	We're going to take a look today at the Virginia governor's state of emergency.
	Yes, he has created a state of emergency with the, he and the Democrats, intending to enslave the people there.
	As a matter of fact, I thought it was funny that West Virginia, I think a West Virginia legislator, we'll talk about it coming up, Actually said, hey, you guys, if you want to secede from Virginia, we've already done that once, right?
	You know, West Virginia seceded from Virginia over the issue of slavery.
	And that's exactly what we're talking about here.
	A new slavery that is being pushed by the Democrats.
	So yeah, I think they ought to secede.
	They would have Actually, the ability to govern themselves as well, which is the other part of what was behind secession.
	You know, Virginia seceded from the Union, said, we want to have self-government.
	And then West Virginia said, we want to secede from Virginia because we don't want to have slavery.
	and the Virginians said, okay, that's fine, we're good with that.
	I wonder if Coon Man, Ralph Northam, would be that tolerant.
	Do you think?
	I don't think so.
	We're going to talk about his declaration of emergency.
	We're going to take a look at the long list of things that have been prohibited.
	You will not believe what they are prohibiting in this rally that is scheduled for Monday.
	Now they had one on this past Monday.
	They had thousands of people show up.
	They're saying that they think on this coming Monday, on the 20th, that there will be tens of thousands of people.
	So they're freaking out about that.
	So we'll talk about that.
	We'll talk about Nancy Pelosi, her celebration, her laughing and giggling.
	She got very upset about that when people did that as soon as they had their vote, right?
	And she said, stop, this is solemn, this is serious.
	But then she was laughing herself as she signed it.
	A lot of people are talking about that, talking about the commemorative pins.
	I don't see an issue with commemorative pins.
	I mean, presidents and governors do that all the time.
	But I saw a picture of the pins, and the pins look like they've got a bullet on the end of them.
	I mean, you know, maybe it's just a coincidence.
	But Nancy Pelosi did say that one way or the other, Trump will be removed from office.
	And quite frankly, her actions are an assassination.
	The character assassination.
	There they are.
	Does that look like a bullet to you?
	I mean, I don't know.
	If the Democrats knew how to use firearms, that could be dangerous.
	I don't know.
	We'll talk about that.
	We'll also talk about the massive blowback against Elizabeth Warren and CNN.
	on social media and the divisions that have come up in the progressive community.
	Such a shame.
	I just hate to see the progressives at each other's throats.
	Don't you?
	No, actually I don't.
	By the way, President Trump yesterday had a hour-long conference, took his time, signing a bill, and I think the reason he was doing that was to take the airtime away from Nancy Pelosi to force her to do her signing later at night.
	Yeah, he basically took all the oxygen away from her event.
	But as part of this bill, this is the first part of a revised trade agreement with the Chinese.
	Remember, President Trump said, we're holding all the cards.
	Because they have a $800 billion trade surplus with us.
	Well, now they have pledged to give up $200 billion of that $800 billion.
	Actually, it's over two years, so it's actually only $100 per year.
	But still, it's a good start.
	And the interesting thing about that is that the Wall Street Journal admits that the U.S.
	economy went through the trade war without barely even a scratch.
	We're going to talk about that as well when we come back.
	That is a big win, I think.
	But we still have to worry about what the Federal Reserve is doing in terms of dumping money into the repo market.
	Yeah, do you know what that is?

	We're going to talk about what's coming up on Monday the 20th.
	And this last Monday the 13th, We had thousands of people show up in Virginia.
	They had at least one bill, the worst bill.
	The Democrats withdrew because they didn't have the votes to pass it.
	It was going to be a major confiscation bill.
	Nevertheless, they quietly moved ahead with several others.
	There is an even larger group suspected by the governor.
	He thinks it's going to be tens of thousands of people, so he's trying to shut that down.
	Because, you know, the Democrats don't support The First Amendment, your free speech, your right to peacefully redress your grievances with the government, they don't support that.
	And they also don't support the Second Amendment, of course.
	So we'll talk about what's coming up with that.
	As well as the civil war amongst progressives.
	It's not just that they want to go to war with conservatives, as you heard in that Project Veritas.
	You heard the Bernie Sanders campaign worker, who's been paid about $10,000 already, saying, yeah, we're going to light the cities on fire if Trump wins.
	However, if they win, they're going to put conservatives in gulags.
	But that's okay, because, you know, gulags under the Soviet Union, they weren't as bad as the CIA says.
	Yeah, smart cities are going to be their gulags that they're going to come out with.
	And that's going to happen, quite frankly, folks, Republican or Democrat, if we don't start organizing at the grassroots level.
	There's absolutely, that is not even on the radar of President Trump or the Republicans.
	If it is, they're in full support of it.
	They're pushing 5G, which is the infrastructure For the UN gulags that they call smart cities, the Republicans are pushing that as hard as the Democrats are.
	They're not doing it for the same reasons.
	They're not saying that they're doing it to save the environment, but they're doing it.
	It doesn't matter what their reasons are.
	Each of these groups have different reasons.
	Nevertheless, let's talk before we get into what's happening in Virginia.
	We had a Trade deal that was signed with a lot of fanfare and a great deal of prolonged discussion by President Trump went over an hour, and I think he was trying to eat up the airtime of Nancy Pelosi, talking about over two years, over the next two years, China has agreed to buy at least $200 billion more of U.S.
	exports.
	Now we have about an $800 billion a year deficit with them.
	That's why President Trump said he couldn't lose.
	And I absolutely have supported this from the very beginning.
	It was absolutely the right thing to do.
	Wall Street Journal, all these other people who are wringing their hands saying, oh, this is going to destroy the economy.
	The Wall Street Journal is now admitting, yeah, we had, quote, barely a scratch.
	The biggest hit to the U.S.
	economy was a decline in agricultural exports to China.
	The Trump administration's decision to divert $28 billion of income from tariffs to the U.S.
	farmers took care of that.
	They said, most notably, tariffs did not cause any prices to rise.
	That was going to be it.
	It's going to trigger this massive economic collapse and inflation.
	Didn't do it.
	A basket of goods, according to the Wall Street Journal, who was opposing President Trump on stopping Actually, President Trump didn't declare a trade war.
	President Trump merely acknowledged that a trade war has been conducted against the United States by Wall Street and the Chinese for a couple of decades now.
	Anyway, a basket of goods covered by U.S.
	tariffs showed prices rising 3%, but these were offset by prices falling on other goods, and so inflation overall was near or below the target by the Federal Reserve of two percent indicating that the trade war did not hurt us customers now what are they doing they're going to be buying The agreement will be an additional $80 billion of autos, auto parts, aircraft machinery, medical devices, semiconductors.
	China will also buy over $50 billion more in energy supplies and about $35 billion more in U.S.
	services.
	Chinese purchasers of U.S.
	agricultural products will increase by $32 billion or $16 billion a year.
	This is still short of the 50 billion dollar annual goal, but this is phase one.
	Now what you should be concerned about, this is all good news, but what you should be concerned about is what the Federal Reserve is doing.
	In order to prop up the economy, and we have had a very concerning, at least to the Federal Reserve and to people who are watching what's going on, a esoteric part of Wall Street called the repo market.
	These are people that are buying and selling hedge funds, that are buying and selling stuff, the repo market.
	You don't really need to know what it is.
	You just need to know that the Fed is dumping about every other week, $100 billion one week, $500 billion another week.
	They have dumped in trillions in the last six weeks into this market.
	Just printing money.
	It's far bigger than quantitative easing ever was.
	And it's not clear that dumping all of that money, and to put that in perspective, again, look at the fact that our trade deficit with China, which has really been eviscerating our country, was 800 billion dollars a year.
	And now the Federal Reserve is devaluing our currency by dumping this amount of money.
	As I pointed out, when they dump in a hundred billion dollars, they did that several times, that's the size of the entire Gross national product of Puerto Rico.
	They just dumped it in, in one day.
	Not a year, in one day.
	And then another day they dumped in 500 billion dollars, which is the entire gross domestic product of Switzerland.
	The 20th largest economy in the world.
	They just dumped that in one day, into this repo market.
	A very esoteric A little market that affects, you know, the balance sheets of people on Wall Street that are too big to fail.
	Where have we seen all this before?
	You know?
	Had you ever, before all this stuff blew up and hit the fan, and then took out a lot of home mortgages in the process?
	You know, it had real, it trickled down to real effects to everybody.
	But you didn't know about these fictional Uh, uh, scams that they had created in terms of securitization of loans and so forth.
	Uh, how they were rigging, uh, the, uh, bond market and all these other things that were being done that caused the collapse of the mortgages.
	So you should be very concerned about the repo market.
	It's good news about China, but the bad news about the repo market is hanging over us like the sword of Damocles.
	There was an article on Politico, a judge picked it up, actually this morning I saw as well, the caucus change that has Iowa bracing for a hot mess.
	This, folks, is an interesting article from Politico, not because of what it says, but because of what it does not say.
	And so they're saying, well, you know, they're talking about the fact they're going to release raw vote totals.
	Now that's going to cause a lot of problems everywhere, right?
	Except that we've already seen this in the primaries four years ago.
	Do you remember that Bernie Sanders, and we covered this extensively, look at this!
	Bernie Sanders won another state, but Hillary got all the delegates!
	And it's the height of hypocrisy that the Democrat Party and Hillary Clinton, who benefited from the superdelegates, why?
	Because she bought the DNC.
	She had won the nomination by owning the superdelegates in the DNC before the voting ever started.
	And then Hillary Clinton, when she, you know, they didn't care about the popular vote.
	It was all about the delegates.
	And then when Hillary Clinton lost, she said, yeah, but those delegates there at the Electoral College, that's why I lost.
	I won the popular vote.
	Well, you know what goes around comes around, doesn't it?
	And now they're talking about how this is a problem in Iowa.
	They said a lot of people could claim that they win victory.
	Multiple candidates could claim that they won victory in Iowa if they release the raw vote totals.
	You see, it was the rigging of that and Hillary Clinton winning all the delegates, even though Bernie Sanders won the popular vote, that was what caused People within the DNC to release that damaging information about Hillary Clinton.
	And then she lied to everybody and got her contractor CrowdStrike to say, it was the Russians who released it!
	It wasn't people within the DNC who hated me because the way I stole the primary and stole the nomination from Bernie Sanders.

