	Not only do we have the portrait of Bill Clinton in the blue dress, I'm sure you've seen that by now, especially since my wife said she read the headlines and until she saw the picture of Hillary Clinton in the blue dress, She said, I thought, that is a very formal blue dress.
	I wouldn't think that Monica Lewinsky would be wearing that into work.
	But then we see that it is actually Hillary Clinton's blue dress that Bill Clinton is wearing, which brings up questions as to whether or not he actually posed for that picture in her dress.
	These people, the levels, seriously though, the levels of perversion That we see in the elite.
	And the projection of their perversions onto other people.
	The P dossier.
	Need I say more?
	The dirty dossier.
	The filthy fiction.
	Created by the contractors for the Clintons.
	Of course, it's just, you know, this is just stuff that we're making up here at InfoWars, right?
	Just conspiracy theories.
	Just deplorable ideas that we have about these people.
	No, they're the ones who are the real deplorables.
	Even the idea that Hillary Clinton would project deplorable onto people who are Trump supporters or conservatives, right?
	How deplorable is Jeffrey Epstein and the Clintons and the people who surround them?
	The idea that they're a massive pedophile network?
	That's just a wild-eyed conspiracy theory!

	We're going to take a look at the documents that were released by this Google whistleblower.
	But especially I want to take a look at the red flag gun laws and how that should be a red line in the sand for each and every one of us.
	Just to let you know that the Constitution is over, that President Trump has completely caved, and the Republicans, if they push this stuff through, and I'm going to talk to you about that.
	I'm going to talk to you about this notion being sold by Lindsey Graham and Dan Crenshaw that, no, no, no, no, our version has due process.
	We'll take a look at that.
	We'll take a look, because there's already 17 states that have passed red flag gun laws.
	Do you get due process there?
	We'll take a look at what so many people are willing to look the other way, because we worship our military.
	We worship our foreign wars, and especially the people who fight them.
	People like Dan Crenshaw, a decorated veteran, and yet it is actually veterans Who are going to be the ones in the crosshairs of these red flag laws, more than anybody else!
	Just because somebody is a veteran, you can credibly make a claim, everybody will believe it.
	They suffer from PTSD.
	We don't even have to really think about that, right?
	And we'll talk about what due process really is, because it's been forgotten here in the United States, just like the Second Amendment has been forgotten here in the United States.
	We need to bring in some people from Hong Kong, quite frankly.
	to re-establish this.
	And that's exactly what the Babylon Beast said in the headline.
	America offers to trade all of its communists, and I would say a lot of our Republicans, for the Democratic protesters in Hong Kong.
	These are people who say we wish we had the Second Amendment.
	The best people I have ever seen, in my lifetime, in terms of standing up for their freedom.
	I grew up in Florida, and there were a lot of people who fled from Castro's Cuba.
	And they were the best people you ever saw.
	And also the people who got out of the Communist Iron Curtain, from behind the Iron Curtain.
	People who have lived under Communism.
	They appreciate it.
	Not Americans.
	They have grown up in the government schools.

	Welcome on this Thursday, August the 15th, year of our Lord 2019.
	I'm David Knight, your host.
	We're going to talk about red flag gun laws.
	We're going to talk about the Constitution, what it really says.
	Where, if you want these red flag gun laws, should they be enacted?
	Well, they could be enacted by states.
	Actually, 17 of them already have.
	So we're going to take a look at how that works.
	How does that compare to the process for putting somebody in an insane asylum?
	Because that's really what we're talking about here, isn't it?
	Except the difference is that when you commit somebody to an insane asylum because they're dangerous, there's more due process.
	I'll show you how that is.
	And the people, the dangerous people, are actually locked up.
	This is nothing more than a pretense for gun confiscation.
	They've come up with all types of schemes and they've got some more that are on the books when Congress comes back.
	Mitch McConnell is very, very happy about the fact that, oh yeah, we're going to absolutely do universal background checks.
	We'll tell you what that implies.
	And then he said, and we'll take a look at the assault weapon ban.
	And we've got to do these red flag gun laws, and on and on.
	Look, folks, this is just about not only making it difficult to acquire a gun, but to confiscate what people already have.
	Do you understand that the Democrats are always talking about, well, we need to tax your income, right?
	That's a standard, ongoing thing.
	Why do they even care about that, as I said the other day?
	Why do they even care about taxes, let alone raising taxes, if President Trump and the leaders of both parties in both the Senate and the House have decided, hey, we're just going to kick the deficit can down the road.
	We don't care.
	It's exploding.
	We don't care.
	A trillion dollars a year?
	We don't care.
	Two years?
	That's fine.
	We'll revisit that in another two years.
	Maybe then we can come up with a five-year kick-it-down-the-road plan.
	They don't care about the deficit.
	They don't care about the debt anymore.
	They have magic money.
	The modern monetary theory.
	So if that's the case, and it doesn't matter how deep our debt is, then why do we have to collect any taxes?
	The income taxes only pay for a small portion of what the government spends now anyway.
	All of the taxes combined.
	Pay for only a small portion.
	But the income taxes are even smaller point.
	Why do they want to keep raising the income taxes then?
	Right?
	Again, as I pointed out, you look at the total up the Democrats and what they want to spend on all the different programs.
	You just take one of their programs.
	Medicare for everybody.
	Even foreign citizens.
	Who come here without our permission.
	And we can't control the numbers.
	So, if you just take it and provide what they want to the people who are already here, you're talking about tens of trillions of dollars.
	And I totaled it up for you.
	I said, alright, here are the reports.
	The government says we've got this much currency.
	We've got this much cash.
	Paper money and coins.
	And then there's this much money that is on deposit in the banks.
	In checking accounts and so forth.
	And then there's this in terms of CDs and treasury bills and so forth.
	You total all that up.
	That doesn't even cover one of their programs.
	Not even one of their programs.
	You take all the money from everybody.
	Not just the rich people.
	You too.
	You too.
	So you're not going to get all this free stuff by stealing from your neighbor.
	That, of course, is the basis of the Democrats, the Socialists, the Communists.
	It is envy as a justification for theft.
	That's always been the justification, the bottom line.
	Thou shalt not covet your neighbor's bank account.
	But they do.
	They do.
	And since somebody else has more than you, you're justified to use the government to steal it from them so that you can get something for free.
	Right?
	That's the basis of all these programs.
	And so as we move to this and we look at this, why is it that if they can't pay for one of these programs, just one of these programs that the Democrats are coming up with, Massive, massive programs.
	Confiscating all the money from all the Americans, rich and poor, rich, middle class and poor.
	Then why?
	They don't care about it because the deficit doesn't matter.
	They'll just print more cash and just provide everything for free.
	So why are they taking your money?
	Why are they raising taxes?
	Because they don't want you to have any disposable income, discretionary income.
	You don't have any discretion.
	You don't have any power.
	They want to take everything that you get as it comes in.
	But it goes beyond that.
	It's not just making sure that you're not going to have any income in the future so that you can make any choices about you and your family and what you're going to do.
	They want to take the money that you already have as well because you must be totally dependent on them.
	Totally dependent!
	And so they have to confiscate wealth.
	Not just block you from acquiring money, but they have to confiscate wealth, which takes us to the firearms.
	It's not enough for them to block you from obtaining firearms or ammunition or whatever.
	They must take what you already have.
	Why?
	Because you must be totally captive to them and dependent on them.
	And that's where we are with these gun control laws.
	I'm going to be talking more about this in the next segment but real quickly I want to just hit some of the immigration laws because we haven't really touched on this for a while and I really want to talk about this yesterday.
	We had a very good discussion with Alex Newman about the root cause of all the problems in America.
	It is education and ignorance.
	Ignorance.
	Ignorance of who you are.
	Ignorance of what you already have.
	You are a free person.
	You are a creature of God.
	You are endowed by your Creator with certain inalienable rights and you better be respected by the government that you have given some limited powers to for the express purpose of making sure that criminals, and there's always going to be criminals, unfortunately most of them are now in government, to make sure the criminals don't take something that you have.
	They're supposed to be there to protect those rights.
	That's the theory.
	of our government.
	That's the basis of our government.
	The Declaration of Independence is expressed in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.
	And so we had a great discussion yesterday with Alex Newman about education because that is how they take away our birthright.
	Our birthright, our heritage, our culture.
	Our culture of liberty.
	Our understanding of government that has made this country great.
	And they don't want America to be great again.
	Because the only way that America is going to be great again is not by making us more powerful or wealthier.
	It isn't about winning wars abroad.
	It isn't about winning trade competition with China.
	It is fundamentally about making the American people free.
	Because I don't want a great government that enslaves its own people.
	That's what empires always do.
	That's what I was saying yesterday.
	So, when I talk to Alex Newman and I suggest that you take a look at that program, listen to the callers.
	We had people calling in saying, what do I do to get my kid out of school?
	Because Alex Newman said, look, people talk to me all the time.
	I said, I give them this analogy.
	You've got a building that is burning and your child is in it.
	What's the first thing you're going to do?
	Well, number one, you're going to get your kid out of there.
	And then number two, you're going to try to put that fire out before it burns down everything else in the neighborhood, including your own home.
	And that fire, that building on fire, is our educational institutions.
	The fire is coming from the federal government.
	They've got a flamethrower called the Department of Education and they're pushing a common core curriculum on everybody that is a global agenda.
	It's the same curriculum that they're pushing on people in China.
	It is a global standard.

