	We have a wide variety of topics we're going to be talking about today.
	First and foremost, I think, in terms of importance, are the pedophile schools and of course the courts that support this as well.

	Remember it was Concord and Lexington where the British government came to take the cannons and the rifles.
	And the people there would not have that.
	And yet now they come to take our kids.
	Take our kids into a dark slavery.
	Coming after kids at the age of eight and nine with this pedophile agenda and even earlier of course.
	What are we going to do about this?
	Well in Texas we've got to push back against it.
	We'll talk about that.
	We only have a legislative session every other year here in Texas.
	That's one of the things that you need to all think about.
	Once every other year is more than enough.
	But unfortunately sometimes we need to have some restrictions about what government does.
	And now we got some Texas legislators after looking at this James Younger case.
	The father, Jeffrey Younger, has been on InfoWars multiple times talking about this, and of course we had the latest court decision last week that really set up a storm of criticism, and rightfully so.
	This has been going on for a long time.
	And now we have Texas legislators saying That they're going to offer a bill to put a cap on some of this, so we're going to talk about the details of that coming up.
	We're also going to talk about impeachment, because that supposed vote is going to happen tomorrow, so we're going to talk about the current state of that.
	You know, we have a lot of foreign agents that have been outed recently.
	Not in the Republican Party, not necessarily with Russia, but within the Democrat Party.
	Yes, imagine the hypocrisy.
	We're going to be talking about that coming up in the show as well, and then we're going to take a look at the latest plots in California and elsewhere to take away our freedoms.
	But first, I want to talk about what's going on in terms of pushback against globalism.
	You may be thinking that after the victories in 2016 with Brexit and the election of President Trump, that the push against globalism has been suffering defeats.
	Yeah, we've been on the defensive and of course Brexit has not been implemented in the UK.
	I have an update on that as well.
	But that's not the case.
	This is an issue that is not going to go away.
	With the productive people of society.
	I'm not talking about the Antifa liberals.
	I'm not talking about the social justice warriors.
	I'm talking about the people who really make the society run.
	And evidence of this is in Canada.
	Yes, in Canada.
	The Wexit movement.
	The West Exit.
	You have people in the western part of Canada that are openly talking about secession.
	And the re-election of Justin Trudeau has basically fueled the fire on that.
	A story from Politico, you probably saw on the Drudge Report, in the country's western oil-dependent provinces.
	What is fueling the talk of secession is the fact that Trudeau and eastern urban liberals are calling the shots at their expense.
	And of course that picture that's at the top of the article there, you can see, choose forward!
	Forward!
	That is the code word for quote-unquote progressives, which in and of itself is a code word for socialists, which in and of itself is a code word for communism, authoritarianism, central planning, social justice warriors and so forth.
	So we'll talk about that.

	It's Wednesday, October 30th, Year of Our Lord 2019.
	I'm David Knight, and we have news, not only about Brexit, but about something else you may not have heard about, Wexit, in Canada.
	The people who are out West, who have a productive society that is based on agriculture and oil production, are not too happy about the Eastern Urban Liberals, represented by Justin Trudeau.
	So after this last election, Where conservatives swept all but one parliamentary seat in the elections.
	These people don't feel like they're very well represented.
	Folks, this is a story not simply about globalism, but it is a story about how the nation states have become too large to be representative.
	We have, and many people don't, I think, have the appropriate perspective on the Civil War.
	Here in America we're told, well, the Civil War was about one thing and one thing only.
	It was about ending slavery.
	No, that was simply a symptom of some other underlying causes.
	As I've pointed out many other times, across Europe There was a fight at the time, there was a power base change from agrarian societies that were typically organized around regional power bases, in many cases city-states from an earlier time.
	And there was the rise of the industrial powers.
	And industrialism.
	And so the industrialists were challenging the entrenched economic and political power of the agrarians.
	And that was happening throughout Western civilization, all at the same time.
	As a matter of fact, in the 1860s, at the same time we were having our American quote-unquote civil war.
	A civil war was going on in Italy.
	And it was the same orientation.
	It didn't have slavery as part of it.
	But it was about the agrarian versus industrialist, and it was about creating a consolidated nation-state, a consolidated Italy, out of regional power bases.
	And that's exactly what happened politically with this.
	We tend to ignore the broader economic and political aspects of this and just focus on slavery, because that's what they want you to focus on, quite frankly.
	That was a symptom of the other symptom in this particular country.
	But of course, there are other ways to resolve slavery.
	Throughout the Caribbean, the British Empire had established slavery there as well.
	That was part of the slave trade.
	You know, bringing slaves in, picking up the stuff that they were making, sugar, whatever, cotton, and then taking that back as part of the Industrial Revolution.
	But they ended slavery in the Caribbean.
	By paying the plantation owners off.
	They bought the slaves and then freed them.
	And they spent less money than we spent on ammunition.
	And they didn't have half a million or more lives lost.
	And half the country burned down.
	But when we go back and we look at what has happened now in that trend that began 150 years ago.
	We had this trend of consolidation from regional power bases and again it was because of a transition from agrarian society to an industrialized society.
	We had that consolidation and that consolidation continued.
	Then the early 20th century had people like You know, Hitler and others who wanted a broader empire.
	But it was the globalists who decided that they would go for a global government, not just a giant nation-state.
	And that's why when I look at globalism and anti-globalism, I think there's a lot of people that realize that we're not being well served by the current political system.
	We don't have any kind of representation.
	It's far too distant And we have, as I've talked about many times with Richard Proctor, we talk about the representation that we have in Congress and how it was to be limited in the original Constitution, and we threw that away.
	There was supposed to be, you know, 30,000 to 50,000 people max represented.
	And today, we've got, I don't know what the amount is, it was 500,000 a few years ago.
	I think it's up to around 700,000 on average that a congressperson represents because we completely ignored the Constitution.
	We just arbitrarily enacted legislation that would cap the number of representatives after a certain period of time.
	As Richard Pachter pointed out, you know, they just, the very first time they went through it, they just completely ignored the Constitution.
	Said, yeah, we spent a lot of time arguing about how many representatives are going to be, but we don't care, we're going to make it this number.
	And they played around with that for a long period of time.
	Eventually they just capped it.
	And it doesn't matter how many people they represent.
	So we have an absurd situation where we have now, we're back to taxation without representation.
	And of course if you look at the bureaucracies it's even worse.
	It's not enough that we've got You know, 750,000 people, let's say, being represented by one congressperson.
	That kind of consolidation of political power to one person?
	If you understand what's going on, that should really alarm you.
	But then it gets even worse.
	Because those people have abdicated their responsibility, their duty, to the bureaucracies that they create.
	That's why Nancy Pelosi said, we've got to pass it to find out what's in it!
	We've got to create this massive bureaucracy and hand this off to them.
	They will write the rules, they will assess the fines, they will accuse people of violating their rules and so forth, and they will have the courts.
	Their own little courts, where you have no due process, you have no presumption of innocence, you have no protection against excessive fines.
	Why?
	Because they pretend that these are regulations and not laws.
	That makes them civil and not criminal.
	And so you don't have any due process protections under the Constitution, according to them.
	Now that's all just a bunch of legal smoke and mirrors.
	It's a bunch of lies that they've told you.
	I don't care if you call it civil or if you call it criminal.
	I don't care if you call it regulations or if you call it laws.
	If the government is coming after you and taking your money, we know exactly what that is.
	They can call it whatever they want.
	But that truly is, in the extreme case, taxation without representation.
	Regulation without representation.
	But when we look at what's going on in Canada, this is the biggest problem, bigger problem, rather.
	And I think what we're beginning to see, and it starts with the pushback against globalism.
	And the pushback, like we saw with Brexit, consolidating, the consolidation going beyond the nation states to regional areas, going back to the mid-20th century.
	Zbigniew Brzezinski and others talked about creating three global regions.
	Europe, North America, Asia.
	Once they created free trade, then they would consolidate them politically, then they would over a period of time join those three areas, eventually creating one world government.
	So as people are pushing back against this regional consolidation like the EU, they're also going to be pushing back against these Out of control nation states as well.
	And that's what you see happening here in Canada.
	And folks, it's going to happen here in America.
	And as far as I'm concerned, it can't happen too quickly.
	It can't happen too quickly.
	So the Conservatives there elected all but one parliamentary seat in the elections out West.
	As one Conservative Party member of Parliament, Randy Hoback, said, is it real?
	Is this Wexit real?
	This Western exit?
	He said, yeah.
	People are mad.
	I've never seen it like this.
	He has been elected Parliament from central Saskatchewan.
	They said the election also breathed new life into a Quebec separatist party that they thought had been extinguished in the East.
	Now, they reinvented themselves.
	They tripled the representation.
	Ironically enough, by saying, we're not going to talk about separatism anymore.
	But folks, that's not dead.
	It's not dead.
	At the heart of it is the West's disillusionment in the oil industry, which is the major driver of, listen to this, not the region's economy, but the nation's economy.
	The Canadian nation's economy.
	And they're trying to throttle that.
	Why?
	Because they want everybody poor.
	Just like you saw with the European Union shutting down fisheries.
	In Great Britain, people that lived by the sea earned their living from the sea.
	And the European Union was going to shut that down.
	So when we come back, we're going to talk about that and they're going to bring this home.
	It's good to talk about these foreign issues because most of you Americans can look at this and you can think about the principles involved without getting caught up in the personalities or the partisan politics here at home.

