	I'm David Knight, your host.
	Today we're going to take a look at what happened over the weekend to the much-vaunted ICE raids that everybody talked about.
	Yes, ICE has been stopped cold.
	Not going to do it!
	We don't care about enforcing the laws internally, and President Trump is still relying on that great job of protecting the border that the Mexican government is doing.
	Nevertheless, we want to get into the Middle East.
	We want to war very badly.
	All these people in the White House, the administration, they're still pushing this after getting right up to the brink last week.
	We're going to take a look at the, I guess some people called it the new Marshall Plan for the Middle East.
	We're going to pay the Arabs 50 billion dollars to be nice.
	How's that going to work out for us?
	Quite frankly, I am sick and tired of a government that can't use our military to protect our own borders.
	Can't come up with the money to build a wall.
	But we can come up with troops to go monitor Iran.
	We can spend $50 billion.
	Can't get $20 billion.
	Can't get $10 billion.
	Can't get $1 billion for the wall.
	No, no, no.
	But we can get $50 billion to pay off these people abroad, folks.
	This is devolving into business as usual in Washington at the White House.
	Of course we know that the Democrats are going to do this.
	And the only thing that is keeping President Trump there, I think, is the fact that we all know the Democrats are even worse.
	They're going to go even faster over the cliff.
	But if we go over the cliff, does it really matter the speed at which we go?
	I mean, you know, Thelma and Louise is where we are right now.
	Are we going to go over the cliff at 30 miles an hour or at 70 miles an hour?
	That seems to be the choice between the Republicans and Democrats.
	As we look at this ICE raid and all the stuff that happened with this, now there is a narrative, two narratives came out of this.
	We're going to take a look at these both coming up.
	One of them is that Nancy Pelosi called President Trump on Friday night.
	They talked for 12 minutes and then he announced, well, we're going to pull it off.
	We're going to wait a little bit longer and see if maybe the Democrats will do the right thing.
	Are you kidding me?
	Are you kidding me?
	You're two and a half years into your administration and you still think the Democrats are going to protect the border?
	You still think that Mexico is going to protect the border?
	You think that Guatemala and El Salvador are going to protect the border?
	And President Trump could win this in a number of ways.
	He could, for example, say that we are going to stop providing benefits to illegal aliens.
	And folks, they're getting superior benefits to American citizens.
	As a matter of fact, they're getting superior benefits to legal immigrants.
	The Trump administration is coming in and saying, and I agree with this quite frankly, I think that if people are going to come here as legal immigrants, we ought to do what every other country in the world does.
	And that is, we say, that you're not going to come here to become dependents.
	You're going to have to show, if you want to become a citizen of this country, and this is the standard even if you migrate to Belize, you have to show that you have sufficient wealth and assets and income that you can support yourself and your family members if you want to go to Belize!
	Why is it that we let people come here to the United States and live off of us?
	That's my problem with immigration.
	We had a thing called the American Dream at one point in time.
	But now we have to build unlimited schools for anybody from any foreign country who decides they want to cross over the border.
	We have to provide them a free education.
	All the way through college, quite frankly.
	That's where the Democrats are going with all this stuff.
	You want to talk about an election being an advance auction of stolen goods?
	Well, they're talking about stealing your money to pay for free college education and even do it ex post facto, even for the people who have gone to school, racked up tens of thousands of dollars, maybe more than a hundred thousand dollars, getting a degree in basket weaving or political science or something else that qualifies them to do Menial tasks that they could have done without even a high school education.
	We're supposed to pay off their debt?
	But it's even worse when we have to do that for anybody coming here from foreign countries.
	The colleges are a seminary for socialism and revolution.
	That's why the Democrats want to pay for this.

	We're going to take a look at how and why ice was stopped cold over the weekend.
	Was it the efforts of the acting DHS Secretary to oppose President Trump?
	Well, yes, a lot of people said that, and he does oppose President Trump.
	Was it President Trump who basically exposed what needed to be done quickly and secretly in his tweets earlier in the week?
	We'll take a look at it.
	Nevertheless, it isn't happening.
	All the talk about getting rid of millions of people was not possible in the first place.
	They don't have the manpower to even do that.
	Yes, they are coming in by the millions, but we don't have the ability to take them out by the millions.
	And we don't have, we pretend, the ability to protect the border.
	We send troops to the border.
	The troops are painting the fences.
	They are handing out welfare checks to people.
	They're not doing anything to enforce the border.
	Instead, we have a military build-up on the other side of the world, and we now have a peace plan put out by the President's son-in-law.
	I didn't vote for him.
	Did you vote for him?
	He wasn't even running for office, so of course, neither of us voted for him.
	And quite frankly, when I look at Jared Kushner intruding himself into the Middle East situation, an intractable situation that is not going to end, And now coming up with a global fund that's going to be put together.
	Oh yeah, it'll be private investors, and I'm sure that the Saudis will pony up and pay some money because, you know, they've never been interested in doing anything to help the Palestinians prior to this.
	But I'm sure that everything's going to change.
	But we look at this, and you know who's going to wind up footing this bill, don't you?
	You and I. Just like we're footing the bill for the open borders.
	The bucks don't stop at the White House.
	The bucks stop with the American taxpayer.
	Always have, always will.
	The White House is just kicking the can down the road and kicking the responsibility for doing what President Trump campaigned and ran on, and he's not doing.
	And so, it's a very serious threat because we don't have any alternative.
	Democrats are going to be even worse, but as I said, the top of the hour.
	Are we going to go over the cliff at 30 miles an hour or 70 miles an hour?
	Maybe if we go over, if we're going over at 70 miles an hour, we might wake up.
	Nevertheless, we have the Wall Street Journal over the weekend.
	I talked about this on Friday, how the Oregon state government and the governor there, Kate Brown, who was responsible for the execution of LaVoy Finicum.
	This was a situation where after the Malheur wildlife standoff, and again, they occupied a bird sanctuary in the middle of winter.
	I didn't think that it was a wise thing to do.
	We said that many times, that you're giving these people a PR win.
	This is not the way to do this.
	Nevertheless, they weren't doing any harm.
	And they were exercising their free speech.
	Nobody was harmed by that.
	As a matter of fact, they were going around the neighboring communities talking to them about land use issues.
	And I've been to Oregon many times.
	I've talked to the people there.
	Oregon is basically now divided into a radically liberal left-wing around the cities and then out in the rural areas you have farmers, you have loggers, you have miners who are having everything stolen from them.
	This is part of Agenda 21.
	And it is even extending.
	Last vacation I took, we went to Oregon, Washington State.
	They're even encroaching now into suburban residential areas.
	The same types of tactics that they've used to take the land and the property rights of ranchers, miners, loggers.
	Those property rights that they have.
	And again, to explain this to people who don't live in that area, who don't live in rural areas.
	If you are a rancher, a miner, a logger, I mean it's possible for all of them to have property rights on the same piece of property, but not own that property.
	This is what the mainstream media and the people who live in cities and suburbs are subject to being gaslighted by the mainstream media about.
	They lie about this.
	The ranchers, the miners, the loggers are not claiming that they own the land.
	What they're saying is we have rights, we have water rights, we have grazing rights, we have logging rights, we have mining rights.
	Those rights can all exist simultaneously on the same piece of land and it can still be part of the government's land.
	Now according to the Constitution, the federal government is not allowed to own any land outside of the District of Columbia and a couple of forts and ports.
	And so all of the argument from the Bundys and many of the other people, and they're absolutely right, was that when these areas went from being territories to states, that land should have been sold off privately.
	If you want to see the difference between the rest of the West and Texas, it's because in Texas the land was privately owned.
	The rest of the West joined the Union after the Civil War and at that point in time the government decided that they would retain control of all the land and the territories as they became states.
	So what we have now in Oregon, just as I put it in a context on Friday, the rebellion of county clerks in New York who said we're not going to give driver's licenses to illegal aliens because you're going to use that to give them voting rights and to give them amnesty.
	And I'm going to follow the law, and I'm not going to do that.
	How do you even do that when we've got this Real ID law everywhere?
	That's one of the reasons why it's so difficult to get a driver's license anymore.
	Here in Texas, a Real ID state, I couldn't believe all the different hoops that I had to jump through, and I've had a license for decades.
	Many decades, probably half a century.
	I'm that old.
	And yet, I've never had to go through the kind of paperwork and vetting that I had to do here in Texas, because the real idea, they're just going to hand out driver's licenses to people who are criminally trespassing, foreign citizens criminally trespassing in the United States.
	Here's a license, we'll expedite that for you.
	And then we'll use that with motor voting laws.
	To get you on the voting registration and we'll push amnesty.
	So you have New York County clerks in upstate New York pushing back against Cuomo and the Democrats and saying, we're not going to issue driver's licenses, I'll go to jail.
	At the same time, as I pointed out on Friday, you've got Republican legislators in Oregon saying this massive new confiscation of property, confiscation of rights, confiscation of income that you call carbon taxes.
	Based on your climate alarmism?
	This is a radical restructuring of everything that we've got here in Oregon and we're not going to be a part of that.
	This needs to be, this is so radical what the Democrats are proposing in Oregon.
	The Republicans are saying this needs to go before the Oregon people.
	There needs to be a referendum on this because it's such a radical restructuring of the way the state operates and of private property rights.
	And so you had a lot of Republican legislators who said, we're not going to show up to the Senate.
	If we all disappear, you're not going to have a quorum.
	They need to have 20 people to have a quorum, and the Democrats only have 18.
	So they need two Republicans to show up.
	Some of them left the state.
	Another Republican said, if the governor sends police to arrest me and take me to the legislature, I've been a political prisoner in other places and I'm not going to be a political prisoner here.
	They better come armed and you better send officers who are not married because he said he's going to defend himself.
	Now you've got over the weekend the three percenters who came in and they held a rally and they said this they said on Thursday three percenters Who were also at that Malheur Wildlife Refuge, and I got off of that.
	Let me just say, what was dangerous about Lavoie Finnicum and the people at the Malheur Wildlife Refuge was that they were going around holding seminars.
	And the day that Lavoie Finnicum was assassinated, and I say that, I mean that every aspect of that.
	He was assassinated.
	He and the other people in those cars were on their way to a public forum Where the sheriff in the other county was one of the speakers.
	These are not reckless outlaws.
	These are people talking about how the federal government had recklessly abandoned the rule of law and they had to be stopped.
	So you got some of the people who are at the Malheur National Wildlife Refuge reports a Wall Street Journal and they said they would do whatever was necessary to keep Republican senators safe.
	Republicans said they didn't want the group's help.
	But nevertheless, because of that, because they said, we'll keep the Republicans safe, the Oregon State Police interpreted that as a threat.
	It's like, wait a minute.
	They're saying that they're going to keep Republicans safe.
	They're not saying they're going to attack anybody.
	But the Wall Street Journal and the Oregon State Police interpret that as a threat.
	The Oregon State Police shut down the Oregon Capitol.
	Said, don't come in.
	There's a threat.
	They're going to kill everybody.

