	Today we're going to take a look at when worshiping God becomes civil disobedience.
	I'll tell you what, it's amazing to watch as these models and these predictions from the CDC and from the NIH and from Fauci collapse.
	That in spite of that, they keep escalating the tyranny on a daily basis.
	And so we're going to take a look at the absurdity of this incremental tyranny.
	But it's also incredibly dangerous.
	Understand, these things are not going to come back off.
	As G.K. Chesterton said, it's the progressives who make the mistakes, but it's the conservatives who make them permanent.
	I don't see these things coming off.
	There's talk now from the governor of Texas.
	There's talk from the president.
	Well, you know, sometime soon I think I'll convene a council to decide whether or not we're going to allow people to walk about freely anymore, or to have businesses, or to get in public without putting a mask on your face.
	We'll talk about this.
	We'll consider it.
	How about that?
	Well, thank you so much to our Lord and Masters, our Republican Governor, our Republican President.
	You should never have shut this down in the first place.
	We have never had this kind of reaction.
	We've had far worse pandemics and diseases.

	Oh, this is not as bad now because you got on top of it, right?

	We saw that come out from Cuomo.
	We've flattened the curve, he said.
	Thank God, thank God, thank God.
	Well, you know, he thinks he's God, doesn't he?

	He acts like a little demigod.
	No, this isn't because of you.
	It's in spite of you.
	The places where they've had the most draconian shutdowns, New York City, Italy, Spain, China, is where they've had the most casualties.
	It's absolutely ineffective.
	Nothing that they have done has worked.
	So he wants to say the draconian shutdown helped them.
	Prove it.
	And prove that your death statistics are for real as well.
	It's absolutely amazing to me to see people who I used to respect.
	It's one of the things that got me very upset about a month ago.
	The hair on fire panic from many who I consider to be libertarians, people who understood what liberty was about.
	And just demanding, begging for the government to shut everything down.
	What kind of a fool is this that doesn't understand the nature of human nature?
	You don't even know what this disease is going to be like and you're demanding this at the very beginning.
	Went hook, line, and sinker in behind the CDC.
	People that these writers, who are now calling me stupid, people who are here at InfoWars, Calling me stupid.
	Oh, you must not believe in germs.
	You must think the earth is flat.
	The same stuff that we've heard from the progressives.
	Criticizing people who push back against mandated vaccines and make no doubt about it.
	It's not just the mandated vaccines.
	It is now, as we see, Apple and Google coming together to jointly track you.
	This is already happening, by the way.
	There's already an app for that.
	There's already... I reported on this about a month ago.
	I said, look at this.
	They're already touting this app and how they're going to do this.
	This is before everything got nearly as crazy as it is right now.
	Babel Streets was the company.
	Locate X was the application.
	They were selling it then to law enforcement, bragging about it.
	They said, look, you know, we can put a geofence around this area and we can anonymously, of course, anonymously scrape Uh, the people who come into this area, we can scrape all of their travel history data and then we can compare it to any and everybody.
	And that's precisely what now Google and Apple are working together.
	It's kind of interesting.
	This is a, you know, the singularity of the technocracy.
	We haven't seen this happen since they deplatformed InfoWars.
	I should tell you something.

	On Easter, of course, it's very important for these people as we see church attendance decline rapidly.
	It's just amazing.
	It's gone down by at least 50% in the last 20 years.
	It's basically down to nothing anyway.
	And so they're going to kill it off at the very end here.
	Because what I have seen from most of the churches today is a description of the last days.
	People will become lovers of self, lovers of money.
	They just want to be entertained.
	And that's what many of our churches have become.
	The prosperity gospel, the self-promotion of these mega churches, and it's all just become theater.
	And you can watch it online.
	You don't need to go attend, right?
	Is that really what this is about?
	But more importantly, for those of you who are listening to this for political purposes, if you're not a Christian, you need to understand that it was Christians who were at the beginning of this fight, and it is Christians, real Christians, not the phony ones that we've got left here, 95% of them here in the United States, who are afraid of disease, who are afraid of government, We're going to talk about some of the brave people who aren't.
	There's just a few left, a small remnant.
	And I've got to say, you know, where is the spirit of the Alamo?
	Where is the spirit of the apostles of Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego?
	Where do we have the people who say, well, you know, you can throw me into the fire if you want, but I'm not going to worship you as God to the king.
	I said that to them.
	You know, God can save me.
	But if he doesn't, know that I'm not going to bow down to you.
	Where is that spirit in America today?
	I have never been more disgusted as I've looked at this weekend.
	And this is one of the things that disgusted me so much.

	This happened on Thursday night.
	I took off on Friday, on Good Friday.
	And I saw this happen on Thursday.
	I want you to watch this and I want you to listen.
	To what both this pastor and these police officers who confront him at this church say.

	They heard through the grapevine we're having service at 630.
	And there's more police cars at our church service.
	Yes, this is King James Bible Church where Pastor Hamilton, where I'm the pastor of the church at.
	I'm a good citizen.
	I ain't breaking no law, ain't selling no drugs.
	I'm just preaching the word of God.
	And look at all these police cars here.
	I mean, our service don't start until 6.30.
	This is America, private property of a church.
	Look at this, y'all.
	There's more police pulling up.
	They ain't done.

	I got a letter from my lawyer, too.

	These are policy ticketers.
	These are meter maids with guns.
	Understand that.
	They should be ashamed of themselves.
	And they're being sued.
	And I'm glad that they are.

	I said it's time for Christians and others to have a political and a spiritual awakening.
	You've got to look at what we've become.
	We've become fearful slaves of an authoritarian government and it's time to resurrect our dignity and our freedom from this B.F.
	Skinner-like control.

	I'm just preaching the word of God and look at all these police cars here.
	That's what he said.
	He's absolutely right.
	And this reminds me of what we saw a week ago?
	Two weeks ago?
	A 75-year-old black pastor in Baltimore where the crime is so bad it is the murder capital, per capita.
	Even worse than Chicago, I think.
	And it was so bad that this small church, probably all elderly, the pastor was 74 years old.
	He had no more than 10 people inside the church following the orders of the people who now have taken over our country without a declaration of martial law.
	If they haven't declared martial law, the Constitution is still in effect, folks.
	But this is a soft martial law.
	They're hoping you don't understand.
	But in that situation, as I pointed out in Baltimore, you've got a black pastor, 74 years old.
	They make sure they don't have more than 10 people inside the church.
	Even though they've got 10 people, they have to have five security guards that they have to pay because the police won't do their job.
	They won't keep peace in the area.
	And then the police show up with four police cars.
	He said, this is like a drug raid.
	Same thing this pastor said.
	It's like a drug raid.
	Look at this.
	Eight cops come out and harass people, just like you saw there with that pastor, Hamilton.
	Members of a neighboring church there in that same town, Greenville, Mississippi, said that they were issued $500 fines for attending a similar drive-in service.
	Both of these guys trying to cooperate With the Democrats, just like we see in Kentucky, the governor there, Beshear, a Democrat, of course.
	He was the first one to come out and say, you're not going to have church.
	And so he had some people come up with, well, see, how can we do this?
	We can go to a drive-in theater, and we can come in our cars, and we can stay in our cars.
	It's like, yay!
	So they hold their church service, and they honk that they love the Kentucky governor, Beshear.
	And I said, these people, I did this two weeks ago.
	I said, these people don't understand what's going on.
	You cannot appease a tyrant.
	And lo and behold, two weeks later on Easter, you had Governor Beshear saying, we're going to send the police around and a mayor and a Kentucky town.
	We're going to send the police around.
	And even if you show up in your cars and stay in your cars, we're going to take down your license plate.
	And then we're going to come to your house and we're going to force you into a two-week quarantine because you went to an Easter service and you stayed in your car.
	Now you can drive.
	You can also do drive-ins to liquor stores and so forth.
	This is not about following any kind of protection against disease, folks.
	You better understand this is to destroy churches in the same way that this whole thing is set up to destroy mom-and-pop businesses.
	Gotta kill the independent businesses that employ most of the people.
	And that's typically restaurants.
	That's one of the few things that's left.
	After we had the big box retailers start to fund themselves from stock that they sell on Wall Street.
	They basically had unlimited capital.
	Just like the banks do with the Federal Reserve.
	And so it's pretty much impossible to compete with these people on a retail basis.
	The only thing that can compete with them Is a restaurant, so that's where they went first.
	This is a plan to shut down our lives in every respect.
	Our economic lives, our spiritual lives.
	To make sure that we don't connect with anybody else.
	We self-isolate now and forever.
	You stay locked up in your little home.
	And you don't get out of line or say anything out of line or the cops will come in and drag you out of your home.
	This is the plan.
	And anybody who thinks that this is about a disease has lost the plot a long time ago.