	All right, so the Canadians are looking at this, out west at least, and saying, you're trying to destroy us.
	You're even trying to destroy the biggest part of Canada's economy, the oil industry.
	You don't care.
	You're going to burn this down.
	So you've got people out west talking about an exit.
	Wegxit, is what they're saying.
	And how is Brexit going?
	Well, it looks like it's not going too well.
	UK lawmakers are now backing a December the 12th election because Boris Johnson's attempts to get out of Brexit have basically been shut down by parliamentary maneuvers.
	He tried to then have an election to elect a different parliament because they have decided, we're talking about How central governments have become contemptuous, contemptuous of the people that they supposedly represent.
	I can't find any better example of that than what's going on in the UK.
	And how we need to radically, radically increase the number of representatives.
	That certainly could be done.
	I mean, we could go back to the Constitution and we could have one representative for every 30,000 people.
	Here in the United States.
	Would that be workable?
	Well, of course it would be.
	Come on.
	We have electronic communications now.
	It'd be a piece of cake.
	Not a problem at all.
	You don't have to get everybody together in one physical space.
	Have a thing called teleconferencing.
	You ever heard about that?
	Email, video conferencing, Skype, all that kind of stuff.
	They don't need to be in one physical space.
	As a matter of fact, do you think that they might better represent you if they actually lived in the jurisdiction instead of living in the District of Criminals and Corruption?
	Washington, D.C.?
	As a matter of fact, we ought to rename it, I think.
	I would imagine that they're looking to rename it because it is named after Columbus and he's now evil.
	Public enemy number one, according to the left.
	So I'm sure they want to get rid of the District of Columbia, you know.
	Let's just call it what it is.
	District of Criminals and Corruption.
	Take your pick.
	We could call it DCC.
	That'd be even more accurate.
	We need to stop calling it the Swamp and just call it the District of Criminals and Corruption.
	But, yeah, could we handle that if we had, let's say, 20 times the number of representatives that we have right now?
	Absolutely.
	Back in the 1990s, I remember when I was working with the Libertarian Party as an independent party, and they had a lot of legislative success in New Hampshire in the state legislature.
	And one of the reasons for that Was because people were a little bit more libertarian leaning in New Hampshire.
	You know, they wanted to just be independent and so forth.
	Kind of be left alone by government.
	But also because they had the largest democratic body in the world in terms of representation.
	In other words, each one of the legislators represented the fewest number of people.
	And so the people had better representation.
	At the time, in the early nineties, they said that if you spent more than a thousand dollars to get elected to the state legislature, you were accused of trying to buy the election.
	And imagine if we had twenty times more congressmen than we do now.
	And let's say that we paid them one twentieth of what we do.
	I wouldn't take it down that low.
	Their time is worth something, but certainly not worth as much as they're currently getting paid.
	But just imagine that we had the power distributed to 20 times more people than they lived in the districts.
	That really is what the founders of this country wanted, not because they didn't have modern telecommunications, but because they understood The tendency of power to corrupt because it would concentrate.
	And that's exactly what we've seen.
	That push-pull of power concentration and the corruption that comes with it.
	All these people want to talk about how we have to have campaign finance reform.
	You've got to get the power out of Washington.
	If you don't get the power out of Washington, if you don't stop them from having control over every aspect of our life, If you don't stop this fascist system that we have now, where you can't succeed in business in a fairly large way without having political patrons in Washington.
	If you don't stop that, you will never stop the money.
	And any attempts to control campaign finance spending by this corrupt group of people will only make it much, much worse.
	It'll be like gasoline on a fire.
	of this corruption.
	So what is happening with Brexit?
	As those parliamentary people don't care what the voters voted for back in 2016, they just flat out deny to do it.
	So now we have, as AP is pointing out, Britons will be heading out to vote in the dark days of December.
	That's right, it will be the winter of their discontent.
	Because as I said months ago, Last time they delayed this, I said, oh, look at that, they picked October the 31st.
	Will it be a trick or a treat?
	Well, now we know it was a trick.
	Yet another trick from Theresa Maybee.
	So where are they now?
	Well, Boris Johnson, the Prime Minister, hopes to elect a new crop of lawmakers, says AP.
	That will give his Conservative Party a majority and will break the stalemate that has blocked his plan to take Britain out of the European Union this month.
	Here's the news slash AP.
	Brexit is not Boris Johnson's plan.
	It's what the British people voted for.
	I know you don't like that.
	I know you want to personalize it.
	But it's what the British people voted for and the Parliament has refused to implement.
	And Theresa May refused to implement.
	This week, the European Union graciously granted Britain a three-month extension until January 31st.
	Isn't that nice?
	They can just keep extending this forever until they get the answer that they want.
	Who has had to abandon his vow to lead Britain out of the EU on October 31st, quote, do or die.
	Accused his opponents of seeking to frustrate voters' decisions.
	There you go.
	See, it's the way AP puts it.
	You know, it's his decision.
	And he's just saying this because he's a demagogue, right?
	No, he's actually right about this.
	It was the voters' decision to leave.
	He says that they're trying to prolong this until the 12th of never.
	There's only one way to get Brexit done in the face of this unrelenting parliamentary obstructionism.
	This endless, willful, fingers crossed, not-me-gov, refusal to deliver on the mandate of the people.
	And that's to refresh this Parliament and give the people a choice.
	And so they had blocked even that.
	And now the Liberal, the Labour Party I should say, opened up for the election.
	But get this, look at these tactics because this is exactly the way the left operates here in the United States as well.
	In a last-minute effort to rig this election, what the left did was they said, let's lower the voting age from 18 to 16 and let's let citizens of the other 27 EU nations vote in this as well.
	I mean, this is pure California, right?
	Let's open the borders and let's let anybody who wants to come in, hey, they don't have to get our permission, they can come in illegally.
	And if they're here, if they're citizens of another country, criminally trespassing, California says, we want you to vote in our local elections, and maybe in our national elections too, wink wink.
	And that's exactly what the left tried to pull there.
	And so Boris Johnson, the other guy, said, you put that in, the deal is off.
	We're not going to have an election.
	So they backed off.
	But that's what's coming, folks.
	They're going to let citizens and the other 27 nations of the European Union vote in future British elections.
	But it's not representative anyway, so who cares, right?
	The EU's going to dictate all the terms.
	The time has come to defy the thought police.
	They are banning hundreds and hundreds of symbols every year.
	They're waging war on communication itself, as the Fabian Socialists promised they would do more than 70 years ago from their command base in England.