	By this monolithic institution that has a central controlling arm that is propagandizing all of our youth, that's what the Department of Education was for.

	You know, we need those workers because Americans won't take the job, right?
	That's what we've been told over and over again.
	Except that as we just had Coke Food shut down after an ice raid.
	I had this story yesterday.
	I really wanted to get to it, but I didn't get a chance to get to it.
	About 150 locals attended a job fair, August the 12th, to apply for jobs at Coke Food plants in Mississippi.
	Why were these jobs open?
	Well, because this particular plant, and oh, by the way, I saw this and I thought, oh, there you go, because Coke Brothers have been the biggest promoters of open borders Because they want cheap labor.
	Actually, I'm sorry to disappoint you.
	This is no relation to the Koch Brothers themselves.
	Koch Foods is completely different.
	Completely different.
	As far as I can tell, that never was a part of the Koch Brothers.
	Just the same name here.
	Nevertheless, they do share a common purpose, even if they have different industries.
	Because at Koch Foods, they wanted cheap labor from illegal immigrants.
	And after ICE busted the food plants in Mississippi, they removed 243 alleged illegal immigrants in two of the company's chicken processing plants, according to local authorities, and then they had a job fair to replace those jobs.
	And guess what?
	They actually had Americans who wanted to work!
	Send this to CNN.
	They've got a report on it.
	I'm sure that those guys, if they were shown the truth, they would be honest and they would report it, right?
	The jobs start at $12 an hour, which is a good pay for that area.
	This is Mississippi.
	It's a rural area.
	This is not New York City.
	They said it's not bad as a starting salary and it can always go up, and so they had a lot of people that showed up.
	Had more than 150 people show up at just one of these locations for the jobs.
	They said that most of the people who showed up, according to the AP, most were black and they spoke with accents from the American South.
	So, in other words, these are black people who are Americans!
	They didn't come over from Africa!
	Recently.
	A few appeared to be white or Hispanic.
	How about that?
	Imagine that.
	Americans showing up to work in an American factory.
	I didn't think that was possible according to CNN and the mainstream media.
	They said the unemployment in the area is high and wages are low and so a $12 an hour job is pretty good there.
	They said that half of the meat cutters in the state, according to federal data from 2018, were being paid less than $12 an hour.
	But wages have actually gone up now that the illegal workforces are being cracked down in the area.
	Imagine that!
	Didn't we say that as well?
	This is why Coke Foods and Coke Brothers And Disney, and Google, and all these other places are bringing in workers in every type of industry.
	Because it's not just the people who are doing difficult, hard work like that.
	This is difficult work, working in these meat packing plants.
	Very difficult, hard work.
	And they talked about that.
	They said, you know, at the end of the day, you are very tired.
	Hard, physical labor.
	But there are other jobs that are white collar jobs that pay a lot of money in Silicon Valley and they don't want to pay Americans either.
	That's why Kamala Harris and a lot of Republicans are helping the other Koch guys.
	Helping them to bring in over 100,000 tech workers, college graduates from India every year.
	India alone!
	They want to get people from other areas as well, because they can get them cheaper than they can get Americans.
	The same thing.
	The same thing as you see in this chicken processing plant.
	Yeah, that is the chicken excrement plan of the other Koch brothers.
	To subvert people who have college degrees.
	Even a college degree that is worth something.
	It's not a college degree in political science or basket weaving or something.
	It's a college degree in a tech field.
	And so, as I pointed out, after these wages have started going up, in May, Sanderson Farms offered $15 an hour.
	Wasn't that the goal of the Democrat left?
	To make $15 an hour, the minimum, everywhere?
	You know, if you get $15 an hour in rural Mississippi, that's a big difference to $15 an hour in New York City.
	I don't know how anybody can live on any kind of a wage in New York City, or why they would want to, quite frankly.
	But $15 an hour doesn't go too far there because of high cost of living, but it does in rural areas.
	So Sanderson Farms has about 15,000 workers in Mississippi, Georgia, Louisiana, North Carolina, and Texas.
	About 13,000 earn hourly wages.
	And after June the 2nd, they went up to $15 an hour.
	Why is that?
	Well, it's because they have been getting cheap labor in the past, and now, as President Trump, and I'm glad that he did this, this is a victory, I'm going to be criticizing President Trump on the Second Amendment.
	Look, I'm not going to hold my fire when President Trump does something wrong, and I'm not going to pretend that he can't do anything right.
	He's done a lot of good things.
	But there are a lot of very existential issues on which he has failed, and we need to hold his feet to the fire instead of following him like some pied piper down the rat hole.
	If he's our guy, and of course we're not going to get anything from the Democrats.
	Our only hope is to get President Trump to do the right thing.
	You better speak up.
	You better criticize him when he does the wrong thing.
	Because if you don't, he's going to be influenced by the other guys.
	I've given the analogy of going down the, you know, the river.
	And you got the guys on the left, and they're paddling as hard as they can.
	And there's a lot of them on the left.
	Everybody in Washington, everybody in the press, most of the people in the White House on the left paddling really hard.
	If you don't paddle on the right, Then even if President Trump is trying to steer it in the right direction, they're going to turn that boat around.
	You know how that works, right?
	You've been in a boat.
	Well, we may be in a boat without a paddle if he doesn't get elected.
	But make sure that you use your vote and your voice to criticize us.
	So let's talk about immigration.
	Because even though President Trump has failed on the key issue of immigration, Which is the border wall.
	And it is categorically a failure.
	Folks, there isn't anything there.
	Forget the rhetoric.
	Don't be gaslighted by this rhetoric.
	He hasn't done anything.
	And the reason he hasn't done anything is because he doesn't understand the Constitution.
	He doesn't understand his powers.
	He thinks that he has to obey every single federal judge.
	And you've got plenty of federal judges.
	There's thousands of them out there.
	All it takes is one of them to tell President Trump he can't do something, and then he bows down and does that.
	And he's not alone in that.
	We've had a long tradition of people doing that.
	That's not the way the Constitution was written.
	That's not what American presidents like Andrew Jackson ever did.
	President Trump doesn't have to do that.
	But it's not just President Trump.
	Governor Abbott here in Texas, who in most cases is a very fine governor, but he has also been AWOL in terms of protecting the border.
	Governor Abbott needs to do something as well.
	Governor Abbott He could call out the National Guard.
	He could call out the Texas Rangers.
	He's done that in the past.
	Other governors have.
	Use the Texas Rangers to patrol the border if you had a natural emergency.
	And the governor did not use the National Guard.
	Did not use the forces under his control to do something about it.
	Do you think they should be criticized?
	Well, of course they should.
	I mean, look at the criticism about the hurricane in Puerto Rico.
	You're not doing enough.
	He was doing something, and of course we eventually found out that, yeah, the stuff was sitting there on the docks because of corruption within the Puerto Rican government.
	But we need to have our governors stand up to the federal judges as well as the president.
	Everybody has stood down.

	We're going to talk about the red flag gun laws.
	We also have some updates on Epstein besides the blue dress issue.
	There's now an autopsy.
	A little bit more detail.
	About the nature of the injuries that were fatal to him.
	And it looks more like he was strangled than it does that he was hung himself.
	We'll talk about that coming up as well.
	But I want to finish up with the immigration issues that I've put off for a couple of days here.
	Because as we talk about what happened at the chicken processing plants, and what is happening at the meat processing plants, where they brought in people to work at the lowest level, but now with President Trump enforcing the immigration laws against these plants where they're violating the laws.
	Now you have these workers who are getting jobs at $12 an hour, a good wage, in these poor rural areas.
	And Sanderson Farms has now raised their wages to $15 an hour.
	You would think the Democrats would be applauding, but they're not.
	And before you start applauding about the wins here, take a look at what's going on on the other spectrum of the jobs.
	I said it's not just the manual labor where they're bringing people in saying that Americans wouldn't work even though you had all the Americans apply for the jobs right they didn't have any shortage of Americans applying for the job when they had a job fair to take the jobs of these illegal aliens that they had there but you look at the other spectrum of this we've got a hundred thousand people coming in from India loan college graduates who will work at prices that are less than Americans want to work for or would like to work for but
	Nevertheless, they're going to bring these people in from foreign countries.
	Big tech, big banks, those types of jobs, are using outsourcing firms to import thousands of H-1B foreign workers.
	Now, this is not illegal immigration.
	This is legal.
	This is what the other Koch guys are doing.