	As I said, you have grassroots rebellion against the federal government's overreach.
	And in some cases, against state government overreach.
	This is happening in New York, it's happening in Oregon.
	I've said many times, this is the appropriate way to proceed.
	Ultimately, we have to understand what's happening globally.
	The liberals have always said, think globally, act locally.
	In terms of pushing a climate change agenda and so forth, which is the crux of their socialism push, that creates the global problem that would then usher in a global government, a global tax, And the removal of all of our ability to be able to work, to be able to travel, to be able to live in comfort.
	It's not only a lifestyle issue, but it is also life expectancy.
	The availability of cheap energy.
	That is one of the key ways that they control you.
	And of course, controlling your mobility is a big part of that.
	Controlling your ability to speak.
	Controlling your ability to shoot.
	Controlling your ability to move.
	Those are the three things That the U.S.
	military has always understood is the key to controlling a population.
	Communication, shooting, and movement.
	You gotta close those three things.
	And that's what they're doing with Agenda 21.
	With the beard of climate change.
	And so when you look at these land use issues, they have real Affects for all of us.
	The people who are at the forefront right now are the people in the rural areas.
	That's why I focused so much, put so much priority on what's happening to the people at the Bundy standoff, the people in Oregon and so forth.
	they are the tip of the spear right now in this fight to take away our property rights and to confine us in a few mega cities where they can severely restrict our ability to earn a wage, to live where we want, to live how we want, and be able to even commute to have a wage. And you see the people in France pushing back against that, a grassroots rebellion, the Yellow Jacket Rebellion.
	You now have clerks in New York County, clerks in New York State that are pushing back against the Green Light Bill saying we're going to give drivers licenses to illegal aliens so we can start doing voting for foreign citizens through the back door, amnesty for foreign citizens criminally trespassing through the back door.
	You have people in Oregon saying we're not going to allow this to be imposed, the Republicans Saying this, we're not going to show up to the Senate.
	We demand as a compromise position that these radical changes being proposed by the Democrats in Oregon be put to a referenda by the people.
	This is the way that it is necessary for us to protect our freedom.
	But understand, they're going to come after the people who tell you what's going on.
	You see this happening at Infowars.
	You saw it happening at the Bundy Ranch.
	You see it happening now in Oregon.
	In New York, they're coming after these people.
	One individual who is currently locked up in jail, Congressman, former Congressman Steve Stockman, they locked him up because he went after Lois Lerner.
	Because Lois Lerner was going after conservative non-profit groups, targeting them for political purposes.
	Remember the corruption of the Tea Party, scandals under Obama's IRS.
	Lois Lerner in her office targeting these individuals, saying we're not going to give you tax exempt status and basically shutting them down.
	Slow walking their applications or denying them altogether.
	And it was politically skewed, just as we now see the censorship on social media being politically skewed.
	At the time, he called for her to be arrested and prosecuted.
	And she should have been.
	And so should the head of the IRS, Koskinen, who was retained by President Trump and allowed to retire.
	About a year into the Trump administration.
	That kind of corruption and the fact that they would stonewall people asking for records of what the IRS had done, they said, well, we seem to have misplaced them.
	When did the IRS ever accept that as an excuse from a taxpayer?
	Never.
	Never.
	The double standard.
	Pervasive.
	Everywhere.
	Not just with Hillary Clinton.
	It is throughout the bureaucracy of Washington.
	This is why I say they've got to be stopped at the local level.
	There's absolutely no way that Washington can be reformed.
	No single man can do it.
	It's too big.
	Take a look at what's happening with President Trump.
	Even if he has the right instincts, he can't do it.
	The bureaucracy is too big, too unwieldy.
	You cannot stop Washington using Washington.
	It's a failed strategy.
	Just like thinking that you're going to elect a conservative president and you're going to get conservative Supreme Court justices and so we ought to have all the decisions about what our law and our society are going to be determined by the Supreme Court.
	No!
	That is wrong.
	That is wrong.
	We have seen the Congress abdicate their authority to the bureaucracy.
	We've seen the Congress and the President abdicate their powers to the Supreme Court.
	And everybody, conservative as well as liberal, have abdicated their responsibility, their duty, for the most part.
	To the federal government.
	And so it all winds up to the Supreme Politburo, the Supreme Court, telling us what our law, what our Constitution is going to be, moving forward.
	It's absolutely insane.
	But we can pull this back at the local level, but understand they're going to come after the people at the local level who do this.
	We need to stand with them.
	Steve Stockman is one such person.
	He was sentenced to 10 years in prison.
	For allegedly misusing non-profit funds for political purposes.
	I've talked about this before.
	I want to talk a little bit more about it because WND picked it up again.
	Support's pouring in for former Congressman Steve Stockman.
	His attorneys filed an appeal last month.
	I talked about it when that happened.
	There was a friend-of-the-court brief that was signed by 27 prominent conservatives, all of whom are affiliated with nonprofits themselves.
	You need to understand the tactics of how this corrupt government comes after people, because they may be coming after you.
	Under the theory of fraud used by the government, few, if any, charitable endeavors, particularly startups, could ever proceed, said one of the people who said the friend-of-the-court brief.
	And of course, fundraising is protected by the First Amendment.
	He raised money.
	Former Congressman Steve Stockman raised money for non-profit organizations.
	The money went to educational endeavors, including the creation of a conservative youth political training effort, an information mailer that compared his positions to that of his opponents in a Senate race.
	Prosecutors claim that since the money for the youth political training activity didn't go to the precise aspect of purchasing a training building, that it constituted fraud.
	Nevertheless, the donors knew where the money was going, and they were fine with it.
	Now, I want to ask you, when you talk about somebody being sent to prison for 10 years for misusing non-profit funds, look at Alexandria Occasional Cortex and her campaign manager.
	They were running a political action committee, a PAC.
	PACs don't have the kind of regulations on them that candidates do.
	But PACs are supposed to be operating completely separate from the candidates.
	Nevertheless, the candidate and her campaign manager were running those PACs.
	Is she even going to be prosecuted for this, let alone fined or sent to prison?
	Of course not!
	AOC will not be fined or sent to prison.
	Look at Ilhan Omar!
	She got a slap on the wrist for campaign violations.
	And nevertheless, we had this trial for Steve Stockman.
	He was not even allowed to mention the name Lois Lerner at trial because she was the one coming after him.
	Very similar to what they did to the Bundys.
	They were not allowed to talk about the BLM, the Bureau of Land Management.
	Who is persecuting them?
	That will not be talked about.
	They would have been railroaded into prison as well if it hadn't been a good guy at the BLM who became a whistleblower and basically caught that judge who had rigged the previous trials.
	I just want listeners to understand, money is what allows us to beat this and stand against this.