	The ADL and others will literally bankrupt you, kick you out of college, destroy you, have you arrested in some areas.

	I was talking about Brexit.
	I was talking about Brexit in Canada.
	How it shows that our political institutions are too bloated, too distant, too corrupt in order to be able to survive.
	They're going to die.
	They're going to collapse of their own bloated corruption or we're going to reform them And make them something manageable.
	And nothing shows that better, I think, than what's going on in Brexit.
	But of course we can come up with any number of examples here in America, but I'd like to focus on these, the ones we have an international audience.
	However, most of our audience is American, and most people are hopelessly caught up And personalities of individuals, individual politicians, too partisan with the politics to be able to see this, so it's good to get a little bit of a distance here.
	So we're going to talk about what's going on in the UK and in Australia, and then talk about how this is applied here back home.
	Let's talk a little bit about the even bigger problem than Brexit in the UK, and that's Julian Assange.
	Ah, that's the problem that nobody wants to talk about.
	You know, they have one news channel that started advertising itself in the UK saying, we're going to be Brexit free.
	I know you're tired of hearing about Brexit, so we're not going to have any news at all about Brexit.
	And guess what?
	They don't have any news at all about Julian Assange.
	Never have.
	They always cover that up, don't they?
	And that's even a bigger problem.
	Because there is a rapidly expanding... UK is a very good example of this.
	That's where all of this social justice, political correctness, this cultural Marxism, that is the mask for authoritarian censorship, that's where this all began and started doubling down, was in the UK.
	And it has reached crazy levels there.
	But as I've pointed out many times, and you could see it very, very, very clearly with Tulsi Gabbard, I talked about it when they purged us.
	You know, we got a lot of people, a lot of people, millions of followers still left on social media and on YouTube, who are conservatives, who come from a conservative perspective.
	Lots of big-name conservatives that are still on YouTube.
	Guess what they don't do?
	They don't talk about Julian Assange.
	They don't talk about the military-industrial complex.
	They don't talk about the surveillance state much, do they?
	If at all.
	No, if you talk about that you get taken off.
	I said that when it happened to us in August and I doubled down again when it happened two months later to over 800 news sites.
	I said this is coming from the military-industrial complex.
	This is not an idea from some radical quote-unquote woke Silicon Valley entrepreneurs.
	I don't even like to use that term.
	To me, being woke means that you are aware, you're awake, you've taken the red pill.
	It doesn't mean that you're a social justice warrior.
	I hate that term, woke, quite frankly.
	But it's a common usage out there.
	But this is not coming because of the politics of Zuckerberg.
	His politics are power.
	That's all he cares about.
	And he'll do whatever the people in power want him to do.
	And you can see it as he's starting to move to the right a little bit now, right?
	Yeah, you give me access to this.
	What I really want is I want Libra out there.
	What can I do for you guys?
	Can I move to the right a little bit here on this?
	I mean, he's not going to do much, but he's not going to bring back the people who criticize the military-industrial complex.

	Never had a single complaint filed against me or notification from YouTube.
	I never got an explanation.
	For months, I tried to get an explanation from those SOBs.

	We had the people from the military-industrial complex and elsewhere coming in and saying, you know, yeah, we gotta silence the cannons on social media.
	Got to shut that down, we got to censor these people.
	Got to do it right now.
	Social media is too dangerous if we don't silence these voices out there.
	What voices?
	The voices that are pushing back against the military-industrial complex.
	And no matter how ridiculous this latest weak-bagged-bag-daddy story is, just like the ridiculous story of Osama bin Laden being killed by Barack Obama, nobody in the mainstream corporate media is going to push back against that at all.
	Why?
	Because they don't ever contradict the military-industrial complex or the CIA.
	They always have to come off looking as heroes.
	No matter how ridiculous it is.
	No matter how many times they contradict themselves in the details.
	No matter how many times they tell us, we buried his body at sea!
	According to Islamic custom and blah blah.
	Oh, we don't have any pictures of it.
	Oh, he's blown up in a million pieces, but we immediately identified him.

	You take their seminal lie and you elaborate on it with your own lies and you shut it down.

	Okay, so what's going on with Julian Assange? Roger Waters, the former frontman for Pink Floyd, has many times tried to draw public attention to it.
	As a matter of fact, back in September, along with John Pilger, an excellent journalist, both of them tried to get the press to pay attention because the press wasn't reporting it.
	Like I said earlier, you've got one channel that says, you're hearing about Brexit all the time, here, we're going to do no Brexit news.
	I guess all of them could advertise, you don't want to hear about Julian Assange or free press or the government Murdering somebody, torturing somebody with having it in mind to murder them because they told you the truth about the crimes your governments, plural, are committing.
	You don't want to hear about that, right?
	We'll save you the trouble.
	So, Roger Waters and John Pilger held a rally in front of the British Home Office back in September, but not a single British newspaper reported it.
	We reported it, we talked about it here.
	He's now coming out again, headline on Zero Hedge, Roger Waters stunned at Assange's plight as people are seeing his recent court appearance where he was obviously in such poor health, physical and mental health, he couldn't even recall his name, he couldn't even speak.
	And he said, what we have now is a combination of George Orwell's 1984 And Aldous Huxley's Brave New World.
	I've said that many times.
	He said, yeah, they were both right.
	He said, they were always arguing about who had the closest view of what the dystopian future might look like.
	I think we got a lot of both of them.
	We got Big Brother, we got Orwellian Dystopian Nightmare, said Roger Waters.
	That happened two days ago in the Magistrate's Court.
	Well, that's true, and of course we also have surveillance everywhere.
	Probably Great Britain is second only to China in terms of the concentration of surveillance cameras.
	And with a smaller population they might actually be ahead of China in terms of surveillance.
	And of course we know what this is going to be used for, right?
	We see it happening already in China.
	It's the social credit system.
	That's what social media is for.

	And it's by our government as well.
	The UK government is murdering Julian Assange at the insistence of our government.
	That would be the CIA.
	They really are our government here.
	The CIA wants him dead.
	The military-industrial complex, the people behind all of this censorship, the people who created the Internet, the people who funded the multinational corporations within Q-Tel, and these other venture capital boards that were populated with people from the intelligence community.
	Our rulers, our masters, our government, the CIA, want him dead, and the British government is more than happy to comply.
	Roger Waters goes on to say, and we walk by with our earbuds in, clicking away on our iPhones as we walk, Unthinking.
	Unfeeling.
	Uncaring.
	Throughout our lives and we allow this BS to take place in our names and in our courts.
	That's right.
	That's right.
	That's exactly what's going on.

