It's the David Knight Show.
♪♪ Welcome on this Friday, August the 23rd, 2019.
I'm David Knight, your host.
We've got a lot of things coming up today.
Of course, we've had President Trump from the beginning of the week.
Talking about the anchor baby issue.
Actually, I like to call them tourist babies.
That's really what's happening.
It's not just the people who are coming across the border illegally so they can have a baby, just walking across from Central and South America.
It's also a lot of people who are paying their way in.
People from China, people from Russia.
Oh, should that excite you?
And many other countries.
Who have an entire tourist scam.
I've talked about this before.
I've talked about how they have ripped off the taxpayers in California having them pay for the big hospital bills.
And these are very wealthy people in many cases from China.
Because they want to have as a fallback a position where they have children who are American citizens and they can retire here based on that.
So let's just call them tourist babies.
I think that's a better way to describe this because when we take a look, as we are going to take a look at the birthright issue that's now come up again, I hope this time President Trump is serious.
He's brought this up two times before.
Just before elections and has failed to follow through.
Let's hope that he does follow through on this particular one.
But we'll also talk about the Electoral College.
We have Eric Peters is going to be joining us to talk about what President Trump was absolutely astonished that the automakers would want to embrace the regulations of California that essentially Obama embraced at the federal level.
Going to raise the corporate average fuel economy standards to astronomical levels in just a couple of years.
It'll make cars unaffordable.
President Trump was absolutely right about that.
It'll make cars even more unaffordable.
And if you don't understand how the electoral college issue works, you know, AOC's been saying it's a scam.
She thinks that the Constitution is a scam, that America is racist, and that's end of discussion for her.
But if you don't understand how vital the Electoral College is, and of course we had a judge this week talk about a faithless elector.
Saying well, you know, yes, these people can vote for whoever they wish once they go to the Electoral College And that's really true and I'll tell you why that's true and historically it's true It's kind of like when you vote for a politician.
say they're going to do something like build a wall, they can do anything they want.
Once you send them to Washington, we've had faithless politicians for a very long time and the people in the electoral college, and we have a historical record of this, going to the electoral college and voting for somebody other than the person that they were supposed to vote for, the person that was chosen by the voters.
That's not anything unusual for people to betray the voters.
It's very rare, however.
But now there is a compact that is being set up by the Democrats to try to subvert this.
And if you don't understand how dangerous just having simple majority rule is and what it will do to our country, I'm not going to be here.
I'll explain it to you, along with Eric Peters.
We'll talk about what's going on with the California standards for emissions and so forth.
You see, California is so large that the automakers, in a nutshell, don't want to go against the California emissions regulations.
So if California says this is going to be the emission regulations, they say, all right, we'll do whatever California says.
Do you think that California will dominate The entire national election and the national discussion.
Because of their dominance and representation.
Because they will have so many voters there.
Real and imagined.
Imagined voters from foreign countries and so forth.
Of course that'll happen.
They will dominate presidential electoral politics just like they are dominating the discussion on emissions.
And then we're also going to be talking about Some latest updates on Epstein, and there have been some.
We'll have John Kiriakou on with us.
He was the man who was a whistleblower on torture, and he spent 23 months in jail.
I talked last week about how he explained how Suicide Watch really works.
He also knows something about how intelligence agencies use honeypots and blackmail.
We'll be right back.
Stay with us.
The globalists are hyper-competitive scientific dictators.
They are technocrats.
They are control freaks in their own words.

And now, the David Knight Show.
♪♪♪ Welcome on this Friday, August 23rd, Year of Our Lord 2019.
I'm David Knight, your host.
We have a wide variety of topics to talk about this week.
We had President Trump in a very long discussion next to a helicopter.
He said some very interesting things the last couple of days.
One of them actually kind of ties into the red flag gun laws in a way that really hasn't been focused on too much.
He was talking about a new drug that he's hoping the VA will put out to help people who are suicidal.
I want to take a look at that drug.
I think it tells us a great deal about the gun laws that are being put out there, about the new psychiatric bureaucracy that they hope to create, about the way that the FDA works, about the corruption in Washington, about regulatory capture.
That story tells us a great deal.
We're going to talk about that.
We're also going to talk about the Electoral College.
President Trump is taking criticism on the Electoral College, and of course the Democrats are doing everything that they can to subvert it.
It's part of the Constitution, but of course they don't care.
Democrats and Republicans don't care about the Constitution, in case you haven't noticed.
This is post-constitutional America.
But I think our guest coming up later in the program, Eric Peters of epautos.com, is going to shed some light and show you exactly what's going to happen.
We can already see how California is dominating emission controls and corporate average fuel economy mandates.
You had Obama join on to that.
It's going to essentially make cars unaffordable.
President Trump was absolutely right when he said that.
And he was astonished when the automakers said, no, no, we want to go with California.
Why?
Because California has a lot of people who buy a lot of cars.
And they have a lot of people who are going to cast a lot of votes.
And a lot of those people aren't even American citizens.
And if we go with a national popular vote, They're going to dominate electoral politics just like they're dominating the mandates centered around cars.
And this is a big deal.
You know, just a few days ago, probably saw it on the Drudge Report, the average American household is $38,000 in debt.
Well, where does a lot of that come from?
That's not all credit card debt.
Probably a lot of that.
And again, they excluded home mortgages.
So it's credit card debts.
It's car loans.
Many times, Eric Peters has talked about exactly the same thing President Trump said.
You know, this is going to make cars unaffordable.
Yes, that's the idea.
It's the idea behind California and it's also the idea behind these executives at GM and Ford.
They don't want to sell cars.
Newsflash!
I know it's hard to believe that the car companies don't want to sell cars.
No, they want to rent them by the right.
And they want to make sure that they keep the government happy because they want to have the franchise The little monopoly that's going to be put out there, not really a monopoly, it'll be a duopoly or a, what do you call it, triopoly?
Two or three people, two or three big corporations will band together and they will have control of all the transportation.
They will be renting you your cars by the ride and they want to make sure that they're in good terms with the federal bureaucrats.
And so for all those reasons they're going to push back against President Trump as he tries to make cars more affordable.
You know, we look at $38,000, what is that?
Well, that's a few thousand dollars for credit cards, probably, typically.
One new car loan would get you there.
The average price of a car is $30,000, but it's probably two car loans where it's partially paid off, each of those cars.
And that gets you up to $38,000 pretty quickly.
A big part, I bet, if you look at, if you did more of a granular breakdown of that household debt, I bet a big part of that.
It's car loans.
That's one of the reasons why cars, the car sales are crashing.
But we'll get to that with Eric Peters.
We will also have, of course, some updates on Epstein.
You know, it turns out that Epstein and Feinstein are in bed together.
Caught in bed together.
No, I'm not talking about Dianne Feinstein.
I'm talking about her husband.
Her husband and Epstein in bed together.
And I'm not talking about anything other than financially, but there are big financial ties between Dianne Feinstein's husband and Jeffrey Epstein.
And later in the show, we're going to be talking to John Kiriakou.
Again, he was the CIA whistleblower on torture, exposing the crimes that Gina Haspel, who is now President Trump's CIA director, Gina Haspel destroyed the evidence.
John Kiriakou exposed it.
And they sent him to jail.
And they rewarded the person who cleaned up their dirty laundry.
She's now head of the CIA.
But he spent 23 months in jail.
I pointed out last week, he said, I've been a part of Suicide Watch.
This is how it really works.
And so he's going to break that down for you today.
And as I said at the top of the hour, he also knows how the CIA and intelligence agencies, whether it's CIA or Mossad, he knows how they run honeypots and blackmail people.
And I think that has some bearing on this issue as well.
So he'll be joining us also later in the program.
Top of the news here, we've got David Koch, one of the Koch brothers, now there is one Koch brother, has passed away dead at 79 from prostate cancer, I believe is the particular cause.
But just a reminder to all of us, no matter how rich, no matter how powerful, you have a date, a date certain.
This week we had the Drudge Report headline blood test to tell you, be able to predict when you're going to die.
Another 10 years or whatever.
I said, I don't need a blood test.
I've got a calendar.
I've got birthdays that remind me when I'm going to die.
You do too, by the way.
We all do.
Anyway, going back to some of the news that we covered earlier in this week, of course, I think one of the biggest stories this last week was fluoride.
Amia Culpa, from the Journal of the American Medical Association, saying, yeah, we, I know this looks really bad, and when I saw the headline, I just couldn't believe it.
We did extra scrutiny, but yeah, you know, it's, it's, it's bona fide.
We got to put this out there.
This is real information.
Fluoride really does kill IQ points.
And here's just a reminder.
Fluoride was discontinued in Russia in the 1990s, but we got these people like Koch brothers and people like George Soros that like to push these agendas.
There is a lot of pressure being put by groups in Russia to reintroduce this.
Some of them funded by George Soros's Open Society Foundation.
They've been pushing for its reintroduction even though they banned it in 1990.
Putin has come out.
And said, well you know this is a toxic poison.
It was force-fed to prisoners of war during Soviet times.
Not under any circumstances now or in the future will fluoride be considered for use on the people of the Russian Federation.
And so there was an official petition.
What the petition sounded like was a press release from the CDC.
The CDC who says it is the most important public health Benefit of the 20th century.
And here's what the petition that was sent to the Kremlin says.
Fluoride is, quote, one of the safest, most beneficial, cost-effective public health measures known to man.
And it's working wonders for public health throughout most of the United States of America.
Would that be the CDC sending a petition to the Kremlin?
Finance by the Soros people?
Well, they're quoting it verbatim.
And to which Putin said fluoride has no place outside of a prison camp or a gulag.
And this is not a conspiracy theory, folks.
This is something that really was used as a weapon during World War II.
We talked about that.
Alex Jones has talked about that many times.
We've talked about it here at InfoWars.
We're criticized for saying what the Russians know is true because it was used on their soldiers.
And the communists did it as well.
You know, it was the communist Russians as well as the Nazi Germans who used sodium fluoride in the water.
Why'd they do it?
Well, it made the prisoners of war stupid and docile.
Stupid and docile.
That's pretty effective.
That's, you know, kind of the sort of thing that you'd want to do here in the United States to keep the population pacified.
Just add, if they could have had video games and 5G radiation or cell phone radiation, it would have been complete!
They wouldn't hurt a peep out of anybody, right?
Because those also make you stupid and docile.
Oh, that's right!
They're doing all of those things here in the United States, aren't they?
Yeah.
Gonna be stepping it up here in the United States as well.
Keep you stupid and docile.
President Trump He said this week that we will always have troops in Afghanistan.
He says he's trying to get some of them home, but they will always remain.
He said Afghanistan does seem to be the Harvard University of Terrorism, so we'll always have somebody there.
Well, I would say that we matriculated at that university 19 years ago.
I think we are working on our postgraduate degree, but we still haven't learned anything.
Kind of like Harvard.

They saw Infowars as a dominant, independent, anti-war, pro-human, pro-sovereign, pro-family, populist organization.

Then, when people say, okay, take him off the air, everyone else, like dominoes, would fall.
The way to fight back ...is to support Infowars now more than ever and make it a standard of freedom and free speech.
Understand that they believe they can take us down, they'll take everybody else down.
Thomas Jefferson predicted over 240 years ago that when our republic was in trouble in the future, it'd be the farmers that were close to the ground, close to reality, who actually worked for a living, that would end up saving the nation.
And today, the communist Chinese have banned all U.S.
farming goods a week ago.
And we've seen massive increases in polls, support for the president.
And what he's doing in this trade war wants China to put pressure on our farmers.
That's beautiful.
Americans aren't going to be bullied.
And we aren't going to back down.
So to the Joaquin Cruises and the Hillary Clintons of the world that want to intimidate people and tell us to back down, we're never going to give up.
And all you've done is awaken the human spirit.