	You know, before we leave Grenville, Mississippi, where you just saw that video coming after a pastor who was holding a drive-in church ceremony.
	you We will talk to the people, just so you know, said the masked man with a gun, the robber of rights, who calls himself law enforcement.
	Just so you know, before we give them a ticket, we'll give them a chance to leave.
	If they choose to stay, we will give them a ticket.
	And they did that at another church as well in Greenville, two churches, who held drive-in Church services.
	This, again, this is not about disease, folks.
	You need to understand what is happening here.
	Anybody who has ears to hear understands where this is leading.
	This is an attack by Democrats who hate Christians.
	This is religious persecution.
	This has nothing to do with disease.
	As a matter of fact, we have a Kentucky judge who agrees with me and slammed down the The order is in Kentucky.
	But when they, in Grenville, Mississippi, when they handed out tickets, they handed out $500 fines to each person in the car.
	As one person pointed out, my wife and I each got a $500 ticket, $1,000 for them.
	And as I tweeted that out, I said, you know, it's like civil asset forfeiture, isn't it?
	It's not likely that these fines will have a court hearing, and if they did, there's going to be no presumption of innocence.
	I guess you'll go before, maybe what, a public health tribunal or something?
	You know, this is the trend.
	It happened with the income tax.
	They said, well, you know, this is a civil action, it's not a criminal action, and we are going to find you guilty until you prove you're innocent.
	We're going to impute income to you, whatever, we decide that it's something different, and if you want to protest that, you can go to the tax court, but you will have no presumption of innocence.
	And now, all these bureaucracies have taken that on.
	And now we're being ruled by bureaucracies, because President Trump has just stepped aside.
	The Republicans in Congress have just stepped aside.
	And the Democrats are rubbing their hands together and drooling over the prospect of power as Republicans turn their back on us and the Constitution.
	So as we look at the other church that was there, Jeremy Dice with First Liberty Institute is representing Pastor Hamilton.
	He said there's no exception to the U.S.
	Constitution for a pandemic.
	That's right.
	You got a pandemic that's that severe.
	And we'll take a look at how severe this pandemic is now.
	Their numbers have collapsed.
	If you have a pandemic, the Constitution is not suspended until you declare martial law.
	And I've said on almost a daily basis now for a couple weeks, they're not going to declare martial law.
	They don't declare any war.
	They've never declared any of these foreign wars for the last 50, 60 years.
	And they're not going to declare this one.
	They're going to do the first they did sanctions against us, and now it's outright war against the American people.
	And they're not going to declare it.
	They don't have the guts to declare it.
	And they think they can gaslight you, and I guess they can't.
	Most people, they're getting away with this.
	What Mayor Simmons has done is to apply an order without regard to equality, and he's singled out churches in particular, said the lawyer for Pastor Hamilton that you heard.
	And the same thing is being done with another church that's there.
	Temple Baptist Church is also suing that same town, Greenville, Mississippi.
	Suing the city government and the mayor for busting up their drive-in church service.
	And again, everybody there got $500 fines, even if there's multiple people in the car.
	It's not per car, it's per person.
	And all the people were in their cars.
	They had churchgoers stay inside their cars.
	They had their windows rolled up.
	They were listening to an FM radio station broadcasting a sermon and music.
	But no, no, no.
	You can't do that.
	Now this other church is being represented by Alliance Defending Freedom, a Christian non-profit law firm.
	They're filing a lawsuit requesting a federal court enact a temporary restraining order and a permanent injunction against the city of Grenville, Mississippi.
	They said if government allows waiting in a car at Sonic, it should permit a drive-thru Easter service.
	The Senior Vice Counsel for Alliance Defending Freedom said safety is critical, so is following the Constitution, however.
	First Amendment isn't completely suspended, nor does government have unlimited authority to target churches however they please.
	There are limits.
	Yeah, it's not completely suspended.
	Well, give them time.
	They're working on it.
	You know, I saw this picture here of gangs running the lockdowns in El Salvador and threatening people.
	Pull up that picture.
	You can see these El Salvadoran gangs.
	Again, you know, the gangs in El Salvador, typically MS-13.
	That's where they come from.
	They love tattoos.
	They put it all over their face, who they are and so forth.
	And so the people of El Salvador are afraid to come out of their homes.
	Why?
	Because the government has turned to these gangs to enforce it.
	And so I ask, you know, what is the difference between the lockdown in El Salvador and the lockdown in the U.S.?
	Well, the answer is that El Salvador gangs have tattoos and the USA gangs have uniforms.
	And they also have media PR.
	Understand, these thugs that call themselves cops in Grenville, Mississippi are no different than those MS-13 thugs that are being used by the El Salvador government.
	And this is what Christians need to understand.
	You want to obey authority?
	What is legitimate authority?
	If a MS-13 comes to your home and demands that you not leave?
	Are they legitimate authority?
	If a police officer with a uniform and a badge does the same thing, is that legitimate authority?
	Legitimate authority in the United States is the Constitution.
	These robbers with badges and masks and guns in the United States have sworn allegiance to the Constitution.
	They are oath breakers.
	They are liars.
	They have turned their backs on their legitimate authority.
	Now they do have force.
	They have force, just like these El Salvadoran gangs.
	And so you should try to get along with them as possible.
	But understand, they have no authority.
	And one sheriff understands this, of course, and we've talked about him last week as well.
	Let's bring up Maine's Franklin County Sheriff Scott Nichols again.
	As he told the Democrat governor of Maine, Janet Mills, with her stay-at-home orders, he said, we will not be setting up a police state, period.
	The sheriff's office will not purposefully go out and stop vehicles because they're on the road.
	Or stop and ask why people are out and about.
	To do so puts our officers at risk.
	And this is not Nazi Germany or Soviet Russia.
	Where you are asked for your papers.
	But that is happening in the UK.
	That's happening in most of the United States as well.
	This, I think, is an interesting take on this.
	This is out of Missouri.
	Sheriff Jerry Denwitty.
	And this is Rawls County Sheriff in Missouri.
	And his approach is this.
	He said, well, this county's ordinance is civil in nature and not a criminal matter.
	Therefore, they are not enforceable by the Rawls County Sheriff's Office or any Missouri law enforcement agency.
	He said the orders need to be enforced by the public health department that issued them.
	And he said because Rawls County is a third-class county, it doesn't have the authority to pass its own criminal ordinances.
	So he said, we encourage everybody to follow the stay-at-home orders, and we aren't endorsing violating them.
	But he said that if anybody sees violations of the governor's stay-at-home orders, or the county ordinance there in Rawls County, call the public health department.
	Don't call the sheriff.
	Because this is not a law enforcement issue.
	It's not.
	As I tweeted out yesterday, I'm perfectly willing to take advice from people.
	But I refuse to take orders.
	And when you start ordering me around, I don't believe your advice.
	That's not what you're after.
	Since the invention and deployment of radar during World War II, scientists have noted increased cancers and other health problems with those who were close to the devices.
	That's where they're really high-powered.
	If you're a quarter mile from a cell tower, there's not any real high-powered radiation hitting you.
	But if you're a couple hundred feet away, They got fences around them with skull and crossbones on them for a reason.
	It says it can hurt you.
	So now with 5G that's even stronger, these systems are literally above the streets, just 20 or 30 feet from people's heads, from their genitals, from their bodies.
	People are burning them down and attacking them all over the world now.
	I'm saying don't do that.
	Use information warfare.
	Use the truth to expose it and sue local governments and others until they remove them.
	That's the way to deal with this, ladies and gentlemen.
	Take action in the information war.
	But I gotta tell you, I can't blame the people that are doing it because they're under assault.
	I don't need to remind you how four years ago I told you the polls against Trump were fake.
	He was winning by a giant margin, but election fraud almost stole the election from Trump and the American people.
	Well, now they're pushing the idea that, oh, cancel.
	The Republican and Democrat conventions maybe cancel the election a year, like the Olympics.
	That's because they know Trump, in every internal scientific poll, is 20 points ahead of the brain-damaged Biden.
	So they can say, sir, you look big like the Olympics, go ahead and back it off a year, and then you'll still win in a year after you fix the crisis.
	No.
	They need more time to cook up an assassination, an economic collapse, a new virus.
	Trump needs to say, no, in America, we keep elections on time, have the elections, win by a landslide, and not give the globalists what they want.