	Welcome back, we're going to take a look at what's going on with the declaration of the state of emergency by Governor Coonman in Virginia.
	The black-faced governor, whose pictures showed up, is now saying in the media, is parroting the line that these people are dangerous, they are white supremacists, they are hate groups, and so forth, and we've got to have a state of emergency.
	So we're going to talk about what's in that.
	We're going to take a look at the state of the emergency and we're going to take a look at the truth.
	The real emergency is that they're trying to destroy both the Second Amendment and the First Amendment, the right to redress your grievances with the government peacefully.
	But before we get to that, I just want to say one more thing about this Politico article talking about the caucus change that has Iowa bracing for a hot mess.
	If we tell people Uh, not on a precinct-by-precinct level.
	You know, well, you know, yeah, so-and-so won this precinct and so forth.
	Round it off that way to get the delegates, right?
	No, instead they're going to release the raw vote total.
	Now, what have the Democrats, especially Hillary Clinton, been bellyaching about since she lost?
	Well, we can't have delegates decide an election.
	We need to go by a raw vote total.
	And so the Democrats in Iowa say, yeah, see, that's a raw vote total.
	Uh-oh, uh-oh, this is going to be a problem for them.
	As they pointed out, many people could claim victory on caucus night.
	And this is the hypocrisy that we've been talking about with Hillary Clinton from the very beginning.
	And it's why you had that initial leak.
	It was people who were Bernie Sanders supporters of the DNC that handed the information.
	It wasn't hacked by Russia.
	We have William Binney, and we have other professionals.
	Again, William Binney for decades was the global technical head of the NSA.
	He knows what hacking is about, believe me.
	He and others.
	I said we have conducted tests and we look at the time date stamps of when these files were created and when they were finished transferring up.
	The only way that could be done is not over international internet connections.
	You don't have that kind of bandwidth.
	The only way that could happen is if it was put on a thumb drive, which coincides with what WikiLeaks said.
	And the former UK ambassador who worked for WikiLeaks said, I went to Washington and I was handed that information on a thumb drive An internal whistleblower who was upset about the fact that Hillary Clinton got all the delegates when Bernie Sanders won the popular vote.
	So now they're talking about this and Politico even goes back and talks about in the story, well yeah it's kind of like you know what happened with Hillary Clinton?
	She beat President Trump handily says Politico.
	No she didn't.
	You can pad the vote in these heavily Democrat, heavily corrupt urban areas, nevertheless.
	But lost the ultimate battle because of her failure to win in a handful of key places.
	No, she got, he got the delegates, even by your own, even if we go with your data, she got the delegates.
	And then they say, here in Iowa, traditionally, it's the delegates that matter.
	Well, that's the way that it is in the Constitution.
	It's the delegates who matter.
	The delegates who are part of the Electoral College.
	So they said the primary contest comes down to who gets the most delegates.
	One individual, chair of the Benton County Democratic Party said, my concern is if the first vote says one thing and the delegate vote says another, the delegate count rather, then what's reported to the public, what comes out of Iowa could become moot.
	Well, that already happened and we covered that.
	And primary after primary.
	Look at this.
	Bernie Sanders won the vote.
	Hillary Clinton got the delegates.
	Isn't that interesting?
	And that was because of the corruption of the superdelegates.
	And the Democrats don't want to change that.
	The Democrats want to change the electoral college, but they don't want to change the DNC process of how delegates are elected.
	And so now this is coming to the fore here.
	And it is the hypocrisy.
	Of these people as well as Politico, which of course is a Democrat operative publication.
	One final quote here, says one Iowa Democrat, the caucuses are not supposed to be about raw vote totals.
	Neither is the presidential election, Democrats.
	They're supposed to be about delegates.
	It's a test of organizing strength on a precinct by precinct basis.
	Uh-huh.
	That's exactly what President Trump said.
	And it's about not taking away the representation of all of the states so that New York and LA and Chicago can choose a president.
	That's what will happen if you take away the Electoral College.
	So the Democrats are fine with doing that at the national level.
	But now they're kind of wringing their hands about any kind of internal reform in the Democrat Party if it doesn't support the people.
	But they have absolutely no principles.
	They're just trying to achieve an objective.
	We see this over and over again.
	It's a test of organizing strength on a precinct by precinct basis.
	There is a conceptual issue that I worry that gets bundled together.
	And you know what they haven't even addressed is the real the elephant in the room Is the fact that there will be hacking.
	You know, all this stuff about Russia and the DNC documents and so forth, and a couple of ads that were run on Facebook.
	You know, you talk about $100,000 worth of ads on Facebook when you've got Hillary Clinton by herself spending over $600 billion.
	That did not hack the election.
	And the DNC files were not hacked, regardless of what Hillary's CrowdStrike employees say.
	But if you want to know about real hacking, what we are going to be talking about in a couple of years, I'll tell you right now, we're going to be talking about how the election was hacked because we went to electronic voting.
	And that's what they're doing in Iowa.
	That is the real issue.
	All this talk about releasing a raw vote total and everything, that's just a distraction.
	The real issue that is going to allow them to select who they wish and hack the election as they wish Is the fact that they have a smartphone app, which they all understand is not secure.
	No electronic voting is ever secure.
	You're gonna have to go back to paper ballots.
	I mean, you can rig paper ballots and you can rig voting machines.
	Democrats and Republicans have been doing that for a long time.
	But it's harder to do that than it is to rig it electronically.
	When you put all this stuff in electronic form, Then it becomes an enterprise-wide hack.
	It becomes enterprise-wide corruption.
	Because they can hack every single election from top to bottom and across the country at the same time.
	Because it's electronic.
	You can't do that when it's paper ballots.
	Yeah, you can do it in Chicago.
	You can do it in New York.
	You can do it in LA.
	But you can't do it everywhere in the country at the same time from top to bottom.
	And you can do that With electronic voting, that's why it is so dangerous and that's why that is really the true story about the danger of this upcoming election.
	Alright, we've got in Virginia, Ralph Northam, Governor Coon Man, declaring a state of emergency because he says, quote, armed militia groups are planning to storm the Capitol.
	Is this guy a conspiracy theorist?
	Yes, he is.
	Yes, he is.
	And as a matter of fact, you should be very concerned About a false flag attack happening there.
	Because he and his minions are saying, you know, we might... We actually suspect that somebody might use armed drones to attack and so forth.
	And we'll talk about what they're planning on doing.
	We'll talk about the people behind this.

	Well, the globalist's next move is happening right now in Virginia with the Democrats.
	And we have Governor Northam, who Uh, is, uh, known to many of his admirers as Coon Man, because of his pictures in college, his blackface, uh, pictures.
	And, uh, these were not done as part of a Halloween contest to celebrate a culture.
	You know, we have, uh, the, the back and forth, um, uh, anger about some college mascots that are Indians.
	And in most cases, well, I would say in all cases, uh, they, they put those kind of college mascots up to celebrate.
	Indian culture of warriors or chiefs or whatever.
	I mean, in Florida, they referred, you know, they had the mascot for Florida State University was the Seminoles.
	And they said, we got to get rid of this.
	And the Seminole tribe said, well, no, actually we're honored by that.
	But nobody was honored by the kind of blackface that Governor Nolan was doing.
	And, of course, he also came out and, as a physician, unashamedly talked about The Comfort Care Murder.
	Yeah, that's right.
	That's the kind of things that these people create.
	The Comfort Care Murder of babies who survive an abortion.

	You don't strangle them, because if you do, then you'll go to jail like Kermit Gosnell did.
	He put the kids out of the misery.
	If he failed to kill them while they were partially in the mother's body, then he would put them out of their misery.

	And this was the amazing thing out of the Gosnell trial that is portrayed in the movie Gosnell.
	It's about the trial and it's a courtroom drama.
	And the thing that really flabbergasted the jurors, all of whom had to affirm as a condition of being made a juror that they had absolutely no problem with abortion.
	And yet, as it was explained to them, the difference between what Kermit Gosnell did in terms of murdering these kids that he bragged about, hey, that kid, that boy was big enough he could walk to the bus station.
	The difference between what he did and what is common practice in many, many states is that you're supposed to set them over to the side and let them starve to death.
	You know, kind of like Terry Shavo.
	And that was what Ralph Northam talked about, so he really didn't understand why people are having a big concern about that, because that's been standard practice.
	But see, the rest of the country, just like those jurors in the Gosnell trial years ago, don't really understand what's going on with the abortion industry.
	You better understand what he's trying to do in terms of aborting your constitutional rights as well.
	You know, and it's not just Governor Nulden, it's all the Democrats.
	As a matter of fact, play the Biden video where he's bragging about how he's beaten the NRA multiple times and he's, we've got to get the ammunition and of course that's what he and the Obama administration focused on from the very beginning.
	Putting additional taxes on ammunition and prohibiting it.
	Let's play that clip from Joe Biden.

	Children went to school today learning how to duck and cover because they may get shot in school.
	Talk about a troubled soul in the country.
	Assault rifles!
	Magazines holding 40, 50, 60, 100 bullets!
	There's no room for them in America!
	We have to go out and take on the NRA and beat them!