	They're just doing this before the election.
	Even after you could see what was happening with Dennis Hastert.
	You had people like Tom DeLay defending him.
	It's like, folks, corporate media is not going to cover this kind of stuff because they don't want to burn their bridges.
	Everything that they do is based on having access to big-name political celebrities.
	You know, Fox has got unlimited access to any Republican.
	You know, they're just waiting in the wings for a phone call to get on Fox News.
	And the same thing's true of CNN and MSNBC with the Democrats.
	So they're not going to burn any bridges by criticizing those people.

	You want to play semantics with this?
	Okay, let's play semantics with this.
	They even admit, deeper down in their story, that allegations of anti-right bias at Facebook, this is from their story, go back to at least 2016, when former contractors who worked at the company told Gizmodo that they'd been instructed to suppress news from conservative sources.
	Don't pay any attention to the fact that they're actually suppressing conservative sources.
	And it isn't even a conservative bias, as I pointed out before.
	This is a bias against people who talk about a lot of them conservative, most of them conservative, but not all of them.
	A lot of people who are not conservative.
	A lot of people who don't support Trump, but they oppose the military-industrial complex.
	You know, that's a big part of why a lot of people supported President Trump.
	And so they talk about that, they talk about the police state, they talk about the surveillance state.
	No, that is, they talk about the use of fake claims of racism and hatred and bullying as a way to censor people's speech.
	And so yeah, there's a lot of conservatives who pick up on that as well.
	But it's not an allegation.
	It's a fact.
	This is coming out from whistleblowers.
	These are the people ready to impeach President Trump on On hearsay, allegations from other people.
	But of course, if you've got actual evidence of this, and if you've got actual whistleblowers who actually heard this, who actually have documents, oh, it's just allegations.
	Let's just dismiss it.
	And so when I looked at this, it was just a bit too much for me when I saw this headline, so I tweeted out this morning.

	Today's social media censorship is now called moderation, quote unquote, right?
	To paraphrase Goldwater's Shakespeare, that's what he called his speechwriter, Carl Hess, he called him his Shakespeare.
	Extremism in defense of free speech is no vice, and so-called moderation in pursuit of social justice is no virtue.
	Yeah, that's really what we need to get people to understand.

	Again, as we look at the principles Of the surveillance state.
	Let's go to Australia, where most people don't know who Peter Dutton is.
	And so you don't really have a bias one way or the other.
	You don't really want to support this guy, right?
	If you're an American.
	Even if you're British, you probably don't know who Peter Dutton is.
	He's the Australian Minister for Home Affairs.
	Essentially like our Homeland Security.
	And what he is saying is he's got controversial facial recognition laws.
	Now these laws that he tried to push through failed to make it through Parliament.
	But he says, we're going to do that.
	We're going to get this legislation through.
	And of course, probably will.
	We've seen situations like this in the United States, of course, with CISPA.
	Remember, they introduced that multiple times.
	They've introduced it in other countries under different names.
	Acta, SOPA, PIPA.
	Finally, they got CISA through.
	Multiple times.
	They must have put that legislation forward about eight times with various names.
	Always, the purpose was to protect corporations, their partners, their silent partners, who give them plausible deniability from being behind the censorship and the surveillance.
	It was to give their corporate partners legal immunity from you for turning over your information, violating your privacy.
	And he's going to get this facial recognition law through.
	So we're going to talk about that and what it looks like here in the United States.

	The FBI is already scraping that data.

	So now we have President Trump announcing plans for a nationwide police crackdown and more militarized police.
	He did this in Chicago.
	He was very well received by the police in Chicago.
	He made some remarks about Jussie Smollett, critical remarks that were well-deserved.
	I mean, Jussie Smollett, you want to hit a home run with a Chicago police, you just say Jussie Smollett, right?
	So President Trump on Monday said the Justice Department is preparing to launch a sweeping crackdown on crime that he named the Surge.
	The Surge.
	This is a term, as Freethought Project points out, That was used for George W. Bush sending tens of thousands of more troops into Iraq back in 2007.
	The surge.
	And so President Trump said, in coming weeks Attorney General Barr will announce a new crackdown on crime.
	We're going to be targeting gangs.
	We're going to target drug traffickers in high crime cities and dangerous rural areas.
	Oh, everywhere.
	Cities and rural areas.
	He said, let's call it the surge.
	And he said, you're going to see tremendous results very quickly.
	I just reported yesterday about how Attorney General Barr is working to push pre-crime identification of people.
	We've got very troubling things coming out with red flag laws that President Trump and other Republicans have embraced.
	Oh yeah, let's get those crazy people out.
	Well, who decides who's crazy?
	They will.
	They will with HARPA.
	They will with their Psychoanalysts who work for them.
	You know, kind of like with CPS.
	They decide who the bad parents are and they just take the kids.

	He said, they didn't want to make you, he says this to the police, they didn't want to make you look so tough.

	They were just pre-placing them for martial law into these small towns.

	You, however, are going to maintain this.

	So they had to maintain it and keep it.
	Well, that's what they were doing to these small police departments.
	Finally, they said no.
	It even got to the absurd extreme that the Defense Department, which had been giving surplus vehicles to rural fire departments because they couldn't afford to buy their own and because they were typically on the front line of the worst fires, Ever since World War II, they've been giving rural fire departments these surplus military vehicles to fight fires.
	And they cut it off because they wanted to give it to the police.
	And now President Trump is bringing this back?

	Elizabeth Warren is now pledging, you know, there's one thing that she doesn't want to spend money on, and that's school choice.
	Money for everything else.

	Whatever college you want to go to, she will subsidize it for free.

