
	And so he's going to have to fire Fauci in order to save face with his voters.
	The problem is going to be that even after President Trump fires Fauci, and if he does it like he's done in the past, he's basically going to vilify and slander him in public.
	And again, remember, slander is just putting out negative things about people.
	It can still be true.
	There's plenty of true and negative things about Fauci.
	But he'll criticize him in public.
	And that will only antagonize Fauci and make him more of a hero to those people who just hate President Trump because he's a bad orange man.
	And unless President Trump acts as a leader with backbone, with determination, with a plan, Unless he takes the initiative and doesn't do this like he's done it in the past with other people in his cabinet.
	You know, beginning the slow escalation of, you know, cutting this loose.
	Look, you can have somebody that you fire for cause and if they come after you after the fact, Like Comey did, then fine.
	You take them on and then you criticize them.
	If they start slandering you, then you say, well here's what this guy did and why.
	But President Trump needs to fire Fauci.
	He needs to get somebody in there, in his place, Fauci and Birx, get people in there who have told the truth, who have been right from the very beginning.
	And those people need to start working to deconstruct the lies and the psychological gaslighting that has been in effect for 63 days now from Fauci and Birx.
	It's going to take a while to undo that psychological damage, and unless President Trump, that's the real key to the economy, President Trump.
	It isn't your vaccine.
	That's not going to save you.
	You're going to have, as a matter of fact, if you start trying to put that vaccine out, you're going to create a civil war.
	Maybe that's what the people around you want.
	Maybe that's what you want.
	I don't know what you want anymore.
	I've heard so many different reversal stories, I don't even understand what President Trump wants anymore.
	Does he want to close the border or keep the border open?
	Does he want to keep the Dreamers here because they're great people or do we send them back?
	What do we do about the foreign wars?
	What do we do about gun control?
	Should the BATF start to regulate things with firearms that they've never claimed that they had authority to regulate before?
	Should the FDA do the same thing?
	Start regulating things that they've never claimed they had the authority to do before?
	I've got people in my family who've been damaged by vaccines.
	Autoimmune disease.
	And yet, stem cell research.
	Using your own stem cells to repair that vaccine damage.
	is now banned by Trump's FDA.
	They have never claimed they had that kind of authority before, and they don't.
	They don't have any authority for anything under the Constitution, under the 9th and 10th Amendment.
	They don't have the authority to even exist, neither does the DEA.
	And yet, they're now saying, you can't use your own stem cells to treat illnesses that in many cases were brought on by vaccination.
	So, what do we do with this?
	I mean, is President Trump going to passively, aggressively attack Fauci and Birx at some point, and kick them out, and then we still have to deal with the psychological damage?
	It's not going to be enough to undo this, to pin all your hopes on the vaccine, to undo the psychological damage.
	And there are a lot of people, like me, who will treat that the same way as if you came to my door to confiscate my guns.
	That is the red line.
	That is the line that you will not cross over.
	That is the line in which I will lay my life down on.
	Because this is a principle that is going to invoke the worst kind of tyranny you have ever seen.
	And I would say the same thing about this mandated contact tracing and full-on surveillance.
	I've been talking about this forever.
	For years I've been talking about geospatial intelligence.
	This is their beard to bring this in.
	And let me tell you, you start this full-on surveillance with everybody demanding tests, demanding tracing and so forth, demanding vaccines.
	Well, you better try to confiscate the guns first.
	Because a lot of us are not going to put up with that.
	So if you want a civil war, you start this militarized vaccine program on people.
	Because we know that in many of these blue states, just take a look, the same ones that are out there telling people they've got to wear masks, telling people they can't get out, you know that they're going to force vaccines on people.
	As a condition of getting out of house arrest.
	And then it's going to be on.
	This is a disastrous program.
	You better push back against President Trump.
	You better not give him a pass because he's your guy.
	If he's your guy, if he's your only hope, you better yell and scream as loud as you can.
	You better put polls out.
	You better write letters.
	You better do phone calls.
	You better let him know that he better not accelerate this vaccine program and push it through the military.

	And according to Alan Dershowitz, they can do anything they want to to you, including a forced vaccination.

	Because we've got governors saying this is going to hit the next thing that's going to happen beyond people trying to open their businesses when the government says you can't open your business.
	People walking around without a mask when the government says you got to wear a mask.
	They're also going to start demanding that you have tests if you leave your home.
	They keep escalating this even though the disease pandemic has now disappeared.
	The tyranny has now gone viral.

	And so I wanted to get Eddie on to talk about what to do when you get one of these fines up to $1,000 or 90 days.