	This is the type of thing the Koch brothers, Google, the Silicon Valley companies, the big banks are doing.
	Every year, more than 100,000 foreign workers are brought to the U.S.
	on the H-1B visa.
	And, of course, this is going to increase dramatically.
	Just 100,000 from India alone.
	They're allowed to stay up for six years.
	There are about 650,000 H-1B visa foreign workers in the U.S.
	at any given moment.
	Americans are laid off in the process, forced to train their foreign replacements, as highlighted in the past by Breitbart, by Infowars, by all of us who are talking about this.
	And we've covered in the past what happened just in Disney World, for example.
	Disney had service jobs and they brought in foreign people who English was not their native language.
	But they were so much better.
	At doing customer service.
	The Americans are going to be laid off.
	Why?
	Because they could hire the foreigners who didn't speak English at a cheaper rate.
	And they told the Americans, you train your replacements or you're not going to get any severance pay.
	Yeah, and it's not just Disney.
	It's big tech.
	It's big banks.
	American workers who've been replaced by H-1B foreign workers say there is no shortage of talented, qualified Americans for high-paying white-collar jobs, just like there isn't for people who will process chickens.
	And so you've got the multinationals have been doing this through for years, but the difference is now, through the Trump administration, they haven't stopped it.
	And I understand Mitch McConnell and these other Republicans, they want this to happen.
	This is a favor that they do for their friends in business because, you know, the Republicans want cheap labor, the Democrats want compliant, dependent voters.
	Now the Trump administration has mandated that these corporations who are hiring H-1B workers, they have to disclose this data publicly.
	This is what's changed.
	Nothing has changed, actually it's increasing, but now we're shining some light on it, at least.
	The labor data shows that tech corporations like Apple, Microsoft, Hewlett-Packard, Amazon, other companies like Nike, McDonald's, CVS, AT&T, Pfizer, have used a variety of outsourcing firms so they can hire foreigners instead of you Americans.
	Big banks, credit card corporations like Capital One, MasterCard, Wells Fargo, Morgan Stanley, American Express, JPMorgan Chase, Discover, Citibank, they have also done this, using the big outsourcing firms.
	This is what's really behind it, folks.
	But also, the fundamental issue here, yeah, you got direct, immediate interests.
	From the Republicans in business and from the Democrats and their efforts to remake our civilization.
	And that really is closer to what the global agenda is.
	If you take a look at what's going on in Germany, as Paul Joseph Watson pointed out on Summit News, you've got a former three-star general in Germany who says that Angela Merkel is so politically correct she can't even bring herself to use the term the German people.
	She prefers, he says, to speak of population, quote-unquote.
	Many politicians, he said, struggle to profess their own nation.
	Yeah, because this whole agenda of open borders, that is a global agenda, is one to end different nations because they want a one-world government.
	That's the way you get it.
	The protection of one's own borders is no longer a priority goal, he added.
	And it must be a priority goal.
	It must be a priority goal here in America.
	It really is about defending your country.
	If you don't have borders, you don't have a country.
	And if you don't have a wall anymore, you don't have borders.
	We don't have borders.
	It has absolutely collapsed.
	Nothing has been done.
	As a matter of fact, I would suggest that as they're now adding at the Berlin airport, they're going to have drive-in sex booths.
	I think that for this, they ought to name them after their most famous prostitute, Angela Merkel.
	They could call them, the people who work there, they could call the women Merkel maids.
	Because she has prostituted herself to the globalists.
	So why not name this in her honor?
	And you know, it's not just here in America where they're tearing down statues, because that's the final stage of overthrowing the culture.
	You know, we've always seen this as the Iron Curtain came down.
	And people in Romania, Yugoslavia, were getting their power.
	They were tearing down the statues of the former leaders there.
	And of course, that is the final stage when you overthrow a culture.
	You throw down all of the memorials of that culture.
	Not just the statues, but you remove the paintings, everything.
	That's what our education system is doing for us.
	But now it is physically, after the education system's been doing this in the minds of our kids, now this generation is actually physically doing it.
	Same thing is happening, however, in France.
	And it's not the French people that are doing it there.
	And they're not tearing down the statues because these guys owned slaves.
	That's not why they're tearing them down here either, by the way.
	Even though they always try to put that Racism, slavery thing on it.
	You've got Algerian immigrants in France ripping down a statue of the former president Charles de Gaulle.
	He did not own slaves.
	He did not own slaves.
	They're tearing that down for their own reasons.
	And then we go to Madeleine Albright on with Anderson Cooper and she thinks that as President Trump is merely talking about doing something about the border.
	They haven't done anything to protect the border but talking about it with Ken Cuccinelli.
	And he is now the acting U.S.
	Citizenship and Immigration Services Director.
	Ken Cuccinelli, she says, is un-American.
	Here's what Madeleine Albright said to Anderson Cooper.
	You know, Mr. Cuccinelli points to these laws as being a part of America's heritage, going back 140 years, and while that may be true, it is not necessarily a good thing.
	I mean, just because something is part of American heritage doesn't make it right.
	If you're having laws that signal women could be deported or pregnant women could be deported as undesirable, that's not something I I don't think anybody wants to have kids celebrating in schools.
	For sure not.
	And I also am not sure that one can say that it's part of American heritage.
	There have been various periods where Americans have been very generous in our immigration policy.
	And I do think that this country has benefited by the diversity that has come through immigration.
	And so I find it one of the most un-American statements I've ever heard.

	I think the Statue of Liberty is weeping.

	They never file any legitimate paperwork.

	They don't file any reports.

	You could take these people down by doing an audit.

	Nobody ever investigates the finances of him or the Clintons.
	And I don't think anybody's going to investigate his death either.
	There is new evidence.
	The autopsy has found evidence that he may have been murdered.
	This is kind of interesting because the story is, and everybody, all these inmates there, I talked about Marty Gottesfeld, how he was in that horrible high-security prison, how tightly everything is controlled there, and of course now the guards are saying, well, he fell asleep, and I lied about it because I was embarrassed.
	That is, like, the least thing that could happen.
	Well, okay, now you're fired because you're falsely accused.
	Well, yeah, I let these hitmen in to kill him, or I helped to smuggle him out, because that's a lot of large number of people, about a third of people, think that he was smuggled out, either, you know, witness protection or by his friends or whatever.
	About half the people believe that he was murdered.
	Only about 5% of the people think he was killed, or committed suicide, I should say.
	And now we get this autopsy report.
	That has come out.
	It shows that the bones broken in his neck, among the bones broken in his neck was the hyoid bone, near the Adam's apple.
	These breaks can occur in people who hang themselves, particularly if they're older, but they are more common in victims of homicide by strangulation.
	So it can happen that if he did actually get on his knees and take the sheets that one of the inmates said, well, they got these really thin sheets, I don't think it could support him, and there's no place to tie it anywhere.
	If he really was able to do that, you know, that could possibly happen, but it typically happens in people who die by strangulation.
	And as a matter of fact, in New York, it was part of the Eric Garner investigation that actually said he wasn't strangled because that bone wasn't broken.
	So it gets more and more curious as we look at this.

	This really is a red line in the sand for you and I. They have come after us in so many different ways.
	This is a signal that the Constitution and America as we know it is dead if they go through with this.
	And it looks like, by all apparent indications, that there's a lot of support in the Republican Party.
	Both the House and the Senate Republicans, as well as President Trump.
	And he's got Ivanka out there calling people saying, you know, what can we do?
	What's going to work for you guys?
	He's got Lindsey Graham out there as a stalking horse with the public and with other people.
	He's got Dan Crenshaw out there pushing this stuff.
	So we're going to take a look at what red flag laws are really about.
	I talked the other day about how they are tied up.
	With the types of oppression that we have always seen from dictatorships.
	We start talking about committing people who are dissidents, who the state perceives as enemies of the state, that are in their way.
	Everybody immediately thinks about the Soviet Union.
	And I pointed out the other day, we've got plenty of recent, recent examples, within the last five years, of that being done here in America.
	Done to Dinesh D'Souza, for example.
	He wasn't just sent to jail.
	He was accused of being insane.
	And of course you had Adrian Schoolcraft, a whistleblower, a New York police officer, blowing the whistle on corruption in the New York Police Department.
	When they found out that he had recordings, they went to his apartment and they kidnapped him and put him in an insane asylum.
	Yes, it's not that hard.
	To get somebody who is an enemy of yours, if you are somebody in a corrupt government, it's not that hard to get them put away in an insane asylum in America, and yet it is much harder to do that.
	Than it is to assert that somebody is dangerous and needs to have their gun taken.
	They can be left at large to use knives or hammers or bricks or automobiles or anything else they can get their hands on.
	We're not actually after that dangerous person like we would be if you were committing them to an insane asylum.
	No.
	The gun laws are red flag gun laws and this is why it ought to be a red flag to you.
	It's simply about the guns.
	It's not about the crazy person.
	If the person was crazy and dangerous they would get them committed.
	We already have laws about that.
	All this red flag stuff, President Trump was very candid about it up front.
	He got it right the first time.
	We take the guns.
	Do the due process later.
	Due process later, if we even do it.
	And I'm going to tell you, it's not any due process.
	But I've got another thing to say about this breaking case here, because I ran out of time at the break.
	The key thing about this is this hyoid bone.
	This is what the Washington Post even is talking about.
	The point that they don't make, I believe, is the fact that This figured prominently in the death by suffocation of Eric Garner.
	Now the question was when, you know, this is the man on the street who is selling Lucy's individual cigarettes.
	Why?
	Because when the government taxes something high enough it's the same as prohibiting it.
	So they've had very high taxes on tobacco.
	And so, taxes are so high that it's profitable for people to smuggle them in and to sell them individually.
	And that, of course, is prohibited as well.
	And they killed him for that.
	Killed him for doing that.
	The question is, how did they do it?
	Did they pile on him and suffocate him, or did they actually choke him out?
	In the defense of the police officers, the Police Officers Association said that the autopsy done from the same coroner that is doing the autopsy on Epstein, That same coroner's office, Sampson's office, found that Eric Garner's hyoid bone was not broken.
	That proved that he could not have been strangled because that is such a key indication of strangulation when that hyoid bone that is there by the Adam's apple.
	I'm not a doctor so this is all new to me.
	In men, it's near the Adam's apple.
	It's not the actual Adam's apple.
	But when that bone is broken, that is a clear indication, in most cases, of strangulation.
	It is possible, in some cases, but not typical, that that could happen when you hang yourself.
	It's not typically what happens when you hang yourself.
	Especially if you're not dropping from a height.
	This is a situation where he was, allegedly, had tied sheets around himself, kneeled on the ground until he Uh, suffocated, but it broke his hyoid bone?

