	Today we're going to look at something that CNN obviously does not want you to see.
	They had an LGBT town hall yesterday.
	I think it was in California because you had all the, pretty sure it was, all the Democrats were there in California getting loads of cash.
	From Hollywood producers and talent agencies and so forth.
	Most of them having multiple fundraisers there.
	And of course, also kowtowing to the religion of Hollywood, which is the LGBT religion.
	And that's what the town hall was all about.
	The interesting thing is, is that CNN has absolutely no information about this on their website today.
	They've completely put the kibosh on this.
	No articles, no video clips, nothing.
	Now, a lot of other people are talking about it, and we're going to show you why CNN doesn't want to talk about this coming up in the broadcast.
	But we also have something else I think is going to be very interesting for you.
	We had a couple of Russian comedians who pwned Lindsey Graham and released the recordings, I think it was back in July.
	June or July.
	At the time, Lockheed Lindsey was trying to get them to buy F-35 jets from Lockheed Martin.
	And trying to keep them from buying S-400 anti-aircraft missiles from the Russians.
	And so Lindsey Graham said all kinds of interesting things.
	Now the interesting thing to me about it was that the headline on Politico was, Lindsey Graham dishes on President Trump.
	He didn't say anything negative about President Trump.
	He kept saying, you know, I want to make sure that you guys are treated well.
	We want to make sure that, you know, if you guys don't buy stuff from the Russians and you buy it from our military-industrial complex, we can have a free trade zone there.
	And we don't need to do any sanctions or any of that kind of stuff.
	We don't need to punish you.
	But, you know, I can't really promise what will happen if you guys don't buy our stuff from my corporate sponsor.
	And of course they didn't in August and so here we are in October and Lindsey Graham has, you know, gone full on against Turkey, our NATO ally.
	Now when he was talking to them saying, you know, reminding them that we're all NATO allies, we're all in this together.
	He said some very, very interesting things.
	What he did was he dished dirt on the Kurds!
	The Kurds!
	The people who are the linchpin of our national security now.
	According to Fox News, Military-Industrial Complex, Lindsey Graham, the GOP, the Democrats, everybody say, we can't survive without the Kurds!
	And yesterday I spent a lot of time talking about who are these Kurds?
	Well, you got four basic groups there.
	Three of them are hardcore Marxist-Leninists, the ones inside Turkey.
	And the ones inside Syria and then the ones inside Iraq are old-style Soviet Marxist-Leninist.
	I mean, they're hangovers from when the Soviet Union was in the Middle East right after World War II.
	I mean, they've got a Politburo, the whole thing.
	I mean, they're hardcore Soviets.
	And then the fourth group Our State Department has said, well, they're not really a political group, they're just organized crime.
	This is the beloved Kurds that we have to look at.
	Now, Lindsey was telling the truth about it back in June or July when this prank phone call was made.
	So we've got some clips from that that I think you're going to find very interesting.
	We also have some clips from President Trump.
	He was in Minneapolis yesterday and he had some interesting things to say.
	About Joe Biden, and he used some very colorful language.
	And then after the event was over, the left showed their true colors, violently attacking Trump supporters as they left that event.
	So we've got a lot of information coming up.

	Today, as I said, we're going to cover the CNN Town Hall held in, of course, California, Hollywood fundraiser.
	But of course they don't really want to talk about it at CNN and we're going to show you why they don't want to talk about it.
	We also have a secret recording of Lindsey Graham that's now been released by a couple of Russian comedians who hoaxed him into thinking that he was talking to a Turkish government official.
	And the stuff that Lindsey Graham had to say a couple of months ago is polar opposite of what he is saying today.
	And it kind of shows him for what he is.
	Nothing but a salesman, a shill for the military-industrial complex.
	Specifically, Lockheed Martin.
	Who, by the way, is his largest individual contributor.
	Lockheed Martin over the last five years.
	That's why we should call him Lockheed Lindsey.
	I think that's going to be my name for him from here on out.
	Lockheed Lindsey.

	And then of course President Trump was at a Minneapolis meeting yesterday.
	We have clips about that.
	A very colorful language about Joe Biden.
	Very accurate as well.
	But putting it out there is only President Trump can do.
	So we've got some clips about that.
	But I want to begin with what has happened with the oil tanker.
	Listen to this headline.
	This is typical of what we've seen across many different news outlets.
	This headline from The Sun out of the UK.
	Iran oil tanker hit by two missiles.
	In a terror attack near a Saudi Arabia port.
	Now, I want you to think about this.
	It wasn't that long ago.
	Maybe, you know, the news cycle moves on, doesn't it?
	You know, everybody talks about one particular news event incessantly for two or three days, and then within a couple of weeks it's completely forgotten.
	But do you remember it wasn't that long ago that we had, as the Japanese Prime Minister was meeting with Iran, trying to broker a de-escalation of tensions there, Uh, and you know, sent there by President Trump, who wanted him to broach that.
	As the Japanese Prime Minister is meeting with the Iranian government officials, there was a Japanese tanker that was attacked.
	Remember that?
	Now, it was hit by two missiles.
	Unfortunately for Pompeo, it wouldn't make any sense if they said that the Iranians attacked the Japanese freighter as the Japanese Prime Minister was meeting with the Iranians, right?
	So that wasn't going to work.
	So what they had to do in order to blame it on Iran was to say that it was a couple of landmines.
	And of course the landmines, oh, those are Iranian landmines, of course.
	Problem is, is that the people on the Japanese tanker said they saw these things flying in, and that they hit well above the waterline.
	So it wasn't a mine, it was a couple of missiles that hit.
	But if you remember, Mike Pompeo and the military-industrial complex's narrative was that this was a mine and therefore it was a state action.
	And now we look at this and we see two missiles, and this is called a terror attack.
	No state involved.
	Of course, if it's missiles, this is terrorism now?
	Maybe like 9-11 and the missile that hit the Pentagon?
	Not a plane?
	I don't know.
	Yeah, it is possible to use rockets and missiles, but an Iranian oil tanker was hit by two rockets in a suspected terrorist attack.
	So missiles don't spell any kind of state involvement and there's no state mentioned.
	It's not Saudis.
	It's right off their coast of Saudi Arabia.
	So it's not the Saudis are not involved taking recriminations against forces because they believe that the Iranians had something to do with the explosion with their Oil refineries?
	Well, we can't say that it's the Saudis, we can't say it's the U.S., can't even say it's Israel.
	It's just, you know, terrorism with missiles.
	And of course it was grounds for war when Pompeo said that it was Iranian mines.
	And then you go a little bit further into this story, and you see the highlighted article about a Turkey invasion killing babies.
	I mean, we are back to Gulf War One now.
	Listen to this.
	A baby is among three killed in Kurd shelling as Turk jets, quote, strafe human shields.
	Think about this.
	The first Gulf War, Saddam Hussein, he had his human shields.
	They really were human shields.
	You know, he picked the little kid and put him on his lap and said, yeah, you don't want anything to happen to these people, do you?
	Better leave me alone.
	And so that phrase, human shields, which was accurate at that time, Now being resurrected in this rhetoric to push war, to criticize President Trump for a tiny, minor change in Syria.
	I wish it was a full-on pullout.
	But it's not.
	I mean, let's not make more of it than it really is.
	President Trump is upping the rhetoric in terms of criticizing military-industrial complex, but unfortunately it's not that big a deal.
	Not nearly as big a deal as they're making out of it.
	But also using the idea that babies are being killed.
	Remember the babies and incubators narrative that goaded us into the first Gulf War against Iraq?
	You know, the second one was all about weapons of mass destruction.
	Well, those didn't exist.
	The babies and the incubators being taken off of life support by those horrible Iraqis, that didn't happen either.
	And so now we're back to the same kind of rhetoric Remember, the first casualty in war is the truth.
	The truth.
	Now, what is happening with the Iranian oil taker?
	It is now on fire, suffered heavy damage, leaking oil into the Red Sea, about 60 miles from Jeddah.
	One member of the US Special Forces Says that I am ashamed for the first time in my career.
	I looked at that headline and I thought, for the first time in your career you're ashamed?
	You weren't ashamed of the government after what happened in Benghazi?
	It wasn't that long ago.
	Presumably this guy was still in the military.
	You weren't ashamed about the fact that we were arming and training ISIS?
	We had John McCain posing with these people.
	It was widely reported.
	We got documentary proof of it.
	We now have proof that Hillary Clinton knew what arms were being sent to them.
	He wasn't ashamed of the fact that he was even in Syria?
	I mean, as a member of the armed forces?
	Didn't this guy who is now ashamed of being in the U.S.
	Special Forces, ashamed for the first time in his career, didn't he take an oath to the Constitution?
	Doesn't the Constitution say that there will be a declaration of war?
	That we will debate this?
	And one of the reasons is because we want to know when we're going to be finished, right?
	What is the objective of the war?
	Is it justified for us to be there?
	Is it a threat to us?
	Or are we playing some kind of assassination game for the military-industrial complex?
	In other words, are you acting as a soldier of the United States or a hired mercenary of Lindsey Graham and Lockheed Martin?
	That's what you should be ashamed of.
	How did you even get into Syria?
	Why are you even there?
	You don't have the authority to be there.
	It's absolutely amazing to me.
	And then we got Lindsey Graham, as Reason Magazine is pointing out.
	Saying, President Trump is repeating the mistakes of, quote, an Obama libertarian foreign policy.
	It's like, wait a minute!
	Reason Magazine says, WTF?
	Obama libertarian policy?
	How in the world did that happen?
	The Obama libertarian foreign policy does not make America safe, said Graham in a tweet.
	No matter what President Trump is saying about his decision, it is exactly what President Obama did with Iraq.
	Okay.
	New York Times has reported that we're going to be pulling back a whole 150 military personnel out of northern Syria.
	State Department has claimed that it's only 26.
	That's why I say I wish it was a pullout.
	It's not, unfortunately.
	And so, is this really... I mean, we talk about Obama, the guy who has been at war, the first president who's been at war for the entire eight years, who said he's really good at killing, who did extrajudicial killing of American citizens with his drone assassination program that John Brennan called it a disposition matrix.
	Seriously?
	He's a libertarian?
	Yep.
	The number of troops in Afghanistan from 30,000 to 100,000 in the first few years of his administration?
	Lindsey Graham has come unhinged and we've got clips from him in the next segment.