	He, as LifeSite News points out, he is a bioethicist who thinks that people should die at the age of 75.
	And even though he's advising Joe Biden who is 77.
	Anyway, he is saying that it's going to be at least 18 months.
	And it's not going to happen until we've got a vaccine.
	What a surprise.
	Yeah, the brother of Rahm Emanuel.
	Never let a crisis go to waste.
	That Rahm Emanuel.
	He's now saying that.
	But folks, you have to understand, when you look at the actions of these police in various areas, including in Kentucky, where they said, we don't care if you go to a church service in a parking lot and you never get out of your car, we're going to put you in quarantine.
	We're going to fine you $1,000.
	We're going to do all these things to you.
	As a matter of fact, San Bernardino County, the largest county in the U.S.
	and California, of course, Threatened churchgoers with a $1,000 fine and 90 days in jail.
	They also demand that you keep your face covered when you are in public.
	We'll have more to say about that later.
	The state of Kentucky recording the license plates of anybody going to church on Easter Sunday, as one person replied, as Ron Paul tweeted that out.
	They said, cover your license plates with mud.
	Just tell them my name is Mud.
	I like that, but Ron Paul Says, really, you're going to start taking license plates at church?
	Quarantining someone for being Christian on Easter Sunday?
	Somebody needs to take a step back here.
	That was tweeted out by Rand Paul, and he's absolutely right.
	He says, I think we're, the governor, Bashir, you know, the guy that was the first Democrat governor, to say, no churches, no churches.
	Singled out churches.
	And everybody said, why is he singling out churches?
	He said, you can't meet in public!
	No churches!
	And so he is bragging about the fact that in Kentucky, there were down to only seven churches statewide that were thinking about having an in-person service.
	He was bragging about that.
	Meanwhile, a Kentucky judge takes on this anti-Christian Democrat, and also the Louisville mayor, Greg Fischer, Who decided that they would do this, quarantine people, even if they remain in their cars.
	And this is what the judge had to say in Kentucky.
	This is U.S.
	District Judge Justin Walker.
	He's just issued a restraining order against Mayor Fischer.
	That was Saturday, just before this happened.
	Judge Wilson said, the government plans to substantially burden their religious practices on one of the most important holidays of the Christian calendar, Easter Sunday.
	He said that sentence is one that this court never expected to see outside the pages of a dystopian novel, or perhaps the pages of The Onion.
	But two days ago, writes U.S.
	District Judge Justin Walker, two days ago, citing the need for social distancing during the current pandemic, Louisville's Mayor Greg Fischer ordered Christians not to attend Sunday services, even if they remained in their cars to worship, and even though it's Easter.
	He said, this state of affairs has severe implications for religious Americans because freedom means that all persons have the right to believe or strive to believe in a divine creator and a divine law.
	But its importance extends beyond the liberty to worship.
	It threatens liberty of all kinds.
	You understand this?
	The foundation of America was based on Christian principles, the Declaration of Independence.
	We don't live By the privileges granted to us by an authoritarian government.
	We have basic human rights and liberties because we're created by God.
	Because government is not God.
	And we create government in order to protect those liberties.
	And when any government destroys those liberties, it is our right And our duty to abolish that government.
	You understand that?
	That's the principles of the Declaration of Independence.
	And if you don't have that basic understanding of human rights, I mean even libertarians that I know who are not Christians will talk about natural rights.
	I've mentioned many times that was Joe Biden's issue with Clarence Thomas.
	Joe Biden didn't really hit him on the remarks that Anita Hill claimed that Clarence Thomas had said.
	There were no witnesses to that, unlike the many peccadillos, shall we say, of Joe Biden.
	And of course, people have come forward and said, yeah, I was raped by him.
	No, there's nothing to that, says the New York Times.
	But Joe Biden didn't want to go too far in there because, you know, that's kind of a glass house for Joe Biden.
	He doesn't want to throw stones in there.
	But he was very upset about Clarence Thomas having a view of government that coincided with the Declaration of Independence.
	The idea that there is something called natural law and natural rights that is higher than anything that Joe Biden or somebody in the government deigns to allow us to have.
	That is a fundamental principle of all liberty.
	And this judge gets that.
	Because, as he said, he quoted de Tocqueville.
	Because, as de Tocqueville wrote, religion, which among the Americans never directly takes part in the government of society, must be considered as the first of their political institutions.
	For if it does not give them the taste for liberty, it singularly facilitates the use of it.
	Alexis de Tocqueville, a Frenchman who had lived under socialism in France.
	kind of communism, early form of communism.
	And he came to America and he said, this is what underlies everything in America.
	And we can see it from our founding documents, but he saw it in the way that people lived.
	The judge goes on to say, Louisville has targeted religious worship by prohibiting drive-in church services, while not prohibiting a multitude of other non-religious drive-ins and drive-thrus, including, for example, drive-thru liquor stores.
	While Louisville might suggest That these church members could participate in online services which would satisfy their longing for communal celebrations.
	Some members may not have access to online resources and even if they did the free exercise clause protects their right to worship as their conscience commands them.
	This is something that is a much bigger deal to Catholics.
	Now the Catholic Church from top to bottom in terms of its hierarchy is basically playing along with the government.
	But I've seen a lot of conservative Catholics for whom weekly church attendance is much more of a requirement than it is for Protestants.
	And they're not happy with this online system.
	Not happy at all.
	It is not the role of a court, goes on the judge, District Judge Justin Walker, it is not the role of a court to tell religious believers what is and isn't important to their religion.
	So long as their belief in the religious importance is sincere.
	The Free Exercise Clause protects sincerely held religious beliefs that are at times not acceptable, logical, consistent, or even comprehensible to others.
	See, my rights don't require your approval.
	If you're worried about the disease, stay home.
	By all means, stay home.
	Do other things, too.
	Pat your head.
	Rub your stomach.
	Whatever makes you feel good about it.
	Right?
	Listen to the CDC guidelines.
	And do everything that they say.
	But it's none of your business what I do.
	I'm an American.
	And it's a free country.
	We're going to make it a free country again.
	People don't say that anymore.
	That used to be a common expression, didn't it?
	Don't make a federal case out of it.
	Now, everything has been shut down in the United States.
	We've made a federal case out of it, and it is not a free country anymore.
	All right, we're going to be back, and we're going to talk about how we're making America the Great Depression again, and how they just don't understand what they have broken.
	They have broken this country far more than they realize.
	And even as they throw out a little bit of tidbits here and there, dropping hints from President Trump, from Governor Abbott, well, we might roll back some of these restrictions.
	You may not realize just how much you've broken.
	When one studies history and human nature, you learn very quickly that rugged individualism and people who think for themselves build free societies, innovate, do amazing things, but those that Love to grovel, those that love to be subservient, those that love to comply and think that it's a virtue.
	They create stagnation, corruption, tyranny, and then finally collapse.
	And the world is now being tested.
	And we're seeing lots of dutiful individuals who've complied and submitted their whole lives, believing if they just submit now in a bigger way, somehow they'll create a heavenly future.
	But the technocrats running the global system are oppressive and anti-human and are psychotic and are building an anti-human future.