Nobody can be trusted.
In my world, in this world, I think nobody can be trusted.
Well, that's what we have to watch.
And we'll always have intelligence, and we'll always have somebody there.
But you can say that about a lot of places, John.
It doesn't have to be that sector.
But that does seem to be the Harvard University of Terrorism.
Okay, it seems to be.
And we'll always have somebody there.
And if the Taliban were really right in what they're saying, they would stop that from happening, because they could stop that from happening very easily.
So we'll see.
Who knows, maybe the Taliban will protect us like Mexico's protecting our border.
We can always hope, right?
President Trump began by saying, nobody can be trusted.
Nobody can be trusted.
Let me tell you something.
I don't trust President Trump when it comes to the Second Amendment.
Patrick Henry would not have trusted him.
He said, trust no one that approaches the precious jewel of liberty.
Guard it and suspect anybody that approaches that.
So all those people telling you, don't worry, you can trust President Trump.
You know, he's a Republican.
All these guys are Republicans.
You can trust them.
I don't trust them.
Not on that issue.
It's too important.
Especially when he trash talks the Second Amendment.
When he trash talks the whole idea of God-given liberties.
They are rights because they come from God.
They are rights because we possess them because we're human beings.
That's the idea that America was based on.
Not the idea that it's going to be a privilege granted to us by the government.
We'll talk more about that coming up later in the program.
In the next segment we're going to be joined by Eric Peters.
We're going to talk about how President Trump is absolutely right.
About the corporate average fuel economy, how that is going to make cars unaffordable, but of course the automakers are now siding with California.
A very important lesson in what the Electoral College is really going to be about.
But again, as we're seeing this, we've got Dan Crenshaw going on the Joe Rogan podcast talking about perpetual war.
And he went on with Joe Rogan and said that Tulsi Gabbard was quote-unquote an isolationist.
Would he say that about President Trump, the candidate?
Yeah, perhaps he would.
But not about President Trump, the President.
Right?
Because now he's on board with the forever wars.
Dan Crenshaw said, we send guys like me over there so they don't come over here.
The problem is we get guys like Dan Crenshaw and guys like Peter King.
Is it Peter King or Stephen King?
The guy up in New York.
Who basically are turncoats for the Second Amendment.
They don't think that you or I should have the means to defense.
To defend ourselves from common criminals or from organized tyranny as a deterrent.
But they're all for sending people to foreign countries without a declaration of war.
That's right.
You send people like me over there or you have King who says, yeah, we've got to go to every war.
Another neocon.
Isn't it interesting how it's always the neocons who want forever perpetual war, but they don't want us to have any weapons.
Does that tell you something?
It should.
Yeah, we've been in Afghanistan for 19 years, President Trump, and if it's the Harvard of terrorism, we haven't learned a single thing while we've been attending that university.
As a matter of fact, we've attended the University of Unconventional Warfare now since World War II.
Haven't won any of those wars of occupation.
And we haven't learned anything.
Just like kind of like going to Harvard.
We should have a degree by now.
We should have graduated on to a different way of thinking, but we're not.
Another person who is of course no isolationist, Joe Biden.
He was the first vice president, because you know Obama was the first president, who remained at war his entire eight years.
And of course this last week he was out there saying that King and Kennedy were assassinated in the late 70s.
No, the reality is it's Joe Biden who is in his late 70s.
As we are reminded of the late Koch brother who just died at the age of 79, Joe Biden, 76, is starting to fade pretty quickly.
Let's talk a little bit about birthright citizenship.
Again, this is an issue that President Trump has brought up many times.
He's absolutely right about it, even though he's being attacked by Republicans, by the establishment, and of course by Democrats.
They will attack him on anything and everything.
But President Trump is right about this issue.
I hope he is going to stick to it this time.
He's brought it up just before the last two elections, when he needs to get his popularity up.
But it was kind of interesting that this last Sunday, I think it was, they had an article on USA Today.
No country to call home.
Some babies born in Colombia to Venezuelan parents don't have birthright citizenship.
Isn't it funny how that works?
You know, we have a story of this woman who crossed into Colombia months earlier before she had her baby.
There were illegal dirt pathways, reports USA Today, run by criminal groups.
Hmm, is that kind of like some place that we know, like maybe America?
She didn't have anything other than her Venezuelan ID when she went into Colombia.
After living through Venezuela's collapsing economy and their food and medicine crises, the pregnant Venezuelan hoped that she'd be able to get medical care for her baby that she'd never be able to get in her own country.
She said, I came here to have my baby, to be able to work, to be able to help myself.
I'm here because of this crisis.
See, she's not a political refugee.
They're not trying to kill her.
It's just she doesn't, you know, it's rough circumstances there because of, you know, socialism.
Nevertheless, USA Today is very concerned about that.
Because of Colombia's citizenship laws, her baby became one of 24,000 children in Colombia who have been born stateless without a country to call home because they're fleeing from Venezuela and they're not citizens.
They said the Colombian law dictates that at least one parent must have citizenship or legal permanent residency.
It kind of mirrors what we have in our 14th Amendment, doesn't it?
It says that you have to be subject to the jurisdiction, not just visiting, not just trespassing in the country for your child to be an American citizen.
The 14th Amendment says that.
The 14th Amendment came right after the 13th Amendment.
Here's a quiz for Occasional Cortex and all the rest of them, who obviously have never picked up a copy of the Constitution, looked at it, even cursory.
The 13th Amendment freed the slaves.
The 14th Amendment made it clear that even though they had not been considered citizens prior to being freed, they now were citizens because they'd all been born in the United States subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
That was what it was about.
It wasn't about conveying citizenship to foreign people.
As a matter of fact, not only did it have that there about subject to the jurisdiction of, but it gave an example.
Well, let's say that you are here legally, you are A foreign diplomat.
And while you're here, your family, your wife, has a child.
That child is not going to be an American citizen.
Because you're not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
Just like somebody who comes here for tourism birth, right?
Coming from Russia or China or somewhere else.
Or somebody who is criminally trespassing in the United States.
Now President Trump says he's seriously considering.
Seriously considering.
Let's hope that he is serious.
And let's hope that he's doing more than considering.
And immediately as Vice and others are reporting this, they say, he says, I can use my executive power.
I've been told I can do that.
He said, you can definitely do it with an act of Congress, but now they're saying I can do it with just an executive order.
I wish President Trump would actually read the Constitution himself.
It's kind of hard, you know, when you look...
AOC and President Trump, when it comes to the Electoral College, AOC doesn't really have any respect for our understanding of the Constitution.
And when it comes to so many of these other issues, President Trump is in the same boat with her.
These people who are telling him that he can do it with an act of Congress or an executive order, it's already been done.
It's already been done.
We'll be right back.

Those two things are connected, quite frankly.
Connected very, very closely.
And as we look at this fight that President Trump now has with the automakers, And he took to Twitter to take them to task because they want to go with the higher regulations of California in terms of fuel economy, saying that that has to do with emissions.
And of course, Eric Peters has been talking about this for quite some time.
Eric, President Trump sounded a lot like you in these tweets.
He was talking about, we're going to spend more money on a car that's not as safe or good.
It may cost as much as $3,000 more to consumers.
What's going on with these people?
It's striking how things have done a parking brake 180 and now you've got the head of the government arguing against the regulations and the car companies arguing in favor of the regulations.
That's right.
And it's because I think we saw earlier this week We saw all these different CEOs openly admitting that they are far more interested in a social agenda than they are in profits, you know, and you've got a story at your side as well, talking about GM's CEO, talking about their corporate mission, and basically that's what she's focused on.
She's focused on social engineering, not so much on providing efficient products or better products to consumers.
Well, that's the window dressing.
There is something behind the window dressing, though, and I think that the primary reason for the embrace by the industry of all of this is that they see it as a way to offload the regulatory burden of complying with all of the emissions rigmarole, which now encompasses carbon dioxide, which Uh, has subtly slipped into the verbiage as an emission, even though it's an inert gas and was never considered that before.
But we've got the climate change cult that has been very successful with the public relations job, um, turning that into an emission.
At any rate, if we buy into all these regulations and the manufacturers start building electric cars, uh, they don't have to worry anymore about passing federal emission certification tests.
And they won't have to worry much more about the gas mileage mandates, because after all, electric cars don't burn gas.
So they'll offload the cost of those regulations onto utilities, and of course, onto you and me, the suckers who are going to pay 40-50% more for a vehicle down the road.
I think that's the real issue, is that they want to go on to electric cars.
They've all turned that corner now, as you've talked about for a very long time, the way the Obama administration came after Volkswagen like they were some kind of a mafia hit job.
Hitting them for tens of billions of dollars because they quote-unquote cheated on emissions scandals and they floated the same type of stuff to some other automobile manufacturers.
But I think that's it exactly.
As President Trump said, and I'll just read the quote here to the audience, legendary Henry Ford, Alfred P. Sloan, founders of the Ford Motor Company and General Motors are rolling over at the weakness of current car company executives willing to spend more money on a car that's not as safe or good and cost $3,000 more to consumers.
Crazy!
Henry Ford would be disappointed if he saw his modern-day descendants wanting to build a much more expensive car that is far less safe and doesn't work as well because executives don't want to fight California regulators.
And that's exactly what's going on.
They don't want to fight it because they've now made a big investment And electric cars, they want to see the electric cars happen as badly as California does.
President Trump says they're going to squeeze them to the point of ruin.
He doesn't realize that it's already well-baked into all of this that they're going to stop making any internal combustion engines, and that's why the car companies want it now.
That's it.
And my only quibble I have with Trump's tweet is that he should have put another zero in there.
It's not $3,000.
It's considerably more than that.
Three grand would cover the cost of buying a hybrid gas-electric vehicle, but several of the manufacturers are abandoning that, you know, in favor of the electric car, and the electric car is profoundly more expensive than a mere $3,000 versus an otherwise equivalent car.
And I would say also to those people who maybe look at this and say, well, I don't care.
I don't like cars anyway and I don't like driving and I don't really want a car and so forth.
Well, you better understand how California is also throwing around its weight because this is also going to be an example of what's going to happen with electoral politics, presidential electoral politics.
Are you guys interested in that?
If you're not interested in your freedom and your mobility, how about the presidency?
Because if we get rid of the Electoral College, this is a prime example of how one highly populated area can pull the entire country in one direction.
California's been doing that on a number of different issues already.
Well, and something else you should be aware of, even if they don't like their car, they're not going to like how their utility bill goes up.
When all of a sudden there is a massive spike in demand for electricity to power electric cars.
The grid can't handle this.
It's already stretched to capacity right now and if say a third or half of the vehicles on the road are electric there is going to be a need for new generating capacity and somebody's going to have to pay for that and guess who that's going to be?
Oh yeah, and we're already seeing rolling blackouts in various places, even here in Texas where they have decided, oh, we don't want to do fossil fuels in some of these California-like urban areas like Austin and other places.
They're shutting down the fossil fuel electricity generating plants that they had, and now they're concerned that they don't have enough electricity to handle the air conditioning that people need during the summer when we've got triple digit heat here in Texas as usual.
Yeah.
So this is something that's going to be coming around biting everybody.
And it's such a layered thing.
You've heard of the Internet of Things and how appliances now are connected and they'll be able to monitor usage of other electrical devices in your home and decide to ration electricity because they'll have to because there's simply not enough of it to go around or they'll charge you significantly more for using certain things.
So this whole thing amounts to an impoverishment, an economic impoverishment of Americans as well as Something that is going to dramatically reduce their mobility.
And it's going to be a rationing of our mobility, as you point out, not just the appliances that we use in the house.
Because the cars are going to be an appliance.
And it's going to be an appliance that you're going to rent by the ride.
And that's another part of this.
These automobile manufacturers want to make sure that they are one of the two or three companies that have that franchise to control transportation.
It is a plan of fascism.
Public-private partnership to control your transportation.
That's why the Democrats that I've watched my entire life, I remember back in Raleigh listening to a city council person who was trying to get light rail in that little town, had just gotten back from the Soviet Union, this was before the fall, and she was just ecstatic about how you could go anywhere in Moscow for 50 cents.
And I said to her, I said, But the people there have lost everything in order to have that.
They have no freedom.
Right.
That's the whole point.
The model for this is the cell phone model.
People now think nothing of spending $1,000 a year on a phone.
Yes.
That they rent, essentially.
And that's what's going to happen with cars.
Instead of this durable thing, this material good that you possess that's under your control, and that after a relatively short period of time, if you finance it, you own the thing.
It's a tangible piece of property that you have.
Now it's just going to be perpetual payments and high payments for the privilege of being allowed to go somewhere.
That's right.
And as we also saw this week, the surprise from many in the mainstream media that look at this.
This Mercedes car has been collecting information on you and tracking you and they now admit it.
And they're turning this over to other third parties and so forth.
And so we've been saying this all along.
That's exactly what it is, as you join, as the cars join this Internet of Things, and 5G is necessary for them to completely monitor everything that you got.
You know, Eric, when I saw this article that surfaced about, I think it was, is it Ford, I think, is putting it out on their high-end car, where they're going to have, instead of a key fob, a wireless key fob, they're going to have a smartphone.
And then they talked about how you're going to have a different smartphone for different drivers.
Right.
So that gets their granularity down where they can track you separate from your wife or your son or daughter or whatever as you're moving around.
Absolutely.
Yeah, and it's not just that one company.
Several of them are moving toward that.
Some of the manufacturers have already put Alexa in the car.
Toyota has two new models, the Sienna minivan, and I can't remember what the other one is, but they have two models, 2020s, that come with the Alexa in the vehicle.
Yeah, it's absolutely amazing what they're doing, and people don't realize the real threat to your liberty and your privacy are tied together.
I mean, we're restricting people's mobility, we're restricting their privacy, and all these things are tied together.
You know, what could possibly go wrong?
We'll be right back with Eric Peters.
Again, epautos.com is his site, and we're going to be talking about more issues of liberty as well as mobility when we return.
Stay with us.