	And of course Michael Bloomberg was trashing the hero who saved lives at that Texas church recently.
	After the shooting at the Sutherland Springs Texas church where there wasn't anybody who was armed.
	We and others talked about how people in churches need to start being proactive, training, having designated people who are on the site who know how to use a firearm.
	We said that needs to be done at schools as well.
	And when they did it, and they did it right, At the church, you know, there wasn't, he had two people who had engaged him and unfortunately he was able to get two shots off with a shotgun because another, a third guy, the guy who was the hero, honored by Governor Abbott, as people were jumping up, he had to wait.
	He was very calm and collected under fire.
	He waited and they took the guy out with one headshot across the church.
	So yeah, in six seconds.
	Things happen quickly.
	You can't rely on the police.
	That's why you need to have trained people like that in churches, in schools, because those are soft targets.
	And yet, Bloomberg trashed that hero at that church, just like Biden.
	Just like Biden to say, well, you can't have schools.
	Well, there's a way to handle that.
	As we saw in Florida, if you have one Uniformed officer, first of all, that uniformed officer could become the first target.
	But in the case in Florida, he did not respond.
	He stayed outside.
	If you are a teacher and you're carrying concealed, and they know that teachers are carrying concealed, they don't know how many of them have concealed weapons, and you are going to defend your life along with the lives of those people that you know.
	And because they have more of a connection than the security guard officers who are outside, it will be a better solution.
	There is no perfect solution.
	So that brings us to Virginia.
	Citing violence that erupted in Charlottesville, and again, what happened in Charlottesville?
	Was anybody shot in Charlottesville?
	No, there were fights.
	You had armed Antifa fighting people and then eventually one of the people on the other side comes back with a car and kills someone.
	There wasn't any gun involvement there.
	But this is some of the executive order that he has.
	Credible intelligence gathered by Virginia's law enforcement agencies, writes the governor of Virginia, indicate that tens of thousands of advocates plan to converge on Capitol Square for events culminating on January the 20th.
	And in this executive order, they don't only ban guns, but they also ban helmets and shields, and you will not believe what else.
	It is absolutely, absolutely crazy.
	As a matter of fact, let me read what they're banning here.
	And this executive order, by the way, a declaration of a state of emergency due to potential civil unrest at the Virginia State Capitol.
	And it begins by this.
	The Commonwealth of Virginia is a welcoming state.
	Yassa!
	We're a welcoming state, and we love our black people so much that we dress up like them, you know, and we also support the Second Amendment, and I really, as a Constitution, I support the Second Amendment, but you've got to have your rights curtailed here, and we're going to curtail your rights here.
	That's exactly what this guy does.
	So, anyway, here's what they are prohibiting in this state of emergency.
	A pocket knife.
	that has a blade more than three inches.
	Weapons also includes, but is not limited to, sticks, torches, poles, bats, shields, helmets, scissors, razor blades, needles, toy guns, toy guns are prohibited, toy weapons are prohibited, expressly prohibited, fireworks, glass bottles, Laser pointers, aerosol containers, and listen to this, baseballs and softballs.
	It doesn't say that footballs or soccer balls are prohibited.
	Do they prohibit nail clippers?
	They do have an exception here.
	They say, the prohibition with respect to these weapons we've listed here, you know, like toy guns, toy weapons, baseballs, and softballs.
	These prohibitions, we have exclusions.
	For example, any person who possesses a knife that is customarily used for food preparation.
	This is kind of what the TSA does.
	They confiscate your nail clippers.
	And then, if you're flying first class, Uh, they hand you a knife because you're sitting right behind the pilot.
	Oh, here's your knife.
	I just stole your nail clipper, but here's a knife for all of you who are sitting in first class right behind the pilot.
	Uh, this prohibition applies to both the open and the concealed carry.
	Of firearms and other weapons.
	So do not try to conceal carry a toy gun, a toy weapon, a baseball, a softball, scissors, and don't run with those scissors either.
	But this is serious folks.
	This is serious.

	They're going to have road closures around the Capitol, limited access to the grounds.
	They're going to have a security checkpoint with metal detectors to find those toy guns, toy weapons, baseballs and softballs that are listed in the executive order.
	You know, it's funny, they didn't mention footballs and softballs, or soccer balls.
	All I can figure out is that they figure it's going to be kind of obvious.
	I say boy, are you pregnant or is that a football under your t-shirt there?
	Or are you a trans woman?
	There you go.
	A pregnant trans woman.
	Now I know that's a football and we're gonna have to arrest you for that football concealed under your shirt.
	And it was planned to be an open carry event because you know open carry is legal.
	Just like firearms are legal.
	Just like they are specifically protected with the Second Amendment because only a tyrannical government would take away your right of self-defense.
	You know, they're talking about how dangerous this could be because people are doing this as an open carry event and I've been to a lot of different protests with InfoWars.
	And I gotta tell you, the only time that it has been a peaceful rally, where violence was not committed, was when people were open carrying.
	Because an armed society is a polite society.
	That was what Robert Heinlein said.

	But of course that was also the reality.

	He gets to just go right into the military headquarters of all these, go into the presidential offices and everything.
	Nobody had any problem with it.
	You know, he didn't get shaken down with all this stuff.
	But he said, as he went through the South, and he wrote about it later, he said, I have never seen a society where everybody was armed, like they are in the South.
	And I've never seen such a polite society.
	Robert Heinlein said, an armed society is a polite society.
	And that's been the way that it is at these protests.
	As a matter of fact, in San Antonio, when the police were harassing people, Because they were open carrying in San Antonio.
	There was a big pushback rally that was organized by open carry advocates here in Texas.
	We went down there.
	As a matter of fact, you see that iconic picture of Alex Jones in front of the Alamo.
	He was speaking at that event, and there were a ton of police, and they were taking pictures of everybody, but nothing happened.
	Nothing happened.
	The thousands of people who were open carrying left and then the police came by and harassed the one or two stragglers who were left behind who just happened to be open carrying legally here in Texas.
	That's what is the reality of these open carry rallies.
	Nevertheless, you have the mainstream media, nearly every article, is referring to the people who are showing up to redress their grievances against a bunch of Democrats who want to take away their Second Amendment rights, referring to them as white nationalists, as hate groups and so forth, even though it was Governor Coon Man himself who dressed up in blackface.
	NBC says Northam's declaration will also ban items that some white nationalists carried in Charlottesville.
	You know, because, you know, antifa was not an issue in Charlottesville.
	USA Today, a little bit more explicit.
	They said that the event was going to be hosted by hate groups and white nationalists.
	That's USA Today.
	Did you know that?
	Did you know that the event is being hosted by hate groups and white nationalists?
	No, that's an absolutely bold-faced lie that's being put out there by USA Today.
	NPR.
	Northern is raising concerns.
	about a reprise of the deadly violence surrounding the white supremacist march in Charlottesville.
	He said state intelligence analysts have identified threats and rhetoric online that mirrors the chatter that they were picking up around that time.
	Actually, you know, the group that is sponsoring this is not a hate group.
	It's not a white supremacy group.
	It is Virginia's Citizens Defense League, a group that is dedicated to defending your right to defend yourself in Virginia.
	Now, these are people who support the Second Amendment, the Constitution.
	All those dangerous people, however, you know, having a firearm, that makes you a hateful white supremacist, doesn't it, in their minds.
	But let's take a look at what the reality is here.
	We just had an incident in Arizona.
	We had a state trooper who was shot by a random suspect as he was trying to help a woman who had just had her vehicle roll over on the highway.
	This is from concealednation.org.
	Described as an ambush style attack, the trooper was attempting to block lanes of the highway after this vehicle had rolled over when a man came up and shot him in the chest.
	A fight between the two then began on the ground.
	A driver who had stopped, saw what was happening, tried to come to the aid of the state trooper who was asking for help.
	The suspect ignored the man's commands to stop the attack, at which time the man, instead of physically fighting him, perhaps because the other guy already had a gun, went back to his vehicle and retrieved his firearm, ran back to the scene, shot and killed the suspect who had stopped and shot the police officer in the chest.
	After shooting the suspect, the armed citizen used the trooper's radio to call for help, and here's the audio of that call.

	Officer down, officer down.
	I'm sorry, this is a civilian.
	He's in real bad shape.
	Please send air support.
	You see, not only can the police not be there everywhere, all the time, instantly, just as we saw when you talked about the church shooting, that happened in six seconds.
	Boom.
	Two people shot by an attacker, and the attacker killed.
	Six seconds.
	But also, the police sometimes need the help of citizens.
	It's one of the reasons why many police officers don't support gun confiscation.
	Because in a lot of cases, the guns that are confiscated are their own!
	That was what the Heller situation was about in Washington D.C.
	that went to the Supreme Court.
	That was a police officer who wanted to be able to carry his firearm off-duty.
	You know, because Washington D.C.
	is a dangerous place.
	Police officers understand the danger in these areas better than the general public does.
	Certainly better than Michael Bloomberg or Moms Demand Action.
	And so he wanted to be able to carry his firearm.
	Went to the Supreme Court.
	The Supreme Court said, yeah, actually, you know, being able to bear arms, that's part of it.
	You don't have to keep your weapons locked up unless you're on duty and wearing a uniform.
	And so the police officers understand that it's their guns and their lives and their defense that is also at stake.
	By the way, the woman involved in the rollover was ejected from her vehicle and died at the scene.
	The police officer who was shot in the chest, a 27-year-old veteran of the force, I'm sorry, not 27-year-olds, he's a veteran of 27 years of the state troopers, was taken to the hospital.
	He's now in stable condition after undergoing surgery.
	Saved his life!
	Saved his life, this guy, with a gun.
	Because, you know, you don't have much time to respond to these types of things.
	We're talking about the ability to bear arms, by the way.
	Cardi B, who has decided she's going to enter politics, puts out a statement saying that you have to get permission to bear arms, and she spells it B-A-R-E.
	And I guess, you know, she would be very upset If she had to get permission to bear her arms, B-A-R-E, or her legs, or her breasts, or anything else in her body, right?
	Don't you tell me what I can show people!
	We had Bernie Sanders endorsing her idea that she would run for office, saying, oh yeah, I'd get behind her.

	There's not going to be thousands of people like it was this past Monday, but this coming Monday, the 20th, they expect tens of thousands of people, so Governor Northam is trying to make it impossible for people to get to the area.
	He's putting in roadblocks and security, banning everything from You know, knives longer than three inches to toy guns and baseballs and softballs.
	Because you can't take any chances if you're a Democrat.
	I guess they ought to also ban rotten tomatoes that people might throw at the Democrats as they're going into the legislature.
	I'm not suggesting that anybody do that.
	But I imagine that they might add to the list, if they know that Alex Jones is coming, they might ban bullhorns too.
	That won't help him.
	He can scream pretty loud without a bullhorn.
	Anyway, so what is going on in Virginia?
	You know, the move to shut down free speech, because that's what we're talking about here, the First Amendment.
	Your free speech, a free press, and of course that is under attack.
	And is not even being pushed back by President Trump.
	You know, he invites in these people who are running these speech control corporations.
	That's what they are.
	They've been set up by DARPA and the CIA's venture capital firms to take dominant control over the internet.
	And they have now lowered the hammer.
	And these conservative groups like Heritage Foundation tell President Trump, that's okay.
	You know, they won the competition.
	These are big businesses and we should bow down and worship them.
	President Trump is always having Apple computer come in, except now they are upset with Apple because Apple won't give them the information from the phone of this guy who went in and murdered a bunch of people on a Pensacola military base.
	You know, it's kind of interesting that they disarm soldiers on military bases.
	Do you think that our own government trusts you and I to have weapons when they disarm soldiers on military bases?
	And one of the guys who was killed was an expert marksman, a graduate of, I think it was the Naval Academy.
	But anyway, the individual who did this is now dead.
	And the government wants to know who he was in communication to as part of their investigation.