	I'm reminded of a very famous Christian work, Pilgrim's Progress, written by a pastor who was in prison because the government didn't approve of his church.
	And there's one point where one of his character, his character who's going through the pilgrimage, it's all metaphorical if you haven't read it, realizes that he's in prison, but that it's a prison of his own making, that he has the key with him all the time.
	So how do we escape from this?
	You know, we have some people who have not imprisoned themselves.
	We have a Philadelphia pastor, former Eagles running back, and he is the chaplain of the Philadelphia Eagles team, Reverend Herb Lusk II.
	His church is Greater Exodus Baptist Church, if you're in that area.
	He said, I know I'm on the wrong side of this publicly, but I have a charge to keep, and I want to keep that charge, and I want to do it in a way that no one is harmed.
	There you go.
	That's just it.
	But, you know, we've had people throughout the history of Christians has been one of conflict with government that makes demands that we're not willing to fulfill because there's a higher law.
	And we don't even have to choose here between a king and Christ, the King of Kings.
	We have a Constitution.
	That is the King of America.
	The colonists had a phrase for it.
	They said, Lex Rex.
	The law is king.
	And I want to read for you what Chuck Baldwin had to say.
	He said this just before Easter Sunday.
	He said, This coming Lord's Day is Resurrection Day and the vast majority of America's millions of Christians will celebrate Christ's resurrection from the dead by either being locked out of their churches due to government-mandated lockdown orders or staying home voluntarily in a state of fear.
	This is the first time, writes Chuck Baldwin, this is the first time in America's history when Christians have been forbidden by their government edict to close their churches on Easter Sunday.
	Or to close their churches at all, for that matter.
	America's churches stayed open through the Revolutionary War.
	America's churches stayed open through the War of 1812.
	America's churches stayed open through the War for Southern Independence.
	America's churches stayed open through the Spanish-American War, through World War I, World War II, the Cold War, the Great Depression, and untold numbers of famines, pestilences, and natural disasters of every kind.
	And that's important, because it is now disease, Natural disasters or government-made famines that we're now looking at, that are now why we have to shut churches down.
	Really?
	Chuck Baldwin goes on.
	He says, think of it.
	When the German Luftwaffe was at the peak of its air raids over London, England, British Christians still gathered together and bombed out gutted church buildings to worship.
	I'm sure the same thing could be said of Christians in Germany as Allied bombers were destroying entire German cities.
	But now, with the acclaimed, quote, greatest Christian president in history, unquote, you haven't heard me say that about Trump, but he's been called that by many.
	With the greatest Christian president in history sitting in the Oval Office, the vast majority of Americans Christians are forbidden, forbidden, to attend resurrection services yesterday.
	There is something mighty wrong with this picture.
	And sadly, most Christians don't even seem to notice.
	A few do.
	Tony Spell, Life Tabernacle Church in Baton Rouge, he's had run-ins with the law.
	They still met in person.
	They had more people than usual.
	They said they had about 1,345 people in attendance.
	And then when we look at the Pope, it's kind of interesting what the Pope had to say.
	He says that this pandemic Could be nature's revenge for ignoring climate change.
	I think what it is is, you know, Pakamama, that statue that he had, that pagan statue that represented Mother Earth and the environment and all that kind of stuff that some real Catholics threw into the river when he was parading that around in a pagan ceremony.
	I think that, you know, it's basically, Pakamama is basically Gaia.
	Gaia is this idea that there's a Mother Earth That it is sentient and cognizant.
	It is a creature in and of itself.
	And humans are a virus.
	Humans need to be eliminated.
	Radically reduced, at least.
	And of course, John Sheldon Huber, that he has as part of his Vatican Council, he's writing more and more about the environment all the time.
	And that guy has pushed the kind of Georgia Guidestones reductions in population.
	These people are all on the same page, and this Pope is a Marxist.
	But yeah, okay.
	Gaia, Pakamama, whatever you want to call them, they're upset.
	Those idols are upset because they got thrown in the river.
	Maybe you're right, Pope.
	Except they have no power.
	He actually said something similar in a Spanish journalist interview over two weeks ago.
	He said at the time, when pressed about climate change and coronavirus, he said, fires, earthquakes, nature is throwing a tantrum so that we will take care of her.
	This guy On the same page as actress Jennifer Lawrence.
	It's unbelievable, but that is part of it.
	He is a Marxist, he is a globalist, and he is pushing universal basic income.
	That was what he pushed in his Easter message.
	Our civilization is so competitive, so individualistic, with its frenetic rhythms of production and consumption, its extravagant luxuries.
	He says this.
	From the Vatican, with all the art treasures surrounding it.
	It's disproportionate profits for just a few.
	Needs to downshift, take stock, and renew itself.
	I hope that this time of danger will free us and allow a humanist and ecological conversation that puts an end to the idolatry of money.
	This guy is nothing but a Marxist.
	He's always been there at the center of liberation theology.
	As a matter of fact, as Leo Zagami points out, He's now renounced all of his titles that he had as a Pope, because he's completely distanced himself from anything.
	That's why I say, you know, the rhetorical question, hey, is the Pope Catholic?
	Well, that is now an open question for everybody.