Let's talk to Marcus in New York.
Marcus, you're on the air.
Thanks for holding.
That's it.
I mean, if Trump buys into this, it'll be the end of his presidency.
It's the only way I think he can be defeated other than assassinating him.
is that almost nobody agrees with these wars.
I think that the neocons are trying desperately to get Trump to go to a war because they know that that's the only way that they could defeat him in the eyes of the public the approaching 2020.
That's it. I mean if Trump buys into this, it'll be the end of his presidency.
It's the only way I think he can be defeated other than assassinating him.
It's a time to be praying my friend.
I agree entirely.
And the last thing I just want to say, Alex, is I know they're trying to shut you down, but the reinforcements have arrived, man.
I would love to see you on air until you're 80 years old.
I would love to see what you're talking about when you're 80.
But if they do shut you down, know you've gone into this war, you've won a lot of battles, and there are a lot of people like myself and many others who are going to continue.
We're going to keep fighting in the input war.
And even if something does happen to you or your show, know for a fact that you've gotten a lot of people fired up for liberty.
Thank you, sir, for calling.
It's just heavy, heavy, heavy.
Make no mistake, it's... We're not in Kansas anymore.
We're not in Kansas anymore.
If you ever corrupt me, you don't have a democracy.
I don't think we've seen division like this in America since Vietnam.
It's a form of fascism.
The High Court will examine free speech rights and social media.
Multiple online platforms have now taken down content associated with Alex Jones and InfoWars.
First they come for Alex Jones, everyone else like Dominoes would fall.
We're not in Kansas anymore.
you You can't watch this, the movie.
Available now at infowarsstore.com.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
Welcome back.
We're talking to Eric Peters, EPautos.com, and we're going to be talking about hot cars.
Do you know what hot cars are?
He's got an article about hot cars are coming, and we're not talking about hot as in hot wheels.
No, this isn't anything that's fun or entertaining or fast.
This is another surveillance program with some very troubling implications that Eric has uncovered here and interesting where it's coming from.
Some of the same people pushing red flag laws are now sponsoring bills about hot cars.
So we'll talk about that in just one moment. Before we do, real quickly, I want to remind you about the products that we have on sale right now at InfoWarsStore.com.
We have sold out of many of our most popular products as part of our massive sale that we had a couple weeks ago, but we do have Ultimate Krill Oil now back in stock.
50% off as well.
We have Brain Force Plus, 50% off.
We have Knockout, our all-natural sleep aid, 50% off.
Bod Ease, our all-natural anti-inflammatory product, 50% off.
Turbo Force, 50% off.
And many other products, 50 to 60% off right now at InfoWarsStore.com.
Folks, take a look at the products we sell there.
That's how we fund this program.
We really do appreciate your support.
You've been very good to stand with us over this last year as we've gone up against the biggest corporations the world has ever seen all working together.
Imagine that!
A conspiracy.
A conspiracy to shut us down within a 12-hour period.
All of them all at once.
But we're still here.
Thanks to you.
Thanks to your support.
Infowarsstore.com.
Eric, let's talk about hot cars.
As you point out, they are now on their way.
And I think it's interesting that this bill that's percolating around Washington, as you point out, a mandate for this particular technology.
One of the co-sponsors is Peter King out of New York.
He was the first person to come on and say, you know, we gotta do a lot more in terms of banning guns.
It's interesting how we always have these GOP statists.
That's really where the dividing line is.
It's not really between Democrats or Republicans.
It's between people who support liberty and people who support tyranny.
And Peter King is firmly on that side.
Tell us about this new technology and what they want to do with it.
Well, the first thing, of course, is the just wiltingly vacuous, insipid acronym itself.
HOTCAR stands for the Helping Overcome Trauma for Children Alone in Rear Seats Act.
And I'm not making it up.
They had to work hard for that one, didn't they?
Yeah, you know, they do this because it's an infantile but effective way to stifle any opposition.
You couldn't be, are you opposed to preventing trauma to small children in cars?
You know, it's like the Patriot Act.
Oh, it's for the kids.
Yeah, exactly.
They always name it exactly the opposite of what it is.
And of course, anything is for the kids, right?
We've got to do this for the kids, just like gun control.
This whole thing is the result of yet another government mandate, the airbag mandate, which made it dangerous for kids to sit up front with their parents.
So, we have a mandate now that kids have to be strapped into a child safety seat somewhere in the back of the car, where parents sometimes forget.
Now, I don't see how that can happen, but it happens.
Not often, but it has happened.
So, a number of children have been left in a car to roast to death by their parents.
So the solution for that is not to disable the airbags and let parents actually have their kids up front.
The solution now is to force every new car that's going to be made after a certain model year to have a monitoring system inside of it that can detect things as fine as a heartbeat, ostensibly to prevent the kid from being roasted alive in the car.
Let's just, instead of admitting to one mistake, let's add several more on there.
But of course, there's other aspects of this as well, as you point out in your article, how they could abuse this new sensor that they have in the car.
Well, the technology is very big brothery, and it's been developed by Israeli security companies that are connected to the Israeli intelligence and defense industries.
And essentially it is a way to keep track of everything that goes on inside the car.
Not just the movement of a child, But what the people in the vehicle might be saying, what they might be doing, it's essentially an in-car panopticon.
So this once private space that we used to enjoy is a kind of a refuge.
You leave the house, you get in your car, and in between home and getting to the office, you've got a little bit of time to yourself with nobody else around.
Now, even if you're the only person in the car, there's several other people in the car with you, whether you know it or not.
Oh yeah, they're all there listening.
You know, all the employees, it's not just some artificial intelligence program or whatever, like we've seen with Alexa and these other things.
It's people back in the home office just decided to listen in.
Well, and things have gotten so creepy, it is no longer outlandish to say.
For example, to ponder the possibility of, you're listening to the radio, and something comes on that you disagree with, and you mutter something under your breath to express disagreement, and that gets picked up by a microphone somewhere, and a lot of social credit scheme in China, your car just shuts off, and it bricks, and it pulls over to the side of the road, awaiting the government people to come and do whatever they're going to do to you for violating the social norms.
That's right, especially even if it's not your own car.
Let's say you're just, you know, doing this, renting it by the ride from the big three automobile manufacturers who are no longer going to be the big three.
They're going to be the big brother three, you know.
All of this stuff, it should be opt-in.
You should have a choice.
I always try to make this point.
I'm not a Luddite.
I'm not opposed to the technology provided.
People have the freedom to decide they don't want it.
That's right.
And I absolutely agree about that.
You know, we had the 60th anniversary of the first use of the three-point seatbelt this last week.
And that's a good example of that.
I used to wear seatbelts before it was mandated.
Because I was convinced, that's a good idea.
Not the lap belts, but the three-point harness type of thing.
And then when they mandated it, and my wife can tell you this, because we were dating at the time, still teenagers, I refused to wear a seat belt for two years after they made it a seat belt law.
I said, my liberty is more important than my safety.
I really do believe that, and I live that, and I'm not going to give up my... They don't have any right to tell me what I've got to do in terms of safety.
If I decide that's a good thing, and I thought it was a good thing, I thought it was a good design, because unlike the lap belts, the three-point harness goes over your shoulder, your chest, your pelvic area, and it helps to restrain you more, and it's easier to put on.
So I thought, yeah, that's a good idea.
I'll use that.
But if they're going to mandate it, I'm not going to go there.
Well, right.
It's this pushy, busybodyism.
I run five miles every other day and that's good for me and it's probably good for other people too, but the idea that I would advocate a requirement that everybody go out and run or have an ideal body mass ratio or whatever it is, it's the same thing, isn't it?
Yeah, oh yeah, absolutely.
Or tell people they can't have meat or whatever.
It's absolutely amazing.
But that's where we are today.
It's absolutely amazing.
But, you know, we're talking about how these companies are joining with California to push for this higher emissions standard so that they can clear their inventory of internal combustion engines even quicker.
They are also even clearing out the hybrid cars.
You pointed out that if emissions actually mattered.
Several of the major manufacturers, GM is one, have publicly announced in the past week that they are no longer going to develop that technology.
And, you know, interestingly enough, the hybrids actually work.
You don't have to worry about the range and the recharge time, and they actually might make some sense.
They did make some sense, actually, about 10 years ago when gas was close to $4 a gallon, and in that case, you know, spending the extra $2,000 or $3,000 more for the hybrid, you actually might end up saving money over time.
Now it's not so much a good choice, but regardless, it actually, there was some rational argument for it.
There's no rational argument for the electric cars.
That's right.
Yeah, you had the range issue was not an issue with them because you could use the internal combustion engine to recharge the batteries at the very least.
That's right.
Or as a backup.
It carried around its own generator.
That's right.
But of course now in Europe, they've already put the crosshairs on hybrids.
These ultra-low emission zones that they're putting everywhere as they're moving to ban all internal combustion engines.
As they roll that out in Europe, they've also included hybrids because they're not going to allow them either.
Right.
So it's kind of a, you know, this revolving door, like we see in so many different areas, between the corporations and the government because they're partnering here in a, and quite frankly, it is just simply fascism.
That's what happens when you partner corporations with government.
And well, and it's a tragedy to people in general.
are unaware of the backstory and it's presented in such a way that well these vehicles are dirtying the air and they're causing climate change but when you look at the actual emissions and this includes carbon dioxide or something like a hybrid they're negligibly different from what an electric car produces particularly if you factor in all of the carbon dioxide that's emitted by the utility generating plants that produce the electricity that the electric car runs on
Yeah, when you look at India and China, which under the Paris Climate Accord, they were going to be allowing, allow those two countries to continue to build in very large quantity, very dirty, very inefficient power plants.
And in India, for example, you only have to have an internal combustion engine that's about 36 miles per gallon to be more carbon friendly, if you want to embrace that fantasy.
It'd be more carbon friendly than an electric car that was powered off of their dirty grid.
Right, and flip it around a little bit.
If carbon dioxide is such a horrible threat and we're all going to die as a result of the carbon dioxide emissions, then why are they allowing high-performance electric cars like the Teslas to be manufactured that gratuitously consume electricity and produce carbon dioxide?
I would say it's actually kind of ludicrous, isn't it?
It is kind of ludicrous, right.
It is the ludicrous mode of transportation.
They should be building very Prius-like electric cars.
It should be in about 15 seconds, but you know, the elite virtue-signalers don't want a car like that.
Well, we've got Greta coming from Switzerland.
She is in her sailboat on her way.
And I'm sure, like me, Eric, you are waiting with bated breath to see what she's going to tell us when she goes to the UN.
Thank you so much for joining us.
Eric Peters, epautos.com.
Without your support, we won't be here.
And I couldn't thank you all enough for the fact that you've kept us in the game.
I mean, I want to stay in this game.
I want to take the globalist on.
Total transparency is our whole operation.
If I bring in $35 million, half of that's the cost of the products, because we don't mark stuff up that much.
I don't care if I'm not making money, but you need to buy the products.
We got coffee, we got fish oil, we got turmeric, we got great toothpaste, we've got great things like DNA Force Plus, but Ultimate Krill Oil has been sold out for four months.
For whatever reason, this became the most popular fish oil.
It's totally full of the bottle, and it is the strongest, purest krill oil, and it cost us three times more Because we have it put through the expensive laboratory process to remove mercury.
Any type of krill oil you get that doesn't give you fish burps, which I don't like, but gives you all the great benefits, isn't real.
It's been boiled, it's been ruined, it's been homogenized.
This has not been.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is the highest quality krill oil you're gonna find anywhere.
Real krill oil, folks, is red.
It's not yellow, it's not milky.
This is nothing but krill oil.
Alex, I got a plug for the Patriot Points I get.
Yes.
Oh, thanks.
I've gotten $180 so far this year, and I feel like I'm stealing from you.
I buy so much in the store because, I mean, I don't want to give that money to Walmart.
I don't want to give that money to people who are going to donate it to causes I don't believe in.
So I'd rather give that money to you.
And I'm getting quality products.
The products that I do receive have changed my life.
I mean, the X2 has really done a lot for me.
I've lost weight.
My brain works a whole lot better.
My kids, they use the toothpaste.
My son used to get these little sore throats, and he puts X2 in water and drinks it, and he gets rid of his sore throat.
He loves it.
I want high quality stuff in there.
I want a good price.
But I've kind of habituated everybody to where everybody buys when it's 50% off.
I'm making $2 on the toothpaste 50% off.
And so it's the same thing like the fish oil, or the turmeric, or the bone broth.
Thank you so much for the plugs.
But listen, when people get the Patriot points, a lot of times it makes things a loss later.
Because if you're already getting 10% off because you're on auto ship, and then we're doing 50% off, and then you do something like that, where you have Patriot points, we lose money.
But that's OK.
Thanks for the support.
You're listening to The David Knight Show.
Analyzing the globalist's next move.
It's the David Knight Show.
Welcome back.
We have a new federal decision from a federal judge in Wisconsin.
A federal judge has ruled that Wisconsin cannot exclude so-called gender reassignment treatments, that would include both surgery and hormones, from coverage under Medicaid.
And so this is a federal judge saying that Wisconsin has to pay for surgery and hormones for people who are gender confused and on Medicaid.
And this is striking down a 1997 Department of Health and Human Services provision that excluded transsexual surgery from Medicaid.
Now remember, who was president in 1997?
Hmm, that would have been Bill Clinton.
So just kind of like, you know, the Defense of Marriage Act that happened during the Clinton administration, struck down by the Supreme Court, by federal judges, we've now had a district federal judge, William Conley, strike down the prohibition against paying for transsexual surgery.
Isn't that interesting?
You know, we can learn a lot from the founders.
In spite of what the New York Times and AOC and the Democrats and the colleges tell us, they were actually very wise about human nature.
Were they perfect?
No, they were not perfect.
But they understood what the problem was.
Let me read to you from Patrick Henry.
He said, Power is the great evil with which we are contending.
We have divided power between three branches of government.
And we have erected checks and balances to prevent abuse of power.
However, where is the check on the power of the judiciary, said Patrick Henry?
If we fail to check the power of the judiciary, I predict that we will eventually live under judicial tyranny.
Wow, this guy must have had a crystal ball or something, right?
He could predict the future.
No, he understood the nature of power.
And he read the Constitution, that's why he's writing as an anti-federalist, saying there is a fundamental flaw here.
And of course that flaw was fixed with the 9th and 10th Amendment, frankly, but it still has to be enforced.
That's why we have these constitutional convention calls, all these people getting together and saying, you know, we got this problem, and we got that problem, and this other problem.
Those problems, for the most part, are rising because the people who are politicians Who we have elected who go to Washington, they don't pay attention to the Constitution that they swore to uphold.
The Constitution that gives them their authority.
They don't read it.
They don't care what it says.
It's just a sham when they take that oath of office.
And if we had the 9th and 10th Amendment enforced, you wouldn't have a federal judge telling Minnesota what they could and could not do.
And we've already seen how that works.
With marijuana.
That's why I talk about this all the time.
That's why I talk about marijuana all the time.
We don't have to have a violent civil war.
We just need to tell the federal government where they need to go.
Where it's really hot.
Hotter than it is here in Houston.
Austin, I should say.
I used to live in Houston for a long time.
It was pretty miserable there as well.
In other news, as we're talking about Patrick Henry, A guy that does not ever go out of style.
He had something else to say that is applicable today.
When people forget God, tyrants forge their chains.
And in conjunction with that, we have a Catholic nun who has a live show called Mother Miriam.
And she is urging parents to do the same thing I've been urging parents to do.
And Alex Newman urged parents to do when he came here to promote The New American Magazine.
If you want to know about homeschooling and how you can, it'll answer some questions about that.
New American's got a great magazine that they'll give you.
Rescuing our, I think it's Rescuing Our Children, I think, if you look at New American.
But he's doing a tour, and she's basically saying the same thing.
She said the culture, and she and the other people, she's talking, the culture war is over in schools.
Our side lost.
Get out.
It's time.
We'll be right back.
Stay with us.
It's not only that you have a unique voice in the public arena, in the public square, the other thing that's unique about InfoWars is it is the only network of this reach that is not backed by a corporate donor or corporate sugar daddy, that's not backed by some billionaire, that's not being funded by a secret foreign government.
It is completely independent of all that.
It is an old-school American 1776 style experiment in the expression of the freedom of press and freedom of speech that in fact the founders were so concerned with at the beginning of the country that he tried to support and subsidize organizations just like this because this was the kind of press they wanted and then ultimately we now live in an era where they've mostly been co-opted by big corporations or billionaire sugar daddies who've been able to control and manipulate what news and views the person is allowed to have or express or hear and the InfoWars audience has broken through that.
They are the bridge In a world of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act.
democracy and freedom. And that's why there's been an unprecedented onslaught of de-platforming, defamation, lawfare, and libel targeting youth.
In a world of deceit, telling the truth is a revolutionary act. And now, the David Knight Show.
Welcome back.
Joining us at the bottom of the hour, we're going to have Richard Proctor.
He's going to be talking to us about the Constitution.
We'll be talking about civil asset forfeiture.
You know, this is something that is just an affront to our freedom, to our dignity, to our Constitution, to our Bill of Rights.
Civil asset forfeiture.
All these people saying, as they're talking about red flag laws, take the guns, as President Trump said, take the guns, we'll do the due process later.
Well, based on civil asset forfeiture, Based on the way that our government has interacted with families through CPS, this massive subsidized to the tune of billions of dollars, this massive bureaucracy that they have put out there to take away kids from parents who are merely accused by anyone.
It's amazing how closely red flag laws parallel CPS.
And why, why wouldn't they?
Right?
I mean, if you're not going to stand up for your rights of due process and of other people in your community, you know, we're all just, it's kind of like playing Russian roulette.
Any disgruntled spouse or a family in-law or neighbor or anyone can red flag you about your children.
It's not about Allegations of sexual abuse or physical abuse in the vast majority of the cases.
85 to 95 percent of these cases where children are taken without any due process.
That's not even the accusation.
I just don't think that they're getting their kids vaccinated or maybe they're homeschooling or I just think the kids are allowed to play outside too much.
They should be inside on the couch playing video games and watching television.
And they red flag you to CPS and CPS comes and takes the kids and guess what?
You are not allowed to know what the charges against you are.
Your kids are gone.
You're going to have to fight them in court to get those kids back and those kids are going to be in the system.
In the system where there's a lot of sexual and physical abuse and chemical abuse of those kids.
It typically takes months or years.
To get your kids back.
And so, if we're going to let them do that to our kids, why wouldn't we let them do that to our firearms, right?
I mean, they're just inanimate objects.
And we've already had the civil asset forfeiture laws, where they take your property without a conviction.
They take your property without even charging you with a crime.
They charge the inanimate object with a crime.
So, when we live in this kind of Kafka-esque Big Brother world, Why wouldn't they do red flag gun laws?
But before we leave the homeschooling issue, I just want to remind you there is a book that was actually being talked about.
This is an article from LifeSiteNews.com.
Mother Miriam, I've never heard of her before, but I would agree with her.
She challenged parents to uphold their duty as primary educators of their children.
She alerted parents to the fact that today's schools are filled with evil, but it is the first and foremost duty of parents to protect their kids.
She said it has to do with you being a proper mom and dad to your kids.
You, no matter what the situation is, you are responsible for the growth of your children in faith.
And that's something that this country has always founded on.
As I said, Patrick Henry said, when a people forget God, that is when tyrants forge their chains.
And that's basically what we're seeing as we see these articles about how these little Satanist groups are out there saying, we need to have religious liberty applied to us and so forth.
They don't have religion.
They don't have religion.
They are just anti-Christian.
It isn't that they have a religion.
They'll even tell you, well, we don't really believe in Satan.
Maybe some of them do, some of them don't.
They're just anti-Christian.
And they want to shut that down.
They want a secular society.
They want freedom from religion, not freedom of religion.
And they're pushing a secular society.
But the book that she was talking about, and she had a guest on her show, Get Out Now!
Why you should pull your child from public school before it's too late?
And quite frankly, most people don't realize that it already is too late for the public schools.
As Alex Newman said when he was here, He said, think of it as a burning building.
You know, you've got a burning building, your kid's inside.
What's the first thing you're going to do?
Well, you're going to get your kid out.
Then you're going to try to help put that fire out so it doesn't burn down the rest of the neighborhood.
And that's the basis behind the New American Publication.
They're hoping to get a million of these out to people all across the country.
Whether you've got kids in school now, whether you've got grandkids, or whether even your grandkids are out of school and you just want to save the Save the community, save the country.
You need to take a look at that, get it in the hands of people who are decision makers and really understand what's going on.
There's some helpful hints in there about the practicality of educating your kids.
It's not that hard.
As a matter of fact, you couldn't possibly do a worse job than the people are doing.
It depends on what your definition of education is.
If you want your kids propagandized as Marxist, if you want them to buy into all this gender confusion and all of this intersectional hatred and social justice and Marxism that's being taught to the kids, if you want them to worship the environment and environmentalism, well then, by all means, put them in school.
They'll get a great education.
If you want them to be able to read and write and do math and so forth, they're not going to get that there.
And the evidence is, just take a look at New York and Washington and these other places where they spend the most per capita on kids and they have the lowest literacy rates, the lowest numeracy rates, their ability to do math.
That's not even the mission of the schools.
The schools are not failing.
The schools are very, very, very successful.
Just look at all the Antifa people on the streets.
I mean, we're cranking these people out.
It's faster than Proud Boys can knock them down.
It's like this massive manufacturing facility.
She said, the case of atheism in school has produced the most godless generation in history.
Moral relativism has left more than two-thirds of the people without a belief in truth and objective right and wrong.
They don't believe in objective truth.
You have a truth.
I have a truth.
Elizabeth Warren believes that she's Native American, therefore she are Native American.
I just, I believe it.
Beto O'Rourke, he believes that he's Hispanic, so he is.
Rachel DeLisle believes that she is black, so therefore she is.
Transgenders believe that they're the opposite gender, so therefore they are.
I mean, this is, there's been a long, long process Of preparing people for the kinds of stuff that we're now seeing as part of the transgender movement.
That's the post-modernism.
Under modernism, people would debate because they believed that there was an objective truth.
But that's not where the kids have been for a very long time.
The schools have been pushing against modernism for a very long time.
I've got a truth, you've got a truth, we've all got a truth.
Don't let your truth get in the way of my truth.
How dare you?
And so when you live in that kind of environment, Rachel DeLisle can be black, Beto can be Hispanic, Elizabeth Warren can be Indian, and anybody can be any gender or species that they want to be.
Because we don't have any objective truth or facts.
So yeah, the culture war is over, folks.
Culture war is over in schools, at least.
And our side lost.
Big time.
Big time.
And they are really rubbing our nose in it right now.
She said this book should be a game changer for conservative parents, especially believers, religious believers, under the outdated illusion that their kids can be salt and light in such hostile deserts.
I always say that to my Christian friends.
I said, oh, okay, you want your kids to go where you aren't going to go.
You want them to be missionaries to these other kids.
You want them to be missionaries to the people in authority?
I mean, everything about the school classroom is set up to make sure I'm in.
It is a wonderful predecessor to social media.
You have authority figures, that's the teacher up there, and that's the Milgram experiment.
Somebody tells you, administer that electric charge, and because they are the authority figure, you do it.
No matter how painful it is to these other people, you do it.
You take orders.
That's the Nuremberg issue.
That's the Milgram experiment.
And then the other part of it is, everybody in the group agrees on the wrong answer.
Eventually, even though it's pretty obvious to you that it's wrong, you're going to go along with the crowd.
That's the Ash experiment.
You put those two together, you've got government schools and you've got government-controlled social media.
Controlled through the corporations, of course.