	Before we went to break, I was talking about what they're doing to Steve Stockman.
	How did they get him in jail for 10 years?
	Why are we not even looking at AOC and her campaign manager, who put themselves as the owners-operators of a political action committee, a PAC, and are getting away with it?
	Or Ilhan Omar?
	And yet, if the Democrats can find anything on President Trump, That they think is suspicious in terms of his finances.
	Oh, it's impeachment and then straight to jail.
	I have no other choice, said Kamala Harris.
	Well, this is how this works, folks.
	Just as we saw with the trial of people who were there at the Bundy Ranch standoff, they were not allowed to talk about or even mention the BLM.
	And how do you have a situation like that where you're not even allowed to mention the name of your sacred accusers?
	Well, we saw this with Steve Stockman as well.
	Even though he believed that the prosecution was retaliation for him calling out Lois Lerner, saying that she ought to be investigated, that she ought to be indicted and prosecuted for the criminal actions that she had done, instead, they targeted him.
	And they put a gag order on him and said, you will not mention her name.
	And as I point out in this story, WND, jurors should have been allowed to hear the defense's theory that she was involved in the orchestration of the prosecution as a retaliation.
	And so they shut down his Sixth Amendment right to a fair trial, just as they have done in the past and still have gotten away with the people who were at the Bundy Ranch standoff.
	During the trial, the second trial of the Bundy family, a whistleblower from the BLM exposed the crimes and the conspiracies of the BLM, even though they were not allowed to talk about this in their own trial, because it would have been exculpatory.
	It would have shown that they were innocent.
	A whistleblower saved them.
	Nevertheless, the judge in the previous trial had put a gag order on them.
	The judge in previous trials of people who were there at that standoff put a gag order on them and they were sent to jail and I believe they're still in jail just like Steve Stockman.
	As WND points out, the 10-year prison sentence was excessive.
	Compare it, for example, to the CEO of United Way, the former CEO of United Way, who only got seven years in prison.
	He stole 1.2 million dollars So he could pay for a romance with a teenage girlfriend and other benefits that he siphoned off for himself and other people.
	It's that massive fraud.
	A pedophile.
	And he gets seven years.
	And yet Stockman gets ten.
	And it wasn't even a crime.
	And so this is something you need to keep an eye on, folks.
	Because if we let the government get away with this kind of prosecution, persecution of anybody that comes after them, and this is what we're seeing here with InfoWars with Alex Jones as well.
	It was decided long ago that they were going to look for something to take InfoWars down.
	You should be able to question government narratives without any persecution.
	That's what they want to be able to stop.
	They want to gag people on social media.
	They want to take down any organization that challenges the official story from the government, no matter how absurd, no matter how provocative.
	This is where we're headed.
	Take a look at a congressman who questions the actions of Lois Lerner.
	He goes to jail for 10 years.
	They're not going to stop at kicking people off of social media.
	They're not going to stop by deplatforming entire news organizations or depersoning individuals like Alex Jones.
	They're not going to stop until they put people in jail.
	And we better stand up.
	Collectively, for individual rights.
	But we're not going to have any individual rights left.
	Let's take a look at what's happening at the border, because I don't think we're going to have any country left, quite frankly.
	The border has absolutely, totally collapsed under President Trump, and he is either powerless or unwilling to do anything about it.
	The sad situation that we see here, we have the acting Department of Homeland Security Secretary, McAleenan, is supposedly the one, and he was outed on Saturday.
	You had the former acting director of ICE, that's U.S.
	Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the former acting director of ICE, Thomas Homan, went on Fox News and accused McAleenan of resisting the agency's planned raids targeting illegal aliens.
	As he was on the news organization, one questioner asked him, said, well, the president says that if you're a double lawbreaker, you've got to go.
	But these people are resisting.
	And then Tom Homan, again, the former acting director of ICE, said they are arresting illegal aliens by definition of law who have entered this country in violation of the law, and then they were ordered to be deported by a federal judge.
	The men and women of ICE don't arrest innocent people.
	They don't terrorize innocent immigrant communities.
	They don't arrest innocent people.
	They're doing their job.
	Understand, these are people who, first of all, broke the law.
	Foreign citizens, criminally trespassing.
	They go to court.
	The judge says you've got to go home.
	They ignore that as well.
	And that's why President Trump said if you're a double lawbreaker, you've got to go.
	And they point out some of the quotes in this interview with Tom Homan.
	Bill de Blasio, Mayor of New York City, said it is a sick plot to tear families apart and to force immigrants into the shadows.
	This kind of bull-faced lying and spinning from de Blasio is why he has people in New York City, where they know him best, laughing at him for throwing his hat into the ring to run as the Democrat nominee.
	But then, Homan goes on to say, well, this leak, and I know where the leak came from.
	I think we all know where the leak came from.
	This story only benefits one person.
	And so other people have pointed the finger at McAleenan.
	The Washington Post, according to Zero Hedge, spoiled the surprise, published a report about the Trump administration's plan to arrest thousands of migrant families who have been denied asylum.
	And then, according to this narrative, the administration then cancelled the raids.
	And the person who they believe leaked this, the person who I believe was focused by, actually he mentioned him by name.
	He didn't just say, well we know who this person is.
	He actually referred to him, Tom Homan did, said it was McAleenan.
	McAleenan was traveling with a Washington Post reporter who broke the story earlier this week They said it was a deliberate attempt to sabotage the raids.
	How would you sabotage the raids?
	Well, you would tell people, uh, the raids are going to be conducted in this city, this city, and this city, and here are the times, so better hide.
	Better run away.
	And that's exactly what McAleenan and the Washington Post did.
	However, some people have pointed out, last week, when President Trump did it, they said President Trump undermined the raids himself by bragging about what he was going to do the following week.
	He didn't give as many details as McAleenan did, but he still, you know, exposed what was happening.
	It's kind of like telegraphing what you're going to do in Iran.

	In the 40 years that I've been in American politics, I've never seen a situation with the mainstream media in which facts and truth and evidence no longer matters.
	The false claim that you purposely sent kiddie porn to the Sandy Hook plaintiffs is ludicrous as well as false.

	So who is responsible for the failed promises that we've seen this last week, just a few days ago?
	We're going to get 7 million people out!
	And everybody said, I don't think that's going to happen.
	They don't have the resources at ICE to do that.
	You got everybody handing out cash and painting the fences at the border.
	You got the military down there painting the fences.
	That's what we found at the beginning of June.
	They're not protecting our border.
	You can say as much as you want about them not sending our best people.
	We're not putting out our best effort, are we?
	To put it mildly.
	Not to protect our border.
	We're going to get involved in every other country.
	We're going to offer a $50 billion Marshall Plan.
	We're going to create a million new jobs for the Palestinians.
	This is Jared Kushner's idea.
	I'm about as torqued out about Jared Kushner taking over the Middle East peace plan as I was about Hillary Clinton trying to take over our health care.
	Hillary Clinton was not elected when Bill Clinton was elected.
	Jared Kushner was not elected when President Trump was elected.
	And I'm quite sick and tired of the failed plans from these kinds of nepotism that we see, these ambitious Sons and wives of presidents, son-in-laws and wives of presidents that come in.
	We'll talk more about that.
	I want to take a look at what's going on at the border, or I should say what's not going on at the border.
	Was this sabotage by the acting head of DHS, McAleenan?
	Or was this sabotaged in other ways?
	Again, a lot of people are saying he doesn't want this to happen, and clearly he doesn't.
	This is all a bunch of musical chairs and head fakes going on by these people from the get-go.
	We have the Obama administration, the former DHS head, Janet Napolitano, is the one who created this DACA program.
	Deferred action.
	In other words, making a declaration as Homeland Security had, saying, I'm not going to enforce the law.
	I'm going to defer enforcing the law.
	The law did not change.
	She just said, I'm not going to follow my oath to enforce the law.
	And they interpreted that as an Obama executive order.
	And when President Trump came in and said, well, we're going to start rolling this back, you had judges say, you can't get rid.
	Of Obama's executive order on the border.
	I mean, we've had President Trump get rid of Obama's executive order on climate change.
	Good!
	He has that ability to do that.
	We got rid of the Iran treaty that Obama and Kerry self-ratified.
	President Trump has the ability to do that.
	He has the ability to stop TPP.
	Three very important things that President Trump did.
	And kudos to him for doing those things.
	They're very important to stop those.
	And he had the authority to do those.
	And he has the authority to overturn any and all executive orders of any and all former presidents, including Obama.
	But they will not let him.
	The judiciary pretends that he doesn't have the authority to overturn this executive order that was put in place by the former Homeland Security Director.
	And President Trump kowtows To these judges when they don't have the authority to do that.
	President Trump should say, just as we had Andrew Jackson say, well the Supreme Court's made their decision, let's see them enforce it.
	Even if these people appeal this all the way to the Supreme Court and President Trump lost, he could still ignore that.
	He clearly has the authority to overturn any executive order from any previous administration, but he doesn't do it for political reasons.
	And now we have McAleenan.
	We're on now the third Homeland Security head under President Trump since he's been there.
	None of them are interested in enforcing the law.
	It is a political hot potato.
	They don't have the stomach for it.
	And as that becomes apparent, that has been one of the underlying, key underlying causes of the implosion of the border.
	People realizing, hey, we get in, they're never throwing us out.
	So let's run for the border.
	Like Taco Bell, they ring the bell and they're running for the border.
	So, the acting head is said to be more concerned with what Congressional Democrats and Never Trumpers think about his performance than other members of the administration.
	One person familiar with those private conversations said, I know he has not approved of this operation for many months.
	The White House said it had called off the operation to allow more time for lawmakers to work to plan to fix legal loopholes.
	McAleenan successfully stymied the operation by exposing the broad strokes.
	He told the Washington Post, allegedly, that the mass roundups would take place in 10 cities, and he named the cities, including Chicago, Miami, Houston.
	Immediately, the mayor of Chicago ordered the Chicago police not to grant ICE access to its database and to refuse to cooperate in any way with the raids.
	So, he sabotaged it.
	Clearly, he sabotaged it.
	Nevertheless, The question is, did President Trump sabotage it himself?
	When this was announced last Monday by President Trump on Twitter, that he was going to do this, before he kicked off his re-election campaign, a lot of people were looking at this, everybody was questioning it, from the mainstream media to the conservative media saying, do they have the ability to do this?
	And they pointed out that ICE has been averaging approximately 7,000 deportations per month.
	President Trump saying he's going to get rid of millions.
	He came out and said next week, and this is a week ago, next week ICE will begin the process of removing the millions of illegal aliens who have illicitly found their way to the US.
	Mexico is doing a very good job of stopping people.
	I hadn't noticed, quite frankly.
	And I think it is beyond Idiotic to think that we are going to outsource the defense of our border to Mexico.
	That corrupt, failed, narco state is not going to protect our border.
	They're not going to protect us from drug cartels.
	They're not going to protect us from terrorists.
	They're not going to protect us from the Guatemalans and the El Salvadorans who are being incentivized to come here.
	And I say that all these people are being incentivized because we are paying them to come to this country.
	America is.
	President Trump can talk about Guatemala and El Salvador incentivizing this massive migration into the United States.
	We've had a sizable percentage of El Salvador move into the United States in the last year or two.
	It's just beyond belief to me that this could have ever happened under President Trump when his central campaign promise was to stop this, to build a wall.
	And he has stopped, anytime he gets resistance from these people, he immediately stops.
	And so ICE has been deporting 7,000 people, but as they pointed out last week after President Trump said that, they've been facing a shortage of funds and of detention beds because, you know, they're really more of a bed and breakfast now than a law enforcement division.
	ICE, they said, is a key to chipping away at the millions that Trump wants to expel.
	It'll require significant amounts of planning, coordination, and secrecy.
	By telegraphing plans to begin a nationwide roundup, the president has risked undermining the effectiveness of ICE's largest and most complex enforcement operation in years.
	So, that was well before McAleenan traveled with the Washington Post and gave them even more specific details.
	If you're going to do this, You've got to move quickly and you've got to move secretly.
	President Trump, so eager to use this for political purposes, basically subverted this from the get-go to brag about what he was going to do.
	Now he's not doing it.
	Senior White House immigration officials did not know the President planned to announce it on Twitter.
	A senior White House official said last Tuesday that many felt that it was detracting from the launch of the campaign, that it was going to sabotage it.
	Last Tuesday, current and former ICE officials acknowledged that Trump's unexpected tweet had blown the cover off the plan.
	They predicted that it would be deportees scattering from known addresses in the coming days, diminishing the agency's chances for success.
	And then, we have the cover story.
	That it wasn't President Trump's tweets, but it was a disloyal DHS acting head, McAleenan, who sabotaged this.
	Either way, President Trump is responsible.
	It's his DHS head.
	And if this guy has opposed ICE raids for months, get rid of him.
	Get somebody who doesn't want to defer action.
	Who wants to remove people who have come here, foreign citizens who are criminally trespassing in this country.