	It's a real question that a lot of people are asking.
	And then when we look at how hypocritical this is, We see here in Texas, right up in Williamson County, another county.
	We've talked about the judge in Bastrop County coming out saying, no church services, no weddings, no funerals.
	And if you're going to have a business open, you better have somebody dedicated to check the health of each and every employee and be ready to provide records when we come around.
	So you just close everything down.
	And oh, by the way, we'll allow Walmart to stay open, but if you go to Walmart, you're going to have to be limited by my order to two rolls of toilet paper, two rolls of paper towels, and on and on and on.
	He had his whole list there, his shopping list of what you're going to be allowed.
	It's here in Texas.
	Just outside of Austin.
	Another place just outside of Austin, Williamson County.
	The judge there, Bill Gravel.
	And understand what a judge is in Texas.
	County judge essentially is the chief executive order officer of the, yeah, order is what it is now.
	Nobody, we have nothing but a bunch of dictators.
	There's no law.
	Law doesn't matter.
	The law is in their mouth, right?
	So you got Judge Pape in Bastrop County.
	The law is in his mouth.
	You stay home, you don't buy this, you don't go there.
	Or this guy, Bill Gravel in Williamson County.
	He has a stay home order for everybody else, but he goes to his grandson's birthday party and somebody there put it up on social media.
	And then this judge wanted the county sheriff deputy to go there and force this guy to take that down off of social media.
	These are petty tyrants.
	Dictators.

	You know, as we look at the election and politics, it really has become pretty much unimportant, I mean, when you've got martial law happening, who cares about an election, right?
	Does an election have any meaning whatsoever under martial law?

	But, you know, there's a couple of funny articles that came out as we see Bernie Sanders finally giving up, long after he had lost the account in terms of delegates and so forth, a couple of satire Yeah, he's getting up there in age.
	And you know, natural causes is one of the key causes of death, not just for coronavirus, right?
	grants Bernie Sanders one day in the Oval Office. Yeah, he's getting up there in age. And you know, natural causes is one of the key causes of death, not just for coronavirus, right? You know, we saw as Kenny Rogers died at 83. If he had been out, but he wasn't well enough to be out, I'm sure they would have put down But they couldn't make that up.

	Now, to his credit, Governor Abbott pushed back against some of the orders at San Antonio, Houston, Dallas, Bastrop, saying you're not going to have any church services.
	He said, no, church services are essential.
	They can do that and maintain distance.
	That's fine.
	We're not going to tell.
	We're not going to have a blanket prohibition against that.
	And he also said, you know, Planned Parenthood clinics, however, they're not providing an essential service and they're taking essential products that are going to be needed for actual health care for people.
	But the Planned Parenthood board member has said that nothing, nothing is more essential than abortion.
	U.S.
	Surgeon General Jerome Adams and the CDC have advised health care facilities to reschedule non-urgent appointments But Planned Parenthood said no, this is essential.
	Meanwhile, as people are protesting still, some of the Planned Parenthood facilities, because outside of Texas are pretty much all open.
	In South Carolina, a pro-life activist was cited for violating stay-at-home orders that weren't even in effect yet.
	They just couldn't wait to arrest the pro-life protesters there at the abortion clinics.
	The illegal border crossings have now collapsed to near zero.
	Why would they want to come into the U.S.?
	I mean, we've got less freedom now than the banana republics of Central America.
	And there's no economy here!
	There's no jobs!
	Nobody can work!
	Why would they come in, right?
	Maybe they could get in line for their free government cheese check that's supposed to be in the mail, coming out, you know, get your $1,200 right here!
	I got my signature on the bottom of it, says President Trump.
	And then we look at the UK.
	We've got Boris Johnson leaving the hospital.
	He survived coronavirus.
	Imagine that.
	You know, it's kind of funny, too, because not only did Boris Johnson survive it, but you also had Prince Charles.
	I mean, he only was down for a couple of days with this.
	He's self-isolated for seven days.
	He wasn't even in the hospital.
	Now, if somebody is old and is out of shape, as Prince Charles and Boris Johnson can survive this, I mean, is this really the worst disease we have ever seen in the world?
	Does this warrant these kind of measures?

	If you're paying attention, you know we've done together.
	But I'll tell you this.
	The technocrats are really upping their game, and they are trying to destroy all independent forms of media.

	So, now is the time to understand that everything we've talked about has been proven accurate, and everything you warned your friends and family about is about to be true.
	So it's now that your credibility is way up.

	I said, this tells you right here that nobody in Washington and the Trump administration has any appreciation whatsoever for the free market.
	They don't understand what it's about.
	They don't understand how it works.
	Look, the reason people are hoarding, bar Trump, is because you shut the economy down!
	You created artificial shortages everywhere!
	Before I got locked out of the stores because I refused to wear a mask and walk around and look at all the empty shelves.
	I can't believe that our supply chains have just totally been collapsed by the government fiat in just a matter of days.
	And so their response is always with the government, you know, when they make a mistake, rather than admit the mistake or correct the mistake, they'll make a second mistake.
	They'll use that.
	As an argument to increase their authority, to increase spending, to increase the number of people that they hire and their footprint on our necks.
	And so Barr says the Department of Justice will go after price gougers and hoarders.
	Maybe they'll go around and pull stuff out of your home.
	Like some of these politicians, the New Jersey governor was saying.
	Yeah, if you've got stuff at home you've prepped and I need it, I'll send the police around to steal it from you.
	Now here's the reality.
	Hoarding and price increases are actually a natural response to shortages that happen.
	Even shortages that happen because of government mandates and fiats and dictates.
	Because, you know, when people start to hoard because it's not going to be available.
	Because why?
	Oh, because the government has gotten in the way.

	The growing of hemp.
	Remember this is 1958 before Nixon put in the war on drugs.
	The growing of hemp and bringing it through all the stages to make heavy and strong rope.
	The logging camps and all their beds and mess halls, the cookery, the raising of all the foods.
	Consider the millwork in San Leandro.
	The cedar logs are cut into small, pencil-length slats, less than one-fourth of an inch in thickness.
	Kiln-dried, then tinted for the same reason women put rouge on their faces.
	The slats are waxed and kiln-dried again.
	How many skills went into the making of the tent and the kilns?
	Into supplying the heat, the light, the power, the belts, the motors, all the other things that a mill requires.
	Once in the pencil factory, four million dollars in machinery and building.
	All capital accumulated by thrifty saving parents of mine.
	Each slat, given eight grooves by a complex machine, after which another machine lays lead in every other slat, applies glue, places another slat atop a lead sandwich, so to speak.
	My lead itself contains no lead at all.

	Consider these miners, those who make their many tools, the makers of the paper sacks in which the graphite is shipped, those who make the string that ties the sacks, those who put them aboard ships, those who make the ships, and he goes on and on.
	He talks about the brass that holds the eraser.
	He talks about what makes up the eraser.
	Each of these components broken down into more and more components.
	The production, the raw materials distributed all over the world.
	That happened naturally, organically.
	And as he points out, there isn't any central planner of all of this.
	He said, millions of human beings have had a hand in my creation.
	He said, there is no mastermind.
	There is, in fact, something that is even more astounding than all these ways and materials that it's put together.
	The absence of a mastermind.
	The absence of anyone dictating or forcibly directing these countless actions which bring me into being.
	And I talk about this, folks, because when I look at our government, Shutting down ranchers, shutting down farmers, having people plow their crops into the ground, pouring their milk into the drain.
	When I see them shutting down and confiscating the private property of loggers and miners across this country that's been going on for a long time, but now they've escalated this.
	Now they have broken this complex chain of supply.
	And as I read this, the reason I read this is because you look at this and you say, well look at all the different components of something as simple as a pencil.
	And how these things have to be moved from place to place.
	And our government, by shutting everything, everything down in this country, like a bunch of damn communist dictators.
	I am so fed up with President Trump, I can't even bear to look at him anymore.
	I am disgusted.
	Don't tell me there's a plan, any plan that does this to America, Is a plan to destroy America.
	You can't build it.
	You can't bring this back.
	You're going to put a lot of people out of work.