Welcome back.
Let's talk a little bit about what's going on with the red flag gun laws.
Of course, we had President Trump tweet out yesterday.
He said, just concluded a very good meeting.
Actually, it's early this morning.
Just concluded a very good meeting on preventing mass shooting.
Talks are ongoing with both Republicans and Democrats.
Oh, good.
Well, they all agree, don't they?
They all agree that you shouldn't have any freedom or Second Amendment.
We are likewise engaging with lawful gun owners, survivors, grieving family members, law enforcement, the NRA, mental health professionals, and school officials.
Well, you know, so what's to worry about then, right?
We've got some kind of a constitutional convention going on in the White House.
You and I are not invited.
Do we have a list specifically of these attendees, or just in general who they are, right?
We've got the NRA, we've got gun owners, then we've got people who are mental health professionals, and school officials, and grieving family members and survivors.
They're going to determine whether or not you, to what extent, the Second Amendment should apply anymore, right?
So, I don't know.
Again, they're getting together and they're negotiating your rights and my rights in the White House and President Trump and Republicans and Democrats.
What could possibly go wrong?
Are we allowed to know who Trump is conspiring with in order to subvert our liberty?
Can we get even a transcript of the debate if we can't get a list of the attendees?
It's kind of like a Bilderberg meeting to take down the Second Amendment.
I'm fed up with this stuff.
I've already given you two quotes.
Three quotes I think actually from Patrick Henry.
Here's another one from Patrick Henry.
A guy who was very suspicious of what would happen if we centralized power in Washington.
He said, the liberties of a people never were and never will be secure when the transactions of their rulers are concealed from them.
President Trump, we need to have this discussion out in the open.
This is not like your damn wars that you people create all the time abroad without us having any Uh, transparency or visibility about what you're doing or any justification or any definition about what you want to do or when you're going to complete your mission?
What is your objective?
What are you going to do?
Why are you going to do it?
No, we don't have those kind of discussions anymore.
And apparently, as you're going to go to war with the American people, President Trump, you're not giving us that discussion either.
Is that too harsh?
I mean, you know, I've got the article here from Kit Daniels here at InfoWars.
Trust the President.
Just trust him.
Trust the President on the Second Amendment.
No, I don't.
I don't trust anybody that thinks that my liberties are negotiable.
What bullshit is that?
Don't expect to see my articles or my programs up on InfoWars anymore.
Kit Daniels is going to be putting this kind of crap up all the time.
Going back to an interview at the beginning of the month from Ted Nugent?
Oh, he's just talking a lot, taking in a lot of information.
Well, you know, I think President Trump should have taken in some information when he swore to uphold the Constitution.
Maybe when he decided he was going to run for President, he could have read the Constitution.
Would that be asking too much?
That he'd have some respect for that?
That he'd have an understanding of the Declaration of Independence and principles this country was built on?
Nah, yeah, not going to bother with that.
You know, so Ted Nugent tells us at this point, I just recommend patience and hope.
And we should listen to him, right?
Because, why?
Oh, that's right, he's an entertainer like President Trump.
Oh, he's got a Republican letter behind his name, right?
Oh, he's with the NRA too.
Oh, well just trust him.
Trust him, it doesn't matter what they're going to do to your liberty, does it?
Just trust them.
At this point, I do not trust him at all.
I don't trust William Barr either.
Let's play video clip number three.
Do you still believe that prudent controls on weapons won't reduce violent crime?
Do you trust Dianne Feinstein?
What is your basis for this conclusion?
She agrees with Barr.
I think that the problem of our time is to get an effective system in place that can keep dangerous firearms out of the hands of mentally ill people.
That is Should be priority number one and it's going to take some hard work and we need to get on top of the problem.
We need to come up with agreed to standards.
There are prohibitors of people who are mentally ill.
We have to put the resources in to get the system built up the way we did many years ago on the on the felon records and so forth.
We have to get the system working and as I say it's it's it's.
I'm sort of piecemeal a little bit right now.
We need to really get some energy behind it and get it done.
And I also think we need to... Yes, piecemeal.
We've got states making laws.
We've got to make these laws in the federal government.
So that we have these red flag laws to supplement the use of the background check to find out if someone has some mental disturbance.
This is the single most important thing I think we can do.
In the gun control area to stop these massacres from happening in the first place.
That's the single most important thing.
So I can imagine, you know, if President Trump gets together with law enforcement, probably gets together with his attorney general who's going to be telling him that, and he agrees with Dianne Feinstein.
They all agree.
Democrats and Republicans agree, so it's got to be right, doesn't it?
I mean, if Dianne Feinstein agrees with President Trump and they need to take away your Second Amendment, it's got to be right.
It doesn't matter, right?
If the NRA jumps in there on it, other entertainers jump in there on it, it's fine.
You know, we just had a Connecticut man who had his firearms seized because his son shared a meme on Facebook under red flag gun laws.
Let me ask, I would like to ask, if I was there on the committee, I would have asked William Barr, I would have asked him hypothetical.
I would have said, let's assume that you've got an individual who at point-blank range shot a woman between the eyes who is holding her child.
Would you say that that individual should have a gun?
And that's not a hypothetical.
I'm talking about Lon Horiuchi, the cynically named hostage rescue sniper for the FBI.
Now this is a guy that not only did William Barr say he should not have his gun taken away, William Barr, when he went before the various committees, the Senate Judiciary Committee that was confirming him to be Attorney General in January of this year, said that he had done some pro bono activities, serving the disadvantaged.
You know who he did pro bono activities for?
He was defending Lon Horiuchi.
Who had been indicted for cold-blooded murder for shooting a woman holding a baby at point-blank range in the head?
And not only did Lon Horiyuchi continue on with the FBI until he was good and finished and retired, but you had William Barr, who has the audacity to talk to us about insanity and red flag laws, defended him pro bono?
I said before, The people that kill more than anybody else are the people affiliated with the government.
And if you pass these red flag gun laws, you're going to have Lon Horiuchi and Randy Weaver and his wife.
You're going to have a lot of those types of incidents where the federal government is there.
And quite frankly, this was something, as James Bovard, the American conservative, pointed out, this was something really to cover his own ass.
Because Barr was in charge of both the FBI and the U.S.
Marshals Service and their misconduct at Ruby Ridge.
Yes, that happened under the Bush administration.
It happened under Bill Barr, the guy who is now pushing red flag gun laws.
But don't pay attention to that.
Just trust Trump.
Just trust Trump.
We'll be right back.
Robert Moritz, what has Big Tech become?
Big Tech are big babies that have become big bullies.
And the way they did so is because they faced no consequence, social, economic, political, or legal, for their illicit activities over two decades.
And because of that, that's why the courts, the judges, the juries, the members of the independent free press that care about this, the ordinary members of the public and the audience that care about this, have to bring real social, political, economic consequence to their course of conduct.
Otherwise, they will never change.
And they will become the big tech oligarchs, the equivalent to the big trusts of the 19th century who ran American politics and ran American economy almost into the ground until we were able to recover after the Great Depression.
The Infowars audience is the fuel that flames the light of liberty across the world.
To make real the actions of independent free speech.
To make real the original promise of an independent free press.