	That seems to be their favorite penalty for violating their arbitrary orders.
	So joining us now is Eddie Craig.
	Thank you for joining us, Eddie.
	Thank you for having me.
	Tell people what do we do when they hit us with fines for opening our businesses, for walking around without our face covered, or refusing to take one of their tests.
	What should we do?
	Well here's the thing that people have to understand about how this works when it comes to law.
	You have to deal with what's called jurisdiction and then you have to deal with what's called the law itself and the authority to make that law.
	Jurisdiction is divided into federal and state and then below state you have your local government and so on and so forth.
	The jurisdiction of the Federal Constitution is limited to just that.
	Federal issues.
	Federal legislation.
	Federal jurisdiction.
	What you have to think of that of is the Federal Constitution, according to the Supreme Court, is the floor of your rights.
	It is the very bottom rung of the ladder.
	Whereas, where we should be looking is our individual state constitution.
	The state constitution is the ceiling, or it can be at any level of any rung of that ladder, above the federal constitution on the protections that it affords the people that live under it.
	Here in Texas, for example, our ceiling is much, much higher than the federal floor when it comes to individual rights protections.
	Here's the problems in Texas in relation to this.
	I can't speak directly to other states because I don't know the Constitution of every state as well as I do Texas.
	But you people need to be looking at your state constitutions, your Bill of Rights, your legislative authority, your governmental authority in general, etc.
	etc.
	Here in Texas, our Bill of Rights specifically allows us to enforce our Constitution through Article 1, Section 29.
	We have the right to defend our Constitution based upon any violation of it as part of the Bill of Rights.
	Here in Texas, the Texas Legislature is the only body given the authority to make law.
	That is Article 3, Section 1.
	Under Article 3, we also have all the powers the Legislature is given in order to make those laws.
	The first one being That every law in Texas must have an enacting clause that specifies by what authority that law exists.
	And that is Article 3, Section 29.
	And that section specifically says that that enacting clause says the legislature enacted that law, not the governor.
	Every bill that contains a law to be enacted in Texas has to go through Article 3, Sections 29 through 39.
	Article 3 section 30 specifically says, or 31, that every bill containing a law must originate in one of the two houses of the legislature.
	It cannot originate with the governor.
	Period.
	Article 3 section 35 specifically says that a bill has to tell us what subject that law pertains to so that the public and the legislature are informed of what that bill is intended to do.
	On top of that, you have several others which requires reading on the floor of each house over three several days, etc, etc.
	All of which never occurred in relation to the governor's mandates.
	Okay?
	Nowhere is the governor of Texas given the power to supersede the legislature in the creation of law.
	In fact, the legislature itself cannot suspend the procedural rules for how laws have to be created except through the provisions of Article 3 Section 62 A and B and C. Those sections specifically control the continuity of government in the state of Texas in the case of a disaster.
	Now there's two ways you can read Article 3 Section 62.
	The first way being that it supports the way they're doing things, but the second way is the only way that makes that clause work with all the other provisions of the Texas Constitution in harmony.
	Their interpretation of 62 violates numerous provisions.
	My interpretation of 62 harmonizes it, which is what is required when you're reading the Constitution.
	So, in order to fight back against these, the first thing you have to do is challenge the legality of the order in relation to it being binding public law.
	It isn't.
	It can't be.
	It does not comply with Article 3, Sections 29 through 39.
	Therefore it has no authority of law upon the general public.
	An executive order is exactly that.
	An order to the executive agents of government to do a certain thing.
	But that order cannot violate the state constitution, the federal constitution, or state law.
	Unless the law itself has given the governor the ability to suspend some statutory provisions, the governor can't violate those provisions, even of a statute.
	But the statutes cannot give the governor the power to violate the Constitution or the Bill of Rights.
	And that is exactly what enforcement is doing.
	Yeah, and it began with a governor who shut things down, and then you had various Texas judges who are not judges in a court, but this is like the chief administrator in a county.
	Yeah, exactly.
	So we call them judges, and they've started acting like Judge Roy Bean.
	Lena Hildalgo and Houston, Pape and Bastrop and so forth, going in and really getting their little dictator on as soon as all the restraints were taken off of these people.
	They all started issuing dictates left and right.
	And we've seen this across the country.
	This is not just Texas.
	But it began with the governor setting the example and saying, I can say anything that I want.
	I can say all the businesses, all the restaurants have to close.
	All of that type of business has to close.
	But these other businesses over here are essential.