	Again, as I said, we are told that he did not do the drop.
	He didn't drop from a height.
	Instead, he was kneeling and had tied a sheet to the bed and hung himself by prolonged kneeling.
	And yet, the hyoid bone, which is typically only broken in strangulation, it is possible in an older person, if there's a lot of violence with the hanging, that that could happen.
	But it is usually seen as a sign of strangulation and even that same coroner Sampson, Barbara Sampson, who just, she completed the autopsy of Epstein's body, we're told, on Sunday.
	But she listed the cause of death as pending on Sunday.
	Asked about the neck injury, she said in a statement, no single factor in an autopsy can alone provide a conclusive answer about what happened.
	But the same coroner, same medical examiner, had said, and we'll go back to the case of Eric Garner, a man who died because he couldn't breathe, Was he suffocated by piling on, or did they actually choke him out and strangle him?
	And they said the police officer did not strangle him because his hyoid bone was not broken.
	But Jeffrey Epstein's is.
	And he didn't drop from a height.
	So, very interesting, isn't it?

	They're part of the Caligula group.

	And so he did this sexual assault to the guy in the bar.
	And then we got another CNN analyst with an anger issue.
	April Ryan.
	A video purportedly showing a man identified as a security guard getting into a physical altercation with a local news editor who was covering an event that featured her as a keynote speaker.
	So she's a CNN reporter.
	And she, this guy's name, he's a local news editor, Charlie Crottaville of New Brunswick Today.
	And so he attended this meeting of the New Jersey Parent Summit.
	Now, in his string of Twitter, you know, relating to everybody what had happened, he said, I had no intention to write any articles.
	He wasn't even going to ask Ms.
	Ryan any questions.
	He said, unlike many stories I do, I wasn't digging deep.
	I wasn't trying to put anyone on the spot.
	I just thought it was cool that a well-known journalist was speaking in my city.
	And it was something that our audience might appreciate.
	By the way, this guy is not a conservative.
	He's not a Trump supporter.
	He hates Trump.
	He thinks that Trump attacks freedom of the press.
	And that, you know, somebody like April Ryan, because she works for CNN, she supports the free press.
	She's a hero to this guy.
	He goes to report on it, and then he finds out who the real villains are.
	See, Oliver Darcy, Don Lemon, and Brian Stelter, all these different people, CNN is a network that doesn't report news, they censor news!
	They devote themselves to taking down, first it was Infowars and Alex Jones, now they're focusing On Tucker Carlson.
	Just one after the other.
	Trying to take out the competition.
	Trying to take out anybody that they can't defeat in an argument.
	Anybody that is pushing back against their lying narrative.
	They focus on them one at a time.
	And so they focus on a local reporter.
	This is what happened.
	He said, He identified the individual who attacked him, Joel Morris.
	He said that's Ryan's security guard.
	He said he approached him, demanded to know what organization he was with.
	And then threatened to take his camera down.
	He said, I declined to acquiesce to this threat from a stranger.
	He said, just as Representative Payne was praising Ms.
	Ryan of CNN for her recent, get this, Freedom of the Press Award.
	Yeah, they hand out Freedom of the Press Awards to CNN as they put people like Oliver Darcy on a beat to attack Alex Jones.
	And when Alex Jones Gets in this guy's face, who has been bullying Alex Jones in Infowars, trying to get us banned, eventually did.
	When he gets in his face about it, then they do ban us on the final platform, Twitter.
	Banned Alex Jones for that.
	So, she was there to get a Freedom of the Press award.
	Oh, yes.
	The irony and the hypocrisy is piled one on top of the other here.
	PR people started to gather around me, he said, at my table, pressuring me to stop recording.
	He said, as soon as things started going south, I began recording audio of our conversation.
	So this guy comes over, her security guard, he said, I asked if he had a card.
	He responded by saying he was, quote, with the speaker, unquote.
	He left and I thought this would be the end of it.
	But the mystery man returned.
	He threatened to, quote, take down my camera if I didn't do so myself.
	Then, He went up to the podium, this security guard, and he approached Ms.
	Ryan of CNN, said something to her, she nodded, and then she went silent for the next 27 seconds.
	And then Charlie Cradiville, I guess was the way to pronounce his name, local reporter, Said, rather than, you know, pushing the camera's record button to stop the video recording, or just to turn off my camera, Mr. Morse proceeded to unplug my camera, grab the tripod it was connected to, and steal the entire thing!
	He said, as soon as he touched my camera, I spoke up, I said, don't touch my camera, please, put that down!
	Don't you dare, put that down, sir!
	At the same time, Ms.
	Ryan, the CNN reporter who was receiving an award, from a politician, a Freedom of the Press award, began attempting to explain to the crowd why they were witnessing the theft of our camera.
	She said to them, when I speak, I don't have news covering my speech.
	How about that?
	How about that?
	The arrogance, the rage of these fake news liars at CNN.
	Now, President Trump, as Chris Cuomo broke down about all this, Came out and said, well, I'm thankful that this animal, Chris Cuomo, was not armed during the tirade.
	He lost it.
	Frankly, I don't think that anybody could defend him because he spews lies every night.
	I think Chris Cuomo was so out of control, said President Trump on Twitter, that I would not have wanted to see a weapon in his hand.
	I guess his fist is not a weapon or he would have done something.
	You know, he talks about it, but he didn't do anything.
	Well, you know, he talks about that in the context of the red flag laws.
	He said, uh, would Chris Cuomo be given a red flag for his recent rant?
	Filthy language and a total loss of control.
	He shouldn't be allowed to have any weapon.
	He's nuts.
	Now, there's two trains of thought about this.
	Was President Trump highlighting the danger and the absurdity of red flag laws?
	Or was he merely just being sarcastic to Chris Cuomo.
	I'm really concerned that he wasn't pushing back against the red flag laws.
	I'm really concerned that he hasn't had enough of that since he has Lindsey Graham saying that he's never seen President Trump more determined on anything.
	than to get these new gun control laws through.
	And because he's got Ivanka calling legislators, both Democrat and Republican, to see what they can push through unconstitutionally, I will add, against both you and I. So we're going to talk about that aspect when we come back.

	Yeah, we're going to get doctors involved in gun control.
	Well, kind of doctors.
	Psychiatrists.
	I'm not one of those people that put psychiatrists in the category of doctors.
	Yeah, they prescribe drugs, if that's your definition of a doctor, they are.
	But the psychiatry industry is very, very dangerous.
	As a matter of fact, you know, all these kids have been prescribed Ritalin, ADHD.
	You saw the reports on Drudge Report, how they've now Validated?
	That actually has damage to the kids' brains?
	Yeah.
	Who would have thought?
	Who would have thought, right?
	Who would have thought all these years?
	In fact, that was a big confirming red flag for my wife and I to make sure that we homeschooled our sons because of the epidemic of prescribing Ritalin for boys almost exclusively.
	ADHD.
	Yeah, these kids, these boys, they just don't, for some reason, they don't like to sit in a desk with their hands folded in their lap and their pencils in a row.
	I had one son who, as I would talk to him, read to him, as far as schooling, he would just be constantly bouncing around and everything.

	And then I would quiz him and he heard everything that I was saying, but, you know, that would not work in a classroom environment.

	He would have been given Ritalin.
	They would have taken him down and given him Ritalin.