Joining us now is Richard Proctor.
He's written a couple books on the Constitution.
Line-by-line exposition as well as one that is summarized somewhat as a suitable textbook for your children.
Get your kids out of school.
Get them books like Richard Proctor's book on the Constitution if you want them to have a real education, if you want them to have a future, if you want them to understand.
The foundations of individual liberty.
Get them out of the schools and start educating them yourself.
You can't possibly do a worse job.
These people are majoring in propagandizing your kids.
Just this example, before we go to Richard, just came out.
YouTube axes any anti-protest channels as the US Ministry of Truth battles China over Hong Kong. We've got YouTube saying that anybody that is sowing political discord on behalf of the Chinese government has to be stopped.
And so you've got Twitter, who is incidentally banned by China.
Maybe they're trying to curry favor with them, kowtowing to them, running ads for the Chinese.
And then after they were called on that, they backed down and they said, well, we've taken those things down.
It's amazing to see how social media is being weaponized to serve tyranny.
Yes, it is.
across the globe. Just the latest example of this. But joining us now is Richard Proctor.
Again, you can find him at Bathroom Economics. Is that bathroomeconomics.com, Richard?
Yes, it is. Yes, it is.
Okay, good. Because he's also done a lot of stuff about economics as well.
He's got some great economics books besides the books on the Constitution.
But let's talk a little bit about civil asset forfeiture, red flag, gun laws, CPS.
I mean, all these things are tied together with this whole idea of due process, aren't they, Richard?
Oh yes, isn't it terrible?
Isn't it terrible how we, the people, are giving in to this kind of thing?
We sit back and say, oh it's okay, it's okay, they'll only take bad guys.
You know, if I called, no I shouldn't say this, people are constantly, anonymously calling To have things taken away from other people.
You mentioned children just a minute ago, and that's a common thing.
That's regular stuff.
I have a brother-in-law who was accused of child abuse, and he wasn't doing anything at all.
He was just accused, and he had a fight with the government to keep his kids.
Yeah, anybody can accuse anybody of anything.
That's why we have the due process laws.
And the government will always make wild accusations against people that they consider to be their political enemies.
That's why we have the due process laws.
Yeah, that's Amendment 5, 6, and 7 are very clear.
You put those all three together, and all of a sudden you have, you can't, you can't, you've got to have a grand jury.
You can't do anything if you don't have a grand jury.
You have to have a loss.
It's in 7.
You've got to have a loss.
$20.
But what's $20 today?
$20 was quite a lot back then, wasn't it?
Yes, it was then.
1787, you bet.
Here we have an impartial jury.
No, I'm not sure about impartial jury.
It was caught a lot back then, wasn't it?
Yes, it was then, 1787, you bet.
Here we have an impartial jury.
Now I'm not sure about impartial jury.
Jury of the pairs is the same thing.
We should make sure that we have juries of people who understand what's going on, not just impartial.
Yes, and they should understand that they have a right and a duty to judge the law and how it's being applied and the possible penalties of that law as well as just looking at the facts of the case, shouldn't they?
Yeah, the very, very first thing they're supposed to look at is the law constitutional.
Oh, here we've got Article 6.
If the law doesn't follow the constitutional, it's gone.
Out of here!
Well, if the jury would just look at the law, That's right.
see whether it's constitutional or not. And that's the same thing with these seizures. If we would just look at the law we would say, hey you can't do that.
That's not following the Constitution or the Bill of Rights and therefore it's null and void. That's right. Yeah, there is a process. When we say due process it means that there is a process that's laid out in the Constitution and this is what we are all due.
And you know, let's not move on from juries too quickly, because that's one of the most effective ways that they have taken away our freedoms.
You're there to judge the law, and it's not even whether or not that law is constitutional, is it, Richard?
It's whether or not you agree with that law.
We go back and where this was really established back in England, William Penn, I mean, there was a law there saying you couldn't worship if it wasn't the Church of England and the jurors looked at that and said, well, clearly they violated that law.
There's no question about the fact that he violated that law, William Penn, who went on to found Pennsylvania.
No question that he violated the law.
No question that that law was legit.
It was from the king.
However, they disagreed with that law and they let him loose and so then they locked up the jurors.
And then they came back and said, where's the law that lets you lock up a juror because of their decision?
They said, well, there isn't anyone, so that was habeas corpus and jury nullification all there in one trial right there.
It was really something that happened to them.
You know, when you get down to it, much of our law today was established by people's lives.
Those people went to prison, they were punished, they were tortured and everything, and then finally the government gave in to them.
I don't quite understand why.
They didn't have to, but they did.
And that's what established a lot of the precedence we have now that we are throwing away!
That's right.
That's right.
You have to be willing to put your life, your honor, and your fortune on the line, which is what these people did.
And that's why we honor these founders, because they put their life, their money, and even their reputation on the line, and that was something that was as valuable to them as their life or their money was their reputation.
They put all that on the line to get these freedoms, and we're just throwing them away.
We don't even care to know what they are, do we?
Yeah, that's right.
Those guys that signed the Declaration of Independence, we should just look at the aftermath of that a little bit closely.
Those people suffered fiercely because of the signatures on that document.
Then we get to the Constitution, and those people also put their lives on the line and everything on the line by writing that.
And I heard you mention today earlier about anti-Federalists.
You know, anti-Federalists are not anti-Constitution.
Anti-Federalists are anti the big government in Washington.
That's right.
We need to understand that.
Yeah, they've got to fix that.
And that was one of the things, you know, they looked at this and they said, well, it's got this flaw, it's got that flaw.
And we need to fix some of those things.
They negotiate some of those things out.
And then even after they got it done, you had Madison come back in and say, let's clarify some things.
And those were 10 amendments that he put in there to clarify the division of power between the federal government and the states and the people and the rights that were retained by the people and specifically prohibiting certain things.
Yeah.
Well, you know, when you talk about the federalists, We always read the Federalist Papers.
Those three guys knew it all.
We don't read the Anti-Federalist Papers.
I do.
Yeah, me too.
The Anti-Federalists are the people who are responsible for the Bill of Rights.
That's right.
If we didn't have them, they wouldn't have that.
If we didn't have that, we wouldn't have a country anymore.
And as I pointed out earlier, you know, the anti-federalists like Patrick Henry said, I still don't see anything that clearly keeps the judiciary in line.
And again, that was before we had the 9th and 10th Amendment.
You know, you're going to have to, when you've got a document like that, you know, we talk about the constitutions that want, the constitutional conventions that you see a lot of conservatives and even some liberals talking about.
Let's get together and have a constitutional convention and amend the constitution.
Well, I keep saying that We've got a Constitution and they're not paying any attention to it right now.
Do we really want the people who are ignoring the current Constitution, do we really want them to say, we're going to rewrite it?
I mean, that's really the issue.
You've got to have people who are going to abide by the Constitution, who are going to enforce that, who are going to say, no, this really does mean something.
And if you don't follow this document that you swore to uphold as a condition of office, you don't have any authority.
Yeah, you know we ought to have a means, a test.
We have a test for everybody who's elected for office anywhere at any point about the Constitution to see if they know anything about it.
Yeah.
I don't think we could get away with that, but we ought to.
I don't think they could pass the citizenship test.
Because if you pass that citizenship test, you've got to learn a little bit about the Constitution, about the documents.
I don't think the politicians even care enough to look at it.
We're in a horrible situation where the media decides who gets elected, literally.
It's the war chest.
It's the war chest that makes those decisions.
And this is terrible because we're supposed to, the people are supposed to, but we've just abrogated our responsibility, thrown it away.
I mean, last night I was teaching a group of people about the Constitution and about banking, about how we could get our states free from the clutches, the overreach of the federal government.
And they're having a lot of trouble understanding that.
Yeah, oh yeah, because once an idea gets ingrained into the population, they can't imagine it any other way.
I mean, how could we have a country without a Federal Reserve?
I mean, it's been here for a hundred years, therefore, it was always here.
We'll be right back.
Stay with us.
We'll be talking more to Richard Proctor.
Again, his website is bathroomeconomics.com.
We'll be right back.
We got coffee.
We got fish oil.
We got turmeric.
We got great toothpaste.
We've got great things like DNA Force Plus.
But Ultimate Krill Oil has been sold out for four months.
This has not been real.
This, ladies and gentlemen, is the highest quality krill oil you're gonna find anywhere.
Real krill oil, folks, is red.
It's not yellow.
It's not milky.
This is nothing but krill oil.

The human spirit lives at InfoWars.com and NewsWars.com.
And I'm asking listeners, whatever you do, spread those links because we are the light in the dark of the night.
We are the resistance.
We are 1776 Worldwide.
I talk about this on the air and I know it sinks into people but I've decided that we're gonna kind of reboot all our supplements in that if you go back five six years ago before all the censorship and attacks and fake lawsuits the rest of it I would talk about how great the products are and how they were the best and why they were and I'd have doctors on and experts to explain why they were
And instead, the last few years, I'm like, hey, we need to really support us, or they'll shut us down, and the biggest thing people like to buy is supplements, because they know how great they are and how wonderful they were.
And the left always has headlines everywhere.
Jones sells unapproved supplements that he claims are supplements.
No, under federal law since 1996, you can't say that a supplement has been through the FDA because they have no jurisdiction and won't look at it.
But then they say you've got to say it's not approved by them.
And all drugs are is the system trying to tweak what's in Mother Nature and manipulate it and do different things.
And a lot of drugs work great.
They have side effects.
Not with Mother Nature, but Big Pharma doesn't want you knowing about God's medicine chest.