	You know, Obama, to go through a little summary that was put out there by Reason, they took something of an exception to Lindsey Graham tweeting out, President Trump is making all the same mistakes as the Obama libertarian policy in the Middle East.
	And so Reason was triggered by that.
	They said, Graham's criticism treats Trump's reallocation of a handful of troops.
	Remember, New York Times says it's 150.
	The State Department says it's only 26.
	How'd they even get there, by the way?
	I mean, didn't we have this conversation back during the Obama administration when you had Leon Panetta as Secretary of Defense?
	I refer to this many times.
	Lindsey Graham was a senator.
	You're not going to put troops in Syria without talking to us first, are you?
	Well, Senator, we'll talk to our allies in NATO and the UN.
	Our allies in NATO?
	That would include Turkey, by the way.
	We'll talk to our allies in NATO and the UN, and we'll tell you what we decide, probably.
	What?
	I can't believe that.
	You were a congressman once.
	You know what the Constitution says.
	You're supposed to have a debate and a vote and all this kind of stuff before you put troops in another country in Syria.
	Well, like I said, you know, we will talk to our allies and stakeholders and we'll let you know maybe, you know, what we're going to do.
	I mean, that was the arrogance of Leon Panetta, the Secretary of Defense of Barack Obama.
	And yet Lindsey Graham thinks they were too libertarian.
	So, as I go through the litany of things that Barack Obama did that we would not really consider to be libertarian, right?
	Where you don't have endless undeclared wars.
	Instead, you only fight when you're attacked.
	You fight to win and then you stop.
	That's my understanding of the libertarian concept of war.
	You know, it used to be before they took it out, the current crop of people who have the Libertarian Party now, not libertarian in my opinion, these have what they call the non-aggression principle.
	That applied to individuals as well as to states, and it began by saying we oppose the initiation of force to achieve social or political goals.
	Well, they took that out, right?
	But when you talk about we oppose the initiation of force, that doesn't mean that we will not respond with force if you initiate it against us.
	We reserve the right of self-defense.
	That's what all that don't tread on me stuff was about.
	Remember that?
	From 1776?
	Don't tread on me.
	You may think that I'm just a snake, but I can bite.
	But anyway, let's go back to, is Obama really a libertarian?
	Well, libertarians say, we're still, as Lindsey Graham's claimed, that President Barack Obama's foreign policy was libertarian.
	In fact, Obama upped the number of U.S.
	troops in Afghanistan from 30,000 to 100,000 in the first years of his administration.
	He also launched a NATO air war.
	A NATO air war.
	Remember?
	Turkey's in NATO.
	The Kurds aren't.
	Anyway, a NATO air war in Libya, despite having no congressional authority to do so.
	Obama was also an ardent drone warrior.
	He launched, according to the Bureau of Investigative Journalism, ten times as many drone strikes as his predecessor, and a few of those targeted U.S.
	citizens who had not had a trial.
	They had not been charged.
	They had not been found guilty.
	These were what we call extrajudicial killings.
	It means that you do it outside of the judicial system.
	There's no due process, in other words.
	Kind of like the political assassination that's being directed at President Trump right now.
	There is no due process.
	No judicial process.
	Those were called, relabeled, not drone strikes, as Obama was reported to have said.
	Turns out I'm really good at killing that Libertarian president.
	But he's just... When you look at somebody who says, I'm really good at killing, And he kills people who are American citizens, technically.
	I mean, you know, they... Look, I mean, the Democrats want to extend citizenship to people who weren't born here.
	Don't call them dreamers.
	DACA recipients.
	They weren't even born here.
	They weren't anchor babies.
	Obama, however, killed an anchor baby that was born here.
	Without any due process.
	And he had John Brennan say, well, these aren't drone assassinations, they are a disposition matrix.
	That's the way these guys operate.
	They went on to say, in reason the Obama administration also provided weapons and logistical support to Saudi Arabia's war effort in Yemen.
	Reason is not going to tell you that the Obama administration provided weapons, logistical support, training and money to ISIS, which actually they did.
	But anyway, we know that there's no question that they did it in Yemen, helping to contribute to one of the worst humanitarian crises in the world.
	And while he campaigned against the Iraq War, Obama was slow to wind down our presence in that country too.
	Most U.S.
	troops did not leave the country until 2011.
	When ISIS first started capturing cities in Iraq, Obama quickly redeployed troops to the country to fight the terror group.
	So this is the guy that Lindsey Graham thinks is too libertarian.
	Because Lindsey Graham just can't sell war enough.
	He is the very embodiment of the term warmonger.
	Somebody who sells war.
	Fort Lockheed Martin, for example.
	And so let's begin with Lockheed Lindsey's call.
	Politico has an article.
	And listen to this lying headline.
	Lindsey Graham dishes on Trump in hoax calls with Russians.
	Now, I listened to the two clips.
	I didn't hear anything.
	Where he said anything at all negative about President Trump.
	And then I read the article and there was nothing in the article about anything negative about President Trump.
	So, how did Lindsey Graham dish on President Trump?
	Well, actually he didn't, but Politico is so incredibly biased that they use this to, they use, they want a side with Graham because Graham is now angry with Trump.
	And Lindsey Graham was not dishing with Trump.
	These hoax phone calls with these Russian hosts, these comedians, who do prank calls to government officials, tell them that they're with another government.
	In this particular case, they called up and said, we're with the Turkish government.
	What Lindsey Graham did was a 180 in just a couple of months.
	He was all on President Trump's side and he was going to try to get a free trade agreement for the Turks if they would only buy the F-35s that were being sold by Lindsey's biggest sponsor, Lockheed Martin, his number one individual contributor.
	And so Lockheed Lindsey, let's play the first clip here.
	Video clip number 12, where he's talking about, please buy my F-35s.
	Here's Lindsey.
	Yeah, and the F-35 program, if we can get that back to where it was, that's $10 billion for Turkey.
	It's good for the relationship.
	Yeah, I'll give you $10 billion if you buy some F-35s.
	What can I tell to my president?
	Well, here's what I think we should do.
	Let me call the president back this afternoon.
	I'll call you tomorrow and here's what I think we should do.
	We should have a call between the two presidents.
	Okay, I hope that we can arrange a good conversation between our presidents.
	Yes, and I think that the conversation should be, I can tell, you can tell President Erdogan that I spent the whole weekend with him, that the president does not want to sanction Turkey.
	He thinks that's crazy.
	I personally think it's crazy.
	We need to find a way around that and we need to Change the conversation from one of conflict to one of cooperation.
	And the president is very willing to try to get you back in the F-35 program.
	He is very willing to start a free trader negotiation.
	All right, so you understand.
	Let's just kind of put this in context.
	You know, Henry Kissinger said, we don't have anything like... Well, I'll tell you when to come back.
	My phone has been ringing off the hook.
	Constitutional lawyers, national talk show hosts, prominent guests I've had on over the years.
	And they're all saying, Alex, it's incredible.
	You've been obsessing on China since you got on air 20-something years ago, and now it's all coming true.
	How did you know it?
	Because the Council on Foreign Relations is the shadow government, and they admitted the plan to transfer all power to Communist China.
	And almost everyone calling me says, yeah, and they banned you because you were saying all that and how Silicon Valley, Google and Apple moved over there and it's incredible and wow, you're vindicated.
	You're going to get back on the air now, aren't you?
	And no, if we don't defeat this takeover, you're all going to be taken off.
	In fact, you're all going to end up getting put in prison camps.
	They're making their move.