	Trump has now come out and said, he said on this Friday, this last Friday, he'll be announcing a new council this week devoted to, quote, opening our country, unquote.
	Everybody would like to be on that council.

	I guarantee a couple people I know will be on it.
	Jared and Ivanka will probably be on that council.
	They'll be making that decision along with their Bilderberg buddies.
	You know, it was last week that we had Jared Talking about how they're going to grab medical records that they are prohibited by law.
	The White House and the Trump administration just said we're going to ignore that privacy prohibition.
	We're just going to take your medical records.
	And now you've got Jared working with his Bilderberger buddies that he met with less than a year ago.
	It was back in May last year that he went to Bilderberg along with Pompeo.
	And now his Bilderberg buddies, the people at Google and Apple, are putting together So I imagine Jared and Ivanka will be on that along with their globalist buddies.

	It's just a shell game to avoid responsibility.
	So sorry that I gave him that responsibility by voting for him.

	We've seen this play over and over again for the last three years.
	Trump puts in people who are antithetical, antithetical to everything he said he was going to do.
	He sets back and lets them destroy this country, whether it's free speech, On the internet?
	Or whether it is destroying every freedom that we have now.
	And then he says, well, you know, yeah, I gotta do something, but I gotta get this guy.
	He was just really bad, you know.
	I just, well, why'd you put him in there?
	People like Rex Tillerson, you didn't know that he was a climate alarmist when you put him in there, President Trump?
	I knew as soon as it was out.
	You're crazy.
	He's not for the Paris Climate Accord and this agenda of austerity and shutting down oil.
	He was an executive for Exxon and so forth.
	It's like, yeah, they're the ones who want it most badly.
	We've got Texas Governor Abbott.
	Said Texas is going to ease the coronavirus lockdown.
	Under his executive order to restore livelihoods, he says, and we're going to think about it, and he's going to put together a council just like President Trump and, you know, they're all going to look to see what happens.
	Look, we have had over a month of this, right?
	And actually it's been going on longer than that, but we've had our lockdown stuff for a month.
	Texas has seen 221 people die from COVID-19, according to the definition of coronavirus death given to us by the CDC, which says if somebody's got some kind of a respiratory illness, and it doesn't matter what other kinds of comorbidity factors they've got, they could be seriously compromised with autoimmune disease, or they could have leukemia, or they could be under chemotherapy, or they could have heart disease, but whatever!
	If they die, you don't even have to test!
	That they have coronavirus.
	You just presume that it's coronavirus and you make that the underlying cause as well.
	Not a contributory factor, but it is the underlying cause.
	And you can do it without even testing.
	It's presumed.
	Okay, well let's take that definition.
	By that definition, Texas has had 221 people die according to the CDC of COVID-19.
	That's a tragedy.
	But is that really a pandemic?
	Is it an epidemic?
	We have 29 million people in Texas.
	221 of them died.
	I can give you a list of about 50 different causes of death, from vehicular accidents to people falling down the steps, where more people have died of that on a regular basis in years past.
	According to the CDC, they're our gospel truth, right?
	They tell the truth about everything.
	You trust the CDC, don't you, Mike?
	And so, look at the CDC, look what they say about things, right?
	And you think this is a pandemic?
	Are you kidding me?
	221 people out of 29 million?
	And we've shut the entire state down?
	We can't go to church because 221 people died out of 29 million?

	And you can shove the real small business people under.
	I mean, we look at the kinds of things that are put into that horrendous bill.
	We look at the fury that President Trump had.
	Against Representative Massey, who simply said, let's put this vote on a record.
	Let's at least make sure that we've got a quorum.
	You know, we have rules.
	You've got to have more than 50% in order to cast votes for things.
	I don't know.
	We'll just waive that.
	Don't bother to come in.
	We don't need to follow even that rule in the Constitution, that we have to have a quorum.
	We don't need a quorum.
	We'll just do this.
	We'll do it by voice vote.
	You know, kind of like we put in the Federal Reserve when everybody had gone home for Christmas vacation.
	We can do that again with this.
	And now we're starting to see how crooked This whole thing is.
	You know, we're told that they're going to give loans to small businesses, and then Wall Street said, no, we're going to double that.
	We're going to double that interest rate.
	So they shut you down and force you to borrow money from them if you want to stay in business, and then they doubled the interest rate.
	So, oh, we're going to take care of the small businesses, and then they say, well, actually, we're going to give the money to the big chains.
	Then they come back and said, well, you know, it was going to be maybe up to a million dollars or whatever the upper number was.
	It was pure fantasy.
	It's now upwards of $15,000.
	Let me tell you something.
	I was a small businessman once.
	My wife and I ran a business.
	We had six different store locations and our rent, 25 years ago, was about $40,000 a month.
	You're going to give them $15,000?
	Here's your government cheese check.
	You're bankrupt.
	And it's even worse than that.
	They said, here, $15,000 we'll give you.
	75% of that's got to go to payroll.
	I'll tell you what, we had about 50 employees.
	That wouldn't have been 25% of my payroll on a monthly basis.
	These people in Washington have no appreciation for a free market.
	They want you.
	To be dependent on them?
	Everything that politicians have done, everything that they have planned, and make no mistake about it, when we look at this, this is why I get so upset with people who are saying things like, well, you know, these freedom lovers are turning into sociopaths.
	That's what Scott Adams said.
	It's like, really?
	Really?
	Being a freedom lover, that now turns you into a sociopath?
	They have absolutely no appreciation or understanding of the importance of freedom.
	They don't understand it.
	That's why I read iPencil today.
	Molars, dairy farms, a thousand cows, but they're having to pour 6,000 gallons of milk into a manure pit.
	Heart-wrenching, they said.
	Dumping milk, they can't shift the product that was bound for restaurants Into supermarkets, because they don't have any way to package it.
	Again, we're back to iPencil.
	You broke all that, President Trump.
	You broke all that, Governor Abbott.
	They don't have any way to transfer that.
	And they've lost the people who buy their products, more importantly.
	A lot of these restaurants are not going to come back.
	They're not going to be able to.
	Zero Hedge Points out, you've got a lot of liberals complaining about, look at this, we've got fruit that's left rotting on the trees.
	You know why that is?
	Because we don't have any illegal immigrants to pick the fruit.
	No, that's not the issue.
	Even AP, the Associated Press, understands what's going on.
	The fruit is being plowed into the ground because they've got nowhere to sell it.
	They don't have any restaurants that are open that they can sell this to.
	And then they say, well, we've got about 400,000 pounds of tomatoes that we gave away to our local food banks in Florida, the guy said.
	But we can't even give our product away.
	And when you look at what's happening at the food banks.
	San Antonio, you got about 10,000 people last week lined up.
	You see the aerial pictures of it.
	A record-setting giveaway in San Antonio.
	So you got the people whose jobs just ended.
	Just like that.
	Because some public health official at the county level, or some mayor at the county level, cited President Trump and Fauci's guidelines or recommendations and shut everything down.
	Again, in Texas, we have 29 million people and 221 people have died over the last six weeks.
	And we've shut the entire economy down.
	For small business, no, no, big box retailers, Walmart, Target, they're fine, they're fine.
	Last man standing.
	You know, they're starting to struggle with their brick-and-mortar stuff, and they need to get rid of those last few competitors so they can hang on a little bit longer.
	But even the food banks are saying, we don't know how we're going to be able to do this.
	Our staff can't keep up with us, and we're getting shortages as well.
	Because again, you can't, you've broken the supply chains, you've broken the production of food, of medicine.
	This is why I said from the very beginning, no matter what this disease is, The very worst possible response you could have would be to shut down our economy like they did in China, to follow China, to follow Italy.
	It didn't work in Italy!
	It didn't work in China!
	Why are you doing that here?
	You know, by the way, let's pass this out.
	As Tucker Carlson was pointing out, isn't it curious, isn't it very curious how Wuhan, a city of 11 million people, Before they locked down, as they said, this is a pandemic and we're going to have to lock it down, they had four million people escape everywhere, right?
	Out into China, and some of them into other countries even, perhaps, but mostly into China.
	Why is it that we didn't see anything like this in any other city besides Wuhan?
	And everywhere we look, whether it's New York City or whether it's Italy or whatever, these measures have not controlled the disease.
	It is not a pandemic.
	221 people out of 29 million in Texas?
	This is not an epidemic.
	And I said from the very beginning, I had a lot of people saying, this is a bioengineered weapon from China.
	I said, probably, yeah.
	But that doesn't mean that they did a good job of it, right?
	I said, let's just hope that the bioengineering is not as good as the social engineering because the social engineering has been perfected.
	They will keep trying with the bioweapons and we need to shut those programs down.