	Let's take a look at what happened to ICE.
	As I pointed out, ICE was stopped cold in terms of doing these raids over the weekend.
	We had President Trump brag about how many millions he was going to take out just before he kicked off his campaign on Tuesday.
	On Monday, he tweeted that out.
	As I just read to you, you had senior White House officials and others were saying, if you talk about this, people are going to run for cover.
	You've got to do it quickly without letting anybody know.
	And then it escalated.
	We now have reports that President Trump was called by Nancy Pelosi on Friday night.
	They talked for 12 minutes.
	Then the ICE raids were called off.
	You have other people saying it was acting DHS head McAleenan who sabotaged all this by talking specifically about which cities they were going to go to.
	Not a Not a big surprise that you're going to go to LA and Houston and things like that.
	That's where you've had people congregating.
	But here's what President Trump had to say.
	Let's play video clip number nine.
	Yeah, these are people that came into the country illegally.
	They've been served, they've gone through a process, a process of the courts, and they have to be removed from the country.
	They will be removed from the country.
	It's having a very big effect on the border, the fact that we're taking them out.
	The people that came into the country illegally are going to be removed from the country.
	Everybody knows that.
	It starts, you know, during the course of this next week, maybe even a little bit earlier than that.

	will be brought out of the country very legally.
	Now, with that being said, the border is in much better shape.
	Mexico is doing a good job.
	We need Congress to fix the loopholes and fix asylum, and we will have the cleanest border there is.

	We've had record collapse of the border.
	We are effectively borderless here.
	And President Trump is preoccupied by the Pentagon in terms of sending troops to observe Iran.
	Sent out a thousand more troops last week, they said, to the Middle East.

	Trump has now announced a two-week delay on the planned dawn raids by ICE that were going to target 2,000 migrant families in 10 cities across the nation.
	And he says he'll get serious about this in two weeks if the talks between he and the Democrats fail.
	I quite frankly don't understand why he expects success.
	After two and a half years with the Democrats, they're not going to budge.
	Quite frankly, I respect the fact that they won't budge from their positions.
	It's President Trump who has done all the moving, all the compromising, all the backtracking.
	Trump pulled back on raids, the report CNN, pulled back on Raid Saturday as a matter of hours after he spoke in support of the coordinated arrests and deportations.
	Trump and Pelosi spoke at 7.20pm Eastern Standard Time Friday night for about 12 minutes.
	A senior Democrat aide said Trump is, quote, trying to create leverage in a situation where he has none.
	That's right.
	He doesn't have any leverage.
	If he refuses to use his constitutional authority, if he is going to bow to the judges, he has no leverage.
	He can't do anything.
	If he will not assert his constitutional authority and do his duty, he doesn't have any other leverage.
	Quite frankly, he is president.
	He needs to protect this country.
	The Mexican government is not going to protect this country.
	The Democrats are not going to protect this country.
	But it appears that President Trump is not going to do it either.
	As this aide said, the Democrats aren't going to compromise their values.
	Now that's for Trump to do and for the GOP to do.
	They constantly say one thing and do another as they get in office.

	We have a massive amount of money and personnel being expended at the border, but none of it, none of it for security.
	We have a lot of TSA agents that have been redirected there.
	People are being put on flights, but not back home to the places where they are citizens.
	They're being flown into the United States.
	We can't build enough beds for the people.
	We can't give them enough welfare checks.
	We can't give them enough passes.
	Through the judicial system.
	And of course, even the Pentagon troops who are there at the border are not doing anything other than painting the border barriers.
	I wonder if that's what's being done with the troops that were sent to the Persian Gulf.
	Are they painting pictures for the Iranians?
	Painting pretty pictures there?
	No.
	What they're trying to do there is to trigger a confrontation They're hoping that something happens that they can use as a pretext to war.
	But at the border, we're not doing anything.
	This article from The Hill, going back to June 4th, just to remind you again, U.S.
	military personnel ordered to paint border barriers to improve aesthetic appearance.
	This is not conjecture.
	This is not A leak from a whistleblower inside an administration that you can dismiss as fake news from the Washington Post and New York Times.
	There's plenty of that, believe me.
	But this is actually an email that was sent to members of Congress.
	And in this email, from the Department of Homeland Security, McAleenan, notified lawmakers that They have the primary purpose of the troops at the border, they said, is to improve the aesthetic appearance of the wall.
	Can you believe that?
	How cravenly servile that is to the Democrat agenda.
	This is Trump's DHS secretary, the acting head of DHS.
	Where is the vetting process?
	You know there was a leak that Axios had saying we got the vetting notes from Trump's staff looking at different people that he hired for various positions.
	Rick Perry, Rex Tillerson, Nikki Haley and so forth.
	They had negatives there about how Nikki Haley hated his guts and said all kinds of derogatory stuff.
	He appointed her anyway.
	But some of the red lines that were there, things like the fact that Petraeus opposed the use of torture, I don't know if that was even true or not, but candidate Trump had always supported torture.
	I criticized him for that when he was running for office.
	I said it was not only immoral, it was also illegal to do that.
	And quite frankly, when President Trump correctly pointed out that they lied to get us into Iraq, evidently President Trump, or candidate Trump, was not aware that the lies came from torture, and that his CIA appointed head, Gina Haspel, was the one who was presiding over that torture facility, and that Gina Haspel is the one who
	Deleted all of the videotapes of that torture because imagine how explosive that would be If those videotapes were to leak out So she presided over the facility She did the cover-up and then she took the intelligence from the torture and again people will tell you anything if you torture them, right?
	Oh, yeah.
	What do you want to know?
	I'll stop it.
	You know, I'll tell you anything you want to know As soon as people in the former administration, the Bush administration, realized that the intelligence about weapons of mass destruction in Iraq had come as a product of torture by the Gina Haspel administration, they said, we've been had.
	And that gradually began to unravel.
	And nevertheless, I don't know if they mentioned anything about that in terms of the vetting process about Gina Haspel.
	The things that were put there by these people, it just shows that when you've got the people who are vetting individuals, some of the stuff was good, some of the stuff was not good that they put in there.
	Some of the stuff was mischaracterized, some of it was true.
	President Trump ignored some of the things that were put in there and promoted people, appointed people over those objections.
	But folks, the old axiom is that personnel is policy.
	If you appoint people, Who are adamantly opposed to your policy.
	In other words, if it's a red flag, as the Axios article said, if it's a red flag that somebody says the Syrian war is unwinnable, if that becomes a red flag, then what you've done is you've committed yourself to a deeper war in Syria.
	Because you're going to appoint somebody that doesn't violate that red flag.
	I mean, that's the bottom line on all this.
	But when we look at what is happening here with this DHS head, he sends an email out to placate the Democrats and say, don't worry, we're not really using the military to enforce the border.
	You can rest assured we're not going to do anything to protect the border.
	And it wasn't good enough for the Democrats.
	You had Dick Durbin, Democrat, Illinois, after he got that email from Homeland Security, from the acting head, McAleenan, he said, uh, are you kidding me?
	The primary purpose is to improve the aesthetic appearance?
	That's what they said.
	They said there may also be an operational benefit based on our experience with painted barriers in Nogales, Arizona.
	They said that migrants appear to have more difficulty climbing painted barriers.
	I guess, you know, while it's wet maybe, you know.
	Do not climb barrier paint is wet.
	Wait a little while or you can just walk five feet to get around the edge of the wall.
	Because very little of the border has a wall.
	Where the wall is, it's not effective.
	We send troops to the border, and what they do is they hand out blankets and beds and welfare, you know, duties, and paint the wall for aesthetic purposes.
	This is how pathetic this is.
	I'm not going to pretend that President Trump is doing anything about the wall.
	He better start doing something about the wall or he's going to have a lot of people say it really doesn't matter, one way or the other, who we vote for.
	This country is done.
	And then we will just travel a little bit more quickly.
	Maybe that'll wake some people up if we travel more quickly, quite frankly.
	I'm not going to say that he's doing something when he is not.
	I said last week, this whole talk about 7 million people, I said depending on whether you're Republican or Democrat, President Trump is either engaging in absurd hyperbole or an outright lie.
	And I said, even though I support President Trump and the policies that he has announced and many of the actions that he's done, I'm calling that a lie.
	And it was a lie.
	And now we have Nancy Pelosi given another two weeks because President Trump thinks that he's going to get the congressional leaders to fix immigration.
	Seriously?
	President Trump tweeted out, at the request of Democrats, I've delayed the immigration.
	Immigration removal process for two weeks to see if the Democrats and Republicans can get together and work out a solution If not, then I'll do something after two and a half years another two weeks Nancy Pelosi meanwhile comes out and says these families are hard-working members of our communities and our country No, Nancy.
	These are people who entered illegally and Who went before a judge, the judge said you've got to go back home, the judge gave them a deportation order, they thumbed their noses at that as well.
	They are not members of our communities and our countries.
	I mean, even go back to the 14th amendment, the anchor baby controversy.
	What did that say?
	That said that children Our citizens, the purpose of the 14th Amendment was to fix the status, give full legal status to the newly freed slaves.
	And so they said, if you were born to parents who are subject to the jurisdiction of the United States, you are a citizen.
	These people are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
	They don't care about the borders.
	They don't care about the judges.
	They are not subject to the jurisdiction of the United States.
	They are foreign citizens criminally trespassing.
	They are not hard-working members of our communities and our country.
	She said the President's actions make no distinction between a status violation and committing a serious crime.
	A status violation is a serious crime.
	You might want to take a look, Nancy, at the people who are dying crossing the border.
	We just had two infants, one toddler, and a woman found dead illegally crossing the border.
	That doesn't even mention the other issues, the ancillary issues of human trafficking that are brought up by this.
	But of course the Democrats don't care about that.