	Look, I understand about privacy.
	I also understand about virtue signaling about privacy.
	Apple doesn't really care about your privacy.
	It doesn't care about your free speech either.
	As a matter of fact, it wants to shut down free speech.

	And then they come back and they say, oh, we're all about free speech.

	They had a group on Saturday, this last Saturday, because you know there was a, there were a lot of bills that were coming up On Monday, and again on this following Monday, a YouTube channel called Guns and Gadgets posted a video that was titled, Virginia Anti-Gun Bills to be heard on January the 13th.
	And there in the description of that video, they had links to the website of the Virginia Legislature and to descriptions of these various bills.
	So they talked about the bills and said, if you want to see the bills for yourself, you can see the links here below in the description.
	And on Sunday morning, YouTube was blocking the links to the state legislature.
	And they said, be careful.
	This site may be harmful.
	Well, they actually got that right, didn't they?
	The Virginia legislative site is harmful and dangerous.

	And they were commenting on bills that have been proposed, and many of them, by Virginia Democrats.
	That's what they do when they get elected.
	They swept the legislative races there.
	And oh, by the way, I've got to mention this again, because I have a friend who sends me Updates all the time out of Virginia, and he is furious about the fact that the GOP didn't even field candidates, and I forget, I'm going from memory now, I think about 30 different races, but it was a significant percentage, about 30 races, 30 plus races, that Democrats ran unopposed.
	And the GOP doesn't really care about that.
	The GOP establishment is pushing back against real candidates, conservative candidates and so forth.
	But that's another part of this story.
	However, getting back to YouTube and their censorship from Google, what they did was on these links to the state of Virginia legislative site, If you were to click on it, it says, be careful, this site may be harmful.
	Yes, that's right.
	The legislature under the Democrats is harmful.
	It is dangerous.
	You should be very concerned about what is on that site.
	But you, the question is, do they really believe?
	That the Virginia legislative site has malware, phishing attempts, or disturbing content, other than the content of their bills.
	No, they don't.
	They're just trying to keep you from seeing it.
	Interestingly enough, a lot of these bills were introduced on Friday, before this last Monday, Friday the 10th.
	They voted to ban firearms in the Capitol building and the legislative offices of the, wait for it, the Pocahontas building, named after, of course, Elizabeth Warren.
	No, actually they named it after the real Pocahontas, but I thought that was kind of funny.
	It's the Pocahontas Building.
	So, and with all this happening and with Ralph Northam very concerned about the fact that people are going to be protesting this and putting in a state of emergency, we now have legislators in West Virginia, reports by BART, state legislators have formally invited Virginia's Second Amendment sanctuary counties to secede and join West Virginia.
	And as I said, it's very appropriate because the Democrats in Virginia are trying to re-establish slavery.
	Make no mistake about it, if you're not allowed to own the means of your own defense, you are and will be a slave.
	And they ought to seriously consider this.
	This is what the resolution says.
	uh... whereas the constitution of the state of west virginia explicitly permits additional territory to be admitted into and become part of the state with the consent of the legislature and a majority of the qualified voters of the state and whereas in a spirit of conciliation the legislature of west virginia
	Hereby extends an invitation to our fellow Virginians who wish to do so to join us in our noble experiment of 156 years of separation from the government at Richmond.
	And we extend an invitation to any constituent county or city of the Commonwealth of Virginia to be admitted to the body politic of the state of West Virginia.
	So under the conditions set forth here, whereas and so forth, et cetera, et cetera.
	They should take them up on it.
	Because if you look at the map of the sanctuary cities and jurisdictions, almost all of the counties outside of the little area around Washington D.C., almost all of them have declared themselves to be sanctuary cities or counties.
	And what they should do is they should go to Ralph Northam and say, look, you can either secede and join Washington D.C.
	Or we, the rest of us, will leave and go to West Virginia.
	That's really what they ought to do.
	Meanwhile, we have Mothers Demand Action, the group that was funded by Michael Bloomberg after Sandy Hook.
	They're now coming out and criticizing these Second Amendment sanctuary resolutions.
	They are saying, quote-unquote, the lawless county resolutions.
	That's what they call them.
	They say, these lawless county resolutions hold no legal weight, they undermine law enforcement, and they create a dangerous environment for people who may hurt themselves or others.
	Well, the problem with that, moms, Is that in many of these cases, it's the sheriffs who are part of that as well.
	So it's not undermining law enforcement at all.
	You are undermining law enforcement.
	The sheriff is the ultimate law enforcement officer in these areas.
	They go on to say that the Second Amendment sanctuary is a resolution that is promulgated by quote-unquote gun extremists.
	And they say the resolutions threaten the safety of communities nationwide.
	By fostering distrust in law enforcement and may deter people from reporting individuals that might hurt themselves or others.
	In other words, red flagging them for mental commitment, right?
	And this is absolutely, absolutely amazing.
	Amazing lies, of course, coming from the organization that was founded on Sandy Hook and funded by Bloomberg.
	As a matter of fact, you know, Bloomberg has funded two of the primary gun control organizations.
	He began when he was mayor.
	He put together Mayors Against Illegal Guns in 2006, and then all these mayors said, I don't want to have a part of that.
	They started getting out of that.
	So then he called it, changed the name to Everytown, because so many mayors who had signed up for that said, I don't want to be a part of this anymore.
	So he called it Everytown.
	And then after Sandy Hook, He funded a new group called Moms Demand Action.
	But you know the moms who are demanding action aren't really on board with Bloomberg.
	It's funny, because these woke women liberals Had these types of things to say.
	Jessica Craven, 51, legislative head for her Moms Demand Action in northeast L.A.
	said, I'm not super psyched about it, his candidacy.
	I respect him enormously, but I don't think we need more candidates, more white male candidates.
	And then we have another one.
	Rhonda Hart, 38, volunteer with Moms Demand Action in Texas.
	She says, we don't need another business person in office.
	Yeah, we wouldn't want anybody that knows anything about business, right?
	Running.
	You know, because, you know, obviously we just want to keep piling up the deficits and promise everybody everything for free, free stuff everywhere.
	Another one, Alana Miller, 19, a students demand action volunteer at Duke University said, Well, while he's our largest donor, I don't mean like he owns the organization himself.
	You know, it's not like it's Hillary Clinton who bought the DNC, so we don't really have to pay that much attention to it, right?
	We have Democrats in Virginia also taking a page out of the Democrats in California's agenda.
	They're now trying to make it harder to prosecute property theft in Virginia.
	You know, because, look, these are the people who are saying they're going to steal your guns.
	Well, that's your property.
	They're going to steal your rights.
	They want to steal your speech.
	They want to cancel you.
	They want to ban you if they don't like your speech.
	They want to shut down news organizations.
	So, I mean, they don't like property.
	They don't like rights.
	And they don't like property rights.
	And they're proposing a new law that would make it more difficult for police officers to prosecute anybody that is suspected of property theft.
	Look, we've already seen this in California.
	I've talked about it.
	I think it was San Francisco and I think the amount was $900.
	You can go in and you can shoplift $900 from any business.
	And then you can go out, you know, and they'd say, people are coming in here with calculators, totaling up what they're stealing, putting it in.
	I can't physically stop them or I'm charged with assault and battery.
	But they can put all this stuff in their cart or whatever, walk out the store with it.
	There's nothing I can do about it.
	The police won't do anything about it.
	And then they hand it over to some friends and then they come back in and get another $900.
	As long as they do $900 at a time, you know, you don't want somebody taking $1,000 because, you know, then that would be theft!
	Putting these businesses out of business.
	And the only way that they can stay in business is to pass along those losses from government-sanctioned theft to other people.
	But again, government-sanctioned theft, isn't that what the Democrats are all about?
	Usually they call it taxes.

	Many states allow in-state tuition discounts for illegal aliens, but they don't allow it if you want to go from one U.S.

	But if you are here illegally, oh yeah, that's fine.

	And now, they've gone a little bit farther.
	You know, as we've got Elizabeth Warren, You know, an election is an advanced auction of stolen goods, and so she's auctioning off votes to students.
	I'll give you up to $50,000 each off your student loans, if you vote for me.
	And I'll do it without involving Congress.
	I'll do it by executive order.
	I don't need Congress.
	I don't need the Constitution, she says.
	Vote for me!

	Not just in-state tuition credits.