	These people who say psychology, a study of the soul, from people who deny that you have a soul.
	Okay, so, you know, we look at this, and we look at the red flag laws, and we look at the dispute between President Trump and Chris Cuomo.
	I think that key thing was how President Trump brought red flag laws into that.
	And so, is that an indication that President Trump is mocking the whole concept of red flag laws?
	Or was he mocking Chris Cuomo when he said, would Chris Cuomo be given a red flag for his recent rant?
	Was he putting to rest any idea that he was going to enact red flag gun laws?
	Or is it, as I am kind of afraid, is this a situation of three steps forward and one step back?
	That seems to be something that President Trump has done over and over again.
	You know, go way out on his rhetoric and then pull it back.
	Does he want to talk about red flag gun laws and universal background checks and assault weapon bans and then say, well, never mind, we're not going to do the red flag gun laws.
	Aren't we good guys?
	Aren't we good guys?
	Because we don't do all three?
	I mean, that's maybe the best thing that we could do.
	But let's take them seriously for a moment.
	And again, you know, so much talk, so little leadership.
	You know, a leader explains what he's going to do.
	Is not erratic.
	That's a very dangerous thing.
	Domestically as well as foreign policy.
	The way you get into wars is by sending mixed signals to people who misinterpret what you're going to do.
	And it's not a good thing domestically either.
	Because after a while people regard you as just throwing temper tantrums on Twitter.
	Or being so flip-flopping and erratic that it doesn't matter what you say.
	You're not going to do anything.
	But it's even worse than that.
	To all the people who scream at me on Twitter when I criticize President Trump for trash-talking the Constitution and our fundamental God-given rights, you want to criticize me for that but you won't criticize your idol, President Trump?
	Let me tell you something.
	When you trash talk the fundamental principles that this country was built on, when you trash talk my individual liberties, you have done a great deal of damage to that, even if you don't enact your gun control laws.
	Because you've got people saying, well look, President Trump has said this about that, and he moves the ball down the field toward the goal that they have, which is total ban gunning.
	When you talk about what you might do, as if you've got the power under the Constitution to do it, President Trump, you don't have the power to ban guns.
	You do have the power under the Constitution to defend our borders, but you won't do that.
	But you don't have the power under the Constitution to ban guns, even though you've already done that.
	You've moved the ball much further than anybody in either party have towards total gun tyranny.
	Power comes out of the barrel of a gun.
	That's what Chairman Mao said.
	And the Chinese communists haven't forgotten it, and neither has the American government.
	And to enact gun control legislation by executive order, by fiat, from the White House, as President Trump did, with a gun accessory, the bump stock, in order to curry favor with public opinion.
	The public opinion, not of his supporters.
	The public opinion of people like Chris Cuomo.
	To ban bump stocks.
	An attachment.
	That was something that the unconstitutional ATF never claimed that they had any authority over.
	He moved the ball way down the field.
	When he did that.
	Way down the field.
	And I said at the time, Democrats are going to do this, and now we got Kamala Harris.
	Saying, well when I'm president, I will give Congress 100 days to enact gun control legislation.
	If they don't do it, I'll do it by executive order.
	Why would she say that?
	Because she just saw President Trump do it and get away with it.
	Why?
	Because his supporters didn't raise hell about it.
	You would have if it had been done, if you'd had Obama by executive order.
	Ban a gun attachment set a new precedent in two different ways.
	Banning a gun attachment and doing it by executive order.
	If Obama had done that all of you who are defending President Trump against my criticism of his actions you would have been livid.
	But we can get somebody who is a Republican, somebody who is Trump, and he can do that, and you say, uh, he's playing 4-D chess.
	Trust the plan.
	I don't trust the plan.
	I don't trust any man.
	I only trust the Constitution and people who abide by it.
	And if you're going to trash the Constitution, if you're going to trash talk it, even if you don't do it, I'm not going to support that.
	As Reason says, do we really want Trump in charge of deciding who is too crazy to own a gun?
	And that's really the issue.
	It may have been, it does look absurd, would Chris Cuomo be given a red flag for his recent rant?
	That's exactly what could happen.
	And I'm not sure that President Trump thinks that that shouldn't happen, quite frankly.
	You have ex parte hearings that are being done.
	That means that the person is not present.
	We're going to talk about how these red flag gun laws work.
	But let's understand, first of all, who the most dangerous people are with guns.
	It's the government.
	It's the government.
	The government and its police force.
	As an op-ed by John Whitehead said, it's often the case The police shootings, incidents where law enforcement officers pull the trigger on civilians are left out of the conversation on gun violence.
	But a police officer shooting a civilian counts as gun violence.
	Every time an officer uses a gun against an innocent or an unarmed person, it contributes to the culture of gun violence in a country.
	And when you look at the statistics, now these are coming from the Washington Post, understand?
	Well, let's just take a look at them.
	We can talk about this and what's behind it.
	If you're an unarmed black man, you're four times more likely to be killed by police than an unarmed white man.
	Most people killed by police are young men.
	In 2015, police have shot and killed an average of three people a day.
	More than 2,500 police departments have shot and killed at least one person since 2015.
	And the vast majority of people shot and killed by police are armed.
	But their weapons range from guns to knives to toy guns.
	Toy guns.
	You've got SWAT teams, you've got militarized police.
	Should you be concerned about any of this stuff?
	You know, we have the two different ways you can play these statistics.
	You know, you can say that, well, look, you've got more black people killed than white people, but, you know, that doesn't reflect necessarily what they are doing.
	You know, just because the police shoot somebody, That is armed.
	If they're armed with a gun, the police have the duty to protect other people.
	It's not that clear-cut when we look at these kind of statistics.
	But it is important to understand, as Matt Gores, the Free Thought Project, points out, mass shootings have claimed the lives of 339 people since 2015, during the same period of time.
	Police have claimed the lives of 4,355 citizens.
	So understand, when we talk about guns being out of control, and they've got to be taken away from individual citizens.
	Individual citizens, including criminals, including gun violence from gang members, and people who are part of the organizations that have arisen.
	In response to the prohibition of drugs.
	Yeah, that's what we saw yesterday in that shooting.
	In Philadelphia.
	When we look at that, 1200% more people killed by the police than by mass shooters since 2015.

	You know, I was just talking about the statistics put out by the Washington Post about police shootings and so forth, and they put that out to promote a racist narrative.
	And again, whether there is racism behind it or not, these same people have cried racism so many times that even when there is real racism, nobody pays any attention anymore.
	It's like crying wolf.
	Nevertheless, when we look at the way the police have been militarized, the SWAT teams and so forth, remember the shooting that was outside, I think it was Albuquerque, New Mexico?
	The homeless man up in the hills, that video, that body camera footage surfaced and people saw the guy essentially executed for no reason.
	He wasn't a threat to the police, they just got tired of dealing with him.
	And not long after that, A guy who had been an instructor at the Police Academy there, the State Police Academy, said they're teaching a shoot first curriculum.
	All you have to do is assert that you feel like you're threatened and you're entitled and protected legally if you want to shoot and kill somebody, take away a threat.
	He says, I refuse to teach that curriculum.
	That is a curriculum that's being pushed out of Washington into the local areas.
	Things have changed.
	Frank Serpico has also spoken out criticizing The propensity of police as part of their training to shoot first, to shoot whenever they feel that they're concerned.
	And of course, the police are not trained to deal with emergencies in any other way other than with a gun.
	You've got a lot of police officers who are not fit, a lot of men and women who are very, very unfit, who don't have the ability to peacefully subdue somebody.
	Remember the incident on the New York subway?
	A couple of years ago.
	And it was a group of guys who were police officers from Scandinavia.
	They were in their 30s and they were traveling and then there was violence on the subway.
	They had a person that was armed.
	They were just dressed as tourists.
	They just looked like ordinary tourists.
	But they took care of the incident.
	They took the guy down, they disarmed him, and they subdued him, they sat on him, kept him tied up in knots, essentially, until the police got there and then they handed him over.
	Why?
	Because they were fit.
	Because they were trained to do that, rather than just pull out a gun and kill the guy.
	They didn't have a gun with them.
	And that's the way it used to be for the police.
	That's what Frank Serpico talks about.
	And so, during this last four years, since 2015, 339 people have been killed by non-police, shot, with mass shootings.
	So these are the mass shooting events.
	This is not the drive-by shootings that are being fueled by the war on drugs, or the kind of incident that we saw where all the police were shot yesterday in Philadelphia.
	We'll talk about that in a moment.
	Fueled by the war on drugs.
	No, these are the mass shootings that are done by individuals who are nuts.
	339 people killed since 2015.
	And yet, during that same period of time, police have shot 4,355 people.
	12 times more people than have been taken out by mass shooters.
	But we have to take away the guns of innocent, law-abiding gun owners because of 339 deaths from a mass shooting.
	deaths from a mass shooting. And that is nothing compared to what happens in just one city, Chicago, where they have all of these gun control laws every weekend.
	you You have more people killed in Chicago, and they don't ever cover it, do they?
	Than any of these other incidents.
	That is being driven, like the shooting in Philadelphia, by the War on Drugs, by that prohibition.

	Of course, we had the live event that unfolded for quite a period of time yesterday in Philadelphia.
	That's being used by Democrats, predictably Kamala Harris.
	It shows the need for gun control.