	Nancy Pelosi is very happy that the ice age is not going forward.
	President Trump stopped ice cold.
	I'm not very happy, though.
	Nancy Pelosi said, Mr. President, the delay is welcome.
	Time is needed for comprehensive immigration reform.
	What does that mean?
	Comprehensive immigration reform.
	That is code for saying we're going to go back to the Gang of Eight amnesty that was rejected back in 2013.
	People like John McCain and others pushing total amnesty for anybody that's here.
	That's what they mean by comprehensive immigration reform.
	Nothing less than amnesty.
	President Trump said, I want to give the Democrats every last chance to quickly negotiate simple changes to asylum and to loopholes.
	He went on to say he thought that it would likely fail.
	I think that's probably likely as well, President Trump, since nothing has been done for two and a half years.
	You put forward one proposal after the other.
	They are not budging.
	You, on the other hand, have budged over and over again.
	We've now got nine Hispanics being added to the population for every new white resident here in Texas.
	Think about that.
	Nine to one.
	The demographics are changing and as this article from Breitbart as well as other sources are pointing out, this is going to essentially make the presidency unwinnable for the GOP.
	The Never Trumpers said that President Trump would be the end of the GOP.
	That was not true.
	Not if he followed the America First program.
	Not if he ended the endless foreign wars, which now he is not doing either.
	If he would have done those things, protected the border, it would not have been the end of the GOP.
	But even if people are not disillusioned about the broken promises of President Trump, it will be the end of the GOP demographically, if President Trump doesn't protect the borders.
	Remember that it wasn't that long ago.
	The California was a GOP base.
	Reagan was the governor of California.
	Nixon came from California as well.
	And yet...
	That state is now completely Democrat, and that's going to happen here in Texas as well.
	Between 2010 and 2018, according to the Texas Tribune, they published the latest Census Bureau data and their projections.
	So just in eight years, 2010 to 2018, the Hispanic population in Texas has grown at nearly four times the rate of the white resident population, and three times the rate of the black resident population.
	Texas adds nearly 215,000 Hispanic residents every year.
	That is now accelerated under President Trump.
	The black resident population grows by only 60,000 a year.
	So 215,000 Hispanics, 60,000 blacks, and the white resident population grows by 54,000 on average per year.
	And I have to ask, is this why President Trump is pivoting towards open borders?
	We've already had indications that he's trying to make inroads to the Hispanic population in Florida.
	Perhaps this is why he won't stop DACA or do anything to protect the border.
	The sad fact of the matter is, is that when President Trump was running for election in the first place, I reported this several times, but one of the mayors of Florida, he said, hey look, I'm Hispanic, he was Cuban.
	He said, my wife says, why are you voting for Trump?
	Why are you supporting Trump?
	He hates Hispanics, and he goes, no he doesn't.
	He said, think about the fact, if you've got somebody that moves into your home, and they camp out on your couch, you know, think back to the Saturday Night Live comedy skit, when Saturday Night Live used to be funny, 40 years ago, if you can remember that far back.
	The thing that would not leave, remember?
	I don't know, it was Baluchi or somebody camping out on the, you know, sitting on the couch.
	Got any more chips?
	Got any more beer?
	Just would not get up and leave.
	They're giving him all the hints, trying to be as polite as they could.
	The thing that would not leave.
	And so this Hispanic mayor says to his wife, he says, think about the fact you got somebody that moves into your home without your permission and they won't go.
	What would you do?
	You would call the cops and have them removed.
	And there you go, that's a pretty good guy, he should pull that up pretty quickly.
	And he said, you'd call the cops and have the thing that would not leave removed.
	And he said, that's all President Trump is doing.
	And she said, oh yeah, you're right.
	And she voted for him as well.
	President Trump doesn't need to pander to DACA.
	He needs to defend the rights of legal immigrants And he needs to defend the rights of Americans, put Americans and legal immigrants, first President Trump, over the foreign immigrants.
	You've even got Democrats out there calling President Trump's children anchor babies and so forth.
	Because they don't make any distinction between legal and illegal immigration.
	They don't care about that.
	And when we look at this, as I said, perhaps President Trump has given up himself on trying to do anything about the border.
	So hey, we're just going to pander to the perceived ideas of the Hispanic community.
	New American talks about this same report.
	Nine new Hispanics for every new white in Texas.
	That's the end of the GOP.
	As they point out, the Democrats already have sure wins in the Electoral College.
	With three of the five states that have the most electoral votes.
	California, 55.
	New York, 29.
	Illinois, 20.
	And so if you add to that 104 total other sure-win states, the Democrats already have well more than half of the number necessary to win presidential elections.
	If you remove Texas out of the GOP column, the grand old party will be the grand dead party.
	And so as I said, if you don't control immigration, President Trump, it will not only be the end of your term, but it'll also be the end of the GOP.
	Not like George Will and the Never Trumpers thought.
	They thought, oh well, you know, President Trump, he's just, he's going to be protectionist, and he's going to protect the borders, and he's going to protect the economy.
	He has protected the economy, but he hasn't protected the border.
	And that's not going to end the GOP, but this will.
	Without Texas, the Republicans would not have won a presidential election in 30 years.
	Not since 1988.
	And they won't ever win another one if Texas is flipped, points out the New American.
	Texas will have gone the way of once Republican California and of other now solidly Democrat states like Illinois and New Jersey.
	And for the same reason.
	The demographic upheaval, they point out, can really be traced back to the Immigration and Naturalization Act of 1965.
	That was put together by Emmanuel Cuellar, Democrat New York, Senator Philip Hart, Democrat Michigan, and pushed aggressively by Ted Kennedy.
	It changed our immigration From one that basically brought people, gave a preference to people who are coming in from Western Europe.
	It gave a preference to people who are coming in from the third world.
	And since that was passed, 85-90% of our immigrants have come from the third world.
	And that's basically the demographics that we're now seeing in Texas.
	We are being systematically destroyed in the United States and nothing, nothing is being done at the border.
	Just take a look at the fact that we've got California beginning to clean up its voter rolls.
	They've got one and a half million inactive voters.
	That they're going to remove, but they're now adding people who are illegal immigrants are being added to vote in local elections, and it's just a matter of time.
	Maybe it's just a formality for them to vote in national elections as well.

	If you're going to pay for education, K-12, and now they're talking about, oh yeah, another 1.6 trillion dollars to educate people through college, where do you stop?
	Anybody in the world now has a blank check for education.
	You better understand that this is being pushed by the education industry as well.
	Colleges and universities are some of the biggest supporters of open borders.
	We're talking about the Koch brothers and how big companies want cheap labor, how the Democrats want voters.
	Well, guess what?
	The biggest alliance of people pushing illegal immigration are the universities because they get reimbursed with scholarships and so forth.
	You get superior benefits For foreign citizens criminally trespassing than you do for American citizens and that you do even for legal aliens as we take a look at this.
	We have with the Trump administration talking about how they're going to start enforcing no welfare rules and the green card process.
	The amazing thing about this They're saying that they're now going to enforce existing 1996 laws that were signed by Bill Clinton, but nobody ever enforced the law.
	This is why it's so important for you to listen to that interview that I had with Richard Proctor on Friday, talking about how the government has, in terms of the way the Electoral College is set up, even in terms of the number of congressional representatives that we have, As Dr. Proctor pointed out, there was extended negotiation between the different states.
	They came up, finally, with a number that will have 30,000 people represented.
	Each congressman will represent 30,000 people.
	As soon as they had the first time to apply that in 1790, they just cut that in half.
	That would have been 120-some-odd congressmen.
	They just said, well, we'll just arbitrarily make it 62 or something like that.
	And they've been thumbing their nose at the Constitution ever since.
	And they never amended the Constitution.
	That's, you know, early 20th century.
	They just capped it.
	They said, well, we're getting too many congresspeople here.
	We're just going to cap it at 435 altogether.
	Or what at 425, whatever the number is.
	We're just going to cap that number.
	And now, each member of Congress represents about three quarters of a million people.
	And growing rapidly.
	So they just don't care what the law says.
	So here you've got this law that was passed in 1996.
	It was called the Illegal Immigration Reform and Immigrant Responsibility Act.
	It was signed by Bill Clinton.
	And they've never done anything to enforce that act.
	This is the way the federal government operates.
	It doesn't matter what the Constitution says.
	It doesn't matter what the laws say.
	They just ignore it as if it didn't exist.
	But of course we're supposed to bow down and worship every edict coming out of every federal judge.
	Any federal judge anywhere down the line can issue an opinion and President Trump immediately stops what he's doing.
	At least the Obama administration will say, well, we're going to continue doing this and we're going to appeal that decision.
	But we're going to continue doing it in the meantime.
	President Trump takes it another step further.
	He just immediately stops pending appeal.
	So this is a law that was passed in 1996.
	What did the law say?
	Well, it said that officers, you know, you got a green card, they have a sponsor.
	And this is part of the legal immigration process.
	So it said that now the office of, it's the USCIS, that is the U.S.
	Citizenship and Immigration Services, they will now have to remind individuals at the adjustment of their status interviews, they'll have to remind them of their sponsor's responsibilities under the existing law and regulations.
	And they'll also have to tell the sponsors that they are essentially co-signing a note here.
	You know how that works?
	You know, your kids need a loan and you co-sign with them, and guess what?
	If the kids don't pony up, you're on the hook for that.
	And that's what this law was supposed to do.
	They're supposed to say, well, you're going to sponsor somebody for a green card.
	You're going to sponsor them for legal immigration.
	You're going to be responsible if they don't support themselves and have to go on welfare.
	You're going to have to pay that.
	And now the Trump administration, and this is right to do this.
	It is long overdue to do this.
	It has been 23 years that this law has been in effect.
	Bill Clinton didn't enforce it.
	George W. Bush didn't enforce it, Obama didn't enforce it, and President Trump didn't enforce it for the first two years.
	Now finally, it's going to be enforced, and it's way overdue.
	They're going to remind the sponsor that they've got to be willing and able to financially support the immigrant, as outlined by law and regulation, and if the sponsored immigrant receives any federal means-tested public benefits, The sponsor will be expected to reimburse the agency for every dollar of benefits received by the immigrant.
	That was the law that was passed 23 years ago that no president, Republican or Democrat, has previously enforced.
	Now the Trump administration is going to do that.
	That's good.
	However, I ask you, why isn't that being done?
	To illegal immigrants.
	The illegal immigrants are coming in and they're getting services and education and all these other things without any requirements whatsoever.
	We are, as much as this needs to be done, and it does need to be done, and every other country does that, as I said, you don't come into a country, any other country, without proving to them, even a third world country requires, before you get citizenship there, It requires that you have to show that you have the means and the ability to support yourself and any family members that you bring in.
	We don't do that.
	Instead, we say, well, you got a sponsor?
	The sponsor is going to basically sign up for this.
	And then we don't enforce that for 23 years.
	So it needs to be enforced.
	But understand that this is a standard on legal immigration that is not being imposed on illegal immigration.
	Why?
	Because these people are never in the system.
	Illegal immigration is bigger than what we have with legal immigration.
	Why is this not a problem?
	And if you think that welfare is bad in this aspect for legal immigration, we're going to ignore it with illegal immigration.
	Again, as I said, you want to talk about anchor babies?
	Guess what the magnet for anchor babies is?
	It's our welfare state.
	I've said many times That this would be a win-win situation.
	President Trump could go to some of these places like California and New York and he could say, look at this, these Democrats are giving benefits to foreign citizens that you don't get as an American citizen.
	They're giving benefits, the Democrats are giving benefits to legal immigrants, to illegal immigrants that legal immigrants don't get.
	That's what President Trump should be doing.
	And President Trump, even more importantly, should stop this process of drawing people in.
	We have this massive flow across the border for two reasons.
	We have a massive magnet of welfare.
	Enticing people to come into the United States and live at the expense of the American taxpayer.
	And then we have the United Nations War on Drugs and the violence that that has created with these ruthless drug cartels pushing them in to try to escape that.
	And in many cases they can't escape it.
	Like the father who tried to flee MS-13 from El Salvador.
	He went all the way to Long Island, New York and then his kids were killed by, guess what, MS-13 members.
	Who freely came in, they knew who they were, they had it tattooed all over their face, and they still killed his kids.