	You know, we can look at this and we can overlay the map and we can overlay 5G and we say, oh look at this, there's a concentration there, you know, that correlates pretty closely to the coronavirus.
	But I could say you could also overlay a certain political party and a certain political philosophy and that corresponds just as closely to this, doesn't it?
	The places that have been the most about government control And the places that have been running the health care systems, like Italy and like New York, understand that most of these hospitals, the majority of hospitals, yeah there's private hospitals in New York, but most places, and I would imagine that New York is like the places that I've lived, most of the hospitals are county-run, they're government-run hospitals.
	And when you talk about bed shortages and people in the halls and emergency in a war zone and so forth, all the stuff that we've seen coming out of New York, I've shown you the articles from three years ago where people were saying all of the same things.
	You had nurses who were going to go on strike because they didn't have enough personal protective equipment.
	Three years ago in New York!
	Three years ago!
	You had articles saying, we don't have enough beds, we've got people in the hallways of the hospitals in New York City.
	Three years ago.
	Three years ago.
	They're saying it's a war zone.
	Three years ago.
	All the same stuff they're doing right now.

	To increase their power and control over your life.
	Again, we look at what is going on in Sweden and Brazil, they kept their economies open.

	But right now, we've got a Department of Health tyranny.
	This is what was designed with the Model State Emergency Powers Act.
	Written just before 9-11 and then pushed out to all the different states right after 9-11.
	I want to talk about the Dictator of the Week, though.
	This is an award that needs to be handed out periodically to people, and I think the person who deserves this most this week is Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
	Michigan Democrat Governor Gretchen Whitmer.
	She's got an executive order that closed the public school buildings, but people have pointed out that she also closed all homeschooling as well.
	The Great Lakes Justice Center has pointed out That the executive order says this applies to all non-public schools in the state, and since Michigan law defines homeschools as non-public schools, that means that she closed down the homeschools at the same time.
	The executive order bars parents from directly teaching their children at home.
	They said this may be an unintended consequence.
	It could be sloppy, faulty drafting of an executive order by Governor Whitmer.
	But it does ban all in-person instruction of all children, including homeschooling.
	I'm sure that they'll come back and say that this is just like what, you know, when she was threatening to pull the licenses of any physicians who prescribed hydroxychloroquine to patients.
	When she told the pharmacist don't fill those and she told other physicians to snitch on other physicians who are prescribing hydroxychloroquine.
	And after that all blew up in her face, she came back and the Republicans vouched for her.
	You know, the Republican leader vouched for her and said, no, no, no, this was just to prevent hoarding.
	No, no, no.
	She was injecting herself into the doctor-patient relationship.
	Just like here with this prohibition against homeschooling, she's injecting herself into the parent-child relationship.
	And of course, also injecting herself into the individual's freedom, their informed consent.
	But she has also banned now travel between two residences.
	She stepped that up.
	So now you cannot go between one residence and another residence if you have them.
	She will graciously allow you to return to the state if you're outside the state and you have a residence somewhere else.
	You can return.
	She has now also extended her executive order to May the 1st.
	I tweeted out a picture somebody put up of how even the stores, the big box stores that were open, there's signs there just like in Vermont, you cannot buy seed.
	You cannot grow your own food.
	She has prohibited that.
	And Governor Whitmer has also prohibited motorized boats.
	It just never ends.
	There's now an 80,000 signature petition online demanding a recall of Whitmer.

	I said, when he said that, everybody said, no, he's not gonna do that.
	It's like, yeah, he's not.
	He's putting that out there.
	It's a guideline.
	It's a recommendation, just like the shutdown of the country.
	And you will have ten-pot petty bureaucrats Everywhere, taking him up on that idea.
	And here's one of them.
	And as they talk about this, they say, well, this comes months, three months after more than 20,000 gun owners showed up to test.
	He doesn't care about that.
	And this whole thing got kicked off.
	Remember, folks, this is 12 people who got shot in one shooting at a municipal building.
	So because 12 people got shot, we're going to take away the gun rights of everybody in Virginia.
	And I've said many times, if you look at this mentality that's been put out there, whether it's about forced vaccines without your informed consent, without parental consent, without any respect for religious freedom over the MMR vaccine, or whether it is gun prohibition because 12 people died, we've got to take away everybody's guns.
	We're now taking away everybody's livelihood and business and freedom to travel because 221 people died in Texas out of a population of 29 million.
	Twelve people got shot here, so we're going to take that away?
	You know they're going to do the same thing with cars, don't you?
	Everything will be taken away.
	If one single person dies, we'll have to take away the freedom for everybody that, you know.
	If somebody falls down the steps, we're going to ban all stairways.
	If somebody dies in the bathroom, we're going to ban all bathtubs.
	If somebody gets killed with a car or a gun or with a flu virus, we're going to lock you down in an open-air prison.

	Before he's placed in the police vehicle, he tells a number of officers, I'm dropping food off to vulnerable members of my family who can do nothing.
	And I'm taking a tree home with me.
	It's understood that the man was then released, but with a fixed penalty notice.
	I don't know what that is.
	Is that like a yellow card that you get in a, you know, there's soccer matches?
	You know, before he gets the red card, he gets the yellow card?

	And then we have Long Island, where they are obsessing now over leaf blowers.

	Six residents who own beach houses in the county have now filed a lawsuit claiming that the border closures are a violation of the U.S.

	But they try to use that in order to control things inside a state.
	You know, we had during the New Deal, we had FDR say, we're going to enact food price controls on you.
	And one farmer said, I don't want to do that.
	I just want to grow stuff.
	I don't want to be involved with the federal government.
	And I'm growing this stuff inside the state.
	I'm selling it inside the state.
	And they said, no, because the Commerce Act, that doesn't apply.
	And we're going to say that any commerce, even within the state, is going to be treated as if it was interstate commerce.

	You've got state governors saying, we're not letting anybody cross our state boundary here.