	They could have pursued the guys you typically see now.
	They typically don't have high-speed pursuits.
	They typically will follow somebody who's running from the police because they don't want to get innocent people killed.
	They will pull back with their vehicles, but there's no pullback in terms of gun violence from the police.
	Do you want the government to be the only ones to have guns?
	Take a look at this story, also from Freethought Project.
	They pretty much cover police that are out of control, trying to get some kind of control over the police department.
	Look, we need police, but we need them to act differently.
	There needs to be some oversight and some control of the police, a different kind of training, different priorities for the police.
	It's important to report this, but for reporting this, they get banned by social media.
	Do you think this is being done because the people in Silicon Valley, Google, Twitter, Facebook, you think those people love law enforcement?
	No, they don't.
	No, they're inciting people to attack ICE offices and so forth.
	They don't like law enforcement at all.
	But they do what the government tells them to do.
	And so here's one more story.
	Cop threatens innocent pregnant woman and her fiancé with a shotgun simply for filming them.
	This is in Memphis, Tennessee.
	The man filming immediately asks why they have a gun pointed in his direction.
	The cop says, so we don't get shot.
	The man uploads the video.
	He responds to the statement of the militarized police force that he was the one who brought the man being placed under arrest to the door.
	While he had the shotgun aimed directly at him, he continues to plead, please put the guns down.
	After his requests go unheeded, he points out that his fiancee, who was standing next to him, is also pregnant.
	And then they keep the gun pointed on him even after the other guy is taken away in handcuffs.
	They keep the gun pointed on him.
	He's not armed.
	The guy is ordering him around, but he's afraid to move at that point, right?
	That's the situation that people get in.
	Is he going to shoot me because I'm moving?
	Is he going to shoot me because I don't move?
	What do I do?
	This guy is not acting in a reasonable way.
	It is assault, isn't it, with a deadly weapon.
	Point a shotgun at somebody like that when they're not a threat to you.
	And as TomDispatch.com points out, in war and weapons, we trust in America.
	Not in God we trust, but we trust in war.
	And we trust in the military.
	Militarization has become America's national religion.
	It's not in God we trust, we trust in our military.
	Everything is put into the NDAA, no matter how absurd or unrelated it is.
	No matter how egregious a violation.
	of the Constitution or individual liberties.
	They can stick it into the NDAA and it'll get passed.
	Now, national defense is a legitimate function of the federal government.
	It's one of the very few functions that the federal government has that is legitimate.
	And of course they refuse to defend the nation at our own borders.
	They use the cover of national defense to get us involved in one foreign war after the other perpetually.
	We have seven or eight of them going right now.
	And they're probably going to continue through the entire presidency of President Trump, just like they did through the entire presidency of Obama.
	And almost went through the entire presidency of George Bush.
	As he points out, his attitudes towards war grow dangerously worshipful in the U.S.
	Quitting our endless wars becomes all the more difficult, and it becomes even more difficult to criticize anybody who is a respected military veteran, like Congressman Dan Crenshaw, when he comes out and says he supports red flag gun laws.
	Don't criticize him!
	He's a hero!
	Well, I believe he is a hero, most likely.
	I don't have any reason to believe that he's not a hero.
	I don't know the specifics about his service, but I have no reason to believe that Dan Crenshaw is not a hero.
	But he is not a hero to me if he's going to attack the Constitution.
	That makes you an anti-hero.
	That says that you've gone over to the dark side, Dan Crenshaw, if you're going to do that.
	Let me tell you something.
	You want to defend somebody because they were in the military?
	Defend the people who are going to be in the crosshairs primarily.
	And that's going to be veterans when they enact these red flag gun laws.
	All they have to do is point a finger at a veteran and say he's suffering from PTSD.
	Boom.
	Kill him.
	Take his gun.
	If he resists, kill him.
	He's coming after his own people when he does this.
	Now, what he says, is he says, clearly, when we said red flag laws, you guys stopped listening.
	That's right, I absolutely do, and I'll tell you why in just a moment here.
	I stopped listening, Dan, when you said red flag gun laws, and I'm going to lay out the reasons for that coming up here.
	I do stop listening.
	He says, you can't hear what we're suggesting because, understandably, you automatically assume that we're just agreeing with the left's version of that law.
	See, it's not a problem.
	This is coming from Republicans.
	Republicans would never stab us in the back, would they?
	No, no, they would never do that.
	That'd never violate the Constitution.
	That'd never violate our due process.
	Republicans would never do that.
	He says the difference is the left is putting out blatantly unconstitutional laws.
	Theirs are just subtly unconstitutional, I guess.
	He says it all boils down to how due process is protected.
	I said it all boils down to a bunch of BS being fed to you by somebody.
	Lindsey Graham.
	Defending red flag gun laws.
	As Reason Magazine talks about it, Lindsey Graham said there's plenty of judicial proceedings every day in America where somebody is adjudged to be a danger to themselves and others and they're put in a mental health facility.
	That's what Lindsey Graham said.
	He didn't mention, says Reason Magazine, that the standards for involuntary psychiatric treatment are notably stricter.
	Than the standards for taking away people's guns under red flag laws.
	And he also didn't mention, and neither did Reason Nob, I'll tell you.
	When you commit somebody, because they're violent and dangerous, when you do that, and you have a stricter standard of doing that, you are taking the dangerous person and putting them somewhere, so they won't harm somebody.
	With the red flag gun laws, the standard is lower.
	And you're not concerned about what that person is going to do.
	With a, uh, with a brick, with a knife, with a car.
	You know the guy that shot people up?
	He said, uh, brick, uh, what was it?
	Brick, knife, gun.
	I think is what he said.
	But yeah, you can kill people with any of those things, right?
	You can add car to that.
	You can add a bomb to that.
	You can add a baseball bat to that.
	A ball peen hammer to that.
	If the person is a dangerous person, if they're crazy, That's what you put away, and you do it with due process.
	This isn't about protecting the public from a dangerous person, because they would have that person committed.
	This is simply about gun confiscation.
	Let's call red flag laws what they are.
	It's nothing but gun confiscation.
	It's a beard for it.
	Under Florida's Baker Act, which is how they put dangerous people away, commit them.
	Reason Magazine points out, the state has to show by clear and convincing evidence a substantial likelihood that a candidate for commitment because of mental illness will, in the near future, inflict serious bodily harm on himself or others as evidenced by recent behavior causing, attempting, or threatening such harm.
	Okay?
	So, mental illness, something's going to happen in the near future, and a substantial likelihood.
	It has to be proven.
	However, the same state, Florida, has a red flag law to take away guns.
	What's the difference here?
	It authorizes a judge to issue a final gun confiscation order.
	That lasts up to a year and can be extended.
	When there is clear and convincing evidence that the respondent poses a significant danger of causing personal injury to himself or herself or others, no psychiatric diagnosis is required.
	Significant danger is totally undefined.
	The judge may consider any relevant evidence.
	I mean, it could be relevant that you were in the military and you fought in war, so obviously you're dangerous, right?
	Florida judges issue the final risk protection orders 95% of the time.
	95% of the time.
	And it's done without the person being there.