	Because they're going to tell your kids.
	Or to think it's not an education, it's propaganda, it's indoctrination that's going on there.
	And they're good with that.
	But if you want to go to a non-profit charter school, she doesn't want your money being used for that.
	And here's the thing, folks.
	In general, I thought the idea for a charter school was a good idea.
	You know, the money would follow your kid.
	But as I looked deeper at this, as I looked at Mark Hall's documentary, Killing Ed, it showed a worst-case scenario for charter schools.
	The Gulenist schools, the schools that are being run by an Islamic cleric who was brought to this country by the CIA, a part of the political intrigue that's going on in Turkey.
	Iran has thousands of schools worldwide.
	Everywhere else they are Islamic madrasas.
	But here in the United States, they keep that covered up.
	And they have had a lot of investigations about other types of corruption at these schools.
	But they get 750 billion dollars.
	They push Turkey, they push the cultural aspects of Islam.
	They get right up to the line.
	There's a lot of allegations of immigration abuse and money laundering and skimming and corrupt building contracts and all this other kind of stuff that he goes into in great detail in that documentary, Killing Ed.
	If you think that charter schools are a good idea, look at that.
	And let me tell you what the fundamental problem with charter schools are.
	The fundamental problem is government!
	Government!
	You know, the same thing that is ruining our government schools, our so-called public schools, Also is ruining our charter schools, because they're also government schools.
	You take money from the government, the government owns your kids' education.
	I never took a dime from government to educate my three kids.
	I don't want them controlling anything about their education.
	And if you take the money, they control you.
	They control you.
	We need to reach the point, folks, where we understand That if you want freedom, you gotta say no to the free stuff.
	It always comes with strings attached.
	It always comes with control.
	Don't get a sucker, don't get suckered into this free stuff idea.
	I didn't take a dime from them.
	I didn't use one word from their textbooks, their so-called textbooks to educate my kids.
	The 2020 presidential candidate, as reported by Daily Caller, her public education plan would ban charter schools and eliminate government incentives for opening new non-profit charter schools, even though she used them in the past.
	Here's the other aspect of this.
	The Democrat hypocrisy.
	See, Elizabeth Warren opposes this because she doesn't like even the appearance of choice.
	As I pointed out, they're going to eventually find a way to control it.
	If they fund it.
	But she wants to have even more direct control using the 100% government schools over people.
	I mean, she is anti-choice.
	She's not pro-choice.
	These Democrats are not pro-choice when it comes to your kids' education.
	They're not pro-choice when it comes to your kids' health decisions.
	They're going to dictate to you which vaccines you're going to take and on what time schedule.
	And on and on.
	And we've got some new plans coming out of California for how they want to control your children's education.
	So you've got to call them pro-choice.
	They don't want you to have a choice about anything.
	Not a free market in anything.
	Not a free market in education.
	Nothing.
	Nothing at all.
	She chose to send her son, Alexander, to an elite private school here in Austin, close to the time that she was teaching at the University of Texas in Austin.
	Think about that.
	Think about that, Travis.
	University of Texas at Austin, and people like Elizabeth Warren were teaching there.
	Stay away!
	Stay away!
	Anyway, this school, lower and middle school, kindergarten through eighth grade, it cost this year, in 2019 dollars, because this is what the 2019 tuition is, it cost you $15,000 a year to go there.
	Every year of high school costs you $17,875.
	Yeah, it's good to be the queen, isn't it?
	But she doesn't want anybody to have a choice of going to a private school.
	And I mean, you know, there's other ways to work this besides the charter schools.
	It probably would keep the government away, but it would only keep them away for a certain period of time.
	I mean, you could say, you're going to hand the money over, but you're not going to have any say-so about how these schools are run and so forth.
	But again, you're going to have on the other side of it, you're going to have corruption like we do with the Glenists, and then eventually the government is going to come in and say, well, we gave you the money, now we're going to tell you what you've got to do.
	We're going to tell you what you've got to do.
	That's what they have done with the colleges, for example.
	You took the scholarship money from these kids.
	You know, we wanted to help everybody get to school, so we liberally put out Tuition scholarships and so forth, but now that you're taking the tuition scholarships from federal colleges and that pretty much they got their hooks into pretty much all the private schools.
	I think Hillsdale is the only one that I know.
	Maybe there's some others out there.
	I said we're not taking anybody who's getting any federal money because we're not going to take the strings that come attached with that.
	That's always going to be the case folks.
	That's why I say you got to throw away the free stuff from government.
	It's always a Trojan horse.
	Teach your kids about that.
	Teach your kids about that history, about Trojan horses and so forth.
	Teach them about the real nature of government.
	And so as some people are pointing out, who are pointing out the hypocrisy of Elizabeth Warren, she wants a school choice for her own kids, but she fights hard to have other families from having that option.
	And let me tell you something, it's not just about the charter schools.
	It's going to be, she is pandering to the teachers unions who have become Marxist Leninists, who are pushing this pedophile agenda, and she is going to be doing everything that she can to close down private schools that don't take any federal money, to close down homeschools, to make that illegal.
	We know exactly where these people are headed.
	And why would you want to homeschool your kid anyway?
	Well, here's an example, out of Massachusetts.
	A public school there is using a gender snow person to teach nine-year-olds never to assume that boys have penises.
	Sorry, I have to say that, but this is what it comes to.
	I mean, it gets to the point where, just to cover the news, you're going to sound like the Howard Stern Show.
	A public elementary school in Massachusetts is using a gender snow person, and one person came back and said, why is a snow person white?
	Anyway, and why is it a man, right?
	A snow person?
	Well, maybe it's not.
	I don't know.
	I mean, it doesn't have any genitals, so it could imagine that it's any kind of snow person it wants to be, right?
	It could be either gender, both genders, or neither genders, because that's what they're teaching these kids at nine years old.
	So they're using this gender snow person to teach fourth graders not to assume that people they meet are male or female.
	See, I grew up in a world where we didn't assume that fourth graders would know anything or see anything about the genitals of the people that they meet.
	But that's the world that they are setting up in Massachusetts, and it's not just Massachusetts.

	He praised a third grade teacher for her respectful conversations to fourth graders talking about inclusion and diversity.

	And then he started talking about the snowman.
	The Snowman has, if you look at that picture there, there's several different notes there.
	First there's a green note, and it defines gender identity as who you are and how you feel as a person.
	And then the options that it provides are girl, boy, both, or neither.
	And then under that there's an orange post-it note.
	And it shows, explains rather to the kids, it says that sexual orientation is who you love or who you are attracted to.
	Now see, this is the progression that you're going to notice here.
	This is why I say it's a pedophile agenda.
	First you tell the kids they can decide what gender they are.
	They're mature enough, you know, three years old, or six years old, or seven years old, or eight years old.
	They're mature enough to decide what gender they are, way before puberty.
	Well, that implies that they are then mature enough to decide who they love or are attracted to.
	And if there's any doubt about that, the Jeffrey Epsteins of the world, or the Dennis Hasterts of the world, will kind of step in there and help them to make that decision.
	It is a pedophile agenda.
	It is an agenda to get rid of the age of consent.
	Both Jeffrey Epstein and Alan Dershowitz, his lawyer, are on record talking about how the age of consent It's an antiquated cultural construct and we need to get over it.
	We need to get over it.
	You know, for generations.
	Why do we have trust funds?

	He said, I believe firmly that issues of social justice are easily compatible with the goals of any organization.
	He also tweeted about a visit to a pair of fourth grade classes in Lexington.
	He hailed them for engaging hard history by identifying ways of enslaved people.
	So when they go to, when they talk about in Lexington, Lexington, Massachusetts, where the people said, we're not going to be slaves and we're not going to be slaves because you're not going to take our guns.
	You're not going to take our cannons and we will fight.
	And now the people in Lexington, Won't fight for their kids?
	They won't fight when they come for their kids?
	How far we have fallen in 200 years, isn't it?
	And the hard facts that are going to be there with hard history, right?
	They're going to be pushing their agenda of racism and hatred of America.
	They're not going to talk about the hard facts of liberty.

	Of course, it's going to be a while before the Texas legislators can do anything about it.
	But we'll talk about what needs to be done about this out-of-control transgender agenda for our kindergarten kids.

	If there was ever abuse, institutional abuse of children, this is it.
	And if parents do it, as far as I'm concerned, it is grounds for taking the kids away from those parents.
	We take kids away from parents, and rightfully so, if they physically or sexually abuse those children.
	And when we're talking about the psychological abuse about gender, and we're talking about planned physical mutilation, you take those kids away from the parents, and you take them away from the schools if you've got your kids in those kinds of schools.
	So the schools need to be changed.
	I don't want to see this happening to any kids.
	A lot of parents don't understand what's happening before it's too late.