	They're coming for your kids.
	They're coming for your right to religion.

	China was already running the United States.

	So, yes, they're coming for your guns.
	All of them.
	Yes, they're coming for your children.

	But he says, you know, hey, look, we've got to protect you guys from these YPG Kurds.
	Now they have the PKK, are the Kurds that are inside of Turkey, and they are Marxist-Leninist as well.
	The YPG guys are as well, but they're the ones in Syria, the ones that Turkey is attacking now.
	And Lindsey Graham said, we've got to protect you against these Kurds.
	And all these people now saying, how is anybody going to trust us when we betray our allies, when we tell them one thing one day and another thing another day?
	I just don't understand how that's going to work.
	I mean, we've never done that before.
	We did that to the Kurds now, according to Fox News and Lindsey Graham and CNN and Politico and so forth.

	As much as you heard him say how much he loved Turkey, how Turkey's so valuable to him, if they'll buy his F-35s, hell hath no fury like a Lindsey scorned.

	We talked about, and just said it over and over again, how much he hated having to write these letters to families when the soldiers were killed in these Mideast wars.

	And yet, all of these people who say that we have to be there forever as President Trump.
	He says, hey, my friend Lindsey Graham, if he had his way, we'd be there forever and we'd have hundreds of thousands of troops everywhere.
	And he's absolutely right.

	And yet, what is happening at the border?

	And then immediately, within just a couple of days, you have the Secretary of Defense say, you know, I just looked at this and it's actually going to cost us more money.
	And so we're just going to have to shut that down.
	When has that ever been a concern for the Pentagon that something is too expensive?
	I mean, this is the Pentagon who, in the last two military budgets from President Trump, got an increase each year.
	The increase, just the increase, is higher than the entire budget of Russia.
	And we can't protect our border.
	We got the Border Patrol is going to install invisible shields at the wall to stop drug smuggling drones.
	Well, good luck with that.
	Everything that they do is very complicated, very expensive.
	Why don't you just put some soldiers on the border with concertina wire and with tear gas?

	I have the utmost respect for John.
	He is a whistleblower.
	He went to prison to expose the criminal, unconstitutional, and immoral torture program of the CIA.
	The torture program that was covered up by Gina Haspel.
	She destroyed the videotapes.
	And then she was promoted by President Trump.
	To be the head of the CIA at this moment, but John Kiriakou went to jail.
	None of the people who did any of the criminal, immoral, unconstitutional torturing went to jail.
	None of them were punished, but John Kiriakou did go to jail.
	And he has said that he would do it again.
	It was difficult for him in jail, but he would do it again because it was the right thing to do.
	And as I said, In the last couple of segments, as President Trump criticizes the lies that got us into the last Iraq war about weapons of mass destruction, those lies were produced by his current CIA head, Gina Haspel.
	They were the product of that immoral, illegal, unconstitutional torture that John Kiriakou blew the whistle on and went to jail for.
	Even civil lawsuits against the psychologists that were paid millions of dollars to train the CIA.
	How to torture people.
	Even those lawsuits were shut down.
	Nobody was punished.
	Nobody even lost any money that got rich off of this.
	It didn't hurt anybody's career.
	Except for John Kiriakou, who went to prison.
	Now, he was on with Tucker Carlson yesterday.
	And President Trump retweeted what A little bit of what was said.
	President Trump retweeted and quoted John Kiriakou and Tucker Carlson.
	Donald Trump said, I don't think, quote, I don't think it's a whistleblower at all.
	I think this is an anonymous source of the Democratic staff in the House of Representatives.
	This is an insult to real whistleblowers.
	Actual whistleblowers go on to have their whole lives upended.
	That's what John Kiriakou said, and it's true.
	That's what he said on Tucker Carlson.
	And President Trump tweeted that out.
	I'm going to play you the full clip here.
	But John Kiriakou tweeted that out.
	He says, thank you, President Trump.
	Now please pardon me.
	He's already served his time in jail.
	But he would like to get his record cleared, just as President Trump pardoned Christian Saussure, the sailor who took a picture of his bunk inside a sub before he retired.
	And then they said, well, that was born classified as confidential, the lowest level.
	And so we're going to send you to jail.
	James Comey sent him to jail right after he said, well, you know, Hillary Clinton, she committed multiple felonies, but it's not our best interest to do anything about that.
	But he sent the sailor.
	Now, the sailor served his time.
	Afterwards, President Trump pardoned him and that makes a big difference in people's lives because it does have a lot of real-life consequences to have a criminal record.
	And so it's a good thing that President Trump erased that criminal record from Christian Saucere.
	He needs to do it for John Kiriakou.
	As a matter of fact, if he needs some help in Washington, He couldn't get a better person who knows what's going on with the CIA than John Kiriakou.
	President Trump, you not only need to pardon John Kiriakou, you need to put him there to watch your back in Washington.
	But let's play that clip with John Kiriakou and Tucker Carlson.
	One exception to the rule is John Kirikou, who is a CIA whistleblower.
	He blew the whistle on the agency's covert torture programs and was profoundly punished for it.
	So we thought we'd have him on tonight to assess this new whistleblower.