	But now we have a government that doesn't think that we should have those weapons.
	It doesn't think that it is like Jeffrey Epstein.
	It can do whatever it wants, right?
	There's no controlling legal authority here, said Al Gore once upon a time.
	Remember that when he was vice president?
	Well, they don't think there is any controlling legal authority.
	So let's take a look at this.
	You know, we have Dan Crenshaw says, look, you hear red flag gun laws, you immediately just turn me off.
	But you don't hear what I'm saying.
	I'm saying our red flag gun laws are good.
	We're going to give you due process.
	All right, let's take a look at this, because we have 17 different states and the District of Columbia.
	That have enacted red flag gun laws in the wake of the Parkland shooting.
	How are they working?
	What is the result of this?
	And what kind of due process do you have?
	Let's really take a look at this.
	Five states.
	That would be Connecticut, Florida, Indiana, Rhode Island, Vermont.
	Five of the 17 states require that petitions come from police officers or prosecutors.
	And the other 12 states and the District of Columbia Lots of other potentially aggrieved or well-meaning but mistaken people, such as blood relatives, in-laws, current and former cohabitants, current and former intimates, physicians, mental health specialists, etc., can also file petitions.
	Oh, but what about Google?
	Didn't they just SWAT team a whistleblower who released documents?
	And we'll talk more about those coming up in the program.
	We'll try to make sure I get through this stuff so we have time for that.
	But didn't they just call the police and the FBI and say, we're very concerned about his mental wellness?
	And they swatted him.
	Google did.
	And guess what?
	California, California has a bill pending that would add to the people who can file a petition to have your guns taken away.
	It would add employers and co-workers, you know, so Google could have done that.
	They could have red flagged him if he had any guns.
	But it can actually be more dangerous just to SWAT team somebody.
	So, when are these ex parte orders allowed?
	And remember, ex parte means that they do it without you being present.
	They have a hearing without you being present.
	Hmm, does that sound like due process?
	Dan Crenshaw?
	Every state and district of Columbia allows judges to issue gun confiscation orders without giving the respondent a chance to rebut the claims against them.
	Every one of these 17 states and the District of Columbia does these things ex parte.
	See, due process is defined by the Constitution, Dan, that you swore to uphold as both a military officer and as a congressman.
	That says that you will be allowed to be present at the trial.
	You'll be allowed to confront the witnesses that are there.
	You'll be able to see the charges against you and answer those charges.
	You will have counsel, and if you can't afford counsel, it will be provided for you.
	Those are the types of things that we mean when we say due process, Dan.
	President Trump.
	And that's not what's happening with any of these red flag gun laws.
	Seventeen states and the District of Columbia.
	None of them let you, have you present there.
	They're all done ex parte.
	Without the person who is the subject of this being present.
	Do you have a right to legal representation?
	That's part of the due process, isn't it?
	I just read that to you.
	I just didn't read it to you, but I just did it from memory.
	You know, Colorado is the only state that provides counsel to respondents who cannot afford a lawyer or choose not to hire one.
	Do respondents get a chance to cross-examine their accusers?
	That's also a part of due process, right?
	Not necessarily.
	Do respondents have a civil cause of action against petitioners who lie?
	No.
	No state Let's petitioners sue their accusers for knowingly misrepresenting facts in the petition to take away their guns as part of red flag laws.
	And again, besides the issue of this being actual gun confiscation as opposed even to prohibiting people from acquiring guns, it is gun confiscation.
	Ah, the dream of the Democrats.
	Being made possible by turncoat Republicans.
	Uh, besides that, Anybody can tell a lie about you and you have absolutely no recourse against them.
	Do respondents have advance notice before the gun confiscation orders are executed?
	In some states, a respondent never receives notice of anything until the police show up to confiscate his or her firearms.
	Right?
	And that's why it is so dangerous.
	It is like SWAT teaming somebody.
	And we've already had an individual killed that way.
	Or had an individual killed in Maryland.
	When they showed up to confiscate his guns.
	He didn't know anything about it.
	He had been convicted in abstentia, ex parte.
	He didn't know what the charges were.
	He had no chance to answer those charges.
	He wasn't able to defend himself.
	Instead, the police showed up at his door.
	An argument ensued.
	The police shot and killed him.
	You know, when we look at this situation in Philadelphia, This is a situation where the police officer is responding to narcotics activity.
	This is an example of drug prohibition and what it produces.
	Increased crime.
	What do you think is going to happen when they prohibit guns?
	Do you think that gun violence is going to be less or more?
	Yeah, we stopped all the drugs, drug prohibition.
	We'll get all the guns with gun prohibition.

	Analyzing the globalist's next move.
	It's the David Knight Show.
	Red Flag Gun Law.
	Don't worry, we'll do the due process.
	President Trump said, we gotta get the guns, we'll do the due process later.
	Again, if it's a dangerous person, commit them.
	Commit them.
	Lock them up.
	And go through due process to do it.
	But it's a much lower standard, as I pointed out.
	It's done without the person being present.
	There is no due process.
	You don't have any recourse against people who just have a personal grudge against you.
	You can't come after anybody in any of these states that have already enacted it.
	We've got 17 other states that have done this.
	So we've got about a third of the states, plus District of Columbia, have already enacted red flag gun laws.
	But that's not enough for Ivanka.
	Ivanka tweeted out, in response to Lindsey Graham, Lindsey Graham put out a tweet, Reid Maurer on red flag extreme risk protection and Ivanka comes back and says Congress should enact red flag laws, extreme risk protection orders in every uppercase, all uppercase, every state and increase resources dedicated to mental health support.
	So yeah, we need to find a massive psychiatric bureaucracy because you know what could possibly go wrong?
	Well, we already know what can go wrong.
	We've already seen what happens with CPS.
	We have a massive bureaucracy funded by billions of dollars by the federal government to confiscate kids.
	And we see how anybody, a disgruntled spouse, former spouse, angry family members, angry neighbors, can accuse you of child abuse.
	and it doesn't even have to be an accusation of violence or sex abuse.
	That's only 15% of the cases and even a smaller, a very small percentage of those when they actually go to trial, people are convicted of that. But you can accuse 85% of the time the kids are taken.
	There's not even any urgency because there's not any urgency about any accusations of physical or sexual abuse.
	Anybody can bring those charges.
	You are guilty and you must prove that you're innocent, but we've talked about this many times.
	The parents can't even find out what the charges are against them in most of these cases.
	The kids get taken.
	They get put into foster care.
	They get abused in foster care.
	The parents have to then get the resources together to try to get their kids back.
	And that can take quite some time.
	It can take a year or more for many of these parents, if they have the resources to do it.
	The same thing is being done here.
	And we've seen the same thing being done with the war on drugs.
	Civil asset forfeiture.
	Take the car, take the home, take the cash, the plane, whatever.
	The property is charged with a crime.
	The person who owns the property is not charged with a crime, let alone convicted.
	That's called due process.
	We don't do due process.
	We haven't done due process in quite some time.
	And we're talking about civil asset forfeiture as part of the war on drugs.
	Let's understand that the real issue here, we're looking at most of these murders.
	You know, we look at the situation that happened in Philadelphia yesterday.
	The police were called there because of narcotics activity.
	At least six police officers were wounded in the shooting.
	It took place over a very long period of time.
	That was about drug prohibition.
	Drug prohibition has not worked for nearly 50 years.
	It has made drugs more numerous.
	It has made drugs more concentrated in form.
	It has created massive gangs of organized crime shooting it out on the streets.
	Last time we saw that was when we had alcohol prohibition and you had the people like Al Capone in Chicago during the drive-by shootings with fully automatic Tommy guns standing on the running boards of the Model A's, Model T's, whatever.
	Shooting it out on the street.
	And then that stopped.
	Until we began the war on drugs.
	And then it started again with a vengeance.
	And so we get more concentrated forms of what we're trying to prohibit.
	How do you think it's going to work when we do that with guns?
	We're going to get more concentrated forms of guns.
	Why?
	Because there will be no qualms about what people do with it.
	Just like there wasn't with alcohol.
	Just like there isn't with drugs.
	Alcohol got more concentrated.
	Drugs got more concentrated.
	The people who are putting it together had no concern about product safety at all.
	And so you're going to get very, very lethal weaponry.
	And you're going to increase crime.
	You're going to increase corruption of our government at every level, from the police to law enforcement to the judicial courts.
	Corruption, because money will be involved.
	That's what you're going to get when you go into gun prohibition.
	And to the extent that you do it, you're going to get more of these types of shootouts in Philadelphia.
	Can you imagine if instead of it being drug activity, if the police had been called out for a red flag confiscation and the person knew about it?
	And once this happens a few times, if I had one individual killed who was surprised, he didn't know, it was like being swatted.
	They got in an argument with the police, they killed him.
	Well, he wasn't really a threat to anybody, probably, and he didn't know this was happening.
	What if the person was a real threat?
	What if they knew this was happening?
	What if people were innocent, and they just had enough, and they figured that they were going to be targeted, perhaps killed, just simply because they were gun owners?
	So you multiply what happened in Philadelphia yesterday by a thousand, or by a million, or several million.
	When you start coming after gun owners, that's what you're talking about.
	That's why Eric Swalwell said, well, yeah, we can do that.
	We can have a civil war.
	We don't care.
	That's exactly what they want.
	They don't want any due process, and they don't offer any due process to people.
	We look at what's happening in Chicago, nobody cares about the 47 people shot, four fatally, and that really is drug prohibition.
	That's the example of drug prohibition.
	And what we see being done now is uh... you know they're moving into this forget the due process stuff and we've done this on so many different levels take a look at the FISA court for example a secret court it's ex parte right?
	you're tried in absentia all these types of things we see happening all the time being brought back I mean not only do you not have due process but we are bringing back the classic abuses of the dark ages and the tactics that our government is proposing to people You get tried by a secret court.
	You're not there.
	You don't even know what the charges are against you.
	They're already doing that to people to take away their kids and their property.
	Now they're going to do that to take away your right to defend yourself and to defend your country against a government that becomes too authoritarian as a deterrent.
	And so we've got Ivanka Trump reportedly calling members of Congress to fill out various gun control proposals.
	Axios reports that Ivanka, quote, has been quietly calling lawmakers since the El Paso and Dayton massacres to gauge their openness to movement on gun legislation when Congress comes back.
	Reportedly, it includes a conversation with Senator Joe Manchin, preparing to reintroduce the universal background check bill that he and Senator Pat Toomey, a Republican from Pennsylvania, pushed after the Sandy Hook Elementary School attack.
	Senator Toomey, the co-sponsor of Manchin's gun control bill, indicated he spoke with the President at least three times between the August 3 and August 8 shootings.
	Mitch McConnell also says, so apparently that's not just Ivanka doing this on her own, she's kind of a stalking horse like Lindsey Graham is.
	You know a stalking horse?
	You know that metaphor?
	Remember Jeremiah Johnson?
	How the old guy, Will Greer, was teaching him how to hunt bear.
	He said, you get the horse between you and the bear, and you walk, you know, with a gun right over the horse's back.
	He says, ain't the bear gonna see my legs?
	He goes, a bear doesn't know how many legs a horse has!
	Do you know how many legs gun control has?
	You know who's behind this?
	You know who's behind the stalking horse?
	Well, President Trump.
	This is Republicans we're talking about here.
	at least three times since these shootings, wants to get something done.
	Mitch McConnell is open to universal background checks, he said. That would lead the discussion. When the Senate reconvenes, McConnell also said that an assault weapons ban would be, quote, front and center, front and center.
	Yeah, this is Republicans we're talking about here. I tweeted out a couple of weeks ago, I said, Republicans are far more statist, far more to the left than the Democrats wore when I was growing up.