	So what are the Texas Republicans doing?
	We've had a lot of Texas lawmakers, at least a couple of them, talking about what's going to happen in the next legislative session.
	You had Matt Krause tweet, absent a special session between now and the 87th session, I will introduce legislation that prohibits the use of puberty blockers in these situations for children under 18.
	This is actually a more liberal I'm glad they're going to do something about it.
	Well, let's understand that, as I pointed out before, the psychologist who got kicked off of social media for several days, who has studied transgender issues for decades, one of the world's leading authorities, and it is a psychological issue.
	It is a mental issue.
	And he's a Canadian.
	He says, yeah, I think people who are suffering from this kind of gender psychological issue, I think that the government ought to pay for them to have physical surgery if they want it.
	But he said we shouldn't do any of that until they're 21 and have lived that way for two years.
	And here we've got a Republican who's saying, yeah, I see what's going on with Jeffrey Younger and James Younger, and we don't want that to happen.
	We won't let any puberty blockers be used on people until they're 18.
	That's a more liberal position than this Canadian psychologist.
	Come on, Republicans.
	You need to man up and you need to understand what this issue is.
	You don't even know what's going on.
	You guys were asleep at the wheel while this was happening here.

	Learn something.
	Inform yourself.

	But you also need to understand that this push, whether it's being done By parents, or whether it's being done by schools, it is child abuse.

	They don't have any problem at all about telling me everything about the way I drive my car.

	We want to teach them.

	And we want to make sure that they don't have unwanted pregnancies.
	And so we can give them abortions without the parental consent, right?
	So we want to make sure that none of this... So let's talk to these kids at an early age.

	It was in Massachusetts that they jailed a father about 25 years ago because he said, I don't want you talking to my eight-year-old about sex.

	You know, those school districts where they have the most money allocated, typically have the least results in terms of things that you think school is about.
	You think school is about reading, writing, and arithmetic.
	You think it's about literacy and numeracy.

	In the school districts like New York and Washington DC, where they're paying well north of $20,000 per pupil per year, they're getting illiteracy rates Of 95 to 98 percent.
	Same thing with math.
	95, 98 percent of them are enumerate.
	So you don't get much for your money out of government, do you?
	And now in California, not only do they want to make, you know, for that wonderful government school system access, not only do they want to make vaccines mandatory, and I think they've extended it, or at least they've talked about doing this in both New York and California, saying, well, we're not going to let you go to daycare, we're not going to let you go to charter schools, we're not going to let you go to private schools if you don't get all your shots and so forth.
	So now the administration of Governor Newsom in California is going to demand that before your child enters school, here's a new requirement, they must go through a screening for childhood trauma.
	In other words, we're going to subject everybody as a condition to school to the kind of screening that you're going to get from somebody after you've been accused by CPS.
	Oh, what could possibly happen with that?
	How could that possibly go wrong?
	We're going to extend the CPS treatment to every single child as a condition of getting into California schools.
	You know what, you need to get your kids out of these schools and you need to get your kids out of California.
	That's the bottom line.
	Just get out of there.
	So if you're going to church, kids are going to church and they believe abortion is murder or that could be considered to be childhood trauma as the Capital Cal Review dot com points out.
	And then they said, we need a movement to stop this threat to families and children.

	He said, okay, well he lied.
	Obviously, I can't ignore that.
	He lied under oath about a consensual affair and he got caught.
	So we're going to have to, we got that perjury charge.
	And they impeached him for perjury.
	They didn't impeach him for having an affair with Monica Lewinsky.
	And Katie Hill is not getting thrown out of Congress because she had threesomes or Naked drug orgies or whatever, or even because she's got a Nazi tattoo.
	She's not getting thrown out for any of those reasons.
	She's getting thrown out because it involved her staffer and she violated hard-coded, could call it I guess hardcore, hardcore regulations about staff that were enacted last year in the wake of Me Too stuff.
	So it's a clear-cut violation.
	That's why she's getting thrown out.
	They didn't do anything to Ilhan Omar.
	I mean, how many different men has she got in her harem?
	I don't know.
	We can't even keep track of them.
	She's married to two guys at a time, three guys at a time.

	But again, getting back to the police situation, we look at what's happening.

	And again, President Trump has tried to stop people from coming in and he's allowing, this is what I fault President Trump for, he's allowing the judiciary to stop him and they don't have the authority.
	And he stood up to the Consumer Financial Protection Board that was created by Elizabeth Warren.
	And they created this thing.
	Elizabeth Warren, it was her brainchild.
	We're going to put these people in charge.
	They're going to protect people, right?
	No, it's not about protecting people.
	It's about the big banks using this to shut down their small competitors.
	And Elizabeth Warren created this thing.
	And she was going to be the first director.
	And so she set it up so the director was completely independent of the president, even getting their money from the Federal Reserve and not from Congress.
	So they're funded by the Federal Reserve, and the President doesn't have a, you know, according to them, as the first guy stepped down, the number two, a woman, said, I'm in charge now.
	President Trump said, no you're not.
	We're going to appoint that.
	She tried to make herself a dictatoress, if that's a word, of that thing that she created, that was going to be funded by the Federal Reserve, independent of Congress.
	President Trump shut that down, and rightfully so.
	And President Trump needs to shut down the judiciary when they tell him that he can't control immigration, that he can't use the military to defend our border.
	You know, as much as these people hate President Trump moving troops around in Syria, nobody has said that he can't do that.
	Isn't that interesting?
	He has the power to do that.
	And if President Trump has the power to move troops around in Syria, he's got the power to do that here in America, to protect our borders.
	It's not a violation of the Posse Comitatus Law.
	He's not using them for law enforcement against American citizens.

	And yet, these situations like we see in Minneapolis and so forth, they let these things go because they want to have a crisis.

	Now I'm sympathetic to what the police are having to deal with in Baltimore, The police there, the Fraternal Order of Police in Baltimore City posted a video, said it was recently taken from social media showing a gang of teenagers and young men wielding handguns as they rapped and danced for a video recording on the street, reports the Gateway Pundit.
	The Fraternal Order of Police complained, this is what they have to deal with in a city that is so poorly run that it can't even control squeegee kids who are harassing motorists.
	This was posted on social media just days before the recent murder in the same neighborhood, they said.
	This is what our cops are facing under the current administration.
	They can't even find a way to resolve the squeegee issue, let alone this, a city in crisis.
	And the murder rate is soaring there.
	They want a crisis because that can always be used as a means for further control.
	And of course, California wants a crisis as well.
	That's what's going on here with this blackout.
	You look at what's happening with California and the power blackout.
	I mean, is that gross incompetence?
	Well, yes.
	Is it bad policy?

	Misguided policy?
	Yes.
	But is it also moving over to a window so that people get used to the kinds of blackouts that they're imposing?

	There is no controlling legal authority on them because we have everybody from the President on down to the local school board who refuse to stand up to the judges and say, we swore to uphold the Constitution just like you did and we're not going to let you overthrow it.
	We're not going to let you define life.
	We're not going to let you define marriage.
	We're not going to let you tell us what we can and cannot say in the public square, how we can practice our religion and so forth.
	We're not going to do that.
	You don't have the authority to make us do that.
	You've made your decision, let's see you enforce it, as Andrew Jackson said to the Supreme Court once upon a time.
	And you know, Andrew Jackson was wrong!
	It was about removing the Cherokee, but he was right about the fact that they had no authority.
	We better get back to the separation of powers.