	How do you assess this whistleblower, who everyone loves?
	I don't think this is a whistleblower.
	Not at all.
	I think this is an anonymous source for the Democratic staff in the House of Representatives.
	So that sounds very different from a whistleblower.
	What is a whistleblower?
	How is a whistleblower distinct from whoever this person is?
	A whistleblower is someone who brings to light any evidence of waste, fraud, abuse, illegality, or threats to the public health or public safety.
	And they do this almost always with a great personal cost attached to it.
	Now, this so-called whistleblower at the CIA is someone who is acting anonymously.
	And remember, this person is not an undercover CIA operative.
	By all accounts, this is an analyst who is not undercover.
	Well, you can't hide this person's name, identity, just to save him from embarrassment or trouble of being recognized or something like that.
	It's just not appropriate.
	If this is a whistleblower, he needs to come forward in public, testify in open session, and blow that whistle.
	What's interesting is that he comes out and makes these allegations and then the White House immediately releases the transcript.
	Right.
	So it's kind of end of story.
	In your case, you made allegations that were true, it turned out.
	Yes.
	And you still went to prison for saying it.
	I did.
	I went to prison for 23 months.
	And you know, the same people that attacked me are attacking the President.
	Robert Mueller set up the John Kiriakou Task Force at the FBI.
	John Brennan petitioned Attorney General Holder to charge me with five felonies, including three counts of espionage, all of which were dismissed.
	And ironically, it was Peter Strzok who put the cuffs on me in 2012.
	Wait a second.
	So you told the truth about what a federal agency was doing without the knowledge or consent of Congress.
	That's right.
	Outside the Democratic channels.
	Yes.
	Right?
	Undermining democracy, they would say now.
	And MSNBC and CNN did not come to your defense.
	Actually, only Fox came to my defense.
	You know, that's something you and I have never talked about.
	But MSNBC... I didn't even know this.
	Yeah, MSNBC never called me a whistleblower.
	They called me CIA leaker John Kiriakou.
	And then CNN, after a year pending trial, going through the whole case, after a year they decided to call me a whistleblower.
	It's tough being a whistleblower.
	You know, political lines are drawn.
	And that's really where these things usually turn.
	We're seeing the Democrats trying to do the same thing right now with this CIA officer.
	They're telling us, they're imposing upon us, their notion that this person is a whistleblower, and he simply is not.
	I don't think there's any chance this person is going to do almost two years in prison.
	Not a chance.
	You know, even his attorney, Mark Zaid, is one of these CIA insiders.
	He's attached at the hip with the CIA.
	He's represented dozens of CIA people.
	He has a CIA security clearance.
	If you are represented by Mark Zaid and you're claiming to be a whistleblower, you are not.
	You're one of the only people I can think of who could give us this perspective on the whistleblower story, and I really am grateful that you came.

	Oh yeah, it would be MSNBC and the CIA News Network, CNN.
	What a surprise that it is always coming back to these people.

	We now have, at admission, By James Clapper that Obama ordered the initial witch hunt, the initial coup to try to overthrow President Trump.
	And we've got Nancy Pelosi saying that she's going to divert money from Social Security to cover these impeachment costs.
	And when she was questioned about this by an independent journalist, Jay Garrick, she spoke to Pelosi's office and they said, well, most of Trump's voters and supporters are retired seniors.
	So I think it's fitting that we ask them to pay to fix the mistake that they made.

	Hollywood elites are opening up their wallets for the Democrat presidential candidates, including Joe Biden, ahead of last night's CNN town hall in L.A.
	focusing on LGBT issues.
	And again, we're going to cover this as soon as I finish these couple of articles here.
	We're going to get into what CNN is hiding from that town hall.
	Why they didn't want you to see that.
	But of course, Hollywood is LGBT.
	It's LGBTV is what it's become.
	Everything coming out of Hollywood, it seems like, anymore.
	Except for the Clint Eastwood movies.
	The one about Richard Jewell is one I want to see.
	But the rest of the stuff, it's all virtue signaling to that agenda.

	And so you got Joe Biden has two Hollywood fundraisers last night as they were doing their LGBT town hall.
	One of them was with a former HBO executive.
	The other one was with Paramount Pictures chairman and CEO.
	And the town hall from CNN was called Equality in America.
	Well, no, actually, the LGBT is not looking for equality.
	They're looking for superiority.
	They're looking for privilege.
	They're looking for worship.
	They don't want toleration.
	They demand celebration.
	And the whole reason that they keep talking about equality is because there is the Equality Act that Nancy Pelosi and the Democrats have in Congress that would basically shut down religious freedom.
	And that's a lot of what they talked about yesterday.
	They don't want you to see that until after they get elected.
	That's why CNN has a town hall.
	But they just want to keep it amongst friends.
	They don't really want to put the information out there for everybody else.
	But we've got the information.
	We're going to show that to you.
	So they had nine Democrat presidential candidates.
	Joe Biden has two fundraisers.
	And you've got Kamala Harris with a fundraiser in Hollywood.
	Booty Gay had two fundraisers.
	One at the Belasco Theatre in downtown L.A.
	He attended a separate L.A.
	fundraiser two days earlier.
	With the former agent Michael Keyes, I think is the way to pronounce his name.
	It's the agency is CAA.
	That stands for Creative Artists Agency.
	It is the dominant agency in Hollywood.
	They've got 3,400 clients and not just quantity, but big names, quality names.
	People who are there because this is being thrown by the preeminent It's going to get you your jobs.
	You want to work in this town again?
	Well, you kowtow to the LGBT lobby, and you kowtow to this agency.
	So people that were there for Booty Gay were people like Leonardo DiCaprio, Glenn Close, Ashton Kushner, Paris Hilton, so forth.
	Everybody who's anybody is going to go there.
	Other Democrat presidential hopefuls were also in Hollywood, also holding fundraisers because, you know, that's where a lot of the money is.
	And as this is happening, Biden is appealing to Facebook, shut down President Trump's commercials.
	And as Zero Hedge put it, Facebook tells Biden's propaganda campaign that it won't remove other propaganda from the platform.
	And that's really what is happening there.
	I've got one more thing to say about this, and I'll say it when we come back.
	I'll tell you why President Trump really needs to focus more on Elizabeth Warren than he does on Biden.
	Not just because she's a frontrunner.