	And the Democrats are to the left of Marx and Stalin.
	That's the sad reality of where we are today.
	You better hang on to your guns.
	You're gonna need them.
	Yeah.
	Congress should enact red flag laws in every state, says Ivanka.
	Yeah, there's no evidence that they reduce any violence.
	They do violate due process, as I pointed out.
	Oh, by the way, they don't have the authority to do this either.
	Congress doesn't have the authority.
	They're prohibited from infringing on our ability to own military, military weapons.
	Come and take them.
	Come and take the cannons, they said.
	It conquered Lexington and Goliad.

	The definition of constitutional carry is not needing any form of permission from any government to exercise your natural born right to defend yourself.
	More specifically, your natural born right to be able to carry a gun to defend your loved ones, your family, even yourself.
	Like I said before, this is a little bit controversial, but I don't think it's controversial at all.
	I personally don't think that we should need a permission slip, or a permission card, or a little piece of paper that says we can exercise any of our constitutional rights.
	Right?
	I don't think I should have to have a little card that allows me to speak freely or to talk about my government in ways that I don't agree with them, a.k.a.
	the First Amendment.
	I don't think I should have to have a card that says that, hey look, according to this permission slip from the government, it is illegal for you to search my premises without a warrant.
	Those are two perfect examples that just go to show that the Second Amendment is the only He's absolutely right.

	It's a very dangerous path that we're going down.
	So let's talk about the unconstitutional gun laws and the path that the Republican Party is taking right now.

	And there's no point in getting them back, but you better hope that you can get the Republicans back if you put pressure on them.
	And if you step back and say, well, I don't care because it's President Trump.
	He's got a plan.
	Trust the plan.
	Don't criticize President Trump.
	He's playing 4-D chess.
	If you don't say anything about this, he is going to be influenced by people like Ivanka, by Lindsey Graham, by other turncoats like that.
	Whether he wants this or not, whether he understands this or not, you better get on board and you better start paddling on the right side.
	Because they're paddling on the left side of the canoe.
	Democrats are pushing more gun control after Mitch McConnell caves on background checks, reports Breitbart.
	Democrat lawmakers are already looking beyond universal background checks, hoping to pressure Mitch McConnell into banning assault weapons, too.
	And of course, he said assault weapons.
	He said to the Hill.
	He said, they're front and center when we come back.
	Front and center.
	And as I said before, I'm very concerned That all this loose talk about, take the guns, do the due process later, and then you got other people coming back, oh no, no, no, no, our bill, our red flag laws, they have due process and so forth.
	It may be three steps forward and one step back.
	They may go in and they may say, look, we're going to do red flag laws, we're going to do background checks, universal background checks, we're going to do assault weapon bans, and then come back and say, ah, never mind, we won't do one of those.
	Aren't you glad?
	Aren't you happy?
	Aren't you grateful about what faithful servants of the Constitution we are here in the Republican Party?
	Let me tell you something.
	They do universal background checks and that seems to be a given for sure.
	This being talked about by Trump, by McConnell, by Lindsey Graham.
	AWR Hawkins at Breitbart says universal background checks are unenforceable without having a full gun registration of every gun owner.
	He said, once such checks are in place, it is only a matter of time before lawmakers in one party or the other suggest a loose registration scheme.
	In other words, this isn't working because we've got to have registration.
	We can't do a background check if we don't know who's got these guns.
	Look, I saw the same thing happen with the UN's armed trade treaty.
	The UN armed trade treaty.
	And again, that was set up.
	Even the New York Times admitted that the Fast and Furious thing was a false flag.
	To create demand for this.
	The U.N.
	wants to abolish the possession of any firearms by any population anywhere.
	Especially in the United States.
	And so the U.N.
	was proposing this Arms Trade Treaty.
	And during the Bush and Obama administrations, they had the gun walking program.
	And the ATF was involved in a false flag operation.
	They would take guns and transport them into Mexico as part of the war on drugs stuff, right?
	The drug prohibition.
	It's not a war on drugs.
	It's a war of drugs against the American people.
	But as part of that prohibition scheme, and to make guns look bad, you had the ATF and members of that participating in a false flag operation.
	Buying guns in America, taking them into Mexico, and then saying, oh, lookie here, look at what we found.
	Oh, we're going to have to control this because we got small arms going across an international border here.
	Of course, it's not really a border.
	They don't care, right?
	They don't care about that.
	But they care if guns cross the border.
	They don't care if people cross the border.
	And then it all blew up in their face when you had an agent get killed.
	As part of Fast and Furious, but gun walking had been going on all the way back into the Bush administration.
	This is a bipartisan issue, and we're seeing this coming back now with a vengeance.
	People like Mitch McConnell, people like Lindsey Graham.
	And so it blew up in their face and they didn't get it.
	But a key part of that, and why they wanted to push that so hard, and I said it at the time I was fighting it, it was before I came here to InfoWars.
	I was doing videos and presentations with a gun group about this.
	Actually, we went to the UN when they were having the vote.
	Took pictures there with the twisted barrel gun that they've got and so forth.
	They hate guns at the UN.
	Why?
	Because power comes out of the barrel of a gun.
	And they want to be the only ones who possess any power.
	They don't want a balance of power between the people and the governments.
	And it was necessary for them, if they were going to stop the flow of arms going across borders, it was going to be necessary for them to take registration into the United States.
	They were going to have to know who owned all the guns.
	And who owned all the ammunition.
	And so they were going to have to register and track everything.
	And they were going to have to take that registration and tracking back into the United States.
	Now Mitch McConnell and these other people, even after it failed under the Bush and Obama administrations, they're back with universal background checks.
	And AWR Hawkins is exactly right.
	This is about universal registration of gun owners and their guns.
	But also of gun owners, primarily.
	A universal system means that every gun, every piece of ammunition, every gun owner is going to be registered with the government.
	Because right now, the government doesn't know where most of these guns are.
	And this has already happened in California, as he points out, in the early 1990s.
	The state now has a firearm registration requirement.
	After they put in universal background checks, they now have a registration requirement.
	And they also have a confiscation law.
	This is where this is going.
	And when we look at what is being done, we have Kamala Harris coming out immediately trying to capitalize on this shooting in Philadelphia.
	You had six police officers shot in Philadelphia.
	Why?
	Drug prohibition.
	You had 47, this last weekend, 47 people shot in Chicago.
	Why?
	Drug prohibition.
	You had four people killed in Chicago.
	Why?
	Drug prohibition.
	Oh, let's do gun prohibition then.
	That'll work out really well.
	And that's exactly what Kamala Harris did.
	She went on With Wolf Blitzer!
	Where else but CNN, right?
	And Wolf Blitzer says, well, you're a former Attorney General of California, and he's talking about drug dealers and so forth.
	She immediately does a pivot, just like Chris Christie did when he was talking about drug prohibition.
	Remember, Chris Christie gave his wrenching tale about the life of a guy that he knew in college, whose life was destroyed when he got hooked on opioids because of a back injury.
	And then Chris Christie does a complete non sequitur pivot to medical marijuana.
	It's like, are you kidding me?
	Are you kidding me?
	And she did the exact same thing.
	Well, you're a former attorney general and you had to deal with drug dealers.
	What do you say about this?
	Because that's what this raid was.
	It was about drug dealers.
	She immediately pivots.
	And goes to gun dealers.
	Listen to this.
	When will it stop, right?
	She says.
	Part of my focus on what we need to do around smart gun safety laws is to recognize that we have to have more enforcement around gun dealers.
	So she goes from drug dealers to gun dealers.
	Just like Chris Christie went from opioids to marijuana.
	And we're going to have the same kind of blowback And corruption and violence, escalation of the violence there, if we go to gun prohibition.
	You got Pete Buttigieg and his town, South Bend.
	There's been a 40% spike in people being hit by gunshots compared to 2018.
	Why would that be?
	They haven't had a mass shooting by some crazy person.
	No, it is drug prohibition.
	You know, we hear after all of these different things, we look at people's, uh, what motivated them and people say, well, you know, look, they've seen all this stuff portrayed over and over again by Hollywood and videos and movies.
	Uh, they've played video games and so forth.
	Do you ever hear any of these people say?
	Maybe it's because of the violence that they see going on in their actual life because of the drug prohibition situation in their neighborhoods.
	You think that might be an influence that's even more influencing than video games or even Hollywood movies to see the actual gun fire and shootouts being conducted by these drug gangs in your own neighborhood?
	It breeds violence, but of course they'll never say that because that points the finger right back to the government.