You're listening to the David Knight Show.
I'm David Knight.
Welcome back.
We're talking to Richard Proctor.
We're talking about the Constitution.
Talking about the Federalists, the Anti-Federalists.
How do we keep power from being consolidated?
How do we keep them from taking away our individual liberties?
Because that was what the Founders really understood.
And they worked very hard to keep that from happening.
And we, it is a constant struggle.
Because people are always Moving the bar.
They're always manipulating it, and we see that is happening right now.
So we're talking about civil asset forfeiture, we're talking about red flag gun laws, which is just another form of civil asset forfeiture, or CPS, confiscation of your kids.
Now they're going to come after firearms.
And we're going to create a massive bureaucracy just like we have with CPS that will be incentivized and funded at the federal government level.
And it's not surprising that the people who are pushing this are also people who have been pushing our endless undeclared wars abroad.
A lot of the same people.
Are saying, oh, well, you just got to do this.
And don't worry, you can trust us because we're Republicans.
Before we get back to Richard Proctor, I just want to remind you of the sales that we have at InfoWarsStore.com because that's what funds this program.
We have a lot of products that are now still 50 to 60% off.
Many of our top selling products, even many of our top selling products that have been sold out, we brought back.
Ultimate Krill Oil is now back in stock and 50% off.
Brain Force Plus, my favorite supplement, 50% off.
Knockout, our all-natural sleep aid, 50% off.
Bodies, our all-natural anti-inflammatory product, that is 50% off.
Turbo Force, 50% off.
Many other products, 50 to 60% off at InfoWarsStore.com.
We really do appreciate and need your support.
Thank you so much for supporting us.
Richard, as we were talking, Before we went to the break, let's get back to the red flag gun laws.
I mean, you know, we began by talking about CPS issues and how easy it is to just finger somebody there, how essential it is for us to have a process that is defined and for our A government to honor that defined process in the Constitution and to give us the process that is due to us as human beings.
Your comments on that?
Well, yes.
You know, I don't trust the federal government a minute, and not anybody in it.
When I talk about fixing things, we've got to start with the states.
We've got to have states begin to nullify things like these red flag laws.
So California gives in.
I don't care.
I care about Utah.
I hope you guys care about Texas.
Everybody cares about their own state.
We are citizens of the state.
Let's act like it.
They're sovereign entities.
So if something comes down the pike from the federal government, the state should nullify it.
Get it out of their state.
You can't do that here.
And if we did that more often, less garbage would come.
Plus, if they pass some red flag laws that we're talking about today, the state just says, nope, nope, not in our state, you don't do that.
And bingo, it's done.
And you know, we've seen this when it comes to a lot of different issues.
We see people talk about these issues, whether it is marriage or whether it's abortion, but they don't really push it that hard because when they really do care about an issue, like many people cared about medical marijuana, They stood up and they took their freedom.
They had referenda.
They got people in the state legislature that pushed it.
They did it by a variety of ways, but you had two-thirds of the state essentially say, you know, we're not going to let you prohibit medical marijuana.
And even Jeff Sessions, who desperately wanted to, was afraid to do it because he didn't want to show his hand.
I think that when we come to the Second Amendment, I think that's a point where the conservatives really need to step up if we want to keep this from happening and devolving into a violent civil war as they try to take people's guns.
I think we need to stand up and use nullification.
That is the intermediate ground, just like we've seen with marijuana.
And I think many people pointed out it's going to be marijuana and guns that are going to win back our freedom.
Well, one for the left, one for the right.
Well, you know, everybody, when they talk about the Second Amendment, always talks about freedom to bear arms.
And that's very important.
I'm not disqualifying it.
But the very first sentence says, a well-regulated militia is necessary for the security of a free state.
And the free state means the state in which you live today.
That doesn't mean the free government.
That means the free state where you are now.
So if you want to have a free state in your state, you've got to have a militia.
It's got to be properly regulated, and it's got to be armed.
And it also includes having them armed with military weapons.
Not that we want to have a war, we want to have strength, we want to have peace through strength.
Just like we have, same reason we have a military, that's the same reason you have a militia.
To protect yourself against domestic enemies.
Because it is that...
Mutually assured destruction that kept us from having a nuclear war when both Russia and the United States had this massive surplus of nuclear weapons, and that's what keeps us from having a tyranny.
If you have an armed population, it is a deterrence to them doing something.
Now if we use that analogy that you just said in another direction, Russia and the United States, let's call it the federal government and the state of Iowa, okay?
The state of Iowa is free today because they have equal weapons to keep themselves free, just like the United States is free because it has equal weapons to keep them free.
It's the same analogy exactly.
We can't be free unless we can enforce the laws of our state.
And I keep seeing all these people, especially veterans, people like Dan Crenshaw on the right, others on the left, saying you don't need and shouldn't have military weapons.
Only people like me, who work for the federal government, who are military veterans at the federal level, We're the only ones, as we are active service, we're the only ones who should have those weapons.
And yet, it was the essence of it was that these were to be military weapons.
And we saw that both with the American Revolution, we saw that here in Texas, the flag there that is at Goliad, the come and take it flag has a cannon, a cannon on it.
That's right.
The idea that only veterans should have guns, well, if only the veterans had them, we'd still have an awful lot of guns, wouldn't we?
Well, I mean, they're saying, I think, even more than that.
I don't think they want the retired veterans to have guns.
I think they want just active military.
Oh, just active military.
That is the Army, the active military.
And by the way, it's unconstitutional because it's been around more than two years.
That's right.
Did I say that?
Exactly.
That's right.
Yeah, the standing army that the founders warned us about.
Those are the only ones that they think should have guns.
That's right.
Unconstitutional group.
Now, I'm not saying that we shouldn't have an army.
Don't get me wrong.
But I am saying that it's got to be funded properly and it's got to be controlled properly.
And the militia is a controlling factor against that very organization, if it needs to be.
Yes.
We forget the rights of the states.
These red flag laws, all of this stuff, asset forfeiture, everything comes from the federal government and everything that happens, states allow.
They don't have to do it, they allow it.
Yes, yes.
And we saw that in the recently resurfaced debate about abortion.
You saw Alabama come back and put in a law that was patterned after the Texas law that was theoretically struck down by Roe v. Wade.
We all bow down to that authority, but they had no authority to do that.
Nevertheless, they came back and said, we want to challenge that.
But they're appealing to the Supreme Court, rather than having their officials there in Alabama say, this is our law, and you can come and take it if you think you can, but this is the way that we're going to govern ourselves here, because we've got a Constitution, and we've defined what marriage is, we've defined what life is, we've got a Constitution, we've got other laws we passed here in Alabama, and you don't have any authority in this aspect.
And you know if they did that, they would be a free state.
Yes.
But if they don't do that, then they're bondage to the federal government.
Yes.
Now the real problem there, though, Dave, as you and I both know, is the ability to fund yourself when the federal government turns around and says, well, if you don't do what we want, we won't give you any money.
OK.
That's right.
And so that really comes back to your issue that we're talking about just before the break, the bank.
Yeah.
Right.
Because by having the bank and being able to print endless amounts of money, they can bribe everybody into giving up their freedom because that's really what it comes to.
You know, people who are not willing to risk their fortune, let alone their lives or their honor.
People really don't realize that one of the communist planks is central bank.
Yes.
And there we have one here saying that we're a free country.
Yes, sir, but we have a central bank that controls our lives.
It's a private institution controlled by Europe and we allow it.
We allow it to decide the value of our money.
We allow it to decide the interest rates we have.
Everything about our lives is controlled by that blasted bank.
I wish President Trump would take on the roots of the Federal Reserve instead of telling them, hey, you guys are bad, I don't like the Chairman, and I don't like your interest rates.
I wish he would just take them on root and branch and uproot them, like Andrew Jackson.
Yeah, Andrew Jackson did exactly the right thing.
We should follow that pattern.
Get rid of that bank.
Now I know that after he got rid of the bank in 1836 when they couldn't do up their charter, then we had a recession in 1837 and banks were closed because the power of Europe didn't like the fact that we didn't have a central bank anymore.
Oh yeah, you see them lining up to do stuff, the financial community to do stuff against the UK because of Brexit.
Thank you so much for joining us again.

I mentioned earlier that we've got a A surge, a movement, a petition in Russia to try to get them to start using fluoride again in the water and you had Putin shut that down.
They shut it down back in 1990.
Isn't that interesting?
As soon as the communists fell, the next year one of the first things they did in Russia was to get rid of the fluoridation in the water.
The Iron Curtain of the Soviet Union falls in 1989.
By 1990 they stopped fluoridating the water and Putin said, we know what that's about.
We had that done to our prisoners by the Nazis, and we did it to our own prisoners.
You know, we got them confused and lowered their IQ points and so forth.
And I've got more to say about drugs and a new drug that President Trump was talking about to be used by the VA, being sold by Johnson & Johnson, a new drug called Spravato.
Spravato.
It's like a spray bravado.
Yes, what could possibly go wrong with that?
I'll tell you when we come back.
You need to hear this because this all ties together.
You know, we look at veterans, we look at red flag gun laws, we tell you the people they want to get the guns from the most are the veterans because they know, perhaps better than anybody else, how to use them.
And so they're going to be red flagging veterans everywhere.
All they have to do is just say, well, I think this person is suicidal.
Or they got PTSD or whatever, and everybody, oh yeah, of course he's a veteran.
Oh, of course he is, certainly.
You don't really have to prove that.
And then let's take them over here and give them this treatment.
For their own good, of course.
I can just hear Nurse Ratched saying, medication time, medication time.
Line up, boys.
It's time for your medication.
Let's talk a little bit about radiation, though.
I talked about that at length the other day, about 5G, and then we see this Story coming out.
Former U.S.
Naval fighter pilots blame radiation exposure for causing cancer and death.
And this is coming out of AmericanMilitaryNews.com.
In 1971, the U.S.
Naval Medical Research Institute had already determined that exposure to non-ionizing radiation, more commonly referred to as cell phone radiation and Wi-Fi, was harmful.
And you know who determined that back in the 1970s?
Who it was that was doing the research for the U.S.
Navy and for the U.S.
Army?
Alan Fry, Dr. Alan Fry, as I was pointing out.
And he was saying, you're making a big mistake here.
There is a connection.
And he was sounding the alarm from 1970 for 30 years until he retired.
He was sounding the alarm with his studies.
Saying, you're looking at the heat effects, but there are other effects.
I can actually go over here.
My technician told me he could actually hear.
He could actually hear the radars making these clicking noises.
I talked about that a couple of days ago.
Please take a look at that video if you haven't seen it.
Clicking noises, which is what we heard from the people who got brain damaged at the U.S.
Embassy in Havana, also the Chinese Embassy in Guangzhou.
And they then did a scan.
They found that, yeah, there is a, we can actually see on the CAT scans, we can see the damage to their brains.
So is this any surprise?
Well, no, actually.
They said former Air Force and Navy fighter pilots are calling on the military to begin cancer screening for aviators as young as 30 because of an increase in deaths from the disease that they suspect may be tied to radiation that is emitted in the cockpit.
These guys in the planes, they're using some pretty high-power electromagnetic radiation, but of course we allow that here in the United States, as I was talking about that.
You know, the standards that we have here in America are far higher, far higher than anywhere else.
The next closest one.
Is Australia, and we are five times higher than they are in terms of the density of radiation, the dosage of radiation that we allow.
And they don't watch this stuff too carefully for the people in the military.
Colonel Nelson, a retired Air Force colonel, who has more than 2,600 flying hours, flying F-15E Strike Eagles, as a weapons officer, said, we are dropping like flies in our 50s from aggressive cancer.
Another retired Navy commander, Hill, a career F-4 and F-14 pilot and squadron commanding officer with 3,600 flight hours, 52, and diagnosed with brain cancer.