	I just played for you some of President Trump's comments about Joe Biden, saying, how did Hunter get these jobs?
	He doesn't know anything about gas.
	He doesn't know anything about biometric surveillance.
	I mean, he didn't mention that, but that's what Hunter Biden was selling the Chinese to make so much money.
	And he said, Joe Biden doesn't know anything either.
	He just got his job because he kissed up to Barack Obama.
	And then as the rally in Minneapolis was ending, Breitbart reports riot police stood by as members of Antifa were seen dragging steel fences away from the Target Center where they had the rally and reporter Elijah Schaefer Uh, tweeted out what was happening.
	Actually, he and the person he was with were maced by these people as well.
	But this is what he had to say in the tweets.
	He said, Trump supporters, Elijah Schaefer, Trump supporters are literally fleeing the event.
	After it ended, as protesters were waiting around, attacking attendees after they left the arena.
	It's not safe in Minneapolis any longer for Trump supporters.
	Please stay away from the vicinity.
	Do not come out with any branded gear.
	In other words, nothing that says Trump, nothing that says MAGA, because then it is fair game for you to be attacked violently by these people.
	That's okay for them.
	Left-wing protesters, he said, are destroying barricades.
	A protester can be seen waving the Chinese flag.
	In front of riot police?
	While people in Hong Kong wave American flags for freedom, we wave Chinese flags.
	Well, no, actually we don't, but anti-van Democrats do.
	Elijah Schaffer went on to say anti-Trump protesters in Minnesota stole about 40 hats off the heads of Trump supporters, then lit them on fire at the Trump rally.
	My producer and I were bear-maced in the face while reporting on the quickly dilapidating situation outside the Minnesota Trump rally.
	Arrests have been made.
	Antifa is present.
	Violence is commonplace at this point.
	Typical end-of-the-night anarchy.
	And then you had a local reporter for the Minneapolis Star Tribune, Liz Sawyer, said still several hundred protesters spread out between two groups on First Avenue.
	Some keep chasing Trump supporters away saying, we don't want you here.
	Others have turned their attention to the police.
	Now they take on the police there.
	Protesters completely surround a group of Trump supporters, she said, in one particular incident.
	And then another bystander, who was not even a Trump supporter, He said he was just walking through the area.
	They assumed that he was a Trump supporter, I guess because he didn't have a mask and a black hoodie on, right?
	So, you know, you wear those gang colors.
	Or you must be with Trump if you're just a normal person.
	So, Callie Finch said, in this riot of anti-Trump, I was just trying to get through with my brother.
	I've never been called a racist so many times, let alone ever.
	Well, that's the standard epithet, right?
	You're racist.
	You're just a racist.
	I don't like you, so you're racist.
	They don't know this person at all.
	I've never been shoved for just walking through.
	They thought I was a Trump supporter.
	I don't have opinions on Trump.
	But this was whack.

	Well, maybe you should have an opinion about Trump and about Antifa.
	Maybe you ought to wake up to what is happening around you.
	Because it's very easy for these people to get the upper hand.
	And as I said, President Trump is focusing on Joe Biden.

	President Trump, you need to be focusing on Elizabeth Warren.
	Biden is yesterday's news, quite frankly.
	Elizabeth Warren is the most dangerous candidate for president ever.

	They said, unlike Senator Bernie Sanders and Eugene Debs, do you guys remember who Eugene Debs was?

	But she is a greater threat than Debs ever was, because she has a chance.
	In five runs for the White House, Eugene Debs never got more than 6% of the popular vote, running as a professed socialist.
	Warren, however, now leads all Democrats in the Real Clear Politics average of polls, having passed the fading Joe Biden for the top spot.
	And whether it's opinion polls or whether it is money, Biden is history, folks.
	He is history.
	Though Sanders has the socialist history and the credentials, Warren, not so long ago a Republican, is more closely aligned to Marxism than is the Vermont Senator, Bernie Sanders.
	For example, Take a look at some of the things that she's proposed.
	Her Accountable Capitalism Act.
	Under this law, companies with more than a billion dollars in annual revenue would have to, quote, obtain a federal charter from the newly formed Office of U.S.
	Corporations within the Department of Commerce.
	This Washington-issued permission slip would, quote, obligate company directors to consider the interests of all corporate stakeholders, including employees, customers, and the communities in which the company operates.
	What she really wants, says Reasons Scott Shackford, is to put the federal government in a position of evaluating and approving how companies grow.
	She would substitute the decisions of people who run businesses with the prejudices and the preferences of people who think like she does.
	Let's understand that she's talking about Absolute control over corporations.
	Oh, it's just for the really big guys.

	Well, how did the income tax start out?
	It started out as a 1% tax on the 1%.
	It was only on income, and then they made it about wages during World War II, and they kept it on wages.

	And now who pays the taxes?

	Just take a look at what's going on with social media.
	They are not regulated.
	They regulate us.
	They own these politicians.
	It's going to be used as an excuse to shut down anybody who wants to have a business or have independence.
	And then we have other things that she's proposed.
	Elizabeth Warren would gleefully kill the health insurance industry.
	There'll be the loss of another 1.3 million jobs due to the $15 an hour minimum wage, the elimination of 5 million more jobs through the Green New Deal, and then there's her wealth tax.
	Again, oh, it's only going to be on the very wealthy.
	No, they will tax the wealth of everybody.
	I mean, it's the Democrats who always want to put in the death tax, which typically comes after farmers and small businesses who have to or are forced to liquidate everything in a fire sale when somebody in their family dies if they don't properly plan this.
	But you can't always escape it.
	So it's always the Democrats who want to confiscate wealth.
	It would impose, to start, a 2% annual tax on individuals with more than $50 million in wealth and a 3% tax on those worth more than a billion dollars, seizing more than $3 trillion in private property over a decade.
	She doesn't care that European nations that enacted wealth taxes repealed them.
	Nine of the 12 European nations have repealed them since 1990.
	Why?
	Because they're unworkable and a wealth tax encourages avoidance, evasion, and the flight of capital.
	And finally we come to her favorite creation so far.
	The Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
	And I've talked about this many times.
	The CFPB.
	It's responsible for the shutdown of more small and medium-sized banks than anything else that ever happened.
	Remember Madrudge every year?
	200, 300, 400 small banks folded this year.
	Why was that?
	It was because of the CFPB.
	It was set up, we were told, to protect consumers and yet what it did was it protected the biggest banks.
	Large corporations and those people who are already in business want to make sure that there are obstacles to their competition.
	And the easiest way for that to happen is to do something like the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau did.
	They loaded people up with such onerous requirements for doing regular loans that small and medium-sized banks were driven out of the market.
	They couldn't compete.
	Now, the big banks could.
	They could wait it out.
	And then, of course, you know, as their competitors are out of business, then they get those regulations taken off.
	She designed it.
	And she designed it to make sure that it wasn't accountable to anybody.
	And you notice that when the first head resigned, the number two person said, I'm in charge now.
	President Trump said, no, you're not.
	I'm going to appoint.
	No, no, I'm in charge.
	That's the way that Elizabeth Warren designed it.

	What's the response of these people?

	If they can't drag a wounded serviceman to safety, that's dead wrong, isn't it?

	You know, every single confession of faith will say things like, we affirm this and we deny that.
	They're not going to allow you to do that.