	So, that's happening in North Carolina.
	You can't come in even though you have a house here.
	Now, Mike Huckabee's got a similar problem, in a sense.
	He has government out of control, I guess you could say.
	But it also has to do with the beach.
	He has a beachfront home.
	He's living there.
	And in Florida, in the panhandle of Florida, he is not going to be allowed to set foot on the beach where his house is.
	He filed a lawsuit.

	neighbors against Walton County and its sheriff saying this ordinance is unlawful and it's preventing them from quote being able to use or even set foot in their own backyards. Well join the club we got a lot of cases of that so we've had people threatened for being on their own property in many different jurisdictions in the US and the UK and Canada and so forth.
	Local government is denying basic constitutional rights and taking social distancing measures too far.

	I said I think we need to, instead of having the hashtag social distance, I think we need to have a hashtag that says hashtag constitution distance because that's what I see the distancing going.
	We are distancing ourselves so far from the Constitution I don't think any of these politicians can see it anymore.
	I don't think they ever read it.
	But anyway, this complaint that has been filed says that law enforcement officers, quote, have been and are currently patrolling and occupying the private beachfront properties without permission.

	And they're threatening arrest Or fines of the plaintiffs, their family members, or their invitees on their own private property.
	Well, why would you expect that they're going to recognize private property?
	I mean, my right to speak freely, my right to travel freely, my right to have the free exercise of religion, my right to work, my right to be able to meet and assemble with people, all these different rights, those are all my property, right?

	Police are also cracking down on people gathering in front of liquor stores in the city.
	Liquor stores can remain open under Governor Phil Murphy's executive order, unlike churches.
	But the abortion clinics can also remain open under these new Constitution distancing rules.
	Montreal police are launching an online system to report on disobedient citizens.

	We not only are having the kind of economic centralized control that we saw in East Germany.

	Same people who have concocted all of the numbers about flu and about the number of cases of flu, about the number of deaths from flu.
	Same people who have told individuals, don't test, just if you've got a condition that looks like the flu, just call it the flu.
	Don't bother us.
	We've shown the documents on this program.
	About how the CDC has rigged this, and now they've gone one step further.
	With the coronavirus, we've got multiple doctors in multiple districts who are telling us, one of them a senator and a doctor, saying, look, they're incentivizing this.
	They'll give you more money if you have a coronavirus patient.
	If you put them on a ventilator, they'll give you even more money.
	You know, $39,000.
	Coronavirus diagnosis, you get $13,000 right there.
	You put them on a ventilator, $39,000 right there.
	He said, don't tell me, he says, I've been doing this for decades, don't tell me that doesn't affect people, to give them those kinds of incentives.
	You got another doctor who says, look, we never know exactly the cause of death, right?
	We don't do autopsies on most of these people.
	And now the CDC is telling everybody, we want you, if they've got respiratory issues, you presume, without even testing, you presume that it is a COVID-19 death.
	Every single one of their models and their predictions which understand this was the thing that panicked everybody We're gonna have a two million people die Right and we're not gonna have enough hospital beds and I pointed out last week.
	I went down the numbers I showed the numbers on the on the show.
	I'm not gonna go over the numbers.
	Yeah, I'll just summarize it for you we had the closest they got was overestimating the number of hospital beds in some states by a factor of two.
	Here in Texas, it was by a factor of nine.
	In Washington State, it was by a factor of ten.
	Many states were nine and ten.
	So they overestimated the number of hospital beds that would be needed by anywhere from two hundred to a thousand percent.
	Anywhere from two times to ten times.
	When it came to ventilators, they were even worse.
	They overestimated the number of ventilators that would be needed by a factor of forty four thousand percent increase.
	They have lied to us up one side and down the other, and they did that.
	They did that.
	Just like when the CDC put out its numbers, the reason that people are saying, look at this, they fudged the numbers.
	The CDC estimated up the number of flu cases, because just on the cases that they had tested according to their own data that they released two weeks ago, They said, well, 10% fatality rate.
	But we know that 10% of the people that get the flu are not dying.
	So we're going to estimate that up.
	And so they estimated up the number of cases, which they didn't.
	It was just an estimate.
	They didn't have any tests for that.
	They just said, well, we'll estimate the number of cases up by a factor of 100.
	That made their case fatality rate 0.1%.
	But then when they compared it to the coronavirus, they went with actual cases tested and actual deaths.
	Now, you don't have to know anything about math to understand that you don't compare estimated numbers to actual numbers.
	You don't compare estimated flu deaths to actual COVID-19 deaths.
	That's not honest.
	That's rigging the numbers.
	And so, you know, Mike very mockingly and sarcastically said, well, we got a new disease out here.
	It's called Stupid 19.
	And I guess I'm guilty of Stupid 19 because I actually talk about these numbers.
	But, you know, Mike, I take my hat off to you.
	Turns out, says Mike, it turns out that I'm actually among the most science-educated persons in the independent media.
	I find myself arguing with people who can't solve basic math problems.
	Well, you know, I've had people tell me, just like you, Mike, that all you have to do is do multiplication and division to come up with these numbers.
	And that's right.
	If you take the numbers That the CDC puts out there, all you have to do is divide and multiply them and check the math.
	That's good.
	But if you can't understand the difference between estimated and actual, then you aren't a scientist.
	Because garbage in means garbage out.
	And so he complains about the fact that he's about the only host here at InfoWars that really understands what's going on.
	I think you're feeding a panic.
	A panic-demic.
	And he's basically upset with David Icke.
	I don't know what David Icke has had to say.
	I know that David Icke has been censored and I know that Mike is very upset the fact that we aren't censoring David Icke.
	Well, we don't do that here.
	You can do that.
	You can do that.
	We don't do censorship.
	We're not CNN.
	So you can do that yourself.
	He also calls us, any of us who disagree with what the CDC is saying, pandemic deniers.
	Isn't that interesting how he has taken the religious Labels that were used by the climate change people, right?
	I told you they just took out the underlying, we're all going to die because of climate change.
	You are a climate denier.
	I've been called a climate denier.
	Now I'm a skeptic.
	Show me the numbers.
	Show me the numbers.
	And so now I'm a pandemic denier, according to him.
	Oh, I would say that he's a COVID alarmist, because that's what we call the people who said we're all going to die.
	221 people He died in Texas over six weeks out of 29 people.
	That's not a pandemic.
	It's not even an epidemic.
	You've got to get over this and open back up.
	This is crazy.
	I see Scott Adams saying it's getting harder to distinguish freedom lovers from sociopaths.
	See, if you love freedom, you are a sociopath.
	You understand what's behind that?
	The idea is that because I'm putting freedom first, that means that I'm endangering your life.
	This is the same argument that has always been used against somebody who wants to exercise their informed consent to not be forced to take a vaccine.
	Or somebody who wants to exercise their informed consent to be able to take a medicine that is not being allowed by an unconstitutional prohibition by the federal government.
	The government does not have the authority to tell us what medicines we can have and which ones we can't have.
	We have safety inspectors at the local level.
	They're perfectly capable of doing that, and under the Constitution, they're the only ones who are allowed to do that.
	But now, if you talk about freedom, you're now a sociopath.
	Can you believe that?
	I came back, I said, well, it's getting harder and harder to distinguish pragmatists From totalitarians.
	Because the people who are selling us pragmatism have become completely totalitarian in their prescriptions for how this is going to be handled.

	You can make up your mind.