	And now the governor is saying, OK, well, if you don't have a single case diagnosed within a certain period of time in your county, you can open up at 50 percent level.
	It's like, what's going on with this?
	I mean, where are they getting this, Eddie?
	Is this coming from the model?
	Are they pretending that they have authority under some things that were passed with this Model State Emergency Powers Act?
	I know that was a slate of legislation that was pushed out by the federal government just before 9-11, and really they put a big push on it right after 9-11 telling everybody, you gotta watch out, we're gonna have terrorist attacks like anthrax and so forth, so give yourself power to do anything under an emergency.
	Yeah, in Texas that legislation is chapter 418 of the government code.
	They try to use the provisions of 418 to do things that even 418 itself does not authorize.
	Nowhere in 418 is the governor authorized to suspend the Constitution.
	And some of the things that it does authorize the governor to do directly violates the Constitution.
	But one thing it definitely does not do is grant any authority to any judge in the entire state to do anything like the ones that you were talking about have done.
	Nowhere in 418 does such authority exist.
	It doesn't grant it to the governor, it doesn't grant it to the judges.
	Nowhere does 418 specifically say the governor can suspend the Constitution, but some of the edicts he's made using 418 definitely do that.
	Yeah, and he doesn't, just like the rest of these governors, they haven't declared martial law.
	They do this so subversively, and that's what's so dangerous about this.
	This is why everybody in every state needs to look at this, and your state laws are going to be very much like those in Texas.

	We're talking about the people operating under color of law, pretending that they have legal authority for things that they don't have.
	That is a serious offense that is prohibited in the Constitution.
	But I want to talk about the due process now, because we've got, not only are they taking people's businesses, not only is it Not equal protection of the law.
	You know, well, this business is essential.
	Yours is not.
	But we also have property essentially being taken.
	Businesses are being shut down.
	Lives are being destroyed with that.
	There's a due process that is involved here and in most of these cases, I imagine it's like it is with traffic court, where there's not really any due process.
	They run you through and say, well, you're guilty.
	Try to prove that you're innocent.
	It's an administrative type of court.
	What do people do once you run afoul of the law, once you've got a business that is open, or you're walking around without a mask, or you refuse to take their test?
	Well, any of these things where they're charging $1,000 fines also have some sort of incarceration period associated with it in lieu of the fine or with the fine.
	In which case, they cannot conduct an administrative hearing on the subject.
	If there's incarceration involved as a part of the punishment, you have to appear in a judicial trial.
	You have to.
	Because in order to throw you in jail, it has to be construed as criminal.
	They can't throw you in jail for civil.
	That's important for people to know because I've seen everywhere I've seen this it's been this and or that okay a fine and or a jail term and you're pointing out this is important underscore this if those two are connected they have to give you a trial. Yes they have to give you a trial. Now the other thing about the suspending of business licenses and things like that in order to force compliance the Supreme Court has ruled in numerous instances that a license associated with a livelihood cannot be suspended without a
	proper judicial hearing and full due process.
	If you are being denied that, that's another way to fight it.
	And they've done that to the Michigan barber as well.
	You know, the people defending him and the governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer, said, all right, we'll take your license.
	And they've done that to a number of businesses around the country, in various states.
	Yes, they have.
	And if you challenge it on the grounds that the Supreme Court has said that a livelihood-based license can't be revoked without due process, then you can win that case, hands down.
	Here in Texas, they're forbidden to suspend our Bill of Rights, even if we're attacked by an enemy.
	Directly and that you'll find that as the last sentence of article 3 section 62 So once again, this all goes to legal authority The governor does not have any legal authority under chapter 418 to do the things he's doing at least not to the general public now he can do whatever he wants as far as issuing orders to the Executive as long as those orders do not command them to violate the law or the Texas Constitution
	Where such enforcement has done so, then the grounds one is to challenge jurisdiction first and foremost because there was no valid public law upon which to base the authority.
	Number two, denial of due process.
	Here in Texas we have two very punitive laws directed specifically at government actors.
	Article 39.02 and 39.03 of the Texas Penal Code.
	They are abuse of official capacity and official oppression.
	When a government actor uses an authority they do not legally have or that violates the Constitution of the state of Texas, they are guilty of 39.02 and 39.03 of the Texas Penal Code.
	Both of those are felonies.
	Minimum level felonies.
	On top of that, when you have a police officer doing it, you run afoul of the aggravated assault statute.
	There is a clause in the aggravated assault statute here in Texas that is directed specifically at public servants who carry deadly weapons and commit aggravated assault.
	Very, very important.
	Yeah, that law's been around since the 60s.