	It's not enough for them to say, well, that's not what I want to do, but if that's what you want to do in your home, fine.

	Toleration is not allowed either.
	You must bow down and celebrate.

	Beto O'Rourke had this to say at last night's CNN LGBT Town Hall.
	This is from your LGBTQ plan, and here's what you write.
	This is a quote.
	Freedom of religion is a fundamental right, but it should not be used to discriminate.
	Do you think religious institutions like colleges, churches, charities, should they lose their tax-exempt status if they oppose same-sex marriage?
	Yes.
	He's proud of that.
	I'm going to take your AR-15s.
	I'm going to take your First Amendment speech.
	No benefit, no tax break for anyone or any institution, any organization in America that denies the full human rights and the full civil rights of every single one of us.
	And so as president, we're going to make that a priority and we are going to stop those who are infringing upon the human rights of our fellow Americans.
	Yeah, and we know how that looks too, don't we?
	We know how it played out in the San Antonio Airport and then later on in New York and other places where the people said, well, Chick-fil-A gave money to the Salvation Army.
	The Salvation Army believes, their sincerely held Christian belief, is that marriage is between one man and one woman.
	Therefore, They are a hate organization.
	They've been labeled that by Southern Poverty Law Center, just as they labeled the Family Research Council a hate organization because they believe that marriage was between one man and one woman.
	They incited an individual to try to shoot and kill people at the Family Research Council.
	And of course, if you do not agree with them, they're going to cancel you.
	That's part of the cancel culture.
	That Beto O'Rourke and the audience there applauding him embrace.
	And so if Chick-fil-A, which doesn't have any policy on anything like that, but if they do give money to a Christian organization, again, a charity, and if that charity says, well, we believe in what the Bible says, oh no, you're not gonna do that.
	You're gonna believe in what the Democrats say.
	Or we're gonna make sure that you don't have the ability to have a business.
	We're gonna shut you down.
	That's what these people are all about.

	NBC News revealed Beto O'Rourke has not reached, or I should say Robert Francis O'Rourke, has not yet reached the polling requirement to participate in the MSNBC debate, as well as Julian Castro, who went across the border, brought people back, and then watched, I guess, as the Border Patrol then deported them.
	And Amy Klobuchar of Minnesota.
	They have not made the news.
	As a matter of fact, Beto O'Rourke... I'm sorry, I keep calling him Beto.
	He's Robert Francis O'Rourke, the Irishman who pretends he's Hispanic.
	Robert Francis O'Rourke is also facing a lot of questions about fundraising.
	His fellow candidates have boasted about big fundraising numbers for the third quarter, but O'Rourke doesn't want to talk about it.
	He says, I just don't want to say anything about that.

	I want to talk about the LGBT town hall last night and the visceral hatred of Christianity exhibited by the Democrats.
	As a Daily Caller's headline puts it, Democratic candidates speak out on Christian faith's compatibility with LGBT issues.
	That's a pretty good way to put it.
	I would say that what that really, that is really the way that they look at this.
	And it's not compatibility.
	But that does have the order correct.
	First of all, note the priority.
	The priority is we've got this LGBT belief system out there.
	They've got a lot of beliefs about gender, about marriage, about sex, about certain practices, and that comes first.
	And you must conform to what they affirm, and you must conform to what they deny.
	It is a confession of faith, as I said before.
	Every Christian creed, what does creed mean?
	It's Latin for what we believe, right?
	A credo, right?
	So you have a creed and it says, we affirm this, we deny this.
	Well, the LGBT religion has that as well.
	They have affirmations and denials and you better agree with them or they will shut you down.
	And so as we look at what these individuals are saying, Warren focuses, and we heard this a lot, well, I just want to focus on love.
	To which I would say, well, you know, the word love As C.S.
	Lewis pointed out, there's four different words that refer to love.
	I think the one that they're talking about is Eros.
	That's the love that they're talking about.
	But we've got actually more quotes than that.
	We've got Cory Booker slammed Christians.
	He said, Christians have used religion as justification for discrimination.
	What he means by that is racial discrimination.
	He said people use religion to discriminate against African-Americans.
	So for me, I can't allow as a leader that people are going to use religion as a justification for discrimination.
	Well, I mean, he hasn't really had too much to say about that.
	Joining a religion and politics called Islam, they have a lot to say about discrimination against different groups of people, especially against people just like these Democrats.
	You must affirm or deny what they affirm or deny or they're going to enslave you or kill you.
	But when we talk about Christianity being used to discriminate against people, that is a strawman argument for Christianity.
	No Christian No Christian is going to be a racist.
	You have to understand that if you define Christianity, you pay attention to what the Bible says.
	The Bible says that God has created each and everyone, all nations, all peoples, all tongues, all tribes, of one blood.
	One blood.
	There is one race, the human race.
	It was evolutionists who created the different distinctions.
	You know, they're talking about Caucasian, they talk about Negroid, they talk about Mongoloid, or whatever.
	That was evolutionists who did that.
	And of course, they would put their own race at the top.
	You know, the white people who came up with that, they put Caucasian at the top.
	The Asians, as they did it, they put the Mongolian race, so-called, quote-unquote, they put that at top.
	Everybody puts their own race at the top of the pyramid.
	But those are kind of the three different divisions that people come up with.
	But look, everybody is, according to the Bible, everybody is descended from Adam and Eve.
	Everybody is descended from Noah.
	So we all have a common ancestor.
	As I said before, the real difference is which way we're racing.
	Are we racing to God or away from Him?
	Right?
	That's the only real race that is addressed in the Bible.
	Buttigieg said Christians use their religious beliefs against LGBT people.
	Now think about that.
	Think about that.
	What he is saying, really, is that if Christians have things that they affirm or deny.
	If their beliefs conflict with the LGBT beliefs, what the LGBT affirm or deny, then that is wrong.
	And let's understand that Buttigieg, as well as most of these Democrat candidates, they really are, if they're not open Marxists, they're closet Marxists.
	And the Marxists have always hated God.
	The Marxists have always hated religion.
	Lenin took all the church buildings and turned them into museums.
	Completely banned any expression of religion.
	And we're going right down that path with these Democrats.
	If you can't see that from last night's town hall, that is the major takeaway.
	They hate diversity.
	They hate free speech.
	They hate religion.
	Anything that they disagree with, they seek to ban.
	They seek to cancel.
	They seek to censor.
	And that's really what we're seeing here.
	And so, Boudiguet, again, this is a guy who, his father was a Marxist, he went to Harvard, he studied under a guy who his whole doctoral thesis was about deconstructing Christianity, everything About America.
	He hates.
	And he hates it, and he deconstructs it by putting it into a Christian paradigm and talking about, ah, these Puritans this, and these Puritans that.