♪♪♪ Welcome back.
Coming up in the next segment, we have John Kiriakou.
He was the CIA whistleblower on torture.
And he spent 23 months, I think it was, in federal prison.
So he wrote an op-ed piece last week saying about Jeffrey Epstein.
He goes, well, you can say whatever you want to about it, but this is not the way that suicide watch programs work.
It's not the way the penitentiaries work.
So we're going to have him talk to us.
And of course, John also is a former CIA agent.
He blew the whistle on the torture program that Gina Haspel burned.
She destroyed the videos.
She covered up the evidence.
She was rewarded by being put in charge of the CIA by President Trump.
But as a former CIA agent, John also knows How useful it is to get compromising information on people, to set up a honey trap and to use that to blackmail people.
Is there some kind of a intelligence connection between Jeffrey Epstein and the Deep State?
Or with Epstein and the Mossad?
We'll talk about that, see what his opinions are about that when he joins us coming up in the next segment.
We were talking at the top of the hour about the big increase in cancer, especially for veterans who were fighter pilots because of radiation that they were exposed to, they believe.
The VA has said that.
Many fighter pilots talking about the brain tumors that they're getting and so forth.
They're exposed to radiation that is higher than other people are.
But of course, We also see, as we saw in the Drudge Report this week, smartphones may be leaking more radiation than we think.
That was an article from CNET.
They said Apple and Samsung phones released over the last three years may be producing RF radiation, radio frequency radiation, at levels higher than the current FCC allows.
And when I talked about this a couple of days ago, I said, think about this, you know, the units, I forget, I think it was like microwatts per square meter that they looked at, but nevertheless, forget the units.
A thousand is what was allowed in the United States.
The next one down was Australia, which is 200.
One-fifth of what we allow.
We allow a pretty high level.
And then when you look at places like Russia, Poland, and many European countries, they have levels that are between two and a half and ten.
Remember, we allow a thousand.
That's the dosage that we allow here in the United States.
Places like Austria, it's even lower than that.
But as I point out, even though we've got 5G coming out, we're going to blanket the earth with 5G.
We're going to have, for starters, 20,000 satellites up And that's Elon Musk's SpaceX.
We've got Boeing is going to be putting these things up.
We're going to have, we're going to start out with 20,000 satellites and it'll grow from there because they want to blanket the Earth, every square inch of the Earth, blanketed with 5G radiation.
So what's going on right now with 3G and 4G?
Well, it turns out that some tests that were done by an FCC accredited laboratory, RF Exposure Lab, Showed that the devices that they tested were four to five times what the FCC says that they allow.
Now they have a different standard.
It isn't microwatts per area that they're looking at.
They're looking at a standard that they call 1.6 watts per kilogram.
And they average that over one gram of tissue.
So they don't just measure the radiation.
They say, well, you know, let's create a model here that represents a body, a human body.
And so, if this is an American organization, and they're going to model an American body, how do they do it?
Well, they have a mix of sugar, water, and salt.
Because what else is a typical American made out of?
Sugar, water, and salt.
Now that's their simulated body, and then within that, they measure the radiation.
But this accredited FCC lab, again, RF Exposure Lab, showed that iPhone 7 radio frequency absorption levels were amongst the worst offenders.
It was about two to four times higher than the safety limit that the FCC says that they enforce.
The Galaxy S8 was about five times higher than the current standard.
And then here's the kicker from CNET.
Well, the FCC will now conduct its own test.
You look at this and you say, well, here's an FCC accredited lab and these things are four to five times higher than they say is supposed to be allowed.
Why isn't the FCC doing that?
Oh, well, the FCC will now conduct its own.
Didn't they do that before?
You mean they didn't do any tests?
Our guardians of public safety didn't do any tests?
Oh, they said the FCC, in responding to this, told the press that the testing was, quote, not as comprehensive as what we do.
Oh, what does that mean?
Does that mean that... I think I've got an idea what it's...
I think the more comprehensive testing that the FCC does includes maybe some financial kickbacks to politicians or to people in the bureaucracy.
That's the more comprehensive testing.
Seriously, come on.
And then we had President Trump talking about, as we were talking about radiation exposed to pilots and so forth.
There's the other issue and that is PTSD, suicide amongst veterans, and so forth.
President Trump had this to say in the long helicopter press conference that he had to say.
It got a little bit of attention, but not that much.
I want to give it a little bit more attention.
Here's President Trump.
We're doing a lot having to do with veteran suicide.
We have a task force that's set up.
There's a product that's made right now that just came out by Johnson & Johnson, which has a tremendously positive, pretty short-term, but nevertheless a positive effect.
I've instructed the head of the VA to go out and buy a lot of it, and we are buying a lot of it.
Hopefully we're getting it at a very good cost.
And this is a, I guess it's a form of a stimulant where if somebody is really in trouble from the standpoint of suicide, it can do something.
It's pretty well known, just came out.
It's made, I believe, by Johnson & Johnson, and we have calls in now to Johnson & Johnson.
Those calls, we've been dealing with them for two months on buying a lot of it.
All right, so exactly what is he talking about?
Going back to June, he said we've been working with them for a couple of months on this, some kind of a new stimulant.
Produced by Johnson & Johnson, we're going to buy it in large quantities, and it's going to stop veteran suicides.
Well, going back a couple of months, we've had reports from a lot of different organizations talking about exactly what is this.
Well, it is a drug called Spravato.
It is a nasal spray.
And it is actually not anything that's very new.
It's newly patented by Johnson & Johnson, which is the usual trick by big pharmaceutical companies.
They take something that's been around for quite some time, ketamine, And they modify it slightly, create something called S-ketamine, give it a trade name, Spravato, and then they sell it to the federal government instead of being $7 per dose, as they've been using it for veterinarian medicine, they will sell it for $1,000 per dose.
And it's not just that they're making this for human consumption is why it's so much more expensive.
No, no, no.
It's because they patented it.
And of course, this is what they're going to do with stem cells as well.
Ban you from using your own stem cells, then take the stem cells from aborted babies, patent that, and then sell it back to you at many, many, many times what they sold it for.
And of course, this has been used not only for veterinarians to use this, but it's also been used as a human anesthetic.
Ketamine has been used for quite a while, but it was very cheap until Johnson & Johnson got a hold of it and sold a line to the VA and to President Trump to get them to buy it at $7,000 per dose.
But is it something that the veterans should be taking in the first place?
Ketamine, which is essentially the same thing, is a disassociative anesthetic.
It is used in human anesthesia and in veterinarian medicine.
It produces hallucinogens.
That's what a disassociative drug is, a hallucinogen.
It causes you to feel detached from reality.
And so let's look at how this is described.
They say, well, ketamine can cause dreamlike states and hallucinations.
People who use the drug report sensations ranging from pleasant feeling of floating to being separated from their bodies.
It can experience, you can experience terrifying feeling of almost complete sensory detachment, likened to a near-death experience. In low dosage you can get impaired attention, learning ability, and memory loss. In high dosage you can get delirium, many other things.
Look, flashbacks and so forth, they're going to use this in conjunction with current antidepressants, you know, things like SSRIs.
What could possibly go wrong?
I can bet that we're gonna have a lot more mass shooting.
And red flags!
It's just heavy, heavy, heavy.
Make no mistake, it's... We're not in Kansas anymore.
We're not in Kansas anymore.
If you have a corrupt media, you don't have a democracy.
I don't think we've seen division like this in America since Vietnam.

Welcome back!
Joining us now is John Kiriakou, a former CIA operative, a senior investigator for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee, and a target of the Obama administration's war on whistleblowers.
As a target of the Obama administration's war on whistleblowers, John spent 23 months in federal penitentiaries because he exposed the criminal actions of the CIA torturing people.
And getting intelligence that was used to sell the lies about weapons of mass destruction that got us into Iraq.
That was all the product of those torture programs.
Torture programs that were administered and then destroyed, that the evidence was destroyed of the torture programs, the video evidence.
By Gina Haspel, who has now been promoted President Trump's CIA director.
But joining us now is John Kiriakou.
You can find him on Twitter at John Kiriakou.
Let me spell that last name for you.
Look him up.
K-I-R-I-A-K-O-U.
Also JohnKiriakou.com.
And John, I imagine you've got this article on your website JohnKiriakou.com.
How a suicide watch really works.
Yes.
Yes, I published that a couple of weeks ago in Consortium News, David, in the aftermath of the Epstein apparent supposed suicide.
And the conclusion of this thing is, and this is based on my time in prison, That it's almost impossible to commit suicide in prison.
There are just too many people around.
There are too many safeguards.
And if Jeffrey Epstein actually did commit suicide, there had to be a breakdown at literally every single step of the way.
And that's not even taking into consideration the notion that maybe this was an unintentional, intentional suicide.
Yeah, exactly.
We just had yesterday, we had an article from the Daily Mail saying at least eight prison officials knew and ignored orders to monitor Jeffrey Epstein.
And that's exactly what you had said when you talked about the different process.
Tell us a little bit about how that process works.
You said that you spent time as part of a suicide watch because they get other prisoners to help watch those who are, that they're concerned are going to commit suicide.
Yes, well first let me tell you that 85% of prisoners in the United States have some form of mental illness.
That's a well-documented number.
You can find it on the Bureau of Prisons website.
And almost every one of those 85% of American prisoners is on some form of a mental health drug, mostly antidepressants.
So depression, anxiety is a real problem in prison.
Every month or two, somebody somewhere in the prison would try to commit suicide.
So what happens is that person is taken down to the medical unit.
Once they're at the medical unit, they're stripped naked, they're given a paper gown to wear, and it's literally just a sheet of paper that you cover yourself with.
And then they're put into a small room inside the medical unit, where one of the walls is just a wall of windows.
On the outside of that window is a prisoner like me who's been hired at 40 cents an hour to just sit in a chair for six hours because there are four six-hour shifts and you sit there and you just stare at that suicidal prisoner.
For the entire six hour shift just to make sure he doesn't try to commit suicide again inside that little room.
Now inside the room, as I said, he's naked and he's wearing this paper gown.
There's nothing else inside that room but a bunk with no sheets, no pillowcase, no nothing that he can use to kill himself.
There's a small toilet and a sink and that's it.
And yet we're told, and of course he had been taken off of a suicide watch at the point that we're told that he died.
We're told that he choked himself to death with his sheets on his knees because the bed was low there.
And this happened during a period of time where even his roommate had been removed.
So he was by himself and unmonitored by any of the guards for over a two hour period.
That's right.
And that makes no sense to me, David.
Another photo that you have right now that you're showing on the screen is a photo from a maximum security penitentiary.
The prison that Jeffrey Epstein was in is not a maximum, at least it's not the sort of stereotypical maximum security penitentiary.
It's an MCC, a Metropolitan Correctional Center.
It's a transportation hub.
So almost nobody in MCC Manhattan is there for the long term.
They're either waiting to go on trial or they're waiting to be transferred to another prison.
And so there's this constant movement of prisoners in and out, literally every single day, constant presence of people, constant movement.
Now, Jeffrey Epstein was in a cell for two people.
That in and of itself is a little bit unusual because cells are usually for two, four, six, or their dormitories for 30 to 50.
The fact that he was in a cell for two people makes no sense to me whatsoever.
You would want him surrounded by people all the time.
And he wasn't surrounded by people all the time.
In fact, we know that his cellmate had been transferred to another prison just days before the suicide.
And so Jeffrey Epstein was all by himself.
Yeah, yeah.
How convenient that is.
And yet, Attorney General Barr said there is absolutely nothing to see here.
Nothing to indicate that this was not, as they tell us, a suicide.
Right.
You know, if you look at all the things that had to break down, and this is what makes it so crazy, they took him off suicide watch, right?
That was a mistake.
And I say this in the article.
The guards were exhausted.
One had worked overtime five consecutive days.
That was a mistake.
The other guard was on mandatory overtime and didn't want to be working.
That was a mistake.
The prisoner that he was supposed to share a cell with was transferred out.
That was a mistake.
The guards didn't make their rounds when they were supposed to every 30 minutes.
That was a mistake.
The video cameras that are supposed to cover literally every inch of the entire prison were not working.
That was a mistake.
So either this was the most incredible incompetence in the history of the Department of Justice, Or they wanted this guy to kill himself.
Yeah, and even in addition to that, as we saw this last week, he was able to put all of his assets into a trust to keep people from seeing into that just the day before.
And according to his lawyers, he said, I'll see you guys tomorrow.
Right.
Yeah, that was just precious.
I found it fascinating that in the days before his suicide, when he was supposed to be watched 24 hours a day, he was somehow able to get all of his legal affairs in order.
Yeah, oh yeah, absolutely.
And when you go back and you look at the revelations that have come out from his first time that he was in prison, you know, when he was able to walk with the help of both highly connected Democrats and Republicans, people like Ken Starr was his defense attorney, and you know, there's a guy who helped, Ken Starr has got a long history of being
People who are accused of sexual improprieties from Bill Clinton to Jeffrey Epstein to then his tenure at Baylor, but he helped to get him out.
But while he was there in prison, as I point out earlier in the week, he pretty much had the ability to come and go as he pleased.
It was kind of like Otis from the Andy Griffith story, where he had the key to the cell and he would just come back and sleep it off every night, you know?
He checked himself in, he had his own key, sleep it off and leave in the morning.
You remember too, just a couple of weeks before the suicide, the apparent suicide, he and his attorneys had asked the judge to allow him to be placed under house arrest in his $117 million mansion on New York's Upper East Side.
So life was good for a while there.
Yeah, and he was able to... I look at this and it's like, how could this guy be depressed?
I mean, look at how easily he got off before.
Look at how he was treated in that prison.
Look at how he was being treated with this one, because he had a lot of fringe benefits with this one as well.
He could say, well, I need to talk to my lawyers.
And he had some very young, very attractive lawyers who were meeting with him for extended periods of time in the private conference rooms in this particular time.
You look at all this stuff and it's like, did he really think that he was going to die?
We're going to be right back with John Kiriakou.
We've got to go to break.
We'll be right back.
It is an old-school American In fact, the founders were so concerned with, at the beginning of the country, they actually tried to support and subsidize organizations just like this because this was the kind of press they wanted.
And then ultimately, we now live in an era where they've mostly been co-opted by big corporations or billionaire sugar daddies who've been able to control and manipulate what news and views the person's allowed to have or express or hear.
And the Infowars audience has broken through that.
They are the bridge from the founding to the modern age, ultimate American democracy and freedom.
And that's why there's been an unprecedented onslaught of the platforming, defamation, lawfare and libel targeting you.
Thomas Jefferson predicted over 240 years ago that when our republic was in trouble in the future, it'd be the farmers that were close to the ground, close to reality, who actually worked for a living that would end up saving the nation.

It's not yellow.
It's not milky.
This is nothing but krill oil.