	Okay, let's take a look at what's going on as we've had the developments over the last week or so, the escalation with the US and Iran, the tensions that are rising there.
	We see, first of all, the economic consequences of this are that the various oil indices have jumped up tremendously.
	We've had Brent crude jump up by 5% the last week.
	Another benchmark of oil prices, raw oil, is the West Texas Intermediate crude and that has jumped by 10%, its biggest weekly percentage gain since December 2016.
	See, a war is not only going to Upset President Trump's base, demoralized President Trump's base, saying, well, we'd hope that some of these seven or eight wars, who knows how many now, right?
	Because they don't even bother to tell us about some of the wars that they've started.
	We'll see.
	Oh, well, look, there was an ambush in this African country, and you had these SEAL units killed.
	I didn't know we were fighting there.
	Oh, yeah, yeah, we haven't told you about that one yet, have we?
	You know, years ago we had Jeff Sessions talking to then Secretary of State Panetta, sorry, Defense Secretary at the time, and he said, you're going to tell us before you put troops in Syria.
	Well, we might tell you.
	We'll confer with our allies at NATO, with our allies at the UN, and we might tell you.
	It's like, well, I can't believe you're saying that.
	You, congressmen, you know how the Constitution is set up.
	They don't care.
	Just like this 1996 law where they said, uh, if you're going to sponsor somebody here as a legal immigrant, you're going to be responsible for them if they go on welfare.
	They've never enforced that.
	This will be the first time if this goes through with the Trump administration.
	First time they've enforced that law in 23 years.
	They don't care what the Constitution says.
	They don't care what their own laws say.
	Yeah, he just doubled down on that.
	Panetta.
	So incredibly arrogant.
	I've played that clip so many times.
	It's just amazing.
	But again, it's not only going to demoralize the base who was hoping that we would stop adding more wars, that we might actually reduce some of these wars.
	Obama was the first American president to be at war his entire term of eight years.
	The first one.
	Dubya would have been if he could have started 9-11 sooner.
	Nearly all eight years that he was at war.
	But Obama, all eight years.
	And now the question is, are we going to end any of those?
	Apparently not.
	Apparently not.
	Apparently we're going to add more.
	But there's another aspect of this, and that is the election is not only going to turn on whether or not President Trump keeps his promises of putting America first, protecting our border, and stopping foreign wars, it's also going to turn on the economy.
	And if you go through with this, President Trump, you're going to see oil explode And with it, it's going to take down the economy.
	And I hope President Trump remembers what happened when oil prices soared under Jimmy Carter.
	You want a Jimmy Carter presidency?
	That's how you get it.
	Right there.
	Meanwhile, Pompeo says significant sanctions on Iran would be announced today.
	So they're going to add more sanctions, and they're going to add more troops, and they're going to pack more people into that little area.
	Again, when I look at the map of where this drone strike allegedly happened, I don't know how accurate the map was, but it was about in the middle of that little narrow place, the Strait of Hormuz there in the Persian Gulf.
	You got the tip, you know, pointing out like a horn close to the coast of Iran, and they put it about in the middle.
	I don't know what the width of that is.
	I should have looked it up, but you know, if that's true, There were only 20 miles off the coast, and as I pointed out, they keep saying, well, it was international waters.
	No, it was in our waters.
	No, it was international waters.
	Well, it was 20 miles off the coast of Iran, according to the Pentagon.
	And as I pointed out on Friday, Catalina Island is 26 miles off the coast of California.
	What would we say if we had Iranian planes flying closer to the coast, in between Catalina Island and California?
	Would we feel Warranted to do something about it?
	You bet!
	We used to have a 100-mile border that we said was ours going out in the ocean.
	We extended that to 200 miles.
	And we're talking about something that's 20 miles off the coast of Iran.
	An unmanned plane.
	And President Trump rightfully said, we're not going to kill 150 people because they took down a machine.
	A machine.
	The White House, however, on Saturday outlined a $50 billion Middle East economic plan to create a global investment fund to lift the Palestinian and neighboring Arab state economies and fund a $5 billion transportation corridor to connect the West Bank and Gaza.
	This is called a Peace to Prosperity Plan.
	This is a peace, P-I-E-C-E, peace of the action for some corrupt despots, is what this really is.
	And you can't buy peace.
	These people don't want peace.
	If they don't want peace, you can't buy it.
	It's absolutely insane that we're going to be doing this.
	More than half of the 50 billion dollars will be spent on economically troubled Palestinian territories over 10 years.
	The rest would be divvied up between dictators in Egypt, Lebanon, and Jordan.
	The investments, they say, would benefit Palestinians living in Gaza.
	The Trump administration hopes, here's the operative word, hopes, that wealthy Gulf states and nations in Europe and Asia, along with private investors, would foot much of the bill, said Jared Kushner to Reuters.
	Again, who voted for Jared Kushner?
	Raise your hand.
	Well, I don't see anybody out there raising their hand because he wasn't on the ballot.
	I am sick and tired of the nepotism that we see both with the Clintons and now with the Trump administration.
	Hillary was never elected.
	She should never have put forward a plan to take over our entire health care and now we've got Jared Kushner All those pictures of him touring in the Middle East and his suit and his bulletproof vest, and people are joking about that, the band of Brooks Brothers, and he wants $50 billion?
	What's his take on that?
	The Trump administration hopes that other countries would foot much of the bill.
	No, they're signing you up to pay for this, and they hope the Saudis, who have never lifted a finger to help the Palestinians, they'll give them bombs and weapons, but they won't give them a place to live or any money for any peaceful stuff.

	About what's going on in the Middle East.

	We have Mike Pompeo, who I'm going to tell you about here in just a moment, going to Saudi Arabia.
	As we look at what happened over the weekend with the abrupt cancellation of the much-touted ice raids and so forth, being stopped cold, I'd like to know what you think about this.
	I've told you what I think.
	I want to hear what you think.

	But again, quickly, let's take a look at this Kushner Peace Plan.
	It's his version of the Marshall Plan.
	But of course, you know, the Marshall Plan was after World War II.
	We had actually bombed the German factories in much of Western Europe.
	They took the idea that since the Germans had Really kind of been pushed into World War II because the way that they were punished after losing World War II, they said, well, let's go the other way this time.
	Let's give them an incentive to rebuild and so forth.
	That apparently worked for the most part.
	We didn't help the people who are allies, however.
	We didn't help the British.
	They were left on their own.
	And then they went hardcore into socialism.
	But that was kind of a failing of the Marshall Plan.
	But nevertheless, we didn't bomb And create this problem with the Palestinian situation.
	Yeah, we have been involved in the Middle East and everything that we've done has been negative, but that's not really what this is about.
	This is about trying to placate Palestinians who have not been given any place to live by the Saudis or any of these other countries that have so much territory where they could allow the people to move in.
	They're not interested in that.
	They see that as something that would be destabilizing to their countries.
	And they're right!
	When you bring in a massive group of people all at once, that tends to destabilize your culture and your country.
	That's why that's happening at the border.
	That's why I'm so upset about the fact that nothing is being done.
	Our country is being destabilized and we're allowing that to happen.
	Saudis won't allow that to happen to their country.
	They're not going to allow the Palestinians to come in.
	And the Palestinians are much closer in culture to them than the groups that are being brought into our country right now.
	But again, as this is being put out by the Trump administration, they're saying that they hope, hope, that's the operative word here, hope that other countries, you know, the Saudis and the Europeans, the Europeans who don't even pay for NATO, you think they're going to pony up and pay for a $50 billion Marshall Plan?
	Oh yeah, they're just swimming in money right now in Europe.
	Take a look at the crisis, the economic crisis that's going on there.
	The liquidity crisis with the Euro and everything.
	I'm sure they're going to pony up and pay for this.
	I'm sure the Saudis are as well.
	No, they're signing you up to pay.
	This is a bill that's going to come to the American taxpayers.
	And they call this, they said that one of the things it's going to create is at least a million new jobs for Palestinians.
	What about the new jobs for Americans?
	Yes, we've had an increase in the economy.
	Yes, it has been good, but it could be better.
	There could be more for the grassroots Americans.
	And we could do better if we didn't continue to throw money at other countries, especially the situation with the Palestinians.
	You think you're going to buy peace from these people?
	You've already got the Palestinian president, Abbas, saying this isn't going to work.
	It isn't going to work.
	We're certain that this workshop where they're going to unveil the economic peace plan of Jared Kushner, we're sure that that's going to fail as soon as it was announced.
	He said it's going to fail.
	I agree.
	I agree.
	Because the Palestinians don't want peace.
	And the Saudis don't want to give them a homeland, a place to live.
	And to try to bribe people for this?
	This is like ransomware.
	One of the things they said was, well, it's going to create a million new jobs for Palestinians.
	It's going to help them to create a new tourist industry.
	Seriously?
	Take a look at what's going on in Bethlehem.
	Here we have all these Christians who want to go there, the birthplace of Jesus and so forth.
	They're being attacked by the Palestinians.
	If they're attacking the tourists, you know, just like the Dominican Republic, you can forget about your tourist business even if Jared Kushner throws 50 billion dollars of cash at them.