	And when I talked about it the other day, I talked about the fact that the judge was, I thought, going light on her.
	Maybe not going light on her.
	Maybe, you know, 10 years for manslaughter is not light.
	She won't serve too much time.
	But the judge gave her a hug and so forth, and at the same time, just a couple of miles away, some guy got 99 years in jail because he was drunk and they wanted to do a forced blood draw.
	They had him handcuffed, tied down on a gurney, and without shoes he was flinging his feet around and landed one on a cop, kicked him.
	Now the cop didn't have to go to the hospital, wasn't badly hurt, but he was going to go to jail for 99 years.
	I talked about that as an injustice.
	You know, God Gives us justice.
	And we look at somebody like Ted Bundy, who says, in prison, he says, well, you know, I became a Christian.
	A lot of people talk to him, believe that he was sincere in that.
	Is that something that we can embrace?
	You know, the government is there to dispense justice.
	That was what I was upset about with those two cases.
	Not justice in one of those cases.
	They're not there to provide mercy.
	They're not there to give us love.
	But the justice and the mercy come together at the cross.
	God cannot be just, just to say, well, it's okay.
	If you had that judge to say to Amber Giger, you know, well, it's okay.
	Eh, I didn't mean it.
	Go ahead.
	Or even if you did mean it, you're a cop or whatever, go ahead.
	That would not be justice.
	It's not justice to give a 99-year sentence to that other guy.
	That's not justice.
	God is all about justice, so he can't do that.
	But, as you saw in that case, the brother of Botham Jean, the brother of the guy who she killed, said, I forgive you.
	That's the difference.
	That's what these people don't want to recognize.

	I have been called young man for quite a while, but thank you.
	We're talking about what was said last night at the LGBT town hall with CNN.
	One of the things that I thought was amazing, that I thought you would like to respond to, was what Elizabeth Warren said, as these people are all competing to see how quickly and how hard they could shut down any freedom of religion in this country.
	She said, when you have a federal law that conflicts with the state law, then the federal law takes precedent.
	I'd like for your comments on that.
	You know, Dave, it's absolutely stupid for the child to think that it takes precedence over the parent.
	We need to remember that every state is a sovereign nation of its own.
	Virginia, before the revolution, was a sovereign nation of its own.
	So was Massachusetts.
	Today, every state is also a sovereign nation.
	And those sovereign nations created the Constitution and the federal government.
	So the federal government is the child to the parents.
	And the parents dictate to the child what to do.
	That's right, that's right.
	In the same way that you had sovereign nations come together and unfortunately created the UN, and at some point the UN is trying to do the same thing that the federal government has done, to make all the sovereign nations a creature of that.
	But when they talked about states, that was always the case.
	And up until the Civil War, they would always say the United States are.
	They would never say the United States is.
	That consolidated pyramid structure was a creation of post-Civil War America.
	Yes, it was 1870.
	1870 is when we stopped, we changed to the Constitution of the United States.
	Rather than this Constitution for the United States.
	Entirely different.
	Yes, yes.
	And so when we look at what Elizabeth Warren is doing, and of course everything they were talking about was this Equality Act that they're talking about, which would essentially substitute anybody else's opinion about gender or marriage or, you know, anything that they disagree with.
	You would have to agree with them or they would cancel and shut you down.
	That's what they call equality.
	And of course that also applies to judicial rulings that conflict with whatever the other branches of government say or whatever the states say.
	That's the mindset that we have now in Washington, isn't it?
	Yes, the mindset we have is that freedom only exists as far as we want it to be.
	We've forgotten all about those rights we have.
	You know there are 27 rights listed in the Bill of Rights.
	And we probably don't even have any of them really left.
	Yeah, I don't think so.
	They've been all stolen from us by these people in Washington, D.C.
	And we've let them do it!
	Yes.
	We've let them do it!
	Terrible.
	That's right, yeah.
	Somebody tweeted, I retweeted it today, I saw somebody put something about guns and said, well, you know, when they take the Second Amendment, they're going to take the rest of them.
	And I retweeted that and I said, I'm sorry, they've already taken the rest of them, they're taking the Second Amendment now because it's about to get much, much worse.
	Oh yeah, but you see, the Second Amendment only reiterates precisely what the Constitution itself says in Article 1, Section 8.
	Article 1, Section 8, paragraphs 15 and 16 say that the government is to supply the militia, or rather the people, with arms.
	The Second Amendment very nicely says right in the first few words, I'm just going to paraphrase, to have a free state, you've got to have a militia.
	Yes.
	That's right.
	That's the way it is.
	You've got to have a free state.
	And a free state is what?
	Iowa, Utah, Nevada.
	Okay?
	Those are free states.
	The word state is capitalized.
	It means individual sovereignty units.
	That's right.
	We think a state means something that belongs to the United States.
	No, no, no, no, no.
	The United States It belongs to the state's capital.
	Yes.
	And if we want to shut down the federal government, all we have to do as states is follow what the 6th article teaches us.
	Yes, let's talk about that.
	Yeah, 6th article.
	You know, it starts out just saying that debts are going to be paid.
	Well, let's not worry about that.
	Let's go to the meat of the 6th article.
	Article 6 starts, and you know these phones that don't have speaker phones on them in the pits?
	Anyway, here we go.
	We're on the Article 6.
	The very first thing it starts to talk about in Paragraph 2 is, "...this Constitution and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof," which means laws made in pursuance of the Constitution, "...and all treaties which will be made in pursuance thereof," means that they have to be, it's under the authority, they have to be under the authority of the Constitution and the laws of the land or their Not right.
	Now that's how it starts out.
	It starts out saying that the Constitution is the supreme, upper law, everything else must follow it.
	Now, get into paragraph three.
	This is very interesting, probably not read very often.
	The Senators and Representatives, before mentioned, and that means the federal, and the members of the several state legislatures, that means all the states.
	All the individual entities, all the sovereign entities, and all executive and judicial officers, both of the United States, which is federal, and of the several states, which are states, shall be bound by oath or affirmation to support this Constitution.
	Now that's the line right there.
	Every state representative stands And says he will support the Constitution.
	He'll support this book.
	We're going to do what we can to keep this book effective.
	If we, as the states, would just understand that we are sovereign nations, and that if we don't like what the federal government does because it's not in accordance with this document, that paragraph gives us the right to nullify it.
	That's right.
	And we just had a Texas sheriff come out and say, well, if you Democrats think that you're going to confiscate the guns, you're not doing it in my county.
	Because he's taken an oath to the Constitution.
	He takes that seriously.
	And it isn't just the Supreme Court that is going to be the sole arbiter of what follows the Constitution and what doesn't.
	Every state official has that authority to do that as well.
	Right, the Supreme Court has no judicial authority at all over the things we're talking about.
	That's right.
	It has eight things it can do and that's it.
	It's listed in Article 3 very precisely.
	That's right.
	The states can nullify anything that comes from the federal government that is not in accordance with the Constitution, because that's the law.
	And I think it's a very important thing when we look at it, you know, we talk about how we've got to bring this back to a local level, and I think that really means not even at the state level.
	We've got to go back down to the county level, and we have the power of the sheriff.
	If we get the right sheriff involved there, they have a great deal of power.
	Oh, absolutely.
	Yeah, I don't think these bureaucrats in Washington would actually, if we have an association of constitutional sheriffs, I think they can stand up against this.
	Certainly they will try to remove that sheriff.
	We've seen that type of thing done in the past by state governments at the urging of the federal government and so forth.
	But I think that's a very, very powerful level.
	That's where we really need to focus.
	When we start talking about how we're going to get back control, how it needs to be done at a local level, I mean, start with your sheriff.
	That's very, very important.
	Oh, these things are all important.
	It's all local.
	Absolutely.
	I usually, I work at the state level because I believe that the state guys are responsible for everything.
	Now, the local level is more correct, but today the state tells even the local level what it can do and what it can't do.
	That's right.
	We've got to get the state government fixed so they understand that we are a sovereign nation and we don't have to do anything that the federal government says if it is against the Constitution.
	Let's just take this fact.