Welcome back.
Welcome back. We're talking to John Kiriakou and talking about the article he wrote about ten days, two weeks ago, saying this is how suicide watches really work and the long, long list of procedures, everything that was ignored, all of it, was ignored.
All the different officials, now at least eight different officials taking a powder on all of this.
The guy who shared the cell with Epstein, Nicholas Tartaglione, 51, now requesting to be transferred out of the Metropolitan Correctional Center.
He said he's been threatened by the guards.
He said they've told me to shut up, to stop talking, to stop complaining.
I mean, you know, move along.
There's nothing to see here, says Attorney General Barr.
He doesn't see anything out of the ordinary in all of this.
And, you know, I want to talk to you, John, about I don't know.
What's behind Jeffrey Epstein in the first place?
As I said when this first happened, I said they never investigated his life, not even after he was accused the first time, you know, had that trial that he got off with.
They never investigated his life.
They never investigated his finances.
They're not really going to investigate his death either.
And now that has come true.
What a surprise that they're not going to really investigate his death.
Yeah, you're absolutely right.
Let's talk about Jeffrey Epstein.
You know, this is something that I've given a lot of thought to.
As you might imagine, I stay in touch with a lot of former CIA people.
I still have a lot of friends at the CIA, and I can't tell you how many have contacted me and said, this has to be an Israeli operation, right?
It has to be an Israeli operation because, look, the Israelis, the Israeli Mossad is one of the most, if not the most professional intelligence service in the world, because it's a matter of survival for them.
And so, you know, one of their primary targets, and it always has been, is the United States of America.
It's not the Iranians.
It's not the Iraqis or Syria or Lebanon.
It's the United States of America.
And so what would they want to do?
In order to protect their political interests in the US, that would be to recruit access agents, people who have access to the senior most policy makers in this country.
So what you do, what any good intelligence officer would do, is to identify a person who has access, but who has significant vulnerabilities too.
And Jeffrey Epstein was a pervert.
They knew he was a pervert.
And so they were able to exploit that In order to get him to get close to important people that the Israelis wanted to
Collect information from I'm speculating of course, but I'm yeah, but also look at the people around him I mean look at Ghislaine Maxwell who seems to be like his number two and you know her father Robert Maxwell was somebody who was given a state funeral by the Mossad and so forth I mean, you know, he was clearly connected with them Maybe it's just a coincidence that she Engineered this picture at the In-N-Out Burger place where she's reading a book the secret lives and deaths of CIA operatives I mean
She just did.
She orchestrated that whole photo op.
The first time it had a photo of her in like three years.
Nobody is arresting her or investigating her either.
She's still at large.
The author of that book is Ted Gup, who's a prominent scholar.
He told me that the book sold out on Amazon within a day of that book being published.
And the book was published 20 years ago.
She did that as a thumb in the eye of media and U.S.
authorities.
And also kind of a thumb in the eye to the U.S.
intelligence community, almost like saying, yeah, I'm Assad, come and get me.
There's nothing you can do about it, isn't it?
And there is nothing they can do about it.
You know, I remember when I first joined the CIA, it was my first week on the job.
So this was January of 1990.
I remember an FBI agent coming to give us a little introductory talk, and he said that nothing is as it seems, right?
We live in Washington, D.C.
There are more spies in Washington than there are in any other city on the face of the planet.
And he said, look at the Israelis, for example.
The Israelis have two declared intelligence officers working from the Israeli embassy, one Shin Bet and one Mossad.
And he said, we've been able to identify another 187 Israeli intelligence officers that are stationed, fanned out all over America, collecting intelligence on every facet of American life.
Whether it's political espionage, or industrial espionage, or economic espionage, the Israelis are a critical threat to us for counterintelligence.
No, it's just the Russians.
We don't have to worry about Israel, we don't have to worry about China, anybody else.
It's just the Russians we have to worry about, right?
You know, we look at this...
Yeah, when we look at this, look at all the powerful enemies that he had.
I mean, even his former bodyguard, John, there was an article, I don't know if you're familiar with it, by M.L.
Nestle in New York Magazine, and he interviewed, a couple of years ago, Epstein's bodyguard, and he called this guy, contacted him again in a follow-up interview, the guy's name, who's a former UFC fighter, his name is Igor Zinoviev.
I think is the way you pronounce it.
But it was a very interesting transcript of the interview, and it really got interesting at the end, because he starts asking the thing, I don't know what you mean about putting myself in trouble.
And the guy says, let's let that go.
Seriously, let that go.
He says, why is that so important?
Why are you worried about local?
Are you worried about local cops?
He says, listen, you're really smart.
I'm not going to offer that over the phone right now, OK?
You're really smart.
You have no idea.
Please.
What do you mean by that?
I can't explain it to you.
I can't explain it over the phone.
And it keeps on going, pressing him on all this stuff.
He goes, first of all, I gotta go right now.
And he says, I'm really not kidding about this.
He goes, well can you send me, can I send you an email?
And he goes, don't do any of that stuff.
Just don't do it, seriously.
He says, can you tell me why?
I can't, I can't.
May I ask you one more question?
Go ahead.
Have you been talking to anyone in the government, the FBI?
Have they come to you?
And he says, great talking to you.
Seriously, bye bye.
I mean, he's very afraid of what's going on with the U.S.
government, with these other people.
He's got so many people, Epstein had so many people that he was connected to with probably Mossad, probably, you know, in the U.S.
government because, you know, he's friends with all these people, he's flying around on the plane, and they don't want that information to come out either.
Everybody's got a reason to kill this guy, and yet we're being told by Barr, just forget about it, it was suicide.
You said something that was very important, too, that I'd like to come back to.
You mentioned Epstein's cellmate.
having been told to keep his mouth shut by guards.
I can tell you that I believe that 100% because that's what they do.
They circle the wagons.
Now what they're likely gonna do with this guy is put him into something called diesel therapy.
The interesting thing about diesel therapy is that it's used as a weapon inside prison.
What they'll do is they'll take you out of your cell and they'll put you on a prison bus and they'll send you to another transportation center.
And you might be there for three days, you might be there for six months, you don't have any idea.
But if you're in transportation status, and they can keep you in transportation status for 18 months, just moving you from prison to prison to prison all over America, that means that you have no access to a phone, you have no access to email, you have no access to visitors, and you have no access to pens and paper.
And so, literally, no one has any idea where you are.
And that's how they keep people quiet.
Yeah, we had a congressman who got that diesel therapy, George Hansen.
Remember him?
I mean, he was severely injured.
They kept him in diesel therapy for so long.
It's amazing how they can do these kind of enhanced procedures, you know, like the enhanced interrogation.
Yeah, I was threatened with diesel therapy because of a series of blogs that I was writing from prison.
And a sympathetic guard tipped me off and said, listen, he said, I got to warn you, they're going to put you in diesel therapy.
I said, what's that?
I had never heard of it before.
And he explained it to me.
So I immediately wrote another blog post and smuggled it out through another prisoner's lawyer.
It was published in the Huffington Post.
And then Oliver Stone and a couple of other Hollywood people tweeted it and said, hands off John Kiriakou, and the Justice Department backed off.
But this is a very dangerous weapon that the Justice Department has to silence people.
Let me ask you this, because it's only in some of the unofficial polls, non-scientific polls that I've seen people conduct right after this information came out about Jeffrey Epstein being dead.
Only about 5% of the people really believe that he committed suicide.
And you've got a large number of people who believe that he was murdered, but you also have probably about another 15% of people who think that he's still alive.
After we come back, I want to get your ideas on that based on pictures that we saw, you know, profile picture that they show the corpse and the nose and the ear and so forth.
We'll be right back with John Kiriakou, JohnKiriakou.com.

Welcome back we're talking to John Kiriakou about the curious circumstances behind Jeffrey Epstein's death and of course John Kiriakou has been in the prison and we talked a great deal about all the different procedures that were somehow not done for some reason or the other but you know there's something else interesting I think you know was he killed is he even dead is a question many people have according to the Miami Herald
And these are the people who got this all brought back.
Last November, how did we get to this point?
You know, he got off, right?
He got off.
Alexander Acosta and Ken Starr.
Alexander Acosta was the prosecuting attorney.
Ken Starr was the defense attorney.
They worked up a great deal to get him off back in, what was it, 2007, 2008.
But then this all got opened up again in November 2018.
A federal judge ruled that that non-prosecution agreement that was brokered then was illegal and that was exposed by the Miami Herald.
It was a story called perversion of justice.
That brought this all back up and we learned a lot of things about Jeffrey Epstein.
He was very obsessed about eugenics and cryonics and he had planned to freeze his head and his penis and so if he is dead Where are those parts of his body?
We need to see that brought out, don't we, John?
I mean, you know, don't we have any photographs of his head?
Actually, you do have a photograph of his dead head, supposedly.
I don't want to see the other parts of this, but what do you make of the part of his head, the pictures of his head?
I'll take the coroner's word for the rest of it.
Just based on my own experience, my guess is that he either committed suicide, or he was encouraged to commit suicide, or he was killed and it was made to look like suicide.
The bottom line being, I think that he's dead.
And the reason I've come to that conclusion, David, is that keeping Jeffrey Epstein alive doesn't serve the powers that be.
And what are those powers that be?
They're probably the Israeli Mossad.
They're probably the FBI and the CIA or other elements of the deep state.
They're probably the swells inside the Justice Department.
And I just don't see what any of those organizations get out of keeping him alive.
It's much, much easier for them if he's dead.
The only thing they would have out of this would be to say, hey, we're good guys and we honor our commitments to people.
Yeah, right.
It's not really something that they have to worry about, right?
I mean, it's not like they always keep their word and they're going to protect their people.
That would be the only reason that they would keep them alive.
Everything else is a negative for them.
It is.
Everything else is a negative.
And, you know, there are so many different ways that an operation like that could go wrong, that it's just not trouble.
You know, I can't tell you how many times I either observed operations or observed operational planning where a determination was made to just take the target out. Because if you don't, too many things can go wrong for you and you don't want that to happen. Yeah, yeah. I kind of think too about Dennis Hastert who was known as a pedophile, a wrestling coach. They groomed him, they got him into Congress as a Republican. He's the longest serving Speaker of the House for them. And
after he had retired and he no longer had any use for them, they burned him. And he went to prison not for that because they have this statute of limitations to protect these people, but they invented a charge that he took out.
His own money out of the bank in a structured way.
I mean, that shouldn't even be a crime.
But the judge even made it clear that it was because he was putting him in jail because of the pedophilia issues.
I had said earlier, they did not investigate Epstein's life.
They did not investigate his finances, so they weren't going to investigate his death.
And of course, with his finances, he had a lot of financial interests with a lot of elite people.
But again, you know, the Republicans want to point to, and should point to, his connections to Bill Clinton and Hillary Clinton, the Clinton Foundation, the Clinton Global Initiative, and so forth.
I mean, he can make those connections to Republicans as well.
But one of the things that I think is interesting Besides the fact that he had this will that was put together, this trust that was created, $577 million, I think it was, a day or two before he died.
The fact that in the Miami Herald they say, well, federal authorities could still file a civil forfeiture case.
And there's precedent for such a move.
Back in 2007, the Department of Justice brought a civil forfeiture action against the estate of former Enron Corporation CEO Ken Lay.
Who died of a heart attack while facing charges of the massive fraud and so forth.
And this is some civil asset forfeiture, something that the federal government does at the drop of a hat.
Isn't it interesting that you haven't heard anybody other than the Miami Herald float this idea that they could still grab his money and give it to victims as compensation or just that the federal government could take it?
You know, first of all, you're exactly right.
The Miami Herald deserves the Pulitzer Prize for their reporting the scandal from the very beginning.
It's been terrific.
And this is something that the mainstream media has utterly ignored until they were forced by the Miami Herald to stop ignoring it.
So kudos to the Miami Herald.
Secondly, you're exactly right on civil asset forfeiture.
You know, this is a crime normally that's committed against the American people.
Where you can just be driving through a town and get pulled over for, you know, having your left blinker on, and because the police officer doesn't like the look on your face, he takes your car and your money and everything in the car, and you have no recourse.
Well, in a case where that might actually be a good thing, where there might be something that can help the victims, why is it only the Miami Herald that's even floating this idea?
You know, this should be a banner headline on every major American newspaper that the Justice Department is going to confiscate this man's estate, and they're going to make good for some of the victims who have suffered under Jeffrey Epstein.
Yeah, especially when you look at how this all came about.
You know, we go back to the history of civil asset forfeiture goes back to the RICO statutes, right?
Yes.
Racketeering Influenced and Corrupt Organizations.
Well, if there ever was a racketeering and corrupt organization, it would be the network around Jeffrey Epstein.
And he's got so much money.
And yet, even though they use RICO statutes to take the assets first and do the due process later and that's what they're doing with civil asset forfeiture, they will charge the property with a crime.
And they don't, in many cases, as you point out, they don't even charge the owner with a crime.
You've got to try to sue them to get your property back.
But it's always the poor people that are getting hit with this civil asset forfeiture because they can't hire the lawyers.
And they don't ever come after the big guys like Jeffrey Epstein.
And that was the way that they sold this to everybody.
We're going to come after organized crime and there isn't any crime that's more organized and broad than Jeffrey Epstein's enterprise.
You are absolutely correct.
This should have been done years ago.
There should have been civil suits and civil asset forfeiture in 2008.
When this thing first became public.
And why?
Why was there no justice?
You know, I'll tell you something.
In my own case, and I think it's apropos of this conversation, my own attorney said to me one day, because I was saying, well, as soon as I get in front of a jury, they're going to see how ridiculous this is.
I'm innocent.
I've done nothing wrong.
He stopped me and he said, you know what your problem is?
Your problem is that you think this is about justice.
And it's not about justice.
It's about mitigating damage.
And that's really what our justice system is.
Yeah, yeah.
That's amazing.
Yeah, that's what it's become.
Because, again, you know, we say getting before a jury.
Most of the juries don't even know what their duties are and what their powers are.
You know, they just do what the judge tells them to do.
And that's one of the things that's so, so dangerous about this.
Yeah, as they pointed out in the Miami Herald, they said all the judge has to do is find a standard of preponderance of evidence.
And that's a lower threshold than is used to determine guilt.
Yeah, that's right.
They don't even charge people.
I mean, all they have to do is just issue the order, but they're not going to do it for the rich and the powerful.
No, no.
The fix is in for the rich and the powerful.
They've proven that time and again.
That's right.
Well, anything else you want to add to this?
You think that we're basically done with this Epstein thing?
We're not going to be seeing anything else as they're shutting this thing down, right?
I think we probably are done.
I mean, whether the story, the issue is done, I think is a separate thing.
But I think that the government has told us everything that they want us to know, and they're not going to tell us anything more.
So if there's going to be any new developments, it's going to be thanks to the Miami Herald.
Yeah, that's true.
That's true.
Yeah, if President Trump is going to use this to try to roll up improprieties for the Clinton Foundation, I mean, we've had Charles Ortel on many times to say, hey, look, you know, they're organized as a charity, but they have never filed any of the paperwork.
They've never done any of the reports.
I mean, that stuff is a lot easier than trying to pull stuff out of an Epstein connection.
So it appears that they're not really going to investigate any of that stuff.