	The Community College Initiative Program, and this was tweeted out, released by Senator Rand Paul, He says, look at this.
	They're paying for college for foreign students.
	This program, the CCI, received $15.8 million last year to pay for community college costs for foreign students from up to as many as 12 different countries.
	Now, what do they get for that amount of money?
	Well, they get college tuition.
	Check.
	They get their college fees.
	They also get their meals.
	They get their books.
	They get their housing.
	And then, of course, other incidentals.
	They not only get free college tuition and fees and books, they also get room and board.
	Because, you know, they're illegal aliens.
	You know, foreign students coming here.
	CCI's full funding could be used to fund one year of community college for more than 3,000 American students.
	But instead, they're giving it to foreign students.
	Because, you know, you're trailer trash if you're an American to these people.
	David North, a scholar at the Center for Immigration Studies, said, well, yeah, that's not a good thing, but I wish Rand Paul would focus on an even bigger problem.
	He said, the Senator should focus his sights on the $3 billion spent every year in the optional practice training program for foreign students.
	Every bit of this money, and it's taken from the Social Security and Medicare trust funds.
	Wait a minute, I thought we were going to be running out of money for those things.
	You know, they're always talking about how we're going to cut benefits, we're going to raise the retirement age, because the Social Security fund's not funded.
	That Ponzi scheme.
	No, actually they're taking three billion dollars a year out and they're subsidizing employers who've decided to hire an alien, not an American, after college.
	After college.
	So they take your education, they take your jobs, we pay their expenses.
	And we pay their expenses even with our retirement funds out of Social Security, quote-unquote.
	California University and Santa Barbara is offering a faculty mentoring program for illegal aliens.
	As a matter of fact, you get not only free legal counsel to help you stay here if you're an illegal alien, you also get scholarships!
	They have scholarships named after JFK and Holocaust survivor Elie Wiesel.
	They have an empowerment circle, free psychological services, and If you check off even more boxes that these people like, you know, you're not just an illegal alien, but you are an undocumented trans, or you're an undocumented queer.
	They have the UndocuTrans, UndocuQueer support groups.
	And you can get even more benefits because, you know, we just can't have enough foreigners, trans, or queers in the United States.
	We have to subsidize them as much as possible in California.
	Texas, on the other hand, has become the first state, with Governor Abbott this week, first state to close its doors to refugees.
	Governor Abbott wrote that Texas, quote, has been left by Congress to deal with disproportionate migration issues resulting from a broken federal immigration system.
	He added that Texas has done more than its share already.
	And he went on to say that while a city or county may say no to refugees, even if the state accepts them, it may not say yes if the state has declined, as it has in the case of Texas.
	So, individual cities can opt out of accepting refugees, but if the state, at the state level, they say, we're not going to let that happen, then the cities cannot override that.
	And we've got here in Austin, that has declared itself to be a sanctuary city.
	We've had the newly elected sheriff, as of two years ago, said, I'm not going to turn anybody over to ICE unless they have committed three crimes.
	One of three crimes.
	And then somebody pointed out, but you're letting pedophiles out and people who have committed violence against women.
	OK, well, four or five crimes.
	You know, she starts adding to the list or whatever.
	Yeah.
	Abbott said the priority of the state and its nonprofit organization should be on those who are already here.
	Including refugees, migrants, and the homeless.
	Indeed, all Texans.
	You know, that's why we talk about these people.
	How many times have you heard, and again, they're talking about it again this week, President Trump is separating families.
	He's separating kids from people who are trafficking them.
	To determine if there is any relationship between these people who are trafficking the kids and the kids, or are they being put into some kind of a dangerous sex trafficking situation.
	That is legitimate.
	That is in the interest of the kids.
	If you're going to violate the law, drag kids across a dangerous border that is controlled by cartels, there's a really good chance that you yourself are a cartel member.
	And we should not allow the kids to be in that.
	However, have you ever heard Atheist people wringing their hands and crying crocodile tears about family separations?
	Have you ever heard them complaining about CPS?
	Never.
	Never.
	Never heard them complain about the multi-billion dollar industry of bureaucrats that has been incentivized to separate children from American parents.

	And how in the world can a federal judge say that that is prohibited?
	He has no power.

	I've talked many times about how the UN War on Drugs has been used to justify what they call civil asset forfeiture.
	Saying that they can take your property, your cash, your car, your house, your plane, whatever, your business.
	They can take your property under the War on Drugs.
	They don't have to find you guilty and then assess that as a penalty.
	They don't even have to charge you with a crime, let alone find you guilty.
	They can just take it.
	They can say that the property committed a crime.
	And I've talked about how outrageous that is.
	There have been some efforts in some localities to try to reform that.
	But what's even worse is that they can do the same type of thing and take your kids.
	And it is being subsidized with a massive bureaucracy just like the war on drugs across this country. Multi-billion dollar industry. Dwight Mitchell suffered with this as a parent. He had his children removed from him for a while. He fought it legally and as part of that fight he realized that this wasn't just the actions of one individual but this was throughout
	the state and throughout the country. And so as part of this fight he eventually fought and got his child back. He decided that he would help other people across the country. He created an organization called Stop CPS from legally kidnapping children.
	Again, it goes on both the website and on Twitter.

	Think of it that way.

	So joining us now is Dwight Mitchell.

	I wanted to get an update from you, and you have been busy.
	Not only have you created this organization to help educate people about this nationwide scam, stealing children, in many cases they are abused, but it is an abuse of the children, regardless of what happens to them in foster care, to take them away from parents who love them without due process, and to hide, and I've talked to many people, Over the years about how information is kept from the parents.
	In many cases, they don't even know what the charges against them are.
	But you've got a series that you put together now, a video educational series, as a legal aid kit.
	It's pro se help kit to educate parents as to how this whole process works.
	That's very important and I want to talk to you about the details of that.
	Sure.
	Yeah, let's talk a little bit about that.
	And this says this is coming from the Family Preservation Foundation, a non-profit 501c public interest legal aid organization.
	So I'm assuming that people, because it's a 501c3, people can contribute money to this and it is tax deductible, is that correct?
	That is correct.
	The Family Preservation Foundation was formed to Help the parents that were caught in these situations that were destroying the family and traumatizing the children.
	It's a 501c3, as you mentioned before, and what we do is advocate for the parents.
	We have fought, we actually won our first case, the Amanda Webber case, got her son back in about a 90-day time frame, once the child was illegally removed from her custody.
	We try and align parents with other attorneys, pro bono attorneys, and we found that there are too many people going through the system without attorneys.
	I'll give you an example.
	In Minnesota, they take about 7,500 children a year.
	At the Emergency Protective Hearing, only about 1,000 of these parents are represented by legal counsel.
	At the Admit Deny Hearing, it's about 2,500.
	About 5,000 parents a year go through the entire process with no legal representation or advice whatsoever.
	And there's a couple of reasons for that, isn't it?
	And I look at that, and you've been on before, and we've talked about this.
	In most cases, they're targeting people who don't have the money to defend themselves.
	But there's also the aspect that a lot of people think, what's going on here?
	I didn't do anything wrong.
	I should easily be able to clear myself.
	And so they won't hire legal counsel because they didn't do anything wrong.
	And you know, they think that the system is going to be honest and give them a fair hearing.
	And then they get ground to a piece of pulp, don't they?
	That is true.
	I mean, you know, just using myself as an example, I gave my son what I consider an ordinary corporal punishment, a spanking on the bum, on the behind.
	It went to court within 90 days.
	The judge said it was minor.
	Uh, charge me $100 and Mr. Mitchell, Minnesota, you know, just don't, don't spank your children where every state is different.
	And it was over and that was it.
	And, you know, he let me go and yet Minnesota kept my son for 22 months lying to the court.
	Telling false stories.
	I wasn't allowed to see my son.
	I didn't know where he was.
	When I say it was the most horrific experience of my life, that's exactly what it was.
	And I found out this was the norm.
	And I had an attorney.
	I had one of the most expensive law firms in Minnesota.
	I happened to be fortunate enough that I could afford this.
	So I can't even imagine what the people without attorney, these 5,000 people were going through.
	So I decided to help.
	Which made me first form the Parental Rights Group, and we're up to about 8,500 members now.
	Just shy of 9,000, somewhere in that time, that area.
	But I formed the foundation because I felt that I had a responsibility, a moral obligation to give back to society, and I wanted to try and help other people who were less fortunate because It appeared to me that they were targeting the less fortunate and the minorities, if you look at their own statistics.
	That's right, and they play these legal games just like they do with civil asset forfeiture.
	They'll come in and they'll say, well, we call it civil because we're taking your property without any finding of a crime or conviction or anything, without even charging with anything, because we can.
	I mean, we're not saying that you committed a crime.
	We're saying that your property was part of a crime and this is civil and it is a regulation that's coming from a bureaucracy.
	So all of the things in the Constitution that say that you have all these due process rights and a presumption of innocence, that doesn't apply because we're not coming after you for violating a law.
	We're coming after you and your property, actually, for violating a regulation.
	And that's the same kind of thing that they're doing with CPS.
	So they play these legal games.
	That's why your video series is so important for people to understand the kind of legal lies and prevarications that they're using to kidnap kids.
	That's correct.
	So I, you know, we created this series.
	I put out about one a month.
	So all 10 now are, they're on the website.

	So, I talk about how to work with your attorney, if you have a public defender, what are your rights?
	I mean, you have the same fundamental rights that you do in any seizure.
	And most parents aren't aware of this.
	They don't have to cooperate.
	This is an adversary relationship.
	They don't have to speak to CPS.
	So, each video talks about the various components.
	One of the first things I do is I go over what I describe as CPS 101.
	And in CPS 101, it actually specifies what the timeline is, what's supposed to happen in the first 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, all the way out to a year.
	And I tell you specifically what must be done You know, relating back to the Minnesota State Statutes.
	And I tell everyone, I said, you know, everyone has to... And that's very important because they will use the clock.
	There's certain laws and regulations there.
	They can run the clock out on you and then that makes it even more difficult for you to have due process or to get your kid back.

	We're talking to Dwight Mitchell.
	He has been a victim of CPS abuse and his child taken away.
	He spanked his child.
	And I'm one of these people who doesn't believe that spanking is necessarily abuse.
	There is a way that a corporal punishment can be administered.
	As a matter of fact, I went to a school system where we had corporal punishment, and I don't agree with strangers admitting that, but I think that is something that parents have a right to do, but he was brought before the judge, the judge said, don't do that anymore, it's a misdemeanor, but then CPS came after him, took his kid, he had to fight for 22 months, the kid was separated out of his family.
	And he realized the hard way how CPS abuses families and children.
	And so he created StopCPSLegallyKidnappingChildren.