	Pompeo is seeking partners?
	No, no, no!
	The Saudis are seeking patsies.
	You and I. The Saudis, who have initiated this war in Yemen, and they can't win that, aren't about to take on Iran.
	No, they want America to do that fight for them.
	And so they're not seeking... It isn't Pompeo seeking partners.
	We are Basically, well I'm not going to use the impolite word that a rapper would say, but basically you get the idea of what we are to the Saudis and have been since we set up the petrodollar.
	And the Israelis.
	And they want a war with Iran.
	They want Iran taken out.
	Both the Saudis and the Israelis are allied on that and they want us to do the fighting for them.
	And we have Pompeo giving us a breakdown.
	You know, the guy that you can trust.

	This is Pompeo as he arrives or as he departs for his trip to Saudi Arabia seeking partners.
	Play that clip.
	I think it's really important for everyone to understand that the Iranians are out sowing disinformation in lots of places.
	First of all, you've seen the childlike map that Foreign Minister Zarif put out.
	The contrast with the excellence and professionalism of America's military and our intelligence services should leave no doubt in anyone's mind about where that unarmed vehicle was.
	It was flying in international airspace.
	Okay, the excellent and professional explanations that Pompeo has been selling in the last week.
	You know, that black and white grainy footage that looked like it was taken directly out of Vietnam archives?
	You know, that's the professional stuff that he's been feeding us, contradicting the eyewitness reports that were on that tanker.
	And now we have some more quote-unquote evidence about the drone, and he and Bolton As President Trump said, Bolton, if it's up to him, he'd take on the whole world all at once.
	But here's Pompeo again, telling us about how we can trust him.
	The Iranians have one moment where any reporter would write that there is even a credible response to the data set that the Americans have put forward.
	A second, the Iranians are out telling the story about a message that traveled through Omani channels.
	That's just false.
	It's pure and blatant disinformation.
	They passed another message that said that the United States was removing forces from Balad Air Force Base.
	You can go see them.
	They're there.
	This will be, I don't want to get in front of what we'll announce tomorrow, but this will be a further effort to ensure that their capacity not only to grow their economy, but to evade sanctions becomes more and more difficult.
	And it'll be an important addition to our capacity to enforce sanctions against Iran.
	Well, there you go.
	It's clear.
	I mean, Pompeo says it, so he's American.
	We should believe him.
	It doesn't matter.
	Everything that he says is true.
	So, everything the government tells you is true.
	Always has been.
	Always will be.
	And anybody who says otherwise is lying.
	And quite frankly, as I've seen people attack me and push back on this, it's like, sorry, it's not up to the level of even passing the sniff test.
	Oh, well, you must be an Iranian sympathizer.
	Just like before, I was a Syrian sympathizer when I didn't want to go to war with Syria.
	I was a Russian sympathizer when I didn't want to war with Russia.
	I even put out the report that I did last Friday, making a comparison, talking about Flight 655, the Iranian jetliner that was shot down.
	And said, can you imagine if it had been the other way around?
	If the Iranians had accidentally shot down an American commercial jet, what would have happened?
	And some guy comes back and says, well, I would have hoped we would have bombed the hell out of them.
	I was like, okay, there you go, that's your answer right there.
	But you can trust Mike Pompeo, right?
	I mean, he's told us that he is trustworthy.
	Remember when he came here just in the last month, the Texas A&M?
	This is what he said then.
	When I was a cadet, what's the first, what's the cadet motto at West Point?
	You will not lie, cheat, or steal, or tolerate those who do.
	I was the CIA director.
	We lied, we cheated, we stole.
	It was like, we had entire, we had entire training courses.
	Yeah, they have entire training courses, not just on lying, cheating, and stealing, but also on overthrowing other governments, on assassination programs, on framing Americans, on spying on Americans.
	They have courses on all that stuff.
	We've seen the manuals, the Bolt 7, about how they can do cyber hacks and make it look like they're somebody else.
	Lie to you about the origins of that, and of course they've been doing that for the last couple of years with this Russiagate attempt.
	And yeah, that was released to us by WikiLeaks.
	They have told us the truth about all of this stuff.
	And we've seen nothing but lies and prevarications from Pompeo and from those institutions that we're supposed to trust unquestioningly out of Washington.
	Quite frankly, I don't know what to make about this.
	I mean, you know, Pompeo says, anybody that tells you they're with the Iranians and don't listen to them, they're lying to you.
	And then he tells us that he lies to us.
	He tells us.
	So is he lying when he said he was lying to us?
	He really was telling us the truth?
	Or maybe he was telling us the truth that he always lies to us, right?
	This is Orwellian.
	Maybe it's more Kafkaesque.
	I don't know.
	But then, of course, you know, we had Mark Levin, the guy who wrote the famous book on the unfree press.
	And he comes out and immediately, we've got to go to war with these people.
	And anybody that says otherwise Mark Levin says as a propagandist.
	Oh, there's so much for the idea that you're going to support free speech.

	He had said that when he was talking about this, he wanted to launch an incredible number of missiles.

	It's absolutely insane that he is even there.
	But just don't forget that there is Just follow the money when we take a look at situations like this.
	Why do we have these types of things?
	Oh, here it is, yeah.
	He wants John Bolton, reportedly requested options from the Pentagon to deploy as many as 120,000 troops to the Middle East and hit Iran with 500 missiles a day.
	500 missiles a day?
	Yeah.
	Why are we doing this?
	Well, you know, we've got some very big donors.
	To President Trump and to the Republican Party, who want this?
	People like Sheldon Adelson and Paul Singer.
	Bernard Marcus, who owns Home Depot.
	These billionaires want a war.
	And so, for $259 million, you can get a war.
	It's very easy.
	It's called leverage.
	When we look at the return on investment from these crony capitalists, from these big businessmen, they understand That they can leverage, just like Elon Musk, they can give a little bit of money to a politician, and maybe do some bureaucrats, and they can get thousands of times their money back from a government program.
	It's very, very effective.
	We talk about $259 million given by some of these top donors.
	Just consider the fact that so far the RNC has set a monthly total, a record for May.
	They got $14.6 million in May.
	So far $76 million for the year so far, but just three or four billionaires who want eternal war in the Middle East can come up with $259 million just like that.
	That's why we have these wars.

	I wanted to mention that it seems like that the administration, the local administration right now, It just seems like they don't want to stop the illegal immigration, I guess you could call it immigration, I guess invasion, I guess would be the more correct word.
	I think that is a correct word.
	They don't want to stop it.
	And we were pretty surprised, my wife and I, we were very surprised that the President decided to call off the deportations.
	He said, we're going to throw them out as fast as they got here.
	I know.
	I know, I mean, it's just very surprising that he decided not to do that.
	And then my other comment I wanted to mention was about the Middle East.
	It just seems I'm not quite your age.
	I served in Germany during the Cold War, and very many years ago.
	I'm getting old, but you know, by golly, I see what goes on.
	It just seems like there's always a constant war over there.
	And I don't know, it's just very upsetting, very surprising, to be honest.
	Well, you know, we look at this program talking about, well, we're going to fix tourism, you know.
	What are you going to do when you've got people who live in Bethlehem who want to attack people who come there to Bethlehem as Christians for tourism and they get attacked?
	How is throwing money at that going to fix anything?
	It's very surprising.

	You know, I was surprised that our president, Donald Trump, didn't allow that Christian lady in Syria to come here.
	I was really surprised.

	So that we would live quiet and peaceful lives.

	And we can pray for them personally.
	Also, but also to pray that they're going to follow policies that are going to allow us to live peacefully.
	That's something that we are told to do.
	We're told to do that before we're told to pray for ourselves or for our own families in other respects.
	Pray for the fact that the larger overreaching aspects of the country.
	Pray for peace that we'd be able to live that way.
	And of course, you go back to, I talk about this many times, the just war issue.
	That's why Americans, for the most part, are so averse to starting a war, because that goes back to our Christian roots.
	We understand you don't fight unless you are attacked first, and then you do fight.
	Then you do have a moral right to defend innocent life, but not to start a war.
	And so that's why we had this whole idea in Western civilization of the military wearing uniforms.
	It wasn't just so they'd be impressive and scare people.
	It was so that you could identify the combatants from the non-combatants, so that you could stop when there was no longer a threat to you.
	But you were entitled to come back against these people, and that's what's embodied in our Constitution.
	You have the representatives of the people get together and talk about whether or not we need to go to war, and what winning a war actually looks like.
	Yeah, we haven't won war or peace since Nahmi, seemingly.

	Yeah, and punishing people because, you know, you've got foreign contractors who go over there.
	Don't let them catch you with a Bible, you know.
	They're beating women in the streets with their religious police.

	You know, and of course the reason that we are allied with them is because we turned over With Nixon and Kissinger, we turned over our dollar basically to their control.

	Why would we give leverage over to a third world country where they throw stones at each other?

	I just want to point out to you an excellent interview that was done by Greg Reese here.
	He talks to the leader of Iran's restart movement.
	This is a resistance movement against the Ayatollahs and so forth.

	You know, it's interesting.
	The Iranian government is spreading the lie that this leader of the Restart Movement was arrested by the FBI for an assassination attempt.
	That's not true.
	He's not under arrest.
	Greg Reese talked to him.
	It's one of the things, you can't count on any government, as I've said before, just because we don't want war doesn't mean we support the Iranian government.
	The Syrian government and Assad there is not a good guy.
	It's just that we have seen what happened in Libya and other countries.
	When we go in and we overthrow what the established order is there, you wind up getting something even worse.
	The blowback that happens in this.
	And so, it's very important to understand where many of the people in Iran are.
	As I've reported many times, we have a lot of women in Iran who are in open rebellion to the Sharia law there, requiring them to wear Burkas and other head coverings in public they have taken that off as protests.
	They've been arrested.
	The female lawyer who defended many of those female protesters of Sharia law was herself arrested, sentenced to a very long jail term and also sentenced to a massive number of lashes and a public beating.
	I mean with that many lashes she may not be able to survive to serve that jail term.
	There is a A liberty-oriented, non-sharia law movement in Iran.
	That will go away, quite frankly, if we do this war, which is not going to work to our advantage.
	Also, as part of that interview, The leader of the Restart Movement said if we get control of the country, we are going to ban the propagandizing of anybody under 18 years old for both political or religious reasons.
	Quite frankly, if we were to do that here in the United States, we'd have to shut down the schools K-12.
	That's basically what they have become.