	And only one officer in our history since that law was put into place has ever been charged with it and prosecuted under it.
	And that was the officer in San Antonio that slammed the college girl's face into a curbstone around 2007 or 8.
	That's the first time in our history that clause was ever used by a prosecutor, even though it's been there for decades.
	This tells you how well they're trying to cover each other's backside and allowing them to get away with the things they do.
	That is why it's so important that not only do we know the Constitution of our state, but we know the laws of our state and what the limits of their authority are.
	So we need to take these laws and these constitutional provisions into a countersuit against anything they're doing and as an affirmative defense against any criminal prosecution they're attempting to pursue.
	And affirmative defense is simply something that the law itself provides you that means you can't charge me with a crime if this set of conditions exists.
	Well, no valid law exists.
	No constitutional authority to create such an order into a law exists.
	They were not created by the legislature.
	They violate the Bill of Rights.
	They violate numerous provisions of the Texas Constitution, and they violate the penal laws of the state.
	Hence, affirmative defense.
	No legal authority means no valid action.
	You know, Eddie, as you're talking about this, the first step that's going to happen, as we talked on Friday to a business owner and one of our radio affiliates in Nashville, when you come forward, you're going to be out of business.
	If they're allowed to shut you down while this goes through the courts and so forth, it's going to be kind of a pyrrhic victory if you win at the back end of it.
	So, the first thing that a business owner is going to do when they're unlawfully shut down is to try to put through a temporary restraining order to try to stop that shutdown while the case is being heard.
	And all of these arguments that you just made about jurisdiction, about legal authority, people operating under colored law, I mean, all of that can be in the temporary restraining order to keep them from shutting your business down in the first place, right?
	Absolutely.
	If you're going to be preemptive, that's the way to go.
	But if you've already gotten the citation and the charge, then this is the same manner of thing you have to do to fight it.
	Yes, a TRO, Temporary Restraining Order, or an injunction against enforcement of that order, all these arguments will still work as fundamental support for those as well.
	This is all very important stuff, and everybody needs to pay attention to what Eddie had to say here.
	You're going to have the same types of things being done in your state.
	The code that he cited here in Texas, that's very important for anybody living in Texas.
	But you're going to have the same types of arguments to make in your state.
	And make no mistake about it, this is going to be escalating quite a bit.
	You heard the comments that I played about Alan Dershowitz.
	That if the government comes in and says, well we have a public health reason and we don't really care about your informed consent, we're going to force a vaccine on you.
	Your comments about that, Eddie?
	My comments is that I've long held that the bar associations are the biggest enemy of the Constitution.
	Mm-hmm.
	everywhere, both national and state.
	Yes.
	And that's because the lawyers think they have the right to twist the law into whatever shape they want it for whatever reason they desire at any given moment.
	This is no exception.
	You're talking about a man who says, my client has the right to molest children, blah, blah, blah, and at the same time, but you have no right to refuse getting ejected by your government with an unknown contaminant.
	That's a great way to put it.
	And this guy, Alan Dershowitz, I mean, he is the Mr. Legal Authority that everybody goes to, whether it's Fox or CNN or whatever.
	Harvard Law professor, Alan Dershowitz.
	Let's see what he has to say.
	And they treat it with the same reverence as if it was some kind of a Supreme Court decision, yet the Supreme Court is making all kinds of decisions that are against the Constitution as well.
	Well, you gotta remember that most of the judges sitting on these courts were educated by the same people like Alan Dershowitz.
	Same mindset, same everything.
	This is exactly why McCarthy, back in the McCarthy era, wanted to disband the bar associations.
	He actually has a congressional committee report where he is saying that the bar associations are nothing more than a cover for the communist takeover of America.
	He literally wanted to prosecute all the members of the bar for that reason, but he couldn't under the Bill of Rights.
	Yeah, and we had a constitutional amendment that Richard Proctor pointed out.
	There was a constitutional amendment once upon a time to bar anybody who was a lawyer from holding elected office in Congress.
	Maybe that was one that we should go back and dust off and put back in place.
	That's right, that's right.
	Their citizenship was taken.
	That was the original 13th Amendment.
	Yeah, that's right, that's right.
	I'll tell you why.
	Alan Dershowitz really is the poster child of everything that is wrong with the legal system and with media, isn't he?
	It's absolutely amazing.
	Yes, I would have to agree with that.
	He's upheld as a god of law, but he's basically one of those people that gets away with interpreting things however he wants to spin it.
	And he can always try to find a way under court precedent, in other words, the people he thought Well, that's all the time we've got.