	We're talking to Richard Proctor.
	We've been talking about Article 6 of the Constitution.
	We've got more to say about that.
	I think it's very important to have Richard Parker on because we don't usually get to delve too deeply into the Constitution and we need to understand that, as Article 6 points out, every official takes an oath of affirmation to it.
	So what is in it?
	It's just like I was talking about all the Democrats at the CNN town forum yesterday.
	We're all giving their idea of what God is and what Christianity is.
	And we understand they don't like them, but they haven't really taken a look at it to see what's in it.
	And the same thing is true of the Constitution.
	So it's important that we take a look at that.

	All right, Richard, let's get back to Article 6 of the Constitution.
	We were just talking about how the individuals affirm at every level of government, they affirm their oath to the Constitution.
	It also says something about religious tests, doesn't it?
	Yes, it does.
	Yes, it does.
	Can't use those.
	But let me start from another point here on the same subject.
	Now, let me wander back to a contract.
	The Constitution is a contract between three parties.
	Between two parties establishing another party, but all of them are part of the contract.
	The federal government, the people, and the states.
	Okay?
	That's not the order of importance.
	They're all equally important here.
	Now, well, the people and the states are more important than the federals.
	But anyway, so now let's look.
	Let's look at Black's Law Dictionary for a moment.
	That's the big dictionary the attorneys want to use, Black's Law Dictionary.
	When you read amendments, there's two kinds, judicial, in court, and contract.
	Let's just concentrate on the contract, the contract kind.
	In the contract kind, when you strip off all the references the Supreme Court has put in it, you just look at the words of the amendment, it says, this is just a short run of it, it says that contracts can be added to, they can be corrected by amendments, both of those things.
	But amendments can't change the contract.
	It can't change it.
	The contract stays the same.
	If you want to change the contract, you write a new one.
	Well, the contract of the Constitution was written in 87, 17, and it was ratified in 88.
	That contract has never been changed.
	Therefore, those seven articles are the key words.
	Now, after that, we have 27 amendments.
	But only amendments that are in accordance with a contract are valid.
	That says, all by itself, that if the states want to get their senators back under the legislature, all they have to do is nullify the 17th Amendment, because it is unconstitutional.
	It alters the original document, and the law says an amendment can't alter the original document.
	That means it's all illegal.
	And we can go through the amendments and show all of these that are illegal.
	The 10th is great.
	We don't have to worry about the first 10.
	OK, they're all add-ons.
	But when you get to the 14th and you look at the second paragraph and it deletes three important words and direct taxes, then you know that that's not legal.
	You can't do that.
	So we go back to the states.
	will have direct taxes upon them based on apportionment.
	Therefore, the 16th Amendment in all of its words is wrong and it can be nullified. The 17th Amendment in all of its words is wrong and it can be nullified by any state just using the words of the document, the contract, the Constitution. The Constitution is the key to this whole country.
	Let's use it! Nobody knows it. Nobody knows it.
	And you know, when we talk about having a rule of law, What we mean is that the law is the ruler.
	That's a big part of what the sixth article is pointing out.
	It's like, well, you're going to, you know, as a condition of your office, you're going to have to swear to honor and uphold the Constitution.
	We're not going to make a religious test about this, but you're going to have to honor the Constitution.
	That kind of goes back, as we look at some of the founding principles of our country, goes back to the idea, it was a book called Lex Rex by Samuel Rutherford, and basically what that means in Latin is that the law is king.
	And so all these people that are there, they're just temporary stewards.
	And they're swearing their oath of loyalty, as we talk about in Article 6, they're swearing their oath of loyalty to the Constitution as the lawful king.
	But then they act, today, they act as if they are becoming kings and dictators.
	I mean, we look at what Kamala Harris has to say.
	She says, well, I'm going to give Congress 100 days to get rid of all the guns and to enact my preferences.
	And if they don't do it within 100 days, I'm just going to start doing things by executive order.
	Sorry.
	Sorry.
	Can't be done.
	Anything that's against the doctrine is illegal.
	Okay?
	Confiscating guns is illegal.
	Everybody should stand up against it.
	Every state should nullify it.
	Every sheriff should say, you're not going to do this.
	All those things.
	Just the contract was ratified in 88 and it still stands.
	It has not been changed.
	That's right.
	That's why they don't want a CON-CON.
	If a CON-CON comes in, it'll destroy this Constitution.
	You can bet your life.
	Period.
	Yes, and that is a very dangerous thing, and it's being put out at the Constitutional Convention.
	The CON-CON is being floated by a lot of conservatives as well.
	They think, oh yeah, we'll put an amendment in there and we'll have...
	We'll have a balanced budget and all these kind of garbage.
	Nothing.
	If they organize one on the very, when the gavel drops on the opening day, the opening minute of a Con Con, that group takes precedence over everything and you can't tell them anything and they will do what they want and you're stuck.
	You don't have any three quarters of the states or anything like that.
	They say there's regions, there are no states.
	Guys, we're in real trouble because we're not paying attention to that document.
	So if the states would just do that, then they can nullify anything that comes from any of this stuff and say it's not in accordance with the document.
	We won't do it.
	And we are a sovereign nation.
	If you think that they're going to somehow balance the budget and have a balanced budget amendment with a constitutional convention when these guys won't balance the budget when they have the votes, I mean, that's a fool's hope.
	I mean, the problem that we've got is not that there's a flaw in the Constitution, there's a flaw in our politicians, and these are the politicians who are creating a new Constitution for us.
	I mean, that's insanity.
	That's insanity.
	You keep doing the same thing and you expect different results is insanity.
	You're exactly right.
	That's right.
	I get so excited about this.
	I get so carried away.
	You should see me when I'm giving a presentation in front of an audience.
	The poor guys, they don't get a chance.
	Oh my Lord.
	Well, let's talk about that last little bit of the Article 6 there.
	No religious test.
	Just as we've seen with so many different things, they've turned the Constitution upside down, turned it on its head, and now we have a religious test.
	We keep seeing, you know, when they bring up a judge or something like that, we keep seeing the Democrats say, well, wait a minute.
	Aren't you a member of some Christian group?
	Didn't you speak to some Christian group?
	That automatically disqualifies you for office.
	Yeah, I guess I'm... They didn't read the last sentence of the Article 6 again.
	You know, the articles that are the most important, in the order that I feel are important, is Article 7.
	That's the ratification of the document.
	Article 6, that's the supreme law and how you're supposed to do it.
	Then Article 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5.
	But the sixth is absolutely crucial, and it's very short.
	I mean, it's only three paragraphs.
	Come on, folks.
	It's easy to read.
	Read the words.
	Don't read them how you think they ought to say.
	Read what they do say.
	That's right.
	That's right.
	We don't need somebody to translate it for us.
	It's not written in another language, fortunately.
	You know, everything that I talk about with you on the air like this, anything I talk about with you, It's written in the book, Saving the Constitution.
	Nobody has to take notes.
	They just have to buy the book.
	And the book is, oh, it's terrible.
	It's so much more than even one meal in a restaurant.
	Oh, my laws.
	I'm going to spend $20 for a book when I'm going to the restaurant tomorrow and spend $30 a plate.
	Yeah, that's right.