	Leonard Peltz here, a Native American activist.

	He was up for parole in 2016, and Obama denied it.
	And now he's up for parole in 2024.
	It's kind of interesting how he was denied during Trump's entire term, and if he gets elected in 2020.
	So if he was to pardon Mr. Peltier, oh my god, can you imagine the support he would get?

	He's already making moves in the prison system and if he got Mr. Peltier out, he would get so much more love from not only my people, I'm Native American myself, but I mean everybody would just praise him and it would make a big change and I think that would be the right thing to do.
	I mean, that's the...
	I remember the documentaries that were put out.
	There was a fictionalized one that was done with a kind of dramatized one that was done with Val Kilmer.
	There's also a documentary about that.
	Leonard Peltier was part of the American Indian movement with Russell Means, right?
	Right, yeah.
	And the FBI basically, you know, set him up.
	Yes.
	Or at least that's the conspiracy theory about it.
	So I think that would just, I would, that would get him so much more support.
	I'm like the only guy in my town that supports Trump on the reservation here.
	But I mean, I love him to death and I know he'll get way more, way more love from my people if he does that.
	Well, you know, if any president, if President Trump has recognized this, you know, when he did the First Step program, he realized that there were a lot of injustices in the You know, we had a lot of people who've been locked up because the mandatory minimums of the Reagan administration, Ed Meese, a lot of people have been locked up, peaceful, non-violent users just locked up based on the quantity of what they have.
	And here, and even in the Austin area, they got some high school student who they measured out, he had brownies that he put pot in it, They included the whole weight of all the brownie ingredients and everything to trump up things, make him look like he was a drug dealer.
	It's absolutely insane what's been going on in the war on drugs, and so it was right for President Trump to address that injustice, and it would be right for him to address the injustice of many other political prisoners.
	I'd like to see him address that for Leonard Peltier.
	I'd like to see him address that for the people who were at the Bundy standoff, many of them still in jail.
	You know, when you do the right thing, people I really do appreciate that.
	When you stand for justice and you overrule this criminal department of justice that we have here and their persecution, political persecution of other people in the same way they've come after President Trump, I think that would be a huge win.
	I agree.

	I mean, the story is sketchy at best, you know.
	I mean, it's very hazy.

	Well, I mean, and clearly, you know, we saw what happened with many other people I've talked about.
	that are political prisoners and you know you look at what happened to the Bundy Ranch, the same type of thing they were doing to Congressman Stockman where you're not allowed to talk about the people who are in the government who are targeting you.
	They put a gag order on people, they hide evidence from people and in that particular case the only reason that got busted was because it was a whistleblower within the BLM.
	But we've had many people that I talk to all the time that are locked up now because you've got a political agenda and the bureaucracy coming after these So I think that's not unlikely that was the case with Leonard Peltier, but thank you for mentioning that.
	Anything else you want to say about war or any of the other comments that we're talking about?

	Uh, you mentioned Mark Levin earlier coming out, um, and he was real, um, in support of this attack, which would basically entail killing 150 people.
	And, you know, I, I, I'm an, I'm a regular listener to the, I was listening to this podcast rewind this morning and I had to turn it off because You know, it's just like, it doesn't make sense.
	I mean, you want to kill, and I understand the tension in the Middle East.
	You know, it's real complicated.
	Well, you know, he doesn't even know this.
	He's got 150 people.
	That's probably a very, very optimistic, optimistically low count.
	Mark Levin hadn't heard that number at that point when he was pushing that on Friday.
	I talked about that a great deal.
	Mark Levin wanted war, whatever the cost, and if you oppose him, you're a propagandist, you're lying, and so forth.
	I mean, it absolutely... Remember, Mark Levin never supported President Trump until about a month before the election, and then he flipped, because he saw how popular President Trump was.
	He worked to undermine the primaries.
	Info wars, and free speech, and your right to speech has been under unprecedented attack the last year or so.
	It's Orwellian.
	It's biblical.
	It's authoritarian.
	It's insane.
	And I keep trying to judge and gauge when is the right time to have to stumble up on deck as the captain of this operation and say, hey, we're sinking.

	And, you know, President Trump came out, you know, over the weekend and talked about, you know, he told the truth.
	I mean, on air, you know, and that's what I love about our president.
	He's really a truther.
	And, you know, I personally think that he knows that that this is a deep state coup attempt event and they're trying to entrap him into pulling the trigger here with this Iran situation.
	And I just think that he knows it and he's He's coming out.
	He can't publicly say that, but, you know, he's just saying whether it's intentional or not, you know, it wasn't... there weren't people involved and it was, you know, it was a drone shot down and he just doesn't... That's right.
	That's right.
	It would not have been a measured response.
	It would have been a severe escalation to kill, even if those low figures were true.
	I think it would have been a lot more people that would have been killed.
	Even if those were true, to kill 150 people because they shot down a plane, which, by the way, as I pointed out, is very close to the coast.
	You know, even with the Pentagon's figures, the Iranians said it was over their land.
	The Pentagon said no, it was 20 miles out to sea.
	But as I pointed out, you have Catalina Island, 26 miles off the coast of California, and we extend our territorial waters out 200 miles into the ocean.
	Now, that Strait of Hormuz is not 200 miles wide.
	But that begs the question as to why we are packing it with ships.
	They hope that something is going to happen.
	They have sent over all of these ships, all of these soldiers to observe what's going on at the border.
	They hope that there is an incident.
	They hope that they can provoke something.
	Because they know the American people are not going to support a preemptive strike, but if they can make it appear, That we have taken the first shot, then they believe that they can get the majority of Americans to jump into that, because Americans don't really understand what's going on in Iran prior to the takeover of the American embassy.
	They don't understand how the CIA overthrew their democratically elected government.
	Yeah, it was a leftist government.
	I wouldn't have wanted to live under a government like that.
	But we overthrew their democratically elected government.
	We put in the Shah of Iran.
	That was the CIA.
	The CIA then put in a secret police that was brutal, the SAVAK.
	And so you've got to understand the history behind all of that, the context of all of that.
	And you've got to understand that we also have a history, that we don't tend to win these asymmetric warfares of regime change.
	It is a pointless exercise of the worst sort.

	I wanted to talk on the Iran war.
	I don't think it's beneficial for us.
	I'm not on that boat.
	And same on Sean Hannity for literally foaming out the mouth.

	I've never seen Hannity like this before.
	Even I was just bugging out the way Sean Hannity was foaming out the mouth.
	Yeah.
	I think Donald Trump or president should listen to more level-headed That's right.
	Tucker Carlson on these particular issues, not Sean Hannity, because that kind of woke me up a little bit on Sean Hannity.
	I like Sean Hannity on a lot of things, on the deep state, he be going hard in that.
	But as far as this war, he don't need that.
	I think our president, he don't need that.
	He doesn't need some type of...
	We've also got on the Senate side, we've got Lindsey Graham on one side, we've got Rand Paul on the other side, and let's hope that he listens to Rand Paul.
	Rand Paul has been on President Trump's side on many more issues.
	It concerns me when you see Lindsey Graham getting behind President Trump, because we know that in order to stab somebody in the back, you've got to get behind them first, right?
	Yeah.
	And so I'm very concerned about, like you said, you know, Lindsey Graham, Mark Levin, we saw Sean Hannity doing this, you know, the problem is Sean Hannity Trump loves a uniform.
	He loves a man in uniform, just like Lindsey Graham.
	And President Trump tends to that as well.
	And so that's a very dangerous thing.
	So it's not really clear to me where Trump's instincts are.
	Trump understands that we've been lied into war in the past.
	He understands that these wars for regime change have backfired drastically on us, that we can never impose peace on other people, a system on other people like that.
	And yet, you know, he does have this inordinate love of all things military.
	You know, he wants the big military parade, he loves all the trappings and everything of that.
	And that's very effective, you know, for people like President Trump and Sean Hannity.
	I don't know which side's going to win out.
	I mean, it really is pieces standing on the edge of a knife right now.
	Exactly.
	And one more thing, David, about this whole immigration thing.
	I think Donald Trump and his administration, they need to stop playing around.
	And they need to do it like Speedy González and ándele, ándele, arriba, arriba, afuera, afuera.
	Don't let them know.
	Just do it.
	That's right.
	Yeah, he's more than 60% of the way through his first term as president.
	And you know, probably even more than that if you think about the fact the last few months nothing's going to happen.
	You know, win or lose.
	And so, you know, the delay and waiting for other people to do this.
	Again, if we're going to have a Defense Department, can't they defend our border?
	And it is an invasion.
	If people are coming in in numbers, massive numbers, and we have absolutely no say-so as to who's coming in, that is an invasion.
	And it is an emergency by any measure of that.
	He has the right and the authority to do it.
	He needs to step up to the plate and do it.
	He needs to act like Andrew Jackson.

	I mean, she has to belong to some party.
	But if you listen to her, and I listened to a lot of her speeches and a lot of her supporters, She is the real thing.
	It's going to be interesting to hear the debates.
	She is the one person I want to hear because she has a lot to say about this issue of war and peace.
	I disagree with her on her economic policies, I disagree with her on abortion and many other things, but people need to hear this.
	This is a vital issue and she is one of the few voices That really is standing firm on this, and it's amazing to me how the mainstream media has attacked Tulsi because she would speak up and point out the fraud and the lies of these other people who are trying to lie us into war yet again.
	I hope, as you said, I hope that President Trump will get rid of Bolton and Pompeo.
	I think he's very close to Pompeo.
	I thought it was a mistake to put Gina Haspel in that position.
	I think that she is a war criminal, if ever there was one.
	I don't think he's ever going to get rid of Jared Kushner.
	He's his son-in-law, and that's the problem.
	It's this nepotism.
	These are people who are selling him down the river, but it really is important for President Trump to do a better job of vetting these people that come in.
	I understand the whole thing about keeping your friends close and your enemies closer, but if you're going to get anything done, you've got to have some friends.