	Important to know, because you can go there and see articles about your legal rights, and Dwight has set up A series of videos, 10 videos, and we're going to talk about this, give you an overview of the content that's in these 10 videos.
	How important it is because the government, CPS, they've got perverse incentives.
	They will lie to you.
	They will keep you in the dark.
	They will keep your kids.
	And they will lie to you about their rules and their deadlines.
	And so this is basically what Dwight is telling people.
	And you cannot believe what CPS is doing to families.
	I'm always astounded every time I talk to somebody about what they've gone through.
	So, Dwight, without spending any more time, give us an overview of what's in these ten videos.
	What's in video number one?
	Well, video number one, which with sort of the impetus to do their first 10 series was the 35 key tips that every parent should know when CPS comes to their door.
	There was such an overwhelming response to that and a hunger and a thirst for knowledge that I went on and created the 10 video series.
	What was interesting It's funny, I just want to comment on something you said before about corporal punishment.
	Most people aren't even aware, in Minnesota, it is legal for schools and strangers to spank your child, but it's illegal for parents.
	Yeah, there you go.
	Yeah, the people who love them, who know them the best, who are least likely to turn that into an abusive thing, they're prohibited.
	Correct, correct.
	That was the impetus for doing this series.
	So once I did the first one, I started researching and using the Freedom of Information Act, I literally looked at the public defender's training and I looked at the county attorney's training.
	And so they had these video series that trained the public defenders and the county attorneys On what to do and what to say to take the children.
	The public defenders, they train the public defenders on how to take the kids?
	What was astonishing is they train the public defenders to get the parents to cooperate.
	They tell the parents cooperate and things will go easier.
	So they aren't actually even defending the parents.
	They're like, go along to get along and you'll get your kid back eventually, someday, sometime.
	Probably at the end of the 15 months when the federal funding runs out.
	That's right, because the public defenders are being paid by the government, so they actually are part of that system.
	They've been bought off.
	And you know, it's very important when you talk about this, this first video, what to do when they come to your door.
	Most parents who are not guilty of anything, their first instinct is to be open and candid and come on in, let's talk to everybody.
	That's right.
	That's right.
	That's 100% correct.
	And the first thing I tell everyone is don't let anyone from CPS inside of your house.
	If they're at your front door, they're there to investigate you, to find evidence, because they already believe that you're a child abuser or you've done something wrong, which is why they're there in the first place.
	They're there to collect the evidence.
	So, you know, the first thing I talk about in the video series is to know your legal rights and to know what you can and can't do.
	And they have no right to come into your door.
	If anything, you can walk out onto the front porch.
	You can tell them, I'll schedule a time to come down to your office.
	We can have a discussion, but you're not coming into my house.
	And I'll come down to your office and we can discuss what the issue is.
	But never, ever let CPS in your house because that's against your constitutional rights.
	So that's one of the first things I tell them in that very first video.
	The second video is about the timeline and knowing what's supposed to happen in the first three days, you know, first 10 days, 15 days.
	That timeline is very important.
	And then we come back around to the next video, which is, should you be cooperative or uncooperative?
	And I spent about 45 minutes on this, because what a lot of people don't realize is that the minute you start cooperating with CPS in any regard whatsoever, outside the visitation, which is legally mandated, it shuts off your clock.
	So, CPS is supposed to give you a trial within 60 days, or they're supposed to bring the court within 60 days evidence That you have, you know, abused your child in some way, shape, fashion, or form.
	And so what they do is, if you are cooperating with them, they're like, well, there's no reason for us to come to trial, you know?
	And we'll just work with you, your honor.
	And that's where the clock just goes out for like 12 to 15 months because they'll come back in the court and say, well, your honor, we're still working with the parents.
	Things are going well.
	You know, we'll come back another 30 days.
	We'll come back under 30 days.
	In the meantime, your child is in foster care where if you didn't cooperate and you went in as an adversary, you know, it's giving my trial in 60 days, bring your evidence to the court that shows that I have done something wrong.
	And then, And only then will we start working together if the judge finds me guilty.
	And most parents are not aware that I was not aware of it.
	So that's one of the key things that I tell all parents.
	You know, do not cooperate.
	Know when to cooperate.
	Only cooperate as it relates to visitation and your child.
	Then I talk about, the next video talks about Title IV-E funding and why there is this impetus to find you guilty at the very first hearing.
	Well, Title IV funding cannot kick in until the judge makes a ruling at that first hearing that the child is in need of protection or services.
	Minnesota has that down to a science in that Minnesota just has to show, it has to be a You know, if these allegations were true, then this child is in need of protection or custody.
	And that's very important because you have to understand, you know, you're talking about whether or not you're going to be confrontational or cooperative.
	You have to understand what's motivating these people.
	And you have to understand that they're not here just as an impartial judge to protect and to make sure that the kids are not being abused and take them away.
	That's not their function.
	They're being paid to take the kids.
	That is correct.
	And it starts at the very first hearing.
	And so when you go to the video, I point to the state statute.
	I tell you, the judge has to make this finding on the very first hearing in order for Title IV to kick in.
	I have a video that I've also published on YouTube of a US District Court telling the social workers, actually giving a training class, telling the social workers how to fill out the forms so they could get the Title IV funding immediately.
	Otherwise, they'd have to go back and do a correction and the Title IV funding wouldn't kick in right away.
	It's all about the money, isn't it?
	Without the money, so it's all about the money.
	On that very first hearing, it starts.
	And so when I show that to people, they're astonished and they're like, well, I knew it had to be about the money.
	I'm just like, it's always about the money.
	That's right.
	So, I'd show them how to shut it down, how to shut down the process.
	What's really interesting in New Jersey, where we have our other office, things have to be substantiated.
	In Minnesota, they do not.
	So, if there's a promethasia, they can take the kids.
	In New Jersey, they have to substantiate it with evidence before they can remove the child.
	So, each state is different.
	And so, we have parents all over and it's been difficult in trying to help everyone, you know.
	And so, that's why I put together the video series to try and give everyone a basis and I'm like well I'm gonna use Minnesota as an example. Now you have to go look at your state statutes and try and find the same thing and this is how you use the video. But the key thing is understanding how the system is incentivized, understanding there's going to be certain time limits, understanding how they have run this game and what's motivating them. 	Our next unit, Unit 6, is the right to report upon an attorney.
	Most people are not aware of how to deal with their public defender or just attorneys in general.
	I speak about what the public defender's duties are and responsibilities to the parent.
	I talk about the ABA Board of Rights, and so I have these handouts also as links so that the parents can download the Know Your Rights Section 4 as it relates to attorney-parent relationships.
	Then I talk about working effectively with your attorney.
	Most people are not aware that they do not have to listen or take the attorney's advice.
	It's actually the other way around.
	The attorney is supposed to explain things to you, and if the attorney doesn't, you need to ask the attorney, please show me the state statute and the case law, you know, that backs up what you're saying so that I have a thorough understanding of what you're doing.
	Video Unit Number 7.
	And that's very important, because as you pointed out earlier, a lot of these public defenders are a part of that system, and they don't want to offend the establishment that pays them, and so they're not necessarily going to be in your best interest.
	As you point out, you've got video clips of that.
	They're not in your best interest, and so that's why I put together that video to know your court-appointed attorney, because They're part of the judiciary.
	So the public defender or the county attorney, depending on what state you're in, and the judge, it's all the same.
	Actually, if you go to the Minnesota judiciary, you find the training for the public defender and the training for the county attorney.
	On the same website.
	So that same judiciary is what gives you all that information.
	That's how I found out that 5,000 parents go up on representative each year.
	I actually contacted you and I said, tell me how many people.
	You don't have attorneys, you know, and at the first hearing, at the EPC, at the Admit Death Deny hearing, which is 10 days later, and then for the rest of the year.
	And so for the rest of the year, we're talking about 5,000 parents a year that go through the system with no attorney.
	So that's why.
	I created.
	So you need to understand your attorney, especially a public defender, he is not looking out for your best interest.
	He's looking out.
	That's right.

	I want to talk about this as well.
	I want to have him finish up with an overview of the videos.
	He's been going through these.
	But I also want to talk about, you know, the actual statistics that Dwight knows in terms of what is happening nationally.
	You know, there are parents who do abuse their kids, physically and sexually.
	And we don't want that to happen.
	But we're going to talk about and contrast that with the people who finally, when they do get a chance to have their day in court, you know, what they typically find.
	And we'll talk about what happens to these kids, some statistics about what happens to the kids in the system.
	But let's finish up with these videos.
	I think we're number seven that you were talking about, Dwight.
	Go ahead.
	Correct.
	I'm just going to sort of give the title to the next three because while they're important, I think talking about statistics is very important because that will speak to why I created this video series.
	Yeah.
	Number eight is what if there are civil maltreatment findings?
	Because what most parents don't realize is that there's three levels of findings at that court level.
	There's criminal findings, there's civil, and then there's civil maltreatment, which is a finding that's done by the social worker.
	And so that's very important because you have to really take care of all three.
	So I go into that in video eight.
	In Video 9, I go through the EPC hearing, which is the Emergency Protective Care hearing, all the way through that first 60-day trial.
	So, I tell people, this is what's supposed to happen in the first 60 days, and then within the first three weeks, you should have your timeline, the schedule, admit, deny, and when you're going to have your trial.
	If that's not happening, you need to, like, put the brakes on, your attorney isn't working for you, your public defender isn't working for you, The first thing is 60 day trial.
	Nothing happens until then.
	Number 10 is never volunteer to follow the case plan.
	The case plan is what kills most people.
	You know, never, never follow it.
	Never volunteer until after your trial.
	And by then you're ordered to do the case plan.
	If you volunteered to do the case plan before your trial, it shuts off the clock again and now they can hold your child up for 15 months without ever having to prove anything because you volunteered to do the case plan.
	Always in order to do it after the trial.
	Very important.
	And number 11, which is the last one, is the first disposition through permanency.
	So say you go through the 60-day trial and they find you guilty.
	Well then, from that point, from the 60 days to permanency, to the end of the 12 months in Minnesota, 15 and others, here's what's supposed to happen.
	Sorry, go ahead.
	That was just a mistake there.
	Go ahead.
	Sorry about that.
	So here's what's supposed to happen.
	Now, I put this together because what most people don't realize is nationally, 500,000 children, approximately 500,000 children are taken away from their parents.
	Each year, you know, $29 billion is spent annually on the foster care system and CPS.
	What they don't realize is that out of that, only 84% were not abused at all.
	Meaning 6% were actually physically abused and 4% were actually sexually abused.
	And so what people don't realize, and I'm sorry, it's 16%.
	So out of the total, 16% were actually physically abused out of the 100% of the children that are taken.
	84% are taken by what's known as neglect.
	Neglect is anything the social worker wants to make up.
	It's her discretion.
	You're homeschooling your kids.
	You're letting them play outside and the neighbors don't like that so you neglected them.
	Right.
	Exactly.
	Vaccination.
	Now they're saying with Amanda Webber, they were like, oh, well, you didn't take him to the doctor.
	She's like, he had a cold.
	There was nothing wrong.
	So we had to fight to show that there was nothing wrong.
	The doctor finally had to come to court and said there was nothing wrong with the child.
	And so, you know, even then they were still trying to keep the child.
	It was it was amazing.
	It was.
	You know, the next video I do is going to be on the Amanda Webber case and we're going to go and we're going to lay out, you know, point by point exactly what we did to win that case, you know, in that first 60 day, you know, time period that was allotted and everything we had to do so that the parents know everything we filed.
	I'm going to go over all the motions, the opposition, and then the final ruling by the court.
	After that, we're going to do another 10 segment series on how to prepare for trial.
	So, if you go through that first 60 days and you have to do a trial, there are so many things that, you know, parents don't know.
	They don't know about discovery.
	They don't know about calling witnesses.
	They don't know about the questions to ask.
	So, we're going to prepare, you know, another video series about that with handouts and forms, just like we did with this video series, so that parents will have templates on what to do And it's pro se, so they have to do it for themselves, and so I'm educating them on what they need to do if we can't connect them to an attorney.
	I want to interject a statistic here with you, Dwight.
	You talked about the fact that this is a $29 billion industry between CPS and the foster care industry.
	And I thought, you know, I wonder, because we talk about how they're preoccupied with family separations at the border, so I thought, I wonder what the total budget of ICE is.
	I just looked it up.
	ICE gets a budget of six billion dollars.
	They're spending five times the amount of money of the entire ICE budget to separate families from their kids here in America, and 84% of those, once they finally get to their day in court, 84% of those Correct.
	And they also, what's kind of interesting is they know how to phrase things.
	It's all about the word, and that's what I'm trying to get out to parents.
	Here's what you need to say.
	Here's what you need to not say.
	Here's how it should be worded or phrased, because parents They don't know that a single word, they can say a single word innocently, and CPS will take that and blow it completely out of proportion.
	So it's an education that I'm trying to give in Minnesota, the 5,000 parents that don't have attorneys, and my impetus now is to Extend our reach.
	I'm trying to figure out, how do I get to those 5,000 parents that don't have attorneys?
	We're trying to decide, do we want to go down to the family courts on a weekly basis?
	Do we want to use the Freedom of Information Act to try and get the name to the parents and send the mailers?
	Because CPS is not going to tell them about our organization.
	They don't want them to know about our organization.
	As a matter of fact, they're trying to keep the parents away from our organization.
	Anytime we get involved in a case, all of a sudden, you know, CPS drops the charges or, you know, or say, okay, we're going to give this child back.
	You know, it's just funny.
	It's like, oh, another parent educated.
	We're not going to be able to keep this child.
	That's right.
	They prey on people's ignorance and their poverty, and they steal their kids.
	And, you know, Dwight, anytime you want to come on and try to publicize that, that's why I cover CPS so much, because They prey on people's ignorance, and it's just criminal what our government does at so many different levels.
	I mean, we even saw this done to General Flynn with the FBI.
	You know, he thinks he's having a casual conversation with them, and instead they're setting him up.
	That's what the CPS is going to do to take your kids!
	I mean, they destroyed Flynn's life, but they're going to destroy your child's life if you don't understand what this is about.
	That's the first thing I say, and that's why I have that 35 key tips video.
	The first thing I say is keep your mouth shut.
	CPS, not your friend.
	They're not at your front door trying to be buddy-buddy.
	You cannot talk your way out of this.
	Once they're at your front door, it's game on.
	It's literally adversarial.
	And that's it.
	You gotta understand, they're not here because they They think that you sexually or physically abused your kid, and you're like, well, I know that didn't happen, so I'll talk to them.
	I'll show them I don't have anything to hide.
	Well, 84% of the parents who get victimized by this had nothing to hide.
	They didn't do anything wrong.
	They were found innocent.