	If you want to have, if you've got renewable power, wind and solar, you've got to have batteries to store it.
	Now you can do that on an individual basis and you can actually get off the grid and that's a really good thing.
	A really good thing.
	to be off the grid, to be independent from these idiots like PG&E.
	But if you buy solar panels in California, they're going to hook them up to the grid, and when the grid gets turned off, those solar panels on your roof aren't doing you any good.
	And PG&E, even though California Democrats were telling everybody they got to get solar power, PG&E didn't really hook these things up properly into the grid, and so they are paying Arizona to take their surplus power.
	And other states.
	Paying them.
	Please take this.
	We got too much.
	Nevertheless, the California Democrats are still doubling down.
	You're going to have to put solar panels on the roof of all new houses.
	And they're still not going to be able to utilize it effectively.
	And it's still not going to give power to anybody when they turn the grid off.
	So the grid is the problem and you can't store The power on the grid.
	They don't have the battery technology to store that kind of stuff.
	If you just vary the power rate a little bit on a factory, just a little bit, it's called a brownout.
	And you know what happens in a lot of these sophisticated factories?
	It messes up the sophisticated equipment and they have to shut the whole thing down and reboot it up because of a brownout.
	You know, just look at when you're on your computer and all of a sudden you get a little bit of a glitch.
	And boom, it's gone.
	And if you don't have a UPS, if you don't have a backup battery thing there for your computer, guess what?
	You just lost whatever you didn't save and you've got to start over again.
	Well, that happens to factories as well.
	You have to have constant power on the grid.
	That's the essential aspect of that.
	And they're not doing that.
	And ten years ago we told them that was going to be the problem.
	They went ahead with this anyway.
	Just like ten years ago, telling everybody, this is what's going to happen if we don't stop the courts from implementing the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
	And now we see what's happening with James Younger and so forth.
	I'm so tired of telling people this stuff.
	And nobody listens.
	Yeah, I was over at a friend's house a couple of weeks ago.
	And their son, a millennial, comes in.

	State law mandates that utilities are paying 33% of electric generation from renewables, such as wind and solar, by 2020, and 60% by the magic date of, wait for it, 2030 from the UN, right?
	This is California's law.
	So that means that they spent hundreds of millions of dollars each year to reduce the cost of green energy for low-income households and PG&E has prioritized their obedience to the government over the safety of people.
	They obeyed the government Over profits.
	Because they know in the long run they'll get their profits if they do what the government says.
	And that's precisely what is happening with our transportation grid.
	These people who have destroyed and are destroying the power infrastructure in California are hell-bent on destroying our transportation infrastructure for the same reasons.
	And the corporations that are doing this in partnership with them, just as they are destroying our infrastructure on the internet, have already done it.
	They're doing it because they know in the long term, they play this politics game, it's going to come back to them and profits long term.
	They're playing the long game.

	It's being implemented by the Democrats because they thrive.
	When you're poor, when you're dependent on that.
	So they're giving us a program of austerity, of authoritarianism, of censorship, of corruption.
	And speaking of corruption, we're talking about these impeachment rules coming up.
	You will not believe.
	Oh yeah, we're going to make this legal so that we can haul President Trump's administration and, you know, make it official.
	Yeah, they haven't had any rules yet, right?
	They've got to put some rules up because they've been operating without any rules.
	And you won't believe what these rules are.
	So we're going to get into that as well.
	But let's just take a look at this as we look at what they're doing to our kids.
	The perversions of that.
	Let's take a look at the austerity, the authoritarianism.
	You know, as California is on fire.
	And the grid is being shut down all the time and people are getting acclimated.
	That's the real climate change, folks.
	The political change, the economic change that these Democrats are using the imaginary threat of climate change to scare people into.
	Governor Newsom in California took big dollar donations from this California public utility that is behind the rolling blackouts, PG&E.
	See how that works out?
	Yeah, you know, they just, you pay to do business there, and then they do what the governor says, you know, they give him the money, and then they follow the orders, and they know that they're protected, even if the place burns down, and they can't provide power, and they go bankrupt, and everything else.
	Newsom and his allies took $208,400 from Pacific Gas and Electric, PG&E.
	It's crony capitalism, and they're about to do the same thing to our transportation infrastructure.
	The Democrats, out in California, have been pushing this Corporate Average Fuel Economy, the CAFE standards, right?
	Pushing it to absurd heights, just like they pushed to destroy the power grid.
	They pushed these renewable energy mandates.
	Now they're pushing the Corporate Average Fuel Economy mandates.
	All done to protect the environment, of course.
	All these things, right?
	To protect the environment.
	From you.
	And now we have Chuckie Schumer joining in this.
	I've been talking about this for the last three days.
	The fact that Chuckie Schumer says, vote for Democrats and if we get a majority in the Senate, we're going to push through a $462 billion subsidy to get people to throw away their gasoline and diesel cars and get electric vehicles.
	So we're going to give big subsidies to the electric vehicle car companies as well.
	And so you've got this divide.
	President Trump When it came into office, you know, California was given a number of years ago the ability to set the corporate average fuel economy levels and so forth, to set that to whatever they wanted.
	And they set it up to a ridiculously high level.
	A level that is so high that even if they don't outright ban gasoline cars, they'll be prohibitively expensive, if they can even make them.
	They're going to be extremely expensive, they're not going to be cars that you want to have.
	And so President Trump came in and said, no, we're going to take that special power away from California and we're going to set the limits in Washington.
	And of course, Obama's EPA in Washington agreed with California.
	They were going to go along with this and push it along.
	So President Trump said, no, we're going to lower those corporate average fuel economy levels and we're not going to give California the ability to control what everybody else in the country drives because they're such a big market.
	That if they set that for their own state, and set it really high, then the car manufacturers are going to build to that standard, and we all have to buy ridiculously expensive cars with bags on the side, colostomy bags, inside and outside of the car.
	And so that created a fight between Trump and California, and as I reported earlier this week, We also now have a division within the different car companies.
	Honda and Ford are siding with California.
	And you have GM, Toyota, and Fiat Chrysler siding with President Trump, saying we don't want to destroy all gasoline engine cars.
	Well, that's a good thing.
	That's a good thing.
	And there's also a global organization of auto manufacturers that are also siding with President Trump.
	But this is the way it's going to break down.
	It's fascism, folks.
	These guys understand that if they want to be able to have their mobility companies, because they don't want to sell cars anymore.
	Ford got rid of their CEO that was very successful selling cars.
	They said, we're going to put the guy who's head of our mobility department here because we don't want to do that.
	We're going to rent you cars and we're going to call it the mobility division.
	We're going to do everything that the government wants us to do so that we will be able to have a monopoly.
	Or a duopoly or, you know, whatever, a little oligarchy.
	We'll be permitted to operate and we'll be one of the few permitted people because we're going to do everything the government says.
	And this is how it looks in California with a public utility there.
	They did everything that the California government Told them, and the results are, you get blackouts, you get fires, you get wasted resources.
	We've got to pay people to take your renewable energy sources, and they're going to do the same thing to our transportation grid as well.
	With the Democrats, with Chuckie Schumer, with a half a trillion dollar subsidy.
	And let me tell you, that's a carrot, but right behind it is going to be a stick.
	Right after that, they're going to come in with prohibitions.
	And it's not just our cars.
	Now they're coming after the people with asthma.
	That's right, they're coming after the people of asthma.
	As RT points out, first it was cow farts, and now they're coming after asthmatic patients.
	They say they're killing the environment.
	Well, let's just stay with the cow farts here for a second.
	On the same day that Chuckie Schumer unleashed his half trillion dollar bribe to get people to buy electric vehicles from his friends, Toyota was talking about their hydrogen car, and they said, you can run this hydrogen car for a year off a cow poop.
	What one cow produces.
	What one cow produces in a year can run your car for a year.
	So that sounds green, doesn't it?
	Oh, except they don't want you to have meat either.
	They don't want you to have a car, they don't want you to have meat, they don't want you to have a home.
	They don't want you to have mobility or liberty, and now they don't even want asthmatic patients to be able to live, right?