	Welcome back before we had Dwight Mitchell talking about how CPS is legally kidnapping American children.
	All these liberals who cry crocodile tears about child separations at the border when we know that the border is controlled by drug cartels and we know that most of these kids are being trafficked, in many cases turned over to traffickers by their parents who actually pay them.
	And can you really trust these cartels to take care of your kids?
	I mean, that's absolutely insane.
	They ought to be separated.
	They ought to be checked.
	But just on a hunch, as Dwight was talking about the budget, The national budget, how much money CPS and foster care gets nationally here in the United States?
	29 billion dollars.
	I thought, well, how much does ICE get total?
	I mean, this is not just about the family separation stuff at the border, you know, verifying that these adults actually are related to the children.
	No, no, no.
	The entire budget Of immigration control and enforcement.
	How much is their entire budget?
	Six billion dollars.
	And so we have five times the amount of money being spent to separate American children from their families.
	84% of them, after a couple of years of an ordeal, 84% of them are found innocent.
	And only about 10% are involved in sexual or physical violence.
	84% innocent, about 10% involved in violence, 6% other.
	And so when we look at what is happening at the border, and we look at this judge now who has blocked President Trump's executive order, you know, we had Governor Abbott, the first Governor to say, yeah, we're not going to accept any refugees.
	We're not going to allow them to be dumped in our state anymore.
	And so we have a judge in Maryland, a federal judge.
	Again, as I pointed out, we've got literally thousands of federal judges.
	And under this system that we have allowed to be imposed on us by the judges and by the lawyers, this system that imagines that there is judicial supremacy, there isn't!
	We have a divided government.
	The federal government is not supreme.
	They have limited powers.
	And there are a lot of powers that have been retained by the states and by the people.
	And we don't recognize that anymore.
	We say, no, the federal government tells us everything to do.
	And the judges tell the federal government what to do.
	And so basically, we have a tyranny of federal judges.
	And this one little tyrant, a U.S.
	district judge in Maryland, said that President Trump's executive order, which would allow states and localities to opt out, quote, does not appear to have to serve the overall public interest.
	Who's he to say that?
	He's not there to determine what the public interest is.
	He's there to determine what the law and the Constitution are, but he doesn't care what the law and the Constitution is.
	He's going to enforce policy.
	We have seen this over and over again.
	Declarations from judges who said, well, I don't think that defining marriage is between one man and one woman.
	I don't think that serves the public interest, even though the public has said in every referendum, even in California where you had Tim Cook and others spending millions of dollars, Even there in California, the public said that their interest was to have marriage as one man and one woman.
	You had states where they put it into their state constitution.
	And yet the Supreme Court comes along and says, no, we decided that this is what it's going to be.
	And all you have to do is have five out of the four judges and they can overrule everything.
	Well, that's not constitutional.
	And that is not in the public interest.
	The White House responded to this and said this is a preposterous ruling.
	One more example of a nationwide district court injunction that is run amok.
	And we're expeditiously reviewing all options to protect our communities and to preserve the integrity of the refugee resettlement.
	Well, here's the thing.
	We need folks at the White House who are going to preserve the integrity of the Constitution.
	Because, quite frankly, Governor Abbott didn't need permission from the President.
	And he doesn't need permission from a federal judge.
	And Governor Abbott ought to tell the federal judge where he can stick his executive order.
	You know, we had a President who said that once upon a time.
	We had Andrew Jackson who said, well, the Supreme Court's made their decision, let's see them enforce it.
	He was wrong on the issue, but he was right about his powers.
	There are divided powers.
	And the division of power is also divided away from the federal government to the to the governors.
	As a matter of fact, if Governor Abbott wanted to, he could use the Texas Rangers and any other law enforcement to patrol the border if the federal government is not going to do it.
	I know the federal government is more interested in CPS taking away your kids than they are in protecting the border.
	So maybe we need to have a state governor like Governor Abbott Protect the border!
	He has the constitutional legal authority to do that.
	And he has the constitutional legal authority to say we're not going to accept refugees.
	Now who is it that's pushing this?
	Just like we're talking to Dwight Mitchell about the financial incentives that these different organizations have to steal your kids when 84% of the time, you know, they're doing it, they're not justified.
	We have the people who filed this lawsuit against President Trump.
	Who are they?
	Well, we have the Church World Service, we have the Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service, and we have HIAS.
	Who are these people?
	Well, the Church World Service, is a radical liberal organization.
	If you go to their website, you'll see they're pushing climate change as a global emergency, among other things.
	You have the Lutherans, this particular Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service.
	There are some Lutherans who are conservative, but the Lutherans like The Presbyterians have basically gone off the rails in terms of anything resembling Christianity, and they are radical liberals, and then HIAS is Jewish.
	It's the Hebrew Immigrants Aid Society.
	All three of these organizations, just like CPS and foster care organizations getting $30 billion a year across the board, all three of these organizations are getting money to run these refugee programs.
	Just like CPS, they're not operating in your interests.
	They have a financial incentive here to overthrow the Constitution.
	The judge wrote in his opinion, he said the executive order from the president No, actually, that's the 9th and 10th Amendment, Judge.
	Maybe you should go back and get a copy of the Constitution.
	We have them here at Infowars.
	We've got pocket constitutions.
	I think we've got enough to supply thousands of these little federal judges who act like autocratic dictators to overthrow the President's executive orders that he has not only the authority but the duty to protect our borders.
	You've never read the Constitution, Judge?
	And this is the legal argument that he has.
	He does have a legal argument here.
	It doesn't hold water, however.
	He said we have a Refugee Act of 1980.
	And that Refugee Act of 1980 declares that it is the policy of the U.S.
	to encourage refugees.
	Based on that, forget about the 9th and 10th Amendment, You know, forget about the enumerated powers and duties of the President to protect our border.
	We have something that says, we're going to have a policy to encourage refugees and so forth.
	All these liberals at the same time are saying, well, you know, these Second Amendment sanctuary cities, that's just a policy statement by them.
	It's not a law.
	It doesn't have any effect.
	Same thing is true of this Refugee Act of 1980.

	And they've got a documentary that they're working on with reliable sources.
	They say that without any laughter or hint of irony or hypocrisy.
	They call Brian Stelter's program Reliable Sources and right after they announced that they had to settle for cash for trashing Nick Sandman of the Covington Catholic, now they immediately after that was announced Warner and HBO say we'll put together a documentary about the rise of fake news and they're not talking about CNN.
	They're going to have Brian Stelter and CNN talk about everybody else being fake news.
	It's absolutely amazing.
	Absolutely amazing.
	So we'll talk about all that coming up.
	Meanwhile, we have the usual Hollywood people getting involved.
	You know, I pointed out earlier in the program, we have Cardi B lecturing us about the right to bear arms.

	Bernie Sanders, on the other hand, says he would love to see her in politics.

	And then we have people like Danny DeVito coming out, and I think he endorsed Bernie Sanders.
	I told my wife, well now I know who to vote for.
	I was just waiting to see who Danny DeVito was going to endorse, and now that has been solved for me.
	Because I always vote for whoever Danny DeVito or Robert De Niro or, in this particular case, we have Sir Patrick Stewart.
	A guy who plays an intelligent person on Star Trek.
	And he's got a new series that's coming back.
	And this guy, Sir Patrick Stewart, now says that the new Star Trek series will be taking on Trump and Brexit.
	Did you know that?
	That's going to be a hot topic in the future.
	People will still be talking about Trump and Brexit.
	And they should be.
	Several hundred years from now, because I think it is a point at which we start to push back against the globalists.
	But understand, Star Trek, which I never liked because it was always too statist, too politically correct.
	It was the UN and space is really what it was, wasn't it?

	These people were galacticists or whatever you want to call them.
	I mean, it was the galactic coalition here.
	And now we have Patrick Stewart, who plays Picard.
	He says this new series, Star Trek Picard, will have a message for anti-immigrant leaders and for the global isolationists.
	And of course, you know, they're going to attack by implication ICE, law enforcement of borders, because you shouldn't have any borders.
	This is about the UN.
	And in their little make-believe world, they have the United Federation of Planets.
	So this isn't about the UN, it's the UP, I guess.
	Well, up yours, Picard.
	The UP.
	Hopelessly corrupt, cruelly isolationist, he says, these people, in the face of a galactic refugee crisis.
	So, the illegal aliens will be, you know, multiple arms and two heads and green and so forth.
	That's the way they'll be portrayed.
	But we all know that they'll be talking about what's coming across, being pushed across the borders of the US and Europe.
	He says, Picard says the actor, to me, is responding to the world of Brexit and Trump and feeling, why hasn't the Federation changed?
	And then he goes on to say that both the UK and the United States are effed.
	Yeah, we are if we listen to these actors, if we pay any attention to what they have to say.
	You know, it was just this last weekend that we had a well-known A conservative in the UK, Roger Scruton, passed away.
	There's an article on Breitbart from somebody in the UK who knew him.
	He said in the last few months of his life he was honored by Hungary and by the Czech Republic for his work.
	He said, I had lunch with Sir Roger in 2018.
	I asked him if he ever envisioned a time In his days as an underground academic, risking his life to pass books into the Communist bloc, did he ever imagine a time where he would be welcome to speak at Moscow State University, but hounded out of British academia?
	He paused and laughed coldly and said, no, no.
	And so he says, I don't agree.
	For example, he talks about tolerance here.
	The guy is a Christian.
	So he says, I don't agree with much of what Richard Dawkins has to say, but I recognize his incredible mind and his contributions to the political discourse.
	It would be abominable to have a Christian crusade against his work, even though he hates Christians, and to strip him of his job and to hound him to his grave, which is what they did to Roger Scruton, who's a conservative.
	But of course the left doesn't share these values of tolerance.
	Just yesterday I talked to Matt Shea, who is being hounded out under the false accusations and unproven labels of being a domestic terrorist, just as they have labeled any Christians who support traditional marriage as a hate group.
	And the Southern Poverty Law Center is part of the coalition against Matt Shea in Washington State.
	Same thing they're doing to President Trump.
	We're going to try you in absentia.
	We're not going to let you see any of the stuff.
	We're actually not going to call any witnesses here.
	We're going to write a report about you based on people who haven't talked to anybody who was anywhere.
	We're not going to let you call any witnesses or see any documents because we're not going to give you any due process.
	That's the way these people work.
	So this writer talking about again Roger Scruton says there is a distinct difference Between a robust disagreement on ideas, the preservation of freedom, and, on the other hand, the rabid persecution of individuals for having ideas.
	That is the very antithesis of freedom.
	He says, we don't kill people in Britain, but we do withdraw their ability to live, and we do that here in the United States as well.
	You know, we just saw Chick-fil-A, massive corporation, bow to the LGB tyrants, the mob, And say, that's right, we won't give any money to the Salvation Army because the Salvation Army believes in traditional marriage and we don't anymore.
	So we will withdraw their ability to live, we will have people be unpersoned, we will cancel them, we will hound them out of their jobs, we will shut their businesses, we will punish their families on the basis of what is unaccountably and suddenly considered by the often unelected, unaccountable to be acceptable views.
	And he goes on to say, Sir Roger was more than able to survive the summary judgment of the tissue paper theology of wokeness.
	His quiet dignity and genius choked the pernicious anti-free thought and free speech movement on its own words.
	And his countless friends and supporters rallied to his cause.
	I haven't read any of Roger Scruton's stuff.
	I picked up a book after the mob came after him a few months ago.
	They've been hounding him in the last times of his life.
	But Travis, you know about Roger Scruton, don't you?
	You've read one of his books, I think, haven't you?
	I haven't finished it, but the book I've started is Conservatism and an Invitation to the Great Tradition.
	It's a very, very masterfully written piece.
	He talks about how conservatism isn't about economic profits.
	It's not about maximizing your GDP.
	It's partially a contract between those who are alive and those who came before and passed these down to them.
	It's not just about getting everything you can for yourself.
	It's about maintaining the world you live in.
	And making it a society that's worth living in, as opposed to what we have today.
	No, that's very important.
	Yeah, and that's something that I think conservatives here in America, the GOP, the establishment, have lost track of.
	It's simply about tax cuts, isn't it?

	Matter of fact, Babylon B, the satire site, had a photoshopped picture Mitch McConnell holding a document in his hands with some red stains on it says Mitch McConnell asks Nancy Pelosi to send over the article's impeachment without wine stains on them.
	So she's being slammed for gloating as the headline from Fox News has.
	Other people are talking about how she served up on silver platters.
	All these different pens.
	He signed all these different things and handed them out to people like prizes.
	And of course, my wife sent it to me.
	She said, look at this.
	This is like the silver trays we had for our wedding.
	For favors and stuff.
	And two dishes full of pens.
	But look, folks.
	People, when they, there's that picture from the Babylon Bee.
	Please send over one that doesn't have wine stains on it.
	When presidents sign major pieces of legislation, it's common for them to use a lot of different pins to sign it, and then to hand out the pins to people as a souvenir.
	It is a celebration type of thing, and she is celebrating that.
	But when I looked at a picture of these pins, Ms.
	McElroy rolled the video of her doing the pin celebration as she's doing this stuff here.
	You know, she has come out and said, We're going to get him out of office and of course they're going to, there she is, she's handing out all the souvenirs.

	We all know what this is about, whether we're Republicans, Democrats, Independents or whatever.

	When we look at the impeachment of Bill Clinton, I've talked about this many times, Ken Starr This sexual criminal lawyer, and I mean that in the sense that they did about Better Call Saul.

	Got stuck, however, with the fact that Bill Clinton, you couldn't avoid the fact that he had committed perjury.
	And, you know, 20 years ago, we still took perjury seriously.
	We don't anymore.
	We let people like James Clapper lie to us about very substantial things like violating the Constitution and spying on all Americans without a search warrant.
	And he committed perjury.
	When he said he wasn't doing it and of course nobody, nobody in the Republicans or the Democrats ever even talked about putting perjury charges against James Clapper.
	That's how far we have slidden down the slope since we impeached, were forced to impeach Clinton for committing perjury.
	And of course Ken Starr who couldn't find anything wrong other than that obvious irrefutable crime Went on to defend Jeffrey Epstein.
	He was part of the Dream Team defense team, including Alan Dershowitz.
	Alan Dershowitz and Ken Starr defending Jeffrey Epstein, getting him a sweetheart deal.
	And then becoming a president at a so-called Christian university.
	I'm not saying that the university is not Christian, I'm just saying that to virtue signal about this, after you defended Clinton's rapes, after you defended the pedophile rapes of Jeffrey Epstein, and then when you find out that your own football team there at Baylor is doing it, You defend that.
	To their credit, that Christian University threw him out.
	To their discredit, Fox News has hired him as a commentator.
	Yeah, that's where we are in society right now.
	So we have Nancy Pelosi handing out the pens.

	Rand Paul has said the GOP is going to shaft Trump.
	They will allow Democrat witnesses while they block witnesses that could show that President Trump was innocent.
	And he is at the same time warning his colleagues to not commit political suicide.
	So all that process is going to begin.
	The wrangling will begin next Tuesday.

	And then we have CNN.
	Releasing the previously unreleased back-and-forth, angry back-and-forth between Elizabeth Warren and Bernie Sanders.
	Nothing at all of any substance came out of that Democrat debate.
	Again, as I pointed out, they always ask the same questions about the same issues.
	That never changes from one election cycle to the other, from one party to the other.
	And the only thing that anybody was talking about after that debate was the fact that she walked over to Bernie Sanders, he offered his hand, and she pulled her hand back And sternly lectured him, hectored him, as you know, the school mom that she is.
	And at one point he just kind of throws his hands up in the air like, this is just impossible, walks off.
	Nobody knew what they were saying, you can kind of guess.
	But we've now had CNN release the audio.

	And it's, you know, because of the types of things, you know, where she listed herself in the Texas bar here.
	She listed herself as a Native American on her 1986 Texas bar registration.
	In Harvard, they had the Harvard Law School news director, Mike Chimura, also bragged about her being the, quote, first woman of color tenured at Harvard Law.
	And of course, the claim to have color was based on her specious lying claim to be of Native American descent.
	And it turns out that she has half the Native American blood as the average European white person here in America, so she's twice as white as the average white person.
	So, is she a liar?
	Did she lie about getting fired for being pregnant?
	Yes, of course.
	But, you know, that was released by CNN, as many people are pointing out, to try to make Bernie look bad.
	And during the debate, as I pointed out yesterday, you had one of these CNN reporters Confront Bernie Sanders and say, when you told Elizabeth Warren that a woman couldn't win, blah blah blah, he said, I didn't tell her that.
	And then she goes to Elizabeth Warren, when he told you that you couldn't win because you're a woman.
	Obviously they had made up their mind, didn't they?
	So we now have a new hashtag that's trending out there.
	Maybe they could fact check this, the Facebook.
	Fact checker who used to be a CNN reporter.
	Fact check this.
	CNN is trash.
	That is trending right now.
	Also trending is hashtag never Warren.
	You have Tulsi Gabbard blasting the DNC and the biased corporate media.
	Maybe she's talking about the fact that we have CNN's Brian Stelter just a week After they threw in the towel and paid who knows how much in that 250 million dollar libel lawsuit against, that was brought by Nick Sandman, Covington Catholic High, well they've decided at HBO, at Warner Media, that they will pick Brian Stelter to do a documentary about the rise of fake news.
	They are going to be the fact checkers of everybody.
	While the supporters of Bernie Sanders are saying CNN is rigged, CNN is trash.
	They are fake news, by the way, folks.