	Let's take a look at impeachment.
	Now the good news is, as Daily Caller pointed out, impeachment could shut down the government.
	Let's go there.
	Let's go there.
	This is the way this will work.
	Trump could shut the government down since the Senate has yet to pass 12 spending bills, reports the New York Times.
	Oh, yeah.
	Wouldn't want to see that happen, right?
	None of the bills have reached the Senate floor yet.
	A possible impeachment trial would give added urgency for lawmakers to fund the government.
	That's right.
	So that would be one thing to come out of this.
	But Nancy Pelosi has said that she's going to have a vote tomorrow.
	Let's get her comments about what this is going to be.
	Let's play video clip number two.
	It's not an impeachment resolution, she says.
	She's walking very quickly on her high heels.
	It's not an impeachment resolution.
	Oh, there we go.
	Now what is it, exactly?
	Oh, yes, the devil is in the details.
	I'm going to give those to you, but first, what does Steve Scalise and Jordan have to say about the way that Adam Schiff is running this, and how he's instructing his witnesses?
	Adam Schiff is going to run a one-sided Soviet-style process that we've never seen before.
	This isn't like Benghazi, this isn't like anything else.
	This is an impeachment inquiry, and in fact, Speaker Pelosi's resolution Confirms that it's an impeachment inquiry, yet every other impeachment inquiry we've had in the history of our country, all three, have allowed both sides to call witnesses, have allowed the White House to participate.
	That's not happening right now.
	And in fact, not only is it happening, but I think it's important for Jim Jordan to note what just started happening today in this committee, where they're trying to impeach a president behind closed doors without any due process.

	Thank you for your leadership.
	I think most of you know that Chairman Schiff has prevented the witness from answering certain questions we have during the deposition.
	You know, one of the things you do in these depositions is you ask the basics.
	Who, what, when, where, why?
	You ask those questions.
	When we asked the whistleblower who he spoke to after important events in July, Adam Schiff says, no, no, no, we're not going to let him answer that question.
	Even though at the start of every one of these depositions, and you all know this already, at the start of every single one, he says, this is not classified.
	He tells us that.
	The witness has their counsel there, their lawyer there.
	They don't need Adam Schiff being chairman and lawyer.
	But that's in effect what happened today, and he would not let the witness, and look, The Democrats run out here and say, oh, the Republicans are trying to figure out who the whistleblower is.
	We're trying to figure out who a witness Liz is.
	The resolution that the Speaker has just filed, at some point she points this out in the resolution.
	This is going to go to the Judiciary Committee, if in fact they push it there.
	There will be witnesses called.
	We'd like to figure out who those witnesses should be so the American people can get the facts, get the truth, and we know who these individuals are.
	So it seems interesting to me.
	That chairmanship is so sensitive.
	Alright, in the interest of time, because we're going to run out of program here, let's cut this off here.
	And I'm going to give you what's coming up.
	But again, you heard her say this is not an impeachment resolution.
	It's a resolution, but it's not impeachment.
	Because the impeachment is an inquiry.
	And we're going to, we don't have any rules for that, so we're going to have a resolution to give us some rules for an inquiry.
	Right?
	And so that's what's going to be coming tomorrow.
	Now she says it's going to ensure transparency.
	It's going to provide a clear path forward.
	Well, I think it's pretty clear what these people are doing.
	Let's take a look at this resolution.
	And courtesy of Conservative Treehouse, it goes through this in a great deal of detail.
	The House impeachment resolution blocks President Trump's lawyers from participating until the whole thing is finished and they hand it off to the Judiciary Committee To do the formal impeachment.
	So the president is still blocked from doing this, right?
	It's going to be a public spectacle.
	It's a pageant!
	Just like the Wag the Dog stuff.
	It is a pageant!
	It's a Democrat-controlled pageant.
	It's orchestrated.
	And here's the summary of this by the conservative treehouse.
	The executive branch will not be permitted to participate in the hearing.
	President Trump's lawyers will not be permitted to do any questioning of witnesses in the open hearing.
	Ranking member Nunes, Devin Nunes of the House Intelligence Committee, may have subpoena power subject to pre-approval by Adam Schiff, who's the chairman.
	But he's got to make his requests in writing to Schiff, and Schiff is not mandated to approve those requests.
	See how this works?
	And then, it's not only the subpoenas, but it's also even requesting witnesses.
	You want to call a witness, Devin Nunes?
	Even though you are the ranking minority member?
	Well, you're going to have to ask the chairman, Schiff, if you can call a witness, and you have to do that in writing, and he doesn't have to grant that to you at all.
	He can say no.
	Then we take a look at how this dog and pony show is going to work.
	Schiff and Nunes, the chairman and the ranking member, will have 90 minutes to question witnesses before the committee.
	And then all the rest of the committee members, and remember this is an assembly that is being put together of three committees.
	They're bringing three committees together here.
	So it's going to be a lot of people.
	And each of them will also have five minutes.
	Oh, we can generate a lot of air time, can't we, with that?
	And the chairman, as part of his 90 minutes, Can allow legal staff to question witnesses.
	So this is going to be a legal deposition here of these people.
	And the chair is authorized to make all these depositions public.
	That way Adam Schiff can't be accused of being a leaker.
	Because he's already given himself authorization in advance to leak everything out to everybody, right?
	And on completion of the hearing, Adam Schiff will write a report to the judiciary, that'll be his co-conspirator Nadler, to instruct him about the findings.
	And he can dissent from any minority opinion therein.
	So he can completely ignore it.
	How does that work out for you?
	Well, it works out for them.
	Because, you know, again, they are going to straddle this.
	It's not impeachment, it's an inquiry.
	It's not an impeachment resolution, it's a resolution.
	We're going to get some rules here, because we haven't had any rules.
	You know, the one person who is pulling this back has said, Steny Hoyer, says he's not going to commit to a floor vote on impeachment proceedings.
	He's a little bit more level-headed than Nancy Pelosi.
	She's had a lot of pressure from the sisterhood of traveling burkas.
	the quad squad to do this and from the radical left.
	Steny Hoyer is a little bit more in tune as to how this is going to damage the Democrats.
	And you know, it'll be kind of interesting to see how this goes forward.
	But as Roger Stone has pointed out, the Senate could impeach President Trump because only seven senators have ruled it out.
	Only seven senators have said there's nothing here.
	How could they not rule this out?
	I mean, President Trump declassified the phone call, and he declassified the complaint, and you could see that the complaint was hearsay.
	You could see that the complaint, even in its timeline, undermined their whole basis of their complaint.
	That President Trump was twisting arms to make this happen.
	They'd already started it.
	And as Rand Paul geniusly pointed out, why do we do foreign policy anyway without quid pro quo?
	I thought all of our foreign aid had a quid pro quo in it.
